They sent my husband the wrong order, said they were going to fix it, then sent the wrong order AGAIN and it was LATE. They send contradicting emails too regarding delivery dates, how they are going to fix the problem and what we the customer need to do. We mistakenly took the survey they sent us and gave a good rating because they promised they were going to rush the correct order to us, but they didn't. They promised me two day shipping on a different order but it was VERY late and they refused to give a discount or offer to remedy it in any way.

They sometimes don't have the product I'm looking for. They want you to bring the UPC code in so they can order it instead of going to their logs they keep to find the UPC code to order the product. The free survey is BS. You have to buy something to get a chance at their offer. Nothing free there. Very disappointed in their survey reward.

Customer service rep's lack knowledge and training - I assume because of the high turnover rate. Household goods and items are usually well priced; groceries and food items are comparable to local grocery stores.

Seems easy right? Click and pay? Wrong! Walmart is as bad as the rest when it comes to determining how items are shipped, pick up at the store or available in the store is impossible to determine. Dealing with the people in the store is even more of a nightmare, very very rude people work at Walmart.

Going to Walmart is always an experience for me. You can never find anyone to help you find something and when you do they send you to the wrong aisle. Pricing is never actually what it is advertised as usually in the ads so you either argue with somebody or you don't. They say they compare pricing but you have to find a supervisor or you hold up the line in the checkout that in itself is a harrowing experience. You have two lines open and like 6 people waiting in each of the lines and nobody helping. Walmart is not a very good place to go unless you're looking for just one item and usually it's going to the garden center and then hopefully there someone there that can ring it out.
Aldi's is starting to become a great place to go shopping. They're starting to carry name brands and even some of their off brands are really good. You just have to try it. It's hit or miss and there's usually no lines and if there is there's always someone there to open up a register and help out. You can learn when their peak times is or what the good days to go and I truly enjoy that experience more than going to Walmart. Target is starting to bring in a lot more and I think my choices are all these marks not so much Walmart anymore.

Walmart is usually great but at times it does have problems like once you start buying a certain product then they like to stop stocking it or just don't have it on the shelves and when you talk to a person in charge and they say they will handle it... it never gets handled.

Biggest complaint is long lines at checkout. Some cashiers do their jobs satisfactory but others chatting with coworkers, ignoring customer. Same with customer service. Lines build up, customers frustrated and finding an employee to assist but told it's not their department and walk away. Not worth a pay increase if not doing job with enthusiasm or good work ethics.

On Monday, May 15, 2017, I went to the Walmart in Lino Lakes, MN where I purchased 3 pounds of their All Natural 80% Lean Ground Beef. I brought it home to make a meatloaf for dinner. When I arrived home, I immediately emptied the meat into a clean bowl, added two eggs and some bread crumbs (which I purchased from Walmart also), mixed it up, cooked it in the oven, and then onto the table for dinner. My second bite of the meatloaf I found one bone, my next bite, even a larger bone, a few bites later, a staple... I have attached a picture of the what was in the meatloaf.
I went back to the store the next morning and told them about the issue with their meat. At first they seemed concerned and told me they would pull the hamburger with the same lot number off the shelf. This never happened, I checked the next day. When I spoke to a manager, he told me the meat came from Cargill and I would have to take the issue up with them. This was their effort to brush me off.
I did contact Cargill, first talking to a consumer affairs person named Karen. After several conversations, she sent me a letter that essentially said I was lying about the bones and meat. She offered me a goodwill refund of $25 for our trouble. I did not accept that. She then passed me on to a claims examiner named Petra **. Petra said there was no way the bones or staple could be in the meat product. This is not true, they definitely were, my wife witnessed me pulling them out of my mouth. They denied any liability for the incident. I believe this to be typical corporate behavior, continue to pass the consumer who you know you offended on from Walmart to Cargill to a claims agent (Sedgwick Claims Management Services) until you are so frustrated that you just give up.
The facts are, there were bones and at the least one staple in the meat we purchased from Walmart, Cargill packages the meat for Walmart to resell and both are liable for this incident. My concern is what did we eat before we found the bones and staple? Are there others in my system or more important, any of my family members? For Walmart and Cargill to just blow us off is wrong.

I bought an item June 24, 2017. 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5=12 flipping days shipping!!! FEDEX had to drive past my residence in order to deliver it to the New Canton post office!!! I called post office and picked up item at approx. 2:15 pm the 5th, or it would have been another day before it was delivered!!! Walmart's 2 day free delivery is the biggest bunch of hooey advertising that has come along in a long time. Stop leading people to believe this, and then offering free shipping, only to find out that it does not apply to this item. When I finished processing my order, it was then, and only then, Walmart.com displayed the delivery time, and only after I had paid for the item!!!! It did not even give me more shipping options. I would have paid for earlier delivery. I will pay their competitor the next time I order something. Walmart were not even the best price for the item!!!
I should have canceled it then, realizing it probably would be shipped by slow boat from Kansas. I am really surprised that they didnt put it on the Erie Canal for a few days, just to delay it longer. Walmart, dont try to blame it on your contractor, you hired them!!! I will never, never, order anything through Walmart.com again. Their customer service delivery options and delivery time really stinks.

Walmart is good for convenience and one stop shopping. Lately their prices have been riding on everyday items so they are not the great value they once were. Customer service is practically nonexistent. Not only is it next to impossible to find help on the shopping floor, the waiting time at the checkout has become horrible! I personally have willingly paid more for an item to avoid the hassle of shopping at Walmart.

My experience with shopping at Walmart has been alright. I have never had a major problem that could not be resolved. The returns are a bit different as they could do something to improve the service there. The customer service employees seem to be resentful that you are there in the first place returning anything. I get the feeling they are there to clock in and clock out and are not interested in even giving you a smile. Walmart gets an overall rating of 4 from me.

About three (3) months ago I purchased a DVD to add to my ever growing collection. They sent the wrong one. I needed to return the DVD, which took Walmart forever and a day to come to their senses and send the correct DVD. I had my sales slip and the necessary forms to return it, it was in the original packaging etc, but due to unforeseen problems it was not returned in the expedient matter required. It was after the thirty (30) day return policy. I returned it on day thirty one (31) and the run-around was totally inexcusable. It took several managers to come to an agreement and the correct DVD was sent. Needless to say I was not happy.

I wish they would protect the environment, but as a store they have a lot and most of the time they are helpful. But I wish they would not build these places near little mom and pop stores. I also wish that they would not undersell mom and pop stores deliberately, forcing them to go out of business, and then deliberately raising their prices. Wal-Mart needs more moral development.

