I just went to pick up my prescription at the CVS located at 6504 West Little York, Houston, TX 77040, and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with the ** lady at the pharmacy counter. Yesterday, when I checked on my medication, she responded in a very rude manner. Later, she informed me that they didn’t have the item in stock and needed to place an order, asking me to return today. Today, when I arrived, she charged me for my prescription and another item I purchased, but she couldn’t find the medication I needed. She and two other staff members looked for my package but did not apologize for the inconvenience. Despite my limited ability to stand for long periods, I waited for about 15 minutes. At the end, I received no apology or thank you. Due to this experience, I have contacted my doctors to request a change of pharmacy.

The CVS/Caremark has been a total joke. When my doctor has changed my prescriptions three times now I have not gotten any prescriptions from them and I pay a monthly fee as well as a copay now and still not getting my meds. A month and a half ago I closed an account on a credit card because they were going to charge $10 a month to use them and it took me four and a half hours and two days to find anybody being transferred multiple times and hung up on multiple times who could actually change my credit card to pay for my services.

Today I spent 44 minutes with one operator trying to find out why I haven't got my two new medications that was ordered by my doctor to them while I was in her office over 3 weeks ago. Really got no answers but they said they would take care of it and I also got a letter from them stating that I needed to contact Medicare to find out why medications weren't accepted by them and everything I have is accepted by them and I don't know why I got sent that letter and a person I talked to would never answer my question. I would check ratings and definitely check for other providers if you're looking at using this service.

And I know because I changed to pharmacy in the West Chester Hospital. Got my meds today at the hospital. Omg what a difference. It was quick, friendly, and knowledgeable people, all what CVS has not. If I knew this I would have changed years ago.

The only reason there is even one star here is because CVS won't allow any posting without at least one star. CVS deserved a Black Hole. My old pharmacy had to close and my prescriptions were transferred to this CVS, which, as I was warned, turned out to be a storefront of rude, incompetent liars. Great way to build trust in a pharmacy. I first tried to use the CVS online ordering form, but CVS insisted the drug I was trying to REFILL did not exist. I then drove to the store. The pharmacy first said they could not find it, they THEN said they found it and it cost 172.00.

Given that my little independent pharmacy charged 42.00 for the same drug and dosage, I asked them to check it again. They then said AGAIN they could not find it anywhere (after they had found it and tried to charge me 4 x the correct price). When I asked them why they were making up stories that contradicted each other, I was told I had no right to speak to them critically. NEVER NEVER NEVER will I go back. Terrific first impression. I will make sure to tell all my friends about the obnoxious and ignorant people who purport to sell drugs.

My only hope is that this business is eradicated.

CVS Store #1604 - March 2, 2026 - Trans# ** - RX#**. I was treated poorly at the pharmacy by the pharmacy manager. Yesterday I had a question about my new Zepbound prescription, and the pharmacist's explanation was deceptive at best. My physician emailed my prescription for Zepbound 2.5 for 4 weeks with no refills. When I picked up my prescription the pharmacy provided and billed me for Zepbound 2.5 for 8 weeks instead. (The pharmacy was busy when I picked up, I asked why the prescription was so much and was told that was the price after my insurance. It was a new prescription, I did not want to hold up the line, so I paid - thinking I could figure it out at home.) Yesterday, during our conversation/consultation the pharmacist went on to say that I was to take two injections of the 2.5 syringes to get to the next level 5.0 after the initial 4 weeks (this is counter to the instructions).

When I questioned the pharmacist further, she indicated that my doctor had written the prescription that way, and she could not answer why my insurance would cover more than 30 days, as usual. The doctor's office emailed the prescription, so I have not seen it; however, when I contacted my doctor's office this morning, they confirmed that my Zepbound prescription had been written and emailed on Feb 20th for 2.5 for 4 weeks with no refills. Yesterday the pharmacist, Sandy, repeated several times that she would not give me a refund under any circumstance, and that I should question my doctor and that there was nothing she or anyone else at CVS could do about it. She said I could call the CVS customer survey phone number on my receipt, that she was the pharmacy manager and there was nobody else I could contact at CVS about this.

I recently retired, and I have been worrying about paying for the medicines that I require, all of this is not helpful or neighborly - it almost seemed punitive because I had done something wrong somehow. I just heard back from my doctor's office a few minutes ago. My doctors' office shared that they contacted the pharmacy this morning and were told that the pharmacist had thought my Zepbound prescription had been written unclearly or incorrectly but the pharmacist filled it anyway without contacting the doctor's office or myself....then how did the pharmacy/pharmacist get my insurance cover more than a 30 days' supply at once? At this point I will not be taking the Zepbound because I cannot trust that it is affordable, nor do I trust my CVS pharmacist for a straight answer. I am disputing the charge and will follow-up with my insurance company.

CVS - I have been around a long time. I have never seen a Pharmacy work harder to avoid any direct contact with patients. Call on the phone-leave a message, we will call you back. Go in person, pick up a prescription, that works out ok. But if you have one that is due for a refill, you have to call it in or go online the day it's due to be filled. This is with the Pharmacist standing at the computer. Other Pharmacies set up the order and you pick it up the day it's ready. I'm an old dude, but I understand technology. Technology should never be allowed to replace personal courtesy.

I am extremely disappointed with CVS Caremark’s decision to require patients to use 9amHealth for GLP-1 medications. I already have a physician I see in person and have an established relationship with, yet my doctor has no say in my treatment because CVS Caremark has chosen to route everything through a third-party telehealth company.

I also have important medical history that should be managed by a physician who knows me personally. I suffer from high blood pressure and had a thyroidectomy in 2021. Because of these conditions, it is very important that my care be coordinated by the doctor who regularly monitors my health and understands my full medical history.

I pay a significant amount for my health insurance every two weeks, yet I am now being forced to use a service that communicates only through email or chat and does not offer the same level of direct medical care. This feels very impersonal and disconnected from the doctor-patient relationship that should guide healthcare decisions.

Patients should have the ability to work with their own physicians instead of being pushed into a single corporate partner. At the very least, there should be multiple options available rather than forcing members into one program that they did not choose. Requiring patients to take extended courses and go through a telehealth provider just to access medication that their own doctor recommends is extremely frustrating. CVS Caremark should reconsider this policy and allow patients the freedom to work with their own healthcare providers. If this issue cannot be resolved, I will be forced to file a formal complaint with my insurance provider and the appropriate consumer and regulatory agencies regarding this restriction on patient choice and continuity of care.

24 hr CVS in Manassas, VA has horrible, terrible people working here with zero customer service. They treat people like sub human entities. I have been a loyal customer to the CVS 24 hr store on Centreville Rd Manassas VA for over 15 years. Over the past 2 years, I have been increasingly unhappy with the Pharmacy and Store Manager, and staff employees, especially the Pharmacy dept. They are extremely rude, have bad attitudes, forget to put my prescriptions in when I call to refill, and ignore me when I tell them - they roll their eyes and ask me to move to the next pharmacy tech to enter information for the prescription I called in, and move me out of line and wait for the prescription to be filled and get back in line.

When I call the Pharmacy, I get an AI Bot asking for the reason of my call. I ask the AI Bot when my particular prescription will be refilled, the AI Bot says, you have not prescription refills, but I know I do. So I leave a message with the AI Bot and after a while, a pharmacy tech calls me back with an attitude. They are argumentative, impolite, and ill mannered; just plain nasty group of people working at this location. Today, the pharmacist argued with me over a prescription, I asked his name and he said, "pharmacist". I asked to speak to the Store Manager, and she was even more rude, I asked her name, "Holly", then she told me to follow the process and not to call outside the Pharmacy, and hung up on me.

