On January 24, 2017, I ordered 7' Brunswick air hockey table for our employees with a promised delivery date of 2/6/17 on both the website, and the email confirmation. On 2/13/17, I called Walmart to find out why my table had not progressed to the carrier, at which point Customer Service advised the order was "lost" and they cancel the original order, and would place a replacement order for me. I received a discount of 10% on the order, and a second confirmation via email with no delivery date specified.
Today, March 1 I again contacted Customer Service to find out why the current status of my order was still "processing". I received the same answer from both the initial CSR, and a supervisor that the replacement order has been incorrectly entered into their system and would not be shipping. The offered solution would be to cancel this order, and for me to again place another order which I declined to do since I can no longer trust Walmart's online, or internal ordering systems. I will order the product from another retailer.

On Feb. 9, 2017 I placed a fairly large grocery order with Walmart Online. I prefer to shop online and have been doing so for over 15 years via other companies. My reason for shopping online is I am fully disabled, live nearly 40 miles from the nearest town & rarely drive. I rely on this method of shopping for the majority of my supplies.
I was excited when I read about Walmart competing with Amazon by offering free two day shipping, so naturally I decided to give it a try since they have such a great selection with good prices. Unfortunately, it turns out that their "Guarantee" is all hype and glamour to draw in customers. This shopping experience online, or any other way for that matter, has been by far the worst I have EVER had to deal with in my entire life, Bar NONE! It is now March 1st and to date the store has had to reorder my entire order due to the original one being lost in transit. How does a courier company in this day and age, specifically FedEx, lose all three boxes of an order?
The next problem was the new order was going to take a week to deliver. So much for "Guaranteed Two Day Delivery." As of now I have only received two of the three boxes. My order has supposedly been out for delivery Since February 24th, but due to "bad weather" had to keep being delayed. The roads have been completely clear. My 90 year old, elderly, infirm neighbor has been able to drive to town, Thank God! I have even received the items I had to reorder through Amazon due to this incompetence via UPS. I will NEVER DEAL WITH WALMART ONLINE SERVICE again!!!

I order two products yesterday, February 25, 2017, and mistakenly used my checking, which had no money in it, instead of my AMEX. I realized my mistake in minutes and went to Walmart.com and tried to cancel my two orders. I looked all over the website and then called and spoke to many different representatives in customer service, the next to the last supervisor was Jaimie in the Philippines, a supervisor, who was a complete disappointment. I asked for escalations at Walmart and then spoke to Lola, a supervisor of Escalations in Ft. Worth, Texas. She told me to call the vendors myself. I would like to see people be able to cancel their orders immediately on Walmart's website and not have to go through 2.5 hours sheer hell for a mistake I made. Walmart is a very dishonest company, and WILL NEVER USE/BUY ANYTHING ON THEIR WEBSITE AGAIN.

I ordered a happy birthday present for my great granddaughter as per her request. Placed the order on 2/17 to be picked up at their Kendall, FL store on 2/22, so they said but it never reached the store since it was returned to shipper because they made a mistake and sent it to an old "billing address" which doesn't have anything to do with the actual address even though it was also updated. After a lot of aggravation going back and forth for hours I ended up paying again for it. Since as of today I haven't been reimbursed for the one they returned. But even worse, on the second placed on 2/22 I was promised it would've been faster if I would have it shipped directly to the child's address to make sure she'll receive it not later than the 27th that is her b-day. So I did and was told they were putting a rush for delivery on Saturday 25th.
When I checked and she didn't received it yesterday 25th, I tracked it and was astonished when I got an "estimated delivery date of 2/28". So a little girl awaiting her b-day present so anxiously, won't be receiving until afterwards. That's the way that garbage of store cares about its customers. I advise everyone not to buy anything from them because the aggravation they make you go through is not worth the pennies you are saving. Besides you can't find anyone there to help you including managers/supervisors.

Store on N Hwy 98 Lakeland, FL: Waited to get a haircut for at least 10 min despite being told just a min wait - with staff available. When the stylist dug in the drawer for a shaver I saw the drawer was filthy, shaver heads & bodies covered in hair from prior clients - Completely violating all health protocols. Needless to say I immediately left. Store inside & especially out is always filthy, trash left everywhere.
Highly understaffed & often those employees that are working are extremely incompetent E.g. Overflowing parking lot at Xmas & checkout lines backed up tremendously - yet others not staffed. It took over 20 min one day to get change from a cashier as she had run low on small bills & couldn't get management to come to her aid. She had to shut her register off & we had to walk to customer svc to get it. Idiotic practices of checking receipts for anyone purchasing water/anything on the bottom of cart. Even at Xmas/very crowded days. Training their cashiers properly apparently isn't possible? Needless to say I won't be back...

My shipment was to arrive on Friday the 24th, took off work to sign for it that I didn't want (signing FedEx you don't). Got email later stating would be delivered on Monday the 27th. Emailed Wal-Mart to ask why and have had no response from them. This is sad that a company will not respond to a consumer why a 2 day turns into a 5 day delivery.

They have recently rolled out a strategy to enter the online space to compete with the Amazon and Alibaba's of the world. They are in waaay over their heads and need to stop. They will lose money and even more credibility than they already have. They started ad targeting me online, probably because of my large amount of online shopping - I am a millennial. I ordered an exercise machine and it was an absolute disaster. They are crooks and have zero accountability. Walmart.com said there is no "corporate" for their business unit because it is considered a separate entity of Walmart retail and I had to eventually resolve it with American Express who thankfully has an excellent policy to protect their cardholders.
A company that thinks it is just okay to keep someone's money without giving something in exchange is disgusting. The list of things that happened is too long so I will give a few examples: Their website has some sort of faulty domain/DNS, etc. issue and will approve an order, then decline the order 11 mins later if you don't "edit" the address when using Paypal. Huge technical problem which means that they must have 3rd rate prog/devs. The entire business consists of 2 levels. 2nd level is considered escalation and there is no manager above this 2nd level.
No coordination or affiliation with walmart retail so you may have to pick up the product at the retail location and they offer no services that walmart retail does. Eg - Walmart retail can deliver a product that is their own but not a product that was sold by walmart.com - it is a bizarre and disconnected setup. The financial unit for walmart.com does not speak to customers, so if there is a financial problem you have to play telephone with the call center rep who doesn't possess the ability to understand basic arithmetic - and when they relay the wrong message you have to wait 3 days to get a response, all in all it can take a month of your life if you let them chase their tails like clowns. And much more, after 8 days I put an end to it. Never will I ever visit that website again, I reported them to my google account and asked that they are blocked from marketing to me online. It is harassment. ** you Walmart.

Shop Your Way is a website mostly by Sears and Kmart and sells merchandise and when you go to buy it, other companies sell it, second party or third. When you click to go seller website it takes you to Walmart and the price will change and when you contact Walmart they say "sorry nothing we can do." When I contacted the Shop Your Way and ask why they said price agreed by Walmart seller... Walmart said "sorry. Too bad we are selling for higher price." This is a scam. I have found this more than once in the past and I am tired of the lies.

Walmart is now advertising their shipping options as like Amazon. I have ordered twice in the last few months. First was a dehumidifier, it came beat up and broken with no product box. They would not give me an RMA and I had to drive 30 miles to a store and wait 45 minutes to return and explain to 2 people why I didn't have a box. I then ordered a case of pickles, they came in a large box without any packing. The box was soaked and dripping on my porch - I did manage to get 4 surviving jars of pickles. What I didn't get was any response from phone calls or emails to customer service. Buy from Amazon or anybody else.

In general I'm a Wal-Mart shopper. There is always an experience that leaves a bad taste. I tried to return a 2nd book I had already purchased a month before (even had both receipts) to the Nottingham, MD store and was very rudely informed by an assistant manager that they don't accept book returns. Even told me I'd probably read the book (did I mention I had two receipts for the same book). I just went to another Walmart and had no problem at all with the return. I don't think it should be really hard that if Walmart's policy is no return, that maybe it should be posted in the aisle. It could have saved me the embarrassment or maybe I wouldn't buy books from Walmart in which I never will again. It's just not worth saving the $5.00 which is the average I pay for the hardcover books.

She (Customer service) told me all items are cancelled and also she sent me the cancellation email too. But the next day I received the email that one item has been shipped, so I called again and spoke to another person and explained everything. He apologized few times and said, "let your niece not to accept the gift and return it" and I said "how you expect me to tell another person to not accept her gift, it doesn't make sense to me." At the end he said he will try to stop it ASAP.
After few hours I got another email that 2nd item has been shipped and I called again and same story again. I don't understand how come those items has been shipped if I got the cancellation email? It looks like somebody is not doing his or her job properly over there. Anyway that was a terrible experience and I never order anything online from Wal-Mart and I won't recommend to anybody online shopping from Wal-Mart too. I know my 80 year old mother in law is honest and didn't try passing it off as the real deal. I understand it has to be this way because, yes, there are cheats and people that steal and try to get away with doing stuff like that. I ordered an inflatable hot tub for Christmas from Walmart.com. I ordered from the site because I assumed it would be convenient. If I had a problem with the item I could go to the store. I did have a problem and went to the store but they said they cannot return anything purchased from Walmart.com because it is done through a third-party. This was never made clear when I ordered. In addition Walmart.com has a completely different return policy than the store and it is a much shorter period. This seems to be a complete scam. Do not order from the website.