I am pleased we have a Walmart close by. It is very convenient to do "one stop shopping", as I am not a person who likes to shop. Usually, Walmart has what I need and I can pick up a large variety of things during one visit. This is what I like most about WalMart. I often find that there does not seem to be enough clerks at check out. I hear (when inquiring where the clerks are) that "this is all that showed up today". I'm originally from the north and now live in the south and never found this to be true in the north, but that may have changed there as well. I don't like this attitude but believe that WalMart could be more selective with whom they hire (since this seems to be an issue).
Overall, however, WalMart is a pretty good place to shop. They have good produce but I prefer to purchase all meats elsewhere. They could do a better job with their inventory. I often find that when they run out of some items, it takes too long for them to be restocked. I have purchased things from the internet that must be picked up at WalMart, and that works out quite well, but it would be much better if they shipped the items to your home. I have stock in WalMart and it does pretty well, so I will continue to shop at my local Walmart and am thankful that we have one in "small town USA".

Walmart has no ETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES whatsoever. I have caught them multiple times where the display item on the shelf just looks like what is in the box below it. One of many examples on the shelf is a $400 DVD PLAYER under it is a stack of $120 DVD players that on the front look just like the display. If you ask them why load enough they will sell you the $400 display model $120 and if you ask they will take another 20% off since it was a display JUST TO GET YOU OUT OF THE STORE. This can happen every time you go to WALMART. Most people don't realize how much money WALMART has made of its TURNSTILE BAGGING THING they have 20 years ago they were returning $300,000,000 in inventory back to the shelf. My nightmare with Walmart.com started from 6/20/2017 when I tried to order a computer power supply and pick it up from local store. It was canceled instantly for 'security' reason, even though I have used the same credit card ordering a bigger ticket item 3 days ago from Walmart.com. Fine, I switched to another credit card, same thing. Call in 1st time, was told the cancellation will be challenged and I should be fine after 30 minutes. Waited 1 hour and ordered again, same cancellation. 2nd call, was told the same thing, and I was stupid enough to try it again. 2 hour later, 3rd cancellation. 3rd call, this time they agreed to elevate the issue and asked me to give 1 day. I did, and 4th cancellation. 4th call, was told to give 2 business days before the reordering, I did, and 5th cancellation.
5th call, was told they are working on it and ask me to finish the order by choose 'pay in store using cash'. This time it did went through, as there is no reason of 'security concern'. In this order, I have added another item, guess what, the power supply is of course out of stock, so I had to pick up the partial refund from local store because I paid there. Well, it didn't go well given the level of training they have for their employees, so I end up cancelling the whole order.
After that, everything seems back to normal miraculously, I was able to put through 4 orders (not received yet) before the Deja vu that I have another 2 orders cancelled in 2 days for the same reason, given I have been using the same credit card. So here comes the 6th call, and guess what, I was told to wait another 30 minutes while my cancellation is challenged. Are you kidding me, Walmart? I guess I am stupid enough to let them slap in face over and over again. Only the latest order number is listed.

Wal-Mart customers made Wal-Mart as big and as rich as it is. But, I don't think Wal-Mart knows that major fact. To show their appreciation for keeping their parking lots and aisles filled with shoppers, they make sure all their avocados are black when you cut them open. And let's not forget their collard greens, which are rubbery and often discolored. Their iceberg lettuce is not kept cold or even cool. They keep it in the middle aisle where they keep onions. Too many other things they do to insult the intelligence of their faithful customers to mention here.
Wal-Mart also gives more variety of whatever... depending location of their store. I saw a bigger selection of clothes in a smaller town than I did in a bigger town. I won't name the towns. But I shop in both. Towns are about 400 miles apart. They ask at the doors to see receipts of the people who not only made them the biggest richest store and keep them successful with no misgivings. But Wal-Mart does have its advantages. The employees are the best. They give the best service on returned items. And they do have low prices.

I was afraid that the packaging would be in bad shape and there would be missing hardware or parts. It arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. I am very pleased and recently placed another order with them.

Good pricing. Would have gotten them 2 stars; but you end up paying more anyway!!! I see by the other reviews that I am not alone in order problems! Basically, I ordered the product and was delivered March 29. A couple of weeks later I went to put this daybed together and noticed that there was no pop-up trundle included AS ADVERTISED. I then called the customer service number and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Tyler. I told him that the daybed advertised said it had a pop-up trundle and he did indeed confirm ad was wrong; he mentioned that there was a mistake and that this product did not have a pop-up trundle simply a rollout trundle - floor level. He then told me that I could put the product out on the front patio and it would be picked up by a company called Seiko and I would receive an immediate refund but would not show up for one to 3 days in my account.
After 3 or 4 days I checked my account and there was no refund showing; the 3 boxes of the daybed were in fact picked up from the front patio where it was delivered. At this point I entered the dispute on my credit card April 24. The short story: I spoke to 1/2 dozen people and 4 hrs. later - Wal-Mart will not take responsibility for their carrier for not having return info, even though they have issued a call tag for P/U. and I am out $537. I will take them to court, but more time wasted defeats the lower cost of product. Their wrong advertising; their mishandling of P/U and no responsibility on their part - and no daybed for my grandchild.

I've been shopping at Walmart for a few years now. I buy a lot of things for my cats. Every time I buy cat furniture or scratching post they look just like the picture I saw when ordering it. When I buy cat treats or food they are not broken up when I receive them and I don't end up with a bag of crumbs! I also bought clothes for myself and they always fit well and are always worth the money. I also get all my health needs. In fact I get most of what I need from Walmart.
The price is wonderful too. I'm on social security and don't have a lot of money to spoil my cats. But at Walmart I can afford to spoil my girls. When I check out prices in stores in my area they want twice the money for the same thing Walmart carries! Even if I have pay shipping it's cheaper to shop at Walmart. They are also delivered on time or before the due date. Plus, I have never had to send anything back. Everything that I received is just what I wanted.
I've gone to other stores to get cat furniture and when it arrives I'm so unhappy with it! One time I got a round cat scratching post. (I already got one from Walmart and my cats loved it. They sit on top of it and it has 2 holes for them to hide in.) The second one I got was tiny! They couldn't fit inside it or even sit on top of it. It cost more money and I had a hard time sending it back and getting my money back! I wrote them a letter how unhappy I was and I would never do business with them again, and I'll only do business with Walmart. This is why I love to shop at Walmart!

I prefer Wal-Mart to Fred Meyer. Both are crowded and chaotic at times, but I feel the pricing at Wal-Mart is more consistent and honest. If you don't know your prices when you shop at FM, you might pay less for one thing, but more for some other item. Wal-Mart has consistently reasonable prices and the quality of products is about equal between all the big-box stores.

I have shopped at Walmart both in the store and online. My store experiences are limited because I find that when the store is very busy, it's difficult to find products on the shelf, availability of staff to help answer questions, and get through the checkout line is very long. I try to shop during the morning when they are the least busy.
My online experience was a horror story. My first order was set to pick up. However, when I went to pick up my order, I waited nearly 20 minutes for someone to just speak to me. Several employees walked by me and ignored that I was there. My second online experience I choose to have the order delivered. However, I have to be careful as the order for free shipping requires a minimum amount and if I want less, I don't want to have to go to the store and wait and wait and wait for someone to help me. Walmart is not my go to place to shop in stores or shop online. I like easy ordering, customer support, and quick delivery even if the order is to be picked up at the store location.