I tried to complain to CVS Corporate office, but got a Chatbot Assistant named "Amy" who kept diverting my complaint with "I'm sorry you're frustrated, what is your name, address, phone number, email address. ENOUGH! I am complaining with my feet. I am on the phone with my insurance company to see which stores will accept my FEPBLUE plan and transfer my prescriptions to another store. I and was given many pharmacies in the area who would accept my insurance. I am transferring my prescriptions now on the phone.

Your supervisor at the CVS in Lacey NJ, Mr (and I use that term VERY loosely) Richard ** is disrespectful and a danger to patients. I went today and was refused my medication. Refused. I was not given the option to purchase, they outright refused to service me after I inquired why I was receiving false text message information regarding my refill. He was so exasperated when asked to speak to me, slamming his hands on the counter. He even threw my phone back at me, again with with no answers. I'm disabled, the medication in question is dangerous if stopped immediately. Withdrawal and seizures are some of the side effects if it's stopped. And I was told they refused to give me my script and service me.

I had to CALL THE POLICE to get him to SELL me my medication. Which is illegal. When the police inquired on my behalf to obtain a corporate number to call and make a complaint the store manager gave them an incorrect number. Twice. Still refusing to give an appropriate corporate number. The ADA parallels the Civil Rights Act of 1964. If the patient is disabled, as determined by coverage under Social Security, Medicare, or private disability insurance, that patient is covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). I will be speaking to a lawyer accordingly as my rights have been violated. I truly hope in the meantime that you do better CVS.

Went to pick up my insulin yesterday. I usually got three months 9 vials. Shortly after pulling off, I realized it was only one. On my way back to the store, I called to let them know I was coming back and it was one. That’s when the woman told me that the pharmacist that was there was a fill-in and they had to look at cameras that I needed to come back on Tuesday When the pharmacist came back to review the cameras. So after about 15 minutes and speaking with my mother, we come to the conclusion that maybe I should call the Help # For Cvs so I did..

Shortly after explained to the woman what was going on she said it just didn’t sound right to her that she was gonna do an incident report and she was gonna call over to the store because Surely The pharmacist that was there should’ve been able to fix it, right. After speaking with them, she told me they were doing it as a discount. I explained to her how do you count eight they only gave me. She agreed, but said when the pharmacist came in Tuesday, they would go ahead Review the cameras and give me the other eight.

That was yesterday Saturday, 7 February. Today is 8 February. I get a text saying my vitamin D is ready. My payment that I owed was $28.. I right away sent back a response to the pharmacist through a message stating that I had just picked this up on January 14 so it was too early to be filled. That’s why my insurance wasn’t covering it. Also I told him in my record they only fill 30 days at a time for this one prescription…

Within five minutes, I get a call from the pharmacist his name was Bishop he asked me how things were going, and I told him not really good and I told him about the vitamin D and I informed him of what happened yesterday.. he informed me that that definitely didn’t happen and that no one ever called the store on my Because he was the pharmacist who had been there the last two days.. I tried to explain to him that the woman that called her name was Karen and my reference number was **.. He told me that he didn’t care what the reference number was because nobody called his store that that was a lie, and the reason I was given only one thing of insulin was because my insurance only covers three a month now Instead of the nine..

I told him that wasn’t true that I had the prescription number. He told me he had it as well and he gave me the prescription number and it did not match the one on the paperwork with the insulin I’ve received. But he continued to yell at me and tell me to shut my mouth so he never got the proper number from me. I’m not gonna lie In 48 years of my life NO man has ever talked to me the way he spoke to me. He asked me why I was being loud and I said, "sir I’m getting louder to try to get you to hear me. This can be solved if you listen. we don't Same." He once again told me to shut my mouth and then he would call me back when he got to the bottom of it and hung up on me..

I’m not gonna lie. I really loved this pharmacy. Everyone there has always been so nice. I’ve even asked for information about different medications but as a type one diabetic at childhood I’m now 48 years old insulin is a very important medication for me. Now I don’t even wanna go back to that pharmacy. I just feel so different and beneath the pharmacist.. I called back to the complaint center and I gave her my reference number and I told her what had just happened.. I told her I just wanted her to call over the store and please let him know that I did not lie and then I did call yesterday after I received the wrong insulin amount and she had also called that I’m not A liar…

She did call and do that for me, but she let me know that he was pulling up a different prescription as I have several on file for my insulin Like I told her if he would’ve just let me talk for a minute, he would’ve seen that they filled the other prescription… I hope no one ever has to go through what I experienced today. I was so upset. I cried for 30 minutes. I have never been so upset and mad and angry and disrespected all at the same time in my entire life… Thank you pharmacist Bishop at cvs pharmacy Poquoson Virginia for making it already bad situation 1000 times worse.

It was stunning - they DO NOT care at all about solving their problems - they just restate the problem over and over. I once again just got off phone in refilling my husband's medicine. The options stink, they tell me that he has a #number of pills that can be refilled. Rather than just being able to say the script number now they are asking to give the prescription name. I don't know about anyone else, but most of them have names I cannot even pronounce. So when I try it is impossible because I cannot just mention the RX#. CVS please go back to the old way that when we call we can have our meds filled without being so angry. This is unacceptable for the staff and customers. This needs to be better addressed for future snowstorms and inclement weather. I almost fell walking back to my car. This store was closed on Sunday, and the lot should have been plowed before the staff and customers arrived. This corporation NEEDS to do better.

I was told the manager took medical leave and walked off the job according to the Stephanie in the Pharmacy, and is not coming back in other words.

On the weekends, the shift supervisor leaves the cashier by themselves to go home, and the girls complain that there is no real management in the store. The pharmacy is no better, Stephanie and Regina are always arguing and fighting and Stephanie gets mad and yells and storms out the Pharmacy, leaving you to communicate with ** technician to process your prescription.

In the regular store, the ** supervisor is busy sleeping in the bathroom, and is always bitter about being at CVS, so when I told Deb in regular store, she told me, "he was fighting with Stephanie in the pharmacy, and now he hates front store too, but the manager goes to hire the brother and don't get me started." Too much drama in this store, that keeps the beauty man entertained and the managers have zero customer service skills.

A prescription that would have taken 5 days to fill thru Walgreens, took 30 minutes with CVS. Three trips to Walgreens to get refills, was one, 30-minute trip to CVS. Need I say more?

Being a member of the healthcare field myself, it is difficult to believe how many personal complaints one can have with a pharmacy on such a large scale. I have never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism, rudeness, or incompetence! How are they allowed to continue to “serve” the public?!?! I am not only speaking in regards to this specific store, but to the larger broad scale of stores they maintain. My “1 star” is only that because I can not give less. There is no communication and if you do get lucky enough to be transferred to a pharmacist, your wait is a minimum of 20min! You are then met with rude excuses. I understand being understaffed & overworked but YOU chose to work there & in that capacity. That is not a patient's fault. Again, I am baffled that they are allowed to service individuals with their level of service.

