I will never use a health care organization that treats me so unimportant that they have decided I'm not even worth answering the phone when I call with a pharmacy question. How could you seriously have arrived at that decision with any sort of optimistic outlook on the impact it would have on your pharmacy business? I will NEVER set foot in one of your stores again until you have a human answer the phone when I call my pharmacist with questions about the medication they've dispensed to me.
For 25 years, my family of 8 have relied on your pharmacy and your pharmacist as a valued resource for my family's medical needs. It is a despicable SHAME that you have chosen to put profits over care quality by taking away the ability for the pharmacy staff at your stores to answer calls directly from the patients to which they provide medical services. I have spent 25 years developing a personal relationship with your pharmacy staff, and I do not agree with being reduced to mail order level impersonal robotic service? I don't think so.
As a result of your Company's choice to dehumanize us, my entire 8 person family have removed all of our lifelong prescriptions and pharmacy records from your pharmacy and demanded they be transferred to now be filled at the local Ferndale Family Pharmacy located directly across the street from your store. After 25 years of Loyalty to your brand and your store, you have lost our business forever. Your corporate greed has poisoned our relationship.
Your area manager tried very hard to convince me that the phone system restriction was needed in order to continue to deliver a high quality of service from your pharmacists. This is obviously a direct lie. It is insulting that you would think that I don't have the critical thinking skills to realize that there are hundreds of local pharmacies who can both answer the phone and STILL turn a profit. In fact, one of them is located directly across the street from your store. How convenient for me. The truth of the matter is that the only pharmacy that can't answer the phone and still somehow maintain their core business seems to be your chain. From that perspective, the explanations and apologies from your area manager come across as dishonest and hollow.
The pharmacists at the Ferndale Family Pharmacy are able to deliver the same quality of service that your location used to deliver, but they are somehow also able to have a pharmacist answer the phone whenever I call with a medication related concern. If my local pharmacy is able to deliver that level of service, without issue, then I can only conclude that your company has decided it is more important to save money turning off the phones than it is to continue providing quality care to my family.
You should consider changing your company name to CVS Low Budget Pharmacy, because that is the direction that this shift is signaling you are moving. I don't know how you think that having an automated attendant and a "leave a message and we will maybe call you back within 24 hours if we feel it's necessary" policy for your healthcare patients is going to be beneficial to you.
It is my sincere hope that many of your customers share my feelings of betrayal and disappointment in this matter, and that it results in enough of a loss of pharmacy patients that you have no choice but to reverse your position and reopen your phone lines like the proper healthcare provider you pretend to be. It would appear that your company has gotten so large that you have forgotten that you. are primarily a pharmacy, which is a person based health care organization. With the recent string of bankruptcy in so many of your major chain competitors, you would think it would be a warning sign to you that your profit hungry corporate conglomerate pharmacies are no longer delivering care that your customers consider acceptable.

CVS PHARMACY Fridley made errors constantly. Read the online reviews. Was given the run around for a week about a med I needed. Only to be hung up on by the pharmacist. Then she kicked my med back to my doctor after playing the game of it’s not ready yet. This is the worse CVS in the state. Will be contacting KSTP and the Attorney General asap.

The old woman at the Pharmacy is a racist. I was confused about the medication and asked her a question. Then she told me I was holding people up behind me and asked me to leave. Old lady, go to church, have a kind heart. Do not let your hate convert into karma passing to your offsprings. Amen.

Worst pharmacy ever! Stay away from this CVS. The manager, Melissa, is rude and dismissive and has a “I don’t care” face and attitude. WORST CVS pharmacy. Will not be back. I would give it a 0 stars but unfortunately not an option. This pharmacy needs a new manager and staff. At one point, even though both of my prescriptions were ready and upfront, she went to the back “pretended to be working” and chatted with another worker just to make me wait longer to prove that she was “in control.” I will NEVER be BACK to this CVS. I’ve always tried to make up excuses as to why the long wait and tried to understand that the staff is overworked, but I will no longer tolerate their disrespect and lousy attitude.

Do not use this pharmacy. One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Almost dehumanizing. Went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription with my sick 3 year old and was told it was not ready yet. I asked for an estimate on when it would be ready and was scoffed at and told at least 2 more hours. I tried to buy another item but was told "Don't you see I'm busy, go away." Cannot properly express how disgusted I am with my experience at this CVS.

CVS Riverside La Sierra. They don’t answer their phone. That is frustrating. You can’t check if your medication is ready or not. You have to leave a message and no one calls you back. Then they lose your medication. Nothing but bunch of headaches.

I went to our local clinic yesterday (December 26, 2024) for bronchitis and a double ear infection. The doc sent my prescription to our local CVS in Brookville, Indiana, per my request. I received a text saying they got the prescription so I waited two hours for them to notify me it was filled. When I didn’t hear anything, I went to the pharmacy and saw a note stating they closed early.
Today I went to pick up my medication and was told no one would be there until 2 pm because they’re having problems with pharmacists. I then contacted my doctor and they sent a prescription into another CVS but I got a notification saying my insurance would not allow me to get the antibiotic until January 3. My doctor then sent the prescription to a Kroger pharmacy. Kroger attempted to reach CVS to release the prescription but could never reach them. I did get my prescription at Kroger but paid full price. How is that fair? I really wish I could give zero stars because they haven’t done a thing for me. I have had my eardrum rupture and I really needed the prescription plus I have asthma. I will never set foot in another CVS.

I attempted to obtain a refill two weeks prior to my medication running out. I called and spent 20 minutes getting everything ready to ship. I waited a week, no medication arrived. I called back and the representative said nothing showed up as being called in. I informed them that I would not have enough medicine to make it past Christmas. The representative said that it would be shipped usps express parcel on Monday Dec 23. It is now Thursday Dec 26 and I have been out of my medication since Christmas Day. The USPS tracking update says it will be arriving Friday December 27 by 9 am. Fingers crossed 🤞. I did not wait until the last minute. I ordered at least 2 weeks ahead of time. This company does not give a hoot about its customers. My insurance plan requires me to use this company if I want affordable medication. If I didn’t have to use them I sure wouldn’t!!

I don't recommend them to anyone. Very difficult to contact. There is no one in the pharmacy to answer a phone call. You have to leave a voice-mail message in hopes that they would return your call within an hour. Not good for emergencies and urgent refills. Simply no good when you need them the most. One star is still too good of a ratings for them.

