I ordered an electric Razor scooter at Walmart.com. It showed in stock for my local store. The Walmart.com website stated the item was available for SAME DAY PICKUP, that afternoon, and I would receive an email when my order was ready. Of course my credit card was charged an authorization right away. Even if it took two days or so, that would be fine by me. There were none on the shelf when I went to the store, I figured they had them in the back or something.
Several days and phone calls, emails later, still no scooter. I was told it needed to ship from their warehouse and would arrive in 13 additional days! Whattt? I canceled the order and now have to wait 5 additional days for the refund to my card. Of course the charge went through, although Walmart states they just "hold" the funds. What if someone ordered this without having extra money to buy it somewhere else? What if that $149 was the only money a person had on their card and Walmart was holding onto it under false pretenses.
I think this is a scam to get you hooked on an item you think is in store when it really isn't. What if you needed it for the next day or something? Walmart is misleading people. Every day since then, if you check this same scooter, it still says available for SAME DAY PICKUP when it clearly IS NOT! The folks at our local store are a joke, the store is a mess. I will never order anything from Walmart.com again. I will stick with Amazon. I have had other issues with store pickup, but not like this. I searched around other electronics and items, they also show Same Day Pickup available. I feel bad for the people out there Christmas shopping and relying on this when it seems totally unreliable and misleading. :(

I only ordered 2 things in separate orders to give them a try. 1 was lost in mail and the help center refunded my money, but I would not have known until much longer if I didn't use their help center to find out what was going on. The other item I ordered I waited until Cyber Monday for the good price. They said it was in stock. After I ordered they said it was out of stock and refunded money instead of honoring the price and sending me one when it became in stock. I'm done with Walmart online.

Wal-Mart is my go to store for whenever I need anything. I buy 95% of my pet care products there like my monthly pet food and treats and my first stop when looking any products needed. If one reads the product's labels Wal-Mart is a safe and reasonable place to buy all things related for your pets. But one major concern I do have is that they sells products that are made in China especially food items. It is known fact that Chinese made dog treats can be dangerous to dogs because of poor quality control.

Yes I purchased a tv online. I was told it would arrive in 3 Days, the next day I was told it was shipped and would arrive on 11-17-2017. I checked and rechecked the tracking. The tv was never shipped until the afternoon of the 16TH and then the arrival date was then 10 days. I called Walmart to cancel and reached someone in India or wherever after almost a half hour and two people I was assured that the transaction was canceled. I also canceled with the shipper, and then the delivery carrier. When I received my credit card statement I contacted customer service and disputed the charge. I then printed the sales receipt and took it to a Walmart store, after 45 minutes they were finally able to reach someone who knew nothing about the cancelation. After this I don't think I need to shop Walmart.com anymore.

You advertise free shipping on $35 order however, you charge more for items shipped versus picked up in store. That is not free shipping. It also penalizes or discriminates against those who must select shipping and cannot pick-up. Also all items are not available for pick up or are not available on the same time schedule. Thus if ordered online the $35 minimum is harder to reach. Appears to be false advertising or discrimination according to the Americans with Disability Act.

Purchased two gas springs for my attic door to replace old one; two springs arrived not extending or contracting; bad springs; Walmart fails to send return label; they send emails, "We will deduct 20% for you to keep the springs!" Keep broken faulty springs; bottom line for a purchase of about $30 one has to file small claim suit to return and waste much energy and resources. This is my first online purchase at Walmart.

The 2 day shipping guarantee means nothing. I spent an hour on the phone with customer service yesterday trying to understand why the food items I ordered were not being delivered. They had no knowledge of what was going on and kept repeating back to me the tracking notes that I had just read to them. The representative GUARANTEED on the phone that my package with almond milk would arrive today after he "changed something in the system." Now the tracking says it will arrive tomorrow. This will be 5 days after the order was placed, where Walmart stated a 2 day guarantee. I had about $25 of food that did not arrive on the promised day. The only thing they offered me was a $10 Walmart credit that would supposedly arrive in my email immediately. It has been 24 hours with no email from Walmart.

