I love Walmart. I do but I don't know if I will ever buy a refurbed computer from them ever again. I had made a nice long review of a laptop or more to the refurb people that worked on it and Walmart.com when you submit a review it don't get posted right away like it should. It has to be approved by Walmart first. Well needless to say the review I had made I worked hard on it and Walmart never posted it. They don't want you to hear the truth and good and bad. Just the good stuff. They are censoring reviews.

I got mine off the Walmart site. It was sold by Walmart. The laptop is a refurbish and I had to right off the bat zero out the drive and reinstall Windows 10 on it due to the fact that not only was all the drivers not installed but the recovery stuff was inaccessible. I got lucky that I was able to make copies of all the recovery software on to not only restore the laptop back to factory but make an OS reinstall disk as well and the refurbishment department did not fix the computer right. I not only had to reinstall the OS but I also had to open the computer to fix the mouse pad due to the buttons not being seated properly to the point that part of the touch pad was sticking up instead of it laying flat, it now is the way it supposed to be.

For a $250 computer I should have never had to do any of the repairs that I had to do! On my new computer. Also when I got it and turned it on for the first time I got a memory error before the setup was done and to top it off Windows 10 was not activated so they reinstalled Windows to right over the oem install and the result was it renders the oem recovery stuff useless. Thank God I was able to get them disks made or I would have been screwed!!! Thank God I know what I'm doing when it comes to computers and computer repair. Walmart needs to retrain their refurbishment department and quality control staff and hire people that really do know what they're doing instead of morons that don't have a clue about anything.

My name is Enrique **. I'm a former Walmart associate. I was terminated twice in less than a month. First termination was for scheduling. My mgr changed my days off and forgot to make the change on the schedule. I was terminated for 2 no calls no shows. When I asked why my badge was saying invalid when I swiped, my mgr said "You got terminated." I asked why. He said "I don't recall the conversation of the schedule change, so sorry business is business." I went the next morning to speak to the store mgr. He wasn't there so I spoke to the hiring mgr, showed her the messages. And right away she reinstated me. One mgr made me feel uncomfortable because every moment he got he would tell me, "Any mistakes Enrique and you're out the door."

Today I was terminated for 20 dollars in the self-check. As I paid for my Gatorade I inserted money in the self-check and 20 dollars came out. I was a little confused because I couldn't remember what I put in the self-check, so I took it not thinking anything of it. Also got a mousse, put it aside to pay for later. So I put it aside and left it, but it never left the store. The donuts I'm being accused of stealing I paid for. I was forced into writing and signing a confession when I did nothing wrong. They told me if I didn't sign I would go to jail. But if I sign I only have to pay 24 dollars. I asked why they were doing this to me, they said it's business. I was interrogated for hours in a room and was not able to leave until I told them what they wanted to hear. I was upset, anxious and just wanted out but I couldn't leave or call anyone.

I would like for something to be done for the way I was treated. I had such a bad experience working for Walmart in such a short time and don't want anyone else experiencing what I experienced in my time with Walmart. Also I would like for my name to be cleared of all this. Thank you and hope to hear from your team soon. First date termed was 6/7/2016, second date was 6/10/2016.

I ordered a Wooden Swing Set on May 26, 2016. I checked the delivery date. It said June 6, 2016. I received 4 out of 5 Boxes. We miss Box # 2. I contact Walmart Customer Service. Each Person I talk to give me a different story. They say that item is out of stock. I called the factory. They told me they send all boxes to Walmart to be shipped to my Home.

Walmart respond is it's out of Stock. How can be one box out of stock, when it supposed to be a whole set. I been talking to Walmart almost every day. They don't know when we will get Box # 2. How is that possible, not knowing. I try to get phone number from the warehouse where it was shipped to for delivery to my house. They claim they have no phone number for the warehouse or the person in charge. Now today one guy told me he will give me 10% credit, for that box 129.98. It still don't solve the problem. We need those parts. I'm tired spending hours on the phone. I don't call that Customer Service. You have any advice what I can do. Thank you.

Never heard that so he came to the car and I proceed to go in.

I am greeted at the door by a young ** girl. Now I'm a 47 year old ** female. Then the Rhonda CSR ** told a nice young ** male that she wasn't going to wait on that ** with the scooter. The other ** female is telling me that it's not mine my bf's. When I state "no it's my child's." She said "we're not waiting on you." So when I left in tears as the young male did try to assist me. I called these same females wouldn't let me speak to a manager stated he was not there. So I wrote Walmart... This is the worst CSR in my life... I will never go back to that store again.

I visited the Walmart on Dickerson Rd. It is the worst. The employees at this location does not want to help. Anybody knows nothing about what is customer service is and always having personal conversations when they are supposed to be helping people and working period. The managers are no better. It's like if you put in an application as long as you put down you are project and ** you are sure to get a job there. All those employees and never enough lines open. They want the money but don't want to work. When you ask for something they act like you're bother them, you're getting on their nerves.

If the Rivergate location wasn't so far away from me I would never go to the Dickerson Rd location. My mom and I call this one the get to Walmart and that's sad that we have to keep enduring this just to shop at a location that is more convenient for us. They need to have secret corporate people to shop at this location to see just what is really going on there.

I started working at Walmart at the end of April 2016. Was just terminated today. I worked in dairy and frozen. I will admit, I had call-ins, but I also had doctors notes. I then heard Walmart didn't accept doctors notes. Besides this problem, I had a manager YELL IN MY FACE BECAUSE I was taking an antibiotic for a deadly infection. My department manager had found out I was terminated and said she was so mad because I was the best employee she ever had. I loved the staff and the job, but that particular manager, I despise. I've been crying all morning about it..

I bought this "courtyard creations" orbit lounger at Walmart last summer. I treated the cushions with a scotch guard like waterproofing spray. As suggested by salesperson. It was completely faded within 60 days, seams coming apart & the Velcro fasteners were placed so haphazardly it was very hard to get the cushions secured. It was very lightly used over last summer & in the shade of a large umbrella most of the day, yet the fabric completely disintegrated! I took the cushions off after 3 months & had to throw them away because all 6 sections of the 2 large cushions that are on it were so threadbare that the holes where the foam & padding were coming through were bigger than the remaining areas that had fabric! They honestly looked like they had spent about 5 yrs outside through all seasons!

Now they want over $150 for replacement cushions & due to the odd shape of the lounge you can't just buy cushions off the shelf. So either I throw away a lounge I paid over $300 for & take the loss or pay the additional $150 to replace the cushions with more garbage. Custom ones are $600-$900 so that's not an option. I will never buy anything from them again if I can help it, but since they sell products under multiple brand names, I may not know until it's too late! If I could've put 0 stars I would have.

In Walmart today. Not cashier's fault! This woman in line talking on cell, cashier said something to her, she says "I'm sorry." Still half buggy full. She pulls out a wad of checks that had stubs, starts going through them, lays several on counter, some good, some expired, ON and ON... Long story short she was paying with checks of some sort. I stood there, couldn't believe what I was seeing for 15 to 20 min. One by one this was all paid for with checks with her wanting money back. Cashier said she couldn't get any. Ok she knew this... Manager was watching by this time.

I go over and suggest that Walmart have a line for people like this... I suggest if over one check they have to have them ok before getting in line! Guess I was in line 30 min watching this show while registers were opening up on both sides to help people lined up behind me. By this time I am stunned that it is happening, passed irritated, tired and disgusted just wanted to see what would happen next... Walmart needs to address this problem now because I am sure it is not the first or 10th time it has happened. SOMEBODY NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS CRAP!!! CUSTOMER DISGUSTED THAT IT IS ALLOWED. I know you can't refuse them service but make it equal for other customers that have to endure this kind of action. As I said, not cashier's fault. Do an exchange of same item with same or higher price." We lose trust with Wal-Mart blenders since we have purchased two Brands and experienced the same. Previously they used to give gift card or exchange with other item now they are not. It's quite disgusting to always roam for returns for unwanted stuff.

I was in Wal-Mart on June 3rd 2016 in Decatur AL on Spring Ave. I was with my disabled sister who was on one of their electric carts. My sister had purchased about 30 items. I purchased about 10. I had purchased about 20 for my mother. So we had 3 receipts from that visit. I usually have 4 or 5 Wal-Mart receipts already in my wallet. Because I use their savings catcher App. So the receipts I received that day I shoved in my wallet with the rest. I had two carts full, I was pushing 1 cart and pulling the other. It was also extremely hot in the store. And I get hot real easy.

The illegal store receipt checker was already asking for my receipt 40 feet before the exit door. I told him that I didn't have time to dig in my wallet for 1 Wal-Mart receipt because I had so many in my wallet. Not to mention all the other receipts I had in my wallet. As I was passing by he said he bet I would stop If he went and got an armed security person. I backed up and said, "What did you say". He repeated it again. So I dug out all the receipts I had in my wallet. I started going through them. The customers behind me were getting irritated. I finally found the right one, showed him I had paid for all items. Then I proceeded to tell him he had no legal right to stop me. Or threaten me with any armed security. My sister witnessed this. Along with about 10 other people but I didn't know them.

My friend got a Wal-Mart card and started off at $500.00 credit limit. After a little over a year, her limit was up to $4000.00. She's been using it to purchase and even ran it up to over her limit months before and paid in full. Then she purchased something again on it months later to its max but was expecting some funds to clear it. She paid in full and was going to purchase something again. She is looking to build her credit. When she paid in full, 2 days later she tried to purchase something for $2000 and was declined. Wal-Mart had brought her limit down to $1000!! From $4000 to $1000. She called and they told her that it's due to the fact she doesn't make enough money when she got a raise and makes more money now than last year when she applied and was on contract not even permanent job. She was so pissed she ripped her credit card and told everyone not to deal with Wal-Mart ever again!!

I worked at Wal-Mart in Nashville, AR and granted I did have 2 points for missing when I had a stomach bug and the other 6 & a half were for being seconds past their 10 minutes after policy where ya get a half a point. They changed this policy at the end of January. I believe before it was 15 minutes past and ya got 1/3 of a point. I believe they do this in order to cause people to be late when they are used to one system so they change it to another but that is all beside the point.

On April 24, 2016 my fiance of almost 10 years whom I lived with had a heart attack and then had to have triple bypass surgery. When I called in that night my assistant manager told me he did not think I would be fired but it would be up to the store manager Julie **. I called Julie tonight to try and get my job back being as the reason I had to be away from work was because I was told I would have to travel over an hour and file for leave of absence so my assistant manager Lori ** just took me off the schedule and the nights she was unable to take me off the schedule she excused those absences.

I was told by Ms. **, "everyone has a valid reason" when they go over 9 points but when an associate looks up their points in letters above the points it says, "If an associate goes over 9 points they COULD be terminated". Now that may not be verbatim but the words... "goes over 9 points COULD be terminated" is very much verbatim and I have a screenshot of it on my phone.

Let me tell you a little about my experience before all this at Wal-Mart. When I first started I was told by an associate named Deb to deep zone and check for out of date products. She and another associate named Tammy had a conversation I could not hear but it was not long after that they both disappeared and in a few minutes walked past my aisle I was working on the way I was taught to by Deb and Tammy said, "What are you doing Berta? You cannot fix it all". I told her I was just doing my job. She said this very rudely and made the comment everyone else was finished and going to the other side of the store. In a few minutes my assistant manager Kenneth ** came over and rudely said, "Are you going to finish this tonight, Berta?" I told him "maybe" then I continued to tell him what Deb had told me and what Tammy had rudely said in front of the other associates... trying to humiliate me.

I had many incidents similar to this even though I tried my hardest to stay away from others and do my own work. I broke down to Kenneth ** that night telling him I am almost 47 years old and I deserve to be treated with respect. I have 3 sons and 2 grandchildren I am trying to take care of and if friends came along with the job "great". If they didn't "fine." I was there to earn a paycheck. Not make friends.

I was written up 2 different times for tardies. My fault I will admit that. The 3 write up was because I had not zoned as much as Slade ** and Kenneth ** thought I should have in an area. I had never zoned but once before and it was in chemicals and we had had a spill at the beginning of the night. I told support manager Josh ** that I felt some wanted me gone. I am a Christian and they don't like that even though that is not the reason I told Josh. Of course he assured me that was not true and he is one of the ones I trusted alone with Lori **.

I was brought to the office because some guy named Rory said I tried to offer him prescription medication which was not true. I offered him Azo for his bladder which is over the counter like tylenol or ibuprofen because he had told me he had stolen some. I told my managers this when I was called to the office. The next time this man Rory had me called to the office was because he said I said inappropriate things that made him feel uncomfortable but 2 witnesses, Tommy and Deb said that was not true or I guess they would have fired me for sexual harassment which by the way when I was taken to the office for this I was the only female with a closed door and 3 other men in the office. Kenneth **, Slade ** & Josh **. Oh yes they laughed but still that is against policy right there. 3 men in management, 1 woman associate and a closed door.

After that I passed out on the floor for 20 minutes and to this day I believe I was drugged but I just really did not want believe anyone would do that to me. But I think I know who it was now. But the straw that broke the camel's back and caused me to be fired from Wal-Mart was when my fiance had his heart attack and triple bypass. Oh they say they tell you things in orientation but I was told to file leave of absence. I would have to drive over an hour and leave my loved one who was still on deaths door and go to the Wal-Mart store in Nashville, Ar from Hot Springs, AR where my fiance was in the hospital and fill out the paperwork.

I ask my assistant manager Lori ** to take me off the schedule through Sunday night but on Sunday night she text me and ask me if I were coming to work when my fiance was still in the hospital barely 3 days after his triple bypass. Kenneth ** and many more men there think they have more power than the women with just as much authority as they have.

I have been discriminated against for being a kind, decent person that did not get into their back stabbing quarrels and I have most certainly been discriminated against for being a Christian and because my assistant manager Lori ** helped me just as she would any other associate. I have children. Now I am trying to file for my unemployment which will be only $101 a week. I am looking for a job but I am not finished fighting Wal-Mart because it is one thing to tell an associate they have to go fill the paperwork out themselves. Then tonight Julie ** says all I had to have done to file for LOA was make a phone call.

