If I could give this company a ZERO, I would. I have called 3 times to get prescriptions filled. My doctor has sent over my medications 3 times for mail order. Every time I call, I get a different, very uneducated individual who tells me, "We have nothing on record for you." This is a horrible service. There are NO records of me ever calling in.. EVER... And every time I was transferred, I was disconnected. I seriously have no idea how this company stays in business.

Horrible website design and functionality. Will not pull up my list of prescriptions. Will not transfer all of my prescriptions to another CVS because they are in Script sync….Can’t tell which prescriptions transferred and which did not. Continually makes you login again when you switch screens. Really frustrating to use. With the tremendous amount of poor customer service experiences I would think they would straighten out their system.

I have no choice but have to use this company because my insurance requires it. I have had more problems getting medication with Caremark than I’ve ever had. I have multiple chronic diseases that require a medication to live. My doctor will send the prescription and I end up having to call Caremark, which they either didn’t receive the prescription or it wasn’t written the way they understood. I was told my doctor refused to refill a medication. Why would the doctor refuse to refill a prescription that is required in order for me to live. That was a lie.

My doctor sent 2 prescriptions of the same medication on 2 different days they had confirmed it went through and Caremark said they never received it. I should not have to call my doctor then call Caremark to see if they got the prescription or be the middle person. If the pharmacy has a problem with a prescription they should talk with the doctor’s office. I should never have to go the extra mile to get a life requiring medication filled. Insurance companies should allow people to choose their own pharmacy.

CVS Caremark is the worst! It’s an act of Congress to get any medication approved with them. If my doctor puts me on a specific medication, it’s because he feels it will work for me. But instead CVS Caremark will deny to pay for the medication. Unfortunately this is who my company uses but I do not recommend CVS Caremark to anyone!

Do not use them. First, their IT and apps are very glitchy and slow. It is especially glitchy when there are special circumstances. I have a medication which is out of stock often. The last time this happened they offered to give me the brand name, not covered in normal circumstances, in place of the out of stock generic. Whatever they had to do in their system to get it covered kept doing weird things that kept telling me I either wasn't covered, needed a prior authorization (which they had in their system), or I would have to pay near $600. I spent at least 8 hours on the phone with them over 4 days, the week after I got married - when I was supposed to be spending time with my wife and not dealing with incompetence.

Then there was a cheap reimbursement for a medication my wife picked up without Walgreens rerunning my insurance to see if the prior authorization had been completed. My wife paid nearly $100 for it without thinking to ask me if she should wait until I called CVS Caremark. It turns out the prior authorization had been posted at the time my wife paid for the medication. And I couldn't get to Walgreens in time before they purged the information from their system for me to get a refund. Back to Caremark. They reimbursed me $30.50, because that's their contracted rate (shows you just how much pharmacies mark up their prescriptions). That was less than a third of what I paid. I would have been happy with something in the ballpark of what I paid. But CVS Caremark is cheap. They care about your money, not you.

CVS took out the money from my account, put it back into the account and then took out half the money and then drained my checking account. I spent an hour on 10/3/2024 and another hour on 10/8/2024 with a supervisor. I was finally told that they have to take out more to make sure there is enough funds in my account to cover the prescription!!! I couldn’t get gas or use this account for anything else. All the funds were tied up with CVS Caremark. On 10/8 I was told I had to verbally give them approval for the one prescriptions could be filled. I did and it was finally shipped 10/9. When I called customer service on 10/8, I was assured it had already been shipped and she kept saying it was filled and I was calling too early, I couldn’t fill it until December. I kept asking for the tracking number and she kept giving me the order number.

My husband went to his spine back doctor yesterday in severe pain from sciatica and neuropathy. This is a CHRONIC condition. The doctor is scheduling another injection but while we wait for "pre-authorization"; he prescribed him oxycodone without aspirin due to kidney/liver issues. We tried to pick up RX and CVS said the doctor needed to present "prior authorization".?? Why? The doctor issued the script yesterday and sent it to CVS electronically to prevent fraud. CVS Caremark REFUSED to fill prescription until the doctor can fill out an authorization form and submit it to them and THEN they might release his medication??? My husband is in SEVERE pain and we need his meds NOW! The doctor is in surgery today so we may not get any approval until next week? And you call this healthcare???

