Went into this Walmart #709 on Sunday Oct 10, 2010 around 6:30 pm, my husband and I were shopping and decided to buy some guppies. I went back to the fish department and what I saw was horrible!

The tanks were so dirty and not taken care off the tank glass were not wipe down and I saw so many, I mean, many fish dead in tanks that I was just so overwhelmed by the conditions. There were all whole bunch of goldfish that were trying to catch their breath and a whole bunch were dead on the top and bottom. This wasn't only in 1 tank. This was in a lot of tanks! I couldn't believe that this store didn't have the respect for these fish and you want us to buy from this store? Do you not know that when they die, they produce diseases to the other fish and which makes them sick and you go buy these fish and I bet you, my bottom dollars that they aren't going to last and we just paid you money for them and you cant take care of them? They don't have voices, we do!

I was so angry and upset seeing this. I called a women to go get the manager ASAP! This women came over and ask what was the problem I told her and I show her how this store could let this just simply go without care and notice of these fish! She told me in a not caring word that when she walks by them from a far, they look OK. What? You are getting paid for doing this? I told her "so if you let your child out on a playground and they look good from afar not knowing that these kids are eating poison?"

She didn't seem to care on the condition of the tanks. She told me that a man comes in once a week to take care of them, not! These fish are neglected and Walmart doesn't seem to care. Since they don't have a voice, I will do it for them! I have never in my years going to Walmart and getting fish see how bad this store is taking care of the tanks and fish! I always go in other stores at Walmart and they have very nice tanks and like I said, in all my years of shopping at Walmart, I have not ever see this.

This store has no compassion for these fish. And stand there and want to charge you full price for them swimming in dead fish? Trust me, I would and never will go back to this store and I have told my friends and neighbors on the horrible way and condition of the fish and tanks. And plus, if you have sick fish like this manager said, Then why don't you put a sign on the tank saying these fish are not for sale. She pointed out that 2 goldfish that have white, orange and black big ones were sick and that there were no sign on the tanks. I think that they shouldn't be allow to sell the fish unless you have someone there to feed and take care of them! Please take this seriously. I would like to hear back from you and hope you take care and see this problem through. I ended up buying fish from this store and wasn't even given a discount for noticing this problem. Manager there didn't care and no heart!

There were stacks of Betta fish stuck on a shelf in tiny cups, one fish per cup. Many were dead and the others almost dead. They were pushed in beside of some fish food on a shelf, obviously forgotten.

I tried talking to someone in customer service as I could not find anyone else to express my horror of this cruel treatment. The lady tells me, "We don't sell fish here." Well, I guess not as no one would buy these poor dead fish.

She did say that she would have someone check on it. Was I the only one passing by these poor creatures that thought this was horrible cruel treatment? Is it okay to just see something dying like that and go on your way and not speak up? What is the matter with people?

50" Magnavox Plasma TV 50MF231D. We have the same complaints as others before. We bought our TV in latter of 2007 and paid over $2100.00 for it (about $2300 with tax). Same concerns about a year and a half ago, it started with the cracking sounds. Then it would go to red light at power source. About 9 months ago, we would turn TV on and it would take about 3 minutes to get picture on, but it would turn on. Then it would take 10 minutes.

Approximately, 6 months ago we would have to go through plug in and plug out watching the power source light go from red to green to red, etc. about 10-15 times until it would eventually come on. This eventually stopped working, we have been without TV for about 2 months. We knew we were out of warranty and did not buy extended warranty, so we never did contact WalMart or Magnavox. We live in a small town, so we do not have skilled technicians.

When we ask no one seems to know what the problem is. Now as we are reading posts, it seems to be a very expensive power source part that eventually fails. All this time, we have been researching on the internet including the Magnavox website. Several sites give information for a price, and we are very uncomfortable buying since we are unsure of the outcome. Today, we finally got to this forum, and we are very disappointed to find that there are many in our same situation. We are posting our experience so that when a recall or upgrade or low cost solution or some type of reimbursement is available that someone will contact us.

In the meantime, we have a great looking TV that does not work. We are out of $2300.00 (it was more expensive because it had just been offered at Wal Mart). We have two teenagers, one going to college at the end of this year, the other next year. We are unable to replace or even repair at the approx. $650.00 for power source part.

The built-in DVD stopped working within a month and for the past three months the screen goes black if it is on more than an hour. We turned it off and let it cool off, like the old tubes had to, and then it comes back on for a while. Walmart will do nothing. I see form the other complaints that this TV is just crap. In August, I was in the middle of planning a birthday party for my two daughters, one was 30 and the other was 40. This was a very elegant affair with a huge price tag. I need Hershey's Chocolate Kisses for the thank you bags on each table setting. I purchased two large bags of Kisses from your store, in which the two grandchildren enjoyed stuffing the netted bags with five kisses in each bag. You are not allowed to eat them until all 100 bags are filled. They only got to eat a couple with no problem. The party was 30 days later the end of September. During the party, I had several guest come to me and show me their Kisses that were light brown and awful looking in color. Hershey kisses is not a good thing.

I attempted to gather the bags back from guests and any kisses I found not taken. I also made an announcement to all my guest that the kisses look bad. Please do not eat and they came from Walmart. On 10/7/10, I returned a half gallon baggie filled with Kisses back to Walmart and showed the clerk the little black netted bag and what the guest found they took the candy out.

I was told by customer service where is the rest of the candy. I told her it was gift bag some people took them and when they called me and told me what they looked like I stated just throw away. Walmart wanted me to call over 100 people and get all the candy back. I just spent $4,000 on a birthday party and you want me to call my guest and get all the kisses back.

After four customer service persons (Angela, Jessica, Joanna) who kept telling me you don't have the product plus you only had seven (7) days to return a food item. I found unbelievable that these women have never planned a party or wedding and who waits seven days before the event to buy table favor mints/nuts/and chocolate. Finally, they call Shaun. When he approached me, I thought he was around twelve. As we talked, I realized he was the only one that "got it."

What had happened? Why seven days had past and why I only had half of the candy? Yeah, Shaun he needs to train the rest of his staff or he needs to send them back to customer service school. I did not want another food item just a credit. Well, I got the gift card and spent it in lawn and garden. Oh, yes, by the way, I had my receipt also. That really doesn't matter at Walmart. You are treated that way no matter what.

It is now going on six in the evening and these girls are looking at me like I should keep this candy. I can't wait to tell Hershey's about their chocolates and I ordered through my company Hershey's chocolates all the time and have never found candy liked this. No wonder you have so many customer complaints about how people are treated and I only bought them there because Sam's Club did not have any and Michelle's were out of them. So Walmart, I was not impressed. Thanks, Shaun. I can tell by the way the three women looked at you, they have know respect for your title nor your ability to do good business.

I bought a GE food processor at Wal-Mart several months ago, long enough for it to be off the usual 3 month warranty with Wal-Mart and it quit on me. It sucks worse than any processor I have ever had; I will never buy any GE product again, ever. I’m stuck with a piece of junk I have to take to the trash can, because it won’t even turn on now. The light comes on but it only makes a faint click when you try in any way to get it to actually work. I don’t need this kind of poorly made junk in my life. I am going back to the 100 year old food grinder that was my flipping grandmothers that you have to clamp onto the edge of a work surface. If things come out a bit chunky, so be it. So I proceeded to get some along with numerous amount of customers. While checking out, the security woman, Sonya, proceeded to yell in front of all the customers that they couldn't sell that to me at that price. So the cashier said, "Well, I have already cashed her out." So Sonya said I needed to refund the merchandise and I told her I was not refunding it because it was not my fault the Walmart computer rang up 7 cents for it.

So I went to the Salon and Sonya came in the salon and took my merchandise that I paid for and did a refund on it. She was very unprofessional and embarrassed me in front of numerous customers as if I stole some merchandise. She made it appear as if I was my fault that the Dawn rang up the wrong price. I don't control the computers and I didn't change the price. I want a written response or a phone call with a response to my humiliation.

I feel Like Walmart has embarrassed and humiliated me in front of customers that I deal with on a daily basis. I'm a Professional Hairstylist and work in a customer service field. I deal with the same customers that shop in Walmart everyday.

I purchased the same 38" Polaroid HDTV from Walmart in March 2007. After one year, I had a problem with the switch that turns the TV on and off. After googling "Polaroid TV Problems", I found out I just needed to buy a different switch because the switch that was installed only lasts about a year. Since then, the TV has worked fine. Just last night, the TV made a very loud, piercing noise and the screen turned blue. The only way to stop the noise was to unplug the TV. It's still doing it today. So I decided to google "Polaroid TV problems" again and was shocked at all the problems people have had with these TVs from Walmart.

I called Walmart and spoke with a manager in the Souderton, PA store. She said I should contact the corporate office in Bentonville. Well, there is no phone number and now after reading all the postings, I'm really mad. How could a manufacturer, "Polaroid" and "Walmart", just take their money and run? There are thousands of people that got screwed. I want another TV but cannot afford one. So what do I do now? I will be contacting my local TV station to see if they can start something nationwide. Thanks for your time.

I headed to the front and found someone walking around with a clip board. I asked for help in finding my requested item. She found a young lady named "Peaches" to help me locate someone in the meat department to help me find my burgers. After Peaches stopped in the produce section near a mirror to check and fluff her hair we proceeded to the meat counter.

She looked in one bin and said she couldn't find any! I asked her to go find someone in the meat department to help me. After she was gone several minutes she, Peaches, came out wandered back near me and asked a man to help "some" lady to find some kind of burger. I said I am the lady and yes I needed help in finding these burgers. The man told me he did not work in that department but would go get someone. He came back several minutes later and said sorry he could not find anyone.

Now this was around 6pm when people get off work and are shopping for dinner. Don't you think they would have people there to help their customers. On my way up to pay for my purchases that I did find, I looked for the clipboard lady to let her know the staff there did not know what the left hand and right hand were doing. I was an employee of Wal Mart store in Arcadia Fla. I have a brain tumor, Lupus, and a rare eye condition that causes me to lose sight. I was a full time employee getting only two days a week.

I ask for more hours and got nowhere so I called outside the store to get more hours. About three weeks later I was called to the office and told to sign a paper saying I could not miss no more time than Walmart allows. I was hired with the same condition as when I left.

There are people in the store now that have bad attendance and are still employed there. Glen ** did not like the fact that I went outside the store for information. He made that clear the next day I worked when I came to work and he confronted me in front of people in a hallway instead of going to his office.

On days there was no truck, I would ask to stay home seeing they have you do what they call busy work, which amounts to doing nothing and was told that would be okay. But they after I called outside the store, I was told you went home or did not come in on no-truck nites and they turned around and held it against me. They said I was late eight times and that was an outright lie. Other employees could verify that I was at work early except two times that was approved by management.

