My experience working with Vivint Solar has been nothing but positive. It makes me feel great to know I am helping the environment. I am already saving money and recommend this company to all friends and family!

My experience with Vivint Solar has been a positive one. The crew arrived within the time frame I was given and the crew went right to work. The work was very professional and the workers all knew their jobs. The Crew was a well oiled machine. They also picked up any debris that was lying around after they finished. My salesmen Branden ** arrived shortly after the job was finished to see if I was satisfied with the job and workmanship.

A rep from Vivint knocked on our door last year to offer us their solar energy program. I wrote a check for $1 as a sign of commitment to allow them to come out & survey my home. A few weeks later, 2 men showed up from Vivint. They took pictures of my electric panel to assess it for need of upgrade, then they both went up on my roof (bent my gutter) & then proceeds to take measurements for quite a while (since only one guy knew how to measure correctly, the other guy said didn't know how to use the meter so he couldn't help).

Installation went smoothly. Installation crew efficient, hardworking.

The whole process ran very smooth from start to finish. We are very happy with everything.

We heard about Vivint Solar when my daughter began working there in 2014. She would call and tell us about these amazing savings she saw and how happy she was helping people go green. We've had our solar panels installed for over a year now and we're so happy! It still shocks me seeing our electric bill, in a good way! We love solar and I would recommend it to anyone. So worth the time! Especially since it's completely free.

The salesman that knocked on my door initially is a very personable man. I would give him 5 stars. The process has been rather painless. But me and my wife are very frisked out by the way they do business, in that they make you sign a 20 year contract (that can be terminated at any time before installation) before you even know if the property is a viable location for solar panels. We still haven't decided if we are actually going through with the install until we find out if the units they have already installed in Albuquerque have worked out to the customers expectations.

I love this program! Mark ** was thorough, helpful, and made the experience quick and easy! My solar panels were installed quickly and they look great! I have referred many people to the program! I look forward to seeing my bill go down once they are working!

Erik ** was very professional. Explained things clearly and patiently answered all our questions. He kept in touch throughout the pre-installation process and came over the day after the installation. The installation crew was outstanding as well. Friendly, neat, efficient.

Scott came to our door and sold us on the solar. The process was quick and before we knew it the panels were up and ready to go. Scott was there throughout the whole process and constantly checking up on us and keeping us updated. Tyler ** was also keeping me updated through phone calls and emails as well. The process was quick and easy and we are saving lots of money.

I have been waiting so long for Vivint Solar to knock on my door! My parents in Jersey had solar installed by Vivint Solar 6 years ago and they love it, so when I found out we could get approved in PA, we were very excited. Mike is a good salesperson and represents your company in a professional matter. Installation was done on Saturday, March 26th although they weren't quite here at the appointment time the physical work was done in a timely fashion. The crew was professional and cleaned up their mess. I couldn't even tell they were here. Electrician did awesome work. All his work was done in a neat and orderly fashion. I have already recommended your services to a neighbor who Mike has already talked with. With that said, I would like to thank Mike and the crew for an awesome experience. I wish you had a 1/2 a star because I would give you a 4 1/2 star rating. Gives you an incentive to work to a 5 star rating. Thank you.

Crew showed up on time. They were all very courteous, explained everything they were doing. Cleaned up after themselves. Only issue, not theirs... the company had one piece backordered for the exterior panel. But this can be installed even if I'm not at home.

Our experience with our solar installation from the planning to turn up was professional and efficient. I was kept informed of all the different steps as they came along and if there was any hold up I was also told as to the reason why. I've already seen a drastic drop in my regular electric bill. Thanks Vivint. I feel like I'm contributing to help reduce our green footprint while saving money as well. We couldn't be happier.

Carlos ** has been and still is so very helpful, patient with my questions and is regularly available when I need to talk with him regarding this new venture. Brandon was very good in explaining everything we needed to know. He came for a follow up after the solar started working and checked the meters for us. He was always available by phone in case we were unsure about anything. We just got the solar up and running so I can't add much about that yet, but putting the panels on the roof was quiet, efficient and just where we wanted them.

