It's been about six years since I have started with iTOK. I wanted something then that can be done over the internet instead of taking my computer to some computer outlet and get them to work on it. For six years I've got no complaints. They've loaded the three new computers for me and anytime I call them, they fix it. They find out the problem while they're connected and the longest that they've ever been is three hours. So that would be overnight or normally around 30 minutes max. I pay one sum for the year or as many times as I need them, 24 hours a day.
One time, I was on the web and apparently downloaded a virus that took control of the unit. I gave them a call because I couldn't get out of it. But they had no problem getting into the internet and my computer, and take control of it and fixed the problem. They were able to eliminate the threat. Also, they give me an automatic 90-day tune up which is good. I've got faith and I also feel safe getting into my files or access to my computer. I also remember when it was still iTOK, I was on hold for 10-15 minutes and I got upset about that. Before I knew it, the owner or the manager gave me a callback and corrected that problem for me. He gave me his cellphone for me to call if I ever have any problems related to their personnel. Overall, they've been good. I couldn't ask for more. They have completely performed beyond my expectations.

I am very satisfied with the service I have received from Bask both on this encounter and from past experiences. This time it took about 3 days to get me up and running again but in all that time I was very satisfied with the work of Cody ** whom it seemed to me was working around the clock as he was on the phone with me at 10:30 P.M. and again at 8:30 A.M. the next day. I feel that is service above and beyond. Besides that I have Parkinson's disease which has affected my speech and he never lost patience with me when he didn't understand what I was trying to say.

We've been with Bask for so long. I thank my computer tech that sometimes comes in when I got a problem and I can't figure out what to do. They help me a lot. The techs are so efficient that I really don't have to discuss anything with them. They've just always been very professional.

I was looking into having all of my things backed up, and I went with Bask. In fact, I started with them when they were still named iTOK. When my credit card expired and was changed to the chip thing, it quit charging my account and I was offline for five months. The guy that I talked with when they came in this time was really nice and very good. They set it up with my schedule and I went with the basic plan.
My computer was not doing any better. It red flagged me and said, “These were excluded. It wasn’t able to backup.” And then, it gave me another warning the next day. I went through all the stages, which is what I wanted to avoid having to do. There was a list of 15 files that they were not able to back up and I needed to exclude. However, these files have my pictures, and I don’t want to exclude them. I sent a message to the people at Bask through live chat, and they said they can’t really help me. I was having a third party do it because I’m not computer savvy. I then told them that I needed the whole thing backed up, and it's what I thought they were doing, and they said they couldn't do it. They said I needed to exclude some things because it’s keeping my computer from getting backed up.
I felt like I’m not getting what was implied, which was that they would be able to come in and update, clean and backup my whole computer up in the clouds so that I wouldn’t have to worry about it. And apparently, they can’t really back up my whole computer. I felt it is false advertising. I felt like I’m getting the used car salesman of, “Well, read the fine print. We can only do this.” I don’t want to pay for something that I’m not going to get. My experience has been frustrating.

Nine years ago, I had a big computer meltdown, so I went online looking for help as it was something I couldn't fix. I found Bask, then they got online, fixed the problem, and I've been with them ever since. They give me a huge amount of storage too. It's really great storage because when they store the stuff, they don't overwrite things. They store the stuff that I've overwritten, but I also have the previous version. I don't know how they manage having all that storage space, because it's a huge amount, but that's what they do and it's saved me a couple of times when I've lost files. They were able to recover the versions that I needed, and not just the latest versions.
I had a big problem with the computer I had before. It was a browser problem, and I could never figure it out. I called Bask, and they worked on it for two straight days, and we thought they had it fixed. However, within a day, it went back to where it was previously. I said I wasn't going to call them again. They had a bunch of different people working on it. I don't know what was up, but I really didn't care at that point because I knew I was going to get a new computer. I thought whatever the problem was, it's beyond repair. They did all sorts of stuff, and spent a huge amount of time working on it, so I can't complain. Also when I'd logged on some place before and thought I was actually downloading the Chrome browser but I wasn't. I was downloading some spurious software. It's a malware of some sort because it really screwed up all the browsing stuff that I was doing. I called them and they fixed it, and I can't complain about that.

I subscribed to Bask because I like having access to remote technical support. I use to use iyogi, until it appeared they were having serious internal problems. Bask is an American company, which is a plus, but it does not appear that their technicians are that experienced. It has taken me 8 hours to get a technical issue resolved, which should have been done in 4 hours by a more experienced technician.

I've been with iTOK for many years. I'll be 86 in November and I have a computer, and I'm very active on it. I need some tech support on how to keep my computer running, so I like the fact that once a month with a fairly nominal fee, Bask keeps me out of trouble. I get into trouble a little bit since I'm too curious. But they've always been very exceptionally courteous and patient with an older woman. So, it's been a good experience for me. I have my granddaughter on this as well. I pay annually and they take care of me, whatever the problem is. It's a nominal fee spread out over 12 months. I live on social security and had to live with my daughter and son-in-law, so I have to be very cautious financially.
I've never found a single technician that was difficult to work with. The techs work very hard and charge a flat fee, whether resolution of the problem takes two or ten hours. I appreciate the fact that they just hang in there with it. They're putting in programs, then they're going to call and take care of other people at the same time while all of the research is being done from there. They are not just sitting there all those hours finding answers. But I'll sit and watch, and if I see my little thing starts moving around, then I say, "Oh, they are back active again," and I'd go and see what they're doing.
They would always have the highest rating from me. But they need to have an emergency telephone number that you can get help from if you can't get in your computer for some reason, or in case what they ask you to do just doesn't fit, you can hit zero and get some help from a live person to guide you where you need to go. I have one major complaint and that is, I cannot get a warm body when I call. I do not have a telephone number wherein I can finally say, "I can't do what you're saying to me, because it doesn't fit." I can hit zero and nothing happens...I still can't get a live person. They keep calling back, telling me to go to my computer, pull up so-and-so, and type something. But the two times that I've needed Bask in the last year, I could not get in my computer and was locked out.
When I need tech support, I just put my name in the pot and hope I draw a tech that can do the job for me. I can't select people and say I always want a particular tech. I had a tech with iTOK.net named Bill several years ago and he gave me his private number at one time, so I could reach him directly and bypass some of the system a little bit. I stayed on the phone with him for eight hours and learned a lot. But Bill is no longer there.

I was looking for somebody that did computer assistance since I'm inept at those things. I found some and there was nobody that spoke English. I couldn't understand them and didn't trust them. So I looked long and hard till I found somebody that was continental US based which was iTOK and they turned into Bask. I've had nothing but positive associations with them. It's a little pricey, but based on the fact that my wife and I both are in the same boat, we rely on them a lot. We usually call them once every other month or so. It's gotten better over the years where there’s not near as long a wait. They're almost instantaneous as far as helping. They give a very rapid response, and I really appreciate that even better than when they were iTOK.

I was having in depth problems with my computer then and our computer club wasn't as savvy as I thought they should be. I spent too much time running down to somebody that had some knowledge and every time I called some place for help, there is a charge. I got tired of that so I subscribed to iTOK.net. When I needed some service, I called iTOK and I've been with them for years. I've had nothing but excellent results with them. They all seemed to be very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and very expedient in the way they handle things. They seemed to understand my question.
I also like that they would call me so we can talk on the phone rather than talking in a ComputerEase because most of that stuff is gibberish to me. So far, everything’s been working out fine. However, it seems to take too much time to get assigned to a technician. Also, iTOK used to automatically call me and remind me that it's time for a tune up but I don't remember Bask doing that.

