DID YOU KNOW THAT “WALMART.COM” IS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT COMPANY FROM YOUR WALMART STORE? I found out the hard way! I bought Bridgestone tires online through Walmart.COM and had them installed at my local tire store – not by the local Walmart Store. Then I realized that when I picked up my new tires at my local Walmart Store, they did not give me the WARRANTY DOCUMENTATION. No big deal – it’s just a phone call -- or so I thought!

To my astonishment, the Walmart Store refused to give me the Warranty Documents because they did not actually “sell” the tires to me. Walmart.COM sold me the tires. So I called Walmart.COM: The first CS person put me on hold while she was supposedly getting the warranty documentation from Bridgestone for me. But, after a long delay, she hung up on me! The second person I spoke with was Oscar in Guatemala and he tried to be very helpful. However, all he could do was send me links to Walmart.COM's website which shows the Warranty information. But these are not my warranty documents. These links were worthless. Undaunted, I called Bridgestone to get my warranty documents – nope! They would not give me the warranty documents because we did not buy the tires from a Bridgestone store.

BOTTOMLINE: Ultimately, I gave a 3-star review because we resolved this problem with a rather unique solution. Thanks to the cooperation of my local Walmart Store: I drove my Subaru back to the local Walmart Store and had them take off the new tires and RE-install them for $40. This allowed the Walmart Store to give me the WARRANTY documents. And it also allowed me to purchase the Road Hazard Policy. Whoopee! How many hours did I waste on this debacle? You don’t want to know!

This experience was terrible. As my friend was loaning me money through Walmart to Walmart as I don't get my money till the middle of the month. When I would pay her back. I waited all day at Walmart to get this money to me and Ria who handles this transaction would not allow it to come to me. I needed this money to pick up my car and now I am without it. Thanks to Ria Money! What a horrible experience totally!

I first went here for my eye examination in October of 2015. I picked out my desired glasses and had them mailed off. When first trying them on in the vision center I was overwhelmed by how much they distorted my vision. I was told to give them two weeks. The problem with these is I had no depth perception. I fell down an escalator at the mall before the week was over. Brought them back and the optician was extremely rude with me. He said I didn't wear them for two weeks like I should have. I explained that I could only wear them if I was sitting down watching TV. I cut hair for a living and drive to and from work. There is very little room for error. His attitude on the whole thing was snippy and short and I was extremely uncomfortable. He edited my prescription and within two weeks I had a pair I was comfortable with.

I ended up losing my glasses in January of '17. I went back to the same place at the end of March because I knew my prescription was not expired. I made it a point to ask if the doctor had wrote down the edits he made before I picked out a pair of glasses. I was told yes so I went ahead and picked out my new pair. Two weeks later they were ready to be picked up.

Today I went to pick them up. When walking up to the desk I saw somebody immediately coming my way to help me. Wrong. She ignores me completely and makes a phone call. I wait looking around for the next available and two of the girls were busy talking to each other. It took them a good two minutes to even look up at me. The girl who finally helped me looked at me from across the room and just stared. I walked up to her and told her I was there to pick up. She goes in the back and comes back out and sets me at a table. I put them on and they felt off. I start to tell her they do not feel right and she holds up a finger in my face and stares at the front desk where her coworkers are having a conversation. She ignores me and starts snorting laughing and going back and forth with them. At this point I'm getting annoyed. I explain that I got a prescription here previously but there were some changes that were made.

After I'm done with my spew, she's looking around at the computer screen and not me, she says "I'm sorry, what?" This wouldn't be an issue if I knew she honestly didn't hear me. You could tell that she just didn't give a crap and wanted me to go away. When I am spending $150+ on glasses I just want them to be right and expect to be treated decent. I work in the hair industry and I know how difficult customer service can be. Just acting like you actually care goes a long way though. They have all the right tools for it to be a great place but I feel like the management is horrible.

People come before cell phones. When you see somebody standing there acknowledge the person. The gossip stories can come in your down time not when you have customers. If you cannot hear a customer ask them to speak up before they have finished the entire story. And please, never stick a "just one minute" finger in somebody's face that is in the middle of talking to you.

I've been shopping at Walmart stores for 24 years and have never come across an employee so rude. My family and I went to the one in Carbondale, IL for the 4th time since we moved and this most recent stop there were 3 carts close to the plastic strips on the other side. I saw a customer walk 3 steps in to get one and walked off with it. I took 2 steps in and the employee way at the other end yelled to me and another customer looking for a cart, "YOU can't be back here, get out, NOW! GET OUT!" I mean she literally screamed. I yelled something not so nice back to her and went shopping for what I needed.

When checking out for the few times we've been there the employees are usually staring off into the distance while checking you out, staring at their nails while checking you out and the whole aura feels like as a customer, you are beneath them. One cashier was staring at her friends behind her (employees standing around having a good time), ripped off the receipt and said, "Here you go." I honestly do think some Walmart stores care, which I've experienced a lot of good Walmart customer service before, but this one obviously doesn't.

While I was shopping for pet food, I accidentally bumped into one of the employees. I immediately apologized but the worker got very upset. He began to use vulgar terms & called me countless names. On top of that, he radioed in for a supervisor & SAID I WAS TRYING TO STEAL! I had to get searched for things I never took, and they tried to PRESS CHARGES & GET ME ARRESTED! The police had to go through the security cameras & everything just to find out that the employee fabricated the story. They offered me restitution but I refused. Never am I ever returning to a Wal-Mart after that affair.

I was shopping for a high end yard sprayer (Walmart #: 555138113 $138.16) and found that Walmart had them for the same price as online, plus tax. To help my local retail business I decided to pay the extra money and buy at the local Walmart on 146 near Baytown, TX. I looked on the Walmart site and found that they were available at both stores close to Baytown.

I drove to the store on 146 and after talking to two different employees in the garden department, found that they did have them but they were sold out. I asked one of the men if he could call the other store and find if they had them in stock. He told me he had no way of calling. I asked if he had the number, he said no. While he was still by me I pulled out my cell phone and looked up the number I asked if he could ask the proper person on my phone, he said it would be the same as if I asked. I called and was finally transferred to the garden department. An employee answered the phone and immediately put me on hold. When she returned she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about and told me they didn't have anything like that. When I told her that the Walmart website said they did and that they showed them in stock at her store, I was told she was busy at the register.

I drove to the Walmart on Garth Rd in Baytown and found 3 garden department employees, one talking to a friend and the other two walking around the department. Nobody at the register, none helping customers and was never asked if I needed help finding anything. They didn't even look at me as I was wondering around the department looking for my item. This store also didn't have the item advertised on your website that also stated they were available for pickup.

This is not the first time I have gone to a Walmart in Baytown to find that an advertised item is not in stock or with fewer quantities than I need. This is yet another reason that the retail companies are dying. Why would I waste almost two hours talking to people who have "better things to do" than help a customer and pay more for an item than buy from an online company? I assure you I will be spending more money online than in your Walmart stores. This waste of time only served to reinforce my point once again.

A friend and I went in the tire center at Walmart to buy 2 tires just like the ones that were on my vehicle. We were told by the sale rep that they had them in stock. We wanted white letters on the outside of the tire as the original ones were and we were told no problem. That they had them in stock!! She, a lady, ask us again did we want the letters on the outside of the tire and we said YES! When they finished my vehicle there was no writing on the tires! Also I had to ask what kind of warranty came with the tires and was told there was a 50,000 mile warranty. I paid $10.00 extra for 2 tires on the road hazard repl. When we got outside we saw they were the wrong tires!!! Still thinking I paid for the white writing. We were also told they could put our old tires back on but by then we had no choice. The old tires were worn out and dangerous and no time to get any from anywhere else.

We had no choice but to take the wrong tire. I just wish they would have let me know ahead of time and I could have told them I didn't want the tires that they put on my vehicle. While discussing our tires we were put on hold two times so she could help someone else. I had to ask her what about us? Then a man came out and took over for her. Still I have my receipt buying white letter tires put on to the outside but that's not what we received!!! We were pushed to the side on several times and the time in the receipt that tells how long it took them to fix my tires is wrong!! I didn't sign the receipt because I wasn't asked to. I wish they would have just talked to me and let me know. I didn't buy cheap tires!!! Consumer Affairs is this ok? Can they do this??? Thank you for a reply!! And thank you for your time!!! Bottom line the sales rep misrepresented me for what they were selling!

I have been a walmart.com shopper for several years now. Their shipping and delivery time have always been very slow, but I thought the "new" Walmart was going to delete this problem. I just placed an order with Walmart.com with my PayPal account. PayPal states they will not charge my account until my order ships. Walmart tells PayPal the order has shipped now the same day they receive the order so I am charged immediately. Their usual method has been three days processing and then it ships. This last order was allegedly shipped the same day I ordered, but it will take ten days for me to receive it.

Walmart has also started using outside companies to place their orders with. When you place an order this way, you cannot return it to Walmart if there is a problem. You have to return it to the marketplace Walmart ordered it from. When I received an earlier order this month, the paperwork stated for me to keep all shipping boxes and information because if there is a problem I will have to ship it back to the marketplace instead of returning it to my Walmart store. Coffee and Toys in CA is where my current order is being shipped from, and not from a Walmart distribution center. Walmart will not be able to compete with Amazon.com if this is the best they can do with the "new and improved" Walmart.

