This same incident happens each time I go to Wal-Mart. As I am walking to the store, I notice two large women loading their car with groceries. I am sure this took a great deal of time to shop for as much as they had. After shopping, I returned to my car, and notice that their carts were still there. This wouldn't bother me but why are they continually allowed to park in the spaces for "pregnant women". I do not know of one Dr. that doesn't suggest that a preganat woman walk for her health. Further more, this is being abused by the wrong people, with no follow up by Wal Mart. Why not make these spaces into more wheel chair parking as there is never enough of and those are the people that truly need to be close to the entrance. Wal Mart is not buyer/consumer friendly when it comes to enforcement.
Also while shopping, I noticed that the entire first section of the cookies are now all Mexican cookies written in Spanish....if these people are here they need to speak and read English. Why do you cater to and put their products first when we are in America? Sadly, I must say that I enjoy shopping much more at Target! Wal Mart has driven me away themselves.

I have had this problem many times after visiting the Walmart's in Fort Walton Beach, Destin and other surrounding Walmarts in Florida. No customer service! I was trying to purchase a swing set for my grandson and after standing for 45 minutes in the toy department, watching several employees walk by us, look at us and walk away, talked to employees in the electronic department to get someone to help us, of course nothing came out of that either, finally I went and asked for the store manager to meet me in the aisle I was waiting in, waited another 20 minutes, no one came, then the employee responsible for this department walked by us, stood not 6 feet from us, looked at us, and before I could even ask for help walked away.
Finally, being so frustrated I went to the service desk and requested to talk to the store manager, the employees in the customer service dept wanted to know if some supervisor that was standing around with the rest of them chit chatting could help, I said NO, I want to talk to your manager. Again, I had to walk another 40 feet for her to find out if the store manager was even there, of course not, the assistant store manager was there so she requested he come to the service desk for a customer issue. Not five minutes later he called back and wanted to know if I could wait about 10 minutes he had something else to do. That did it, I said no thank you.
So finally after wasting several hours just to purchase a simple swing set for my grandson for his birthday I walked out frustrated, furious and disappointed. To think that I actually wanted to work for this corporation, what a joke! Walmart's customer service is nonexistent, rude, and very unprofessional. I will never shop at another Walmart and will encourage all friends and family to go to Kmart where I finally ending up, was treated with upmost respect, fast service and believe it or not a lower price for a better product.
I was in and out of Kmart within 20 minutes accompanied by my grandson's birthday present a pleasant experience and will rave about their customer service from now on. Walmart should be ashamed, what a great loss for consumers!

didn't have a sign that said that and i really think that is deceptive advertising. it should be abit cheaper, y'think..... or have the sign corrected to say 5oz. star kist is doing the same thing and with the state of this nation the way it is, i don't need the little irritating problems. thank you

I've NEVER, in my entire life, been so DISSATISFIED with the service at a Wal-Mart. I purchased a dining set from the O'fallon Walmart Supercenter. When I opened it to assemble it, I found tons of metal pieces in the box that didn't go to anything. It was like someone had taken the table out, put in some metal pieces that they had lying around the house, hot glued the box shut and took it back to Wal-Mart and got their money back. Unfortunately, as I understand it, the Wal-Mart policy was not followed ( Checking inside all returned merchandise especially boxes), and I was the lucky individual to have purchased someone else's mistake.
I don't live in O'fallon. It's actually a half hour drive for me to go there. With today's gas prices, anyone could see why I wouldn't want to drive back to O'fallon when there's a Wal-Mart where I live. So, I struggled with the box to get it onto a truck, and proceeded to return it, with my reciept, to the Granite City Wal-Mart Store. An associate name Shari was working at the service desk and was more than happy to help us with our problem. She called the assistant manager to ask what she should do, and a man Shane came up to us, and told us that we would have to take the "merchandise" back to the O'Fallon Walmart. I understood his reasoning for not exchanging the item. For one, they didn't have any of the tables that I had originally tried to purchase, and two, it wasn't their mistake, and they couldn't take a loss for another store.
I've worked in retail most of my life. At any time, we would return any damaged merchandise, no matter which location the merchandise was purchased, and call the store to ask for a reimbursement for the loss, which went to our corporate offices to be handled anyway. Shane informed me that he talked to his manager and she said that those were the measures to be taken. Later I found out that Shane had NOT talked to the manager Aimee. I was becoming very frustrated after learning that Shane had lied to us about speaking with his manager, and having waited 35 minutes for Aimee to come up to the service desk after being called 5 times over the intercom. She informed us of the same procedures that needed to be taken, which I was fine with.
What I couldn't understand was, if I had purchased the same dining set in Indiana, or Florida for that matter, would I have to drive to either one of those states, just to return merchandise? I don't think so. Before even calling any of the other stores or even calling the O'Fallon Wal-Mart to ask if they would reimburse the store for the loss, she just told us that she couldn't take it back, and that she didn't know what else to tell us. She was very rude and disrespectful. She even stated that, she could call the O'fallon store to ask if they would reimburse her, but she didn't know if they would or not.
I'm fine with the fact that they didn't want to take damaged merchandise from another store. I understand that. But to completely refuse to do so even if having purchased it from, for example, another state, not accepting the damaged merchandise, is unheard of. I've returned numerous things from different walmarts, and have never had a problem before. I wasn't looking for a refund, I just wanted to exchange the product, and if not, I should have been entitled to a refund simply because I had my reciept and they did not have the merchandise I needed to exchange it with. Instead, I was treated as if it didn't matter what I said, I was still wrong, the associates were still right, and they wanted to get me out of the store as soon as possible, so they didn't have to " deal " with me any longer. Like I said, I wasn't trying to get my money back, but I think that if they didn't have the merchandise that I wanted to exchange for, I should have recieved my money back, regardless of which store it came from.
I was driving a very large truck that is not efficient on gas to say the least because the product would not fit in my car. The last thing I wanted to do was to drive half an hour or MORE out of the way just to return a product, that, if it hadn't been for an error on Wal-Mart's part, I shouldn't have even been returning in the first place. I most DEFINITELY shouldn't have been treated as though I was unimportant, and that my issue wasn't of importance either. I should not have had to wait more than five minutes to speak to a manager. I should not have been lied to by the assitant manager. I should NOT have had to drive to a different store over half an hour out of my way, just to return a product that could have been returned at any Wal-Mart. I should NOT have had to have someone of a superior status in the store, speak to me in a rude, disrespectful tone, while I was patient enough to wait for 35 minutes to even speak with her, after she was paged over the intercom five times. We should not have been "shown the door" after my father said he would never shop at Wal-Mart again, if this was the kind of service they took pride in. Aimee should have tried to be a little more courteous. She should have tried to help us with our problem, rather than try to pawn it off on another store. She should have called the O'Fallon store to ask if they would reimburse her for the loss before telling me that she wouldn't return the product or refund me the money that I paid because it "wasn't her store's loss".
I have NEVER been so dissatisfied with customer service in my life.

After making grocery purchase I notice when I got home that I was missing a few items. When I returned to the store for the missing items the cashier gave me my book purchase and said that I needed to go to customer service for the other bags that she logged in the book. I go to customer service and had to wait for almost an hour to retrieve my bags. The cashier named Steven could not find the log book nor my purchases. The original cashier was called and she show Steven the log-in book as she retrieve my bags.
Steven explain that people make mistakes. Upon gathering my bags and leaving I heard Steven say to the customer next in line that people make mistakes like her mama made a mistake. I have never been so humiliated in my entire life. I found the security guard and explain what was said to him and he said that he would question Steven about it.
All I know is that I will never shop at that particular store again. And there should be repercussion regarding customer service relations for those inconsiderate employees. Public humilation

I purchased a computer on Tax Free day hoping I would save money during that time. When I got home I noticed the computer had been used before and repacked. I tryed to use it anyway and it would not work. I called Renee (Assit Manager With Walmart) and she was very disrespectful and stated she could only allow me to return the computer or refund my money. I told her that I live about Thiry miles away from Walmart and gas is very expensive and she state Sorry ( in a Sarcastic Tone).
I went back to Walmart that night and argued with her for thirty minutes then she finally said give him a 20 dollar gift card and walked off. I took my refund and gave them the gift card and left. I lost four hours and gas because the computer was put on the shelfe after being returned. They should acknowlege their mistakes and make them right without wasting all your time.
4 hours lost, Stress and approx $50.00 in gas.

I went to purchase a $350 money order. I swiped my card as a debit, it said approved, but the reciept the popped up said voided. The cashier told me to swipe again. I told her I was concerned about getting double charged, but she assured me it wouldn't happen, as the transaction was voided. However, I was double charged.
Walmart is telling me I must wait 7-10 business days for the money to be electronically put back on my card, during which time I have no money. My bank said that walmart recieved their funds and has no reason to not give us a cash refund. However, walmart is refusing to do that ans just giving us an oh well attitude. Why should I have to pay for their mistake?
I have no money and 2 weeks till another payday. Meanwhile, walmart is $350 richer off an item they didn't sell.

I purchased three (3) sets of faux wood 1.5 inch , 72"X 74" blinds on March 21.08 from The WalMart store in Ruston Louisiana. Shortly thereafter, I got sick with lower back pain and eventually went in for surgery,April 18, 08. I had a type of female hernia. I was not released from the doctor until 5-31 with orders not to lift anything over 10 lbs for several more weeks and then not over 20 lbs.
The later part of June, I had my daughter help me with the blinds only to find out they were too wide. I brought the blinds to the store in Farmerville because it was closer. I loaded the heavy blinds in my car and unloaded them at the store. After 30 minutes of them cheking and rechecking the bar code on the boxes they did consent that I had purchased the blinds from a Wal Mart store, but not theirs. I had given them the receipt where I had purchased them in the first place. They talked checked some more, supposedly alled the manager at Ruston Wal Mart and then told me it had been over threee months from purchase date and the manager at the Ruston Wal Mart also agreed I could not get my money back.
I left and reloaded those blinds in my car and called the Walmart store in Ruston. The manager was on vacation and had not been there to speak to anyone. I understand the policy, but at least give me the courtesy of a consumer who frequents their store weekly. I do over $ 3000. yearly in prescriptions. I will call the Ruston Store Monday when the manager returns to work. I either want my money back or a credit for the store. I willl move all of my prescriptions from Farmerville Store.
Also they cannot keep the pharmacy open because of personnel problems, nor can they keep help. Every time I go in there there are new people who do not know the store. I think managment is the problem with customer relations and with employee turn over. There was a sign needing 4 people to work taped on the employment computer. There are 4 Wal Mart stores in the surrounding area and each one is laid out differently. I want my unusual illness to be a factor in the three month refund policy.
I want a refund of my money $ 57.00 per blind and tax or a credit. It does not make me any difference. I am 66 years old, I am disabled to work and have been since 2003 after a bad fall on my job resulting from severe injury. I worked at the Judges office. my work experience has taught me policy is a good thing, but circumstances surrounding the policy is suppose to make a differnce. As I said I want a credit or my money back, I have the receipt where I paid for them. Thank You,

My husband and I went into Wal-Mart today to get our shopping done and buy a few odds and ends. On the way to the register we picked up some World of Warcraft game cards that we collect because they were marked at $3.97, thinking that was a great deal, we picked up two packs. When we got to the register though they rang up for $9.97. When we mentioned it to the very unfriendly cashier, Julia, she went to check the price and didn't return for about 3-5 minutes. In that time, we had time to read their policy on the register that clearly states if a product rings up for a different price than is on the shelf then we get it for the price that it is advertised for.
Well, she came back and told us that $9.97 was the correct price and that the vendors put the stuff up on the shelves so it's not their fault and too bad pretty much. We pointed out the policy and she shrugged and said she couldn't give us that price and offered to take the items off our transaction. Then she finished scanning up our items and rudely gave the receipt to my husband. Since there was a long line, we waited until after we paid to contact a manager.
We saw a manager (his nametag said he was the manager for the eyeglasses place but I didn't catch his name unfortunately) immediately after we paid for our items and pulled him aside to hopefully get the situation resolved. He asked my husband to show him where the product was and when he got over there the price had already been peeled off (by the cashier, presumably). I just wrote to Wal-Mart about it though I'm not really expecting any response to it nor do I think there's much else I can do. But I'm upset that they have policies clearly posted but don't hold up to them. Had we not been paying attention we would have paid $12 more than we were expecting to pay for a couple decks of trading cards.
The only economic damage will be that my husband and I will be shopping at a different store from now on even if it's less convenient to drive a few more miles so it's going to be more gas use for us and less money for Wal-Mart.

After finding a listing for Farmer's Markets in the area, I called the person who sets this up. He stated that he had lost all of his locations that had been in the WalMart parking lots because they sell produce and they do not want the Farmer's Markets there. I know some will say this is 'just business' but WalMart professes to help the economy. I am now a former shopper of WalMart.
WalMart is hurting the local economy by denying the farmers a place to sell their fresh produce from their PARKING LOT. Had they allowed the markets, this would potentially bring in customers needing incidentals who would otherwise not use their store(s).

