I am a loyal Walmart customer and chose Walmart over all other retail channels for my 4K Ultra HD Television purchase. However, I could never have anticipated the fraud I would become a victim of. Moreover, the way Walmart treated not only the issue, but also me, as a customer has left me shocked, disgusted and utterly humiliated.

I purchased - "VIZIO P502ui-B1E 50" 4K Ultra HD 120Hz Full-Array LED Smart TV", Order ID - ** online through Wal-Mart website and opted for in-store pick up. Due to bad weather and personal constraints, I was unable to pick it up on the day it was available (02/15/2015). Instead I picked up this item on 02/27/2015 around 10 PM from Walmart Supercenter #54182020 Bashford Manor Ln, Louisville KY 40218

When I took it box home and opened it, to my surprise, the TV inside the box of was not the Vizio I purchased online and had a receipt for. Instead it was of "Hisense" brand and didn't have any accessories whatsoever. It however had an authentic looking Vizio sticker of the model I had actually purchased. I immediately contacted Walmart.com. I was advised to visit the store and talk to the manager.

I went to Walmart store mentioned above and met assistant manager (**). I explained the issue to her. She asked me to leave the TV at the store till she further investigated the case. I received a call from her in an hour asking me to take the "SAME" TV back as she was unable to figure out the issue. I called Walmart customer care relations again and explained the whole situation to the lady over the phone, who was supportive. She said she would get in touch with store manager, get the issue escalated and that I would get a call back from store soon. But I did not hear back from anyone.

So, I decided to go back to the store and meet the store manager personally. When I reached there, I was told that the store manager was on vacation and that I would have to speak with ** (Asst Manager). I was made to wait in the store for about 90-100 minutes before ** finally turned up. It was one of the most frustrating and humiliating experiences of my life.

I asked her if she was able to investigate my case further and whether she had received any follow up from Walmart customer relations. She straightaway denied. She mentioned she will not be able to help me, since after checking CCTV footage videos, she did not see any mistake at Walmart's end. She also mentioned another site manager ** was also aligned with her perspective and they won't help me here. Indirectly she was trying to convey to me that everything is my fault and that I might have tampered with the item. As per **, the only person who can help me would be Store Manager (**) but he is on vacation till 03/07/2015.

I feel extremely humiliated, cheated and frustrated. Instead of getting a hassle free store pick up, I have been cheated by supposedly a "trusted" global brand! To top it off, the store is indirectly accusing me of being a thief. Do I need to complain about this to the police, since in my eyes, this is completely fraudulent? Please suggest.

Wal-Mart is full of rude cashiers. I have had it. I'll rather drive an extra mile to go to another store and spend a little extra for the same products, but received a decent service. Most of the fruits and vegetables aren't fresh. It's nothing but a joke.

I worked at Walmart on Kietzke Ln. in Reno for 5 months. Have had bad experience right off the bat, crying because of the way customers talked to me, I would take it person and it was stressing me out. The csm's were in a group, didn't care about their employees and yes, had favorites. Easy to see. One morning a guy came to my register, I was ringing him up, told him how much and he was talking to 2 or 3 people at the same time while at the register... he was all over the place. His girlfriend had a bad mouth on her too, for a minute I thought we were in some gang alley... so the guy says to me "shut up you **." I stood there, and said Thank you. He ran over to my boss, who talked with him, someone else finished the transaction, and he said we would talk about this later.

2 hours later, I went to lunch, came back and my badge didn't work. Looked at the schedule and I had been removed that fast. I didn't ask, I just left. I didn't want to hear their bs, but now I do. Why and how do you let someone go that fast? And what kind of company doesn't even call their associate? It was a horrible place to work, always trying so hard to do well. No one EVER said good job, or thank you. Horrible management!! Horrid! Treat you like slaves. Half the people I worked with didn't speak English either. I couldn't believe it… How do they do their job, and not speak English? So bottom line, I do not know why I was terminated. I had to call and ask for my final check and reason why, which was a lie, they said I swore at a customer, and I did NOT! Crooked bunch of cheap people!!! I NEVER told a soul I worked there… was too embarrassed. Maybe it’s better!

Due to Walmart's address mix-up, I've had to pay about $60 to return my item. Although the correct address was listed as the "preferred address," their system shipped to a previous address. Customer service was not helpful. They blamed the mix-up on the vendor, yet their system handles the address. I use Amazon a lot for my current home project (>$1000 in the last 4 months) and have had no such trouble there. I strongly recommend against using Walmart.com.

OK, so I was so speechless after this evening's turn of events that I thought I would share with all of you the utter ridiculousness of what I have been through. (And I am now certain that others have been through as well) Bear with me this could take a minute but I promise it gets even better with every line. You can't make this crap up... So a couple of weeks ago I go to my local WALMART off of Graham Rd in Stow, OH with the intention of purchasing a $50 WALMART VISA GIFT CARD so that I am able to pay for an online class I need to take and use online to purchase minutes for my prepaid cell phone plan.

In addition to the $50, I need to load on the card WALMART also charges me an additional $3.50 (I think... I can't remember if it was $5 or closer to $3.50 but this is THE one fact in this account that I am not crystal clear on) for the sheer privilege of using one their Vanilla Visa Gift Cards as I would come to find out later they are called. Confident I have now succeeded in my shopping quest, I head home and fire up the laptop.

I first go to WALMARTGIFT.COM and register my card and attach my address and personal information to the card number so that this can later be confirmed in the process of completing both of my future online purchases. Next I complete the online purchase of the $30 class I needed to pay for and am gaining confidence now. This next part should be a breeze... After all, the only thing I have left to do now is just purchase $19.58 worth of prepaid minutes for my cell phone at WALMART.COM using the WALMARTGIFT.COM VISA GIFT CARD I had just paid for the privilege to wield on just such an occasion. WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG???

I promptly head to WALMART.COM, find the product, enter all of my pertinent purchase information and press the Checkout button on the last screen. Much to my surprise I receive a message that they are unable to verify the personal information that I have provided for the purchase so my transaction has been declined and I should try review this information, correct any issues and try again to complete the purchase. So, I do as I am told and review the info attached to the card. No issue then so I try to complete the purchase of the cell phone minutes reload card again. Confident it should work this time.

NOPE DECLINED! Now my WALMART VISA GIFT CARD has insufficient funds to complete the purchase. WALMARTGIFT.COM HAS placed a hold on those funds so that the WALMART.COM has the ability to collect them as payment for the prepaid cell phone minutes that WALMART.COM JUST DECLINED TO COMPLETE WITH ME. I know the routine and have heard the song and dance before. It will be 3-10 business days before WALMARTGIFT.COM will realize that WALMART.COM is never going to collect those funds on the incomplete transaction and releases the funds back to the card for me to use. So I go back to WALMART and buy the cell phone minutes I need to last the rest of the month with cash and call it a day.

So tonight 3/3/2015 is roughly about ten or so business days later, I notice that the funds are available on my WALMART VISA GIFT CARD again. So I stop at the gas station and buy a couple of packs of smokes with it. Sweet it works. I come home and one of my sons asks if I would use my WALMART VISA GIFT CARD online at WALMART.COM to buy a $10 Nintendo eShop gift card. I head to WALMARTGIFT.COM and per the instructions on the back of the card verify that I have around $11.59 in available funds on the card and I only $10 Good to go.

Wouldn't you know it though? THE SAME THING HAPPENS ALL OVER AGAIN. I know, I know doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result is insane right. (I take a deep breath) And decide that I am going to STOP THE INSANITY. I started by calling the number on the back of my WALMART GIFT CARD. After numerous calls I finally exhaust ALL of the numbered options (including the ever so popular ### pound it out till you get an operator method) I was met with the harsh reality that I would not be able to reach a human to help me at this 100% automated phone number that is actually titled (wait for it)... (Drum roll please) you guessed it... This number is labeled CUSTOMER SERVICE on my WALMART GIFT CARD. So I moved on to "Contact Us" on WALMART.COM to see if I could reach someone to help me with my issue.

I did get through to the WALMART.COM CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT where I had the opportunity to speak with another automated system that confirmed for me that they were so glad I had called and I now had 23 minutes until I would be graced with the opportunity to speak with an agent. So I promptly hung up and used Gethuman.com (perfect website by the way) to turn the tables and make WALMART.COM call me instead of waiting and losing THE PREPAID CELL PHONE MINUTES THAT IT JUST TOOK ME 2 WEEKS TO PURCHASE DUE TO THIS CRAZINESS.

So Gethuman.com had a CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT from WALMART.COM call me back (within 14 minutes I might add) at which time I explained my situation to the pleasant customer service rep. He listened to my issue, placed me on hold while he "investigated" my claims and then said that he understood my frustration and very politely told me there was nothing he could do for me but I should definitely call the CUSTOMER CARE number on my WALMARTGIFT.COM VISA CARD.

I conveyed my prior experience with that number and he said that was the only CUSTOMER CARE that could help. I politely asked him to provide the definition of CUSTOMER CARE as he was using it in reference to the ever so lovely automated system I had just become so acquainted with and then asked for a supervisor when he had no response. (Repeat from beginning for supervisor) So that he can tell me he can't explain what is happening and that he's got nothing for me. I politely suggested he give me the information for a working $10 gift card so that I can complete the purchase for my son and we can call it even at this point.

He politely informs me that just isn't a possibility. (Right… we can't resolve the issue for the customer by giving him $10 when we can continue to fail him in every way imaginable while paying our employees and supervisors their $15 an hour wages to explain that this simply isn't an acceptable solution. That would be absurd.) He places me on hold.

When he comes back he apologizes again and gives me the number for the WALMART MASTERCARD CUSTOMER SERVICE phone number to call first and if that doesn't work he gives me the WALMART CUSTOMER CARE phone number to call. When I question the "MASTERCARD" reference reminding him that I have a VISA gift card he gets annoyed and says that they are the ones that handle this sort of thing and to just call. So I call and am promptly informed by a VERY RUDE customer service rep that they do not handle any type of "GIFT CARD". They only handle REAL CREDIT CUSTOMERS. So, I request yet another supervisor in the hopes of adding to my collection of useless WALMART CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBERS and obtain (from a very polite supervisor I might add) just that another number to try and her most sincere wish of good luck in all of my endeavors.

So, I now call the CUSTOMER CARE phone number I have been given to find out that I have now been chasing this issue long enough that CUSTOMER CARE IS NOW CLOSED AS IT IS AFTER 9 PM CST. I was ready to give up after that and went to check my email before going to bed and lo and behold I have an email from WALMART.COM with a survey asking for my feedback on my experience with WALMART CUSTOMER CARE NOW THAT MY ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED.

I am filled with new found energy now. So I fill out the form until I am out of space and then note that they will have to refer to one of the many places I will be posting my detailed account of my EXPERIENCE WITH WALMART.COM'S CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERYWHERE THAT WILL LET ME. Someone somewhere made the decision that an automated only system would be given to consumers on the back of the gift cards they sell. This does not happen by accident.

I went to Walmart in Franklin, TN., last night. Tried to buy a roll of Skoal and a carton of cigarettes. Was asked if the Skoal was for me which I found to be an odd question but I answered truthfully. I told the cashier the Skoal was for my husband, the cigarettes for me. She then told that she could not sell to me, he had to be present, it was the law. I corrected her and told her that no it was not the law. The law was a person has to be 18 years of age to purchase Tobacco, I am 50 years old. She said no 3rd party sales. Huh? was my reply. I am not selling, I am buying.

I was alone, had no children with me, I should not have been questioned about the intent of my purchase. Just because your stores carry 90% of made in China crap, we are still in AMERICA! I would like to know if I try to go back to Walmart and buy a case of beer, will I then have to lie and tell them that I plan on drinking each and every one myself? I don't appreciate being denied service and being humiliated because I am a tobacco user. Walmart already makes me go to a special line to purchase tobacco, now I have to answer questions that is none of your business? I am of legal age to purchase tobacco. I should not have been questioned in the first place. I am 50 years old, was shopping alone, what is Walmart's reason behind this? I suspect if I was male this would have never happened.

I love shopping at Wal-Mart. Love it. But shopping Wal-Mart online is a disgrace in this day and age. Wal-Mart ship to store is inconvenient because you have to walk clear to the back of the store to pick up packages from an unmanned service center. You call for help, but often no response, so you seek assistance which depending on the time of day, can take a while. Shipping to home takes forever. In fact, I shop online a lot and Wal-Mart is by far the worst in shipping. Best Buy has the best option for picking up in store and Macy's is best at shipping in a timely manner. I am still waiting on a package Wal-Mart said would be here by the 24th, and it's the 28th. I ordered on the 11th. I also ordered Macy's that same day and received my package in three days.

Wal Mart New Lenox Bakery. Went to buy a dozen sweet rolls. Boxes for "self -serve rolls" are flimsy and rir and tear when trying to form them. Wal Mart associate didn't care to help, nor print a price ticket sticker for the rolls. The rolls themselves (although quite reasonable in price) have deteriorated to barely edible. The filling seems to be made from leftover lethal injection liquids. When this store first opened, the rolls were the best and plentiful--now they are the worst--and never ready early enough for people to buy them on their way to work. When I paid for them, the cashier slammed the bills and change into my hand all at once--why can't the change be handed separately so the customer isn't dropping the change when trying to put the bills into wallet. There is no COMMON SENSE in WALMART in this store.

I was just wondering how much longer it's going to take for him to receive his check VIA uspostal? I was also a previous employee of a walmart here in Maine. I had a VERY RUDE man come through my line, scream at me and spit in my mouth. And then my CSM said I wasn't allowed to press charges. So I got in a fight with him and quit.

The ONLY decent thing I've received from them is a pay check. I work in dry grocery in the cereal isle at the Wal-Mart in the villages here in Ocala. I've only worked here for 4 months, and the stress is unbelievable. I work alone, and with the amount of freight I am given it is impossible to be done with all of it in 1 HOUR TO 45 MINUTES! I was thrown into the baking isle (which I'd never worked before, had no Gemini which is used to scan and locate items and no help). I finished by 6:30 am. I am night shift. My manager was furious with me for not being finished by 1:30 & her having to send help.

I am currently not able to get to work. I went to see a sick family member Sunday and my wheel bearing completely broke apart. This is an older truck and the previous owner which I now realize did not take care of it have been stranded here for days and instead of being considerate they are threatening to fire me. I've been out for only two nights. Pathetic! Manager don't do anything but talk - they don't help, very rude and inconsiderate, and do not care about anyone but themselves. Horrible experience, and now possibly need a new job. Very stressed. Very upset.

On 2/26/2015 I was in Avon Indiana Walmart using the self checkout register on the South West end of the store at 1:43am. I have a $50 Walmart gift card that was given to me from my parents for Christmas. I had never used a gift card before. I haven't been inside a Walmart since before Christmas. I was checking out, a guy with the floor scrubber came my way, so I moved my cart so he could finish the area of the floor. The cashier came up and started touching things already rang up in the bag. She then takes the remaining items out of my cart and proceeds to walk away. I confront her, and she returns the items to me to finish ringing up. I have two receipts because of this. Walmart has stolen $18.46 from my Christmas gift card.

I video tape confronting the lady after finishing the second transaction with my bank card (that I had to purposely hide my pen from the cashier’s prying eyes). I walked up to the return desk with my Iphone on video in my pocket. She proceeds to hassle me further until I produce my phone. She then hides her face, and does all she can to keep away from the camera while I ask her why she harassed me when I was checking out. She covered her face with a jacket. I turned my phone to see her in spite of this, and she proceeds to get violent. I was on the other side of the counter, so I backed away and left.

I like to start by saying that I've seen as big global companies as large as Walmart gone under cause of their lack of customer service. I tried to buy a HP LaserJet Printer online for my personal use and their web kept crashing on me, so then I call store and after holding for about 20 min to speak to a electronic salesman he advised me they did have it in the store (33501 South Dixie Highway, Florida City, FL 33034). I then drive 38 minutes (25.3 miles each way) to learned they did NOT have it in stock. The salesperson apologized and told me to go on Walmart.com and purchased for next day delivery. I called 1-800.WALMART to complain about their web and this salesman and that this was a big inconvenience and waste customer time, and gas. I explain to their so call "customer service agent" all my experience and I was just told me the store manager will call me back within 3 business day.

Two days later I received the call I explain to the manager at that location and he just apologized and said that their system is not that accurate and didn't even offer a courtesy delivery. After that I said the heck I will just order it on line and I'll just pick up. I go online and place the order No. ** - ** and after it said that I can pick it up the next business day by 10am. I called 1.800 WALMART to make sure I don't waste my gas and time again. I speak to an agent and advised me that will be ready for delivery in 14 days later.

I said please cancel my order and asked her to please transfer me to a supervisor. He then gets on the phone and says she mistakenly advised me wrong and the order takes some time to be process (mean while their web had advised me I can pick it up the next day after 10am) for then see if it was available or not. I am the purchase manager of a company that even though I was buying this product for personal use, I will make sure it avoids shopping at any Walmart and as for my personal self as well.