After calling and going through three different people on the phone, including one that I am sure was at a call center in India, I was told that Walmart did not feel comfortable giving out my money to my designated person. This was a friend that I have known for 13 years. We have loaned money back and forth over the years. He has always paid me back. He had the required photo ID. He was really strapped for money until the 1st and needed money right now. How does Walmart make that determination? Shouldn't that be my call? Would not recommend Walmart MoneyGram!

I tried on over six bras in Big Spring Texas Walmart 3/10/17, purchased one without trying on. I went back next day with receipt and was told I cannot return a bra after trying on even though their own employee allowed me to try on several. After the manager said it was Walmart policy. I said "God bless Donald Trump"; manager told me he could stop me from coming into Walmart. I ask him on what grounds, he told me because I made a racist statement! I called Walmart corporate and was told that a customer can try on bras and then I filed two complaints, one in cs and one with ethics. The ignorant employees at Walmart make lies up just to refuse returns. I've seen countless customers turned away from returning items, with receipts at this store. Most people I know go to a neighboring town to shop other stores to avoid and boycott Walmart.

I ordered a Phablet off the Walmart website and received it broken. The Phablet (phone and tablet together as one unit), Tagital Phablet android Kitkat 4.4 with dual sims slots and with a cracked screen. Did not turn it on because of the damage. Already unlocked. Went to the Walmart here in Powdersville, S.C. to get it replaced and was told I had to contact the corporate office that the order number on the receipt that did show it was sold by Walmart off their website even though it had Walmart listed, I was given a number to call by Walmart in Powdersville, S.C. to call Corporate. It took several times to be connected and was told the order number was not theirs and they gave me the Walmart order number for the Phablet.

Was given the number for Mtm Trading in Milpitas, CA (I had to look up this information). I looked up all the info from when they started to the present even the 2 owners' names that are listed on the company records. After I tried to call them several times and received they were not available recordings. I will try some more till Monday. If no recourse I will photocopy my receipt with all the information I wrote on the receipt and send a copy to Mtm Trading and to Walmart corporate office and ask for this to be resolved.

Seems Walmart is not doing a good job standing behind the products they are selling online. I also bought a AT&T GoPhone. Had it turned on only to have it turned off by AT&T and was told it was not properly sold and transferred. I did get that corrected but another reason to stay away from internet buying from Walmart. One more thing. I ordered a little over $170.00 and was told all my order was not there then found out they had cancelled some items. About $122.00 arrived and the others did not arrive with the rest to be picked up on May 5th, 2017 so I cancelled those also. Not happy with the online ordering and would strongly advise to be careful using the online purchases. You're not dealing with Walmart all the time. It is left to some unknown company and quality cannot be assured along with a fast resolution to any problems that may occur.

I am 62 and was looking for a way to pre-order and then pick up the order. I will look for a company that will stand by what they sell online and in person inside the store. Yes I have lost confidence in Walmart. Walmart order# is **, Mtm order number is ** of which Walmart did not and would not accept for the sale that was done online on the Walmart website. So now I have to wonder how this is going to turn out. Because of the 3 hr. time difference it would still have been around 4:30 pm in California when I tried calling multiple times.

I should know better when the price was so much different but it was sold at walmart.com so is a well-known business. Cologne is not legit product and Walmart use third party vendors which sell counterfeit instead. Contacted Walmart a number of times not only because of the money spend but the principle behind and they told me to contact Fragrance company that sells their product.

When contacted Fragrance they couldn't find the order? So I still don't know who stole my money and where the water and alcohol came from instead of cologne. This happened 3/17/2017 and nothing have been done. Need to find legal representation to put a stop to this issue to Walmart. It's wrong and it's unethical taking advantage of people that way. Lo and behold on Mar 7, 2017 I get an email saying "Sorry, but the items shown below were canceled due to a system error that kept us from processing orders. We're working to fix the error and hope to have a solution soon". Just like that my order cancelled. For those who don't know the Nintendo Switch Legends of Zelda game was sold out everywhere and still is. This is why I firmly believe Walmart cancelled my order so they could pretend to be a marketplace seller and sell it at a higher price.

So now I am left in the dry with no game and the only way to get one now is to pay scalpers fees for it. I contacted them and was told item was cancelled because they ran out of the inventory. So I suppose to be punish because they ran out of inventory. They refuse to honor their sale. I will never shop there again because this is a hit that is way below the belt. Read and take heed. I have never been a Walmart shopper, but due to a progression in an illness, and a disability that makes it very difficult for me to go out shopping I decided to try Walmart's new 2 day shipping. My first order was no problem at all, the items all came in a timely manner and packaged nicely. My second attempt at an order was a DISASTER, I used a different credit card than the one that I established my account with. As soon as I submitted my order I received an email that it had been cancelled. I used their chat feature to find out why, and that was absolutely no help at all, for your sake, avoid if at all possible (phone support isn't any better). I spent 4 hours and that is not an exaggeration, as much as I wish it was, trying to sort it out.

After speaking to supervisor after supervisor I eventually told them to ** off, sorry for the language, but their system just kept cancelling my credit card. I could understand if it had a different name, address, zip, no funds available or something, but it didn't. I understand and appreciate security checks and procedures, but this was absolutely ridiculous. Not only did it keep cancelling, but I had to repeatedly go back and pick out all like 15 items over and over each time it cancelled. I will no longer shop their website nor will I set foot in their stores ever again. I have always thought they were horrible, but now I will pay the extra and shop at Kroger, Publix, and Target where I know they at least appreciate and value my time. I usually love Wal-Mart. I helped open one 30 years ago. I usually like to shop walmart.com but they are changing the format and vendors. Knowing I can return items at the Wal-Mart if they don't fit etc is one reason I like to shop there. I bought a wheelchair from a 3rd party. I didn't realize it until I placed the order. I thought ok I still can return it because it said I could within 30 days. It didn't disclose that I would have to pay for shipping. Had it said that I would have canceled the order. Sure enough I get it. The seat was indeed 19 inches but the way the bar was set it took up inches from the seat. My mother-in-law didn't fit and it was too bad because otherwise it would have been awesome. So within the 30 days I asked to return it. They took forever in days to answer. By the time they gave me a return number the 30 days was almost up. However they expected me to pay for shipping (again which wasn't disclosed in the terms).

I went to walmart.com help center and they were of no help whatsoever. I'd guess because they couldn't do anything about it since it was a 3rd party. It would have cost me 100 dollars to send back when the wheelchair was 120. I gave it to a good cause, but I shouldn't have had to. To improve walmart.com needs to disclose EVERYTHING! I don't want to shop from it again. I want to tell everyone I can to boycott as well. I know the reality is I'm just one person who is angry that I was screwed because I thought I could trust the Wal-Mart name and there was no help whatsoever to resolve the issue. The vendor wouldn't even respond and neither did Wal-Mart. I will take my business elsewhere! Very frustrated. Now it's not accepting my receipt that I got online. Maybe this will do. UGH!!!

On January 29, 2017 I purchased 2 units of DEF (5 gallons). After purchasing the DEF from the Ozark, Al Walmart I subsequently added the DEF to my Ram 3500 DEF tank. A few hundred miles later I received an in vehicle warning about the DEF system. It specifically allowed me to travel no more than 200 miles before my speed would be limited to 5 mph. As we were pulling our RV on vacation we were forced to find the nearest Dodge dealer. After arriving at the dealer their computer stated I had bad DEF in my truck. We still had the empty containers and we noted the DEF sold to us expired in December of 2016. Further discussions with knowledgeable individuals stated DEF does break down over time and using expired DEF can lead to failure of the DEF system.

We are presently stuck in Florida awaiting repairs. The dealer stated it will be a minimum of $500 (could be a lot higher) and the repair time is unknown. Additionally the DEF container does not have a warning regarding the expiration date and potential consequences. I also was not informed of the same by the Dodge dealer nor does the owner manual contain information regarding potential degradation of DEF. It is irresponsible for Walmart to sell this expired product as well as Dodge failing to educate consumers either at purchase or at least include in owner's manual.

On January 24, 2017, I ordered 7' Brunswick air hockey table for our employees with a promised delivery date of 2/6/17 on both the website, and the email confirmation. On 2/13/17, I called Walmart to find out why my table had not progressed to the carrier, at which point Customer Service advised the order was "lost" and they cancel the original order, and would place a replacement order for me. I received a discount of 10% on the order, and a second confirmation via email with no delivery date specified.

Today, March 1 I again contacted Customer Service to find out why the current status of my order was still "processing". I received the same answer from both the initial CSR, and a supervisor that the replacement order has been incorrectly entered into their system and would not be shipping. The offered solution would be to cancel this order, and for me to again place another order which I declined to do since I can no longer trust Walmart's online, or internal ordering systems. I will order the product from another retailer.

On Feb. 9, 2017 I placed a fairly large grocery order with Walmart Online. I prefer to shop online and have been doing so for over 15 years via other companies. My reason for shopping online is I am fully disabled, live nearly 40 miles from the nearest town & rarely drive. I rely on this method of shopping for the majority of my supplies.

