Beware when using online ordering! Merchandise order online is not necessarily sold by Walmart. If you have a problem with an order that is fulfilled by another vendor, Walmart will not help you resolve the problem. I ordered tires and the order was to be filled by Carshoez. Walmart charged my card, but after 10 days Carshoez still had not shipped my order.

When I called the number for Carshoez, supplied by Walmart, my call could not be "completed as dialed." When I called Walmart customer service I was told that I would have to contact Carshoez in order to get my money refunded, but was not given any other contact information. I was finally able to contact Carshoez and resolve the order with them. No help from Walmart at all.

I went online to Walmart to purchase a sewing machine Order ** under their sponsored products with rollbacks. This machine was advertised for a rollback of 61.97 from 199.97 to 138.00, so I clicked on the advertisement and it went to the machine and said two day shipping. I went to check out and it rang up 199.97. I then went into a chat with Walmart personal and she advised me she could not see it and could not adjust the price. I left her know I was going to report this as false advertisement, she referred me to call customer service and they were going to help me. I called customer service and the same run around, they could not help. I sent an email with the picture of the item advertised, they still could only offer the sewing machine at 20% off, which is 159.98.

I went onto another website to purchase the same sewing machine for 138.00 with free shipping. I am very disturbed that Walmart can advertise an item and not honor what they advertise, yet I could purchase the same item another place for this price. I can no longer trust what I see on Walmart website. This is not my first experience of similar problems and I feel they need investigated on how often this happens to consumers.

I was a big fan of buying most of my groceries on walmart.com, since my closest Walmart is close to an hour away. But just in the last couple of weeks, prices have been raised astronomically. Now they're much more expensive than target.com. But the strange thing is that the prices for their Walmart store have remained the same. Not sure why walmart.com would ruin a perfectly good thing... I won't be shopping on the site anymore, since the whole reason to buy from them are their low prices.

The Mattoon Illinois Walmart is now mostly self-checkout which is no problem for me but this is the second time we got harassed by a worker circling us and checking our cart but would not do that to no other person around them. Sunday October 8th was a bad day. She came, checked our cart, I told her we weren't stealing and she got very bad attitude with me and stood there and watched us until we left. This happened late afternoon - talking to the manager supervisors whatever at that Walmart is useless. They seem to be in favor of their employees - but I will not be going to that Walmart no more.

I love everything about the Walmart. I drive out of my way to go to. But today I got fresh fruit. Mind you it says fresh fruit best if used by 10:15. Today is the 9th. I opened it and the first thing on top is a grape covered in mold. Can you even return stuff like this? Anyhow I'm just disappointed because I so wanted fruit for dinner???

My daughter was just detained by loss prevention at the Wal-Mart in Covington, Louisiana. She went through the self checkout and purchased two full bags of items: However a small $5.98 bottle of haircare products had gotten wedged under her large handbag and was overlooked. As she was exiting the first set of glass doors, a loss prevention associate stopped her, went through her purchases and pointed out the hair product: My daughter's immediate response was to apologize and offer to pay for the item which she honestly missed (she is somewhat of an airhead). Instead, the loss prevention guy demanded to look through her bag, but before doing so drag her to the back of the store to his office: He said he wanted to make sure she didn't have any weapons in it? There, she said he unceremoniously dumped her purse and interrogated her about half the contents.

She was then photographed and told she had to sign a pile of papers, or she would not be permitted to leave: None of the papers were explained to her and one was an admission of guilt. She is also not allowed to come to Wal-Mart ever again (not that this is any sort of real loss). The loss prevention guy then told her that she had 48 hours to sign up for this expensive $500 education class or HE would issue a warrant for her arrest (um, no you have to file a police report and they issue a summons and assign a court date and or fine), which was clearly a strong-arm tactic to scare her into submission.

She attempted to call me (I was not permitted in with her) and they refused to let her do that either. This "education" program has been the subject of a few lawsuits, including one in CA that was decided in August where the judge found the use of this program to be “textbook extortion,” and holding that the program indeed constituted illegal false imprisonment under California law. Needless to say, that the $388 I spent at Wal-Mart earlier is the last money of mine they will ever see. I will not step foot in that place ever again.

BEWARE! When shopping online at Walmart's website. A lot of the merchandise listed is being sold from another seller and when you have a complaint, Walmart will not back you up when dealing with these people. Think some of them are operating out of their garage. What you buy at Walmart is not always sold by Walmart. It's just being sold by someone else on Walmart's site. Not my idea of good business!! I ordered what I thought was a pound and a half of Miracle Gro for $9.29 which is about the same price I would of paid at the Walmart store. I was sent 8 oz.

I'm not sure what delivery service Walmart uses, but it is awful. I ordered liquid laundry detergent and fabric softener and the box that showed up on my porch was SOAKED (see photos). One bottle was almost completely empty. The delivery van was leaving as I got to the porch, so they literally carried and dropped off what they knew to be a defective product. It might also explain why they were in such a hurry that they almost ran my husband, son, and dogs over on their way out. I'm sorry I didn't get the license plate or their names.

However, no order went through for some reason. So I called Walmart to see what's going on, they told me they can see the payment but can't see my order so they can't place the order or put it through to the Walmart pickup location I had requested. After 45 minutes and 3 different representatives they gave me absolutely no solution. So now I'm charged almost $200 with no grocery order. It's a joke, absolutely ridiculous! Took the time out to make the list for no reason, now I have to disputed the charge with my credit card company. One box was OK. The other box was open & too big for the contents. Called to see if I could return in store and they said they do not accept mattress returns. I called customer service. They said in order to return I need to get it back in a box. I'm 9 months pregnant. I cannot and even if I could I don't have anything to compress the mattress how it was when I received it! Buying or renting materials needed to will cause me to spend about half if not more what I spent getting the mattress. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Never ordering from Wal-Mart online again.

I had purchased the "3" year protection plan for a Vizio 70" TV on October 18, 2013. In the service contract it states that this coverage begins on the first day of the end of the manufacturer's warranty expiration. I thought that meant that I was extending the warranty and the employee who sold the plan agreed it begins after the manufactured warranty expired. Well apparently this isn't the case. My TV failed and I called Walmart because I knew I had purchased the extended warranty. Walmart stated their protection plan starts immediately the day of purchase with their so-called "Surge Protection" clause. When I contacted Vizio they stated that's not true they have to cover the first year.