Now, when calling to transfer prescriptions I cannot get to a transfer portal. The AI phone system was okay for refills but it still had an option to speak to a person if something wasn’t working. I have tried calling and calling but I cannot get the AI to transfer my prescriptions. I end up in a loop of the AI repeatedly listing my prescriptions and have not been able to transfer them. It’s enraging, and I am not in the area to talk to anyone. So I had to transfer those prescriptions to another pharmacy. It’s infuriating to not be able to get what’s needed done in a timely manner and even more irritating when I can not get it done at all. Anyways, never had a problem before this, but no longer happy with the phone service of CVS.

How and I suppose to know he's a pharmacist if they don't tell you when you are in the drive thru. After he told me this he, "handed" the bag to me but kept a firm grip when I tried to get it. Because of his the bag ripped and my prescription fell to the ground.

This is the 3rd time getting prescriptions from this person and 1) never identified himself as a pharmacist, 2) gave no information on the NEW prescription 3 different times. I have read so many complaints which parallel my poor experience with CVS from rude treatment to denial or lies regarding the medications, inability to count days for refills, providing invitation for refills of medications that should have been marked for anaphylactic allergies, and overall cruel treatment and disregard for patients. Working in the environment of medicine for over thirty years, I believe that everyone deserves respect and kindness, which over all, is being disregarded by this corporation, even to the highest level for some which is exemplified by their failure to acknowledge and correct the poor behavior of their employees; there is no excuse to treat someone poorly and with such cruelty; nor does it provide resolution.

One question, amidst all this reported inhumane treatment, has anyone thought to file a formal complaint with consumer affairs or the state board of pharmacy? Motivation comes in many ways. Maybe things would improve if they were not permitted to do such things by lack of action. Perhaps using our voice would result in positive change if they experienced fines for their lack of basic consumer care and procedure to follow physician orders. If they are unable to do so, as many write here, perhaps they need to be motivated and educated to do so.

CVS Pharmacy, Moore, Oklahoma - Pharmacist - Trish. Hoping to not have to stop using CVS, but the Moore, Oklahoma store on 4th Street has really shaken my loyalty! Suki (my Epileptic English Bulldog) has to take Keppra & Phenobarbitol daily (she takes 2 Keppra's & 1 Phenobarbitol). I used CVS in Garland, Texas since 2022 & moved to Quitman, Texas in 2023 & began using the CVS in Mineola, Texas. I loved the staff at the Mineola, Texas location. They were always (dealt with several different members of their Pharmacy) nice & professional. My vet could call in Suki's Phenobarbitol prescription without any issues & each month, I would drive to pick up her script.

Recently I moved to Moore, Oklahoma. I called my vet & asked her if she could call in Suki's script to the CVS here in Moore (I had just drove down to Texas with my 3 English Bulldogs for their yearly checkup & shots) & she said sure, she could call in Suki's Phenobarbitol script in. My vet attempted to call in Suki's script & was met with a very rude pharmacist who told them she refused to take the script over the phone & told them they MUST mail in a paper script & did not give them any reason for her dem&. My vet called me & let me know what she said & let me know they would mail me a script to take in.

I received the paper script a few days later in the mail. I headed into the Moore, Oklahoma CVS Pharmacy & went in to the counter with the paper script. The employee who was originally helping me was kind & I let her know my vet had been told she could not call the script in for my dog & so I had the paper script & brought it physically in to make sure there would not be any issues as the medication was for my dog's Epilepsy.

The pharmacy employee began reviewing the script & I let her know I had previously been using the CVS in Mineola, Texas & she was able to find it & began trying to enter the script into the system & was having some issues. She looked over at a lady who walked up (she didn't introduce herself at all or even acknowledge me) & looked at the paper script for less than 20 seconds when she abruptly & rudely said, "No, we can't file this". When I asked why she stated there was an Oklahoma Law that prohibited them from filling a script from another state. I was in total shock as THIS IS NOT WHAT my Vet had been told when she had tried to call this script in a week before & talked to this Pharmacy! I was quite upset & asked the Pharmacist & the employee for their corporate number & the Pharmicist, Trish, stated she didn't know it & that I could go look it up!

After close to an hour on the phone, I had made a complaint on Trish & secondly had an incident opened with their Corporate Pharmacy Division. I do believe this Pharmacist may have lied to me regarding the "Oklahoma Law" reason she gave me for not filling the script as I googled it & could not find any laws about a vet in Texas writing a script to be filled in Oklahoma. Also, the Corporate Pharmacy team did inform me that Trish did not make any notes on Suki's file about there being an Oklahoma Law as her reason for refusing to fill the script. She did enter a note on the file in their system with the reason being something about the paper the script was written on. This is what the Corporate Customer Service person told me, which makes zero sense because she NEVER said anything like this to me when she was rudely refusing to fill the script!

I have a case/incident number with the Corporate Pharmacy Division of CVS & am waiting on their response. If this pharmacist lied to me, I sure hope they take very strong action so that she doesn't do this to another of their customers! I have been using CVS for years & until now have loved the experience & I want to continue to use them, but need Suki's script filled very soon as she requires this medication to ensure she does not have Seizures!

Sure hope CVS Corporate does the right thing & very soon as I don't want to have to take my business to a different company, but will have to as Suki' must have her medication! In addition, I sure hope they take proper action with regards to Trish (employees like her can run a lot of Loyal Customer's off causing great companies like CVS to loose out on years of customer loyalty)!

Since I thought it was too expensive, I walked to CVS at 1201 Brickell Ave, Miami, and asked how much it cost. They told me $40.00, so I went back to Walgreens, returned the medication, and got my money back. I went back to CVS, and the woman who had offered to charge me $40.00 told me that they would get the prescription from my doctor from Walgreens that same day and fill the medication themselves for $40.00, and I agreed.

Since a week passed without a response from CVS, I called and spoke with a man named ** who promised to resolve the issue. When more days passed without a response, I asked my doctor to send a new prescription directly to that CVS, as it was cheaper. Today, December 12th, I finally went to pick up my medication, only to find that they initially charged me $223.22. When I realized and complained, they refunded the money and then charged me $82.57, exactly what Walgreens had been charging.

When I complained again, they said, "We are very sorry for the inconvenience," but the price had gone up and there were no more coupons. I told them they offered to charge me $40.00 that same day, which is why I switched from Walgreens to CVS. I said it was their fault for taking so long to prepare my medication, that it wasn't my fault the coupon had expired and the price had gone up. I did everything that same day, and I had to pay the $82.57 because I need the medication. The customer always loses, even because of CVS's inefficiency. They just wanted to trap me into a customer. When you are dispensing medication to the public, you have a responsibility to, at the very least, be reasonably kind. You are dealing with people when they are at their most vulnerable; People are coming to pick up medicines because they have the flu, they have mental issues, they have sick children, they are caring for a loved one that may or may not make it, or they are simply struggling… It is deeply troubling to have the type of experience that I had with several pharmacy team members in the last few weeks.

It’s honestly despicable. There is a standard of customer service that doesn’t even exist at this place. The female pharmacist running things is incredibly hateful and is not very helpful at all,.. She has as much empathy as your average psychopath has. If you ask her about customer service, she’ll tell you it’s not her job. She will also tell you that your needs and feelings aren’t her problem and that they aren’t Chick-fil-A. If you’re looking for someone to be nice to you go somewhere fancy. It’s disappointing when you have to explain to a manager why it’s unacceptable for a pharmacy tech to not speak to me when checking out. To be completely ignored and stared at like I have three heads and overtly overlooked.

