Recently the city of Sterling, CO has announced that our drinking water has levels of uranium above the standards set by EPA and suggested we use another source of drinking water. Prior to the announcement, the Wal-Mart here sold case of 4 gallons of drinking water for $2.04. Single gallons sold for $0.68.

I went to Wal-Mart Saturday May 3rd,2008 to buy cases of drinking water as I had done for over 2 years I have lived here. The price under the cases on the self reflect the $2.04 cost, however, when I got to the register, was told by the clerk and by the manager on duty both that they no longer sell the water by the case. I did point out it was priced that way on the self, but they refused to sell the water by the case.

Since everyone here is now buying water to drink, and we are a small town with limited stores, I feel they have made this adjustment as a means of soaking the community for extra revenue. I think this is taking advantage of a community that is already suffering. Many can't really afford to buy drinking water, but have no choice. The few extra cents mean a lot to them. Thank you for listening.

I had pay for some stamps and other items. The clerk did not have any. So she sent word to Chad that she need them for me. He just walked around talking to different sales ladies ,and then walked to the door for about a minute he saw me looking at him. He then walked back out into the store about the first row of shelf picked up a case of water looked at me,and then walked into customer service and out through a doorinto a room. All this took over 15 minutes.

So I walked over to customer service and got my money back. I thank this manager need to attend a customer relation class,or maybe the store manager Marlene Thomas should be told about this person so that wouldn't do this to someone again. Thank You for your time

No Damage just wasted about twenty minutes wating on someone not wanting to wate on a customer

I'm appalled at the section in the store where the book/magazines are displayed. There is a three section display that is for ** book and magazines!! WHY!!?? Yet there are books and magazines displayed in all of the rest of the section showing and displaying ** books...!!! I don't see a section labeled ** or Oriental or Polish etc... Isn't it time to stop the segregation and just get along!!! When stores do this it is a display of Bowing down to a race or culture and the heck with the rest!!!

In Texas we deal with a lot of Mexican/Spanish geared cable stations and menu's and the rest of the country only assisting Spanish on all public forums - well it all needs to stop!!! Wal-Mart should take down this display focusing on ** and realize we are all americans and stop segregation - get with the times. It is stuff like this which fuels discrimination and separation!!!! In past it was discrimination against the African, Spanish races - well wake up and look we have discrimination against the ** in this country- this is insane!!!

First for all standing in line to check out, they open a register that I,m standing at make me move back so they can check out someone standing in front of me, and pass the register. This may not seem like a task to you but my mother is behind me in a wheel chair, and 3 other people behind her, waiting to check out. The people in front of me that she wanted to check out is next in line to be checked out in the front register.

Then comes a person with an attitude telling me that I have to get into the line in front of me. I don't need to tell you that is is all most impossible to move a cart full of grocerys and my mother. Now I have to wait so that the people in front of me are taken care of while the people in back of me are being checked out.

Now after all the waiting we go to exit the building and you have a person at the door checking everything that isn't in a bag. Which my mother purchased two Metal Roosters. She desides to put up some posters and tells us to wait. and I said no,and kept walking, mind you it is raining very hard, she yells out in front of everyone that she is going to call security on us and I said that she could kiss my ---, and kept walking.

I quess what I'm trying to say is if you don't want the disableds money it will be taken elsewhere. They need to change their way of doing things, and right now. I'm telling everyone that I know what happened and not to shop at Wal Mart. We are the people spending our money and don't need to be treated as though we are the crimminals

Yesterday (4/28/08) my daughter went the Gym in the late afternoon. She placed her purse in the trunk of her car. While she was in the Gym (about an hour) a car approached her parked car, broke the driver's window, climbed through the back, broke through the back seat and stole her purse. The Citrus Heights Police Department was called to the scene of the crime when my daughter came back out to her car. In her purse were 2 credit cards, her driver's licence, cellphone, and her original Social Security Card. The theives drove less than a mile to the WalMart SuperCenter. They took my daughter's two Credit Cards and attempted to charge $400 on her Golden One Credit Card, it was declined at the point of Check out (the reason it was declined, was for insuffient funds in my daughters account)...they then pulled out the second card (Capital One) and charged approx. $150 in items, it is unclear as to why there was a lesser amount, maybe the card was initially declined as well.

My point It was a male using my daughter's charge card The name on the card is a female name...Why didn't someone catch this at the time of check out? Here is the reason why...WalMart does not check for I.D. It is against store policy. Where you aware of this? I assumed that most stores check I.D., not only for their protection, but for our protection as well? When I called to ask Customer Service why they didn't check I.D., they told me that they are not allowed to. My second point...Apparently the theives know of this policy. They went straight to WalMart. They probably have done this before and probably will continue on with this pattern of crime. So does WalMart support Crime? I realize that the true crime is against the Credit Card Companies. But, does WalMart profit from this Policy'? Are there any existing laws that have been broken here? By this store having this Policy?

The Economic damage is damage to us all... If theives know that they can take their stolen Credit Cards to the Stores that do not check I.D., than that Store is part of that Circle of Crime...in my opinion... Again, I am not sure if ANY laws have been broken, but...I am a mother speaking on my daughter's behalf, and this could have happened to any one of us... I am not here to slander WalMart in any way...but, I was very surprised to learn of their Policy.... Thank you for your time...

I picked a couple of K cereal bars in Walmart, Quincy. The price on the box was 1.98 but the cashier rang in 3.50. When I pointed it out to her, she went to make a phone call to someone then came back telling me that she's only a cashier and go with whatever price the machine listed, then she proceed with other items. A man in the Walmart uniform stopped by. When the cashier briefted him the issue, he said 'someone sticked the wrong price on the box'. I said to him that not just that box, I have another box with the same price. He still insisted that I have to 'pay the price in the machine, not on those boxes'.

I've asked to see the manager, they told me to go to customer service. When I told Debbie at customer service, she said, with an unpleasant voice, that 'I can give you 1 box'. No apologize. I indicated to her that other stores such as Stop&Shop or Shaw would have give customers the item for free if the price tag were incorrect, but that's not what I'm looking for. I just want those boxes of cereal and what to pay the price labeled on the box. She said each store is diff. I've asked for the manager but she ignored me. Isn't that illegal practice?

Just so that you know, this isn't the 1st but the 3rd time it happened to me, and very single time I've got that kind of 'so what', 'who care' attitute from cust serv person! I don't shop here often, (2-3 times a year), even though it's only a few miles away for that reason. I hope no one has to thru what I've been, especially those innocent elderlies.

My father bought me a televison from there about 2-3 months ago. It worked great, except for the sound would go in and out sometimes. Sunday morning I went too turn the television on and nothing. I tried the remote and nothing. I tried pushing the button in and then the button fell in the set. I unplugged it and it says it will reset itself...Well i did that and nothing. I had some friends come over and help me load it into my SUV too take it back. And we got there and after an hour we were still no closer. First there was a problem with the serial number wouldn't regerster in their computer system.

And then They eneded up calling a manager too come over and deal with this. And she said quit loud that maybe the television wasn't even ours. Once they said, they didn't sell those televisions. And now they are saying that maybe we stole a television and are trying to get money for it. I don't want money. I wanted the television exchanged for the same model but one that would work for longer then 2-3 months. And finally from the serial number on the back of the television they told me that it was a 2006 model. So makes me wonder how they are selling me a few short months ago a model from the year before.

To say the least we got no where with the manager at Walmart besides her making me out too feel that i have done something wrong, because they don't want too switch the TV set to one that works. I didn't have my reciept, but by looking at the television you can tell it was or is new. It was a big mistake buying a television from Walmart. I will never shop there again, and i will make sure i tell all my family and friends of the treatment i had to endure.

Physical damage. I am a single mother of three children. One who is disabled and enjoys watching cartoons. I don't have the money to have it sent out, I was told they are pretty much disposible televisions. Just the stress and agrivation i had too go through up there over a television i purchased from there. I won't shop there ever again.

She then suggested that i go over to the mens apparrel, so i did. When i got over there i noticed that there was a bunch of different gloves that had been priced wrong the tag on the rck said they were $2.96 and the tag on the gloves said that they were $9.46 so i took a pair of gloves up to the sevice desk cpounter and asked the clerk up there if i could get a price check , so she did.