I had a computer that crashed so I looked for some options. I came to iTOK.net, told them my problem, and they hooked up. Then after 24 hours, I was back up and running again.

My overall experience with Bask has been very good. But sometimes there's a little longer wait than I hoped for and maybe moved around a little bit from one person to another. And the effectivity of the 90-day tune up is questionable. It doesn't seem that I can always notice a real difference in speed after it's been done like I had hoped.

Have you ever had your computer seem to go nuts? Mine did one night around 12:AM. This happened on and off over a period of about 3 months. Finally, I found ITOK now known as BASK. I joined for full membership about 3 years ago. Last year, I signed up for a Read's program that allows me to download books from our local Library. I had nothing but trouble. I contacted Bask, explained the situation. My service rep did not know the program, but took time to learn about the process, and explain it to me. Rare these days to find someone who will go outside of their job description. When needed they have upgraded my protection programs. I take advantage of the free 90 day check up. I prefer to keep my computer programs basic, and turn down the most recent "have to haves". They listen and accept my turn down. Great folks: friendly, good listeners, advisers and problem solvers.

I was doing a lot of consulting work and I needed somebody who could look after my computer with some degree of ability. Finding a good tech is very difficult these days, so I thought I would give Bask a try and it's working out quite well. Their reps are always great and very helpful. Whenever I run into something, I am always able to call them and talk to whomever. The tech fixes the problem without too much of a delay. The service is always exceptional and I am very content with the work.

I had a silly game one time and I was trying to get started. Then I went on iTOK and they spent six hours with me. I thought, “Man, these people are keepers.” I paid them a rate, and then I started calling them and they said that I might as well sign up. So, I signed up and kept going higher and higher steps until I got to the 24/7, but I really wasn’t using that. And to be honest, I've had trouble sometimes getting someone to look at me because I’m always waiting.
I used to call them a ton and I was learning a lot of stuff but I had to start doing some of the work myself. But when I do call for help, I plan on spending some time because they're terrific, and I've never had a problem with their people. They're wonderful, speak English, intelligent, and really know what they’re talking about. I’m thoroughly happy with them and I tell everybody I know about them. They're irreplaceable and I wouldn’t work with anyone else. I called a couple of weeks since there’s something weird going on with my computer, and they said I was not scheduled for a 90-Day TuneUp and there’s quite a wait. But they went right to it because it looked like something that was an issue.

I had Bask years ago. They know what they are doing but I decided to terminate their service and go to a cheaper one, and that was the dumbest thing I ever did. They got into my computer and froze it up. I had maybe 500 pictures of the family and I lost it all. I had to have someone from Bask, Andrew, restore it. He tried but couldn't.

I'm not good with the computer. When I went to the University of Tennessee here, the computer at that time filled the whole room and we got it with punch cards. We had to punch a card and run it through the machine. I did not have any knowledge about it, and when something went wrong with the computer, I needed some help. I read about iTOK and thought it sounded very good, and they were. They did their work well, and I asked to join them. Ever since, I’ve had a good experience. They do well and anytime I need to have them, they are right on the job. I had almost $2,000 charged to American Express for calls and it was a computer. I never figured out what it was all about after I called American Express. The people at Bask said they'd take care of it, and they did because they said that they would charge or rundown who made the charge. They took the charge off my American Express and I didn't have to do anything.
The only thing that I have a problem with is that there are so many calls I get from non-native speaking people. They make their sales out as if they were with Bask. It made me so angry that I had to call the day before yesterday. I told them not to call me back because if they can’t speak English, I’m not gonna speak with them.

I had a friend who used to work for Bask at one time and he referred me to them. He was a computer guru and understood them real well. He recommended that they were "a good company and you wouldn’t go wrong by utilizing them". I had many interactions with the technology advisors and they’ve been pleasant. They seem to want to help and sometimes they were able to fix the problem. My problem never seemed to go away and they kept searching and searching. They were willing to do whatever it took and sometimes it took hours. Even now I’m sitting at the point of they're willing, as soon as I get an updated computer, to move all my stuff from my old computer and update the computers, whatever way I want it updated.
I use the 90-Day TuneUp and I’m a yearly customer right now so I’m paid up till next year. I need to get another computer because this morning I’m playing on it and it froze. I need to do what they said and they’re willing to put in the new program I need. They got everything saved and put what I want back into the computer. I have Windows 7 which I’ve always liked and I don’t like Widows 8 because I don’t understand it as much. Then they said they'd put in Windows 10 for me with no problem and teach me how to use it.

I went in to business six years ago and realize that I needed somebody watching my computer for security reasons so I hired Bask. Since then, I guess I’ve switched computers a few times and they’ve kind of helped me through the transition. They contact me when it's time for me to have them perform tune up on my computer or go through it and make sure all the garbage is cleaned out. I do the 90-day tune-up they offer whether they want or not because that's what I'm monthly paying for. I'm not always right on 90 days. But whenever I call to have something done, they’ve been very responsive to me.
In the five years that I've been using them, I've only one unhappy experience because of the way they handled it. They had a couple different techs who didn't seem like they were tuned in to the same page and they were having issues with my computer. It took them forever to accomplish what I wanted. There was some breakdown there in the service. I am happy. I would definitely recommend Bask. Overall, they did a great job but there's room for improvement.

I was a professional speaker and I wanted to make sure everything was backed up every moment of the day. The reps at Bask have all been wonderful. They've all been very helpful, very polite, and very timely. In fact, I gave my husband a gift and signed him up, too. I like the fact they can take over my computer and they'll spend hours doing stuff for me. I have no complaints at all about them. I tell them upfront to talk to me like a third grader and they will. I also feel very confident about their 90-day tune up though iTOK was better about calling me for it than Bask. The only complaint I have is I went in the other day for some technical assistance. "Sorry, we're all busy. Contact us later" popped up. I think it might have been more effective if it was, "We'll contact you as soon as we free up."

Bask seemed to be worth a try because it was monthly and it didn't involve a great commitment. My experience was positive even when I was lured away mistakenly and sadly. I came back and I'm very happy to be. The rep on chat, as well as the guys who did the heavy lifting, were all excellent. I don't have a new computer, and every time I've had a problem including the printer, or have made a request, they have been very forthcoming and professional, and I appreciate it. Also, I pay about $35 a month, and get the 90-day tune-up every couple of months. They'd clean me up and I'm very happy.

I find the techs from Bask very helpful and knowledgeable. It's been convenient to be able to call them up and have something fixed. My other option would be to take everything to a big-box store and have it done at their convenience. So having things done is very, very much appreciated. I do have a tune-up scheduled but I had a problem with a flood in the camper up at the lake so I was not able to make my appointment. And I have not taken the time to reschedule. I also just repaid my subscription for the year and they handled that just fine, which was a real blessing because I can't tell the number of idiots that I have to talk to on the phone. Having somebody knowing what the hell was going on was a real pleasure. That's why I recommend them all the time.

