    I had some computer issues my IT person was fixing and at the end of the process, he went to delete a duplicated (but empty) file. It erased my entire business Contact list! After trying a few options to reverse what happened, it seemed nowhere to be found. Near panic, he finally decided to use my Bask Backup, which I use daily, and do a restore to the day before. It was our last option. It WORKED! Thanks to Bask backing up everything, including my .pst folder, my business is still going. My IT specialist was very pleased with their performance and plans on recommending it to his other clients. Well worth the price.

    I run a home business and I have four or five computers. My main computer would get viruses which would back me up, and Bask did a decent job in doing the maintenance on it. Recently, I got a call with one of their sales team reminding me that my subscription was about to expire, so I signed up, which took less than three minutes. I ended up going with the plan that's between $300 and $400. When I call their tech advisors, I don't have to sit on the phone with them. They log in and if I have other things to do, I could go on about my business. They're not asking me to do a hundred things. They're doing it themselves, which is the main reason why I kept them. I'm happy with them and would recommend them to anybody.

    I take advantage of their 90-day tune up as well. I've had as many problems with it as I've had good experiences. There had been a few times where they've come in and have done the tune up, and my machine didn't reboot. If there's any weakness in their service, it's at that point because it's tough to get somebody back that's knowledgeable about the issue that I'm having. It's very rare that I get the same tech that worked on it back.

    I had an issue and I’m self-employed, and I needed a service that would allow me to call whenever I needed. My experience with the iTOK team has all been very positive. I take advantage of the 90-Day TuneUp all the time and it has been very effective. The only thing is that as they have grown from iTOK to Bask, I’ve noticed a drop in their ability to return calls as quickly as they did when they were smaller. And every once in a while, I’d get a tech who isn’t as experienced as some of the others.

    I’ve been on with iTOK for several years. I needed some help with my computer once and I looked on the internet and found them. I talked to them and it worked out okay. Their staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable. And if they couldn’t answer, they’d find somebody who could. I have used their 90-Day Tune-Up in the past. About a month ago, I contacted them and they worked on my computer and did it online.

    I was looking for a company that would handle my online services. Bask was iTOK a number of years ago. Their people were very good. I've counted on them a number of times in different situations. They do a search of my files quarterly to see there's no bad stuff in there. Their 90-day tune up was effective. One problem makes it real challenging for me and right now I'm facing that from a different standpoint. But once they do that clean-up and they have disabled one of the functions that I really count on. For example, if I bring up Excel before they do an update the files in Excel with all the most recent activity are all lost. I have to go back and find those files in the various directories that they were found in.

    I'm having trouble right now, not because of Bask, trying to install Office Word 2016. I had the Microsoft tech support because I couldn't figure out how to make it work. They took control of my computer and erased all the same files that Bask does. When I bring up Excel, it didn't have any activity in there. I'm right in the midst of going back and trying to find some of those files. I'm finding some but there are a number of them I can't find yet. Several times I asked them if there's a way they could retain those most recent file activity when they do the quarterly update but they don't.

    Then, when I was working something on Microsoft Word today, their service had to go online. I told the tech support that I was on Bask. He went in and looked and suggested to do things that duplicate what Bask does. They wanted me to sign up for their service. They said I can sign up and still keep my service with Bask but it may cause some problems. They were saying that some things Bask had done had given problems for me to upgrade from Word 2010 to Word 2016 which was the start of the problem today. Now I'm worried if some of the things that Bask stopped would stop me from being able to use the other tech support and some of the things the other tech support does would stop me from being able to use Bask since I've been more comfortable with Bask.

    I had been with iTOK since day one. When Bask took over, the service wasn't what it used to be. I started when they still had people come out to my house and help me buy my computer and figure out what I wanted. They don't do that anymore. I'm self-employed and I don't have an IT department, so it was easy to have someone like that. The sales team in the beginning was excellent. Now the overall service has changed. It's not quite as extensive as it was. Before when I dealt with the technicians, they were all very good. Now they don't have the quality of technicians across the board that they used to.

    For the most part, the advisers have been excellent but it seems to take longer now. I had a couple of situations where the tech says, "I'll give it to someone else. I don't know anything about this," after they've spent four hours tying up my computer. They still come in every quarter and do the 90-Day TuneUp. But under iTOK, I used to have a different icon and I always got an email saying that my quarterly is due. I don't seem to get that anymore. The other thing is I noticed now under Bask if I call for help, the response time isn't nearly what it used to be under iTOK. Under iTOK the response time was fairly quick. Now, I wait. And I know when I go online, I get an automated computer response and then wait for 30 minutes.

    Bask is the last resort when I had to get my computer fixed. I called many people and I said, “Oop! This is gonna be the one.” I need them to keep my computer going because it’s just running slow and they got to check for viruses.     I like the way Bask works on our problem immediately. I have a yearly membership with them and their technicians have always been wonderful. I had an incident last week where some pop-up came up that was probably some virus and I couldn’t get out of it. It filled my whole screen, so I called Bask and said, “I don’t even know how to give you access.” But they walked me through how I could give them access. The rep worked on it for two and a half hours and he got me up and running just like that. Also, I tell them to notify me when my tune-up is coming up and I always get a little notice when I would like to schedule it. I really appreciate that they keep track for me. I've had the same computer for five years and the quarterly tune-ups help a lot. I’ve always been really appreciative of how everybody’s been so kind and patient. I never feel bad about calling, like if I'm bothering somebody because they’re always really eager to help me.

    I ran into Bask at 3 a.m. in the morning when I couldn’t get into my computer. A young man helped me and they got me back on my system and then the following morning, I talked to their administrative office and set up the payment and been there with them for nine years now. They’ve all really been pretty good. But we’ve had to do it twice sometimes because one thing that works today doesn’t work an hour later. But so far, it’s been great. They’ve helped me every time I call. And I’m a premium member so they’ll work on my system 24 hours a day whenever I call. Also, I use their 90-Day Tune Up. They send me notices on their tune-ups and then I get them within five or six days. After they send me, I call them and they take the machine. It's very effective for my computer. They really do a great service and they treat me very fair and equitable.

    I got a computer but I’m no expert with it. There’s so much I don’t know about them and I don’t know how to clean up or system error once. I don’t know what to do if there’s a problem. When I needed to get tech support, Bask sounded like they knew what they were doing. I felt secure and comfortable with them. Anytime I’ve called them up with a problem or question, they’ve got everything going again. I haven’t found a tech yet who didn’t know how to fix my problem.     My computer kept getting infected and it had been an ongoing problem so I looked into tech support. Bask was konky a couple of years ago, but it's gotten much better. They've been able to help anytime I had issues or questions. Most of their technology advisors seemed to be very knowledgeable. I run into one every once in a while that I might have a little trouble with, then I would go back to the sales people and they connect me with somebody else. But generally, they were very good. I also use the 90-day tune up and my computer keeps running very well with it, so I don't wanna tempt fate by not doing it.

    We were with Bask's predecessors and we’ve been very happy with them. We've even recommended them. I've been self-employed for years and I’m not capable of servicing computers so I got a tech support from Bask. We have a plan for 3 computers and I've done about a yearly toll. My interaction with their sales team has been satisfactory. They seem to be knowledgeable and fair in their dealings, which I appreciate. Maybe because we’ve been with them so long and they know that we’re retired that's why they seem to be very fair and hold their prices at a reasonable level.

    I have been very satisfied with their technology advisors. The way they work is they describe the problem and put it out to bid among their contractors depending upon the complexity and different levels. We’ve dealt with them long and well enough that their first-line contact knows who we are and we know them at least by name. I've always felt that they have a role and when we call in, it’s not like, “Well, here’s this flake calling. They seem all okay.” And we wind up getting reasonable people to call and it escalates very quickly to the level needed. We’ve had some of them call us back and say that they need to talk to me to tell them more about what the problem is rather than trying to play games and figure out what it might be.

    We do the 90-Day TuneUp but sometimes it goes longer if we’re not having any problems. We have one of their apps downloaded that we run once a week which is a mini tune-up and cleanup and that minimizes the amount of time we need to be harking at them. Bask is very good and we will not even consider anybody else. We wouldn’t even consider being without them. We have two desktops and a laptop and they're somewhat older. We've put the laptop on Windows 10 and we’re having a lot of troubles with it. One of the guys finally called and said that the problem we’re having with the computer is that Microsoft said the driver for that computer is not compatible with Windows 10, and they have not tested it. He told me to consider going back to Windows 7 and while I'm thinking about that he disabled some things in Windows 10 so it won’t affect me. I had no idea what he was talking about, but he did and it seemed to work.