Walmart delivered it to the wrong store, so instead of contacting me, they just returned it.
I had to contact customer service who said it would take another 11 DAYS to get to me, even though it was their error. They said there was nothing they could do and they gave me 10% off. I didn't want the money - I wanted the TV to be expedited. That seems pretty darn easy to do since it is in a warehouse 55 minutes from my home. Why 11 days? The customer service people were not helpful and told me I could not speak to a higher manager (I guess they are the CEO). I feel Walmart should not punish customers for their error. I went to my local Walmart to purchase 6 items. There were only three regular registers opened and they were closing most of the self checkout lanes. It is very difficult for me to stand in a long checkout lane and they no longer have express lanes. Evidently they close the self checkouts at 9 p.m. and it was around 8:55 p.m. when I went to the self checkout.
I found one checkout lane opened and proceeded to pay for my items. I inserted my debit card and suddenly a Walmart employee swooped over and started pushing buttons on the self checkout machine and reached for my debit card. I asked her what she was doing and she replied she was helping me. I never asked for her help. What she did was cancel the debit option and hit the credit option instead I guess so I wouldn't have to take the three seconds it takes to put in my PIN.
This particular card cannot be run as credit because it is a Social Security Debit card. I have this because I am totally disabled. I'd also recently had a procedure on one of my shoulders due to a torn rotator cuff. She pushed me away from the register, slapped my arm away when I tried to keep her away from my debit card, and attempted to take my card out of the machine. When I reached out to keep her away from my card she slapped my arm away again. Of course the card was rejected because again, it is strictly a debit card and cannot be run as a credit card. She mentioned it was time for her to go home. It was 9 p.m. and she was closing all of the self checkouts. I had to yell for her to leave me alone.
First of all she scared me. About 20 years ago I was robbed and beaten in a store parking lot so I'm very nervous around people that I don't know who are attempting to get my debit card and think nothing of slapping my arm away from a checkout machine. I'm also disabled due to MS, spinal stenosis, and I am currently getting over shoulder surgery on my right arm. Fortunately she shoved and slapped my left arm and I was able to protect my injured right arm. I finally yelled at her to leave me alone. I had never asked for her help and wanted her to get away from me. She did back up. I finished paying for my purchases, and left.
I was humiliate by her actions and also shocked I was being treated this way. I called the third shift manager later and from the conversation I believe he already knew about the incident. Another employee had been standing there watching the entire episode. They did not ask my name nor a description of the employee which leads me to believe it had already been reported. The manager was very apologetic and very nice. I'm still upset because I don't really think anything will be done. I won't visit this Walmart again until I'm assured she is no longer employed at that facility. I've never had anything like this happen to me before and I'm still shocked and upset over the situation.

I cringe when I have to go there but there are no other big stores within 10 miles of my home. But as I had to go to Perris anyway... Horrible, horrible experience. No one answers the call buttons! The liquor is all locked up but after waiting 15 minutes I gave up and went on with my shopping. Went to get some fish from the pet dept and call button does not work there either.
Another 10 minutes waiting for no one to show up. Then walking around the department in a widening circle finally saw a clerk in Automotive that said he was too busy with a current customer to call someone for me. I sent my kid to hunt someone down for the fish and I went on shopping. She showed up 20 minutes later with the fish, saying she had to send a friend to corner/trap a clerk to get the fish for her.
I finished my shopping and went to checkout. Then found out the fish clerk did not put a charge code or quantity on the fish bag creating many groans from the people behind me in the 20< item line. Clerk called over the manager and he said there were 40 fish in the bag. I said, "Looked more like 30 to me, and definitely not 40." He insisted it was 40. I told him "take them back, I don't want them." Final straw: as I got to my car and was looking at my receipt I notice a $2.92 charge for a single can of GV AIR COTFR 007874203453. I did not buy a single can of the air freshener. I bought a double package, and that double package was line item charged right on the next item. The register had scanned the double package barcode and the single price bar code on the same package.

9/10 ordered cans were severely dented — I order in BULK, so it takes quite a long time to go through all my canned food. I also order enough to stay prepped for any sort of emergencies. Anyone who stores canned foods will tell you that dented cans must be avoided, period. A pristine can will last far beyond its expiration date, but a dented can can not be expected to last up to that date.
I'm a very busy person. I order online to avoid unnecessary trips. When I do have to make a trip, I most certainly DO NOT accept severely dented cans. The fact that nearly every single can was dented in this order, yet the box itself was in perfect condition, leads me to believe that this is Walmart's way of getting rid of the cans that EVERY OTHER CONSUMER REJECTED, and rightfully so.
I called their Customer Support and they refused to compensate me for my trouble. They advised that I should take the cans to the nearest store to have them replaced. Now I understand that this is the correct course of action, but this does nothing to alleviate the trouble I've gone through, and will have to go through in order to deal with this. I now have to haul 50 lbs of dented cans to the nearest Walmart, stand in line at the perpetually understaffed return counter and explain to them that the person on the phone told me to bring them to the store and have them replaced. I will then have to go pick out the replacement cans (all of different flavors/varieties) and return to the checkout, then take those back to my house.
Need I remind you that I ordered them online to AVOID having to go the store in the first place. After arguing with them on the phone for over a half hour and put on hold numerous times, I finally gave up. I know I'm just one customer, but I will NEVER be ordering food from Walmart online again, and I hope that my experience at least will serve to demonstrate to both the company, and other consumers that this is not an acceptable practice.

Recently, I placed a small order to Walmart's on-line grocery website for the first time. Note, that I have also utilized other grocery stores' curbside service in the past. While placing the order and notification e-mails went smoothly, the balance of the experience was an utter nightmare. The customer only receives an estimated total price of their order online. At the time of pick up, the customer does not receive a paper print-out or even a paper receipt. So basically, you do not really know how much you paid until you get home and the systems send you a final receipt.
At the time of pick up, 1 item was unavailable which was not an issue. However, when I received the final total e-mail receipt, I discovered that they overcharged me for 5 packages of poultry. Instead of charging the price right on the package, they charged an estimated price based on weight which shows on the website. Immediately, I contacted customer service which only provided a scripted canned apology and a $10.00 gift card. Really, seriously? That was not acceptable.
Then I contacted the assistant manager in the On-line grocery department and spent 1/2 hour explaining the discrepancy to him. He also lied and tried to convince me that the on-line prices were more expensive. Wrong! After informing him that if the issue was not resolved satisfactorily, I would contact my credit card company, depute the matter and have an investigation done as to their business practices. He then also apologized profusely and offered a $20.00 gift card. Not a solution. Finally he offered an immediate cash refund.
Walmart it is perfectly understandable that mistakes will happen, however, lying to a customer how the system works is not acceptable. This is my first and last shopping experience with Walmart. I strongly advise anyone who has a monetary dispute with this company to just contact your credit card company and file a dispute.