I had some computer issues my IT person was fixing and at the end of the process, he went to delete a duplicated (but empty) file. It erased my entire business Contact list! After trying a few options to reverse what happened, it seemed nowhere to be found. Near panic, he finally decided to use my Bask Backup, which I use daily, and do a restore to the day before. It was our last option. It WORKED! Thanks to Bask backing up everything, including my .pst folder, my business is still going. My IT specialist was very pleased with their performance and plans on recommending it to his other clients. Well worth the price.

I run a home business and I have four or five computers. My main computer would get viruses which would back me up, and Bask did a decent job in doing the maintenance on it. Recently, I got a call with one of their sales team reminding me that my subscription was about to expire, so I signed up, which took less than three minutes. I ended up going with the plan that's between $300 and $400. When I call their tech advisors, I don't have to sit on the phone with them. They log in and if I have other things to do, I could go on about my business. They're not asking me to do a hundred things. They're doing it themselves, which is the main reason why I kept them. I'm happy with them and would recommend them to anybody.
I take advantage of their 90-day tune up as well. I've had as many problems with it as I've had good experiences. There had been a few times where they've come in and have done the tune up, and my machine didn't reboot. If there's any weakness in their service, it's at that point because it's tough to get somebody back that's knowledgeable about the issue that I'm having. It's very rare that I get the same tech that worked on it back.

I had an issue and I’m self-employed, and I needed a service that would allow me to call whenever I needed. My experience with the iTOK team has all been very positive. I take advantage of the 90-Day TuneUp all the time and it has been very effective. The only thing is that as they have grown from iTOK to Bask, I’ve noticed a drop in their ability to return calls as quickly as they did when they were smaller. And every once in a while, I’d get a tech who isn’t as experienced as some of the others.

I've always been happy with Bask and when it was iTOK. Bask's reps are good. However, I liked some of the help a little better through iTOK. But Bask is good, too and I haven't had any problems with them.

I’ve been on with iTOK for several years. I needed some help with my computer once and I looked on the internet and found them. I talked to them and it worked out okay. Their staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable. And if they couldn’t answer, they’d find somebody who could. I have used their 90-Day Tune-Up in the past. About a month ago, I contacted them and they worked on my computer and did it online.

I was looking for a company that would handle my online services. Bask was iTOK a number of years ago. Their people were very good. I've counted on them a number of times in different situations. They do a search of my files quarterly to see there's no bad stuff in there. Their 90-day tune up was effective. One problem makes it real challenging for me and right now I'm facing that from a different standpoint. But once they do that clean-up and they have disabled one of the functions that I really count on. For example, if I bring up Excel before they do an update the files in Excel with all the most recent activity are all lost. I have to go back and find those files in the various directories that they were found in.
I'm having trouble right now, not because of Bask, trying to install Office Word 2016. I had the Microsoft tech support because I couldn't figure out how to make it work. They took control of my computer and erased all the same files that Bask does. When I bring up Excel, it didn't have any activity in there. I'm right in the midst of going back and trying to find some of those files. I'm finding some but there are a number of them I can't find yet. Several times I asked them if there's a way they could retain those most recent file activity when they do the quarterly update but they don't.
Then, when I was working something on Microsoft Word today, their service had to go online. I told the tech support that I was on Bask. He went in and looked and suggested to do things that duplicate what Bask does. They wanted me to sign up for their service. They said I can sign up and still keep my service with Bask but it may cause some problems. They were saying that some things Bask had done had given problems for me to upgrade from Word 2010 to Word 2016 which was the start of the problem today. Now I'm worried if some of the things that Bask stopped would stop me from being able to use the other tech support and some of the things the other tech support does would stop me from being able to use Bask since I've been more comfortable with Bask.

I had been with iTOK since day one. When Bask took over, the service wasn't what it used to be. I started when they still had people come out to my house and help me buy my computer and figure out what I wanted. They don't do that anymore. I'm self-employed and I don't have an IT department, so it was easy to have someone like that. The sales team in the beginning was excellent. Now the overall service has changed. It's not quite as extensive as it was. Before when I dealt with the technicians, they were all very good. Now they don't have the quality of technicians across the board that they used to.
For the most part, the advisers have been excellent but it seems to take longer now. I had a couple of situations where the tech says, "I'll give it to someone else. I don't know anything about this," after they've spent four hours tying up my computer. They still come in every quarter and do the 90-Day TuneUp. But under iTOK, I used to have a different icon and I always got an email saying that my quarterly is due. I don't seem to get that anymore. The other thing is I noticed now under Bask if I call for help, the response time isn't nearly what it used to be under iTOK. Under iTOK the response time was fairly quick. Now, I wait. And I know when I go online, I get an automated computer response and then wait for 30 minutes.

I've been a platinum member of iTOK for five years and then they've switched to become Bask. Their sales team was great and their 90-day tune up was very effective on my four computers. I'm very happy and I join every year. It's nice to know that if something goes wrong I can call them at any time.

Bask is the last resort when I had to get my computer fixed. I called many people and I said, “Oop! This is gonna be the one.” I need them to keep my computer going because it’s just running slow and they got to check for viruses. The Bask sales team gave me another referral and now my laptop is running better. I pay monthly and my interactions with the technology advisors are great! I recommend them to a friend.

I like the way Bask works on our problem immediately. I have a yearly membership with them and their technicians have always been wonderful. I had an incident last week where some pop-up came up that was probably some virus and I couldn’t get out of it. It filled my whole screen, so I called Bask and said, “I don’t even know how to give you access.” But they walked me through how I could give them access. The rep worked on it for two and a half hours and he got me up and running just like that. Also, I tell them to notify me when my tune-up is coming up and I always get a little notice when I would like to schedule it. I really appreciate that they keep track for me. I've had the same computer for five years and the quarterly tune-ups help a lot. I’ve always been really appreciative of how everybody’s been so kind and patient. I never feel bad about calling, like if I'm bothering somebody because they’re always really eager to help me.

The fellow who had been doing our tech support went to prison so we needed to find somebody else and got Bask a few years ago. Their sales team has been great and the technology advisors were always good. Doing the 90-Day TuneUp is vital and we’re highly satisfied with Bask.

I ran into Bask at 3 a.m. in the morning when I couldn’t get into my computer. A young man helped me and they got me back on my system and then the following morning, I talked to their administrative office and set up the payment and been there with them for nine years now. They’ve all really been pretty good. But we’ve had to do it twice sometimes because one thing that works today doesn’t work an hour later. But so far, it’s been great. They’ve helped me every time I call. And I’m a premium member so they’ll work on my system 24 hours a day whenever I call. Also, I use their 90-Day Tune Up. They send me notices on their tune-ups and then I get them within five or six days. After they send me, I call them and they take the machine. It's very effective for my computer. They really do a great service and they treat me very fair and equitable.

I got a computer but I’m no expert with it. There’s so much I don’t know about them and I don’t know how to clean up or system error once. I don’t know what to do if there’s a problem. When I needed to get tech support, Bask sounded like they knew what they were doing. I felt secure and comfortable with them. Anytime I’ve called them up with a problem or question, they’ve got everything going again. I haven’t found a tech yet who didn’t know how to fix my problem. Also, my interactions with their sales team has always been very good. They’ve taken very good care of me all the time. I’ve always been very happy with Bask and I certainly wouldn’t want to be without them.