    The last experience that I had with Bask is quite interesting because when they serviced both the laptop and desktop, I still can’t print from my desktop. I can print now from my laptop and I said that to the gentleman who did the service. He sent me to somebody else and I waited, called back and that gentleman said his day was gone. Then I said, “When were you going to notify me? I have to work over the weekend and I need the printer.” This happened one other time, so we made it a point that each time they serviced to make sure that everything was in workable mode before I got off the phone with the gentleman doing the service. I haven’t gotten to the bottom of it yet. I have a very busy schedule and do not have time to follow-up. I have another service coming up, so maybe we can adjust it at that point. I’d recommend Bask, but I want somebody to follow through with the process of making sure that the machine is functional.

    I kept getting viruses on my computer and the software I have for virus protection wasn't sufficient. I'm not techie and don't know how to defrag and stop all the system that was running in the back. My friend then said I try using Bask and since then, I haven't had a single crash problem. They provide quarterly service, like maintenance, and I'll get a call or email saying I'm scheduled for a TuneUp but I have one of the higher level of plans so I can call them for tech support at any time. It’s been completely effective.

    If I ever have a problem that looks like a virus coming in, I call them and their tech advisor will log on within a couple of hours, do the work and clean my computer. I felt like their customer service people have been conscientious. I'll discuss whatever the issue is with them and they take notes. I even leave the house for a few hours while they work on it, then they always follow-up with a call from a supervisor and report what they did on my computer to see if I was satisfied with the work. So they’ve always been responsive and on top of it. I’m really pleased with the service they provide.

    They're also luckily based near me which is always nice. They originate from Lehi, which is like putting dollars back into the community. However, they also have tech people who work from where they lived somewhere else which suggests the company is willing to take the expertise of people where they are. That seems like a good business practice.

    I knew some people who had used Bask so when I got something wrong with my computer, I called Bask. I got a response shortly and the issue was resolved. A guy from the sales team calls whenever my subscription is due each year and our interaction is excellent. I had no problem. The price was lower this year than it was a year ago so that’s one good thing. The technology advisors have all been excellent and they bend over backwards to help me when I’ve had issues. The 90-Day TuneUp is outstanding and very effective. My experience has been all positive and I can’t say one bad thing about the outfit.     Bask was recommended when I was going to school, back when they were still iTOK. I've been with them for a couple of years now. They take care of my problems and do my backups on a regular basis. Any time I have a problem, I can get somebody to respond right away. Their team members are on time during appointments and they've been very thorough. I've been pleased with the outcome and the help they gave me with my computer. The technology advisers seemed very well-informed, patient, and able to explain things to me. Their explanation has made it easier for me who's not as adept at computers.

    I was down in the States and one occasion I had a problem. AT&T told me to call the people from iTok/Bask. The sales guys were all good. I have a Platinum membership and now I have three computers on them. The thing is I find it too expensive for what I’m using it for. However, I have no alternative right now ‘cause of my location. I live up in the boonies and I’m about 150 miles north of Toronto. I run a small business out of my home here and I need to have the support. I design custom homes so I live on a computer. I work about 12 hours a day and I can’t afford to be down. Bask seems to do a fairly good job at keeping me up and running.

    When my daughter separated from me, I inherited her computer. Last year Bask brought it on at a reasonable price, but all of a sudden they went up to almost $1,200 which is about $1,800 for us in Canadian dollars. It is getting very expensive and that frustrates me. I took my daughter's computer off Bask since she doesn’t have the urgency that I have with my three computers up here. The cost is a big factor.

    I had so much trouble with my computer so I got Bask, which was called iTOK then. I kept renewing my subscription and now I’ve been with them for about three years. The people who work on the computer are great. The 90-Day TuneUp is also good for my computer. Overall, I’m satisfied. The only thing is they were working on my computer and it never got fixed. My email is screwed up and I could not send an AOL email out. We may have to go back and reset it to an earlier date. While they were working on it, I got sick and I went in the hospital and my wife died. It never go completed, but I also haven’t had time to do anything with it lately. But all in all, I’d recommend Bask.

    I kept getting something saying I had a virus in my computer. It scared me so I clicked on it and it was the wrong thing. Bask then went in, revamped my whole computer, put it all back together again and got rid of all the viruses. They sounded like really nice and honest people.     I was with iTOK for many years and then it became Bask. Their 90-Day Tune Up's effective and back when it was iTOK, they remind us of that. Now Bask does not, I had to call them. Recently, I waited two and a half hours for them to get back to me regarding my issue.     I’ve been a Bask member for over seven years. I’m a senior citizen and I have a computer and when something goes wrong with it, I don’t know who to contact for that kind of thing. So I decided to try this type of thing and see how it worked and I’ve been totally satisfied since. I’m on the Platinum program. I’ve been having the tune-up done every 90 days ever since and it was effective. However, I’ve had one bad experience with a tech. He was talking tech language and I was a talking live person so we didn’t agree and I hung up on him. I probably wouldn’t have that person again.     Me and my wife had computer problems that we didn't know how to fix so we availed Bask. I like them. Sometimes my machine has frozen up or malfunctioned and I called them and they would explain to me how to how make the connection with them, and they take charge of it. When they were finished, everything was cleared up and it worked. Also, their technology advisors would stay online with me on what we were working on the computer together. Their receptionist is also helpful when I have to go through one.

    In 2014 and 2015, we were out of the country in Africa and we paid a years subscription before we left. When they realized that we weren't gonna be home for most of that year, they suspended our service and when we came back credited our payment and continued it on. That was a real advantage that they gave us. I took advantage of the 90-Day Tune Up last week and they tuned it up and it works okay now. I don't have any bugs in it. However, I've paid $380 for my new subscription and that was a discounted price. I only paid $300 when I started out. But other than that, I've never had a bad experience with Bask even when it was iTOK. I've recommended it to other people.

    I had problems I couldn’t fix on my computers and have had local people who all want to sign a contract and charge me so much a month it’s just ridiculous. The reason I picked Bask is because they offer service that if I need somebody, I can call and it gets done. The way that the business is structured is fantastic. I have two computers this year and on a 12-month contract with Bask. The technology advisers are great. If they can’t handle things, they send it to the next level. I can actually talk to somebody while they’re fixing. They're easy to get a hold of and reassuring as far as the knowledge and function of computers.

    I have Windows 7 and I kept getting these things for updating to Windows 10 which I heard was a nightmare. I talked to their tech guys and they said "no", went over and looked at the programs I have on here. They said that it should all work but if it doesn’t, we can always take it off. But come July, I won't have a choice. If I don’t have Windows 10 then I'm going to pay for it so it’s just a matter of getting used to it. The way Bask works is great and I love them. When I need tune-ups, they tell me which is good because I look at everything and I just go on with it. I reference them all the time to as many people as I can because their people are nice and I enjoy doing business with them.

    One day, I was having a problem, and I'm not really good with computers. I figured it would be less stressful for me to have somebody to help me. I started looking and found iTOK. The technology advisers are always great. I've had them restore and fix things twice. For the most part, they take care of it right when they are doing my tune ups. They take care of most everything right then. There's been a couple of times when things went wrong. They've had to help me and get everything back up. One time my computer went out and they had to get everything back up running and everything was back up and I was able to get all of my pictures back.

    Plus, the sales team have always been really good. However, Bask took over, and they tell me that my bills is going to go up next year. In fact, my bill is going to go up higher than Microsoft charges next year. That’s the only thing I’m not happy about because I should be grandfathered in. Nevertheless, I really like the tech people. They're always so good to help and like they understand that I don't know a lot about computers and they walked me through everything. The tech department is fabulous. Moreover, the back up and the tune up are the best parts of the service. It's very effective, I will always have the tech support company.

    I had a Windows Outlook-related problem with my personal computer years ago. Somebody at my work mentioned about Bask and I wasn't aware of other companies that would provide that service at the time, so I picked them and have stayed with them for about nine years now. I started out with the month-to-month then I went to an annual plan. For the most part, my interactions with their technology advisors have been positive. I'd call them up once in a while if I have a problem and they've been very responsive to fix them. We also do the monthly maintenance.

    I don't have too many problems, but my machine is fairly old for a laptop at five-plus years old, so it's slower to start than when it was new. Sometimes, if I have an issue and we do the 90-day tune up, it's kinda hard to communicate what I'd like them to look at after I've reached that window, so I don't always know if it gets looked at. But, I don't hesitate to call them if I have a major issue.