I was excited when I read about Walmart competing with Amazon by offering free two day shipping, so naturally I decided to give it a try since they have such a great selection with good prices. Unfortunately, it turns out that their "Guarantee" is all hype and glamour to draw in customers. This shopping experience online, or any other way for that matter, has been by far the worst I have EVER had to deal with in my entire life, Bar NONE! It is now March 1st and to date the store has had to reorder my entire order due to the original one being lost in transit. How does a courier company in this day and age, specifically FedEx, lose all three boxes of an order?

The next problem was the new order was going to take a week to deliver. So much for "Guaranteed Two Day Delivery." As of now I have only received two of the three boxes. My order has supposedly been out for delivery Since February 24th, but due to "bad weather" had to keep being delayed. The roads have been completely clear. My 90 year old, elderly, infirm neighbor has been able to drive to town, Thank God! I have even received the items I had to reorder through Amazon due to this incompetence via UPS. I will NEVER DEAL WITH WALMART ONLINE SERVICE again!!!

I realized my mistake in minutes and went to Walmart.com and tried to cancel my two orders. I looked all over the website and then called and spoke to many different representatives in customer service, the next to the last supervisor was Jaimie in the Philippines, a supervisor, who was a complete disappointment. I asked for escalations at Walmart and then spoke to Lola, a supervisor of Escalations in Ft. Worth, Texas. She told me to call the vendors myself. I would like to see people be able to cancel their orders immediately on Walmart's website and not have to go through 2.5 hours sheer hell for a mistake I made. Walmart is a very dishonest company, and WILL NEVER USE/BUY ANYTHING ON THEIR WEBSITE AGAIN.

I ordered a happy birthday present for my great granddaughter as per her request. Placed the order on 2/17 to be picked up at their Kendall, FL store on 2/22, so they said but it never reached the store since it was returned to shipper because they made a mistake and sent it to an old "billing address" which doesn't have anything to do with the actual address even though it was also updated. After a lot of aggravation going back and forth for hours I ended up paying again for it. Since as of today I haven't been reimbursed for the one they returned. But even worse, on the second placed on 2/22 I was promised it would've been faster if I would have it shipped directly to the child's address to make sure she'll receive it not later than the 27th that is her b-day. So I did and was told they were putting a rush for delivery on Saturday 25th.

When I checked and she didn't received it yesterday 25th, I tracked it and was astonished when I got an "estimated delivery date of 2/28". So a little girl awaiting her b-day present so anxiously, won't be receiving until afterwards. That's the way that garbage of store cares about its customers. I advise everyone not to buy anything from them because the aggravation they make you go through is not worth the pennies you are saving. Besides you can't find anyone there to help you including managers/supervisors.

Needless to say I immediately left. Store inside & especially out is always filthy, trash left everywhere.

Highly understaffed & often those employees that are working are extremely incompetent E.g. Overflowing parking lot at Xmas & checkout lines backed up tremendously - yet others not staffed. It took over 20 min one day to get change from a cashier as she had run low on small bills & couldn't get management to come to her aid. She had to shut her register off & we had to walk to customer svc to get it. Idiotic practices of checking receipts for anyone purchasing water/anything on the bottom of cart. They have recently rolled out a strategy to enter the online space to compete with the Amazon and Alibaba's of the world. They are in waaay over their heads and need to stop. They will lose money and even more credibility than they already have. They started ad targeting me online, probably because of my large amount of online shopping - I am a millennial. I ordered an exercise machine and it was an absolute disaster. They are crooks and have zero accountability. Walmart.com said there is no "corporate" for their business unit because it is considered a separate entity of Walmart retail and I had to eventually resolve it with American Express who thankfully has an excellent policy to protect their cardholders.

A company that thinks it is just okay to keep someone's money without giving something in exchange is disgusting. The list of things that happened is too long so I will give a few examples: Their website has some sort of faulty domain/DNS, etc. issue and will approve an order, then decline the order 11 mins later if you don't "edit" the address when using Paypal. Huge technical problem which means that they must have 3rd rate prog/devs. The entire business consists of 2 levels. 2nd level is considered escalation and there is no manager above this 2nd level.

No coordination or affiliation with walmart retail so you may have to pick up the product at the retail location and they offer no services that walmart retail does. Eg - Walmart retail can deliver a product that is their own but not a product that was sold by walmart.com - it is a bizarre and disconnected setup. The financial unit for walmart.com does not speak to customers, so if there is a financial problem you have to play telephone with the call center rep who doesn't possess the ability to understand basic arithmetic - and when they relay the wrong message you have to wait 3 days to get a response, all in all it can take a month of your life if you let them chase their tails like clowns. And much more, after 8 days I put an end to it. Never will I ever visit that website again, I reported them to my google account and asked that they are blocked from marketing to me online. It is harassment. ** you Walmart.

I then ordered a case of pickles, they came in a large box without any packing. The box was soaked and dripping on my porch - I did manage to get 4 surviving jars of pickles. I tried to return a 2nd book I had already purchased a month before (even had both receipts) to the Nottingham, MD store and was very rudely informed by an assistant manager that they don't accept book returns. Even told me I'd probably read the book (did I mention I had two receipts for the same book). I just went to another Walmart and had no problem at all with the return. I don't think it should be really hard that if Walmart's policy is no return, that maybe it should be posted in the aisle. It could have saved me the embarrassment or maybe I wouldn't buy books from Walmart in which I never will again. It's just not worth saving the $5.00 which is the average I pay for the hardcover books.

I am valuable customer of Walmart. I am starting from sketch what happened with me at this location: 2220 NJ-27, Edison, NJ 08817. I bought comfort zone heater and paid price 15.94. I went home and found that is not working at all. So I went to same Walmart to return the product and get the other one which hopefully work. My family is freezing because of cold so I have to get exchange one. At Walmart, I went to customer service and I ask lady there who was there aligning return products. I asked for help to return this product. She gave me unsatisfied answer that it's closed at 10. The Walmart timing shows 7 am to 12 am. They haven't mentioned anywhere that customer service department closed at 10 pm. I told her, "Can you get me a Manager?" She said, "It will be around here."

I did not get helped that time and she was totally not in mood to work there and I found that she is not there for work rather than spending time by giving poor customer service. So I told her I will do the exchange. I was running there and I seen mostly all cash register employee less and employees just walking around. Next step I did "Exchange" and put my purchased product back and took the new one. After that I asked couple of employees there who was there regarding customer hours. One of employee did not know anything. He was so rude and he does not know anything. I asked him gently as "Sir, Can I see manager." He replied very rudely and inappropriate manner "I am working on floor". I was about to leave with exchanged product some guy stopped me and ask for ID. He literally blame me for shoplifting. I explained him everything that this is what's going on.

My baby born just born and we discharged from hospital 2 days ago and he is freezing so I have to take this decision. Rather than helping me he was so mean to fill me out a paperwork regarding Walmart fine policy and some other stuff. He said, "I have listened your conversation with the lady in beginning." I ask him "Why you did not help me and why you let me committed to do this such activity." He said, "You should ask manager and all." I told him, "I have asked employees around here but did not get any help." I apologize to him many times and told him that I am professional person who did not want to do such things. He is so mean about paperwork about fine. He waste my 20-30 mins there to give me better solution. Also, he was not in any uniform and without the valid ID or batch on him.

Finally, I asked him to take me with Manager so I can explain him and I just skip the unnecessary paperwork and let me go with my family to help them out. We both went together. He does not where is actual manager is and what his name. I repeated same thing with humble apology to manager but he also gave me poor response rather than helping me out. He was like "I cannot do anything about it." This is real poor customer service. This is really against human relationship act. Need to follow up with manager. I got $150 fine which I paid. This is really worse behavior from Walmart that they hired such a nonsense law firm who charge money. For $15 item I have to pay $158. Walmart should return me money. I will hire a lawyer to go against those workers who did this really abnormal behavior.

Informed the cashier that my whole basket was price matching. She looked as if she didn't want to do it and stated that there's a limit on price matching. I replied "no there isn't." So when I pulls up the Walmart policy to show her she then said "we don't bundle"??? "What is bundling" I replied. She says "when you purchase something for an example 3 for $5.00". I said "everything in my basket is individual. Nothing in my basket was package as in bulks. These items was on sale at a different store." So it went so far to where other customers were looking because it was more than few associates at the cashier I was standing at. They had me looking like I was stealing or thieving, doing something that was illegal.

The store manager told me that they lose money by helping me. How is that possible if Walmart honors price matching. Sad part is that I left the store with no groceries after being in there for almost 2 1/2 hours. I feel I have been targeted of an discrimination. This is my community store 5200 s.Fort apache las vegas nv 89148 Store#05070. I have been treated as if I'm an thief when I mentioned price matching. They became very disrespectful and nasty towards me.

I was told that every Walmart store manager has the right to implement their own policy, meaning that every store have different policies. What's the purpose of having an corporate policy if it's not been followed. Managers are rude and disrespectful. I felt that I should not have to go to an different store out of my community. I haven't DID anything wrong, but followed the policy rules of price matching, the rules that the managers & associates doesn't follows. I was embarrassed. Very teary eyed & angry that I had to walk way without my groceries.

I feel I shouldn't have to go through this or debate about my purpose of price matching or couponing. This experience makes feel like now when I go into Walmart my neighborhood store that I will be watched as I grocery shop because this isn't the 1st; or the 2nd time this has happened to me at this store. I refuse not to be silent about this discrimination or the discrepancy I keep experiencing. Stop treating price matchers /& or couponers like criminals, as if we are stealing or doing something thats illegal.