My computer kept getting infected and it had been an ongoing problem so I looked into tech support. Bask was konky a couple of years ago, but it's gotten much better. They've been able to help anytime I had issues or questions. Most of their technology advisors seemed to be very knowledgeable. I run into one every once in a while that I might have a little trouble with, then I would go back to the sales people and they connect me with somebody else. But generally, they were very good. I also use the 90-day tune up and my computer keeps running very well with it, so I don't wanna tempt fate by not doing it.

I went with the annual plan of Bask because I don’t know anything about the computers. Their reps have always been magnificent, responsive and responsible. And they’re always knowledgeable in taking care of my problems. Their 90-day Tune Up is great because they verify that there’s nothing going wrong, and if there is, they take care of it. Their rates are also very reasonable. I've recommended them to many people.

We were with Bask's predecessors and we’ve been very happy with them. We've even recommended them. I've been self-employed for years and I’m not capable of servicing computers so I got a tech support from Bask. We have a plan for 3 computers and I've done about a yearly toll. My interaction with their sales team has been satisfactory. They seem to be knowledgeable and fair in their dealings, which I appreciate. Maybe because we’ve been with them so long and they know that we’re retired that's why they seem to be very fair and hold their prices at a reasonable level.
I have been very satisfied with their technology advisors. The way they work is they describe the problem and put it out to bid among their contractors depending upon the complexity and different levels. We’ve dealt with them long and well enough that their first-line contact knows who we are and we know them at least by name. I've always felt that they have a role and when we call in, it’s not like, “Well, here’s this flake calling. They seem all okay.” And we wind up getting reasonable people to call and it escalates very quickly to the level needed. We’ve had some of them call us back and say that they need to talk to me to tell them more about what the problem is rather than trying to play games and figure out what it might be.
We do the 90-Day TuneUp but sometimes it goes longer if we’re not having any problems. We have one of their apps downloaded that we run once a week which is a mini tune-up and cleanup and that minimizes the amount of time we need to be harking at them. Bask is very good and we will not even consider anybody else. We wouldn’t even consider being without them. We have two desktops and a laptop and they're somewhat older. We've put the laptop on Windows 10 and we’re having a lot of troubles with it. One of the guys finally called and said that the problem we’re having with the computer is that Microsoft said the driver for that computer is not compatible with Windows 10, and they have not tested it. He told me to consider going back to Windows 7 and while I'm thinking about that he disabled some things in Windows 10 so it won’t affect me. I had no idea what he was talking about, but he did and it seemed to work.

I pay a yearly fee and it was time for a computer checkup, which was why I got Bask's tech support. I had a problem with my computer so I sent them an email on their program and they never responded. It’s already been about a week or so and I haven't heard from them yet.

The last experience that I had with Bask is quite interesting because when they serviced both the laptop and desktop, I still can’t print from my desktop. I can print now from my laptop and I said that to the gentleman who did the service. He sent me to somebody else and I waited, called back and that gentleman said his day was gone. Then I said, “When were you going to notify me? I have to work over the weekend and I need the printer.” This happened one other time, so we made it a point that each time they serviced to make sure that everything was in workable mode before I got off the phone with the gentleman doing the service. I haven’t gotten to the bottom of it yet. I have a very busy schedule and do not have time to follow-up. I have another service coming up, so maybe we can adjust it at that point. I’d recommend Bask, but I want somebody to follow through with the process of making sure that the machine is functional.

I’m a Platinum member at Bask and renew once a year, and it goes fine. Their techs are very good. I don't take advantage of the 90-Day TuneUp as regularly as I should, but it’s wonderful and I swear by it. I have been consistently very pleased with them and recommend them to other people.

I kept getting viruses on my computer and the software I have for virus protection wasn't sufficient. I'm not techie and don't know how to defrag and stop all the system that was running in the back. My friend then said I try using Bask and since then, I haven't had a single crash problem. They provide quarterly service, like maintenance, and I'll get a call or email saying I'm scheduled for a TuneUp but I have one of the higher level of plans so I can call them for tech support at any time. It’s been completely effective.
If I ever have a problem that looks like a virus coming in, I call them and their tech advisor will log on within a couple of hours, do the work and clean my computer. I felt like their customer service people have been conscientious. I'll discuss whatever the issue is with them and they take notes. I even leave the house for a few hours while they work on it, then they always follow-up with a call from a supervisor and report what they did on my computer to see if I was satisfied with the work. So they’ve always been responsive and on top of it. I’m really pleased with the service they provide.
They're also luckily based near me which is always nice. They originate from Lehi, which is like putting dollars back into the community. However, they also have tech people who work from where they lived somewhere else which suggests the company is willing to take the expertise of people where they are. That seems like a good business practice.

I knew some people who had used Bask so when I got something wrong with my computer, I called Bask. I got a response shortly and the issue was resolved. A guy from the sales team calls whenever my subscription is due each year and our interaction is excellent. I had no problem. The price was lower this year than it was a year ago so that’s one good thing. The technology advisors have all been excellent and they bend over backwards to help me when I’ve had issues. The 90-Day TuneUp is outstanding and very effective. My experience has been all positive and I can’t say one bad thing about the outfit. They’ve done everything I’ve ever asked of them and I’m very satisfied.

Bask was recommended when I was going to school, back when they were still iTOK. I've been with them for a couple of years now. They take care of my problems and do my backups on a regular basis. Any time I have a problem, I can get somebody to respond right away. Their team members are on time during appointments and they've been very thorough. I've been pleased with the outcome and the help they gave me with my computer. The technology advisers seemed very well-informed, patient, and able to explain things to me. Their explanation has made it easier for me who's not as adept at computers.

I was down in the States and one occasion I had a problem. AT&T told me to call the people from iTok/Bask. The sales guys were all good. I have a Platinum membership and now I have three computers on them. The thing is I find it too expensive for what I’m using it for. However, I have no alternative right now ‘cause of my location. I live up in the boonies and I’m about 150 miles north of Toronto. I run a small business out of my home here and I need to have the support. I design custom homes so I live on a computer. I work about 12 hours a day and I can’t afford to be down. Bask seems to do a fairly good job at keeping me up and running.
When my daughter separated from me, I inherited her computer. Last year Bask brought it on at a reasonable price, but all of a sudden they went up to almost $1,200 which is about $1,800 for us in Canadian dollars. It is getting very expensive and that frustrates me. I took my daughter's computer off Bask since she doesn’t have the urgency that I have with my three computers up here. The cost is a big factor.
Their techie guys are excellent and they come quarterly. I've had some issues that they looked after and I’m quite happy with them. They know their stuff although they don’t do much on the hardware side. Bask keeps my computers running smoothly and everything seems to be working well. Other than the cost, I’m quite happy with Bask. I’ve told a number of people that are in my position and away from the techies in the big city about them.

I had so much trouble with my computer so I got Bask, which was called iTOK then. I kept renewing my subscription and now I’ve been with them for about three years. The people who work on the computer are great. The 90-Day TuneUp is also good for my computer. Overall, I’m satisfied. The only thing is they were working on my computer and it never got fixed. My email is screwed up and I could not send an AOL email out. We may have to go back and reset it to an earlier date. While they were working on it, I got sick and I went in the hospital and my wife died. It never go completed, but I also haven’t had time to do anything with it lately. But all in all, I’d recommend Bask.