I have received a number of email messages purporting to be from CVS Pharmacy offering promotions and gift cards recently. The messages are obvious phishing emails although they contain CVS Trademarks and other representations that they are from CVS BUT, upon close examination of the sender's email address they obviously were not sent by CVS. I checked the WEB for an email address to CVS Fraud or Security departments which other retailers normally have to follow-up on such reports. I only found an 800 number. I called and spoke with a woman who was obviously not in the USA. I explained the issue and asked for an email address to send a copy of the message to them for their Fraud and Security department to follow-up on. To my amazement she announced she knew of no such departments within CVS. WOW!!! BE VERY CAREFUL OUT THERE FOLKS!!!

Location: 3300-10 South Broad Street. Philadelphia, PA 19145. My mom and I had a terrible experience at CVS today, the whole incident started around 2:55 pm. It all began with where at first we were waiting in line with a lot of people, there was an elderly at the cashier complaining they only have one cashier where there’s 50 people waiting in line, cashier (Keyur) says: "Why don’t you do something about it?” The elderly says "Does it look like I’m a cvs employee?” They were still going and going…
When it was finally our turn, my mom made a smooth transaction at the register, and I paid for mine at the self checkout with one of the store employees help to enter my DOB because I purchase cough medicine. Later, my mom got two bottles of detergents and a cough medicine, she got help by a store manager at the self checkout. During the whole time, the lady that helped me during my transaction was standing in aisle 2 to help and I guess to watch if anybody steals. After, I was standing near the lady with our stuff that’s been paid waiting for my mom to get in line again with 2 bottles of shampoos. When she got to him (Keyur), he says: "YOU pay for your detergents?” She says: "Yes.” Him: "GIVE ME THE RECEIPT!” In a very mean tone.
My mom asked me for the receipt because I’m the one standing not far from her with our stuff that’s already paid for and the receipts are in the bag. Then she handed him the receipt, he took a look at it and process my mom’s transaction without her consent. My mom was asking me in our language why he check on me and doesn’t check on anybody else? She is right, we were still in the store, there’s an employee standing next to me as I was waiting for my mom, and my mom was at the register, and he accused her of stealing already? Not like we were pushing the cart out…. Then he tells my mom “Speak English! Speak English! You know I can call the cops, right?!”
I told him:”Go ahead, call the cops!” Not like we did anything wrong. Then he was still going telling my mom to “Speak English!” *Points fingers* and calls my mom a **! Everybody heard him including one of the staff. I was seeking for help, but sadly, nothing, no apologies. We left the store helpless, disappointed, and sad, because we got mistreated. No one deserves to get called a **. I called corporate right away to report this issue, hopefully something will get done. CVS should not tolerate an unprofessional staff with a nasty mouth.

I purchased a heating pad at the Burbank, CA CVS and I paid cash with a 40% coupon on my account. I came home and tried to use the CVS brand coupon and it did not work. I returned the heating pad and the store refused to return my 40 percent coupon. They said that is store policy. I found that to be ridiculous due to the fact that it was a CVS brand product and it did not work. In my opinion that is not how to treat a long time customer. I have been going to that same store for 25 years.

This is for their branch in Woodstock, NY. I had an alarming and unprofessional experience with a staff pharmacist. He loudly questioned the validity of my prescription and disability diagnosis in front of other customers, violating my privacy. Despite following my doctor’s instructions and having no issues at other pharmacies, he claimed the prescription was incorrect and gave vague, unhelpful responses when I asked for clarification. When I pressed for details, he became defensive, accused me of arguing, and even threatened not to fill my prescription.
Additionally, another medication sent to CVS was never addressed, leaving me without it. After confirming with my doctor that the script was sent, CVS wrongly told a new pharmacy it was "too soon" to fill. My insurance also confirmed CVS incorrectly charged me before I even picked up the medication. When I called CVS on 12/16, the women I dealt with, spoke over me throughout the duration of the phone call, refusing to acknowledge any mistake.
CVS’s handling of my situation and the disregard for my privacy was unacceptable and dangerous. The Woodstock staff’s unprofessional behavior should not be tolerated, and I encourage anyone with similar experiences to report it to CVS corporate, the state pharmacy board, and the Better Business Bureau. As a new customer, this was a deeply disappointing experience. I would advise those who are having similar issues to transfer to Village Apothecary down the road who had none of the issues CVS had.

Tried for over an hour to get a prescription number. The app crashed. The website crashed. The pharmacist no longer accepts incoming telephone calls. Customer care rep tells me my account is inactive (I have used CVS for six years and filled three prescriptions there four days ago), and they are unable to help me. CVS store manager told me to come in person and see the pharmacist, but he was out until tomorrow. This is typical of my experience with CVS after they made changes to customer-facing portals.

CVS accepts TRICARE Insurance, this is the insurance military personnel use for medical coverage. When they can’t get to a military base. Why isn’t Military Identification accepted by CVS when picking up medication? The military ID meets all requirements by both federal and state law as proof of Identification. The CVS at 7534 Lake Worth Rd, Lake Worth, FL would not accept my wife’s military ID and was told you must have a driver's license or passport to pick up medication. This may be policy, but policy doesn’t over ride state and federal law. You accept our insurance but not our ID?