Well she was gonna come for few more days and she came in last night tried to clock in. It won't let her. She goes to personnel apparently they can't do anything about it. She's not in the system anymore so she goes home. Our ONLY nighttime csm was off so I was there alone and A stocker had to come relieve me for breaks and lunch. I was working shelf check out.

Anyway about 630 this morning this worker comes to me. He tells me he was in personnel when what happened took place. They fired my coworker for having too many occurrences and Clint our store manager actually said she wasn't even worth it. Now keep in mind she already had her resignation accepted 3 days prior and everything but because she has 10 occurrences she's now fired because "she's not worth it." The fact that he said that after how hard she's worked. They forced this girl to play the csm role the nights our csm was off. What that means is they made her do management stuff they didn't wanna do but never promoted her. But oh it gets better.

I can get that absences occurrences are important to them and blah blah blah and that's fine but less than a week ago My husband that works in maintenance has 9.5 occurrences (the limit is 9) and he quit and they took his resignation. He didn't even show up the next day and they sent him paperwork in the mail saying he voluntarily quit and is REHIRABLE. Tell me how that's fair. It isn't fair. He had too many. They should've fired him too but no. Another manager took his off so he could quit voluntarily. They have been there the same amount of time and were in freaking orientation together. So not only did Clint screw her but I got screwed too because they wouldn't call nobody in to come help me.

It'll probably be the same tonight as Thursday and Friday's were mine and her night to work. It just makes me sick how unappreciated we are. I mean if he could say she wasn't worth it hard as she worked but give him special treatment and truthfully he didn't work half as hard as she did he should've been fired multiple times. Tell me that isn't sexist. It is sexist. Almost all the male managers at my store are sexist and corporate don't care. Oh and overnight forget security. Let's just let everyone steal everything and do nothing. Poor store management and I don't intend to have this crappy job much longer. I loved customer service until this sexist jerks ruined it for me. Now I feel dispensable and I appreciate and I'm one of two night time cashiers that's are even left. Disgraceful.

When I worked for a retail store, if we don't know where a product is, we will find out from a manager instead of just saying, "I don't know." We will try to help our customers at the best of our ability. And if we can't find what they want or need, we will either supplement it or send them to where we know the product that they want is. That is customer service.

Another problem I have is that 90% of the time I call there to see if they have a product I want or need, no one answers! And if they do answer they put me on hold for a long time and so I go somewhere else to get what I need, which probably won't matter because they already make a lot of sales. The point is, customers should matter if you really want sales to go up. Walmart should train their employees to be more active, more friendly, and more positive. That's what drive sales even more.

On August 08, 2016 I took a medical LOA for Anxiety after a total loss in my life. I've been with Walmart since Sept.1, 2007 and currently still works for the company. I have never left and came back, I spent my entire adulthood with Walmart and learned a lot since I been here. When I first started working for Walmart I was hired as a service writer in the Auto center registering vehicles into the system for service. Two and a half years later I worked my way up as a Support Manager in the auto center and from there I was promoted to a Zone manager in the backroom. Within a few months the Zone supervisor position was taken away and I became the backroom Cap 1 Supervisor. I've been in management for nearly seven years straight. I never been coached or had any concerns about my job performance before I went on my medical leave.

Walmart started a new policy with getting a LOA, instead of going through our personnel employee we now have to go through Sedgwick and they are responsible for communicating any and everything I need during my time away. However, my store number at 2816 was responsible for making sure I was returning back to work or if I was at risk of losing my position. The policy states that anyone who returns to work during their job protection period will be entitle to the position they held prior to going on leave, or a similar position with the same rate of pay and benefits. Otherwise, we will have to remain on an inactive status while our HR associate and manager work with whoever to apply for position that you're qualified for.

On Oct. 7, 2016 I received a email stating my LOA was exhausted. Which was notified to me a day after my exhaustion but the policy says I should have been notified a week in advance. Although my leave was exhausted under state law, the letter states I was still approved until Oct. 31, 2016 under Walmart personal LOA and anything from that day will not be protected. Once I received the email I called my HR associate and she acted as if she knew nothing about what was going on so I call Sedgwick to find out that they have combined my Intermittent Leave and Continuous leave together without informing me. So two weeks before I returned back to work my position was taken and given to the Cap 2 Supervisor, even though I was back at work before me job protection.

When I called to open door my position my store manager Paul automatically offer me the lowest level position in the store without following proper procedures. I have never been treated so badly in all the ten years I have invested in Walmart and I can honestly say I didn't deserve it. I know in my heart it was done out of revenge because I am a young ** woman. My proof is in the fact that they gave my position away the second week of Oct. 2016 and it is now Feb. 7, 2017 and the new supervisor still hasn't started his new role. The passion I had for my company is destroyed and I want it back!

Never buy from Walmart.com like me. I purchased a laptop from the website for my boyfriend. I figured that buying from Walmart was good because if there were any problems I could just take it back to the store and get him something else. So even though Amazon had it cheaper, I bought it from Walmart. It came quickly and shipping was free, however, this computer didn't look to be good for my boyfriend. I went to return the computer to the store and they told me they couldn't take it back because Walmart subcontracts to these third party vendors, and told me to call the Walmart 1800 number. So of course I did because this was a $240 purchase and I wanted my money back.

They gave me the name of the third party which was Deal Clock and gave me the email and phone number. The phone number was wrong and I emailed them because I wanted my money back. They told me that right off the bat, they keep $20 because I'm returning it. Then they tell me that I have to pay for the shipping. So now I'm really angry. First of all, Walmart doesn't really openly advertise that they subcontract. You buy from them for the convenience of returning. Next, if they are affiliated with this vendor, then shouldn't they have to take it back? This whole thing is a scam but I WILL get my money back because this is a huge scam.

Wal-Mart store associate calls Customer service and the order was never processed. The Customer service agent would not discuss the order with the Store Associate and instructed me, the Customer to call them. The CS Agent was on speaker phone so I heard the whole conversation. I called Customer service myself and spoke with a supervisor and the only thing that could be done was to cancel the order, place a new one and hope it would go through and I would receive my order in ANOTHER WEEK. Supervisor claimed nothing else could be done, order could not be expedited and there was no guarantee the order would be processed the 2nd time either.

I am in the process of moving and had to put off the move for a week while waiting on tires from Wal-Mart, now I am told I have to wait at least another week, could be longer or I may never receive them. Before placing the order I shopped many places, made many calls to see if anyone had them in stock and no one did. I was told my only option was to place the order online. I understand issues happen but the resolution response I received was completely unacceptable.

Approximately 2 days ago- February 3, 2017. I went to the WalMart Store in Rancho Cordova, California. I was going to buy several items and figured I would get store credit for my Christmas gift (a green curtain with gold trim). I had already purchased the curtains that I wanted and did not want or need the green curtain. While standing in line- I decided to ask a manager about store credit or if I could trade item in for some other items (I needed 2 smoke detectors and K-cup coffee pods for my husband's business- I was going to spend 150.00). To which she replied as of last week there is no more store credit.

Also, unbeknownst to me, the new policy for the store is- You must have receipt or know the exact date and time of purchase- in order to get a refund. I was not going to get a refund. It was a gift to me and my sister did not want me to know how much she paid for the item so she did not give me a receipt. She is also going through personal issues and could not remember the exact date and time of purchase. Manager (I now believe her name to be Tasha) told me I could only get another curtain of a different color and nothing else. I told her I was unaware of new policy and they DO NOT have signs up stating new policy. She proceeded to keep my curtain and my money. I needless to say did cuss at her at that point and called the corporate office same day.

Several hours after the incident on the same day, I ran into an employee that just got off of work and the person stated that they were saying that I stole the curtain. I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR 11 PLUS YEARS EVERYDAY SINCE THEY OPENED DOORS. HOW DARE THEY SAY I STOLE FROM THEM. I called back the corporate office to add an addendum to my original complaint.

Yesterday, February 4, 2017-- Tasha called me and told me she saw the video and that she did not see the curtain being left behind. She took it from me!!! She also told me that they were going to put up a sign for future. She also said since I already purchased red curtains on my own that the problem has been resolved. How is it resolved. They kept the curtain- I never left the store with it. They did not let me get anything I needed or the money back for said item. They stole from me!!! I called back corporate office again after my conversation with Tasha, only to be laughed at the end of call. I will be calling corporate today to address the issue of the representative laughing at the end of our conversation. It is not the cost of the item in question- it is the principle. They changed their policy and gave no warning to customers about policy changes.

Here is new policy with a general situation to illustrate the dilemma until customers are used to the new policy: You buy a gift for someone. It is the wrong size or something they don't want/need. Usually you take it back to the store and exchange it. Well, without a receipt (which is not new) you will not get a refund. However, say you didn't want the person to know what you paid for said item, so you do not give them a receipt. They are out of luck- no exchanges no refund. Or you have to know the exact date and time of purchase so they can look it up- well you can't remember that either- again out of luck.

They keep the money and you are stuck with something that does not fit or something you can't use. (Having to know the exact date and time of your purchase is new policy.) They also did away with store credit, doesn't exist anymore. So, last year if you still have a gift that you want to exchange- I hope that the person who bought it for you knows the exact date and time of purchase or gave you a receipt- otherwise you are stuck with the purchase.