Mike ** was very pleasant and got all of my needs met well. He kept me up to date of the progress and had a great install team. I would recommend him any day over the competition.

My home in South Seaside Park next to the Ocean looks great with my new panels. My home in North Jersey has had Vivint for 4 years with no issues. I live with my daughter who is receiving solar panels from Vivint. I would like to say just how I appreciate the experience l had from the sales manager, Jamal ** explaining thoroughly everything we needed to know about the entire process. Also the technicians were very courteous and knowledgeable in performing their solar survey.

I have had nothing but an excellent experience with Vivint Solar, its energy consultant Mair **, and the installation teams. From the start, Mair was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, able and willing to answer all my questions. At every step of the way, he was present to reinforce exactly what was happening, where we were in the approval processes, and I expect that he will continue to be a vital presence until the day we are up and running. The installation teams were equally forthcoming in explaining what they were doing, and my only regret was that they needed to be on the roof to finish the job until darkness had long fallen.

Huge disappointment and waste of time. 03/22/2016 We signed a contract August 29, 2015. Panels installed September 19, 2015. Electrical installed October 15, 2015. Final city inspection cancelled by Vivint 1/20/2016. Vivint called and apologized for inconvenience and offered to pay for our dog's daycare for the city re-inspection the next day on 1/21/2016. Vivint cancelled inspection again. The Vivint Rep. stated the panels would need to be relocated and they would be sending us a new panel design. After no contact for 3 weeks, on 2/14/2016 we contacted Vivint regarding the status on new design and re-reimbursement for doggie day care.

The assembly crew arrived on time, were highly professional, dealt with some minor configuration changes with no fuss. The work was clearly explained. Work was completed in about four hours, and the crew cleared the site of debris and trash.

Our overall experience was phenomenal. From the first time the seller knocked on our door he stayed up to date with us until the very end of install. Took a little over a year but we were very happy with results. Our seller Jack knew every detail about Vivint Solar and explained it to us where we had no questions at the end. He even came on install day to make sure it went well and that we were happy with it. I would highly recommend Vivint Solar to neighbors and friends. We are very excited to see how it helps us save! Thank you. :)

Anthony, the account manager was great about outlining the process from start to finish and answering all my questions. Marta was consistent about keeping in contact and very patient with setting up inspections. The workers were not intrusive. Good experience.

The people I worked with were great especially Mike. The installation was quick. It looks great. Very professionally done. There were a few mixes up on time frames but we are very happy.

JJ came by our house this evening to talk about the services that Vivint Solar provides. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions. For someone who has only been with the company a short time he was very knowledgeable. We could not have asked for a better experience.

We were new to solar when we were approached by Doug ** from Vivint Solar and after discussion, we decided to proceed with it. Doug has been very personable, has answered any questions we have, has kept us posted and followed up with us as we have moved along in the process. The installation of the solar panels on the roof has now been completed and we await the next step in the process. Working with Doug has been a real pleasure. We have had only positive interactions and good experience with Vivint Solar so far and look forward to working with them on completion of the project.

We have received wonderful fully informative descriptions for our solar panels. The people we have had communications with have been awesome.

I first had Vivint install my home security system and then started talking to them about their solar product. I really didn't think it was going to work for me since I am a single man and my power company (SMUD) has very low rates in comparison to other power companies. My salesperson Vincent told me all the benefits of the system and it really made sense to me to move forward. Following our first meeting there was a home visit, a roof inspection and then the install. EVERYONE was VERY nice, professional, and did a great job. I am so excited to have the panels on the roof and look forward to putting power into the grid. It doesn't cost anything to talk to Vivint, give them a call now!

On tile roofs the valleys are covered by the tiles and need to be maintained periodically. I was surprised when they laid down the wiring to connect the panels they didn't take that into consideration. It was a good thing that I caught it in time to let them know so they could make the changes.

Doug ** was our sales person. He was courteous and genuinely interested in our comfort. He had a sense of humor, but most of all he has a great knowledge of the product and the process it takes to attain it usage. We would welcome him into our home at any time. And, yes we are recommending others to your company. The installers were very good, too. They were very nice and helpful, as well.