I went to the local Wal-Mart Supercenter to develop pictures at the Kodak kiosk as I have at least 4 times in the past. I verified over 10 of the over 200 pictures, that I took from 2 digital cameras with similar aspect ratios, to assure that the red box outlined the entire portion of the pictures--which it did on all 10+. Once I completed my sampling verification, I selected all of the images and printed them--about 2/3's were 1x1.5's and the other 1/3 were 2x3's.
After taking the 82 4x6 sheets of pictures home and cutting them (as Wal-Mart does not cut them for you), I found that 27 sheets had heads, arms, and legs of the people in the pictures cut off. Since this has happened to me before and it was not an issue returning and recreating the pictures until they were correct, I went back to Wal-Mart to do the same once again. Unfortunately, I do not have other relative (in the same area and at a similar cost) picture processing/printing options available to me in the same area. Otherwise, I would have not returned to Wal-Mart after the first instance of this because my time is more valuable to me than what it has been taking to correctly develop these pictures at Wal-Mart.
Upon returning the pictures a lady named Teri, in the photo department, was very rude to me. After honestly informing her that I verified a sampling of the pictures to assure that they would print without cutting important parts of the pictures off because I do not wish to take the time to verify every picture and do not feel that I should have to as the Kodak software should be selecting the whole picture for me, she insisted that I need to do this and began raising her tone to me and speaking down to me as if I am an idiot. I could not believe that I was being treated like this by someone that - to my knowledge - should be helping me.
So, I continued to tell Teri that I have encountered this issue before and asked her if Wal-Mart had any other printing options that might be better for my needs. She continued to raise her tone and insisted, at least 3 more times, that I need to make sure to check every picture before I print them. Another important note here: The Kodak kiosk allows someone to select all of their pictures (one button) and print all of their pictures (two more buttons--one to confirm the order) in 3 button clicks.
Why would the kiosk allow one to select and print all of their pictures if it was not meant to quickly print a large amount of pictures? All in all, Teri had to walk me up to the customer service return counter because she did not know and, admittedly, was scared (it seemed that she was not sure if she would get in trouble for doing so) to refund my money to me. I feel that Teri could have handled the situation much better and I feel that Wal-Mart should not strike fear into its employees for something so ... quite frankly ... lame.
I am very upset and am considering how my family can avoid purchasing another item at Wal-Mart going forward.

At first they said they did not have them in their inventory. I told them they were purhased in Ruston, La. They supposedly called Ruston and talked tho the manager over there and I was told the warranty was up, I had purchased the blinds the end of April and the warranty was up.
Farmervill Store refused to refund my money. I called the Ruston Store and they said the manager was on vacation and no one had talked to him. This is not the first time I have had problems with returns. I am 66 years old , I was treated badly, they kept trying to scan the blinds like they did not come from a walmart store. I was left standing there with the recipt in my hand and three sets of faux wood blinds.

Purchased a Dell laptop computer. The box was sealed. When I opened it, instead of a computer, it contained a bunch of photocopy paper (to simulate the same weight). The power adapter was also missing (although the manuals were there). Since it was in the original sealed package, I didn't think it was necessary to inspect it. Upon discovery, I immediately returned to the store. The manager was out, and the asst. manager (after reviewing their security tapes and finding nothing) didn't want to do anything.

Yoyo pricing is a fact of life at the Wal-Mart in Cedar Falls, Iowa. My reason for sending a complaint is that customer service can't do anything about quality, selection, availability, or pricing; only to give your money back if dissatisfied; a poor, but efficient way for them and mostly inefficient for me. I may not want to drive out of my way to shop there, again.
Yesterday, I bought Philadelphia Cream Cheese, not needing any till next week. The price was .99 cents, a popular promotional price at Wal-Mart. Looking over my sales slip when I got home only to find a charge for $1.83. You'd think with a new Target being built next across the street, that they would pay a bit more attention to their current customers!

Also the beautiful tiles walls are splashed with the dirty mop water. It was absolutely repulsive.
This is a beautiful new Super Center, and it's an absolute shame that the management is letting the employees get by with such terrible neglect in doing their duty. If they don't want to clean, then they shouldn't hire on in that position. ALL POSITIONS should be filled with people that take pride in their jobs, even if it means they are mopping floors, cleaning toilets, etc. Please send someone to correct the situation before the Health Dept. sees this mess.

My sister wanted to register at Wal-Mart for gifts for her upcoming baby shower. We decided to go to this particular store since we had been out shopping on that side of town and it was close by. We go in and go to the jewelry department to start doing the registry. After my sister finished keying her info into the kiosk she went up to the counter to get a scanner. She was told that they had ONE registry scanner for the entire store! And this is for the Baby Registry, Wedding registry and new home registry!
A few seconds later my sister turned to me and asked if I had brought my ID since she had forgotten hers. I asked the associate why ID was needed to register for gifts. She said it was "their policy" and she had to keep the ID until the scanner was brought back to the counter. Now we had just been to both Babies R' Us and Target, and registered(with the same type of scanners, I might add) and had not had anyone request to "keep" or even SEE my ID. I have never in my life heard of this kind of policy in ANY store. So I told her fine I would give her my ID when the scanner became available. We decided we would wait a few minutes to see if the other customer would be done soon.
About 15 minutes later the young lady returns the scanner. IT HAD QUIT IN THE MIDDLE OF HER REGISTERING! Of course the jewelry associates didn't know how to fix it. One of them even called a manager who refused to even come and look at it. Overall I felt kind of offended by this whole experience. Why on earth would I want to steal a store scanner? We just came in to register for gifts, we are NOT thieves. There is NOTHING in Wal-Mart that I can't afford to pay for. Needless to say the registry will be left blank, and probably deleted if I can do it online. I'll take my money to Target. I can't be bothered to support a store who treats me like I am coming in to rip them off.

Being a formal Safeway employee I said that the Lipton Tea company salesman is buying out the buyer of this store so his merchandise can sell better.
Its odd that the other stores stock the Arizona Green Tea. I think the management need to be looked into about the purchasing of merchandise. I have other items that they quit stocking , but will not get into them now. I hope I don't have to start going to andother Branded store to buy my food. Thank You

I just filled out the customer survey online. I couldn't answer some of the questions properly because it didn't give me enough choices. I thought, at the end I would be able to leave a comment...but, NO, I couldn't even do that. I went to Walmart for a specific item in fabrics. Found out the NEW store didn't even have that department. This NEW store is very disappointing. Been there 3 or 4 times and EACH TIME they do not have what I wanted! I have to go to another store.
I started trying this NEW store because it is closer to home. Found out it's not worth it! I waste gas going to another location that i should have just gone to in the first place. The survey ask me if i went for something specific, but didn't give me a chance anywhere to say what it was and why i was disappointed that i couldn't find it. While there, thought I'd get some dog treats we needed...didn't have those either. The other Walmarts carry them. It was a big waste of time and gas!!!

My husband and I buy $400 to $600 a month in products from Wal Mart, Griffin, GA, and have done so for many years. We shop there because we feel that the Wal Mart (1 mile from our house in Lovejoy) is unsafe from harm, and that the black people that work there are unfriendly toward us, as we are white.
I had to buy something quickly today, and decided to run into Wal Mart, Lovejoy, GA, becuase it was closer. As I left the store after my purchase of 6 items, I was stopped by a black woman, who looked through my 2 bags for a period of about 15 seconds. 4 black people went before me and were not checked, and I stood just in side the door after I left and the next 11 customers, all black, went unchecked. I am retired from the Clayton County School System and feel that I was stopped strickly because I am white. This has happened to me and my husband before at this store.
With all of the negative publicity of crime at this store, I would think that your company might be more concerned taking care of your decent customers. I told my husband about this, and he suggested that we just start shopping at Target. This sounds like reverse racial discrimination to me. What do you think? Thank you

I went into walmart and purchased a few items as I walked out to the parking lot I realized I had lost my car keys and my cell phone was completely dead. I went back into the store and the lady that greets the customers asked my if everything was ok because i guess she had seen my leave to return back a few minutes later, i told her that i couldn't find my car keys and she suggested i go to the customer service desk,
when i asked the customer service lady if anyone turned in my keys she checked and said are these your keys and i told her no they were not, i then asked her if i could please use the phone as my cell phone was completely dead and my car keys were lost she asked me if the phone call was local I thought that was a bit ridiculous i was stuck in a walmart with 4 kids who was i going to call someone in mexico? I told her no that i live right down the street which i do i live about 5 minutes from this walmart.
I called my home and my husbands cell phone but the phone calls would not go through. i approached her and asked her if the area code needed to be put in because for some reason that walmarts area code is 407 but deltona's area code 386 she said that if the area code is 386 its long distance and that long distance doesn't work on their phone. i told her i live right down the road in deltona how is that long distance and she offered no help whatso ever!!
it was almost 10:00 at that point and i was really worried because i did live close to the location but not close enough to walk and not with 4 children in the darkness. as i walked out the lady that worked at the door asked me if i found my keys and i told her no and that my phone was dead and that i asked the customer service lady if i could borrow the phone and i explained that i needed to dial 386 to call to my home and that she had told me that was lond distance and i couldn't call long distance and she looked at me puzzled and surprised. she asked me if she saw me with all the kids and i told her yes she did.
I had to walk up to a complete stranger and ask them if i could please borrow thier cell phone to call my home and thank goodness they told me to call anyone i wanted until i reach someone to come and pick me up. i was there until 10:45.

But he told me if I come back at twelve midnight they could sell it to me ar 12:01.
I waited all that day until 11:30 that night and I drove all the way back over there from my daughter house. When I got there it was about 11:50 I went to the department and ask the lady that was on duty can I get a computer she told me not until 12:01. I stood there until 12:01 and ask for my computer, then the manager came out (it was another manager not the one I had talked to earlier) and said we can't sell them until 8:00.
I told him that I had came in earlier and the manager on duty at that time had told me I can get one at 12:01. But he said he was sorry but I was given the wrong information. I told him I had driven all the way other there (wasting my gas) and I still gould not get the computer. I went back home and I setup half the morning waiting on 4:00 A.M. and then I went back up there and waited until 8:00 and I got my computer. But I was so exaled.
The manager should know what they are talking about when they give out information to customer. I forgot to tell you that the sales girl said she was even told they would be selling them at 12:01. I was very inconvenience about this I also missed Church that Sunday because I was so exsalted for staying up to 12:00 and then had to return at 8:00. I have gone to sister store Sams Club in Pueblo, Co. a 20 minute drive from Canon City and can purchase a 55lb bag of Purina for 17.98. Walmarts comercials always brag about how they always roll prices back but that isnt the case here . Thankyou

Green Dot tells me that there is no proof of me purchasing the card, and Wal-Mart is telling me that they are not responsible.
So am I out of $500 because I purchased a prepaid credit card and somehow my activation number on my receipt does not match the serial numbers on the card. I've even had Wal-Mart go back on there cameras to proof that I purchased the card. They have me on camera and I'm still getting the same result. I got that card so I could pay some bills and my tuition fees for school online without having to use my real credit card. But I guess I got frauded anyway. How do I make this nightmare go away?

When we got ready to check out there was nowhere to check out except 3 lanes operater by human cashiers and 3 self checkouts. All lines were way backed up with all the people in them complaining about having to wait in line. There were 3 cashiers standing at one lane while all these persons were backed up. I asked them was there no more lanes to be openend and was informed that they did not have anyone else to run a register.
So I turned to all the persons standing in that area and told them we should just all leave our stuff setting in the buggies because if they didn't have anyone to check us out i guess they could get someone to put it back on the shelf. I left my stuff sitting in the buggy as I have done before because the wait was to long to get checked out for a few items. As i walked by two of those 3 human cashiers i informed them this was a poor excuse for service they agreed with me and called their rent a cop security gaurd and watched us walk out of the store and to the car. I asked them if there was a problem and the security gaurd told me to get off the property or he would call the city to deal with me.
This is not the first time there has not been any checkouts to tend to the customers and the lines are long and riduculous. Often times on friday afternoon at 5 p.m. the service desk is manned by one person and the line wil be so backed up we have to move to let people thru so they can leave the store. This is no way to operate a store. Something needs to be done. I called the manager's phone number that was posted at the service desk area and let it ring until it beeped like i had dialed a wrong number. As for my other experiences at other stores... lousy. If I need to purchase an item requiring customer service I go elewhere. I won't get electronics, outdoor items (bikes, playground, etc),produce, or even fish at WalMart. I don't bother talking with or calling local customer service desk helpers, and I have quit calling the corporate offices with complaints...they don't care either. Sure we do get a deal on a few items but really what are we getting? Times are hard, but does that mean we should just settle and get mistreated and ignored as consumers because we need to save and they can reel us in? I think this country has gotten hooked on the idea of what WalMart USED to be and resigned ouselves to what it has become.