I could have done that but I was not going to leave my loved one and I did go back to work for one night after all this thinking all was well. But Lori the manager who had been helping me and I were off the next night and Kenneth ** went into the system and terminate me. He had told Lori if it were up to him I would be terminated. Told her that on the night I came back. Well he did it the next night. There is so much unfairness and illegal activity at store number 0033 in Nashville, Ar it is unbelievable! When, Wal-Mart fires someone only 2 days away from being able to file for FMLA something is fishy!

My mother was shopping this morning at the Denver Ave store in Loveland, Co. At the self-checkout, 2 items she was purchasing were doubled to 4 items. She waited 10 minutes for assistance and then was told to finish her transaction, pay, and then go to customer service. This asst manager could have voided the overcharge items, but didn't so we go to customer service where a rude clerk informed my mother it was impossible to return those items. My mother told her she wasn't returning items, but wanted reimbursed for the overcharge. Again, the woman told her it couldn't be done. I asked for management. We waited several minutes and the same assistant who had sent my mother to customer service walks up and says in a disdainful tone, "You again." She tells my mother she cannot be refunded and that my mother should just go get the extra items that she had paid for. My mother did not want or need double purchases.

They decided to call another department and spent almost 5 minutes trying to find the number to call the department. Finally, they were told to simply refund for the items not received by my mother. Then, they did not want to refund the sales tax and were argumentative about doing so, but finally did include the sales tax. They made remarks to others waiting in line that implied my mother was the reason they were waiting, not their own incompetence and/or lack of knowledge throughout this experience. When we were finally done, the clerk asked the next person in line in a rude tone again, "Just what do you want?" Badly managed store with poor assistance, multiple empty spaces in shelves and rude staff.

I had the worse experience at Walmart. My mother bought a trash can and the cashier put the bags inside the trash can. We did not get a receipt and forgot about it because we wouldn't need it. By the time leaving the greeting lady asked for a receipt which we forgot we didn't have it. I ended up finding mine in my purse. Then she called two more guys like she couldn't handle it (this is not an old nice lady like we usually see greeting people). They come asking for receipt (I know they are doing their job but they have no right of accusing people without proof). One of the guys said if we didn't have a receipt then we were taking the stuff. I told them we didn't get one. They kept stating we didn't have one.

Finally went back to the cashier in front of everyone passing by looking at us like we really stole something (which is what really bothers me). The cashier had thrown away the receipt in the trash. What really bothers me is the fact of accusing without proof and talking crazy in front of everyone else that were coming to the store. I understand they have to do their job but there is lack of professionalism. There are ways on checking plus at the end they did not check one single item.

Items we buy are not stocked. Only the items that are not popular remain on the shelves. You can NEVER count on a product being on the shelf. Why is there a six week gap in re-stocking Distilled Water or Smucker's strawberry jelly for three or four weeks. (Strawberry shortage? I think not!) The list goes on... Yogurt, Chicken Breasts, Spanish Nuts, G2 ink pen refills, bag of potatoes and you must pitch 1/2 the bag because they're awful. The 99c store has better and certainly cheaper and fresher produce... It's ridiculous! Your Good News products are not that great and you'll notice those bins are always full. Please stock the items we use... Your system, at least in Santee, isn't working. The checkers can't do anything about this and the floor managers look at you like a deer in your headlights.

Awful first and surely be the LAST experience with Walmart photo. I ordered ** online. Pictures didn't arrive on time. Spent roughly 2 hours total between talking to customer service chat (**), calling store photo associate, talking to store manager. None of which is helpful in any ways. The worst is the Assistant Store Manager (**) that I spoke to today. He is definitely not qualified to be a manager and has ZERO customer service skills. He refused to compensate or refund me for order that didn't arrived, causing me money because I missed the deadline for an art show submission. He said that I don't have to pay for those that hasn't arrived.

Unless you scoop him up from the street yesterday and promote him to manager, obviously he is very poorly trained. He didn't even bother to read my PRINTED online receipt stating that I already paid for the item but it never arrived. He also shows ZERO interest in helping me (the paying customer) for Walmart's wrongdoing. Who cares if it's online order or store order, it's all WALMART and the least he can do is offered an apology. None, not once he said sorry or apologized. Store associate at photo department was at least polite and try to help even though it's not his fault that everything is MESSED UP.

After all the hassle, as it turns out my orders are there. I never received a notification email nor phone call telling me that my order had arrived. I even had specifically asked a photo store associate to call me when the photos didn't arrived 5 days prior, because the order was 1 week behind the supposed delivered time. I only know this because eventually, I made the drive to speak to the store associate in person. I shouldn't have missed my deadline if YOU would've done what you're supposed to do.

Here's the deal, AFTER all the inconvenience and unwelcome treatment from your Assistant Store Manager, the order I received are WRONG! Let me repeat, they are all WRONG! I ordered Matte finish and it clearly said that in the receipt. And what did I get? NOT MATTE!!! Seriously? How can this get any worse? I should've known that if I buy anything from Walmart, I will only receive the worst. NEVER AGAIN! I am reporting this to BBB.

This is the newer Walmart store located in 7437 Watson Road, Shrewsbury, MO 63119. Train your employees!!! And for crying out loud, if your manager is crap then how do you think it reflects your company? FYI: I never gotten my money back from this photo orders. Fine I'll swallow the damage you have caused, but I will surely do more damage to your already bad reputation. Expect numerous negative reviews soon.

My girlfriend has been working hard at Wal-Mart for the past 6 months. She moved from Syracuse to Phoenix to be able to have a place to live and work without being surrounded by stupidity that goes around in Syracuse. Every day she worked tooth and nail to make sure that what she had to get done was spotless and looked over to ensure that the customers at Walmart would have enjoyed stay and to be able to shop and find things that they were looking for. Today she got fired for attendance where you're only allowed 4 call-ins.

Now mind you my girlfriend is 19 and basically lives on her own and I try to help her with rides every chance I got but neither of us are made of money and going back and forth is expensive. Fill you in - she was living in Phoenix which was only 15 minutes away or less. But because of certain circumstances she had to leave her current state and moved to Fulton where she had a better place to live and safer place to live but then became harder to take her to work because it's a half an hour drive to work and back and without a car she can't always make it there.

I go to college. I have my own job and other responsibilities that make it hard for me to help and what saddens me is when someone that work so hard to just try to stay alive is fired for a crap reason. And even after she moved or make that before she moved she was trying to get a transfer to the Fulton Walmart which was rejected which is weird considering that Walmart has a policy where their employees are protected - which is seemingly a bunch of crap because for almost 2 months she tried and tried so very hard to get the transfer she desperately needed to be able to continue to work for the same company but at a different location. And if that's not devotion I don't know what it is.

They were completely unfair and uncaring and the only reason why half the people I know go to the Clay Walmart was because of her. Their loss because she's a hard worker and she's just trying to make a living to get by. I kind of wish I could contact the CEO but I know it's not going to happen. But I'll tell you one thing: he's probably only concerned with the numbers and doesn't give a crap for anyone lower than them. When she took it back with the receipt she was told that they was not going to take it back because it was open and she use it. I had bought a queen size air mattress Coleman style little less than a month ago. Went camping with the unopened mattress and opened it that night. Filled it up with air that night and noticed that there was a discoloration on one of the sides of the mattress. No big deal. Woke up in the middle of the night and the $80 dollar mattress was deflated. Not a happy camper now, so that morning of took the mattress back and not having my receipt they wouldn't even exchange it. At the time of exchanging it I didn't even noticed that the mattress didn't even match the box. Also had a pump that came with it and it wasn't even included in the box until I got back to my campsite and when I noticed it I felt as if they thought I was the one who was trying to scam them and that I felt bad.

As it came out the person who bought it before me is the one who scammed Wal-Mart but I'm out the $80 plus dollars and the humiliation and inconvenience this horrible thing that the other customer had done but Wal-Mart had taken this bad mattress and resold it as I'm the one who bought the problem and out the money, and Wal-Mart won't do anything about it so I'm the consumer that got screwed or until I find my receipt but that doesn't change the fact that the pump is missing and the mattress doesn't match the box. I really don't even want to shop at Wal-Mart because of this ** that happened to me. So totally beware of what you buy from now on at Wal-Mart. This was in Tumwater Washington by the way.

I have been working for Villa Rica Walmart for going on 1 yr. But as of recent times, I have watched as my girlfriend and other family members have been harassed and repeatedly embarrassed by a self-checkout cashier named Michelle at my local Carrollton Walmart. On 5/21/16 I was off the clock and at the Carrollton Walmart and witnessed this same cashier be rude and ugly to my girlfriend when she attempted to show her her ID which was completely visible from her wallet. But this cashier ordered her to take it out for her to see.

She took out her ID and held it up to the cashiers face so she could see it. But the cashier said she was far-sighted and couldn't see it, ordered for it to be taken farther away from her. My girlfriend did that as well. But also asked her what the issues was and why wouldn't she actually look at the ID. Instead of looking the cashier stomped to the self-checkout register and told my girlfriend "You know exactly what you did. That camera saw you do it. And they're gonna pull that camera and see too. I will take care of you. Don't you worry." Then continued to stand there and tell my girlfriend off.

When I stepped up to the register she told me to go sit down. When I asked her why she was doing this to us, she just kept telling me to take my ** to the bench and sit down. She repeatedly told me to take my ** and sit down because none of this was my business and that I needed to mind my own business. She swore at me. I swore at her. But not once did a member of management come over to us where she claimed she had called them to. Instead my girlfriend walked her grandchild in the stroller over to customer service and demanded to speak with someone.

I ordered the cashier to cancel my girlfriend's order and collected her items in her cart and took it to her at customer service. We stood there several minutes before a manager came up to us. We explained our situation and that this cashier constantly harasses my girlfriend when we are in the store. After several minutes the manager re-rang up our order and we cashed out. We gave our names and my girlfriends number to the manager. She said she'd call in the next 2 or 3 days to see what was going on. But I felt uneasy with the situation so I called and reported it to my store (Villa Rica) and was told they would also look into it. But when I got to work today (5/22/16) no one said a thing about the situation.

At 1030 pm I was called into the office and told I was not terminated but I was separated from employment at Walmart for gross misconduct. The harassing cashier told the manager that I threatened bodily harm to her and continued to threaten her. Now I have been ordered to have my girlfriend write out a statement of the incident and any witnesses to the situation and just maybe my store manager will give me back my job. No investigation was done in regards to this situation, nor was my girlfriend contacted by corporate in regards to this situation (she called corporate while we were still in the store after this situation occurred). No security, police or otherwise were called to the front or for that matter nor did the manager know why we were even having a member of management paged to the front.

The list goes on... Yet I no longer have a job because I defended my girlfriend from a cashier who was threatening to have her taken care of? And who laughed as my girlfriend walked out after making 2 more purchases and told her "I told you I would take care of you." and continued to point at her and speak ill of her to another cashier on self-checkout? The list goes on... How is this even right?

The clerk had to put in numerous numbers on the food for feed forms, for every couple of items. After 10 minutes, the food stamp lady decided that she needed to get something else, so I decided to go to another line and wait. When I realized that the present person at the register was also a food stamp woman, I just left, cart and all. Never, never, no never am I going to Walmart again.

Second one. Lindon. Went today to pick up a couple of items. What a mistake. Not many people there, but the lines were long because of lack of cashiers. Okay, so I went to the self-checkout... only 3 of the 4 were working. Two were having problems and the register was trying to help them. This took 10 minutes. When I arrived at one of the computers, it was one of the one that the cashier was trying to help, every time I scanned and item the screen said, UNAUTHORIZED ACTION. When I pressed OKAY I was able to scan my item. I put in the sack, the screen said UNKNOWN ITEM IN THE BASKET. Okay, so I moved the bag to my basket. Then the next time the exact thing happen. I just left the store, basket and all. A similar thing happened at the Orem store. Never, never, no never will I ever darken Walmart's door. It just gets worst. He has a Xbox One but I got the 360.

I went to Wal-Mart the same day but they would not accept the return because it was opened. Really?? GameStop exchanges them even after 30 days. The lady explained that people buy them and return them after they beat it but this was in the same day!! Customer service on the phone said it was the law which didn't make sense because how can other companies do it? They said they could change it for me but it has to be the same game, same platform, and then they open it for you in store so you can't return the unopened one? Like for real. I only worked for Wal-mart for 7 months. When I was first hired on, I was a part-time cashier during the day. But I have Crohn's disease and they were scheduling me all hours different days and my body could not handle the strain. I went a couple of days working until 11pm and having to wake up early to get to work by 7am. Mind you I walk to and from work so it takes me a minute to get home and don't get much rest in between those shifts.

So I put in my preferences and changed my availability to overnight as it was a set schedule every week, and full time. For 3 months I got no answers as to whether I was getting pulled over night or if anything was happening. I finally got pulled overnight after the raise to $10. So I was supposed to get a 50 raise for doing so, and for 2 pay checks I never received the $10.50, only $10. I was told it was getting fixed and it never did. I got fired because of too many absences because I was in and out of the hospital for my crohns.

My boyfriend also worked in the meat department for a while and has stretched ears. He had his headphones in his tunnels (gauges that stretch the ears for those who don't know) and a manager went up behind him and pulled the headphones and said he couldn't wear them on the floor. If the headphones had caught the gauge at the right angle, she could have ripped his ear lobe.

I spoke to the Manager, she replied, "Some customers do not want their gallon of milk in the bag," and I replied, "Your cashier never asked me." I have worked at Walmart for nearly a year and put my two weeks in today (which felt great). I have never worked somewhere that treats their employees so poorly. This company makes you watch pre-employment videos which claim how "great", "friendly", and "safe" they are. I began in the grocery department stocking where I had no issues. I began having issues when I was moved outside as a cart pusher.

3 years ago I was in a bad car accident which heavily screwed up my foot, being in a position that constantly pulls slightly uphill and in all weather (affecting the arthritis) was a bad position for me. Upon bringing this issue up to my manager she was very rude about it. I was told I would have to quit and could not move to any of the many open positions in the store. I dealt with the position as long as possible and was written up twice for being too slow. I told the manager I was in a lot of pain due to the position and could not keep up, she didn't care and told me I can't transfer due to this write up.

Not only has my foot been an issue but when I lifted a shelf my back was hurt and I could not work anymore. Walmart told me I would have to see a doctor of their choice (illegal) to receive workers comp. My chiropractor even informed the managers of this. Walmart claimed it was not their fault as my back was "previously hurt". It does not have any record of injury or pain at all. I had to pay out of pocket what MY insurance wouldn't cover.