CVS in West Grove, PA refused to fill my prescription mouthwash, even though they filled it in October. When November came around, they refused. CVS Caremark said my local pharmacy SHOULD fill it because it is covered under my insurance plan AND they had filled it in October! They refused because they don't care at all about anyone but themselves. I called CVS Customer Service 2 times to complain about my mouthwash and the General Manager of the CVS in West Grove said he would call me. He did, but I missed his call, unfortunately. I called him back 3 times AND left a message and he NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Why?!? Because he doesn't care about customers, that's why.
And as you learned from above, CVS only hires terrible people who just don't care. If someone calls you 3 times AND leaves a message and you never call them back again - you are a liar and a horrible person, especially considering you are the supposed "manager" of the pharmacy in West Grove. The CVS in West Grove, PA is awful. They will only hire nasty people who are not interested in helping you AT ALL! If you have a problem - they don't care and won't do anything to help. They are very rude people and they only hire women who are jealous and mean because they're old and not married. If you're a nice person, don't even try to get a job there because they won't hire you if you are kind and helpful. I have yet to meet a friendly, competent and helpful person at that CVS pharmacy in West Grove, PA.
Even the pharmacists don't care, because if they did, then they would make my mouthwash for me. And guess what? They DID make it in October and then when I needed a refill in November they absolutely refused. Why? It's simply because THEY DON'T CARE!! If you make it one month and then refuse to make it the next month you are only doing that because you have no empathy or compassion!
I wish they would have as many ulcers in their mouths as I have right now - because then they would understand that my mouthwash is important to me and I NEED it because my mouth is covered in ulcers. But do they care? Nope. In fact, one of the women pharmacists actually became angry about it and said no one should get that amount of mouthwash!! I wish she, in particular, could experience the ulcers that I am currently experiencing. It's a shame I can't give them to her, because then she would understand why this mouthwash is important to me and my health! IT'S ONLY MOUTHWASH, FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE, I DON'T EVEN SWALLOW IT!!!
In conclusion...do NOT use the CVS in West Grove, PA, as they are absolutely the WORST people in the world!!! I have NEVER heard of a pharmacy that will fill a prescription one month and then the next month they absolutely refuse - they deserve to be fired for that!!! They should be fired because they are refusing to help a customer who has a legitimate prescription and legitimate medical problem that could be helped by that mouthwash - but instead, they throw a fit like a baby and refuse to fill it. What kind of service is that?!? It's terrible service, that's what it is - and I wish on them the horrible mouth ulcers that I experience every day!!
By the way....because they are refusing to fill it and fussed about it like a baby, I am forced to pay $80 every time I need this mouthwash. But does CVS care! Nope! Does CVS Caremark care?? Nope. Because if they did, then they would FORCE the pharmacy make it for me, but instead they're just acting like a limp noodle and refusing to help me. The entire CVS company is horrible and I have nothing but awful experiences every time I go there. I hate going there and seeing all of those useless, uncaring, unkind, jealous, lazy, mean and rude people. I can't stand to even look at them.
If the company of CVS actually cared about their customers, then they would make that pharmacy in West Grove fill my mouthwash prescription!!! Do you not understand, CVS Caremark and the Corporation of CVS, that they filled it in October and now they are refusing to fill it anymore!!? What kind of a company is this? A terrible one, that's what it is and I have nothing but disappointing, frustrating and horrible experiences every time I'm forced to go to that awful place!
WAKE UP Corporate CVS - and help a customer who needs it!!! Force the CVS pharmacy in West Grove to fill my prescription - they already filled it one time - why in the world will they not fill it again?!? Why don't you do something about this?!?! Because those pharmacists have no compassion and are lazy, I have to spend a ton of money buying it elsewhere. But if the pharmacy would fill it, I would only have to pay around $2. Don't you care about your customers, CVS!!? Why don't you act like you care and do something about this problem I am having!?! PLEASE!!!

A few years ago I switched this this CVS to the rite aid that used to be nearly because the pharmacist was rude. I ended up switching back in the past year because rite aid suddenly refused to fill my meds and giant didn't take medicaid and I had just gotten the insurance. I called CVS in a panic and they told me bring it there. They filled it.
Ever since, every single pharmacist that is there now has worked with me on any problem I have had and given past experiences I am truly grateful for them. Since the rite aid is gone they deal with an insane volume so while it's annoying I can never reach them on the phone, I just go in and they fix whatever the problem is. Yes, it's time consuming but totally worth the service in the end. I don't know what has gotten so complicated these past years with this industry but these particular pharmacists you have at this particular CVS are going above and beyond given the stress and volume they are under to get people the medications their DOCTORS are prescribing. They deserve a raise, KEEP THEM.

I get in there and the only thing they needed was my date of birth then I had to waste 15 mins. for it to be rebuild. I was asked not to be rude because I was upset that this keeps happening, Seems like a hassle to have Doctors change my prescriptions elsewhere because they can't get it right. They are the ones that text me to say it was ready.

Please believe these reviews. This pharmacy is awful. We needed a prescription for our dog. The vet called in and provided the prescription 3 times - each time the pharmacy claimed they didn’t get it. Our vet provided the call logs to show but they still wouldn’t accept. We then got a written prescription scanned by our vet that they wouldn’t accept because it wasn’t “written”. So the vet called a 4th time! The phones are a joke, they wouldn’t call the vet back or call themselves to confirm (despite it being their fault the prescription wasn’t going through) and said the vet had to be the one to call. They claimed at first it’s because we weren’t existing patients (we are) - when we proved that false they then said, well because it’s a new prescription for an existing patient they can’t help. It’s absolutely ridiculous and the worst service I’ve ever had - especially when you’re dealing with a serious health emergency. I’m infuriated and stressed.

I apologized and mentioned that the pharmacist told me to go in and he began raising his voice saying I am not supposed to be in there and 'people go in there to do their drugs. First I shot back and asked him do I look like I do drugs? Second I told him to watch his tone and he continued to raise his voice. I have multiple prescriptions that I have automatically refilled every 3 months. I have done this with CVS for years. Now, for one of them, I received a 1 month refill instead of the 90 day refill, followed by another 1 month refill a month later. Instead of giving me the last 30 days of my 90 day prescription they then told me the prescription had expired. I had my doctor send them a renewal of the prescription and they still would not give me the last 30 days of the 90 day prescription that they did not fill correctly. I get to skip a month thanks to them. I'll live.
On another of my 90 day prescriptions, 1 pill twice a day, 180 pills to fill the 90 day prescription, I received only 4 pills which I discovered when I open the package at home. No explanation in the package, on the container or when I returned to the pharmacy and told them to give me the correct amount. Is this the type of service I should now expect from CVS? I have been using CVS Pharmacy in Southbridge, MA for over 10 years now. I take most of the same medications I took then, a few new ones. They have always given me trouble filling my recurring meds. I take albuterol inhaler and albuterol solution in my nebulizer. They refuse to fill my nebulizer solution because it's the "same name" as my inhaler. The doctor prescribed levalbuterol instead, they call the doctor and then tell me the doctor changed the prescription that I have had filled every month for 10 years and I can't take it every day any more. The doctor tells me that that is not true, but they still won't give me my nebulizer solution.
I have recurring prescriptions that I try to fill and they cancel them without even trying to fill them. I try again and they tell me they have it scheduled. When the scheduled day comes to fill it, they tell me that they have to order it and I should have requested it sooner. I go for days and sometimes more than a week without medication I'm supposed to take every day. I have multiple health issues and a terminal illness for which I take medication to slow the progress, and that is one of the medications they refuse to fill on time.
This is crazy. It's always been a hassle, but they are getting worse. I can't keep fighting like this. I am in the process of changing pharmacies. I think that that is what they want. I do have a lot of medications, and they are busy, so they either don't want to be bothered, or they are incompetent. Either way, I'm afraid that they might refuse to fill any of my prescriptions while I'm changing pharmacies, or some other kind of retaliation. No one should have to go through this.