Biggest bunch of thieves in the country. What's worse - if we were drug addicts - we could probably get the meds on the street FASTER than we can through our insurance company. I'm seeking restitution for pain and suffering and for general lack of empathy with the situation. A REAL person has REAL pain and cannot get help. If he were gay - they'd give him his HIV meds super fast. If he were one of the gender-benders - they'd jump through hoops to get him his "trans" medication. But because he's an older ** male - we have to jump through hoops AND the doctor is forced to jump through hoops when he ALREADY authorized this medication? They should be shut down immediately!

She said I can check on the website. If I knew about it, then I wouldn’t have asked her!

She also provided the wrong information twice and kept mentioning the time that it’s close to 7 PM and that even pharmacies would be closing and that I should try another day as if my prescriptions aren’t even important and urgent. She’s very rude and helpful. She is not a good fit for working at customer service especially with that attitude. I wish I got her full name so that I could make a complaint. Some medications are fully covered and, once the deductible is met, all medications show $0 cost. The medication was shipped to us with a $1200 bill per dose. The continued cost is not sustainable for 99.99% of the population and should not have been sent to us without our acknowledgement and consent, especially since prescription medications are not returnable. We would have never agreed to buying medication at $1200.

We called Caremark customer service seeking assistance and couldn’t get anyone on the phone who had the comprehension and empowerment to do anything. It was always taking our information and passing it on to someone else. I also wrote Caremark twice and no one has the courtesy to respond to my letters. They have a long, drawn out appeals process if you request reduction in prescription cost that is more aligned with the lower prices available locally. It would be best to go to Good RX website and enter the medications and quantities that you will need and they will provide you with a list of pharmacies with discount coupons for each where you can find the lowest costs and then make your choice. This is the worst prescription coverage we have ever had. Several of our long term medications had to be changed because they aren’t covered by CVS. Recently, my doctor prescribed two new medications for me and both were denied by CVS. A doctor and his patient know what is needed for treatment and who are they to simply say, "No, sorry we won’t cover that - sorry bout your luck!"

If I could give them negative stars I would. They have been horrible to deal with. As others have noted, they make no attempt to contact the patient, they just cancel the prescription, even when it is covered and ordered correctly. Then it takes multiple calls and much time to get them to correct their errors. My company switched plans and they have been terrible since day one. Clearly they care only about $$$. If you can send your prescriptions somewhere else, do that!

How can that be when they are the ones transferring me to other people. No one there seems to know what they are doing and only give a runaround so they don't have to cover a medication for a patient. This has happened while calling multiple times for different patients. They never get you to the right department no matter what you say or do. This company is awful. This is the only company that has been a problem.

If I could give a 0 I would, don’t get me wrong some customer service is great! CVS is a nightmare dealing with insurance and I’ve dealt with all them in my city, all the same! What could be so hard to comprehend? If it’s a life or death medication, you better going to your local hospital. I’ve really caught hell after a total knee replacement getting my medication, and other medications, my grandson, well my entire family and ”NO” it didn’t need a PA.

I’ve spoken to several CS and everyone tells me something different. I call insurance company and they have no clue of what CVS is talking about. When CVS Caremark calls them everything changed to the original conversation we had. While dealing with pain and talking to them will make you hurt, or sicker than you are! I have never seen any company that has such lack of knowledge. I’m an understanding person with patience, but after 17 years, I can’t deal with them any more. I rather change insurance and pay more on insurance so I can go to a different pharmacy. Oh, almost forgot go inside and count the medicine, shortage is an #Understatement. They also estimated the cost of an item at $0.00 then charged me over $360 without notification or permission. When I asked if they could tell me the price of a drug before processing it and charging my card they said they couldn't. Yet, my local pharmacy can.