You know it takes more energy to go out of your way to ignore someone than to simply be nice and respond like a normal person. It’s not about “getting your butt kissed”. It’s about basic human decency, which Apparently CVS pharmacy doesn’t understand. I understand that jobs like that can be exhausting and demanding. I have waited tables, worked crap jobs, customer service, you name it! I have worked with people one on one for 18 years. I built my Business that way. I’ve kissed a lot of butts to make a living, but I always have always made it a priority to be kind to people. You don’t know what people are going through. And it doesn’t take that much energy to just be nice. It’s not that hard and it really does affect other people when you treat them like crap.

The manager of the pharmacy at CVS should be ashamed of herself acting the way she did when I went there today to complain about how I was treated. I have never in my life been so dismissed. Wasn’t just that though. Her standards of how she thinks she should treat the public are deplorable. It’s clear she hates her job and she definitely hates the public. There are some very angry, employees in the pharmacy…

♦️(On a sidenote, there is a pharmacy tech there named Mel. She is the most amazing person. She’s always cheerful and she goes out of her way to be kind every darn time. Seeing her is like interacting with sunshine. I will miss seeing her seeing her. Definitely not going to go in that CVS ever again unless I’m on fire and CVS is the only place that has water. But Mel is a great example of how kindness is a simple way for all of us to interact & be better humans. It makes a huge difference and there are still some of us that thinks it’s important.

I had my prescription transferred to CVS pharmacy when RiteAid went out of business. My first time there they didn't have my Estradiol patch filled. They said that they were out of stock but could have it sent to the pharmacy in Issaquah. So I went to Issaquah to pick it up without issue. The following month I went to get my prescription in Issaquah and they said that it was out of stock again and had been on back order for two months. I know this wasn't true since I had just picked it up the previous month. There was no offer to check other pharmacies in the area to see if they had it in stock (like the Sammamish Pharmacy had previously offered). When I asked, Ryan behind the counter, "What should I do now, not take my medication and deal with the side effects?" He replied, "Yup, that is how it works."

I considered this response to be incredibly rude. I sent a message to the pharmacy and the pharmacist also said that medication was on back order and suggested I call my doctor to see if there was a different medication I could take. There was no apology for Ryan's rude behavior or apology that they hadn't offered this suggestion while I was in the pharmacy. If I can find another pharmacy in the area that takes my insurance, I will not be going back to CVS.

They send you broken products, they send you incorrect products then they don't take accountability and choose to speak to you sarcastically and condescending as if you aren't paying for these items. All the Rite Aids closed down recently it should have been CVS instead. Rite Aid had better customer service in every way, better prices, nicer staff members and they always had items in stock. Shame on CVS for horrible and unnecessary treatment of paying customers. There's no reason to treat people the way you do. People spend too much money in this establishment to undergo such vile treatment. Do better CVS. Shame on you.

Stated medicine has an effect end for pick up and threw medicine out before time. Wasting customer time. System went down and terrible service. Pharmacist states that you have the day on a certain day they put the medicine away 12 hours early, allowing their system to shut down. Spent over 40 minutes waiting for prescription. If the prescription wasn’t thrown away, the system was still up when I got there because I had to wait their system. Pharmacy tech, and license pharmacist had no idea what they were doing and gave me the excuse that they throw away the medicine at 7 PM and then that they throw the medicine away at 12 PM. So no one had a direct answer. My recommendation is if they’re gonna throw it out earlier, they should put that in the text as well or follow their word and have the medicine until 9 PM like they stated end of day.

I was asked the same question several times and at one point was told there was no information for that particular prescription. Also told me that I had several prescriptions and which one did I need to refill. We should not have to go through a list, but rather just enter the Rx number like we used to do with the all system. This system is not effective and should be evaluated.

I'm done with CVS. My 87-year-old mom is a loyal long-time CVS customer who spends thousands of dollars in prescriptions and merchandise each year. She has basic computer skills and up until recently, she was able to refill her prescriptions online without a problem. Now every time she signs in, they also want to send a code. She does not have a smart phone and cannot receive a text. Therefore, the code is emailed. This is confusing to her to navigate between her email and the CVS website to retrieve the code.

I have called multiple times in an attempt to resolve the situation, the most logical solution being turn off the two-step verification. Each time I first had to get past the robot to speak to an actual person. Next I spoke to a customer service rep with a heavy accent who was extremely difficult to understand. Now imagine how difficult that must be for an elderly, hearing-impaired person. Since CVS stores no longer answer phones, she cannot call in refills. In addition this store frequently is out of her medication. CVS does not care about their customers and I will be transferring her prescriptions and shopping elsewhere.

There’s no way to reach a live person anymore. Absolutely horrible; especially for those who are extremely dangerous medications and need to speak with the actual Pharmacist as quickly as possible. But, Healthcare Providers, being waaaay more important than the patients taking the drugs, have a way to get in touch with the staff without leaving a message. Why can’t we? Absolutely horrible! If you ever fall and injure your tailbone, do NOT make the mistake of going to CVS. Despite their "heart bandage" logo, they could not care less about the American public's health. They should change their name from CVS to CCL, Couldn't Care Less. And add another 'C' for 'Corporate.' Like a clumsy oaf I fell and bruised my tailbone, so I had the ER doctors send my prescriptions to the nearby CVS instead of my regular (independently owned) pharmacy, to reduce the amount of driving involved (sitting in the car is painful). So I limped into CVS the next day for my pain medications and a donut pillow. It did not go well.

First, the pharmacist told me my pain patches required "prior authorization," which is hilarious. Was I supposed to have gone to my doctor the week before and said, "I'm planning on falling on my a** this weekend, would you authorize some pain patches?" Besides, CVS sells over-the-counter pain patches that are 4% lidocaine, so why prevent me from getting the 5% lidocaine ones? The only difference is: I have to pay out of my own pocket for those. So I coughed up $12 for the CVS brand, trying to save a buck (the name-brand patches start at $14). Those inferior CVS patches slid right off my skin and I barely felt any relief compared to the Aspercreme equivalent. Had to get a refund.

Secondly, those pharmaceutical wizards at CVS refused to fill my pain pills because they faxed some authorization form to the ER doctor, who, they said, "ignored our fax." Well, I called the ER doctor -- it turns out their hospital doesn't even HAVE a fax machine, and CVS knows this, so they must call to get verbal approval. But CVS kept insisting I get the doctor to approve the fax, sending me on a wild goose chase for nothing when I'm injured and just trying to get the medications I need.

And it doesn't even end there. The only donut cushion CVS carries is their own store brand, naturally, which is $27 plus tax. Well, I had to take it right back for a refund. It's so poorly designed and uncomfortable, I couldn't even squeeze it back into the box. They probably cost about $4 apiece to manufacture and they charge nearly $30. Thanks, CVS!

But wait, there's more! I had to sit on my bruised tailbone and sew my own donut cushion, because I couldn't wait to order one online and no store near me sold them. Not to mention all the driving back and forth CVS made me do. In the end, I had to have my prescriptions transferred to the farther pharmacy anyway, so the whole CVS idea -- to save time and painful driving -- was a pointless waste. They let me down on every front, actually making my pain WORSE instead of better. CVS is the perfect embodiment of our wretched for-profit "healthcare system," an ironic name because the system doesn't care about your health. They only want to wring every $ from you they possibly can. By that measure, CVS is a great success. Their CEO earns about $20 million a year. I'm so happy for him.