The transaction number is **, the reg was 7 in the pharmacy. The name of the girl who rang me up was Jamila cashier # **. She got my CVS card number and added it but then charged me full price for both items $12.79 for each one instead of giving me the 50% off the second one per the sticker in the shelf in front of it. I did not notice it until I got back home and was looking at my receipts and I live over an hour away. I went to Marion to my doctor.
I then called the store and they do not even answer but make you leave a message for a call back. I left the message and no one called me back so I called again and selected the store option and got the manager Carley who was extremely rude and unhelpful she automatically tried to deny the issue and blame it on the customer saying “Oh she must have forgot to get your CVS card!” when I told her that the girl overcharged me. Then I told her “No she did get my CVS number and enter it and still overcharged me”. Then she put me on hold and came back and said that the items were not on sale so that is why it did not deduct and she said the sticker was above them.
I explained to her I used to manage for Walgreens and am not and idiot and do not buy anything that is not on sale and the sticker was right in front of the calcium chews. She then wanted me to bring them all the way back to the store to get the difference and I told her I am not driving over two hours round trip to get $6.40 and that she needed to just send me a gift card for it, which she refused to do so I told her I would contact the corporate office and she acted as if she could not care less! This is FRAUD and THEFT!!

The CVS in North Haven, CT is the worst CVS store in the area. I do not shop there very often, but it seems like every time I do there is an issue. I.e., no one around to help, employees not knowing exactly where an item is and they just point in a general direction, employees talking among themselves and ignoring customers or inability of employees to perform simple tasks. The other day I went there to return an item and do some shopping. I took the item out of my bag along with the receipt and gave both to the clerk (Brianna, who was also Shift Supervisor) and said I wanted to return it.
She asks me for my CVS card or phone number, so I give her the CVS card. She processes what I thought was the return and needed my credit card to complete the transaction. I asked her what card I used originally, and she proceeds to unwrinkle some receipts that she had crumpled and left on the counter next to her. I hadn't noticed that she had done this to my receipt and I became annoyed that she hadn't asked if I wanted it back. She starts to whine that she had been working since the morning -- it was 2 p.m., only about 6-7 hours. She calls security to the front of the store. At the time I didn't realize that the security was because I was annoyed at her crumpling the receipt. She finishes the transaction, gives me the transaction receipt and I start to walk away. She goes, "Don't you want your purchase?" I said to her, think about it, I made a return, that's not mine. Then I realize that she had charged me for the item that I was returning.
That's when I became really annoyed at her actions and her not even saying sorry for the inconveniences she caused. She calls for backup and to complain to someone about the customer who was so upset about her and that she had to process two returns. It's funny that when I went in the store there were 5-6 people ahead of me and I had to wait quite a while to be waited on. Yet, when she finally calls for backup, there are only 3 people in line -- great shift supervision. She finally processes the two returns and I ask to speak to the manager. She tells me that she was the manager -- REALLY???? I just left the store, without making the purchases I had intended to make at CVS. Management at this CVS definitely needs to wake up.

The CVS at Tacoma gave us an epi-pen that expired in three months. When I called customer service to exchange it for one with a longer expiration date, they refused the exchange on the grounds of it being against the law to exchange after being given to the customer. However, they would not explain or show me where to find this law when asked. Then, they added that checking the expiration is the job of the customer, not the pharmacy. My friend who went to RiteAid also got an epi pen which expired in 6 months and was able to get it exchanged because she never opened it. I hadn't opened my epi pen either. DO NOT GO TO CVS. Dear CVS Customer Service Team,
I am writing to formally address an incident that occurred during my recent visit to one of your stores. As a regular customer who relies on your store not only for shopping but also for pharmacy services, I was deeply upset and embarrassed by the treatment I received from an employee named Adrian, who identified herself as a manager.
Today, I stopped by the store while wearing a hoodie and a medical mask, as it was cold and flu season. I had just come from other stores in the area, carrying my reusable grocery bag, and decided to look around and price-check some items. Upon passing Adrian, I greeted her with a polite “hello” and proceeded to browse the travel-size product section in preparation for an upcoming trip.
Shortly after, I noticed Adrian going to the front of the store and calling for security. Initially, I didn’t think much of it, though I found it odd. As I continued shopping and approached the front again, Adrian called for security a second time. Despite this, I selected some items and proceeded to the checkout line.
While I was waiting to make my purchase, Adrian brought another employee to the front, creating an even more uncomfortable situation. Feeling uneasy, I asked Adrian about the repeated security calls. She claimed that the system operates automatically or is triggered when someone appears “suspicious.” I explained that I was simply shopping, as I often do at this store, and emphasized that I am a loyal customer.
Adrian’s explanation did not alleviate my concerns. Instead, it left me feeling targeted, humiliated, and discriminated against—seemingly because I am Black and was wearing a hoodie and a medical mask.
As a frequent shopper and someone who entrusts your pharmacy with my healthcare needs, I am deeply disappointed by this experience. I believe no customer should be made to feel unwelcome or unfairly profiled while shopping.
I request that you address this matter promptly by investigating Adrian’s conduct and implementing measures to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity. Additionally, I would appreciate an apology and assurance that this type of behavior will not occur in the future.
Thank you for your attention to this serious matter. Please feel free to contact me if you need additional information regarding this incident.

By far the WORST experience I've had at a pharmacy. MARIANA is cold, rude, unfriendly, insensitive, and clearly has zero empathy for any other humans. The manager was almost worse. The attitude that man had makes it extremely hard to understand how he actually has a management position with this company. CVS you really need to vet your employees a little better. Not only would I never visit this pharmacy again, I am going to make it a point to tell everyone I know that uses this location to stay away ang go elsewhere. (On a happier note) I went to the Publix pharmacy across the street and they helped me immediately with so much care and compassion. They are what a pharmacy should be. They were all so kind and helpful. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to them now and NEVER going back to Hallandale CVS pharmacy again. Do better CVS.

CVS is a long standing company and has probably the worst customer service in the country. They push you to their online app that can only do very limited things. Even on controlled scrips it just tell you to call the pharmacy. Sadly they also staff in a cost saving model that not only guarantees horrible customer service but burns out the few poor souls that do work there. I think I’m on my fourth new pharmacist this year. They always had to put you on hold and plan on 20-30 minutes minimum. So now they have a new system (Oct 24) that makes you leave your phone number for a call back but of course they never call you back. So it’s even more frustrating and useless than before. Sadly this pharmacy is the only one close to my home and some of my pills cannot be automated for delivery so I’m stuck. If you're not choose a different company literally and other pharmacy has to be better or at least it can’t be worse if the store is open.