I had no problems what so ever with her so the store manager started getting rude with me telling me that was wrong and didnt evev call the mens dept. to verify or anything. sothe rep. called back there and sure enough the gloives were $9.46sio i said ok and walked out of the builing, and headed towards the bus stop.I made it about 50' outside the builing and the store manager chased me down and outside in front of everybody he started accusing me of changing price tags and/or shoploifting.

there was no physical damage other than the confrontation in front of all the other patrons that were outside of walmart @ the same time that i was. it was quite an embarressing time for me.

I was shopping at the Renton Walmart today (April 25th) and was looking for a car wash brush and found that there was one left on the shelf but it was missing the handle. I went over and asked the store associate at the tire center and asked if there was more available.

There were 2 associates at the counter, Teresa and Zeny. They both started to laugh at me and said something to each other in some foreign language. Zeny looked at me and said in a very rude way to go to the Covington store. I asked if she could find out if the store had one and she very rudely said that I should just go there. I looked at her and commented that she could have at least been nice about it and she said Oh My goodness to a customer that she had started to help.

She did not care about how I felt and I had several people next to me who commented that I should complain to a manager. I left and went back to ask them what their names were. Zeny was still at the counter and she gave me her name, Teresa was away and she very rudely yelled out her name and they both said THIS IS OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE and GOODLUCK TO YOU.

We were all so shocked to see how they reacted. They did not care about how we felt and told us to go ahead with our complaint. On our way out we asked to speak to a Manager and repeated our experience of what happened. Her comment to us was that usually Zeny and Teresa are not like that and she will take care of it. We were amazed at the way these two associates behaved and hope that some sort of action is taken as it seemed that they did not care and I don't beleive this is not how a customer should be treated.

I called the first time and they said they had no parts (they were the actual manufacturers of the swing) except for the frame. They then referred me to two different websites.

I contacted both of these sites and they told me they get calls from people referred by Walmart all the time and they can't figure out why. They don't have parts for patio furniture manufactured by Walmart. It is just a scam to get people off the line. Beware if you buy furniture from Walmart and it breaks (and it will) you will not be able to find parts to fix it so we are now out an expensive item and we've only had it for two years.

Walmart lists item number 000550652 (PS3 Sixaxis Controller) online for $39.88. One option is to find it in a store, with the other two options being, ship to your house or ship to the store for pickup. I choose the option to find it in a store and it listed that item as being in stock at a Walmart about 8 miles (twenty minute drive) away.

I went back to electronics and found the item but noticed it was priced at $49.98. I asked the employee if he could scan the item and he said it wasn't necessary because $49.98 was the correct price. I explained that I had looked up the item online and it was a lower price. He then pulled up the Walmart website and confirmed I was correct. He informed me that I could go home and order the item online and could then pick the item up at the store, if I wanted to get it for $39.88. Otherwise, I would have to pay the $49.98 price.

I then went to customer service for some clarification and the customer service employee stated that she didn't know how the online/in store pricing worked. I then talked with a customer service manager (Stacy) and she was equally confused by the policy. She stated that I should just go order the product and then pick it up at the store. I informed her that I had already driven twenty minutes and that they had plenty of this item in stock right now. She stated that the warehouse would send in one for me and that is why I would have to go and order it. I explained, it would be the same item they currently have in electronics and she again informed me that she really didn't understand how it worked.

I then asked to talk to another manager but he (Scott Co-Manager) was too busy or didn't want to come up to see me. He related to her that if I wanted that price, I would have to go and order it. I explained several times that one of the options listed on the Walmart.Com site was to find this item at a store. The only price listed was $39.88 and that if that price was not going to be honored in store, it should state that clearly on that page.

I then called 1-800-Walmart and talked with Tammy. Tammy didn't seem to understand the online/in store pricing either but stated that the online and in store prices aren't always the same. I explained as a customer, if I use the find it in a store option, I expect the price to be the same as what was listed by the find it in a store option. I feel like I was tricked in to coming to the store only to be told I need to go back home and order it, or pay the higher price. After looking at the website in more detail, on another page, in small print there is some mention that prices online may not be the same as the instore pricing. However, this is not listed clearly where the find it in a store option is and so it is very misleading. Clearly, they need to list that prices online may be different than in store and to call prior to visiting the store. Of course they won't do this though, because they want you to go to the store.

20 Minutes each way driving to the store. 30 minutes in store trying to get an explaination as to why the price was not honored in store. 10 Minutes on the phone with Walmart customer service. I feel that a find it in store option that has a price listed online, should be honored in store. Clearly this is misleading and is a tactic to get people to visit the stores.

Went back this week to buy one for a friend. Got it home and the barrel would not open. Brought it back to exchange. Dropped new one at his house, barrel would not open. Took it apart and found the catch that holds the barrel closed is machined wrong and could only be opened with a screwdrive.

Purchsed a metal flip target while I was there. Took it home opened it up and it had been used. Stick on targets gone or stuck to metal target and dents from being shot. I could go no and on. It's a 30 mile trip one way from my home. This is a trip I will no longer be making.

More examples; Digital camera, did not work. Lense would not open. Bag cutter for my sealer, plastic part on cutter knife broke during 1st use. Looked at one my friend had bought at another store and found this part to be metal. His had same # as mine except for one letter added at end of serial. We paid the same. As I was standing in line at Walmart, I noticed a boy and his mother with a one gallon fish bowl and all the things to put in it. The fish in the bag was a large catfish, one that certainly needed more water than that and a heater as well.

I asked them if the salesperson told them that fish was ok for that bowl, and they said yes. I warned them that it would not survive in a bowl, but they said they'd just buy a new one if it did.

Walmart should not sell fish if this is the way they are doing it, and after seeing this I will no longer shop at this store.

I left my 95 lb dog in his crate for 45 minutes only to come home to the wire on the door having broken welds and the wire bent up at my dog's eye level. I understand that some dogs will be able to damage their crates, I just feel that the crate should withstand my dog trying to reach a toy that ended up outside of his crate. This damage has not only made this brand new crate unusable, my dog could have been seriously injured had he been left for a longer period.

No parts are replaceable, except the tray, and it is not possible to order a new door. I was told to go purchase a new crate at full price. I spent $74.99- This crate didn't even last me a whole day!

Apparently the warranty is void once your animal has been inside the crate. When I brought it back to exchange, or get my money back I was told that there was nothing that could be done for me. I was told I should have inspected the crate for any defect before leaving my animal in it.

Walmart has TERRIBLE customer service. The superstores are the worst culprits. I have had problems trying to find items like a picture frame hook for example and when I eventually find a sales associate they point in some indiscriminate direction and say its over there in housewares. I knew that!

I recently went on line to find a specialty bike that Walmart sells. The web site said it was at limited stores. I tried calling several stores in my area. I was put on hold about ten minutes at each location and was NEVER connected the the department. Finally I did call a location that helped me.

I have begun shopping at Target and other stores now. Walmart is no longer the mecca of department stores for me. I agree with Patricia from Georgia. Walmart seems to think its monopolizing the retail industry and has slacked off emphasizing good service to customers. I disagree with Patricia they are fearing that bad employees will use the race card. Probably the managers fear the workers will use the I can find a better job than this one card. The employees seem disgruntled to me. Wake up, Walmart. Even the most successful business can go down the tubes without customers.

However, upon arriving at the store, there were NO CARTS available. We asked customer service about this, and they said that there were too many people in the store and they had run out of carts. I couldn't believe it. Anyways we did our shopping, and I threw my back out for having to carry such heavy things. When we got the cash, the cashier laughed and said 'looks like you guys could use a cart!'. When we went to our car, there must have been AT LEAST 50 carts in various places throughout the parking lot, and we could see a group of Wal-Mart 'cart boys' smoking and throwing snowballs at each other. Completely unacceptable. Next time, I'm going to shop at a store that actually cares about people's well being and are not lazy.