I am valuable customer of Walmart. I am starting from sketch what happened with me at this location: 2220 NJ-27, Edison, NJ 08817. I bought comfort zone heater and paid price 15.94. I went home and found that is not working at all. So I went to same Walmart to return the product and get the other one which hopefully work. My family is freezing because of cold so I have to get exchange one. At Walmart, I went to customer service and I ask lady there who was there aligning return products. I asked for help to return this product. She gave me unsatisfied answer that it's closed at 10. The Walmart timing shows 7 am to 12 am. They haven't mentioned anywhere that customer service department closed at 10 pm. I told her, "Can you get me a Manager?" She said, "It will be around here."
I did not get helped that time and she was totally not in mood to work there and I found that she is not there for work rather than spending time by giving poor customer service. So I told her I will do the exchange. I was running there and I seen mostly all cash register employee less and employees just walking around. Next step I did "Exchange" and put my purchased product back and took the new one. After that I asked couple of employees there who was there regarding customer hours. One of employee did not know anything. He was so rude and he does not know anything. I asked him gently as "Sir, Can I see manager." He replied very rudely and inappropriate manner "I am working on floor". I was about to leave with exchanged product some guy stopped me and ask for ID. He literally blame me for shoplifting. I explained him everything that this is what's going on.
My baby born just born and we discharged from hospital 2 days ago and he is freezing so I have to take this decision. Rather than helping me he was so mean to fill me out a paperwork regarding Walmart fine policy and some other stuff. He said, "I have listened your conversation with the lady in beginning." I ask him "Why you did not help me and why you let me committed to do this such activity." He said, "You should ask manager and all." I told him, "I have asked employees around here but did not get any help." I apologize to him many times and told him that I am professional person who did not want to do such things. He is so mean about paperwork about fine. He waste my 20-30 mins there to give me better solution. Also, he was not in any uniform and without the valid ID or batch on him.
Finally, I asked him to take me with Manager so I can explain him and I just skip the unnecessary paperwork and let me go with my family to help them out. We both went together. He does not where is actual manager is and what his name. I repeated same thing with humble apology to manager but he also gave me poor response rather than helping me out. He was like "I cannot do anything about it." This is real poor customer service. This is really against human relationship act. Need to follow up with manager. I got $150 fine which I paid. This is really worse behavior from Walmart that they hired such a nonsense law firm who charge money. For $15 item I have to pay $158. Walmart should return me money. I will hire a lawyer to go against those workers who did this really abnormal behavior.

Went to Walmart today (2-18-17) @ about 10:30 am to grocery shop. I was in the store for almost 2 1/2 hours. Got finished shopping now approaching the cashier with my basket full of groceries. Informed the cashier that my whole basket was price matching. She looked as if she didn't want to do it and stated that there's a limit on price matching. I replied "no there isn't." So when I pulls up the Walmart policy to show her she then said "we don't bundle"??? "What is bundling" I replied. She says "when you purchase something for an example 3 for $5.00". I said "everything in my basket is individual. Nothing in my basket was package as in bulks. These items was on sale at a different store." So it went so far to where other customers were looking because it was more than few associates at the cashier I was standing at. They had me looking like I was stealing or thieving, doing something that was illegal.
The store manager told me that they lose money by helping me. How is that possible if Walmart honors price matching. Sad part is that I left the store with no groceries after being in there for almost 2 1/2 hours. I feel I have been targeted of an discrimination. This is my community store 5200 s.Fort apache las vegas nv 89148 Store#05070. I have been treated as if I'm an thief when I mentioned price matching. They became very disrespectful and nasty towards me.
I was told that every Walmart store manager has the right to implement their own policy, meaning that every store have different policies. What's the purpose of having an corporate policy if it's not been followed. Managers are rude and disrespectful. I felt that I should not have to go to an different store out of my community. I haven't DID anything wrong, but followed the policy rules of price matching, the rules that the managers & associates doesn't follows. I was embarrassed. Very teary eyed & angry that I had to walk way without my groceries.
I feel I shouldn't have to go through this or debate about my purpose of price matching or couponing. This experience makes feel like now when I go into Walmart my neighborhood store that I will be watched as I grocery shop because this isn't the 1st; or the 2nd time this has happened to me at this store. I refuse not to be silent about this discrimination or the discrepancy I keep experiencing. Stop treating price matchers /& or couponers like criminals, as if we are stealing or doing something thats illegal.

But no they then went ahead and told me it was fees and taxes being charge which I found ridiculously high so another representative tells me it was an error and unfortunately Walmart policy states that it can't be discounted at the priced it was advertised for which if they would have tried to explained it would have being okay. Last night started like any other night of working on the night shift at my store. Well I get to work yesterday. Well three days prior my coworker put in her two weeks on Saturday night. Well she was gonna come for few more days and she came in last night tried to clock in. It won't let her. She goes to personnel apparently they can't do anything about it. She's not in the system anymore so she goes home. Our ONLY nighttime csm was off so I was there alone and A stocker had to come relieve me for breaks and lunch. I was working shelf check out.
Anyway about 630 this morning this worker comes to me. He tells me he was in personnel when what happened took place. They fired my coworker for having too many occurrences and Clint our store manager actually said she wasn't even worth it. Now keep in mind she already had her resignation accepted 3 days prior and everything but because she has 10 occurrences she's now fired because "she's not worth it." The fact that he said that after how hard she's worked. They forced this girl to play the csm role the nights our csm was off. What that means is they made her do management stuff they didn't wanna do but never promoted her. But oh it gets better.
I can get that absences occurrences are important to them and blah blah blah and that's fine but less than a week ago My husband that works in maintenance has 9.5 occurrences (the limit is 9) and he quit and they took his resignation. He didn't even show up the next day and they sent him paperwork in the mail saying he voluntarily quit and is REHIRABLE. Tell me how that's fair. It isn't fair. He had too many. They should've fired him too but no. Another manager took his off so he could quit voluntarily. They have been there the same amount of time and were in freaking orientation together. So not only did Clint screw her but I got screwed too because they wouldn't call nobody in to come help me.
It'll probably be the same tonight as Thursday and Friday's were mine and her night to work. It just makes me sick how unappreciated we are. I mean if he could say she wasn't worth it hard as she worked but give him special treatment and truthfully he didn't work half as hard as she did he should've been fired multiple times. Tell me that isn't sexist. It is sexist. Almost all the male managers at my store are sexist and corporate don't care. Oh and overnight forget security. Let's just let everyone steal everything and do nothing. Poor store management and I don't intend to have this crappy job much longer. I loved customer service until this sexist jerks ruined it for me. Now I feel dispensable and I appreciate and I'm one of two night time cashiers that's are even left. Disgraceful.

First of all, Keaaumoku Walmart and Fort Street Mall Walmart has some rude associates. One of the associates that works at the Fort Street Mall Walmart almost caused an accident. I believe she is Samoan. She drives a maroon Explorer or Expedition. Because we accidentally went into the wrong lane to get a parking ticket and had to back up, she sped up quick as we tried to get through and almost banged us.
Second, when I asked some of the associates for specific items, some will say they don't know and won't even go any further to help me. What kind of customer service is that?! Without customers the store is nothing so they should serve the customers. When I worked for a retail store, if we don't know where a product is, we will find out from a manager instead of just saying, "I don't know." We will try to help our customers at the best of our ability. And if we can't find what they want or need, we will either supplement it or send them to where we know the product that they want is. That is customer service.
Another problem I have is that 90% of the time I call there to see if they have a product I want or need, no one answers! And if they do answer they put me on hold for a long time and so I go somewhere else to get what I need, which probably won't matter because they already make a lot of sales. The point is, customers should matter if you really want sales to go up. Walmart should train their employees to be more active, more friendly, and more positive. That's what drive sales even more.

Within a few months the Zone supervisor position was taken away and I became the backroom Cap 1 Supervisor. I've been in management for nearly seven years straight. I never been coached or had any concerns about my job performance before I went on my medical leave.
Walmart started a new policy with getting a LOA, instead of going through our personnel employee we now have to go through Sedgwick and they are responsible for communicating any and everything I need during my time away. However, my store number at 2816 was responsible for making sure I was returning back to work or if I was at risk of losing my position. The policy states that anyone who returns to work during their job protection period will be entitle to the position they held prior to going on leave, or a similar position with the same rate of pay and benefits. Otherwise, we will have to remain on an inactive status while our HR associate and manager work with whoever to apply for position that you're qualified for.
On Oct. 7, 2016 I received a email stating my LOA was exhausted. Which was notified to me a day after my exhaustion but the policy says I should have been notified a week in advance. Although my leave was exhausted under state law, the letter states I was still approved until Oct. 31, 2016 under Walmart personal LOA and anything from that day will not be protected. Once I received the email I called my HR associate and she acted as if she knew nothing about what was going on so I call Sedgwick to find out that they have combined my Intermittent Leave and Continuous leave together without informing me. So two weeks before I returned back to work my position was taken and given to the Cap 2 Supervisor, even though I was back at work before me job protection.
When I called to open door my position my store manager Paul automatically offer me the lowest level position in the store without following proper procedures. I have never been treated so badly in all the ten years I have invested in Walmart and I can honestly say I didn't deserve it. I know in my heart it was done out of revenge because I am a young ** woman. My proof is in the fact that they gave my position away the second week of Oct. 2016 and it is now Feb. 7, 2017 and the new supervisor still hasn't started his new role. The passion I had for my company is destroyed and I want it back!