When I spoke to Van a supervisor at Walmart protection after reading him the Walmart Protection PDF, it states that "the contract on warranty and replacement parts starts on item after the manufacturer warranty expires". He states that the little clause of the so-called "surge protection" starts coverage immediately. Well I consider that to be a fraudulent claim. If the TV goes out for any reason Vizio would still be responsible under their warranty to cover their 1-year warranty. I also place all my products on surge protectors. So I was very upset I was lead to believe that I had purchased 3 years from Walmart when it is only a two-year plan sold as a three-year plan under the special clause of "Surge Protection".

I think Walmart needs to let their associates know that they are selling the consumer three-year plans when in fact they are only two-year plans if they run concurrent with the manufacturer. And a one-year plan if they purchase a two-year plan. They sell them under the guise of "extended" with the plan starting with after the manufacturer's warranty expires but with a same day start with a "Surge Protection" clause. I find this to be very disturbing and misleading!! I think that consumers need to be told this information during the time of purchase of what plan they decide to buy. If the product is already under manufactured company for one year they have no business covering what is already warrantied. I find this "Surge Protection" clause misleading to start a warranty.

I explained to the supervisor that I spoke with, that Vizio should still be responsible for checking the first year of problems not Walmart. He said he understood that but Vizio doesn't, cover "Surge protection". What a bunch of BS. Anyway I wanted to let consumers to be aware of this warranty that Walmart has in regards to their misrepresentation of the two different statements: that the year the manufacturer gives you and their warranty starts on the same day not after the expiration day of manufacturer which it also states in their contract. Consumers when something sounds too good to be true call and question their coverage because the associates at Walmart tell you it is three-year extension when it really isn't it is a two-year with a "Surge Protection" clause.

I used to buy a lot of grocery items on Walmart.com taking advantage of their free 2 day shipping. Their prices were the same as their store prices. It was quite convenient since I am disabled. Shortly after Hurricane Irma, I went to place my usual online order... boy was I surprised to find that they have raised their prices substantially. I don't mean a few cents... most items were doubled or more in price! Why?

Their store prices were not raised... Now, they aren't even competitive with themselves!!! Free shipping??? Not worth the exorbitant prices they are now charging for their goods. I am deeply disappointed in Walmart's price gouging! I know that with the recent hurricanes that they made money hand over fist. People cleared the shelves! And to treat their customers this way is just despicable. If they don't want to sell at a reasonable price, they should not offer them online. Shame on you Walmart.com!!! I will need to find another online retailer.

First and foremost, I am a disabled customer who called prior to going into the actual location to cash a check. According to the Walmart Policy, clearly stated on their FAQs sheet on their website via help and answers, it states you can cash check up to $5,000 for only a fee of $6. This is very fair and reasonable. Once I get there, the first employee working at the check cashing lane says they can only cash $1,500. I found this to be incorrect and requested another employee; such as a manager, come speak to me since I called before I got there, and their website clearly states they do up to $5,000. Manager took his sweet time to eventually come out and say for me to cash my check, it needs to have my address on the check.

I've never in my life seen someone write you a check, or a check from a lawyer, that has my home address clearly stated on it. Why would it say *Pay to the order of* then have an address on a check. This is a clear sign of incompetence, due to the lack of training, or even more extreme, hate towards the disabled. Prior to going, I made sure I would not be wasting time, by calling ahead. That proved to be a definite waste of time. I called customer service on the phone who attempted to persuade the assistant manager, with no luck. Disappointed in the whole experience, Walmart does not care about its customers, it's too big already, and one person/ family make no difference to their business so customer service has no reason to be anything special.

It wasn't removed from my bill but added to the following months bill. I had all my receipts to prove it. I pay every first or third of the month. Four months ago I called and told them not to let my bill go above $250.00. Their manager they gave me over the phone said okay. But ever since then it goes above the $250.00. Also one manager will tell me something different from another manager the same day. Until Walmart can get employees that know how to do math correct, I'll have to stop dealing with Walmart unless it's in person. Also when you ask to speak to a manager, I think they just hand the phone to another employee. I've had to call 4 times counting August and September to no satisfaction.

I guess they couldn't return it at first because of the price. It was only $15. So the associate manager comes over to ask what's going on and we tell them. She takes me to another person to help me and the girl was new because she had to walk her through the steps as she is talking to them. She's not looking at me directly but referring to me saying that, “Now that these are returned without a receipt it's trash and the store loses money now.” She continues to tell the girl that people come in and steal things all the time to get cash back and the store loses out money. She was absolutely rude. Wouldn't even look at me but was referring to me calling me a thief.

I stood there feeling very uncomfortable I wanted to say something but I go to the store all the time so I didn't want to make it harder on me. I thanked her help and she was still wouldn't even look at me. She also said to me, “Do you even have an identification meaning a driver's license.” I handed it to her. Still she wouldn't look at me. I don't understand why she felt she had to treat me that way or why she would assume I stole something. She made it seem like she was doing me a favor by returning the item. And even before we went back to the customer service I told her if it was a big deal I would just keep the product. Thank you Walmart for making our lives easier but please take measures to assure that all your guest vendors hold the same high standards on customer satisfaction and ease of returning defective merchandise.

Presently many items require so much paperwork, are so time-consuming, trying to repacking the returning items in torn up shrink wrap packaging that the usual response is to absorb the cost ourselves and let the vendors of defective and improperly described items get away with dumping. So he goes to one and EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD ENOUGH AT MY STORE he was told NO. So as he's sitting in the store he cut his card into 1/4 in pieces and rolled out. I was approved for a Walmart credit card a few years ago for $400. I always pay on time and pay extra. My credit limit even went up to 500. Well, my Credit Karma showed an alert that they had lowered my limit to 380. This greatly upsets me because for one, they did not give me any notice and two, I have always paid more than minimum balance and I even have paid extra payments. If this is how Walmart rewards their loyal card holders that make on time payments, then I will not be using the card nor shop there any longer. When I called and inquired about this the girl could care less and told me based on my credit history they lowered my limit. I said what credit history? I have always paid on time and paid extra. I was outraged. My credit cards have always given increases not decreases and because of this it lowered my credit score. I worked hard to get this balance down and now it is showing an available balance of 12.00.