CVS needs to stop telling the customers what or how long we should use our medications- if we have a doctor monitoring and doing blood work and giving the medication that best fits our needs- CVS has no business getting in between the patient and doctors - CVS is a pharmacy and should stay as a pharmacy- fill out what doctors send out to their customer and stop telling us about Florida's law- we are well aware of Florida's laws- If they are so concern about our health- then stop sending text about the Covid vaccine- how do a pharmacy give you a vaccine without knowing the patient's history- How can CVS put something in your body without knowing anything about the patient- this is why we have doctors. But yet- they tell you what medication you take and how long you should take it- Stop it CVS- stop controlling what we should take or not take- This is why we have doctors.
We will take any vaccines with doctor's approval, by them checking of any concerns, before we take something that we don't have enough data. Personally- I will never take the vaccine on a pharmacy or drive thru- that is insane- but yet they have the audacity to tell the consumer what is not good for you if taking too long- what do you think the Covid vaccines will do in the long run- no one knows- ENOUGH!

Never will I spend another dime with CVS, especially this location and I will never purchase another gift card as long as I live. We purchased Visa gift cards last Christmas. The company issuing the gift card is Vanilla. One of the gift cards was compromised. It was used before it was even opened. We were told to call Vanilla, we did that. After months of investigation, they did not respond reimburse us. They told us to go back to CVS. After almost a year of runaround and “investigations”, no help. I went to the store and told the manager. He “tried” to give me a refund and the “system” declined the refund.
We were loyal customers. Yet, CVS continues to let criminals steal on a regular basis with no consequence and chalk it up to “shrinkage”. Meanwhile we continue to be inconvenienced by locked up products and higher prices. CVS, your stock is down partially, because you cater to the people ripping you off and refuse to take care of your loyal paying customers. Therefore, your stock is down almost 20% yoy and almost 30% ytd. I guess you will not learn the lessons of Rite Aid, Walgreens and Eckerd in the south. When my insurance denies coverage, they call my old doctor from 5 years ago instead of me or my current prescriber and change my medication without clearing it with my current doctor. Good luck getting them on the phone.
All that said, this is a CVS issue, not a staff issue. The staff are great and will do what they can to help sort out my refill problems.... when I give up on trying to navigate their phone system and just go directly to the store. CVS as a company has become impossible to tolerate from my perspective as a customer. Every 90 days since I transferred my Rx to CVS 3 years ago, I have to go through this.

They have the most rude, disrespectful, judgmental, inconsiderate pharmacist that I have ever met in my life. No one in this life deserves to be treated the way CVS pharmacist treats people. I’m not talking about 1 or 2 times but every month for the last 15 months. Once I have my last prescription filled with CVS I will never enter their doors again. I had left my photos to be developed at CVS over a month ago now. I had been told to come back in two-three weeks when the photos would be done. Naturally, I went back after 2 weeks to see if there were any updates with my photos. I was greeted by a blonde lady at the cash register. I tried explaining to her my situation and how I was only handed a tiny piece of paper, so I didn’t know the whereabouts of my photos. She spoke to me in a passive, aggressive manner and told me that my package was not there, without asking for my name or even trying to look for my photos. She then told me to look at the tracking number they gave me. I responded to her by telling her I was not given any “tracking number.” She then told me to enter the small digits on the paper into the USPS tracker. Nothing that was explained to me.
Upon entering the numbers, USPS stated that my package had arrived. I told her that, and she proceeded to grab the basket with photos and throw it on the counter. She told me to look for it. When I couldn’t find my photos, she said that she didn’t know where they were and she couldn’t do anything about it. All in all, very rude tone. My mother then proceeded to ask her what she (the lady working) could possibly do about this. To which the lady responded, “I can do the same thing that you do.“ My mother then responded, “But you work here? Do you not have more information than the clients?” The lady then responded, “What do you want me to do? Go to North Carolina and get it myself.”
Her tone was COMPLETELY unacceptable with us throughout the entire interaction. She was very passive, aggressive, and very rude to us from the beginning. It was an awful experience, and I will never go back to CVS to get my photos done. A service I have to pay for and got treated completely unacceptable for. To this day, my photos are nowhere to be found, and the tracking number does not work. This person should not be in charge of customer service with behavior as unacceptable as that. We were very surprised with this behavior, as we ALWAYS go to this CVS branch and had never been treated so terribly by someone there. CVS, 13454 S Orange Blossom Trl, Orlando, FL 32837.

If your business here is prescriptions take it elsewhere. The pharmacy is useless. They’ve shut down the ability to call them and talk to a person, instead you’ve got to leave a voicemail and wait and hope they call you back. They will have your prescriptions on back order for weeks, never tell you about it and never return your calls. Every time I’m in there someone in line at the pharmacy has some issue that leaves them frustrated. You would think that a place whose business it is to look after people’s health would do a better job of getting them the prescriptions they need to manage their issues, but they really only care about a paycheck. The way that they conduct business here is absolutely unacceptable in the world of healthcare.

This pharmacist from the CVS Pharmacy in Aurora Colorado would not do it. He said it was their policy to only fax prescriptions in to the doctors office and not to make phone calls. Good grief! That's if they call back! These are real customers - CVS - and your company is tasked with providing medical care which can not be replaced by automation. Shame on CVS! I have given CVS a second chance to redeem themselves previously when a temp pharmacist, covering for our regular pharmacist YELLED at me and treated me like I have dementia with regards to side effects of my medication. CVS is improving. Their telephone automation has improved and much easier to speak with pharmacy. You must leave a voice message but they will return calls. The CVS I use is in Laporte, IN. I have had nothing but good results there and techs and pharmacist are pleasant to talk to. They aren't perfect, in fact nobody is perfect but if they make an error on dispensing count, they will correct it if an error. I've had some bad experiences with pharmacies at other locations and businesses but this location is top notch service.
Original Review: July 13, 2024
For the most part, the CVs I use does a great job but there is always that one technician or pharmacist that complicates your illness. First of all, almost impossible to speak to the pharmacy. There is no option on telephone recording menu to speak with pharmacist. The automation always reverts you to another menu not answering your question. Very annoying. Now, it's bad enough that patients with severe illnesses finally connect with the pharmacy only to receive zero assistance. I wouldn't say the tech was rude but offered no help. Sometimes patients are too sick to drive into CVS immediately to pass them a discount card for medications.
The discount card I had, was pretty simple from what I could see and I'm not a pharmacist. I believe by submitting the corresponding numbers on the discount card would have been enough to process my prescription but the tech insisted on submitting the card at the CVS location. May be policy but it's wrong. Please consider the patients and offer better assistance. I'm not ordering a pizza, I'm ordering a life-saving medication for goodness sakes. Remember your job, medication for sick patients. Thank you!