Why I chose to quit was because of those and their "budget cuts". For 5 months I have gotten nine hours a week. Try eating and paying bills on nine hours a week. I asked a manager when this would change, she claimed it would change very soon. The next week I received four and a half hours. This is a place I will NEVER recommend. Stay FAR away. This Walmart is in Millcreek Pennsylvania.

I bought a $40 raft to spend my days off having adventures with my child. The day we bought it we assembled it at a lake and the caps were missing for the ends of the paddles and the ring that holds the oars so you can relax one was good the other was loose. Well the paddle fell in the lake and sunk. They said we needed all the parts to return it! So the quality of the paddle ruined our day at the lake and the next Sunday I had off to return it they argued with me and the policy has no common sense wiggle room to deal with things that get lost due to the fact that they are flawed. I was like am I supposed to dive to the bottom of the lake to get the paddle we tried to get the paddle! They were like sorry that's our policy. They refused to write down corporate's number they pointed to a wall and told me to find it there. I had nothing to write on.

The manager one was Sheri. She insisted I needed the sunk paddle that filled with water since there was no end cap! And the ring didn't hold the oar securely. The manager called me a liar and said the paddles don't sink because he has ratted all his life. I was like right most people that are serious rafters don't use Walmart quality rafts. Yes white water rafting gear and high level gear wouldn't sing but ours was defective. And they argued and threatened me with the cops for telling them I didn't accept their return policy and the customer is supposed to be right!

After blowing up a 4 man raft what is a lot of work and going to a lake we would have rather preferred to not argue and just get another paddle. Deflating the raft and gathering all the stuff to return was a pain and knowing I would have to get it all blown up again was not something I would normally ever put myself through voluntarily to call me a liar and be threatened because I was telling them their policy is not acceptable - it needs to account for these things!!!

I called corporate which was a waste of time they say it is up to the store. That I need to deal with another manager in site and if that doesn't work keep going above them to district and regional manager but they have only 2 weeks for returns and I had the receipt! So to go through all those steps would jeopardize my return waiting to follow the process! Ruined 2 days of my life the day at the lake and the day I did the return. I eventually got a store to return it! But corporate said it would only be able to be returned at the store it was purchased at! Corporate and the purchase store were bullies!

Well I didn't want to be a cashier but that's what they needed help on so I insisted to just take it. Well the raises went through to 10.00 an hour and 9 occurrences and they said it applied to me in my paperwork etc. So after 6 months when they are suppose to give you full time option they call me in the office 7 days later after my 4th occurrence and told me they had to let me go, I was like okay. So I turned in my badge and vest and went home.

When I got home I looked up all my reference numbers and I only had 2 call offs since the new policy started. Contacting corporate don't seem to work. I'm thinking about a lawyer. I busted my ass for them people. I wasn't just a cashier. I was all over Walmart. I took shifts when no one wanted to work or do a no call no show. I was the fall-to girl. The manager of the front end has favorites and I wasn't one. So needless to say they let me go so they didn't have to give me full time but used a ** excuse.

I don't want my job back there even tho they told me to reapply in 6 months. But something needs to be done with that place. I have a list of wrongs at that Walmart. Oh and when someone does come in to check on everything it's the same person and they schedule the time and date that they'll be there, so you know all the "employees" are on their toes so they don't get into trouble. Someone please help me get a hold of someone. If anyone can help. Thank you.

As far as expired products, the specialty vendors, who stock items such as the jams and jellies and other slow selling items not carried by Walmart's warehouse, unfortunately do not clean their shelf areas or check for date rotation or expired items. Every manager should know this. If the manager fails to do this him/herself, then some responsible person should be designated to do this. It lost its support and I had to put air in it every day. The air pump started smelling and it was giving me a backache (due to losing support in the middle of the night). I contacted Asurion and went through their procedure for a claim. My claim was denied because apparently an airbed losing air is not grounds for a defective product. How utterly ridiculous! If an airbed continually loses air it is defective, and it should be replaced or my money should be refunded. Overall, Walmart should not sell Asurion warranties if they are not going to honor them.

All Baraboo Wal-Mart would do is offer a $10 gift card for our troubles. We live 28 miles away. Don't they check packages after people bring them back for their money back?? Shame on Walmart. I'll go get my money back & go to farm & fleet and spend money with them. All DONE with ALL Wal-Marts.

She said she had to split them up, then proceeds to tell me the last one would be 4 for the year so I could not do it. What a **. She had to do them split because one needed manager approval. Ahhh.

This is the third time in 2 weeks that I have brought home expired foods from the Crossett, AR Walmart. First it was Lender's Bagels that were moldy from Feb 16. Then I bought a jar of Bonne Maman's Strawberry Preserves that had the button up and some jam on the side of the lid. (I didn't touch that part when I put it in my cart.) Today, after 3 people tried to open a new (ha!) jar of Bonne Maman's that I bought yesterday, the preserves were hard and dark. I wondered if it were jam that I was used to getting, not preserves. After spreading (with difficulty) on my English muffin, I check the expiration date. Ready? 9/14/2013!!! Almost three years expired and still on the shelf!! What is with this store?!

I have never, ever seen so many health issues with the food a Walmart store sells. I am from Central Texas and we are appalled. The worst part? There are not many more options in Crossett. You should be ashamed at your lack of inventory knowledge. I don't think Mr. Walton (founder) would have approved of the way the store is run. I am in disbelief and will share on FB.

Hey you guys I'm new to this Walmart reviewing page but I felt the need to come on here and make you guys aware of what's going on. I love Walmart for my one-stop shop and usually never have a problem. I'm from New York so nine times out of 10 I like to go to Walmart late nights, early-mornings. I wanted to make Walmart very aware that they have someone working for them that gives Walmart a bad name. She goes by the name of Loretta and works the night shift at self-checkout.

A couple of months ago I was at self-checkout getting ready to pay and I was approached by Walmart worker Loretta who reached into my purse and pulled out a bag of chips that I previously bought at another store and accuse me of stealing. Once she realize that Walmart did not sell the bag of chips that she pulled out of my purse, upon asking her to apologize, she refused to and replied people like me steal all the time and she's an old lady that made a mistake.

I did indeed let Walmart personnel know what she did and left it alone, but last night April 19, 2016 at 4:35 am once again I was approached by the same woman who asked me to leave with my therapy dog and told me that no type of dogs are allowed on Walmart property. At this point in time I feel like I'm being racially profiled and harassed every time I step foot in Walmart. I constantly have to look over my shoulder and be conscious of what I'm doing so that way this lady don't accuse me of doing anything wrong. I am a loyal customer of Walmart so I will not refrain from shopping there but I do have fears of being accused and racially profiled by this woman Loretta - Snellville, Georgia, Centerville Highway Walmart overnight self-checkout employee.

I did some shopping last evening at the local Walmart and unfortunately as I was unpacking my supplies I noticed I was unable to locate 2 items. I went down to my car twice and checked all the bags again - nothing. I stopped at the store this morning and explained the situation. The clerk behind the customer service desk was not too interested in the story. She explained that "they" would have to review the tape to see if I took all my bags or not. I was a little shocked by the news since the items added up to $10. I really just wanted my items. It took 2 clerks to over 5 minutes to get in touch with the manager and another 5 minutes for him to leisurely talk to the clerk and walk away from me. I was walking behind him trying to get his attention.

The manager was at a door before he even acknowledged me and I tried explaining my issue and his response was "he needed to look at the tape to see if I took the bag or not". I explained to him, first I would not be there if I got the items and secondly I asked if he was calling me a liar. He then proceeded to let me know that they have people coming in all of the time stating they did not receive the items when they actually did. By this time, I was running late for work and steaming because I was being called a liar. At that point, I informed the store manager that I don't need the $10 items that bad to stand there and be insulted and that I would never step another foot into a Walmart.

11:24 I walk in Walmart located at 3301 Tower Rd, Aurora, CO 80011. I stand in the "Customer Service Line". It seems the person a few people ahead of me are being helped... Although a long line, I assure myself, only a few more minutes and it will be my turn. The employee who seems to be heading up Customer Service turns and walks off. At first, I think this is for a price check, maybe manager approval... 24 Minutes goes by without a soul who can assist. Several customers standing in line reach out to a total of 6 employees and two Managers who have walked through the customer service area and around the desk. No one will help and we are told someone will be with us shortly.

Finally someone appeared to take the ladies spot who walked off - she assisted the next person, and what do you know... Another Employee ** when reaching her return desk she was unapologetic of the wait of total 28 minutes. 6 Total employees and two manager walked by the line and to the customer service desk without ever helping the line of 11 customers.

Onto my next venture at my Local Tower Road Walmart... The Pick up line for site to store. I stand waiting for a total of 13 minutes with one person in front of me with no one at the Pick up desk/photo center. Finally two employees return ** to assist the lady who is in front of me... Turns out they went to fill her site to store order... TWO employees for the ONE site to store order that consist of a sheet set and two pillows. ** starts assisting me approx 5 minutes after that (Because a manager approval is required for the lady in front of me) - Almost a full hour inside walmart and I haven't purchased what I need to get but none the less, ** and I done with our transaction quickly once the process is initiated. The pick up is done and I am on my way to get what I came for.

I stop and ask a employee if they know where I can find a multiple outlet plugs/power protectors... They tell me, "I don't know where those would be. That's not my department. I work in clothing section." I continue on my path and ask another employee and viola! They were helpful and point me in the right direction... I get what I need and head to the self checkout and proceed to ring my items out.

I call a manager now to read this review - Just so happens an armored truck shows up so the only manager has to let them in... Again... Waiting for a total of 6 minutes. The girl I had asked to call a manager sees me waiting, and says, "I am going to ask them again to come out for you." I am courteous and tell her, "Thank you, I appreciate your willingness to help." ** walks out of the backroom. I first ask her to read my review., I told her I would like to send to Corporate. She tells me anything that I send to corporate will be filtered to her store. She asks is there is anything she can help me with right now. I tell her of what happened with each department, walking her virtually through my Hell, and again she tells me that it will be sent to her once Corporate has filtered it to her. In other words she doesn't care until I send it to Corporate.

Just left my friendly neighborhood Sachse, TX Wal-Mart to return a damaged TV I purchased at the Frisco, TX Wal-Mart. I was in the store over an hour talking to two Assistant Store Managers who told me that they cannot help me. I will need to go back to the Frisco, TX Wal-Mart 20 miles away for assistance since that is where I purchase the item.

I stood in the customer service area over 15 minutes as the first Customer Service Manager called on the ASM. They never ask for ID, my name and I never explained all I wanted to do was exchange the item and I did not want money back. This Customer Service Manager never spoke to me to know what I wanted to do. I just want to replace the TV and apply the $149 to the new purchase. The CSM went around the corner and spoke to the Assistant Manager Javier. They return and already made up in their minds that this - they would not take back the item. They acted as if the item was stolen. And, ASM Javier stated he could not help me, because the TV was not purchased at the Sachse, TX Wal-Mart. This was not an item they sold at that store on the Black Friday.

Javier and another Assistant Manager acted like they look up the item in their system. They stated they could not find my receipt number and could not scan the receipt since it was not in that store. I asked Javier, "Does Wal-Mart have a computer system that links all the stores together like all the other large retailers? And why would I need to drive to Frisco, TX when I live in here in Sachse? Does each Wal-Mart store use a different policy and procedure?" To make matters worse I asked Javier, "Since you are a Manager of Wal-Mart can you call the Frisco, TX store to have them look up the transaction?" Javier stated he could not make that call and the best he could do is provide me the 800 Number to consumer affairs if I did not want to go to the Frisco, TX location.

At this point I became a little frustrated on how we as consumer has allow Wal-Mart to just run business as usually and not take steps need to protect consumer rights. Basically in no stated words, I was told "You are a dishonest ** consumer trying to get over on Wal-Mart for a $149 TV." I asked Javier to call the Store Manager and the District Manager. Javier and the other Assistant Store Manager called the police to have me removed from the store.

Wal-Mart has done a lot of good and a lot of bad for the communities they are in. The real problem I have with the retailer is, if you are going to make all this money selling the product, have systems in place to take care of your customer. The bad side of Wal-Mart, they have made all this big push to control their vendors and also push smaller retailers aside to control pricing, but this management staff was not trained on how to assist the consumer. Why do you have Managers that did not know how their Return to Vendor process work, just saying NO to the customer? I am certain the TV vendor would have provided Wal-Mart a vendor credit for this damage TV, which was determined it was not more than a year old. There was never an attempt to take my information and the TV's information to call the vendor with the serial number.

This is the second time I have had this problem and I vowed never to return to Wal-Mart. I purchased an eclectic rider online for my grandson and did not like the purchase. Both of the returns I had the receipt and was treated like I was a criminal in an investigation by Wal-Mart customer Service and the Manager(s) on duty. This time I will NEVER set a foot into another Wal-Mart. Which lead me to say, "When I purchased the six TVs, there was no problem? But, when it is time to service the customer, it is a BIG, 'I CANNOT HELP YOU'."

I usually never have any type of issues in the Jerseyville, IL store. I have many friends who work there, so I normally actually enjoy my visits. But when I went in a few days ago, it was different. I had hot food in my car and a hungry family, so I was in a hurry when I stopped by Walmart that evening. My boyfriend and our son waited in the car. I ran in to grab him a case of beer. I walked to the back of the store, got what I needed and everything was great... until I got to self checkout. I could see that the old hag of a cashier was being rude to the two teenage girls next to me. If I hadn't already heard what was going on, you would've thought the girls were shoplifting or doing something horrible the way the cashier was treating them.

About 5 minutes later, I saw her look at us, sigh heavily and say "let me wait on them" and she finally walked towards the gentleman who was also waiting and I. She waited on him first (I was there before him, but it wasn't a big deal). She finished up with him and FINALLY came to help me. The first thing I noticed was the sour look on her face and her reeking of cigarettes. She saw that the screen was asking for ID, which I had no problem with because I look young and always have my ID ready, but when I have to wait forever and she's rude, there's a problem. She asked me if I had alcohol, I nodded my head. She asked me if I had alcohol THREE times before I finally said yes (like she couldn't use her eyes and see for herself) and pointed at the case of beer.