I am outraged. They are running a scam and if my credit balance had been $400 and they reduced it to 380.00, they would have charged me an over the limit fee. This should be illegal for them to lower my limit after they approved me for 500. Especially if I pay on time and they did not give me any notice of this change. I will be paying it off and I will not be shopping at ** Walmart any longer. Target will be getting all of my business for now on because they doubled my increase on their credit card. Good riddance trashy Walmart, you should be ashamed how you treat your loyal card holders.

About 2.5 weeks ago, I purchased a MTD Weed Whacker from my local Walmart. It seems easy to start, that's where it all stands! The line on the trimmer head is not very long. The motor revs at a higher speed than normal! I can go about a quarter way around my property, which is 50' X 100 Feet, before the line breaks! I have a battery powered Black and Decker weed whacker that can go all the way around! Why did I purchase a Gas powered weed whacker in the first place? I just thought that it would be easier to handle and to maintain!

I am a Disabled Vietnam Veteran and pulling on the "rope starter" is a pain in the back, arms as well as my hands! The major problem in the trimmer spool. I don't know exactly how much line is on that spool, however I don't think it's over 6 feet! I complained online earlier today and the person on the other end seemed to be rude. Then when I called him on it, he backed off of the attitude! I did not save the receipt, so, tomorrow afternoon, I will be cutting this worthless Weed Whacker up for scrap! For scrap! After Vietnam, I have never been so angry or hateful of a retailer or anyone who sells faulty goods!

Be aware that that is not always the case. I purchased a Leapfrog Lead Pad and did not realize it was coming from a third party (AV Electronic Solutions). The package arrived without a packing slip and it was used; there was no instructions in the box and the accessories were not properly packed. So I began my efforts to get a new and unused one. I went back and read the small print on the order. For all problems, exchanges and returns I was directed to the third party. The third party's, AV Electronic Solutions, phone number lead me to a voice mailbox that was full. I contacted Walmart.com and was told I would get a call back within 2 days from the vendor.

A week later I called Walmart.com again. Please note that the service from Walmart.com was excellent and I received a full credit for the item. However, It took a lot of my time to get a resolution and they could not confirm that they would no longer be using the vendor. I tried to return them at the store and I was told that these items are not returnable to Walmart at the store, only to the third party merchant because Walmart doesn't have these items in stock, they are coming from a third party from Indonesia. Walmart does not have a note about this on the website, so there is no way that I could know this. One item was $11.95 and the other one cost me $12.95. What will I do with these items? No idea. When I need items like batteries, a can of vegetables, light bulbs, a pillow, a printer cable, a fan, a bottle of vitamins, or just about anything else that I might need, Walmart usually has it in stock at a local physical store. Even more substantial items like furniture, electronics, and appliances are available there as well. In my opinion, having a huge selection available for immediate pickup after a short drive is very convenient. If I buy from an online-only store, I always have to wait several days for delivery, I can't really see what I'm getting before buying it, I run the risk of getting counterfeit items, and items may be defective and/or even dangerous (e.g., I had a generic cable melt in my computer).

Should I have to return something for some reason, if I buy at a physical Walmart store, I simply return it there for a refund. Returning something to an online-only store is not easy at all, and frequently it's not even worth the expense or hassle. If convenience and selection are not enough, Walmart's physical stores have a price match policy. Walmart aspires to be a major player in the online world as well, and online stores aspire to become dominant in the physical world. In the future, the distinction between online stores and physical stores will blur; however, for now, Walmart is the top dog.

Received my ordered today from Walmart with delivery from FedEx. The item was a comforter and instead of being shipped in a secure box, a bag was used. The bag had been damaged, the comforter was ripped and the stuffing from inside the comforter was hanging out the bag. I called Walmart (the first time) and a replacement comforter was professed and a return label was sent to me via email. I was told that I would have to schedule a pick up time from fed ex. When I called FedEx, I was told that I did not have the correct label and I would have to contact Walmart again. This was only after I had been on the phone with them for 25 minutes trying to resolve the issue.

So I call Walmart for the 2nd time, an agent named Shi tried to answer the call while giggling about something else. I was not amused at this point. She didn't comprehend my issue and began telling me that my label had not expired. I not FedEx ever said it did! I clarified again and even said, "if you'll listen" and explained that FedEx said I needed a "pick up" label. She tried to tell me there was no such thing and I needed to contact them back to tell them I had the right one. After 25 minutes on the phone with her and VERY frustrated, I asked to speak with a supervisor. Guess what? More holding... all because of two incompetent businesses.

I spoke with the supervisor and after 40 minutes on the phone with Walmart on the 2nd call, I was given the correct label. Lesson I learned... If you've ever had an issue like this with Amazon, then you know how EASY and amazing their return process is. Walmart you need to take heed and learn from them while you can. Packaging your items to be shipped is highly recommended too! Oh and you might want to ditch FedEx because their service is poor too as I've reviewed them today too! UPS... WAY BETTER! I have had to pack them up, haul them back to the store, stand in line at customer service, and go through the hassle of returning them--all, because Walmart could not take the time to protect the canned items during shipping. The packages arrive with the canned products literally thrown in and falling against each other during shipping. On my last shipment, there was shipping tape wrapped around the box, presumably by the shipper, because the box was falling apart, due to the loose items, inside, wrecking havoc on the box.

After experiencing this three times, the point has been drummed into me: their online grocery shopping is not important enough to warrant good customer service. This put my account into a negative balance, which caused me overdraft fees from another unrelated transaction. I waited two long hours for them to get done and then they gave me the service charge and it was 25% more than I was quoted on the phone... I pointed this out to the service manager and he said it was the new guy's fault because he was in training... Whatever happened to managers being responsible for training employees properly? There was no apology for the stupidly long wait or the misrepresented price for mounting just: "Too bad for you" - "I'm not responsible" - "It's somebody else's fault..." That was just the beginning.

The following day I was doing some accounting and realized two days before while I was in Raleigh I left some cash ($550) in the center console because I didn't want to carry it around in my pocket while I was downtown getting lunch. I didn't get home til late that night and forgot about it being there... The next day I went to Walmart. Now it's the day after the Walmart visit... I immediately went out to my car to get my money out of the center console (which is an enclosed box with a lid) and discovered the console had been gone through.

I keep things neatly arranged in it so I can find them if I am driving and need something but everything was messed up and my business cards were spilled out of the box I keep them in. I realized then someone at Walmart had gone through the console and taken my money. It was too late to have the police search the tech that worked on my car. No wonder he had such a weird look on his face when I got my keys from him... Bottom line: the worst service in the world... Without a smile... CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!