I have been using CVS for years and in general have had no problems. However, last week, there were communication issues that were very frustrating.

I sent in a refill online to the CVS Glendale CO. The app said they got it, then a day later they said they were having trouble filling it. Another half day later, they said they were out of stock. I never received an email or text about this--I found out by checking the app. I then went online to transfer the prescription to another CVS which had it in stock. After another day, I checked the app and the prescription had just disappeared. There was no evidence that I had ever tried to fill it, and there was no text or email to let me know.

I went to the pharmacy and was told something vague like "there was an issue with the instructions or the way it was put in." I had used three of the refills and never had a problem, so I guess it happened when I transferred the prescription, although I don't understand how. Anyway, my biggest issue is the lack of communication; if I had been informed I would have gone to the pharmacy earlier to try to get a human to address the issue. The person who helped me at the pharmacy was helpful, and this is obviously not her fault, but I am very disappointed in the poor communication throughout the organization.

Wait for over 30 minutes and still not ready - had to leave to get back to work - another wasted trip to the Pharmacy. This was not the first time this has happened. Another time the pharmacy tech took it upon themselves to change my prescription to a generic equivalent without notifying me (who does that!??) - and I was specifically told by my provider that it had to be that brand Rx, not the generic - when I called my Provider they said they did not indicate anything about a generic option, and I had to go back and forth with them to finally get it filled accurately, which caused me to miss days of the Rx doing so. I mentioned multiple times I had THREE different transactions for THREE different people/pet. The tech still asked for each person's information which I thought weird if you have to do them separately but I had already told her....She collects them then scans them all. I once again said, okay but it's supposed to be three different transactions and she was like yeah, it's fine. I said but one is for a dog....they can't use my insurance. "Oh it's okay, we can still do one transaction". I said no, I said three. One is for me and to be put on MY FSA, the other for my sister on HER FSA and another for my dog on a debit card.

At this point another tech comes up and they say "oh, well we can't do that, we have to go to lunch, we go at 1:3" and it was, after this amount of time, 1:30. I said, I understand you need to go to lunch but I asked for three transactions, why can't you do that for me now? Then someone further behind pipes up and mumbles to which I said- what did you say? She looks at me briefly and starts walking away while saying "they have to go lunch and it would takes us 30 minutes to do that." I said, well I came before 1:30 and I repeatedly told her I need three transactions. She just ignored me and walked away as I asked for her name. Then when I asked the tech she seemed timid to do so but I'm not sure if the girl said she didn't care if I was told but the tech gave me the name. Then I just sit there waiting and the tech goes- Okay, well we'll be back in a few minutes and SHUT THE WINDOW AND BLINDS ON ME!!!

I immediately parked and went into the store and they all three came out for their lunch as I went to talk to a CVS associate. I was given the store manager, RX manager and corporate number but the associate seemed surprised when I mentioned this person who apparently is the PHARMACIST walked away. This pharmacy has had it's issues but never before have I been treated like this. I was REFUSED service simply because they had to go to lunch??? I was there BEFORE your lunch period and had the tech done as I told her over and over they could have left in time.

I've contacted corporate but who knows if anything will be done. I didn't get the tech's names but the pharmacist name is **. This is the 1123 Kildaire Farms Rd, Cary, NC, 27511 location. No one deserves this treatment but especially the attitude coming from a PHARMACIST? If her employees so badly needed to go on lunch the least she could have done was come fix my problem herself. Corporate wouldn't even send me same day delivery for this outrageous encounter. I've moved my medicines to another group and will no longer be using CVS. I've never been refused service!

I do want to say that if you ever need pain medication filled at this Pharmacy they treat you and stereotype you as if you’re a Drug addict, no matter how much physical pain you suffer from, from severe spinal stenosis that people live with on a daily basis.

On Wednesday 10/8, I was advised by a Pharmacist at CVS to call the Pharmacist that is working on Thursday 10/9 to ask and to ensure that my medication would be filled because it was due to be filled that day. On Thursday, 10/9, I called the Pharmacy multiple times (6 times) along with 2 text messages through the CVS app and I still didn't receive any call back. When I placed mat last call later in the day one of the technicians answered the phone and I had asked to be transferred to the Pharmacist.

Before I could ask a question of the Pharmacist, his tone of voice was loud, rude and degrading, just loudly repeating the same thing saying, "that 28 days is regulation" over and over again, not letting me to get a word in and he didn't allow me to ask a question. I HAD TRIED to explain to him that today, 10/9, was 29 days and he just kept talking over me and being rudely yelled at and ignored. So at that time I became very angry and said some not nice words!! My call was then transferred to a technician and she was very nice and helpful. I had asked for Corporate contact number and the name of the Manager. Pharmacists take an Oath like all medical professionals live and work by and their Oath is to serve humanity and uphold ethical conduct, professionalism and respect the well-being of all Patients, legally and morally. This behavior was uncalled for! I actually feel nervous and intimidated to call your Pharmacy again.

The main source of my disgust for this pharmacy is the message system. That's what made me finally switch pharmacies. I put up with poor customer service for years because finding a new pharmacy seemed like it would be difficult. It actually isn't. I feel like finding a new pharmacy is literally safer. I have had situations where I needed to speak to a pharmacist immediately because I had questions about a medication. Answering medication questions is supposed to be the pharmacist's main purpose. Everything else can easily be done by the pharmacy techs. I have been one. Verifying prescriptions isn't hard. CVS has taken something critical that could easily require urgency and made it take an hour. That has got to be the dumbest thing I have ever seen in a medical business context.

How embarrassing. I am a senior citizen and don't deserve to be treated like that, asking everyone in the line what does the sign say then tried to make me get in another line after waiting 20 minutes already. When she stated it would be $130+ for the refill, I let her know that there is a discount coupon/card on file. After another 10+ mins another woman comes to the window and informs me that whenever there is a coupon, I should call and verify, that it was going to be another 15 mins for them to rerun it and I had to come back. I pointed out that I had already been waiting over 45 mins, to which she rudely replied "Well thank you for your patience" then proceeds to tell her trainee (in front of me) "and that's how you respond to customers."

When I asked for her name, she stated, "Amanda, I'm the lead technician and you need to come back." No smile, no apology, just abrupt rudeness. I would like to point out this was a CVS error, not my error...I have been on this medication for over three months with coupon in file; also you cannot "call" CVS anymore, it just goes to voicemail and no one calls back. I had a prescription that expired on September 28 2025 and I called in the prescription on the expiration date, CVS filled the prescription because I called in time but because I didn't pick it up in the day it expired. They put it back and said by law they have to because it's a controlled substance. I asked why they didn't text or call me to tell me I had to get it and her response was, "We can't call or text everyone." I know for a fact that if a prescription is going to be put away that I receive a text saying you only have so many days to pick it up or this is the last day you can pick it up so that was a lie..

I'm very disappointed and now I don't have my medicine. Being a customer there for as long as I have made me feel like I'm nothing. If I could have got there the 28th to pick it up I would have. Either way it was filled and put back, law or no law. I don't know the law. Maybe there should be something posted so customers know. To say they don't send reminder texts was really what got me. I always get them. Sometimes more than once. Very disappointed and I have reached out to my Dr's office which I feel was unnecessary because I had it filled on the expiration date.

Yes, they did have my prescription in stock but only to find out it was 560.00. At this point, I would have paid it due to not feeling well at all. Also told I have Strep Throat. Justin took it upon himself to help me navigate the manufacturing website so I may receive a coupon.