I had my ID sitting on my pocketbook waiting for her the entire time. She asked me if I had my ID, while signing. I pointed to my ID and said "right there". She rudely looked at me and said loudly "well, can you hand it to me!?" Now, I have a space issue and having to touch people I don't know, especially gross old ladies like her. I handed her my ID. I probably had a bad look on my face, but can you blame me? The lady FINALLY punched in my birth date and dropped my ID back on the counter, almost dropping it on the floor. I looked at her with an "are you freakin serious?" look as she acted like a 2 year old and stomped away back to the teenagers who were waiting on her. I hurried up and paid, got my change and started walking away. As I walked away, she literally yelled in a rude voice "HAVE A NICE DAY!". If I hadn't been in a hurry that day, I would've gotten her name and complained then.

Has Walmart forgotten about customer service? I worked in the field for a long time before switching careers. I understand bad days and everything going wrong, but lose the attitude and look good for the job. I've emailed the corporate office. A manager called me from the store (when I said no calls and to email). I wrote back and said "I would be more than happy to talk via email". I hope the appropriate action gets taken about the cashier.

I had an incident with a manager of some sort at the Walmart Supercenter in Bentonville (Walmart 100, I think) and said incident left me somewhat upset, for it was a personal occurrence. After some time without him contacting me back, I realized I had accidentally put his address on my ACT account, rather than my own (he lived 2 houses down at the time) before I had ever met him. After the awkward situation had been long passed, I decided to confront him about my test results. He wouldn't answer the door. He wouldn't answer my calls or messages. He never gave me my mail! Every time I'd go to 'his' Walmart, I would be with a friend and I would mention somehow my displeasure with his existence to whomever I was with. Well, today, I mentioned such dislike and he heard it, proceeding to bring a sheet of paper to me which I had to sign. He kicked me out of the store from then on for the comments 'made to [him].'

However, I never said anything TO him. He tried to make my friend leave as well, but she had no part in it and I told him so. He walked me out. I was respectful, saying yes sirs and even told him to have a nice day. After the fact, as I was waiting for my friend to finish getting her watch fitted, I realized I may not have been treated legally. For, I said nothing to him, only to my friend. And if I'm banned for having a conversation, was my right to say what I please denied? I'm not a lawyer, but I feel as though his personal feelings were behind this situation, and I do not believe he should have been able to kick me out of a Supercenter simply because I have a (reasonable) bad opinion of him. Also, if he has the authority to do this, what else could he do?

I put all my money on one card then I disputed a transaction and my card was instantly compromised and I was told I would have to wait 2 weeks to get a new card. Or I could just go purchase another card from Walmart and transfer the funds from that card to the new card. I did just that and what followed is totally shocking to me and completely ridiculous because I've had a card with Walmart since they started. I've only disputed made of the 5 items and that entire time three of which happened on this one incident. And the way I was treated is unbelievable I could not understand their accents. It was very hard to follow what they're saying at all. I was hung up on and lied to about transferring all the money I had on the card to the new one.

Now what gets me about it all is it's my money. They didn't give me credit for anything. It's my money I can't have it. Being quite rude about it for whatever reason they have for doing this it's the way it always starts with these big corporations. The customer service starts to fail and then they fail. Just look at what happened to Kmart. there was a time when Kmart was Unstoppable like Walmart is now. Customer service got crappy and the people like me quit shopping there and buying their products even if I have to pay more because I refuse to let them win. They think because they're on top the customer service people can be rude and hang up on their customers. Tell them they're going to call them back and never do. Like I said I'm never going to shut up about this. I just think I'm going to go and every blog every News Channel I can find. The point out this travesty of the consumer world called Walmart.

Wal-Mart knew this and in the last 5 months I worked there tried to fire me three times!! And here I am with all my retirement plans up in smoke. I work in a right to work state (Indiana) which pretty much allows them to get away with whatever they want!! I wasn't treated fairly and have a half dozen fellow employees that feel the same way and are willing to give statements to that effect. This happened at a Wal-Mart in Northern Idaho where I live. First off my father and I are both ex-marines. I currently am employed as a state trooper and my father is a battalion chief for the fire department where we reside. I am 33 my father is 54 . Now here is what happened. It was around 9 pm I was just starting my shift and met my old man at our Wal-Mart for a minute. I went in, purchased the new Jurassic park DVD and a can of Copenhagen and my father behind me bought a pack of smokes.

Now what completely blew my mind was how rude the cashier asked for our id's. Now we were both in full uniform at the time, out of curiosity I asked why, her reply was that we appeared under the age of "50". I laughed and replied well as you can see we are both of age, she became almost irate that I asked and threatened to have us escorted out of the store to which I replied, "Umm, can't you see I'm in full uniform with a badge and gun and my old man was in his uniform as well minus the gun?" She replied, "How do I know you guys are who you say you are?" To which I replied, "You don't" and we both left and walked out of the store and as I got in my patrol car a loss prevention officer came out and apologized numerous times.

All the while the manager refused to even apologize or come speak with us. So as a result we will make sure our families and friends and everyone we know will avoid Wal-Mart at all cost no matter what. So there you go, Wal-Mart hiring a rude, uneducated person, lacking basic life skills as a human being just cost you a few very loyal customers but I am sure your corporation could care less just like your customer service. Last but not least Target, KMart and 7-11 gained new loyal customers.

I've been employed since November 2015. I started off as most new hires do... with hopes that maybe I can make a stable career in retail working there. Then I started noticing changes that they claim in orientation, doesn't exist. A very evasive store manager, breaks and lunch not being followed according to policy, refusing to acknowledge time off requests and being "forced" to work in other departments without proper training. The biggest issue to date, is as follows:

This week is a pay week. and my form of pay is direct deposit. I never received my deposit! I tried calling payroll, who directed me to my store personnel office. They're telling me I have to wait 24 to 48hours. Problem is... I've already been waiting approximately 60hrs prior to finally being able to actually catch up with personnel. I've tried reaching out to my store manager about my missing pay but as with every other situation, he remained evasive until his shift ended.

Also for the past month, I've been trying to let them know that I can no longer work Sundays because of changed daycare availability. They've completely ignored that... and marketing will not address the issue. I call corporate and they just refer me back to the same store manager who's evading everyone! On the topic of my missing pay: I'm on public transportation... just like about 65% of Wal-Mart employees. There's been no attempt to pay me for the 61 plus hours owed to me and I'm forced to miss work due to no money for transportation... And can't pay ANY of my other bills nor can I handle the important things like food and diapers for my child. I'm in the process of looking for new employment, as well as trying to take legal action against Wal-Mart for failing and/or refusing to pay the wages already owed to me!!

Wal-Mart sells items from 3rd party vendors on Walmart.com. You can not return so-called "Marketplace" items to Wal-Mart stores and Wal-Mart return policy does not apply to these items. When you want to buy an item from Walmart.com find out who is the vendor and check the vendors return policy. In other words, you have to read the fine prints of a fine print to find this out or learn it the hard way like I did. In my case the vendor didn't want to comply with its own return policy and I had to fight that too. To be safe I will not shop from Walmart.com again.

Today it was .89 cent overcharge for Halo mandarin oranges. Last week I was charged for strawberries I didn't purchase and in previous weeks it was one thing or another. Getting the overcharge refunded is a headache because I had to exchange groceries to receive it. Had to wait in line twice for this! Other than that, the staff couldn't be friendlier. I just started working at WM #1240 a few weeks ago. I did not receive adequate training and was bounced around from dept. to dept. like a ping pong ball my first 6 shifts. I was then placed in OTC, which is fine. The first night, I was scheduled with 8hrs. of freight... Yeah right!! I had seen less freight on a 12hr. night and I was by myself! Obviously not familiar with the location of items, I was not able to complete the freight alone. Toward the end of my shift, another associate was sent over to "help" me. In the entire 8 hr. shift I worked, I saw my manager maybe 3 times. The following night was a 1 truck night with virtually no freight in OTC so I was working overstock. About 3/4 of the way through my shift, I'm called into the ads office just so my manager (same guy from night before) can tell me that he doesn't "sense the urgency" in me to complete my tasks. What the hell do they expect? I just barely started working there.

In my first 6 shifts, I worked 4 different departments. I had no actual training on anything. The first time I was alone in a dept. I didn't even have a Gemini because no one had explained to me how to get my hands on one! Then they look at me as though I am committing heresy for not being able to work all the freight! Anyway, when I was called into the ads office and told that I was going too slow, after busting my ass every night that I worked I made the decision to walk out. I refuse to work for a company that has absolutely no respect for the people that make things happen. If it weren't for the associates, mgmt. wouldn't have jobs themselves. I refuse to work for a company that does not take care of their employees. Needless to say, WM is most definitely no longer in the cards for me.

My first day on the floor, I was told by a 2nd shift employee that 3rd shift is spoiled. At first, I was slightly offended because I was 3rd shift, but now I completely understand. 3rd shift management has absolutely NO ONE to answer to. They have the run of the place and can do whatever the hell they want and treat people however the hell they want with no repercussions. Not to mention that support managers and managers are so "buddy buddy" that going to anyone would be pointless. WM is by far the absolute WORST company that anyone could work for. The work itself is not bad but mgmt is terrible!!

She spent 45 minutes trying to get help to pay for this air conditioner that she ordered on Walmart.com. As I pay on delivery I was told the assistant store manager was busy. When I went to the back he was coming back from eating. They lied to me because I said he was in the back room working on something for another customer. 7 years ago this was a wonderful place to work - it has gotten so bad that nobody any shift can't even smile anymore and just dread having to go to work. That is very pitiful for a company that does as much money as they do. They took away half of the night shift differential and they took away the Sunday differential and they took away the holiday pay for all holidays. This has costed me $125 a pay. I can honestly say the company just keeps getting worse. Walmart just agreed to raise their minimum wage to $10 per hour for all new hires. Existing employees got a pay raise as well. What they didn't tell the public is that they gave the raise but cut everyone's hours so they didn't have to pay the raise.

Then they started telling everyone that they needed to work even harder for that pay raise!! Seriously? I need to work even harder for minimum wage? I've gone from 35 hours a week to 15 because they don't want to pay for that raise. This kind of crap should be illegal!! On Dec. 24th, 2015, I purchased a 70-inch Vizio television model E550i-B2E from your Easton, Maryland store. The overall experience was less than satisfactory. Before the purchase the young lady called the store manager (Craig) to see if they had any 70-inch televisions in stock. The reply was yes, but the box had been opened and he would give a 10% discount for an open box. I was assured that all the contents were in the box and that the television was in working order. The next day (Christmas), we noticed the power cord, remote, and screws for the mounting stand were missing. Dec. 26th, at 8am, I arrived back at the store and presented the problem to the clerk and asked to see the manager (Craig), knowing he would remember the sale from the day before. Here is where the problem begins.

At that point I was shuffled for clerk to clerk with little to no understanding of the problem. Craig would not make himself visible to me upon request, instead your store manager did the following. Craig would not allow your employee to replace the contents of the Vizio TV, instead the clerk were instructed to give me a power cord from their back room, and a FREE universal remote with a Have A Nice Day attitude. The universal remote cannot be used for the initial setup. Sequentially I have ordered a new remote from Amazon and now I'm trying to find a correct power cord and three 7X4mm Phillips screws for the mounting stand. But gee whiz, I got 10% off!!! (was not looking for a discount, I wanted a quintessential product).

So at this point I don't know if I own a 70-inch HDTV or a $1,200.00 boat anchor. Do you think you would have a different point of view than myself? I feel this could have been such an easy fix but instead Wal-Mart took my money and ran with it. As you well know Vizio did not ship your store an open TV box, it was opened at your location. Please don't throw the responsibility on the Vizio corporation. The responsibility is yours and yours alone. I am a small business owner and I could never behave this way to my customers!

On December 18, 2015, around 3:30 PM, my wife and I entered the Walmart store at 300 Greenbriar Drive, Normal, Illinois. She is handicapped (walks with a cane) and we are elderly (76 and 78 years old). She suffers from a painful back problem called Spinal Stenosis. Carrying virtually any weight aggravates her condition so I always carry her purse.

As soon as we were inside, Mrs. ** headed for the bathroom, and I went to Customer Service to purchase a gift card (the only reason we were in the store). As I bought the card, I set the purse on the counter. Right off, the clerk asked, "Is that your purse?" I said "Yes," assuming that she was joking. I was a little shocked when she asked the same question a second time, but again I replied "Yes." Then she asked it a third time and I replied that "my wife had gone to the bathroom and I carry her purse because she is handicapped." I was quite embarrassed inasmuch as a line was forming and people could hear our conversation. (One person in line spoke up and said she saw me enter the store with the purse.)

The interrogation took a more ominous turn when the clerk then said, "I must see identification from inside the purse." When I didn't answer, she said "If you don't comply I will call security." At no point did she state any rationale for looking inside my wife's purse or for calling security. Just after the clerk threatened to call security, my wife arrived. I told her I was being interrogated and detained for security. She then told the clerk that she had been in the bathroom, I carry the purse because of her handicap, and the purse belongs to her. The clerk muttered something about being sorry and my wife and I left the store. For several years, I have carried my wife's purse inside that store and inside many stores in several different states and never once did store personnel question me. Would you please explain why my wife and I were treated this way?

The parking lot could be better patrolled to keep vehicles from double parking, presumably to keep people from scratching their car or to keep door dings away from their vehicle. Another thing is to make their store security less obvious. It's so easy to tell if the store "**" is watching someone. I had one watching me and following me all over the store. I would act like I was stealing just to get him on me when in effect I have never stole from any store but the store "**" was so obvious it was funny and a game to screw him up.

All grocery stores have basically the same brand name products, so why pay more for the same brands at a high dollar store unless you're out to impress people by showing you have the means to throw away money on food. I am talking about price and service. I have also found that the particular Wal-Mart I shop (Store 4410) has the best produce of all the area supermarkets including the so-called high end stores. Anytime I need help there is always a friendly, helpful store employee to help me. The only negative I have to say is that like all retailers of any description, they are occasionally out of stock of the product I need.

When the grocery area is busy, it becomes impassable with carts. The carts are too big; I know this is to encourage buying more, but it has become very annoying and few people buy way more than they came for. I am convinced at this point they have no intention to make this right with nothing more than an apology and an explanation how they intend to put corrective actions in place to prevent further occurrences for customers.