I worked for Walmart as ims second ** twice back in 2013 and this year 2015. Back in 2013 I was fired for being in the hospital for my diabetes type 1. That Walmart was on 71st and 145th in Broken Arrow, OK. The second Walmart I worked at would not transfer me to the one closest to me. I had to walk 15 miles in the freezing cold just to be yelled at by my manager about asking for a transfer. I simply stated why I needed it and he blew up. This is just the beginning of what’s going on at that store here's the list:

There’s a employee who throws boxes like he’s playing baseball (who by the way hit me in the head with a few boxes when I was the pusher). I reported that to multiple managers and nothing was done and I had to receive medical care at a hospital for cuts on my head that had to be stitched. The people stacking boxes on pallets, rocket carts, L carts, were throwing boxes at each other which there I was hit in the back with a fairly heavy box and had to leave early.

The security sucks there cause kids would come in and play around like it was their home and the "undercover" guy was watching laughing. I felt as second shift ims I was underpaid $7.90 is bull when you unload a truck, pull pallets to the sales floor, pull department picks, help stock shelves, is not worth 7.90 an hour when I stocked or Walmart when I first worked there I was paid 9.70 a hour yet was screwed on my pay then Walmart all in all is a messed up company. They need to learn how to pay their employees and work with them with what problems they have like a "SIMPLE" transfer and I worked at store #1597 Tulsa, ok 111th and memorial.

I worked at Walmart for 5 months before I was let go. In that time period I had an assistant manager refuse to help a customer and yell at me because I was a cashier who had the nerve to get help for this guy. I was yelled at by customers, witnessed a guy throw a cart, and saw an older employee fall over and bust his head open. Just to be at work the next day with a bandage on. I was not hired as seasonal. But right after Christmas and New Years I was let go. We got a new manager from the store in town after the old manager stole bonuses and ignored everyone. Well the new manager decided to let ten people go and all I got told was that I was eligible for rehire.

So in my desperation I went to get hired at another store. Just to quit after a month. I was an overnight stocker. And while I loved the people, I hated how I could only miss three days and during my time there it had snowed. And down here in NC snow is actually black ice. Two of our employees got into wrecks on the way to work while another had to wait an hour just for her car to no longer have slabs of ice on it. It's ridiculous that they think only 3 days is enough absent time for 6 months. Anyway, I will not return and I am concerned they will hold my check.

I bought a RCT6203W46KB tablet for my mother for Christmas from Walmart.com. We have had it less than 90 days. After minimal use it is frozen up and will not work regardless of all "reset" attempts listed in the manual. I discovered Walmart.com has a 15 day return policy on electronics. How stupid is that at Christmas? By the time you buy, wrap, and gift it, 15 days could have already elapsed. I would never have purchased it had I realized their policy.

Walmart.com points the consumer to Venturer Electronics (WHO? I thought I was buying RCA). Every phone number provided by Wal-Mart or the user manual does not serve the consumer. You cannot reach a person or leave a message. They point you to a web site. I have put in a request with them but have not received a reply yet and doubt I will. This product is apparently a scam being perpetuated by RCA and by Wal-Mart. You basically flush between $119 to $145 dollars down the toilet. Do not buy this product! Further do not ever buy electronics from Wal-Mart!

I had the sales guy get me one out of the back. When he came back he had a Series D which is different. When I called attention to it being the wrong tv, I was told they are the same. They are NOT the same. When the manager was told he said there was a problem with their stock number. When they ordered their number, they got either tv. I had them order me the E Series set which is what is still on sale. I called every other day till the 15th. I spoke to another manager which told me the same thing. He said he would speak to a district manager and order the set and call me. Again it NEVER happened.

I called again on 2-21-2015, Sat. I spoke to an asst. District manager. She said she had to talk to the other manager and would call me. She called back telling me to order the set online and have it delivered to her store, DeFuniak Springs, Fl. I informed her that I had already attempted to do so but ALL the stores were listed out of stock. She said all she could do was sell me the display model. I do not want that because it has been running 24 hrs a day for several months. She again said she would order the tv but she has no idea how long it will be. I don't think this is correct for a business to advertise for sale something that they do not have and doubt if they will get. They are still advertising the tv. My husband and I are disabled and I need a larger tv so that I can see it. Is there anything that can be done about this? I would appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

Yes Wal-Mart took a chance on me seeing that I didn't have much work experience, but working through a temp. agency is far better. I've worked for Kohl's Warehouse where they stuck me in a corner to assemble boxes for eight hours straight, and was treated with more respect than Wal-Mart. I've been working with Wal-Mart for about two years and every day, I force myself to go back to that hell hole. They treat us like slaves and on a daily basis get disrespected by the managers. They literally stand over your shoulder while you're trying to work, they spend more time watching their workers than the products which are always getting stolen and they don't care about it. I feel as the workers should be paid more for having to deal with all this ** or at least get their bonuses - my last bonus was 24$. Really Wal-Mart, 24$?

My daughter went to Walmart the day before to purchase a Straight Talk bring your phone kit and the associate that worked there had no idea what he was doing and always said yes. She had no idea what the plan was about and he said it was simple and that anyone can do it. She ask the man "If it doesn't work, will I get my money back?" The man told me "Yes." She asked again how it works and the man told her it was really simple. You call, activate with wi-fi, and your phone is connected. My husband asked the man if she could return it and he told him yes and my daughter asked the same question and he said yes.

When my daughter and husband returned, she went through more than an hour waiting for the people to answer and when she activated, they told her it would take 24 hours for it to work. So the next day, when it still didn't work, she called the company Straight Talk. They told her they couldn't get it to work and I wouldn't get my money back. So I took my daughter to Walmart today and try to get it back. One of the employees told us they don't return and I explained to them the situation and what the man told my daughter and husband.

The employee under that situation called a manager and when she came she told us that there was nothing that she can do. Then, she called another manager and this manager plus her spent time but couldn't do anything. The second manager also offered to call the company but that was going to take more than an hour and I have been in the store for more than 2 hours already. So the second manager called another manager and this manager that came, was really rude. He treated me and my daughter as if we are trying to get something to out of Walmart.

All I wanted was for my daughter to get her birthday money back and for situation not to happen to anyone else. It is hard to believe for Walmart, a well-known company around the world, to try and pull something like that as a scam and not do anything about it. That Straight Talk and Walmart to work together and scam the people.

To whoever still cares at Corporate: I have been a former member of the Walmart family since yesterday. I didn't give notice - I didn't walk out. I was just too defeated to go in and put in another unappreciated day. I understand that most families have one or two backstabbers but support and understanding what makes a family who they are and what they stand for. Walmart claims to offer just that - and it was when I started last year but in a matter of a couple of weeks, everyone from department managers to assistant managers became the target of our new store manager's list of making the store his own. He has that right but to blatantly change the atmosphere from relaxed, comfortable and a fun place to work to watching what you do and questioning your own integrity...several of my co-workers--my friends--were scrutinized, written up or terminated for absences and wrongdoings that they knew nothing about.

In my instance, I was written up for having a 13 absences when termination happens at 7. I was told that I did my job well and was given a forty-cent raise. The very next week, I was called in and told that I would be fired the next time I called in. I considered myself lucky but others were being fired for less offenses...hard working, take the customers bs with a smile, true-to-their job fellow associates! Like myself, they caught the WM virus and had to miss work for dr. appointments or to be with their children who caught it from them. They took the hand sanitizer off of the registers and wouldn't acknowledge the common-sense factor that the flu could be deadly in this day and age. The answers always relied on WM policy and work ethic with no exceptions. In my opinion, the ethical standard of the Walmart "family" has become a joke.

I haven't kept any fish for a long time, but I've been doing a lot of research in preparation for getting a Betta myself. So, I don't know a lot about fish keeping, but I could tell that the water hadn't been changed in a long time, at least a couple of days. The water was incredibly cloudy and there was food and debris at the bottom of all the bowls. Some of the fish I couldn't even see because their water was so cloudy. Also, as with any Wal-Mart, there was trash on the same shelf and it was clear that there was little effort or care being put towards the fish.

Imagine this they are making millions of dollars a year and they don't have the time to train their associates, what are they thinking? My husband bought me this bridal set (vm bridal ring set 500$) 11/20/2014, it needed to get resized. They said one month to send it out and get it back. I was happy because that was perfect to get it for Christmas. One month went by and finally I could have my ring. It fit perfectly, even though we had the receipt, the lady working in that department was very confused and wasn't sure if she was supposed to give me my ring. After her calling her manager and making us wait a long time, finally, I got my ring. I sincerely thought at one point I was not even going to get my ring that my husband had prepaid for.

Once we got home the lady phones us, double-checking to be sure if we had actually paid. It was very odd. We assured her yes and never heard from her again. One month and a half of wearing the ring, a small diamond fell off. I went to the jewellery department, I ask what the policy was and explained my situation. The lady said read the sign. The sign said returns and repairs within 90 days. So it had not been 90 days since the purchase even though I had it for only one and a half months, considering the sizing took 30 days. So I told her I wanted it repaired. She said come back the next day the manager would deal with it.

I go in the next then I speak with the department manager. She says the policy was changed to 14 days. I asked why the sign said 90 days. She said they didn't receive the new ones. I told her she should take those ones off then in the meantime. So that means with the new policy, if you get your ring resized (30 days wait) by the time you get you get it, your time frame is done. Thats bs.

I replied to her, "so basically you're telling me don't ever buy jewellery at Wal-Mart because it will break within 2 months?" She replied, "it will break when it will break." I no longer argued and left. The good side of this is I get to get it fixed a real jeweller and they can tell me if what they sold me is really what they told me it is now. The sad thing about Wal-Mart is that it's too big and has too many departments and no one knows anything. I don't recommend buying any type of jewellery there at all.

The Walmart Supercenter in Greer SC not only have the most unprofessional employees in the world, they are downright dangerous. On a busy Saturday morning, this crowded Walmart had only two registers open. As a new one opened up and I went to go into it, this thug person pushed me and my cart out of the way to go before me.

My mother behind me mentioned how rude that was, as did I, when this excuse for a person went off on me saying, "I didn't touch you, woman, what are you griping about?" The cashier, an obvious friend of this person, picked up her phone saying, "I need a manager up here, I'm having an altercation between two customers" and proceed to verbally abuse me, telling me to calm down and she didn't have to check out anyone she didn't want to.

All this time, I was telling her there was no altercation, I just wanted to get out of there. So instead of checking out this person and letting him go his way, she KEPT HIM THERE, had his friend join him and now I have TWO people running their mouths at me. The manager finally came up and took her place at the cash register, at which time, she went over to another group of employees, yelling about me!

I let this manager know how unprofessional I thought they were and he looked at me like I had snakes growing out of my head. The cashier manager came up and I told her what I thought of the cashier, this wesley manager and her, and that they should not be hiring ghetto thugs to man their cash registers. I also told them that I would never, ever be coming back to that Walmart and I would make sure that anybody I knew wouldn't come back there either. I had never been so embarrassed and treated so badly at any place I had ever been.

The employees know nothing about the store they work in no matter how long they work there. They are rude hateful people much like the greedy children that have run Sam Walton's business to the ground. Out of 25 or more checkout lanes only 2-8 are ever open. The lines are long and by the time you get to the cashier, the cashiers are always in a horrible mood. This store is located in Antioch, TN but many Walmarts I've been to are just like this store if not worst.

My brother in law worked in Walmart for a while. They mistreated him, cheated him on hours and after 4 years of working there, they laid him off without warning. Walmart has become a corrupt company who care little for their customers and only care about giving you cheaply made garbage that breaks in no time. I've stopped shopping there because the food almost always go bad in less than a week, namely the meat and fruits.

The things I buy there are poorly made like the silverware and dishes and cups for example. I purchased a whole set of dishes, cups, and silverware and in about 2 months nearly all of them broke. Hardly any sort of a drop will completely obliterate one of their cups. (Mostly all the See Through glass cups) I've purchased every cup you can buy in the store and I've had to throw them out or return them every time. The silverware no matter how much you spend taste metallic - like you're eating a nickel. All the dishes I've purchased have had to be returned for much of the same reasons as the cups. That's only one incident out of many, many incidents.

I'm tired of playing into their "We save you money crap". When your products fall apart in less than a year you're not saving me ANYTHING! Horrible company, horrible employees, horrible everything.

In my case it was missing 30 lbs in weight and no assembling or exercise booklet. I put the whole thing together just looking at the pictures online and with some guess work, only to realize that I was missing a 20 lbs weight and a 10 lbs weight. I contacted Wal-Mart who said I should contact the manufacturer.

I contacted Cap Barbell and they told me contact the retailer. After a few frustrating emails, Wal-Mart told me that if I could return the equipment in 1 day back to them (after these emails I was coming to the end of my return period) they will resend a new set. The reason I ordered it online was I don't have a car. So they wanted me to un-assemble the bench, somehow un-nail the barbell rod and take the whole thing back to them. It is more convenient for me to just buy the missing weights than go through this ordeal.

This is what I will do, but I felt really cheated and let down by the poor customer service from both Wal-Mart and Cap Barbell. I would recommend spending more money to buy from a better manufacturer and from a retailer that takes customer service more seriously (Ama*on). The price tag from a low cost manufacturer/retailer is good, but it's anyone's guess on what you will get in the box.

When January 2 came and I did not have my order, I tracked down the shipping company (SEKO) to find that I had to schedule delivery; at no point did anyone contact me to let me know this needed to happen. So I scheduled delivery for January 5.

On January 5, a single driver showed up to deliver my 215 pound table to my garage. I asked how I was supposed to get it inside and he said this happens all the time (SEKO contracts with them). I refused delivery. I contacted Walmart and the email response said " It will be needed for you to request it to SEKO, but it is possible that it will be and additional fee for this service" (note the poor grammar/typos). So I contacted SEKO who said they are unable to make the change on my delivery unless Walmart initiates it. I emailed Walmart again (this is the 4th time in the saga) and received the response "Unfortunately, we are not able to help you with this issue because carriers are not allowed to do an inside delivery."

So I called Walmart and was told the only way to get "white glove service" is if I am pregnant or elderly. That came from out of the blue. In over one month of correspondence, no one mentioned that I was not going to be able to get the service I wanted. Absolutely nothing on their website clues a customer into this. I am so furious; it's now been over 7 weeks and I have no product. Back to the drawing board in search of a company that will meet the most basic of customer expectations. I will never, ever buy another thing from Walmart and am spreading the word to everyone I know about this.

I went to the pharmacy gave all my ins. cards to the clerk at the drop off, was told it would be 30-45 min before it was filled. I went to get a few other items and when I went to pickup earlier than they told me I graciously let a man go ahead of me and there was a whole line of people behind me. The clerk was a sour looking woman and she rang it up over a hundred dollars, one item from produce even though it did not have to be weighed by the each. I did not argue that point, I said "it is not that much did you run my ins." she insisted twice I did not have it entered. I told her yes that I did but she was going to have me go to customer service to get that ticket voided then come back.

I know to stand in another line, and yet her line when I returned, I was seeing that coming to stop that before she processed she not only did that but I was asked several times my birth date for all to hear (what is the point of hippa). So I said to her yet again I had, had the info entered she in effect with body language rolling her eyes that I was not telling the truth. Apparently as it turned out I gave them too much ins. info. but I can tell the names of these people my way of seeing if Wal-Mart even cares. The clerk slammed down because she saw I was getting irritated and refused to finish the sale and called a super to do it which was fine but then she told the super that my husband I cursed her, when she did that my husband got involved at that point and told the super that was totally untrue.

Walmart has no customer service, none!! If we all quit Wal-Mart we would give small businesses a chance and I will do that if I have no other choice. They act like they are doing you a favor. I can give the names of these people if Wal-Mart cares to follow up which I doubt. By the way I went to the Wal-Mart in Duncan the next day to get what I could not get that day and the clerk there went out of her way to help me in a position that was not really not her responsibility to do but knowing we mentioned that we had a house fire in Dec and still not able to make calls easily to businesses, she did it for us.

But my point being I can do without Wal-Mart and do if I have no choice and if we all did this our local business could survive and the good clerk at Wal-Mart should go to one of these stores for a job. I find it much more friendly to buy online and you can too. Mr. Walton built his business on customer service and probably turning in his grave, but soon they will be like JC Penny, TG & Y and K mart and Wal-Mart will be obsolete also a thing of the past.

I was sent a Wal-Mart credit card in the mail and the enclosed brochure stated that if I activated and used the card on the same day of activating it and making a purchase of $75.00 or more I would receive a $25.00 Credit reward. I made a purchase of over $150.00 on the day I activated it and the cashier assured me it would show a $25.00 deduction on my first statement. (This was at the Stigler Oklahoma Wal-Mart Store.) The credit never was given. I called customer service twice about this and they assured me it was an oversight on their part and it would show up by the second statement. Well, it never did!

I paid the first statement in full so there wouldn't be any excuses on their part. The credit never showed up and I paid the second statement in full and closed the account. I feel that this would never have happened if Sam Walton was still living and I think Wal-Mart died along with him as far as reputation goes. I used to trust Wal-Mart but those days are gone for good it seems. They have excellent employees in our area and it's a shame the employees can't find better employers than Wal-Mart. If anyone else has had a bad experience with Wal-Mart's fraudulent credit card advertising, you are not alone.

Awful... Just Awful! I bought a TV on walmart.com on Tuesday and was supposed to be ready at the store for pick-up on Friday. Well... it wasn't and the order status was still showing as "processing." After sending an email to Wal-Mart, I got a response from them which was not even slightly apologetic, and basically said that the order will be ready to pick-up on the following Monday... or so they thought! Well... I checked the status of the order on Monday and it was still "processing." It hadn't even shipped-out to the store. So, after calling up their customer service number (which is not easy to find), I'm told that my options are: 1- to request to "push the order through" which is going to take 5-7 business days to get a response, or 2- to cancel the order which takes 5-7 business days to get a refund. I mean these guys have no clue to what they're doing!

