I went to electronics, picked out a couple of speakers for my TV with some advice from the clerk behind the counter. Good advice, speakers work great! Whenever I have had any problems with a product WalMart has always allowed me to return it with absolutely no problem.

I submitted an online order for a walker for my 93 year old father who is moving to assisted living. It was supposed to arrive on Friday 3/16, he is moving on Monday 3/19. Well, it never arrived and when I called Wal-Mart, all they will do is reorder it for arrival on Friday, 3/23. So, he'll be without the walker for his first week in assisted living. No expedited shipping, no discount for the inconvenience, no nothing. Why on earth I didn't just order from Amazon is beyond me. They would have done everything possible to get the walker to him as soon as possible. Never again will I order from Walmart. Worthless company.

Walmart get customer in and get them out. Rarely a employee in site, stupid cashiers, and long lines. Bad selection for bird products: food, toys, perches. They give dogs most attention in inventory than cats.

Yes! I have several pets that I shop for! And I usually shop the fish department first because Walmart's fish always look as if they have not been taken care of! There's usually one or two floaters and the Beta Fish let's just say not healthy! Usually you can find abundance of food and cute outfits, but never a Customer Service Employee that has a smile and has something to say about its pet department needs! No Help!

I witnessed a lady buying several painting tarps that had been marked down. The tarps rang up at the regular price. The lady went back and brought the box showing the mark down price. The clerk Jewel at the Walmart on North Tarrant said Walmart told employees not to honor mark down prices in the store to just use whatever price they ring up. ISN'T THIS FALSE ADVERTISING? You expect items that have signs showing the item and mark down price to be honored. How is the consumer suppose to know what price anything is if the price in the store is not honored?

The next tire could be delivered by 03/20/2018. FedEx would do nothing to help and I have to pay for the screw up.

I apologize in advance for the length of this review, but I want the readers to fully understand the frustration and despair that I experienced when I tried to place a simple order with Walmart for a Top Up Card in order to add money to my provider account. An email containing the Top Up Card PIN was supposed to be delivered to my email address within 4 hours. I know this because I had placed numerous orders for the same type of Top Up Cards for several years and always received the same 4-hour notice. I usually received those Top Up Cards within an hour.
After 8 hours had passed and I had no email delivery, I tried using Walmart’s Live Chat to inquire about the status of my order. I got some man named J who just kept regurgitating the same lines he had been trained to use. He kept apologizing for the delay, but informed me that in rare cases it could take up to 24-48 hours for Walmart to send that email delivery. I kept trying to get him to tell me what he meant by “rare cases” and what was the reason for this delay, but he kept repeating the same empty-sounding lines, so I ended the chat with him. I checked my credit card account and confirmed that the charge for the Top Up Card had already been approved.
I then started a new Walmart Live Chat and this time I reached a woman named M who appeared to have much more flexibility in the speaker lines she could use and with the information she could disclose. I learned from her the term “finance team”, that “they” had put a financial hold on my order until they could confirm that no other unauthorized purchases had been made. I asked her what did that even mean, because I made the purchase and it had been approved by my bank.
I asked her what could I do to place the order properly and avoid the delay again. She responded that their security department doesn’t allow the reasons for holds to be disclosed to the general public. I asked her if I checked and confirmed that the mailing and billing addresses matched on my Walmart account and my credit card and placed the order again, would I avoid the delay. She confirmed that would take care of it. I told her to cancel the current order and I would place it again. She cancelled it and I received the email confirmation immediately that my order had been cancelled.
I set about checking my mailing and billing addresses. The only difference I could see was my credit card addresses had the Zip+4 code and my Walmart account did not have the 4-digit extension in my mailing address. I deleted the extension in my credit card addresses and placed the order again, even ordering a card for a different amount so I wouldn’t raise any red flags by placing an order for the same amount.
I needn’t have worried. The second order didn’t process either. I checked my credit card account again and my second order had also been approved. So with renewed confidence that this order was going to go through without delay, I started another Live Chat and was blessed with the same man J. He checked the status of the new order, and although I expected him to say it was processing nicely and I should expect the email any minute, once again, my order was on financial hold and he began to spout his lines of drivel. I cut him off and asked to speak to his supervisor. He tried to tell me his supervisor had already been notified of my situation and would just tell me the same thing I had been told by him. I demanded his supervisor, and to his credit, J transferred me to Manny, his supervisor. J was right: I got the same drivel from Manny that J had tried to feed me.
I asked Manny how to place an order and pay in such a way that his “financial team” would be happy. He couldn’t tell me what I could do to resolve the situation. I told him to cancel my order, that I would get my Top Up Card from another source, and that I would leave a very bad review online for Walmart, which would add to the dozens of other Walmart dissatisfied customer reviews already out there.
I am happy to tell you that I then placed the same order online with Target and received the email delivery containing my long-awaited and hard-won PIN within an hour. One has to wonder what problem Walmart had with my order that Target didn’t have. I personally suspect that the Walmart “financial team” just doesn’t like to work fast...or at all.

So this morning I called Wal-Mart in Randleman NC to ask about buying 50 bags of compost because Walmart.com was out of stock. It was on clearance for 1.00 per bag. Well I drive all the way to that store. The hateful ** that has continued to be rude to customers was there. I showed her my screenshot. She says, "No. No. No. This says .75 cubic feet. This one is 40 lbs." I try to explain that cubic ft is coverage not weight. Well she said. "You go take a picture of the bags." Ok I did. Now keep in mind I am crippled with metal braces on my legs.
Ok I take the picture. Then she says, "Oh it's out of stock. I'm not selling it to you." I ask for a manager. "We don't have a manager here", she says. Well the customer behind me started telling her she was rude. Then she says, "Just talk about it to the manager." "Do what? You said no manager was here." This girl Tammy is the definition of a **. I called Wal-Mart customer service and went back in. They heard what kind of witch she is because I told them to remain silent as I was on speaker phone. Hopefully they fire her hateful self. I personally am done with Walmart. A liberal trash company. Bye Libmart.

The only reason I even go into a Walmart, is when helping an elderly friend. She insist on getting her canned dog food (she mixes it w/ high quality dry food) at Walmart. She can barely lift ONE can, so I go for her and buy at least a case and stock her pantry for her. The stores are filthy and almost no selection. There's never anyone to assist with anything. No baskets available, if you enter the door closest to where the dog food is stocked. I'd rather go to even a grocery store that stocks this same product.