After five phone calls and 5 hours with Aetna and CVS Caremark folks, I am not getting my medications causing me a potentially serious health problem. The customer service people on the phone (usually out of the Philippines) are wonderful, and compassionate, but the Aetna/CVS/Caremark processes do not allow these people to fully solve the problems. When you get to know them and probe them, they will carefully express they are aware and frustrated by CVS/Caremark incompetence. This week I connected with the "director" of CVS Caremark in Nashville, TN to try to resolve my problems... She was very professional, and although she told me what she believed that would have fixed my problems, the CVS-Caremark electronic communications received today proves that the solution is not going to happen. Who has authority in this popcorn-machine company?

Just a snapshot of a few of the problems I have had: There has been an inability to agree on my primary care physician, on the various meds I am supposed to get on the dosages, and on the frequency. I have been told THREE TIMES that my meds had been shipped and they in fact have not. I cannot even get a change at CVS Caremark to update their records re: my primary care physician (which is part of my problem)... HUH????

The ratings of CVS Caremark at this complaint website prove their extensive problems... Where is the Aetna management? Why does our government oversight representative, Medicare/CMS have to be contacted and why are they not able to immediately solve my urgent problem? My reality that leads to my confusion that has repeatedly been conveyed multiple times to Aetna and CVS/Caremark: My Dr. Has prescribed six prescriptions to me... I know my primary care physician name and contact info. I know my medications. I know my medication dosages. I know the frequency of taking the meds. I know my home address to which the meds should be sent. I know how to open a package. I CANNOT SIMPLY GET MY PRESCRIPTIONS???? Seems like it should be pretty simple.... Isn't this the business CVS/Caremark is in?

What's the problem??? Why does any customer of any company have to reach out to that company multiple times, spending many hours re: basic stuff? So y'all-customers are aware, the health insurance companies care about the complaints that are filed with Medicare/CMS that you can reach at 1800 Medicare. Although I wonder why Medicare/CMS does not come down hard on CVS Caremark where the reviews you are reading prove that 87% of a survey rates this company, CVS/Caremark, a one star with many people saying they would post zero or negative numbers if they could... Thanks for the therapy session... I wish I could say I feel better...! Good luck to all of you.... As for me, I am getting as far away from CVS/Caremark as humanly possible and perhaps the same re: Aetna if getting my prescriptions from CVS or Walgreens becomes a problem in the future

If I could give zero stars or even negative stars I would do it. This company has gone to hell since being taken over by "corporate" America. The call center is in the Philippines since their corporate wants have customer service done as cheaply (and poorly) as possible. They could not care less in the Philippines if one gets their medication or not in the US. They read off a teleprompter and have no critical thinking skills whatsoever. They will NOT mail an Rx until 7 days before you run out. So I will be out of heart medication soon, they will not mail it yet, it's a holiday week next week, Caremark won't send the medication for 2-3 days after it's filled in 6 days, they won't guarantee an arrival date and USPS has been unreliable for timely delivery. I guess I'll adjust to not having heart medication for several days.

I have a unique insight into this problem also since I am a pharmacist who worked in a call center for 10 years. We NEVER treated patients like this or held their medication until the last possible second so the 'suits' at the top could reap in more cash. That's all these corporations are about - making more and more cash and not caring at all about patients. CORPORATIONS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OWN HEALTHCARE COMPANIES!!!!

They gave me the run around for 2 days over “customer enrollment” I had to continue calling them as they never reached out to me. They needed more information from my prescriber but they couldn’t reach out, I had to. I did, had the issue resolved in an hour, called them back they said it was processing. I called back the next morning after no call from them that evening, the pharmacy wanted me to deal with the manufacturer coupon, what?!?! It can’t even be done by a patient it says so right on the paperwork. I was on hold for 30 minutes while the supervisor tried to fix it. It worked, they scheduled delivery for the next day and said the med needed to be signed for.