Well they said it would be a couple of weeks until the card would come so we printed out a piece of paper that they told us to. We took it there and looked at the gun and saw it had damage from the lock so we asked for a discount. Nope that did not happen. So we said we would still take it then they sold us that. The card expired a few hours before and they would not hold the gun so she takes it back and we came back later and they had a very nice lady on duty. We bought it and it all went well but just shows what happens when you hire nice employees vs very very unfriendly ones.

How Walmart treats kids with Autism - My son who is 17, was first diagnosed at 2. Got a job at Walmart in November as holiday help as a stocker. Ignoring the stupid fact that Walmart has 4 tardies/absences in a 6 month period (this includes sickness, flat tires, dog dies or I have to stay after school!) doesn't matter if you call in or not. So they explained this procedure to my son. I had no idea about it. Everything is verbally explained during orientation. Let me go back and state he is on an IEP and memory isn't his strong suit. Before this HORRIBLE experience he worked at Burger King for 6 months and left because he wanted to try something else.

Walmart managers never said he was getting close to his 4 penalties, according to him when he did have to call in they said no problem. He is sick one day, I have him call him. He shows up for work the next day, works for 2 hours they pull him aside and fire him. Way to go Walmart! So being a pissed off parent I call the local store as well as corporate. I finally get a meeting with the store manager, which by the way had the power to rehire my son (great employee they said!) instead he blames my son. If my son would have pointed out he was autistic they would have done something different. So you blame the kid, who doesn't know that he is supposed to be treated different because he has always had things modified for him. Walmart sucks and I hope they get their asses sued.

Still no contact, no explanation, and still can't redeem the rewards dollars. I would prefer Walmart customer service to just be up-front and tell me if this is a program that has been discontinued.

I found two that looked like they had a chance so I bought them and took the home. The water was filthy and there was mold and dirt in the bottom of their bowls. I fed them after putting them in tanks at home and they ate the food like they'd never eaten before and immediately were more lively. Just makes me sad I couldn't save all of them.

There was a large beam in the way, my partner and I asked why she can't lift or scan the item, and the cashier stated she has a bad back. I said "you should not be working if you're injured." My partner picked up the item and went around the beam, but was tripped up from the rubber mat that was laying too far out, she fell into the next isle of plastic bag bagging area. A few beer cans splattered open and my partner injured her arms and hand by the bag stakes, customer standing behind us went over and heard the fall and was upset with the cashier who did nothing. I also went over and assisted my partner.

She immediately said her arm was hurting... still again the cashier did nothing, only said "let me get someone to mop up the floor!" I got the manager, she too did nothing except say "go to Customer Service and file a injury form!!" I was upset and so was my partner. After going to CS we filled out complaint and injury form. Cashier came over and stated, she shouldn't have been working! I complained to the manager "your employee should never be at work with a back injury!" Ambulance was notified, my partner was taken to ER and had a sprained arm. Claims management for Walmart Stores, Inc. denied our claim and indicated NO negligence on their part! The case manager was very rude and non caring. No empathy for my partner's injury. The cashier didn't take responsibility nor did she admit she had a back injury. Walmart is a joke but yet their goal is to provide a reasonably safe place for their customers to shop. We will never shop there again!

I worked at Wal-Mart for quite a while before I transferred to CAP team 2. It was hard at first, but after a month it was easy to get accustomed to how things worked. Everyone did poorly, so I thought it was just a problem with not being familiar with everything. Reason why Management kept making it their job to yell at us every day. Several months in I realized that the management's expectations were impossible. We would constantly get coached for not doing the job fast enough. They expected everyone to do half the times they were doing and to do it as quickly as humanly possible you could barely hit the times they wanted, but still fail. Every week was a miserable time.

I had so many people come into that job thinking the best, and leave hating Wal-Mart too greatly. It came to a point where training someone was nearly pointless. Everyone in the team either left or was lucky enough to have been working there long enough to have the ability to transfer out. Even then it was months before you were finally replaced, but that number dropped since new hires left every week or day.

The worst day I had was when several boxes of maple syrup broke on top of all the products in the truck. Everything was covered in syrup. Everyone's moods were already on the breaking point of quitting. The syrup was a downer, but what really got every single person angry was the fact that all of our random managers that worked the store came in every other ten minutes to completely lose it on us. They blamed it all on us, and even told us we were definitely getting in trouble for us. No matter what we tried to say to them, they still didn't believe the truck came in like that. Every day was like that minus the syrup covered boxes. No matter how many times everyone tried to work with the managers they would constantly treat all of us like garbage. The work was unreasonably difficult and the pay was, and is, minimum wage. It's more like a game of who will last the longest.

I lasted A VERY LONG TIME until I finally quit. I was the last one from the original team, and I smiled when I gave them the letter. Called in sick for the last two weeks, while taking advantage of their new sick time rule. Which gave me more sick time. I'm not the type of person who ever calls in sick, but I couldn't spend another second working there. The people on the team are mostly nice, but they leave the second they realize how bad it is. For the ones who stay, they get fired over the stupid problems with hazard management. Every day there is something that has to be hazarded out, and the smallest mistake is one out of three strikes that will get you fired.

I wish there was some way I could sue them over the labor law they broke with me and several others. My manager came to me a few months in to tell me that I had to skip my breaks to get closer to the required times. I did so for months. I knew it was illegal and against the rules for him to ask me to do so, but I couldn't afford to lose my job. Towards my last few months there I started to take my breaks again, and just dealt with the coachings that I could possibly receive. Skipping my breaks a few times here and there when I didn't feel complete hatred for the company that I worked for.

Many times my workers would group up before break to talk about walking out on strike, or join a union. Too many people left to form a strike, and no one wanted to join a union in case they would have managers pressure them out of the job because they had. Which has happened. Everyone else in the store talked about how bad that position was. Especially when I bought things. They would start a conversation with me. Asking me how I was holding up with a nightmare of a job like that.

I don't know if they improved anything with that job, but I did find out the horrors that were slowly being fixed started all over again when my manager that directly trained, and was involved in tasking us every day, left. All new people... must've been a nightmare on the first day. I don't advise working at such a terrible place if you get chosen to work at CAP team 2. Unless you like being treated like garbage when you are a key position in the store.

Glen Burnie, MD Wal-Mart electronics associates were more interested in standing around talking to each other than helping customers. My husband was trying to get help with purchasing a game which was locked in a game case. We had to approach the counter where there were 3 associates. 1 young man was ringing up a customer and 2 females were standing by a cart looking at the side counters. My husband approached and asked if 1 of the females could help him. She shot him the nastiness look of appearing to have interrupted her conversation. She got the game out of the case and when my daughter and husband asked her questions regarding another game and a DS, she was rude and seemed to be trying to rush through helping to get back to her conversation. Without asking if we needed anything else, she walked away and went right back to the counter and her conversation.

When we make our way to the counter, the young man ringing us up never once even made eye contact or ask how our experience was. And of course, the same 2 ladies were busy trying to look busy. The store is hardly ever clean, but the associates should at least try to appear that they changed out of their bed clothes or gym clothes before coming to work. 3 of the 4 associates in electronics were wearing khaki pants. Dress code I would assume. But one of the females was wearing black yoga pants. I know there are sites out there about the people of Wal-Mart and how they dress. But I would think Sam Walton himself would say yoga pants are a no go.

After checking out, I go to the service desk and ask to speak to a manager, the young man behind the counter stopped holding it up by leaning on it to call for an ASM. He called over the radio and got no response. He then goes to call them and tells me I may have to wait a while. He stated the managers were in a meeting and they have 1 everyday at 1 pm. I asked "is that customer service telling a customer that the managers won't come to speak to a customer when requested." He said "Yeah they won't answer the phones or come up when there is a meeting." Someone called and spoke to the guy behind the counter but still no assistant/store or co-store manager could be bothered.

I don't know when things went so horribly wrong with Wal-Mart or their culture. But speaking to customers when they enter the departments, or ask to speak to a manager about an experience good or bad should be a priority. Not a case of making your customer feel less than welcome. When is it a good appearance for associates to stand out on the front walkway to take smoke breaks. You have an open lot on the backside where they could go to smoke. Do they think customers should have to walk into the store through a cloud of cigarette smoke?

This store is in need of serious customer service. The customers are the reason that store can be profitable and keep them employed. Without the customers they could be in the unemployment line. Does Wal-Mart need any more bad press or negativity put out in the public eye. Yes you may work for 1 of the biggest retailers out there, but any company knows bad word of mouth or bad experiences anywhere will far outweigh any positive.

Yesterday I received the first of 4 items to my home. Today I get an email that they just shipped the California King bed to the store. I call the store as I know this was a mistake on their part. Took 3 calls for someone to pick up the phone so that the animal on the other end could tell me "I'm just a worker here. I don't work for customer service!!! We don't ship, that's NOT a service we provide and we can CANCEL the order then refund you but you have to REORDER it..." WTF?! She then advised me to call customer service 1-800-Walmart...

I call only to be told verbatim what the other person told me!!! She even had the nerve to say she would waive the shipping fee when it was FREE to begin with. I told her it was a mistake on their end NOT mine. I shouldn't have to wait another week or so to receive the mattress when it's their fault!!! The customer service is the WORST as well as policy. The customer isn't compensated whatsoever. Walmart not accountable for their mistakes. Shop at Target instead!!!