You CANNOT order one online. Not if you are in a wheelchair, if your neck is broken and you cannot move, not if you are housebound for ANY reason. Get to their store, so you can BUY one, and maybe buy some of their other crap. To make matters WORSE--they have NO CONVERTER BOXES AVAILABLE within ONE HUNDRED MILES of my zip code. But you CANNOT ORDER ONE ONLINE.
Poor people who are disabled cannot buy converter boxes online from WALMART. My girlfriend and I went to buy pet food. When I walked to the wall section of the pet department, I noticed dozens of fish tanks, which I naturally looked into. I noticed dozens, if not hundreds, of dead fish. Some had been dead for quite some time. There were so many dead fish in a couple of the tanks, the water filter intakes were jammed with the fish bodies. There were fish skeletons, floating fish with white eyes, decaying fish on the bottom of tanks, and mounds of dead fish that were clustered into groups.
The smell was apparent over three aisles away. The aquariums also had not been cleaned in months, gauging by my experience owning fish. There were dark algal growths on the glass, and in some of the tanks that didn't have their water filters jammed with dead fish, the water filter was simply not on or working. There were no employees anywhere near the vicinity; we had to go to the registers to find one.
The conditions for their upkeep of fish, which they consider pets, are deplorable and would not be seen in the worst pet stores that I have visited. It is obvious that the following has or is occurring:
1. The fish are not fed or maintained properly. 2. The tanks are not maintained or cleaned. 3. Some of the fish are diseased.
Knowing these facts, the following can be inferred: 1. Purchasing fish gives the consumer a high risk of infecting other fish at a home tank, or that the consumer's newly purchased pet will die prematurely. 2. The definition of pet is: a domestic or tamed animal, bird, or fish kept for companionship or pleasure and treated with care and affection. Wal-Mart has grossly violated that definition. 3. The health risks are unknown, but decaying animal matter can harbor disease and harmful bacteria.

I live in Hawaii and the Wal Marts here seem clean and the employees are willing to help when needed. So I would say they are well managed. I have shopped at many Wal Marts all over the country, some are much better than others. Clothes are a bit too close together, making it hard to get around, but overall a good place to shop.
But your Utah Valley store is less than a pleasant place to shop. I travel to Utah often and have gone to your Utah Valley State store several times; most times I have had some sort of bad experience. Dirty and cluttered, merchandise scattered on the ground. This alone makes for unpleasant shopping.
What is worse at your Utah Valley State store is the lack of service. I have asked several different times where to find a particular item and have gotten a wave of the hand over there?, or a look of disgust, as if to say why are you bothering me; rolled eyes, sigh and all. I will admit once I asked for help at your Utah Valley State store, and the gentleman went out of his way to help me.
Another thing that happens often is the long, long, extremely long wait in line to check out. Not fun when you or someone else has small children. I understand at Christmas time to have to wait in line for ten minutes or so, but over an hour, and not just at Christmas, anytime of the year. The baggers at your Utah Valley State store need to be taught how to bag. Sometimes they will put one small item in a bag, other times the bag is so full it rips. And other times they will put cans on top of produce or baked goods; or cleansers in with food or clothes. My advice is to do an employee cleansing at your Utah Valley State store. And hire more checkout clerks or teach the ones you have to be more efficient.
Frustration and stress and hours of wasted time

I am enraged to learn that Wal-Mart is stocking and selling a comic book entitled, Memin Pinguin. This comic book may be found in the childrens section of the Houston Wal-Mart store. This comic book series is a publication that illustrates and portrays people of African lineage in a very racist way. The series distorts the physical attributes of people of color and help to establish, maintain, and perpetuate the notion that Black people are sub-human. It is a Mexican comic book that has surfaced here in the US.
Simply put, the Hispanic culture has internalized European(white)racist attitudes towards people of African(black) lineage. Such physical characterizations of African-Americans were quite commonplace throughout the history of the New World, and specifically in US history. These characterizations were used to illustrate supposed sub-human features of people from African descent, and assisted white society from viewing and treating people of color as humans. Hence slavery and later racial segregation emerged. If Blacks were not considered to be fully human, then they could be viewed as chattel. These images illustrate the extent to which people of African descent have been discriminated against throughout history.
Such publications, in my opinion, only seek to incite, enrage, and harm....and I believe Wal-Mart is 100% wrong for stocking and selling such publications. I would like a formal inquiry made into this particular issue. I cannot believe that any decent individual would approve of this racist publication being stocked or sold in a mainstream public department store and certainly NOT in the childrens section!

Went to the store to purchase a LCD television. Found a RCA 42 inch LCD. The associate went to the back, brought out the television and we made the purchase at 6:00pm. We got home, unloaded the television and my husband hooked it up. There was no sound, so we began to look for the instruction booklet. There was none. Then we noticed all of the packaging was not in the box and the television was damaged. We called the electronics department of the store and they told us to bring it back to customer service.
We reboxed the television and took it back, stood in line, waited our turn and spoke to a customer service rep (Glenda)at 7:00pm. She called for the manager (Cynthia). As we were waiting, my husband discovered that there was another return tag on the other side of the box that had been partially removed. After being paged several more times, Cynthia, the manager came at about 7:30. My husband expained what happened and pointed out the return tag. She asked if the box was opened. We said no. Then she called for someone from electronics to come up.
After being paged twice, the same young man who had gone to the back to get the television came up at around 8:00. Cynthia left. My husband had the young man take the television out of the box and showed him the damage and the partially removed tag on the back. He said there were no more tv's of that make and model but we could get another. Of course we expected to be compensated for the amount of time we spent and the fact that they sold us a broken television as if it was new.
They expected us to pay the difference in the televisions. We felt that was unfair due to the inconvenience that they had put us through. I could not believe the manager was going to be so petty. He said You expect me to give you $70. He offered us $25 on a walmart gift card. I expected them to do better. To at least give us the next model up for the same price. They sold us a broken television that they knew was broken. The sales associate told us that he asked the guy in the back if the television was new or broken. The guy said it was new. So he brought it out. We shopped in good faith at walmart, gave them our money and they cheated us.
We had to drive back to walmart which cost us gas. We had to take our 2 children who along with us had to wait for over 2 hours which cost us time. My husband has to work tomorrow so he was inconvenienced because he should have been home relaxing preparing himself for his work day. We were insulted by the manager and accussed of being uncooperative after we waited for over 2 hours to reach a final decision. So our character was defamed. Loss of time, aggravation, defamation of character and money were what we received for being loyal walmart customers.

One sunny, summer afternon I was on my lower deck and heard a loud shatter from the deck above. I ran to the top deck and the glass to my patio set was in little pieces. No one was home, and I could not imagine what had happen. After sharing this story with others I was told this had happen to someone else. After explaining to the manager of Walmart, not much was done. I was told he would put an e-mail out to other walmarts to see if this occured any where else.
These was hundreds of pieces of scattered glass all over my deck, even wedge between the wood. I not only have a 18 monthold child who enjoyed playing out there. My dog was trained to do her bussiness on the deck, due to her allergies to the grass. It took about 4 people with phillip screw drivers & thick gloves to clean this mess up. There are still little pieces wedge in the deck that I could not remove. So I don't feel very safe.

I went to the store repeatedly and each time was told that they were selling out as fast as they received them. I finally went to the store early in the morning, spoke with Fabian who said he was dept manager and found out that they had not been receiving the product at all. They would order but not get a shipment. My coupons were almost at the expiration date at that point in time and I became ill and could not go anyplace else to redeem them, besides Walmart offered the best price...
My coupons are now expired and I cannot get an extension of time. I am a 68 year old retired female living on $1100 a month and cannot afford expensive equipment. If something isnt done I will no longer have entertainment. Movie theatres have become too expensive for the low income person to afford. By the way I am raising a 14 year old granddaughter and she will be deprived of entertainment as well.

This is to report a successful interaction with the Maryland Attorney's General office over differences between shelf price and scanned price at a local Wal-Mart (and a larger issue that this raises). On March 9, 2008 when shopping at the Elkton, Maryland Wal-Mart I was charged a much higher price for a bag of navel oranges than was marked in the produce section. A return to another part of the produced section for a separately priced bag of oranges resulted in a second overcharge at the checkout counter.
After considerable discussion with an obfuscatory floor staff, I decided to write a letter to the Maryland AG's office. The office quickly replied and sent a copy of the response to the Maryland Division of Weights and Measures. Within a week Weights and Measures made an unannounced price verification inspection at that Wal-Mart -- store #1860 -- finding a few overpriced and a couple of underpriced goods when checking one hundred items. Surprisingly, W&M sent a letter to me, saying the Division would continue random unannounced checks at that store.
Beyond this shelf-to-scanner issue of food price integrity is perhaps a more far reaching problem. I am wondering if FOOD PRICE GOUGING is a reality in this inflationary economy. Major food price hikes have come quickly, with little time for the market place to reach a consensus on reasonable rates of price increases. Heightened oversight could dampen any attempts to overcharge the American consumer at Wal-Mart or elsewhere. Yet, who will provide this oversight?

The store in smithfield has uneducated people working in the photo lab and pitiful customer service. I had a problem once with a digital camera I bought there and I went to take it back, and even had a receipt and they told me there was no way that I bought that camera there. Turns out that one of their BRILLIANT Workers switched cameras on me and I did not pay attention to the model number. Do you think they cared???
Well NO, they would not do anything for me and made me look like I swapped cameras. Why would I? I paid $150 for junk. Walmart does not care about customer service. I will spend my money elsewhere!!!!

The whole time she was grabbing the deli meat and slicing all the different kinds - she left them sit out on the counter and never covered them back up as she went on to the next person.
Well when it was finally my turn - almost 15mins later she went to the hot foods and helped a lady there when it was clearly known I was there first. My husband had gone all over to look for a manager and couldn't find one so we called when we got home and the lady manager just said in a cocky tone - well let me go correct this matter. I showed her a bottle of Easy Balance and asked if it was the same as Aqua Safe.
She replied, That product does exactly the same thing Aqua Safe does, it's just a different name on the bottle. I said, Are you sure it won't hurt my fish? She replied. I'm positive. Knowing she had been employed there for a long time I trusted her and purchased the product.($3.96 for a 3.38 FL. Within minutes of using the product your sales person told me would not harm my fish, the fish started to die off rapidly. I lost all nine of my fish. This was gross negligence on the part of your employee.

I purchased on Sun July, 6, 2008 (thru the internet) for a 14' trampoline. I paid $220.00 (on my MasterCard) and some change for this. The order arrived via Site to Store pickup. I picked it up on Fri July 11, 2008. With my spouse away on deployment, I unpacked the box of all the parts and began to assemble it.
1st: There were no screws to assemble it 2nd: 2 of 12 of the pads were damaged 3rd: Many of the poles were dirty, and scratched. 4th, the pegs that fit into some of the holes of the poles were already assembled, 5 were missing. It was apparent to me, that this was used and returned to the store to be resold. The store charged me full retail cost for a used item.
I called the above phone # & initially was told that they could have UPS come and pick up the used trampoline, and reship a new one directly to me at no cost. Then they tell me because I initially arranged Site to Store I would have to return this huge, heavy item to the store and it would be an additional charge to my credit card. I feel this is an unreasonable response, and extremely irresponsible of Walmart. Walmart charges me full cost for an item that is used, does not offer any discount to the item. Then to further twist the knife they demand I go 100% through an inconvenience of packing all this, and delivering it to the store and further have to wait additional time at the same time my money is in their bank.
Consequenses are the physical labor of having to pack all this (112 lbs), then put it in my trunk (it took 2 people at Walmart to put it in my trunk); then the gas to delver it there. Not to mention the arguing with kids that want it now!

