    I had some issues with the computer and so I started looking into tech support service and ended up with iTOK. I've been a member for several years. I call and tell them what the problem is and they seem to get it fixed. They would also call in periodically and do a check on the computer once every three months. I haven't had any issues and all my dealings with them have been positive.

    My interactions with iTOK started out really good. There was lack of communication as things progressed. I did not receive some of the services that I was expecting. I still like iTOK but I feel it's a little bit bait-and-switch. They can say they can do this and that, but then when I have a problem, I felt like the problem didn’t warrant. I thought my monthly fee would even include certain issues that came up. I’m a little disappointed and discouraged with that, but we now have it straightened out. They’re still a good company and provide a good service.

    Everything with iTOK was fine. They previously backed up my computer for me all the time and it was good. I haven't used them for a while though because my computer was down and I got a new one, but I've been meaning to call them to get them to set my new one up. I'd recommend them.

    I'm satisfied with Bask and I would recommend them. They told me that I should have my files backed up and that it would be a good thing to do. Every time I had some problems, I got in touch with them and they were very good. They helped me out and I never had any problems with getting them to help me. They were very good to me. I took advantage of the 90-day tune-up. When the notice comes on the computer I call them to say "Let's do it" and they do. It's very effective.

    I had some issues with viruses and trash I was picking up, but that's all cleared up since I started with iTok. It's always done what I've wanted it to which is eliminate my problems. Most of the time, I call in and the technicians have set me up right there while I'm on the phone. There have been occasions where I've had to call back as I work from home so I may be leaving and can't be around at a certain time. They usually get me taken care of so I can't say that I've ever had a bad experience. My only concern is they told me next year, I'm going to have to pay $240, so obviously, I'm going to shop around at that point.

    I found the technicians of iTOK very satisfactory and competent. However, they eliminated some programs that I was using - one in particular was a program for downloading videos. I’d like to have it again but I haven’t bothered. I’ve been expecting something in the email saying, “It’s time for a new tune up” and I haven’t got that recently. But I'm happy with them. They're good people.

    Sometimes I have trouble explaining what I was having trouble with but their technology advisors were smart enough to finally figure out what I was talking about. Whenever I talked to their people, they all seemed really nice. I have troubles in fixing my computer so they fix it and they tune it up once in a while. The machine is always good. Sometimes it gives you trouble, then it doesn't give you trouble but they did fix it and they were very helpful. It seems to keep on working. My only complaint is I wish it was cheaper. But overall, I like iTOk; it works fine.

    I know how to turn my computer on and off. But when it comes to fixing it, I don’t understand it so I needed somebody who knew more than that and clearly iTOK does.     Four years ago, I had a problem with a virus and I was looking on the internet and talked to somebody about cleaning the problem. Bask tech support team took care of it and I stayed with them. They suggested that they do a clean-up every 3 months. I thought it was good for somebody to take care of my problem ahead of time.

    Their tech advisers were friendly, however the only thing that bothered me is that when I had a real problem, they don't cover that. They wanted me to produce a larger contract. That's when I realized that a lot of what's being done, I can take care of myself. I know that everything can be recovered only if we have the time, know the code and can read it to break down the patterns and the codes. However, it takes an extremely long time and I didn't want to go through any of that. To sum up, they got the job done, but it wasn't really effective. I was more concerned about having another problem down the road that won't be covered by Bask as there's an additional cost.

    I had computer issues and I looked for local companies in my area that handled viruses and computer repair. I was on a program paying $9 to 10$ a month. At that time they offered cleaning periodically. Now they say I have to pay for it, so that went away. When I called up and said I used to get this, they said, "No, that's not on your gold membership anymore. Now you have to pay for it". When and if that changed, I don't know. I always counted on that to cleanse my computer when I needed it and lucky for me, I haven't needed it in a while.

    When I called, I spoke to one of their salespeople who was not the very best. But eventually we came to terms on if I spent a year in advance of coverage in other words, paid my fee for a year they would offer me a free cleaning. Now upon this free cleaning, I've had nothing but trouble since. My printer driver was erased and they had to reinstall it. That was one issue. Now I've had nothing, but slow internet connection.

    To me, I should've just left well enough alone and not called them at all. But on a good note, they answer the phone when I call. Today it was about an hour wait; that was odd. But then a technician gets on the phone with you and then he walks you through the computer. So it's a pretty educational experience. I don't know every angle and turn on the computer. I wish they would've never gotten back in here in my computer. I should've just paid my bill and had them stay the hell out of it, but because I want to be up-to-date on things, I asked them to cleanse it out. If I had to summarize my experience in just a couple of words, it would have to be same price, decreased service.