I usually call the store manager to complain or compliment a WalMart employee. Compliments may be passed on but it is obvious the complaints are not addressed. With so many registers to choose from, you still have to search for one with a light on. It appears WalMart really does not even want customer relations with all the self-service stations they have opened. I chose register #8 today and like every other time, here was a cashier that obviously does not want to work. The hateful glare she gave me and the way she slowly strolled to position made that clear. I made one casual remark trying to be courteous and she did not speak. I knew she wasn't a mute when one of her friends walked by and she stopped to chat and laugh with her. But from beginning to end, she never spoke to me.

Because this is common here at our Walmart, I managed to complete my entire Christmas last year without ever walking through their door. If WalMart thinks that now they have the monopoly and can forget all about customer relations, it is time customers show them to be wrong. Prices may vary a little at other stores on some items, but I am learning to shop around. If I have to use coupons to make up the difference, so be it. It appears to me, WalMart is afraid of their own employees. I think they are so afraid of an employee screaming the race card, they will not enforce common courtesy. Mr. Walton would never believe what his company has come to. He shopped his own stores and would even fire employees like the one that checked me out today. Those were the 'good ole days' when an employee knew to be courteous, or find another job.

I purchase groceries maybe twice every month for a household of four. When the check out lady was scanning one of the priced down meats walmart was offering, she struggled in entering a barcode. Then turned and asked me if my purchase was on an access card. At the time I did not know what an access card was and said I'm sorry? And she replied, "Can I see your blue card, CAN I HAVE YOUR FOOD STAMP CARD!" I looked at her with disbelief, and in shock at the question she was asking me. I asked her why she thought I was paying for my groceries with a food stamp card? She replied that she couldn't scan the meat, which made NO sense to me whatsoever.

I asked her if the color of my skin or the amount of groceries I was purchasing was the reason she was asking me such a question. She replied that this was a question she asked everyone. However in the last 7 years that I have shopped at walmart, and purchased the same yellow marked down meats, I have never, ever been asked such a question. Neither have I ever felt so degraded and humiliated in front of other people. I asked her if she could please get someone else to check me out and she replied I didn't want to help you anyway, your being so HATEFUL! I responded, "Your being very RACIAL." I then proceeded to look for a manager to assist in the rest of my check out. I might have to purchase my groceries with a credit card at times and pay back the funds in payments. However I take pride providing for my family and working hard to earn the money to purchase my groceries. I felt as if the color of my skin was a disability that day and she made me feel very degraded. I will never forget this incident or shop at walmart EVER AGAIN!

Other than feeling degraded, and humiliated, no real damage was done. I was happy my children were not there to see her humiliate me in this way and have them think of there nationality as a handicap instead of one of God's many gifts.

That didn't exactly do me any good either. I had to call 3 different times and listen to the automated system for about 10 minutes before actually being connected to a representative.

He was not helpful at all. I was told that I had 2 options...return it to the store, either for a refund which would take 2 billing cycles to be returned to my credit card or if they had the product available I could exchange it. The second option was to pay the shipping and handling to mail it back and wait patiently for a replacement. I don't understand, they took my money immediately, why should it take 2 billing cycles to receive it back? Furthermore, to claim to have such great customer service why can't they easily resolve a problem. I mean they could pre-ship the replacement to the store so that when I go to exchange it it's a 5 minute process.

I went to the Electronics to buy a wireless router, and was planning to buy a camera too. I went to look at the camera displays and at the same time, I was talking on my phone. When I went to Electronics, Bob Nowell, Assistant Manager, called me and accused and harassed me in front of an employee that I intimidated Josephine Domingue. He told me that Josephine Domigue called him and said that I intimidated her. Do I have no right to look for the cameras? Looking for cameras is an intimidation? Do I have no right to go to this store that makes her intimidated? How can that be? Bob Nowell never investigated the facts, he just believed what Josephine Domigue viciously lied to him about me. Where is the justice here?

The first complaint was last Thanksgiving 2007. I developed my pictures online and when the time to pick up my pictures were not available because the Manager of Photo Lab and Josephine Domingue hid my pictures since the Manager accused me of deporting Josephine Domingue. I even brought this attention to Co-Manager Steve. I forgot his last name. I believed that these behaviors by employees are inappropriate towards a customer. The fact that Josephine Domigue was making false allegations against a customer is totally unacceptable. This is not the first incident that happened in this store that I complained about and it happened again the second time.

I felt like I was a criminal to be treated like that. I am a customer who came to the store to buy things and received harassment from the employees. Where's the justice here?

Yesterday I walked into the brand new super Walmart in Morehead, KY. This store has only been in business approx. 3 weeks. I went back to purchase some new fish. I am a fish enthusiast so needless to say I love them! I was appalled by what I saw. They had several tanks of goldfish. I counted 75 dead before I just gave up trying to count, and several that were on the bottom of the tank were gasping for air. There were also several other various dead fish. I then looked at the Spotted Puffers which should never, ever be kept in a 10- gallon tank with more than 2 or 3 at the very most. There were around 20 puffers. These fish had nipped and gnawed at each other until almost every fin was gone. I don't even know how the poor things were swimming. I then decided I was going to buy as many fish as I could afford to get them out of these conditions. I could only afford to buy 14 fish since I would have to buy two new tanks as well to house them. Some could go into pre-existing tanks, but at least 5 would have to have a new home altogether. The lady took my order and started bagging the fish when she reached into the top tank and caught one of the smaller fish. It jumped from the net as she removed it from the tank. Without even attempting to see if the fish was okay she just gaped at it.

My son reached down and picked it up to see if it was okay. Which of course after that fall...would you be okay? The lady placed it back in the net and put it in the bag for me to take home. I figured it had a better chance with me than being put back in the tank to just die! We packed our fish home and placed them in either their new tanks or in a holding tank until I fixed their new tanks depending on where they would end up. Before the night was out I noticed the Albino Dojo Loach I had bought was in bad shape. He was barely breathing. Upon closer inspection I saw that his top fin had been ripped nearly completely from his body. I guess with so many in the tank at Walmart I hadn't noticed this. I tried everything I could, but he passed two days later.

Also I had purchased three glofish/zebra danios. Two of these died within two days as well for no apparent reason. I figure it was stress from the previous tank at Walmart with so many fish, or a disease. I kept the third quarantined and treated him the best I could. He is now thriving. We almost lost the Albino Oscar as well, but with a lot of TLC we were able to keep him alivel. The two puffers are thriving now and repair has begun on their poor fins. I cannot explain what this experience was like. Never again will I even be able to go to the fish dept. at Walmart. I cannot believe any person could see this happening and not want to fix the problem. What is wrong with these people?

I didn't even attempt to take the dead fish back to Walmart. Why would I have? After see what they lived in...death with me was probably at least a better way to go. (I am not interested in money or legal complaints, etc. I just want to know what to do to stop this from happening, but after reading all the complaints against Walmart I guess there is no way to stop it! Walmart can probably say that fish will die, and sometimes it can't be prevented. I understand this is the case...sometimes, but go into a REPUTABLE pet store, and you won't find this happening.

Everyone always seem so friendly. I bought $35.25 worth of groceries. I paid $15.25 with a check and gave her $20.00 cash. When she put the check in she asked me for my ID. I told her I left my pocketbook in the car because no one usually ask me for my ID. She said she ask everyone for their ID. She got really mad and loud and told me her husband was a cop. I asked her what did that have to do with this conversation unless it was a threat? I told her I was taking it as a threat.

I went on out of the line, and she was talking to the lady behind me about our conversation--and loudly so. I asked for the lady in charge, Dana, and she called the manager. I think his name was Mark. I told him what happened, and she was still talking. He told me that he would talk to her and get back to me. I would have let it go if she had not told me her husband was a cop. We are in the city where the man shot the couple coming out the front door. I have had knee replacement surgery, and I try not to have my pocketbook with me because I could not run if someone tried to rob me. Actually, I was on my way home from Physical Therapy. I will say she did put my groceries in my cart, and I did thank her. She saw me limping. I would think that with me being old enough to be her mother, there would be some kind of respect--and secondly a customer. I have had three businesses, and none of my workers were ever supposed to talk to the customers the way she talked to me.

I would like for her to be disciplined--not lose her job because she may need to work, but know that she can't talk to customers that way and not use her husband working as a cop to threaten people.