We are now 4 1/2 days into this process. My husband scheduled time off of work, it’s better to have someone with you when you take the 14 day course of treatment cause you can’t do anything until 12 hours after you take it and what if there was an emergency and who is going to be up with the baby while I’m sedated?!? They called back that night at 6:30 to tell me they couldn’t get it to me until after the weekend…that’s another 4 days and not a holiday! I told them this was ridiculous and frankly dangerous, all they did was say “sorry there is nothing we can do. It will arrive on Tuesday.” You have got to be kidding me….8+ days for a prescription that needs to be taken ASAP. I will NEVER go through them again if I can’t avoid it. Caremark and CVS Specialty uses PrudentRX to manage copay assistance programs from drug manufacturers. They charge a large amount ($2k) each month for my specialty drug and they told me it's their policy to charge more if I don't sign up with PrudentRX. If I do sign up with PrudentRX, none of the copay assistance goes against my deductible or out of pocket. However, the manufacturer's assistance program is supposed to cover copays and deductibles.

It doesn't make any sense to me and I've talked to several Caremark customer service persons but no one can really clearly explain to me how everything works. They just advise that I need to sign up with PrudentRX and that I sign over all manufacturer's assistance program to PrudentRX. Why does Caremark use such a program like PrudentRX? I feel like PrudentRX manages the manufacturer's assistance program so that they can take a cut from it. This all seems unfair. There is so much confusion with prescription drug coverage.

I have slowly been trying to use the mail order service as its supposed to be cheaper. I get constant denials for common Diabetic testing supplies and excuses like it's no longer a prescription benefit it's a medical benefit etc., even though I can go get it at the local Pharmacy (It's 50% more expensive). I've called so many times that I am sure my number is flagged as bad customer. CVS Caremark is horrible. They tell you that prescriptions have been sent out (mailed), they delete funds from my bank account, and prescriptions don't arrive for up to a month+. After multiple phone calls and conversations with supervisors for each and every event, at least every two weeks during the past 9-12 months, my situations are seldom if ever resolved. Since I see my Psychiatrist every 3 months, the doctor sends in 3 month refills after visits to keep up with my prescriptions. CVS Caremark will fill and send in ALL new prescriptions sent in by my psychiatrist, which can equal 8-10 bottles worth of different prescriptions after each visit! CVS Caremark then withdraws astronomical funds from my bank, putting me in deficit situations time after time.

When I asked CVS Caremark to withhold the new abundance of prescriptions, until I needed them, CVS Caremark has decided to withheld ALL of my prescriptions, new and old, and require that I call in each and every time to speak to a "special representative" in order to withhold new prescriptions, and just send out the ones that I need. Finally, The horrible telephone connections communication response delays are absolutely the worse and have a terrible wait times during a phone call, when trying to rectify the many issues they initiated.

Have been dealing with Caremark desperately trying to get a prescription of ** to be filled last several months. They've told me that it needed prior authorization which my physician has supplied at least twice. My physician's office has spoken with me & Caremark several times to help me get my script. Caremark representatives told me that the pharmacist had to run the script (which would be denied) and then call them for an override. My pharmacy that I've supported for over 10 years, can't order this ** so I had to go to another pharmacy. I asked the Caremark rep for a reference number if I had to call again so I wouldn't have to go through the entire mess again. She told me Caremark doesn't keep records of conversations (incidents..call ins). Kinda shocking to hear that in today's computer age. So, when it didn't happen as that Caremark rep told me it would, guess what, I had to call and AGAIN go through the wrong conversation (along with being on hold for almost and hour & transferred). UGH!

Finally the new local pharmacist told me that it's pricing creating the issue. Caremark didn't want to pay for larger dose of ** so makes it complicated for customer, pharmacist & physician to prescribe & fill it. I'll have to go through this every month according to Caremark & new pharmacist! It's the PBM that makes it a mess for customers & pharmacies. As usual, it's money that controls things. Good luck getting good customer care....and any real solutions to issues.

After talking with several professionals, the new medication they will cover, is LESS effective and often does not work. I ordered a prescription for the first time in January, 2024, through the Caremark website. I requested a 90-day supply, which was $80, much cheaper than the 30-day supply for $40. I received a 30-day supply. I let it go. Two days ago (February, 2024) I ordered two medications, one of which was the same medication I ordered in January. I requested 90-day supplies for both. Each medication was $80 for a 90-day supply. I received a confirmation that I would be receiving a 30-day supply for both. One was $40 for 30 days and one was $95 for 30 days, so a total of $135.