Never buy from Walmart.com like me. I purchased a laptop from the website for my boyfriend. I figured that buying from Walmart was good because if there were any problems I could just take it back to the store and get him something else. So even though Amazon had it cheaper, I bought it from Walmart. It came quickly and shipping was free, however, this computer didn't look to be good for my boyfriend. I went to return the computer to the store and they told me they couldn't take it back because Walmart subcontracts to these third party vendors, and told me to call the Walmart 1800 number. So of course I did because this was a $240 purchase and I wanted my money back.
They gave me the name of the third party which was Deal Clock and gave me the email and phone number. The phone number was wrong and I emailed them because I wanted my money back. They told me that right off the bat, they keep $20 because I'm returning it. Then they tell me that I have to pay for the shipping. So now I'm really angry. First of all, Walmart doesn't really openly advertise that they subcontract. You buy from them for the convenience of returning. Next, if they are affiliated with this vendor, then shouldn't they have to take it back? This whole thing is a scam but I WILL get my money back because this is a huge scam.

Order for tires was placed online, confirmation received and arrive date was 2/6/2017. I go to the store and they were not delivered. Wal-Mart store associate calls Customer service and the order was never processed. The Customer service agent would not discuss the order with the Store Associate and instructed me, the Customer to call them. The CS Agent was on speaker phone so I heard the whole conversation. I called Customer service myself and spoke with a supervisor and the only thing that could be done was to cancel the order, place a new one and hope it would go through and I would receive my order in ANOTHER WEEK. Supervisor claimed nothing else could be done, order could not be expedited and there was no guarantee the order would be processed the 2nd time either.
I am in the process of moving and had to put off the move for a week while waiting on tires from Wal-Mart, now I am told I have to wait at least another week, could be longer or I may never receive them. Before placing the order I shopped many places, made many calls to see if anyone had them in stock and no one did. I was told my only option was to place the order online. I understand issues happen but the resolution response I received was completely unacceptable.

Approximately 2 days ago- February 3, 2017. I went to the WalMart Store in Rancho Cordova, California. I was going to buy several items and figured I would get store credit for my Christmas gift (a green curtain with gold trim). I had already purchased the curtains that I wanted and did not want or need the green curtain. While standing in line- I decided to ask a manager about store credit or if I could trade item in for some other items (I needed 2 smoke detectors and K-cup coffee pods for my husband's business- I was going to spend 150.00). To which she replied as of last week there is no more store credit.
Also, unbeknownst to me, the new policy for the store is- You must have receipt or know the exact date and time of purchase- in order to get a refund. I was not going to get a refund. It was a gift to me and my sister did not want me to know how much she paid for the item so she did not give me a receipt. She is also going through personal issues and could not remember the exact date and time of purchase. Manager (I now believe her name to be Tasha) told me I could only get another curtain of a different color and nothing else. I told her I was unaware of new policy and they DO NOT have signs up stating new policy. She proceeded to keep my curtain and my money. I needless to say did cuss at her at that point and called the corporate office same day.
Several hours after the incident on the same day, I ran into an employee that just got off of work and the person stated that they were saying that I stole the curtain. I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR 11 PLUS YEARS EVERYDAY SINCE THEY OPENED DOORS. HOW DARE THEY SAY I STOLE FROM THEM. I called back the corporate office to add an addendum to my original complaint.
Yesterday, February 4, 2017-- Tasha called me and told me she saw the video and that she did not see the curtain being left behind. She took it from me!!! She also told me that they were going to put up a sign for future. She also said since I already purchased red curtains on my own that the problem has been resolved. How is it resolved. They kept the curtain- I never left the store with it. They did not let me get anything I needed or the money back for said item. They stole from me!!! I called back corporate office again after my conversation with Tasha, only to be laughed at the end of call. I will be calling corporate today to address the issue of the representative laughing at the end of our conversation. It is not the cost of the item in question- it is the principle. They changed their policy and gave no warning to customers about policy changes.
Here is new policy with a general situation to illustrate the dilemma until customers are used to the new policy: You buy a gift for someone. It is the wrong size or something they don't want/need. Usually you take it back to the store and exchange it. Well, without a receipt (which is not new) you will not get a refund. However, say you didn't want the person to know what you paid for said item, so you do not give them a receipt. They are out of luck- no exchanges no refund. Or you have to know the exact date and time of purchase so they can look it up- well you can't remember that either- again out of luck.
They keep the money and you are stuck with something that does not fit or something you can't use. (Having to know the exact date and time of your purchase is new policy.) They also did away with store credit, doesn't exist anymore. So, last year if you still have a gift that you want to exchange- I hope that the person who bought it for you knows the exact date and time of purchase or gave you a receipt- otherwise you are stuck with the purchase.

Walmart had in a hard to find bolt action hunting rifle but it was quite expensive so we applied for a Walmart card just thinking it could come in handy one day and in the meantime it would help build credit. Well they said it would be a couple of weeks until the card would come so we printed out a piece of paper that they told us to. We took it there and looked at the gun and saw it had damage from the lock so we asked for a discount. Nope that did not happen. So we said we would still take it then they sold us that. The card expired a few hours before and they would not hold the gun so she takes it back and we came back later and they had a very nice lady on duty. We bought it and it all went well but just shows what happens when you hire nice employees vs very very unfriendly ones.

How Walmart treats kids with Autism - My son who is 17, was first diagnosed at 2. Got a job at Walmart in November as holiday help as a stocker. Ignoring the stupid fact that Walmart has 4 tardies/absences in a 6 month period (this includes sickness, flat tires, dog dies or I have to stay after school!) doesn't matter if you call in or not. So they explained this procedure to my son. I had no idea about it. Everything is verbally explained during orientation. Let me go back and state he is on an IEP and memory isn't his strong suit. Before this HORRIBLE experience he worked at Burger King for 6 months and left because he wanted to try something else.
Walmart managers never said he was getting close to his 4 penalties, according to him when he did have to call in they said no problem. He is sick one day, I have him call him. He shows up for work the next day, works for 2 hours they pull him aside and fire him. Way to go Walmart! So being a pissed off parent I call the local store as well as corporate. I finally get a meeting with the store manager, which by the way had the power to rehire my son (great employee they said!) instead he blames my son. If my son would have pointed out he was autistic they would have done something different. So you blame the kid, who doesn't know that he is supposed to be treated different because he has always had things modified for him. Walmart sucks and I hope they get their asses sued.

I walked past the live fish and my heart broke. There are dead fish and much too small tanks. The betta were pitiful. Most were half dead. I found two that looked like they had a chance so I bought them and took the home. The water was filthy and there was mold and dirt in the bottom of their bowls. I fed them after putting them in tanks at home and they ate the food like they'd never eaten before and immediately were more lively. Just makes me sad I couldn't save all of them.

There was a large beam in the way, my partner and I asked why she can't lift or scan the item, and the cashier stated she has a bad back. I said "you should not be working if you're injured." My partner picked up the item and went around the beam, but was tripped up from the rubber mat that was laying too far out, she fell into the next isle of plastic bag bagging area. A few beer cans splattered open and my partner injured her arms and hand by the bag stakes, customer standing behind us went over and heard the fall and was upset with the cashier who did nothing. I also went over and assisted my partner.
She immediately said her arm was hurting... still again the cashier did nothing, only said "let me get someone to mop up the floor!" I got the manager, she too did nothing except say "go to Customer Service and file a injury form!!" I was upset and so was my partner. After going to CS we filled out complaint and injury form. Cashier came over and stated, she shouldn't have been working! I complained to the manager "your employee should never be at work with a back injury!" Ambulance was notified, my partner was taken to ER and had a sprained arm. Claims management for Walmart Stores, Inc. denied our claim and indicated NO negligence on their part! The case manager was very rude and non caring. No empathy for my partner's injury. The cashier didn't take responsibility nor did she admit she had a back injury. Walmart is a joke but yet their goal is to provide a reasonably safe place for their customers to shop. We will never shop there again!