This is worst experience ever. I ordered a toy set for my kid as Thanksgiving present, received a package, open it, I cannot believe what I saw. All toys are just spreading all over the place, not in any package, look used to me, extremely low quality China made stuff. The seller will not accept return, called Walmart, they said it is my problem, I cannot believe my ear. Will stop shopping in any Walmart in the future. If you see this, stay away from Wartmart.com at all cost, you will waste your hard earn money.

In early December, I decided to use Walmart.com for one of my young sons Christmas presents since they matched the low price of amazon.com. When the package arrived, it was not placed in an additional box, so my young son saw one of the presents that he asked Santa for at our front door!! We received NO warning that the shipment was not boxed separately as every other online company places the item in an additional box. We were both mortified when he asked why Santa had dropped off his present in advance! I reached out to Walmart.com who apologized but refused to take any action otherwise!

I just purchased a Hoover Vacuum cleaner from Walmart in Winston-Salem, NC. The box looked new. When I opened it, however, it was obvious that the vacuum had been used extensively and then returned. Walmart evidently put it in the box and resealed it without even trying to clean it. I will be returning it tomorrow and get a refund. I will also be calling their national customer service number and the Hoover company to tell them how Walmart sells their products. I should have bought from Amazon.

I placed an order on WalMart.com. On Friday Dec 1st they held my account for the full amount of the purchase which was $327.85. On Tuesday Dec 5th they snatched another $327.85 out of my account. I called them to get them to take the hold off since they had charged my account and they told me that the hold would stay on for another 5 business days. So for the items purchased in the amount of $327.85 they actually took $655.70 off my debit card. The amount should be $327.85 not $655.70. They have no right to hold double the amount out of my account. Buyer's beware. They have no disclosure that states they are going to withhold double your purchase when you are ordering.
The only thing that they do is send you an email after the fact saying your card will not be charged until they process your order. For anyone paying with a debit card they have access to your money for at least 10 days. If you have any other bills coming out of your account then they are going to mess up your funds. I will NOT order anything else from WalMart.com. If they do that to a million customer's during the holiday think of how much excess money they have access to holding for 10 days minimum. Here I am thinking that I have an additional $327 in the bank to make other purchases and they have tied it up! I know for a fact that they can call your bank and take the hold off immediately. Instead they tell me that I have to wait an additional 5 business days before they will free up my monies that are not owed to them.

This second company I canceled order less than 24hrs after purchase due to the fact it wasn't what was pictured. They sent a response in less than 24hrs stating it had already been sent. SUCH a LIE. The quality of food isn't as good and they don't have their shelves stocked a lot like they used to and when you go ask a person that works there a question they run away from you or they don't know the answer to anything. It's like, "Come on. You work there. You don't know where something is?" It gets frustrating. They should know where things are or they should want to help you try to find it if they don't but they're very bad at customer service.
I don't know why I shop there because of that reason because I've been in retail for 30 plus years and one thing you do not do is walk away from a customer saying you don't know without trying to help them because that is one way of losing business. And always be friendly because you got to remember the people are signing your paycheck so to speak. Without them we wouldn't get paid and people need to know that when they're in customer service and a position like that. And keep their shelves look nice.