I use to work at the Elverson, PA Walmart Store 3501. When I first started there things were great there. Everyone was working together and things got done. Slowly things started to change. Employees and managers started to change. Seems like Management and Corporate lost respect for us. Started getting the cold shoulder from them. No one cares. After Mr. Sam Walton died the company started trending away from the vision he had for this company. The company is no longer that family-oriented company. When you had a problem it got fixed, they listened, they supported. Now there is none of that. Now they're worried about the bottom line. They don't care for the employees. Things that go wrong even though it's a Management or Corporate decision fall down on the employee even though it doesn't work.

Every year we go through Black Friday and then we start getting large deliveries and or more deliveries than normal. For us in Dairy Department is not good because it overloads us. They expect us to clear our coolers. This can't be done, especially when they expect the fresh skids that are delivered are expected to be put out. But the bins stay full and we can't get to our bins. So things start to go out of date. Then they have 3rd shift put things out from the bins and we then get in trouble because the management finds stuff going out of date or the bins back being full again because of the overstock. Then the other problem is we use Telzons and MC40 devices to scan things and bin things. Well we are then told we are not allowed to use them, but we have to follow the process. So again if we follow what the Management says then we are in trouble again, but if we don't follow and do things the right way we are still in trouble.

Corporate and Management order too much stuff. The system says one our caps are wrong but on the floor and in the backroom they are correct. But it's our fault. My department managers knows what's going on and he is not even listened to. They think he does all the ordering but he does NOT. We have a Automatic Order System. Corporate and upper store management have control of it. But we get them blame no matter what. We can check every day for things out of date, and we pull things that are 5 to 7 days before their out of date. And we do that every day. And the next day we keep finding them out on the floor like they're trying to make us fail.

They blamed me for an item that went out of date that was found 2 weeks before and nothing was ever said about it till they asked me to come back to the manager's office and told me then I was terminated. Since there has been 26 employees that have been fired and new employees that were there only 2 or 3 days quit because of the way they are treated. Walmart really needs to wake up. It's a horrible place to work. They fired me the day after my 2nd year anniversary date. Dec 30th 2016.

I was employed by Walmart from July to August of 2016. When hired, I was strongly encouraged to get a MoneyCard so I could have my paychecks direct-deposited; the personnel manager told all new hires how easy this made managing paychecks. How could any of us say no? Now, months later, I am STILL fighting to get my last paycheck, which was direct-deposited to my MoneyCard September 8, 2016-- the same day MoneyCard froze my account. The day prior, I had received a letter stating that MoneyCard could not confirm my identity, and that in order to confirm it, I must fax copies of my social security card and ID or passport to a fax number in Georgia (which, by the way, is not associated with any of the Walmart or MoneyCard companies, according to their websites).

I called the number in the letter and was connected with a girl in the Philippines who informed me that I could either fax the info, or have my personnel manager call them to confirm my identity. However, she said, I should probably go and withdraw funds from the account before the card was frozen. The letter said this would occur on the 9th, so on the 8th, I went to Walmart to withdraw the funds that had just been deposited. The card was already frozen. What followed was a solid month of me calling the call center in the Philippines, driving back and forth to Walmart (usually spending 1-2 hours there each time, as a different manager tried but failed to resolve the issue), and trying desperately to reach ANYONE at Walmart headquarters who might resolve the issue. NOTHING worked.

I finally gave up, but I'm not done. I refuse to allow Walmart to steal my final paycheck from me; hell, it's bad enough they can justify paying employees such abysmal wages to begin with! The last interactions I had, however, left me so upset I had to stop for my own sanity. No one at the call center would give me any answers beyond saying I had to fax my info, and that "we have a team investigating you." I sat and listened as my former personnel manager spoke with central payroll services, who told her they WOULD not do anything to fix the situation (not could not, but would not), and her irate reaction. I even tried going through the ethics hotline; they said they had asked the district manager to contact me, but he never did.

The amount in question-- $342.51-- is a paltry amount for Walmart, but it meant, when this first occurred, that I ended up delinquent on bills, and would have had my electricity shut off if not for a compassionate relative. I am on the verge of locating an attorney to file a class action suit against Walmart, as I have found several accounts online much like mine, and there is an arbitration clause in the MoneyCard contract (convenient, right?). But really, I just want my money. How is it that Walmart is somehow above the law??

Not something like amazon.com do. Walmart doesn't protect your money. The seller delayed my payment each time after contacting 6-7 times via email and phone.

As a backup option, I contacted Walmart customer service, and they promised 3 times to "escalate the issue"!!! I wrote a review about fraud company on walmart.com and they do not publish it! I tried two times. They intentionally protect the fraud company: "chargerdirect"! Result? Walmart and third-party seller protect each other. They only want your money, your satisfaction and rights do not concern them. If you buy your item from Walmart, you may return it in store. If you buy from third-party seller, forget the money! I've been working in Walmart store #174 going onto three years. The first year was pretty good but has the second year rolled in they decided to hire support managers. Ok so the support manager that comes in for evening is really terrible. He thinks that he can go over assistant management. Every time a assistant manager would give me a project that they want me to work on he always make me stop and do his demands. Which I don't understand since assistant managers is a higher position. I worked at this Walmart before him and when he started he was a cashier and then he became CSM and then support manager. I feel as though when a person is given a manager position that they need to be transfer to a different store. It seem as though he is consumed with power and all he does is walk around telling associates what to do and doesn't help with zoning or putting away returns.

One time he called me in the office just because me and another associate went to lunch at the same time even though it was unavoidable and either she would have went during someone else's lunch as well. Yesterday he yelled at me at customer service for the reason that he thought I was walking away from him while he was talking when I was just trying to get returns to take back to my department and he said that I could be fired for doing that. I feel as though I cannot tolerate him anymore and I now dread going to work because of him. I use to really like working for Walmart but now since they added "SUPPORT MANAGERS" it's been a unbearable place to work. I feel as though I need to change my schedule just to avoid working with him.

I have found the meat department to have a good variety of quality meat at lower prices. The problem with customer service is being able to find an employee to help you. Once you find one they are very knowledgeable of product locations and walk you directly to it. The number of available checkout lanes to check out are usually 50% less than what is needed. There has been about one item a month that I love dropped for the last 14 years and that is extremely frustrating. The other thing many of us, including employees, hate besides what items are offered is the constant moving around of items. I genuinely believe that Walmart Corp has put the least-experienced people in charge of product placement. She said there was an accounting error, and that everyone's bonuses and paychecks from the end of the week had been taken back and that the money would be back in 24 hrs of the issue.

This was the 4th incident of this nature in the short time he worked there. As a result we were late on our house payment, as well as a few other big bills. He is now searching for employment elsewhere. In my personal opinion... A multi-billion dollar, international company should not have "accounting errors" and should never have to take money back from their employees. The employees have bills and families to take care of too. I will no longer shop at any Walmart, as I will not support a company that takes advantage of its employees, and treats them as if they are nothing. This is what the site says: “All of the photos in your Walmart.com/photo account have been moved to the new site.” But after months of trying to find them, many phone calls, being left on line for an hour at a time I have been told they did not merge. I had thousands of memories stored with them, many years of photos.

This is what they say: “Photo Center Storage Policy. Walmart's Digital Photo Center offers free, unlimited storage of your online photos, whether they come from film you develop with us or from digital photos you upload to your Photo Center account. Your photos will remain in your Digital Photo Center online account for as long as you remain an active member of the service. Active participation in the service is defined as sending in film for developing or purchasing photo merchandise (prints, posters, photo books, photo CDs or hi-res downloads) through the website at least once every year (365 calendar days)."

But now they just say “I'm sorry.” Sorry is not helping this. I have done a lot of business with Walmart over the last years (I would know how many if I could see my photos). It takes hours and hours uploading photos and putting them in order so you can create photo books and other gifts. This is unbelievable to me that they cannot still get access to my photos. I cannot go back and get those photos over. I trusted what they said. Yes hindsight is that I should have backed them up somewhere else BUT I believed what they said... safe and secure... I would always be able to access from new platform. Years and years of family memories gone.

Unfortunately we have no other department stores and only one other grocery store where I would consider buying food. If I didn't have to shop at WalMart, I would never buy anything from them.

Great place to shop. Employees no help. Prices are going up as if you're at a pet store which is entirely too much. If it's good for your dog it's too expensive. If you can afford it then it makes your pet sick. I love Wal-Mart and a couple of pet stores but if the item is healthy and good for your pet they put the price high so it's out of reach, and the cheap stuff makes them sick. You get absolutely no assistance from employees, and why is it when you are lucky enough to get a coupon then you have to use it on the largest package or you must buy 2 to 3 of the same item which results in getting 1 or 2 dollars off $25 which is not a great savings?

No need repeating what others have already said about the conditions that the live (or not) fish at Walmart live in. I'm not even sure how this is legal. Why would fish not apply under animal abuse protection laws? Who draws the line as to where one oxygen breathing creatures lives matter vs others don't? I suggest, to those whom this concerns, simply write Walmart a legit email, explaining why you will no longer be shopping there. Sure some purchases may not be as convenient as a result but if you can't make that small, trivial sacrifice, then you may need to ask yourself does this really matter to you... and from this point forward, I too will follow this advice and will not longer be shopping there. Or if I do go in there, I vow to walk 1st to the fish section, I will personally remove and dispose of dead fish. If I feel they need food, I will open a jar and feed them. If bettas need water, I will add some.