    I was an iTOK subscriber and I had occasion to call them right about the time they became Bask, as I was having trouble getting connected to my internet. The sales team was very courteous and they were careful to even do a follow-up to make sure everything was working as it should but it was just fine. And they could speak English which was a big plus. It’s a very pleasant experience and I enjoyed talking to two or three different people about the various parts and getting the problem solved.     I got in trouble with my computer so I went online and found that iTok were just about the best. The sales team was very knowledgeable and got right to the heart of whatever I needed done and got it done. I never had a problem with the tech advisers as they're really good as well. They send me an email, I get hold of them, then they tune my computer up. It's very effective. They clean up stuff I don't need and once a week there's a virus scan and they'd give me a report card so I'm very happy with them. Every time that I have a problem they are on it ASAP.     We know nothing about computers so we decided to look into tech support and went with iTok. Their technology advisers were very helpful, but the last time we called them was the first time somebody couldn't help me. The mess was really bad because my husband had deleted things and the tech could not get in to help, but she tried. Then it had to be done here and my son put in a new card which brought it back. I really thought I was going to have to buy a new computer. But otherwise, I've never had a problem with them. It's nice to know that there's somebody that can help when things go wrong, especially to people who know nothing about computers.

    I'm not a computer person -- I can run a computer until it doesn't anymore and then Bask fixes it for me. The tech advisers fix me up all the time and they're courteous and understanding when I don't understand something and they have to repeat it. Mr. ** in particular did a great job for me. There was a time I got involved with a computer company with which I could get six years of service for the same price. I decided to give them a try but still stay with Bask. They hoodwinked me, telling me to do this and pay for that. So I called Mr. ** and he told me about the company and the site where people were complaining about them. So if I didn't have Bask, I don't know if I'd still have my computer. When I tell them I've got something wrong, they jump right on and take care of it. They're all very cheerful and nice people down there and I haven't run into one crabby one. They’re all very knowledgeable, sympathetic, and do take care of me.

    iTOK is great. I’ve been paying for iTOK support for at least 5 years and I average one call every six weeks. The one time I had a problem, I said, “Transfer me to somebody else please.” And I was transferred and it was taken care of. I only had one bad experience with somebody where it was a combination of that I really couldn’t understand him and he wasn’t taking in what I was saying but it was the only time in all the years. Other than that, I have no complaints and in fact, I recommend them all around.

    We had a major issue with a computer. We had the virus which locked up our computer and held us hostage. We can't do anything with it other than to wipe our computer clean and have the operating system reinstalled. So we shut down computers and I called immediately over to iTOK. I was able to get a technician immediately and they checked out the virus for that one computer. It also infected another computer where I had some storage on. The iTOK technician was able to pull back some of the information I lost and reinstalled it in the second infected computer. They were very helpful with keeping the anti-virus and because the virus hit some of our storage and we had to back up, it distorted some of my PDF files but the tech was able to go back to the storage and isolate those PDFs that were damaged and replace them. Now we have four computers that are listed for maintenance by iTOK.

    My 90 year old mother-in-law was having trouble getting into her email and clicked on a help button. She was never told that she was dealing with a pay-for-service until the alleged service was completed, but was told that the system needed to be cleaned. Trend Micro billed her for $150 and signed her up for a $29.99 a month plan. She only uses her computer for email. Interesting too that the Trend Micro Maximum Security Activated email had a "click here" for support link. I will be calling her service provider about this! So much for support for an expensive product!

We partner with Trend Micro to provide anti-virus software and support that protects users from malware, which can be useful even when the computer is only used for email. The $150 charge would be for a one-time service (such as cleaning out the computer), and then we offer monthly support plans as well. But it sounds like there was a misunderstanding as to which services were being provided. I am happy to forward your complaint to Customer Service and look into the issue.     Their people are always very professional, courteous, and efficient. They get things done quickly and correctly.     I had AT&T as my email account four years ago when I had a Toshiba computer go haywire on me. I called AT&T and they recommended calling Bask. AT&T used to fix it but when they couldn’t, I called Bask and we fixed that. Eventually, the computer crabbed out so I got an HP. Then last fall, that computer went haywire too. We tried to fix it because it already had one bad hard drive. It was replaced by the factory. After that, I said I was going to get a new Dell computer, and I’ve been with Bask ever since.     It was many moons ago when I was in need of computer help and looked through the search results for somebody to fix that annoying thing. Finding someone local is a PITA - they come and they go. The box stores are hit and miss. G---- S----- is okay, but you still have to trek up there, leave it, trek back, and hope they got it right. Results are iffy.     I've been with iTOK for a couple of years now. They always do the tune ups and fixed my computer problems like not getting emails for some reason. If something comes up and I can't understand what to do, I call them up, explain what was happening, and they'd have a technician fix it. There's no talking about fees, they just do it.     When a virus got a hold of my computer, I tried to save it so I called iTOK. They logged in and they fixed it in one day, so I’ve been with them ever since. I got them as a referral from my mom because she uses iTOK. I ended up getting the plan that was 50 bucks a month where I’ve had my laptop and my desktop on it. It’s where I can hit the call button at any time and they log on and fix whatever. I don’t have to pay per service.