Went to a Walmart in Mishawaka. The clerk was nice enough. I had a fairly large purchase and she offered if I opened up a credit card I could immediately get $35 off my purchase. The process of application at first went smoothly and it seemed to be approved, however, before the purchase was given the very end final approval I was denied. I then had to go to the service desk and went through a very long process only to be told without explanation I was denied. I had to go back recheck out and pay cash (which I should have done in the first place).
When I was in my car going along way home Walmart called me and told me My card would now be sent to me and there was never anything wrong with my credit. I asked about getting $35 refund/gift card and they said that wasn't possible. 3 years ago, purchased an iTouch online from Walmart the week after Black Friday. They had it shipped by some sleaze small ship company who stopped scanning the package part way during its delivery and the delivery driver began manually entering the tracking info including its delivery. I was at home, at the end of a dead-end street the day of said delivery. No trucks came down the street that day and nothing was delivered. The company "searched the truck" and spoke with the driver but surprise surprise it was never located. The shipper wouldn't refund the money, neither would Walmart or PayPal for that matter. I finally went to the BBB and Bingo! I am one of hundreds with same complaint. 2 weeks after filing a BBB complaint and investigation, I had a refund.
Fast forward to 2017: Black Friday online TV deal - a 4K UDHD Sharp 50" TV for $398, no shipping only in store pickup. I figured, "how can they mess this one up? I have to pick it up at the store". I figured wrong. I ordered it online for the North Attleboro, MA store, listed as 'in stock', on 11/24/2017. I received the order confirmation in my email. Later that same day I received a 'order cancellation' email stating that it was no longer in stock... Sorry for the inconvenience. No offer of comparable product pricing. Nothing. Not great but it happens. On 11/27/2017, THREE DAYS LATER AFTER THE ORDER/CANCELLATION, Walmart charges my bank account for the cancelled item!!! Unbelievable! And they told me it would take 10 days to refund me!
Oh, and they had an online deal for a solid Oak corner entertainment center console for only 1 specific color on clearance for $38. So I bought 2 as gifts and (hey, I tried) took a screenshot of the deal, just in case. When the order arrived, I had 2 very ugly bright blue polar fleece women's vests. With the same order number. I cannot help but feel like I was taken, swindled and robbed. That's it. If I cannot go into the store personally and buy the item, then Walmart is NEVER going to get my business. They PREY on people who cannot afford to buy items elsewhere and rob them. It really is criminal and I cannot understand why they are allowed to do this. If looking at my order receipt, there is a notation at the bottom that credit cards are not charged until item is shipped. I would guess that they hit your account regardless of status if you use PayPal or other method of payment.

I tried to place an order - TWICE - for a $270+ item to be shipped to my mother in another state. Both times, Walmart CANCELLED MY ORDER, however the charge/authorization WAS PROCESSED BOTH TIMES FOR THE FULL AMOUNT! When I called Walmart to tell them this, they told me it'd be 5-7 days before authorizations cleared! So now not only does my mom not get her gift but FOR 5-7 DAYS - over $550 of MY money (debit card account) is NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE!!! I will be late making my mortgage payment!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!
Let me get this straight. Using a debit card: paying Walmart - immediate refund from Walmart - 5-7 days? This is fraud! Where is my money? Someone is profiting from this! Either Walmart, PayPal or both are earning interest by taking hostage of other people's money! Money is not mailed! Electronic transactions are instant! I am not letting this one go, this type of activity should be illegal! Never order anything from Walmart.com... You are warned! I was warned, but didn't listen... :( Walmart, you suck!

I have been a customer of Walmart since it came into our area. They carry a wide variety of products with great prices which makes it very convenient and pretty much a one-stop shop. Once it came to my city and really close to my home it has been great. Our store is one of the most used Walmarts in the whole area so they have to restock often which is good and bad but they do a good job of trying to keep stock on hand. The employees are always friendly and helpful, the store looks clean and organized, and shopping is easy and "fun" (for me anyway). I enjoy going through the store to see all of the new choices of products available. But if time is short I can still run through to just pick up my list items. But I will admit I always end up finding more items I had forgotten that I needed or wanted. And now that I am getting older and not able to get out as much I am enjoying ordering online and having some of my items delivered. I love Walmart!

There are plenty of them, they offer a variety of manufacturers, you have plenty of choices. Their pricing in most cases very competitive but customer services lacks, back orders (stock outs) seem to run longer than usual. This was their tool against Kmart an aggressive inventory replenishment system. However, Wal-Mart is not what it use to be. Walmart contracts private companies that don't necessarily work with the client when a return is needed. I didn't realized the very small prints indicating returns can't be processed at a store. Happydealmall company is one of their contractors you should completely avoid dealing with. They have very poor customer service. You are never able to speak to a real person. They send you emails from an XY company, and when you try to ship an item back, they don't help you at all with the cost. Making returns is almost an impossible task. They try to encourage to receive a $5.00 refund and keep your $60.00 item. If you ever come across this company stay away from them. I contacted the vendor, which was not Walmart and complained of the missing items. They told me they didn't have any to ship and wanted to give me 25% off. I wanted the headbands to complete the outfits. I did some research on the vendor (Yannzi Trading LLC) and their address pops up as Florida, but with deeper research I discovered they are actually out of China.
The company had been established for less than a year. The reason I did further research is because I noticed that the responses to my emails would only come late at night and the spelling was horrible. I have tried to leave a review from the Walmart link and it won't let me submit it. (How funny is that) I even tried calling Walmart about the review and they gave me an excuse and to try it again in a couple of days. That tells me that Walmart isn't doing a lot of research before adding the off the wall vendors to their site. Will not order from Walmart again. I have great luck with Target and never any issues.