I kept getting something saying I had a virus in my computer. It scared me so I clicked on it and it was the wrong thing. Bask then went in, revamped my whole computer, put it all back together again and got rid of all the viruses. They sounded like really nice and honest people. Right now, I’m on social security and money doesn’t stretch very far. I just bought a year supply, but my computer runs very well. I certainly would recommend them.

We have used Bask's technical advisors for quarterly cleanup or their 90-Day TuneUp to get rid of the junk on the computer, if there's any. The machines operate faster and better after they clean them up. When we changed computers, they set it up and got Outlook going. They've really been helpful because I don't have anyone else to go to for computer problems.

We were having horrible problems with our computer and nobody could get it fixed. Our cable company recommended Bask. The Bask sales team told me what packages they had and what they offered and I decided which one works best for me. Most of the time I've had really excellent and fabulous technology advisors while the tune-up guys haven't been as communicative as I'd like. But that was just a couple of times, otherwise, they have been very helpful when I've had problems. I really like the service for my own personal peace of mind.

I was with iTOK for many years and then it became Bask. Their 90-Day Tune Up's effective and back when it was iTOK, they remind us of that. Now Bask does not, I had to call them. Recently, I waited two and a half hours for them to get back to me regarding my issue. The technology people are okay and everything is working fine now but the quality of service seems to be going down since Bask took over so I am looking for another company.

I’ve always had the deal with iTOK to do a cleanup every three months. I’ve used them for quite a while so I wanted to keep it going. Then, a rep called me and said that they had changed over and he wanted to keep me on a plan. They hadn’t heard from me for a while and they wanted to clean my computer up. And then I renewed my subscription.

I’ve been a Bask member for over seven years. I’m a senior citizen and I have a computer and when something goes wrong with it, I don’t know who to contact for that kind of thing. So I decided to try this type of thing and see how it worked and I’ve been totally satisfied since. I’m on the Platinum program. I’ve been having the tune-up done every 90 days ever since and it was effective. However, I’ve had one bad experience with a tech. He was talking tech language and I was a talking live person so we didn’t agree and I hung up on him. I probably wouldn’t have that person again. The most recent experience was really good both with the front office person and the tech that I worked with. He was able to provide the assistance I needed, helped me to understand what I was looking for, and made some good suggestions for me.

I use a computer in my business and I was looking for a reasonable backup and quarterly tune-ups on a regular basis. Bask seemed very affordable. I went with the quarterly maintenance of my computer and daily backup. From time to time I have conversations with their advisors, and everything seems to work fairly smoothly. I also took advantage of the 90-day Tune Up which is reasonably effective.

I have a small business and needed reliability for my IT and Bask was the only one I know. Their sales and support team have been excellent. I call up their tech support when I've got a problem and they usually respond almost immediately. I get good service from them. Their 90-Day Tune Up is very important and I don’t think it’s something I could do myself so I use them.

Me and my wife had computer problems that we didn't know how to fix so we availed Bask. I like them. Sometimes my machine has frozen up or malfunctioned and I called them and they would explain to me how to how make the connection with them, and they take charge of it. When they were finished, everything was cleared up and it worked. Also, their technology advisors would stay online with me on what we were working on the computer together. Their receptionist is also helpful when I have to go through one.
In 2014 and 2015, we were out of the country in Africa and we paid a years subscription before we left. When they realized that we weren't gonna be home for most of that year, they suspended our service and when we came back credited our payment and continued it on. That was a real advantage that they gave us. I took advantage of the 90-Day Tune Up last week and they tuned it up and it works okay now. I don't have any bugs in it. However, I've paid $380 for my new subscription and that was a discounted price. I only paid $300 when I started out. But other than that, I've never had a bad experience with Bask even when it was iTOK. I've recommended it to other people.

I've had Bask for years. I was having some problems with my computer so I looked into tech support. I don’t use my computer a lot, but I decided to keep the service because I have problems every once in a while and they help me. Whenever I have contact with them, they are the most helpful technical company I have ever dealt with. I had problems I couldn’t fix on my computers and have had local people who all want to sign a contract and charge me so much a month it’s just ridiculous. The reason I picked Bask is because they offer service that if I need somebody, I can call and it gets done. The way that the business is structured is fantastic. I have two computers this year and on a 12-month contract with Bask. The technology advisers are great. If they can’t handle things, they send it to the next level. I can actually talk to somebody while they’re fixing. They're easy to get a hold of and reassuring as far as the knowledge and function of computers.
I have Windows 7 and I kept getting these things for updating to Windows 10 which I heard was a nightmare. I talked to their tech guys and they said "no", went over and looked at the programs I have on here. They said that it should all work but if it doesn’t, we can always take it off. But come July, I won't have a choice. If I don’t have Windows 10 then I'm going to pay for it so it’s just a matter of getting used to it. The way Bask works is great and I love them. When I need tune-ups, they tell me which is good because I look at everything and I just go on with it. I reference them all the time to as many people as I can because their people are nice and I enjoy doing business with them.

One day, I was having a problem, and I'm not really good with computers. I figured it would be less stressful for me to have somebody to help me. I started looking and found iTOK. The technology advisers are always great. I've had them restore and fix things twice. For the most part, they take care of it right when they are doing my tune ups. They take care of most everything right then. There's been a couple of times when things went wrong. They've had to help me and get everything back up. One time my computer went out and they had to get everything back up running and everything was back up and I was able to get all of my pictures back.
Plus, the sales team have always been really good. However, Bask took over, and they tell me that my bills is going to go up next year. In fact, my bill is going to go up higher than Microsoft charges next year. That’s the only thing I’m not happy about because I should be grandfathered in. Nevertheless, I really like the tech people. They're always so good to help and like they understand that I don't know a lot about computers and they walked me through everything. The tech department is fabulous. Moreover, the back up and the tune up are the best parts of the service. It's very effective, I will always have the tech support company.

I went on the internet and found iTOK, now Bask. I called them, decided that I would give them a try based on our conversation and I have not been sorry since. Recently, my computer updated to Windows 10. I spoke with one of their techs and he made me feel pretty confident that I needed to go ahead and do that. He spent time with me to explain it out. Then I wanted to make sure everything I have with them is still up and running and he checked it for me. Any time I've had a virus or slow moving computer, I'd call them and they'd take care of it. I absolutely love them and I don't know what I'd do without them.

I had a Windows Outlook-related problem with my personal computer years ago. Somebody at my work mentioned about Bask and I wasn't aware of other companies that would provide that service at the time, so I picked them and have stayed with them for about nine years now. I started out with the month-to-month then I went to an annual plan. For the most part, my interactions with their technology advisors have been positive. I'd call them up once in a while if I have a problem and they've been very responsive to fix them. We also do the monthly maintenance.
I don't have too many problems, but my machine is fairly old for a laptop at five-plus years old, so it's slower to start than when it was new. Sometimes, if I have an issue and we do the 90-day tune up, it's kinda hard to communicate what I'd like them to look at after I've reached that window, so I don't always know if it gets looked at. But, I don't hesitate to call them if I have a major issue.