I'd go and spend $x and the same day, another charge for $y would appear; different amounts right after each other. First I tried calling the store manager, was told he wasn't in and that I needed to speak with customer service. Transferred to customer service, the gal answered. I could hear the clerks talking, then I was hung up on. Called back dozens of times over 2 days and never got to speak with another person!

So I called Walmart corporate customer service. "Troy" set up trouble ticket and messaged the store manager to contact me immediately; said he could look up my name/charges/signature to see what's happening. 10 days have passed and I've not received a return call. Contacted my credit card company who identified 7 total dates of 2 different amounts charged on the same day; credited my account and overnighted a new credit card to me. I'm still to call Walmart's corporate 'electronic payment hotline', which Troy had told me deals with credit card transaction issues (they have so many, they need a hotline for them?). I don't expect excellent customer service from a Walmart level store. But I do expect a manager to care when credit card fraud is occurring repeatedly in his store! I ordered an end of season smaller size 5 piece patio set (table and 4 chairs) listed on their website for $99. I received my confirmation, a few days later received update that items were shipped, and later received my order. Order was to have two boxes of course, one with table and other with chairs. I paid to have the table put together thinking the shipment had been divided and called to check on my chairs. Through chat and online both I had very rude people helping me. Chat wanted to pick up my table and have it returned to them as apparently there had been a mistake on their website made by them. I then called customer service, gave my order number and ask him what it was I was to have received based on my order. I was told a 5 piece patio set, table and 4 chairs. He was correct at that. Then after checking into it he admitted the ad was wrong on their website, and they had discontinued the ad till it was fixed.

I told him I ordered and paid for the 5 piece set they had on their website at that time a few days back. He said he understood however they could not send me my chairs. I would need to return the table through the mail and they would then credit me for the table, then I could reorder once they had the problem corrected on their end. I told him we could not tear the table apart, box had been destroyed as well and we paid 30 dollars to have it put together, just simply send the chairs as promised in their ad and all of their confirmations. At this time, I had no more patience. My husband got on phone and ask him how could they justify sending a truck to pay postage to pick up a assembled table instead of just sending the four chairs as their ad stated at time I ordered. This is simply amazing that people can be so stupid.

I have documents that show it was a five piece set and the price. If this ad was wrong they should have caught it prior to table ever being shipped out. If this is the way WALMART conducts their business I have no interest to patronize them ever again. I guess I will place the assembled table in the driveway with hopes they send a trucking company to pick it up. In the meantime I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge as god only knows where this table might end up at. Such terrible customer service. Honor your prices on your website.

Ordered groceries on July 3rd 2017. I received two emails. First email was to confirmation that my order was received, by Walmart but not yet processed and that if I needed to make changes or cancel anything that I had to do so by a specific time. The second email that almost immediately followed was to inform me that I should be expecting separate deliveries. All this would have been alright with me if I knew that I would be getting EVERYTHING I ORDERED even if I received them separately. I have my reasons for getting assurance that everything I ordered will be delivered. I will mention those reasons later.

On July 3rd, according to my debit card statement, a debit on my account for $100.65 appeared for this order. I called Walmart MINUTES after receiving those emails and seeing the debit on my account. I spoke with four different people concerning the separate orders, informing all four of them that I wanted EVERYTHING ON THAT ORDER and WHY, or I would have to cancel the entire order.

I was still holding on the phone waiting to speak to someone who could respond to my concern, when I received a third email informing me that an order had already been shipped. Never mind that I was given a specific window of time to cancel. My time frame was spent holding on the phone for one of the four employees already involved to give me the response I needed to my ONE simple concern: Will I be getting the ENTIRE ORDER?

Finally, someone comes on the phone and tells me that a partial shipment had already gone out which I already knew when I received the 3rd email. While I was still on the phone, I informed that employee to cancel the entire order. She said "Ok, but since the order had already shipped, when I receive the package from FedEx, just send it back." Again I informed her to cancel the entire order and hung up.

I received a fourth email confirming cancellation of the order but that some items had shipped. I responded to them again informing them to cancel the entire order. That's twice. I received the email confirming that my order was cancelled. On that very same day (July 3rd,) my debit card statement showed a credit for $39.77. Walmart processed my payment of $100.65. I called them up again. They informed me, (after being routed to four different people again) that $39.77 was the amount of the purchase that was already shipped and that my account will be credited when I returned what was already shipped. I said that was fine.

If that was true, why was my account "credited" the amount of the shipped items? Why was the dollar amount of the items that were cancelled not credited, which would amount to $60.88.

A third grader would have figured this out. $60.88 plus $39.77 equals (=) $100.65. (The amount debited from my account INSTANTLY.) So Walmart's second mistake was crediting the incorrect amount. I should have received $60.88 right away because the order was cancelled. I would have waited until they received the package (that I have neither seen nor touched to this day) to see the entire $100.65 back on my account.

On July 5th, the delivery guy from FedEx appeared at my doorstep. I was expecting them. They never even knocked because I was outside waiting for them. I told them that I was neither going to accept the package nor sign for it. I didn't. The guy said "Ok, no problem, I'll take it right back." On that very same day my account showed two "credits". One for $96.34 and a second "credit" for $4.31. This $4.31 was tax according to the email I received listing the items ordered and the total.

Is this even legal? First, an incorrect credit was made by Walmart, then two more credits were made separately. These two credits added up to the original debit of $100.65. So I ignored it. I got my money back so I did not care. I had to make another online purchase with another store and move on with my life. Or so I thought. This nightmare had only just begun!

On August 9th, HORRORS, a debit for $60.88 from Walmart appeared on my bank statement. Sound familiar? Almost two months to the day I made a simple online purchase, I am being charged for an order that was cancelled, refunded after my time was wasted talking to by now, eight different people, and my account was criminally accessed by Walmart. I did not make any purchases anywhere (online or otherwise) nor did I leave my home on August 9th.

Back to the dreaded "Walmart customer service" phone calls and fury I was already going through, not to mention the stupidity of having to waste my time UNNECESSARILY waiting for eight more people to do something about this 3rd grade issue. There is no excuse for this incompetence that even a child can resolve. Are these employees seriously getting paid to work?