During 2012 my store manager caught the mistakes and said that they will make sure that they will fix them and I will receive the money I had missed. But nothing happened. I later asked them about it and all the evidence I had about it...the problem...had mysteriously disappeared. They could no longer find the problem. Though it is now 2015 I have asked Wal-Mart every year about it, with respect, and have received no response from them and I am assuming that all of my correspondence has disappeared.

Went to Wal-Mart today in Manchester, CT for a pair of gloves with my step son. Well we find a pair of gloves and go to purchase the gloves at the self serve cash register. I use my ATM debit card to buy the gloves. I reach for the receipt and nothing came out. I didn't think anything of it because after all it's just gloves I've purchased and didn't think there would be any issues. So I walk across the Dunkin Donuts in the store and buy a coffee & bagel for my step son. Before leaving he noticed that there is a security device on the gloves. So I approach a Wal-Mart employee and explain I just bought the gloves and could she please remove the device. She asked me for my receipt but I explain to her that I just bought the gloves & it didn't give me a receipt.

She then takes the gloves & contact another worker so 2 other female workers arrive and try to retrieve my receipt but are unable because the machine was having issues. She asked me what card did I use to purchase the gloves. I give her my card and I show her my online bank on my cell phone that clearly says I made a purchase of $19.02 at Wal-Mart for today and a purchase after for $6.00 at Dunkin Donuts as I said. She accused me of trying to steal the gloves. I then ask her to check the camera and she will see that I did no such thing. She then contacts a manager and I'm explaining to him what happened and he accuses me of trying to steal the gloves.

I'm really upset by now and still trying to ask him to check the camera and he will see that I indeed bought the gloves. He then tells myself and my stepson to leave the store and he took the gloves and said that we weren't getting them. I Still try to plead my case & said if we didn't leave he would contact the police. My step son and I were outraged and so upset for being accused of something we didn't do and to be forced out of a store for nothing and the fact he just stole the gloves I indeed purchased was just wrong! I will NEVER shop at Wal-Mart EVER again!!!

The CEC detained a mentally challenged woman for a lengthy amount of time. The woman waiting with her cart at Wal-Mart for her friend who is also disabled, for ten dollars so she would have enough money to pay for her food. She was embarrassed and PULLED to the rear of the store, interrogated and mentally abused for a lengthy amount of time. She was mentally and verbally abused to the point of mental breakdown. The amount of time this abuse continued, she had not found out what she is doing in the back of this Wal-Mart location in Deptford, New Jersey - only that they took her purse and her shopping cart and embarrassed and physically pulled her to they rear of the store.

These young people demanded her license, they would not tell her their names or what she was doing there after countless attempts from her asking for assistance and being told to shut up and ignored. This woman finally did everything they wanted, they told her if she did not they will prosecute her. She returned home in hysterics, crying and holding her head in extreme pain. These are all the details I can give due to the suit that is going to brought by this unfortunate handicapped woman against these extremely incompetent employees of CEC and Wal-Mart. They must have some type of a quota. There never any reason for the extreme abuse that CEC and Wal-Mart inflicted mentally to this handicap woman. The additional details that will later come out will shock you due to the nature of the mental abuse.

No handicap woman should go through that type of abuse from the CEC and Wal-Mart while shopping at Wal-Mart. There was a young woman and a young male, they heard her call him Jordan, who did abuse this handicapped woman just trying to shop and waiting for 10 dollars to pay for her food. Professional - not even close. You should be ashamed calling yourself a professional business.

After they reviewed the video footage of the transaction, they should have politely explained to me what happened or given me more proof so that both parties would be satisfied. Instead both managers came back to me at customer service telling me bluntly that I was wrong and pretty much accusing me of lying about the mistake I saw in the transaction and what was given back in change.

Feeling offended and embarrassed by their tone and unfriendliness, they carried on. On Sunday January 26, 2014 at approx 9:45 am I entered the Mckenzie Town Walmart with three Items I wanted to return; I collapsible pet carrier, An underground fence collar/receiver, and a dog fur trimmer kit. Upon entering there wasn't a greeter at the entrance I used to. I proceeded to walk to customer service in order to get my green sticker for the items I entered with. I stood there for about 2 mins and no one greeted me or asked if I needed assistance, so I checked the other entrance and no greeter there either. I proceeded to the McDonald's in side the Walmart to grab a coffee and kill some time. Grabbed my coffee and walked back to customer service stood for another 5 min. And still the small line did not move.

So I was like well guess I'll get a few items and just do an exchange, since I lost my receipt during my move across province. And that's what I did, I shopped for a few small ticket items (a few storage drawer sets, vacuum storage bags, milk, eggs and some feminine hygiene products). I got what I need so I decided to go back to the customer service desk and start my exchange. I explained to the girl that I was wanting to exchange this items I bought prior to my move (about a month and a half ago), and during my unpacking found the items I was replacing with these 3 items.

I informed her that I was just wanting to do an exchange. When she left and came back with this miserable woman I'm assuming was a manager. She did not say hello or asked how i could be helped, she snapped at me "do your have a receipt," I told her "no I do not, I just moved her from Edmonton and I must have misplaced it during my move." She then asked how did you pay, I told her half gift card and the remainder was cash, she gave me a dirty look and was like I can't exchange these-- "you're going to have to find your receipt."

I was shocked, I could understand for the 2 items that were over $59.00 and 80.00, so I asked even the item that was $ 36.00 she said no. So I grabbed my items and my cart and proceed to find my friend whom I had arrived to the store with. As I walk to find Her I hear over the store intercom security watch sections 1&2. And then a sales associate popped out of nowhere (mind you this is the only time I was approached by anyone during the whole time I was in the store). I politely responded "no I am just looking for my girlfriend, thank you" and proceeded. When I found my girlfriend I told her what happened and she was like "really, that's not right" and decided she was done shopping.

Since I was unable to pay for my purchase, I left my cart to my pet carrier and other items and asked her to take them while I went to the bathroom. When exiting the stall the employee who asked me if I need assistance was there in the washroom. I then found her near the season stuff by the door when I noticed that horrible woman I dealt with at customer service and another plain clothed employee hovering around her. We crossed over into the food section so she could grab her few items, I stopped and looked at a lap top bag. When my girlfriend came to me to tell me that there was an employee following behind me hiding behind fixtures. I was like wtf so we proceeded to the cereal aisle. And again there was the manager with 2 more employees in the aisle.

My girlfriend asked if they had a type of cereal and again rudely the manager snapped, "No what is here is all we have." My friend is now annoyed. We proceed to the check out and stopped so she could go through her things and choose what she wanted, from her cart when again the same women was lurking. MY friend Asked her," Excuse me is there a reason why you are following us?" She said no and was like "do you plan on paying for your items?" My girlfriend was like "yes, we haven't done anything wrong, I am out in the open, why are you following us?" She said "I can be here if I want to and I'm going to stay with you until you go to the cash registers and pay." "My friend said "you know what forget it," and all this women had to say was "ok yea good, that's great, see you later," with a satisfied smirk on her face. So my girlfriend left her 500.00 + purchase and left the store.

Upon entering the store I did not set off the security beeper thing, not once during our shopping trip did we attempt to leave the store with unpaid items, and after being made so uncomfortable and followed around and having management pretty much push us out of the store, and still not one security beeper went off. I was treated like a common criminal because the staff wasn't doing their job and there was no greeter! I even went as far as trying to find a stupid green sticker for my items to return and still no service!!!

If you pay for your items with a gift card or cash, and the items are unused or unopened you're automatically a thief I guess. The week before, I returned a dessert maker that had broken after 3 uses without the box or packaging, and another item unused in the package with no receipt, and was given a gift card for just under $100.00. I will not step foot in this Walmart again ever! If it was the last place on earth you could buy from, I rather starve!

I recently had an experience at a local Walmart store that was not only terrifying, but handled very poorly, leaving myself, as the customer, feeling like I had no recourse to the horrific experience. I have contacted the on duty manager at the time of the incident and I called the corporate office. The representative from the corporate office came across as understanding my concerns. However, when I was called back by the assistant store manager, Gordon, I was met with the same lack of understanding the depth of the issue at hand.

It was a Friday afternoon, just before noon. My toddler and I were shopping for a few items. I saw a man who was wearing a dark, tight, t-shirt. He had a clean shaven head, was very muscular and tattooed. This man was hunched down and sneaking around corners. At one point he was army crawling to peak around corners.

I was scared. I have a little one with me and I am at the store alone, and I see this man who appears to either be playing some game or be mentally unstable. I then noticed he was following a young woman. Having been followed home myself only to walk into a gas station for the cashier to call the cops, and have it confirmed that his intention was to follow me all the way to my home where I would have been alone, I was terrified for this woman, and any other potential victims of this man that I am seeing act in an abnormal way.

I walked up to the woman and said, “Excuse me miss, are you here with someone?” I thought maybe by a long shot it could have been a friend she was in the store with playing games. She confirmed that she was not with anyone, so I followed up with, “There is a man around the corner on the ground following you.” She saw him and thought he was a creep just as I had, but what happened next is the part that caused my complaint to be escalated to Walmart management.

The man jumped out from behind the corner and shouted at me and my toddler that was sitting in the baby seat of the shopping cart, What the hell! I am security and you just stopped me from doing my job and protecting my merchandise. I apologized and explained that he did not appear as security to me and I was fearful for the woman’s safety.

He then continued to shout at me about it being his job and how he is supposed to look like just another person and not a store employee. Until he told me he was security and began shouting at me I thought he was just another person in the store and not a store employee, but he had the expectation of me being able to tell he was security despite his attempts to not look like security. It was very convoluted. I walked away from his angry rant and went straight to where I knew I could find an employee.

At the fitting room I found a female employee with long dark very curly hair who I asked to call a manager for me to speak with. She was polite and complied. While I was waiting the security guard had followed me to the fitting room and began shouting at me again. At this point I was not only scared, but angry. I was initially scared by what appeared to be a questionable customer and now I was being not only shouted at by security worker, but he went out of his way to follow me to the fitting rooms.

The fitting room employee was there to witness this incident. I was told multiple times I should mind my own business. What if that was your daughter, mother, or wife being followed; would you want the one person who notices to tell them they are being followed, or would you want someone to let them know of the potential danger? Rape is real. It is not something you just hear about on the news.

Finally, the manager and another individual arrived. With my heart racing from fear and anger I calmly told him what had happened only to be told that, “It is his job. I am sorry,” it is not an employee’s job to ever shout at a customer. I was then told that I should have found an employee and told them that a woman was being followed. Walmart is not teaming with employees around every corner and as a concerned citizen it was easier to just tell the woman who was being followed that she was in potential danger. She then knew to watch out. If he began to follow her out of the store she could have gone back in and gotten someone to escort her out or call the cops.

The situation did not end like that though. Rather the security guard allowed not only myself, but the woman to know he was security by shouting at us, and now I have given his description to everyone and anyone who will listen. He no longer has his stealth appearance because many individuals in our local are aware of what he looks like, and that he is Walmart security. The manager asked what he could do for me. I asked for an apology from the security guard for being shouted at without reason.

The manager denied me that because he felt that the security guard was doing his job. I was blamed multiple times by both the security guard and the manager for stopping him from doing his job. Yes, I did stop him from doing his job and I apologized for that, but in my defense I did not know he was a security guard. Their response was that he was wearing plain clothing because it is part of his job. I get that it is part of his job to wear plain clothing; that is why when I thought he was not a store employee, but rather just a stalker I should not have been shouted at and blamed by both the security and the manager for interfering with his job.

I went home feeling defeated and hopeless about our society. A society where we care more about protecting goods in a department store than the well-being of an individual. I understand it was his job to follow that woman, but I did not know it was his job, and based on the description of his job requirements it is understandable that I did not know it was his job. Therefore, some understanding when I interfered with his job was in order, but I was met with cruelty and blame.

Because the incident was so unnerving I called customer service at the corporate office. I explained the situation as I have here. I received a phone call from the assistant manager, Gordon. I have saved the initial voice mail where he says that he investigated the situation and he felt nothing was done wrong. This concerned me greatly as there was clearly something done wrong. Not only something that would upset a customer, but something that should upset an employer.

The security guard outed himself to a customer who would have otherwise just thought he was a creep, and not just that he shouted at the customer continuously. I returned his phone call and reexplained the situation. He did offer me an apology on his behalf, but from the conversation I still got, It was his job. His job was to follow the woman and ensure that merchandise was not lost. His job description does not include shouting at customers, and then following them to continue shouting at them in another section of the store. I am also not 100% convinced that he needed to be on the ground crawling and jumping from corner to corner like an individual would that is in a high stake combat environment.

I have included the receipt from my purchase. I left without finishing my shopping because I was so shaken by the experience and I have not returned. Because of the lack of concern by management of the Queensbury, NY Walmart I have decided to put my feelings in writing. I hope that this gets looked into further for the sake of customers everywhere. We can’t live in a society where customers are given rules like, You must go to an employee to report something strange, you may not converse with other customers in the store. As a society we need to look out for the safety of those around us. Thank you for your time.

I purchased a Queen size air mattress in the 3rd week of November of 2014 at Walmart on and even exchange with added store insurance besides manufacturers for any problems shall arise to cover purchase. I bought an Intex queen comfort air mattress to use as my main bed because in March of 2014 I was involved in severe crash, which has severely broken my left leg. Femur cracked in 11 places and fractured my tibia and fibia as well. Broke my knee into 20 pieces and ruptured 6 lumbar vertebrae in my back causing stenosis of the spine. So comfort is pivotal to my recovery.

As it goes the air mattress I bought at first had pump defect, which is built in. So I took it back to Walmart to newly constructed store to find out they do not have same mattress I had. In process I called 6x on January 23 of 2015, surrounding Walmart stores and located in Tarpon Springs. I called they had 3 in stock. I traveled from my house Friday to get air mattress 19 miles 1 way to store to make exchange. I received new air mattress from store shelf travelled back 19 miles to home and hours later I went to inflate new bed, only to discover after I opened box, mattress in box was not Intex mattress but a Coleman double sized air mattress inside a Queen sized box.

As the night got later too late to return in same day, I inflated double size air mattress that came in box so that I would have bed for night to sleep on and discovered double had hole in it and kept deflating. I ended up sleeping in chair or the bare floor, making for a very long painful night and being upset about the exchange I called surrounding Walmart stores only to be told I have to drive back following morning 19 miles each way to Tarpon Springs to exchange their mistake.... Being obvious they had to a return and put on store shelf a broken and wrong mattress on shelf to be repurchased....

I was not offered an apology or admitted wrong and gave a new mattress. I had explained all of inconvenience I have been through and not any gesture of any kind despite I had to run round trip 40 miles and been through night before resulting in loss of sleep and being potentially harmful on the road to receive no retribution or admitted fault... This stuff like this is part reason I wouldn't return to be a shopper in Walmart again, or advise any of my relatives to do the same and to be passed along amongst the social crowd how Walmart truly is... and as I stood in line at store read a sign saying "customer satisfaction their goal." After all I had been through is that customer satisfaction??? I think they should reevaluate that statement. Does it sound like I am a satisfied customer???

I had no idea when I purchased the several electronics I ordered from Wal-Mart that one of them only had a 15 day return policy which is an absolute travesty! That's not enough time to get something like this set up and tried out. It's a GPS so someone has to plan a test trip right after the holidays at the busiest time of the year for most people. This ridiculous time limit should be printed in big red letters right with the description so people like myself who just want to give their family a nice Christmas can purchase from someone else who actually backs what they sell. I know now that Wal-Mart does not care for their customers or they would not impose such an impossible return policy that is not the same across the board like it should be. The TV I bought has 90 days but this GPS only 15 days?!?!

You have lost a good customer..... I would rather pay higher prices and purchases from someone who will back their products and make it easy for their customers to make sure the product meets their needs and works properly. No other purchases I made required less than 60 days for Christmas gifts so Walmart.com has really missed the boat this time. Customer service is a joke and Sam Walton is rolling over in his grave.

I purchased a PS3 for Christmas on my Walmart credit card. I am angry that your store policy says at the top 90 day returns. And 15 days for electronics in fine print! When I purchased the ps3 in the electronics dept, the employees tried to sell me a 500gb ps3 for 50 dollars more. I had no idea there was a difference in them and wanted a bundle pack for my kid. The problem is my son tried to return it and was informed that he could only get a gift card because they had several returns from that item for the same reason. He came home and told me. I called this morning hoping to resolve the situation and was told over the phone after 20 minutes of waiting that if I brought in the receipt they would refund it for me.

When I got to the Duportail store in West Richland, Lakisha told me I spoke with her on the phone and now they couldn't do anything. I spoke to Lakisha's manager and she called the electronics department and they said to refund it. I told Lakisha's manager I would be happy to exchange it in the store. After walking back to electronics and finding out the nearest ps3 was 20 miles away and coming back to customer service, Lakisha's manager was gone. Lakisha told me they wouldn't do anything about it. I told Lakisha I spoke with her manager and she said they would refund the balance on my credit card. Lakisha called electronics again and I could hear her speak to Jeremy again after her manager took care of it the first time again! Now I'm getting frustrated! I told her I couldn't exchange it for the 500gb because they didn't have any. She told me to take the 12gb ps3 to the Kennewick store, she wouldn't be able to do anything.