For the past several years I have purchased numerous can good products from Walmart online. My opinion of the product line is extremely poor primarily because they cull damaged cans from their stores and ship them to online customers. Not in any case for the past two years has a shipping container been severely damaged. In every case the canned goods were wrapped well. My most recent shipment was for 24 cans of Del Monte fruit products. 20 of the perfectly wrapped cans had significant damage. None were swelled or leaking, but were severely dented and several crushed. When stored, one has no idea when such containers will become "leak contaminated" - possibly causing death if consumed unknowingly.
Quite obviously shipping damaged products is a Walmart practice, not an incident. Damaged product, if determined to be safe, should be donated to a charity, not dumped on "Full Price" consumers. Shame on Walmart!!! No wonder they are struggling with online competition. Helping the bottom line with such management practices in not a long term profitability solution. When will I ever learn? Having severely damaged cans replaced readily by Walmart is not the smart business solution. Responsible management with quality "consumer service" is.

This is a copy of a letter I sent to Walmart after I had a horrible experience in the store... I shopped in store 0357 today and was trying to use coupons printed online. I had multiple of the same coupon for $1 off almond milk and was going to purchase multiple almond milk... 1 coupon per milk purchased as is stated on the coupon... However, the CSM was called over then the assistant manager. I was made to feel like I was doing something wrong. The assistant manager Michelle told me that I could only use 1 of the same coupon... period.
I tried to explain that the coupon stated 1 coupon per item purchased and I WAS purchasing the same amount of items as there was coupons but the assistant manager then had to come around the counter and my cart to come right up into my space and explain again, as if I was stupid and haven't ever used a coupon before, that because they had the same barcode and that she didn't know HOW I got multiples of the same coupon, like I was copying them, but that I was only allowed 1 of the coupons EVER. I don't copy coupons, I print them online. I'm not buying multiple almond milk to sell them for profit, I'm buying them because both of my sons and myself are allergic to milk. I don't do extreme couponing to brag to everyone what an awesome deal I got, I do it because I'm disabled and am trying to save enough money to be able to pay my bills.
I usually spend 150 to 200 on 1 purchase after spending hours searching for coupons and rebates for each thing and I usually shop at Walmart because I believe in your "saving you money" slogan, however, today I was made to feel like a criminal, there were 4 employees "dealing" with me and my order and tons of customers all got to watch this go down. I was told I couldn't use coupons on any item that was a multiple and told I couldn't use those coupons any other time either. After I had spent 2 hours in the store picking all of them out WITH my 2 small children who also got to witness this transaction. If there isn't something done about this bullying tactic towards anyone using coupons then I will just have to start giving Dollar General or Gerbes my money... Maybe it will be good enough for them.
This is the company response... "Thank you for contacting Walmart where we are happy to help. Please refer to our coupon policy on our website http://corporate.walmart.com/ or to speak with a member of management at your local store." I looked up the policy of the store and the coupons I wanted to use were fine, having multiples was fine, the only thing I found that would warrant such a flippant response was this little line found in the middle of a section called guidelines and limitations it reads as follows... "We have the ability to limit the number of identical coupons and the number of coupons for the same item per transaction." That's it...no terms, no reasoning behind it, just if they feel like it they can decide to limit the coupons. I can't believe they would leave something so grey area in a policy concerning service to the customer... What happened to putting the customer first? What happen to "we value our customers"?
I guess now with this Walmart we have today that only applies if it doesn't inconvenience them. Heaven forbid they might have to spend more than 5 minutes on a customer running some coupons thru... anywho, this was my final response to them... "So the policy states that Walmart can limit the number of like coupons in a transaction... no reasoning, or terms, just if they feel like it they can... WOW... that definitely sounds like putting the customer first. Good thing Walmart as a company is sticking to the roots they began with... what a joke. Guess you have definitely answered my question though.
"What I heard from your response is 'we as a company could care less about your feelings, treatment, or experience at our stores. We don't even care if you choose to shop with us or our competitors because we have so much money we don't even need yours.' So thank you very much for clearing that up for me. I'll be sure to send a copy of this email to everyone I know and I'll be sure to post it online too so all the deluded people out there like me who thought Walmart valued their customers can be made aware." And so this is me posting.

One day and a half later, I was notified my order was canceled as there were no more T-27 trees anywhere in the Walmart Distribution network. Drove back to the store and took the floor model to checkout and bought it. Not one employee with whom I interacted seemed to care one way or the other. Every time I walk into the ghetto circus of Walmart my blood pressure goes up. It's so sad the foolish unprofessional so called staff and especially management/supervisors tend to focus all their energy on me each time I visit. Perhaps if they put more energy into following people who are there to steal right under their nose and take a course on how to be professional and helpful to all customers. Then perhaps you would be successful and happy in your life! Wal-Mart poor level of professionalism and mentality is unacceptable and very disturbing.
Remember all customers pay your salaries. I feel sorry for a low class of folks that need to focus on me simply because I have taken the time to contact corporate many times regarding the ghetto combative/angry low morale staff and management at Wal-Mart. I know it's extremely hard to be happy to work at Walmart and to even tell others you do so. But you all need to leave your bad nasty evil spirited attitude at home. Successful pleasant customers will not tolerate giving you their business again. Actually the only reason why I stopped at Wal-Mart was to return something and then I said to myself...since I'm already here in this miserable joint...I will use the money from my return to buy only a little bit. It cringed my spirit to even do that today...to give awful Wal-Mart even a dime is regretful every time!!!
I can understand why people I know and most celebrities avoid shopping at ghetto mentality Wal-Mart. The crazy W-girl at your customer service desk is truly ignorant and stinks. This is why I told her, "Thank you for my money back" and to have a nice day. I felt sorry for her not having the decency to say "Hello", "Thank you" or "Have a nice day." The evil crew at Walmart. Must stop blaming customers for your lack of good customers service skills/low morale and respect for every customers. In fact, you will continue to lose customers if your management training skills don't change. Or you all simply can't learn what good customer service is. You all need more help than you may realize. Again, please stop blaming customers for all your 5000 complaints online from many dissatisfied customers. I will never give you all another dime of my money. May God help you all.