It is very frustrating to have an order canceled for one item that it sees the item limit instead of just removing that item they canceled the entire thing. So I call customer service. She doesn't know why it was canceled but she keeps transferring me back to the automated system. So I get another representative, that representative I place the order again it was canceled.
I made the order 7 times. Each time it was canceled. When finally it's 11:30 and the sale ends at midnight that representative tells me to wait 30 minutes and call back ask to speak to a supervisor and she transferred me back to the automated system. This is all after spending 45 minutes on hold getting nowhere and not even making an order. It shouldn't be this hard to purchase items online at walmart.com. Representatives should be able to resolve your issue or help you make an order online and can't. So what's the point in calling? Updated on 11/25/2017: I already reviewed with you last night but today I went on the site again to see if anything had changed since I let Walmart know I had reported the problem to Consumer Affairs. Lo and behold the product was listed for the correct price today but as I suspected they had sold out! I had no intention of purchasing one but you wanted to see if they really would sell for that price and I honestly believe the only reason it was even listed today was due to my complaint to CA. I never received the confirmation email saying that my order was ready. Next day around 12 noon, I called Walmart.com about my order, that was still showing as being prepared. They said they didn't know what was going on, so they contacted the store.
I spoke with the person of the store who was supposed to put the order together for me, and she told me that she had been trying to reach me (to my old phone number that I had already changed on my account) because the one item was not in stock and was wondering if she could replace it with another one, after fixing that, she said order will be ready within the hour. It was 12:30 pm, by 4 pm my order was still not ready. I had order 10 items, how long does it take her to pick up 10 items? I just didn't want to go to the store and deal with cashier lines, and waste 2 hours to get 10 things, I ended up canceling the order and going in person in the evening. It is a total bait system. Then they will not own up to their mistakes. Beware when buying appliances especially. They do not put any warnings about order cancellations or product out of stock etc. Their mistake will cost us thousands of dollars (to change our cabinet design and order) simply because they refuse to match the price of the original product even when they magically have the product now available on their website at a much higher cost. Finally I found the little tiny section where you can email them. Here's what I wrote below. I will never EVER order anything again from Walmart. Shame on you for misleading customers and trust me Walmart you picked the wrong person, since I network with over 50K in my community. Cancel this order immediately - since I was led to believe I would receive product on Monday, November 13th, not November 20th. I've also contacted my bank to let them know I canceled because of the bait & switch tactic. Today's Date: Friday, November 10, 2017. I also called your number 615-259-3030 which is bogus. It's only a voice mail system and no one LIVE answers. Then you get disconnected.

Wal-Mart Pet Department has a wide range of foods for a wide range of animals as well as other products to help keep them healthy and safe. And maybe, like for people of low income such as myself, the stores have to provide safe and healthy pet products that most people can actually afford. People like my own mother make sure that their pets receive better nutrition than they do because pet food and meds are so overpriced (just like truly healthy people food and meds). I'm in very poor health, dying in fact, but can't get a recommended service dog because I simply can't afford to feed us both. Thanks for asking, but I'd be truly thankful if and when I could get the help I, and the animals we care so much about, the actual help we really need. Preferably before I die in the not-so-distant future.