I told her if I didn't get a refund or gift card I was going back to her manager again! She was sarcastic, rude and obviously not very capable of helping make things right with the customer. I feel there were circumstances of an honest mistake on my part. But part of the reason I purchase certain things at Walmart is because they have ALWAYS! taken care of me when I have been unsatisfied with products in your store. I had to refrain from screaming at her because of her insubordination to her upper managers and being unfriendly. Personally I think she is inexperienced and not qualified to be there... What a **! Multi-billion dollar corporation sold out to China. Talk about a bunch of greedy ** hiring children to do your dirty work. I will NEVER shop there again! As part of my right to free speech in this country, I made it clear to him carrying like that had nothing to do with him and his rights. He was carrying to be an ass. Which is what constitutionalists are who carry in stores so everyone can see. I was walking by and my comment was made in passing but the man with the gun got so angry he jumped in face and threw down his stuff and put up his fists to fight me. That is assault and is a misdemeanor. After I made a scene, Walmart employees decided to escalate the situation by defending this ass, who is clearly on video running up to me and assaulting me. They pushed me out of the store. In 2014, there were 92 shootings in Walmart stores. 16 of those died and 42 injured. Walmart management only made the situation worse and more life threatening. And when I ask one of the cashiers about the area being closed, she informed me that the girls working at the customer care service could help me. I proceeded to go and ask about being able to get my money.

The first one I talked with stated go fill out a form and bring it back. When I ask where was the forms she stated "Over there" in a very rude tone. And when I ask "Do I just bring it back here?" she stated "Yes, Ma'm" in a very arrogant way. When I did this and completed the form and returned, she was over in the corner talking with who I came to find out was the manager. She looked over at me twice standing in line and ignored me and just kept on talking. When the other one was through waiting on the customer she was waiting on, she then proceeded to wait on me and in the process she asked the one talking with the manager if 9 numbers was a wal-mart to wal-mart transfer and I proceeded to tell her my grandson did send it from the wal-mart in Jax. And she rudely informed me, "Well you filled out a moneygram." And like I said there were so many forms I didn't know which one to do.

After all was done I ask to see the manager and that is when the fellow sitting in the corner got up and ask me what the problem was. I proceeded to tell him that first of all these 2 girls need to go to a school to learn a attitude adjustment program because they don't need to working with the public. The one whose name was ** was exceptionally rude. When I informed them I was going to notify Corporate she started to hitting her name tag and said, "Make sure you spell it right." The other girl didn't say anything more at that point and neither did the manager...his name was Allen.

I believe if Wal-Mart has to employee those kind of people then it would be best to shop elsewhere. When I informed my grandson of the treatment of the kind of rudeness I was shown he wanted to go back to the store and confront her, but I informed him I was going to inform corporate on them and see if they would continue to keep their jobs. So when I go back if I see they still are employed then I'll know not to inform Wal-mart of no other happenings. Thank You.

As I was walking out of the door, I was stopped by the same young man and a funny looking "girl" that looked like she had a face for Halloween to go into their security office for theft.

I was accused of stealing my own energy drink of which I had in my purse, jewelry of which I had no inclination. I said to the lady who was interrogating me that I had a right to contact an attorney, and I was told that as long as I was in her room, I had no rights. The "Halloween" looking girl called the Wheeling, Illinois police department on me and an Officer by the name of Bryan ** came in and further interrogated me by calling me a liar and a thief. He also said that I had no power as long as I was locked in a security room with three dumb security officers and three police officers. All who called me names and interrogated me.

I was accused of threatening them because I told them I had a right to voice my opinion and contact an attorney. They finally let me go and I returned every item I had purchased for a refund. I refuse to ever shop at a Walmart store again. It's a shame, when you are an **, how you are watched every minute and wrongfully accused. The great thing is that there is no minimum order for free shipping. I have order large items, like car seats and all of them come pretty quickly. Customer inquiries are a little more difficult than usual, but with such a large company, it is expected. For the last two months, I have been monitoring and documenting the poor fish care at my local Wal-Mart store (#: 2910). I have complained to three different managers, and corporate (two other times over the past years). After complaining to corporate, I received a call from a representative the very next day. This representative told me that the tanks were overstocked and that they would immediately reduce the amount they ordered. Fast forward a month and the tanks are still grossly overstocked. I spoke to an assistant manager who said to me, "Yeah, I heard about you, I just haven't had to deal with you." Pretty polite, right? I tried to show him the problems within the aquariums, but he told me I was wrong. I told him they were grossly overstocked which means that the water quality is poor.

He told me that the tanks weren't overstocked & they were healthy, even though he admitted to knowing nothing about fish care. I asked him "who worked at the store that has knowledge of fish," he told me no one, but insisted the fish were cared for by their supplier. Said supplier comes in on a weekly basis and "supposedly" the water always tested fine. I asked him for a water sample, which he refused to give me. He insisted that the tanks were cleaned daily. My boyfriend tried to show him a picture taken three days ago of dead fish that were still present in the aquarium, lying in the same spot decaying, but he wouldn't even look at them. The dead fish had ick, which is highly contagious and fatal if not treated. Another fish had mouth rot and one had a severe ulcerated sore that was infected with fungus. Another was lying on it's side breathing shallowly, dying.

Nearly all the fish were exhibiting signs of extreme distress. Other signs of distress, which are brought on by poor water quality, that I witnessed: clamped fins, labored breathing, swimming vertical, laying on the bottom, darkening around the scales, raised & bent gill filaments, and blood red inflamed gills. There was also a film of brown algae on the glass, further indicating high nitrate and phosphate levels; both which are harmful to fish. Despite witnessing this, the assistant manager "claimed" that the dead fish were removed nightly and the glass of the aquarium was cleaned nightly too. I know that this is a lie. If the glass was being cleaned daily, there's no way that film of algae would be present. I have kept fish for over four years and know that this assistant manager was giving me the run around. I have attached some of the pictures I have taken, but I have quite a bit more that show their neglect and abuse of these animals.

At Walmart, I've been observing, noticing, and realizing more and more that they don't even take the time to do 100% of any of their jobs right, especially and mainly in all of the managers' positions. They all complain and fuss about it all and think all of their jobs including and especially customer service is too much of a big joke and takes way too much of their time and they all, even the management, complains and fusses about their pay, saying that they should be paid but yet... No matter how much they make, it's still not enough and they are never satisfied with anything.

When I started working there, they all start not like me working there more and more because of my GOOOOOD work and safety ethics, especially my good customer service. Because regardless of my job and what I was doing, I would always go out of my way to help any customers. Every time they observe and notice my good work and ethics and good customer service, the more and more they could not stand me working there. Even on my days off, they kept calling me into work when almost all of the employees never come in or showed up whether called off work or not.

More and more, I've done just about every job in Walmart except TLE, cashier, produce, meat, deli, and electronics, even though I was almost in TLE. They accused of having good work ethics and good safety ethics, they accused me of having good morals and being too customer friendly. The funny thing is each and every time any and all customers would come in to shop at Walmart, they all would ask for no else but me. No one at Walmart, especially the managers, they didn't like that one bit.

But when I left Walmart after I got hired at another job, they begged me time and time again to come back to Walmart, because they went through 100 or more new hires and none of any of them combined ever did the work that I did and never had any good and safety work ethics like I did. But you know, I still do miss the customers. You know, it's kinda funny how any place like Walmart start to realize and notice more and more how valuable you are to the company and how much they need you more then before and begs you to come back, right after they had mistreated you all that time that you were there.

Walmart need to. As long as Walmart stays in business, I will never be satisfied. When Walmart goes completely bankrupt and goes completely out of business and when becomes extinct like the dinosaurs of long, long, ago... Then and only then I will be forever satisfied. Even though Walmart does have a evil reputation, people will learn the consequences from their past mistakes, but it is what you do... Do you ignore and run from the past or do you learn from it? BOYCOTT Walmart!!! Who's with me?

So I first started noticing Walmart's fish department on Thanksgiving 2014. I WAS APPALLED! Dead fish and dirty tanks galore! I complained to corporate with not much success. The manager called and left me voice mails but I couldn't understand him because his English was horrible. So I went to visit the store every time he left a voice mail and there were still dead fish. Time goes by and I continuously frequent the store and take pictures. Well I went yesterday and I was mortified! Over 30 dead fish in a single tank! This is down right animal cruelty. If these were dogs or cats they would of been shut down.

I post on the Walmart's facebook page just to have them delete my post, so I post again and thankfully they didn't take that one down. I've overheard two male employees talking about how they wiped out 4 tanks when they were trying to clean them. I have seen well over 100 dead fish since Thanksgiving. Why must innocent fish continue to die? It's not fair. They may just be fish to some but they're still loveable creatures with personality. I purchased one very small telescope because he was too cute to leave to die, well while he was in quarantine he went through ich, lice, and losing an eyeball.

My heart sinks for these poor defenseless fish! JUST STOP SELLING FISH! If they don't want to take the time to review proper fish care and instruct their employees on it, just don't sell them. It's that simple!! I've contacted corporate again and told them to not contact me until the problem is fixed and I will continue to complain until something changes! There is no sense in this behavior! The attached pictures are from my most recent visit where I was in shock at the 36 dead fish in a single tank.

What's up with these southern area? Never see managers, they are just as lazy if not worst. During the holidays we told a manager the carts were too crowded and she said her shift is over and the cart guy can worry about that. Because it's a high end area and that Wal-Mart is a rundown store that's dirty, rude, unsafe and the most doesn't care how their customer service are treated... Called again on the 9th, was put on hold and the call was never answered. Called back on the 12th and was told they had the wrong address, wow, then they told me it would be 3-5 business days for the envelope then when they receive it, it will be another 2-3 weeks to receive the check so we can get another phone, that's a month and in my book that is anything but quick - it's plain bull.

Again receipts that have been scanned go back to beginning of Dec. 2014. I also got a Bluebird card (American Express Co.) which you're supposed to be able to click REDEEM & your Savings Catcher points will be doubled!! I can't find anywhere on Walmarts Savings Catcher Dashboard where you can do that!! I get NO answer from Walmart other than they've had technical problems with the Savings Catcher program!! I have never been THREATENED over the phone when inquiring about an incorrect return process that was done in store 2917. I have worked in the retail industry as MANAGER myself for TEN YEARS and was appalled by this behavior. A shouting match is unnecessary when a question is only being asked. I am aware that for a proper return customers need to be physically in the store, it was unnecessary for the yelling and the threats from Mr. ** to NOT HELP ME IN MY SITUATION. I did not appreciate being yelled at as some form of farm animal. Last time I checked customer service is key to have a returning happy customer.

It is apparent to me that this particular store manager has passion to be always right rather than ensuring that the customer and their needs are met. It is self evident that the STORE MANAGER is toxic since his lazy, rude and over the top vulgarity is projected on all the employees at the store. Feel free to do a proper customer service survey to prove what I have previously stated. I normally would shop at store 2917 for all my needs and now I find my self going to TARGET. I would rather deal with a small security data breach that with what I have just been put through OVER THE PHONE. To make things worse, my issue was not resolved and I am still left with an incorrect return.

If you would like for me to physically go to the store and teach Mr. ** how to be an aspirational and polite store manager with a dash of integrity, I would be more than happy to do so. I will be doing a great service to Wal-Mart and society.

I wanted to see if it was made of Teflon plastic because if not I didn't want it and it wasn't. I returned an item when I first got there and they acted if I stole it. My grandmother from ocean city bought us Christmas gifts and I had one of what she had gotten me so I wanted to get something else. My grandmother has never kept receipts ever since I was little kid. Whenever Albertson's or Fry's has an item on sale in their weekly ads, Walmart will purposely pull that item from their shelves so consumers cannot price match it. For example, whenever Arrowhead 24 pack of water goes on sale at a competing store Walmart will pull all of the Arrowhead 24 packs off their shelves until the sale is over. When I asked an employee who was stocking nearby about it, he confirmed that YES Walmart will pull items over $3.00 when a competitor puts it in their weekly ads!! That way customers cannot price match that item for a discounted price. Walmart does this on NUMEROUS items! This is their so-called price matching to help the American family save money??? I ordered a Schwinn 26" Meridian Adult Tricycle online via Walmart.com. I was scared to order it but really wanted it for the good price offered. After ordering, I was alerted by Wal-Mart for fast shipping that they can ship it to my nearest Wal-Mart or Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market. I have a Wal-Mart market about two miles away and so, I opted for the market. Shipping was fast, the seasonal worker was annoying and rude but my bike is awesome! Wal-Mart really chose a quality product by choosing Schwinn. What once was an American made brand is now made in China. I was looking for an American made trike but good luck to that. American made is over $1000.

Wal-Mart offered to assemble the bike but I opted out. I wanted to insure that my bike was put together right. The Schwinn Meridian Adult Trike is awesome. It comes with a rear basket, great brakes, good tires, adjustable handle bars and seat. The seat is a well-padded wide seat. The bike is so well balanced and lightweight. It's a strong built bike made out of metal. I only see one plastic piece on the bike and that is a knob that covers the break cable on the handlebar. It feels a bit odd at first to ride a three wheel bicycle but, after an hour... I'm loving it! I don't have a disability or road hazards.. I saw a man one day enjoying his day while riding his trike and thought... I'd like one of those.

I'm impressed and excited about my new bike. I'll be riding my new bike this summer on the California trails from Riverside County desert to Orange county beach. I recommend purchasing the bicycle from Wal-Mart online. Wal-Mart has the best deal ever if you purchase online only. You can purchase an extended warranty and if you need to return the item you can either take it to a Wal-Mart or Neighborhood Market or request a return label online. Bring back a little fun in your life and purchase or at least test drive the Schwinn Meridian Adult Tricycle sold at Walmart.com. I have nothing but good things to say about my online shopping experience and the actual product.

If you do choose to buy Christmas products for the following year, make sure you check them out thoroughly before you pack them away. If not, you will be SOL. I always thought Walmart was fair. Christmas products are used but a few weeks every year, that makes their return time very limited. I feel this alone should warrant their warranties to be handled on a case by case using a special set of guidelines for unique circumstances. On Jan 5th and 8 pm I visited this store to pick up 20 dollars worth of food for my household. In a hurry, I used the self check out lane. Ran my card and the computer froze on me! After half an hour of trying to explain (I had a atm print out of my before and after) that the money was taken out of my account, I was literally told to leave or have the cops called on me! I left in tears without my food or money. The manager at the time smirked at me while he and his employees made comments like "can't fix stupid/some people shouldn't be allowed in public/come on preacher... even Jesus was disgusted by liars and thieves." This man sincerely seemed to enjoy threatening me.

The next morning I got on the phone and my financial institution informed me that the money was not sent back to my account. So I spent 3 hours, half of which was on hold, with customer complaints trying to figure out where it had gone. Finally fed up I called the store directly, asked for the manager by name, spoke to him for 3 minutes before being put on hold for 26 mins. At that point a csm got on the line and at first was not helpful at all until I told her the entire conversation, or lack of, was being recorded and I was going to turn it in. So I was informed to come get my groceries and a 20 dollar gift card for my troubles. I was able to return to the store that evening. Thinking this would be simple enough I went to the front desk and tada they had no idea what I was talking about. It took half an hour of arguing (yes I argued this time) being told no one was there to issue a gift card to which I replied ok well that's fine I need my groceries though. "Ma'am we can't allow you to just go grab what you want and leave."

Wal-Mart is a multi million perhaps even billion dollar company and these employees are treating me like trash over 16.99? Then think that a 20 dollar gift card makes it all better?! Why not train your employees better and find management that doesn't smirk in the distraught face of a mother trying to feed her kids while allowing and taking part in bullying her. Why not purchase self check out software and hardware that actually works? I am still upset and angry about this situation. And to the head manager, Norman, putting an upset woman on hold does not make the problem go away. I'm far from done with this site and it's employees. I will use every resource I can find to let them know treating customers with this level of disrespect is not just uncalled for but also disgusting.

I purchased a coffee maker that was $89 yesterday and some other items that brought my total purchase to just over $140 at the Spring Hill FL Walmart. I had a $50 giftcard from Christmas and paid the remaining $90 on my debit card which comes directly out of my checking account. Went home tried using the coffee maker and there was a horrible plastic/chemical taste. My husband tried cleaning many times but was just not a good coffee maker so decided to return today.

I brought my receipt showing I paid $90 out of my checking account for the purchases yesterday but was told they would not refund me as a credit for the full amount to my check card. Said they would only refund me in the form of a $50 gift card and the remainder back on my card. I asked "Why since it is like I paid out of my pocket for the coffee maker and you could say the other items I purchased were made with the gift card?" She said they could not do that unless I returned everything including the other items I purchased. Their policy was to satisfy the gift card first...a well isn't the card already satisfied on the other purchases I kept and since I paid $90 out of my checking shouldn't I be entitled to get that money back. I asked for a manager. After waiting about 20 minutes for the front end mgr (Jasmine) to come was given and attitude. I asked her if I purchased just those items without the coffee maker yesterday I would have been allowed to use the gift card on them so why are they making the cash from my account used apply to the items I am keeping instead of the item I am returning. So in essence they were forcing me to purchase more there by giving me another gift card and keeping the same amount I paid out of my checking.