My husband and I wanted to update our computers, I was in college and needed a laptop and he needed a new desk top tower. The lap top I purchased was an acer, after set up, when we tried to reboot it immediately ran diagnostics, we decided not to take a chance and take it back the very next day, we ran into a whole bunch of problems, first even though we had the reciept they didn't want to exchange it, claiming that they needed someone from electronics to match the seriel numbers, after waiting for about 20 minutes some one finally came, they couldn't find the seriel number and hinted that we were trying to pull a fast one and exchange an old computer, my husband tried repeatedly to show then where the seriel number was located, they treated him with so much disdain I was shocked,
finally my husband in irritation, took the machine away and showed them, then they had to call the manager anyway before we could exchange it, all in all we spent about an hour trying to get this accomplished. The customer service reps were rude, short, and irritated, they acted like we had no right to exchange our item. It was just awful, a few weeks later while trying to burn a dvd for my mom, we ran into a problem with the new tower we had just purchased, the dvd burner would over heat, it took him two hours to burn a dvd of our home movies for my mother so we decided to take it back and exchange it,
the person in electronics said we had 90 days for a refund or exchange so even though we could not locate the recipt we thought they would exchange it since they have everything on record, not true, when we arrived the customer service people treated us like we were the lowest forms of life, they were rude and didn't want to do the exchange, they claimed that we didn't have some cd's that were sopposed to come with the product and of course we had already thrown away the box, there weren't any cd's that came with the computer, everything was preinstalled on the hard drive, we had to make our own recovery cd's and such, we tried to explain this but were told that it did come with cd's, instead of contacting the electronics department first to make sure we were telling the truth, they automatically assumed that we were lying,
my husband demanded to speak with a manager, after about a half hour wait, the assistant manager finally came, she was hostile and rude, refusing to exchange the product, stating that the refund or exchange policy was only for 15 days, my husband is bipolar, and the assistant manager aggrivated the situation, she yelled at my husband for wanting to exchange the computer in front of all the other customers, almost calling him a thief, definately calling him a liar, my husband snapped, and yelled right back, she kicked us out, telling us to never come back into her store again, I asked to speak to the store manager to which she replied "I am the store manager, now get out of my store and don't come back!" She aggravated an already stressful situation with her hostility, she obviously lacked customer service skills, I have worked in customer service for several years and noticed that she could have diffused the situation, but instead made it worse, she gave me the impression she didn't want to deal with us.
I went home and found the reciept, and called the store manager, Cameron Davis and explained what had happened and tried to complain about his assistant manager, he told me to come down and we could work something out, I took the computer in and he met me at the customer service desk, he was right the reciept did say 15 days, and we were over our limit, but his employee had said 90 days, all I wanted was to exchange this computer, I expected WalMart to live up to their customer satisfaction claim. I had never had an experience like this in my life with WalMart, he was also hostile, even though I was polite, he was rude, he agreed to exchange it, but decided to add something to that he stated "Katie was right, I will do this exchange/refund just this once, but don't you ever buy anything like this again and try to bring it back to my store, I won't do this again!"
I was being polite and nice, why did he have to throw that in there? He claimed that it was missing discs, which if he would have taken my suggestion and looked at another box with the same computer he would have seen that I was right. I decided to get a refund, to which I went over to staples and put another $300.00 to my already $600.00 and buy another computer, we did have problems with that computer, but the exchange at Staples was way easier than WalMart.
I now have to pay a little more at other stores for my merchandise, but if it is at all possible I do not shop at WalMart, I would rather spend the extra gas, time, and energy shopping at other stores, WalMart's customer service satisfaction guarantee is false advertising, they don't seem to be customer oriented anymore. Now for my groceries I drive to a town about an hour away, or spend more money to shop at the local stores, I also buy all of my electronics at Staples, which is right across from WalMart, and I buy my sons toys from Toys R Us or Target on line, it is worth the extra money for shipping and stuff to get better customer service for damaged merchandise.
It took me two hours to calm my husband down after that incident, which was not only embarrassing but humiliating as well. And my two year old son won't have to be witness to any fowl words coming out of a managers mouth or my husbands. The assistant manager could have diffused to situation very easily, but she chose not to, and the store manager, even though I was nice and polite was rude to me also, and tried to start an arguement with me as well, never again will I buy anything electronic from WalMart, things like that cost too much money and I want quality is shoddy.

I called the second time and told them that no one answers on the furniture department they forward me somewhere else and there was another 10 mins. I called the third time and explained what had happened they first and second time and forwarded me somewhere else and like the previous times there was only a ringing tone and no one picked up.
I called the fourth time and asked to speak to the assistant manager and when I spoke to him he was rude and had no respect to what I was asking he kept saying, what? We dont have that here? and then I explained to him how I had seen the same item at a different Walmart and then he replied Oh ye ye, you talking about that one (in a slang sort of tone)?. He then told me that they have six in stock.
On a later day I went to that Walmart and went to where they have the item I was going to purchase and I looked around to see if I can see anyone to help me and there was no one around I then told my brother to wait to see if anyone passes by as I went off in search of someone. When I finally saw someone she said Ask that guy over there (in a bad tone) then I carried on and went to the person she pointed at. I saw that his tag said assistant manager and his name was William, I asked him, I want to purchase the sofa-bed that is down this isle, he said Ok ill be there in a minute?
I walked back and waited for 15 mins, I then saw him wonder around the store as if he were doing nothing. I then again left my brother to wait again, I went to follow him and he went into customer exchange section. And was just standing there, I then went to the manager and told him my situation and he went to talk to him but as they were walking towards me they were laughing and it gave me the impression as if I were talking about me. First off I would like to point out that Wal-Mart doesn't allow pets in their stores because they also sell food, which becomes a big issue. I bought my Betta from Wal-Mart, which yes he was in a small little cup, their department manager kindly told me that the vendors send them in cups because they'd kill eachother if put together, fair enough, it was true. He didn't know alot about the fish, he was new to the department, understandable everyone has to learn, but his fish tanks looked amazing, there were a few dead fish but he was taking them out and he did explain that the vendors bring them in bags and a 2 hour drive in a very small bag with 6 others, that was his thoughts, I agreed.
I also bought a algae eater, he gave me a paper to read on because he wasn't positive, which was the best thing to do instead of lie, which buying from pet smart they told me 2 Bettas would be okay together in my 10 Gallon tank, that was a lie. So all in All, I think this walmart associate was great with what detail he knew. I am [angry] at Pet Smart for the death of my 2 Bettas I bought from them a few months ago.

I was using the self service machine and when I was finished the register requested that I pay for the items. I swiped the card and I got another response to swipe the card again, which I did, again I was prompted to swipe my card again, this time the register asked me if I wanted the questions in Spanish. I have used these machines many times and I will say I dislike your self service machines as much as everyone else's self service machines.
To make a long story short I was concerned if I had been charged all three times, which I think is a legitimate question to ask. The employee asked for her supervisor to come and assist me with my question. Terrell came out and advised me that I had messed up because the machine had been used all day and not the first customer had a problem with the machine until me.I asked him would there be any possibility that the machine malfuntioned and he basically said there was no way.
One issue that I did not bring up was during my transaction there was a serious round of thunder and lightning over the store. I do not know if the thunder and lightning had anything to do with the problem but it amazes me that he would be so blunt towards me. Terrell seemed that my concern about already being charged three times was irrelevant. Terrell made me upset from the start and I voiced my frustration with him and advised him that I wanted to see his manager. Terrell advised me that he would get his manager but he advised me before going to get his supervisor that I had broken this register.
There was another derogatory comment made by Terrell about something that I had done wrong but at this time I cannot remember this attack on me. Terrell's manager came out and almost immediately John the manger advised me that I had broken his register, the exact comment that Terrell had made to me before he went after John. I told John right off the bat that I did not appreciate Terrell's comment of the same accord and I understood why Terrell would have said the same thing to me since he did. John did take my advise and did speak to me as if I was the customer from this point on.
I advised John that I felt that Terrell should have been here with him since Terrell was the main problem. John seemed unwilling to bring Terrell out but Terrell came out and I confronted him about his comments, of course Terrell LIED about what he said. I advised Terrell that he is not telling the truth and I asked him to apologize for him blaming me about breaking the machine and everything else about this transaction. Terrell advised John and Myself that he would not apologize and John advised him to apolgize. Terrell then apologized and but then started to badger me when John advised him to stop talking and leave me alone. I left feeling like dirt by mostly Terrell's attitude.
I do not understand how that there is not any possibility that there could be a computer error. I will be honest I understand human error and there is a possibility that I made an error but WalMart's summation that it could only be my fault is appauling. A machine that has worked correctly all day is possible and a computer that breaks down only with me(the 1st in a day is possible) also. Terrell and the check out employee could not get the machine to work by the time I left. If I did damage the machine that took it out of service please send me the bill. Since WalMart is willing to throw the customer under the bus lets do it full swing.
Terrell's supervisor ( a young black lady ) and the check out clerk (a young black lady) both were very pleasant and both said that the self service machines at times are a pain. There was ( a young white lady ) that also were very pleasant. In the two years that WalMart has been in Crawfordville I would have to say most employees are very accommodating.
Frustration and time consuming. No permanent long term damage just a very bad feeling about multi million dollar company. I do not wish the company to go bankrupt nor do I want anyone to lose their job, I just want a little empathy and understanding. I saw three individuals that work for WalMart seem to have a heart and compassion for the customer. The compassion for the customer needs to be imulated by all of the employees that the three young ladies showed.

Gas prices our high and we are forced to shop around' for this Wal-Mart brand at other stores. I think they do not understand how important it is to a growing baby not to change his/her formula. My baby has been using this formula since he was two weeks old.

I was hired as a cashier and on my first day of training, I was put on a check out stand with only a 15inch scanner. No place for the customers' merchandise. No place for filled bags. The customer handed you one item at a time from their brimming to the top cart and it was necessary for you to quickly quckly quickly scan that item and put in a bag on a carousol. I was in training for 5 hours and there was a minimum of 6 cashiers who worked the register I was on.
They had to hang the scanned and filled bags from their shoulders because if some item contained baby food and the next item was a pesticide, they could not go in the same bag. So bags were hanging from their shoulders, on the floor, wherever. The manager continued to watch for speed. The bags on the carousol continued to fall off or come off in clumps.
This situation caused me depression. I was only there for five hours and I quit, but I do not want this to happen to anybody else. They hired me and wasted my time knowing no person could humanly do what was demonstrated to me.

If influential businesses continue to follow this policy how will these people ever assmilate our way of life. If I had entered a Walmart store in Mexico would I have been handed a flyer written in english, I think not. I know that this message will fall on uncaring ears becaus e all you people think of is increased sales.

My husband and I were shopping at Walmart this evening with our 11 month old, as we were walking thru the store we looked at our daughter and she was choking. We immediately flipped her upside down and swept her mouth with my finger. She vomited and was able to get out what she was choking on. It was a piece of the coating from the shopping cart. She must of picked it off (which we did very easily afterwards) Thank goodness we were right in front of her and noticed. This was our first choking incident with our daughter and it scared us to death!, especially since we had no clue what she could have choked on!
We complained to the supervisor and store manager and asked that they go thru ALL of their carts and get rid of the ones that are peeling. They both assured us that this will be done. I am very interested to see if they will follow thru and I will visit back in a week to check. We wanted to alert others to this possible choking hazard. Please use your cart covers (we forgot ours) Or just don't use a cart with the peeled coating.
we only hope that she did not swallow or attempt to swallow more than the piece that she choked on. Hopefully there is no toxic componets in the coating.

I can't purchage another I tem I want to buy until I receive the item and return the item and get the credit back to my a/c. I would still be paying the shipping charges over $4 for the item I don't want. If Walmart.com was able to cancel the orders that are not shipped then I would not have to pay for shipping unnecesaryly. They are maintaining bad policy.
Unnecessary waiting for more than a weeks time to get the merchandize in the mail to buy the product I really want to buy. Shipping charges in excess of $4.

I visited store #4356 on 6/26/08. While in line the woman ahead me cut her finger and began to bleed all over the atm/debit machine. The cashier (John) did not acknowledge the problem. When I refused to use the ATM machine which was covered in blood he told me to go to another line. I said that the line needed to be shut down and the atm machine should be santized due to possible contamination involving blood borne pathogens. We waited 15 minutes for a manager to come close the lane. I was also purchasing an item off a gift registry.
John was not able to understand how to scan the gift item off the gift registry. He then swore at me saying SH** and continued to become more flustered. The supervisor Nicole, who was very unkept and looked in no way shape or form like a manager proceeded to argue with me about the ATM machine because I refused to use, she said she would get to calling maintence. She also raised her voice at me when she wasn't able to scan my gift item off of the gift registry.
Finally, after a few words explaining her incompetence she said I'm not doing this and walked away. I then took my complaint to the store assistant manager, who's name I did not catch. I still cannot be sure if the ATM/Debit was every santized. Lets hope no one catches a disease from the blood which contaminated the whole machine that I'm sure at least 100 people touch a day. This is yet another way as to why Walmart is a disgrace to the American consumer. I will never shop Walmart again!
Someone may have come into contact with a very serious disease. Las Vegas is currently in the middle of a hepatitis outbreak involving several endoscopy centers. If this person who bled all over the ATM/DEBIT machine had been a patient of the endoscopy center, she could potentially have hepatitis or something as serious as HIV. If her blood was not properly cleaned off of this machine an innocent consumer may be at risk due to Walmart's negligence.