As a frequent customer of yours I’m writing in regards to a very distasteful experience I had with your company. Awful... Just Awful! I placed an order with Walmart online on 10/06/17 for a grill. Received a Walmart Address: 11012 N Williams St, Dunnellon, FL 34432. However I went to the store my order was not there. The sales associate gave me a number to call site to store 1-800-966-6546. When I contacted the customer care he told me they are behind to wait 3 more days. The expected arrival time has come and gone but still nothing.
I called again today. The customer care told me that the package was lost in the warehouse. He offered me two OPTION for my inconvenience 5% off (INSULT). He will have to cancel my order, I would have to wait 5 days for the money to go back in my account, I would have to go online re-order again with a RUSH delivery charged to me then to call back to get refund for the rush delivery not knowing when and if this grill would be delivered. What an enormous hassler. By that time I would be charged double for my inconvenience. I ask if they could replace the grill with one in store equivalent to the one I was getting for my inconvenience and good customer service. I got no help so I canceled. Walmart will not help you resolve the problem. Very poor customer service. Very unhappy.

We went to Walmart today to get some Christmas stuff. I walked past the fish section and this is what I saw. There was a tank with a PILE of dead goldfish, the tanks were FILTHY, there were fish swimming on their sides, and the bettas were kept in small plastic cups with brown water and algae growing in them. There was obviously no one maintaining the tanks and no one was around to bring the issue up immediately. I took one of the bettas to customer service where I spoke with a manager.
I explained to her that the tanks were disgusting, fish were dying, and showed her the betta as illustration. I told her this fish was still alive, but was probably going to die soon and asked her if I could take it home and attempt to nurse it back. The lady said, "Walmart not gonna let you do that. We just gonna send it back." At that point, I figured I wasn't going to get anywhere with this. The lady just didn't care. So I took the fish and walked out with it. The pics of the filthy tanks were Walmart. The battery in my phone died, so I couldn't get more.

On 10/24 there was still no update, so I contacted customer service. They said it was fine, and would still be arriving 10/25. 10/25 rolls around and still no update online, so I contacted them again. Now they said their carrier (yes, their chosen carrier) could not deliver to the Wal-Mart in my area (then why the ** did you use that carrier??). Their carrier transferred it to another carrier, and they said it would be here on the 27th or 30th (weekend), and that the tracking number wouldn't change, the new carrier would use it (and also said that I, as the customer, should have contacted my store to set up the delivery, then backtracked on that).
Anyway, I tried tracking with the other carrier and couldn't find anything, so I called the original carrier. They told me they transferred the package but the box was empty (meaning someone took the TV). All they could do now is re-order or cancel. Fine, after being really ticked, I had them re-order. That was on 10/30. It is now 11/3 and my re-ordered TV still hasn't shipped... This situation also happened before. So I asked to make a payment with my debit card so I won’t encounter any more problems. Today, Nov 1, 2017, I received another letter stating that my account was closed.

At that point, I called my bank to find out if there was some sort of error on their part. But there was none. However, after speaking to a bank representative I finally figured out what happened. Wal-Mart has two separate account numbers for my payment account. The automated system has an old account number which had been closed for three years. Their website has my current account number which is active. The bank representative told me that if the old account number isn’t removed it will cause problems and the system may attach the payment to the old account. This was Friday... It is now Wednesday. She gave me no further contact as requested per our conversation.
I didn't even ask for full compensation. I said, "I would like a 50% discount as I do shop here a lot and would like to give you revenue" but still show I am unhappy. I purchased curtains online that didn't look enough like the computer image so in choosing to return, I go to the store - my mistake thinking the benefit of ordering through a company with physical store presence is that you can return through the store. Not necessarily the case. This was my first online purchase through Walmart.com and therefore, my first return. What an enormous hassle. The shocker to me was I learned three of the five items I was returning came from a separate vendor and those items have to be exchange directly with that vendor - you can't go through Walmart. It functions nothing like their competitors (i.e. Amazon) who have this process honed and perfected. After waiting in line at the store for 20 minutes (I was the 2nd in line and there were 4 clerks behind the desk helping one (1) person). I won't go into the disaster of that "attempted" return process as it isn't the focus of this review.
At the store I was not advised how to navigate this process, as I should have been, so I go home and figure it out on my own by going to the email receipt received. NOW I see in super fine print by the end of the email that "some items may have special return requirements" - not super intuitive in my opinion, but nevertheless I did fail to investigate after receiving the email, so I guess it's on me. Keep in mind though nothing of this was mentioned as I was purchasing the item.
I've since called the phone numbers listed for each item and received either a busy signal or a recording saying they aren't available and to call back. That's when I call Walmart.com and ask to be elevated to a supervisor. The supervisor says he'll elevate to the returns department to intervene in my behalf, which sounds promising... initially. What it actually means is they will continue to contact the vendors and have those vendors send me an email with return instructions. That's it. Still not feeling super optimistic about this.
I for one will never be doing business with Walmart, period. In a world where online purchasing is becoming common place they should put more effort into their buyer's experience. It is evident they care more about establishing multiple streams of revenue and that's where their focus ends. I do not want to further support an organization where the customer experience is such a low priority. I hope others take a similar position because it is the voice of the masses that have an impact. Otherwise their executives continue to get wealthier off the little people who are willing to accept shoddy treatment.