My fiance and I are getting married in 2 weeks. He purchased my beautiful wedding band from Walmart.com. The ring has recently started to turn gold on the back (it's silver), and is giving my finger a chemical burn/rash. Since the rings were purchased at Wal-Mart I contacted the jewelry department of my local store to see what I could do, if I could possibly return the ring to have it sent in to be fixed. After explaining the situation, the lady on the telephone asked me how long I had had it. I informed her over a year, and she said, "oh no, there's nothing we can do, since it's been over 90 days".

Mind you I wasn't asking to return it, as I am only asking for it to be sent in to be fixed. She informed me that I would need to contact Walmart.com. I asked if she had a number, and she told me no, and asked me to go to the website, and find it there. No such number exists! They ask you to contact them through email. I did, and I received a generic message about store returns, when the question posed was about the ring being returned to be fixed. I spend thousands of dollars a year at Wal-Mart, since it's the cheapest, and closest store in my area. Rest assured that after the poor customer service, poor quality of their items, and lack of care for the customer, Meijer will be getting my business from here on out. My ring is now in the care of a jeweler who is charging a good amount of money to have it fixed, money that Wal-Mart could have gladly had, if they would have taken the time to help.

My finger continues to itch, and have a chemical rash, I've tried painting clear nailpolish on the back, to no avail, something I shouldn't have to do, and wouldn't if the ring was fixed by the store, where it was purchased from.

These same employees with the other employees adjacent/supportive were waiting for the decision to attack me or walk away. They have so many fish in every single tank that they can barely move. They don't take dead fish out. Instead they let the other fish eat them. There are overcrowded tanks full of sick fish and they don't even treat their illness, they simply let them die slowly and painfully. They don't even feed them, so the fish eat each other alive!

Betas don't get water changes ever! There are just a few ounces of dirty rotten water with bunches of smelly stuff on the bottom. These fish are suffering a slow painful and depressing death, that is animal cruelty! I talked to the employee after 40 minutes of waiting for her to assist me and all she did was blame the night shift person, whatever! I forced her to change the water for one fish that was in awful conditions and talked to the manager and all he said was that it was the fault of the people who bring them too many fish.

Yeah, right! Like I'm stupid, someone in Walmart has to do some kind of inventory and order them. They simply are a bunch of lazy heartless ** that don't care about the well-being of pet fish. The fish section should be a place where I can take my children to look at fishes and relax and pick a happy pet fish. But here, it is a scary place for kids. All they see are dozens of dead and dying fish eating each other and swimming in their own feces.

Someone please do something about it! I just asked Animal Services and they told me that they can't do anything there. All complaints have to go to the State Department of Agriculture. The more complaints they get, the sooner they will have to respond and do the right thing. Walmart already has enough money selling everything under the sun; they don't need to sell fish especially if they can't keep them in healthy conditions.

Three other employees could not be scheduled certain days on the weekend. Their availability was closed. Also, this store has required certain female associates to work 2 to 3 hours past their scheduled time and not pay overtime.

Also, given another female employee responsibility of 3 departments as a Manager and not given her a raise. Because I have worked for Wal-Mart awhile and make more money than a new hire. I am female, and fully-vested in the Profit Sharing program, I was terminated. I was terminated for being a good employee. No one in the department can accomplish what they were requiring of me. This is a super center in a small town

No one at the store did anything wrong. I scraped enough money together to buy a Viore television for myself for Christmas last year after having watched a 13" TV for years. Now it takes 20-30 minutes to get a picture, although I do get the audio right away. I'm so very disappointed that my new television set is a piece of junk. I do not have the means to get it fixed or replaced, so now have no TV as I gave my little one to an elderly lady down the street.

I'd really appreciate having someone contact me about this and try to work something out. I've been a great Wal-Mart customer for many years and trust you a lot to take care of this for me. I'd strongly recommend that you not carry that brand any more.

On Sept. 26th, 2010, my husband and I traveled around trip of 180 miles to the nearest Wal-Mart with the sole purpose of taking my 96 year old mother shopping at her favorite Wal-Mart store. Mother can not walk well while shopping so we depend of the use of the Wal-Mart wheel chairs. She is not able to drive the motorized carts. When we arrived, I checked both main doors, but the wheel chairs were not there.

The first door Welcome person said she hadn't seen any all day . The second door Welcome girl tried her best to locate one. Her supervisor told her they didn't have any, then the same supervisor said they had three on the floor. The Welcome girl said she hadn't seen any in days. A stock boy stopped to help and went to talk to a supervisor. When he came back, he said she was really rude and said we would just have to wait.

We don't mind waiting but 2 hours later we still didn't have a chair, so we left. During that 2 hours, my husband walked the whole store while doing his shopping. He never saw one wheel chair in use or out of use. I watched the entire check out lines and never saw a wheel chair. Both Welcome girls watched for any returns at both main door, but nothing .

One Wal-Mart employee told me that one of their wheel chairs had been stolen days before and was found at a near by Dollar Store. I was also was told Wal-Mart may stop having wheel chairs all together. What a shame!

People like my mother are not able to shop at Wal-Mart without this service. We feel we were treated rude by the supervisor. After two hours, we took mother to Kmart because they had a wheel chair service and she was treated very well. So Wal-Mart, you missed out to Kmart. If wheel chair service can not be provided and we receive rude treatment again, we'll not be shopping at your store. And many other people who need this service won't be able to shop there either.

In the contract it is stated that if the problem does exist for the same thing, then I would be entitled to my refund. They told me to wait for 7 days

I did not get any response from them. Then I waited another 5 days and still no response. Today is the 5th day the computer crashed and I want my money back. Tonight, 9/27/2010, I dropped by Walmart #1467 in Jamestown, TN so my 32-year old son could run in and purchase a pack of cigarettes. He did not have his driver's license with him (although he has not always been carded because people who work there know him), but they carded him tonight and I had to go in to get the cigarettes. I was tired as it was after 12:30AM and I had a headache. So of course, I was not in the best mood. The cashier said I could not purchase the cigarettes because she knew they were for my son. I told her yes, they were and I verified his age as 32. She still insisted that she would not sell me the cigarettes. I placed my license on the register with the money and told her I wanted to buy a pack of cigarettes and asked her why there was a problem.

She said, since she knew they were for my son, she could not sell them to me because it would be selling to a third party. I laid my license on the counter, laid the money next to it and told that since I did not see any information posted regarding a 3rd party sale, I wanted a pack of cigarettes and if necessary, I would light it up and smoke it in the store if it would make her job any easier. Then she would not be afraid of losing her job by selling them to a "so-called" third party! My complaint is not necessarily with the salesclerk because she was trying to do her job. But I am 61 years old and have the right to purchase a pack of cigarettes for my 32-year old son. If I was planning to give them to an underage person, that would be different. My son looks like he is in his thirties and I have bought cigarettes from that store on numerous occasions and know most of the cashiers who, by the way, are aware that I do not smoke and that I am buying the cigarettes for my 30 and 32-year old sons and 42 year old brother (I did not, however, know the ones working tonight).

I also buy cigarettes from Murphy Oil and the Tobacco Shoppe here in town and they have never referred to a third person policy. It is ** to have a policy that would preclude a 61-year old woman from buying cigarettes for any reason. The posted information just states that anyone under the age of 40, may be carded and I presented my driver's license and still was given a hard time about it. The night manager was called and she informed me that the cashier could lose her job if she sold them to me, but at that time, I think she was just backing up the cashier. The night manager finally did sell me the cigarettes and I, with my now pounding headache, apologized for being so difficult. Surely, that policy was not intended for someone like me but for someone who might sell or give the cigarettes to an under-aged kid.

I am writing this complaint because clarification needs to be made to the cashiers or your policy referring to third party sales (which in a case like mine is ludicrous) should be plainly posted. I live in a very small town and shop at the Jamestown, Crossville and Cookeville Walmarts as well as shop at Walmart stores while on vacations. So I spend thousands of dollars a year at your stores and I would hate to stop patronizing your stores because of a misunderstanding concerning a policy such as this. I also have a very large family, 4 sons and daughters-in-law, grandchildren, and 4 brothers and 4 sisters and their spouses who also shop at your store. Believe me, you will definitely lose a lot of business unless this is clarified. I realize that what we spend is only a drop in the bucket in comparison to your profits, but it is people like us who collectively make up the patrons of your store that eventually make you that large profit.

Like most, I have been to Walmart 1,000 times and like many, it interests me to look at their fish department. I'm only 14 and even I know that blood parrots shouldn't have black spots or ammonia burns. I find that Walmart does not provide a proper amount of information about their fish nor do they have the proper staff to inform potential buyers about the fish. Some of these fish are kept in conditions that are considered uninhabitable to the species.

I have only bought Walmart fish on one occasion and that was an hour after they restocked the tanks. I did this in hopes I could save at least some newcomers (I did, 6 danios and 4 coreys were all still alive). If Walmart can't take proper care of their fish they should lose their license to sell live animals. I can only hope someone steps in soon to change this hellish fish business.

On June 18, 2007, we purchased an RCA 42" LCD TV. We also purchased the extended warranty, good until June 18, 2010. We had the TV for three months, and the TV went black, so we called RCA, and of course, we got the run around. Finally we called the number on our receipt for the Wal-Mart extended warranty. They told us that we had to call the RCA company. So we did, this time they gave us a case number to use, just in case we needed to get in touch with them. First they tried to troubleshoot the problem. When that didn't work they said that we needed to take it to get it repaired. So they gave us the number of Pro TV and Audio in Elkins WV.

When the guy came to our house to pick it up he found out that it was an RCA TV, and that we had purchased it from Wal-Mart. He didn't have anything good to say about RCA, except that they are of poor quality, and high price. He told me he knew what was wrong before he looked at it. He said it was the motherboard that makes the TV work, more or less, the brains. Our journey begins with the piece we need to fix the TV.

First, we are told that the motherboard is out of stock. Then, that it's on back order. And finally, that the motherboard for this model TV was no longer available, and that we were out of luck. I couldn't believe that a company as big as RCA, and the reputation that that company used to have, couldn't or wouldn't fix our TV. So you probably can imagine how ticked off I was, when I was told this bit of news. What I didn't tell you is, how long we had to wait for that motherboard, that we never got. First it was forty-five days then about another month. So, total time waiting for nothing was three months.

We called RCA, and was given the runaround again, until we told that we were going to get a lawyer, and let him take care of the matter. We were told that they were going to replace ours with a different model, similar to the one we had.On March 6,2008, we received our new TV. Everything was going well. We moved from Elkins ,WV to Lenoir, NC. The TV worked fine, until one day we were watching it, and turned it off to go outside, came back in, turned it on, and all we got was a black screen, but the sound was good.

This happened on the first of June, 2010. The new motherboard was installed on July 14, 2010. Guess what? In less than a month, the exact same thing has happened again! I called, but RCA said, "sorry, but your warranty ran out on June 18,2010". This motherboard lasted less than a month. That tells you what is the quality of the parts they manufacture. It is a shame that hard working people like us get scammed all the time, and the state and the federal government turn a blind eye to all the corruption, that the company have at our expense. Maybe we need to elect people who are going to get into office, and do the jobs that they are supposed to do.