Being a senior citizen, I needed Bask to help look after me as there were things going wrong with my computer and I wanted to be safe online. Their staff is always excellent and fun to deal with - never impatient or nasty. They have helped me through a lot of situations and taught me a lot. They even tune-up my equipment on a regular basis. Their technicians were very informative and explained what they're gonna do or what they've done. I wouldn't have problems for a while after their service, but if something came up, even if it's not related to security, I called them and they took care of it for me. I’ve recommended Bask to several people.

I had a guy working for me years ago when I had a computer problem. I asked whom he used to get it fixed and he turned me on to Bask when it was still called iTOK, then I started using them. Everybody I've spoken with from Bask has been very responsive and they help me with my problems. Their techs are very straightforward and help me with anything that I ask. It's been great. Bask also sends me a reminder or give me a call for the 90-day tune-up and I use that regularly. They did a computer tune-up for me and at the time, the tech doing it also installed Windows 10. Windows 10 gave me a bit of grief over the next couple of days, but I called up and got help with no problem. I'd continue to use Bask because I get good service.

I needed a fast response tech support whenever something goes wrong with my computers and Bask has always provided good service for me. I had a renewal (I think it’s the plan that lasts two years because there are annual subscriptions) and it went very well. They said how much it would cost and I paid the bill. The technology advisers have all been quick to respond to my technical needs and I get a fast response on the technical service, so the people who triage it upfront are good. The 90-day tune-up I do every 90 days for three computers is very good. The service works for me, overall.

I started with iTOK and when Bask took over, they said it would be the same service. I've always taken advantage of the 90-day tune-up which is very good for my machine since iTOK always alerted me. Everybody's nice and they’re very religious. So far, I have my backup set everyday and they do it fine. Usually, the tech support is automatic, like four times a year. I'm very happy with Bask.

I was looking for a service that I could rely on to assure that I was problem-free when it came to using my computer equipment. We went through a renewal subscription for our services with Bask and their team was very helpful. I was also in the process of making several changes to my account, including purchasing a new laptop and they were able to assist me with making the connections to a service technician to help me with that. The tech was knowledgeable and sensitive to the issues that I had related to transferring my files from my old computer to my new one. He made the experience pleasant. There's also a 90-Day Tune-up that is part of the annual program I'm involved with. I found their services to be helpful and I have never had an issue over the course of time I've been with iTOK or Bask where I was left hanging. We always seem to find a solution one way or the other and that's why I rely on them so much.

I got the virus protection and backup from Bask. I stuck with what my husband did, except I went from getting the max down to just the basic. Aaron was the sales rep and he was really cool. However, whenever I asked for them to back up my new computer, it came through in some kind of code language, so I’m having somebody work on it here. My other computer had this old stuff and it came back in code. It didn’t jive with it. But they’ve all been good. I’ve signed up with them again and they’re gonna do backups for me.

I was satisfied with iTOK's service, so when it transferred to Bask, I kept it. The technology advisers at Bask came and tuned up my computer, and then I had problems with it so I had to call them back. They corrected what they did wrong, so I was glad because it's the first time I dealt with them after getting transferred from iTOK to Bask. I never had a problem like that with iTOK and when I called, I found out I had 30 days to call them back and get it corrected. They took care of it, so I was happy with it.

Sometimes with Bask, I have to wait a long time to get someone to answer the phone. I didn’t use to have to do that. But I have been pleased with the way they help me when I need it, and they’re very polite. Two days ago I had a call because I couldn’t get in my email and they fixed it in two seconds. I also take advantage of their 90-day tune ups. It really helps and I don't have to worry about it because they'll let me know when they'll do it. I would not want to stop being with them because I really like the fact that I can just call them up, let them know what the problem is and they really get it fixed. I’m very happy I have this service when I need help. I tell other people about it.

I've been with Bask for 6 years and it's always been great. I had Invisus before and they were a good company but they charge very high rates so I went looking for others that's less expensive. I came up with Bask. I called them and they sounded they knew what they're doing. They had good, credible communication with me. I gave them a try and I'd been extremely happy with their service. Their people have always been extremely helpful. Also, most of the time, I take advantage of the 90-day tune-up. They send me a note and they text me a couple of times to get around to it. It always keeps things going and one of the things I like best about Bask is they take care making sure that my computer's protected from viruses. I don't have to pay extra for those things.
They have excellent service. They help me also with my cellphone, which I like. I didn't even know that for the longest time. I had a problem with my cellphone and I happened to mention it in front of the techs. Then they said that they do that too, including my contacts. So I had them fix my cellphone and they did a good job on that also. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Of all the things that we ran into with stores online, iTOK was one of the best. So far, we haven't been disappointed at all with the service. I switched machines. I went from an XP (really slow machine) to a hopefully better Windows 10 system. That went very well. In fact, it was almost effortless for me. And what's good about it is their technician was able to backup all the files that I wanted to keep the information (pictures and all my contact list). He kept that intact for me, and all I have to do is figure out the new computer and how to extract it.
What the guy did was he set it up to where if there were stuff I didn't want, I could filter it without having to go through one file at a time. It worked out really well. This guy worked all the way through the night getting it done for us. I work all day long so I can't be there to do that sort of thing. I tried about 8 o'clock and roll the hole, somebody answered, and he went to work and got the job done that night for me. I was really happy.

It was fabulous with Bask. I could get in touch with them 24 hours a day and they would answer any kind of questions that I had. I had a big problem with them a year ago and these guys worked on it for days and finally figured out what the problem was. Their technology advisers have always been great. It's the most impressive company that I have worked with ever because I don't have to bring my laptop in. I don't have to wait for days to get it finished. They've always been very good.

They'll try to fix my computer over the phone but if they can't, they'll take control of my computer. I've had a couple of times when they've had to take control of my computer and they've always fixed it. I've recommended them to people.

I've been with iTOK for a number of years. They're under a new leadership and everything now, I presume with the new Bask thing. After I renewed this time, I immediately had to call them up to help me reinstall my security ware which took about two and a half hours out of my business day. That was frustrating. I did not have that happen to me before. The problem I had is that all of a sudden my security programs says we can't do anything else, call them immediately. So I did and got cut-off a couple of times trying to get in to call. It's hard to get in, first of all with the couple click offs and contacting a live person. And secondly, because my onscreen trigger didn't work because of the changeover.
The people were nice enough but the first technology adviser I had immediately was bad and didn't interact with me at all. He hadn't read my notes and just started writing in programs including the backup ware, which I don't use anybody's backup ware. I have my own backup system and the backup system for Bask in the old XP machine, a 32, just killed it. While he was doing that I was virtually trying to write him. I pulled up a word document and wrote to him saying, "Stop. Quit. Call me." And he wasn't paying attention to that and was sifting through his normal tech sheet. He was doing four different people at the same time. So I ended the connection and got a hold of Bask again. I got a second tech who was great. He took care of it, not completely, but we had a great interaction.
Bask is an expensive service in itself, but I haven't minded the cost. For some reason I got these weird 'hostage' deals where they say, "Pay us and we'll release your computer." I got one of those and Bask took care of it. They also take care of me on XP because I have older programs that aren't gonna work with the new Windows, that I still have to have because of the history of my work. However when it comes down to the way I pay for extra stuff and then I get the impersonal service... not what I signed up for. The reason why I linked up with them in the first place was because the service is gonna be personalized.