After reviewing the tons of complaints from customers and employees over their treatment appeals me. Even though I have been a professional in shops that were union free and believed that was best for my companies. Because management chooses to ignore serious complaints from both employees and customers I am preparing to help organize the Fremont store in order to get representation into that company that will force Walmart to follow and practice their ethics and harassment policy as well as getting the poor employees a livable wage.

I have worked for Walmart for over a year now and will begin my new job hunt early in the morning. I never had a write up and kept up with my attendance and loved my job; but as of my recent experience with my management and fellow employees I can honestly say I will never work there again nor will I suggest a friend or family member to work there.

I had a family emergency and could not make it to work. While speaking with my Assistant Manager about the problem she then proceeded to raise her voice and complain of what I was missing work for, as if me taking my mother to the hospital was not enough of an emergency to miss that day. She then had the gall to tell me I should have requested the day off three weeks in advance. Now I will admit my wrong. That sentence had upset me quite a bit and I replied then to her quite rudely that "If I knew my mother was going to have a heart attack three weeks ago, I would have requested for the day! But lo and behold, I can't see the future."

I left it at that and went on about my way. I came back in for my shift the next day hoping it was all behind me (my mother still in the hospital) and worked my shift as usual. Well, tried to. Every half hour for the next six hours I had to dodge angry management and supervisors. Each with their own nasty looks and comments. I managed to hold my tongue because I needed my job but by my sixth hour of work I had had it. A member of management, whom I'd had problems with since she came to our store had apparently went to my CSMs saying I was just standing around.

Well, for some odd reason, instead of calling me to the adds office (like how any other issue should be treated) they sent a fellow cashier and former CSM to my register to yell at me. I mean she actually yelled at me in front of customers and employees. She proceeded to tell me that if I ever screwed around like that again I would have to answer to management. By the time she walked away I was in tears and customers mouths were open with shock. I called my CSM and told her I was going to have to head home for the day. My mother needed me more than they did anyway. So here I am still fuming from what happened and entering applications.

I was in my local Walmart and purchased several items including a pair of $49.00 hair clippers and a half gallon of Blue Bunny ice cream. After paying for my items the cashier started ringing up the next customer and putting his purchased in the bags. Before I got all my bags from the turnstile I looked as best as I could to see if I got everything and it seemed so at that point. When I got home I noticed the ice cream was missing then my clippers and a couple cans of paint. My wife called the store and told someone that was supposed to be in customer service, to tell them what happened. They said to come back with the receipt but it was almost 10pm and a 35 mile roundtrip to the store. So I waited till the next day and when I told the woman at the CS desk everything she looked in a book and said nothing was reported! And wait out on a bench until the manager has time to look at the cameras' history!

So I waited and waited then I told my wife to call the bank and reverse the charges. Then a lower level manager approaches me to look at the slip. We can't determine what item was the ice cream. She then calls another manager over to look, that walks away and looks at the surveillance. She's gone a while so I decide to call my bank and find the charges had been reversed in my favor! I told the one manager that her supervisor can forget about it, I got my money back. As I am leaving the manager that was supposed to be checking the surveillance comes running out just before I get out the door and calls me a liar, that I got everything I had and made some other comment I couldn't understand. I then tell her I can call the police. She then makes a threatening remark! I then called their 800 number to complain and I said more than I usually do.

I don't like talking about my PTSD and anxiety I am on disability for but told the rep about it and how this store experience made my day intolerable. I know I can seem to act strange when stressed and in loud environments especially when there are a lot of people around but I have made progress. The military has done a lot for me but left scars! If I did leave the store with the missing merchandise then it was stolen out of my locked SUV while I was driving or the cows on the farm next to my home took them while I was unloading! If it wasn't for my Bank USAA I would have been out almost $70.00 because this Walmart swears I got what I paid for. I looked at where the cameras were while waiting and couldn't see how they could see that I got all my bags? Even the best surveillance system doesn't have x-ray vision that can see the contents of a bag!

Shame on the manager of the Seneca, SC Walmart for pushing a disabled Vet over the edge and accuse me of stealing. Where my ice cream, clippers and paint are I have no idea. Could be the customer that was behind me. Even if it cost more elsewhere I will never shop at this Walmart again. Thanks for treating people like humans.

Right next to the aisle I was browsing in were the fish tanks. My son decided to look at the fish while I picked out the treatment. He called me over with great concern and showed me at least a dozen fish were floating dead upside down in the tanks while their fellow fish swam nearby in their tiny containment. Needless to say, this was not something I wanted my son to be exposed to, let alone the horrifying implications it gives as to how frequently the animals are being tended to, what conditions their tanks are kept in, and how it is now a safety hazard to the poor remaining fish.

I got management involved right away. I am absolutely disgusted that this unfortunate event took place and strongly encourage Walmart to cease the sell of all live animals since the company clearly does not have the animals' well-being in mind or seen as a priority. Leave the poor animals out of your sales. This tragedy is one that could clearly have been avoided. Attached are some pics of some of the fish.

Varying from saying I was leaving after my breaks (she told me to talk to our SWAS about heading home since it wasn't busy and my SWAS said I could leave) when socializing in the lunch room (I found out from our store standards) to as much as trying to get me in trouble for cleaning up the lab (it's a brutal mess).

She is always glaring and rolling her eyes at me. I swear I have not seen her smile at me since my first week. She does not show up for her shift on time, always at least 5 minutes late so I don't get out until 10 minutes after my shift was over, and she is extremely disruptive when our full timer (her friend) is on shift while she isn't, standing at the counter distracting both myself and the full timer from doing our job and annoying customers. I have gone to my SWAS about these things multiple times but she does not care in the slightest. I have taken photographic evidence of one of our part timer's "cleanups" at night when I open the next day. The trash is always full and I have come back on shift after not being in for two-three days to find the exact same picture frame packaging on the floor.

At the same time, my SWAS was threatening to fire me for having a friend come into print pictures a few days in a row. My SWAS also scheduled me for a shift that is outside of my hours of availability and in a department I've never been in without even asking me. My coworker had informed me of it with the schedule in hand. I can easily say that I am not at all pleased with how my Wal-Mart handles their employees, and I hope to find a new job so I can be a whole lot less stressed about going to work.

I bought a LG TV model # 43LF5400 on 1/30/2016 for $298 + tax = $318.86. The exact brand new TV was on sale for $277.99 at Sears and on Amazon (free shipping) that day. When I told this to the sale representative at Walmart, he told me that I can get the difference back from Savings Catcher. So, I bought the TV at Walmart instead of at Sears or Amazon that day. I came back home and entered the Savings Catcher receipt information. I also saved the website price description on Amazon and Google sale price listings for Sears just in case. I did not get the $20.01 difference as promised. Walmart Savings Catcher has no service phone number, so I wrote them. It's been two weeks without reply. I'm never buying another expensive item at Walmart if there's a better price elsewhere.

I was buying fish supplies and noticed a dead Betta in a very tiny container. I then looked in the fish tanks and every single tank had multiple dead fish. I called for management and an assistant manager (Geane) came and told me they did not have an employee currently over the fish department. I showed him the multiple dead fish in each tank. He was very apologetic and thankful for me showing him.

I went by the next day and they had cleaned out the dead fish. But, a few day later there were more dead fish. The fish are sick and not being cared for and are continuing to die. I counted 17 Betta fish in small under watered and terribly dirty water. I told them that this water needs to be changed daily. The fish are swimming in their toilet and the waste adds toxins to the water and leads to disease and death. One of the Betta had been laying dead in his container for days. I watched to see if it was moved and it Sat there for several days. It has some kind of lesions all over it. I rescued 3 that day and one died a few days later. He was tail biting and extremely stressed and there was no way to save him.

I have one that I purchased on December 17, 2015 from the Hixson, TN Wal-mart and I had watched him for 3 weeks before I could no longer take the abuse. I pointed it out to the department manager, a female, and she said she does not have time to take care of the fish. We counted 35 Betta containers and I feel horrible purchasing them because that means it will be replaced with another poor victim to sit and rot on a shelf.

The fish I rescued in December is still in a hospital tank. He had ammonia poisoning and swim bladder disease and developed columnaris from sitting in diseased water for too long. He is so damaged but for some reason is hanging on. I have spend a fortune on medications for this fish. I don't know why but I felt he survived my initial treatments and wants to live! So, he is still hanging on. I feel this is horrible treatment of fish and I wish that Wal-mart would discontinue their fish departments. They don't get the proper care and treatment they need.

That is 26994 miles of use and these tires are worn bald. I was told by the Walmart manager in Phoenix, Az. at Bell and 19th Ave. that there would be no adjustment for a new set even though they were worn out in about half of the mileage life advertised. He stated that I would have had to brought the tires in before they were worn out. Tire alignments and rotations kept my tires from wearing abnormal. The manager stated that I would have to contact Dextero to settle the advertised warranty issue.

These tires were purchased at another Walmart in Clinton Arkansas and they made an adjustment on the other like tires. They at that time stated that I couldn't get an adjustment on the tires unless the tread was worn to the wear marker. This is a complete reversal to what I was told today at Walmart. After feeling that I was ripped off with my tire purchases at Walmart today, I traveled over to Big O and purchased a new $800.00 set. I still have the paperwork on the Dextero tires with mileage included. I truly feel that Dextero should accommodate a warranty adjustment. I will never purchase a Dextero product again, nor purchase tires from Walmart.

Whatever the case, I helped her along as she was moving kind of slow and we had an appointment to keep right after we left. We had several clothing items, so I assisted by removing the hangers and she continued to scan the items that had hangers removed. Usually, a person would say "thank you". Instead, the cashier asks if I mind if she walks down to the next customer to let her know that she came in her line after she turned off her light. Appalled, I told her it was fine and she proceeded to shoo the customer to another line (not literally). Needless to say the cashier still did not say thank you. Oh yeah, I was charged twice for one item. Didn't catch it until I had been at home for hours. And I was too tired to return to the store.

I noticed a duplicate charge on my credit card and called Walmart.com to inquire about it. Before calling, I tried to compare information in my Order History against my credit card statement. Only one charge matched exactly. Due to the way they bill, it is impossible to match charges that appear on your credit card statement with orders on the Walmart.com website. The customer service representative could not figure it out either and told me to dispute the charge. Capital One credited me the amount and requested information from Walmart.com.

Walmart.com responded with what looked like a statement printout with such small font that it could not be read. Capital One rebilled me automatically upon receiving response from the merchant without investigating the contents of the statement. I called Capital One. They pulled up the Walmart statement and could not read it either. I was told to respond with a letter and continue to dispute the charge.

I decided to call Walmart.com a second time as a customer asking them to explain the charge. The customer service representative could not find an order that could have been linked to the charge. I asked to speak to the Billing department. She said that she had to be authorized to transfer me there and told me to dispute the charge again. She said that I could not speak with the billing department directly and that my bank was the only entity who could do so. I explained my frustration as a customer noting that I was owed an explanation from the place where I made a purchase and insisted on being put through to the Billing Department. I was put on hold briefly and was hung up on. At this time, my only option is to re-dispute the charge.

Okay 10 minutes later the price is verified, rung up and lo and behold the cashier does not place the item in my bag. I get home and begin unpacking my bags to discover that the item is missing. This is the store in Dumfries Virginia (I live in Washington DC) Store #03588, and so their solution, return to the store 40 miles away to receive either the item or refund (Joseph the Customer Service Manager at least that is what he says).

To compound the lack of customer service at the store level, I spoke with Megan at the Corporate Office who in turn calls the store and comes back online to tell me that she spoke with Shantel ** who states I need to return to the store. My question is that since this was purchased on a Walmart Credit Card, and I had the sales receipt with all the pertinent information they needed to issue a refund for the item back to my card, without me driving back to the store 40 miles away, why if they provide excellent customer service, couldn't they take the information (Credit Card Number) and process a refund? I bought these tires on Father's Day of 2015 at a Walmart 1 hour from where I live. Due to the circumstances I was not able to buy the road hazard warranty. We get home and put the tires on my Explorer V8. Left rear tire was 15 LB low the first time I drove the car 2 days after installing. Filled it up. 3 days later same tire was 15 low again. 3 weeks after spending $650 I needed a new tire. Had a pin hole in the side wall. That is not repairable.

2 months later, on my gravel road, I get a giant rock stuck in the tire. Obviously, again, not repairable. So I put my spare on. 3 more months later, my husband is going to work, pops another tire. Again, not repairable. 3 weeks later I'm driving and surprise surprise, another flat. So I have less than 10,000 miles on the tires and have had nothing but issues.

On the plus side Walmart has been really good at working with me. So, my advice: If you have a small car and never have to drive over any type of gravel, these might be ok tires. If your car will be touching ANY gravel at all spend an extra $300-$400 and get a better set of tires. I have reached the end of my rope with these tires several times already.

At the time Mr. ** was working on one car along with two part-time associates and I was bringing in tires alone.

The reason we have two tire dollies is so two associates instead of one can bring in the tires. One associate brings tires in the front and one brings them in the back of the TLE. I have been tolerant of Mr. ** mood swings adhd since he came from shipping and receiving to TLE. Despite the fact that he tried to provoke me to fight him the first week by getting in my face. This man has a problem with control. Each man in this dept. knows his job. This job runs fine until Mr. ** starts to over manage the job. I wish he would learn to ask employees to work over their scheduled hours instead of threatening with rescheduling them to work after the shift ends due to him retaliating because he feels an associate is not obeying his demand.

I am not a hard associate to work with. I had already assisted manager ** that day alone with unloading bark mulch off a truck which Mr. ** had me do and I was glad to do it, even though the code was for lawn and garden. I changed oil in several vehicles alone. It occurred to me that maybe Mr. ** did not get the transfer to the Asheboro which he asked me to transfer with him and I told him I wanted to remain in Siler City. This HAS A NEW MANAGER AS WELL AS SUPPORT MANAGER. I don"t feel comfortable going to them about this problem. When ** was terminated from TLE, Mr. ** came out to the TLE work area Bay, stated that ** was about to be terminated and if we did not believe it watch the office door.