I am fed up with these companies walking allover the small people like us, and saying it's okay. It's not! We need to take a stand together, and fight for our rights, and hard earned money. Lets take on RCA, and get what we are entitled to instead of lining their pockets. I'm willing, are you?

We are without a TV because we cannot afford to go pay another $1,125.88 on a TV. This situation has caused us a lot of stress. I think this is unnecessary stress, if we can find someone that is willing to help all the consumers affected, or should I say ripped off, by RCA ,or whatever they call themselves these days. So, we are without a TV just like many other. Please help all of the consumers who have been wronged by RCA like us. We can't all be wrong, with all the same problems can we?

I went in for an oil change and to have 4 tires mounted and balanced I had purchased elsewhere. I was the only car in the bay when I pulled in at around 9:30 am. I sat in the waiting room for well over 4 hours when Josh came told me the vehicle was ready. I went to the counter and paid even though I could see the truck was still on the lift rack. Another 45 minutes later they finally let it down, then drove it around in their parking lot a couple of times. Then they pulled it back into the lift rack again. Josh then told me that they had broken a tire pressure sensor and they were replacing it. So after I was finally given my 2008 Silverado I started to drive away when I noticed the tire pressure monitor light was flashing.

I pulled back up and went back in to find Josh. He said that I should drive it for a while and it should re-set itself. If not then bring it back in. I told him I was leaving for a trip and would not be able to bring it in for at least a week. So I drove away, only to find out that once I got above 15 miles per hour the truck vibrated and wobbled badly. I had no choice but to drive it as I was already late for my trip and the store was closing anyway. I returned to the store about a week later, and they replaced the sensor and rebalanced the tires, while I waited another 3 to 4 hours in the waiting room. Still same result when I tried to drive away with the sensor still flashing and the truck tires out of balance. They tried to balance them again and said to go to another store that had the correct sensor in stock.

So after leaving them, to go to the other store, my truck vibrating and wobbling even more now, I made it to another store across town. The part was not the right part, but they volunteered to re-balance the tires again to keep me from having to return once again to the first store. The mechanic brought in almost two handfuls of lead weights that he pulled off as extra from one front tire. He stated that all the tires had been horribly over counter balanced. They stayed past closing time to get the tires balanced but finally told me that there was damage to the idler arm or something else causing the truck to vibrate. It never had any of this prior to my first visit. Once I left there, it was still not fixed and the tire monitor sensor light is still flashing.

First Wal-Mart tire manager named Josh said to take it to a dealer and have it fixed and they would reimburse me. I set up an appointment and went to have it fixed at the local Chevrolet dealership. Upon returning to Wal-Mart to get reimbursed, Josh was nowhere to be found. Some other gentleman tried to help and after about an hour or run around, he produced 3 different sets of three page forms I needed to sign in order to get my money. I started reading these forms and it basically said it would release Wal-Mart from any further responsibility or damages. I refused to sign these on the grounds that I still do not know what damage had been done to my vehicle while driving it back several times and to work.

After he contacted several other people we finally had to walk to the front of the store and I waited another 20 minutes for him to get my refund. I have since had to take my 2008 Silverado back to the Chevrolet dealership twice more to have the other tire pressure monitor sensors replaced, and were told by the dealership that Wal-Mart had replaced them with faulty ones. I have also bought a brand new set of tires and had them properly mounted and balanced at another tire store. I have now made it one full day without any flashing lights or vibration or wobbling on the truck. I'll have to wait till tomorrow to see what happens and how it drives on the interstate.

Yesterday, me and a friend were walking around the local Walmart. As always, we went to look at the local fish department to see what they had. The conditions of the tanks are always fairly deplorable and I certainly would never buy any fish there, but it always was a cursory thing to see what they had. It always amused me they kept cichlids there, seeing as the water parameters for cichlids are very different from that of their regular stock. However, this time, things were much much much worse than I had ever seen before. This was an understaffed section of Walmart. I have never seen an employee there doing anything and I have lived by and gone to this store for almost twenty years.

As such, there's usually one or two dead fish in the tanks. This time, however, there was a sign on the front of all the sections of the tanks: "Fish are not for sale, Do not feed". In every tank there was an epidemic of fin rot, and at least 5 dead fish. I understand that diseases can come in from the distribution center, but there should be medication in the tanks to counter this. Not feeding the fish and not treating the illness is cruel. Leaving the fish in there for so long after they die is only worsening the situation. Today, me and my friend shall be going back and will be talking to a manager. Today, we will also be treating their tank, whether they like it or not. If they don't do it, then I might call the district manager, etc. Things will be changed.

Walmart flier - Friday Sept.17 to Sept. 23 anniversary sale. I went to Walmart on Mumford on the day of the sale to buy my son's Nintendo DSI's advertised for $109 a limit of 2. As I got there within the first half an hour they were sold out, I went to 3 different Walmarts to find the same result. It was truly frustrating! I went back on Saturday morning, only to find out they were all sold out! And they were not giving out rain checks because it was an anniversary sale. I was told that they had 120 in stock and were sold out on both days within an hour! That really set me off when I was there on Friday, they told me that they will probably get another shipment maybe on Tuesday.

When I went in on Saturday they told me that they sold out within an hour without giving rain checks. I went back on Wednesday to see if I could get a rain check before the sale ended and again was told no. I was calling all Walmart stores in the mornings and evenings to see if any new shipments came in. It was only the white DSI's that were for this price. The sale ends tomorrow and I was told today that it was a province wide with being sold out. But, I can guarantee you when I go back to Walmart on Friday, Sept. 24, 2010, the shelves will be filled with DSI's. I asked them if they would substitute any other color, the answer was no!!! This has happened to me for 3 years straight with wanting something from electronics during an anniversary sale and go there when the sale is over and you will definitely get what you want for the original price.

I know that fliers are made in advance and only a limited amount. What makes me upset is the high demand of such product and they only issue stores with a minimal amount. 60 DSI's with a limit of 2 per customer and once the staff gets first dibs on these products and there is a limit of 2, and the store sells them that is only 30 customers with a chance to buy 2. What do the other thousands of people get a chance at! I will tell ya - frustration, wasted time, wasting gas, disappointed children, and no rain check!! I am honestly and truly thinking of going to another store and stay away from Walmart shopping. What is the sense of lower prices when there is never any!

Also, shame on Nintendo for being a large company and giving these stores with a bare minimal amount of product!! Nintendo wants their merchandise sold so that they are making a profit and Walmart wants their profit, but what about me? I want what I want for an excellent price. I know when I go back to Walmart on Friday or Saturday, they will have DSI's and some are white!! I will be livid. Walmart and Nintendo smarting up or your lower pricing will not matter, because customers will go elsewhere and pay a little more and have excellent customer service and have their purchases in their hands!! Shame on these stores!!! Advertising items with a small quantity on hand, these are the results. So I have wasted almost a week of my time standing in long line ups or on the phone on hold for up to 1/2 at a time with different stores. I am truly disappointed, but not as disappointed as my children will be on Christmas day without one!

A prescription was dropped off at the Saraland Walmart (for my mother) to be filled on Saturday, Sept18, 2010. I was told the Rx would be ready for pick-up on Sunday, 9/19, after 2pm. I went in on Tuesday, 9/21, to pick up the Rx between 10 am and 10:30 am. The Rx had not been filled. I was told the pharmacist would fill it while I waited. He was making it "top priority". It was one of mother's blood pressure medications. I stood to the side and waited while other customers were helped.

After 25 minutes, I asked about how much longer it might be because I could see the pharmacist continue to work and fill Rx and put them in a bag and throw them in a bin. I was told he was getting it. After 20 more minutes, I asked again how much longer because I had left my mother in the car. It was very hot in Mobile, AL in September. The counter person did not know how much longer it would be, but I had to leave the Rx and go to check on my mother in the hot car. This was not very good customer service—having to still wait for a Rx that had been dropped off 3 days ago and still not have it prepared while I waited for 40 minutes.

I had to leave the medication. Now I have to make a second trip to the same store today for something that should have been made available for me while I waited. I know there are thousands of Rx that have to be filled at Wal-Mart’s pharmacy, but I think a waiting customer deserves a little more respect. The routine filling of Rx and bagging should have taken second priority to a customer waiting for a medication that was not ready when promised. My mother did not deserve this treatment—an elderly person sitting in the car in the heat for 40 minutes. There was no line when I got there, so I was readily helped at the counter. This caused me frustration, having to think about my mother in the hot car so long and I still didn't get the Rx at that time.

I bought an Emerson 32-inch TV in March 2010, the TV has never work since I've bought it. I called Wal-Mart to see if I can return the TV. I informed them that I didn't have the receipt and I was told very rudely even though it was bought within the 90 days, they will not accept it because there is no receipt. This was a gift to my mom and I was so embarrassed because of this. I think I should be offered something. I was willing to just do an exchange, but that was not possible. All I wanted was another TV for my mother.

It's not just one time but every day, I go to WalMart and I will be looking for something yet I cannot find anything! They have moved it or discontinued it or they are out of it and won't give a rain check on hardly anything. When I go to the food department, they are out of everything! Their stock is not what it used to be at all, not to mention the quality. I bought a whole bag of potatoes and half of them were rotten. The rest of them looked good on the out side but when I cut them up, I had to cut out rotten spots and only ended up with maybe half of each potato! That’s with all their produce. Every time they change the look of the product, it seems that you get less quality or fewer products.

I have also talked to some friends that I know who said when they got to a point when they were ready to retire, WalMart fired them or came up with some reason to get rid of them. When I'm ready to check out, the lines are so long and several registers are closed. I see employees just walking around the store. When you ask one of them where something is, they don't know! I know WalMart wants to get people to walk around the store so they buy more but well, I think I have said enough. I am going to buy as little from WalMart as possible except dog food. Oh and that reminds me. I went to buy dog food and the price said eight-something. It rang up as nine-something and the lady would not give me that price because she said that was the price! Yours truly, sick and tired of false advertisement and lazy people, that's their job!

In fact, there was also another one in the bottom of the jug! I ask myself, were their fingers attached when the glove was severed? Is their blood in the juice?

However, Walmart.com continues to sell the item, but at a higher price of $24.96. It was clearly not an availability issue and blatantly lied to their customers in a classic bait and switch. Called customer support only to get a "tough luck" reply and stated that I can reorder if I still wanted it, but at the current listed price of $24.96. It has obviously wasted my time to set up an account with walmart.com and go through their ordering process. Gave them all my personal information including credit card number only to get nothing in return.

We purchased an upgrade cell phone from Walmart.com (did not realize at the time it was actually through letstalk.com) on 12-29-2009. We received the phones and they came programmed with the wrong numbers. We contacted our cell service provider and they helped us reprogram the phones.