I am very pleased with the professional and courteous service I have received throughout the company. The timeline was explained at the very beginning and has proceeded nicely. There have been only a couple of minor delays that were beyond Vivint's control and is to be expected in any type of construction project. Overall, a very positive experience.

Bryce is a charismatic and wonderful rep for your product, we couldn't have been any more happy with the information he provided and the courteous service. The installation crew were professional, polite and each one greeted me. They cleaned up so well you couldn't tell we had men crawling all over our house! From the moment Dale ** knocked on our door the service has been terrific. Dale answered all the questions we had and was a great listener. The salesman Luke was awesome! Was extremely helpful and was not pushy or eager to sell me something I did not want. Took the time to explain what I was getting involved in. On the day of install the installation crew Matt ** was great, super informative and extremely professional.

To be completely honest I did not want solar panels at all. I gave Noel a chance to change my mind and he sure did. Noel was professional and presented my wife and I with clear information. He took his time and made sure he answered all of our questions and doubts. The one question he didn't know he immediately called his manager right then and there to get us an answer. He was friendly and well prepared. Vivint should be proud to have sales representatives like him. We are happily installed and are looking forward to turning on our solar panels in the near future!

It took us over 18 months to get our solar panels installed and up and running. Once we were live we were promised to save on our energy bills. The first month we were hit with a bill from APS $84.00. The second month we received a bill from APS for $130.00! In addition to paying Vivint Solar the amount per contract. We are outraged at the lies and deceit from the company in order for us to sign. We are now paying over $300 a month in the winter time for electricity! We were told we would produce 100% of the power we use, also that we would receive a credit at the end of the year for overproducing. We are in the process of having the system removed with no help from Vivint. I would NEVER recommend this company for anything!

I would recommend Vivint Solar to anyone who is looking for a Solar installation. They are very professional in explaining their company's goal in providing service to homeowners wanting to have a solar panel installation. Their technicians were on time, very neat about their work and cleaned up when they were finished. The job was completed in 5 hours and looks very nice.

Vivint Solar send a representative to assess a leak where the panels were put in and confirmed that during installation they left holes and didn't seal it up properly and tiles were left broken. The person making the assessment also said that he took care of the hole by sealing it. However it rained a few days later and there is still a leak from the roof that is causing further damage to my house. My house is rather new with 0 roof problems before and now I'm afraid of the kind of damage this is causing. They said they were going to get a contractor to give an estimate on the costs for the repairs but it's been almost a week since the first leak and nothing has been done. This is very concerning to say the least.

I met Anthony from Vivint last January. He just knocked on my door and started talking about the company Vivint and what it could do for me. I listened for about 15 minutes and told him I would think about it. I did a little research and asked around. I found out a few people I know had solar panels and one of them used Vivint. Everyone seemed happy with the result. I signed up with Anthony the next week and by March the panels were up and I was able to choose the design. I love the panels and on average 10 months out of the year I'm saving around $80.00 a month or more and last July and August I saved almost $200.00 a month. I could not be happier. I totaled my cost the year before and this past year and saved over $1300.00 for the year. Thank you Anthony ** for knocking on my door.

Everything was above expectations from beginning to installation. Lance did an excellent job explaining everything and answering all our questions. After talking to him the first time he came across as very trustworthy and very easy to deal with, which made us take a chance on solar. It has been a great experience. He personally followed up on the day of installation to make sure everything was ok and to answer questions.

Vivint Solar did a great job. Total satisfaction so far. Our sales representative (Liana **) was fantastic: very knowledgeable, helpful and always available if needed. There was no pressure and lots of great information. Next step hook up, city inspection & SDG&E...

I had the panels installed in one day back in December 2015 but I am still waiting on some final approvals to have it fully working. All the people involved have been professional and timely. I am very hopeful that this will save some money and leave a smaller footprint on this planet we enjoy.