He stated he seen her steal a phone charger and put it down her pants and proceeded to tell her to undress as that was the policy. He showed her no video of this alleged theft. This man strip searched my sister inlaw with out police present or even notified. When he found nothing he said she would get anapology from corporate and sent her on her way. When she got home she called and spoke to a supervisor who told her that this is not Walmart's policy and he would have someone contact her by the end of the week. He didnt even sound shocked. She will be contacting a lawyer about this first thing in the morning.

I have shopped at WAL-MART for several years. I can always find good values there. I use their private label, Equate, and I am satisfied with the quality of the brand. I wish the produce section were larger but it is still good.

I find that the value of items carried is a great bargain. If more stores followed Wal-Mart's lead, the price of buying a variety of items would be more affordable.

Believe it or not Walmart has everything other supermarkets carry at a better price. I do shop at Stater Brothers for meat & specials but most shopping is done at Walmart.

Well, the older I get I hate to shop at all anymore. But when I go to Walmart, I can usually get everything I need. Such as: I get my prescriptions (18), I'm able to get all of my groceries, they carry a lot of different items, but the bad thing I find in reference to this is, every darn time I find something I really like it seems like everyone else likes it too, and when I go to get more, there's NONE! But they do carry a variety of everything, clothes, bedding, kitchen items, toys, cat and dog food, litter, food, personal hygiene, hair products. ONE STOP SHOPPING, AND I LIKE IT THAT WAY ANYMORE. THANK YOU.

I chatted online with a Walmart associate. I gave them the links of two exact same Samsung television models. Over the course of a half hour they ended up telling me they cannot price match because the retailer was "NOT ON THEIR LIST". Walmart falsely advertises "PRICE MATCH" but fail to do it when a retailer has a better price than they do. If Walmart cannot PRICE MATCH, they need to get their act together and quit making false promises to get people to shop with them.

I placed an order with Walmart on 10/13/17, received a confirmation email with a delivery date of 10/18/17 however I never received my order so I called Walmart.com the morning of 10/19/17 and the agent advised me that the package was lost in the warehouse and he will cancel and re-order my order with a RUSH delivery and delivery date of 10/20/17. Friday, 10/20/17 gets here and once again I don't received my order so I called them back and the agent said my order was still being process and I wouldn't receive it until 10/24-25/17.
I asked to speak to someone else (Keke) who basically told me there was nothing she could do but give me a $20 gift card, I laughed and asked to escalate the call to a supervisor. Spoke to supervisor Charise from Dallas corporate office who basically said that she will re-train the 1st agent for giving me false information and basically repeated what the previous agent said "She can't offer me anything but a $20 Walmart gift card". I told her to keep it and would avoid shopping at Walmart.com. I think it's pitiful that Walmart would advertise this "2 day shipping" and not provide the customer with what was promised to them. I will not ever shop at Walmart.com for falsely advertising!