    Their tech advisers are knowledgeable and friendly. Yesterday, I had to call them because I had lost emails for an entire day and they spent about three hours or so troubleshooting and trying to figure it out. And when it was all said and done, they said, “Okay, we have to tell you that your IT guy that handles your server is going to be the one that has to restore them all.” They have excellent communication and they are always on the ball. Plus, I always take advantage of the 90-Day Tune-up. They send me a little email thing saying, “Hey, it’s time,” and they schedule it out around me, so that I’m not interrupted with work. And they always call back and say, “Okay, we’re done. This is what we found. This is what we fixed.” They make sure that I know everything that’s going on. It's pretty effective. I would recommend iTOK. It’s a fantastic experience. I won’t go without them.

    I've been with iTOK for a long time. I was having a lot of problems so I got tech support. My internet service was running really slow and I didn't have auto fill in which I'm having a problem with now again. They fixed it 2 weeks ago and I never called them back. It was the third time I've had problems with it. I even bought a new computer when one of them told me that my computer was very old and that I should switch over to a new one.

    There was a time though when a woman was working on my computer for 8 hours and then when I called and asked why she quit, they said she went home. She didn't even notify me. I told the guy that she's been working on my computer since noon time and here it is almost 8:30 at night, and she's about finished and didn't say anything like "I'll be back tomorrow." But that was a couple of years ago. The techs have been very friendly and knowledgeable, which is the best part that I like.

    The guy from iTOK.net sales team was good. He explained what they do and it seemed like a good thing so I signed up. I'm on a friends and family plan. All my transactions with their technical advisors were very good. Occasionally I'd get somebody who didn't really know Mac but once I get somebody who knows Mac, we were fine. They have solved problems for me. I've recommended it to friends. I thought it was wonderful until this last transaction which was horrible and I may cancel my membership. They did the tune-up. Supposedly, tune-ups would take 1-2 hours. This last one took them all day and they left my computer open at night. They were still on it but no one told me what was going on. I finally had to call them.

    They said they had been cut off from access but got back on. They told me my computer had problems. They were explaining all the things it needed but then I could still use it. When I went back on to use it, I was missing a whole bunch of copy in my Word program that I had spent months doing. Then I had to go back to the technician to try to find it. They hooked me up with somebody who clearly didn't know Macs. She was having a terrible problem. She said, "You should just be thankful to have what you have since it all didn't go." which made me angry. I insisted on somebody who really knew Macs. They finally hooked me up with somebody who knew Macs. He was able to retrieve my information. He's right now the only person I would ask for if I do go back to iTOK. They used to be good but now I'm not sure what happened.

    I have been so inadequate in my technological skill and I don't have a qualm in this world about calling Bask and saying, "Help!" And they have without fail helped me. They've never laughed at me and said, "You just must be dumb, lady." They are so sweet and so kind. They have been so willing and never ever have acted like they were in a hurry and had other calls to answer. It was like my problem was the most important problem that they had of the day. They said, "Don't you worry. We'll take care of this. We can fix this." That's their attitude.

    I have the platinum plan and it's worth it. Before Bask ever came along our computer crashed. I lost everything and I was heartbroken.     I have tried to be "fair" and when you have been through several people who are not willing to help you in the right manner and put your computer at risk after you just had it repaired... why should I be the one to be careful about what I have to say when it is the truth? I called because Comcast wasn't willing to help me. Your employee said that she could not help me unless I paid for it. I asked her how much...and she would not tell me how much your service would cost. I also called Toshiba (the brand name of my computer - from advice given me by Comcast) and he also wanted money from me. What gives here? Someone could have helped me but would not. I am not about to run out of money and "pay" for every human error or sin a person does! Jesus Christ did that on the cross! I consider this an insult to my Christian beliefs and an insult to my Lord and King. I am very disappointed in you and the rest of the money making clan.

    I think the computer store in my area and another district told me that iTOK was reputable and that's where I got their name and tried their services. This is because I figured that as time goes on, there's more involved with having a computer. When one puts in what they want, they get about six choices - five of them bad - and that routes to something else. It's not the case where one can own a computer unless they're very savvy and can fix up the glitches that are involved. I'm very pleased with iTOK and have even told people about them, but some people are a little cheap.

    My interaction with their reps are always positive. They are so patient while they work on my machine, it sometimes takes them a couple of hours to fix the mess I created since I'm not computer savvy. They're open and it's very good of them to keep me informed. They also always speak the client's language, words that they can understand so they don't make them feel like a real dummy. They're very professional, and have a lot of PR and technical skills.

    One time, there was a glitch in my system that had my machine running slow and reroute me elsewhere for everything I put in. iTOK tech did a thorough job on this issue. They also have a way of fixing the network I have at work which is always down. Hence I feel secure with them scanning the computer to make sure I don't crash my it with a virus.

    I had problems with my computer that needed to be cleaned up in various ways, so I decided to inquire around and look for tech support. I found out that the service was available with iTOK.net. It has been all good since and I would recommend them. In each case I have problem, the technology advisers would tell me, "We'll call back in a short while with some tech to address the problem." I'd talk to the tech, make arrangements for him to take over my computer which I allow, and he comes back and tells me when it's fixed. I use it as a backup source if I need it and so far, it hasn’t failed me yet.

