The CVS I use is all the way across town from where I live. I only use that one. I am willing to drive 10 plus miles to go to that one. My pharmacist team is so personable and helps me with EVERY TIME.

Their prices are great and they offer fantastic discounts as well. The store is clean, well stocked and the staff is always helpful. The Pharmacist is always willing to explain my medication as well.

CVS pharmacy tried to decide how much of my family's med they would fill and when. It is not the pharmacy's place to decide. They are not doctors nor qualified to be nor paid to be.

Everyone in the pharmacy in Machesney Park Il are very helpful. Pharmacist explain in detail all new medications and answer all your questions whether you are there or on the phone.

Everyone at the pharmacy is incredibly kind and helpful and the pharmacist is always patient and available to answer my questions. Also the staff recognizes me and says hello.

So I am in no way unhappy with the staff at my local CVS pharmacies, they always try their best. My complaint is that CVS locations are always understaffed.

I've been a "member" by force through my FEHB (govt. employee) insurance. I have a long term chronic genetic condition that has run through a number of drug categories over the length of it. Over the years CVS Caremark has tried to shoehorn me into treatments that have either stopped working, never worked, have had terrible side effects, or they levy 25% of the cost of the drugs that actually do work even when there is no generic equivalent. I am retired now and can't afford the medication that does work. I am watching my condition worsen slowly and steadily, each lab test getting worse. I have no idea what I am going to do. I'm not old and ready to die but Caremark doesn't care. It's all about the money for them. They are an uncaring, undeserving racket. Period.

I'm no longer a fan, they have gotten too big. Used to love to go, out my card in the machine, get a bunch of coupons and buy. This past winter I needed a raised seat for my dad while was post OP.

I love going to my local CVS for my Meds. The pharmacists are very helpful, and professional. I just wish that location had more help in that area. The wait is too long and with this Covid19 problem people

Cvs is second nature, it's reassuring knowing it's right around the corner. You can go in. Pick up your prescription or over the counter, plus just about whatever you need and be out in a flash.

My CVS pharmacy is always mindful of my medicine needs and keeps me informed on the need to refill a prescription. I am always notified when my medicine is ready.

CVS is a very nice and friendly store. BUT they seem to have problem getting scrips ready in a timely manner and are out of what I need too often.

Blue Cross uses CVS for their by mail Rx service. I don't use it and buy locally because CVS sent me the wrong dosages several times or none at all or once even another drug. Complaints are ignored.

Pharmacy personnel are always friendly and know what they are doing in serving your needs. If a line begins to form, additional people always jump in to assist, hence limiting wait times!

There is no mystery to the prescription process. I don't get many medications, as I am a healthy middle aged adult. The doctors usually send a script and I receive calls or texts when it's ready.

They are very good. They keep on top of any refills so I don't have to. Only complaint is that when you call the pharmacy you are placed on hold for way too long.

Their pharmacist offer get insight into your care side effects in an open channel whenever you have more questions or concerns that weren't addressed initially. I find that they are instructed well.

I have used CVS Caremark for my prescriptions for the last 6 years. In the last 2 years it has become a nightmare. My husband gave up on it last year and I am done! The site is either not available, does not recognize me and consumer help can't fix it. I have to change my log-in every time I try to order and even that doesn't work. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get in. I will now use the local pharmacy. It was so much easier to be able to track my many medications and their refill dates online but if Caremark doesn't up their game we seniors will resort to other means. So much for being consumer friendly.

CVS keeps you informed of prescriptions and sends reminders monthly, and they try and they try and beat their competitors' prices...

I switched to CVS Pharmacy and I am glad that I did the pharmacists are great. They help you with not only your medications but helping you find over-the-counter things as well. I recommend them always.

They have been very consistent filling prescriptions and have been super helpful with any questions I have asked. Their staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. Never been to a better place.

I use CVS Caremark for a single prescription. I like that I get a 3 month supply at a time at a discounted price. The medicine is ordered online and mailed out in a timely manner.

I have gotten such great deals at this chain over the years with percent off deals and other store coupons, Never have I found better than here.

I like everything about them except I often have questions for the pharmacists about meds and they're generally rude and don't want to help at all! They give info that conflicts w/ Dr's orders.

My employer has forced all employees to use this neglectful company. I have always opted out of mail order because I am on important medications that I must take without any gaps. I was paying a local pharmacy and local CVS until I got really sick BECAUSE OF THE JOB CONDITIONS/UNPROFESSIONALISM and have to stay on a budget. It's better to pay more and get medications than to not receive any medication and end up in the hospital or morgue. Hopefully, I dont end up in either place.

This company is completely incompetent. They are out of state and really unable to help during a need for emergent medications. And their customer service is non-existent.

CVS has a little more of everything than other drug stores. Prices are good. People are friendly. Pharmacy is a little too busy and hard to reach on the phone.

I have mail order thru CVS Caremark and it is great. Never have to worry about running out of my medicine and I never have to contact my dr for refills. It is taken care of. This is a great service.

They are all very friendly and helpful with good ideas to save money! I love the fact that they mail the regular medications I take, with no charge to me. They have quality company products + sales.