This man had worked at TLE many years and was a good Christian man. I don't understand why Mr. ** did this. I feel an associate works safer when he is not feeling insecure about his job or his bills. I know Mr. ** is young and is going to make mistakes as a bay manager, but he abuses his position as a manager. He boasts about the fact that he is the boss and we should work and his job is to watch us. This is not the way our manager ** managed. He worked with us in the bay and did not rest on his morals...

United airlines refunded money on cancelled flight. Needed to upgrade ticket to fly out of Seattle not Portland for my mother's funeral. Walmart won't refund money until the 13th of this month. I asked for supervisor 5 times I called back. Nobody could connect me to a supervisor. The refund was to instantly apply to another ticket which went from 237 to a 570 dollar ticket. I explained this to 5 customer reps. She just kept saying 13th my purchased was never refunded and now I'M unable to pay the 570 because of no refund. United supervisor even gave me his number to call for verification on the flight and was understanding in reason for buying the ticket in the first place. Purchase any other card. 100% horrible. I'LL never shop at Walmart again!!!

So I have been with Walmart for 13 years and worked a few different locations. My current location is the worst by far. Nothing but favoritism, and retaliation. The store manager came in sick as a dog for a week and got everyone else sick. 7 people in my department called in or left early (I work with fresh foods so nobody that is sick should be there) anyway, one person should have been fired (he said so himself) and they only coached me (I got a verbal), they counted bereavement against me as one of my sick days. And they have not even called him in to say anything to him (he told me so himself).

Also I found out from people in other departments as well as mine that I was going to be written up today. They won't let us trade shifts or days or anything and I had to prepare for my daughter's baptism so I had to call in and the department manager told multiple people that she was going to write me up and is also telling people that 2 people in my department are being fired that she is looking for any ** reason to fire them (I have only been given the name of one of these people). And we have a new hire that was told in orientation that they are about to fire 2 people in the department.

This store doesn't care how hard you work. They only care about how much ass you kiss. There are so many health violations and when I bring them up they are rude as hell to me. There are few people in this department that truly bust ass and work hard but because the ass kissers don't like them they will be fired. The golden child in the department brags about how she has had sooo many people fired, and if she don't like em she'll make their life hell until they quit or get fired. This is the worst store to work at. Colorado stores are filled with nothing but rude people. The thing is I don't mind taking credit for my attendance and owning that write up but if they aren't going to do it to everyone, if all the policies don't apply to everyone that's when I have a problem. I would give 0 stars if it allowed it.

Do not create an account with Walmart.com or their Savings Catcher program. It seems like a good idea until your account gets hacked. I received an e-mail notifying me that my account information had been changed, and provided me contact information. After I called the number, the individual I spoke with informed me that there had been no changes made to my account and no purchases. The next day I attempted to scan my receipt through the Savings Catcher program, and was prompted to login to my account. This had only happened on one other occasion, and the last time I checked my balance it was significantly lower than it should have been. This time when I tried logging in, the system told me that my e-mail and/or password were incorrect. When I attempted to enter my registered e-mail address to reset my password, the system told me that there was no account associated with the e-mail address I provided.

I then called Walmart.com back, at which time they told me that my account had been compromised and my e-mail address had been changed by someone residing in the UK. Obviously no charges will be brought against this person for the more than $80 that they stole from me. I requested my account be closed with Walmart.com and that any cards associated with my account be deleted. I would not advise signing up with Walmart.com because even if there is proof that your account has been compromised, they don't really make any effort to resolve your issue or reimburse you what you are owed.

Then she started ringing up the next person and I hadn't even gotten all my bags in my cart. I left wondering if I had left something there. She never said "Thank you. Have a nice day." or anything. She was downright rude. I hardly ever go to Wal-Mart but every time I do I am reminded why I quit going there. Your merchandise isn't worth the disrespect or aggravation you go through. This is a WARNING to anyone trying to buy from Walmart.com. I'm down in Miami, Florida and I have had the worst experience buying online from Walmart.com. Two week ago, I ordered a CAP Barbell 2-Inch Olympic Weight Bar, 7-Ft, Price: $61.99 Sold by Walmart.com, Order No. ** and Order #*. (one of the order number just disappear due to system reboot in one of the occasions). In the past two weeks, I have had a real nightmare with customs service and their supervisors. My order said it was shipped but the day of arrival came and I did not received an email for pickup. I have call 5 times to solve this issue and they have canceled the order and placed a new one but again, was lost in processing. Called again and same thing, new cancellation and new order.

After 15 days a got really frustrated and I requested them to refund my money at the same register I have paid in cash. You really get what you pay for! Before you buy at Walmart.com, consider the frustration of not getting your merchandise when you are suppose to, the aggravation of waiting on the phone for numerous hours and getting someone that don't speak proper English plus the real mind bending versions of supervisors that don't know what they are doing. Is it really worth it? Walmart.com com has become a Hi-risk solution. So probably, you are better off on with Amazon.com. I have placed this issue on every possible chat page out there to warn people of this risk.

You can even have item shipped to the Walmart store nearest to you if it's an item that needs to be assembled. For example, a few months ago, I purchased a recumbent exercise bike and another time a file cabinet. I had them both delivered directly to Walmart so they could assemble it before I received it. On top of that, the assembly is always free. If there is anything you don't like about product, even after you've had it assembled, you don't have to mail it anywhere you can return it to that Walmart. No questions asked.

I have order many things through Amazon, WalMart, and many other online retailers. I have never had a problem with anything I have ordered online. Amazon is the best I have ordered from to date. They provide you with delivery dates, emails if your items won't be there on time, and they text and email you once your package has been delivered. They always have great packaging of your items. This makes me feel as if they care about my items as much as I do. They also ask for feedback on how your experience with them went. I have yet to write a negative piece of feedback with them.

As I have said, I order through many online retailers. I have not been unhappy at all with my purchases not being what they were described as or not coming in a timely manner and damaged. I have never had to send any item back that I have ordered. This has become my main way to shop instead of going out to the crowded stores, hoping I will find what I am in need of. When I order, I may have to wait a day or so for what I want, but it is always worth the wait.

It is very safe using the American Express Bluebird card because you control the amount that is available on your card. For this reason, I would recommend online shopping with Walmart. However, be very careful to check if the product is sold by Walmart. Sometimes other companies are on the website not associated with Walmart. I have ordered from them when Walmart was out of stock and did not have any problems but, they have different return policies that I did not care for. In addition, please remember to check all return policies on the item you purchase as it will state "Do not return to Walmart." Employees cannot take back items that come from other stores.

I ordered a fishing pole and tackle box and when I went to pick it up I was told there was only the fishing pole there and they didn't know anything else. Told me I had to go home and log into Walmart.com to find out where my tackle box was, and said it was probably cancelled. I received all of the items but one of the items, a pair of jeans that I ordered, came to me 4 sizes smaller than I ordered and the product was a different pair of jeans than what I ordered. I went online and requested a replacement and received a shipping label and sent the jeans back. It said in the email that I would receive an email soon with order number and tracking details for the replacement items (never received an email). I spent time on 6-8 phone calls attempting to get a refund, speaking with 4-5 customer service reps who spoke very little English and were not familiar with the products and could not help me. I was put on hold for 10-15 minutes each time and disconnected several times. I returned the jeans on 12/23/15 and have not received a refund or any new product.

As a first time Internet buyer with Walmart, I have to say that I will boycott this company in the future and will never purchase anything from them again. I eventually went through Paypal to see if I could get the $20 back that I spent on the jeans which I don't have and returned previously with no new product sent. If this is what Walmart serves up, no thanks! Very disappointed with the entire Internet experience with them and the poor customer service and the entire way they have handled the situation. I will never buy from this company again and will tell everyone that I know to not buy from them either. Horrible experience!

Briefed her about my login and password reset issue, and she blathers endlessly about clearing my cookies and perhaps removing some applications which may be interrupting or interfering my login. Completely irrelevant to my login issue. It was obviously a site problem, but she stupidly ignored that. In fact, told me to Logout---and then try logging in---then call TS back 30 minutes later... Wal-Mart store: 4004 Lawrenceville Hwy. NW Lilburn, GA, 30047. I purchased at Wal-Mart today an electric toothbrush for my grandson. I selected a brush styled as a cartoon character I knew he would take interest in. When I got the toothbrush home I discovered that the back of the package had been ripped open resealed with packing tape. A KIDS toothbrush??! I mean, something you put in your mouth Seriously? Opened, compromised, resealed and reshelved. Naturally, I did not give this to my grandson. I went back to the Wal-Mart store to talk to a manager about this situation. I found it highly concerning that the Wal-Mart employee that put a used kids toothbrush back on the shelf did not find that action concerning. I wanted to know if Wal-Mart management found this situation at all concerning.

I also noticed there was a sticker on the back that says: Reduced 25% Now: $3.75. This indicates that more than one person must have made the decision to sell an opened, compromised toothbrush. I spoke at length with a young lady who was a customer service manager. She then brought her supervisor into the conversation. This man told me that his name is **. ** is about 60 years old, fit, ** and employed at a high enough level to know that all customers are in the wrong prior to being bothered with having to converse with them. I asked ** if he thought it was appropriate to restock a compromised personal hygiene item such as the toothbrush I presented to him. I pointed out that someone at the store apparently thought it was perfectly fine since a 25% discount was also being offered and asked him if he would feel comfortable putting such an item in his own mouth.

** response was appalling. He immediately said, Quote: It doesn't have to go in your mouth. People can buy a toothbrush to clean other things. There are more than just one use for a toothbrush. OMG!!! More than one use for a toothbrush Sold at Wal-Mart, in the middle of a display filled with (presumably new) toothbrushes perhaps also not intended to be used for brushing teeth. Really. I purchased 2.98 lb of Pears from a bin just beyond the entrance to the food section of Holly Springs Wal-mart on 1/15/2016. The bin clearly posted a black and white sign pricing the pears @ $1.47/LB. At the register I saw $1.67/LB for 2.98 LB on the display. I watched for a discount line item to appear. None did. As there were a few more items to ring in, I stepped back over to the bin, still just a short distance from the checkout register to confirm the $1.47/LB. Confirmed. The bin was standalone and only pears were in the bin. So there was no room for confusion with another product. I stepped back to the register and told the salesperson that I was not mistaken. The salesperson told me she could not help me but that I should take the matter over to the service desk. I was short on time but felt that I could not let the matter go since it was so obvious an error on one of the first items to catch a customer's eye.

After waiting for 10 minutes behind three customers in line, the service clerk scanned my receipt, asked another associate to check the produce 0 department, and pressed buttons on her console. She asked me to sign a scanning device. I did. The display flashed 38 cents. I stated, "20 cents per pound on nearly three pound should be an overcharge of nearly 60 cents." She said there were taxes. She looked perplexed and punched in figures on her handheld calculator. I asked, "How much taxes were on produce?" She said, "2%." I said, "2% of $4.50 is about 8 cents." She looked perplexed, then opened a drawer and handed me 38 cents.

I left thinking, I'm going to be late back to work for the sake of about 20 cents. I realized that somewhere the 20 cent error had been deducted from my refund. I decided since this particular Wal-mart is so aggressive about security, I would log this experience on the web. I feel that trust is a two-way street. They don't trust their customers to not steal, and now I know I cannot trust Wal-mart to not overcharge me. I've never made an issue of incorrectly priced items before at this store. But every time I've noticed it, the error is always in Wal-mart's favor. I may have even been taxed twice on this one purchase!!!

But walmart.com it appears is trying to become AMAZON.com. Walmart has been the largest retailer in America for a long long time. But now walmart.com has taken on selling products for 3rd parties and advertizing them on the Walmart website. The site has become so large it takes, and I have timed this numerous times, up to 5 minutes to load walmart.com. And once loaded it takes an additional 4-5 minutes to search or look at details of an item. Surfing the site takes forever. I have been looking for a new bluetooth for months, but it takes 30-40 minutes to move around on the website that I get discouraged and go to other websites to find the items I'm interested in.

Realistically the 3rd party items I've purchased off eBay or Amazon have generally been ok. I don't have any problem moving around on these websites or any others so far. But a number of the items (such as the bluetooth I just notified the 3rd party seller on eBay that I was sending it back due to its inferior quality) are cheap copies of the real brand products and much lower quality. Walmart YOU are a great company. SAM WALTON was a great man. He cared about his customers and his employees. He would turn over in his grave if he knew the way Walmart has changed since he passed away. I have transferred ALL my medications to another pharmacy, and I do not go to Walmart for anything unless I can't find the product I need elsewhere. I am a very sick individual. I have purchased almost ALL my cell phones and accessories from Walmart.

I used to check on walmart.com to see what was available and if it was available at one of the many Walmart stores in my area, before driving from store to store to find out its availability. Very convenient for a sick individual. My checkbook used to be almost constant entries from Walmart purchases. When it takes so long to move around on walmart.com I search other local store websites for the product I want or need. E.g. Recently wasn't able to get Walmart site to finish loading. So during my web search for the product I found a sale ($5 off regular price) on Target website. It was available at local Target stores on same sale. Honestly I've never been a fan of Target, period. But guess where I went to purchase multiple packages of my needed product while it was on sale there.

If I could have loaded the Walmart website for the product availability I would have purchased the item from Walmart and never even found the sale at Target's. Be the store I've always loved. Stop trying to be the number one online retailer like Amazon. I won't even go into the lack of employees on the Walmart stores that always used to be available to help me find the items I needed after a reset! I was down the next aisle when I hear someone saying "You can't put a lot of water in the cups cause it will shock the fish." So I march back over to the live fish. I say, "So you not see that they need more water? You know that this is animal cruelty? They may just be fish but they have a right to be able to breathe!" I spoke with a manager that agreed with me and said she would take care of it. I thought it was common sense that fish need water to breathe and live. And what's the deal with the "long running script" that keeps popping up? Slowing it down more than it already is. A 1-star rating is more than they deserve. I would have gave them zero if it would let me.

I purchased an air mattress for guest over the holidays. When I opened the box and tried to blow up the mattress, it would not inflate. I went to Walmart to return the mattress within the 15 day period and was told that I could not get a refund, that I had to exchange the mattress for one of equal or greater value, however you do have to pay the difference. OK, I no longer needed the mattress. My guest slept on the couch and recliner. There is a "Airbed Return Policy" that is located at customer service that you can see when you return the mattress, not in the dept. where the mattresses are located, or at the checkout counters, where consumers can be notified BEFORE they purchase the mattress.