I've been with Bask for so long. Their reps have always been courteous and they've done whatever I wanted. They've been really good and I don't have any complaints. Their tech advisors have been friendly, too. They said if I have any problems, I should call them and they'll be glad to fix it, which is nice. So far, we're good.

I needed tech support because I had a problem one day and I just kept hitting buttons. So I got iTOK's service and stayed with them ever since, even when they became Bask. The reps have always been very fantastic. I’ve never had one problem with them. They’re there when I needed them and when they try to explain to me, they’re not above me, try to tell me I didn’t know what I was talking about. So I was very pleased. Most of the time I look for the time for the tune-up to come, but otherwise if I have a problem, I call Bask right away. I always get help, one way or another. Everybody is very good and I tell other people about Bask.

My experience with Bask in the past year has been good. Their reps were wonderful although they were better when they were iTOK, but they're still pretty good. It seems like they handled problems better then. When I had iTOK, they were 10 out of 10 compared to Bask's 8 out of 10 today. And the guys were much friendlier then, while they're a little more businesslike now. I'm an older woman and they have to be very understanding with me because I'm not good at computer. So, the guys that I used to get with iTOK were really patient and wonderful, and Bask, they're good too, but there's just something missing.

The last time I contacted Bask was regarding my NOOK notepad. I always played Words with Friends but the game said I needed Wi-Fi connection, which I had. It still wouldn't play with me. We did not resolve this issue, though. I've had techs that knew more than the guy who helped me, but he couldn't transfer me to anybody because he was working from home. It wasn't that he was a slouch because he did try hard. I would like to have had the issue resolved, but I also realize that NOOK is not the greatest notepad in the market. Other than that, I've been happy with Bask so far.

I've dealt with a variety of their techs and they've all consistently solved my problems. They have been capable and professional. I am cancelling my membership with Bask. I can never talk with a real person, about problems I am having! Very Disgusting! I could call and talk with an iTOK person! I only subscribed to Bask a couple of days ago, and I am very disgusted with the company! It is impossible to call myself and reach an individual person!

My mom already had her computer covered by iTOK. She had gotten a virus a long time ago and iTOK helped her out. Then they switched over to Bask and they pretty much did the same thing. We’ve been happy with our coverage. We had looked into getting tech support to continue keeping her laptop going good. Their sales team emailed me to see if I wanted to renew. I liked the email as that was very simple for me, I ended up going with Platinum plan. They also do a quarterly TuneUp because I just got an email to schedule my next one. They make me feel like my computer is safe.

I've been with iTOK for the last three years and I'm not very computer literate. Systems fail and then you lose your stuff, so I was researching around to see if there was something or somebody that could help with my system, so I decided to sign up with them. Because of the issues that I was having at that time, I ended up getting a new system and they sent someone right over to transfer my stuff and they were just very attentive.
Their sales team has been able to address what I needed and it's been great. I recently added another laptop so I called in and put that one on my account. It keeps me worry-free and I like that. And I like being able to contact them anytime if I'm having any kind of an issue or problem. I can just go to my icon and tell them I need some help and they're very quick and get back to me. They're very understanding with the fact that I don't know what the hell I'm doing sometimes. I also tried the 90-day tune-up and it's been extremely effective for my computers. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend them to anyone. It was just exactly what I needed to try and help this mature person become a little more technical.

Once, one of the computers had a problem with something that was on it and iTOK gave me a price to do it and took care of the problem. I do take care things of my own. The computers are for the boss, and I have too many computers to take care of and I can't do all of them. If I have to change software, I don't have to worry about it if it gets a virus or malware because Bask takes care of it. I still have to go buy ErrorTeck and Defrag, but I don't have to do it often. So I've got somebody else that can take a look at the computer and if people have a problem, I can have them talk directly to somebody else 'cause I can only do so much in a day. The boss pays for the account on his computers and how many ever there is on that account. It's for the company, and we pay once a year.
The techs have always been helpful to call back. If I've been tied up and I tell them that I can hook them up to the computer but I'm going to be gone and they can do it whenever they need to on that day, they're fine with it. We try to do the 90-day tune-up on a regular basis but sometimes it gets to be too much in a day. The backup hasn't been a problem and has really helped out. We just switched one from an XP to a W7 laptop. The guys moved everything over and took care of all that. Anybody that I've talked to has been professional.
A while back, somebody had a question and Bask followed up on it. It was a malware and they had to go back in and do something. It was like it went away and then it came back, and they went in the second time and got it. We didn't have any more trouble. If something got missed and then we call Bask back, it's taken care of. I and the boss are satisfied with the service.

Computers are a menace to the average guy and I'm an average guy so I looked into tech support. Bask was local and affordable so I went with them. I recently had a tune-up that went wrong and my computer had lost a whole lot of data. They came back in and restored the data but they didn't restore it to where it was before. They created a lost data file for me because they couldn't get it back to where it used to be. But I'm still able to work out of that. They screwed up but they fixed their mistake. Other than that, generally speaking, they keep my stuff running smoother and faster.

I wasn't very good at fixing things. Bask had a good reputation and was recommended. I had a good experience with them the whole time when I used them before a couple years ago. Recently we changed and have different computers. I have my own computer back and that's why I went back with Bask. I have their $19.95 regular contract. The technology advisers I have spoken with and asked about what was wrong or what to do, fixed it for me. The 90-day tune up was good too. They're efficient and very friendly at Bask.

Bask is amazing, and I really like them. Their customer service is probably one of the best that I've ever experienced from a public company. I chose them because they did the things that I wanted. They did both backup and internet security and they use Trend, which is a really good internet provider. Their monthly rate of $9.99 was reasonable for me. I've had interactions with their customer service and with their IT people and it's been a really positive experience in both those areas. They're very responsive and they care of the customer instead of just trying to upsell.

I went from working in the office to being able to work out of a home office. And since I didn't have IT support at home, I decided to look into tech support. I talked to BASK over the phone, made a decision to go with them, and it's been great ever since. In many years, I've had all kinds of actions with them. I have four computers and four laptops that are covered. Occasionally I might have to call twice after something they fixed didn't work quite right but they've always been able to get somebody back on the phone. Just last Wednesday they installed an older printer for me and I worked with that till they got it working on me.
Their tune-ups are always good and I use them frequently. Although there was one time when I had a terse interaction with one of their technology advisers - it was around late at night - but BASK is universally great and I gladly pay them every year. I would recommend them to anybody. In fact, I put one of my neighbors on my account about two months ago.

We’ve been customers of Bask for years. We had an issue so I called them and they fixed it, then we found out about the contract. Bask had been very helpful and seemed to understand. I love them when they can take control, and it always turned out to be a good experience. They're there when I need them and they have consistency in getting the problem resolved. All of the tech advisors are very good as well. Even when they do switch offs from the main person who starts it, that’s always been seamless and good. I also pretty much use their 90-Day TuneUp always and I enjoy getting the reminders.

When I first got into computers, it was pretty easy to get hacked so I knew I needed someone and used iTOK. I like their ads and I’ve had really good service with them. The sales team were really courteous and the iTOK technicians were fine. They just changed their name to Bask and I re-signed up with them so I have to make an appointment for Bask technicians to service my computer. I got a tune-up at the end of last week and I have another big project going on so I’ve been putting the 90-day TuneUp off and that’s what I have to do now. They're good and very reliable so far.