    I had a guy working for me years ago when I had a computer problem. I asked whom he used to get it fixed and he turned me on to Bask when it was still called iTOK, then I started using them.     I got the virus protection and backup from Bask. I stuck with what my husband did, except I went from getting the max down to just the basic. Aaron was the sales rep and he was really cool.     I was satisfied with iTOK's service, so when it transferred to Bask, I kept it. The technology advisers at Bask came and tuned up my computer, and then I had problems with it so I had to call them back.     Sometimes with Bask, I have to wait a long time to get someone to answer the phone. I didn’t use to have to do that. But I have been pleased with the way they help me when I need it, and they’re very polite. Two days ago I had a call because I couldn’t get in my email and they fixed it in two seconds. I also take advantage of their 90-day tune ups. It really helps and I don't have to worry about it because they'll let me know when they'll do it.     I've been with Bask for 6 years and it's always been great. I had Invisus before and they were a good company but they charge very high rates so I went looking for others that's less expensive. I came up with Bask. I called them and they sounded they knew what they're doing. They had good, credible communication with me. I gave them a try and I'd been extremely happy with their service. Their people have always been extremely helpful. Also, most of the time, I take advantage of the 90-day tune-up. They send me a note and they text me a couple of times to get around to it.     Of all the things that we ran into with stores online, iTOK was one of the best. So far, we haven't been disappointed at all with the service. I switched machines. I went from an XP (really slow machine) to a hopefully better Windows 10 system. That went very well. In fact, it was almost effortless for me. And what's good about it is their technician was able to backup all the files that I wanted to keep the information (pictures and all my contact list). He kept that intact for me, and all I have to do is figure out the new computer and how to extract it.

    What the guy did was he set it up to where if there were stuff I didn't want, I could filter it without having to go through one file at a time. It worked out really well. This guy worked all the way through the night getting it done for us. I work all day long so I can't be there to do that sort of thing. I tried about 8 o'clock and roll the hole, somebody answered, and he went to work and got the job done that night for me. I was really happy.

    It was fabulous with Bask. I could get in touch with them 24 hours a day and they would answer any kind of questions that I had.     I've been with iTOK for a number of years. They're under a new leadership and everything now, I presume with the new Bask thing. After I renewed this time, I immediately had to call them up to help me reinstall my security ware which took about two and a half hours out of my business day. That was frustrating. I did not have that happen to me before. The problem I had is that all of a sudden my security programs says we can't do anything else, call them immediately. So I did and got cut-off a couple of times trying to get in to call. It's hard to get in, first of all with the couple click offs and contacting a live person. And secondly, because my onscreen trigger didn't work because of the changeover.

    The people were nice enough but the first technology adviser I had immediately was bad and didn't interact with me at all. He hadn't read my notes and just started writing in programs including the backup ware, which I don't use anybody's backup ware. I have my own backup system and the backup system for Bask in the old XP machine, a 32, just killed it. While he was doing that I was virtually trying to write him. I pulled up a word document and wrote to him saying, "Stop. Quit. Call me." And he wasn't paying attention to that and was sifting through his normal tech sheet. He was doing four different people at the same time. So I ended the connection and got a hold of Bask again. I got a second tech who was great. He took care of it, not completely, but we had a great interaction.

    Bask is an expensive service in itself, but I haven't minded the cost. For some reason I got these weird 'hostage' deals where they say, "Pay us and we'll release your computer." I got one of those and Bask took care of it. They also take care of me on XP because I have older programs that aren't gonna work with the new Windows, that I still have to have because of the history of my work. However when it comes down to the way I pay for extra stuff and then I get the impersonal service... not what I signed up for. The reason why I linked up with them in the first place was because the service is gonna be personalized.

    I needed tech support because I had a problem one day and I just kept hitting buttons. So I got iTOK's service and stayed with them ever since, even when they became Bask. The reps have always been very fantastic. I’ve never had one problem with them. They’re there when I needed them and when they try to explain to me, they’re not above me, try to tell me I didn’t know what I was talking about. So I was very pleased. Most of the time I look for the time for the tune-up to come, but otherwise if I have a problem, I call Bask right away. I always get help, one way or another.     My experience with Bask in the past year has been good. Their reps were wonderful although they were better when they were iTOK, but they're still pretty good. It seems like they handled problems better then. When I had iTOK, they were 10 out of 10 compared to Bask's 8 out of 10 today. And the guys were much friendlier then, while they're a little more businesslike now. I'm an older woman and they have to be very understanding with me because I'm not good at computer. So, the guys that I used to get with iTOK were really patient and wonderful, and Bask, they're good too, but there's just something missing.

    The last time I contacted Bask was regarding my NOOK notepad. I always played Words with Friends but the game said I needed Wi-Fi connection, which I had. It still wouldn't play with me. We did not resolve this issue, though. I've had techs that knew more than the guy who helped me, but he couldn't transfer me to anybody because he was working from home. It wasn't that he was a slouch because he did try hard. I would like to have had the issue resolved, but I also realize that NOOK is not the greatest notepad in the market. Other than that, I've been happy with Bask so far.

    My mom already had her computer covered by iTOK. She had gotten a virus a long time ago and iTOK helped her out. Then they switched over to Bask and they pretty much did the same thing.     I've been with iTOK for the last three years and I'm not very computer literate. Systems fail and then you lose your stuff, so I was researching around to see if there was something or somebody that could help with my system, so I decided to sign up with them. Because of the issues that I was having at that time, I ended up getting a new system and they sent someone right over to transfer my stuff and they were just very attentive.

    Their sales team has been able to address what I needed and it's been great. I recently added another laptop so I called in and put that one on my account. It keeps me worry-free and I like that. And I like being able to contact them anytime if I'm having any kind of an issue or problem. I can just go to my icon and tell them I need some help and they're very quick and get back to me. They're very understanding with the fact that I don't know what the hell I'm doing sometimes. I also tried the 90-day tune-up and it's been extremely effective for my computers.     Once, one of the computers had a problem with something that was on it and iTOK gave me a price to do it and took care of the problem. I do take care things of my own. The computers are for the boss, and I have too many computers to take care of and I can't do all of them. If I have to change software, I don't have to worry about it if it gets a virus or malware because Bask takes care of it. I still have to go buy ErrorTeck and Defrag, but I don't have to do it often. So I've got somebody else that can take a look at the computer and if people have a problem, I can have them talk directly to somebody else 'cause I can only do so much in a day. The boss pays for the account on his computers and how many ever there is on that account. It's for the company, and we pay once a year.

    The techs have always been helpful to call back. If I've been tied up and I tell them that I can hook them up to the computer but I'm going to be gone and they can do it whenever they need to on that day, they're fine with it. We try to do the 90-day tune-up on a regular basis but sometimes it gets to be too much in a day. The backup hasn't been a problem and has really helped out. We just switched one from an XP to a W7 laptop. The guys moved everything over and took care of all that. Anybody that I've talked to has been professional.

    A while back, somebody had a question and Bask followed up on it. It was a malware and they had to go back in and do something. It was like it went away and then it came back, and they went in the second time and got it. We didn't have any more trouble. If something got missed and then we call Bask back, it's taken care of. I and the boss are satisfied with the service.

    Computers are a menace to the average guy and I'm an average guy so I looked into tech support. Bask was local and affordable so I went with them. I recently had a tune-up that went wrong and my computer had lost a whole lot of data. They came back in and restored the data but they didn't restore it to where it was before. They created a lost data file for me because they couldn't get it back to where it used to be. But I'm still able to work out of that. They screwed up but they fixed their mistake. Other than that, generally speaking, they keep my stuff running smoother and faster.

    I wasn't very good at fixing things. Bask had a good reputation and was recommended. I had a good experience with them the whole time when I used them before a couple years ago.     I went from working in the office to being able to work out of a home office. And since I didn't have IT support at home, I decided to look into tech support. I talked to BASK over the phone, made a decision to go with them, and it's been great ever since. In many years, I've had all kinds of actions with them. I have four computers and four laptops that are covered. Occasionally I might have to call twice after something they fixed didn't work quite right but they've always been able to get somebody back on the phone. Just last Wednesday they installed an older printer for me and I worked with that till they got it working on me.

    Their tune-ups are always good and I use them frequently. Although there was one time when I had a terse interaction with one of their technology advisers - it was around late at night - but BASK is universally great and I gladly pay them every year.     We’ve been customers of Bask for years. We had an issue so I called them and they fixed it, then we found out about the contract. Bask had been very helpful and seemed to understand.     I was having problems with my computer so I tried Bask out of a quick online search. I have been with them for probably five or six years now and I've been satisfied with it ever since. Their sales team has been very good for the most part, but recently, I have three computers on two or three different contracts and it seems like my services are getting confused from one to the other. I haven't done anything about it but I've been meeting to place a phone call to try and straighten that out. Also, about six months ago, I had a problem with the grand application and they were very helpful. The suggested solution was very simple but that helped from that log. The advisers have been very good which is why I decided to keep the service even though it is expensive and I could probably figure the problems out myself. But I don't have the time and the patience to do that, so I'm happy to have Bask take care of it.