I made the call to Walmart on the 9th, spoke to a Marla, a Darlene, a Joe, and finally to someone who calls himself Fredrick, "a supervisor". This one was a real hero. He sanctimoniously continued talking down at me while I was trying to explain that my money was entirely refunded and I had not made any other purchases from Walmart. I did not go through explaining about the three different credits erroneously posted to my account on July 5th. They charged my account $100.65 on the 3rd. By July 5th, I should have gotten a credit for exactly $100.65. Period. I did not have to spend any more time talking to Walmart incompetence, nor spending time writing this review. But as you can tell, my fury from this idiotic issue has not ceased.

On the conversation Fredrick had with me, (I was not allowed to speak and was unceremoniously TOLD) that the charge for $60.88 was because I never returned the items I ordered on the 3rd of July. I tried unsuccessfully and repeatedly to explain that Walmart shipped only a partial order that I never received nor signed for, and that the amount of $60.88 was refunded already on July 5th. Even If this was true, they should have charged me for the $39.77 for the items that were shipped as I was cancelling them on the phone) and not $60.88. But no, Fredrick stated that I would receive a credit in 5-7 days (from the 9th of August). It took talking to four people before I was informed that my money was going back into my account but that I had to wait another week to get it.

On August 16th, (7 days passed and my money was not returned,) at 6:07 pm I called the Walmart customer service and went through a Jenny, a Sheila, a supervisor named Ben and finally since the "supervisor" couldn't fix this, I was given over to a Brandon in "corporate" who advised me that he would refund my money in 3-5 days. I told him that was almost exactly what Fredrick said on August 9 and asked how I would know that this was going to be taken care of. He said he would send me an email confirming it.

In other words, what Walmart is telling me is that I stole those items upon delivery. If I did, why then would they refund the entire $100.65 on July 5th? And why wait until August 9th to criminally charge me for $60.88? I'm a now smarter consumer because I will NEVER EVER come close to a Walmart again. I would spend 3X the amount of whatever product I buy, before I ever go there again.

Now I want my $60.88 and not 3-5 days from now. I want every penny back plus I want Walmart to pay me $60.88 PER DAY from July 3, 2017 to August 21, 2017 (3-5 days from August 16) for this harassment, fury, time wasted, my account accessed without authorization, trying to speak to anyone who had a brain that works at Walmart. Please look into this horrible insufferable experience that will never happen again to me. You should have my name, address, and phone number regarding this review. I would appreciate it if someone gets back to me regarding this disservice.

I purchased a Walmart money card on August 1, 2017. Registering it was a nightmare. People in a foreign country who have difficulty in understanding what you are saying and you are having just as big a problem with their English. I DON'T receive mail at my physical address but these people refuse to allow me to give them my post office address. Finally, after a great deal of discussion with them I relented and gave them my physical address and later that day received an email stating that my card has been sent. This is now August 14, 2017 and it still has not been received at the office of the resort where I reside. I call the number on back of my temporary card and ask nicely three times to speak to someone in the United States. They refuse to transfer my call back to the United States and instead put me to talking to another of their countrymen. He tells me that the card was sent and received. If it had been I would not be calling.

I put my husband on the phone because I am ready to freak out since we have recently been battling identity theft. The man tells us he is cancelling the card and we will receive a new one in 7 to 10 business days. Again we are told it will not be sent to our post office box but rather sent out to our physical address. In the mean time, all my automatic accounts that were to draw off that card are now going to be cancelled because they can not get their funds. I also can not draw the cash off the card so I am just at the mercy of Walmart for over $100.00 in cash they received from me in the first place. I worked for Mr. ** and he would not have done his customers this way. I want to hear from a person at corporate in Bentonville about how they are going to take care of this matter if this new card also disappears.

This has happened twice (it will NOT happen again!). When making a purchase online, I realized the delivery date, shown at check-out, would not work. I immediately canceled the order, and followed up with Walmart "chat." It seems they cannot actually cancel an order, but say one should refuse delivery... I knew I wouldn't be around (that's why I had to change the date!); unfortunately another person signed for it. So now I have to take this very heavy, large package to a delivery center, after re-packaging into one box (I only got one label; shipment came in two boxes.) However, here's the issue: payment was immediately taken from my account. Returns take as much as a month to process, which means Walmart has my money for that time. Multiply that by many, many customers, and they're making a pretty penny off the float! The system is designed to capture more $ from consumers. That is wrong.

I ordered a free standing chair stand on July 27th, was told it should arrive August 3rd or 4th, contacted WalMart today which is the site I ordered from, 11 business days ago, I was told the item was "lost" during shipping but I could contact Best Choice Products if I had any further questions. Really WalMart? You are allowing Best Choice to sell on your website and all you can say is it was lost, contact someone else? Nice business.

So I contacted Best Choice Products and their answer was, "someone forgot to put the shipping label on the product". Again, really? Both companies knew there was an issue but neither bothered to contact their customer who spent over $70 on that item. I've been promised a refund within 2-5 business days but I'm not holding my breath since the chair stand was supposed to arrive within 5 business days yet the girl at Best Choice doesn't understand why I don't believe her!

What makes me the most angry is that they should have both been on top of things and when they realized their error, they should have fixed it and contacted me, it's not like they don't have my email address, phone number and address along with my credit card info, but hey, they were paid and they were keeping my money unless I decided to contact them and have my day ruined by talking to a bunch of idiots who cant do their jobs without a paper in front of them telling them what to say. Saying you are sorry after every thing I say is not truly being apologetic, it's just what you are supposed to say, you couldn't care less about my inconvenience and trust me, it showed when I spoke to WalMart and to Best Choice Products... I will NEVER order from either place again, unfortunate for you WalMart since I do a lot of online shopping!

It seems every time I've ordered through the website there is an issue. I seriously DREAD having to call & speak with any of the customer service reps because no matter how nice I am, it always ends up the same way... Very badly! From the first line rep up to whatever the higher level management they "allow" me to speak to & many times I have to call back because I've been hung up on. Sadly my last experience should have been very simple because I spoke to a first line rep inquiring about the e-mail I received saying some items were delayed.

The conversation started fine so I had really high hopes. She explained that as she saw yes those were not found in the first place they looked so they found the items somewhere else & now everything (I had 2 orders) is back in process & not even my expected time of arrival was going to change. I asked why if I received the e-mail the day I placed my order about these delays & how much detail it went into if I wanted to cancel my orders & how the refund policy worked, why wouldn't they (Walmart.com) at least send me an update about things being back on track? She told me it's not a person sending them (I totally understood that part) & she started talking to me like I was an idiot & I tried to explain how much I got the automated part & clearly there is something missing in the system that needs to be addressed & if she could please send some feedback, I'd appreciate it. Then she tells me she can't send me anything...