I worked at Wal-Mart for quite a while before I transferred to CAP team 2. It was hard at first, but after a month it was easy to get accustomed to how things worked. Everyone did poorly, so I thought it was just a problem with not being familiar with everything. Reason why Management kept making it their job to yell at us every day. Several months in I realized that the management's expectations were impossible. We would constantly get coached for not doing the job fast enough. They expected everyone to do half the times they were doing and to do it as quickly as humanly possible you could barely hit the times they wanted, but still fail. Every week was a miserable time.
I had so many people come into that job thinking the best, and leave hating Wal-Mart too greatly. It came to a point where training someone was nearly pointless. Everyone in the team either left or was lucky enough to have been working there long enough to have the ability to transfer out. Even then it was months before you were finally replaced, but that number dropped since new hires left every week or day.
The worst day I had was when several boxes of maple syrup broke on top of all the products in the truck. Everything was covered in syrup. Everyone's moods were already on the breaking point of quitting. The syrup was a downer, but what really got every single person angry was the fact that all of our random managers that worked the store came in every other ten minutes to completely lose it on us. They blamed it all on us, and even told us we were definitely getting in trouble for us. No matter what we tried to say to them, they still didn't believe the truck came in like that. Every day was like that minus the syrup covered boxes. No matter how many times everyone tried to work with the managers they would constantly treat all of us like garbage. The work was unreasonably difficult and the pay was, and is, minimum wage. It's more like a game of who will last the longest.
I lasted A VERY LONG TIME until I finally quit. I was the last one from the original team, and I smiled when I gave them the letter. Called in sick for the last two weeks, while taking advantage of their new sick time rule. Which gave me more sick time. I'm not the type of person who ever calls in sick, but I couldn't spend another second working there. The people on the team are mostly nice, but they leave the second they realize how bad it is. For the ones who stay, they get fired over the stupid problems with hazard management. Every day there is something that has to be hazarded out, and the smallest mistake is one out of three strikes that will get you fired.
I wish there was some way I could sue them over the labor law they broke with me and several others. My manager came to me a few months in to tell me that I had to skip my breaks to get closer to the required times. I did so for months. I knew it was illegal and against the rules for him to ask me to do so, but I couldn't afford to lose my job. Towards my last few months there I started to take my breaks again, and just dealt with the coachings that I could possibly receive. Skipping my breaks a few times here and there when I didn't feel complete hatred for the company that I worked for.
Many times my workers would group up before break to talk about walking out on strike, or join a union. Too many people left to form a strike, and no one wanted to join a union in case they would have managers pressure them out of the job because they had. Which has happened. Everyone else in the store talked about how bad that position was. Especially when I bought things. They would start a conversation with me. Asking me how I was holding up with a nightmare of a job like that.
I don't know if they improved anything with that job, but I did find out the horrors that were slowly being fixed started all over again when my manager that directly trained, and was involved in tasking us every day, left. All new people... must've been a nightmare on the first day. I don't advise working at such a terrible place if you get chosen to work at CAP team 2. Unless you like being treated like garbage when you are a key position in the store.

Glen Burnie, MD Wal-Mart electronics associates were more interested in standing around talking to each other than helping customers. My husband was trying to get help with purchasing a game which was locked in a game case. We had to approach the counter where there were 3 associates. 1 young man was ringing up a customer and 2 females were standing by a cart looking at the side counters. My husband approached and asked if 1 of the females could help him. She shot him the nastiness look of appearing to have interrupted her conversation. She got the game out of the case and when my daughter and husband asked her questions regarding another game and a DS, she was rude and seemed to be trying to rush through helping to get back to her conversation. Without asking if we needed anything else, she walked away and went right back to the counter and her conversation.
When we make our way to the counter, the young man ringing us up never once even made eye contact or ask how our experience was. And of course, the same 2 ladies were busy trying to look busy. The store is hardly ever clean, but the associates should at least try to appear that they changed out of their bed clothes or gym clothes before coming to work. 3 of the 4 associates in electronics were wearing khaki pants. Dress code I would assume. But one of the females was wearing black yoga pants. I know there are sites out there about the people of Wal-Mart and how they dress. But I would think Sam Walton himself would say yoga pants are a no go.
After checking out, I go to the service desk and ask to speak to a manager, the young man behind the counter stopped holding it up by leaning on it to call for an ASM. He called over the radio and got no response. He then goes to call them and tells me I may have to wait a while. He stated the managers were in a meeting and they have 1 everyday at 1 pm. I asked "is that customer service telling a customer that the managers won't come to speak to a customer when requested." He said "Yeah they won't answer the phones or come up when there is a meeting." Someone called and spoke to the guy behind the counter but still no assistant/store or co-store manager could be bothered.
I don't know when things went so horribly wrong with Wal-Mart or their culture. But speaking to customers when they enter the departments, or ask to speak to a manager about an experience good or bad should be a priority. Not a case of making your customer feel less than welcome. When is it a good appearance for associates to stand out on the front walkway to take smoke breaks. You have an open lot on the backside where they could go to smoke. Do they think customers should have to walk into the store through a cloud of cigarette smoke?
This store is in need of serious customer service. The customers are the reason that store can be profitable and keep them employed. Without the customers they could be in the unemployment line. Does Wal-Mart need any more bad press or negativity put out in the public eye. Yes you may work for 1 of the biggest retailers out there, but any company knows bad word of mouth or bad experiences anywhere will far outweigh any positive.

I use to work at the Elverson, PA Walmart Store 3501. When I first started there things were great there. Everyone was working together and things got done. Slowly things started to change. Employees and managers started to change. Seems like Management and Corporate lost respect for us. Started getting the cold shoulder from them. No one cares. After Mr. Sam Walton died the company started trending away from the vision he had for this company. The company is no longer that family-oriented company. When you had a problem it got fixed, they listened, they supported. Now there is none of that. Now they're worried about the bottom line. They don't care for the employees. Things that go wrong even though it's a Management or Corporate decision fall down on the employee even though it doesn't work.
Every year we go through Black Friday and then we start getting large deliveries and or more deliveries than normal. For us in Dairy Department is not good because it overloads us. They expect us to clear our coolers. This can't be done, especially when they expect the fresh skids that are delivered are expected to be put out. But the bins stay full and we can't get to our bins. So things start to go out of date. Then they have 3rd shift put things out from the bins and we then get in trouble because the management finds stuff going out of date or the bins back being full again because of the overstock. Then the other problem is we use Telzons and MC40 devices to scan things and bin things. Well we are then told we are not allowed to use them, but we have to follow the process. So again if we follow what the Management says then we are in trouble again, but if we don't follow and do things the right way we are still in trouble.
Corporate and Management order too much stuff. The system says one our caps are wrong but on the floor and in the backroom they are correct. But it's our fault. My department managers knows what's going on and he is not even listened to. They think he does all the ordering but he does NOT. We have a Automatic Order System. Corporate and upper store management have control of it. But we get them blame no matter what. We can check every day for things out of date, and we pull things that are 5 to 7 days before their out of date. And we do that every day. And the next day we keep finding them out on the floor like they're trying to make us fail.
They blamed me for an item that went out of date that was found 2 weeks before and nothing was ever said about it till they asked me to come back to the manager's office and told me then I was terminated. Since there has been 26 employees that have been fired and new employees that were there only 2 or 3 days quit because of the way they are treated. Walmart really needs to wake up. It's a horrible place to work. They fired me the day after my 2nd year anniversary date. Dec 30th 2016.

I was employed by Walmart from July to August of 2016. When hired, I was strongly encouraged to get a MoneyCard so I could have my paychecks direct-deposited; the personnel manager told all new hires how easy this made managing paychecks. How could any of us say no? Now, months later, I am STILL fighting to get my last paycheck, which was direct-deposited to my MoneyCard September 8, 2016-- the same day MoneyCard froze my account. The day prior, I had received a letter stating that MoneyCard could not confirm my identity, and that in order to confirm it, I must fax copies of my social security card and ID or passport to a fax number in Georgia (which, by the way, is not associated with any of the Walmart or MoneyCard companies, according to their websites).
I called the number in the letter and was connected with a girl in the Philippines who informed me that I could either fax the info, or have my personnel manager call them to confirm my identity. However, she said, I should probably go and withdraw funds from the account before the card was frozen. The letter said this would occur on the 9th, so on the 8th, I went to Walmart to withdraw the funds that had just been deposited. The card was already frozen. What followed was a solid month of me calling the call center in the Philippines, driving back and forth to Walmart (usually spending 1-2 hours there each time, as a different manager tried but failed to resolve the issue), and trying desperately to reach ANYONE at Walmart headquarters who might resolve the issue. NOTHING worked.
I finally gave up, but I'm not done. I refuse to allow Walmart to steal my final paycheck from me; hell, it's bad enough they can justify paying employees such abysmal wages to begin with! The last interactions I had, however, left me so upset I had to stop for my own sanity. No one at the call center would give me any answers beyond saying I had to fax my info, and that "we have a team investigating you." I sat and listened as my former personnel manager spoke with central payroll services, who told her they WOULD not do anything to fix the situation (not could not, but would not), and her irate reaction. I even tried going through the ethics hotline; they said they had asked the district manager to contact me, but he never did.
The amount in question-- $342.51-- is a paltry amount for Walmart, but it meant, when this first occurred, that I ended up delinquent on bills, and would have had my electricity shut off if not for a compassionate relative. I am on the verge of locating an attorney to file a class action suit against Walmart, as I have found several accounts online much like mine, and there is an arbitration clause in the MoneyCard contract (convenient, right?). But really, I just want my money. How is it that Walmart is somehow above the law??

I made a huge mistake by buying a Macbook charger from walmart.com. First, the charger was broken and never worked! They had 30-day refund program, and it has been 2 months since the item was delivered back to them, and still no refund! Third-party seller is under the protection of Walmart. Not something like amazon.com do. Walmart doesn't protect your money. The seller delayed my payment each time after contacting 6-7 times via email and phone.
As a backup option, I contacted Walmart customer service, and they promised 3 times to "escalate the issue"!!! I wrote a review about fraud company on walmart.com and they do not publish it! I tried two times. They intentionally protect the fraud company: "chargerdirect"! Result? Walmart and third-party seller protect each other. They only want your money, your satisfaction and rights do not concern them. If you buy your item from Walmart, you may return it in store. If you buy from third-party seller, forget the money! You can easily be cheated!