    Nothing was working on my computer and I couldn’t get it to do anything so I called the maintenance on my computer. AOL was where I started out calling trying to find and see if they'll help me out. I think they gave me over to iTOK. They were supposed to clean it up for me but it's still not working. I'm still having a lot of problems with it getting cleaned up. It takes forever to get everything off the computer. When I get ready to delete all my messages permanently, it'll get stuck.

    The iTOK.net advisers were good and did everything. For a long time, the computer was working fine. Andrew, was always sending me notes on my email and asking me how things are going. He’s always helping. A couple of times I've called and asked about why it was going so slow and he put me on and did what he should have been doing. They've helped me out in everything that I’ve needed to do. I haven't had any problem with getting things done with them.

    I’ve had nothing but positive experience with iTOK and have used their resource for a few years now. I recently moved to another part of Florida and still utilize their service. Their technology advisers were very polite, helpful, friendly and interested in making sure that I understood what was going on. They always answer right away and take care of the problems very quickly. I often get a call afterwards to check if everything had gone okay and was satisfied with the result that things were fixed. I also have the yearly 90-day tune-up program, but then when I moved I decided to change it to month-to-month because I was doing a different situation. It wasn’t worth it so I went back to the same program which I still have. Overall I have no complaints.

    I'm really sold on iTOK. I love the way they do business, and they're very understanding and gracious. We're a retired couple and I appreciate the fact that they are really cognizant of the fact that some of us seniors are not up to speed on things.     We moved into a retirement community. After the move, we were having trouble with the computer.     I'm not computer-literate and it's easy to have problems that I could be stuck for a long time. So even though it's really expensive, iTOK's service has been really good for me as a platinum member.     We've had iTOK for a while, but I never had much occasion to use it. I needed a tech support because I'm a computer idiot and my issue is about having too much junk on the computer, saved too many e-mails so it bugs down. The one thing that was kind of frustrating is when I took out the service. I thought I was pretty well covered. The last time I called about what I thought was covered, I spent $380. And still I've had to call three or four times because it still didn't work. Every time I would need some help, which wasn't really often, they'd tell my that I need to upgrade.

    Their people were very nice and I have no problem with their tech advisors. They're always very helpful and seem to be knowledgeable, except that I've had to call them back two or three times and have me wait. As I wait, they would go off and do something else and come back so it's a bit frustrating. They were courteous and helpful and friendly, but we just didn't get the job done. I'd get off the phone, it'd work but won't work again the next day. I thought we had it fixed, but it's still very slow. They said it's working now and to call them again for any help and whenever I do, they would respond. Their response time and the courtesy of the technicians was very good, but I'm still struggling. There was a time I couldn't get to anything and now I can, but it's very, very slow.

    My computer has been running slow. I hit my iTOK icon for help and no one was available, 3 times the first day. I called and was on hold quite awhile before getting someone who said my problem was add-ons and I would need to pay to get it fixed. I am on a fixed income and got iTOK because I thought it was supposed to be the best, so even though I couldn't afford it, paid a price almost 4 times what I was used of paying. I have never had so many problems. I was told it would be fixed for me, but I couldn't continue to hold for a tech because it was already after 11 pm by this time and I was having a garage sale in the morn.

    I finally shut off my computer at 12 midnight. The next day I got a call and in calling back was told they would put me to someone who could help, again long wait and I had customers coming so had to hang up. We are now leaving for SC for a couple weeks so I can't sit before my computer today and wait for help. I am very disappointed in what I have gotten with iTOK. I feel betrayed.

    I've been with iTOK for quite a while. My hard drive crashed when I was in Florida. I thought I got a virus because I was using hotspots everywhere since we bought a house down in Florida and I needed to take care of so much business while we were down there. Then I got home and I had nothing on my computer, I couldn't even get on. A friend of ours put in a new hard drive for me and I called iTOK after we put in the hard drive, and bingo! I got everything back. So I'm thrilled with iTOK, it's a lifesaver for me who's not the brightest cookie in the box when it comes to computers.

    Their sales team has been great. They offered me great packages when it's time for me to renew. Even this time, the sales guy saved me $60 because I did a new plan with him. I also took advantage of the 90-day tune up and it's been wonderful for my computer. I'm going to stay with iTOK since for as long as I'm using a computer, I would have to have somebody to watch out for me.     I had problems so I subscribed to iTOK's solicitation and I've been with them for about four years now. Their sales team was knowledgeable and friendly and I started out with their platinum plan. In the past years, if I had any problem, I would call someone locally to come out and work on my computer. But now, I get to talk to the boys at iTOK and they are very helpful in fixing and correcting my problems. One of them is having a computer program called LastPass that generates and saves my password. When I come on a site and it asks for the password, it's automatically filled in. Some of the boys with iTOK were familiar with it but in a lot of cases, some were not.

    As time went on, they wanted more money when I get back to them for a problem. I'm a senior citizen with limited Social Security income so I try to cut back on my expenses. Nonetheless, iTOK is a very good service. If I have a problem, I turn it over to them. I get out of the picture and they deal with it. I have recommended them to other people. If someone has a computer full of junk, trash, or virus, iTOK can get in there and clean it out.