When we finally got home and discovered the boxes did not fit the allotted space, Walmart refused to grant a credit as we were past 90 days. I drove them to the store where the most senior manager said he had no authority to make an exception.
I called customer service and explained our circumstances and was told he could do nothing. Amazon very graciously accepted a rug back under the same circumstances. I have $100 worth of baskets I cannot use and many other online options for shopping with stellar customer service for the consumer. I choose to patronize people who value my business. I will purposely avoid Walmart in the future. Selling is easy but good customer service defines the integrity of a company.

I have been a Walmart customer since 2011 making many purchases both in store and online. On 6-12-17 I purchased an item I needed before Father's Day from Walmart online, later while checking my email I saw the order was successful and then the next email said that the order was canceled because they couldn't verify the very same information they have had on file for the last six years. I went back to Walmart.com and verified all my information then called Walmart customer service and I was told everything was correct and that I could now reorder the item.
With that assurance from Walmart I ordered the product again and then the same exact thing happened again. The order was accepted again then canceled again. I went through the same steps calling Walmart customer service, re-verified everything and was given the same explanation and give the same reassurances and I was told I could now reorder the item yet again and again the order was accepted and then canceled.
To make a very long all day story short this happened 10 times. 10 orders 10 cancellations 10 account holds 10 confirmations 10 phone calls on and on and on. I asked for and was denied a $50 gift card for all of my trouble because Walmart said it would make their cost go up. I got nothing and Walmart has 10 separate holds on my account funds that will take weeks to straighten out.
They finally put a $10 gift card in my account without telling me. I think they did that so they could say that the issues were resolved but the issues remain. I will not be using the Walmart $10 gift card because I will not shopping at Walmart anymore as I have absolutely lost all confidence in Walmart's products, services and customer service. Thank you for nothing Walmart.

I placed a small order to pick up today at my local Walmart (Tilton NH). Every item was in stock but the order was split to pick up 2 items today and 3 (or 4) items tomorrow. Why? I know I could pick them myself; the reason I ordered online is because I don't have the money to buy at store - I used my PayPal credit for the order.
This is not the first time and in fact I placed 2 orders a month or two ago 2 days apart where (1) it would not let me select my local store for the second order and (2) I had to make 3 trips to a store 12 miles away as well as 3 trips to my local store over one week before I had the complete orders! (My local store is 1 mile away.) The one time I called CS about this the rep had limited English and had no idea what I was talking about. If I didn't have to use PayPal to pay I wouldn't have resorted to using this option again.
Updated 06/12/2017 - Re my review posted a few minutes ago about a stock order being split into 2 pickups over 2 days - just received email that 2 (out of 6) items ready today (Monday) (aluminum foil & pipe cleaners). 1 item (aluminum foil) ready tomorrow and last 3 items (2 coffee & hd aluminum foil) now not ready until Wednesday. So now I'm supposed to make 3 trips to Walmart to pick up these basic items!

My sister was stopped twice by loss prevention agents at the Palmyra Maine Walmart. First time she wasn't actually stopped but the police showed up at her house. They said she stole a wallet. She asked the police officer if they watched the camera. They stated NO. So the officer goes back to Walmart and watches the video and come to find out, a customer dropped her wallet and an employee found it but never gave it back. So that's the first set of false implications. The second time she actually got stopped after spending over $200 and accused of trying to steal flower seed packs that were in her cart lying against a plant. The cashier was too lazy to make sure she rang everything up. So the loss prevention agent said stopped her and said he watched her put the seeds in the cart???
Ok, so why are you harassing her for the second time? The employee makes a lazy mistake and the customer now has to pay for it. To me it looks as though the agent was friends with the employee that stole the wallet in the first encounter and now has it out for my sister. As soon as this second one is taken care of, she will be filing harassment charges as well as defamation charges. I'm not even going to get into them following me around the store every time I go there.

I called customer service and it started off ok, they refunded me the purchase price, but then expected me to pay the Shipping Fee!! After I explained it was damaged due to the neglect of how the package was packed, I shouldn't have to pay these fees. They finally came back and waived the shipping fee, but then when I went online to reorder the product, it wanted me to pay another $5.00 for a handling fee?? Are you kidding me - I again call Customer Service and was told I would have to pay it because my order didn't exceed $25. I was then told to add more to my order to get it us to $25!!!
I'm astounded a "Customer Service Supervisor" would even suggest such a thing. I spent over that with my original order and shouldn't have to pay to replace an item that got damaged as a result of them not packing the order correctly. I'm not sure where their Customer Service department is located, but I found the 3 different individuals I spoke to very difficult to understand and one guy spoke so quickly, that I had to ask him to slow down and to speak clearer, because I couldn't understand anything he was saying. I fell at Wal-Mart back in January at Walmart front walkway while it was cold, snowing and icy. They had absolutely no ice melt or salt down that day in the main walkway in the front. I had parked in the very front to let my 80 year old mother out to return a vacuum so she wouldn't have to walk through the snowy parking lot and fall with the vacuum.
When we got inside, she realized she didn't have her receipt so I went back out to the car to get it and when I went to come back in, fell right in front behind their planter box. Of course I got up and was hurting pretty bad and hobbled back in their store and reported it to management what had happened in which they filled out an incident report and the manager there joked about how "I don't think we even have any salt!" Wow. Really?? Wal-Mart doesn't have salt?? Especially, none out on the main walkway in January in the bad weather. I ended up having to go in and get xrays and met with a doctor and he verified my ankle was broken.
I missed a week of work which we all know that means a loss of income. Wal-Mart started a "claim incident report" with their claim adjuster. All I was asking them was to pay for the couple of medical expenses from falling and the week of work I missed. The adjuster called back today and said that they determined that they weren't reliable for any thing since they have no control of the weather. LOL. Really??? Like any one does! But they did have control of keeping their main walkway safe by keeping ice melt down.
So I will be moving forward with my attorney that I have already contacted. I think it's so nuts that they are a multi billion dollar company that can't even be fair enough to pay out for medical costs from not being responsible enough to put salt down. How hard is that?? And taking the risk of paying out thousands of dollars from a law suit rather than paying such a small amount for a couple of medical expenses. Wal-Mart has given the word GREEDY a new meaning. I have never liked them.
I hardly ever went in their stores anyways after I had read the big article in how inhumane the food company was with animals where Wal-Mart purchases their meat (not to mention is such TERRIBLE quality). I only went in once in a while if it was late and nothing else was open. At this point, I will NEVER support a Wal-Mart store again. After reading all the bad reviews on them, and I mean there are thousands! It's obvious because they are so big, they can treat their customers however they want and losing one more customer means absolutely nothing to them. They are scumbags that will someday get their day and it Won't be a good day! There is always someone else out there. Bigger and better. It's just a matter of time. So long Wal-Mart!