On 7-15-2010, I received an email from letstalk.com that we had been charged an early termination fee of $250/phone. When I explained the situation they claimed there was nothing they could do. They charged this fee without knowing the disconnect date, and 180 days had passed, which they are not allowed to charge after that time.

They did not understand we still have the phones and the same service, with the same provider. They will not refund the money, they will not return my calls or answer my letters. They took this $500 out of our checking account with no warning whatsoever. They just keep repeating the same nonsense over and over that I should have called them when the phones came wrong, and it was in the paperwork, in the box. I have checked the box, it was not.
Why would I call the retailer? I called my service provider, who by the way has been wonderful, even getting on a three-way conference with me and letstalk.

When $500 was taken from our account, it took the account negative and we incurred additional bank fees until we could get more money in there.

Our experience began with a purchase of an LCD TV from our local Wal-Mart Store. The total purchase came to $575.40 so we therefore put $200 cash down and charged the remaining $375.40 on our newly obtained "Wal-Mart Card" specifically for this purchase otherwise it is customary for us to use our debit cards. Two months later (within the ninety day return policy), after experiencing problems with TV, we returned it with original receipt and was informed by the CSM working the desk that either we could have the full amount of the purchase price ($575.40)c redited to our Walmart Charge Card, given a Gift Card in the full amount or apply $375.40 credit to our Walmart credit card and the balance in a $200 gift card. We said we wanted the $200 back in cash as we'd originally transacted the purchase however was refused because she said that was not Wal-Mart's policy.

Although very unhappy with our options, we'd opted for the full credit towards our charge card however sought out an assistant manager to voice our displeasure and clarification of Wal-Mart's return policy. Initially he couldn't understand why we didn't receive cash back and upon speaking with the CSM she'd informed him that it was not only "store policy" but she was "Locked Out" (a term for couldn't be bothered considering management all have keys)! Since he was a "manager in training, he abided by her word.

We then asked if instead of applying the full amount to the credit card (for a surplus of $200 would be on the card) she would issue the $200 gift card. Obviously annoyed, she retracted her previous offer. It was apparent the CSM was disturbed by the fact we'd "gone over her head" and sarcastically declared store policy dictates two options: Full amount credited to credit card or in a gift card! Frustrated we left store with the credit applied to our Walmart Card.

Knowing another Walmart store was 10 minutes away, we approached a CSM there and asked for clarification of Walmarts return policy regarding our experience. She informed us that they'd absolutely without question have returned us the $200 in cash and credited the balance on the Wal-Mart Card and just to back up her claim. She called over another CSM (a 10 year Wal-Mart employee) who not only agreed that it was store policy that they are expected to refund a customer in such a manner but even offered to do the transaction right there for us upon presenting her with the receipt. It was at that point we'd realized the receipt was not returned to nor offered us. She immediately advised us to contact Corporate and explain the situation for resolution of this matter.

Having returned home, I'd contacted Corporate, explained the situation and was told that "although Corporate issues guidelines, each store has the independence of setting their own return policies and would forward our complaint to the store and management would be in contact with us for resolution of this matter." Two days later, we'd received a call from the original Wal-Mart store where our problem originated and he identified himself as an "Assistant Manager" and wanted to work with us. After relating the problem to him he asked us if our problem was remedied by the other Wal-Mart Store with them having redone the transaction to our satisfaction. We'd replied "No" because we didn't have the original receipt for his store kept it. He said he'd research the "original receipt" and be back to us within the hour which he was. He was in agreement that "we were indeed entitled to our cash portion of the transaction returned" and although we couldn't meet with him that evening at the store, he'd leave word at the Customer Service Desk to proceed with the transaction.

We'd arrived at the store the following morning, approached another assistant manager at the desk and we asked if he was aware of our situation for a note was left from another manager who was going to resolve our complaint. He exclaimed "No" he'd received no such notification and after having relayed our situation with him, he declared that "it was impossible" and the full amount can either be credited to our Walmart Card or in a Gift Card! (Apparently Wal-Mart is now dictating that irregardless of the initial purchase transaction, all monies will be spent in its entirety at Wal-Mart! ) We experienced an excessive amount of "finger shaking," the pointing out of the large wall display of Wal-Mart's return policy (which makes no mention of how Wal-Mart processes a return when two methods of payment are used nor is it stated on the corporate website) and our request is impossible!

Once again, I'd asked how two Wal-Mart stores within a 10 minute driving distance can have such distinct return policies of which he could provide no answers. I'd then asked him if indeed we were advised by the other manager to return to Wal-Mart under false pretenses and that no intention existed of returning our cash portion of the transaction. Steadily his face had been reddening with embarrassment for apparently he realized his deception was becoming more and more transparent. His last line of defense was that to rectify the matter, it would have had to transpire during our original visit and that after all this time (3) days, it was impossible. After approximately 20 minutes of this I politely requested if I might present the whole situation to the General Manager of the store and that I/We were prepared to take this to the district manager and beyond should our meeting with the GM not produce any satisfactory results. He (the assistant manager) disappeared for a few minutes, returned and said he did have a way to resolve the matter and return our cash portion of our original purchase!

(I should also note at this time that although I hadn't noticed, my partner realized that he was in fact notified of our situation and the solution we sought by the other manager we'd spoken to on the phone for he had a copy of our original store purchase receipt in hand before him on the counter! This normally takes time to research and he hadn't been out of our company at all! )

In closing, self determination brought this experience to our satisfaction however we wanted to share our experience with others who might be inclined to use a "Split Payment Method" involving the use of cash! Think twice!

They told me they were out, but had lots of them on order. They asked me how many I wanted, and I asked them how many would be coming in. They said that 2,700 would be in, and I said I would take them all. They told me that the shipment would be there in a few days.

I have been back to the store at least 10 times, and each time I am told that the warehouse hasn't sent them. If the store had no intention of honoring my request, the management should have told me when I first inquired, or at one of the 10 follow-up visits.

These books were for an alternative school that serves drop-outs. We do not require the students to purchase the books, since they have little or no money to make such purchases. The students are now in school, and I do not have books for them. Had I been informed that the order would or could not be filled, I would have opted for some other source.

On Saturday the 4th, my wife and I bought two Wii system games on sale for $15 each, didn't think anything of it and went home to play them. We opened them up and there was only one packaged. (One CD missing in action) Shari called them up and told them only one was in its package; one was missing when we opened it, and they said bring it back. We told them we didn't have any gas cause its 100 miles round trip. They told us to call when we'll be in the area and so Wednesday or Thursday we called and said we’d be there this weekend the 12th, No problem they said. It takes $45 in gas for one round trip to Parker AZ and so Sunday 12th at 6 am we left for Parker. Fine.

My wife went to exchange the CD game for another game, exactly the same game and they swiped the number's off our receipt and it read two of the same #'s and thus saying, of the same game. They said we bought two of the same games and we said No we did not, and then they said maybe the girl that rang us up swiped both of them at the same time. They wouldn't honor that and said they had to investigate this matter. Over and over, they had to investigate this. What does that matter to us? Then they took the empty game package and rapper from my wife and said they’d call us. I went back and got the container and the rapper back, by than we both were steaming; they tried to lay their way out of it and then take the package and rapper? I told them I didn't trust them. The game now is not on sale and we didn't have proof we had bought that game, but they said again, we have two of the same games. Come on now, Sorry, we’re not that stupid and we are not going to lie.

They kept saying they have to investigate this and they'll call us when the investigation is over. What--- over a game they double swiped and now we have no proof of, wanting the empty case and rapper back, and off sale $4.96 more, not like it was a lot more, but pennies more. We don't have the game, we've used $45 extra to fix this in gas, that we don't have, and if they say OK in their investigation, it'll cost another $45 and each trip is 2 hours each way. Time and money now a day is hard to come upon. We only wanted our game with no bull with it and then they can do their investigation, Why involve us because they couldn't do their job right and to make us angry? This is Sunday. Please help us. All they had to do was call TV and games and ask them about the sale, all of this could have been avoided with no more expenses of any kind out of anybodies pockets, and, happiness and joy would have been restored.

After picking up the empty packaging they came in, it felt unusually heavy. I weighed it at 1 pound. I then weighed the chicken which weighed 4.6 pounds. So, in fact, I really had paid $2.16 per pound. Is this false advertising, or what? This afternoon, I needed to purchase tobacco. I was in the checkout line behind 4 carts. I had a full cart. I always do the checkout at the tobacco checkout because that is the only place in the store to purchase the tobacco product I need. This man approached us saying he was opening checkout 16. Two carts were left in the line. I told him that I needed to make a tobacco purchase. He nodded. When my turn came, I proceeded to unload my cart. The female behind me started to loudly count her items as she talked to her child. "Yes we have less than 10 items. Then she tells me that I can't count. I turned to look at her. Then she says, "As much gray hair as she has, she should have learned to count”. I am 69 years old. I have taught school. I have a Master's plus 30. I have been a Reading Supervisor for 33 years. The female then tell me and everyone around she has an amendment right to say whatever she wants to say. I now fear her. I turned to the checkout clerk and asked her to call a Manager.

The same man that opened checkout 16 came over. Two or three clerks were hearing all the commotion. I said to him that I had told him I needed to be in that line. He didn't at that time tell me I had too many items to checkout there. He told me the next time not to checkout that many items in the tobacco line. I looked at him and ask, "Do you want me to leave?” He looked at me a say "No, WalMart wants your money.” Well, Wal-Mart in Amite got my $301.06 for the 53 items sold. However, by this time I was so upset that I forgot to ask for the tobacco product. My checkout clerk tried to calm me. She was great saying I had done nothing wrong. The female doing the loud demeaning talk should have been escorted out of the store, not me being reprimanded for being in the only place in the store to make my purchases. Personally, I would not want this man working for me. I know the bottom is making money as he said. What about how I feel? I was shouted at, insulted and reprimanded for having too many items. Today, my husband, son and I were shopping in Wal-mart like we normally do and came across a really good deal for a 5 piece child's playground that was listed for $29.99. With only 4 left, we took one and proceeded to cash out. Upon scanning, it showed a price of $99.99 so we told right away the cashier that it has to be wrong. So my husband went to double check. There were no other price tags on the shelf other than the $29.99. So the cashier called someone to help, and I went with him to show him where I found the item and the pricing. He then recognized that I didn't make a mistake. He asked the department boy why the pricing was labeled that way meanwhile, the actual item that is $29.99 was not even on the shelf. But there was a child's wagon and basketball Playskool net that are also on the shelf all displaying for $29.99. The department boy had no clue as to why it was priced that way.

So they called the co-manager and she realized that the pricing is wrong for all the items on the shelf and she proceeded to take them down. She then told me that she cannot give me the item for the price that I saw because it is really $99.99. I obviously am going to try to fight for it because it was not my fault that the pricing was wrong and I had promised my 3 year old we would get it for him. He was heart broken when we had to put it back because all Wal-mart could do was give me 10% discount off the $99.99$ item but then, we had $30 on our minds.