I've used CVS' pharmacy for almost 30 years. They have steadily gone downhill over the years due to various annoying and unhelpful corporate policies obviously made by empty suits to "increase productivity" and totally ruin all aspects of customer service (for example constantly autorefilling my prescriptions that I do not need despite telling them multiple times to stop doing this). I'm done with this horrible company.
The tipping points for me now, driving me away, are these:
(1) They changed their call in prescription refill system last year. Since then NONE of my previous prescriptions could be found by their dumb** artificial stupidity new system. The new system only allows you to enter your birthdate then it looks you up your prescriptions (incorrectly as I said above). THERE IS NO WAY TO GIVE IT THE PRESCRIPTION # YOU ARE TRYING TO REFILL like how it USED to work PERFECTLY. To deal with this I've had to call and speak to someone in the pharmacy, or go there in person, where they could see the prescriptions I needed which their automated system could not. I could live with this inconvenience but NOW....
(2) Finally after months of having to call and ask to speak with someone in the pharmacy (or go there in person) to get my refills done, all those refills have been exhausted and new ones for those medicines were issued by my Dr. So those are now in their system. Great right? WRONG. I am on 3 DIFFERENT dosages of the same medication (**). As are most people who have to take that drug your dosage varies day to day, week to week, etc). But CVS' refill system MAKES NO DIFFERENTIATION between the dosages. So if I call now and try to use that system to refill one of them (and all of mine are used up at different intervals, and do NOT need to be refilled at the same time) it is IMPOSSIBLE to accomplish. It refers to each one exactly the same (only as the drug name, not the dosage). So I need to either call to speak with someone or go in person to get the correct one refilled. Obviously calling is more convenient so I don't have to make multiple trips over there amongst various other demands on my time. But guess what? The empty suits screwed that up too - see #3.
(3) It is NO LONGER POSSIBLE TO CALL AND SPEAK WITH ANYONE IN THEIR PHARMACY. You have to leave a "secure" voicemail for them to call YOU BACK AT THEIR CONVENIENCE (I guess). Since now YOU WORK FOR THEM (instead of the other way around). Alternatively you have to GO IN PERSON AND USE YOUR VALUABLE TIME THAT WAY (I only assume that still works, but I would not be surprised at all if they have also done away with their walkup area for filling prescriptions ENTIRELY and now ONLY have one for pickup).
Well this is the last straw for me. I will get my prescriptions transferred somewhere else. I hope they go out of business.

After about 20 min I figured it would be difficult for me to wait until we got home as I was in extreme discomfort. Going back to the pharmacy area where the restrooms are located, my wife was still waiting in line. I asked the girl behind the counter who had all the tattoos, if I could get the key to use the restrooms. She said I could not use the restroom as it was solely for the use of the minute clinic customers. There were no minute clinic customers that I could see nor was anyone else using the restrooms. She asked the pharmacist and he said the same thing. I'll bet the employees who work there could use the restrooms anytime.
We chose to leave and come back later to get my wife's filled prescription. Once we got home, after going to potty, we decided to go back, pick up the original order and get it filled at our Evernorth pharmacy. It took awhile but finally they found the original order. On the way out I asked the front end cashier if I could speak to the MOD (manager on duty). A young man came who looked like he just graduated from highschool. He lacked any sort of managerial presence. I shared my experience, He reiterated what I had already heard explaining that it was a directive from the regional manager. I explained that manmade rules are not the same as the Ten Commandments. They need to be flexible enough to accommodate special situations.
Though difficult to maintain my composure, being very upset, my last words were that "it takes time to build a good customer base, yet it can be destroyed in a moment of indiscretion." I even asked him if he would please go check by the photo area where I was. Nothing. So my husband and I rode up to the store and spoke to the cashier and the store manager about the situation. The manager said she went and checked the cameras and that she couldn’t tell if I had it or not. This morning my mother suggested that we go by the store, one more time just to be certain. Upon arriving at the store, I recognized the same employee that was working yesterday morning and approached them to ask about my wallet.
They went and checked and told me nobody had turned one in, but they did something. Nobody else had. They approached me with follow-up questions, and also approximately 10 minutes later, as I was looking at graduation cards, they walked up to me and said there was a wallet that was turned in yesterday. "What color was yours and what is your name?" IT WAS MY WALLET! I ask, "will I be charged again when you receive the other 4 boxes?" "Yes you will." Well it didn't sit well since the cashier admitted they didn't have enough but I was going to be charged twice for their mistake. So I held up the line, called my husband as ask how much he had. To say this company has the poorest customer service is an understatement. Store #351 has been refusing to fill a legal prescription for months, and causing both me and my prescriber to jump through unnecessary hoops. The latest incident of their refusal to fill a legal prescription put me in the hospital, and now as a result of my new diagnosis that I didn't have and I wouldn't have if CVS had done their due diligence and honored a prescription I was legally prescribed, I am out of work for 6 months until I can be cleared by a neurologist, and I can't even operate my own motor vehicle.
When you attempt to call their store, you navigate a phone menu, and you have to wait on hold for an extraordinary amount of time before you get an attitude from the human being in the pharmacy that you want to talk to. When you take your complaint to their email address, they respond with a form letter (obviously prepared in advance) and "recommend" you call another number that keeps you on hold forever, but a robotic voice comes on every 30 second and tells you how important your call is to them. After hearing that 75 times, I gave up. Also, they must receive a ton of complaints, because a recent (canned) email they sent me didn't even have my correct name - it said Dear (NOT MY NAME), and urged me to call the same number that keeps you on hold.
Pharmacists and pharmacy techs employed by CVS, in my experience, embellish and abuse state and federal laws and insurance company policies so they don't have to do any actual work, but I don't think they realize that when people don't get their medication that their doctor prescribes, they get very sick and it seriously impacts their lives. My job requires me to operate a motor vehicle, and now I can't. For 6 months. Until I'm cleared by a neurologist and provided I am symptom free. All because they didn't perform due regard or show due diligence. It's a perfect example of a company wanting to do the least amount of work and maximize their profits.
I don't think they really "care" about the lives they are affecting by taking unrighteous authority over a legal prescription and refusing to fill it. Yes, they're short staffed; but that's not my problem... Well, now it is, because my company is short staffed now because if I had my medication, I wouldn't have gotten sick, and I wouldn't have been put out of work. Take your prescriptions ANYWHERE else. Do NOT risk going through what I'm going through now, because they simply do not care, regardless of the response that will be below this review stating that they are committed to addressing my concerns and they'll ask me to contact another phone number that no one answers. You can only do business this way for so long before you reap what you sow.