    I switched over to Windows 10 and discovered that the e-mail account that iTOK was sending all of its correspondence to was inaccessible to me. The tech advisors were friendly and knowledgeable but there seems to be a miscommunication about the problem because what I need is a separate place on my desktop to access both my regular e-mail and the e-mail that iTOK uses. They both have the same name, which is a big problem. The one's addressed to Yahoo and the other one's addressed to BellSouth.net.

    When I came back online after they've done their work, my start page was AT&T start page. If it weren't for the fact that they mentioned that they were sending their e-mail to BellSouth.net, I never would have found it again. Things are working much better now. I love the convenience of them doing the work remotely instead of me trying to have to pack up everything to an IT. They set me up for the 90-Day TuneUp and it worked fine. They are straightforward and effective. I've had them for 3 years now.

    I’ve used iTOK for 5 years, and it’s the best money I’ve ever spent on anything. I had some problem on my DOS machine, and their staff was perfect. They're great, gracious and know what they're doing. They get their business done, and I'm very happy with it. Last time, they couldn't help me when I was loading the new Apple OS and my machine died. I had to take it somewhere else because they can't do anything unless it's on the phone and internet.     We're extremely satisfied with iTOK. As people who need the computer and don't have any technical background, we highly depend on them to keep our computers running and they're always there to help. My husband was having a problem getting his computer to do something and we're not technical ourselves. We also don't have any kind of tech support but he wanted help right away. The sales team is very courteous and professional. They give us the option for the payment cycles. Their tech advisors have been great. Any number of times we're having problems, we contact them and within minutes, there's usually someone available to help us. It's a great organization.

    I had a problem a before and couldn't get my computer straightened out. I went online and iTOK.net came up on it. I got a hold of them, talked to somebody there and they told me they could get everything straightened out for me, and they did. They took control of my computer and did. From then on I've had a good result with them and have been with them for 2 years. iTOK works fine but they overcharged me against my credit card on some monthly charges. Somebody just started charging me by the month and I already paid by the year. But we can see it's beginning to straighten out and they're going to give me a credit each month for the overcharges. They're a little bit on the expensive side for a senior like me. I'm 90 years old, a World War II vet and I had to go to a cheaper plan. Overall, it was very satisfactory.

    I've had the service from iTOK for a few years. I'm a retired teacher, 70 and not very computer-savvy. I only play games and do my email. iTOk is fabulous. I call them, explain my problem, and they transfer me to a technician, and I give him access. They're congenial and wonderful. They never yell at me for anything and never reprimand me. They've been great. I've only come across one technician who I was not thrilled with and I deal with them every few weeks. I recommend it to people at my age group. There are people who are very tech-savvy but there are many that aren't and to sit with a computer that's not working properly is stupid. iTOK is a gift.

    iTOK is technically proficient and very good from a human relations point of view. I was previously always talking to somebody with an Indian accent, and then I caught on that all of their tech support people are located in this country so I went with them. I'm most impressed with how all of their people know what they're about and handle things very well. Their sales team understood what I was driving at, which isn't easy because I'm 86 and sometimes I'm not that clear about what I was trying to do, but we have communicated very effectively.     I liked the way iTOK presented their services and their point of view and it looked very reasonable to me. It made sense and I knew I needed a backup support team. And it's been a very positive experience. Each time I have service, I never feel rushed. I am not the most technologically knowledgeable person, but they've been very patient with my questions and in taking me through things. I especially appreciate when they take over the computer, do the fix and call me afterwards. And then, we're in good shape.

    It took me around 6 hours to be transferred to a technician when I called iTOK. To me, it meant they’re either busy or I’m just being put on hold indefinitely. I pay a fee to be able to acquire their help and maintenance via technician, but I’ve not been able to receive it. I first explained to them that I'm computer illiterate, and I get thrown to the new technician. Then they will suggest that I need to have this specific program that they think will help me. So far, I have paid three companies for maintenance and assistance, and neither of them gave me a service with a technician or someone that will sit down with me and go over the step-by-step process of viewing and responding to my emails.

    I was looking for somebody to help me with my computer problems and I eventually went with iTOK.net's platinum plan. It's been pretty helpful. My interactions with their tech advisers have mostly been positive, but some of the tech advisers don't do all the things I want them to do. There was one time I gave them the feedback that I wasn't satisfied because the guy didn't fix a couple of things that I asked about.     I've had iTOK for quite a few years now. I've had a few computers over the years and they've done the backup for me to transfer things over to another computer. There were several successes and they've been very patient except for the last person I talked to. He was not very good at all. I've had a problem with my computer and they've worked at least 3 or 4 times on it for more than an hour but they cannot fix it. I got the impression from him that they've worked on it this much already and it can't be fixed and I have to live with it. I'm going to call tonight to try something different to have it fixed.