Walmart was told that the car was to raise funds for our Principal who passed away over the weekend, these funds would help the family transport his remains to Ireland. We asked if these funds raised would be matched by walmart, and Walmart agreed to match the funds raised at this car wash. We announced this at the school the car wash, made posters and signs, over 60 students and adults attended this fund raising. The car wash raised 1163.00 dollars, the money was counted by one of our parents who attended the car wash and is also manager at Bank of America, and a representative at Walmart counted the money and finally at the Personnel office, the money was counted and documented.

I have called several times since the car wash, at no time was it said to me by Ms. Jackie who is a manager at this Walmart office, that we would not be receiving the matched funds. Meanwhile it has been highly advertised in our school news letters and daily announcements. During the middle of February, I called Walmart to inquire as to when the check would be mailed to the school and this is when Ms. Jackie informed me that she did not think we would be receiving these funds because the funds were being raised for an individual rather than an organization. I, of course, was not happy because these funds were promised to the family of our beloved principal, may he rest in peace. I never did hear from Ms. Jackie so I called Walmart several days ago and spoke to Mrs. Laura Bowen who informed me that Ms. Jackie was standing next to her and that Walmart did not have any funds to meet with, since October. Ms. Laura Bowen was somewhat rude to me and told me among many other things that next time I had to deal with WalMart to come directly to her.

I will proceed to write a letter to the corporate office. I will also give a hard copy of this report and the letter to our current principal and announce this action taken to the staff of our school and the rest of our administration and to the parents of our school. I purchased several steaks at Wal-Mart to cook on the grill at our hunting camp. After a long day of hunting my nephew grilled the steaks. They looked good and when we sat down to eat, I took a big bite. It tasted funny and when I looked at the cooked meat, it was slightly off color. More maroon than pink. I ate a few more bites, and said that I thought the meat tasted odd. By that time my nephew had finished his steak and my brother was about half done. They both said it tasted odd and salty. I go the package and found that the steaks had been soaked in a brine made of salt and beef broth. The one pound steaks contained nearly a whole days supply of salt. I never thought to check the ingredients list on a steak.

Our meal was ruined. When I went back to the store they told me that they get a lot of complaints like that. No offer of a refund or anything like that.

I walked to the end of the counter and watched two employees stand there, talk and laugh, and finally I walked around to the other end of the counter and the women said do you want to pay for this, I said yes and she said well this is the register. I guess if you go to the end of the counter, then you don't get any customer service. I left it on the counter and walked out. I have been a Wal-Mart shopper since they have been around, but I will be changing stores. I hear Target is going Super, guess that's where I'll start going from now on.

We had to pry off one of the tabs so that we could put the filter system in and the perforation was stubborn to the point that the whole lid flexed. I believe that someone needs to redesign the thickness of the perforation so that it becomes easier to remove. If we are going to replace the glass; it will cost extra now. Oh, there is also the safety aspect. What if a small kid were to attempt this with out parental supervision; can we say lawsuit? My brother does only slightly better. The greeter at the door referred us to the entrance near the grocery aisles. We eventually made our way to that entrance, asked the man if their were riding carts for handicapped persons available. He was curt, said no, there's a wheelchair. (That wheelchair was only for anorexic handicapped people, it was so small.) He then ignored us when asked if there might be another place to look. I ended up not being able to shop. My brother and father only bought a few things until my brother became unable to walk much. This is not the first time that carts have not been available. The greeters don't seem to have a clue about assisting the disabled.

They lost revenue. We had a long list of items to buy. The list got cut very short!

She has a shattered pelvis, a heel that has multiple fractures and is nonweight bearing. When we went in, we were told we could only take the cart as far as the posts in front of the store. That was alright because I could let her out there. She went to cash out and realized that I had her charge card. I went to get the car. When I came back she was told she could not take the cart to the posts, she had to keep the cart inside the store. That meant I had to park the car across the parking lot and take a baby out in the cold that just had pneumonia and has premature lungs. Then, Willy showed and told me that the carts were for in-store use only. He was extremely rude. Justin was to busy dancing around by the door. My daughter was also told by Justin to get up and walk to the car. I don't care if we ever see walmart again. I also plan on calling a lawyer tomorrow about this. This is discrimination against the handicapped. I have shopped at walmart stores since they have opened.

My daughter is having more pains now than she did before because of having to go farther than she had to since she could not take the cart to the front of the store.

My ad price was 79 cent per lb, their price was something like $3.50. The cashier went to 1 person and asked about taking it and they said yes, then she went to another and they said yes, she kept on until she finally found someone that said no...the reason I was given was ours is boneless, my competitor ad DID NOT say boneless or bone just Pork Sirloin Chops. They refused to honor it. They do this all the time! Today they wouldn't honor one for beef roasts. Then they ended up giving me a receipt that had a place for me to take a survey! The workers are incredibly rude, I asked a worker to call someone to cut me some material one day and she refused! I go 60 miles to shop now.

I finally was allowed to call them on one of their phones but they were closed in that office by the time they let me call. I asked to talk to the main manager and they refused. They said they would not take back the defective vacuum cleaner regardless and they had nothing to say to me except that I was rude. This happened right after they accepted an open toilet seat back from a dirty looking man to be resold on the counter as a new one. I think that is worse than taking back a five month old vacuum cleaner that didn't work.

On the box, it states that it has a one year limited warranty but nothing about sending it back myself let alone the cost to send it back. I asked them to send it back for me and she walked off and the other ladies wouldn't talk to me anymore. I think that it was rude and inconsiderate to a customer. I work at a University and if I acted like they did, I would not have a job.

The cashier said no and would not sell it to me because again that batch had been touched by a minor. I told her that state law only refers to the purchaser and the drinker and doesn't mean that if a minor touches the wine it is dead merchandise. After finding a wal-mart associate, who called a paint associate to the paint department, I asked to have 1 qt mixed. After looking on the shelf and the stock room, the associate informed me that the store didn't have the correct base in the wal-mart brand ($5.99), but could mix a gallon of wal-mart brand ($10.99) or a qt of Dutch Boy (higher cost) or a qt of Kiltz ($10.99). I said, since it wasn't my fault that the store had not kept its stock of paint up, I shouldn't have to pay the additional amount for the qt of paint. The paint supervisor decided he could sell me a quart of the Dutch Boy for $7.00, to which I agreed.

Then the associate realized that they didn't have the Dutch Boy base in stock either. But they could mix the Kiltz ($10.99). At this point, I asked for the paint supervisor who finally decided he could offer a gallon of Wal-Mart paint for $7.00. This happened on Feb. 17th; he said the next shipment of the wal-mart base in qts would not be in the store until Feb. 29th. At this point, I was ready to go to Lowe's, but the paint was for my daughter-in-law; she agreed to take the gallon for $7.00 because her room is torn up and she needed to paint it and restore order to her house. I hope this is the right shade, because if it isn't, I know we can't rely on Wal-Mart to mix a quart of a lighter shade. We'll go to Lowe's and see if they have the base on hand. Not having a product that is the base for numerous sales is ridiculous.

    Not a pleasant shopping experience.

Numerous co-workers and I were very disappointed that we were not able to find this, as this is the only store in a 25 to 30 mile radius that offered the yarn and fabric for sale. We want to know why the decision was made to stop selling these items and if a comparison from the old store could be done to see how much money is being lost by not having these items.

I purchase a ring for my wife at walmart.com, the process was simple and the item was delivered promptly. When I receive the ring it looked different than what I expected so I decided to returned to wal-mart. The paperwork for the ring states that the item could be returned at any wal-mart store. It took three attempts and over four hours of my time to get the return completed. On my first attempt I was told by the service desk that I would need to go to the jewelry department. At the jewelry department I was told that they had no idea how to do the return that I should go back to the customer service desk. After waiting for a CSM for approximately 45 minutes I was told that it would have to be done by the service desk. I waited 20 minutes and after being completely ignored I decided to leave and tried the next day.