The initial site he went on offered nothing with the insurance I currently have. Medicaid and UnitedHealth. Then Justin repeated the entire process with another available website. This time, he was able to not only get me a coupon, but was able to tell me that my insurance covered the entire prescription. At least a 20-minute ordeal. Never in my 70 years have I ever been treated so well. Justin is beyond an asset to CVS. I’ve worked for 30 years in customer service roles for Nestlies. Justin is completely on another level. I seriously thought I was in a little town in middle America. Talk about refreshing. I seriously hope that the powers that be at CVS read this and make certain Justin is acknowledged accordingly. Shelbyville Rd/Moser Rd pharmacy, Louisville KY. This location used to be the worst for service, but a neighbor told me she never had a problem and since it is walking distance, I decided to give it another try. I was very happy with the service until one day when someone was rude to me on the phone and as I had just found out it was not one of my insurance's "preferred" pharmacies, I decided to go elsewhere. Honestly I wouldn't have changed for one rude person, but I hadn't realized I was paying more than I had to for my meds.

When I filled my insulin at the new pharmacy, I found out CSV had been cheating me on my insulin. The Affordable Insulin Now Act made the top price of insulin $35. That would be 105 for a 3 month supply. What my doctor prescribed didn't work out to a full box for a 3 month supply, so I had to pay for 3 months worth, but only GET 2 1/2. I use 2 different insulins. This meant I was paying $35 MORE per month than the law allows. I'm retired and on a fixed income. The difference in price matters to me. The first time I refilled my prescription at another pharmacy, they split the box and gave me the number of pens I needed instead of a full box. When they told me at CVS that they were not allowed to split the box I assumed it was the law or the manufacturer's mandate, but no - it's CSV's way of getting those extra dollars from you. I'm wondering if it is even legal. Certainly isn't ethical.

They said there was nothing to check with the pharmacy. He went to the pharmacy. The pharmacy didn't have anything so he came home. I was angry because I couldn't understand why he couldn't just pick up something that I got an email of saying it was ready. So I went there to talk to them, and I was upset with them and the staff and the manager lied on its face by saying that my husband never mentioned my name and therefore there was nothing under Pierre, but it was under Catherine. But I know my husband has picked up things for me before and he gives them both names.

So I came home and my husband said that he gave them both names so I said, "Come on. Let's go back there and let them see it and let them hear you." My husband went back with me and as I was going into the store because I was so angry and I'm very sick and I'm on medication that makes me a little dizzy. I fell all the way down and then my husband fell trying to get me up. There was a very nice gentleman who offered to help me and pick me up and called an ambulance, but I told him to go get the manager because it's because of him that this is happening right now. He came out. He didn't offer any help. He didn't offer to call the ambulance, to call 911 to help me in any way. The guy that was helping me even asked him just to help and he wouldn't. He said he's not allowed to the man got me up.

I went in the store and they called security and I made a report. But when I asked the manager for his manager's name because he lied and due to his lies, he caused this whole situation. He said he wouldn't give me the manager's name. When the security came, I wanted him meeting the security guard to hear that the manager would not give me the manager's name. So I called the manager over again and he said that he could not give me the manager's name and I said, "OK. I want another witness to hear you say that." At that point he gave me his manager's first name, but said he didn't know her last name which I find very hard to believe and when I asked him that he didn't even offer to help me in any way not even to offer to call 911 or ambulance, he lied again in front of everybody and said that he did offer to call the ambulance. I would like to make a formal complaint against this manager, and I would like him to be disciplined.

My issue was drowsy driving- where I have a history of falling asleep at the wheel. Zepbound successfully treated this for safe driving.

CVS offered 4 alternatives to Zepbound - none of which are FDA approved to treat OSA. I appealed for an exception. They denied. I asked them to review the decision, They denied. My doctor said to give up on CVS. God forbid that I am involved in an auto accident where my life and that of others is at risk. I can imagine the class action lawsuit that will follow this foolish denial of essential medication.

When questioned, I was told insurance doesn't cover the medication when it actually does. Had to contact CVS/Caremark customer service twice to confirm coverage and the NDC number pharmacy is to use. I finally asked for the pharmacist who was able to correct the NDC and ordered the medication. Today's experience was by far the worst. Unfortunately, we go through this multiple times a year with the same prescription.

I’ve been dealing with the same CVS for 15-years. A new pharmacist joined the team maybe 18-months to two years ago. My experience since then has been absolutely miserable. For instance, yesterday I was told that my three medications were ready for pickup. Later yesterday, I received a message that one of the three meds (that I was told were ready) required more info from the doctor. This morning, I received a message that they were unable to contact my doctor. I messaged my doctor and they sent the info to the pharmacy. I called CVS, who verified receiving the info from my doctor. It wasn’t 15-minutes later that I got a text that it was too soon to fill the same medication!! I called again and the pharmacist blamed my doctor for sending in two prescriptions. I called AGAIN and she said she was filling it. Hours have passed, and it hasn’t been filled. This would be funny if it wasn’t absurd! I’m switching my medications to Walgreens tomorrow!

CVS is not following the CDC's COVID-19 guidelines. On Monday, June 23, 2025, I attempted to make an appointment to receive a COVID-19 booster, but the scheduling software repeatedly canceled each appointment about 10 minutes after I selected and confirmed the day, time, and store. This was at a store in the Vero Beach, Florida, area. After several failed attempts, I called the store and spoke with a pharmacist. I was told that I could not get a shot because it had not been six months since my last shot. (My last shot had been in early March of 2025.)

I then paraphrased the following guidance from the CDC website: "After talking with a healthcare provider, people who are moderately or severely immunocompromised may get more doses (in addition to the ones described above) at least 2 months after their last dose of the 2024-2025 COVID-19 vaccine." I am 74 years old. I am taking both Methotrexate and Skyrizi for my psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, and both these drugs--especially taken together--significantly suppress the immune system. In addition, I had quadruple bypass surgery 11 years ago. So I am tailor-made to fit the guidance articulated in the above quoted sentence from the CDC. (Further adding to my urgency is a cruise I plan to take in the next couple of weeks, during which I will literally be rubbing elbows with thousands of strangers from around the world.)

I asked the pharmacist why she isn't following the CDC guidelines, but she said she was. Then I asked if I brought in a physician's order, would I then be administered the vaccine. Of course, the CDC does not require someone in my situation to obtain a doctor's order to be given a COVID-19 booster. It only requires that I "talk with a healthcare provider." Again, this pharmacist was wrong. I subsequently did obtain a written doctor's order and presented it at the pharmacy, and I was consequently given the shot. Interestingly, the pharmacist said that I was the only person with an immunocompromised condition who had asked for the COVID-19 booster in less than 6-month intervals. That is very difficult to believe, considering all the old people I regularly see at that pharmacy.

In any event, the policy at CVS must change so as not to dissuade immunocompromised/suppressed people from getting COVID booster shots on a schedule that makes more sense for them and their condition. It must change to conform to the guidelines from the CDC. For people like us (immunocompromised people), COVID is especially lethal, and long COVID can be physically devastating. There should be no extra hurdles put in our way of getting the much-needed COVID-19 vaccine on a schedule that is consistent with our condition and CDC guidelines.