He had just sat in a line of 6 or 7 cars and wasn't about to go inside and stand in another line he assumed would be long. Therefore, he paid the full cost of the medicine. I called the pharmacy to ask why he couldn't use the Goodrx price at the drive thru. It was explained it would take approx. 20 mins. and it would hold up the car line.
I asked to speak with the pharmacy manager. Another girl got on the line started to explain the same info as the previous girl. I asked her if she were the manager. She dropped the phone and I heard voices then finally the actual pharmacy manager got on the phone. She explained that if my husband would have come inside he wouldn't have to stand in the line but come to the "drop off" window to give the Goodrx coupon. But the girl at the window did not state that! So, the manager, said if I still had the receipt I could bring it back in and she would refund me the original total and then ring up the Goodrx price. I can't speak for all locations of CVS pharmacies. However, I can comment on our local pharmacy located inside of Target in Montrose Colorado. This pharmacy appears to be on its way out. Almost a year ago the downward trend started when two of the best pharmacists I have had no longer worked there. They worked very long hours and had constant added duties with inadequate staff. Yet they persevered with a smile. They looked tired. Yet they rarely complained. After their sudden departure, a few different pharmacists arrived. They were far from helpful or friendly. Perhaps they were just the few pharmacists able to tolerate the excessive work hours and growing pressures of additional duties.
At times there would be one of the previously amazing pharmacists working the entire day by themselves, providing prescriptions and guidance while still providing a variety of immunizations themselves. This pharmacy is located inside of a Target. It lacks the convenience of a drive-thru. Yet I was happy to make the walk into the store because the pharmacists were very caring and helpful and their hours of operation were sufficient to allow someone who works full-time to pick up their prescriptions. However, over time, store hours have been significantly reduced. It started with closing an hour earlier at 7:00 p.m. followed by being closed on weekends.
And the last couple months, the CVS has changed its open hours to only 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This is limiting enough, but there's even more of a challenge. They are also closed for an hour during the day! Someone working 40 to 60 hours a week like I do will have a tremendously difficult time getting there to get a prescription during the week before 6:00 p.m. and stopping by during a lunch break isn't even possible with their midday closure. I wonder if anyone at CVS knows or cares about this? This is leading to a dangerous situation given that many people have medications they should not skip or alter their dosage schedule.
Some meds will obviously be critical for physiological functions, and others may serve a critical need for mental health stability. We are, after all, one of the most medicated societies ever. Why is it then that a major pharmacy in a small mountain town can casually restrict its open hours to a point where many will inevitably not get a refill in time. What are individuals to do if their heart function is mediated by a medication and they're forced to go a weekend without it? I have been a victim of the limited store hours in just such a way, though not for heart medication. Honestly, is anyone paying attention? Is this a corporation-wide issue or do we just have a very poorly managed local store? With 30% of our population being older adults and half of these adults having mobility or transportation issues, coupled with the fact that not all medications can merely be shipped, it certainly seems like a dangerous situation.

This company and its employees need to be indicted, tried and sentenced. They hang up on you after wasting a lot of your time and seem to enjoy the horrible service they do not even provide. They are useless, irresponsible and downright cruel in the way they treat those who they are supposed to help. For some reason some insurance companies are stuck having to use them to provide medication. They cannot be any worse.

I like going to this pharmacy. It’s really convenient for me especially after a long day of work riding the bus for a little over a hour to get off and try to get my medicine not once not twice but it’s my third day & the line is very long, literally to the back of the store. Try to get a manager, he or she never came. After ten mins of trying to wait in line once 3 times again I left. I Work in retail normally wouldn’t even take time out to write a review but it’s getting out hand in there & it’s such a nonchalant attitude about that, the sad part with that being I never got my medicine. No manager never came, one young lady told me, "Well we can’t do nothing about that." With the pharmacy manager smh, wow we gotta do better. I understand sometimes thing happens but it seems like it’s always in that CVS, Myrtle Ave., CVS in Brooklyn New York.

The Dundalk MD pharmacy This week issued me expired COVID treatment meds. Prior to that I asked the pharmacist questions about the meds and he acted like I stumped him. A few months ago they filled my prescription with the wrong order. I didn't catch it till I got home. I reported this to corporate and you would think they would contact me back of which they didn't.

Every time I call in a prescription to the CVS on Wilkins Avenue in Catonsville, Maryland, I get the worst service with unpleasant associates, and if you don’t pick up your prescription within two weeks, they return it back to the shelf. I’ve told them in the past that I don’t have, the transportation needed to get up there right away but they insist and say it’s a company policy to return the prescription after two weeks. Half the time they don’t have the medication in stock, so I have to wait even longer to get my order filled. I will never shop or do business with CVS ever again because if you look at the reviews and see all the poor reviews, obviously CVS does not care.

7740 N. Cortaro in Tucson. Never seems to have full 90 day prescriptions. Never seems to have prescriptions ready when scheduled. Often closes drive-thru due to lack of staff. I tried THREE times to get vaccinations: 1. Even when I pointed at the "Walk-ins welcome" sign they argued that they don't accept Walk-ins. 2. I scheduled an appointment which they couldn't honor as they were busy. 3. Got in on second scheduled appointment...had to wait 30 minutes and the little closet they use for storage and vaccinations was really, really dirty with discarded injection/band aid materials overflowing waste basket on to the floor.

It is so frustrating that the CVS here in Boise Idaho is only open Mon-Fri, closed weekends, and closes for lunch. It is also very slow and often messes up the prescription orders. It is short-staffed, just like the CVS I used to used in another state. I hate using this pharmacy, but the company I work for requires me to use it. I wonder if the owners of CVS are super rich, since they seem to be so cheap with short-staffing their stores. There is never enough staff to keep up with the customer load.