    I have also told friends that I use a company for my backup and I've been pleased. A few years ago, however, when I changed my computer over, they were supposed to do a backup for me. I called them and the guy that was fixing my computer who is a computer engineer didn't do the backup. He said he did it but he didn't, and I lost a lot of files on that. Somebody then came to my house and said, "We can put them all back on", but they never did come back on. One of the things that I would like to know is how the backup works, and if I can get previous files that have been deleted. It's not very clear what the backup means and if people can access it. I asked them too if they have a tutorial or something, but they never responded.

    iTOK is great. I had them for years now and I looked into their tech support because I want to keep my computer running. Apparently, I find that some of their people are better and more qualified than others. But the last guy (the supervisor) that worked on my computer was able to fix it and did an excellent job, so I'd like to get him every time I contact iTOK.     My son is an IT systems administrator in Salt Lake and he told me about iTOK some years back. At that time, I had a couple of situations where I had viruses and malware and I was using other popular programs like Norton and McAfee. I did a little research and knew that Trend Micro Titanium was considered the best so I went for it. The iTOK sales people were extremely good and their technology advisers have all been excellent.     When my wife signed us up for iTOK.net, our major concern was security. With the day-to-day running of the computer, it started getting bogged down. Right now, I need to make an appointment with iTOK to do tune-ups on all three computers I have and to take a closer look especially at my desktop because I have issues with my Windows Live Mail. I've essentially lost the ability to use that and I've tried to change passwords and everything to no avail. Right now, I'm having to get to my email through Cox webmail. On my desktop computer, I have a PC Cleaner Pro and when I boot up the desktop, it pops up and wants to scan my disk. It wants to charge me 300 bucks to fix everything. The only way I can really shut it down is to open up Task Manager and kill it.

    Then Trend Micro runs and says "no viruses, no worms", no whatever. I’ve looked at PC Cleaner Pro on the web and it’s a scam. So the last time I talked to iTOK, I mentioned the problems I was having with my computer and they said, "that's going to take more than just a tune-up". As cash flow is an issue for me since my wife passed away recently, I also talked to someone there to switch over to a monthly plan until things were sorted out and possibly go back to an annual plan. Nevertheless, overall, I would recommend it. I'm presently on a monthly plan until things are sorted out and will possibly go back to an annual plan.

    Up until the last few days, I've always had top-notch service from iTOK, and this is the reason I've been with them for so many years. Recently, though, I have not had the service I always have. When I call back and tell them that I still have a problem, I get a lot of arguments. A guy had worked on my computer the last time and he went in and said there wasn't any problem. But there was or I wouldn't have called him in the first place. Even right now, I've still got problems. I can't go in and do certain things that I've always done because it's an entirely different screen than what I had previously. The mail doesn't come up when I used to go in and click on the mail in the home page or with AOL home page. I've got to go through and sign in each time now, even though I didn't have to do that before. The tech said, "No, you don't have to." That's not true because I've had to do it every time.

    I've gone into my computer this morning. Even though I checked "Remember me," it still doesn't. It depends on who set it up and whoever's done the work in the past. I don't do anything with the computer here. I've always depended on them. So I've had a bad experience with the last couple of issues that I've had on my computer. I've never had a Dell computer that's given me as much problems as this one has. Except for the last guy I had who was quite argumentative, everybody at iTOK has always been courteous so I still recommend them.

    The ITOK technicians helped me when my computer screen got so small full of ads. I couldn’t get into my internet and they got rid of whatever garbage was there then got it setup and working for me. At first, my sons were very upset with me that I should have to pay for that. After I signed up, my son checked them up and talked with them to make sure this wasn't somebody that tried to get something out of you. He says, “I could’ve fixed this for you.” But of course, he doesn’t come over maybe once a week and I want to get at my computer so iTOK have been very very helpful to me whenever I called them.     The iTOK technology advisors have been very helpful whenever I've had issues and many times I took advantage of the 90 day tune up for my machine. It's been very effective. I'm glad to have them as I don't have anyone close by, just out of state people that are available to me to help for free. But they're too far away so I'm on my own. I'm not especially computer savvy, and the iTOK people are more than willing to help.     I worked with another tech support company previously but the English was bad. They were out of India or Japan and I wanted a company that I could understand and who knew what they were doing so I made the change to iTOK. Their sales team were very good. The first year I went with the Platinum plan and then the second year, I started out with Gold because I thought, well maybe I could cut back. But recently, I upgraded to Platinum because I needed more service than the Gold would provide like quarterly check - I needed the ability to call in if I had a problems for some of the work on it. You can call in with the Gold plan but then they’ll give you a rate and it’s cheaper to go with the Platinum if you have more maintenance. I would recommend iTOK.

    I was looking for a virus protection and so I called iTOK. My interactions with them have been pretty good until I tried to download Windows 10. I didn't have any sound and the mouse was gone. The computer was built for me and it was super, super fast. I do know that they've been having a lot of issues with the new Windows 10. I don't know if that would be iTOK issue or the fact that Windows 10 has been having a lot of issues with people trying to upgrade. I spent another $180 on them because I went from gold to platinum. The technician tried to talk me to back out of Windows 10. He was able to back me out all right and now my computer won't start at all. It says it's got a start up issue, get a hold of your administrator or your manufacturer. I'm the administrator and I can't get out of it. I'm sending this back to the manufacturer.