So after wasting about 20 mins to settle it, we decided that we just don't have $90 to spend on a playground that probably wouldn't be used till next summer. I would've even bought it for half off just because my little boy wanted it so badly. But we had to put it back and settle with my little boy screaming his head off until he fell asleep. Then he wakes up saying, "But I've been a good boy", which is really heart breaking because he behaved the whole time there and we told him if he was good, we would buy it for him so he did just that.

And to make us take it away from him at cash out and ready to go home with it, he just lost it. Now, all he knows is that mommy and daddy took it away and he doesn't understand why. So there's nothing we can really do. We went home. I have to say that Wal-mart this time really disappointed us and left us unsatisfied. If there is any thing you could do please contact us. My son is obviously very upset about the whole thing that I have to come home and waste more time on this.

I recently went back to get food for my cat and decided to walk over there and look at the tanks and in about 5 days since. I got them there was at least 15 to 19 maybe 20 in one tank (that's the only dead ones I actually counted). That was all like stuck together and then in a tank below that there was between 1 and 5 dead lying on the bottom and with other fish feeding on the dead ones! Ugh, I was so mad and sad. I threw the cat food literally and left and got in my car and bawled to be honest. And yes they also keep the Betta fish in almost 2 inches of water. Dear God it is so inhumane!

I have another Wal-Mart near me in Weirton, WV. I've only been to the fish section 4 times but it never had any dead fish (yet) in it in any of the tanks but they do keep out one Betta fish in 2 inches of water. My store had about 7 or 8 Betta on display. The boy-20's at the one in WV told me that he's "supposed" to keep more out but he, "don't". I told him don't and to put more water in there, etc.He just rolled his eyes and said, "Yeah I know they need it. I only bring one out and I leave it up here on this table because the manager told us to display it on the shelves next to the tanks."

I'm going to cry again thinking about the ones I'm going to be tending to tomorrow dead. There is no way I'm taking back there. At least here they can pass in *Some* kind of "Peace". Tomorrow, I'm calling them and telling them exactly what I think of them, and this guy there that likes me is going to get an earful too-if anyone ever has anything that needs my signature on it look me up. I will be the first to sign it or write to whoever you write to? People please pray that this stops asap. My comment is about the Midlothian Virginia store where Betsy Allen is the GM. I will start by saying she was not there but her name is on our receipt. Our visit was Sunday 08/29 we went in to pick up 2 Xbox cards, as I checked out I noticed the cashier did not activate the cards, she went and spoke to someone and said that the directions were on the back. I will make this story short as it was a very long experience. We returned to this store 3 times as none of the cards worked. At the last visit my Husband and I sent our three teens 19, 17 and 15 with the receipt. My issue is with the way my teens were treated by 2 managers. Linda who refused to give me her last name over the phone, and had to be asked by me 6 times for Kim Albrights and K Phelps names and never would give me a way to reach these people. This woman was very rude to me over the phone as well as all 3 of my teens. I never used bad language or raised my voice to her, but she hung up on me as I was asking for her regional and or area director’s names.

The male manager who clocked in at 7pm (this is how long this process took as we were there before 11am) made the crazy sign at my 15 year old son and yelled at all three of my teens. Told my 19 year old to be quiet and had his voice risen for their entire conversation all over $5. I bought 2 $20 cards to equal $40. We returned to this store 3 times to fix a product you sell. The manager for our trouble gave us a $25 gift card, (we had to ask). It was not offered, in the end my teens were $5 short for what they were buying. I called and asked to put in on my card over the phone, it was not allowed. After 3 20 minutes trips to fix a problem that was your fault. The big event became about $5 bucks. Five dollars. The managers treating my 3 children ** for five dollars.

I would love for you to pull up my Wal-Mart credit card or my Sams club card to see the thousands I spend with your company. In life you expect adults know that treatment of peoples children no matter their age is a make it or break it deal. Wal-Mart and their managers crossed the line with my children, please pull up my accounts look hard. I have 9 children and own a business in chesterfield, I will face book, twitter and tell the entire world about this experience. I will not give my money to a company whose managers use the universal sign for crazy to my children. If I had been there I would have gotten respect, this wasn't about $5 it was about the treatment of my teens. Again let me make it clear, $5 is $5. The manager Linda hung up on me and refused to give me her last name, the male manager’s name, the area director’s name, and regional. I was not given a way to reach them either. I have always shopped this store never ever been treated bad, in fact loved this store. Wal-Mart was ugly to my children. Think about that one crazy sign, rolling of the finger by his ear that was your manager, yelling at my girls and son at the front of the store. You messed up big.

I was given a Wal-Mart money card with $75.00 on it as a gift from a friend. I called the number on the card in order to activate it. The phone was answered by a machine that asked some personal questions. First, I had to give my name, address, date of birth and then I was asked my social security number. I wouldn't give my social number and I was finally put in touch with a real person. I complained that all I wanted was to use the $75.00 that I was given as a gift and didn't want Wal-Mart to send me a permanent debit card.

Apparently, when a person buys a gift card, Wal-Mart wants you to have to end up getting a permanent card to use as a debit card. The person that I was complaining to hung up on me when I said that they didn't have any right to insist on someone's social number and would refuse to activate the card if the social number was not given. After I was hung up on, I went online to try to activate the card and again was told to put in my social number. The option was given to put in your driver's license number instead, but when I did that, the computer wouldn't take it and would not process my request to activate the card without my SSN.

I feel that no one has the right to force someone to give their SSN and refuse to activate a card that someone has paid out cash for a gift for someone else. Wal-Mart is certainly holding people hostage in order to get personal information that they should not have access to.

I purchased four pillows that were on sale for $3.50 each and two on sale for $8.00 each on 8-15-10 at the East York Store located at 2801 E Market St Bldg B, York, PA 17402, Phone number 717-755-1600. I also purchased two pair of shorts that day and needed to return one pair for a refund. When I was looking over my receipts for the shorts, I realized that I was over charged for the pillows I purchased the same day. I live in Dover, PA. I rarely shop at the Wal-Mart in East York, maybe once or twice a year. I rarely go to the East York area as it's too far to travel and way too much traffic. I live within a few miles of the West Manchester store location.

On 8-30-10, on a visit to the West Manchester Store to return the shorts, I showed them my receipt and asked for a refund for the difference on the pillows' overcharge. I was told it's been too long to refund the difference. I finished the process of returning the shorts and decided to find a manager. The person who said they could help me I'm sure was not a manager, however, I decided to explain the situation to her. As I was looking for my receipt, she seemed annoyed at the amount of time it was taking me. Finally when I found it (only a minute or two) she said, "This is not our store, you need to take it to the East York Store for a refund."

I first problem with that is that they had just refunded my money for a pair of shorts I didn't purchase at their store location. Why couldn't they refund the overcharge? I was given two separate reasons as to why I couldn't be refunded the overcharge and neither is a legitimate reason. The second problem is that if I need to check every receipt to make sure I have not been overcharged. I will not shop at Wal-Mart any longer! I wonder how many pillows were sold at the wrong price and how much money Wal-Mart profited from customers like me who don't normally check every receipt. What a way to make a buck!

My fiance received (4) pairs of slacks as a gift which all have the Wal-Mart price tags still attached. They did not fit him properly, so we went to exchange them for the right size or return for store credit and would look for something else. The person who gave them has since passed away and there is no receipt. The customer service rep at the 1st location told us they were not scanning as items sold at that location and they weren't in their "system". Most likely they were purchased at a different location that carried this specific item but since we didn't know which location it was, she directed us to any Super Wal-Mart locations and said they would be able to take care of us.

After visiting 3 other Wal-Mart locations where we were told, there was nothing they could do to help us as the items were no longer in their system. We asked to speak to management at the last two locations and both store managers were not available. The department manager took the items and said we should be able to exchange or receive store credit since the Wal-Mart price tags were still attached and showed the UPC code with price but she also came back to us and said the same thing, "they were no longer in system", which at one time, meant they had to be in the system somewhere! We asked if they could just be returned for store credit and we would look for something else but that was also turned down. We have never experienced this type of customer service from Wal-Mart and do shop there on a regular basis.

When we came home, we decided to email customer service since we needed some type of resolution. I have gone back and forth with emails to their customer service department and with each reply there was an objection as to why they couldn't help us and for every one of them we were able to provide the information or answers needed to resolve the issue we were having. I provided pictures of pants with the tags attached which I scanned close up and sent with the email to customer service. One of the replies stated that since the items were no longer in their system, they would not know how much to refund us! Seriously?

The Wal-Mart tags that are attached also have the Wal-Mart price printed on them which I sent with the last email. They are not generic price tags either. They actually have Wal- Mart printed on them and the price $13.96 on each of them. Nobody could answer my question of how long do they keep their items in the "system" or where is the "main" system that houses all the items they have sold previously.

I took picture and filed an incident report with the manager who also took pictures. This isn't a small scratch. It looks like the train of buggies was going at least 35 MPH; huge dent! This happened on a Saturday.

I received a call from Bonnie at CMI who left a voicemail that she will be out of the office for the next week. I called around and got a number to her team lead. This lady informed me that the store had sent in a contradicting statement that I hit the buggies, which I find absurd considering that there is no gear in my vehicle to make it go sideways and ram something with my passenger door. They would have to review the tape before a decision is made.

I tried to call the manager back at the Wal-Mart store, but she will not be there for the next three weeks. A week later, I received another call from Bonnie. They would not be settling after reviewing the tape because it was my fault. I didn't yield to buggies that weren't in my driving path and almost ran over the buggy guy, but she cannot send me the video tape nor is she able to send me a report of her findings. If I was bright enough to request a copy of the report I filed, that's all I'm entitled to.

I purchased a 32" Emerson LCD on 5/28/2009. 1 year and 2 months later, I began to have a problem with this product not turning on. Luckily, I purchased the In Home Warranty. I have had the technician out twice for the same problem. There were parts ordered and installed on two different occasions, starting with the first service call on 7/28/2010. There were parts that had to be ordered. The second service date was August 9, 2010. It was at this time that I was informed by the technician that yet another part was needed. I have called the local Service center on numerous occasions only to be informed that they were still waiting on the part to be ordered by the Wal-Mart Service Center.

I have called this (Wal-Mart) parts company on many occasions. I have been lied to repeatedly that the part had been sent out. My latest call was on August 24Th. I talked to an assistant by the name of Laurie. When I asked her for a confirmation number naturally Laurie had o such number to give me, but assured me that someone would call me later that day with the number. Needless to say that did not happen. When I did speak to her she told me that the item had been sent out on 8/19/2010. Much later that night I called the Service center again and I spoke to a technician by the name of Savannah.