I went to a Walmart nearby and was told that I am only allowed to receive one transfer per day at that store. I drove to another store and was able to get the second transfer. 2. Another time I was sent 2 different transfers. The highest amount was $800.00. I went to a nearby Walmart and received the payment for the lowest amount of $300.00 I was told to call an 800 # regarding the second transfer. No one knew why the store was not allowed to pay the money. I called the number and was told that some stores can pay only up to $700.00. Since mine was $800.00 I needed to find a local store that pay amounts over $700.00.
The second day, I went to 2 different stores. One told me that the money was not available because it is/was under internal investigation. The second store informed me that no information can be given to me because of the active investigation and was asked to have the sender call the 800 #. He was told that the money is not being released due to the investigation. He requested a refund and he had to wait about 3.5 hours in the store to receive approval of the refund. 3. In the meantime I had another $500.00 transfer sent to me since Friday. On Saturday I called and was told the money was available for pick up.
On today, 26 February 2018, I went to a Walmart store to pick up the money... After waited for about one hour in line, I was informed that the money was available for pick up, but the store won't release it to me and I was inform to notify the sender to call and go to a Walmart store to retrieve the money. Basically, the system blocked me. I have valid ID and the money is available in cash. It is beyond my understanding why an investigation is necessary and why Walmart refused to pay the money to me. The $800.00 is from a sender in one State and $500.00 from a sender in another State. I wrote this simply to share my experience with the public because no one knows why and there are no policies or regulations governing the Walmart to Walmart money transfer.

I went to the Camden, SC Walmart on 2/6/18. I was leaving an appointment in Columbia, SC and was passing thru. I went there to purchase a Straight Talk phone card and a body pillow cover. At the register, the associate scanned the phone card twice, accidentally. When she gave me the total, that's when I realized she scanned the card twice. So, she voided the entry and now the balance was right. Little did I know, when she voided one of the transactions, it deactivated the card completely. When I tried to replenish the minutes on my phone, the automated systems tells me that the service pin number has not been activated. After trying to take this card to my local Walmart because the Camden Walmart is 1 hour away, I was told that I can either try calling Straight Talk or I would have to take it back to the Walmart where the card was purchased. Well, that's an inconvenience to me!
So I called Straight Talk and long story short, after 4 days of getting nowhere, I was told that because my Walmart receipt didn't have some phone card # on the top of the receipt, that I had emailed to them, they could not help me and that I needed to take it back to the store I purchased it from. I called the Camden store only to get some rude lady on the phone. Finally, I drive to the store and arrive at 5:48 PM. The store Asst. Manager was called at least 4 times and never came to the customer service desk. The last call one of the Associates made, the Assistant Manager had a nerve to tell her that they were making her mad by calling her so many times. I waited about 42 minutes before Anika, the Asst. Manager, shows up with the worst attitude and rude demeanor. The first thing she says is, "what is the problem and why you'll keep calling, what is it?" Never once does she address me standing there or make eye contact with me.
After the Associate tells her again the problem, she says with an attitude, "Oh, I cant refund you your money!" Then she takes the receipt and say, "I'll be back". She leaves and calls someone and my mom hears her on the phone with someone telling them that she doesn't know about this and if she could do anything. She finally comes back at 6:32 PM and tells me that she can give me another phone card, but can't refund me my money. Still, never apologetic nor looks at me and says anything else. She storms off as if I did something to her. The last I checked, as the Assistant Manager, that was your job to help me, not my job to help you! By far the worst customer service I've experience at Walmart, or anywhere!

My iPhone lost its ability to use the phone and instant messaging. After checking online with Apple and doing some basic troubleshooting, I was told to call my service provider. I did this on Monday the 12th of Feb. After talking with the tech support representative for quite a while we established that I needed a new SIM card. He informed me that the new SIM card would be FedExed and that I should have it in 2 business days. I was pretty impressed with the speed at which this individual did his work and about how fast the repair part would be in my hot little hands. I have been a Straight Talk user for over 5 years and have never had a problem or issue, even when updating or replacing my phone. Fast, easy and complete. Just the way a consumer would want things to take place. This is my first dealing with the customer service department and I hope my last...
I received a non reply email from Walmart the following day which stated that the item was shipped by FedEx and was giving a tracking number. I clicked on the link in the email to track my item and was told that the sender had not provided any shipping status. Oh well not unusual really. I have had items received by FedEx before the tracking information was provided. I was not concerned. On Thursday the 15th I call customer service and as for a status and told the lady I talked with the history of the inquiry. She told me that she was checking on the shipment using the tracking number I provided. She informed me that there had been a delay in the shipment and that I would now be receiving my new SIM card by 8:00pm on Saturday. OK things happen. I get that. I waited and no FedEx delivery.
I called customer service on Monday... the 19th of Feb. President's day. And finally to talk to this individual after a very lengthy waiting period. This individual did not know how to talk using a microphone as it was so garbled on my end that you could not understand him. I took him off speaker phone and tried turning the volume down to see if that would help. It didn't. I ask him if he had the microphone up close to his mouth and when he stated that he did, I ask him to push it back a little. He did and it helped some but with his very strong accent I still only got a few of the words. After repeating the information several time to me I repeated it back to him as to what I thought he had said.
It finally came out that there was no FedEx tracking as the part was being sent by USPS. And that I should have it that day. After hanging up I realized that there would be no mail on President's day. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Now I am a week into my airtime minutes. And still no phone. No offer to add the lost time at their expense was offer and when asked I was told that it was not allowed.
They should change the name of this department to Customer Dis-service. They are rude, unprofessional and need to schooled on the use of their equipment. The way I have this department of Walmart pictured is a bunch of people sitting around a bank of phone with the old time "*8" balls in the laps turning it over and then when the answer comes back to the top, telling that to the individual who is calling. It is a shame that you have to call Customer Service to complain about Customer Service. I go to Walmart all the time and will continue to do so. I just hope that I never have to deal with their customer service again.