The next day my wife tried to take the ring back and was given the same treatment, back and forward between the service desk and the jewelry department and no one knew how to complete the return. So I decided to give it another try, this time I went directly to the jewelry department. As soon as the person behind the counter saw me she threw her hand in the air and said I don't know how to do that. So I requested that she call a manager, one of the managers came by and took my paperwork to the back of the store. After 35 minutes she came back and told me that she was waiting for an answer and that she would let me know. 30 minutes later I was told that I would have to purchase an item of equal or greater value, but they would not be able to refund my credit card.

At that point I called the 800 number on the paperwork from wal-mart.com. After explaining the situation to the customer service agent, she advised me that if I would give the telephone to the person at the jewelry department they would walk them through the process. The lady at the jewelry department refused to take the phone and called the manager. The manager also refused to take the phone, the customer service agent was in shock and apologizing throughout the ordeal. Finally they took me to the back of the store and the store manager without acknowledging me or saying a word overwrote the purchase and gave the credit back to my credit card. At no point during this ordeal no one said I am sorry, or we are trying to get it done. I was ignored and treated like I was wasting their precious time. Needless to say that I will not be buying anything else from wal-mart.com. This was one of the most frustrating and painful customer service experiences that I endured.

I selected a nice pleasing arrangement and took them home. When my wife opened the wrapper on the flowers it was horrible. There was a couple dead shriveled up flowers hidden in the middle, most of the stems with buds on them were rotted where they were tied at the bottom, and the base of the flowers were moldy. I received the lecture about isn't she good enough to buy decent flowers for. Am I trying to tell her something. What should have been a joyous occasion, turned into a long lasting disaster. I will not hear the end of this for the rest of my life. I know this because I have been married over 28 years.

Now to add insult to injury - I went to my Friendly Neighborhood WalMart and stopped off at the Customer Service Desk. The nice young lady there greeted me just fine, I asked to speak to the store manager, she wanted to refer me to the CSM, I have had both of my daughters as CSMs at WalMart, and my Mother was a department manager. NO I want to talk to the store manager. The Store Manager is the one that needs to hear this kind of problem. The nice lady called the store manager, she holds her hand over the mouth piece and asks me if it was important, I respond that it is important. The nice lady wants to take my name and number down for her to call me, at this point I was really mad and said no and I thanked her. The department managers are helpless, WalMart has tied their hands so tight that they are ineffective at managing their departments, and people. WalMart is slowly becoming the leader in ineffective marketing to the consumer. When Sam was alive (yes Sam Walton, remember him?) he cared about made in America and being closed on Sunday. I tried to buy some Made in America stuff for Christmas, at WalMart. I just couldn't find it. After this last experience I will take my 1 to 200 dollars a month and buy my stuff elsewhere.

Tuesday January 29th, 2008 10:30pm. My sister and I pull into the Walmart parking lot in her new 2008 Eclipse. As we pull into the parking lot, the wind picks up and shopping carts are flying around the parking lot at high speeds. My sister's car is hit 3 different times. We leave the parking lot for fear of more damage to her car. We get back to our house and notice a dent and scratch over the tire on the passenger side back tire. Tomorrow she will take it to the state police post to get an individual police statement and determine the rest of the damage to the car.

I am upset because my sister is crying, I called Walmart to speak to a manager. A little background on why my sister was so upset, she returned from Iraq in October after spending a year over there serving our country. She managed to save up enough money to purchase and payoff her car. I contact the Manager at walmart, it is now 10:58ish, and explain what happened. His response was that he had to pull in his people because of the weather. Granted, I understand employee safety, however the wind had just picked up when we got there. I asked him why were the shopping carts not brought in prior to 10:30pm, his response was that he did not know what went on prior to 8:00pm when he starts his shift. He explained that she would have to contact her insurance to file a claim that they were not responsible for property damage in their parking lot. So I stated, because they (Walmart) did not have their carts up at a reasonable hour, that my sister's insurance is going to go up. He stated that there are signs posted, which I have never seen. My concern is; what if an elderly person had been trying to get to their car and was hit by a shopping cart when the winds picked up, would it be that persons fault because Walmart does not make sure that their shopping carts are secure? Or, even worse a small child. Regardless, if it was a person or vechicle, Walmart needs to be aware of their actions and use safe precautions to protect their customers. I don't feel like the people who shop at this store should have to spend their hard earn dollars repairing their possessions because of poor management and lack of safety procedures.

So now, Walmart has $88 of my money that I will have to wait until the future to retrieve. When I asked what the difference between Delay and backorder, the customer service person had no idea. How frustrating! So Walmart has had my money for 4 weeks and I still have no product and no way to cancel the order.

On Saturday, January 26, 2008, My daughter and I did our every Saturday shopping at the Walmart store in Bozeman, Mt. We paid for our groceries and goods, and upon exiting the store, the store greeter, an older lady, stopped me from leaving and then proceeded to ask me, did I have my receipt, which I did, in hand as a matter of fact. I was behind my daughter and her children, and I hadn't even gone through the security gates. After some detainment on her part, she finally let me leave the store. My cart was loaded with bags of food and misc items, and underneath on the bottom of the cart was about eight 12 packs of pepsi products, that I had just paid for with my credit card. I found no reason for her to single me out and stop me. I didn't have anything in the cart that I hadn't paid for. It was a very embarrassing situation for me.

So after this elderly woman finally found the date on the receipt, she let me go. I wasn't very happy, so when I got out to the car, I called the store manager, Scott, and told him that I felt it was unnecessary for her to have put me in that embarrassing situation. He then tried to smooth things over and say that he would go down and have a talk with her, which I didn't think he would do. He was very nice and apologetic about the incident, and even though he had all these reasons for stopping people at the door, even before they've gone through your security gates, I just felt violated. I understand they might have a problem with people helping themselves in their stores, but with all the security cameras throughout the stores, I don't see how they can lose any goods. I didn't appreciate being stopped and humiliated in front of so many people on a Saturday, for which there was no reason, and this greeter needs to be put where she can't offend anyone.

The clerk handed him the gun and the gun went off shooting him in the hand. The clerk passed off the fact that the gun was loaded in that security had caught someone stealing the gun and they must have just put it back in the case and not checked to see if it was loaded or not. We went to the emergency room, then to a hand specialist. (the pellet gun (pistol) was high powered). The specialist put my husband on Vioxx. He was on it for 30 days and kept complaining of feeling bad. The doctor told him to stop taking Vioxx. Shortly after stopping the medication he had his first in a series of 3 strokes and a pulmonary embolism.

The consequences have been life altering and devastating. At the time of the first stroke my husband had just turned 50.

My brother had sent me a walmart moneygram money order which I took it to my local store to cash it as I have many times before. The customer service girl said I'm sorry but we can not cash that here. When I asked why, her reply was because it is written on. That was not a good answer, since I have cashed money orders at my local walmart before and they were filled out in my name and the sender's name. My husband demanded to speak with the store manager in which they sent a floor manager to handle the problem and we were told the store manager doesn't come out of his office. This manager wouldn't even call the 800# to verify the money order and just told us that they do not cash them anymore. It wasn't like the money wasn't going to go back to the store since I was out of food in my house. So we left pretty angry at this. Luckly, there is a check cashing place in our town, and I had to go there to cash it.

Since I live a limited income and gas prices are so high, the impact was that since they didn't cash their own money order, I was stuck in town with very little gas left in my truck. It cost me $35.00 to cash that money order which I could have use all the money, which is why it was sent to me in the first place. So I will have to struggle until I get paid. There was no signs posted in the store that stated they do not cash their own money orders! Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere, and if it wasn't for the fact of a limited income and rising costs, I would travel 30 miles out of my way to buy from another store. But there is one grocery store in this town and then Walmart. Walmart has closed down business in this small town. The company has gone down hill in every aspect possible. They no longer care about the little people, or customer satisfaction at all.

This is not a complaint about their products, this is mostly about their layaway services. I watched GMA this morning talking about the possible recession and fast food places being down and Walmart's ad came up about cutting things another 30 percent. Well last year I went to another place for my layaway. One of employees of our Walmart told me that some CEO decided that they didn't need the layaway program. I went to K-mart this year the first time in a long time. Some of us small people can't afford to go out and spend that much cash at once. They say they are for the average people, well maybe they ought to take another poll about their layaway program. I know it must of cost them some loss. I really don't expect a response from this. Just really wanted to let you know how I felt. You know sometimes families always went to Walmart to put clothes on layaway for school and Christmas.