She informed me that the records indicated that a part, which is called an Inverter Board, had been shipped on 8/24/2010, which is the same day that I called. Of course I was irate and very much unprepared for that startling revelation! I asked Savannah what shipping service that Wal-Mart used. She informed me that she had no idea. I find this impossible to accept. Surely someone has to know something, or how would they be able to stay in business? I live in St. Louis Mo. The weather has been unseasonably hot. Because of numerous medical conditions, I am unable to go out in extremely humid weather.

I have an Implanted Cardioverter Defifrillator, along with drop foot, Osteoarthritis of the lower spine, and I have to use a Orthopedic Device for my leg, as well as a walker and a cane for ambulation. That is the reason I purchased what I considered to be a reliable product. I am on permanent disability, unable to drive. I use my TV for entertainment. I have endured a complete month without a working television. I inquired about the turnaround for service repairs, and was informed that it is usually resolved within 7-10 days. I suppose if there were a mathematician available, I could count somewhere about 20 days over the limit. I also have a condition called Spinal Stenosis and have had reconstructive surgery on my back.

I have Titanium screws inserted to my spine which had to be rebuilt. Having to sit up all day for entertainment has become an enormous task for me. It causes me many adverse reactions to my condition. The bottom line is that Emerson Products suck and so does their extended warranty service. I can't say if there is any advantage in purchasing the warranty. Better luck for the next person, I am still out and waiting for a resolution. And to think that they have the unmitigated nerve to have a lemon law. Well, personally, they need to go on and make the lemonade!

I was taken off from work for three days and when I went back for my follow-up doctor's appointment, I was told not to sit down for 14 days and for thirty days I should be allowed to stand up whenever I needed to do so. I am a Preschool Teacher so it is very difficult not to sit down. The doctor gave me bed rest for the week.

I spoke with a Walmart claim representative and gave her a recorded statement on 24 August 2010. She called me back on 25 August 2010 to tell me that the claim was not a payable claim because the liquid had just gotten on the floor. I asked her how did she know that it had just gotten on the floor and she said "You did not fall when you walked up there and the person that came up behind you did not fall." I asked her questions that she appeared not to like and I told her that she was getting upset and that I am being polite to her so there was no reason for her to be upset.

I told her that I would just get an attorney. She said "I will tell the attorney the same thing" and she hung up in my face. I was the one that was hurt and had my lifestyle and daily routine disrupted. I should be the one upset not her or Walmart. I have been a Walmart customer for years and do not appreciate the customer service that I received from this claim representative.

I will be seeking an attorney to prove that this accident could have been avoided if the cashier was doing her job. There would have been no reason for me to walk back out towards the way I fell and someone may have found the spill on the floor. Someone else could have possibly fell, but it would not have been me. I went to work after being off for three days and had to go back to the doctor because standing all day was very painful because I was having to put all my body weight on one side of my body.

I have a hematoma on the left side of my buttocks and the doctor said that it could take up to sixty days for the pain to go away. He said that all they can do is give me pain medication and let the hematoma thin out by itself. I am a teacher and a full time student, so I will have to deal with the pain because I cannot take vicodin and function at work or at school. I missed time off from work and I am a dedicated employee that never calls out unless I am very sick. I am an honor student and never miss my classes. My pay check is going to be short because of the time I missed from work and do not have enough leave time to cover the days I missed from work. My entire life was altered because of this accident.

Two weeks later we received an e-mail that it arrived to the store. Next day we came to the store to pick it up. The manager and the staff were looking for the trampoline for more than 1 hour and found only one box 2 of 2. There was no box 1 of 2. The manager told us that everything must be in the box. When we unpacked the box at home we found out that only half of the trampoline was in the box: safety net, several curved tubes, 9 foam sleeves, 4 straight tubes, jump mat and some hardware. It was not enough to assemble the trampoline.

We went to the store again but there was no other box 1 of 2 in storage. The manager called customer service representative and explained the situation. The answer was that we had to buy box 1 of 2. But it is impossible to buy it online or in store because they don't sell box 1. We had to go back home, to pack all the parts and bring the box back to the store.

Altogether we spent 3.5 hours to get nothing plus 2 weeks waiting for shipping to the store from site. When we placed an order it was written Skywalker 15' trampoline with enclosure combo, price $174.00. It was not mentioned that we have to buy something else. Walmart.com is selling 1/2 trampoline and now ask to pay more for another half. As a result our grandson did not receive his present for his 7th birthday. We spent so much time and energy to find out the truth. The worth thing; a small child did not receive the present for his birthday.

I'd like to tell you how the recent changes in our local Wal-mart affect this town. Before the renovation, Wal-Mart was the place to go if you needed anything, and you got a good affordable price. If Wal-Mart didn't have it, you had to drive an hour to find a Target or other big-box store. Aberdeen is a busy little place filled with salt-of-the-earth people, but it has very little appropriate shopping opportunities. The next towns nearby are Southern Pines and Pinehurst, but they have only exclusive little boutiques and shops which are too expensive for us common people. We all went to Wal-mart.

Then Wal-mart got renovated. The pluses are that you can move around easier but that's about it. The minus is that inventory got pared down and phased out. There's fewer choices among brands, no fabric, which was a serious blow to the many quilters in this area. It's harder to find anything because there are few or no signs to direct you. The store is literally plastered with the meaningless word 'Rollback'. It may have seemed like a fab catchword to the executives, but all it does for the consumer is to crowd out space for signs that tell you where anything is. You have to ask a cashier, who is always too busy to help, and the customer service counter always has long, slow lines. Seeing the word 'Rollback' is incredibly annoying. It means absolutely nothing. We go to Wal-mart for low prices; we don't need to be bombarded with your corporate **. We are all hungry for good shopping.

No one was in the hardware department to mix the paint and I went to another department to find someone to look for the person working in the paint area, which took about 20 minutes.

After she arrived, the first words the sales associate said was not "how could I help you" but "I am working this area, but I can't mix by myself so you will have to wait until I can find someone to help me." So I gave her the sample card with the color I wanted to mix. She said after looking for 10-15 minutes, "We're out of medium base needed to mix this color in the price paint you wanted but we have it in the next higher priced paint." I explained to her that this happened several times before and most stores will substitute the next priced paint for the same price. She said she would do it if I don't tell anyone, she would sell it to me for the same price. I told her that if she would get in trouble for substituting, I would prefer to ask the manager.

After another 20 minutes, the supervisor finally came to the paint area and said she could not do any substitution for the lower cost which was only $3. I ask to speak to the manager and they never responded to me and started mixing another customer's paint. After she finished with that customer, I asked her if I could speak to the manager and she responded with, "yes but you will have to wait." I then asked her what the manager's name was and she told me his name was Tim. I waited for another 15-20 minutes and then left. I hope this is not what hometown customer service is.

Jason told me to bring it back for a replacement. I told him there was not another one like it on the shelf unless he had one in the back. He told me he was sorry but to bring it back and he would make good on the purchase even if he had to upgrade the microwave. I Asked him to make sure the service desk was alerted so when I come back first thing in the morning, I would make the exchange quickly and without any problems.

That did not happen. I came in and had to explain the situation with the customers service clerk. She was clueless. I told the clerk I wanted to talk to the manager which was Chris not Jason and of course they would not honor what I had been told the night before. Let alone I waited and waited and after an hour, I left without the microwave because Chris told me he would not accept the same brand that looked like the one I wanted, but was a little bigger. It was $30.00 or so more.

I do understand that, however, it was not I who suggested upgrading. I did not really want a bigger one, just one that looked the same. I am complaining because I was told that my needs would be met and then it was not honored when I got there and the two trips to Price to get me a microwave, and then to wait in the store an hour. And the embarrassment of having people around while I tried to explain what Jason had promised me. But the worst was to purchase something new and opening it up and finding it is dirty and used. And I could not cook dinner last night.

I've been hearing many stories about their electronics and other items. People don't realize that Wal-mart drives a very hard bargain with suppliers and manufactures so they can sell things at a very low cost. They say guaranteed for a year; well, that's about all you'll get, maybe 13 months. People don't realize from the manufacturer to the shipper and employees of Wal-mart and bottom line is for profit at Wal-mart. Everybody takes a piece of that purchase price the consumer pays and what happens is "quality suffers". People throw caution to the four winds have to go and get one of those "deals".

I think a few government agencies need to deal with Wal-Mart and their practices. In reading consumer's comments, it seems that Wal-mart puts the monkey on the manufacturer's back and they in turn say it's out of warranty but we will sell you the part for an ungodly amount. Maybe, just maybe, people need to boycott them en masse. Also Wal-mart needs to offer double the manufacturer warranty and offer to sell insurance for 2, 3, or 5 years to fix all or anything on these TV's. Then we'll see what kind of a deal on these sets. I will not buy electronics from a place that sells everything from Apples to Zip drives. Would you buy your car from the guy who's selling fruits and vegetable?

My friend Rosie gave me $100.00 to buy a bike that I had my eyes on for awhile at Walmart, for my early birthday present. I am an veteran and ready to retire from nursing. Anyway back to the Huffy mountain bike, model number 56360, the tires were made cheap, I haven't even ridden it yet! I decided to return it to Walmart where I bought it. A Mr.** I think, told me I didn't have the right receipt so I couldn't replace the Huffy bike with another Huffy. So, my friend Rose and Bob was told the real truth, this was the second time they tried to return the bike. Anyway Mr. ** told my friend Rosie and Bob that the tires were made with the thinnest lowest grade of inner-tubes that you can get and all of their bikes are made this way.

So, if we wanted to buy a better inner tubes for this bike we would have to buy it to replace the ones that got flattened. My friend Rosie couldn't believe what she was hearing! My friend Rosie said Mr.** was trying to put words in my friend Bob's mouth trying to say that Bob said that I rode it across our yard with sticks or stones which made the tires flat. Mr. ** was blaming the stones or sticks on the ground of our yard, for the flats on both tires. Like I said, I haven't even ridden it yet. My friend Bob did walk it across the yard and put it in his garage so nobody would steal it. But the next day, when it was taken out both tires were flatten. What's wrong with this picture?

My friend Rosie really didn't have the money living on a fixed income but she knew I wanted the Huffy bike for my birthday present. I think when anybody buys something brand new, they shouldn't have any problems with their gifts or whatever. My friend told Mr. ** that Walmart should have a sign saying that the tires of all kinds of bikes are made with the thinnest lowest grade inner tubes so that the customers should have an option, if they want to buy a Huffy or any kind of bike at Walmart. Mr. ** did say that the information is in the manual in a plastic bag with the bike. But my friend Rosie told Mr. S that it's too late for that. The customer has already bought the bike.

My friend Rosie said that Mr. ** was an uncaring person and really didn't want to be bothered with, even though he had to. My friend Rosie was really upset. And I felt really bad for her, she does all her shopping at Walmart because it's so close to us. The bus goes right by our house and by Walmart.