First off let me say, I am a Walmart girl! I LOVE Walmart and I shop there for literally all my needs. The prices can't be beat and I can always rely on them having what I need. But when it comes to having to make an online purchase, I almost always run into problems. And I have never had a good experience with their customer service when calling. On this particular occasion, My mom had ordered a video baby monitor to be shipped to my house, when it arrived I realized that they had shipped the wrong monitor. They charged her for the more expensive video one she ordered but sent the much cheaper, non video one instead.
Upon calling customer service I was met with the absolute rudest agent, he was unhelpful, rude in tone and downright insulting. He was of zero help and gave us only the option to return it via mail without a bunch of legwork on our part with no apologies. Remember, my mom ordered and was charged for the monitor we wanted but sent a cheaper one instead, they had our money and we had an inferior product because of their negligence. Well when getting off the phone feeling disrespected I decided to head to my local Walmart to speak with someone in person and the CS agent working was more than helpful and we received the correct monitor with far less hassle than the rude man on the phone told us was necessary. Also, when I calmly asked the man on the phone for his ID number he refused, would give me only his first name and would not tell me how to spell it.
I wish I could say this was the first time and the last time I had to deal with Walmart's online customer service reps. Sadly, it wasn't. One particular time, I called to inform them, which truly was only me being kind, that they had inadvertently refunded my account for an item I purchased but they sent it out anyway. Being that I don't like dishonesty, I called to explain this to them, the man who answered was completely rude, talking over me and not listening the issue, which by the way did not benefit ME in any way. When I asked to speak to a higher up he hung up on me. I should have stopped there but I called back and sorted the situation and Walmart got their money back.
This is just two out of four negative experiences I've had with Walmart's AWFUL online customer service department. I have since stopped purchasing anything online from Walmart to avoid having to deal with their nasty customer service agents. I suggest buying from other online retailers, who care about their customers and making sure their order is correct the first time. Nothing is more upsetting than spending your hard earned money, getting the wrong item and getting belittled by the company for it then having to jump through hoops to fix their mistake. Needless to say, Walmart has missed out on thousands of dollars in purchases from myself and my family members because of their horrible online customer service. This is sad as I said, I'm a loyal Walmart shopper in store, I just wish they had the same for their online department as they do in store.

I don't particularly enjoy shopping and I loathe the rude customers in Walmart so I clear it like enemy territory. I load up my cart and I mean overloaded. I go the self check out and ask if I can pay there with a check. No but I can scan it, have it transferred to another till and pay there be on my way. Great because I have a system for bagging so I get home and everything is in order to be put away. OCD maybe but with a lot of frozen for 4 teenage boys and an hour drive time is critical.
I scan. I repack cart. I transfer to another till have the check already filled out and it's denied. Another employee comes over. Goes through the whole process again. Costing me now 15 mins to pay and leave only to be denied again. I am handed a slip and told to call the number on it. I do and it takes 15 mins to get through the automated system of TeleCheck to get an operator to tell me my check was denied due to no history. No history. Not bad history. No history. TeleCheck refusing to accept a snapshot of my current account balance showing I can more than cover the check leaves my only option of the ATM. I demand to speak with a manager and tell the cashier I will be back with cash. I come back within 3 mins with the cash and having incurred not 1 but 2 ATM fees because Walmart's ATM has a $300 limit which wouldn't cover my purchase.
I wait another 20 mins for the assistant manager to show up and just say he is sorry and that TeleCheck gets to decide check acceptance and it's usually due to bad history. He has never heard of a refusal due to no history but he isn't saying that is the case. I informed him I was denied due to no history and have the ATM slip showing a remaining balance in my account of $2498.33 AFTER pulling $500.00 to cover my purchase. I have no "bad history". He states he can give me a $20 gift card to alleviate my frustration. I respond that doesn't even take the edge off and put himself in my shoes. He states he couldn't do that and can give $30 which more than covers the ATM fees. Really? I respond time is money and I have perishables, an hour drive and have been trying to pay for an hour now. $30 only makes me not want to shoot something.
I'm from the north. Saying I'm so mad I could shoot something is emphasis on frustration. This manager actually asked if I was threatening him. Give me a break. I responded I'm not a violent person but this experience is by far the worst shopping experience I have ever had and his $30 towards the purchase doesn't even begin to cover what I have went through. I find it insulting. I tell him, "Get the card. I just want to leave with my groceries". I turn back to the cashier and she informs me the till timed out and everything has to be re-scanned but don't worry they will do it for me. I wait another 20 mins for my groceries to be scanned again and for the assistant manager to return with the gift card. I then have to go through the process of paying $394.87 with $20.00 bills. Then I am finally able to leave only to have to stop every 5 feet in the parking lot and pick up yet another bag that slid off the cart because they didn't load it properly.
I get home. My ice cream is all melted. Popsicles are mush. Who knows what shape the tater tots and fries are in. Bread is smashed and I don't know where anything is. They put cans in with frozen items. Boxes in with refrigerator items. I calculated that I have spent a minimum of $45,000 in groceries alone over the years at Walmart. My take away. If they are going to treat their customers like criminals that is all the customers they will have left because without a serious incentive I will never step foot in Walmart again.

Ordered a workbench and came with broken drawer, took 3 hrs to assemble. Also ordered 3 storage shelves, damaged in shipping and open box. Part was missing. Walmart wanted to ship me out a WHOLE new one and then swap broken and missing pieces, schedule a pickup of new box with parts, etc. Days and hours worth of extra work, vs. just contacting the manufacturer and having the broken and missing pieces shipped. Walmart is the worst. Will never order again.

I would like to share with you my unsatisfactory experience with Walmart.com. I saw an item (a toy) online that was advertised for a price and available at my local Walmart for pickup. When I added the item to my online shopping cart so that I could buy and pick up the item the price changed. I shared this with the Walmart online chat and they could not see what I saw and recommended that I contact Walmart customer service. I did contact Walmart customer service and provided them a screenshot from my computer that reflected the lower price.
Walmart customer service representatives and I had several email communications and each communication consisted of the same: Walmart made an error, would not honor the price that was shown on Walmart.com, and that Walmart did not have to honor the price per the Walmart’s terms and conditions. I understand that Walmart is not legally responsible to honor the price that was displayed but I do think they should do more than cite their terms and conditions (repeatedly). I normally don’t seek assistance from customer service or complain but this was truly a unsatisfactory experience.