I had to go into detail what feedback meant as well as the fact that IF Walmart.com had the correct automated information going out to the customer, she would have never gotten a call from me in the first place. Therefore I was really trying to help her with making her job easier & any customers who are experiencing the same issues. The situation with her actually got escalated because she got rude & the call eventually ended. I did call back & spoke to a supervisor - Jude, who I thought saw who I spoke with & put in correct notation because I went over EVERYTHING with him. However I called back because I saw other things in my orders & I wanted to speak with a manager & this is what shocked me more!

Getting to him, the first rep told me that the woman I first spoke to the day before only wrote that I called about possibly canceling my order since my items were not on time & I asked him if he could see who wrote it... He told me it looked like it came from the store!? Clearly NONE of that was true. I finally started to speak with a manager, Tyler so he claimed to be... I gave him 1 of the 2 orders & started telling him everything that happened the day before. He kept referring to only the one order & just said it's all going to be at the store as promised, didn't seem to care about any of the issues with the rep. Then he tells me there IS an issue with one of the items & since it's out of stock he's going to have to refund me & will do that now... Quote "Do you understand"? I was looking right at my order & told him nowhere does it say that & if that was true, why wasn't I notified & he tells me that is MY job if I'm going to cancel something & want a refund.

As I look further, I even clicked on that item & it didn't even say it was out of stock... Like things DO when they ARE! I told him, "You can NOT put it on ME to start checking my order for what is going on every day & need to update YOU, that is exactly why I called to begin with... Because I got a delay notification & then no update after that, so again don't put it on ME & tell me I have to do something when I place an order that you are "saying" is out of stock... but I'm seeing right here doesn't say that!" He starts telling me he isn't putting it on me & all he can say is that it hasn't been shipped, it's still in process so it's out of stock & he will just refund my money. I told him, "NO, I don't want you to do anything with my order right now." He was being so forceful at that point, I didn't trust him either & I told him right from the beginning that I don't like the fact that none of the reps have any way of being held accountable for their actions.

I specifically asked for his name & ID or something more but all he said he would give me was his name & especially for reasons when people take advantage of their position or as I keep finding out how much customer service doesn't care about the customer! I didn't want him doing anything with my account, he asked if there was anything more he could do - I said "Yes I want a copy of this call" (no answer), I said again... "I want a copy of this call" & then he hung up on me! I'm DONE being treated like this as a customer of Walmart & Walmart.com for so many decades & I wrote that in my survey - I made sure to even copy my survey answers because I'm SURE you just toss it aside! This isn't going to be the only place I post how badly you treat customers, I'm FAR from done because customers need to be warned & the public needs to know the truth! I'm SURE I'm not the only one.

The Wal-Mart at 6767 103rd St Jacksonville, Fl is a disgrace. First of all I went to exchange an item. I was asked by the yellow vest wearing manager if I had a receipt. I responded "no". She then said before scanning my item that she could not give a refund or exchange on an item over 25 dollars without a receipt per their policy. That is not the policy online or in stores. This Wal-Mart systematically denies any returns over 25 dollars without getting the particulars of the situation. The store is perpetually dirty and the staff are rude 90% of the time. I took my item to a Wal-Mart 4 miles up the road and had no problems with the return. Either Wal-Mart needs to update their policies or they need to actually follow them. I seriously doubt that corporate doesn't know how their staff treats customers. I guess they just don't care.

I love Walmart for their prices and selection. I have no issues shopping directly at their stores. I love the self-check outs that save me a ton of time. My issue is with the return process for online orders. My experience was utterly frustrating and time consuming. I had placed several online orders for some clothing items in different colors and sizes. After placing the orders and reviewing order details online, I noticed that the items were listed without color or size differentiation. Instead of seeing Top - Red - XL and Top - Blue - L, I saw Top and Top. It was very annoying, indeed. More frustration was still ahead.

When I received the items, there was no invoice or package slip in the package. Each item came in a separate plastic cover. Naturally, I took the items out of these plastic covers so I could try them on. I put aside a couple of items that I needed to return. In my attempt to put the items back in their plastic covers, I had discovered that the labels on the covers did not have the item descriptions, color, and size. Moreover, the numbers listed on the labels did not match the order detail. As one can imagine, the task of matching the items with their covered was next to impossible to complete.

Next, I had to get a return receipt, since the package did not include it. This turned out to be another challenge. Amazingly, the ability to print a return receipt is not provided on the order detail page; instead the screen to do so is hidden at the bottom of the home page under Customer Support, down another couple of screens. I had to get help from the online chat, to figure this out. When I finally, went to the store with the printed receipt and the items in their plastic bags, the return clerk still had difficulty matching the items against the paperwork and refunding the money. And yes, there was only one clerk available and the people in line behind me were getting impatient. Bottom Line: Walmart has managed to make the returns for online orders into a Missing Impossible ordeal. I feel that Walmart customers need to be aware of this and think twice about shopping at Walmart.

Soap and food - Ok so here we go. I placed 3 orders online for different items on June 23. Went in store to paid for items And patiently waited for them to ship or get to store. A few days later I got email that items had shipped. Then a few days later I got an email saying a few of my items were on backorder. And I was ok with that because the other 2 were shipped And on their way to the store. The very next day I was email And said, "Sorry 1 of your orders were canceled," didn't really get a reason why so I said ok well the others are on their way. I got a email that one of my orders were ready for pick up right before they canceled my 2nd order with no explanation at all. I get to the store to pick up my items And when I open the box it was only 1 item when it was suppose to be 5. The manager told me to call customer service the number they gave me And was on hold for a while before talking to someone.

They told me to keep the one item And told me to tell the manager to reorder my items. They told me I wasn't able to keep the item And I had to cancel my order And reorder them after giving me a very hard time. I said ok fine I really am not going to argue With employees because they were just about yell at me for my order being wrong like it was my fault. I ask when I was about to pick up my refund And they said they will email me And let me know. I got 2 emails the next day stating I can pick up my return. I go in the store And show them the bar code attached to the email. And they tell me I cannot pick up my refund in the store. It would be back on my card in 3-10 day. I would of been ok with that but I paid for my items in store with cash. They were not willing for me to get my refund at all after talking to two different managers And showing them the email stating I can pick it up in the store.