I've been working in Walmart store #174 going onto three years. The first year was pretty good but has the second year rolled in they decided to hire support managers. Ok so the support manager that comes in for evening is really terrible. He thinks that he can go over assistant management. Every time a assistant manager would give me a project that they want me to work on he always make me stop and do his demands. Which I don't understand since assistant managers is a higher position. I worked at this Walmart before him and when he started he was a cashier and then he became CSM and then support manager. I feel as though when a person is given a manager position that they need to be transfer to a different store. It seem as though he is consumed with power and all he does is walk around telling associates what to do and doesn't help with zoning or putting away returns.
One time he called me in the office just because me and another associate went to lunch at the same time even though it was unavoidable and either she would have went during someone else's lunch as well. Yesterday he yelled at me at customer service for the reason that he thought I was walking away from him while he was talking when I was just trying to get returns to take back to my department and he said that I could be fired for doing that. I feel as though I cannot tolerate him anymore and I now dread going to work because of him. I use to really like working for Walmart but now since they added "SUPPORT MANAGERS" it's been a unbearable place to work. I feel as though I need to change my schedule just to avoid working with him.

So now I'm sitting here again since Monday last week waiting for a package to come. So I have to make another phone call again to customer service and get aggravated because they do not know what they're doing. They are clueless. They cancel this order 3 times and charged my account repeatedly.

All in all my experience with my local Walmart Supercenter has been positive. The produce is fresh and lower priced than other grocery stores I've shopped. I have found the meat department to have a good variety of quality meat at lower prices. The problem with customer service is being able to find an employee to help you. Once you find one they are very knowledgeable of product locations and walk you directly to it. The number of available checkout lanes to check out are usually 50% less than what is needed. I really like the grocery prices, much of the stock and the convenient location of my Walmart Superstore. However Walmart constantly drops items from its inventory. An employee said that they drop items that are not popular or ITEMS THAT ARE TOO POPULAR. From what I have experienced there I really believe both of those. There has been about one item a month that I love dropped for the last 14 years and that is extremely frustrating. The other thing many of us, including employees, hate besides what items are offered is the constant moving around of items. I genuinely believe that Walmart Corp has put the least-experienced people in charge of product placement. I call it "new graduate welfare" as it very rarely reflects the logistics of customers' shopping needs.

When we went to go pull the money from his account it was not available. The bank told us that Walmart had taken the money back. We went to Walmart, and he asked the HR manager what was going on. She said there was an accounting error, and that everyone's bonuses and paychecks from the end of the week had been taken back and that the money would be back in 24 hrs of the issue.
This was the 4th incident of this nature in the short time he worked there. As a result we were late on our house payment, as well as a few other big bills. He is now searching for employment elsewhere. In my personal opinion... A multi-billion dollar, international company should not have "accounting errors" and should never have to take money back from their employees. The employees have bills and families to take care of too. I will no longer shop at any Walmart, as I will not support a company that takes advantage of its employees, and treats them as if they are nothing. This is what the site says: “All of the photos in your Walmart.com/photo account have been moved to the new site.” But after months of trying to find them, many phone calls, being left on line for an hour at a time I have been told they did not merge. I had thousands of memories stored with them, many years of photos.
This is what they say: “Photo Center Storage Policy. Walmart's Digital Photo Center offers free, unlimited storage of your online photos, whether they come from film you develop with us or from digital photos you upload to your Photo Center account. Your photos will remain in your Digital Photo Center online account for as long as you remain an active member of the service. Active participation in the service is defined as sending in film for developing or purchasing photo merchandise (prints, posters, photo books, photo CDs or hi-res downloads) through the website at least once every year (365 calendar days)."
But now they just say “I'm sorry.” Sorry is not helping this. I have done a lot of business with Walmart over the last years (I would know how many if I could see my photos). It takes hours and hours uploading photos and putting them in order so you can create photo books and other gifts. This is unbelievable to me that they cannot still get access to my photos. I cannot go back and get those photos over. I trusted what they said. Yes hindsight is that I should have backed them up somewhere else BUT I believed what they said... safe and secure... I would always be able to access from new platform. Years and years of family memories gone.

Why would fish not apply under animal abuse protection laws? Who draws the line as to where one oxygen breathing creatures lives matter vs others don't? I suggest, to those whom this concerns, simply write Walmart a legit email, explaining why you will no longer be shopping there. Sure some purchases may not be as convenient as a result but if you can't make that small, trivial sacrifice, then you may need to ask yourself does this really matter to you... and from this point forward, I too will follow this advice and will not longer be shopping there. Or if I do go in there, I vow to walk 1st to the fish section, I will personally remove and dispose of dead fish. If I feel they need food, I will open a jar and feed them. If bettas need water, I will add some.
Since I don't want to go thru all that but I would because I'm a man of my word, I will just choose Meijers or Costco in the future. These companies WILL listen if you start making statements with your dollars. I promise. Affect their bottom line, they will listen. They don't want 15 minimum wage (just as an example)? Stop shopping there until they finally do. You must make some sort of communication so they will know why their numbers are starting to decline. Plus if more people stop shopping at Walmart and the likes, and chose smaller shops, whose prices are usually much higher, eventually they will be able to lower their prices. If enough people stand their ground and stop supporting these immoral corporations then they will cease being immoral or cease to exist!

Seem to sell only the brand of canned veggie of each item with which they can make the most profit -- icky "seasoned" only beans or greens are all but inedible rather than selling "fat back", the original southern seasoning. Fresh bread usually isn't fresh to anywhere near the date on the package -- usually tastes off within 24 hours if not right away. Seem to have a great fondness for "disposable" (easily breakable -- not intended to be disposable) made in china children's toys and kitchen items alike.

I stopped shopping because of the service and poor product selection, but the selections have improved a great deal since 10 years ago, so I started shopping there again 3 months ago. This consumer was really surprised with the change in quality and service. The first product I choose was the Clavita Pasta and comparing prices in the local area to Walmart's price was almost unbelievable. In fact with my diet change, I was able to find almost everything in one place. I decided to return back to school, although I have retired. Also I babysit my 3 year old grandson, so time is precious. Walmart saves me a lot of time regarding my studies and grandson. And when acquiring information about a product, I find the customer service excellent.

The personnel at Walmart usually do not know much about pet food, treats, and accessories unless they have the pets themselves. Has a great selection of pet foods and treats, toys and accessories, and prices are usually reasonable. I find that the pet dept at Walmart is actually fun for me. I find the usual food I feed along with lots of different kinds of treats and toys. They also have wormers, grooming accessories, collars, leashes, harness, etc., just about anything you could need at reasonable prices.

The bathrooms are always clean and the lines aren't long, so shopping time is less time consuming. Management is always available and the money center and customer service desk is never backed up or overcrowded. They are open until 12 a.m. and have recently added a Murphy's for even more convenience. I do highly recommend stopping by our local Wal-Mart in Devine. Overall savings is good. The registers should know when there are rollbacks are on the products, so you don't get charged the wrong amount, and end up in the return line just because they did not charge the correct price.

On 12/24/16 my husband went to Walmart to buy a Beats audio headphones for my son's Christmas present. We were excited about the gift and I just wrapped fast so my kids cannot see me of course. The problem was on 12/25/16 when my kids woke up to check what was under the Christmas tree, they start opening their presents and he was so excited 'cause he got a Beats and he start opening the box and, Oh surprise, the box was empty. YES EMPTY, no headphones inside, no wires, no nothing. Walmart sold us a really expensive empty box. (If you have Beats, you know an empty box is also heavy). After that my husband and my son went to Walmart on 12/25 but store was close.
We wait until today 12/26/16. My husband went and he told the manager what had happened and he said he cannot do anything. He call another 2 managers and also said the same. They said they already check the store surveillance video and said my husband get out from the store with a close box, of course he wouldn't buy a open box, the problem was someone open the box very carefully and put clear tape back on the plastic seal and returned to the store, or someone who work in there rob them and seal them back then put it to sale. Our fault with the hurry we didn't check. Their fault also didn't check what people return or what they put it on sale. This was a really bad experience. Of course my son think Santa didn't love him anymore. He also said he's been good boy. Why he get an empty box? Sad story. I know you cannot do anything for me but at least someone can learn from our mistake.

He offered text messages to track the progress. I received a text on 12/17 stating they were sending a box and a pre-paid shipping label. However when no box arrived I called back and again spoke with Dennis who was surprised I received that message and stated that he would make sure a box was sent. No box. Called back again. The betas are kept wrong and they are tucked back away from lights in the shelves, and are not allowed to be in certain parts of the shelves. And I do not know about this specifically, but they may not be getting food and be neglected from food. This is at almost every Walmart I have been to also, except for maybe one in Idaho. And the fish in the tanks are so often dying or ill because they are not taken care of well enough and it's the same issue with the betas, I do not even know if the fish are being fed. This makes me sick to see especially being an avid pet lover. With the bad handling of the live animals, I do not think certain Walmarts deserve to even carry live animals. It makes me sick to a point where I do not even want to shop here anymore. I dislike Walmart as it is but this makes me so worried for the fish in the department.
And overall the prices are not that great either in the store for the products. It sometimes is even more than other stores. And there oftentimes isn't someone who knows much about fish or pets in the department. But there are quite a few who do know about the fish and who are informative, but others don't. Overall, I do not even think that Walmart should be able to carry live animals seeing how they are treated. It is honestly sick, that should only be for the stores who actually care about their animals and do not let them just die off.