    I had an interesting experience with Bask. They're good guys and girls. I understand now that they're bigger and better and supposed to have better service but a couple of weeks ago, I turned on my computer and it said that I hadn't been backed up in eight days and that I hadn't paid recently. That wasn't true so I called up Bask and they said that I got to have a tech, but they're too busy, so I have to stay on the line. Once I get on with a tech, I take an hour or two.

    Anyway, I have told Bask that I hate this classical piano music they play while waiting on the phone. I like piano, but when I'm sitting there waiting and my husband's wanting to go somewhere and I'm waiting for their tech to come on, that horrible, loud music makes me tense a lot and I hate it. When I finally get a fellow, he looked the problem up and said that I hadn't been backed up but I already had paid. He said that he'll just back my computer up to which I said okay, but when I came back the next time, I only have a third of the little icons and I can't open up my email which was a mess.

    So I called and had a girl at first, then a boy work with me. My computer was supposed to be okay then but it wasn’t. I think these techs were new and have to get somebody to help them. However, the last two men I talked to were super. The second to the last one was able to restore my icons and the last guy helped me get my email back on. Right now I am able to get on and do whatever I want to do with the computer. I was on it yesterday and everything is fine. I had a messed up computer and Bask was finally able to help me. I’m happy and would recommend the company to anybody.

    I got a virus in my computer and Bask was able to fix it remotely. The tech support was great all the time I deal with them. One time there was one fella that didn't have the best bedside manner. He was over his head. But it was one out of 30 times. They've done a good job. For the most part, they've been knowledgeable and courteous. Also, I got an email saying that I have a tune up and I took advantage of that and it helped my computer. I like that fact that I don't have to take my computer somewhere to get it fixed, Bask can do it remotely.

    I had a program that I was running years ago, and it was from a long-distance company. I got frustrated because I had to make long-distance calls to them if I ran into any trouble. Then they went belly-up. At that point, I had moved over to a local company so I could have local help. The company expected me to be tech-savvy and able to handle all the work myself with a little bit of guidance from them, and I couldn't take it. I needed somebody to help me. I got involved with iTOK about four years ago. They were always good to me and reasonable cost-wise. I've recommended them.

    I had a problem the other day wherein Windows 10 evidently did an upgrade or update, which they do about once a month, and wiped out all of my personal files and data. Windows' explanation was there's not enough space and they just pushed off my personal stuff. When I called Bask, I told them that I needed to have my programs and data put back on, and they said they had done that. When I checked, my Microsoft Works data, which is all my clientele, and a gaming program I had that my wife plays everyday were gone. So, I had to ask Bask to restore these. I had to have a list of things that I wanted to come back on.

    I asked them if there was any way to firewall my stuff so that these don't get booted off every month by Windows when they do an update/upgrade, but I never got an answer to it. I am paying them about $10 a month and that'll be a reoccurring thing every time Windows does an upgrade, unless somebody gives it a think how they can protect me so that I don't have to come back and ask them to reinstall and re-put stuff back on.

    All I know how to do was turn on my computer and use it. I had no idea how to fix anything so I decided to get tech support. Somebody that worked with my husband mentioned iTOK probably about 10 years ago. And now I depend on iTOK. I pay once a year and I can call them whenever I want. I get a tune up every 90 days. My computer’s not new and it still runs fine. I have a laptop that they take care of too.

    Technicians are all polite and nice. Some of them are better and more thorough than others but that’s to be expected. The only thing is I'd like for somebody to answer the phone when you call instead of getting a machine. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. Like a few months ago, I called when I had a problem. Their employees were busy but said they'd call me back. And they did. Rather than just sitting on hold for an hour, that was better because there were a couple of times when I'd sit there and wait and nobody would answer. Apart from that, I expect them to be there and they usually always have. I've been very happy with them for a long time.

    I have been using Bask when they had another name, iTOK, years ago. When I got a new computer, I tried using it before having someone look at it and I had all sorts of pop-ups and bad things happening. So I wanted someone to look over it and take out the bad stuff. I signed up for a year and that sounds like a good deal to me because I don't have anyone to take care of my computer. I don't take care of machines, I just use them. The technology advisers signed up, and I turned the control of my machine over to them, and they did the work on it. They were very pleasant and courteous, they get high marks from me. They did 90-day tune-up and so far, I haven't had any more trouble. So I'm assuming it did what it's supposed to. Overall, I'm very glad that there are companies like Bask out there and seem to be a good one. They made it easy for me and took care of the work. The best thing is I didn't have to do anything.

    Initially, Bask was the first one I have heard of where they could do the repair without me having to take anything out. I was unable to get out of my home on a regular basis and I didn't want to be without my computer. I've been using it for a number of years now and Bask always gives excellent service. Any time I call them, I get a response within a reasonable amount of time. They do everything that they tell me they'll do and sometimes more things that I didn't know about that needed to be done. They're always polite and check back or give me a means of checking back with them if there are any other questions or suggestions I have.

    I came to trust Bask because they were on target. All I have to do is make sure my computer was turned on and online, but there have been times that I wasn't even able to do that and I have to call them on the phone and they talked me through the steps that I could do in order to let them take a look at what was going on. The techs always answer my questions and usually I have a lot of them. They tell me immediately what they can or cannot do. But I've never had to do anything like follow up with taking my computer somewhere else. They even sent someone out one time that they contracted with to do some work on my compute. Also, I do the quarterly tune-ups and it keeps problems from escalating. It can go through and assess everything. I have recommended Bask to other people.

    Many years ago, I got hacked by a company called UTH which stands for Under The Hood and posing as a Microsoft Windows contractor. I had to hire a computer company and I went with Bask because number one, they’re based in the United States, and number two, I can understand the people that I talked with. In other words, communication was the biggest thing for me. When I first hired Bask, they had an expert. I called them and I talked to someone who said “I’m going to put you with a guy that handles these guys.” The technician was very good, got the issue taken care of, and told me, “They won’t be back.” I have also taken advantage of their 90-day tune-up and my computer’s running much better since.     I'm always having problems with the computer. I am kind of computer illiterate and Bask helped me out so good on the first time that I got a contract with them, I've kept it ever since. The plan costs me $39 or $49-something per month plus $19.95 for the second computer which my husband uses. Every one of the techs have been great. If the guy I had didn't know what to do, he got me somebody that did. So it's a good team.

    The only complaint I had was last year when I got my husband's. I paid a year in advance for the plan and they charged me a lot of money and never did anything on the computer. Normally, Bask is there every time I turn my computer on and it says the last time the computer was checked. They never did this for my husband. I had to call and tell them of this, but they didn't do anything. But other than this, we like Bask. It's a good company and has done a good job.

    I was a subscriber to iTOK before Bask took over it. I initially experienced some virus and slow computer operation. There was a pop up on my computer with iTOK's name. I checked them out and it was how I started with them. The techs are qualified in what they’re doing. They rectified the problem I had about a month ago. I still have one issue I need to get back to them on, but I’m able to deal with it off and on.

    It has been beneficial for me to have this electronic tech service rather than calling somebody in the house and having to meet with them. I like the approach of remote tech service. The only thing that always raises a red flag is if they are honest and legal. Overall, I’m satisfied to this point. I’m not looking for a replacement. They keep giving me the message that they back up my files and I hope that’s true because it could someday be important to me.

    About five years ago, I signed up with Bask and I renewed it every year. It was to make backups for my computer in case something went wrong. There were a couple of times I lost all my data. The first time the computer went down, I wasn’t so happy with the Bask guys because they were not backing up all the ones that I wanted. After that, one of them added a bunch of more files and so right now I’m covered well. I haven’t had a problem since then, except for the ransomware I had. Some guys got in with a thing where they change all my filenames. We paid the ransom because they got into our offices where nine other computers were affected too through mine. I called the technical guy up at Bask and he went through my files and got rid of my infection, but he couldn’t fix my files. He could have backed up, though. I am happy with the service I got from Bask now. They also gave me a tune-up.

    I have a small business and I depend all my business system by a computer and so it's really important for it to be working.     We've been with Bask for four years when they were iTOK and they were very good. My wife has used them a lot more than I have because she has four different devices that always seem to have some question. Meanwhile, I use them to back up my files and keep the malware in my computer cleaned up on a regular basis, and it works pretty well. We got the platinum plan for the unlimited tech support. They did it for us for a reasonable price so we stayed with them. They get the job done and are very professional. I had a printer interface issue once, and although they took a significant amount of time to get something that simple to work, and had to take everything off the computer to reinstall the software, it's been working great ever since. The only negative is they're rarely on time. They tend to be 20, 30, or 40 minutes late, which can be a little upsetting especially if I want to get out of the house. But overall, they meet our needs.