Yesterday I stopped at the Walmart in Germantown WI to buy some groceries and personal items. I have a tendency to meander through the store, pick things up, place them in the cart and then put them back after thinking on it. I did this for about 2 hours when I realized I'd spent way too much time there and needed to get home to make dinner. Well, I didn't do a final run through of my cart like I usually do and unfortunately when I checked out at the self-check register I completely forgot to grab the little items that I'd placed in the front of my cart.
While I was wandering through the aisles I'd taken off my scarf and put in the cart next to my purse which covered the items enough so that I forgot they were there. This is totally my fault - and I understand that it looks bad. However instead of a sales associate informing me that I still had items in the cart, (which is what I thought those people standing around are supposed to do) I got swarmed at the exit as I was leaving. I've never been accused of shoplifting in any fashion before and I'd just spent over $70.00 at the register. Instead of letting me pay for the items I'd forgotten to scan - which I offered to do about 20 times - they treated me like I was robbing a bank.
It all totaled about $117 since there was some makeup in there that ended up being way more expensive than I thought it was (and had I gone thru my cart before I checked out, I most likely would've put half the stuff back). However my pleas to pay for all of it fell on deaf ears even after I even pulled the cash out of my wallet to show them I had enough and wasn't trying to get away with anything. It didn't matter.
They called the police and I ended up getting a $460 theft ticket! I understand that people steal and that it's their job to stop that from happening. My issue is that if they thought I had stuff in my cart - why didn't they point it out at the check-out like they are supposed to? Isn't that supposed to be what those people are watching for? Had someone said something - I would've done a face palm, sorted through the stuff, bought what I needed and left the rest. I'm an idiot shopper, and the people at the self-check out didn't tell me I still had stuff in my cart when they knew I did. The whole ordeal could've been easily avoided.
I take the blame for forgetting, but not for stealing. I was treated poorly from the time I was stopped. I'd also like to point out that I had several tote bags with me as well as a giant purse and you'd think that if I meant to actually steal the items, I would've done a better job of concealing them - like putting them in my giant purse. And to put the cherry on top of this garbage sundae, I had my debit card information stolen from that exact store location twice last year! That's why I only pay with cash at that specific store now and why I had enough cash on me to cover all of the items. Needless to say - I'm never going back. This is the 3rd strike and Walmart has lost my business, as well as my family's business, for good.

Hello to all who read this review. I would like to say that shopping at Wal-Mart use to be a good experience, however the service and products have gone from the experience. This is become a norm. I have been to three locations to look for Just For Men Beard. Not in store. This is only one example in most cases. I now shop at Shoppers Drug Mart or other grocery stores. No product. No sale. One of millions they are loosening. It reminds me of the mistake K-Mart made in the 90s. Now who shops there.

I went into Wal-Mart in Albuquerque, NM located at Wyoming and Academy. As I was checking out my grocery shopping, I had placed a $50 Visa Gift Card on the conveyor belt and requested to check it out first as it was a birthday present for my father, who was coming to meet me. I was informed very rudely by the cashier that "you can't use a Credit Card to pay for any gift cards. It is to be cash or debit card only."
I asked her since when because I've always used my credit card to buy them and asked to her to double check for me. You woulda thought that I was asking for the ** moon to be pulled down by string cheese, as she LITERALLY huffed at me and then asked her supervisor (who was just as rude). The supervisor said "I don't know where you've been buying them cards at, because we haven't used credit cards for years." Needless to say I was appalled! I was the only one who showed up to my father's 74th birthday party last night with no gift. Unfortunately this is not the first horror story of my experiences with Wal-Mart and Wal-Mart.com.

After talking with her we were disconnected. Called back, we made sure the rep had our phone # in case we got disconnected again. After telling him our problem he found a wall mount that would fit tv but it was twice as much as original amount. He said he would give us part for same price and free shipping. And then we got disconnected (or hung up on).
Called 3rd time. Could not understand what this person was saying. After explaining to this person she told me she could give discount on part but not free shipping. Asked to speak to supervisor (someone I could understand) after being on hold for 15 minutes. Person came back and said, “I could have free shipping also.” By this time I am totally frustrated. Early this morning at 12:30 AM I went to check out at a Scan and Go because the Walmart in King, NC does not have an employee working a register at this time (but that is another story). I had two transactions I needed to do. I had them separated; one purchase on the top of the cart and one purchase on the bottom. I checked out with my items up top. I placed my wallet back in my purse because I do not like to leave my wallet out of my purse if having to walk away from it to get items out of the cart. So after folding my receipt and putting my wallet back in my purse, I was approached from behind with a Walmart employee saying "excuse me, are you going to be doing another transaction to pay for those blinds?" I told her, yes and I told her that she should not say anything until someone goes to walk away with their cart because I had still been standing there. She told me that she has to do that.
I called the manager today about the incident. I was told by the manager this is Walmart's protocol when doing two transactions because once the customer walks past the checkout area, the police are called and it is viewed as theft. I told the manager again that I had not even grabbed a hold of the handle on my cart, had not even moved the cart. I was told again that this is Walmart's protocol. I do not know if I will be shopping at a Walmart again.
I know there are shoplifters and thieves out there but I do not agree with this protocol at all. Their protocol presumes an innocent person is guilty without even doing anything wrong in the first place. I never want to feel this way again. Home Depot, Lowe's hardware, I checkout with two transactions and they've never handled the transactions like this before.