Review of Pharmacist Conduct – Unprofessional and Disrespectful Behavior Randleman Road, Greensboro NC #5593. As a licensed medical provider working with a nationwide medical clinic, I was deeply disappointed by the conduct of a pharmacist at this location. One of our patients returned to clinic after being refused her medication refill—despite presenting a printed prescription that was properly signed, included the physician's NPI number, and met all legal requirements. This method of issuing prescriptions is standard across hospitals and private practices nationwide, especially with the growing use of electronic medical record systems.

I contacted the pharmacy directly to clarify and ensure the patient received the care she needed. Unfortunately, the pharmacist I spoke with was not only uncooperative, but outright rude and arrogant. I answered all of his questions respectfully, yet he continued to challenge my legitimacy as a provider. Shockingly, he even asked if I was “acting like a paramedic.” For the record, I hold the appropriate medical degrees and have over 30 years of clinical experience.

His behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and inappropriate. Despite confirming that the prescription was for a non-controlled medication, he refused to fill it, asked the same questions repeatedly, questioned my authority without cause, and ultimately ended the call by saying, “Let’s not waste any more time,” before hanging up on me.

This kind of behavior creates unnecessary barriers to care and disrespects both the provider and the patient. I was forced to redirect the prescription to a different pharmacy to ensure the patient received her medication without further delay. I have filed a formal complaint with the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy to ensure this incident is reviewed appropriately.

Addendum: I asked the pharmacist for his full name, and he gave me an incorrect name—most likely to avoid being reported to the pharmacy board. I called the pharmacy again and asked a technician to provide his full name and correct spelling, but she refused and said she would connect me back to him. I explained I did not wish to speak with him again. On a third attempt, I asked for the store manager. The staff member who answered was kind and went to get the manager, but the manager also refused to provide the pharmacist’s name, citing it as private information. This is incorrect. A pharmacist's name is public information—it appears on every prescription label and is listed on the state Board of Pharmacy website.

I proceeded to file a formal complaint for disciplinary action with the board due to this pharmacist’s unprofessional behavior and for obstructing a patient’s access to care. If all of you who have had a negative experience would contact the NC Board of Pharmacy, this nonsense might get addressed properly. There are numerous reviews here regarding the same issue with this particular pharmacist. The pharmacist's name is **. License #: **

I went inside the Centreville VA store to pick up my prescription, assuming the two prescriptions that were ready were the much needed inhaler and an antibiotic my doctor had faxed in an order to CVS the day before (my first mistake). I did not check the names of the prescriptions before paying for them due to my above assumption (My second mistake). I asked the pharmacist if I should continue taking the antibiotic that had been prescribed 4 days earlier for pneumonia, or stop that and just take the new one for asthmatic bronchitis, a complication that hit me on top of the pneumonia. She looked up my file and told me to just take the new antibiotic.

When I got home, I realized that the two prescriptions I had received were for the new antibiotic as well as the rest of the original antibiotic that they were short of when I originally needed them 4 days before! I had updated them on that situation 3 days ago, telling them to cancel that order of 4 pills because I wouldn't need them. The pharmacist apparently didn't notice that the pills she told me to stop taking were in the same order I was there picking up. And the much needed inhaler was not the bag of what I picked up!! So I still don't have that, and no one mentioned it or why it wasn't ready or when it would be ready. Even though it was part of the order with the new antibiotic.

I have had such bad service over the years from this pharmacy. One time I even asked one of the pharmacy assistants how best to respond - who to complain to, etc. His reply: "Go to a different pharmacy." He was right. That is exactly what I'm going to do. I am done with CVS. I suggest the reader save themselves a lot of grief and not even start.

CVS was my go to drug dealer for my time on opiates and benzos. What I didn't realize then but do now is that CVS's level of customer service is astoundingly lower than drug dealers on the street. A TRUE STORY: Prologue: Even in the 2nd wealthiest county in the USA, CVS locks its toothbrushes, toothpaste, moisturizer, and even some shampoos and deodorants. They put them behind glass cases where customers must ring for assistance, wait and then let the CVS agent in on what toiletries they use. I'm assuming that because of this lack of a basic modesty that those is charge at CVS are not Christian, which is fine, but I do wish they would be more welcoming to people that prefer to keep privates, private.

I overcame my modesty a few weeks ago, and rang the assistance bell. Then I waited a few minutes. Then I started to wonder if I pushed the button hard enough, so after those few minutes I rang again and I waited again. Then I rang again. These bells don't ring loudly in the aisle, which is understandable, but it does make me wonder how loudly these ring at their destination. So I rang again, waited less this time, then again, then again.

When someone did come out after 10 minutes or so the store manager himself arrived with an angered, "why are you bothering me" look on his face and huffed under his breathe when he saw me. When I asked what the bad attitude was about he, to his credit, didn't try to deny or, but not to his credit he also didn't apologize. Instead, he said "you only need to ring once." I replied that I'd been waiting 15 minutes and he replied that it was only 7 minutes... OK maybe but still who enjoys waiting 7 minutes just for the opportunity to pay someone for toiletries.

After waiting that long realistically, you've wasted enough of my time that the item should be free, but that's going by 1960's conceptions of customer service which I suppose, sadly, no longer exist at CVS. The last thing the manager told me, in defense of his bad attitude, was "CVS is a billion dollar company", sure but so was KMart once. That's not a reason to be a jerk towards a weekly customer..

I have had issues in the past with the CVS Pharmacy at 511 N Main Street, Cedartown, GA 30125. In fact, I was pleased to LEAVE them when 2025 prescription insurance came out. However, CVS is the only pharmacy that I am able to pick up items in person and have these filled as 90 day supply. Costwise, 90 day supply is a much better deal than 30 day supply so I had to go back to CVS. Mind you, I live in Rockmart, GA and there isn't a CVS in this town.

For this review, I was trying to fill a prescription called Januvia for my husband. The cost of this medication for 90 days without a coupon from Januvia is $200.00. I called twice to get the prescription coupon entered where I could just have this shipped (Extra Care). The lady that answered the phone said I needed to bring the coupon in. Okay, I agreed to come to the store. Today at 1:56 PM EST I arrived knowing that the window was closed for a few more minutes. I was the only one in line waiting for the window to open at 2:00 PM EST.

At that exact time, the windows all opened and there I stood in line at the register, and I am the ONLY ONE there. 3 people began work. One went to the drive thru where she checked out two different vehicles. Me still standing in line. FINALLY, at 2:09 PM one of them spoke across the room asking for a date of birth. Not "Good Afternoon." Not "Hi, May I help you." The three words "date of birth" were spoken. "Oh, Me??" Gave date of birth. Advised why I was there. They took the coupon. He wasn't able to process it and asked another worker to try. She made this happen.

To both, I had advised that the prescription was filled and ready for pick up and that I needed the coupon put in the system and the prescription re-ran so that the discount/coupon would apply. She said "Okay, I have it on file. Will it be for the next refill or do you need it now?." I advised that the prescription was filled and needed to be re-ran. She said unpleasantly "It will be more than an hour to process this.". "WHAT??" I asked abruptly, "WHY with the prescription already filled and ready for pick up would I have to wait over an hour? You need to print out the new slip where you entered the coupon and it should come up $50.00 instead of $200.00." Took another 10 minutes to find the prescription and get this done. At 2:31 PM EST, they finally completed the check out at the register. This is unacceptable!