    At the time, I had retired and needed a new computer. I needed somebody to do the updates and wasn't pleased with using a Norton-type of virus protection for my computer so I looked into iTOK and decided it's what I would try and I've not been disappointed. I've been a member since they first started and never had any complaints except for one, right after they changed to Bask, and it was corrected. I've thought about going over to another company but I like the friendliness and rapid response to any of my problems so I've stayed.

    I pay 400 and some odd dollars by the year. They tune-up my computer every three months, and it's been very effective. I've had no problems with my computer at all. They even offered the service of if I had a question with my iPad, they'd answer it also. One time I had a problem that I could not solve right away. A gentleman walked me through everything and corrected anything that was a problem. He was gracious and didn't rush me. It's what I appreciated because I didn't want someone that thought that I knew everything about my computer, which I don't and I probably never will. But they were very patient with me and that plays a big role. They were also very helpful when I was trying to download all of my pictures from my iPhone to a new iPhone. They're excellent and I've always recommended them to my friends.

    iTOK is in Nevada and my son who has been using them for five years told me to choose them. When they changed to Bask, I didn’t know it until it said my files weren’t backed up for ten days and I called to inquire myself. Anyway, I have their Gold standard plan, and I can get one or two things per time but then I have to upgrade to get it all the time. It's good because I can call them anytime. Their advisors work with me if I tell them I'm having a problem. I'm back and forth at the computer, and they chat with me and make sure it’s solved. Every three months, they also clean my computer or take off cookies.

    I was having trouble with my computer so I did a search on Google and I found Bask with tech support. All the sales team ever did was try to get me to pay for a whole year upfront, which I did. It was $240 a year. The first time I was having computer problems, I got a hold of them and they spent all night working on my computer. They said it was a hardware problem. They couldn't fix it even though they've charged me $100. And I asked if I could get a refund since they didn't really fix the problem. They said "sure", it wasn't a problem.     I have been working on another person's computer trying to fix some problems for them. I searched for online services but was not too happy with the ones I found so when I got on my own computer I researched on online tech support services more and found iTOK. It had good ratings so I gave it a try and the rest is history. Then I had a virus that grabbed my machine and it wouldn't let me get back on.     5 days ago I subscribed and are still trying to clean up my computer on all the problems originally requested. On two items I had had to ask twice - and I was told "good thing you caught that because after 30 days, you'd have been charged". Hello? After $400 where others charge $250? I elected to pay the premium because of the glowing testimony of existing subscribers. I found out why negative responses are difficult to come by: after the latest repair was done (very well) by Hecarron I gave him a "10" but still reluctant to recommend to friends. He was reading as I wrote and typed frantically insisting that my review pertained to his work done. In spite of his pleas I was not going to enter an untruth.

    Here's my experience and opinion. Bask is made up of two divisions. Sales and Technical. The former promises everything and the latter tries to keep Sales honest. Oh, BTW - do not give Sales your credit card until they have given you the final dollar amount. I made the mistake of obliging their premature request. I authorized $349.87 which was the last price given me but 27 seconds later, after we were off the phone, they levied an additional UNAUTHORIZED $70.00. Chase is investigating. Proceed with caution.

    I haven't had the occasion to use them since they became Bask, but I've used them when they were still iTOK and I didn't have any problem. I was pleased with their service. Their sales team has been pleasant and helpful, to the point where my son, who lives out of state, has on occasion made a three-way call because he knows what kinds of questions to ask, particularly when they were going to renew the service a couple of times and he wanted a better understanding of what services they provide. Through the online chat, I tell the rep my problem. They tell me how they're going to fix it, and then they'll call me when they're done, which has worked out fine. The 90-day Tune-up is also effective and it gives me some peace of mind that if I have a problem, I can reach out to them and they'll help me. Overall, my experience has been very satisfactory.

    I've been an iTOK customer for a few years. Somebody advised me about them, and the sales team explained what the cost would be. I said okay and I've been paying it. The techs were good as long as I can understand them because sometimes I get people I can't quite understand. I do the tune-up every 90 days, which I did last month, but now I came up with a problem of not being able to sign in to the internet. It keeps saying "operation time went out" and I don't know why.

    Since I became disabled, there's a lot of things that I can't physically do on my own anymore so I now need assistance.     My home computer had locked up and I couldn't get anything to work. So, I called for tech support. And interacting with the sales team of Bask has all been positive.     I did things wrong in my computer and it wouldn’t work so I tried to find a tech support and got Bask. I had their plan where you can get in touch with them as many times as you need to fix stuff. When I quit working, I went down to the basic plan. Now that I'm working again, I went back to the full plan. I don’t understand a lot of the things they tell me but they always find stuff and fix it. I still don't understand how they can control my computer. They'd show me stuff on the screen that I didn’t pay attention to that is causing a problem. I don’t know what I’m doing on the computer, but I keep trying. They help me a lot and they've been very effective. I’m glad they’re there because I would probably be doing things the wrong way if they weren’t. They're really great, nice and helpful. They're like my buddies and my computer lifesaver.

    I've been with iTOK for about four years. My computer was running slow then and I needed somebody to clean it up. I didn't want to have someone come to the house, so iTOK worked real nice. I got the all-inclusive $280 plan where I can call them every day if I want, anytime. Their support team is very good, knowledgeable and helpful. We set up an appointment and they're always on time.     I'm already 80 years old and I don't know what's going on in my computer, so I thought of looking into tech support. A guy looking at my computer told me about iTOK.     My wife and I both have computers and she set us up with iTOK. We've been with them for a number of years and we pay annually. When I've had problems, I've called and asked for a tune-up. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not. Same with the techs. I hate to say it but I've had more trouble with the women technicians than the men. Everybody's always been friendly so there's no problem there. But a lot of times, I don't think they know what they're doing. A couple of the men we've got have been very good but I never know if I'm going to get them or not. But I'm glad we have the service. I know they just changed the name but it seemed when it was iTOK, they were better. So I don't know if the people are still the same.

    With the modern age and viruses, it makes sense to have someone who knows what they’re doing to help keep up to speed so I signed up with iTOK. I’ve been with them for about 6-7 years now under Gold plan. Their sales team has always been good. With the plan I was on, their advisors would do backups and computer tune up every quarter. They usually pre-notify me and lets me know that it was time for it and finds out the day and time I could talk to them. There has been a little let down on this transition that’s gone from iTOK to Bask. But I think we’re back up to speed now. For the most part, everything’s been timely and useful.

    I've been with Bask for years. I'm not a tech guy and I needed to be able to tell somebody about my problems with my computer the best way I know how. I can't do that to a recording or a machine, only to another person, so I went with them. And, I've got nothing but outstanding service from them. Everybody has been perfect and I couldn't ask for anything better. I get a tune-up every three months and it's great. My machine is less than a year old, I've had hackers and viruses and every time I called them, they cleaned it up and straightened it out. It wouldn't be able to function if I didn't have them.

    Also, whenever I call and didn't get anybody, I'd get a response as quick as reasonable. And after they said "Hello", they realized they were dealing with somebody who wasn't technical savvy. So, they geared our conversation down to where I could understand what they were saying. It's relieving to know that when I pick up the phone and got a problem, the person on the other end of the phone can understand as soon as they talk to me that I don't know a whole lot about computers. So, they gear their responses so that I can understand it and they're extremely patient. They're not rushing me to get off the phone and I don't hear the impatience in their voice which is extremely important.

    In fact, I can't think of any conversational moment that I had with them that my stress level went up. In most cases, it goes down. Other than product value, service is the most important thing of anything that I buy. Unfortunately, the computer companies don't understand it. But I have nothing but compliments for Bask. If I didn't, I'd cancel my subscription quickly.

    We've been getting viruses before and I've heard that Norton was a good antivirus but then somebody said they're not what they used to be. I heard about Bask so I gave it a shot. Since we've had their service, we have not gotten any viruses on our computer at all. We got one and they took care of it. I'm completely happy with the service except for one point. A short time after we got them, our hard drive crashed. My wife is a shutterbug and when they put the stuff back on our computer, the pictures weren't in the right files. The pictures were in one giant file and all her small files were empty. But that happened several years ago when they were brand new and I've been told that it has been cured already. They said, "So if your computer ever crashes again, everything will be put back to where it was."

    Their customer service team are always on the ball. If I need help, there's somebody there in a matter of minutes. The only sales pitch I got was that we now pay for Bask by the year. Other than our hard drive crashing, we had another problem and we made a little payment. So, they offered a plan wherein they'll take care of the many problems I may have per year. However, we don't get problems so we only went with the basic plan. I am so totally enamored with their customer service. The company doesn't do pressured sales and everybody is always cordial. Their technicians speak a language I know nothing about and they're good at it. The tune ups are always good. Overall, it was fantastic - 10s across the board.