I have never run across this at Walmart before and have bought/returned from them many times. The attitude towards me was "Duh are you stupid for expecting your cash back" and I did not appreciate that. The front end manager also claims this was always their policy that even if you spent $500 total on an order and used $100 gift card and $400 cash then came back to return $100 worth of the purchase they would only give you a $100 gift card. I told her that I have done purchases like that in the past and as long as the cash you spent was the amount you were returning they would refund $...She said I was wrong their policy was always this way. So basically calling me a liar but I have had that experience. I tried to call home office to complain about the way I was treated as well as the whole situation and was put on hold over an hour and transferred all around. Horrible customer service and will not be shopping at walmart anymore and tell everyone who will listen if this is how refunds are handled - with hassles.

For such a long drive, I needed a oil change, so I took my truck to the place I usually take it to, Wal-Mart. I get there and was told that they were not doing any oil changes today after being ignored but they took not one but two customers before me. I talked to a manager who made them give me a oil change. Now after 3 hours, they called me back to tell me they couldn't change the oil because the oil plug was overtightened and stuck. They admitted that it was done by them and suggested to go to Sears to fix it.

I went to Sears to fix it. Now over another hour later, they told me that if the tank is stripped that I would need a whole new tank for $800. After another hour, they said that they would cover it. Come to find out that Sears got the plug out and the tank was not stripped. Went back to walmart to get the money for the oil change and the cost of the plug. Little did I know that the manager expected me to get the oil change at Wal-Mart and wasn't going to pay for it. I asked her how was I going to drive to Wal-Mart without any oil. About an hour later, she sends another manager which only gave my $5 for the plug. After talking to that manager, he gave me $35. Mind you it cost me $45 for the oil change at Sears, not to mention the whole day wasted because of someone on the walmart staff that can't tightened down a plug without messing up my oil pan. Will NEVER trust Wal-Mart again and I suggest you shouldn't either.

So I went into hr, asked them about this and they said it would have to be fixed, OK fine. So, two months of continuously going into hr, still no change in pay so for two/ three months I’m missing $1.20 extra an hour. No back pay at all. Now, I was terminated on New Years 15 for "ghost picking", no write ups, no coachings, no complaints before on my job performance. Keep in mind I’ve done this same job for over a year and never one time have I ever been called into the office nor said anything to about my job performance. Vizio 42" 5.1 channel sound bar - Ordered 2 of these sound bars on Walmart.com after Thanksgiving on sale for $198. I had them delivered to my local Wal-Mart in Rocky Mount Va. When I picked them up, I noticed the boxes had a lot of clear sealing tape on them, but didn't think that much about it, since a lot of boxes from Wal-Mart are that way. Gave them as gifts at Christmas, and upon opening, both were missing the boxes containing the hook-up cables and remote. Going to Walmart.com I discovered no Wal-Mart store within 50 miles had any of these units in stock, so I took them back to my local store and received a refund... Only hours after I returned them, I went to Walmart.com and the Rocky Mount Va. store listed 2 in stock. Rocky Mount was the only Wal-Mart in the area that showed any. They were on sale for $238 at the time, $40 more than what I had purchased these for after Thanksgiving. It just seems odd that 2 units appeared back in stock after I returned these 2 missing accessories. Maybe the local Wal-Mart pulled a slick one on me?

I would give a zero rating if I could. This is in regards to Walmart's online website as there is no place for me to write a review for them there. This Christmas, I thought I would try ordering an XboxOne from Walmart online to give it to try. What a mistake that was. We had nothing but trouble in relation to this order. First UPS said they delivered the order but we never received the package. Then after reporting it not being delivered, we have not had any help with getting a replacement for the missing package. I have done everything Walmart requested I do including filing a police report and contacting UPS. UPS has agree that the package is missing and that we never received it and I have FAXED Walmart a copy of my police report. Also they said part of the problem was the fact that we had stopped payment for this item and that our credit card company needed to contact them.

So we had our credit card company talk with someone in accounting and assured Walmart that they would be paid once the package was shipped out. Now Walmart is saying that it is still because of the charge back which is ridiculous. None of the customer service reps ever told us that they could not authorize a replacement for the XBoxOne. This was another issue. One of the customer service representatives also told us that he had talked to a supervisor and got an ok to put our request through.

I'm very frustrated and upset by the lack of communication between the customer services reps and the ones who are able to approve our request for a replacement. The last person we talked with was someone who claimed she was the administrative assistant to the Vice President of Walmart and once again we were given the run around because she said it was because of the charge back. Now I am just sick and tired of all the red tape and hoops we have to do to try and get our son the replacement that we deserve and I think it's because Walmart wants us to give up and not ask for one. If this is how you do business, then you will never get any more from me or my family. I will also tell my friends and other family members not to shop at Walmart, especially not online. I am so disappointed and will never use your online website for anything again.

Since Wal-Mart has completely neglected our claim on our children's health that we filed through Travelers Insurance, an insurance company on behalf of one of their distributors, I have no choice but to post this everywhere I can now!

Nov 24, 2014. Krysteena **. Hi Mitch this is Felipe I'm sorry I missed your call. After discussing this issue with my wife we have arrived at an answer for you. When Wal-Mart grossly neglected their merchandise by allowing it to sit on the shelf for over 4 months past its best by date of 6/16/14, then sold it to us, they endangered our health but much worse our three innocent children's. When we confronted the store after unknowingly consuming the moldy product and diuretic repercussions, they further misconducted themselves with arrogant aggression and no remorse, yet later still acknowledged and validated our claim by assuring us they had removed all similar products off their shelves in multiple stores.

When we spoke with Sedgwick on behalf of Wal-Mart, the claims adjuster Sue attempted to infer that it was my fault for not checking the label to see the best by date, while simultaneously trying to assure me that a best by date does not mean the product is bad or that the company has any legal obligation to remove the product from the shelf by said date... By the end of the conversation she said she would call us back after she obtained the pictures we gave Tara, and the pictures the store was taking, yet later when they learned we had been in contact with legal advice, they decided to dismiss the claim altogether, based on us having an attorney (which was untrue), as well as the lack of evidence (that we had surrendered to asst. manager Tara, but had obviously been destroyed/disposed of) and instead have placed the responsibility on Klondike for this problem.

Due to the gross negligence that caused our children's health to be compromised and ultimately led to illness, we are asking $1500 per child and $500 for my wife as compensation by way of punitive damages for all the hardships, mistreatment and neglect our family has undergone and been put through by this life threatening incident, and any unforeseen repercussions we could suffer as a result of Wal-Mart's underhanded business practices.

I'm besides myself with confusion when it comes to Wal-Mart and their manner of dealing with issues. Customers service is a joke but what do you expect when you’re dealing with one of the largest retailers in the world. Being just one person out of billions who shop there, I guess that's why I don't count as a valued customer! All I wanted was to be reassured that my children could visit your candy dispenser safely but all Wal-Mart can do is say they will look into the matter but in no way will they reassure me that the matter had been dealt with or not. I told the customer service rep and her manager that was all I wanted was a call back on the matter and was told over and over that's not going to happen and then hung up on!

So now I have no choice but to continue venting my disappointments with the security of your customers and their loved ones. I shouldn't had to inform Wal-Mart that they have no security on their candy, stickers, and toy dispenser. This is something you would think they would already have but beware all you parents and care givers out there that if you’re by the candy dispensing machines, there is no security cameras on them. Anything could happen while a child is there or in my case an elderly person. Wal-Mart has informed me that they have no security on these machines in any store. Shocking isn’t it to think of all the Times my kids have went to them machines while I’m looking at red box but never again will I be able to let them do this!

Thanks Wal-Mart for placing dispenser like this in all your stores directed towards kids but not having enough sense to place cameras where you could or the police would be able to review what happens at them. I'm not only concerned about kids but at my local Wal-Mart many older people will wait by these machines for their rides to pick them up or to look for car keys in their purse. Now anyone could walk up and take their belongings and just Like in my case with no cameras on them, the thief gets by with it. Even contacting the police won't help as in my case I did contact the police and because they have no cameras on the candy dispensing machines, the thief got my stuff and nothing can be done about it. I just don't understand why I had to be stolen from and nothing can be done about it.

But like I have told the customer service I'm not looking for replacement of my item I just want a call back on this issue once they figured it all out and let me know if they have or haven't decided to place cameras on an area directed towards kids! My venting won't stop until I get a call from someone who explain why this is like this and it is changed.

I received a $100 WALMART GIFT CARD for xmas from my sister purchased @ the state of MA store # 2903, I live in FL and use store #1702, and when I went to use it, it said 0 balance. Customer service ran the number and it said $100 was used in a Cali store #2177. How could that be, the pin wasn't scratched & I physically have the card & receipt? So there's either a glitch in the computer system, bad card, or stolen in house. I Googled online and saw this happened numerous times in 2009 with the same store in CA redeeming them on people all from out of state.

My customer service in FL told me to call corporate, so I did. The supervisor Stacey, told me to return it to the store purchased. I called again next day and talked to Kevin, another supervisor. Same thing, no apology, no help, said call police, and still no resolution, the worse customer service ever! I told both Stacey & Kevin, they are going to say the same thing my store said, it's been used, which it hasn't. My sister called corporate 3 times and the MA store and they said same thing, sorry, call police! I am not happy with corporate customer service, and I called the store #2177, & they said call the police, for what, make a report and still be out my $100!

There was NO register number on print out my store gave me showing it was spent in Cali store! I have gotten the runaround from customer services and no resolution, worse customer service ever! When I go online and put the card # in it says $100 used in Cali store, but when corporate switched me over to automated #, and I put the card # in. It said card was invalid! I just want a new $100 card, this is ridiculous & a huge hassle! I don't appreciate being ripped off! They have my sister on video buying the gift card. Well let's see the video of who used it in Cali, there isn't one, because it never happened. It's a BAD gift card, a glitch in the car or system or something, and they won't honor it! Won't even conduct an investigation! So corporate needs to send me a new $100 card!

All and all Walmart treated her well until her last 2 yrs before retiring. Two years before she reached her retirement age. Walmart started treating her very rude. She said, she felt Walmart wanted her out after 25 yrs of service.

I myself worked for Walmart in Nashville,TN in sporting goods for a short time. It only took me that short time to realize it wasn't for me. My first day on the job they throwed me on register with no training with swing hours. Back then, Walmart made employees use shared register drawers. Register drawers was short before I was hired. The day I was hired Walmart CSM told me they had problems with register drawers becoming short every night. They had no cameras at the registers in Sporting Goods to know who it was taking from the drawers. And with shared drawers made it impossible for them to know who it was taking from their drawers. My manager in sporting goods was lazy to do risers. Made me do all the risers while he ** with other employees. One day the as-manager came to me accusing me of the drawer being short. I got fed up and told the main manager I quit. I never stoled a thing in my life. Being accused of something you didn't do is very uncalled for without claim of proof.

After I quit, I realized who it was taking from the drawers. One of the front main manager's is who it was. I remember she use to come all the way to the back of the store in sporting goods to get $10's & $20's saying she was short up front. I was a new employee I had no idea it was wrong for her to take from my drawer. My guess, she still works there today taking money under radar.

My wife just quit Walmart about 2 months ago. She worked at Walmart for 7 yrs. Walmart treated her bad as well. Till this day she hasn't been able to get her last paystub from walmart. Does anyone know how to get a paystub from walmart after you quit? After you quit, walmart removes you from their online system so you can't printout your last paystub.

Through the yrs I knew many people that worked at Walmart. All says they hate or hated it there. Walmart conducts harassment and favoritism to their employees. For 7 yrs my wife attempted and applied for manager in her dept and was turned down every time. Walmart hires people off the streets for managers instead of giving it to their employees.

Well it was back in 2013, I had just started working for Walmart. I was hired as a temporary associate, I also work the night shift in maintenance. Working there was stressful I hated it. The managers were always harassing me including this one manager. That's why I was glad I got fired from there. As the two month I was employed there it wasn't good because there was this one lady that worked in maintenance for 30 years and she is lazy and does nothing and she got rewarded.

When I was hired I was told that everything has to be done before your deadline. I was like I could do that. So is an hour before my shift ended and I was assigned to clean the front end where the registers were, I was yelled and almost cursed by a manager because I missed like two spots that needed to be swept and the manager still came back taunting me.

So one night on one of my shifts I was getting these real bad headaches and I was feeling like I was about to pass out so the manager sent me home and I got sick. So I returned to work three days later but during those three days there was a fraud on my bank account and I needed to put a stop to it so I had opened up a brand new bank account and I had to change my banking information for work and the same manager told me that "you should've done it on your break" but I fell asleep. So the manager rudely stated that "you've been out sick and right now. It's not that important right now," and that we are so busy to even deal with it.

So my shift ended at 8 in the morning and I notified HR and HR stated that he should've let "now your money is going to that old account." I was like, "Seriously". So one week I enrolled in school and I needed to change my schedule so one of the managers said that they'd work with it so the next night they fired me. That's why I hate Walmart. I will never shop at this Walmart.

I worked for our local Walmart store 1931 for 9 years and it was great! In the last two years it had become too much. As an overnight csm we deal with everything at our store. Well in the last year they say I had a rough one and had several write ups but still a strong performer. On Dec. 30 I was let go. After I put 9 years into that store and they said had too many complaints. Well people at our store, the customer can yell at you, swear at you and as a csm you bring up management to help, they talk to the customer and give them what they want and a gift card. Nothing about how you were treated.

At store 1931 why do some people get written up and others do not. Why does management not respond to requests from csms about front end issues, why does management not respond to personal attacks by other associates at store 1931. Why does store 1931 pile more on the front end with already a 2 cashier, 1 csm front end and expect the csm to still service the customer with customer service desk, jewl, respond to cashiers and stock etc. Why does store 1931 respond to a request to look into a write up that was unfair. Yes store 1931 has a lot going on that needs to be fixed. Just remember what customer and associate say is not always right and you need not make up your mind before you really talk to the associate involved.

Me and my family have shopped at Wal-Mart and in the last few years they have clearly stopped caring about their customers as well as their employees! I pick up an item and I always check the price label under each item (frequently place items above wrong price label) and make sure I match the barcoded label with the item barcode to ensure correct price is given at register and I have been overcharged every single shopping trip! An item shown to be 5.98 is 9.98 at register! Items marked on clearance are not clearance when price is checked at register! Items are marked at a lower rate and clearly marked way up at register! Not fair to people that have to wait behind me on price checks etc. Clearly they are too cheap to buy bigger bags as well! Spend a few cents more and order bigger bags instead of bagging my items in 500 bags that allow each of my items and clothing to fall out, get dirty instead of saving bags and bagging items in bigger bags that would mean less bagging, and less bags being used!

Now I was @ the store trying to purchase another phone & a galaxy pad. It took them over 30 min to handle the couple in front of us & when it's finally our turn, a young man walks up in front of us saying he has a question about a Wii U. I think the sales associate will tell him after he has taken care of us he will get back to him. No such luck! He walks off w/ the young man & leaves us standing there!!! Huh!!! Very rude especially since we waited so long & have over $2,000 worth of purchases. I left my basket right where it was & told my fiancee that we were going to the next town to buy our products (we stay in a smaller town in Kansas w/ only one Walmart). We just had to travel over 30 miles just to buy our stuff. Walmart has went downhill. I'd rather go to another store & pay more than have to go through this again!

No one was in jewelry as usual. But that's are fault too. Really. I have been with Walmart a very long time over 17 years. But these past ten years have been the worst. They give me one associate for both departments. And most of the time they pull her upfront for returns or to ring. And if you are older talk about discrimination. They don't care. You better get the job done or you step down or get fired. Walmart used to be a great place to work, not anymore. It used to be family oriented and they cared about the associates, not anymore. You go to customer service and complain, and the employees who work there, Say, "then go somewhere else and shop." What kind of big corporation would allow the store to go on as it does. The store reflects the manager who operates it. I will not be going to Walmart to ever shop again. My time is valuable. In addition, maybe if Walmart increase its salaries, they could have better employees... I guess if you pay cheap, expect your employees to give cheap service.

Sorry Walmart, in 2014 you need to have some form of customer service and shouldn't commit billing fraud. There are just too many better choices out there than help you line the pockets of communist China. For customers with similar problems, I recommend just disputing the charge with the bank. When you buy a brand new item, you expect it to be new, right? I bought PS4 console while I was in Italy for $400 on Nov. 29 and when I got back to States on Dec. 15 (return policy 15 days exceeded already), I played PS4 for few days and it never turned on! Also got one of my games stuck inside of it (NBA 2K15). Took it to store where I had the item picked up. The manager was extremely rude and did not leave or tried to work something out for me. I was completely pissed at how they valued me. I was given the only option to send it to Sony for a fix but I do not buy a DEFECTIVE item and then have the manufacturer fix it. WHO KNOWS if the item was already returned before because it sure was not in best shape - one of the strap stand on bottom was not PERFECT, as if it was taken out and put back in again!