First of all, we're told after many discussions that if roof needed replacement we would not move forward. So salesman stated he would have one of his crew members that is qualified to check. And he stated to my husband and I roof is in good condition. However when panel crew arrived and really seen roof condition, we were informed it was in bad shape, with photos in hand and they will not be installing panels or additional cost to remove panels for roof replacement would be charged to us. So they left. Week later, received call from Utah number if we are going to move forward. I explained to gentlemen of issue and my husband is disabled and unable to go to top of roof and I don't know anything about roofs.

Install team and electrician team arrived prepared to complete the job and that is what they did!! Nice, professional, cleaned up, and informative.

Jason **, our rep was referred to us by friends. He was prompt and courteous. Jason was knowledgeable in his approach to teach us about Solar. Jason shows a real commitment to his job. He has been diligent in staying connected with us and keeping us informed as the install takes place.

Workers came right on the time that was scheduled. Work area roped off completely and job done in a timely manner. Area was left clean when they were done. A problem with the circuit box was discovered the next day and Paul ** who was our sales contact wasted no time in getting in touch with us and making sure the matter was corrected.

The installation crew arrived on time as scheduled. The entire crew was very professional. The work area was cleaned up when they finished. The foreman was very informative and kept me abreast of every step. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. In fact I'm so proud of the system that I carry a picture with me just like my grandchildren's pictures. I really like the fact that I'm getting my power from Green, Clean, Renewable energy source.

Vivint Solar is wonderful to work with. I had a bad experience initially with NRG and, decided to go with Vivint. Glad I did. The sales rep Dexter ** tells it like it is. Even a person like me who understands nothing solar or electrical understood what he said. Granted, he had to go thru it twice but that's on me, him. It's a drawn out process. I can't speak to how much I save since it was just converted over from National Grid today. Can't wait to see the results in my pocketbook for sure! Dexter is a gem, hope Vivint holds onto him!

We're delighted with the service we received throughout the process of installing Vivint solar panels on our home. We chose Vivint Solar because we had NO out-of-pocket expenses, we could lock in low electric rates for 20 years and because the rooftop solar installation gave us the opportunity to support the move to decentralized energy generation, which we believe is crucial for the planet. Our Vivint representative, Linda ** explained the program clearly, and she was responsive to our questions every step of the way. Enrolling with Vivint Solar was an easy process, I just had a little bit harder time with my referral because of factors that were unforeseeable. But the customer service resolved the problems and I got my system installed. It was a good experience and I've referred two people and they both got their solar before I did, even though I started the process sooner.

From the beginning, my experience dealing with Josh was comforting and educational. Josh took the time to explain the process and benefits of going solar with Vivint. And, he was just a phone call or text away if I had any concerns with the process. The installers were very polite and took time to explain the process even in the freezing temps on the day of installation. Everyone was nice and punctual. They did crack some tile, but came back within the same week to fix it and I'm content so far. I have already recommended this to several people and can't wait to earn referral credit!

Our electrical bills were so high and we were looking into solar energy services when Vivint came knocking on the door. So far we are very satisfied with them. Our rep, Chris, made the enrollment process very easy. He did most of the legwork and told us what he was going to do and what it's going to entail. I had looked quite a bit into it anyways so I knew what size system I could fit on my house and what it was gonna do for me, so I made his job a little bit easier.

I am very unhappy with the process at this point. Signed the contract and had panels installed 6 months ago and now I'm being told still another month before hook up is complete. If I had know it would take 6 plus months to get finalized I would not have done it.

I just recently had Vivint install my solar panels. Dan ** and the rest of the team made the entire experience smooth and effortless. My wife and I had some concerns about the entire process, but Dan assured us that things would run smoothly and be easy enough. He delivered on his promise. Everyone that we dealt with from Vivint was kind and courteous and respectful of our house and property. They were punctual for appointments, and got everything done in the time they said they would. I would refer anyone I know to use Vivint for their solar needs.

I was told that my monthly bill would be about $60-$70 per month. It hasn't been. Between both bills it has been over $100. While it is better than previously billed, I did expect it as close to the quote as possible. Am I expecting too much?