I've ordered from Walmart.com several times and never noticed that these Marketplace Sellers existed. Until I purchased this item which appeared to be Bratz dolls. But in their 22 word long title, it does state "fashion". Since it's Walmart, I'm ordering with ease because I know they have a good return policy. Well unfortunately for me, it wasn't actually Walmart. Rather, it's with a Marketplace Seller and refunds or returns are not Walmart's responsibility at this point. So once I learned this I contacted the seller, Appletree Technology Inc via e-mail on 12/14/17 and requested an exchange. They responded 6 days later only to say my order had shipped. I then explained that I already have it, but now I want to return. Their reply was that a return process will begin and that I will receive a return label in 3-4 business days. Oh and "they process several orders a day and can assure me they will do their best".
That was back on 12/20/17. I have not heard from them since. So, this company is either ignoring me, OR, they just have very poor customer service. Or both! I'm reconsidering doing anymore shopping on Walmart.com if they're going to continue doing business with these types of companies. I'm not surprised to see nothing but negative reviews here, because when something goes wrong, that's when we want to let everyone know (I do this, too)... But try to remember that Wal-Mart is a massive enterprise handling hundreds of thousands (maybe millions) of transactions every single day and once in a while something is going to go wrong.
So far maybe I've just been lucky, but I've shopped at this store for decades and not had a problem. Online orders arrive in a timely manner. I have had no billing mixups. I have had no exchange or refund problems - in fact, Wal-Mart probably has the MOST lenient policies around. They will accept returns even without a receipt, no questions asked. All my exchanges have gone smoothly.
Maybe I'm a little partial to this store because one of the greatest pleasures a friend had who was dying of cancer was to go with me to Wal-Mart now and then. She would negotiate the aisles in her wheelchair having the time of her life for about an hour, just looking at the merchandise; she especially enjoyed the jewelry department. And Wal-Mart being as big as it is, no one knew or cared when we left without buying anything. The cashier says that she had to do price checks on those twice this week, already, and the 19 dollar price is correct. I told her I would need to exchange it for the 5 dollar sleeves.
Here is why that frustrates me. There is NO price, anywhere, that says that the price is $19.98. The only price for that item says $2.97. I feel that the store is fully aware of the issue, is doing nothing to correct it and how many of us spend large amounts of money at Walmart and now have to worry that things are not priced correctly. Horrible customer service. I purchased something over 2 weeks prior to Christmas via Walmart to ship to store for pickup. Advertising said anything ordered by particular date would be in store by Christmas. It wasn’t. Once I hit submit the date changed to 26th and email said due in store by Dec 28th. It wasn’t. Went to store on 28th thinking they just didn’t update records because it showed it was in my same city since 23rd. Nope. Was told their freight company had it in a crate in their warehouse in destination city but due to holidays it wouldn’t be delivered until Jan 2nd because “it wasn’t a priority.” It wasn’t. I kept contacting customer service where I was told just to wait longer. Or heck, they could refund me. No I want the item and at the sale price which was almost half off.
We purchased matching bookshelves we already got in and we built them so we can’t take them back to Walmart to instead get new ones that might match a different item and color which means we would be out even more money than if we just had to take our refund and go elsewhere. I asked if they could substitute a like item of size and color and was denied. Today I was told to wait another 7-10 days to see if item came back in stock and then they would ship another one by same method who still doesn’t have the original to me in first place. So another month or so I’d guess...no. Then Danielle ** told me on chat that it’s not Walmart’s problem. I have this on screenshot. She said they shipped it out so now it’s the freight company’s problem and I just had to wait until they got it in no matter what.
Walmart is doing nothing to remedy this. Terrible customer service and I’m getting this out there so other customers don’t need to bother with this frustration and instead take their business elsewhere which is what I plan to do for the several other furniture pieces we had planned on matching to this. Then this morning Walmart called me and told me they lost the fireplace. How do you lose a fireplace? They said to come into the store and pick from their current stock only. They do not have the color I need nor do they have one that will fit our tv but they don’t care.
I’m filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Then they refunded my money without permission then said instead I should come in for a small discount on a future fireplace purchase but wouldn’t honor past holiday sale price so I’d have to pay more and I’m already out money because they won’t take back the two matching bookshelves I had bought in same off color because I’d already put together. They are now worthless to me.

I can honestly say I have had the worst (by far) customer experience of my entire life with Walmart.com. So much, that I feel compelled to share it with as many people as I can. If you don’t have the patience to read the whole story below, bottom line is: I’ll never do business with them again and recommend that you do the same. I purchased a digital movie on Walmart.com on Jan. 1st in the evening. Given that it was a digital movie that would be delivered by email, I expected to receive it pretty quickly. As I had not yet received it 24 hr later (nor had I received an order confirmation email), I contacted Walmart’s chat support. I was told they could not help me with that service (digital content) but another team would contact me within 24 hr. They did not.
On January 4th, in the morning, I called customer service to resolve the issue. I was told that they could see that my order was stuck at processing but didn’t understand why. They said they would report my issue to the management team, and I should receive my movie in 24-48 hr, but most likely that same day. I did not. On January 5th, in the evening, I called them again. Once again I was told they could see there was a problem with my order (still stuck at processing) and would have to escalate the issue. I was told I would receive either my movie or my order would be canceled (and a refund issued) within 2 hr. Neither happened.
I called a third time on January 6th, in the morning, and was informed that according to the escalation ticket, my issue could not be solved and the order would have to be cancelled. Although I wasn’t happy, I welcomed some kind of resolution. However, by the end of the day, I had not received a cancellation email nor a refund (and the status of my order on the website was still showing as ‘preparing order’), so I contacted them again.
This 5th interaction was the most exasperating one by far! I was told that the order could not be canceled nor a refund issued because the order had already been delivered. If we wanted a refund, we would have to dispute the claim with our financial institution. Wait, what? I can assure you it had not been delivered (I even checked my spam folder just in case). We asked to talk to a manager (Douglas, who would not give us a last name), I explained the whole situation, but all he kept saying was that the order showed as delivered and, according to their policies, he could not refund the money. When I asked to talk to someone higher ranked, he told me there was no one on the floor nor anyone else I could call. Really?? After several minutes of getting the same answer over and over, I just gave up and ended the call.
The last interaction (thus far) happened by chat a few minutes later. The representative mentioned they could see the order was still showing as not processed. We were told it should take 48-72 hr to get the movie or for them to issue a refund. We explained that at this point we just want our money back and for this whole ordeal to be over. We are still waiting but hopefully this will be the end of it. I should note that the movie costed $4.29. It is incredible to me that they were willing to lose a customer because of $4.
On my end, it wasn’t about the money, it was about the principle. If you take my money and don’t give me the product I paid for in return, you are basically stealing from me. I cannot stand still while that happens. I can honestly say I don’t intend to purchase from Walmart ever again, and every time someone even mentions Walmart, I’ll make sure to share this story. Do what you would like with this information, but you have been warned!

Provided you are an educated consumer WalMart offers several name brand items at a reduced cost to the larger pet specialty stores. However, the staff is not knowledgeable if and when you can find a person to actually help. When I decided to purchase a new puppy I went to PetSmart. Priced all the items I would need and then went to WalMart to do a comparison and by far I saved myself a good 25% if not more on certain items.