Since I don't want to go thru all that but I would because I'm a man of my word, I will just choose Meijers or Costco in the future. These companies WILL listen if you start making statements with your dollars. I promise. Affect their bottom line, they will listen. They don't want 15 minimum wage (just as an example)? Stop shopping there until they finally do. You must make some sort of communication so they will know why their numbers are starting to decline. Plus if more people stop shopping at Walmart and the likes, and chose smaller shops, whose prices are usually much higher, eventually they will be able to lower their prices. If enough people stand their ground and stop supporting these immoral corporations then they will cease being immoral or cease to exist!

After that my husband and my son went to Walmart on 12/25 but store was close.

They said they already check the store surveillance video and said my husband get out from the store with a close box, of course he wouldn't buy a open box, the problem was someone open the box very carefully and put clear tape back on the plastic seal and returned to the store, or someone who work in there rob them and seal them back then put it to sale. Our fault with the hurry we didn't check. Their fault also didn't check what people return or what they put it on sale. This was a really bad experience. Of course my son think Santa didn't love him anymore. He also said he's been good boy. Why he get an empty box? Sad story. The betas are kept wrong and they are tucked back away from lights in the shelves, and are not allowed to be in certain parts of the shelves. And I do not know about this specifically, but they may not be getting food and be neglected from food. This is at almost every Walmart I have been to also, except for maybe one in Idaho. And the fish in the tanks are so often dying or ill because they are not taken care of well enough and it's the same issue with the betas, I do not even know if the fish are being fed. This makes me sick to see especially being an avid pet lover. With the bad handling of the live animals, I do not think certain Walmarts deserve to even carry live animals. It makes me sick to a point where I do not even want to shop here anymore. I dislike Walmart as it is but this makes me so worried for the fish in the department.

And overall the prices are not that great either in the store for the products. It sometimes is even more than other stores. And there oftentimes isn't someone who knows much about fish or pets in the department. But there are quite a few who do know about the fish and who are informative, but others don't. Overall, I do not even think that Walmart should be able to carry live animals seeing how they are treated. Tonight I went to one of your stores in Jasper GA and I had a item to price match from Walmart.com. The cashier was super friendly and said she would price match. She just needed approval so she called over whom I can assume was "Lead Cashier." Her name is Samantha. I showed her the item I wanted to price match and she looked at me and said "I’m not going to give this to you at this price." I informed her that I was just a other Wal-Mart and they priced matched for me. I even offered to show her the receipt. (I was in search of more than the last store had so I had driven to this location.)

She stated that she doesn’t care what other Wal-Marts do and was not responsible for what price they gave me. Then spoke into her headset to the GM (her name slips me) "can you please come here and see what I’m dealing with." That is the comment I didn’t feel was necessary. I was pleasant and kind and was just informing her that I had just gotten this deal. The GM comes over and say to Samantha to check the price at Walmart.com- she did and the price was more than in the store and Samantha looked at me and said "I'll sell it to you at that price." I was appalled that the GM was standing there and allowed her to speak to me like that.

At this point I ask the GM if they price match from the Walmart.com site and she would not answer my question. She simply said she wasn’t going to give me the price match price because she couldn’t find it in the system. Even though I had it on my phone and she saw it was on my phone on Walmart.com she refused. The cashier that checked me out, however was wonderful. She even asked the two ladies why we were not honoring a Wal-Mart.com price. They would not answer her. At this point I want to make it clear I don’t care about the item.

I guess I should of known I was gonna be treated unkind when I saw her take Christmas candles from the lady in the next check out because they were ringing up full price and come back with a price that wasn’t half off. She said to this lady “I don’t know what you want me to do about this, they are not ringing up half off so I'll give them to you for 11." (They were 15 dollar set of candles. So now she just makes her own price with her???) (And by the way all Christmas stuff was suppose to be half off at this Walmart.) What I’m upset about is how I was talked to and how they refused to honor Wal-Mart policy.

I asked them if they honor Wal-mart.com prices and they refused to answer me as well. They kept saying - "I'm not going to give this to you for that price." I have never in all the years shopping at Wal-Mart had a issue with price matching. I bring the ad and I show proof that it's a valid match. I just wanted it brought to your attention that you have people in a leadership position at your business treating people very rudely and not honoring your policy. I won't be returning to that store- I'll take my business to the Kroger or drive the 30 mins to Target if I have to.

Then I find out I got 3 tires that are the same and one different. Why wasn't I told that when the job was complete? The clerk let that slip months later. When I called the out line and still nothing is being done about the situation. I save my money and go to Sears.

Similar to another review, I purchased an item from Walmart that came from a third party. I was not shopping price, just availability. I was given a tracking number and delivery date and the item never arrived. Their vendor said I would get a refund in 48 hours. Walmart refunded the money to the gift cards that were already shredded so they then gave me credit on my walmart.com account, which I will never use again. Repeated calls to them, 2 hours on the phone at least, have left me without my refund. Here in rural Georgia, they have run many stores out of business so they are the only game in town. I suggest going to Amazon or any other retailer that has PEOPLE answering the phone, even if they are in Thailand or wherever.

I ordered a trampoline on the website to find out that in order for this trampoline to be complete you also have to order box 2 of 2. The customer service online rep couldn't confirm what I had ordered, the listing is very confusing and told me to contact the call center and ask for a supervisor. I spoke to Brandy (floor supervisor) who after placing me on hold for many times, confirmed that I would be receiving 2 boxes, a complete trampoline.

The next day when I tracked the shipment, it showed 1 box being shipped. Called another manager Cory, who admitted that a mistake was made; breaking up an item is something they only do behind the scenes if something would be broken or missing and he told me that it shouldn't be listed like that on their website. He told me that he was escalating it to the next department. The next to supervisors I spoke to Kianna and Jackie were the rudest people ever. Just saying they were sorry for any inconvenience, but I had to order the other box (another $136) or return the box I was receiving for a refund. I ended up with a refund and now waiting for the fund. There was no compensation for any of their mistakes offered at any time. DO NOT ORDER ON WALMART.COM. If they make a mistake, they will not work with you at all!

I ordered an item on 12/16/16 and it was suppose to be ready on the same date for in store pickup. I never received a courtesy email or call in regards to my item not being available on promised date. I called Walmart.com and the explanation I received was "when you order online it takes 4 hours for the store to process the order so by that time if they only have 2 in stock and someone comes in and take it the item becomes unavailable."

"Okay if that is true when will I be notified" and the gentleman advised me "when the product become available in the store, so that maybe 2 days or more." I just think this is very unfair to the customer. Ok so the last discussion was that he would contact the store and have them call me when the item is available and at that time I can make the decision to cancel my order if I like. Well 20 minutes later I receive an email, stated "sorry you cancelled your order", as per our conversation I never mentioned to this Rep that I wanted to cancel so why would he do that. Now I'll have to wait to the money is refunded back to my bank and then try and purchase from another store. Walmart is disgusted and the customer care sucks. I will never ever Order from them again.

Monday evening, I received 4 emails cancelling my television orders stating pricing error... after the Black Friday and cyber Monday sales were over. A few days later, I received another email saying I would receive a $25 gift card to restore my trust in Walmart. How is a $25 gift card supposed to make up for the 4 televisions I purchased? When I called Walmart to put in a complaint, Walmart just blamed their vendor instead of taking accountability for what was posted on their website. The customer service representative said I would be contacted with resolution by 12/12/2016 which never happened.

This is poor customer service. In all of the years I've worked in customer service our company has always provided the customer with what they purchased even if there was an error caused by the company. I've always been trained not to point fingers when dealing with a complaint because the customer doesn't care whose fault it was, they just want their complaint resolved. Lack of follow through from the customer service rep shows how little Walmart values their customers.

Walmart Store #578. Where do I start? Like many I went on Black Friday to purchase some of their specials, unfortunately for me the item I wanted (27 piece Pioneer Woman Cookware) was already sold out. They said since this was a Black Friday blitz item that will NOT be restocked. Last week I was in my local Walmart with a hope I would stumble across one, and of course with no luck as I was told they were not restocked.

However I seen a fellow shopper that so happen to have the set in their cart, I asked where they got it since I just came from Homeware and they begin to tell me that it was a fluke that they got them in, and that their mother-in-law was a MANAGER, and she hid it for them but they got the last one. Well knowing this is against store policy I went to ask to speak with someone in store but no one could speak with me. I called the next day and when I told the lady what happened she just laughed and told me that they aren't suppose to do that but directed me to call (Melanie/Malinda) the next day since she was manager of Homeware.

I called and that was a very unpleasant experience. Not did she yell at me but hung up on me. So long story short online customer care is a joke. They did not seem to be concerned or cared about my experience, and brushed me off. So it's been a week with no call, email, no word at all. I do not recommend any in-store or online customer care service, they will just be rude, not take you seriously, or care.

The order has not been received after about a month. I called customer service multiple times only to find out that an order with a tracking # could not be tracked? Only that it was shipped, even worse since the item is no longer in stock they cannot ship a new order until it is restocked, but I would have to cancel the original order first, and worst of all I would have to pay whatever the price is set at? When it is, so I basically wasted 5-10 hours shopping/looking online, about the same speaking to customer service and one month waiting only to be in a worse situation than when I started since all the sales on Black Friday nationwide are over.