    I called someone from Bask last week and they tried to help me with my computer. The gentleman who helped me was delightful and very helpful, and I'd give him an A-plus. He said I needed my browser and computer resolved. He added, "You're gonna be forced to buy a new computer because you'll continue to have this problem" so I bit the bullet and bought a new computer. What they did is take everything off of my old computer and put it on a disk. I put a few of my things on my new computer. However I'm so confused. I'm 95 years old and I don't know what I'm doing. I've spent two hours last night and did not get one thing done. I'm about to pull my hair out.

    I've just thrown $400 away. There's no reason to clean it. It's brand new and it's a Microsoft 7. I just can't manage it. I was told it's real simple but I can't do anything. In fact, I sat for the longest time trying to decide how to turn it on. That's the only thing I knew what to do. I can't even operate the new computer. For instance, I was writing an email last night and the email disappeared. I worked for an hour and a half but could not get my email back.

    I'm having an awful hard time. I have a big project I have to finish and I'm just stifled. I was gonna call the same gentleman back and see what I'd do now but he only works on the weekends. I hope maybe after a month or two, things will be straightened out. I am satisfied with Bask all in all or I wouldn't have paid $400 for another year.

    I've contacted them on-line 3 times in the last 30 hours for tech support and have yet to hear back from them. This has happened multiple times and I'm sick of it.     It must have been almost 10 years now since we got Bask. It was iTOK then. I can almost predict the number of times that I had something go wrong. Usually, it was because I had an old computer that had to be upgraded. When Windows 10 came out, we had it installed on a new computer and it did not get along with Google. I made over 40 calls for this. So every time I got Windows 10 installed, I had to go back and get Google worked up. I went through 47 different technicians over a two-month period. I still have a couple of minor issues but they aren't really worth mentioning at this point.

    Another problem is when I'm having trouble with the Windows 10 and with Google, I would have to re-describe the problem. The person that worked on it before either did not put all the notes in or forgot what the problem was. So when the new tech checks the notes, I have to start from scratch. Fortunately, I got one guy who said he would help me. He told me to call him if I ever had any problems, which was great. Bask has a knowledgeable team with good technical support who are always available to answer questions and address problems with your computer. My wife and I are very satisfied. I just renewed my subscription this month and that was an easy decision.

    I have the premium deal, which is the best and most expensive I obtained online but I haven't been too sleepless with the experience I had. I've had them for at least ten years now, but they’re not doing things the same way anymore. It was better before and I've usually been very happy with them because they were super responsive and took the initiative. They used to key messages and that was terrific. When I was due for an update, they would keep contacting me via email saying, "It's time for your tune up." And if I forget to react, they would call to make sure that we did it and set up an appointment for the tune up. My computer hasn't been tuned up in a year. So there's something in this 90-day tune up thing that's not working the same way as it used to.

    Then there were some strange charges on my bill where they charged for something on one of the other computers. I called them and mentioned that it hasn't been tuned up so they reversed it and then they said somebody would call Sunday morning to do the update but I never heard from anybody. I didn’t take initiative and then forgot about it. My experience has been frustrating and disappointing, so I'm not so impressed with them changing their identity. They are supposed to do the security, screening or update. They need to get their act together and then they need to advertise it to everybody, else they'll be really in trouble.

    I had Bask many years ago and they've treated me nice but as an expert, I don't think that they are so much. My computer is still doing the same issue that I had before so I don't think they are so genius. And the last time I talked to them, they screwed up my computer. I lost a day of work because I was sitting down with their tech but he couldn't fix it up. Before, I could go to a file and send it to the email, but now, I cannot do it. They wanna be so proud of themselves and I ask "Why don't you get another support?" and the tech said "No, I will figure it out." But he didn't. He should have advised another tech support and ask them what they think, but no. He just went ahead and said they cannot fix it. Bye. Click. The end of the story.

    Now, I have two users who I don't want. I don't know how to take it out. I don't want to call them anymore. If I call them, it's gonna be worse. It's my business that I operate on this computer so I don't wanna disable it totally. They don't have a big shot over there that you can talk to and guide you in. You just talk to some reps who'll say, "We're gonna call you back." And I'm wasting 30 minutes to explain things to them and then I find out they did not even work on the issue. They should communicate between themselves to try to solve problems and they should not be so proud. So be careful when you call them.

    So, I figured I'd try again to get a refund. I did get a supervisor who was super helpful and he pursued a resolution. I have yet to get the refund as the supervisor said it would take up to 2 weeks, but in fairness, I felt I had to update my review. The supervisor did ask me why I was unsatisfied with their work and I felt that he acknowledged what I was saying. It was great to feel heard rather than dismissed. So if you have issues with Bask, keep trying. I do think many of the techs do try to get things right.

    I was excited about the prospect of Bask... Virtual IT, what could be better for a small business owner? However, though the people of Bask were really nice and polite and NOT condescending, they were not able to resolve my computer issues. In fact, it got worse and worse with each of their attempts. Their answer was to repeatedly clean my computer, install malware and reinstall it and tell me to not have my computer open so many applications upon startup. More and more problems kept cropping up. They took hours with each attempt.

    Superbowl Sunday rolls around and my computer tech friend grabs a beer and he takes a look at my computer -- 20 minutes later 90% of the problems were solved. Then he said "Do a clean install and it'd be good." He was right. It cost me a beer... Way less than Bask. Be aware that you have to request a refund within the first 5 days of purchase. It took them a day sometimes to reply for a work request and then they said they'd try again, and again... So no refund for me.

    It's a matter of protection with all the hackers and scammers, and ability to have our files backed up including not losing our picture files that we looked into tech support. And we've been an iTOK client for years and had the Ultimate plan. But we had to interrupt our service due to financial issues. Been kind of hanging on hoping they would get re-established because we do need the service, and we were able to do monthly basis for right now.

    Their sales team have been very polite and helpful. They explained the products and services but not the coverage. Any time we've had a problem, we have all called in. If I had any concerns about someone being on our system, they'd run a scan. So it gives us a sense of peace. They loaded up the files to back up and informed us that our current computer is about on its last leg, so we had to get a new hard drive. iTOK have always been outstanding, and solved our problems. We've told folks about them.

    We deal with Bask anytime we have a computer problem. I first started with them when I had a DVD player that wasn't working right. The experience has mostly been very positive with the technical staff. They're usually very knowledgeable, quick to respond, and get everything fixed properly. The guys that call in and take control of the computer and do the work are fantastic. I've had one or two instances where for whatever reason, the problem can't be repaired. We do tune-ups all the time and it's relatively effective. It gets rid of a lot of junk in the computer, recognizes any problems and clears things out. It's worthwhile to do. The sales team is one of my least favorite about them. The sales pitches can be a bit aggressive when it's time to renew. It's not my style of how I like to be sold products. Overall, it's been a good experience. For the most part, Bask do provide the service that they state.

    I'm always happy with Bask. I pay a lot of money for my happiness. I have a comprehensive plan, a Platinum plan and I got a fairly good deal. I got all kinds of coverage for my cellphones. Everything goes well when I talk to them. Each year they renew and we negotiate what we're doing, back and forth. Every year I also manage to save a little bit of money. The first year they went up but after that, I've been able to get more stuff and save money. I'm in sales myself so I appreciate their forthrightness and their ability to explain stuff to me most of the time. They're always friendly and I work them to death during the year. I get more than my money's worth.

    The 90-day tune up is very effective. Bask is not the only people that I have for my machines, I use Dell as well. So I spend my money with them protecting my computers every year and being able to make sure that I have my computers running at top performance. I think I need a senior discount and they've already heard that from me several times but anyway, that's fine. I recommend them to people every time I talk about computers.

    I got iTOK as I wanted somebody that spoke English so I was very happy I got local support. I had very good interaction with their sales team and went with the plan that cost $34.95 a month. My only dislike with iTOK is the time getting somebody on the phone. Other than that, the tech advisors have always fixed or done whatever I needed done. The 90-day tune up is included in my monthly premium and everytime they do it, they get rid of a lot of cookies and junk and my machine would run faster after they're done.

    I had a problem that my cable company couldn't fix so they suggested I call iTOK, and I've been very happy. I signed up for their Platinum plan which is $240 a year. I do the tune up every 90 days, and my machine is working better. I also talk to their sales team once a year to renew my plan. They're knowledgeable and they explain the products and services to me. If I have a problem, I call their tech advisors and I really appreciate that they're there. They have always been able to solve my problems for me. I like the confidence of knowing there's somebody out there who's got my back. I've called them for everything - from a problem I was having to questions I have about scam phone calls I get, and they always have the right answer.     Years ago, I got my computer in really big trouble. I picked the provider off of the internet that was close to me which turned out to be Bask. I talked to a Bask salesperson recently because I needed to make the plan I use cheaper. My plan was one down from the most expensive because I don't need 24-hour service so they helped me figure out the one that would give me most of what I would need. I announced upfront that I'm old, know nothing about computers and that they're going to have to really help me out, and they've all been really nice and patient.     I had been with iTOK for so long. I live in the boondocks and there's no retail technicians available local so I use online service. When the little icon comes up and says it's time for a tune up, that's when I call and get an appointment. I tell the technology adviser to go through the computer and schedule a time. When that time comes, they call me and they take over my computer. When they get through, they tell me what they've done and I'm hoping that they find any problems that would have popped up and cause me a concern.