So, here is the letter I have been trying to send to Wal-Mart:
I already called customer service after two failed attempts at using this email service, and I was told that I would receive a call back, but so far I have not received anything.
I am usually the first one to praise something good, and the last to complain, but I am extremely angry with Wal-Mart and its carelessness at this point.
First and foremost, Wal-Mart needs to get rid of all the fish departments, end of story. I have yet to be in a Wal-Mart that has a fish department where the fish do not look sick or are dead, the tanks are always filthy, and the attendants do not know the first thing about fish!
I have had two experiences purchasing fish at two different Wal-Mart locations, and both were bad. The first was about 2-1/2 years ago at the Boynton Beach Wal-Mart, where I was told that the Tiger Barbs were great for the community tank. At the time I didn't know nearly as much about fish as I do now, so I got the cute little things and put them in my tank. Now I know better, after having to purchase a second tank to move all my other fish into, because Tiger Barbs are extremely aggressive! They killed both my Bala Sharks in the first night, and then within two weeks all but one of the Tiger Barbs were dead.
I have had fish for years, and I currenly have 3 aquariums, all my fish I have had for over 3 years, and none of them came from Wal-Mart.
On Father's Day, I made the horrible mistake of purchasing two fish from the Summerfield Wal-Mart on Hwy 27/441. I bought a Spotted Puffer and a Pictus Catfish. I should have gone with my gut at first when I noticed the Puffer tank with several problems, (1) the bottom was littered with flake food and Puffers are carnivors, they do NOT eat flake food (freeze-dried krill, frozen brine shrimp, etc., they love shellfish). (2) They all appeared to be severely damaged from fighting, missing fins, and two of them had red, swolen infections on their fins, I assumed were most likely from fighting. (3) there were probably 20 puffers crammed together in one mabe 20-gallon area, they should NEVER be kept like that, as they are very aggressive and will kill each other. Also, when I got a puffer (healthiest one in the tank) and the catfish, the attendant wouldn't put them in separate bags, even though I asked that they be bagged seperately because the puffers are very aggressive.
I got home and after a few hours I noticed that the puffer was still just sitting on the bottom of my 125-gallon tank where he had been since I put him in, and appeared to be covered in sand. (my tank is part sand and part gravel) I assumed that since he was on the sand portion of the tank, that my large Pleco (algea eater) had done his usual "digging" in the sand and had simply stirred up the sand and it had landed on the puffer. As 4 days went by, I noticed that the sand-looking white spots were still noticable on the puffer. It wasn't sand at all, this puffer had Ick! The next day, the puffer died, and the following day, the catfish died.
Now, as I have said, I have had my aquariums for years. I have NOT ONCE had Ick or parisites in my tank! I have treated my tank, but the sick puffer that I purchased from Wal-Mart, riddled with Ick, had already infected my tank. I had 7 fish, not counting the two that proved to be the worst mistake in fish ever, that I purchased from Wal-Mart. Not only did I lose the two fish that I bought from Wal-Mart, but I am down to 3 fish in my tank. Wal-Mart's neglegance in the fish department has cost me 4 fish that I have had for over 3 years, and 2 of the 3 I have left don't appear like they will make it. Wal-Mart's carelessness has cost my my entire tank!!
I am extremely angry, and as much as I hate to be the negative one, there is no other way for me to be at the moment. Wal-Mart sold me a fish that was completely riddled with Ick, and I have done some research, I am by far not the first person to have this problem! I have read countless other consumer reports that all state the same things, the fish are dead in the tanks, damaged from fighting, kept in horrible conditions, or...HAVE ICK!!!
I do not expect a refund or money of any kind, but I will do everything in my power to stop the sale of fish at Wal-Mart. I mean, what would you do if you walked into a pet store and saw dead puppies and kittens all over the place, and the ones that were alive were sick and dying...come on, people!
I am so angry that I plan to not shop anymore at Wal-Mart, not that anyone cares, because I have not even received the call as promised in the first place. You NEED to get rid of the fish departments!

But because the cashier accidently pushed the wrong button we now have to wait up to 30 days to receive our money back. That money was to go toward two new prepaid cell phones (a different brand/carrier) from Wal-Mart that would cost only $30 and would more than likely work better than the original ones we purchased. Then we would have $40 left with which we could purchase food and gas from Wal-Mart.
Now because of the cashier's mistake and Wal-Mart's unwillingness to remedy the situation using whatever means necessary, we now have NO phone, and we are out $70 for up to 30 days! This is unacceptable!
We have no phones and are out $70 for up to 30 days because of a mistake Wal-Mart made (not us) and one that they are unwilling to remedy using WHATEVER means necessary. I am pregnant with twins, and I do NOT need this kind of stress. Now I have NO WAY of speaking with my husband today. If anything goes wrong, I have NO WAY of reaching him! I want the money back in my account IMMEDIATELY! Not when it is convenient for Wal-Mart!

He should of offered to get us a cart and when my husband came to my defense (who by the way was holding a swimming pool in the box the whole time) he got really rude with my husband.
Then he said we had to leave the store and we said no we did not do anything all we wanted was a cart. That's when I wanted to speak to a manager. No one but one lady bothered to ask my mom was she ok. Their main concern was whether or not she will return to that particular wal mart to shop again. They didnt even ask did she need ANY type of assistance. They did take her infomation down.
So when I called to the store to try and find out what happened. I was told that the reason why they didnt offer my mom an ambulance or a doctor was because they was trained not to do that in a situation like that to avoid law suits. Only time they should call for an ambulance is if the customer is uncontious or they ask for it. Also they told me that when a acccident occurs in their store they are to take down the infomation and call the customer the next day and see if they are ok.
My mom got up finally after the lady helped her up. Went and got back into the car. On the way home her right side started to throb uncontrollably, the only resort to the pain was to go to the emergency room. Where she discovered a cut between her legs and her whole right side is pretty numb. At the hospital they prescribed her with some pain relievers. To take the edge off. Now my mother is currently out of work with no income coming in to cover her living expenses.

Also, it was a special by for that company that we wouldnt be able to do obviously it is negotiations point with radio shack and the supplier, and they also advertised very limited quantities So it will be tough for us to accommodate their negligence really." For a store that makes so much money and is in Forbes magazine, where are the associates? The lines at ALL the registers were standing in the departments that were in back of them. This is very sad when you purchase frozen items and they are defrozed when you get home. I guess that is not their problem or money !!! I went back into the store to try to find out who has juridiction of the parking lot and if video cameras were in use in the parking lot. I was able to get in touch with the local sheriff;s department and was told someone was on the way out to me. I asked again about video cameras ans one of the employees at the service desk went to find someone so that the person in change of the cameras could have the video ready for the officer when he arrived. The law officer arrived and that is when the asst manager came out and stated he would try to locate the video. I waited outside trying to locate a towing service that could help me get my car towed back to my home.
While I was waitng the asst mamager came out with another Walmart employee and they were both looking at my car. WHen the officer returned, I requested that he have these 2 employees return to the store as they had upset me greatly, and I didn't understand why they were out there since they weren't doing anything to help the situation at all. During a recent (and possibly my last) visit I purchase my balloons and ribbon. I asked the cashier if they balloons were still filled at the customer service area and if they still did the filling free of charge. She said yes.
I took my purchases to the customer service area and asked that 5 balloons of each color be filled. I will pick them up at 9AM. Once again, I asked the clerk if there was any additional charge. She said as long as you purchased the balloons here, there is no charge. She put a note on the bags to fill 5 of each color. The simply task took 30 minutes! I arrived the next morning. They filled ALL of the 75 balloons AND they wanted to charge .75 per balloon. I explained that I was told that there never had been a charge before and I double checked with your cashiers the night before. The manager was called. The manager rudely stated that the helium wasn't free. She took the balloons and placed them about the store. There was no apology, no compromise, nothing. My family will drive the extra mile to visit Kmart from now on.

6/13/08 at 9pm I went to the check out at Walmart with 6 items. There were 5 lines open. All of those were on the grocery side and the lines were at least 10 to 15 carts long. Managers paged for all assoicates who could run the register and told people they could go to sporting goods or automotive to check out. I went to sporting goods where the lines was still 5 carts long.
Even so It took 20 minutes for me to get though the line and check out. When I left there were 12 carts behind me. I walked to the front where I counted 9 lines open and each had lines of 8 to 15 carts. This is rediculous that corporate Walmart can not allow their stores enough payroll to accomidate their customers.
It is irritating and frusterating for all involved.

I called and left several messages requesting a return phone call from Barian Booker a Marketing Manager in Ceres, California. I called nearly daily for the past week without any answer or return phone call. Finally, one week later after many answer machine calls, Emily in the office picked up the phone at 3PM on Friday. I was prepared to ask for a different Supervisor. My Primary concern is that the Fresno, California Walmart located at 3680 W Shaw Ave is no longer taking School Purchase Orders without some Company Business Card that would charge interest and late fees on the Purchase Orders...forced credit on Non profits?
We have had no hurdles with places like Costco, Target, Lakeshore, GW, etc., they respect our School Districts and their Purchase Orders. I am a teacher in a school district with nearly 15,000 students. It feels rather disrespectful and unrewarding to have to go through such lengths to spend a PO for $350. I had selected a digital camera for use in my Kindergarten Classroom.
I personally shop for thousands of dollars of classroom materials at Walmart Annually. This frustration makes me want to shop only at places that are teacher friendly like Target, Costco, Lakeshore and the like who have no hurdles and respect our school Purchase Orders.
Possible loss of $350 Grant Money because of a change in their Purchase Order Policy, much time due to employee misunderstanding of PO policy changes, and gas money .

When I purchased the laptop the cashier said that I should purchase the service plan as well, because she said that if any thing were to happen to it all I would have to do is call the service plan number and they would fix my laptop. So now that I need to use the service, when I called to get my laptop repaired today they informed me that it was not covered for the repairs. So now my only option is to go to my local news station Help Me department. I do not want my money back or a new laptop, I just want the service that I paid for.

The incident this morning has taken the cake for this Wal-Mart and all Wal-Mart's as the customer service treatment is across the board. Aside from the Wal-Mart greeters checking your already made purchases feeling like your privacy is invaded when I am just trying to buy something and checking you on your way in as well. The lack of assistance when you are in need of something and then when you finally do receive assistance the employees act put out.
Two weeks ago while checking out my daughter was watching the receipt tape roll out at the self-checkout and took it in her hand to prepare to take it off when it came out and the guard on duty came rushing to our register only to take her hand off of it! This morning my son and daughter were not more than 15 feet from me in my plain site playing with the balls within a 4 ft radius as I looked at tents when an employee came up and asked them where there mother was in which I replied to her right here she looked at me then looked down at my children and began taking the balls from them and told them to go with their mother. They stood there as I in amazement. I did not call them over, they were not hurting a thing and it is the toy department.
My son took another ball out of the holder and employee number two came around the corner, took it from him and placed it back into the holder. Again, I did not call them to me as it was something we have ever had trouble with and they were not hurting anyone or anything.
A third time my daughter took a ball out of the holder and yet a third employee came and all three of them surrounded them as if to intimidate a 3 and 5 year old into leaving the toy department and premises for that matter. I nearly dumped my 300.00 pending transaction right there to go to Target as I have NEVER had such experiences there.
In addition my razors are not even on the shelf and have to be retrieved by a disgruntled employee. Wal-mart is the only department store that goes to these measures on loss prevention. It is ridiculous to make people who are not thieves or trouble makers feel as if they are and to create such a hostile shopping environment.
I will never shop Wal-Mart again. I can get cheaper off-line and not have to be subjected.

The check was for 50.00 and when I got to register I signed the line and filled in Wal Mart's name the lady told me I had to wait while she checked with management and I understood that, she came back and told me I had to spend the whole $50.00 and I think my change would have been 10.00 0r 15.00 for my grandson's field trip. This made my shopping extremely difficult trying to average out the $50.00 and my grandson did not get to purchase food for the field trip.

A lady named Valerie H was at the Customer Service desk, though that is not her usual job. Mrs. H was extremely rude and hateful, and completely refused to help my wife in any way. She would not even provide my wife with the contact information listed on the computer, so that she could get this situation sorted.
In addition, Mrs. H was making rude comments about my wife, a former employee of this Walmart, to whoever she was on the phone with at the time. She was slanderous, and committed libelous statements which will be dealt with by an attorney. Walmart should immediately relieve Mrs. H of her duties, in order to show that they will not tolerate such behavior in their employees.

I entered the store and immediately saw a basket displayed at the front of the store with Fun Pops inside. They had a clearance sign attached to the basket showing the price as $1.00. I bought two bags of the Fun Pops Fun Pops are made by BNR Global. They are pasturized freeze pops that come in bags of 36, 3oz bars. that can be frozen. I took my two bags home and froze them. The following day my 20-month year old and I enjoyed one. Unfortunately, about 3 hours later, we both had diarrhea. I assumed we caught a bug. This went on for the rest of the day and through the evening.
The following evening I went to my freezer to get a Fun Pop and looked at the tab that keeps the bag closed. The tab shows the expiration date (These are the same tabs you will find on bread bags). The expiration date on both the bags I purchased read: EXP FEB 2007 This is over a YEAR expired! Immediately I thought of the day before and how my son and I got sick! I was thankful that we had only had one Fun Pop. I called Wal-Mart and asked to speak to a manager. Debbie introduced herself as a manager and I explained my above story. She immediately asked me if I had been to a doctor. I told her no. For one, it was the weekend. For two, when we were sick I had not known about the expired product and thought it was just a bug we had gotten.
Debbie stated that it was not really an issue than. She stated she would have to contact her superviser and have the product pulled off the floor immediately. I asked her what I needed to do. She stated I could fill out a complaint form, but it was really the fault of the company who delivered the product to them. I told her she was incorrect, it was Wal-mart's fault for putting the expired product on the floor to sell. And above that, they had hand-picked the product off the shelves and put it in a basket for clearance. Debbie stated that this product is delivered to them weekly and the company who delivers it to them should be held accountable.
I left my name and number with her and she stated she would call me back after noon the following day. Debbie never called. So now I have two bags of over-a-year-old expired Fun Pops in my freezer that I should only eat if I want to get sick. Today I will try to call Debbie and I will ask to speak to the store manager so I can get this resolved.
I exposed not only myself, but my 20-month-year-old son to Fun Pops that were expired in Feb. 2007. We both became sick with Diarrhea. Wal-mart's representative did not want to take responsibility for the error. There are a number of other consumers who are not aware that they have purchased the Fun Pops. How many other products are being sold by Wal-mart that are severly expired? How can a company sell products beyond their expiration date and not take any responsibility?