Next, let's talk about cleanliness of the store. It was descent in most of the store. The pharmacy area was dirty. It didn't look like it had been vacuumed in months with the amount of dust and Debris on the floor. I was never acknowledged when I walked into the store and NEVER saw anyone in any part of the store other than pharmacy. Who runs the front registers? Who pays attention to what is walked in and out of this store? This trip was just another disappointment I have had at this location. This is not a first for me. This is routinely how this store operates.

I have never seen worse sevice or worse attitude by a staff in a pharmacy than the one I met today at the CVS on Bartow pharmacy in Lakeland Florida. The three ladies were truly worse than devils as if they just ultimately decided not to give me my medication that I need urgently. I ordered the Medication from their application on my phone many days ago while it was on auto refill, but yet was not refilled. This is my primary Medication for diabetes and also I am a heart failure patient and lack of my medications can cause severe reactions that can be life-threatening.

They did not have it in stock, so they sent me a text that they ordered it but will take a few days. I completely ran out of it because of their lateness. I went to this pharmacy where I get all my meds, CVS on Bartow in Lakeland Florida, just to get enough pills to hold me as the late shipment comes in. They completely denied me the pills, knowing how important that medication is and how life-threatening it can be to not get it.

For an entire hour I watched them having the worst attitude and mocking me and wasting time not to serve me while they serve others because I insist to get my medication, shaking their heads at me and treating me as if I was a lunatic to ask to get my medications that they failed to get on time. One of them says she didn't like my attitude after shaking her head at me down talking to me as if I was a slave at her service, that just must go away because it's not convenient for them.

I spoke to the store manager and she also could not talk them into giving my medication. (FYI) There was an entire month's bottle that was in the pharmacist's hand and she refused to give it to me. I have never seen such negligence or bad attitude in any sort of business, let alone in a pharmacy with this kind of attitude dealing with people's medications that people depend on for dear life. I left and I still do not have my medication (Synjardy 1000). I take two tablets daily and of course, because of their negligence, now I do not have any medication and I know this will cause many medical issues because of it.

There isn’t an option that is helping you and no option to speak to an actual person. Older people should have the option to speak to someone instead of going through a process that is ridiculous and no help unless you're on file at that store and refilling a prescription that you already have. That’s the only time it’s simple for them to use.

CVS Pharmacy, Westminster, Co overcharges people for prescriptions on an insurance plan. When questioned the pharmacist attempted to put the blame on the corporate office and could not explain the difference in the contract agreed upon amount and the amount that was charged for the same type of medicine. The pharmacist said the manufacturer sets the price that the medicine is sold for, but that is not true. The insurance contract sets the agreed upon price and the CVS Pharmacy must abide by the price. Previously CVS Pharmacy Westminster, wanted to charge $29.00 for a prescription that was $6.25 at Kroger pharmacy. The pharmacy does not use the insurance contract price, but the pharmacy submits the prescription to the insurance carrier. Also this pharmacy has been accused of disbursing adulterated or expired drugs. I do not plan to ever use a CVS pharmacy again.

This is regarding the CVS Pharmacy store at Seabrook Commons, 628 Lafayette Road in Seabrook, NH: -- I am not one bit surprised by the 2* rating related to the reviews herein, attached to the name "**". One of the pharmacists at this Seabrook location, named **, who was sure to claim that "This is my store", showed me today that he has absolutely no respect whatsoever for years-long loyal customers, or especially towards folks who are senior citizens, such as my husband and me. I have never been spoken-to in such a harsh, disturbing, bullying manner as ** spoke to me today.

I can only wonder if he speaks to his parents or grandparents as he horridly spoke to me. He was downright abusive, disrespectful, and could not have cared less that I needed to solve an issue as to why one of my husband's heart medications was listed as "Inactive" and "Un-refillable" that ** contemptuously insisted was "cancelled" by our cardiologist, when he, our doctor, told us that neither he nor his office staff had done any such thing.

This was an irresponsible, even dangerous error on the part of CVS, and ** could have easily handled this issue in a mature, professional manner, rather than apparently wanting to win the argument -- after which time he hung up on me, TWICE. He refused to allow me to speak while continually having spoken over me the entire time. I was so flabbergasted by **'s disgusting display of bullish, insulting behavior that I called the corporate offices and submitted a formal complaint against him. I will not let this sit. They agreed that his behavior was completely unacceptable. I added that I had hoped my conversation with ** had been taped for quality control so that the home offices could hear for themselves how ** verbally abused me.

I made it clear that it is only **, and not a single one of the other kind, helpful and professional pharmacists who work at this particular store, who treated me as though I was something stuck to the bottom of his shoe. I don't know how anyone, let alone a pharmacist who deals with the very health and medications of other human beings, could possibly be allowed to continually get away with this type of shocking, arrogant behavior towards paying customers.

My conversation with this impolite man was a nightmare. We are the parents of four adult sons, and we cannot even remotely imagine any one of them speaking to others, including and especially senior citizens, in the same way that this **-person spoke to me today. I remain extremely thankful that he is not my son -- and I extend my thorough congratulations to whomever might have raised this cocksure, ill-mannered bully. No one deserves to be forced to endure this brand of harsh verbal attacks simply for calling one's pharmacy to ask a question.

I went to CVS Drive Thru pharmacy at 1.45pm on Friday 5/2/25. I waited for 5 minutes, no one came to the window to assist. I blew the horn, still no one, I waited another 3 minutes still no one. I thought maybe it's lunch time, but there was nothing printed on the window to say they on lunch between this time. I made sure not to miss a schedule that should've been on that window, but there wasn't anything saying they were on lunch. I cannot express my dissatisfaction with this pharmacy and the staff. They have no problem texting you week after week to come pick up medication, but failed to put a note on the window saying they are on lunch. I find this very frustrating as I had to leave and come back again later.

This pharmacy is so bad, the way they treat you like they doing you a favor. I pay for my meds, it's not free. The staff need customer service skills because they have none. They are mean and horrible, in fact the worst group of people I have ever met in my entire life. Something's got to change, real fast regarding their attitude!!!!

I waited and waited and waited and waited and waited for a long time (that's 1 waited for every minute). There were 3 people behind the window all doing something, but certainly not any customer service. I finally walked out.

Then the pharmacy is constantly out of stock on meds that should not be skipped. Eliquis, buprenorphine for example. I have never had a problem with transferring prescriptions from one store to another until now. Because CVS is not in network for my insurance, I had to change. I was going to stay with them for non-covered, but after this experience, I will not. To have to have a pharmacist call a number that does not answer to complete my transfer is uncalled for. Your pharmacist basically called me a liar when I told her I transferred all my scrips from Meijer to CVS without a problem.

I called my new pharmacy and gave them the information; they kept me online and tried to call twice and got the answering machine both times. Let's see how long it takes for CVS to call back and get the scrips transferred. I will NOT go back to CVS after this interaction. Sorry for the young clerks that are always kind when you go in.

I never received a call back. I called in Saturday and you always have to leave a message no direct pharmacy contact with CVS. So I showed up Monday at the CVS and the Pharmacist Herman, said you had this filled on Feb 4th at Rite Aid. So you have to wait till tomorrow which is the 28th day.

I said today is the 28th day and so did your other Pharmacist say it was. He said then go back to Rite Aid and see if they will fill it. I know Mel there and I will call and see if he will do it. So I asked if he could do what he just offered. He then retorted angrily, "I won't waste my time, you have to call your Doctor and have it moved". "Either you come back tomorrow or don't have it filled". I'm astonished how CVS has gotten. I guess no accountability, so talk to us however you want.