I went to my local Walmart (#204) last night (12/28/16). Me and my brother decided we wanted to get some board games so he could play with my son, his nephew. Well my brother also wanted to get a video game out of electronics. We found a guy, ** was his name I believe. We asked him for some help and he came over and helped other people first. Strike one, not a big deal, but okay. Then he looked straight at us as we waited and walk away to talk to some of his friends while still looking and staring at me and my brother. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting I went and found another woman and asked if she could help us and she was right on it. She went and got the keys from the guy and he walked away. She got us the game we wanted and I asked if there was a manager I could speak to. She told me to go to the front and ask them to page a manager on duty. I went and did just that.
They called a woman up that was not a manager. I told her what happened and she said, "Okay follow me." I did and she took me back to electronics and found the guy and told him I wanted to talk to him and she walked away. I told the man why I was upset and he just said, "Okay, I'm sorry and walked away. I didn't feel like the situation was handled at all. So I went back up to the front and asked for a real manager. They brought another woman up and she asked what happened. I told her and she gave me a gift card for 10$, and then left it be. I still don't believe It was handled at all. I still will be calling the head manager of the store, If he does nothing I will be sure to call the district manager, This behavior from the staff is completely unacceptable. Tonight I went to one of your stores in Jasper GA and I had a item to price match from Walmart.com. The cashier was super friendly and said she would price match. She just needed approval so she called over whom I can assume was "Lead Cashier." Her name is Samantha. I showed her the item I wanted to price match and she looked at me and said "I’m not going to give this to you at this price." I informed her that I was just a other Wal-Mart and they priced matched for me. I even offered to show her the receipt. (I was in search of more than the last store had so I had driven to this location.)
She stated that she doesn’t care what other Wal-Marts do and was not responsible for what price they gave me. Then spoke into her headset to the GM (her name slips me) "can you please come here and see what I’m dealing with." That is the comment I didn’t feel was necessary. I was pleasant and kind and was just informing her that I had just gotten this deal. The GM comes over and say to Samantha to check the price at Walmart.com- she did and the price was more than in the store and Samantha looked at me and said "I'll sell it to you at that price." I was appalled that the GM was standing there and allowed her to speak to me like that.
At this point I ask the GM if they price match from the Walmart.com site and she would not answer my question. She simply said she wasn’t going to give me the price match price because she couldn’t find it in the system. Even though I had it on my phone and she saw it was on my phone on Walmart.com she refused. The cashier that checked me out, however was wonderful. She even asked the two ladies why we were not honoring a Wal-Mart.com price. They would not answer her. At this point I want to make it clear I don’t care about the item.
I guess I should of known I was gonna be treated unkind when I saw her take Christmas candles from the lady in the next check out because they were ringing up full price and come back with a price that wasn’t half off. She said to this lady “I don’t know what you want me to do about this, they are not ringing up half off so I'll give them to you for 11." (They were 15 dollar set of candles. So now she just makes her own price with her???) (And by the way all Christmas stuff was suppose to be half off at this Walmart.) What I’m upset about is how I was talked to and how they refused to honor Wal-Mart policy.
I asked them if they honor Wal-mart.com prices and they refused to answer me as well. They kept saying - "I'm not going to give this to you for that price." I have never in all the years shopping at Wal-Mart had a issue with price matching. I bring the ad and I show proof that it's a valid match. I just wanted it brought to your attention that you have people in a leadership position at your business treating people very rudely and not honoring your policy. I won't be returning to that store- I'll take my business to the Kroger or drive the 30 mins to Target if I have to.

However I seen a fellow shopper that so happen to have the set in their cart, I asked where they got it since I just came from Homeware and they begin to tell me that it was a fluke that they got them in, and that their mother-in-law was a MANAGER, and she hid it for them but they got the last one. Well knowing this is against store policy I went to ask to speak with someone in store but no one could speak with me. I called the next day and when I told the lady what happened she just laughed and told me that they aren't suppose to do that but directed me to call (Melanie/Malinda) the next day since she was manager of Homeware.
I called and that was a very unpleasant experience. Not did she yell at me but hung up on me. So long story short online customer care is a joke. They did not seem to be concerned or cared about my experience, and brushed me off. So it's been a week with no call, email, no word at all. I do not recommend any in-store or online customer care service, they will just be rude, not take you seriously, or care.

I waited until Black Friday to purchase a new mattress, the one I have is old and I wake up in more pain than when I went to sleep, regrettably after looking in stores and online I choose Walmart. The order has not been received after about a month. I called customer service multiple times only to find out that an order with a tracking # could not be tracked? Only that it was shipped, even worse since the item is no longer in stock they cannot ship a new order until it is restocked, but I would have to cancel the original order first, and worst of all I would have to pay whatever the price is set at? When it is, so I basically wasted 5-10 hours shopping/looking online, about the same speaking to customer service and one month waiting only to be in a worse situation than when I started since all the sales on Black Friday nationwide are over.
I am almost positive one of their workers made a mistake because that particular store is always understocked and might have one person who knows what they're doing in each department? TOPS. The last thing they said is if it does not show up in 7 days I would get an automatic refund and have to start all over, (if I wanted that I wouldn't have made the order) basically telling me they do not honor their word or care about their customers. Proceed with caution and low expectations if you decide to buy anything online at Walmart!!!

I worked at Wal-Mart for a month as a cashier, got all the points due to fault of management. I accidentally clocked myself out, spent thirty minutes trying to find a manager to fix it and he said he did yet he did not fix the point I got. I did not know until later. I asked personnel to fix it and she claimed I had more points to leaving work, three hours early on thanksgiving and I told her that was not right since that was my schedule time to leave yet she would not help me pull up the work sheet from them and claimed I came in three hours late and thirty minutes late one day. I told her I had mixed up the date on the thirty minute one and she laughed saying that that was not their problem and I demanded to know the three hour late one cause I have never been that late for a job in my life as a cashier in other stores.
She showed me the date but I told her the system was wrong yet she refused to look into it any further and told me to come back on my day off and take it up with the head lady when I will be already fired by then. That woman proceeded to ignore me and talk to me as if I was riff raff to where I cried on my lunch break later as it was their policy to help us and they treated me like a criminal with no help at all. Recently I purchased online a drill replacement battery for a Christmas gift for my brother in law. I ordered it online from Walmart not realizing it wasn't coming from them. It came from a company called Alltrade Tools. The battery was delivered. When I opened the box, the battery inside was already open. It appeared like someone attempted to tape it closed, unsuccessfully it was falling out of the container. This is suppose to be a gift. Cannot give it looking like it's already been used. Called Walmart and was told not their problem. I have to return it to Alltrade.
I didn't order it or pay Alltrade. I ordered and paid Walmart. This has been a terrible experience as no one at Alltrade ever answers their phones. It took days until I finally got a person on the line. She told me to send a picture and they'll decide if they will replace it. If I buy something from Walmart and pay them I should not have to go to all this hassle to return damaged products. Be careful what you order from this company. Use Amazon. They return things even if they send it from another company. I know I will!!