The $95 prescription was for a generic of the name brand drug I have been taking for a long time. I had requested the name brand drug. I looked at the Caremark website and it clearly states that my insurance does not cover the generic brand, only the name brand. I don't have a preference for whether I take a name brand drug or the generic, but clearly, I don't understand why they would send me the generic if it costs MORE than the name brand drug. Why would I pay $95 for a 30-day supply when I can get a 90-day supply for $80?

I called Caremark to cancel both prescription orders and see if I could get the right ones processed. The young man I spoke with was very polite but he couldn't fix everything. He said he had put through requests to cancel both incorrect prescriptions but couldn't guarantee they would be canceled. He was unable to process a request for the correct prescriptions and said he would have to transfer me to someone else. I told him I do not feel comfortable ordering anything online from Caremark at this point, since I have only ordered from them now for 2 months and in both months, the orders were not what I ordered. I told him I would continue buying my prescriptions from my local pharmacy. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I understand that CVS is merely a vehicle for getting medications to patients. My issue is with the messaging as it can be confusing when I receive multiple messages from CVS saying that my medication will be shipped on a date only to get a message on the date I'm supposed to receive it saying that I now need prior authorization.

I got the runaround for two weeks now after placing my initial order saying I'd receive it on a date, that date gets cancelled, then I'm told to hold tight waiting on prior authorization, then... I get another message from CVS asking me to confirm a new shipment date which I confirm. Why ask or initiate this question with a patient if you have never received the actual prior authorization (?) because then I assume based on the new shipment date established that my order is good to go/the prior authorization has gone through. Then, no, order gets put on hold again with the same message of needing prior authorization. I'm not necessarily blaming people at CVS but there are definitely some flaws with CVS's automated ordering/confimation systems... My medication is now one week late and this is the 2nd or 3rd it's happened just like this over the last two years.

They told me that they tried and failed to refill it because Caremark is saying that they filled it as the 90 day refill per my plan. They did not. They only approved a 30 day supply. When I called Caremark, the agent understood and called the pharmacy but it wasn't open, so he said he would make notes for when I called back. When I called back, the agent put me on hold and got her supervisor, who I had to explain to all over again. She understood but said she needed approval to do an "override to account plan" and submitted a "sales force case" tagged urgent. She said it could take up to 48 for a call back.

So not only am I out of meds due to their ineptitude, they will call me back so that I have to explain this for the third time. Why they aren't just calling the pharmacy is beyond me. Let's hope my emergency inhaler can carry me over until the maintenance med is refilled. What a sorry excuse for a company. I have no choice but to use this company because it's employee sponsored. You can't actually fill a LOT of prescriptions at their store, CVS, the only place that actually accepts their garbage insurance, because their pharmacists refuse "on moral grounds". It's run by crazy religious-fanatics who don't like people having medicine, so they refuse to fill certain prescriptions. Then their mail order system you're forced to use is a complete disaster. Half the time they literally lose the script your doc calls in, then it takes 5-10 business days for them to start reprocessing it because they have to do re-submissions by snail mail or fax & wait for a response in kind. Then 3-5 days to start processing it. 5+ days to receive it after they finally send it. For a total of almost a month to get a script.

The other half of the time it takes them a week to process the script your doc calls in. And God help you if/when you have to call in & try & get it fixed. They're not even bad insurance; it's a scam. A flat out scam. Do not sign up for this insurance. Whatever it takes to get another carrier, do it. CVS Caremark needs to be criminally investigated & CVS' pharmacists need their licenses revoked by the state they work in before they kill someone with diabetes or something who depends on their medicine to live. I would give CVS Caremark 0 Stars if allowed. Unfortunately, my company switched insurance companies and I had no choice but to use CVS Caremark for a pricey prescription. My issue is that the company processed a payment of $230 from my debit card on Jan 17th, when I removed this as a form of payment and replaced it with my FSA account. Numerous calls to CVS Caremark and speaking to their Senior Account Resolution team and my funds are not back in my checking account a week later.