My wife and I entered the Wal-Mart store in Rushville to purchase some paint for use in a room we are working on. While waiting for the paint to be shaken, we were looking around for other rooms and found four areas of paint marked half price. Three of these areas were one gallon cans and one was five gallon buckets. I ask the clerk who got a manager to address the question. An older lady came out and stated it was mismarked and I could have one gallon at the price but no more. Our rooms are 18X16 with 13 feet ceilings, which I explained one gallon would do us no good. I could have used at least 6 gallon and was glad to find a color of our liking at a good price. It was more her attitude than the company policy she spewed that offended us.

She was busy in the back or elsewhere as it took some time for her to appear and had no time for discussion with us. I was told by an employee they were short-handed and have a lot of problems, but that is not our fault as we were looking at prices in good faith. I was under the impression that the price on the shelf was the price we would be charged. This is not the case at Wal-Mart in Rushville and it has left a bad feeling towards the store.

Several days ago, we had to go to Shelbyville to get joint compound as our local Wal-Mart store was out of stock. More often than not, we have to go out-of-town for supplies as locally they are out of stock or no one to help out. At present, I am very upset with Wal-Mart and its policy as I have had many occasions thru the years where a company would honor the shelf price. It’s time-consuming and disgusting to not have a store worthy of doing business with and having to go out-of-town most times to get supplies. If this is not an appropriate place for this, accept my apology.

When I move it cuts off, was not doing this when I first used it have done all possible to make sure it’s not gas. Also the rear adjustment is wrong it rubs against wheel, I check others out at Wal-Mart and their adjustment handle is longer than the one on my mower. I bought on my credit card there, mower about three months old and I have a small yard.

Since wheel adjustment is wrong and before I take it to a lawn mower person would like to exchange the reason is I can't change wheel adjustment even if mower runs. This was just put together wrong, just would like some good advice on and how to settle this. I have notice at the Wal-Mart store there is a lot of refurbish mowers there the same brand as mine. Could you please tell me how to settle this or exchange this so I can cut my grass? I should not need to hire someone to fix these problems, I could understand if I left my mower outside in weather and mistreated it but this was not the case. Thanks for your time and your help.

While I have been generally appalled by the service, rather lack thereof, in Wal-Mart, I have to point out that the fish department in Marshfield Mo doesn't seem to be that bad. Even though our Wal-Mart is grossly understaffed (not the employees fault), it appears someone cares enough about the fish to at least keep the tanks clean. I usually see one or two dead fish but nowhere near what I have seen in other Wal-Marts. It's the only Wal-Mart in a small town so maybe that helps. The Bettas look fairly healthy and have plenty of water. The tanks aren't usually overstocked, even the crabs look healthy. I have seen a couple spots of ick, which is unfortunate, and I have no idea if their puffer fish are in brackish water. Probably not, but at least the puffers are never overcrowded. I have a comet, a pleco and a fantail all purchased from here at different times, all of which are getting old enough they're outgrowing their tank.

Yes, I've bought fish from Wal-Mart only to have them die in a week but considering that the tanks in Marshfield look clean and undercrowded, I would tend to suspect Wal-Mart's supplier, rather than Wal-Mart themselves. I mean, think about it, the ick had to come from somewhere, it didn't just appear. It came with an order of fish from the supplier. I have heard that practically all gold fish in the Midwest come from a single hatchery. They sell to both pet stores and Wal-Mart. I'm sure they are reputable, it's just that any fish with ick that go to a pet store get scooped out of the tank and treated. I hate to see and hear so many incidents of animal cruelty at other Wal-Marts.

Clearly contacting Wal-Mart head quarters about it isn't the answer (and a huge waste of time). You'd do better to contact the fish supplier and petition them not sell to Wal-Mart or possibly get a hold of your congressman. Just because our Wal-Mart seems to not be the holy hell of fish doesn't mean any Wal-Mart is staffed or equipped to sell live merchandise. I always look at the fish department when I go and I know they stock the tanks on Tuesday and by the next Monday they're all nearly empty, so at least most of the fish probably only stay in the store for a couple of weeks at the most. I would sincerely like to know if the thing about the door sensor is true, and if it is, how that could possibly affect a fish, or how it could possibly affect a human. I always hold the fish over my head, just in case, and wonder what sort of radiation I'm getting pelted with.

I did not have my receipt because I figured I didn't need it after 3 weeks. The clerk (reluctantly) gave me an exchange. I have had the new pair of shoes for about 1 1/2 months and they have deteriorated so badly in so little time. I kept my receipt this time, but I will be buying a better quality pair of shoes somewhere else the next time. I have just returned, frustrated and empty handed from your Bristol store after being led there by faulty price labeling. My daughter called me at my home, from the Garden department in the Walmart store, to inform me that there was knitting yarn on 3 clearance shelves in the Garden department. There were only 2 red price labels pasted on the shelves. One red label said $2.00 and another red shelf label stated $4.00 or $4.50 adjacent to that. A third shelf had no pricing label at all. No other price indicators were present on the shelves or the skeins I selected. I drove all the way over to the store (approximately 30 minutes) because I was interested in the yarns on the $2.00 shelf and the ones on the shelf beneath which had no price labels.

The sales clerks conferred and thought theses yarn were $2.00 also. However, when the cashier attempted to ring up my selection of 28 skeins from both of these shelves, none of the 28 skeins of various types and colors (which I had spent considerable amount of time selecting) from the $2.00 shelf and the shelf beneath it were $2.00. (or $4.50 for that matter)The prices that rang up on the register were varying $3.00 or more for each skein. (Perhaps a discount from the original prices? )The cashier called a service manager who agreed that there should have been a pricing label to indicate the prices of the yarns which I had selected and that, she was sorry for my inconvenience. The best she could do was offer a 10% discount.

I thought I was making a $56.00 advance winter knitting projects purchase. Why should I purchase that many skeins for such a small discount? I can purchase the yarns as I need them when I knit my projects for my grandchildren at similar or better prices, and would never have made the trip wasting my gas for such a meager saving. At the very least, there should have been original pricing labels so I could determine if indeed the cashier prices were discounts at all. This whole experience has left me with a distrust of your sales practices and a reluctance to visit WalMart again.

I had a book of coupons issued from makers of Huggies Diapers that came out of a box from prior purchase of Huggies from Target. The diaper wipes were on sale at Walgreens for a dollar off also. Wal-Mart clerk refused to honor the Huggies $3 off coupon, refused to honor the $1 off coupon for the wipes, and the sale price at Walgreens. I stated the Huggies coupons came out of the box of diapers purchased at Target and from the Huggies manufacturer. They stated since the coupons had the "Target" emblem on them even though they came from the manufacturer, they would not honor them.

This is the fourth time Wal-Mart here in Missouri refused to honor another store's sale price and coupons. They stated they will meet all competitors coupons and sales but they said yesterday they do not match Target prices. I was speechless. I think that is false advertising. Did you also know that they state children's toys are considered "electronic" and they do not warranty them either if they run on batteries even?

I also have another gripe. I bought a humidifier at Wal-Mart. After about seven months, it leaked all over the floor. You could see that it was leaking clearly on the side. I took the receipt and the humidifier back to Wal-Mart in Fulton, Missouri. Guess what? They said "all returns have to be returned within a certain amount of time" and it had been too long. It took that long for it to start leaking which was about six months. I could go on and on but I think something needs to be done about Wal-Mart and they flipping back and forth on people. Did not get money back for humidifier and did not get a new one so had to purchase another elsewhere using gas and time. Did not get the 2 plus 1 dollar plus 1 dollar off of diapers and wipes and am stuck with a child's toy that cost $30 or more.

For the past 3 weeks, I have been trying to find an air conditioner filter for my central unit. It's a 20 x 25 x 1. I have not had problems before getting the 3M brand, but now all they have is the PUR brand and the associate that tried to help me told me they couldn't keep them in stock, because the PUR dealer comes out and inventories once a week and orders, but they never have enough. He said he never had this problem when he used to order the 3M brand himself, that he could get all he wanted and never had a bare shelf. I asked why they didn't go back to the 3M or another brand and he didn't know. The PUR brand is about $2.00 higher than the 3M brand and I'm assuming that's why, but if they don't keep them on the shelf where they can be sold. Then they are not making any profit that I can see. I will go elsewhere from now on to get whatever I need.

This is not the first time I have come across this problem. I use a certain shampoo and have for a long time and never had a problem until a year or so ago, and then they never have it anymore. It would seem to me when something sells that it should be replaced. Also, the generic quit smoking patches, they quit selling them. At first, the associate told me they were back ordered, but that has been months ago and they still haven't gotten any. Could it because the other brand costs about twice as much? Well, I'm not paying double for them.

Walmart is really going downhill and people aren't going to put up with it. I don't blame the associates whatsoever. This comes from the top and if Sam Walton were alive, it wouldn't be happening. He cared about the consumer. Well, Walmart is not too big to go under. I am not the only one who has problems with them. You can hardly ever get waited on in the sporting goods department. You have to have someone page them and then I have waited up to 30 minutes before; same in the jewelry department. Yours is not the only store in the town or nearby towns.

I find stuff at the Dollar store that I can't find at Walmart and at a lower price. You have put a lot of companies out of business and it is the consumers’ fault that that happened. It would seem to me you would want to take care of your customers. The grocery part is lacking because there isn't a variety of name brand items. It seems you want us all to like your store brand and that just isn't true on all items.

The local pet store was closed that day so we went to Walmart. We feel sorry for those poor fish and decided to save a few. It took almost half an hour to find someone to catch the fish for us; apparently no one is in charge of the pet department. We got some goldfish: two black moors, two gold fantails and two calico fantails. We also got a leopard plecostomus.

Things seemed to go well at first. Within a week, all the goldfish were showing the characteristic spots of Ich, which they could only have had when we got them, as there had not been any fish in the tank before we put the goldfish in it.

I went back to Walmart and bought the Ich treatment, and while I was there, I noticed that other fish from the same tank we got the goldfish from were also sick. The two gold fantails have died from the disease, and the rest are barely hanging on. At least, they will die in a loving home and not in a heartless corporate "super center". I was in Walmart this morning and while I was there I checked on their goldfish; the poor fishes now have fin rot, too. Any fish that gets put into those tanks at Walmart are also at risk for infection because Ich can persist in a tank as long as there are fish for it to infest.

Also, the same net gets used in all the tanks for all the fish, spreading the ich parasite through all the tanks. Sadly, the fish at the St Mary's, Georgia Walmart are in much better shape than the ones at the Walmart in Yulee, Florida. Those tanks are just horrifying. Walmart should not be allowed to sell live fish at all. There is no one to properly take care of those little living beings who just suffer and die from lack of proper care.

Something in the electric box was messing up; it was turning itself up and down and shutting off and on. So, I called GE the 1st time: they said they would replace it and advised me to take it to Wal-Mart and get a new one. Wal-Mart said no, as it’s been past the 45 day mark.