I talked with Walmart.com and one guy gave me hope by saying they should have honored the 15-day policy to replace the item for me as it was defective from THEIR stock but the 2nd time I called, the person even talked to her supervisor and there was no support whatsoever. I always order my things online, usually Amazon. This was my first time ordering from Walmart after so many years and look what it turned out to be. Even if there was no support from them at all, they are the ones who should be dealing with Sony about these defective items, NOT the customer, because the customer wants brand new, non-defective item! I will call again tomorrow, try to get something done because I am not going to send this PS4 to Sony and get it "fixed," as I am not fan of used/defective items. I always put a bit more money into my products so that they are good quality, but there is only one PS4 which is made from Sony. It clearly states that if the item was defective, the store should have been clear about a good customer support by exchanging my item for a NEW one and dealing with Sony themselves with the defective item!

Also, the receipt did not show that return policy for anything is what. I had to call today after the system stopped working to find out how many days is the return policy for the PS4. Walmart SUCKS. I feel as if I have been robbed.

I work at Walmart, been working there since August, they hired me as a cashier. I went out of town for them, back and forth. On night shift for a week the first month I was there. My son was 6 months at the time. Then they sent me to Ponderay Idaho (Spelled that wrong. Basically sandpoint.) for 10 days. Could not see my son (except for skype, and that broke my heart). I worked hard stocking, and loading and unloading freight. I was supposed to be there for 15 days. One day while stocking baby clothes I started to tear up because I missed my son, a friend/co-worker asked if I was okay. I told her I missed my baby. She hugged me and we got back to work. The next day, my manager knocked on my hotel room door and said it was time for me to pack my bags, I'm going home. I asked why, and she said that obviously me missing my son was interfering with my ability to work. I got really upset and closed the door. It didn't interfere with my ability to work at all. I said I missed him ONCE. I cried the entire way home. Didn't get the 10+ hours overtime I worked for (so I worked 10+ hours for no pay). When I got back I got sick with strep. I missed a couple weeks of work. Nothing I could do, doc said to not show up.

He called them and they said that they'll write it down. My last missed day with strep was October 3rd. From the 4th of October to the 10th of December I went to every shift. EVERY SINGLE ONE. My hours varied from 8 hours a week to 27 hours a week. Never a steady week. On the 11th of December I went in to minor care at the hospital with my son. We were diagnosed with ringworm. I called in, and they said that I can't come to work contagious (understandable, don't want to infect 100's of customers that go through my line). Two days later (three missed days) this would be my 4th day of calling in. They said that I can't miss any more work. BUT I CAN'T come to work contagious. I have missed 8 days because of my son and I being contagious. Everytime I call in, they say "you can't come contagious, I'll write you down. But you can't miss any more work or you'll get fired. But don't come in, you're contagious." Okay? That doesn't sound right at all. I call in today just to receive my schedule for the next two weeks. I'm not scheduled to work for the next two weeks. She said call tomorrow around 1 and speak to my department manager about it. But if I'm still contagious, don't come in until it's ALL cleared up in BOTH my son and I.

WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?!?! I'm contagious, I CAN'T come to work. That's what they told me. And they tell me I CAN'T miss any more work. THEN I'm not scheduled for the next two weeks. My roommate said to consider myself out of a job, because that's what they do to people they are trying to get rid of, and start looking for a new one. Ever since I started working for them I have struggled to the point of crying to make ends meet. Needless to say, I am now looking for a new job before the new year and before I have to pay my monthly bills.

Cashier rang it up as I accepted the item in the store at the time of purchase which was not the case, which was the cause of not being able to register the items online for the one hour guarantee. The electronic manager said she would order the 3 items and had me fill out 3 rain check forms. I was told by this manager I would receive a call when the items came in.

Today on 12/20/14 I called the store for a status on this item being that I still had not received a call or email and a month has almost gone by. In talking to the manager that was working today informs me that this item cannot be ordered. My only option is to get a refund. I then call Wal-Mart corporate who basically gave me the run around and stated they would have to contact that store manager and have them contact me which would take up to 3 days from that store manager. So that will be one day before Christmas. I was also told that I am not guaranteed it will be in for Christmas because I have a rain check now and not a one-hour guarantee because of the inexperience of the cashier ringing the purchase up incorrectly. So not only has this been a nightmare but I have been told several conflicting stories starting from the original store electronic manager, then from representative from corporate, and lastly from a corporate customer service manager.

None of the three know what the other one is doing. Needless to say this was not guaranteed in stock as it was stated, due to no fault of my own. I will have to get a refund a few days before Christmas and will have no gift because of the negligence of this company not standing up to their advertisement. One-hour guarantee is a joke and has not done anything to rectify this ongoing problem along with absolutely zero communication. My three receipt numbers are as follows **, **, ** for a total of $486.78.

I started working for Walmart in September 2014, I was suppose to be with a trainer but the manager on duty said that was unnecessary and on my first day I was put on my own with an entire pallet for the candy/fruit isle along with the water isle. Was told I need to be more on time with the times that was in my tasking. Now mind you it gave me 15 minutes for an entire pallet and 20 minutes for the water isle that I had to pull 3 pallets to put out and then an additional pallet that I had to break down and put up. This was the norm for the first month. Then in October I came in and was told I was sporting goods, automotive and hardware. No problem. And then I was told I had to train a new girl now. Ok. I've been here a month and I'm training someone. So we work it together and everything but like 2 items go up.

The next night I come in and at the nightly meeting they tell us who's no longer considered temp and guess what? The new girl I trained the night before gets hired and not only that but full time and so do every other ** worker that was temp. Now me and 4 other ** workers are told there isn't room to move anyone else up. So whatever. I'll look for another job. No big. This will pay my bills till then.

The next two weeks go by and then the new schedule comes out. I had asked for a certain day off because I had to have my daughter at a doc app. I didn't get it off because according to management it’s a Thursday to Friday and well that's not possible coming into the busy season. But 2 ** coworkers whose hire dates were after mine and hired perm asking after me got it. So I go to management again only to find out that the one manager Shawna is now making the schedule and they had a good reason for needing it off. Then the next schedule comes out and because I spoke up I went to every other day for the next 2 weeks. Those of you night shifters know that's a hard schedule. Well do it and keep my mouth shut. Now it's November at 3:20 am. I get a deep cut. Go to manager to get a report written up and ask to drive myself to the hospital for stitches. He says no calls. The nurse’ line they tell him, “Yeah, she needs to go in,” and he tells me, “You gotta wait for a female management to come in and that's not till 11 am.” Now that's clearly past the 8-hour window.

So at 6:15 when a co-manager comes in I talk to him and the head manager comes up they talk to me and tell me that I have to come back at 10:30 and that a female management will drive me to the after hours clinic and get it taken care of. Then the manager says, “But if you can try and let it heal on its own!” Really not happy at this point so inform them that I called my doctor’s ER line and she told me I needed to be seen ASAP. So I was clocking out and leaving. This was 6:41 am. I go to the ER where my doctor had told me to go. I ended up with 3 stitches and a brace along with a weight lifting rest iron for a month. I take it back to work there pissed and ask, “Well did you file workman’s comp and if you did your off work till it’s figured out and no pay.” So I come back to work the next night and was put in electronics. That whole week I was there up until an ** worker went and yelled at the co-manager Shawna and said that was his comfy spot and I had to be moved because he was not stocking **. In other departments, she gave him the electronics and moved me to seasonal.

The next night I was put on isle 3. Now I'm not supposed to be over there at all. I told the manager that was against my restrictions. They said, “I don't care. Get it done or your fired!” That night a male ran over his toe with a pallet jack screwing off and was placed in fitting rooms answering phones, and ended up being there a whole week while I was back and forth from seasonal to isles 3, 5, 6, and 7.

The last straw was the 3 nights before Thanksgiving when the manager Shawna had all the ** workers all 9 of us putting up old pallets while the ** workers was doing displays and screwing off and she came out and told us at 6:15 am to mush mush. I told her I'm not a dog. I’m a human and she said, “Mush get it done or don't come back.” We finished 2 of 3 pallets she had pulled out. The next morning I came in tried to speak with the head manager but was told he wasn't there and wouldn't be back that day so the next day again came in to talk. Nope not there. I ended up calling in for 2 weeks straight after trying to put in my 2-week notice and my schedule was changed to every other night for those two weeks. I had proof of it being changed and the manager Shawna told me that Walmart requires 3 weeks notice not 2.

I had left 6 messages in 3 days for the head manager and the head manager never called me back. Everyone on 3rd shift knows that managers are racists and they are very open about it. They don't care and when it's brought to ethics like the one man in meets did, he was fired 1 week later after being there for 10 years for speaking up. Just utter disrespect.

Hello my Name is Brian I'm 29 and I do not consider myself disabled but I suffer from Mental disorders like very bad anxiety, ADHD, Depression. I have minor brain damage from a bicycle accident as a kid and I have problems explaining things and talking to people especially in person. I get very, very nervous and bad anxiety to the point where I shake and my brain doesn't work right. I just moved from Maryland to a small town in Grand Rapids Minnesota with my girlfriend for 10 years. I find everybody here in this state so freaking nice, and I'm being serious.

Ok so here’s what happened. My girlfriend and I went to the Grand Rapids Walmart mainly so we could either Return or exchange a couple printer ink cartridges we purchased around the end of November 2014 because they were the wrong ones to our printers. Not only that but they sure are not cheap. So I walk in with my girlfriend who by the way was with me the whole time, and customer service Lady scans them and tells me they were never purchased from Walmart. I told her, “there has to be a mistake could you check again,” and she said, “NO, try target.” OK??? At this point I didn't think anything of it besides I knew she was wrong.

So I walked to the electronic section where I purchased them and I found the same exact printer cartridge on the shelf with matching UPC and bar code numbers. I took both mine and the one off the shelf to the electronic employee and explained him the situation so he scanned My ink Printer Cartridge just to double check and BOOM, there it was right on his hand held scanner thingy. He says "Well I'm not sure why the other lady told you it wasn't purchased here because it’s coming up in the system and I know you got it from here.”

At this point I'm just ready to get this over with so I ask what I should do because that lady up front just straight up lied to me and told me it wasn't purchased from this store. He went in the back and came out 5 minutes later and told me that someone told him to apologize to me for the issue and just to take it back up to the same lady. I asked if I could talk with a manager and he told me, “there’s no manager here right now.” I said to the kid "well then who's running this Super Sized Walmart?” He did not know.

On my way out the door because I was so angry at this point I ran into a MANAGER. His name was ** and he was very calm and seemed to be a very nice gentleman, so once again I explained to him the situation and he told me to follow him to the customer service register so he could fix this for me. Now on the way he started almost drilling me with these odd questions, "When did you purchase this item?" I told him I think a couple months ago then he asked where I purchased it and what was the exact date I purchased the Item, what was the name of the person I purchased it from, and why I had 2 different brands of Printer cartridges. Well at this point my heart is racing and I'm sweating and shaking (This is the mental disorders I have, I get very anxious just speaking with someone I don't know and this guy was like some kind of FBI agent interrogating me).

I answered the questions and then he asks my girlfriend where I purchased the items at and what my motive really was. She told him the truth. After stringing me on for 35 minutes he shakes his head and tell me that he doesn't trust me and refuses to return or exchange the item I purchased from there with in the 90 day frame and I was well within my Right to Return or Exchange the item.

So at this point there’s no question in my mind what was happening, ** the manager was treating me like I was some low life, belittling me along the way with his rude uncalled for comments, looking at me like I was a loser and I straight up told him that this was not Right and “I know you’re profiling me.” He laughed at me and then walked away. I walked toward him and asked him one more question. I said, “Are you refusing to return this item because of your job or is this personal?” He said, “NOPE has nothing to do with my job.”

I then said one last time "You’re profiling me aren't you?” ** answers, "Yes I am Profiling you, look at yourself and the way you talk something is wrong with you, you’re High or just mighty **!!" as he chuckled under his breath. I did not know what to say or do I was just in shock because of how physically and mentally painful that was. So I went home in tears and anger and hurt.

Walmart let me say this, I have been profiled, mistreated, talked down to, and belittled my whole life and I can't let that go on. I have been getting better and better at not letting this kind of abuse happen to me anymore. So this time I decided to take "Notes" which he knew about. I have 100% cold hard proof I was not only profiled but mistreated, as well as My Girlfriend who was with me the whole time. All I want is to be treated like a normal person and not refused services that I'm entitled to. Thank you for Reading this.

I am a very upset and heart broken single mom right now, and I need this to be known by many other potential victims of Walmart. I placed an online for iPad mini from Walmart.com to be picked up from store at Oldsmar, FL. Shortly after, my order got cancelled because of some unknown credit card processing error. Well they still charged my Card for the Mini iPad anyways after the email said they would NOT charge because of order being cancelled.

I had to reorder the Mini iPad, pay for it AGAIN even though they already have my money for the first order and now 2nd order Today gets cancelled again, because the store I wanted to pick my iPad up from didn't have it, so again from store at Oldsmar, FL Walmart. But when I was making the purchase it said they had it in stock but they took my money anyways in 7-10 minutes or less, but it will take them 7-10 days to credit it back into my account. So even though they couldn't produce the product, I got charged and I now have to wait 7-10 business days to get my money back on an order they could not produce!! And the 1st order because of an order processing error, so it's TWICE the amount I was charged of 235.00!!!

I am so upset because I am a single mother trying to make ends meet and really was excited to buy my 7 year old this Mini iPad with all my heart for Xmas. Now I am not sure if my little boy will even get a Christmas gift because I have no money available because now I will have to wait 7-10 business days. With Christmas around the corner I am not able to buy any more Christmas presents, or groceries and pay for certain bills until that money is credited back. People all over need to be informed and know this before wasting time and then ending up with their hard earned money put on hold for 7-10 business days. Money they cannot use till then, very sad. Walmart needs to correct this HUGE error in their system now.

The MoneyCenter had already closed for the night so I proceeded to go to Customer Service to use MoneyGram services. When I arrived, I was told by a rude associate they they were closed for the night. My issue was that it wasn't suppose to close until 2100 and it was closed 20 minutes early. I then asked to speak to a Manager and a guy by the name of ** come over to me. He said that they were understaffed and she (moneycenter associate) was suppose to get off at 2030. WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER 30 minutes? I was informed that there was nothing he could do to help me. This situation left me very upset and unsatisfied because I send my parents money all the time using this service and this was a case of emergency.

By the time I made it to another WalMart it was closed and it's the closest store to my parents to transfer money. I plan to call and speak to the Store Manager in the morning but I am very disappointed appalled and downright furious at the customer service of this particular store. I think this definitely should be: CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL, WILL NOT SHOP AT THIS WALMART AGAIN!

Let me tell you, this is the last year I will buy anything at Walmart. They are so backwards. To me the consumer always comes first, I was a Walmart employee and as an employee I have only lived in two places. Now because of an error on my part, and a stupid glitch in their system which doesn't correct the mailing address when you switch the billing address (which I switched back to my first address, the first place I lived when I previously worked at Walmart). They sent 150 dollar and two TV sets to my old address, luckily I was able to recover the TV sets. I was able to, THEY WOULD NOT HELP ME OUT THERE. The box when I got there was open. And now, being the 150.00 (163.+ after taxes) are Christmas gifts I have to get the police involved and explain and prove to them that yes they were sent to the wrong address and that I believe they would open that mail seeing that they opened the FedEx box and let the cops handle it all. Then Walmart also owes me some backpay from last year the last paycheck (vaca pay and the bonus that was due me) seeing as I never received it.

Walmart... I hate Walmart. Every single time I shop either online or in store at any walmart in any area, I have been so disappointed. A few months ago I went to the walmart in Pleasanton Ca, which is a very nice area with my husband to shop for a baby gift only to find everything in the infant department on the floor. So then we drove to the Walmart in Almaden San Jose, Ca to find one little shelf and nothing had a price on it. We then had to find a toys r us. My next experience was with walmart.com. I ordered some baby food after about a half hour of trying to figure out what was actually available which they would only post at check out. This should have been my first sign. When the baby food arrived, they had shoved 15 small glass jars in a plastic bag in a box with no stuffing I was shocked that nothing broke.

My next experience, the latest one - I ordered an xbox one and a game for my husband as a surprise Xmas present. After paying for an increased shipping rate so that everything was guaranteed before xmas, I find out only the game is going to be shipped and I have to drive all the way to Gilroy 40 miles away to pick up the xbox in store! So somehow I figure out how to do that with baby and husband not knowing.

I arrive at the store, walk to the pick up center in the back. Of course no one is there so I press the call button. I wait for about 10 minutes until someone finally arrives. By this time of course there is about 10 other people behind me. The employee takes my order slip and goes into the back. We wait, about 5 minutes later another employee walks by and asks if we are being helped. I said I was but no one else was. He apologizes and says the wall is full of pick ups, ignores everyone else, continues to the door but just before ha this is the best... he takes his walmart shirt off to let the whole bunch of us see his fat and sweat coming out of his tank top. I mean how low can you go. Eventually the other guy comes back with my box and I leave. Now to complete my story, yep, not done yet - remember the game I ordered. Well in the mail the small package came and what do you know - IT'S THE WRONG FREAKING GAME! Basically I am returning the game and taking all of my business elsewhere because this company is pathetic.

I placed an order online on Nov. 25th that was to be donation for a Christmas Family, and was told it would arrive in two packages on Dec. 3rd and 4th. I was impressed when one of my items actually arrived early on Dec. 1st and when the other 23 items didn't arrive on the specified dates, I was understanding as I know sometimes things happen beyond anyone's control especially as inclement winter weather approaches. However, when Dec. 10th hit I began to worry. So I called customer service and waited all morning to reach an agent. This is when I found out that 9/24 of my items hadn't even shipped yet. As the gifts were needed to be distributed on Dec. 15th I cancelled those items and were assured that I would be refunded for their value.