Not sure if it's the store or the company. But the service is awful. Try to place your refill orders online, 24 hours later. They're still in progress. Try to call you are on hold for literally 20 to 30 minutes. Then you get medication that didn't need refilled. Did want to go to mail order. But obviously it would be better.

I use the CVS in Ridley Park PA for prescriptions. I found recently that I'm allergic to an ingredient in one of my medications. The pharmacy staff at my CVS, with my doctor's approval, managed to get a different brand of the medication for me in one working day. I've always thought that the pharmacy team there work really hard in the face of many obstacles, but this was superior service by any definition. I hope CVS management reads this review.

I live in Western New York, the Rochester area specifically. Evidently, they are rolling out a new contact program. You cannot talk to a pharmacist directly. Instead you HAVE to leave a message for the pharmacy and have them get back to you. The first time I used it, was to order a refill. I got a call back telling me they would contact my doctor for a new Rx since the old one ran out. They never contacted me to tell me it was ready. I called and heard that they had a prescription in process and nothing more. I was in the area and stopped by Target, which is where the CVS Pharmacy is located in, and everything was ready. I never received a message telling me they were ready. I was lucky they didn't tell me to hang around while they did them.
Today I called and left a message to refill another med of mine, and never heard back from them. I did get a text telling me it was ready. I need to go pick it up. If I have a question for the pharmacist about my meds, I need to leave a message and they'll, allegedly, get back to me. The reason for this change, I was told, is that it would require them to have one person on staff to just answer phones. I'm a very, very patient person, but this is going to make me switch pharmacies. I am on eleven meds a day and don't have patience for this lack of communication. Ask your CVS pharmacist if they are going to be doing this in your area. Supposedly a nationwide rollout is coming.

My doctor electronically sent my prescription to the pharmacy that I have used for over 10 years. I have the store app and I get text notifications of the status of my order. My complaint is that once the pharmacy received the script, I was never notified that it would be the next day before my prescription would be filled because they were out of stock. Good retail practice is to thoroughly communicate with customers if something will take longer than expected. A quick phone call would have allowed me to fill it somewhere else sooner. Because of the contagiousness of my untreated infection, I had to take a second day off of work. Next time, I will fill my prescriptions elsewhere. CVS has lost a loyal customer!

If I could give this store's staff a zero, I would do so. The employees at this stores racially profiles certain races at this store. The racial profiling is more prevalent at the self checkout stands. I have noticed this particular employee would literally stand behind me while I am checking out at the self checkout stand. Also, they never stock the CVS brand of water. When I frequent a particular store, I would always have to ask for that brand. This particular employee would refuse to get the water for me, yet I would always see her leave the front area and walk to the back of the store for other customers. I have made several complaints to the CVS corporate office, but, to no avail. I have not heard from the district or area managers regarding my complaints. Their actions tells me that they do not care about certain consumers that frequent their stores!

My wife is a advanced lupus patient and she suffers a lot of joint pain and muscle pain, The pharmacist refused to fill a lupus patient pain medication, she gave us 3 excuses, the first one was she needed to transfer my wife profile from the previous pharmacy, the second excuse was she needed to talk to her Dr. and after the Dr. confirmed that everything was legit, that it was OK to fill it, the pharmacist decide she didn't feel comfortable and refused to fill it. I called CVS corporate office and they didn't care about the patient, they told me that their pharmacist can refused anyone at will, that if she didn't feel like filing it she could refused and there's nothing anyone can do. I will never use this place again and In My Opinion if you want a reliable don't pharmacy don't use CVS. They don't care about the truth, if the CVS pharmacist can have the power to choose to let the customers suffer they shouldn't have any customers to torture.
There should be a valid reason to refuse to fill a patient's medication and CVS is allowing their pharmacist to discriminate and use personal reasons not to fill, when I spoke the corporate they said that if she doesn't feel comfortable she has the right to refuse and I asked why she didn't tell us that she didn't feel comfortable at first and instead she said she needed to transfer her profile from the previous pharmacy.
When Publix transferred the profile, she got another excuse, she said she needed to talk to the Dr, after the Dr confirmed that it was fine to fill it then she said she wouldn't fill it because she didn't feel comfortable, the truth is she didn't want to because when I told her that I get prescribed the same medicine and I fill it in that pharmacy she looked at me like, "Is my choice not yours." The point is that CVS corporate office is not supporting their customers, they completely disregarded me, they don't care about your suffering. CVS is bad business for patients period.

Even went as far as conference call with a Medicare judge and representative from Aetna and they denied my request to continue with a prescription. So I had the prescription then Aetna denied it which CVS represents for drugs. It’s all about money. My alternative is to get a prescription and pay for it myself. That way you take script in and pharmacy apply a discount to it which reduces cost.

On December 20, I penned a letter of complaint to CVS Health Customer Relations in Woonsocket, RI, detailing a distressing encounter at the Miramar, Florida branch (12401 Miramar Parkway, Miramar, FL 33027). In the letter, which contained my contact details, I expressed deep dissatisfaction with the service received and highlighted a significant lapse in customer care standards displayed by a pharmacy staff member.
The individual in question failed to uphold the values outlined in CVS Health's charter, exhibiting a complete lack of courtesy, empathy, and respect. During our interaction, this staff member not only neglected to establish eye contact but also treated me with unacceptable indifference. The culmination of this disappointing experience occurred when the attendant tossed the bag containing my medication in my direction, again without even establishing eye contact, an action that conveyed utter disdain.
In my letter to CVS Health I reminded CVS of its charter, emphasizing the importance treating customers with dignity and respect. I noted that the behavior I encountered contradicted this commitment and demonstrated a blatant disregard for the principles of helping people on their path to better health. In contrast, I publicly acknowledged the exemplary service provided by the pharmacist, underscoring their humanity, duty of care, and respect. I commended them for representing the values CVS Health aims to uphold, acting as a credit to the CVS pharmacy. Furthermore, I offered constructive advice, and expressed hope that my letter would serve as a catalyst for positive change within CVS organization. I urged CVS Health to provide comprehensive customer care training or appoint individuals with the necessary qualities for customer-facing roles.
In good faith, I anticipated a prompt response and concrete actions from CVS Health to rectify the issue. However, to date, there has been no direct response from CVS Health. I stated my willingness to share my experience with others in the court of public opinion should CVS Health fails to communicate with me. Regrettably, despite giving CVS Health ample time, there has been no communication. I have been left with no choice other than to share my complaint with the public as sufficient time has elapsed with no response.