I purchased a television on Walmart.com during a great sale. The item I received was a completely different brand and didn't even have comparable features (Smart TV, HDTV). I then started the process of returning the Item via my online account. It indicated I could take it to the nearest store for the quickest resolution. We packed up the TV and went into the local Walmart customer service. After standing in line, I asked the lady if I could just exchange it for the actual TV I was supposed to have received. She said sure and told us to leave the incorrect TV there and go back to electronics to see if they had the correct one in stock.
A gentleman there found the last TV of the same model I purchased and brought it to Customer Service for us to the front of the line. The now different lady behind the counter argued and said we just cut in front of everyone else in the line. We showed her the TV that we left up there and that we had already stood in line. She was very irritated but then also didn't know how to handle the exchange.
There was a young gentleman that assisted, but overall I had to argue with both of them about it being an exchange and that I shouldn't have to pay anything different. They said they had to refund the original purchase with a gift card and then use the gift card to purchase the TV I already purchased on sale. Of course they were charging me the current price and not the sale price I originally paid. When I finally got them to realize that I wasn't going to pay the current price, the young man overrode the charge and put in the sale price. While that was all fine and good, they indicated that they would have to charge me more for tax which I didn't understand since the purchase online should have been the correct amount of tax for where they were sending my TV which was the same zip code as the Walmart store to which I was returning it.
The young man said he couldn't override the tax, so I agreed to pay the difference. So if that wasn't enough of a headache, I decided I would try to contact Walmart.com and Walmart online. Talk about being elusive, I sent an e-mail and they responded that I would have to contact the store manager. Then I went to the chat and all they told me was that the refund would be effective in 5-10 days. So neither format was useful in trying to get the simple answer to why I had to pay more for their mistake.
Convenience, yes if you get the right product. Returns and exchanges, horrible. Although it would have been more inconvenient for me, I might have been better off just returning it by mail hoping they could send me the correct product, but then I would not have a product until another 7-10 days. I can't fault the in store customer service for the incorrect product, but there seems to be a huge disparity between Walmart.com and Walmart stores.

I placed an order on Walmart.com for some perfume on December 16th and received an email that indicated an estimated arrival time of December 21 to the store nearby me. After not receiving a confirmation email from Walmart letting me know that my product was ready for pick up, I decided to visit the local Walmart in Camillus, NY on December 23. They were nice enough to let me know that my product was in transit. They couldn't tell me anything more but suggested I contact Walmart.com who could give me the tracking number. Why Walmart.com didn't send me, the customer the tracking number from UPS is beyond me. I also don't understand why the local Walmart wasn't able to give me the same information that Walmart.com had which resulted in me having to contact Walmart.com.
I proceeded to call Walmart.com, and besides receiving the tracking number they were able to tell me that it looks as if the product I ordered on the 16th was going to arrive in the Camillus store on the 26th. They also told me that the product I ordered for my wife was actually in Syracuse as of 2:00am on the 23rd of December. When I called UPS to ask why it would take until Tuesday, the 26th to have my package delivered to the Walmart in Camillus, I was told that it could take up to 10 business days, and since this was a land package they don't deliver on Sundays or holidays. Hence why my package won't get to Walmart until this Tuesday, December 26. Merry Christmas!
UPS was nice enough to let me know that Walmart.com did NOT transmit the order to UPS until three days later or December 19th. IN THIS DAY AND AGE OF TECHNOLOGY, THAT IS UNWARRANTED! Had Walmart.com processed the order right away, there would have been a good possibility that my wife's package would have arrived on time.
What bothers me the most is the breakdown in communications from Walmart.com. Never once did they indicate in the email I received with my order confirmation that the delivery could take up to 10 business days, nor did they offer me an option to expedite. For the right price I would have paid for quicker shipping or I would have gone to Amazon.com where I have NEVER had an issue with timely delivery. After reading some of the complaints on the Consumer Affairs website, it is clear to me that I am not the only one who has been impacted by poor communication. There is no reason for this as I made sure there was enough money on it before shopping. The total cost was $400. And a little change. Now that may not seem like a lot but it's all I had enough to get for 7 granddaughters. Anyhow the cashier said let's try it again and it was denied again. So I stepped aside to call about my account and it said I only had $74. In my account. This is not possible because before when I checked there was over $1000.
On my account. So I was taken to customer service where the lady checked the records for that register and she said it never went through. So my husband who was in another state called the bank and was told the problem was Walmart double charged me and there was no reason for it being rejected. After waiting for a call back from my husband I returned to the long line again to tell the lady what they said. She was not too happy and repeated what she said to me before that there was no charges taken from my card because it was denied. She called for someone by the name of Eric to double check it and he agreed with her. So I told my husband what they said and once again he called bank.
The bank ended up calling the Walmart to speak with her. I waited and waited with nothing from this woman at all. Finally I asked her what the bank had to say, and she says they just asked a couple of questions and hung up. Not true, and she could have called me up to the desk again as I was off to the side waiting all this time (an hour and a half I waited for her to do nothing. With one of my granddaughters) she called an assistant manager on the phone and then told me there was nothing she could do. Well by this time my husband has called back to tell me that the bank tried talking to them and telling them that it shows they did in fact double charge me while telling me my card was being rejected.
So now the bank will be filing a paper on it to fight this and I'm pretty mad as well as heartbroken that I don't have gifts for my granddaughters for Christmas. I'm on disability due to MDS. And my husband is a truck driver so we don't make a lot of money and had to wait until now to get present due to our situation. I have to say for as much as I shop at Walmart I'm pretty upset at the way this was handled as well as you have just ruined any happiness I would have had for the holidays.

Had a nightmare at Walmart money store. A business friend at Salt Lake City Walmart sent funds to me via Walmart to Walmart and he emailed me the receipt. I went to pick up the funds, produced ID and noticed the person at Salt Lake City who keyed in the order did a typo, should have placed an L in my name but placed an I. I was at the Walmart store in Mililani Hawaii and asked for their help at the money store and spoke to their manager. I produced all docs to support the funds were to go to me and they refuse to help, they said needs to be fixed at Salt Lake City.
I called Salt Lake City Walmart and it was very difficult to get anyone who spoke decent English. I asked for a manager at the store and they refused to help me, did not want to talk with me and hung up on me, crazy rude. They hung up on me as I was in front of the manager at the Mililani, Hawaii store. I called back and asked for the manager to the money store at Salt Lake and finally got to this manager at their money store, and I was at the Walmart in Mililani on the phone at the same time. Their money store manager refused to accept their typo, he said he cannot make a change over the phone but all I wanted him to do was to pick up the hardcopy my friend filled in to send the money and check if in the name if his staff did a typo and input an I which should have been an L in my name. If so, fix the data in the computer so I can get the funds.
He refused, refused to take responsibility, refused to talk to the manager at the Walmart I was at. I had all the necessary documentation, the sender’s info, my info and he said my friend has to go back in to the Salt Lake City store and fix (Walmart’s error). My friend is in biz, traveling, now he is on an airplane, traveling on biz, very disturbed at Walmart’s lack of common sense and lack of support. No one at Walmart wanted to take responsibility for their actions. Suggest: Walmart hire people who can speak and write English fluently, esp in handling money and entering anything into a computer. I called my friend to go back in to the store and he is gone... Now Walmart has the money and we cannot extract. I am done with Walmart money store, their level of incompetence is only exceeded by their lack of accepting responsibility for their actions and inactions.