I asked for an explanation from the numerous representatives and supervisors that I spoke to, and not one could give me an answer. I was advised this matter would be resolved and my funds would be back in my account in 1 business day, and that did not happen. If this happened to me, then I can assure you it has happened to other customers. I will no longer be using CVS Caremark and have transferred all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy (albeit it will be more expensive), but I refuse to give CVS Caremark anymore.

I was told to contact the benefits office. That was done, everything is in order on the company's side. Still can't register. Call back - told the same thing - contact benefit office - over and over and over again. Benefit office has done all they can - The failure is on the Caremark side. It shouldn't be this hard to register on a stupid website to get your prescriptions filled. I wish there was a less than 1 star rating.

Go elsewhere if you can but most likely you are locked into them due to your insurance plan which will bring you to this site as most likely you've already been screwed by them and the handling of your needed prescriptions. My doctor sent in a script to the CVS mail order pharmacy however the pharmacist decided that he would wait to talk to the doctor before filling it since the new script had a dosage change. What an IDIOT! In today's healthcare, Do you think doctors have the time to respond to such nonsense?

On this logic, I would assume that if I was prescribed a new medication that idiot would not fill it either w/o speaking to the physician since I wasn't prescribed it before, right? Stupidity! This is the logic they use at Caremark and if you ask for a supervisor they are as efficient and bright as a rock. I dealt with a sup named Tonya for 45mins, Sup named Tammy ID ** 30mins, account coordinator Marshall ref #** (lied and said he was Tammy's boss and refused to give me his ID#), a CSR Vicki who refused to get me a supervisor again, a CSR named Olivia and a CSR named Monica B who needs to clean out her ears and should not be answering the phone-along with her supervisor Kerry (who I could not talk to directly only via the useless Monica B).

I also asked what state they were headquartered in last week when I had questions about my prescription plan and the rep refused to tell me. Absolutely ridiculous and ZERO common sense as you can Google and find it out the exact address but their reps wouldn't disclose the State? People please continue to complain and file your grievances on this sad and pathetic pharmacy.

Another BIG company that just doesn't care about their customers. Sadly I was beginning to think well of CVS as a mail order pharmacy until my Medicare Part D Provider changed from them to a different mail order Rx provider. As 2023 came to a close CVS assured me twice that they were going to refill my scripts one more time. Then on Jan. 1, 2024 they just threw out all member info and order status as though I never existed. Too Bad... Sucks to be You! No Notification, No Order Cancellation update. By the time I realized that my needed refills were not coming my account was inactive and I needed to have new scripts written by my Dr (s) and transmitted to the new mail order pharmacy. I will go days without my needed meds. BAD CVS!

The most recent example, I still have a medication that they say is delayed in shipment now for about 3 weeks. They blamed it on the holidays but they say they shipped the order Dec 28, the tracking numbering USPS says it wasn't delivered to them until January 8. How are the holidays involved in these dates? With other orders they confirm receipt almost immediately and say they are working on it. But then you don't hear anything for weeks and then you get a letter via snail mail saying that they cannot process your order for some inane reason. My Dr will no longer work with them because they keep screwing up things related to insurance coverage.

In 4 days I have spent over 6 hours attempting to straighten out the issue. This is unacceptable. I would never recommend this company and only use them because I have to based on cost. I was informed that this process usually takes 3-5 days for them to decide once they receive the information from my doctor. Who do they think they are? Not only can I not get my medication for a week but I have a prescription from a board certified physician which should be enough. These people are nothing more than bean counters and do not care one bit about the customers using their service! I've had to go elsewhere 3 times now, even though I'm paying for their service. I've been a CVS Caremark customer for years and my experiences have gotten worse and worse. But this last was the final straw and I will never use them again. Weeks before my prescription expired, I made sure my doctor sent it in. I even set it up to auto-refill hoping for maximum efficiency. As my meds were about to run out, I checked and saw that they were going to be refilled on that day. Thought that was good. But they never showed up. My meds ran out and I checked to see if they had shipped. The date for the auto-refill had changed to that day. I felt like I was in a bar with a "free beer tomorrow" sign.