    I have long been a satisfied iTok customer, but not now. I was too quick today (8/23/15) to agree with your Thank You statement (Thank you for validating that we fixed your issue). Following a major tuneup iTok did the day before (ticket **), I complained about messages I received on my computer saying, "This app can't open while 'User Account Control' is turned off." I relayed that message in a call to iTok and was told it would be taken care of today. I was on the phone and online with the first person I spoke with (Daniel) who eventually turned the problem over to other technicians. The last one (Marcus) worked for quite some time and eventually signed off without any verbal message.

    I immediately discovered many programs and icons had been deleted from my computer, including your icon. I assumed those deleted had been old and no longer necessary. But then I discovered I could no longer access certain e-mail addresses and other necessary sites. I haven't been able to properly use my computer since. Please explain what happened and return my computer to proper working order.

    On Saturday, I called ITOK to have a tech check something on my PC. It was at 5:25, I spoke to someone who said he would get me a tech. Well I waited until 6:45 & still no tech, that is entirely too long for a member to wait. Also, don't send survey out to be answered about if things were fixed or not, since I did not know if things were working well or not until the tech was gone. Let a person check their own computer to make sure things are working properly, then send out the survey. If I EVER have to wait this long again, I will personally contact Mr. Hodson or will not renew my membership next year.     Something in the computer from iTOK got stuck up when I did the daily update on my computer. So Patrick tried to fix it and he got frustrated trying to get rid of it, but got it all taken care of. He did a fantastic job so I was happy with his work. Additionally, I told them we were gone for a month to Mexico in February, two weeks in October to Seattle, and two weeks to Chicago - we're gone for two months of the year. So it was nice that they extended my subscription for another two months. I appreciate that.

    However, I was disappointed in the way they set up an appointment for the free tune-up. It doesn't get met. They say they'll be here after four hours and they come six hours later. The girl I talked to said "Well, we schedule so many and we just got lagged behind, and we're sorry for the inconvenience." I told her, "I'll tell you. If it wasn't for Jeremy who's one of your manager techs, I would never come back to iTOK."

    When I bought the Windows 10, I had an issue with my computer - the volume wasn't working. So, I went and clicked on what I thought was Microsoft; however, it was the iTOK. I didn't like that because it's the same way as the malware gets in. But it seems that Microsoft outsources iTOK and everybody at iTOK was great. The iTOK guy found the problem and corrected it. He found 4 files that had malware and quarantined them. I don't know if he unloaded it and reloaded it but he had made it all right. So, my overall experience with iTOK was very nice.

I tried to get on the computer and couldn't remember my password, and I was blocked out for 12 hours, and then I spent time talking to Microsoft to people that can't speak English and I was just very upset about it.     iTOK seemed to be what I needed but my laptop was the only thing I was using them with. My internet service was wireless and I was starting to get bills from the tripled usage, so I decided I didn't need itOK and I meant to call and cancel.     I have been using iTOK for about 2 years since I can understand them and I feel safe with them checking my computer. Their sales reps send me emails all the time about new products or whenever the computer was being checked.     My Outlook wasn't working. It wasn't receiving or sending any messages. I checked with Yahoo maintenance and they sent me to iTOK. The iTOK.net sales team has been very good, efficient, and gave me several recommendations. I had a bunch of old stuff which I needed to get cleaned up so I signed up for the monthly protection of backing up the files, taking care of viruses that may try to come in, and doing a cleanup every six months for $50 a month. I also wanted to get the FOX news up on my Outlook when it came up, and the system to go to sleep after 30 minutes. The technology advisors helped me and put those on. I had the 90-day tune-up but at times, my machine still runs slow. I don't know if it's because I'm on Time Warner or what the deal is, but it runs really slow.

    I thought that iTOK was going to take out some of the junk files but I noticed that the reports say that they hadn't tested and eliminated them. Another thing is, I didn't say anything to them but I had hope that they could've gone ahead and upgraded it to Windows 10 because I despise this 8 that I have for a long time, and I understand that it’s free upgrade. Nobody said anything so I neglected to do that. Otherwise, I was very pleased with iTOK. It went as what they had indicated, which was about an hour.     I decided to use iTOK because the program that I had was not doing its job. My email was broken into twice and they had no record of it at all. But I have been very happy with what iTOK had done. The sales team has been very positive and pleasant. I can actually understand what they’re talking about and saying. Adding to that, the technology advisors were very knowledgeable. I'm a bit computer illiterate but from what I understand, they seem to know exactly what they're doing and how to go about doing it. I've had one tuneup but I do not know if the guy from iTOK was able to complete it or not because my internet server went down when he barely started on my update.     My experience with iTOK was good. Their marketing guy did a good job but my issues have not been corrected during my first experience with their tech. I called again in the middle of the night and I had a great guy who was stuck with me all the way through until we got everything corrected. He resolved all the issues I had. I would recommend iTOK because even though it didn't work the first time for whatever the first tech didn't get, the second tech did. I will continue to use them but I'm going to call them and discuss this issue with billing. They charged me for the work that was done which was discussed with me but I have paid monthly up until this point. I thought the $279 would not be until next August but they already took the money from my account and that wasn’t in my budget. But other than that, I have found it helpful to have them. When you have an issue, it's good to have someone you can contact and work with directly and get it fixed.