I bought a defective TV from Walmart that lasted less than three months. I first contacted the manufacturer only to be told I should return it to the place of purchase. Upon my chance to return the product for hopefully store credit or an exchange, I was met with a customer service that was disinterested in my problems and working with me for a solution. I was told that since the product broke while under their policy of a ninety day return but came in shy of a few days I was at fault and the company could not provide any consolation. I was made to believe since I could not take off work to meet the exact window of opportunity of return I was to be punished with bad customer service and a loss of $657. I got a shrug and a good luck and sent off to ponder why a company so vast could not spare a shred of kindness. I now own this most expensive paperweight and a useless proof of purchase receipt.
After a complaint, I was contacted by the assistant store manager and told again that I was in the wrong and when I voiced my opinion the conversation was abruptly ended. I will not be using Walmart for purchasing electronics and when it comes to food, I will leave this place as a last resort. Sure I don't expect Walmart to care, it shows in how they treat their customers. Lesson to be learned here: if you must buy something from Walmart make sure you set everything and everyone in your life aside should you have to return it. Otherwise if you are one day late, maybe even one hour late, you are out of luck and they will be sure to make it an experience you will regret.
As someone who has worked in customer service at multiple stores, I have always seen the customer's best interest in mind and policies followed within reason. I understand you have to have policy, and rules must be followed, but if you sacrifice people over making some extra bucks, you have become lost as a company. Walmart is lost. Fix your customer service and don't replace people with product.

I would like to address an issue with one of your Wal-Mart Pharmacy that was very displeasing and it was not the first or second time it happened. The most recent incident was on Monday May 08, 2017. On that day I sent my son to the Wal-Mart Pharmacy located at 1150 Broadway, Chula Vista, CA 91911 and he arrived there at 1:30 pm and went straight to the drop-off counter to leave my two prescriptions. He asked them how long will it take to be ready. The pharmacist replied it will be ready in about 40 minutes for your pills and as for your test strips you can pick those up when you come for your prescription. My son told them that is fine and that I will be picking up the refill later that day.
So around 4:45 pm that day I arrived at the Wal-Mart and went straight to the pickup counter with my receipt. The pharmacists took my receipt and went to the computer and came back after a minute and said the prescription was not ready, it will be ready in 40 minutes. I said that's fine, I stayed at Wal-Mart shopping and went back to the pharmacy in 40 minutes. When I got to the counter I gave the pharmacist the receipt and this time they said we don't have your pills they might be available Tuesday or Wednesday we are not sure. At time I was angry and told them "Give me something in writing saying you don't have my prescription available", then pharmacist left the counter without excusing themselves and went to the back. Then came back after 2 minutes and said with an angry voice "I am going to take someone else's prescription and give it to".
I then gave her my second prescription which was for my tests strips, and they took it from my hand and went to the computer and came back after 30 seconds and said "Your insurance company did not approve the test strips". I at this time I was very angry and did not even want to argue with the pharmacist anymore. This could have been avoided if they would have told my son the prescription was not going to be available for another two to three days.
Seriously, if the pharmacy has their entire inventory in the computer should they not know whats available and whats not at the time the customer drops off their prescription? Instead of having me wait at the pharmacy and waste my time and day. Not to mention the aggravation they caused me, which increased my blood sugar level to 450, which I never had in my life. I am 71 years old. I don't expect to come to Wal-Mart to be treated this way and be disrespected like that. I also strongly felt that the pharmacist did not like me because I am **. I say this because the two times I went to the pharmacy and waited in line I did not see any of the other customer have issues like me. All I am seeking is an apology and I would like to be treated right. I hope you can help me with this matter because I am willing to do whatever it take to get a response.

I guess it was too much to ask for them to actually do something. Surely there is a legal way to make Wal-Mart stop selling live fish!

I went back to Wal-Mart several times and talked to 4 managers at the local store #3391 in Schertz, Texas. They told me they can't do anything as far giving me my money back and told me to call the phone number on the back of the card which I did and when you call the number you can't get through to anyone. I went back to the store and assistant manager called a different # and told me to send the information to them and I did. Nothing happened with the card company and they told to call Wal-Mart and get help from them. I even contacted Wal-Mart's Corporate office and they were not able to help me. End of this story is no one was able to help me they couldn't give me any activity print out as to where my money went to and I am still out $300.00. Don't know what else to do.

Will call me back. It goes on and on...
Finally have some resolution - get a call middle of my very busy work day. Here 30 days and email. OK thank you. Thinking I have 30 days to ship back items... not realizing I had to sign a RA within a certain timeframe then had 30 days to return. Out of town... check my email. Oops I missed the signature cut off by 2 hours. OMG... call ASAP. Now they cannot do a thing. "System won't allow yada, yada, yada too bad... Have a nice day and thank you for calling Wal-Mart." I worked for Wal-Mart for 3 1/2 years, but only 1 1/2 for this manager. For 8 months my department was short 3 people but the same amount of work was expected to get done. I called in sick and when I returned this store manager told me, on the sales floor, that calling in sick was unacceptable while we were so short handed. Never in the 1 1/2 years did he ever say good job or looks nice. The maintenance department is so shorthanded that at times we have no one to cover the day shift so until the night crew comes the store goes without being cleaned all day. This kind of environment is unhealthy for employees and customers.
When you don't have enough employees to do the work you need done after a while it is going to start causing workers to become sick physically and mentally, it is unfair to demand so much from such underpaid workers for so long. I do not see how someone who has almost 60 hours of PTO paid time off available or unused can be fired for excessive absences/tardies. Considering the fact that I was also covering 2 other departments on a regular basis I think that if you are going to work someone like 3 associates then they should also be given the benefits of 3 associates. I am so upset for having worked so hard for this manager at Wal-Mart to be used and then fired for being sick. I have never seen him in the store on a holiday or giving up every weekend for 3 1/2 years to give no compliments for all the above and way beyond, or for going the extra mile, that is what is unacceptable MARCO.