On several occasions when my husband took me shopping, we would have to wait for a cart. After I was able to go alone, on two occassions I had to stand and wait for a cart to be returned. Today I went to the same store and they did not have any carts available. The person in charge of the carts told the assistant they had three out of order and none available. This is a huge store in a community of retirees. I called for the manager. He finally got to where I was waiting and I explained that I shopped there and spend a lot of money there but from now on I would be taking my business to Target. I told him that having no electric carts available and three out of order was not acceptable. I asked him what was his problem. He walked away and left me standing in front of the store. His greeter made a snide remark about me having a nice day. Walmart will not have my business in the future and I urge everyone I know to boycott this store.

After three weeks, the console had problems and we took it back to Wal Mart to exchange it for a non-faulty model. Yesterday I discovered that on 12/26/07 Walmart cashed a fraudulent check for over $700 on my checking account. I caught the error and contacted my bank. The check was way out of sequence, and didn't match my personal pattern, as I almost exclusively use a debit card with that account. They told me my account would be credited the amount within 24-48 hours. Apparently Walmart treats checks as debit transactions, so there is no available copy of the check to examine. It's clear that they have very lax check cashing policies, because it would seem they didn't ask for ID. If they're going to have such sloppy security, they should accept that they're going to be accepting bogus checks and just eat the loss instead of harrassing the true victims! Either that or use the traditional check-cashing method of presenting the check to the bank it was drawn on so there's a copy of the check & the forger's signature. Since I just discovered this yesterday, it remains to be seen what will happen when Walmart doesn't get reimbursed for this $700+ crime. And as far as I'm concerned they are as culpable as whoever signed that check!

I don't know yet. My bank told me I'd have my money back by Monday, so I'll hope that's the case. I had to call one person I'd sent a check to asking them to hold off for a few days, as well as two places who automatically debit this account every month. I will have to close this account; if it happened once, it could well happen again. Hopefully the end result will just be a weekend inconvenience. If more happens, I'll be in contact again! Patrick, Walmart Asst. Manager, refused my refunds, saying that I had to have a receipt dated within the last 90 days, and that had always been Walmart policy. Immediately after me, a man returned an item with no receipt, no hassle, in an opened and damaged box. He later told me later he had used the item, too. After that a woman returned a couple things without a receipt. I had returned something a week earlier, asked when was the best time to return things without a receipt, and was told early morning.

We were furious. We had driven there in the rain, early on a Sunday morning, just for that purpose. Now I'm stuck with a financial loss. We spend a fortune at WalMart every year, and now have to take our business elsewhere, which will cost us even more.

My photo processing request was denied due to the Wal-Mart copyright policy. I requested copying service for 3 studio portraits of my grandparents which were taken about the year 1900. The portrait studios have long been out of existance. It doesn't make any sense whatsoever to deny the request on the basis of any reasonable copyright law.

No consequences, just unbelief that such a policy can actually stand up to reasonable scrutiny. Perhaps if enough people report such bizarre policies something might be done.

The Dodge City, Kansas Wal-mart and Liberal, Kansas Wal-mart have both gone downhill. The appearance of both are dirty and no one seems to care. There are toys, and several other misc items all over the floors throughout the aisles. Recently, my husband went into the bathroom in Dodge City Wal-mart and refused to use it because it was so messy - it must have been bad if he didn't want to use it. Just yesterday, 12/19/07, I went to the Liberal, KS Wal-mart and there were items laying all over the place. The check out lines were congested with a wait time of 20-25 minutes. The check out/cashier was constantly talking to another person as she was checking people out. She should've been moving much faster. I had my mom with me and my aunt, and they told me the bathrooms were the highlight of the trip & I missed it, they joked. They said it was absolutely, horribly messy! The Southwest Kansas Manager needs a talking to. The employees should take more pride in what they are doing and clean up the stores in SW Kansas!

My mother has a vision problem and with stuff laying all over the aisle, that creates hazards for not only her, but for other handicapped people! Not to mention the spread of germs that comes from the unclean, unsanitary bathrooms!

Our government was nice enough to determine he needed an EBT card. I tried to use this card to buy certain food items at the Walmart once in the past. It was declined. The cashier was very nice about it though. When I got home I verified the problem, there wasn't one. It frustrated me, but I let it go. On 12/16/07 at 11:39:19, the same thing happened, but this time the cashier was the rudest person ever. When I tried to explain my concern to her, she responded(in a most condescending manner ever), "Well, I don't get food stamps," and she proceeded to talk to the next customer, completely dismissing me. My son (whom proudly defends our country) or anybody who uses food stamps should not be looked at as less of a person. At 14,000 miles the other front tire did the same thing. This was on 12-15-17. I was forced to pay $52.75 for the new tire, which of course is a different brand. They,(Dolly, the manager) said they were out of warranty, and they were dry rotted. Now, I drive this car every day, how can a tire this new be dry rotted? I have a tire protection plan that I bought at time of purchase, and it says nothing of a one year plan. If you call Wal-mart and ask for a quote on the tire protection plan you will be told it is for the life of the tire. Also, I have the unfortunate luck of being an employee there. At least for now anyway. So, here I sit, $52.75 poorer with two makes of tires, and I'm worried the Douglas tires still on the 2001 Impala will fail with me and my grandkids in the car. I told Wal-mart management of my fears, but they were more interested in my money than my safety. What is my next course of action to get this resolved?

There was no damage was done to my car because I caught the problem in time. The steering wheel was shimming very bad and the tire lost most of it's air.

I used my debit card to pay for my purchases, however at the end of the transaction the register came up with an error saying -$25, and it was because the associate did not activate one of the movie cards correctly. The associate than called over the assistant manager, but the assistant manager didn't ask what was going on, so she just voided out the transaction. That was a problem because I already paid. The assistant Manager Diane said, "well, I didn't know she had done that," but Diane never even asked before she made the decision to void the whole transaction. This has caused me so much grief because I left the store with no merchandise and a charge on my credit card of $115.95. Now I have to fight with my credit card company to get this charge off. The nail in the coffin is that it is Christmas, those were gifts that I didn't get and my credit card company has 30 days to remove the charge. Also the only thing Diane had to say at Walmart was, "I don't know what to tell you." How sad they treat their customers like that.

I bought presents for my children, who now will have to wait until the 30th of December to get them. My credit card company charged me money to straighten this out. When I talked to my bank they said they needed a letter stating to remove the charge from the merchant. I called over to see if they had done it and they hand wrote it on a napkin and sent it over there. Unbelievable. Thanks to Walmart my children will not have a Christmas.

The day before the last promised date of delivery, I received another email regarding verification of my charge. Again I verified the charge and again I called Wal-mart customer service -- the woman I spoke with apologized for the inconvenience, assured me that the charge was fine, promised to credit the $90+ that I had paid for shipping and promised that I would receive my shipment by December 6th. I

explained to her that it was Chanukah and that the Wii console and the toys and games I ordered were gifts for the holiday. She assured me that they would have the gifts there at the latest by Friday even though it wasn't a Christmas order. The shipment never arrived. Calls to customer service indicated that Wal-mart had canceled the order, to meet Christmas demand. They never notified me of the cancelation and just told me that I could go on the web-site and re-order everything, (everything is already out of stock). The customer service representatives that I spoke with were useless, inept and infuriating. There was no apology. American Express Platinum services have confirmed that there was no problem with the charge on their end and in the 18years I've had my card, I've never had any difficulty charging anything (albeit I sometimes had to verify information for large charges exceeding $10,000 and for some of my large overseas expenditures). I have no spending limit. Wal-Mart had no reason for the cancelation, no explanation, and gave no apology for their mistake. My kids, who had waited patiently the entire holiday for their gifts -- never received them. I gained the impression that a number of the customer service agents were anti-semitic and didn't see any reason to be concerned about timely delivery for the Jewish holiday of Hanukah.

When I walked past the two workers at the front door on the west of the building, instead of greeting me and saying something polite they just turned their heads. So I just kept walking thinking nothing about it and then I get to the second isle and am looking around and here are those two workers again staring at me in a distance.