On Dec. 11th I received 14 of my items and was relieved and feeling better now that I thought my order was all sorted out. And here it is Dec. 18th, my refund was supposed to occur in 3-5 business days and I still haven't received any word so once again I spent a ridiculous amount of time on hold to speak to customer service. The woman I spoke to was snippy and rude telling me that I needed to speak to my bank before I called so that "I would know what I was talking about". So I thanked her, got off the phone and did just that, where I was told that there are no funds on hold in my account. This is getting ridiculous, and is very disappointing as all I wanted to do was fulfill an in-need family's Christmas wish list.

Give me another reason to avoid walking a whole mile just to get in the store and get the essentials, bread, milk, meat and vegetables etc.... The set up stinks at best and there's no way to just run into Wal-Mart and grab 2 or 3 things without major advance planning. We aren't talking about a 10 minute trip anymore but rather a half hour ordeal! I lament like another review writer from PA that it "used" to be a real blessing but the quality has hit rock bottom, can't find the help when you need it and can anyone tell me WHY there are 22 checkouts when there are only 5 being used and the place is full of customers? It's not like the greedy place can't afford to employ more cashiers now right!!!

Ok, lately my point is, I CAN'T drink regular coffee anymore as it will cripple my feet with gout. It is my ONLY drug so LISTEN UP!!! I use SIMPLY SMOOTH by Folger's. Recently I finished my larger container and all I could find to replace it was this tiny $5.38 and up container that I'd NEVER have purchased due to its ridiculous price for so little! Now it's the only choice I'm given as yet another item has been systematically removed from the shelves. I've had to travel to another town to attain this larger size for approx. a year & 1/2 now and so I make a point of having other reasons 2 or 3 times a year to go that direction.

Last time I went, it was basically for nothing because the coffee was indeed my whole point. I'd rather QUIT coffee than pay those outrageous prices for just barely enough for 2 weeks! I can't afford it and it causes me to make MORE trips - more gas! I'm checking out other stores and going over the internet. I will not be cowed into paying higher prices just because Wal-Mart is greedy for what I work so hard for. If Wal-Mart is so geared to the customers needs and wants, then WHY so many complaints? I don't know ONE person that "likes" going there and I'm always hearing "I HATE this place!" Believe me, I will find another way. We DO have a Kroger and Aldiis in this town!!!!! I can just simply do that! Give me a reason Wal-Mart!

When I arrived at the above location I decided to spend time searching for additional gifts before picking up my item at the customer service counter. While looking for that perfect gift for my daughter I noticed an employee loitering around the store. He was pretending to be working in the area. This employee passed me by and walked around the general area I was located in on more than seven (7) separate occasions. I know because I counted each time I found him gazing at me and I have a VIDEO OF HIM!

Being ex-military and law enforcement I stopped the employee when he was passing me or in the area for the eight (8) time and asked if he was following me and why especially when there were so many other people in the area doing nothing but standing still or dragging packages off the shelves and just hanging out along the aisles. Your employee stated to me, "yes I'm following you" and started laughing when I asked him to clarify why he was following me he then stated no, "I'm only kidding. I am on lunch and just walking around." My reply "Okay, so why would you be following me or walking around the customer area while you're on your lunch break?" Your employee then made himself disappear shortly after I stated to him that I plan on filing a complaint regarding his behavior.

So when I go to the customer service pick-up desk I wait there for more than 20 minutes waiting for someone to respond and assist me in picking up an order even after two (2) of your employees stated to me they if I needed help and they would contact someone to help me. Essentially I spend the better part of my lunch hour being harassed and ignored by your employees! Ha, ha, ha very funny Walmart Executive in charge of profile training for black customers! When I got it back I got my Battery and my Laptop. But my power adapter was not in the box. I called the lady, said she would tell them. Then they call and left a message saying they could not find it. So I called them up and ask was they going to replace my power adapter, the lady said no, that I could buy one online for 10 dollars. I told her I knew better, it more like 80 dollars and that not even shipping it to me. I got mad and ask her “Why should I replace something your company lost?” She told me if I look at the paper work that I should have not send the adapter, yes it say on it not to send accessories but the DC jack was broke and I was trying to be helpful by sending the adapter so they would make sure they got the right part. Now I have no way to power my laptop and they want me to replace something they lost. I don't feel I should have to pay something I trusted them with.

I spent about few hours on calls and repeatedly told various managers about the mistake Wal-Mart made. Online order said it will be free shipping. I was expecting items to arrive at my home. Instead, items were shipped to local store. It took again half day of my time to go and pickup the product from the local store because of the local store customer service procedures. Two of the items have do not work. One is defective and the other one has hardware problem.

I called the Walmart and after long wait they told me to call the local store for a replacement. I called the local store and they told me they have the replacement tablet in stock. I went to the store and again I have to wait for few customer service managers to give me the replacement product. They had one unit of the replacement item but their computer said the item can not be given as a replacement because it can not be sold at the same price I had paid. The managers were not able to override. I spent at least 4 hours in the store. They wanted to give me a different model instead which I refused to take.

I have tried to call 1 800 Walmart few times and waited for 20-30 minutes after several prompts but nobody picks up the phone. The escalating procedure for customer service is very frustrating, time consuming and the customer service at the local store does not exist. Nobody, at the local store wants to be accountable for customer service and to voice your issue to corporate Walmart does not exist.

I'm hoping to keep you from making the same expensive mistake I did. If you buy several Visa or MasterCard gift cards at Walmart, make sure and count the cards before you leave the register to make sure you have them all. I didn't on Friday, and I regret it. I bought 10 gift cards Friday afternoon. I didn't check them before I left, and when I started to wrap them Friday night, the most expensive card in the group was missing. I went back to Walmart with all my receipts and the cards I did have, but basically was told - after they checked the recorded tape - that their apparently very high definition camera at the registers "clearly showed" the 10 cards bundled together when the cashier put them in the bag. Their register cameras must be more high tech than their cameras at the door if they could "clearly see" 10 individual cards in the bundle.

So, I was basically told there was nothing they could do. And because I don't have the card number, there was no way I can deactivate the card. There was no way the card fell out of the bag because I put the bag holding the cards into another bag we had (basically, double bagging them) and the bag went straight from my trunk to my kitchen. So, a warning to anyone shopping at Walmart. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

The two worst examples were within the last 3 months..... one day around 6pm, there was not ONE SINGLE JUG OF ANY SORT OF MILK ON THE SHELVES!!! And none in the back. The other example was when there were no apples in store for FOUR days!! I could understand if these were unusual items but these are VERY basic everyday commodities and there is really no excuse for this..... TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE..... so I went somewhere else for my shopping. Also when you ask a staff member where something is, most of the time they have no idea, or they call someone but no one comes. Customer service is virtually non-existent and staff training obviously never happens. Really an appalling situation for a multi-billion dollar company!!!

I was visiting my niece in Fredericksburg, VA during the Thanksgiving week. I needed to purchased a table on Thanksgiving day to put food on. I went to Wal-Mart with my daughter and granddaughter. We found one table on the floor with several dents in it and it was the last one. I asked for a manager to see about a discount and was directed to a Customer Service Manager who inform me that Wal-Mart do not give discount, the policy is to ship damage items back. If this is true, the policy should be changed. When the table is on the floor it is for sale, the damage table should have not been placed on the floor. I needed the table for Thanksgiving dinner so I bought it.

I have went down all of the chains of command and every time you talk to me they gives you the same excuses after excuses. When will we be treated better and get the respect or is it never will get one at all. I just hope that we can get better results and for the workers can get treated fair and not get misused by the upper management.

There seem to be no good management at the customer service. Kim & Melba unfortunately are the worst customer service personnel. They were rude and don't know anything about customer service. I had to wait in line to pick up my order for over 40 minutes and when it's finally time for my turn, I was told that I wasn't the primary pick up person on the order. But, I said my name is listed on the order as well but the woman Melba insist that it needs the id of the original pick up person.

Anyway, when I gave it to her, I was told that I have to wait another 15 minutes. As I waited and waited and even saw people who were after me received their pick up and I am still waiting, I finally went and inquire about my order where I waited over an hour total. Instead of even receiving an apology, was told by Kim that I don't have to raise my voice and they pretended they didn't take my order info and see me standing but trying to ignore me. I have been working for over 15 years and part of my job was customer service, where I was told no matter what, customers are always right! These people who works in the Walmart customer service In Bayonne are not the right one that fits for this position and the managers & directors needs to pay attention more to those who hires!

I ordered multiple products all of which had been delivered except 1. This particular item was the first one I received an e-mail about. The e-mail stated part of your order has been shipped then gave me estimated date of delivery as well as a tracking number. I checked it daily. The FedEx site said to check that I had typed the tracking number properly. I shrugged it off thinking it was a glitch of some sort. A few days later I had everything I'd ordered except for that item that had been shipped out first. I checked the tracking number yet again. This time it showed a history. It stated that I had given the wrong address so, it had been returned to sender.

I called the customer care number where I was on hold for 12 min just to ask someone why I had no problem receiving all but, that one item. The rep looked into it and said, "Oh I see what happened. Ma'am they were out of stock when you ordered the item. So, it never was sent." Annoyed at the fact that they had lied to me & sold me an item they didn't have I cut him off there & asked for a refund. "Ma'am my computer is running a little slow may I place you on hold?" 5 min later he comes back on to see if I'm still there places me on hold again. Another 5 min goes by he comes on says that the refund has been placed. It'll take 5-7 business days for the refund to happen.

The fact that they were deceiving has caused them to lose my business. I will never buy from them again. The part I don't understand is when I was doing my Christmas shopping there were a lot of listings that said out of stock. Why didn't this item? Why not just e-mail me the consumer stating that you are out of stock & offer other similar products or an offer to send it as soon as it arrives. Makes no sense to me. I can live without the product but, the fact that they tried to claim it was error is the part that gets under my skin.

4th - "There appears to be a problem with your payment method (no there was no problem with my payment method)." 5th - (after doing what they asked and updating payment method and asking what was going on with my order, this is the email received 2 weeks and 1 day after the original order was placed) - "We're sorry that you did not received your item yet. We checked your order and found that due to an error in the shipping of the item, the item was lost in transit. As you never received the item and your satisfaction is our priority, we would like to fix this, please let us know whether you'd like us to send a replacement for your item or if you want a refund. In case that you request a replacement and the item is not in stock, we will issue a refund automatically. If you have additional questions, please reply to this email and we'll be happy to assist."

I purchased an item from Walmart.com on Nov 28th and had it shipped to the store to save on shipping costs. Here is where things started going wrong. Somewhere during the ordering process the website defaulted my store as one that was 45 miles from where I live. I have changed my store location numerous times on the site, to no avail. I received an email that my item was ready to pick up but when I went to the Walmart 1-mile from my home that was when I learned of the shipping problem. The employees at this Walmart told me that they could not make this right and that I would have to contact the other Walmart where the item was sent or the customer service number from the website.

I called customer service and spoke to a rude employee named Roseann who bluntly told me she couldn't help me and then hung up on me while I was trying to explain that my item had been purchased with gift cards and not a credit card. I then called the Walmart that had my item and spoke to the manager. She said that they could not ship my item to the Walmart closest to me but that I would have to cancel my order and place it again. I explained that it was purchased with gift cards so there was no way to refund my money. She said that she would be off the following day and would leave a note to have her assistant mail it to my home. She said she would also have the person send me a courtesy email to confirm it. I never got an email so I tried calling the store to speak to a manager.

Twice I was put on hold, once for 7 minutes and I hung up and called back, then again for 4 minutes and I hung up again. I called again after work and spoke to another manager who assured me he would have someone call me right back. Four hours later when no one had called, I went back to the website to try to email the Headquarters. There is no email address on the web where you can write to the Walmart Headquarters to complain about their stores. Everything leads back around to having to email the store nearest you. So I tried the online chat and was told by someone named Shiva, which is the conversation at the beginning of this message, that I would need to call customer service again. I was at my wits end of bad employees giving extremely poor customer service. Then I got a call from the manager at the store with my item and she shipped it to my house.

I haven't gotten it yet, it's only been one day. But the stress and frustrations in trying to get my item has left me with the decision to never order from Walmart again. Amazon.com will get my business from this day forward. By the way, the website has a really bad bug in it that defaults your local store, so beware of this problem. I've had others tell me the same thing happened to them.

While I was at work my boyfriend decided to surprise me and go pick it up and set it up for me for when I got home and when I came home I realized that they had given him the wrong mattress. The mattress he had received was the regular 8" mattress in a box which is only about $129 dollars. At this point I wasn't angry just disappointed but of course I wanted what I paid for. The mattress was way cheaper than what I wanted. So I contacted Walmart and they said in order to return it I needed to place it back in the box. LOL!

Now pardon me when I say this but WTF! How am I supposed to do that? It came completely vacuum sealed. I also explained to her that when my boyfriend set it up for me he got rid of the box. Anyways long story short, it's been about a month and I am still sleeping on this mattress that is far less than what I paid for. So I am just out 150+ dollars and there is nothing I can do. This is pathetic, honestly. This company is huge but yet they have 1 to 2 star rating because they can't get their ** together and actually provide good customer service. Before the first attempt I called my bank so that they would be aware of the discrepancy between the billing address and the pick up in store location (I wanted to avoid shipping costs and any possible damage to the TV I was buying for them). Every time I tried to make the purchase I would receive a cancellation notice from Walmart saying that my bank rejected my information. Every time I received the cancellation notice I would call my bank. EVERY SINGLE TIME MY BANK ASSURED ME THAT I WAS IN THE CLEAR TO MAKE THIS PURCHASE.

I was well below my daily spending limit and ALL of my information was correct and matched my Walmart account (which I only made for this purchase). I even checked my visa verification code and that was correct as well. The problem was on the Walmart side. I only shop online and I have never had a problem with any other company even if the shipping address differed from the billing. This was my first time ever using Walmart online. Because they continued to blame me and my bank for the problem this will be my last time using them. Seven attempts is my limit. Now I am left furious and with no idea how to get this present to my out of state family. Shame on Walmart.

Now I get involved by taking it back to Walmart and they say they can't take it back after 90 days. I talked to the manager and I ask him, "was it cracked" and he said, "no it wasn't" and for me to call the Asurion number. I did and it turned out to be another business. I called the 1-877-968-6391 number now for the second time and talk to a guy and told him I want his supervisor. We talk and he asked for me to send him a picture of the tv on and he would call me back no later than Monday.

My wife sends it. It's Tuesday and no phone call follow-up. I called today, Tuesday, and go through the same ** again. Talk to guy, ask for supervisor and send them the text of the pictures again. But this time I ask him to call me and later he calls my wife and she tells him to call me and he says "whatever" and tells her that they can't help us at all and hangs up. All I want is a new tv because that's what insurance is for and that's what I paid for - was insurance for problems like this.

Hmm, maybe we need to get insurance every time we go to walmart to shop. The people are rude and don't treat customers like guests. Is this what wal-mart is all about. I was a general manager for a restaurant for over 10 years and if I ever ever ever seen one of my employees treat a guest like that, I would fire them. I went to Walmart #5056, 17585 Airline Hwy, Gonzales, La. with my son this past weekend to buy him the Beats headphones. He saw the color he wanted, & we proceeded to contact a sales associate for assistance. My son located an older female who says she did not have a key to the glass door & will get the person who does. She found the guy, & says he doesn't have one & will be back. Mind you, we're in electronics, but no one seems to have a key or know where the key is. The other associates are just walking around avoiding other customers.

Ten minutes past, we're still waiting. I ask a nearby associate, who's loading boxes in an aisle for display, "Can we get assistance please? We're waiting on a key." Her response, "Oh he's over there helping someone, he'll be there afterwards." I'm saying to myself, "he was available a minute ago". So we wait another ten to twenty minutes. Associates passing, no one asked if we needed help or had been helped. We just continue to stand by the glass of headphones waiting patiently. Finally, I decide to leave.

I shop at different Walmart stores frequently, & this one is no different than the other stores. Except a few of the other stores do not clean the floors. I go to different locations hoping to find one that suits me but Walmart's customer service is always below standard. Back in my day, employees were reprimanded for not providing the best possible customer service. Most of them do not want to do work, but they seem to complain about wages.

At this moment, I'm better off shopping at Target or Costco's. I have cards with all vendors, but will not continue my relationship with Walmart. They lost out on a $300 sale from me that day, & who knows how much total loss with every customer, they have ignored on other days. I have spent thousands through the years with this company.

Does this company/store not realize the customers are the ones who make you billions? If it were not for consumers, they could not be employed.

Unfortunately, no other local store carried the color he wanted. I ended up ordering from an online retailer from ShopRunner, free 2-day shipping with my American Express. Many consumers, as myself, & others like me, will not continue to do business with a company that practice bad business. I suggest Walmart get their employees on the same page, otherwise this company will not continue to be successful for long with such poor customer service.

It was a hot item selling for 49.99 and sold out after I purchased one. Later, shopping online at Walmart.com, I saw a 7" Sony tablet with a case and keyboard also selling for $49.99. I thought it was the better deal because it had quad core instead of dual core. I ordered it and paid for it with paypal. I then promptly returned the other tablet to Target. That was a really big mistake because I never got that tablet from Walmart.com. After waiting about two weeks, I finally got an email to come pick it up at site to store. What they sent was not a tablet, it was some kind of GoPro camera.