Walmart on Bertkouns road in Shreveport. I don't know the date it was a few weeks ago, time: 8:30-9:10. One of the managers working the night shift (woman, **). And the employee working the night shift in the pictures, she was tall, & **. The employee working with her was also female, **, and had a blonde or white highlight in her short hair. We first came in and asked about how to get graduation invitations and she was rude and had a bad attitude and told us to use the kiosk and we had to search through the kiosk to figure it out. So it took us about 30 minutes to create the graduation pictures.
About 15 min after being there a group of about three people (** family or friends I believe) and they sat beside us and made their graduation invitations as well. Later on the employee asked how many we needed and my boyfriend said that he wasn't sure and she turned off, rolled her eyes, and mumbles to her friend employee that we could "keep not knowing". When we finished and went to check out she told us we had to wait till the next day (when I have come to Walmart plenty of times before and I know that the machine immediately starts to print the pictures out and is always finished before the expected time and date) and she also mentioned to us that the other customers that came in after us were gonna get theirs anyways.
So being a customer and seeing that we got there before the other customers, it looks kind of racist and rude of her to refuse to sell us the pictures because of the fact that we apparently finished after the time they closed. The pickup hours do say that they are opened from 8am-8pm and I understand this, but it doesn't seem fair that the other customers were allowed to get theirs even though they came in after us. So we were extremely dissatisfied with what happened so asked to see the manager. We explained what happened and she went back there with us to talk to the employee.
The employee had an attitude with us in front of other customers and it was embarrassing. She was looking at me whenever I told her it was unnecessary for her to talk rudely about us to her employee friend in front of us and other customers. She looked me in my eyes and got an attitude and then I asked her "are you really talking to a customer that way?" And she responded with "no I am talking to my manager". The whole time while looking at me. The manager never called us back nor did she correct the employee and fix the problem. She simply told us to go to Walgreens.
So we went to Walgreens the next day with perfect customer service and spent over $100 on pictures. Also when my boyfriend went back there to get his keys that he left, the employee gave them to him In a rude manner. The other customers who were ** told the employee that she should have thrown them at him and the employee responded with "yes I should have" and then they all started laughing. I am pretty sure that whenever we went back there with the manager that the girl was ripping up our invitations that the printer printed out. They were putting them into a Walmart bag. we have yet to go back to this Walmart and will not be going back. It is unacceptable for an employee to treat a customer that way, as it is for a manager to not correct their employee. Walmart will not receive our business again after that.

Monday May 2nd 2017 I went to Walmart in Marysville, CA to return a few items and to buy some groceries. I walked in with my backpack in the shopping cart. No one at the front door. Told me I couldn't take my backpack in especially since I wasn't wearing it. When I was doing my returns no one there either said anything about my backpack. As I proceeded to the paint department the Supervisor at Wal-Mart yells at me that I needed to leave the store. I asked, "Why. What was the reason for all this," and she said that because I had a backpack and that they were not allowed in the store. I asked, "Where does it say I can't bring in my backpack." She said, "On the front sliding doors," I went to check and neither entrance has anything about backpacks.
So I told the supervisor that I just needed to get a few things and I will be on my way. She chose to follow me right behind to every place I went in the store and constantly said, "Are you done yet, did you get what you needed so you can leave!" Or she would say, "Can you hurry up and get out!". I finished shopping and after paying I went to use the restroom real quick. As I was done using the toilet I was standing up already when a lightbulb from the restroom was left on the floor behind the toilet I was using and it exploded and shattered into the next stall.
When I went to inform the manager and supervisor about the lightbulb they didn't give a care and still let the children go into the restroom with the broken light bulb shattered on the floor and sarcastically said to them, "Be carefully now don't get near it or touch it." Didn't bother to get a janitor to go pick it up and didn't care about the radiation from the broken light bulb... From all the following in the store every time I go alone or with my wife and kids this was the worst. Never did I feel so harassed and disrespected. Worst Wal-Mart ever!!

Look at the tracking yesterday when it hadn't arrived by the afternoon and it's not even in the state! SHOP AMAZON INSTEAD. I can't believe I was stupid enough to try ordering from walmart.com again. I've ordered from them three times, and not once have they performed as promised. Today's problem: shipping. When I completed my order, the confirmation said that the item would arrive today (Saturday). So, what did arrive today? An email saying my order would arrive Tuesday. This is a very large item, so I will have to be here when it is delivered. So, who is going to pay for me to take the day off on Tuesday to receive (or at this point, reject) the order? I contacted customer service, and, of course, they were no help at all (Well, we couldn't deliver it today, so it's going to be delivered Tuesday. You can refuse the order, and we will issue a refund WHEN WE RECEIVE IT AT OUR LOCATION).
So, basically, I just loaned Walmart $250 for three weeks at 0% interest. I will never, ever shop at walmart.com again (and I really mean it this time)! I don't care if the price is twice as much on amazon. BTW - Here is another recent problem with walmart: I ordered something but cancelled the order 5 minutes later. I received a message indicating that it would take 48 hours to process my cancellation. I called, but again "customer service" was completely useless. So, what did I get after 48 hours? A message that it was too late to cancel my order. This was a 60-lb heavy bag (boxing) which again arrived on a weekday, so I was unable to refuse it. The manager at this particular store is a jerk and never approves anything when you have concerns. Corporate and management is behind this jerk 100 percent so there is nothing that can be done about anything. They expect you to do things that are just ridiculous like cleaning the ceilings in the bathrooms but yet you have a time limit and everything has to be completed or you will get in trouble.
Some of the things that have to be completed if associates decide they dont want to show up so everything is on you. Outside parking lot consist of gathering all of the buggies. Cleaning the entire parking lot around back and in the front. Making sure there is no trash on the hill or anywhere on the grass. Emptying all trash cans and putting new bags in them. Making sure the vestibules are clean. Once done with that you have to go inside and do general cleaning that consist of safety sweeping the store, vacuuming all the rugs, emptying all the trash cans, cleaning all of the restrooms, cleaning the store managers office and other offices. Cleaning personnel lounge and the breakroom, cleaning the compactor and surrounding area, cleaning GM receiving, backroom and grocery, receiving backroom and all of this has to be completed within 8 hours on top of your lunch break and other 15 minute breaks. I went to Walmart to send money to my daughter in California. On my end the transaction went fine. However, when my daughter went to get the money she was told there was a problem and to have the sender call the 1-844 number for Ria Financial. I called the number and sat on hold for 20 minutes before I spoke to an individual who did not speak clearly. He asked me what relation the receiver was and when was the last time I had seen the receiver. I said she was my daughter and had seen her at Christmas. He then said some other things that I couldn't understand. I started being a smart aleck and said "would you like to know her birth, weight and length?" He then said they would not be able to complete the transaction because the receiver had reached the maximum number of transactions allowed. They would not answer me about this policy.
I then asked to speak to his supervisor. I was on hold again for about 10 minutes when he came back and said he had spoken with his supervisor and there was nothing to do but cancel the transaction and for me to go get a refund. I was sending this money to help my daughter with bills. Needless to say as a mother I was desperate to help my child and getting a bit hot under the collar at these people. I told the guy I wanted to speak to the supervisor - not for him to talk but for me to talk. I finally spoke with the supervisor and she said they could make an exemption this time if my daughter would email them a copy of her ID. I told them they were out of their freaking minds if they thought I was going to ask my daughter to give them unfettered access to her ID.
I went back to Walmart and told the CSM the story and I needed to send the money to my daughter through her boyfriend. They said "ok then we can just change the receiver name." We did that and sent it off again. My daughter called me and said they would not let the transaction go through again and I needed to call the 1-844 number. I call and 20 minutes later I talk to a person. They at least spoke clear English. I was told that they could tell the name had been changed but the CSM could not do that without calling them for permission first. I was then told I had to go to the store to get the refund. But the story does not end there...
I go to the Walmart and again tell them the situation. We issue the refund and I resend it to my daughter's boyfriend. He goes to pick up the money and he is again refused access and told to have the sender call. I call yet again and obviously very angry. I get a woman on the phone and went through the whole story and I was then told that the receiver had reached the maximum number of transactions. Needless to say I had colorful words to say and again asked to speak to a supervisor. She gave me some argument and I pushed back for a supervisor. I got one and proceeded to discuss the situation. She then tells me that the names of my two receivers were on the flag list (either matching the first or last name of others in the system as a common name) because they were similar to others.
Also the newest transaction was rejected before it got there because I had refused to send my daughter's ID to them. I was so angry my boss thought I was going to blow a gasket. I got the money to my daughter by another means but I will never EVER use the transfer service at Walmart again. This was beyond ridiculous - I will not be silent about this situation.