So they told me no over and over And to call customer service And see why. I'm not sure why when I had the email to prove my reasons to come to the store. After calling Walmart.com and corporate to complain about my orders that had been wrong on backorder and canceled. And they made it seem like I was wrong for calling them when I was told to by the store. So fast forward to two weeks later. I went back to the store to see if I can get my refund I was told again no when I had the receipts that I paid for the Order in store with cash.

I then call customer service again and they told me they will send me a check for my refund in 10-21 days. It is now July 30 And I still only received one refund. I just don't understand why I had to wait for my refund when I paid for it in store And got the most rude phone answers And managers ever. I have never had this problem before in my life ordering here. I would at least think someone would give me a little understand but yet I received rude gestures while I had my children like I was wrong when reality the store is absolutely wrong And could have just gave me my refund back when they said I could pick it up. So here I am waiting for my other refunds to be giving to me after a month of paying for them in store.

She was very disrespectful and rude to me, didn't even ask how I was and ignored me. I am in an interracial relationship with my husband who happens to be ** and she was fine with conversing with him.

As we are putting the stuff on the belt my daughter is holding some baby food and she proceeds to ask if we were going to pay for that. Which obviously we were. So as I put the rest of the stuff on the belt she asks me how are we paying for this with EBT? I have never felt so belittled and disrespected in my entire life. I couldn't believe she had the audacity to ask if I was a paying with EBT.

In no way did she see an EBT card on me to even ask that question. She was just going off the color of my skin that I MUST be on food stamps. I have never had EBT nor have I ever needed it. I did not hear her ask the couple in front of us who happened to be Mexican. Nor the woman after the couple. She only asked me that. After we paid with a debit card, I made my mind up I was reporting this woman. Horrible customer service and she does not deserve to work with the public. I really hope this is handled accordingly.

The brand we bought was Serrano. It looks like a raw meat ham bone. Bones like these of any brand are very dangerous for your dog! They shouldn't sell these at all!

On July 12, 2017 Walmart posted Kimberly Clark Tissues for $10.25-$12.06 a case for 36 boxes/95 tissues per box. Since that was a great deal, I placed 5 separate orders for different family members totaling 18 cases! However, when the tissues arrived, only 18 tissue boxes came instead of 18 cases! When I called Walmart.com I was told that they don't honor price mistakes so they will not send the correct item but I can return it. So I requested 5 return labels (separate phone calls as the returns can only be made when the items were received in each address) for the 5 orders I placed. I then get an email that I abused the return policy and they won't refund me or allow me to make any future orders on Walmart.com. This is for their mistake! I was told that I have to call back tomorrow to speak to the Tier 2 department or dispute the charges on my credit card!!!

LESSON LEARNED: DO NOT USE WALMART.COM!! I did not receive part of a DVD order of 15 items. I called Walmart customer service. Their response was that since Walmart outsourced part of my order to another company that Walmart is not responsible and will not do anything about the missing items. They referred me to the outsourced vendor. However there was no reference number, no return slip, no contact information for the outsourced company. I looked online searching for information about this company. I found a phone number that had been disconnected. So I researched further and found comments from other unhappy Walmart customers about this company: Movie Mars. Unable to contact Movie Mars, I called Walmart corporate office. I was transferred twice and on the phone for a total of about 40 minutes. I was given the same song and dance: Walmart is not responsible for my order.

I told the customer service rep that Walmart is making money outsourcing orders but Walmart refuses to be responsible and service the orders. Finally after a long argument, the rep agreed to call movie mars herself. Again, I was on hold for another 20 to 25 minutes. The rep came back on the phone and said she was boiling mad because Movie Mars did not answer the phone. Answered the phone on her second call, put her in a hold and then hung up on the Walmart rep. She assured me that Walmart would be back in contact with me within 24-48 hours. That was a week ago and I have not heard from Walmart. So I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. Now I will have a refund on my credit card account and Walmart doesn't get my money.

After much frustration, time and effort, I have made the decision to never use Walmart.com again. I will use reputable companies who provide customer service. I will pay more to avoid being ripped off and frustrated by Walmart.com. With the Waltons being excessively rich billionaires, I have to wonder how much money is enough money? How do they sleep at night knowing how their business practices cheat customers? Greedy greedy greedy. And by the way, my advice to people who continue to use Walmart.com to put purchases on your credit card so that you can promptly dispute charges and damaged items with your credit card company in order to get your money back.

The checker NEVER EVEN LOOKED at the check and put it in as for the amount of purchase. When I asked where my change was, the checker got confused and called a senior checker over to re-enter the check. A few days later, while looking at my bank account, I discovered that they had cashed the check twice, once for the amount of purchase, and once for $20. over. I called & talked to Walmart accounting department and the gal agreed a mistake had been made. She contacted TELECHEK and told them, they were supposed to take care of the double check, and refund my 34.48. I never saw a refund posted to my account, so I called Walmart accounting back about 2 weeks later. The gal looked at her notes and said she had called TELECHEK on 3 occasions and they assured her that it was being taken care of.

She also told me to call TELECHEK myself. I called and they told me there was no such transaction on record. At that point, I went to my bank and disputed the check. By this time it had been almost a month. The bank looked into the transaction, found the check had been paid twice for 2 different amounts, and refunded my $34.48. Great! I figured that was the end of it until I picked up today's mail. I had a notice for collections saying I had stopped payment on the check! I have not had ANYTHING go to collections in 30 years or more, and REALLY RESENT being stolen from and called a thief. I will not use Walmart for anything in the future, because they can't be trusted. To recap: They cashed the same check twice, tried to hide it and then sent it to collections. She was at lunch and got back another 20 min later. After unsuccessfully trying to get the machine to cooperate she said she would have to go in the back and review the machines transaction log and that this could take a while. At this point I had been standing at the self-checkout for roughly an hour. I told her I have waited long enough and I would give her the remaining balance of $30.68 in cash and they could figure it out on their own time. She refused.

So I offered to put back $30.68 of merchandise. She refused. I then asked for a full refund. She refused. She then said I could leave all the merchandise and no refund. I refused. Then she took my merchandise in the buggy by force and called police. After a total of about 3 hrs inside Walmart, being detained by police they forced Walmart to issue a refund of the cash I had already paid and gave me a verbal "no trespass" order. So I left with Walmart still owing me $22 and change that was paid with my 90-year-old neighbor's EBT card, for whom I was shopping.