After I picked out the fish I wanted to 'save' I asked if he could tell me anything about it. His response was simply I don't know anything about the fish, but I can put it in the bag for you.
Only after I got home and did my own research did I realize that not only would the fish I purchased grow quite rapidly, but it would reach an excess of 10 inches. I would need to purchase a much larger tank, and a much larger filter to care for this pet. I pass through the pet department every time I go into the store now, and it is always unattended, and there is always a number of dead fish floating in the tanks. My mother, my 10 month old daughter, and myself were shopping at wal mart just like we do every week. Upon checking out there were 2 young girls running the garden center registers, the one girl was bagging for the other and then the line got longer and one of the other employees told the other girl to open. She sighed and rolled her but opened up her register. My mother went in her line and I began getting checked out by the other girl.
I had my wic check ready and seperated everything for the girl, she did not know how to process my order, so she called the other girl over. She walked over all in a fuss and ignorantly said She cant use this check yet its not the frickin 12th. Then the other girl said the check is for the 1st, she can use it. Courtney(the rude one) said well i have to call a manager and preceded to do so. She got off the phone and said all of the managers are locked in the safe room with the cashiers having a meeting. The girl that was checking me out said well I have to go on break. Courtney looked over and said ignorantly well tell her to bring her stuff over here and i will just have to check her out.
Frustrated from waiting in line so long all ready and having a 10 month old with me getting upset at the way the girl was shouting, i hurried to the other line and put my orders up on the table. She sighed and started ringing my order, all the while rolling her eyes at me and saying I hate these stupid wic checks they always mess me up. I was totally insulted at this point and I quickly grabbed the reciept for her hand. She quickly said wow wow this aint my fault this happened to you. I just ignored her and put my reciept in my purse, checked my daughter and went back over to pay for my items.
The other cashier came over to go on her break and Courtney said if this #$%^ snatches the reciept from my hand one more time, im gonna do something totally livid at this point because not only did she say it loud enough for me to her and everyone around but my little girl heard her say it also.I stopped her right there and said OH really what do you intend to do? She replied I dont know but im gonna do something, it aint my fault this happened to you. I then said I would like a manager here now. Courtney said they are all on break.
at that point two managers happened to be walking by, I said come here now please I need you over here The both approached and Courtney said Ive had enough and she ran off, leaving all of us customers at the register. The one manager looked at me, rolled her eyes and went off after the girl. the other manager said what happened and I told him, and my mother told him, and the doorman greeter agreed with what happened, he saw the whold thing. The manager said well im sorry about this and I will have someone talk with her. I said yeah i think you should. and he said well you ladies have a good day. My mother, daughter and I proceeded to our car when my mother told me to go back in and get her name. That is when I asked the doorman and he said her name was courtney.
This was not the first time I had a problem with my wic checks at wal mart. Wal mart does not carry their baby formula in cases, so you have to buy them individually and sometimes its 30 at a time, some of the cashiers dont like it and they get rude. But this time was totally different, all I was doing was standing in line trying to get food for my baby, and I was threatened by a walmart employee, embarressed because there were other people around and totally humilliated.
Now I am afraid to ever take my daughter back into a walmart again, and have her subjected to that. I am tired of the cashiers at walmart looking down on and being rude to people with wic checks. Something has to be done, I am a good person and I never like to make a fuss, but I have never been so worked up about something in my whole life.. It was a terrible expierence, and I will never shop at walmart again, and I will tell everyone I know to do the same.. Every time I go into use my wic checks its about a $200.00 order, plus other things I buy. My mother and I are at walmart at least once a week.. Think of how much money they are gonna lose. All because of one ignorant employee, and a not caring manager.

Having shopped in Walmart for years, both in Canada and the USA, we were thrilled when Walmart opened a store in Strathroy, Ontario. However, the service and the stock kept on the shelves, have really gone downhill. Because it is a small store, it is hard to find a variety of sizes, for example, in shoes, and we had the experience where the help were snippy when questioned.
On Thursday, May 29th. around 4 PM. my husband and I went into the Strathroy Walmart to buy a number of items, one being a ladies watch with an expansion band. I finally found one, and asked the salegirl if the bracelet could be adjusted to fit. She told me to go to the Jewelery Department, where these adjustments were done. So I took it over there to the girl behind the counter. It took her over 5 minutes of gouging the packaging with a scissors before she freed the watch. Then she told me she wasn't trained to shorten expansion bracelets. So I asked her to get someone who could.
Eventually some fellow showed up - he couldn't do it either. So I went to Customer Service, no one was there. Eventually, a girl showed up, I gave her the story, and she went off somewhere only to return later with two teen-age girls. They asked me what the problem was, if you could believe it.
At that point, I asked for the manager. Eventually, he showed up, and to make a long story short, ended up telling us the person who could do this adjustement left at 3 PM. Well,I bought a watch somewhere else, and at a better price. Unless one finds what one wants already on the shelf, there is little service as the floor people have limited knowledge and apparently limited training. We are now inclined to shop elsewhere than Walmart.

Since the beginning of time I can remember as a child the main reasons my parents had for shopping at Wal-Mart was the no hassle of if a product was defective at any time you would have the security of Wal-Mart to take the item back.
Our personal situation consist of a $40.00 dollar vacuum purchased about 6 months ago and has been used less then ten times. I have reviewed the receipt and no where in print does it read about this new 90 day policy your manager told my wife? We our fortunate enough to have a pair of Roombas where we push a button and vacuuming is done for us, but certain spots still need a manual push vacuum every now and then.
Also, I will continue to shop at my local Wal-mart at least 4 times a week. I dont have a choice cause of the value my family receives from our over all purchases from our food to all of our everyday needs. I would like someone to just explain the changing of the Wal-Mart policies. Telling this story to one of my associates they countered my experience with a story of bring back a item over 2 years old to the same location and receiving a 100% refund. This was on a electronic item they had bought for there child. Why the double standard? Does it matter who you talk to?
In the past it has always been a pleasant transaction. I would suggest notification of the change to everyone and a level policy for all customers and locations. We are not happy but Wal-mart will go on without us.

Sales assosiate talked me into extended plan, with the points that if i bought Wal*Mart's plan, i could take it back to any Wal*Mart store for the next (2) years for replacement. He sold me i purchased the plan.
On 05/30/08 returned to same store with malfunctiong laptop computer. Was told i should have read, and was handed, for the first time, extended warranty brochure. Also was told at this time repeatedly it ain't our fault anyway it was electronics, which was unnecessary. Called # on back to find that i did't even have coverage for 1st year through Wal*Mart and nothing is handled in-store.
Complete dissapointment in Wal*Mart and thier associates, for dishonesty and unprofessionalism with pass the buck,we don't care and it ain't our fault attitude. The embarrasment of having been sold a hundred dollar parking ticket and being made to look like some sort of scheemer at the service desk. i paid 700.00 for computer, 100.00 for service plan, 38.49 for shippin and packaging to acer, and a whole lot of driving around and phone conversation, all while keepin a relatively calm head and all i did was make an honest purchase. Even more so i can no longer trust Wal*Mart for shopping which i really did enjoy.

I absolutely hate walmart. I bought a nintendo ds lite there. When I came home to open the box, I find it scratched, used, and destroyed. I tried to exchange it the next day and find that the the unit and box number don't match! First of all, some hoosier rip them off by returning something used and ruined and now they think I'm doing the same? So I got upset and yelled at the electronics staff, made them call nintendo and got things straighten out. But for the most part walmart is so careless and unfair. Customer service [is bad] there and I refuse to go anymore.

I took my 'van' Kia Sedona in for an oil change, as I have on a regular basis. It had been losing power over the past few months. I had a scheduled appt to take it to my mechanic anyway, but decided to get the oil changed with Walmart while I was shopping. No problems with this particular oil change. However, when I took it to my mechanic he told me my lack of power was a result of the air filter not having been changed for some time. I had taken it to walmart for an oil change the same day. how can it not have been checked and/or changed? Hopefully there is no major damage to my vehicle.
Anyway, my complaint is this I read up on what the package I purchased included, and it states that it does include an air filter check and change if need be (except for vans). Fair enough. why is this not made clear to the customer upon purchasing the package? I have ALWAYS had my vehicles done at Wal-mart and assumed this was done as well. I can not remember once being told that it does not include this for VANS. Although I am responsible for reading the fine print, I cant help but think that they do not inform customers of t his because they know they would lose those customers. VANS are very popular and that would result in a huge loss of revenue for Wal-Mart.
The van started losing power on a cross country trip to Missouri. It was very sporadic...but could feel the misfiring. I had ALL of my children with me. I was afraid we were not going to make it home to TN. The van is at the shop right now mechanic says he doesnt think there is any damage, has changed the oil filter and cleaned the Mass air flow sensor, which was filthy as a result. I am simply saying beware if you own a van. They do not check the air filter!

So I finally get through to an actual person a few days later and they want me to send them a fax of the card, receipt, and my ID. Well, and this is my fault, I just moved to Sacramento from Vallejo CA and I lost my ID. So I had to wait for my ID in the mail from DMV. The activation number on my recipt has already been activated to different card. I lost five hundred dollars!!!
Here is what I think happened. The cashier that rang us up at Walmart switched cards, and the card that they have has the five hundred dollars on it. I spoke with a CSR in the store first, and she told me that her system could not give me any specific information. When I phoned the 877 number, I was transferred to a different person who advised me that there was no balance due. So, I proceeded to shop. I went to the register with a shopping cart full of flowers and the clerk told me that the card was not valid. I told him that I was just advised that my card was good and had no balance.
After I paid with a Bank of America card, I called the 877 number again and asked to speak with a Spvr. I do not know his name but it was about 4:00 p.m. yesterday, 05/18/08. He said my card was no longer valid due to late payments for three consecutive months. My complaint is that I was not advised by phone, letter, fax, or email that my card had been cancelled. Upon returning my husband notice my coat was torn under my left sleeve. I examined it and it was frayed from the seam under the arm. I returned to the North Prospect store and they didn't have the size I needed. Then went to the Savoy, Illinois store and found the right size and the Customer Service Lady did the exchange without my having the reciept from when I purchased the coat.
On Mother's Day my son-in-law noticed my coat was torn in the back. Once again I examined the coat and it had once again frayed from the center seam in the back of the coat. On March 17, 2008 I took the coat back to the North Prospect store wanting to exchange the coat or get a refund. Well the lady in Customer Service said the coat number were no longer in the computer and since I didn't have a receipt she wouldn't refund me my money. I told her I knew the price was $21.97 and this didn't make a different to her.
I then told her Walmart has lost a very good customer and her reply was I quess you have to do what you have to do. What an attitude! Then told her there were other stores I could shop and she acted as if she didn't care. I want you to know I have been a Walmart customer since May 1982 when I first shopped your store in Bentonville, Ark. Over the years I have made numerous purchases while raising a family of six children. I also sew and quilt and have purchased numerous yard of fabric and notions from your store. My husband is an avid bass fisherman and purchases the largest part of his fishing gear at your store. When you started selling groceries that is where we did our shopping. Also the pharmacy helps with our medicine needs. Your household items have been purchased and used in our home over the years. My husband recently purchased a new grill and outdoor furniture for entertaining this summer. Your automative department has been our place for oil changes and purchases of tires.
So you have know made our family upset with Walmart and we will no longer patronize your store. I hope this complaint gets to higher management and they can see what is going on in their stores. I now realize the stores I have read in the newspapers and magazines are true that Walmart has become so big they no longer care for the small person. I had finished my shopping at Walmart Superstore and checked out and paid for my merchindise. I went back around behind the place that I had checked out, waiting for my granddaughter to call me to see if she needed anything from their store. While I waited, I looked at an item that cost about 99 cent. Some kind of bottle stopper. As I turned the package over to read the back, the product fell out into my hand. I finished reading the back and proceeded to hang it back up and before I could put the little stopper into the plastic cover, this Ingid ran up to me and asked me what I was doing and grabbed the bottle stopper away from me and accused me of shoplifting. She spoke very loud so everyone around me could hear her.
I was so embarrassed and she would not even let me try to explain what I was doing. I tried to tell her that the package was already opened and all I was doing was looking at it when it fell out, so it had to be already opened. Anyway, after she embarrassed me, I heard from my grandaughter and asked if it was ok for me to leave. I started out and noticed the rack there with all of the graduation cards were and I needed to pick up a couple of cards and gift bags for gifts for my gifts that I had purchased the day before. As I looked at the cards, I noticed that this Igrid and another co-worker had followed me and was standing there watching my every move. If I moved, she moved.
I went back to checkout to pay for my items, while waiting I noticed that there was two baby caps that was underneath my purse that the checkout girl had forgot to ring up, I stood there and thought about whether to get them or not and decided not to get them, being too lazy to take them back where they belonged and also scared to move because Ingrid was still there looking over me along with her other worker, so I reached into the drink machine to get me a coke and I lay the baby caps on the rack.
Well, here she comes again yelling that she saw me put these caps on that rack and I told her so what, I did not want them but she was so mad that she would not even hear me out, she justed yelled aloud so everyone could hear, and I tried to ask her why would I shoplift something that small when I had just spent $169.00 with her. She just kept saying that that was shoplifting.
Then I stepped forward to pay for my other item, I picked up my two gift bags along with the ribbons and tissue paper and one of the curly ribbons fell into my purse. I did not even see it fall in there, but I would have when I started to pay for it, but she did not give me time to pick it up nor did she wait to even see if I was going to pay for it. She ran over to me again yelling, I saw you put that into your purse and that is automaticly shoplifting so you need to come with me. I told her that she was making a mistake and that she was standing right there when I got these items and she also saw me pick all of it up and that ribbon fell into my purse. She says that because it was in my purse that it was automaticly shop lifting. I argued with her that she had been right there watching me when I got it. She was talking so loud and being so ugly to me that every person in the store was standing there gawking at me and hearing everything she said.
I asked her, what was she trying to do? I said that I had every intention of paying for it and I would be crazy to steal something with her standing right there watching me. I was so embarrassed that I did not know what to do. I finally told her that I had not even left the store with the stupid curly ribbon in the first place so how could she charge me with anything. So I'm waiting to pay and she says, mam, if you're so worried about me accusing you of shoplifting, then you need to pay for that paper in your buggy. She had me so nervous and almost in tears and she was enjoying herself so much. I took out the roll of paper and then I noticed that a package of the tissue paper had fallen down into the side of my buggy and I showed it to her so she could see that I was paying for it also. I paid for my stuff and asked again if I could go and she said I don't know, can you?
I walked out the wrong door, I had parked at the other entrance, but I was just so mad and embarrassed that I didnt even remember which door I used. I walked across the parking lot to my car and saw a women coming out with a pen and paper to write down my tag number. I left so fast that I don't think that she got it all, but it didn't matter to me, it was just the final straw.
This women was black and I don't know what she had against me unless she just does not like white people. I just can't figure it out. But I do know, that she was supposed to wait to see if I left the store without paying before accusing me of shoplifting and that she didn't do. If she had just done that, all of this could have been avoided. I'll never forget the looks on all of the other people as long as I live. I couldn't tell if the stares and them shaking their heads was because that thought I was a shoplifter orif it was for her because they thought she was so stupid. All I know is that I will never shop at Walmart again as long as I live. I know that something should be done about this. Could you tell what I should do? Thanks very much.