I'm a platinum member of Bask and I've liked them ever since they were iTok. I wanted to keep my computer running smoothly all the time and I like having 24/7 support. I'm totally satisfied with my experience with them. Anytime I've got any problem, I give them a call and they straighten everything right out. I use iTOK to back up my files. I work from home and I wanted somebody to make sure my files are backed up if anything ever happens to my computer, so I wouldn't lose all my work. The contract I had with them before included tech support, but I didn't really need it so all I have now is just for backing up my files. I did use it before to help me get some files back that I had lost. In that one moment, it made every penny I spent with iTOK worth it.

I was having problems with my computer so I tried Bask out of a quick online search. I have been with them for probably five or six years now and I've been satisfied with it ever since. Their sales team has been very good for the most part, but recently, I have three computers on two or three different contracts and it seems like my services are getting confused from one to the other. I haven't done anything about it but I've been meeting to place a phone call to try and straighten that out. Also, about six months ago, I had a problem with the grand application and they were very helpful. The suggested solution was very simple but that helped from that log. The advisers have been very good which is why I decided to keep the service even though it is expensive and I could probably figure the problems out myself. But I don't have the time and the patience to do that, so I'm happy to have Bask take care of it.

I had an interesting experience with Bask. They're good guys and girls. I understand now that they're bigger and better and supposed to have better service but a couple of weeks ago, I turned on my computer and it said that I hadn't been backed up in eight days and that I hadn't paid recently. That wasn't true so I called up Bask and they said that I got to have a tech, but they're too busy, so I have to stay on the line. Once I get on with a tech, I take an hour or two.
Anyway, I have told Bask that I hate this classical piano music they play while waiting on the phone. I like piano, but when I'm sitting there waiting and my husband's wanting to go somewhere and I'm waiting for their tech to come on, that horrible, loud music makes me tense a lot and I hate it. When I finally get a fellow, he looked the problem up and said that I hadn't been backed up but I already had paid. He said that he'll just back my computer up to which I said okay, but when I came back the next time, I only have a third of the little icons and I can't open up my email which was a mess.
So I called and had a girl at first, then a boy work with me. My computer was supposed to be okay then but it wasn’t. I think these techs were new and have to get somebody to help them. However, the last two men I talked to were super. The second to the last one was able to restore my icons and the last guy helped me get my email back on. Right now I am able to get on and do whatever I want to do with the computer. I was on it yesterday and everything is fine. I had a messed up computer and Bask was finally able to help me. I’m happy and would recommend the company to anybody.

A few years ago, we were looking for a service that would keep our computers okay. When we found iTOK, we subscribed to them and so far, the service has been very satisfactory. We've had some problems where we thought we had lost files but they've been able to rescue them for us.

My niece recommended Bask and it has worked out for me. Finding tech support around where I live is an impossibility, and it has been really easy with them. The 90-day tune-up worked wonderfully. I've always had good interaction with customer service, who have been patient and nice. I do recommend Bask to friends and while a lot of them think it's too expensive, I don't. Bask worked really hard to fix a lot of my problems and I've not ever been unhappy with them.

I got a virus in my computer and Bask was able to fix it remotely. The tech support was great all the time I deal with them. One time there was one fella that didn't have the best bedside manner. He was over his head. But it was one out of 30 times. They've done a good job. For the most part, they've been knowledgeable and courteous. Also, I got an email saying that I have a tune up and I took advantage of that and it helped my computer. I like that fact that I don't have to take my computer somewhere to get it fixed, Bask can do it remotely.

I had a program that I was running years ago, and it was from a long-distance company. I got frustrated because I had to make long-distance calls to them if I ran into any trouble. Then they went belly-up. At that point, I had moved over to a local company so I could have local help. The company expected me to be tech-savvy and able to handle all the work myself with a little bit of guidance from them, and I couldn't take it. I needed somebody to help me. I got involved with iTOK about four years ago. They were always good to me and reasonable cost-wise. I've recommended them.
I had a problem the other day wherein Windows 10 evidently did an upgrade or update, which they do about once a month, and wiped out all of my personal files and data. Windows' explanation was there's not enough space and they just pushed off my personal stuff. When I called Bask, I told them that I needed to have my programs and data put back on, and they said they had done that. When I checked, my Microsoft Works data, which is all my clientele, and a gaming program I had that my wife plays everyday were gone. So, I had to ask Bask to restore these. I had to have a list of things that I wanted to come back on.
I asked them if there was any way to firewall my stuff so that these don't get booted off every month by Windows when they do an update/upgrade, but I never got an answer to it. I am paying them about $10 a month and that'll be a reoccurring thing every time Windows does an upgrade, unless somebody gives it a think how they can protect me so that I don't have to come back and ask them to reinstall and re-put stuff back on.

All I know how to do was turn on my computer and use it. I had no idea how to fix anything so I decided to get tech support. Somebody that worked with my husband mentioned iTOK probably about 10 years ago. And now I depend on iTOK. I pay once a year and I can call them whenever I want. I get a tune up every 90 days. My computer’s not new and it still runs fine. I have a laptop that they take care of too.
Technicians are all polite and nice. Some of them are better and more thorough than others but that’s to be expected. The only thing is I'd like for somebody to answer the phone when you call instead of getting a machine. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. Like a few months ago, I called when I had a problem. Their employees were busy but said they'd call me back. And they did. Rather than just sitting on hold for an hour, that was better because there were a couple of times when I'd sit there and wait and nobody would answer. Apart from that, I expect them to be there and they usually always have. I've been very happy with them for a long time.

I have been using Bask when they had another name, iTOK, years ago. When I got a new computer, I tried using it before having someone look at it and I had all sorts of pop-ups and bad things happening. So I wanted someone to look over it and take out the bad stuff. I signed up for a year and that sounds like a good deal to me because I don't have anyone to take care of my computer. I don't take care of machines, I just use them. The technology advisers signed up, and I turned the control of my machine over to them, and they did the work on it. They were very pleasant and courteous, they get high marks from me. They did 90-day tune-up and so far, I haven't had any more trouble. So I'm assuming it did what it's supposed to. Overall, I'm very glad that there are companies like Bask out there and seem to be a good one. They made it easy for me and took care of the work. The best thing is I didn't have to do anything.

Initially, Bask was the first one I have heard of where they could do the repair without me having to take anything out. I was unable to get out of my home on a regular basis and I didn't want to be without my computer. I've been using it for a number of years now and Bask always gives excellent service. Any time I call them, I get a response within a reasonable amount of time. They do everything that they tell me they'll do and sometimes more things that I didn't know about that needed to be done. They're always polite and check back or give me a means of checking back with them if there are any other questions or suggestions I have.
I came to trust Bask because they were on target. All I have to do is make sure my computer was turned on and online, but there have been times that I wasn't even able to do that and I have to call them on the phone and they talked me through the steps that I could do in order to let them take a look at what was going on. The techs always answer my questions and usually I have a lot of them. They tell me immediately what they can or cannot do. But I've never had to do anything like follow up with taking my computer somewhere else. They even sent someone out one time that they contracted with to do some work on my compute. Also, I do the quarterly tune-ups and it keeps problems from escalating. It can go through and assess everything. I have recommended Bask to other people.