The website is an absolute nightmare and calling was almost worse. It took me 20 minutes of answering the same questions over and over to actually get someone on the phone. Then I got to answer all of those questions again. The guy I talked to put me on hold forever. I found out why. He was actually on hold waiting for one of his supervisors to answer HIS call. Since my doctor would be furious if I wasn't taking these particular meds, I told them I wanted them to expedite the shipping. They said I would have to pay more and I said no. This was a problem of their making and they should be paying for it. I got put back on hold for a while. When they came back on, they had an even more ridiculous suggestion.

I could call a local pharmacy, ask the local pharmacy to call this same CVS Caremark phone number and CVS Caremark would have the local pharmacy fill it. Why would I subject anybody else to this hassle. So we went back to just mailing it to me. After a total of 53 minutes of hold and hassle, I thought we had both my meds on the way. But no. The next day, I get a robo-text that one of them could not be filled. I've been without that one for two weeks now. Just pay the extra and have someone competent fill your prescriptions.

I've been a loyal CVS customer for 27 years and have had many bad experiences over the years, but the latest one is the worst. After trying to order 2 refills and ** and ** online a couple of days ago, the website kept shutting down at checkout. So I had no choice but to call them as a last resort. After calling and being on hold three separate times, for 10-14 minutes each (and listening to the loud, irritating music!), I finally talked to the pharmacist and was able to order the meds, with CarePass same day delivery, I thought everything was good. I mentioned to the pharmacist that I had also ordered some store items, and was told they would be delivered together. About an hour later, I got a text that the order has been picked up.

A few minutes later, I heard a light knock on my door and when I opened the door to get it, the man had set my meds in front of the door and was rushing to the elevator. I shouted "where is the rest of my order?" But he didn't answer. I immediately checked my email and it said all items had been delivered but they weren't. So I called to check if I had been charged for the things I didn't get. My account was charged. I then spent 30 minutes on hold trying to contact Roadie corporate office to follow up, but after the extremely long wait, I was given the option of getting a callback, so I entered my phone number.

A customer service rep called me back 2 hours later and said they only delivered the meds and to call CVS customer service about the missing items but after wasting 4 hours of my day already, I didn't have the time or patience to wait on hold again to speak to customer service, so I'm totally disappointed and disgusted with this happening time and time again. I'll try the process of getting my money back again on Monday. I definitely will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

CVS Caremark will not cover my epilepsy medications. Either of them. Started prior authorization with my neurologist and tried with my pcp. Within 5 minutes they denied both medications. I hadn't even left my doctors office. That's how quick the denial came.

Obviously they did not bother to look at how this medication was medically necessary to keep me from having seizures. Patient care is not important to this company. I am almost out of my medication and am terrified to start having seizures again. I work and drive far distances. I had to verbally follow-up and found that what is listed was not really where they are in fulfillment. Called about a refill script that said on the web portal they "needed more info from care provider." When I called they indicated that in reality the medication "was out of stock." No options given, just wait and maybe there will be a restock. Had I not called, I would have just kept killing time because they obviously don't care to let you know the facts.

Each time with CVS Caremark I get a different excuse, which makes me feel like I'm being lied to. They say it's too soon to refill, but I haven't had a refill since June, they say I need more justification from my Doctor despite covering my medication for the past 2 years, then they say they have a supply issue for the brand drug and only have the generic in stock. Lies lies lies. Each time I get a notification that my order is being processed, I then get a contradictory email that it's denied or on hold. I want to stress that these are recent issues, something is going on with this company.

Also, at the pharmacy (where mistakes could even be deadly) they do the same there and the way they cashier is by calling the customer to cashier, 1/2 process then, call the next one in line over to next door cashier, 1/4 process and are toggling between each customer not giving full attention to the customer and making us feel like we have to hurry. The same is with the back Pharmacy techs, they are bombarded. The pharmacy is also so small. Not sure if mentioned but the toggling is also being done in the regular customer lines. Also, the store is so filthy both inside and outside and even pee is not cleaned up.