That's 32 hours I'm missing from work so that's roughly about 320 out my check right there and I wasn't going to do a complaint but after how the manager said what she had to say and hung up.

DID YOU KNOW THAT “WALMART.COM” IS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT COMPANY FROM YOUR WALMART STORE? I found out the hard way! I bought Bridgestone tires online through Walmart.COM and had them installed at my local tire store – not by the local Walmart Store. Then I realized that when I picked up my new tires at my local Walmart Store, they did not give me the WARRANTY DOCUMENTATION. No big deal – it’s just a phone call -- or so I thought!
To my astonishment, the Walmart Store refused to give me the Warranty Documents because they did not actually “sell” the tires to me. Walmart.COM sold me the tires. So I called Walmart.COM: The first CS person put me on hold while she was supposedly getting the warranty documentation from Bridgestone for me. But, after a long delay, she hung up on me! The second person I spoke with was Oscar in Guatemala and he tried to be very helpful. However, all he could do was send me links to Walmart.COM's website which shows the Warranty information. But these are not my warranty documents. These links were worthless. Undaunted, I called Bridgestone to get my warranty documents – nope! They would not give me the warranty documents because we did not buy the tires from a Bridgestone store.
BOTTOMLINE: Ultimately, I gave a 3-star review because we resolved this problem with a rather unique solution. Thanks to the cooperation of my local Walmart Store: I drove my Subaru back to the local Walmart Store and had them take off the new tires and RE-install them for $40. This allowed the Walmart Store to give me the WARRANTY documents. And it also allowed me to purchase the Road Hazard Policy. Whoopee! How many hours did I waste on this debacle? You don’t want to know!

I first went here for my eye examination in October of 2015. I picked out my desired glasses and had them mailed off. When first trying them on in the vision center I was overwhelmed by how much they distorted my vision. I was told to give them two weeks. The problem with these is I had no depth perception. I fell down an escalator at the mall before the week was over. Brought them back and the optician was extremely rude with me. He said I didn't wear them for two weeks like I should have. I explained that I could only wear them if I was sitting down watching TV. I cut hair for a living and drive to and from work. There is very little room for error. His attitude on the whole thing was snippy and short and I was extremely uncomfortable. He edited my prescription and within two weeks I had a pair I was comfortable with.
I ended up losing my glasses in January of '17. I went back to the same place at the end of March because I knew my prescription was not expired. I made it a point to ask if the doctor had wrote down the edits he made before I picked out a pair of glasses. I was told yes so I went ahead and picked out my new pair. Two weeks later they were ready to be picked up.
Today I went to pick them up. When walking up to the desk I saw somebody immediately coming my way to help me. Wrong. She ignores me completely and makes a phone call. I wait looking around for the next available and two of the girls were busy talking to each other. It took them a good two minutes to even look up at me. The girl who finally helped me looked at me from across the room and just stared. I walked up to her and told her I was there to pick up. She goes in the back and comes back out and sets me at a table. I put them on and they felt off. I start to tell her they do not feel right and she holds up a finger in my face and stares at the front desk where her coworkers are having a conversation. She ignores me and starts snorting laughing and going back and forth with them. At this point I'm getting annoyed. I explain that I got a prescription here previously but there were some changes that were made.
After I'm done with my spew, she's looking around at the computer screen and not me, she says "I'm sorry, what?" This wouldn't be an issue if I knew she honestly didn't hear me. You could tell that she just didn't give a crap and wanted me to go away. When I am spending $150+ on glasses I just want them to be right and expect to be treated decent. I work in the hair industry and I know how difficult customer service can be. Just acting like you actually care goes a long way though. They have all the right tools for it to be a great place but I feel like the management is horrible.
People come before cell phones. When you see somebody standing there acknowledge the person. The gossip stories can come in your down time not when you have customers. If you cannot hear a customer ask them to speak up before they have finished the entire story. And please, never stick a "just one minute" finger in somebody's face that is in the middle of talking to you.

I've been shopping at Walmart stores for 24 years and have never come across an employee so rude. My family and I went to the one in Carbondale, IL for the 4th time since we moved and this most recent stop there were 3 carts close to the plastic strips on the other side. I saw a customer walk 3 steps in to get one and walked off with it. I took 2 steps in and the employee way at the other end yelled to me and another customer looking for a cart, "YOU can't be back here, get out, NOW! GET OUT!" I mean she literally screamed. I yelled something not so nice back to her and went shopping for what I needed.
When checking out for the few times we've been there the employees are usually staring off into the distance while checking you out, staring at their nails while checking you out and the whole aura feels like as a customer, you are beneath them. One cashier was staring at her friends behind her (employees standing around having a good time), ripped off the receipt and said, "Here you go." I honestly do think some Walmart stores care, which I've experienced a lot of good Walmart customer service before, but this one obviously doesn't.

I was shopping for a high end yard sprayer (Walmart #: 555138113 $138.16) and found that Walmart had them for the same price as online, plus tax. To help my local retail business I decided to pay the extra money and buy at the local Walmart on 146 near Baytown, TX. I looked on the Walmart site and found that they were available at both stores close to Baytown.
I drove to the store on 146 and after talking to two different employees in the garden department, found that they did have them but they were sold out. I asked one of the men if he could call the other store and find if they had them in stock. He told me he had no way of calling. I asked if he had the number, he said no. While he was still by me I pulled out my cell phone and looked up the number I asked if he could ask the proper person on my phone, he said it would be the same as if I asked. I called and was finally transferred to the garden department. An employee answered the phone and immediately put me on hold. When she returned she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about and told me they didn't have anything like that. When I told her that the Walmart website said they did and that they showed them in stock at her store, I was told she was busy at the register.
I drove to the Walmart on Garth Rd in Baytown and found 3 garden department employees, one talking to a friend and the other two walking around the department. Nobody at the register, none helping customers and was never asked if I needed help finding anything. They didn't even look at me as I was wondering around the department looking for my item. This store also didn't have the item advertised on your website that also stated they were available for pickup.
This is not the first time I have gone to a Walmart in Baytown to find that an advertised item is not in stock or with fewer quantities than I need. This is yet another reason that the retail companies are dying. Why would I waste almost two hours talking to people who have "better things to do" than help a customer and pay more for an item than buy from an online company? I assure you I will be spending more money online than in your Walmart stores. This waste of time only served to reinforce my point once again.