It has been a great pleasure to do business with both the Salesman (Luke **) and the installation staff that came to my home. I believe this program is the best out there and I am glad to be part of it. Both your Salesman and installation staff were true professionals. Everything went great and without problems. So far everything has been great. Installation went well and customer service has been excellent. Waiting for final permit approval and starting to use my solar. I'm encouraged that the good customer service will continue as all goes forward.

Dale and his team did a very good because they delivered and installed our solar panels as planned and scheduled. There were no surprises and zero upfront cost of getting our solar.

Bad experience. Save about $250 last year with Vivint Solar. Apparently they did not put enough panels on my roof and at the end of the year I received a bill from my electric company for $882... Have tried contacting them but now that I have already had solar panels installed, nobody at Vivint wants to help me get additional panels. Worst part is I have them for 20 years. Had several issues during install but figured I was going to save a lot of money so I let it go. Regrets...

We have been impressed with our experience with Vivint Solar. We have them as our alarm company and now we use them to produce solar energy. I live in Hawaii and have been a Vivint customer since 2012. I am a big believer in solar power and drive an electric car. Installation by Vivint back then was exceptionally fast, within a month. Activation once I agreed to service was 6 months which is standard for solar companies in Hawaii, surprisingly long since it is one of the top 10 states for solar capacity per capita, but I blamed this on Hawaii. After the outstanding sales/installation team went away, they Honeymoon was over. Since then, I have always had some disappointment in Vivint as I have never even come close to breaking even with my Electric Company, and usually pay 1/3 to a full 1/2 of my electricity bill to the electric company.

Install was great along with being prompt to the job site. All workers were polite.

I am very pleased with the whole professional experience that Vivint Solar company has provided from the start. Mr Ian ** explained your product so well and answered my questions to the point that I made my decision on going solar in my home. Then later on any questions I will text him and he replied right away. Then Mr. Ariel surveyed my home. He was very nice and knowledgeable.

Interaction with salesperson Troy ** was pleasant. He did an accurate job of representing what we could expect. I invited him to come to visit my volunteer civic organization to share this opportunity. He was well-received. Troy kept us continuously informed. Installers were courteous and respectful. The work was neat and professional. They recognized insufficient grounding that was routine in 1970's construction and upgraded. My only complaint would be in the time it took for permitting, but Troy forewarned us, so that was not a surprise. Vivint estimates a summertime savings of $65/mo at current local rates, and even more since local provider announced an upcoming rate hike.

Noel was not only a great salesman but to this day he will text or call or email anything I need at anytime of the day. I was very skeptical about hidden fees but he is a stand-up guy and I truly am impressed by him and can see him doing amazing things for your company if you allow him. Super person and sales rep. Katie is awesome too. Super company.

I wanted to save money so I looked into solar energy services. A sweet little girl from Vivint Solar came to my door and enrolling into the program was as easy as pie. Kathy was awesome and took care of everything and I didn't do anything. Right now, I'm okay with the system. I'm not in a full year yet. I know I'm saving but don't know how much at this point. I had a good experience so far.

From the first time I met with the representative (Dexter) from Vivint it has been an awesome experience. I started looking at my solar options about 18 months ago and after looking at no less than 5 companies I selected Vivint. Dexter's extremely professional and understanding approach won me over! I put him through the wringer to include actually selecting another company, but in the end contacted Dexter to move forward with Vivint. From that point forward I have never been so impressed with team of people that I have had the pleasure of coming in contact with. The installers were on time exactly when they said they were going to be at my house. The were polite, courteous and professional. Even as busy as they were they never hesitated to answer any or my questions, and I asked a bunch.

Solar panels put on roof yesterday. Everything went very well as soon as the crew got here. The lead man had a phone number that was not correct for me. I hope they return soon and connect something that has to do with the electricity.

From our first consult to the actual install of the panels, the professionalism has been great. Luke ** was most informative and clear on every aspect of us choosing solar. We were impressed with the install team, that they were prompt on their arrival time, and how courteous they were. Their crew chief fully explained what they were about to do, then laid out the work areas with their safety cones and barrier tape. The workers divided into their respective teams and accomplished the entire install in an extremely short period of time. Our experience with the Vivint Solar Company has been fantastic.