I'm new to working here at Walmart and I had always heard from friends or from previous workers that it's a horrible place to work and everyone working here told me not to apply because I would regret, and I absolutely do. I'm a cashier but when I began working I started as an unloader (hardest job to work for only 9 dollars an hour). So, I got transferred to cashier which I thought would be easier.
Firstly, the head manager of Walmart doesn't care about ANYONE of the workers, NONE! Example: Hurricane Matthew hit South Carolina like a bus and a lot of workers had to work DURING the hurricane. The manager was called and was asked, "If we can't show up today because of the hurricane will it still count against us?" He proceeded with an entitled "Yes, it will," and he was then asked, "So, you want us to risk our lives to come in to work?" And his answer is the most disgusting thing I have ever heard. He said, "Wal-Mart is more important than your lives." WHO ON EARTH SAYS SOMETHING LIKE THAT??? WHO? Is that not absolutely insane? I've been working here for barely 5 months and I really am trying to quit but I live in the middle of nowhere so jobs are hard to come by.
The CSMs, two of them in particular treat me like actual garbage. My lunch breaks are ALWAYS 1-2 hours late and it's not because they have no one to relieve it's because these two CSMs are EXTREMELY LAZY! I'm on my lunch break typing these and one of the aforementioned managers sent someone to me to give me my lunch break then immediately sent that person to a whole different register and I asked, "Wasn't that employee to come to me for my lunch?" She said, "Yes, but I sent her to another register." For what? It's my lunch. Plus, we get told "Don't take your lunches too late or you'll get a meal violation? How am I supposed to control when I go to lunch? It's the CSM's job, not mine and if they can't correctly do their job then they don't need one.
This same manager gave me one of my previously lunches TWO! TWO WHOLE HOURS LATE, because she "forgot about me". There is no way she forgot about me when the documents she uses to give out lunches are almost always with her and she sent others to their lunches instead of sending me to mine! There are so many other examples of these but it's only this CSM and another that treat me this way.
PLEASE DONT WORK AT WALMART. THEY MARK YOU AS A PART TIME WORKER AND WORK YOU FULL TIME! They don't even give me time to sleep! Last night I had to work until midnight and be back at 9 am this morning!!! It takes me 30 minutes to get home, then I have to wake up on time to leave to get there without being fired. Walmart.com allows you to order items online and have free shipping to your local Walmart store for pickup. I have had horrible experiences with this and will never do this again and warn all of you, online buyer beware. I made online order for a case of 20 of the same item through walmart.com. I selected to have it shipped to local Walmart store for pickup with free shipping and also know it won't be sitting on my porch all day for somebody to steal. BIG MISTAKE.
My order was made on 11/23/16 with expected date of receipt on 11/29/16. I checked shipping status and tracking through walmart.com online portal. It said my order was delivered by FedEx to my local Walmart store 11/29 at 9:55 AM but that store had not "processed it yet" so not ready for pickup. I kept checking everyday with the same message. I tried calling the store but nobody at pickup desk would answer the phone with 3 minutes of ringing. Finally decided to just drive to store and make them process my order and let me pick it up on 12/2. I printed out the shipping/tracking log along with order number to take with me believing local Walmart would see they had my order for 3 days and still hadn't processed it for me to pickup.
I arrived at Walmart pickup at 7:15 PM Friday evening. I needed my ordered item for activity with kids the next day so pickup was urgent. When I arrived, there were 10 people waiting around for the Walmart employees to locate their items for pickup. Many had been waiting an unknown length of time and were agitated, angry, and complaining. I provided my documents to clerk. They check their computer and said "order was still being shipped and not at store". I showed the clerk my printed out tracking log which said my order was delivered to their store on 11/29 but still saying "not processed for pickup". They continued to insisted my order wasn't there. I insisted that they did have it for 3 days and to go find it, process it and let me pick it up. Took several minutes discussion to convince them to a least go look.
After an hour and 15 minutes of waiting, a supervisor came out to talk to me. My order WAS NOT THERE. It had not been processed as delivered by their internal system so despite what online tracking said, they didn't have it. She said sometimes the delivery truck scans items in the truck and then never gets all boxes out of truck. This is FedEx truck delivering to Walmart store. I really didn't believe this scenario and kept insisting they find my order. (Note: many of the online items ordered through walmart.com are fulfilled through 3rd party and shipped by FedEx or UPS to local store instead of my home address when you select free shipping with pickup at local store.)
I have now joined the agitated, angry, and complaining customers waiting very long times for local Walmart to find their orders. The only option I was given was for them to issue a refund back to my credit card as they were not going to waste any more time looking for some things their system said wasn't there but online tracking said it was. I have to wait 5-7 business days for the money to be credited back to card. So I told them to initiate the credit for lost order. I left pickup desk at 8:45 PM just 15 minutes before they closed. 9 of the original 10 customers who were there when I arrived were still there waiting for their orders to be located. Only 1 customer had received his items and left during 90 minutes. (3 of the customers waiting to pick up order were wearing Walmart vest and name tag. They were employees of that store and even they were not served in a timely manner.)
I needed my order for activity the next day with kids so had been checking all Walmart and Kroger store shelves for several days as a backup plan in case something happened to my online order. None of them had restocked since Thanksgiving so I did not know where I could buy replacements so was depending on Walmart to deliver. I checked the local Walmart retail shelf on my way out of store, and they had 8 of 20 of items I needed. I had to pay twice as much for each. That is the very reason I did bulk order through walmart.com. Just to add insult to injury, I received a text message and email just 5 minutes after my refund for lost item was processed saying "Your Walmart Order is Ready For Pickup."
I believe the local Walmart received my order on 11/29 just like tracking said but mistakenly thought it was meant for restocking of their retail shelf. The items I had to purchase off Walmart retail shelf for double the price were actually from my bulk order. The reason I came to this conclusion is because the system used by local Walmart to handle walmart.com pickups is woefully inadequate. The employees do not look at the order number and go back and find it by number. They look at the description in the order and go look for the item.
Sometimes they come back and ask customer for better description to help them find their items. They are trying to locate items for pickup by eyeballing the actual item and not using order number. They just put all items for pickup in one place in back and employees go back and identify items for pickup by description. The only customer who did receive his item had to describe the brand and model of the electric can opener he ordered and show a picture of the box to the employee for it to be located. He also had to call his wife at home to get a better description of the other item in his order.
This not the first time local Walmart lost my walmart.com order. Just a year ago a month before Christmas, I ordered an HDTV online through walmart.com. I tracked my order and it arrived at a different, larger Walmart store in area perhaps for shipping and delivery efficiency. It was supposed to be taken to my local Walmart store 20 miles away by receiving store. It stayed at the receiving store for an entire week. I called and I was told that they don't take items to other stores until they have a "full truck". I begged to be allowed to pick up my Christmas HDTV at the receiving store where it was instead of waiting for it to be transported to my local store. I was told that was impossible and just had to wait until they got around to transporting it to my local store. Their excuse was they had many items for pickup because heavy Holiday shopping.
It was finally transported 2 days later and I received email and text message my HDTV was ready for pickup. When I arrived, my local Walmart could not locate my HDTV. Although they had order number and description in their computer, they asked me for the brand, size, and what the box actually looked like to locate my HDTV. I even provided a view of the item from my cell phone to help them find it. It was finally determined that my HDTV had probably been put on retail store shelf and sold to somebody. I received a refund to my credit card was not credited until 3 days after Christmas so didn't have the credit available to just go somewhere and buy any HDTV at that point. A very bad experience.
I should have learned from that experience but I thought maybe it was just a fluke or glitch in their system. So walmart.com shoppers BEWARE. Your order may get lost and you may never receive your item if you ask for free delivery and pickup at local store. Especially around holidays. Don't be disappointed by ordering through walmart.com for holiday gifts and then have to scramble to buy a replacement just before XMAS without the credit available on your card. I have had this happen on both of the only two orders I made through walmart.com. NEVER AGAIN for me.

The Marketplace Partner essentially did a Bait and Switch or someone cannot tell the difference between Au The Blanc and Black. Walmart should stand behind orders, in particular when an order doesn't even show up on the Walmart account. It is not MY fault that your website malfunctioned.
I am disappointed that Walmart will not help me get a refund for this item. I know it might not be much money to Walmart (a little over $42), but to me it is about the integrity of Walmart to help its customers. I have been patient now for almost 2 weeks, and it seems that Walmart has no interest in helping me resolve this issue. I have been a loyal Walmart customer for many years, but this episode has tainted my opinion of Walmart. It shouldn't matter if the item came from a 3rd party; the problem should be fixed by Walmart since Walmart allows Marketplace partners to use its online website. In addition to that, the problem is not mine. It is Walmart's website that malfunctioned and did not record my order and set up this situation.
The order number is **. The item came from a 3rd party vendor. Again, because the order does not show up on my account, I cannot contact the Marketplace partner directly. I am including a copy of the order form that came in the box with the cologne. I just want to return the unopened cologne and get my money back. If this issue is not resolved, I will never shop at Walmart again. I will use Target, Amazon, or anyone else who isn't Walmart. I find it difficult to believe that Walmart would choose to lose a once loyal customer over $42.00. Note: If I could give Walmart NO stars, I would do so.

I ordered a Hatchimal on 12/1 for $149.98, no tax no shipping charge. I received a confirmation email then received an email about six hours later, advising that my order was canceled. Hatchimal prices have increased on all other sites since yesterday and I am left with no Hatchimal (or shall I say my ten year old granddaughter is left with no Christmas present). I frequently order from Walmart. Walmart should honor the deal as it is not my fault they cannot manage their website. Was it simply false advertising so Walmart can tell Spin Master they are not price gouging? Please reference Spin Master's Twitter page in which they state they do not support price gouging and they are working with their authorized carriers to stop the gouging. I think it's a sham and Walmart should honor what they confirmed as a sale.

Gloves ordered through Walmart were actually sent by Ritz. Walmart all over their site says you can return items shipped to store for free. Unfortunately, I did not read fine print. Ritz not only does not give free returns. You cannot return to Walmart. And they charge a 30% restocking fee along with charging for cost of initial purchase. Walmart is never my go to store & they have just slipped down below the bottom. Be very careful when buying from their site. No phone number to contact.

It's finally Black Friday! The day of the bargain. I am shopping for a TV and I decided to see what Walmart was offering online. According to Walmart advertising "PRICES ARE CHANGING EVERY HOUR". They competing with all the big Stores. Nice concept if you know how to handle your traffic online and you have a great customer service Team working for you. Your team is not a solution solver. Very poor understanding of Customer service.
I bought a TV for low price (apparently from a third party vendor "Walmart partner"). I got the confirmation. 2 days later they cancel my order. Reason: "ERROR ON THE PRICE". Walmart reserve the rights to cancel the order and if I have future complaints to deal directly with the third party vendor. Wow really? You pulling this crap on Black Friday and then you telling me deal with my partner and not with us? Walmart I use a Walmart credit card (only usable in Walmart) on the Walmart online store. I selected a REDUCE PRICE DEAL offered in that moment from you. You Responsible for what is been sold to your customers. Is your name WALMART. Stop using this words in your promotions: "Your satisfaction is important to us." Its Fake!

I'm going to out myself out here. I used to work for Walmart TLE also known as Auto Care Center. The technicians that work for Walmart are not certified at all. They are trained by the service manager or the ACCM how to do the job. They are not certified by the state or ASE certified. Their website says they are certified which is crap. They have been lying to everyone. While I worked there I had oil change done and they broke my skid plate underneath my car. The car was only a year old. I have seen this many times they get in a hurry and I had to fix it. Walmart does not belong in auto Care Center business. Please be aware of this. I recommend not to go there.

Order an iPad from Walmart.com, never got it. First they showed it was delivered. Never got it. Called up they said to give it a week. Done that, never got it. Called them back, got hung up on 8 times, got someone said to get a police report, got that called back. Then they said they could send me a tablet instead of the iPad. Told them if I wanted a tablet I would have ordered one. Then they offered me a refund. The problem is I can't get an iPad for what I paid for. That one it is a birthday present for my daughter. Her birthday was 3 weeks ago, ordered in plenty of time to get. Then Walmart said they would call back. That was 2 days ago. Still nothing. So now I have to spend all day on the phone again to get the run around. I should not have this much trouble to get an item I paid for. I did my job and paid for item. Walmart did not do their job. Never got anything for my trouble.