I started shopping at this store when it first opened and of course it was clean and well stocked. This year 2017 there has been a big change. The frozen food section had busted glass and they used cardboard and duct tape to patch these doors, also left paper towels on the floor to in this section to soak up the water leaking from the units. Items were not frozen, but were thawed out (disgusting). In general this store is very dirty. The biggest issue is they have run out of bags on 3 separate occasions, for as long as 4 days. I forgot to bring my bags and my shopping cart was full and they had no bags. The checker placed all items into the cart one by one and that's how I took them home. This lands directly on the manager of the store, I would have fired him a long time ago.

I ordered a package from Walmart and the oatmeal box that came with it arrived damaged/broken, which left oatmeal pieces all over the rest of the packaged items. Having contacted customer service for a refund, I had to choose between being sent a new item at no cost with no refund, or receiving the refund, but no new item. That is POOR customer service! I should be offered both a refund for the inconvenience on their part and a new, undamaged item. I will now no longer order from Walmart.com if this is the type of customer service I can expect to receive. I rather give all of my money and my business to Amazon.

I had my Walmart account over 4 years. Never had any problems until now, all orders keep getting cancelled. I have funds in my card that’s being held over 2 weeks now and still waiting for my funds to drop!!! Run from this company and don’t look back.

I purchased a toy online 3 weeks ago using my debit card. By the time it was received at site to store, I had purchased it at another store. When I went today to pick it up, and return it for a refund, they said they could only give me the balance due on a gift card! I’m not sure why this is, since I paid with a debit card and had a receipt. I asked that it be put back on the card I paid for the item with. Nope, only a gift card. Bad way of doing business. You dropped the ball (once again) Walmart!

I purchased the Walmart care plan for my LG phone. My phone broke, I returned it as they requested. They sent me a e-gift card that I had a lot of trouble locating in my email. When I finally found it in my trash file and printed it out in the amount of 136.74 and tried to use it, the card was at a zero balance. According to the product care plan people and the gift card automated system the card issued on Sept. 18, 2017 was used up in the amount of 136.74 on Sept. 19, 2017. I never even personally knew it was there until October 12, 2017 the day I found it in my trash file and printed it. I called and made a complaint and got the runaround with them. They told me to check into the transaction history and find out where it was spent and to deal with that store. I attempted that and was unable to get that information. They said it would take 10 to 14 days to investigate it.
In the meantime I still haven't received my initialed refund. I complied with everything that was required of me from them. They still haven't fulfilled their end of the contract. I shouldn't have to wait this long. I never received any benefit from my end of the contract I paid for. The email card they sent me had a zero balance when I physically had it in my possession.

I ordered an area from Walmart.com and thought it seemed like a great deal. The website said the rug would be to be within a week. The week went by... no rug. I called Walmart.com and they said it was with a freight company. Nothing on the website mentioned it would be going to a freight company. I tried getting in touch with the freight company and after numerous emails and calls I finally got someone on the phone. They said someone from the company would be calling to set up a delivery.
They called a few days later and dropped the rug off. The rug was in AWFUL condition. I have no idea how they left it and thought it was ok. It was a cream rug with holes in the plastic and the rug was covered in mud, dust and who knows what else. This experience took almost a MONTH. I called to complain and Walmart asked me if I could bring it to a UPS store. I will never order from their site again even if it is cheaper than other sites not worth saving the money for the headache.

I'm a former employee of the Wal-Mart in Dawsonville Georgia. I was asked to ignore the fact that multiple cooler fans were caked up with mold and spoiled food. Specifically the yogurt wall. I'm a big fan of yogurt and I'm too disgusted to buy yogurt from this Wal-Mart because I could stick my arm up to my forearm in moldy funky gunky expired yogurt. This had been a serious condition for 6 plus months. I continuously complain to the ASM, the store manager and countless employees there and no one seems to care. I for one do not want that nasty stuff to be fermenting under the yogurt I would like to purchase. I'm sure other customers do not want that either.
This has gone on for longer than I know and I would like for it to be cleaned up. I would like some kind of disciplinary action to take effect whether they have to be shut down until they clean it or shut that part of the store down period. They have been getting away with being too unclean for too long. Every cooler/bunker has gunky build up in the fans/drains. It's disgusting and I don't want to buy yogurt from this location ever again and I'm sure if other people knew about it they wouldn't want to either.