I no longer shop at Walmart, because this corporation abuses its employees by not paying enough for them to live on and not enough consistent hours they can count on. Its owners, especially Alice Walton, meddle in government programs, like education, that undermine it for the average American citizen, using her wealth, earned off the backs of underpaid people, to influence where she should have no business influencing. This corporation also pushes smaller businesses out of communities, to limit the choices people have, while consistently providing only low quality items, especially their food. I will never shop at Walmart and I encourage everyone whom I talk to not to do so while educating them on why I won't do business with them.

I like the familiarity and consistency of pricing and sizing (waist and length). I like that what the size says is what you get when you try on the product. Even year to date this process is in place, and even store-to-store. Most all food shelving items are neat and clean, sometimes the stickers in the food isle's could be a larger size, so you know which item lines up with which price. I love my Walmart credit card, there is no fuss or muss, it just goes right through. It is good to the see the sales people in the aisles, rearranging items. It makes me think someone is on top of the job and is "watching the store!" However, it saddens me when not enough aisles for checkout are open or no one is at the register.

Starting since before July 2017, I have been ordering items off Wal-Mart's site with 2-day free shipping. Just about every order I have ever placed, I have received damaged items, food items placed with chemical item, open items; including food, medication, and laundry items, as well as many many crushed items. The packers in their facilities place too many items in small boxes, place heavy items on top of delicate and fragile items, and throw as much as they can fit in one box without even taping the box correctly.

My most recent order, received today (7-11-2017), over 20 items were all placed in the same box, lotions, face washers, air freshener, medications, and other items all thrown in the same spot. Bobby pins were missing from the sleeve, hair brushes broken from their packaging and all separate in the box, and medication (chew and tablets) left at the bottom to be crushed by shampoo bottles. Normally I have no problems with throwing the items away and Wal-Mart issuing a replacement for the damaged items, however, this time they wanted me to return all the items, after the damaged ones had already been tossed out, and send them back.

What is the point and convenience of ordering items online, if I am always going to receive them damaged and have to wait for replacements, or ship all the items back and wait even longer for reprocessing and replacements. None of this would be an issue if the packaging facilities took care to package items appropriately and with care.

This is about a microwave oven that I bought some months ago, paid for on line, and picked up at the Palm Springs CA Walmart store. It was easy to select and pay for the item on the Walmart internet site. Price and quality were very good. Price was the lowest I could find for similar microwave ovens. It also work reliably. However, the customer service was another story: When I went to the store to pick the item up, the customer service person at the desk couldn't find it or the order. After speaking with and being referred to numerous customer service people who all looked up the order on the computer, no one could find the order. This also involved numerous trips by them to the mysterious depths of Walmart to try to find the microwave itself. (It was a common model by a major maker. There was nothing unusual about it.)

Finally, after much discussion, a duplicate of the same item was found for me. I was at Walmart for over 1 1/2 hours trying to get this matter resolved. During that time, ridiculous suggestions were made by them that I should "Pay for the order in cash now, then they would give me a refund and a duplicate microwave." Of course, I refused. I even had a print-out of the order from the Walmart site with me and the price already had been deducted from my bank account.

On June 4, 2017, at the Lakewood CO Sam's Club parking lot, an employee with a cart mule full of carts came towards my car. I stopped and he kept coming until he ran into my front bumper and put a scratch from one of the carts so deep, that it broke through the black coating and made a deep white scratch. I submitted a claim to be told:

Evidence does not prove I was hit by a cart mule because the cart mule is red and black and the scratch was white. When I told them (after already telling them) that it was a cart that hit my car and not the mule, they said the evidence still does not hold up because a shopping cart has no color and my scratch was white. They said they have no evidence I was in the parking lot that day, although they openly admit that they have a picture with the white scratch that their store manager took. They said the employee that hit my car was not working that day. They said no employees that were on duty that day attested to hitting my car.

In other words... "Dear customer... You are a liar and our employees are not." In other words... "Dear customer... No matter what you tell us hit your car, it is going to be the wrong color to line up with a white scratch." In other words... "Dear customer... There is no such thing and a scratch being so deep that it would penetrate the black bumper." In other words... "Dear customer... You weren't even in our lot that day, although we do have pictures that we took of the accident damage." I always knew Walmart and Sam's were sleazy, but this goes very much beyond my wildest imagination.

I asked where I could file a Small Claims Court claim, and they said they can't advise on the process and that I should go on Google and do a search. When I clarified for the fourth time that I was not looking for advice on how to file a claim in Small Claims Court, but I needed an address to send the claim to Walmart/Sam's... He gave me a number for the local Walmart store but told me it was a corporate number for their legal department. When I said, who should my attorney talk to... He said my attorney should call him (the adjuster). I said, why is it that my attorney should call you directly, but you can't receive my claim from Small Claims Court. He had nothing to say about that. Don't shop at this sleazeball store or Sam's. They are outright liars and actually think that the public will fall for it. My dear Walmart, I will see you in court.

It happened around 4:30-5:00PM on July 9, 2017. I bought a Phillips TV today in Walmart at 3132 College Dr Baton Rouge, LA 70808. The service guy at electronic department wanted me to pay at their station. So I did. They offered to help me to move the TV to the car but I declined. Before I even walked out of Walmart store, I decided to return it because my family wanted another brand.

So I returned it at customer center. Two security guy went to me right after my return was finished. I was accused of stealing a TV. I showed my receipt to the store security guy, which showing the purchase was done 10 minutes ago. They still thought I got the receipt from the parking lot. I told them I won't be able to return something and get the money if I pick up a receipt from the parking lot. They insisted I can still return and get the money back with somebody else's receipt. (Serious I don't know how this can happen. They should have stopped here. It's ok that they have suspicion but they should HAVE STOPPED after I show them a receipt with my credit card # on it. I think either they wanted to accuse me of stealing so much or their IQ are not very high.) I told them I paid with the TV by my credit card with my name on it. I showed them my receipt. They still want me to walked into the office with them.

They called the service guy at electronic department and got informed that I ACTUALLY PAID for the TV. They returned my receipt to me WITHOUT APOLOGY or any guilty feeling. I think this is ridiculous and insulting. I hope their mom, wife or daughter would never be treated like this when they go shopping somewhere else. I will spread out the story and stop going to Walmart if this event doesn't get solved properly and I don't get an apology from those 2 guys who accused me stealing.