So, I called GE the 2nd time and they said to call Wal-Mart and gave me a different number. Wal-Mart would say different and they said they will send me a FedEx box, send it the unit back then they will send me a refurbished unit. Are you kidding me? I called GE the 3rd time and they said they cannot help about Wal-Mart’s return policies and that if that’s what they said I have to do, then that’s what I have to do!

So let’s see, I buy a new window unit for it to go out in a matter of 9 weeks, to have to send back and get a used one! So today, there are heat warnings the past week and today, so I have to go purchase a new one which won't be from Wal-Mart or a GE model, mind you, just so I can send this one off cause it will take a couple of weeks to get the other one back! So if you think you are buying quality anything from Wal-Mart, think twice, especially if you are spending your hard earned money only to be stolen from you from Wal-Mart! It’s almost like a scam!

Even the employees that I spoke to have told me that half the time, they do not have the things that they shop for.

Today is Saturday. I went there Friday evening after work and I went for about six items. Out of those six items that I went shopping for, I found two on the shelf. They are lazy and won't check in the back for anything. The store is disgusting; there is trash everywhere and I have now decided that I will drive 16 miles out of my way to shop at the Quarterfield Road Walmart instead of driving five minutes to the Washington Blvd. Walmart. There were two other customers in the Health and Beauty section that were angry because the one man had been in the store three times in the last five days and they still did not have any Tylenol on the shelf.

Someone must do something about this. It is a sin for the consumer. This Wal-Mart is the sorriest excuse for a store that I have ever experienced. Get a new regional, or a new manager. They clearly are not doing their job. It is really sad that when you go to a Wal-Mart and you are lucky that there are three packs of candy bars in the candy aisle.

The cashier told me to go and get it myself and I replied with "No, I would like someone to get it for me." The cashier called an assistant. Then the assistant stopped at another register where he stayed and told me to go and get what I needed. I proceeded to get my item. When I returned to my cart which i had already paid for my items, I had to place all my bags in the cart my self. God forbid the cashier lift a finger to help. Poor customer service!

Bought Terrace Patio set with glass topped table and six chairs in June 2009 on Wal-Mart.com. On 07/15/10, the glass table top spontaneously shattered on our deck. No one was in the yard at the time. Fortunately, no one was hurt. The chairs and table itself are fine. There are shards of glass (small, to be sure, but still sharp) 20 feet away from the table. We paid almost $500 for that set. We feel we have no recourse other than to buy a new table.

I bought an under the cabinet coffee maker and hooked it up. It then started to leak all over the place so I pulled the cord and got shocked. My wife cleaned up the mess and cannot get the coffee stain out of the tile grout. My wife and I took it back to the Walmart store, bringing with us the receipt and told the manager. We were told that there was nothing he could do and that it was the last one. All I want is a new coffee maker and to find a way to get the coffee stain out of the grout of the counter top. I am disabled and cannot re-grout the counter top myself. I will have to have it done by a tile man. Please contact me. I do not want any problems, I just want to replace the coffee maker.

Absolutely the most disgusting Walmart store I have ever visited. I took my 4-year old son to the restroom. There was excrement all over the toilet seat, the stalls smelled of urine and feces. The restroom were so disgusting that I decided to have my son wait until we found a store in the area where he could use the restroom. After I left out of the restroom, I told a manager about the bathroom.

I don't know if she had it cleaned. I immediately told my wife, who was shopping, about the restroom. As I was telling her, I noticed potato chips spilled all over the floor and someone simply swept them to the side. I will never visit that particular Walmart ever again. I feel that if this Walmart was in a predominantly white area, it would be much cleaner. This is totally unacceptable, perhaps corporate should make a surprise visit to the store.

I just find it extremely frustrating that it is constantly advertised that with all of the registers, there is no need to wait or at least it will be a fast wait. I find this to be a total joke, because of all of the registers, only 5 of them are open at any one time. Today, I went on a Sunday, and there were only 4 open which took me 15-20 minutes of standing there with my groceries. I understand the fact that not all 30 of them need to be open on just a regular Sunday. But I believe 10 would suffice and take care of the problem and fulfill your advertising requirements.

I normally spend over 600 dollars a month at this store. I am disabled and am unable to walk more than a few feet. I have relied on Wal-Mart's electric wheelchairs to do my shopping there. For the last few months, most times I visit the store, all wheelchairs are discharged, and the number of wheelchairs at this store has been reduced. When I do get a chair, the battery frequently runs low and I have had great difficulty getting back to the front of the store. I have been told by Wal-Mart employees that they sent back several chairs because they didn't need them, and several chairs were in the back broke down.

This problem is getting worse and it doesn't seem to be any great concern to the management. Today, like several times before, I waited for a chair for nearly an hour and I finally did my shopping elsewhere, spending over 200 dollars. If this situation persists, I will no longer be a Wal-Mart customer, and I will tell my contacts to avoid a company that has little concern for the disabled. Additionally, I will make Wal-Mart's concern for the disabled known via the internet and all means available.

I did forget to lock my driver side's door, but still the security guard was nowhere to be found in parking lot. I looked for him for 20 minutes.

I went inside and told the greeter what happened, and he just said he was going to tell management. And nothing ever happened. Finally, i found the security guard mysteriously out of nowhere. He came out, and all he did was write down on a notepad. I told him if the camera didn't get anything, since I was near it. He said they don't work properly and can't see anything. Like come on, the speaker box is big. How could one not see anything? And if the security was doing his job, he should have spotted that easily.

I called PD and just filed a report. He told me that those cameras don't work there for show. Now, I have a damaged vehicle, and $800 worth of items from my car were stolen.

I am an Oregon State resident who recently ordered a desktop computer online (Sat, Jun 26, 2010 9:09 pm) from Walmart.com as a gift for my father who resides in Washington State.

When I placed the order the computer sales amount came to $378.00, but what I didn't realize is that Walmart.com had charged me sales tax of $29.86. When I have bought items from Walmart while visiting Washington in the past, they have never charged me sales tax since I am an Oregon State resident. After I discovered that they had charged me sales tax, I contacted Walmart.com right away (the next morning) and asked them to remove the sales tax from the order. They said that they could not do that. After this response, I requested that they ship the desktop computer directly to me in Oregon, and that I would deliver it myself to my father in Washington State when I visited him next. They told me at this point that they could not change the shipping location of where the item would be shipped. After this, I asked them to just cancel the order and that I would buy a desktop computer from a local store where I would not be charged sales tax.

The lady on the phone said she would "attempt" to cancel my order, and that it hadn't shipped or processed yet, but it wasn't a guarantee that the order would be cancelled. Unfortunately, on Monday I got a notification that the desktop computer had been shipped and then later in the week on Friday it arrived at my father address in Washington.

I again called Walmart and asked them to take off the sales tax from the order, but they told me they wouldn't. They told me that I could have my father deny the shipment of the order (before it was delivered), but at this point my father needed a computer since his old computer had problems and I didn't want to have the computer go back and then try to collect the money back from Walmart. That could take weeks. I contacted Walmart.com customer service over 5 times now, and nobody there seems to want to help me with this problem.

It was one and a half hours before I finally gave up and shut my computer off! There was no way out! Trying to sell me insurance and every other thing I didn't want! I was going to give them a good survey, was! I found out they have very cheap and under handed ways of trapping people. They gave my name out to places to contact me when I put no contact! This is their cheap way of making more money off the public! I am not impressed with all their well-published charity donations, seeing that it's just a smoke screen.

I tried to use the bag thinking that might help and it broke trying to lift it full of grass. Three hours of use, and I had enough, took it back to Wal-mart and told that they can't take it back because it has fuel and instead go to the manufacturer. Fine, they told me take it to a service guy. He changed the blade, charged me $49.00 and said that it was my fault, and he won't give me a bag. This guy said the bag broke the blade. Well, it was banging before I used the bag, and I didn't read the manual. I'm glad I didn't spend the $60.00 for the extended warranty. I feel ripped off.

On July 6, 2010 I went to the Local WalMart to purchase a certain brand of 2 liter soft drinks (Diet Dr. Thunder). I have been buying this brand and type for a long time and it is just about the only type of soft drink that I can consume due to health issues. The last time I bought any was about 2 months ago and I purchased 50 bottles (2 liter). Today when I went to buy more, I could not find any. I searched for an employee to help me but had to walk from the food section to the video game area (half way across the store) and asked someone in the cell-phone section to help. After a short wait the employee returned and told me that they were out of the product and were going to discontinue it. I have no idea where to purchase this particular brand in the 2 liter bottle.

I was very disappointed in being told that WalMart would no longer carry it, but what made it even worse was having to go to several areas before I could find someone to help me. I know of no other vendor of the product that became my favorite brand of soft drink. I realize that this may seem like a very small and unimportant complaint. It is however going to make it extremely difficult for me to attempt to find a replacement.

I used to buy two pairs of steel toe Brahma work boots per year. They were relatively inexpensive and would last a good while. I would always buy two pair and alternate every other day. That was 8 years ago. I started having trouble with their boots about 4 years ago, stitching would fail, soles would separate, etc. Something happened to the quality of their boots almost overnight. I used to swear by Brahma boots, now I swear at them.

The last pair I bought I returned to Wal-Mart the very next day and received such flak and ** from customer service, them claiming I "put something on them". I ended up almost in an altercation with the manager over it and really the only thing that caused him to finally relent was my pointing out to him the sign above on the wall that said "satisfaction guaranteed". I will never, I repeat, never buy another pair of shoes, boots or even flip-flops from Wal-Mart.

I had already shopped for groceries, and now I have to go across the store to buy soap?

On my way over, I asked another employee, Amanda where would be the best place to register a complaint. We talked for a bit and I explained my frustration and the fact that I had a problem with my legs and breathing, and that having to walk now across the store for bath soap was absolutely ridiculous. It was then that Amanda said that she would be happy to go across for me. All of your clerks should take lessons from this young woman. She was pleasent, clean, and well spoken. We took the pizza back to Walmart, which is 35 miles round trip back. When we took it in, the one woman spoke up and said all we can do is replace the pizza or give you your money back for the pizza.

We told her about the extra topping and that we had to drive that far. All she said, "we didn't tell you to put the extra toppings on the pizza, so we won't do anything about that". When she left, Julee called the assistant manager up and I explained the whole thing to him and all he said was I will check into it. We do all of shopping at Walmart and Sam's club, but if this is how we are going to be treated for something that was clearly the fault of the store, then we will start doing all of our shopping at Hy-Vee or Fareway.

When I told the employee, they called the manager and he would only allow one of the items to be sold at the listed price, as there was no price tag on the item. When I refused to accept that, I called corporate and filed a complaint. There was no co-manager on duty, just 3 assistant managers. Ninety minutes later, they gave me the items at the listed price.

I have documented it with a photo. When I was going to the register to check out, the one asst. manager said they would not give me any more mispriced items at the listed price anymore and was very threatening about it. When the manger checked, there wasn't one item in the display for 10 dollars and he promptly took the price tag away and removed the items that I was intending to buy that were left in stock.