I kept walking around the store with my brother so he could finish up his grocery shopping and while we were down an isle reading labels on boxes this lady comes walking up and with a weird tone says what are you guys looking for. We responded with nothing. We finished up his shopping and walked over to the electronics so I could buy a gift and the guy at the electronics would not let us stand alone to look at games. I said lets just pay for our stuff and go somewhere else to finish.

Well, we get up to the cash register and there was an officer standing there and when he was walking he stopped and talked to those guys. The lady at the cash register rung us up and told me twice in a moody tone to make sure I showed my receipt at the door. I waited for my brother and saw two guys walk up there and she never said any word to them. They walked out of the store without showing a receipt to the two guys but when my brother and I got to that end to leave they stopped us in our tracks and demanded we show them. I am completely humiliated and shocked that after coming into this store for all these years and spending as much money as I do that I could be looked up on like a thief. Tomorrow first thing, I am going back out to return the $70 dollars in merchandise I purchased and am never shopping at this place again.

She was not given the gift receipt, and since it was not from a very close friend or family member, we both felt it would be rude to ask for one. All we wanted to do, was take the UNOPENED item back to THE SAME WAL-MART that it was purchased from just 4 days earlier, and exchange it for the more expensive model.

Customer Service informed us that there was a 15 day return policy, and since we had no receipt to verify when the item was purchased, they would not exchange it. First off, Wal-Mart's sticker label is on the back of the package; second, the package is not opened; third, we want to give them AN EXTRA $70 to get the more expensive model. Instead, we left with an unusable item and went to Target to purchase what could have been easily rectified at Wal-Mart. They arrive at Walmart and ask for the plug and one of the technicians named Rob tells them that Walmart can not put a plug in it because it is near the sidewall and they can't be held liable. He then proceeds to pull the nail out of the tire causing the tire to become completely deflated. My wife then said, "well, now you have to do something because you made the tire flat." So, the plug gets put in the tire and the service mangager (Wendell Reid) is on his way out to fill up the tire saying I ain't got to put no air in this tire, I ain't got to do nothing you say. Then my wife says, "Well, yes you do have to put air in it because ya'll made it flat." That is what started the whole conflict. Then words started getting exchanged he was cursing at her and she was cursing at him. Then I get a call from my wife and she is crying and panicking. She tells me that the service manager (Wendell Reid) and a couple of other technicians were insinuating that they wanted to fight her. They had made a semi circle around her and she felt threatened for her life. The Service manager told her that she needs to bring her man up her to fight him.

I then rushed up to Walmart and when I got there they are still basically surrounding her. I take her inside and ask an associate to contact the store manager immediately. He is at lunch so we get to talk to the assistant manager. She (the Asst Manager) acts like she doesn't care that this happened at all. She says that she will review the security tapes. I had always found Wal-mart to be a great place to shop; recently my opinion changed. I purchased a pair of bib cover-alls, a brand name that only Wal-mart carries, in Oshawa, Ontario. A week after the purchase, 2 snaps had come off. I went to exchange for a new pair. I did not have the receipt with me, but this is a brand that only Walmart carries. I was treated very rudely by the manager and was refused the exchange. I think that in the future, I may think twice about purchasing anything at Wal-mart. The savings aren't worth the hassle of returns.

Prior to October 7th 2007 my wife left pictures in the Xenia Ohio 45385 Walmart to be developed. We received a call a couple days after dropping the pictures off and was told by an individual not asscoiated with Walmart that they had picked our pictures up. The person in posession of our pictures had been told not to get our pictures from Walmart and that we would be doing that later.

After knowing now that someone else was in posession of our personal pictures I went to the Xenia walmart and asked where our pictures were and they stated at first they had no idea. Once I told them that I knew who had them they basically said what were they supposed to do about it. I then asked to see the manager of the store. We met and she stated it was the policy of Walmart to give whoever has a first name and last name of a person to pick up anyones pictures, even without poof of who owns the pictures ,ownership or identification or even asking if they were supposed to have the pictures.

I now have spoken to 3 different people from Walmart, the last person to be Mary West from the Marketing Office at the stated above address. She stated to me she does not see what the problem is and she also stated she will not send me the offical policy from walmart on how they handle picture drop offs and pick ups.To me I felt she was not interested in being nice to me nor wanting to help find a solution to this issue at all. She stated she would have another person call me if they could.
What I am trying to find out and my intent is... Is Walmart allowed to give ones personal property that an individual who has intrusted with them to take care of their items to just anyone, and I would also like to see in writting just what exactly what their official written policy is.

I have not even recieved an I'm sorry for this mistake and we will see what we can do to make sure it doesnt happen to anyone else.

I am emailing a complaint in regards to my experience in the Walmart Store on Saturday, November 17, 2007 at approximately 2:37 p.m. I spent over $581.25 while there. However, when the cashier bagged my items there was appartently a tear in one of the bags. When I went to my vehilce to unload the items one of the bags tore, causing my laundry detergent to leak out from the top cap all over the bag as well as leaking on the concrete. One of the Walmart employees who was retrieving carts from the parking lot came over to my vehicle noticed the amount of liquid leaking frm the bag and told me to take that item back into the store at our customer service desk and they would replace it for me. I was appreciative and returned the item. When I came to the counter I spoke to an employee who wanted to know what assistance I needed. I briefly informed the individual as to what happened. The employee allowed me to replace the item by going back to the shelf to get another one and come back for the new receipt. Upon my return this employee said, " Ma'am, just to let you know that we don't normally do returns on items such as this, once they leave out of the store it is no longer our responsibility". I thank the woman and proceeded to leave the store.

I was unhappy because I felt totally humiliated about a bottle of laundry detergent that cost only $2.96 when I had just spent over $500 and that she stated could not be replaced. It was not my fault that there was a tear in one of the store bags and didn't feel that I deserved this statement to be indicated. I am a regular shopper who shops not only for home items, but groceries as well. I was so angry that I wanted to bring all of the items that I purchased back into the store and get my money back and go somewhere else. I am an office manager for a medical institute and would have never treated a customer in this manner or even allowed my employees to talk to any customer in this manner. If my complaint is ignored like most, that's fine for as a regular customer at least three times a week I will no longer shop in this store again. Walmart is a great store and I always find the need to relax and enjoy my visit, but this visit took me for a loop for only $2.96 for FAB Laundry detergent.

On 10.28.07 I went to the New Hartford WalMart store and purchased a Blood Glucose Monnitoring System. The next day, 10.29.07, I decided to return the product to Wal-Mart because it was for my mother who would be confused understanding the instructions due to language barrier and the product's technicalities. I explained to the customer service representative why I was returning the product. This clerk told me I could not return the product as it was a WalMart policy not to accept returns on this specific product. I asked her why there was no sign by or near the product stating that once purchased it could not be returned. She said that there was a sign. I told her that I did not see one and asked if I could speak to her Manager.

In the meantime we both walked over to where the product was displayed. She could see there was no sign and verbally stated that yes there was no sign, however, she did state someone must have taken the sign down. While I was waiting to see the manager I noticed that customer service was now making out a new sign. The manager came and was very caustic, aggressive, and rude to me, not letting me have a chance to defend my position. He also told me that it was a federal law not allowing the return, and no place of business selling this product would be able to do so. (I never opened the package; it was sealed and returned just as I bought it.) I told the manager I understand why this kind of product would have restrictions regarding a return, however, there was no sign stating this policy for customers like myself to make an informed decision. The manager became very loud and started to make fun of my accent. This was very humiliating to me and caused me great embarrassment and mental anguish.

I was so upset that I asked for security to come; I was afraid the manager might accuse me of something or get into a physical confrontation. He refused to call security and continued to make fun of me. I called the New Hartford New York police Department to see if they could assist me. The police came but where not able to do anything about the matter. I then went to two other Wal Marts (North Utica and Herkimer New York location) and asked employees in both stores to tell me if I bought this product can I return it. They both said of course, that I can return it within 30 days. Also I noticed in both of these stores there were no signs by the product at that time telling customers that once purchased it cannot be returned. I also went to Rite Aid Pharmacy and bought this same product--and returned it with NO problem. No one should feel humiliated and go through what I had to endure at WalMart.