Vivint came to me and told me that they could install a system for free so I said all right, and so far, it's been pretty good. The enrollment process was very easy and their customer service team has been pretty good. When we need them, they're there. I didn't have to do anything, and they did everything for me.

I have loved the experience that I had. Jason was my sales rep. Jason was always polite very well mannered. I liked Jason so much that he was the reason that I went with Vivint. What a great young man he is. So far Vivint Solar has done a great job through the initial meetings to the installing if our solar panels. Everyone has been knowledgeable and efficient. We are waiting on our inspection to turn our system on which we are looking forward to.

Vivint just installed my system today. The guys did a great job from start to finish. Started at 7:00 am sharp and had everything cleaned up and done at 2:30. Electrician walked me through all the equipment and explained how it was all working.

The men who installed the panels were precise, knowledgeable, and although it was freezing outside they did their best not to interrupt our routine. Because they know their job so well everything went smoothly. My husband and I are totally satisfied with Vivint Solar. I would and will recommend Vivint to my friends and family.

I was a bit skeptical about a 20 year lease with solar panels, but other neighbors had used this company and I genuinely liked McKenzie **, our sales rep. She was enthusiastic and convinced us! Plus, our panels were on the back of the house! Installation went well. All employees in this process were great to work with. It took a while but we were told that upfront. I just got my first bill today from both VIVINT and National Grid and saved over $200 from last year! Wildly exceeded my expectations!! We were told we would not save much in the winter months! Now to be completely honest, in the past year we have done many energy improvements, so the savings is not all from the panels, but it sure appears to have had a remarkable impact! It is early in the game, but I feel confident that we made a really good decision.

We've had Vivint Solar for about three years now and it's been a near constant nightmare. I have never experienced such an unorganized, unprofessional, irresponsible and just plain criminal company as this. We are now at a point of filing suit. The single biggest problem for us has been habitual billing errors. I've received telephone calls, emails and letters of apology but no one at Vivint can get it right. It's not uncommon for me to get a telephone call and an email in the same day asserting that my account is past due. When I check, of course, payment has been received and the billing representative sings the same old tone, "Glitch", "New System", "I'll correct it". Yet, nothing ever gets done. Indeed, I guess that's why we have civil court. Please do yourself a grand favor, do not do business with Vivint.

We have been very pleased with our experience with Vivint Solar. From the first meeting with Doug **, the sales rep, we felt they were very upfront with answering all of our questions and explaining how long the process would take. Since the installation, we've been very pleased with the amount we've been saving in energy costs. Our only complaint would be the amount of times we've needed to reboot the wireless connection as it seems to occasionally go offline for no apparent reason. But even with that, it is very easy to keep an eye on via the online dashboard tool and reset it so that it is reporting again. Doug is a really nice guy and has a no-pressure "pitch" that made sense to us. We've been very happy with the results.

I've been looking at using solar energy services for several years but I was ineligible because of the trees that were casting shadows. Then the salesman from Vivint Solar informed me that the technology advanced and what I was looking at was no longer an impediment to me to move forward. One time, it snowed and my salesperson wanted to make sure that they could come by to inspect the panels, so he shoveled the snow to make sure that they could have access and there wouldn't be a delay. I've had a very positive customer experience with Vivint Solar. David **, the sales representative, was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He kept in touch during the entire process. The installation team was very professional and efficient. The job was completed in one day and they left everything so clean you wouldn't know they were there. I only had one glitch, which involved the electric box not be properly installed so that the performance meter was not registering for a couple of weeks, but as soon as we called someone came out the next day to fix it. I would definitely recommend Vivint to others!

I am not happy with your billing procedure. The invoices do not give me the info that I want (i.e. not only how much power my system generates, but also how much power I am using). I have had problems getting to the invoices on your website. I have tried to contact my Customer Care Rep on at least five occasions and have yet to receive a return call or an email from him.

We reconnect Vivint Solar, the staff were professional and polite. They were here on time like they promise. They clean up after finished installing. They answer all questions we have.