But, the policy states that "Airbeds returned within 15 days with a receipt (which I had) that are not defective and have been opened or used will only be exchanged for an airbed of equal or greater value. Airbeds that are not defective and have not been opened are eligible to receive a refund." That is the policy word for word!! It DOES NOT state that an airbed that is DEFECTIVE and has been opened is not eligible for a return, just "airbeds that are not defective and have been opened or used will only be exchanged for an airbed of equal or greater value". When I tried to point this out to the person behind the counter, she tried her best to turn it around and make it say that it included airbeds that were opened and defective, which it CLEARLY DOES NOT!!!

So, I exchanged the airbed for another one with the help of a manager because I was in the process of going ballistic. She did allow me to exchange the mattress for one of greater value without paying the extra money. I asked the manager if I can open the bed and make sure it works before I leave because I will not be put through this process again. Of course she told me no. How can one make sure a product works without opening it and trying it? Walmart is selling DEFECTIVE products and not giving a refund! I WILL NEVER purchase anything from Walmart again in my life. Please beware. Before you purchase an airbed from Walmart – IF IT IS DEFECTIVE, THEY WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND!!!

I've worked for Wal-Mart for the better part of a decade so have experience in most areas of the store. This is not a bad place to work in terms of the actual stocking and binning and so on, but there is an absurd amount of bullying and politicking up the ranks by people who do nothing but badmouth others and kiss manager butt. There are seldom ever any consequences for people who do very little work, other than the higher ranking managers will inevitably find their way over to that person to chit-chat from one night to the next. But if you're a hard worker, you will be mistreated, laughed at, mocked, abused and overworked. While you are struggling to get 20 hours or so of freight done in your area, there are going to be CAP team people, IMS associates, cashiers and CSMs, and even your own managers laughing at you.

If that isn't demoralizing and demotivating, I don't know what is. Oh, and while you're working to get that 20 hours of freight done, the rest of the people on your side of the store will each have around 3-6 hours of freight and most of them will have help, so will be standing around sniggering at your expense. This isn't once in awhile. It's all the time. The harder your job is, the more you have to endure this stuff, and the more you give, the more you get crapped on by the people there.

There is no work ethic at Wal-Mart. No one acts professionally or appropriately. Someone is always talking badly about you even if you're standing only five or six feet away as if you are so far out of earshot that you couldn't hear them. No point going to the higher-ups to report harassment. Then they just focus their frustration on you. It's easier to discipline one hard worker who keeps quiet than it is to discipline thirty lazy good-for-nothings. So your life just gets harder while the other person can get away with more and more and more and get promoted, and enjoy a comfortable job-for-life in a place where they deliver almost no results.

I've worked in places that were physically a lot tougher than WM, but this is the most hostile, unhappy place I've ever worked at. The only time I hear Wal-Mart people being happy is when they are hiding from some work and laughing at someone. What a nasty bunch of people in my store. I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone to go to Wal-mart for employment, unless you are a lazy, manipulative human being who enjoys social games and politicking. If that's the case, apply now! You were made for Wal-Mart. *eye roll

For the rest of you who still believe that hard work pays off and that it's good to treat people with kindness and consideration, steer clear of this place, because you will get kicked again and again and again until you eventually become so jaded about humanity that you start going to work with the goal of purposely staying away from everyone just to survive. The people at Wal-Mart, management and otherwise, are lazy and cruel.

While shopping at Walmart I made the horrible mistake of asking an associate a question. I was insulted; basically called a liar and screamed at. I was walking away and she got another head associate and was talking to her. The woman came to ask if she could help me. I tried telling her I was going to another Walmart, but she insisted so I went to show her what I needed that wasn't there. NOTHING NEW! In the meantime, this associate was out in the main aisle walking towards me, running her mouth. She just wouldn't stop! I turned around, looked straight at her, pointed my finger at her and told her she had better stay where she was and I meant exactly what I said. I am 71 years old. REALLY??? I thought she was going to attack me.

I went to the manager of this store. Did they do anything? Of course not! Then I find out from another employee that she did the same thing to another male customer and was reported. Did they do anything about that either? Of course not!! And... She is still there. All they did was move her to another department. That really resolved the issue. It is really bad when you go into a Walmart; you are the paying customer and you have to be attacked by one of their employees. REALLY? What I want to know is this... With all these complaints why are these people still in business? Why hasn't something been done? Talk is cheap!

I have never liked this company to begin with. Reading the reviews I see that what I am about to put is not all in my head. I work part time, so part time it's one or two days a week. Even so, I still have issues. I am never late and I am very quiet. I do my job then I go home. But this is one of the Walmarts in the District of Columbia and they are having issues. The things they are doing will come to light, if it's not by myself it will be by others because their retention rate is high. They hire very unqualified managers and a perfectionist store manager who doesn't really care how you feel, with some other problems that may need to be addressed.

They are cutting hours and not to mention, don't bother doing your availability because they will do what they want and as I was told "call out" or come in anyway if your schedule is not correct, wait that if you have one. If you do not, you do not come in to begin with - meaning the two weeks with nothing up there, I do not come in. No I know that can't be legal. I am also a student and they thought I put when I could work they continue to give me what they feel.

I have nothing short of great work ethics and these people act so uncivilized. Their day will come. DC did not want them here in the first place. They were nothing short of correct. I record everything and I keep my proof. It is very sad that a multi billion dollar company would be unjust. I want nothing to do with the company. I do not even shop there or any of them.

What is wrong with you people at Walmart? A customer orders a LARGE item online (a MATTRESS) & so needs to rely on the ship date that is stated when the order is placed, and not have it ship out one week earlier! People have lives you know - we have to work to pay to support your business through our purchases and we can't just take off of our jobs because your stupid shipping dept decides to ship out at random whenever the hell they feel like it, totally ignoring the ship date that the customer received in the confirmation email! I even attached a NOTE to my order stating ITEM CANNOT BE SHIPPED EARLY... as I do NOT have a bed to put mattress on before the ship date, and I need to make arrangements to be home as well. (Have to work to PAY for your products!...duh!)

The order stated it would be delivered on Jan.12th, then the immediate confirmation told me it would be delivered on Jan.11th! (So even your system can't get it right from the start!)... So I email Walmart to confirm what the exact date is (because I need to be home for this large shipment) and I also reiterated that it CANNOT BE SHIPPED EARLY! as all my past ONLINE ORDERS thru WALMART SHIPPED a MIN. of a full week EARLIER than THEY STATED! So the mattress cannot be just dumped at my door (with me trying to haul it inside). I live in a senior community and I have no car, that is the reason and the only reason I ordered it online!

So after all my time and effort of emailing and including notes of DO NOT SHIP EARLY, and the answer I get to my email confirming that it is to be delivered ON JAN.12th.... then TODAY (Jan. 6th) I get an email from FEDEX that it is being delivered today! WTF!? I am at work, and it is RAINING today too!... So now I'll have to deal with a wet mattress sitting outside my door with no place to put it (the bed arrives Sat. & that is why I ordered the mattress to come later but of course Walmart has to screw everything up again by delivering a week early!) Who does this **?

I called Walmart and was told 'we can't do anything, you'll have to contact Fedex' so I call Fedex and they say they can only hold it if I want to pick it up (duh... ordered online cause have no car!), or they ship it back & I have to reorder (which I can't because I paid with a cr cd that ran a special financing offer that expired 12/31st so that wouldn't let me reorder without now having to pay interest on a new order.)... So basically Walmart never gives a ** so I will never order from you people again!

If you just fulfil your orders based on when you feel like it, and totally ignore delivery dates in confirmations you send out, then I'll only use AMAZON from now on.. At least I know I can count on what they confirm! Thanks for screwing everything up on me... Nice way to mess up someone's new year by making them have to lose a full day's pay and sit at home for a mattress delivery that wasn't suppose to arrive until NEXT WEEK! You are like all the rest, it's all about $ & the customer can go screw themselves.

PS: Even Walmart's website doesn't work for trying to leave Feedback.... You go thru all the time and trouble of filling out a useless online form, only for it to ask (at the END) 'which STORE' it pertains to.... even when I never clicked off a 'store order' option because I ORDERED ONLINE for God's Sake! Walmart can't get anything right when it involves anything to do with online ordering.... Move into the 21st Century and get your act together!

The head of the Auto Center at Walmart claimed that they do not fix cars with broken studs, and that I exhibited disorderly behavior while I was at Walmart. He also accused me of breaking the stud myself; he accosted me, asking for proof that they broke the stud.

First off, if the stud was broken before it was serviced in Walmart, in accordance to their claim, they would not have serviced my car. Let's talk about our local Walmart for a moment. I went in Sunday morning, Jan 3rd around 8:30 for grocery shopping. After approx 45 minutes, I make my way to the checkout with my $200 worth of groceries, only to be told by the cashier that they had no bags. She said she would be able to give me one recyclable bag, but I would need to buy a box of trash bags to bag my groceries in. REALLY??? Why should Walmart's poor inventory control be passed on to the consumer? The cashier from the next lane helped to bag my groceries (in my own trash bags PURCHASED from Walmart), and she also stated that this would be the policy in order to handle this from her manager on duty. Once I arrived back home and unloaded all of my trash bagged groceries, I wrote the corporate Walmart office a letter to express my displeasure.

Tonight I received a phone call from the manager of our local Kitty Hawk Walmart. He apologized for my experience, and I may have been appeased by this. He, however, blamed my cashier and said that this was not the way the situation should have been handled. SERIOUSLY??? She was doing what she was told to do by her manager on duty!!! Here's a thought: Why didn't you put a sign on the door letting customers know that you didn't have any bags??? Is this the way that you treat your local patrons??? I live here, work here, and shop here, 365 days a year. We are your bread and butter right now in the off season. We may not have a lot of shopping choices here, BUT WE DO HAVE CHOICES!!!

The item was not on sale, it was not marked "clearance", neither the store nor the display stated or hinted that the item was defective (did not state ANY limitations--- if I had known it was defective, I would not have contemplated making it a "gift"). I paid full price for the item, took it home and presented it as a Christmas gift, only to find that she already owned a similar product. I returned the foot massager, unopened, to the place of purchase---only to find that the store had it marked in their transaction records as "not returnable". THIS WAS NOT THE TERMS OF THEIR SALE. THIS WAS NOT THE TERMS OF MY PURCHASE.

Clearly, their sales clerk knew at the time of the transaction that the item was unreturnable junk since he made an immediate notation to that effect. He simply did not feel impelled to advise the unsuspecting customer. I know that I was cheated, that the transaction to have been an outright fraud (all indications show this to be company policy). Query, how much (other) junk is palmed off on unsuspecting customers in the inner city, only to have their refund requests summarily denied? I KNOW THAT I HAVE BEEN CHEATED. Please assist me to disgorge this unjust enrichment from these unscrupulous businessmen.

She would refund my money ASAP and give me a e-gift card. It would be in my email in 1 hour then she said to call back if it was not.

I did call back and the first representative I got let me tell him that I was looking for the e-gift card and it was not there and he said he need to transfer me. After waiting 25 min on the phone I got another representative that advise that it was not a transfer, he just transferred me back into the queue. This rep did give me to a sup who told me they did not see anything and sorry but there is nothing they can do.

I am a Customer Care Specialist Trainer so I know that is always something you can do, it just depends if you are wanting to go the extra mile. And I guess they were not wanting to go that extra mile which is a shame. My company's Training department spends Thousands a month with Walmart and me in my personal life spends hundreds a month. I am thankful that I am the one that all the spending for the department cause I will now be a Kmart or Target shopper. I believe I work hard for my money so to have people act like my money is nothing and have no customer service I will pay for customer service.

I ordered a Keurig Coffee Maker online. It was a Christmas gift. The website said 2 day free shipping. I placed the order on December 20th. I received an email saying I would get it on the 22nd. As of the 23rd it still is not here & when I tracked it on FedEx it now says it won't be here until the 28th! I called customer service & was informed that once it leaves Walmart they are not responsible for it anymore. Then why advertise 2 day shipping if you can't guarantee it -- false advertising!!! I was told I could go to my local store, purchase another Keurig & just return the online machine when arrives -- because that's convenient! I ordered online for a reason. Not everyone can get to a store & not everyone can afford to pay for 2 machines, especially at Christmas time. They offered me 20% off. It's a Christmas gift. Walmart just ruined Christmas. Thanks a lot!

Management is always on a power trip like they haven't learned to tie their shoes but don't mind trying to teach everyone else how to. I got hired as a part timer (somehow working full time hours). Was told that it's less paperwork that way and I just have to wait a whole year instead of 90 days for benefits of any kind. I've worked in a lot of other places looking for the right place for me with no luck yet and I can say without a doubt WALMART IS NOT THE PLACE TO WORK FOR.

I am an unloader in store 5056. Have only been here for a little over one month. I work my tail off and still get wrote up for productivity because there are people that don't want to work or be there to begin with, who drag about and slow everyone else down. I got wrote up and when I asked why, I was given the quote unquote the response that if there is one bad apple then they will cut down the whole tree until they get the team they want and wal mart is a revolving door so they could replace me and a whole team of unloaders in an instant.

I called the open door help line. Filed a report. Was sent to my hrhm and I got her assistant who gave me attitude and no help whatsoever. I then called the open door help line once again and reminded them that I only have ONE write up left before wrongful termination. It's two days before Christmas. Way to treat your employees wal mart. I have been cursed by management, disrespected, looked down on, been slave driven, and have no way out and will be on the streets if wal mart fires me. Merry Christmas to you too wal mart.

Every Walmart I've ever been to with a fish section has them living in horrific conditions. It turns my stomach seeing all the abuse. Last time I tried to rescue fish from there, the associate who cared for the fish was "off" for 2 days. I had to pull some lady from the holiday section to help me. There were dead fish in every tank, some more dead than living ones. They know nothing on how to care for fish and it's pretty sad.

I'm a 23 year old female and know 100x more about the fish they carry than any associate I've ever met. It's atrocious that an enormous company such as Walmart is allowed to sell animals they know nothing about. The Green Spotted Puffer Fish are by far the worst fish to sell. These beauties are only WILD CAUGHT, and are mostly loaded with parasites. The experience level to care for the Puffers are for advanced aquarists only. The average Walmart shopper has no idea what their care entails. Unless the owner is able to check salinity, deworm them, and have the means to anesthetize them for teeth clipping, they should not be sold!