These boots had a oder (like a chemical oder ) all there own and I was wondering if we were exposed to some chemical that did damage to our feet. The damage if caused by the boot appears to be permanent, I stopped wearing them long ago and still have the same condition.

On June 5th I took my dear friend to shop at Wal-Mart. She is an amputee and there were no electric carts available. My gripe is there is not enough carts or even enough wheel chairs. she had to walk the whole store to shop. there also is not enough handicapped parking spaces. i had to drop her off, then go park my car. i am also a handicapped person having had a stroke i also could have used an electric chair.there are no seats thru out the store for handicapped people to stop and rest. not enough cashiers on express line to check you out. as tired as we were we stood in line for about 20 mins. the store is also too hot. here in La. the humidity along with the heat is unbearable. so please turn up the air conditioner. the only good thing i can say about the Hammond, La. Wal Mart is your employees. all that we asked for help were more than glad to help us, and even went out of there way to do so.I SURE HOPE THIS NOTE GETS TO SOMEONE WHO WILL TRY TO DO A BETTER JOB FOR THE HANDICAPPED WHO CHOOSE TO SHOP IN YOUR HAMMOND, LA STORE

I went to my local Wal-Mart to look for some badly needed brakefluid and I thought oh my gosh they have a gallon of brake fluid for only $1.07 (so clearly marked) so I grabbed it out of the twelve containers on the shelf. When we went up to the lines and waited for about 30 minutes and finally got to the front when the brakefluid rang up for $9.97 when I questioned the price the cashier tried to reach the car department 3 times and no answer. Then she called the manager on duty, the manager went back and looked and came up front to tell me it was clearly marked for something else.

I left without the product then I called back later and spoke to the store manager and she informed me that people put products down where they don't belong at times. When I questioned her on the twelve other gallons there she said that it must have been clearly marked for something else when I told her that we went back to the aisle to look it was clearly marked if you got on the ground and really studied the price she came back with what do you want?

I told her that this wasn't the first time I've had problems with this store and that I will drive the extra 10miles to go to KMART she said Fine Whatever. I can't believe that I was treated this way by a STORE MANAGER.

My cousin ate some and became ill, and I was about to have my 1 year old nephew eat some until my cousin noticed a white film on the top. After checking the expiration date on the product it had an expiration date of year 2005. I kept the product and was going to return it, but I felt it was best to inform you of the gross negligence of that store. My cousin could have been seriously sick because of that. I have a copy of the receipt TC# 1234 0214 1404 6879 9014. I also have the applesause.

On March 9th, I purchased a flat panel Television. We gave the TV as a gift, but it turns out the friend could not use it. Box was NEVER opened. All stickers and markings remain on the box. On March 17th I went to Wal-Mart to return the TV. I was prepared to get a store credit because I could not find the original receipt. So, I brought a copy of the charge from my credit card company. They would not take back the TV. When my credit card statement arrived, I went to the Shelton, CT Wal-Mart store and spoke to the manager. Again, they said they do not take Electronics back.

The sight of the hair and knowing it was someone elses, made me sick to my stomach. other than that no harm was done, but I think I deserve my money back or a fresh new pie.

It really affected my nose and allergies.
These things need to be recalled or tested to see if they need to be recalled because the little particles cant be wiped off and cant be good to be breathing into your lungs.

    They are made in China.

There needs to be more employees to put merchandise up at night and not while people are trying to shop. Also there is NO ORGANIZATION in this store, stuff is everywhere. we are getting a supercenter in a few months and as far as I am concerned if the same guy is going to manage the new store, don't even bother, because it will be a total dump in no time.

Maybe you should buy yoour merchandise from some country other than China, the quality is not what it use to be. Cheap at the cost of qualiyu is NO GOOD. I have bought several things from Wal-Mart that appears to be seconds. The quality is just not there anymore. I will defenitly shop at Target when we get one here.

We turned the corner and I proceeded to gather the things I needed to get and I turned back to the cart and I slid on a whole carton of blueberries. that had must have been there for sometime and not usually being accustomed to looking down to walk I moved forward without looking down. Now the manager said they do rounds for this sort of thing every 10 minutes. Well, apparently not if they were there for some time according to the video survaillance. So, I turn laying lay on the ground from falling. My husband ran to get help and the only thing they said was to leave by myself or in an ambulance. I said to call an anbulance because i samcked my head and twisted quite unnaturally. The ambulance came and I was told I had brused my hips and had a concussion, tore my left forearm muscle. When I called Wal-Mart to file a claim the said they would look into it. Not 2 hours later they called back to deny my claim. I was stuck with all the medical and ambulance bills.

I lost almost my appartment because I couldn't pay rent that month due to the medical bills. I just can't believe it took them 2 hours not even 2 to eny my claim saying the don't have medical liability. What, are they too perfect to be covered in case of an accident?

You all complain about Wal-Mart!!! Do you know what we deal with. The service desk has to look people in the face every day of every year, knowing they are known shoplifters, and try to not give them the money back on items they have stolen. Do you have any idea of how many time people try to return clothes that they bought 3 years ago, or how many time they try to return clothes they bought at Fred's, which is a seconds store. If they are told the bar code in no in our system, they want to see a manager because if they are loud enough and cause enough disturbance then maybe they will get money. Grow up.

    BAD LIMA BEANS!

I'm 60 yrs old, and have been cooking and eating beans for over 40yrs. I never have had a reaction like I recently experienced,

While preparing beans one always 'sorts' and rinse/wash the beans....Well this time when rinseing after 3 times - the liquid was still a 'yellowish-brown' color, and it took - don't know I wasnt counting but i'd say it took maybe rinsing another 5 or 6 time until the rinse water ran clear.

I thought that 'this is a first'...so after eating a couple of bowls, and retiring for the nite, i woke up in the middle of the nite, and my stomach ache - and was bloated three times the normal size, i ran to the bathroom and up chucked at least a 'quart' of very acidic liquid..

A couple of days later, I tried the bean soup again - to see if it was me or the soup...so I ate another bowl for dinner (a smaller portion) and had the same reaction in the middle of the nite. So am convenced that their is something in the beans thats not normal.

I think all Walmart Supersenters should care about their customers! Everytime I go to Walmart I see a major helth consern; there shoping carts. There shopping carts are disgusting!

First of all, they have cups and dirty tissues in them. Second of all, I personally have touched the handle of a cart and it felt like someone before me has been eating something greassy and was touching the cart. Also, I have seen for myself people sneezing on the handle bar! All I can think about is the abundance of little kids touching that cart and getting sick!

But there is a solution to this problem. 1. we could notify the helth department and inform all of Walmart's millions of costomers about this issue.Or 2. Walmart could do what Publix does. They could provide sanitizing wipes so that before we touch that nasty cart we could simple wipe the handle bar down. By doing this we will stop a major health danger!

I went into Wal-mart to buy a fish aquarium. I loaded the big, heavy box in a cart and went to the express lane. When the girl scanned it, it was twice the price on the sign. I told her that and we had to wait several minutes for someone to do a price check.

Then the manager came back and said that the sign was attached to the wrong product. I asked if I could have it for that price, and they said no. I argued with them, but they wouldn't give in, so I left that big heavy aquarium, which took up the whole counter, on the register and walked out. Then I bought my aquarium at Petco.

I don't shop at Wal-mart any more. Their signs are wrong a lot of the time and their employees are very rude. Once I had to ask three different employees where an item was before someone would help me. The first just said, I don't know! and walked off, and the second one smarted off to me: It's on the other side of the store, idiot!

I am furious with Wal-Mart stores. Next year I might just spend my $7000.00 on Christmas at K-Mart and the mall because I am sick and tired of going to Wal-Mart and with almost 30 places to check out there is only 4 open and then those stupid self-checkouts that only take jobs away from people. Half the time they do not work. Most of the time they are closed too.

I am just wondering, are you all wanting to make money because I damn sure cannot tell. Everyone in the line tonight was ticked off and then when you get to the front of the line you get someone who does not even speak to you because they hate their job, for obvious reasons, they have to listen to people gripe all day about the damn lines. Get a clue Wal-Mart, people do not have time to be kept waiting all night to check out.