    I was having issues with my computer and it was easier to work with somebody online than to have someone come to my house so I looked into getting tech support. I went with iTOK because the information that I got on them was exactly what I was looking for. I got iTOK's main plan and I always take advantage of their 90-day tune up every time it comes my way. They were all good and very knowledgeable. I wish my computer was a little faster but I don't know how much they can do about that, I just assume that they're scrubbing it.     iTOK is wonderful. My daughter works for a big company and they use iTOK to clean their machines and virus protectors. They spoke English, they were in America and I can understand what they were saying for me to work through issues on my computer.     So far, the communication with Bask is okay. I still need to call them though and tell them I'm having slow issues with my computer. It seems like it wasn’t completely fixed. So I'm not exactly 100% happy. Usually with iTOK, they would call after and say what they did and what happened to the computer depending on the rep. But I pay the yearly fee and I can call in every single day and Bask will take care of it for free. I like having somebody taking care of things for me since it's an area that I don’t want to do myself.

    I was having computer problems about five years ago. I got Bask's help when I couldn’t get help anywhere else and Microsoft at that time was even worse with computer service than they are now. I found Bask very reliable and easy to get to. It's much easier to get hold of them than with some other company that goes to Asia first.     The Bask sales team has been pleasant, easy to reach, and responsive. As for their reps, generally, if I have a problem with the computer, I go online or call to contact them, and they respond and take care of the problem. I tell them what that issue is, and they take control of my computer via the internet and resolve the issue. The least amount of time I spend with them, the better off I am simply because that means I don't have a computer issue, but when I do, they have so far taken care of all the problems. Also, I use the 90-Day TuneUp as it kept my computer working efficiently, which is the objective. I would recommend Bask, all in all.

    I needed everything backed-up on my computer and it was simple and easy with Bask. The price was good too. I first started with them when someone had a problem with my computer and Bask cleaned it up and helped me with it. The people have all been great and helpful. I had the basic plan where they clean up my computer quarterly and back everything up. I'm a photographer so Bask is mostly for the peace of mind that I have everything double backed-up. The service is good, but I don’t know whether they’ve changed a bunch of stuff because the fee keeps on increasing and it sucks.

    I needed tech support because I was having some problems with my computer. I call Bask and they fix the problem. The only weird thing is going from iTOK to Bask. Nobody forewarned me. With iTOK, I have an icon on my computer and I could just tap it and it goes right in the help desk. But now that it's Bask, I have to hunt around for a phone number. It's harder to get to these guys when I need them. Other than that, they're great. The sales team are friendly and nice.

    I've been with iTOK for so as long as I've had the computer and then all of a sudden I get a notice that Bask has joined iTOK. And then, when I pushed my icon to get the icon service desk they said it's now Bask. Bask emailed me and said it was time for a check-up, that they would do every so often and make an appointment for. They were helpful and good. I am very happy with Ed whom I dealt with. He is not a technician but he really got me all straightened out. Though I'm having a lot of problems with it I'm gonna make it work the way they’ve got it rigged up. I’ve spent hours and hours with the different people on it but I can make the computer do what I want but not the way I want it. My son is trying to talk me into getting easier computer since mine's quite old. We're just gonna let it right until I get a new computer and then I can change a new computer over to Bask.

    I’ve been an iTOK member for years. I was doing consultancy work and if I would have problems down the line, I needed to have that kind of support. I’ve always had positive interactions with the sales team and they’ve been most helpful. I usually make an appointment and they respond and do it. And then they have the interaction that’s necessary for that. Sometimes I’ve had things like not being able to do some kind of app, and I’ve asked and they’ve helped. And sometimes they’ve really gone out of the way to help about something.

    I’ve been a platinum member for a long time and it’s just recently that I moved to a non-platinum. And then I had something needed to be repaired and it was gonna cost me, so they negotiated something and I ended up being a platinum member again. So some interactions I've had with them were really good sales interactions. Overall the iTOK people were very good and the new people seem to be following too. It’s not been perfect but it’s been very good most of the time.

    We needed easy professional tech support anytime remotely and Bask's website made them look good so we decided to go with them. Every single time I've dealt with their sales team, they were great. However, lately when I call they are so busy that it takes forever to get somebody on the phone. Once they get them on the phone, they're fantastic. This morning I called for a problem and it took 20 minutes just to get somebody to answer the phone.     I started out with what they call the "Gold Standard". One time when my computer crashed, they said it would be extra to fix it because there was a lot involved, but if I went to get the Gold, they would make an adjustment and that's what I did. I've been very satisfied. They clean it religiously, every three months. And before they renew, they contact me to make sure that I want to. Bask has been very solicitous and knowledgeable. The sales is very low-key. They just ask what I like and explained how it'd be better to have. For instance, the Platinum instead of the Gold, and it made sense to me. The technicians are very knowledgeable. I have no complaints. It was stressful at first because I didn't know what to expect. But now I know that they're competent and I can count on them to give me good counsel.

    I live in a retirement community in Green Valley. We’ve got some guys that are retired who take care of computers but they’re always unavailable. I had trouble with my computer once and decided to look around the internet and found Bask. I called them and they took care of the problem. I signed up right away. They gave me a 90-day tune-up. It’s really hard to tell if the 90-day tune up is effective but my computer seems to run good all the time. I don’t notice a lot of difference but it makes me feel better about it and I know that somebody’s taking a look at it. Then if something does pop up, they take care of it right away. I did their 90-day tune-up for a while until there came another problem. I’m big into photography and I have 120,000, 130,000 images on my computer and I want to make sure that they’re okay.

    As a result of things going along, I ended up on their Platinum full-service plan. I love the plan because they are 24/7 -- I don’t have to wait for somebody to come to the house and I also don’t have to take my computer anywhere else. They’ve been absolutely the best when it comes to being responsive and answering any and all questions that I have. It’s also great that they have some kind of identity theft thing thrown in for the Platinum plan. I really can’t say enough about them. I have absolutely zero complaints on them, whatsoever and I’ve been with them ever since. I would recommend them to anybody and I have. To me, it’s a good deal.

    ITOK was great. They used to clean my computers on Sundays at night time but now, Bask can't do that because they only work until 4:30 out of five days a week. That's my problem because I get home at 7 or 8 o'clock at night, five to six days a week, so their hours don't work with me. And I bought another year before I found that out. If only I've known that before I renewed, I wouldn't have renewed with them. It's a waste of money and I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed. But their advisors and technicians are very good. So I would recommend them but would warn others about their working schedule.

    I have always appreciated the service of iTOK, now Bask. I’m not very well-versed in technology so I need a lot of help. The tech engineers are really great. They know a lot and I know very little, but they’re very patient with me and I really appreciated that. I work with iTOK when they come and do the tune-up of my computer. They spend a long time doing that. But whenever they have a question, the technicians always call me. They have grown a lot but they always respond.

    The problem I’m having now is I couldn’t get through the internet. I have a Jetpack from Verizon. I want them to place my Jetpack as a default for the Wi-Fi. This morning, I spent about an hour to do that and I just don’t understand the language. When I get home, I’m going to call iTOK and see if they can help me put my Jetpack as a default. Lastly, I’m very active with about 200 networks of Environment and I get a lot of attacks. iTOK cleans it up very well. They do excellent work.

    I used to have a guy who takes care of computer stuff for me and he became too busy to help me. I was tired of having to unplug and drag my computer in. I was about ready to bring it into Micro Center when I found iTOK/Bask online. I signed up because I wanted someone to make sure that if something happened, I can really count on them.

    Sales wasn't high-pressure and the sales rep always get me over to the tech person pretty quick. A couple of times though, the translation of what my issues were were not what I wanted so it would be nice to talk straight to the tech right away. But of course, that doesn’t work for their system. The salesperson might be able to just help somebody out, before going to the real tech, like he'd say, “Hey, is it plugged in?” and then the tech doesn’t have to get involved.

    It’s a little more money than I would expect to want to pay but over the years that I’ve been with them, it’s been worth it especially for the immediacy of getting help. I haven’t really felt like there was an incredibly long time-lag. But I do feel the presence of the tech person working on my computer, and I feel they're multi-tasking, because the response live in the moment is always a little delayed. And so, there is an element that they are trying to help more than one person at one time. Ideally they shouldn't but it hasn’t affected me completely.