On 05/10/08 I visited Walmart store 2524 in hopes of picking up a card for Mothers Day. I was unaware of their hours and arrived at 10:50 p.m. I saw other customers still going in and was happy to know it was still open. An announcement was made shortly before 11p.m over the loud speaker stating that the store would be closing. I got in line @ 11 and picked up a $50 Walmart gift card at the register. My daughter asked if she could grab a bag of chips and I said yes. We turned around to proceed to the snack aisle. On our way I was rudely approached by a man without a badge with an irate voice stating that the store was closed. I looked around noticing other customers still making their final purchases. Before I could take my next breath or step, he points behind me and yelled, "That way!"
I instantly felt threatened and asked, "I'm leaving, are you approaching everyone in the store demanding that they leave this way?" He said, "Yes, we're closed. I've been announcing it for the past 45 minutes!" Judging by the button up shirt, I asked if he was the manager and he said yes. I asked for his name and he stated Russell. I asked for his last name and he said, "Russell, that's all you need to know!" I was in absolute shock. I couldn't believe the way he was speaking to me. I wasn't sure if it was because I am **, or if he was tired, or always that rude to customers.
I have been a Walmart customer for years and have never been approached that way. I told him that he was being very rude and his response was, "Yeah? Oh well." Immediately I went to the register to ask what his last name was because I was so upset, however, the clerk at the register stated that his name was Russell, she didn't know his last name but he's the only Russell.
I proceeded to Customer service to ask for the corporate office phone #. I was told that the corporate office is in Mountain View, CA but they didn't have the telephone # or address. I asked for Russell's last name, however, they didn't know it either and stated that has the manager and everyone knows him as Russell. The manager is supposed to be set the example on what is considered good customer service. If he doesn't value the customer, I wouldn't expect that he cares if the employees treat customers with the 3 basic beliefs that Walmart is supposed to be so firmly committed to according to their website in regards to ethics; respect for the individual, service to the customer or strive for excellence.
He had no respect for me as an individual, otherwise he would have politely reminded me that the store was closed and offered assistance instead of causing a scene in front of other valued customers. He spoke to me as though I were an employee being scolded for stealing. I never said that I needed to still shop or asked him if he could allow me more time. Before I could say or do anything, I saw his stretched out arm, pointed finger and angry face. If he were striving for excellence he would have offered assistance or let me know the store hours so that I could have made other arrangements. He would have apologized for any inconvenience while reminding me that the store was closed while asking if I needed help locating the register...
I hope other customers do not have to be subjected to this type of behavior, especially by management. Mental frustration more than anything, I felt as though I was discriminated against because I'm ** because I didn't see him approach anyone else when I saw several customers still shopping. The man stood in front of me as to say that he dared I take another step.

WalMart.com emailed us advising that there was a problem with the shipment, and they wanted me to call someone to resolve the issue. WalMart.com used someone with a Rental Truck to attempt delivering the item. Last Friday after 1700 hrs, I sent them away from my property with your stuff WalMart.com. I filed a complaint with the BBB and WalMart.com sent email stating that they tried to contact VIA telephone. "We have received your complaint from our corporate office and have been unsuccessful contacting you via phone. Could you please contact us at 1-866- ext.1 and ask for Tabitha. We truly apologize about your situation and hope to hear from you very soon."
I replied to the email with a response. "The reason you are having difficulty reaching me at my home is that my family works. Your corporate resolution center opens after we go to work, and closes before we come home. Does it really matter anyway? The sincerity of any contact for resolution from WalMart.com is no longer believed by me or my wife. WalMart.com chose to ignore educated/successful customers. WalMart.com attempted to bully us with bait and switch sales tactics, deceitful advertising, and lies. We now expect nothing from WalMart.com beyond mindless answers from poorly trained employees.
We have already been told three times that once an order is put into the computer it cannot be stopped, and not even your management has the ability to stop an order. We have already been told that WalMart.com would ship and bill an item that we do not want. We have been told by WalMart.com that even though the payment was stopped, the account was closed, and WalMart.com had not shipped the item, it was still coming.
Even after shipment was stopped by calling WalMart.com's shipping company, WalMart.com sent two unknown men using a rental truck to deliver an unwanted item from Atlanta Georgia (five hours away). Just as you were advised, I stopped the WalMart.com delivery men from coming onto my property. They drove away with your stuff WalMart.com, but not before they both were recorded stating that WalMart.com attempts to force items on people all the time.
Did you know WalMart.com that I have chased shoplifters, who have stolen from WalMart into dark wooded areas, arrested, prosecuted the offenders, and returned merchandise for years? Do you know how many "banned" shoplifters that I have advised to stay out of your stores? Did you know that I helped the last few managers from WalMart keep the parking lots free from unwanted teenager troubles? Did you know WalMart that I have pulled shopping carts back to WalMart from all over my jurisdiction? Did you know that my family has shopped at WalMart for years, and literally spent three hundred dollars a week at WalMart? That is nothing to you is it WalMart.com?
The concept of integrity and customer loyalty has been abandoned by WalMart. The only thing your employees have seen through this experience has been a statistical number who through risk management would not matter if they were abused by WalMart.com. WalMart.com has forgotten how hard it is to earn trust. Do you know how easy it is to pursuade people to stop buying from WalMart.com? One person lost would not be felt, but what about a few major companies and a few hundred people? I have approximately 30 more years of life, and will take every opportunity to explain every part of this experience to as many people that I meet."
WalMart.com responded to the BBB by stating that I did not respond to their contact attempt and stated they considered the complaint closed. As stated on our site, Site to Store shipping is available for select items and some restrictions do apply. Unfortunately, the item Mr. J. purchased ships in multiple boxes, which is a restriction causing the item not to be available for Site to Store shipping. We called the carrier and confirmed the return of Waybill XB4633. We then issued a full refund in the amount of $532.86 and sent this information, electronically, to Bill Me Later. We attempted to call Mr. J. on 4/28 but no one answered nor did a machine pick up. Mr. J. did not list a telephone number with the BBB therefore we sent an email requesting he call for assistance. We tried reaching Mr. J. again on 4/30 with the same result. Therefore, we sent another email requesting he call for assistance. As Mr. J. has made no attempt to contact us, we consider this issue to be closed."
I forwarded a copy of my reply to the email address listed above. Walmart.com used a bait and switch tactic against my wife, belittled her, refused to listen to reason, and when contacted by me they punted to "internal policy." The BillMeLater option ran a credit history on my wife without her knowledge. WalMart.com, BillMeLater, BelkinsHome, and an independant trucking company have been involved in this ridiculous scenario. Considering their lack of integrity and poor communication abilities, we wonder how many companies will attempt to send us a bill. Time will tell what kind of chaos their "slippery" online presence will have cost me. I am totally disgusted with WalMart.com, and want someone to let them what what a traigic day it is when an international company tries to strong arm a constitutionally protected consumer.

Was supplied a phone number to call and cancel order. Called number and representative said item was taken off back order status. Rep said I could not cancel order. My son got a job about 3 months ago he wanted to save money for the things he wanted and one was an Xbox 360. Well he finally had enough and yesterday we went to walmart to get his 360. He was so happy and me as his mother was so proud that he was learning what working was all about.
Well we get home from walmart and open the box. It was a mess. the controller was covered in dirt or food. Nothing was sealed in the the proper way. It was horrible. My son had just paid full price for a used Xbox. I was upset. I made him pack it back up and we went back up to walmart. We were treated horrible.
They were very rude to us it was unforgiveable. They did give him his money back. But I bet they put that back on the shelf for someone else to buy. They didn't even let us fill out the form as to why we were returning it. I lost gas and time and also my respect for walmart ! They also never said the were SORRY.

Well this person receptionist told me right away that NO! we dont have any Im like ok when do you think you'll recie ve more? No we dont have any and we never did! Me im shocked. I said what? walmart doesn carry any leggings? thats impossible i know you do. The next day i go down and i find ALOT of fricken leggings lined up nicely in the womens langeray department.
The cause of this stupidity from the employee answering the phone was that she was the answering phone person no the employee in the department that i was looking for. Second she never transfered me to the right department only talked to her. Whic she wasnt much help anyways. So what i think happened was that she was inconsiderate of my needs, and she was completly unaware of what she was saying and doing to the costomer which was me. I think Walmart is like any other company that carrys average qualified products but horrible service. And i do appreciate the employees that truly work hard and like what there doing in he time of need for there customers. Because we are there salary not the other way around. So some of this employees better start perking up to there customers or else something not good will happen to them! Thanks for your time.

The personnel in the electronics department treated me and several other people in a most rude and apathetic manner. This happens in other departments of this same wal-mart and the attitude is absolutely bordering on hostile! I waited over 40 minutes to purchase a $250 object that was in stock but supposedly only one person had a key to access it. Other people were waiting too.
There were 6 employees hanging around, talking, generally doing NOTHING, including the guy who was supposed to have the key. The only reason I waited was because it was my husband's birthday and this was to be his gift! Wal-mart has great prices and I would like to continue to shop there, but I CANNOT ABIDE THE WAY I'M TREATED!

I got my tax incentive money and went shopping at Wal-Mart. I took my wife and let her lose with a shopping cart. I got a nice gas grill, and a couple of tanks and wrote a check, then loaded it up. My wife was still taking her time in the store, so I got some garden supplies, and wrote a check for it; Then my wife showed up with her items and I wrote a check for that and all hell broke loose! The total amount of all three checks was $501.00. They said that I broke a rule and I was a security risk! After waiting for several minutes a manager showed up and said it's to prevent theft, but she went ahead and processed my wife's items. Then a security truck was in the lot and followed out. The Wal-Mart Manager informed us that we were not allowed to write another check there for a couple of days. What I did not know was the same check approval service that Wal-Mart uses every one else in town uses the same check approval service, so the rest of my tax incentive money is frozen.
As a result of Wal-Mart label me and freezing my account I can't buy anything. I tried to get some parts to fix my car at Auto Zone with over $800.00 dollars in the Bank and was declined! Now my car is broken and my account is frozen. This is too harsh a system for someone that was doing my civic duty with my tax incentive money. Maybe I should have bought the cheaper grill after all? I doesn't matter. I can't bay any food to cook on it.