I spent over an hour at the store trying to get assistance. Finally, I spoke to a representative and she said, "So sorry, the system will not let me reship it to you. You'll have to take a refund, that's all I can do." Can you believe it?? I wasted so much time on this and they really didn't care at all. And I truly believe in quality customer service. Maybe I am old school but to me the most important person in our company is the customer. However- BIG however- if I do the right thing and make the person in front of me the most important person, at the time when I am working, I run the risk of not having a job.

Walmart's policy dictates that no employee is ever to say "I don't know" unless it is followed by "I will find someone that can answer your question." Walmart policy is to never argue with any customer, always ALWAYS be polite no matter what and request mgmt if that becomes necessary. It is our CSM's (floor supervisors) and on up the ladders responsibility to deal with an unhappy customer whether the complaint is legitimate or not. Have more than 20 items in the express lane? No cashier is ever to tell a customer to move. EVER!! Customer needs to find something? DO NOT POINT. If at all possible take the customer to the product or get someone ASAP that can do that.

Ultimately, my job security depends on the person in front of me and giving such great service that the shopper will want to return. However, in order to follow all those policies ALL my managers have to be on board - not just say they are and ALL employees must be absolutely directed to follow the policies. NOT HAPPENING. I was a customer when the founder was alive. As a customer I noticed a lot of unhappy changes when Mr. Sam Walton passed. Now I am retired from my past career and have a new one as a p/t cashier. I am proud of my job and my customer service. I am not proud of some of the disgraceful reaction of some higher ups and some employees when I attempt to follow company policy. Walmart has been very good to me overall and it saddens me to read about the treatment of our customers at many of our stores. This was not the founder's vision. It is very sad now. There are some excellent people in various stages of mgmt and some excellent employees. Unfortunately we very well may be a lost breed so to speak and not just at Walmart.

I spent 2 hours looking at store around my area. 3 hours shopping in Wal-Mart in Mt Pleasant Tx to get to register and have the cashier tell me they will only do the price match on the only other store in our small town. I ask for manager and he was rude and told me "No" but that is not what they advertise. Nowhere does it say on tv commercial so I told them "That was fine. Have fun putting all these back." I had over $800.00 worth of food and Isaac not going to put up with all of it. I will and have taken my money somewhere else. Yes I know one person will not make a difference but have to start somewhere else.

Site to Store at Walmart.com is HORRIBLE. Avoid if possible. The employees are rude and uncaring. I ordered something from Walmart.com and used site to store and my experience when I got to site to store was very unpleasant and inconvenient. If you change your additional pick up person it doesn't update in their computer system until 24 hours. They had me waiting just because info isn't updated in their ** system. No way jose. Never again I use site to store..not this chica. If I have to order from Walmart.com I'll pay for shipping if I WANT THE ITEM that bad. Site to store isn't worth it. The associate who was helping me didn't even say sorry for all the inconvenience. Oh it's all my fault..sure pal! ** these people.

I have never been coached. I have never called out sick. I have never missed any days I was scheduled to work. I have gone in early when asked. I have stayed late when asked. I have gone on overnights when asked. I have worked extra days when asked. I have never clocked in late. I was on overnights 7 pm to 4 am, Sunday through Thursday. From September 7, 2014 to October 1, 2014. I was helping Department Manager in domestics with mods in her department. I was also keeping up with my clearance aisles as that was my daily job in store 2758. Store Manager had left notes for us to do a deep zone in the clearance aisles for that night / morning shift. We were caught up on mods so he wanted us to concentrate on a deep zone there and then in domestics).

Department Manager in domestics and I had just come back from lunch on the morning hours of October 2, 2014. We were in the clearance aisle when we were approached by an overnight manager of some sort (male) and an assistant manager (female). They both stood right in front of Department Manager of domestics and I...no more than a foot from us. The male put his finger in my face and said “You" then he put his finger in Department Manager of domestics face and said "You". While his finger was in my face I had to pull my face back from his finger as it was right in my face. Then he put his thumb over his shoulder and continued to say "I want you out back and I want you dealing with the clearance." The male’s tone was loud, nasty and condescending and having a finger in my face was threatening to me.

While the male is speaking to us in that manner Assistant Manager female is standing right there and the only thing she says is (while holding a greeting card with some character on it) "I really like” (and she said the name of the character...but I am sorry I do not remember the name of the character). Then the male and female managers walked off. Awhile later while I was "dealing with the clearance out back" I was approached by the male again. I was putting comforters and sheet sets on the black span and flagging them in the action alley next to the clearance aisles. The male asked me if I was dealing with the clearance out back and I replied "Yes. " He then says to me "You're such a sweetheart." I have to be honest with you at this point I was very upset, close to tears, mad, and really just wanted to walk out and go home. I did nothing to deserve being treated this way and Assistant Manager female did nothing to stop him in any way. I finished my shift and clocked out. I had already decided that the second time I was approached by the male that I would return to the store that morning and talk to Store Manager about what had happened.

I went back to the store, it was early morning and Store Manager was there. I went out back and saw him talking to Assistant Manager female from the last night...so I did not go to him. I went to Personnel and talked to them. I did not tell them what had happened I just told them that I needed to speak with Store Manager about an incident that took place during my shift. They got a hold of Store Manager over the walkie talkie and told him that there was an associate that needed to speak with him. Store Manager replied that he was far too busy and that it would have to wait until later that afternoon. At this point I'm trying to hold back the tears... and I'm feeling like I am invisible and that I just don't matter. I just wanted to get this over with and dealt with... it took a lot to come back to the store in the first place never mind a second time. While I was trying to pull myself together Store Manager walked past personnel and into his office. Personnel told me to pop my head into Store Manager office and let him know I was the one that needed to talk to him and I would be back later. So I walked to Store Manager office and stood in the doorway and waited for him to pause from his conversation with an Assistant Manager. Store Manager made eye contact with me and asked what I needed and I told him I was the one that needed to talk to him and I would be back later that afternoon.

When I mustered the courage to go to the store a second time...my husband came with me. It was late afternoon. I left my husband out in the photo lab, which is the closest place he could be without actually coming into the back of the store. I walked past personnel where Store Manager was, having a conversation. I stood out in the area between the personnel office and Store Manager office and waited for him... as Store Manager did make eye contact with me as I walked by... so he knew I was there. While I was waiting an associate from deli walked past me, stopped, backed up, and looked at me and said that I looked like I was going to cry. Well that was all it took...I burst into tears. She hugged me and I asked her if she would please tell Store Manager in personnel that I needed to talk to him. She told Store Manager that I was out there and needed to talk to him. Store Manager came out and took me into his office. Store Manager waited while I tried to compose myself. I do not cry in front of people so this situation felt so far out of whack to me. I proceeded to tell Store Manager the story I just told you, while he took notes. Store Manager told me he would talk with all involved and that this situation would be handled.

Store Manager never did talk with Department Manager in domestics. To this day I do not know how it was handled or if it was handled. I never have had a follow up on this situation nor have I been apologized to. It feels to me as if it was just swept under the rug. That night when the male put his finger in my face I had two other employees comment to me that the male had been hateful to them. Fast forward to October 19, 2014. At this point I was back on days and had been since October 6, 2014. I had a clearance partner who came from electronics. She and I worked great together and we got along perfectly. I liked having the help in clearance and since we were told that the three aisles in the middle of the store were to be moved to the clearance aisle in HBA it was nice to have an extra set of hands to do that. She had a different schedule than I did.

On Sunday October 19, 2014 my husband and I stopped in to the store to pick up a few things we needed for the work week. I stopped by the clearance aisle to say hi to her and see how she was doing on the project of moving the aisle as I would not see her that next day Monday (she had it off). I wanted to get a feel for where she had left off and know where I needed to begin the next day. While I was talking to her she told me that a Zone Manager told her (my clearance partner) that Store Manager wanted her (Zone Manager ) to tell me on Monday October 20, 2014 that I needed to step it up because I was too slow and that I was anal.

Hearing this my first thought was why isn't Store Manager coming to me and telling me this...as he had just told me that he would be my direct boss as clearance didn't really have a manager. Why pass the buck to someone else that has nothing to do with that part of the store and was not my manager in any way. Second thought was why is Zone Manager saying anything to my clearance partner...as she is not me. Why say anything to anyone but to me? So at this point I knew I was going to be confronted by Zone Manager. I was alright with this because what was the big deal? She had a message to relay to me and so I will try and step it up. I mean really if you have a problem with me by all means please do come and say something to me otherwise how else will it be dealt with and fixed?

Monday October 20, 2014. I waited to hear from Zone Manager. I did not hear from Zone Manager. Towards the end of my shift Department Manager of domestics came over to my clearance aisle and she could tell I was upset. I told Department Manager of domestics what was going on and she told me that Zone Manager came to her (Department Manager of domestics) and told her that I was too slow, needed to step it up and that I was anal. So now I have heard this from two people...and not from the one person I should have heard it from. During this week Store Manager was on vacation as he was moving into a new house and had the week off...so he was not in the store at this time. Department Manager of domestics at this point told me that what Zone Manager was doing was against Walmart policy and she (Department Manager of domestics) went to an Assistant Manager and said something to him about this situation. By Thursday October 23, 2014 I still hadn't heard anything from Zone Manager. So it had now been 4 days.

After lunch on October 23, 2014 I was helping Department Manager of stationary in her clearance aisle...and she said something and I made a smart comment about being too slow...because at this point I was understandably upset. I mean seriously what the heck did Zone Manager do? Announce this at the morning meeting? Department Manager of stationary said she had heard. I asked Department Manager of stationary what she meant by that and she said someone had told her I was slow. I did get it out of her (Department Manager of stationary) who said it and was told it was Department Manager in electronics. Now whether Department Manager in electronics heard it from Zone Manager or said it herself...I do not know and at this point I did not care. I was seeing red. I'm sorry but please try and see this from my side of things...I can take criticism. I want to do my best. I take pride in my work. If you have a problem with me or something I am doing please come to me and let me know. I am not a mean person...I am very positive...and I am very nice. Hearing it once is alright...but from different people over and over you start to feel like you really do suck.

At the end of my shift on October 23, 2014 I asked my clearance partner to please let Store Manager know that I would like to talk to him...as she wanted to talk to him as well...because she did not think what was going on was right either. I was going to be off the next three days. My clearance partner did get a hold of me and told me that she did tell Store Manager that we wanted to talk to him. Monday October 27, 2014. I was back at work. It had been eight days now that I had still not heard from Zone Manager. Store Manager was back at the store and when I saw him I told him I needed to speak with him and it was important. Store Manager told me he did not have time that day to speak to me.

Tuesday October 28, 2014. I saw Store Manager and told him again that I needed to speak with him and that it was important...was told that he Store Manager did not have time to speak with me that day either. So now it has been nine days that this has been going on. What did it matter anymore...I was done asking. You have to agree with me that this is getting ridiculous...I mean nine days? Anyway later that day Store Manager came to the clearance aisle and told me he could talk to my clearance partner and I on Thursday October 30, 2014. So that would be day eleven. I told Store Manager that to not even bother because at this point I was exhausted and it had been way too long that it basically didn't matter any more...I felt defeated, sad, and at that point was done caring. I mean why bother? Eleven days...that's almost two weeks...unacceptable.

I had gone to the right people...I was trying to do the right thing and take the appropriate steps. You can only take so much before you get to a point where you just don't care anymore. I finished out the rest of the work week. Some time before this situation we had our first Spark meeting. I went...because I like to get involved in my job. While in this Spark meeting we were talking and discussing the results of a survey we all had to take at the store. Zone Manager was there as well. Store Manager wanted to know what were some of the problems we had in the store that needed to be worked on. Zone Manager spoke up and said that the Assistant Managers in that store needed to learn to keep their mouths shut about certain situations in the store...that when someone was fired or coached they needed to not tell everyone because that was how all the problems started. WELL ISN'T THAT CALLING THE KETTLE BLACK?

I wrote a detailed e-mail to Walmart ethics on November 12, 2014 and didn't receive any reply. I called Walmart ethics on November 16, 2014. I was told that they don't deal with these complaints and I needed to work my way up the chain of command. I got an e-mail from ethics the next day telling me again that they don't deal with this kind of complaint and to contact the Market Human Resources Manager. I contacted the Market Human Resources Manager on November 17, 2014 and he wrote back that same day and told me that he would look into it and he would be visiting the store that week. Now it is December 6, 2014 and I haven't heard anything from him. I sent him another e-mail telling him that it has been almost 3 weeks and haven't heard anything and asked him if this was the way they deal with complaints and wanted to know if maybe they were just sweeping this under the rug and or just telling me what I wanted to hear to pacify me. I also told him I was disappointed. Beside myself...chain of command does not work. Policies there do not work.

I bought a toy castle accessory at Walmart the week before Thanksgiving - in the clearance isle for 14.88 marked that price and all. Then last night 12-5 I'm back at the same store shopping and in the same clearance. Isle and same spot there is that toy I just bought with fresh stickers pricing it as 30.00. Yes so how does a toy on sale double in price for black Friday/holiday deals. This is absolutely wrong. This company makes so much money but yet they price gouge for holidays and all they care about is making that extra dollar. But not everybody has a extra dollar or in this case 15.12. So beware of their "deals".

Horrible experience ordering 5 bikes through Walmart.com. I ordered 4 bikes for angel tree. I was told the bikes were in the store and ready for pickup. I even got an email confirmation that the bikes were ready to be picked up. When I got to the store, I was told that actually there were none of the bikes I had ordered available and that I would have to cancel the order online if I didn’t want to wait the 6-9 days for delivery. To make the whole experience worse, the online order status site was flaking out and I was unable to get confirmation that my order was canceled so I then had to spend 20 minutes waiting for a customer service rep on the phone. I will never shop at a Walmart again.

I know the practices. I know the demands and I know "ALL" the requirements. Am I too white? Am I too male? Am I too much of a MOVER AND A SHAKER? Is it the religion that I trust in? I recently bought a collapsible 4-way tire iron at Walmart. The very first time I used it, it broke before getting even one lug nut off my Jeep. I was stranded on the side of the road with a brand new jack and brand new broken tire iron from Walmart. Upon returning home, I went to my local Walmart on Albert Pike in Hot Springs Arkansas to exchange the broken tire iron for a new one. I would have like a refund, but because I had no receipt that wasn't an option. Who would keep a receipt for a tire iron? I've never even heard of one breaking or malfunctioning in any way.

During the exchange, the lady behind the counter at the customer service desk said there was nothing she could do because there was no UPC code on the tire iron. I suggested I go back to automotive and find a new one that has the tag. She consented. She then asked me for my identification and would not take it because it has a crack. It isn't broken - it has a crack. I said, "I'm not trying to cash a check. I am attempting to exchange faulty merchandise that I bought at this store." She called a manager who said she would accept the identification "pending." I said “Pending what?” She replied, "Pending whether you are a repeat offender or not." "Offender? How?" I asked. Her response: “to see if you habitually return items without a receipt.” “Ma'am, I'm not returning an item. I'm exchanging it because it is broken.”

In the end I got the new tire iron but the amount of hassle and insult I suffered was certainly not worth it. I hate being accused of a crime I didn't commit. Walmart is absolutely the worst store on the planet. They not only treat their employees poorly, they treat the general public with contempt as well. I shop there as infrequently as possible.

On 11/25/14 my son purchased a PS3 video game at the Alliance Ohio Walmart (#**), at that time he also paid extra for a 2-year free replacement plan. When he attempted to play the game it would not load, and each and every time it does the exact same thing, it will not load so that the game can be played. I contacted Amanda (employee #**). After calling the 1-877-968-6391 claim coverage number, she asked me a few questions about the game and then told me that the game needed to be taken back to the store because it was still under the store warranty period, and since the game is not physically broken or scratched it is not eligible for warranty through the 2-year program.

On 12 /4/14 my son returned to the Alliance Walmart in Ohio to either exchange the game or get a refund and was told that since there were no games available they could not exchange it, and he was also told that they would not give a refund for the game due to copyrighting issues??? I would just like to know what kind of scam Walmart is trying to pull, a game was purchased and a 2-year free replacement warranty was also purchased at the very same time, and yet we are being told that it cannot be exchanged and a refund will not be issued for a game that has NEVER work from the day of purchased.

I find it very irritating that I not only felt as though I received the run-around when I called the claims number, and that they told me to take it back to the store, but that my son received that run-around when he drove 20 minute from our home to the Alliance Walmart to do exactly what the individual at the claims department had advised us to do and your customer service people were not only rude but disrespectful to him, and treated him as if he was trying to do something dishonest or illegal. Why should a customer purchase a warranty from your dishonest company if you have no intention of honoring the warranty???

Warning, I will make it a point to post this complaint on every blog and customer complaint site all over the Internet so that others will know just exactly how dishonest and misleading your so-called 2-year free replacement warranty practices actually are at Walmart.

I called Walmart.com again and they were useless. I emailed customer service to complain about this and didn't even get a reply back from them. Today, Thursday Dec 4th I noticed that Walmart has the item back in stock, so I called to see if they would reinstate my order. They said no, I even asked to speak with a manager. They put on a guy named Ernie and he was no help. He said he couldn't do it. Said it’s a problem with their online system.