A friend and I went in the tire center at Walmart to buy 2 tires just like the ones that were on my vehicle. We were told by the sale rep that they had them in stock. We wanted white letters on the outside of the tire as the original ones were and we were told no problem. That they had them in stock!! She, a lady, ask us again did we want the letters on the outside of the tire and we said YES! When they finished my vehicle there was no writing on the tires! Also I had to ask what kind of warranty came with the tires and was told there was a 50,000 mile warranty. I paid $10.00 extra for 2 tires on the road hazard repl. When we got outside we saw they were the wrong tires!!! Still thinking I paid for the white writing. We were also told they could put our old tires back on but by then we had no choice. The old tires were worn out and dangerous and no time to get any from anywhere else.
We had no choice but to take the wrong tire. I just wish they would have let me know ahead of time and I could have told them I didn't want the tires that they put on my vehicle. While discussing our tires we were put on hold two times so she could help someone else. I had to ask her what about us? Then a man came out and took over for her. Still I have my receipt buying white letter tires put on to the outside but that's not what we received!!! We were pushed to the side on several times and the time in the receipt that tells how long it took them to fix my tires is wrong!! I didn't sign the receipt because I wasn't asked to. I wish they would have just talked to me and let me know. I didn't buy cheap tires!!! Consumer Affairs is this ok? Can they do this??? Thank you for a reply!! And thank you for your time!!! Bottom line the sales rep misrepresented me for what they were selling!

I have been a walmart.com shopper for several years now. Their shipping and delivery time have always been very slow, but I thought the "new" Walmart was going to delete this problem. I just placed an order with Walmart.com with my PayPal account. PayPal states they will not charge my account until my order ships. Walmart tells PayPal the order has shipped now the same day they receive the order so I am charged immediately. Their usual method has been three days processing and then it ships. This last order was allegedly shipped the same day I ordered, but it will take ten days for me to receive it.
Walmart has also started using outside companies to place their orders with. When you place an order this way, you cannot return it to Walmart if there is a problem. You have to return it to the marketplace Walmart ordered it from. When I received an earlier order this month, the paperwork stated for me to keep all shipping boxes and information because if there is a problem I will have to ship it back to the marketplace instead of returning it to my Walmart store. Coffee and Toys in CA is where my current order is being shipped from, and not from a Walmart distribution center. Walmart will not be able to compete with Amazon.com if this is the best they can do with the "new and improved" Walmart.

Went to the Walmart here in Powdersville, S.C. to get it replaced and was told I had to contact the corporate office that the order number on the receipt that did show it was sold by Walmart off their website even though it had Walmart listed, I was given a number to call by Walmart in Powdersville, S.C. to call Corporate. It took several times to be connected and was told the order number was not theirs and they gave me the Walmart order number for the Phablet.
Was given the number for Mtm Trading in Milpitas, CA (I had to look up this information). Seems Walmart is not doing a good job standing behind the products they are selling online. I also bought a AT&T GoPhone. Had it turned on only to have it turned off by AT&T and was told it was not properly sold and transferred. I did get that corrected but another reason to stay away from internet buying from Walmart. One more thing. I ordered a little over $170.00 and was told all my order was not there then found out they had cancelled some items. About $122.00 arrived and the others did not arrive with the rest to be picked up on May 5th, 2017 so I cancelled those also. Not happy with the online ordering and would strongly advise to be careful using the online purchases. You're not dealing with Walmart all the time. It is left to some unknown company and quality cannot be assured along with a fast resolution to any problems that may occur.
I am 62 and was looking for a way to pre-order and then pick up the order. I will look for a company that will stand by what they sell online and in person inside the store. My first order was no problem at all, the items all came in a timely manner and packaged nicely. My second attempt at an order was a DISASTER, I used a different credit card than the one that I established my account with. As soon as I submitted my order I received an email that it had been cancelled. I used their chat feature to find out why, and that was absolutely no help at all, for your sake, avoid if at all possible (phone support isn't any better). I spent 4 hours and that is not an exaggeration, as much as I wish it was, trying to sort it out.
After speaking to supervisor after supervisor I eventually told them to ** off, sorry for the language, but their system just kept cancelling my credit card. I could understand if it had a different name, address, zip, no funds available or something, but it didn't. I understand and appreciate security checks and procedures, but this was absolutely ridiculous. Not only did it keep cancelling, but I had to repeatedly go back and pick out all like 15 items over and over each time it cancelled. I usually love Wal-Mart. I helped open one 30 years ago. I usually like to shop walmart.com but they are changing the format and vendors. Knowing I can return items at the Wal-Mart if they don't fit etc is one reason I like to shop there. I bought a wheelchair from a 3rd party. I didn't realize it until I placed the order. I thought ok I still can return it because it said I could within 30 days. It didn't disclose that I would have to pay for shipping. Had it said that I would have canceled the order. Sure enough I get it. The seat was indeed 19 inches but the way the bar was set it took up inches from the seat. My mother-in-law didn't fit and it was too bad because otherwise it would have been awesome. So within the 30 days I asked to return it. They took forever in days to answer. By the time they gave me a return number the 30 days was almost up. However they expected me to pay for shipping (again which wasn't disclosed in the terms).
I went to walmart.com help center and they were of no help whatsoever. I'd guess because they couldn't do anything about it since it was a 3rd party. It would have cost me 100 dollars to send back when the wheelchair was 120. I gave it to a good cause, but I shouldn't have had to. To improve walmart.com needs to disclose EVERYTHING! I don't want to shop from it again. I want to tell everyone I can to boycott as well. I know the reality is I'm just one person who is angry that I was screwed because I thought I could trust the Wal-Mart name and there was no help whatsoever to resolve the issue. A few hundred miles later I received an in vehicle warning about the DEF system. It specifically allowed me to travel no more than 200 miles before my speed would be limited to 5 mph. As we were pulling our RV on vacation we were forced to find the nearest Dodge dealer. After arriving at the dealer their computer stated I had bad DEF in my truck. We still had the empty containers and we noted the DEF sold to us expired in December of 2016. Further discussions with knowledgeable individuals stated DEF does break down over time and using expired DEF can lead to failure of the DEF system.
We are presently stuck in Florida awaiting repairs. The dealer stated it will be a minimum of $500 (could be a lot higher) and the repair time is unknown. Additionally the DEF container does not have a warning regarding the expiration date and potential consequences. I also was not informed of the same by the Dodge dealer nor does the owner manual contain information regarding potential degradation of DEF. It is irresponsible for Walmart to sell this expired product as well as Dodge failing to educate consumers either at purchase or at least include in owner's manual.