Santa Fe store needs major improvement. I have seen the store here get worse and worse over 15 years. They do not keep stocked the True Value brands. On a recent trip, I could not find TV French Vanilla Instant Cappuccino, Arabica instant coffee, Amaretto creamer, and Sams diet cola. They have never carried the TV ruffle potato chips [easy to find in Albuquerque stores]. They do not carry margarine and seldom do I find even Cool Whip. I dealt with the manager of tobacco to find out why she could order Misty non-menthol lights 120's and not the menthol lights 120's.
I stopped regular shopping because she would not. Then I saw them in the store recently and the clerk [clerks are generally very helpful] said there was a new person ordering the cartons of cigarettes. Yesterday, I called and was told they had TV converter boxes only to find them out when I arrive. This store is badly stocked, spends a lot of time badly rearranging departments, and the department managers I have dealt with very un-helpful if they even show up when paged. Santa Fe needs upper management help desperately to just being this store up to acceptable. Many friends will not even walk into the store any more. It is a waist of time if you have to go to another store afterwards. I have also seen unsafe conditions as kids climbing a ladder used for stocking left unattended in the isle.

I parked my car away from everyone to avoid anyone scratching it as this world seems to be full of inconsiderate people any more, and I am tired of door dings and bumper scratches on my cars. Well, that was also a big mistake. While I was inside shopping, the wind caught a shopping cart and starting pushing it across the parking lot enough to pick up quite a bit of speed. It plowed into the side of my car and caused 800.00 worth of damage. This all happened while I was shopping and the Walmart management and staff were out there taking pictures and of the accident and had already contacted their insurance company.
After I was alerted by the gentleman that helped me out to my car and pointed to my fender, I was asked to go back inside to complete the Claim form they needed for their insurance company. This happened on Friday 5/2/08 and was told that their insurance company would call me on Monday to work on the claim. They did call me to get the information from me and said they had to review the video. Well they called me back today 5-6-08 and said the video does not show evidence and I am out of luck. No Video, well guess what, I guess if you park to far away, your car is not on surveillance. This just is not right.
I smelled a RAT yesterday when they called saying well....we need to look at the video first. I spent $363.00 Friday and spend at least 200.00 per week in groceries at WalMart. I will never shop there again if this is how they treat their customers! Now I have major damage to my car that I have to pay for when Walmart should be 100% responsible. Take note everyone, if you go to a Walmart parking lot, make sure you wheel in all of their lose carts for them as I guess it is not their job or concern to keep their customers and their customers property safe. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Time off from work for Appraisals and Insurance Adjuster quotes and finding reputable body shops. This is a metallic paint that is going to be next to impossible to match. $250.00 out if pocket deductible expense.

The complaint I have is the store is way! way! way! too hot! It makes it very uncomfortable to shop. Its' too far to get a drink of water when u have alot of shopping & can't walk a long way. Having a centrally located place to sit down & have a cool drink would be real nice. Having a more comfortable temp would be greatly appreciated. It does get warm in Ak. Please, please turn off the heat(it would save you money) or install air conditioning, fans, something to make it more comfortable to your customers & employees. I look forward to hearing from you. Recently the city of Sterling, CO has announced that our drinking water has levels of uranium above the standards set by EPA and suggested we use another source of drinking water. Prior to the announcement, the Wal-Mart here sold case of 4 gallons of drinking water for $2.04. Single gallons sold for $0.68.
I went to Wal-Mart Saturday May 3rd,2008 to buy cases of drinking water as I had done for over 2 years I have lived here. The price under the cases on the self reflect the $2.04 cost, however, when I got to the register, was told by the clerk and by the manager on duty both that they no longer sell the water by the case. I did point out it was priced that way on the self, but they refused to sell the water by the case.
Since everyone here is now buying water to drink, and we are a small town with limited stores, I feel they have made this adjustment as a means of soaking the community for extra revenue. I think this is taking advantage of a community that is already suffering. Many can't really afford to buy drinking water, but have no choice. The few extra cents mean a lot to them. Thank you for listening.

He then walked back out into the store about the first row of shelf picked up a case of water looked at me,and then walked into customer service and out through a doorinto a room. All this took over 15 minutes.
So I walked over to customer service and got my money back. I thank this manager need to attend a customer relation class,or maybe the store manager Marlene Thomas should be told about this person so that wouldn't do this to someone again. Thank You for your time

Isn't it time to stop the segregation and just get along!!! When stores do this it is a display of Bowing down to a race or culture and the heck with the rest!!!
In Texas we deal with a lot of Mexican/Spanish geared cable stations and menu's and the rest of the country only assisting Spanish on all public forums - well it all needs to stop!!! Wal-Mart should take down this display focusing on ** and realize we are all americans and stop segregation - get with the times. It is stuff like this which fuels discrimination and separation!!!! The people in front of me that she wanted to check out is next in line to be checked out in the front register.
Then comes a person with an attitude telling me that I have to get into the line in front of me. I don't need to tell you that is is all most impossible to move a cart full of grocerys and my mother. Now I have to wait so that the people in front of me are taken care of while the people in back of me are being checked out.
Now after all the waiting we go to exit the building and you have a person at the door checking everything that isn't in a bag. Which my mother purchased two Metal Roosters. She desides to put up some posters and tells us to wait. and I said no,and kept walking, mind you it is raining very hard, she yells out in front of everyone that she is going to call security on us and I said that she could kiss my ---, and kept walking.
I quess what I'm trying to say is if you don't want the disableds money it will be taken elsewhere. They need to change their way of doing things, and right now. Yesterday (4/28/08) my daughter went the Gym in the late afternoon. She placed her purse in the trunk of her car. While she was in the Gym (about an hour) a car approached her parked car, broke the driver's window, climbed through the back, broke through the back seat and stole her purse. The Citrus Heights Police Department was called to the scene of the crime when my daughter came back out to her car. In her purse were 2 credit cards, her driver's licence, cellphone, and her original Social Security Card. The theives drove less than a mile to the WalMart SuperCenter. They took my daughter's two Credit Cards and attempted to charge $400 on her Golden One Credit Card, it was declined at the point of Check out (the reason it was declined, was for insuffient funds in my daughters account)...they then pulled out the second card (Capital One) and charged approx. $150 in items, it is unclear as to why there was a lesser amount, maybe the card was initially declined as well.
My point It was a male using my daughter's charge card The name on the card is a female name...Why didn't someone catch this at the time of check out? Here is the reason why...WalMart does not check for I.D. It is against store policy. Where you aware of this? I assumed that most stores check I.D., not only for their protection, but for our protection as well? When I called to ask Customer Service why they didn't check I.D., they told me that they are not allowed to. My second point...Apparently the theives know of this policy. They went straight to WalMart. They probably have done this before and probably will continue on with this pattern of crime. So does WalMart support Crime? I realize that the true crime is against the Credit Card Companies. But, does WalMart profit from this Policy'? Are there any existing laws that have been broken here? By this store having this Policy?
The Economic damage is damage to us all... If theives know that they can take their stolen Credit Cards to the Stores that do not check I.D., than that Store is part of that Circle of Crime...in my opinion... Again, I am not sure if ANY laws have been broken, but...I am a mother speaking on my daughter's behalf, and this could have happened to any one of us... I am not here to slander WalMart in any way...but, I was very surprised to learn of their Policy.... Thank you for your time...

I picked a couple of K cereal bars in Walmart, Quincy. The price on the box was 1.98 but the cashier rang in 3.50. When I pointed it out to her, she went to make a phone call to someone then came back telling me that she's only a cashier and go with whatever price the machine listed, then she proceed with other items. A man in the Walmart uniform stopped by. When the cashier briefted him the issue, he said 'someone sticked the wrong price on the box'. I said to him that not just that box, I have another box with the same price. He still insisted that I have to 'pay the price in the machine, not on those boxes'.
I've asked to see the manager, they told me to go to customer service. When I told Debbie at customer service, she said, with an unpleasant voice, that 'I can give you 1 box'. No apologize. I indicated to her that other stores such as Stop&Shop or Shaw would have give customers the item for free if the price tag were incorrect, but that's not what I'm looking for. I just want those boxes of cereal and what to pay the price labeled on the box. She said each store is diff. I've asked for the manager but she ignored me. Isn't that illegal practice?
Just so that you know, this isn't the 1st but the 3rd time it happened to me, and very single time I've got that kind of 'so what', 'who care' attitute from cust serv person! I don't shop here often, (2-3 times a year), even though it's only a few miles away for that reason. I hope no one has to thru what I've been, especially those innocent elderlies.

I had some friends come over and help me load it into my SUV too take it back. And we got there and after an hour we were still no closer. First there was a problem with the serial number wouldn't regerster in their computer system.
And then They eneded up calling a manager too come over and deal with this. And she said quit loud that maybe the television wasn't even ours. Once they said, they didn't sell those televisions. And now they are saying that maybe we stole a television and are trying to get money for it. I don't want money. I wanted the television exchanged for the same model but one that would work for longer then 2-3 months. And finally from the serial number on the back of the television they told me that it was a 2006 model. So makes me wonder how they are selling me a few short months ago a model from the year before.
To say the least we got no where with the manager at Walmart besides her making me out too feel that i have done something wrong, because they don't want too switch the TV set to one that works. There were 2 associates at the counter, Teresa and Zeny. They both started to laugh at me and said something to each other in some foreign language. Zeny looked at me and said in a very rude way to go to the Covington store. I asked if she could find out if the store had one and she very rudely said that I should just go there. I looked at her and commented that she could have at least been nice about it and she said Oh My goodness to a customer that she had started to help.
She did not care about how I felt and I had several people next to me who commented that I should complain to a manager. I left and went back to ask them what their names were. Zeny was still at the counter and she gave me her name, Teresa was away and she very rudely yelled out her name and they both said THIS IS OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE and GOODLUCK TO YOU.
We were all so shocked to see how they reacted. They did not care about how we felt and told us to go ahead with our complaint. On our way out we asked to speak to a Manager and repeated our experience of what happened. Her comment to us was that usually Zeny and Teresa are not like that and she will take care of it. My husband and I went to the walmart located in Tahoka hway in Beownfield ,tex.before we started home , I asked my husband to wait for me.I told him that I was going to the restroom, He had some merchanduce and since we both are elderly, and I was the only one in one of their scooter that they have for disabled, I told him to wait for me.I am 72 years old am a parkinson Patient, can hardly walk,The restrooms are in the rear of the store, there is only 2 stalls on th restoom. I thoughtI could wait till I got home, but we live 37 miles away.therfore I decided to go use the restroom, I needed to go.I asked him to wait, I figured it would not take long for me to come back.I went thru the aile that is whre the shoe deptsince that is the one tha i wider from where, I was.
when I got the material and sewing dept , 3 ladies were stocking and had the pull cart that is flat and pulled by a handle ,in the way, since I wa interrible need to urinate , I looke for another route, but every whic way that, I tried to go that cart was blocking the way, I asked coud I please go thru, could they please move the cart, I was told the aisle was to narrow, that I cwould not be able to go thru there, I had thru that same rout in the past therfore, i knew, I could.I pleaded with them becauae, by that time,I was already leaking, another stocker got there, and she move it when she heard me pleading. The lady that kept on sayong that I could not go thru stayed inthe same place stocing would not move, that would make it impossible to go thru but the same lady told the stocker to let me thru.
I was able to got thru, but when I went thru and on the way to be restroom they laught real loud, do not know why.about 15 minutes si what it took for those ladies to move.when I came to the register, I told the cashie about it and she said they were that way. I wonder what would the disabities ACT would say about this. If you know what parkinson is about this os not and very appricated experience, when I have that kind of, or similiar, that is when trmors get worse. and those tremors are not welcome, but we have to deal with them, I hope this ladies understand what they put me thru. I would like for somebody from walmart to call me or write me. those were 1 lady that did not have a badge bit she was heavy set and 2 that did have a baddge, but I did not get there names, because of my dilemaa they were not as heavy set. I hope you listen to my complain, thank you.
I pee'd, in my underwear. and had to come home right away, because, I was wet,and very upset, and tremors and behavior got worse, because of that incident. was sick all day. and in bed. I have a Tax Prep office, and eventho tax season is over I still stay in the office for the once tht filed extensions.

Trying to return Rock Band Set. I went to 3 walmarts in the local area. All 3 were willing to take back the set. Which was in its original boxes and had the walmart upc sticker(yellow&white). They just didn't have another one to replace it. I did not have the reciept because it was a gift given to my child in the form of cash. Those walmarts were pleasant and considerant.
The Evers walmart was Horrible! Store #1235 was abrupt and rude. They couldn't explain why they wouldn't take the even exchange. They were the only store that had one system left. The said no even exchange. I did not want the money. I wanted the Rock Band Set PS3. Now my child is out her birthday money and her present no thanks to walmart customer service at this store. I will never buy electronics from walmart again no matter how cheap or the availablity they are. It makes me sick.