    I was having a lot of problems because foolishly I went ahead and said yes to Windows 10 early in the program when there were lots of glitches, and I couldn't handle it. So I asked for help. First of all, they couldn't figure things out and so I spent hours on the phone with them from last Sunday to Friday. All of a sudden, nothing was going on in the screen. My Gmail account also disappeared. So they said "We're going to have to start a new Gmail account." So we did, and I was reduced to tears at the end of that conversation because they brought up a new Gmail account and I said "Where are my contacts?" "Oh, you got to put them all in yourself." I said "I am not sitting here and putting 132 contacts into this account. I'm not doing that." So somebody said, "We'll try and export them." They did all kinds of stuff and nothing happened. I was not happy with them at all.

    Then on my last session, a girl called and I said I got a new modem because I kept losing contact with them. That was on Monday last week and on Thursday I installed it. In the meantime, I've sent a couple of emails to them and got no response. So I kept playing with my computer and when I went to Internet Explorer a certain way on my screen, my Gmail came up. I'm not sure whether they did it or I figured out. I also don't know what my $70 got for me except for many hours on the telephone and aggravation. I would not recommend them. But even though I was frustrated, everybody was polite and patient with me. But I can't say that I'm 100% in love with them and would keep them because if I have problems again, I will not go back to them. And I realized that I could go to other providers who'd be there for me all the time and fix things remotely.

    iTOK has saved me quite a few times. I got tech support because I didn't know that I needed to have some kind of protection, and wanted to make sure that I was not transferring or receiving bad stuff, and it ends up being what happened. I got their platinum service, took advantage of the 90-day tune-up, and have been pleased. They took care of business as they should, and it didn't take long. The tune-up is as effective as the technicians and if they spend the time and effort, then it's great even if they're constantly being bombarded with stuff. I've run across situations with my computer that took up to 3 days to take care of and hopefully they're getting paid for that because if it takes more than a day for their ticket it means they're putting in a lot of effort.

    At one time I spent a good week (daily, hours on a day) with a technician to figure out what happened and how they're going to fix it because there were a lot of strange things going on. I do just email and internet but one of them said, "You have 600 plus little mini files". I didn't have it before and don't know how it's getting to me. But they fixed it and got it working, I had an additional problem, and they also fixed it and got it working.

    The technician from iTOK explained how it works. It would be four times out of the year to do a complete cleaning up in my computer and it would be $240 for the whole year.     I have Windows 10 and I had to get support because I wasn’t getting into my system all the time. I was looking through Windows and they told me to go to iTOK’s site and I did. Customer service told me that it’s strictly American style, take for example the word “color”. Here in Canada we spell our words with “-our” and not “or”, and the guy was a bit nasty with me about that. I’m trying to get used to the system, and I paid for the full 90-day tune up. A lot of stuff was cleaned up on my machine, but I also lost a few things that I had in there that I couldn’t get back originally. The technician got me back into my D-Link system which I can monitor my apartment from anywhere when I’m away which I lost originally, but I’ve got it back now.     There were two computers I had problems with. The first was I contacted iTOK because I needed help with setting up a new laptop that had Windows 8 and I wasn’t familiar with it, so I needed help with the setup and it went fine, but three days after they had done that work, I had this crash on my other computer. I had lost all of my contents of my files and folders and I couldn’t access them, but they could still be there because the computer was reporting that the total amount of storage had not changed, so it appears that all of the files were still there. iTOK did a clean-up with my computer and found a lot of things and it looked as though they had solved all the problems, but when I started to use it again, I found that the files were still missing and I had to go back to them again. They made a couple of attempts to solve it but weren’t able to do so. I did have online backup, but there was a problem with that as well, so it was only a partial success

    I'm unable to maneuver my own computer so I decided to get iTOK's tech support. I have been with them for two or three years and so far they’ve all been great. Anyone I’ve talked to is more than willing to help. However my computer isn't working right now. What happened was I've had the tuneup and then I had a problem. Tech support then changed a couple of things and it worked the next day. But now it's back out again and I can't get in anywhere, not even on my internet.

    I am disgusted by iTOK. They charged me $149 and I didn't even know about that. They insisted that they had these records on the computer, but it's not true. I didn't give them permission to charge me that amount, I wouldn't consent to it anyway.     I had so many things wrong with my computer so I looked into iTOK.net's tech support and my interaction with their technical advisers have been fine. They fixed my problems so I'm happy with them. But I wouldn't recommend them to a friend because I didn't realize that they were in the States when we were doing most of our talking and setting things up while I am in Canada.