    I also need their backup service. I backup two different ways--Bask and Carbonite. I only have one little girl and I will be damned if I’d lose all my photos of her. It’s nice to be able to keep all photos and just have this treasure. I work at home and my home computer is also my work computer so it was just imperative that I had backup and the trust that I could get somebody on the line quickly to work on it. They also tune up my computer whenever I ask them to, which I'm supposed to do monthly. If I called right now I'd say, “Hey, just give it a once-over. Make sure you’ve done all the things.” I love Bask, and I’m pretty contented with their service.

    I had an account with iTOK and I was disappointed when I wasn't informed that they're now Bask. They claimed they sent out an email but I did not get it. If I find a competitor for the same price, I'm going to leave. It's not a professional operation. Bask operated a little better when it was iTOK. The information they give isn't consistent. I had to ask for something several times in order to get it. I'm a business person so when I pay somebody to do something, I expect it to be done. When somebody gives me a message representing the company, I expect that to be the consistent message that everybody in that company honors.

    I asked them how much it would cost to have my information downloaded from my old computer and put it onto a new computer. I was quoted $40 and I was told that it would take about three hours. I called back and somebody quoted me $9. I’m like, “Are you serious? I was quoted $40.” He says, “Okay, if you were quoted $40, we’ll do it for $40.” Really? That’s how they do business? Maybe I should’ve told them I was quoted for $10.

    Then they told me it was going to take three hours, when it took a day and a half. I was out without my computer for a day and a half. I would understand better if they said that it may take them a day. And since I don't have the old computer, I asked if they will begin doing my backup service on the new one. I had to call three times for that. Really not happy at all with Bask.

    I'm 81 years old and Bask are very, very professional with me and respectful. Every time I've dealt with them, they did exactly what they said they were going to do. They're the best. When I called them the very first time I had a major computer problem. Somebody had broken into my computer to get the bugs in there and they fixed it up for me and got me up and running again. I use my computer daily and it was important for me to have a dependable computer. When they got it right back for me they talked to me about a membership and I took the basic one. I had another problem, a year later and upgraded to gold membership because of what was happening to my computer. After the gold membership, I changed computers with the XT system to version 8.1 and had a major problem with it. They fixed it and cleaned it up for me.

    We talked again about the membership and I went to the premium, in which I can get anything that needs to be done. And they did a wonderful job especially this last time that they had to put security on my computer. When I went from version 8.1 to 10, it had been wiped out. Eric, their technician explained to me everything he was going to do and that it took certain amount of time. By the time I got back on my computer the problems were fixed and I had security on there. I get the 90-day tune up every time they tell me it's time. It works and keeps the machine working wonderful. It's necessary. Eric was also the one who explained to me about the name change from iTOK to Bask.

Their technology advisors are usually friendly but they're also very uneven in terms of their real abilities.     I got a Platinum and Gold plan from Bask for the two pieces of equipment I have and they did a 90-Day Tune Up in one of those. It cleaned up a lot of debris on the device and kept running better. There were several instances that I needed their assistance and talked to many different tech support advisors. Apparently, they use people all over the country whom some were very good and a couple who were certainly friendly but it turned out their confidence didn't match their friendliness so I had to have it redone. As I'd call and tell them that something wasn't correct, they'd correct it though it would sometimes take a couple of extra steps. They were immediately available and very accommodating.

    I heard about Bask from my daughter back when I wanted a back-up. They're a little pricey. But I tried the services of companies that are less expensive and the computer still died, so I eventually went to Bask and stuck with them. My ex-wife and daughter has them as well. They're very friendly, nobody's rude. I've had them for 3-4 years now and they've been very good. When my computer dies - they have back-up, help me get everything back on the computer and set it up as well, including a printer I bought once.

    They also do a tune up every 90 days automatically since I availed a contract with them. That's helpful since my computer contains some of the tests, pre-tests and notes for my teaching job. One of their techs helped me get rid of an icon on my computer once as well. I still have trouble with my Mac computer though. Every time, I have to go back and reset the Wi-Fi setting - that shouldn't happen, it should connect automatically. Bask has somebody who's knowledgeable in Mac and they did help me but that didn't correct it. I don't know if they can fix that. But I like Bask and I'm happy with them.

    I'd definitely recommend Bask.     I call the reps from iTOK if I have problems, and they would take care of it. One time, I somehow got some Mexican outfit that took and screwed up my computer and I couldn't get it fixed. I called iTOK and they took hold of my computer and completely fixed it all. I was happy with that and that's when I did the $425/year deal. When it was time to renew my membership, they called me, but I didn’t feel like I wanted to spend $425 that time, so they set me up for a deal for $9-something a month.     I've been with Bask for about five years. I was impressed by their credentials, so I took a chance and I've been very satisfied. I have a desktop computer and it was a pain in the neck to pick it up and take it someplace every time I had a problem. And it cost $50 or $60 each time I brought it someplace, so this is much easier to deal with. It's also very quick because every time I have a problem, I get serviced within an hour. I also take advantage of the 90-day tune-up, which is very effective. I have two machines on the service now, and they have the identity protection that goes along with it so it's a nice whole package.

    I lost my hard disk one time. The reps from Bask won't come out to the house, and they contract somebody locally if they can't do it. So they sent somebody out who was very good. It was a little extra money but it was well worth it because the guy spent almost the whole day with me. He took me to a store, bought a new hard drive and put it in. And it took him two weeks to get all the information on the new hard drive. They had such a difficult time doing it, so I was very impressed.

Every time I call and ask them if I have a problem and they can't fix it, they'll go to someone higher. They are very knowledgeable and I don't know what I'd do if I didn't have them. I had a guy that used to go to our home every time I needed help, he was knowledgeable but would stay all night! With iTOK, they would call me if it's late at night and ask when they can call back. I have recommended them to a friend and my granddaughter has iTOK as well. I'm paying them for two desktops and two laptops so I asked for a discount and they did work with me.

    My experience with iTOK was wonderful. However, my experience with Bask has not been good at all. First of all, a man called and I renewed for the computer I’d been using and for a new one that I was trying to get set up. He assured me they can do it. They worked on it the night of the 30th for five hours and then on the 31st I couldn’t tell what they’ve done so I called and listened to music and never got them on the phone. Now here’s the problem. The chat box was on the old computer but they were working on the new one, so there was no communication. I finally talked to them again, and to my knowledge, the data still has not been transferred. I’m really upset and I can’t talk to them. I’d ask for my money back if they'd keep this up as I’m tired of it and very dissatisfied.

    Bask was initially iTOK when I signed up for them and that’s the same time when I had opened a consulting business five or so years ago as I wanted to have some technical support for my Mac. The Bask I.T. support people have always been excellent. They're very easy to get a hold of pretty much anytime you need to reach them and they're professionals. Their pricing model worked for me pretty well. Because my business is inactive at the moment, I use them on a part time basis for technical support and it's been very satisfactory. I paid a monthly fee or every couple of months as a way to keep the computer running quickly and properly.

    I’ve been a customer for a long time and for the most part, iTOK has been great. They do the monthly tune ups when I remember the schedule. However, I didn't get informed that they had become Bask and I had a tune up. I didn't realize that the back-up feature had been removed. They put it on and at first it did work. Somebody fixed it until it's working. I wasn't impressed with all that but they said nothing had changed except their name. I don't know if the person who did it hadn't been well trained, but it seems to be sorted out now.

    I've been with Bask for five years. Their technical support did quarterly maintenance on my computers and we've had a couple of technical issues that have had to have them work on my computers. Their tune-up is pretty effective, but lately the machines still run kind of laggy. I don't know if it's the virus that's scanning everything that comes in, but it shouldn't be slow in opening and closing emails and opening app and a few other things. Normally it works well, but since this last tune-up, it's been pretty poor.

    We wanted iTOK for diagnostics and repairs. We're on a schedule and every so many months they'd go visit the computer and take care of everything for us. It seems to work. As we seem to always have different issues because we're both pretty computer illiterate so we rely on them and they answer a lot of questions we might have and go in and straighten things up for us if we have any problems.

    Some foreigners told me my computer was causing all the problems with FBI and they were scamming me, I didn't know the difference of course. So I told them, "hold on I was going to call iTOK and see if what was going on." They said "Oh, you don't have to do that," but my grandson did and the tech told me to hang the phone as they were scamming me. He was friendly and answered our questions. Also, every 3 months they go in and tune up our computer to see if it's running how it should be, I'm due for one now but I haven't had time to do it yet. So far it's done pretty good and every time I've had problems, I'd call them and they've been really helpful.
