    Bask is GoDaddy tech support. When my computer froze up during a Microsoft upgrade I called the designated number. I waited 45 minutes before a rep answered. His English was very poor. I finally explained the problem and he said he would "endorse me " to a technician who would call me back. The call back came 90 minutes later and in an hour or so we fixed the problem. Then two hours later it happened again. I called the same number and waited another 30 When I could not get this rep to understand the problem he hung up!!

    When you’re on hold for 30 minutes listening to repeated messages about how “wonderful” the service is, it quickly becomes frustrating—and unfortunately, that set the tone for my entire experience. I initially called about a simple issue after already paying for a computer service package, when in reality I only needed help with email. When the same issue appeared again I called and the representative assured me I was still covered. We began a screen-sharing session, and I was then told to stay near my phone, keep screen sharing on and expect a callback within 15 minutes. That call never came.

    After waiting an hour and forty-five minutes, I had no choice but to give up. The following day, I checked my call log—there were no missed calls. When I called back, I was then told I no longer had coverage. Had it expired that same night?—that is my assumption, since I had been told the previous day that I was still covered. This level of inconsistency and lack of follow-through is unacceptable. While the staff I spoke with were polite, the overall service was disorganized and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this company unless you have unlimited time to spend on hold and are prepared for a frustrating experience.

      They have had control of my computer for 8 -10 hrs a day for 2 days and still can't fix anything. Long hold times, inadequate techs, blame everything on Microsoft and give up helping. What a waste of money!

      Horrible! Go Daddy sold me this awful company. Saying they would help with my email problems. They spent a week on my desktop indexing and ruining my programs on my Apple product. And when I went to call today, I am on hold for 2 HOURS. Then when I got thru they promised they were routing me to billing. But no - it just goes back to them. WORTHLESS. STAY AWAY at all costs.

      Been a user for a year and I cannot believe the claims they make as the "best customer reviewed". Had a scheduled call today for an SSL certificate installation and they never called. After that tried the call in line with no response. Will be cancelling the contract tomorrow and using another service.

      Absolute nightmare! Was told I was buying tech support from GoDaddy and that GoDaddy was my new tech support company & was billed by GoDaddy. Later found out it was Bask when I called GoDaddy for support and was told to call this company. I had a 20 minute phone call for $200 which was excessive plus 1 year of tech support for an additional $109. The rep was rude, deleted my personal outlook email which was not the problem and wanted to argue with me when I had specifically told him that account was fine. I had to take care of the issue myself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

      Bask is in the Philippines. Although the staff is nice (at times) they seem very InCompetent. They take hours to figure things out and as a business owner, my computer can’t be down all day! To add insult to injury - their wait times are FOREVER!! (Literally, it takes hours for them to answer their phones!!) They used to cover all our computers under one packaged price and now only cover 2!!! They “nickel and dime” their customers. Very disappointing and dissatisfied. Does anyone know of a better service?

      When and if you actually talk to a technician, the service is acceptable. However, the only way to get to a tech is to call and the last time I called I was on hold listening to insipid music for 20 minutes before I hung up. They have a chat app but it has the same problem. You ask the question and then wait and wait for an answer. You get all this heartburn for $300 per year. And they are endorsed by GoDaddy.com. Please note, this applies only to Bask. GoDaddy is great as far as they go.

      This company has been charging non-users on a recurring monthly basis for several years unbeknownst to them. Once identified, we tried contacting them to cancel and was placed on hold for several hours. Still not cancelled. Absolutely terrible company and service.
