I clicked on help with a password when I was trying to do Gmail, and iTOK called me saying that they would run some things and see if my computer was infected with a browser hijacker. It led to a series of events which ended up with my credit card being charged with stuff that I didn't want. As far as I can tell iTOK did me no good at all.
Hello George. I'm sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience. Commonly, our Technology Advisors connect with a computer and notice it's been infected by some form of malware, like a browser hijacker. This can cause annoying changes to your browser settings and make it harder to get to your email. We do try to help folks root out this stuff, but you should never feel obligated to make a purchase. I apologize if you felt pressured. Do you know how much you were charged?

iTOK did a good job on my computer but I haven't been able to get into my 200 emails for two weeks. Every time I do the email password, it won't work. They tell me I'm on outlook.com and want me to sign in to a Microsoft account. That's fine but they can't give me a password for some reason. This is really getting to be terrible. But it's probably my fault because we got so much going on here - I probably lost all the information. Other than that, it's excellent. They knew what they were doing. They are good people.