I am sorry that I cannot rate this lower than 1. My experience with Walmart.com has been one of the worst and most frustrating things in a long time. I tried to buy a Big Boss Instamop back in October. I was informed that the mop would be delivered between 10/27 and 11/2. They charged my credit card on 11/9. I checked my account and saw that the mop was shipped. It is now 12/1. I have tried repeatedly to get some help. I have sent emails to the supplier. I have called Walmart.com and was told I had to call the vendor. I called the vendor and was told I had to Walmart.com.
I have been on the phone or emailing regarding this attempted purchase for over 8 hours. My last attempt lasted 2 1/2 hours with the result being that I would receive an email within 5 working days from the supplier. Thank God for Amazon, I will NEVER deal with Walmart.com again. I just wish I had looked online and seen the dismal rating they have before I got entangled with them.

I purchased a Funai TV in 2013 on November 28th which was black Friday. I purchased this at Walmart In NH and today 12/1/2016 my tv is not working. The model number is LF320FX4F. I have tried unplugging it and waiting to see if it will work and I got nothing. There is a red light on in the front of the screen and when I try turning the TV on it just flashes the logo and shuts off. All I have now is a black screen and TV that is not working. I would have at least expected to get a good ten years out of this but not 3 years and it dies on you. Please do something about this. I can't just go out and get a new television every three years or even once a year. I feel I was ripped off by Walmart and the manufacturer. I want my money back, or this TV fixed free of charge.

This is unsanitary. The health department need to check all Walmart!!! Very disappointing.

Buyer BEWARE.. So here is my story... I made a purchase online with Walmart. When the item came the box was damaged and the toy did not work. So I went to Walmart. It had only been a week since my package arrived. Stood in line for over 45 minutes to get to the service counter all to be told Walmart does not return online items. You now must read the fine print of anything you order from them because they will not return it... And to make matters worse they give you a service number to call supposedly to print out a return label.
Unfortunately I was on hold for 28 minutes before I could speak to anyone to ask for a return label. When I got through the first thing the operator said is "Is anyone 50 years or older in your household press 1 for yes 2 for no." There was no other option to go any further with the call. You had to answer their question before you could get the label. I hung up and told the girl at the service desk. IT IS NONE OF WALMART'S BUSINESS IF I HAVE someone 50 years or older in my household... And so it gets worse... So when I finally get through to the online Walmart they dropped my call and I couldn't get through for another 24 hours. So today I get through... to be told "Here is the vendor's number. We do not accept returns." The vendor's number is of course an answering machine that tells you have 30 days to return your item.
At this rate I am wondering if I will ever get a refund. So here is the excuse Walmart uses now. They say anything online comes from a third party. They will not return the item. Does Walmart manufacture anything? No. Everything they sell comes from a third party. They tell you this like it is suppose to make you feel better and understand their new policy and claim it is on their website... It is not on the website... But when you want to return it their employees standing under the sign that says you have 90 days to return items with Walmart they have NO PROBLEM TELLING YOU SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT! I try very hard to avoid shopping at Walmart but now I will not shop there unless I have to. What a bunch of baloney! Walmart is a mess... Truly a horrible experience. I am writing to the Better Business Bureau!

After comparing TV process from several sources I ordered from Walmart as they would have the tvs to me on Saturday - this is important as I do not want tv boxes on my front porch when I am not home. So - when I tracked the shipment I found it would not be received until the 29th - a business work day. When I 'chatted' with them to see if I could pick up the order they could not do so. I am now either going to have to take a day off work or have a friend house sit for me.
Last year the 'ship to store' was a nightmare - I should have known how Walmart treats its customers and not order from them. As soon as they are received I am putting them in the car and going to return them - I will then buy from Amazon even if the price is a bit higher. When they give me a ship date they meet or exceed it. As Walmart is trying to take some of Amazon's business with their free shipping subscription you would think they could actually meet a confirmed delivery date. No more Walmart for me for anything!

I have been trying to return a headboard I ordered online from Walmart.com. The store will not allow me to return it because they said it was shipped from HomeSquare. But I ordered it from Walmart. Before I ordered it I called the Germantown, MD store and I was told I could return it to the store. But now they are telling me it came from Cymax. Cymax wants to charge me a restocking fee of $134.59 and also pay to return the headboard and insure it. The headboard has not been used. It is new. I am willing to bring it back to the store or to a UPS or FedEx facility to return it but I'm not paying to ship it and I'm not paying a restocking fee. I have called customer service four times and they just keep giving me a runaround saying they will talk to Cymax and get back in touch with me. But again I ordered the headboard from Walmart not Cymax. I want a full refund on my credit card.

I started working at Wal-mart in June of 2016, as a Part-Time Maintenance Associate. During my stay I was made to work full-time hours (over 32 hours a week) while being paid and listed as a part time employee. I received only the barest minimum of training and was refused training on anything necessary for me to help customers.
Anyway, after 5 months of working for this company, my supervisors started following me around and harassing me while I was working. I had two CSM's sprint after me while I was cleaning bathrooms in the liquor store, and they demanded that I dry the floor with paper towels after mopping it. On multiple occasions they followed me into bathrooms to make similar unreasonable demands. They also followed me around while I was roaming the floor, and got on to me whenever I tried to talk to someone.
The last straw came when I got coached because one of my coworkers said something offensive in my presence, and I "Didn't walk away from the situation". My supervisor and one of the assistant managers forced me to sign a paper saying that I wouldn't talk to anyone. Just, outright not talk to anyone. I handed them my vest & badge, then walked out the door. This company has NO RESPECT FOR THE INDIVIDUAL, while at the same time promising that it's one of their biggest standards.

I purchased a Walmart Gift card and planned to use it on Black Friday of 2016. I ordered the card on a Tuesday and the numbers were compromised and a fake card used in Las Vegas Nevada for the exact amount the card was for? It appears someone in Walmart could be printing fake cards and using other people's numbers. What they purchased was not on there so that is shady. I called Walmart customer service and explained the situation. 3 different departments gave me the run around and basically told me once the card left the warehouse it was on me even though I proved to them that the card was in my possession and never used in Las Vegas Nevada. The fact Walmart cannot even stand behind their brand is very sad. They just lose a customer and this is not the only place I will be placing this complaint.

I am so tired of Walmart ads advertising one thing and that's not even the item on sale! The Black Friday sales paper has Mossy Oak and Real Tree hoodies advertised for $10. The hoodies that are pictured with the ad are not the $10 hoodies, the hoodies pictured are $25. That's a BIG difference!!! I got to Walmart early Thanksgiving evening, at 6 went straight to the hoodies. I wanted to make sure I got the right ones. So when a employee came by the isle, I asked which hoodies are the $10 one's. He showed me. The ones he showed me were the same ones advertised in the paper. I stood in line forever, to finally check out and see that the shirts I had were $24.88!!! They were the exact same shirt that was in the ad, one of them was even the same color as the one in the ad. But of course they were not the right ones, the tag on the shirts had the same thing that the ad had advertised. I did not buy them.
This has happened to me with Walmart several times over the years. This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! I'm sure there's some kind of disclaimer or something in small print on the back of the sales paper that legally justified this. That does not make it right!!! I'm sure I'm not the only one that picked up the wrong ones and many probably didn't even notice they rang up $25 or just kept them anyway because they were a gift.
And I assume that was Wal-Mart's plan, picture the more expensive hoodies in the ad. So people would get those hoodies and either not notice when they checked out, or notice and just get them anyway because they were a gift. Because this keeps happening to me at Wal-Mart, I will not be shopping there unless it's a have-to. This happens every year with the Christmas sale ads and sometimes with just weekly sales. It should be whatever is pictured in the ad is the item that's on sale!!! WAL-MART STOP TRYING TO TRICK PEOPLE!!!

I ordered a camera from Wal-Mart, which came from a different company. I paid $9 for shipping for the thing which I feel is high. Shipping seemed like it took forever to get here. I used it a couple times, and first thought was how cheap this is. The thing quit working after a couple uses. The screen goes all weird and fades in & out. The door is about cheaply made. The program that comes with it to crop photos is also junk and hard to use, I had to go back to my old crop program. I can't return the item to Wal-Mart since this other company sent it to me. I can't get a hold of anyone. I even wrote the BBB about it and have not heard a word. For the Near $30 or $35 I spent on this thing, I could have invested that in a good camera instead of a camera that I got to use 2 times and now sits here collecting dust and taking up space. Maybe I should plant it out back in my yard next to all the Beta's I buy from this store that keep dying.
Last time I returned a fish the clerk argued with me for 20 minutes but the guy returning the huge thing of oil that I saw he stole off the shelf when he walked in the door, she gladly refunded him, and his cost was 6 times more than my fish. I just wanted another fish, he wanted back his $30 or more. Maybe he was her boyfriend, I don't know. Clerk even asked me is this the same fish when I went & got another one in store to exchange it, and no the first one was dead so it was not the same fish but a one just like it that died that night and now I have to return that too. Mostly I wanted a camera for the holidays which well I got to take no photos yesterday for thanksgiving. How do you replace those memories? Yes I have some receipts and can get a copy of my bill for camera.