I bought 3 from the store and I was unable to keep them alive longer than a month. I did further research. Juveniles need fresh water and the older they get they need saltier water. There is no indication that they have that requirement at the store. They also feed them goldfish flakes, which puffers do NOT eat. They either need freeze-dried invertebrates or live food. These poor creatures are stolen from their homes and given a death sentence. It makes me happy that I saw someone has a rescue for these wonderful fish. Walmart is causing possible extinction for this species, and it makes me sick!

I have had a terrible experience. I had placed an order to be picked up in store and it was supposed to be ready yesterday. It never arrived. My account indicated that it would be ready at 10 a.m. today. It never arrived. I called Customer Service and I was instructed to call the store that the order was supposed to come from. When I called the store they informed me that they will cancel the order because it was currently out of stock. They suggested to me that I call a different location. I called another location and they told me that they would set it aside for me but I would have to begin the process all over.

I called Customer Service again and asked if I could simply change the location of where to pick up my item since I had already paid for it. They told me, "No." I was told that I would have to wait to receive a credit on my account and I will have to do the process all over again. The problem is that the account I used is a secondary account that I was using for all of my holiday shopping. This item was the last item that I had to buy and I maxed out my credit card. I didn't want to use another account as this gift was going to be a surprise. Why not just use the same order # and let me pick up the item at a different location?? Why would you process my card if the item is not in stock?? Why not immediately issue me a credit seeing that this is not my fault??

I decided to shop online this year to eliminate the stress of shopping. This experience has ruined that for me. As "compensation" I was offered a coupon in the amount of $10 which I won't receive for another 24 hours which renders it useless for the purchase that I am currently trying to make. $10 is in no way a compensation for all of the aggravation that I had to go through. Not to mention, now I will not be able to make this purchase in time for Christmas. Almost every person that I spoke with in regards to this matter was useless or rude. A manager just kept saying, "Sorry, but this is our process." I think that the process is flawed!

Emailed customer service, who told me they couldn't find the item. Next email from them said it was ready for pickup in store, and implied I shouldn't believe their online tracking system, because it was wrong.

Drove the 1/2 to the store to pick it up. Item wasn't there. Contacted customer service. They told me they could ship me one. I told them to do so, at their own expense, expedited, as the product was already 10 days overdue and it is now 3 days before Christmas. Rather than bothering to reply, they issued a refund for the item via email. Walmart is not accountable for its failures. They were willing to ship me one, after they screwed up, but apparently not at their expense -- but instead of saying that, they said the item was out of stock (which is funny, because I found 5 in a store in East Windsor). They couldn't get on the phone and have East Windsor ship me one? Absolute incompetence.

I purchased a 1/4 carat sterling silver wedding band set at the Bloomington, UT Walmart on Nov 19, 2015. It was sent out to be sized up to an 8 from the 7 that it was. We were told that we would get a phone call when the ring came in. We did NOT receive a phone call at all. After 4 weeks we went into the store to find out what was going on and no one knew anything about it. We spoke with Brett, an assistant manager, who left a message for the jewelry people. Two days later we get a phone call that the ring is in and is the correct size. My husband went in and got it and brought it home to me that night and it was the WRONG size.

We take it back to the store and inform them of this and they size it and tells us it's a size 7.5 at best. Justin, another assistant manager, tells us that he will talk to Brittany, the jewelry manager, and Scott, the store manager, on Monday and get back to us. After he spoke with them they tried to tell us that the ring is a size 8, when it's NOT, and that they sized it in the store and it showed as an 8 on their sizer. My husband wanted them to send it out to be re-sized to the correct size, since someone there screwed up, and that he wanted it half off because it was screwed up. Scott told him that "we can send it out to be re-sized and expedite it but I'm not willing to give it to you for half off," and tried to tell us that we told the person when we bought it over a month ago the wrong size, which we did NOT do, and that their ring sizer is incorrect on sizing.

We returned the ring set, cause this is a bunch of BS, and instead of giving us cash like we wanted, they put it back on our debit card because they didn't have enough in the jewelry drawer and that purchases over $200 have to be put on the card. So now we have NO money to spend on Christmas and I'm out the ring set because these people can't or won't do their jobs right.

I am tired of WM arguing with me at checkout when I ask them to match prices as promised: "always," they say. They are also always out of stock on many of the items I need, and when I go to more than one WM to get everything on my list, it negates any savings because of the waste of time, pain, gas, mileage and dignity. So this week, after WM told me they would not accept a "one free" coupon sent to me by a company to replace a bag of rice that had bugs, an item I got at WM by the way...

I left behind the few groceries I had gathered, and walked out and went to Smith's right next door... And discovered that Smith's prices were as good, or better than WM, with no haggling at the checkout stand, with no one looking at me like I was dishonest, without security following me, and with clerks that knew their jobs. And on top of beating WM's total price, Smith's gives gas points on the receipt! The final total was as good as, or better than it would be at WM, and they were cleaner, friendlier.

And more importantly, Smith's had nine electric scooters charged and ready, WM usually has none available, they don't want to help retrieve one for me and I can't do it myself anymore, and nowhere to sit and wait for a scooter, and after long waits, I leave without any purchases. It is not that WM must have them: all the law requires is "reasonable accommodation," but they should really want to have scooters because otherwise, I (and you) can insist that they pull two employees off the floor to push you (or me) around in a manual wheelchair while the second person pushes a grocery cart, for as long as we require... Or you can insist they shop for you. The scooter is cheaper and more profitable for them, they just are ignorant of the ADA requirements or hope you don't know your rights.

You don't have to fight to get the competitive price at Smith's, Albertson's, Sprouts, Trader Joe's, Farmers Market and so on because the lower price at these other groceries is already the real price. I am kicking myself for all the years I've spent scratching for bargains and fighting uphill to get WM to honor their promise to competitively price, thinking I was getting a deal when, in fact, I have at least broken even at these other stores this last week. I got tired of wasting time, gas, pain and dignity at WM. Find out for yourself. Keep written track of the prices on what you need.

Just at Smith's alone this week, they were cheaper by 50 cents than WM on Spectrum organic refined coconut oil; kale, ground turkey; Kroger peanut butter was two for 3.00, corn meal was cheaper, Philadelphia cream cheese was two for 3.00, non iodized salt was cheaper than WM or Sprouts, Smith's broccoli was .99 but at WM were 1.58, and Barilla pasta was 1.25 but was 1.38 at WM. Smith's had Roma tomatoes but WM had empty crates. It was Smiths' and Sprouts' already-lower shelf price, and I didn't have to argue with anyone for the best price. What a relief. Check it out and keep track, WM is bamboozling customers, they aren't cheaper, and they are hostile and suspicious when you ask them to keep their word and match prices.

When I complained, WM hung up on me. They are supposed to have the ads and sale prices themselves and not argue with you about proving anything. If they lose you, they are being penny-wise and pound-foolish. And compare your prescription prices too, because Federal law says you can go into Costco's pharmacy without being a member, and Costco pharmacy is always cheaper than WM's pharmacy because they are a warehouse. You can transfer prescriptions. WM is lying. I feel so stupid, I am supposed to be intelligent but I was ignorant. Lesson learned.

I spent 5 hrs on the phone with Customer Service and Tier 2 Corporate trying to get my niece's deceased US Marine daddy's memorable personal blanket, that I ordered Dec, 7, delivered on 12/15/15 BEFORE her sweet 16 party 12/19/15 so she could have her Daddy there with her. I waited on hold for 45 mins at a time to be lied to. Come to find out they "print" out Fedex labels and then tell the customer that it is Fedex's fault that the package is sitting at their facility which was LIE #1. Then when they realized I found that out, they said I received an email telling me that "THEY CANCELLED" my order because they knew it would be late which was LIE #2. So they asked if I wanted to cancel the order, I SAID NO. So I asked for a Manager, So I waited another 30 mins.

I was on the online chat getting lied to and on hold with Corporate for 30 mins. When they finally answered, they apologized and said they would take care of it. And with a sigh of relief, I gave my cell and was told she would call me right back after she talked to the "FULFILLMENT CENTER" who has had my order the whole time. I said "Thank you and I don't care what you have to do. That package needs to get there by tomorrow no matter what." She said she would take care of it, LIE #3.

That was at 11am this morning. I waited and waited then I decided to call them again. 35mins on hold later someone answers and I tell them the situation. And she says she can't hear me, LIE #4. So I requested to be transfer to the Tier 2 again. 31 hold minutes later, they answer and tell me the woman who said she would call me back left early for a doctor's appointment and she didn't put anything in the computer about me and that she EMAILED the shipment center and ONLY SHE can give me an answer in the next 24 hrs of WHEN my package WOULD FINALLY BE SHIPPED. And that there is no phone number at this "FULFILLMENT CENTER" so they can't call because it's Christmas and they are very busy there, LIE #5.

I asked for her boss. I spoke to the head manager who confirmed that Walmart, a BILLION dollar company, has NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEIR CONTRACTED OUT FULFILLMENT CENTER. They can only EMAIL THEM AND WAIT. And he politely told me that there is no way to get my niece her package by tomorrow. And then told me that the company needs to change this in the future and tried to again lie to me about Fedex probably having it. And THEY DIDN'T DO THEIR JOB and it's manually floating somewhere. LIE #6.

I have yet to get any answer of why a huge company like Walmart doesn't have a phone number to the place that handles millions of dollars of their merchandise. And other than an apology, why we as customers have to get screwed?? THANK YOU WALMART FOR BREAKING MY HEART and taking a beautiful sentimental gift of Her Deceased US MARINE father's memories. I purchased a men's 29" mountain bike for my 12-year-old son on October 7, 2015 in the Islandia, NY Walmart store. The bike was put together incorrectly. I did go back and they exchanged the bike for me. Well the 2nd bike, the front brake pads fell off. I went back again and exchanged. Well the 3rd bike, same thing - front brake pads fell off. Now I called to see if they had an in stock and was told they did not. I tried calling the Commack, NY store and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called Walmart.com. They informed me that the Commack did have 4 of this bike in stock so rather than driving there I figured I would call to verify. They did have them in stock. Well I called Commack and was once again put on hold.

Now while on hold I put the damaged bike in my truck, drove the 6.5 miles to the Commack store, took the bike out of my truck, got on the customer service line. Mind you I am still on hold with the store's customer service which now is 27 minutes. My son went to the bike department to come back and inform me they had NONE of this bike in stock. Now I'm really upset that I'm still on hold and no bikes are in stock. I spoke with the manager and he apologized and informed me that no stores in my surrounding area had it in stock. It was only available online. So I wanted to order it from the kiosk, which they do not have in that store. He refunded me my $177.06 (cash) and then went to the Islandia store just to check if maybe they had one. Well they did not but they did have a kiosk so the sales associate said she would help me with the order.

I did not feel comfortable using my credit card in the kiosk so the sales associate told me to purchase a gift card and use that so that's what I did. I took my $177.06 in cash and purchased a gift card for that amount to use in the kiosk. Well the kiosk went down in the middle of trying to make this purchase. now I would have to go home and purchase the bike online. So on November 28, 2015 I went online and made the purchase. The delivery date was for November 30, 2015. Well on November 30 I never received a text nor an email that my order was in and ready for pick up, so I called the Islandia store (which was the store I choose to have it delivered to). The sales associate who answer informed that my order was in but not ready for pick up. When I asked her what that meant she did not know and said she would put me through to someone who can help me. Well I was on hold for over a half hour.

I hung up and called the Walmart.com. The sales associate told me it was still on the delivery truck and not yet delivered and told me to check my Walmart online account. After hanging up with him I did check and the order status says the item was pickup. Well I never picked it up and I did not have an alternative pick up person. I called back Walmart.com and the associate say "Yes it was picked up at 3:39 pm" and that I should go to the store. Well I did I spent 3 and 1/2 hours there for them to check their security cameras and then they tell me it was a glitch in their system. The item was never delivered and never picked up. I had to reorder the bike on November 30, 2015. They told me that they would expedite my shipping. Well when I got home and checked, it said delivery would be December 14, 2015. I have called every day since November 30 to find out about my order.

Every time I call I am either put on hold for 45 minutes to over an hour and a half. They have told me different stories every time. For instance the bike is shipped, it is due to arrive shortly, my order was refunded to me or my order is still waiting to get shipped. Well on December 14 which was the delivery date I once again never received an email or a text that the order was in. I have called since then only for them to give me the same stories. Each sales associate gives you different stories. Now it's December 16, 2015 at 7:17 pm and I still do not have my order and once again on the phone with Walmart.com. The sales associate that I was just speaking to told me that my order is lost in transit. I am now on hold for 49 minutes so she can get a supervisor on the phone. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have been waiting to get my online order since November 18 and mind you my original purchase was October 7.

I have asked to cancel my order. They told me they cannot being it's too far along and I would have to wait till it came in and refuse the order. But kicker is I would not get my cash back. I would have to get a gift card. Well I do not want a gift card for 177 dollars. I do not need anything nor will I ever shop in a Walmart store or online ever again. I just want my cash back now. I do not even want the bike. Please contact me in this matter as soon as possible. I have all my receipts and all names, dates and times of the associates I have spoke to. Also I will provide a printout of my cell phone bill with every phone call including all the hours I have spent on the phone trying to find out where my order is. Oh yes by the way I'm still on hold waiting for a supervisor which is now 57 minutes.

I emailed customer service and was told they had gotten hung up in processing and for me to cancel my original order and reorder them. Well, they were much more expensive to do that so I called customer service, after waiting 15 minutes to speak with someone, they told me they would have to cancel my order, charge my credit card the higher price and over $100.00 to get them shipped before Christmas but that they would adjust the cost back down to the Cyber Monday prices.

After 30 minutes of the representative putting me on hold to consult his supervisor I was disconnected. This whole thing has been a nightmare. Yesterday, my bank account was charged over $500.00 by Walmart and credited $500.00. I still have no idea what they were doing or why they couldn't just send me the chairs instead of the '48 hour cancelling the order, then reordering, then deducting it from my account and crediting back to my account. Long story short, I didn't get my Cyber Monday deal, instead, I got a nightmare.