I am almost positive one of their workers made a mistake because that particular store is always understocked and might have one person who knows what they're doing in each department? TOPS. The last thing they said is if it does not show up in 7 days I would get an automatic refund and have to start all over, (if I wanted that I wouldn't have made the order) basically telling me they do not honor their word or care about their customers. Proceed with caution and low expectations if you decide to buy anything online at Walmart!!!

I'm new to working here at Walmart and I had always heard from friends or from previous workers that it's a horrible place to work and everyone working here told me not to apply because I would regret, and I absolutely do. I'm a cashier but when I began working I started as an unloader (hardest job to work for only 9 dollars an hour). So, I got transferred to cashier which I thought would be easier.

Firstly, the head manager of Walmart doesn't care about ANYONE of the workers, NONE! Example: Hurricane Matthew hit South Carolina like a bus and a lot of workers had to work DURING the hurricane. The manager was called and was asked, "If we can't show up today because of the hurricane will it still count against us?" He proceeded with an entitled "Yes, it will," and he was then asked, "So, you want us to risk our lives to come in to work?" And his answer is the most disgusting thing I have ever heard. He said, "Wal-Mart is more important than your lives." WHO ON EARTH SAYS SOMETHING LIKE THAT??? WHO? Is that not absolutely insane? I've been working here for barely 5 months and I really am trying to quit but I live in the middle of nowhere so jobs are hard to come by.

The CSMs, two of them in particular treat me like actual garbage. My lunch breaks are ALWAYS 1-2 hours late and it's not because they have no one to relieve it's because these two CSMs are EXTREMELY LAZY! I'm on my lunch break typing these and one of the aforementioned managers sent someone to me to give me my lunch break then immediately sent that person to a whole different register and I asked, "Wasn't that employee to come to me for my lunch?" She said, "Yes, but I sent her to another register." For what? It's my lunch. Plus, we get told "Don't take your lunches too late or you'll get a meal violation? How am I supposed to control when I go to lunch? It's the CSM's job, not mine and if they can't correctly do their job then they don't need one.

This same manager gave me one of my previously lunches TWO! TWO WHOLE HOURS LATE, because she "forgot about me". There is no way she forgot about me when the documents she uses to give out lunches are almost always with her and she sent others to their lunches instead of sending me to mine! There are so many other examples of these but it's only this CSM and another that treat me this way.

PLEASE DONT WORK AT WALMART. THEY MARK YOU AS A PART TIME WORKER AND WORK YOU FULL TIME! They don't even give me time to sleep! Last night I had to work until midnight and be back at 9 am this morning!!! It takes me 30 minutes to get home, then I have to wake up on time to leave to get there without being fired. I took it back to the store because it sounded like it was going to explode. I was given a store credit in the amount of $21.40 because Walmart gave me a credit on my Visa card for $16.05 in an e-mail they neglected to tell me about which I found out about in the store after the customer service person gave me the number to call and ask why I was only being refunded this amount and not the total price paid.

So I come home look for this e-mail which I found, and the e-mail states that I will receive $16.05 within two billing cycles from the date of purchase that is 60 Days. So by Feb.3, 2017 I should have the $16.05 back in my bank account. NOT GOOD BUSINESS. My bank has no pending transactions to date and so if I don't keep up on this I will never get my money. Had I not had to return the item the IRS would get a report that an item was sold for $21.40 and Walmart would pocket $16.05 cash... How many people have had this done to them and have no clue that Walmart just stole their money and report to the IRS incorrectly?

I purchased an Acer laptop at Walmart store # 6153. The location is 1105 Research Center Atlanta, GA 30331. To start with the customer service at this store is horrible. However I purchased the Acer laptop with the understanding that the Acer laptop was new. That was not the case at all. I also purchased a Canon printer with the Acer laptop. The customer service clerk in the electronic department never mentioned the two could not be paired and that there was no way they would work together. The electronic clerk was not knowledgeable of the devices being sold out of the electronic department.

I got home and tried setting the two up, only to find out the Acer laptop was not new. There were already files setup on the Acer, and drives that were disabled as well. I attempted to take the Acer back to get my money back. I spoke to a shift manager by the name of Ms. **. This manager was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I called Acer corp and the rep. told me first told that I should be able to take it back to Wal-mart and that there was nothing they could do because Acer has sold the Acer laptop to Wal-mart, and Wal-mart are the ones received my money for it. I called over to Wal-mart to speak with the store manager, whom I finally find out name ** if I was giving the correct information.

The person whom answered Wal-mart's customer service help desk was rude as well and tried telling me the store manager ** is never there. I later found out ** is there everyday up until 5:30pm. I could never get this manager on the phone. After several attempts the 15 day return policy is now up. I am now told this Acer laptop is not compatible with any printers and is only use is for internet use only. At this point I am not sure how to get this resolved. I attempted calling and going over to Wal-mart to get this resolved. I did finally speak to a support manager by the name of ** whom was helpful. ** told me she would have gotten this taken care of the first time I brought the Acer back. But because I had spoken to the shift manager Ms. ** there was nothing she could do but attempt to get me in contact with the store manager **. Whom since has not returned any of my calls.

On October 29th I made the mistake of going to Walmart for snow tires. When I pulled in I had the trip set on my dash and had around 10,000 miles on my odometer. When I picked up my vehicle it had 14 376. The paper I was given stated 14878. The manager gave me a letter stating she would call Nissan to find out how to fix the issue and I would be called on Monday. Of course I was not called. After being given tired of waiting weeks I called and was told there was nothing that could be done. I emailed customer service and received no response. I went to Walmart to save a few dollars and they are causing me hundreds of dollars. I will never shop there again. I'd recommend not using Walmart for anything.

Slave Labor expected! I have worked many jobs but never one such as an overnight stocker at Walmart! They don't train you, put you out in the floor alone and expect you to do an enormous amount of work all for a whopping $9.50 hr. It is the hardest job I have ever worked for the least amount of money and absolutely -0- training. You can't ever find or get a straight answer about anything from any supervisor company related or otherwise. They require you to work holidays but you are not paid holiday pay. Benefits are not given to part-time employees and they hire you part time but work you full time. They are always telling the employees not to join a union which is totally unacceptable! If they were union we would make decent wages for the amount of work expected of "new employees."

I made an order for store pickup on the 24th of November which was suppose to arrive on the 30th but of course it never did. The order ended up coming on the 4th of December. I didn't complain. When I went to the store to pick it up, it was a tv stand that weighed 90lbs and was never asked for assistance to my vehicle. When I arrived home, I noticed that it was the wrong item they gave me. What I ordered was a tv stand that accommodates Tvs up to 70" and received one that accommodates tvs up to 52".

I called Walmart customer service. The agent was not able to help fix my problem and was transferred to a supervisor "Berny" member ID ** or **. He was not able to help at all. Then transferred to headquarters and Ms. Kinyata ** was trying to bargain with me. She did not want to ship the replacement to my address shipping free of charge. I never paid shipping to begin off with and she wanted to give me 50% shipping. It is ridiculous. A mistake that walmart has made was not solved. I'm stuck here with my order in front of me with no idea of what to do. This was not the first time they messed up with online order. As a customer I feel very upset and disappointed at the company and their staff.

Last year I purchased a TV. When I was at the register the cashier asked me do I want the extended warranty. I wasn't gonna get it but the cashier seen my kids and use that as leverage. They mentioned being as tho I have kids I should get the protection plan - said It would cover everything from manufacturer problems to accidental damage. A few days ago my child made my TV fall. Remembering I had got the extended plan I called to get it fixed. After going thru the process I was told my TV can't be replaced over accidental damage. I was told when I first purchased it I should have been giving a packet that explain what is covered. I didn't receive that. I just got a receipt with a number to call to register my device. I feel like I was lied to make me spend more money. Be careful when buying from Walmart. They will lie to make you spend more.

Walmart online is getting worst than a swap meet, at least in Calexico. The last two times I ordered site to store I got an article completely different from what I ordered. What a loss of time: Ordered a sequin mermaid pillow, got a fake leather brown pillow. Got refund. Ordered Overwatch Original videogame (PS4), got some earphones. Two hours waiting for it, and the staff didnt found it. Supposed to get refund in my credit card. Not confirmed yet. I'm paying for something I want, not for a bet for whatever you want to give me. How unprofessional, awful experience, the worst quality and inventory control. What happened to the Walmart I used to know where the client was first? What a shame. What a FRAUD.

I placed an order with Walmart for $70 November 3, 2016 for various items including dressmaking shears. I received all the items except the shears. Walmart customer service advised me that I must contact the vendor, AMI Ventures, which I did. AMI Ventures is just a drop ship outfit in India who forwards their orders to drop ship companies. When I talked with the person there he told me they do not replace lost orders as they do not have access to the warehouses, nor do they refund. They only give tracking numbers. He then gave me a tracking number for USPS which shows the package was lost in Arizona and never even made it to California where I live.

When I placed the order I believed I was going to get shears from Walmart, there was nothing to indicate during the order process that it would be sent to a 3rd party vendor. If I had wanted to order from someone other than Walmart I would have used eBay or Amazon. That way any problem that came up would be handled by eBay or Paypal.