Rude customer service rep. I went in and bought a 2 pack leggings. Got them home and it was only 1 pair not 2. I called to tell them and the lady said I should have seen it before I left the store so I have to drive 15 minutes again to fix the problem which means I’m going to be late for a important meeting that I bought them for.

I went into the store to make a Christmas purchase. The sales associate and csm was very helpful and nice. I didn't want my kids to see the purchase so I had my older child take the younger one into tune clothing section to pick out clothing that I also was going to purchase. 2 female associates working that department snatched the clothing out of my kids hands and scolded them. My children immediately came to tell me what happened I reported it to the csm that helped me and she called the assistant manager over named John. He was rude, nasty and very disrespectful in front in my children as they were describing the associates and telling him what happened. I will be contacting corporate for some of the things that he inappropriately said as well. I asked for a refund in which he acted as if he didn't want to process.

We ordered a futon bed with bunk over it. The 1st one that was sent was lost in shipping. After over a month of waiting, we got our bed. The box was in very bad shape, holes in it & the bed was damage. Even a few parts were missing. When we called they said if we return it they will gives us a refund or they would give us a $10 gift card. We needed the bed for our company. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from Walmart again.

The 1 Hour Photo Center of Walmart Superstore located at 13425 Community Road Poway, CA 92064 is the rudest and most inefficient 1 hour photo center I've ever used. I placed a custom Christmas cards order online with walmart.com 12/11/17. Received an email to confirm order and another email next day notifying order is ready to pick up. Also received two cell phone texts afterwards from Walmart to remind me of the pick up. I went to the photo center 12/13/17, the staff at the Poway Walmart photo center became impatient after he fumbled through all the drawers for almost 40 minutes and couldn't locate my order. He grumbled and proclaimed the order either didn't go through or still stuck in the "order queue" because they're out of printing paper since yesterday.
I told him the texts I got show the cards are ready for pick up and he replied angrily that the texts are not from their photo center but from walmart.com and that they have nothing to do with the texts I received. He walked away expressionless without any apologies for the confusion between their online and local store. And I walked away without any cards or the knowledge of whereabouts of my cards. Even though I haven't paid for the cards yet, I am very upset because the cards will contain my family pictures I uploaded to Walmart.com. Well, I guess it's Walmart and I should expect too much. I am so done with their "1 hour" services.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND I WILL MAKE SURE I NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY IN THIS STORE!!! Please explain to me how a store can lose such a huge item in online delivery! We ordered a go kart on 11-27-17 online to be picked up at the store on 11-29-17 for a birthday gift 12-5-17 SO IT'S NOT A CHRISTMAS GIFT!! The birthday has come and gone and still no go kart so when I call every day I get the same ** excuse that it's in transit or it was lost and reordered twice but still it's lost in transit! So I see another location has the same unit we ordered but they won't call the store to do a transfer for the item that's sitting there! I have been told, "Well you can purchase another one while you wait for your refund!" You got to-be kidding me...
THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! THEIR RESPONSE PRICELESS... All that I got was I'm sorry... Not once but numerous phone calls. I will assure you I will never spend another dime and I hope that people do their homework before ever making such a large online purchase!! So we had to cancel today 12-13-17 'cause they're not sure when it comes out of transit, no-one has an answer, so we cancelled it so I can find my child another item from somewhere else...

I ordered a set of fitness tracker bands - and paid for them - and they were delivered to a strange address across the country instead of me, via UPS. Walmart.com and its retailer "Lifehealthy usa inc" REFUSED to refund the money paid for an item never received, nor re-ship it to the correct address. When the customer service associate told me I was out of luck, I told her I would not order from Walmart.com again and she said she would feel the same way if she was in my shoes. Wow. Way to go, Walmart. From other reviewers (and Walmart's own employees) it sounds like this is a common problem. Pretty crappy to steal from your customers, Walmart. I'll bet that really adds up for you over time and millions of rip offs.

After reviewing this website it sure looks like this is a very common scam originating in China. I will not buy anything from Walmart.com ever again. Here it is the 8th and no idea where it is at. It is so frustrating because had I known it would take this long I would have ordered from another business. I purchased a hoverboard on Walmart.com on Thanksgiving. It was a very busy day but I wanted to take advantage of the early Black Friday deals. I did not realize when I took advantage of the deal for the hoverboard that I was purchasing through a third party on Walmart’s website. The hoverboard did not arrive in 2 days as stated when I ordered but no big deal. I didn’t need it till Christmas. I kept doing the online tracking only to find out that my ordered was delivered in a mailbox to a completely different state. Kind of odd it was delivered in a mailbox being it was a hoverboard.
I called them and they told me they would contact the third party and I needed to give them 24 hours to respond. I did get a response in broken Chinese English that their system incorrectly sent to the wrong address and they would send a new one. I did finally receive my new shipment 2 days ago which was not the product I ordered. I called Walmart and the only thing they will do is contact the third party and I have to allow them 48 hours to respond. They will not live up to what was advertised on their website. All I wanted was the product I ordered. They told me I could go to their store and purchase a similar product that does not have Bluetooth speakers for more money. Needless to say I will probably never shop there again??!!

I have had the worst experience shopping through Walmart online. Three of my packages were lost. I ordered a game called Horizon: Zero Dawn, a makeup set, and a VR headset and when I called to report it lost, I was given the number to the 3rd party to call myself for two of my missing packages. For the third missing package I was told to contact FedEx for reimbursement. I call FedEx and they claim it has a signature. A signature that doesn't even belong to me. They don't even make themselves responsible. Here I am giving away free money to a company that doesn't provide good customer service. I refuse to order online from Wal-Mart or shop in any Wal-Mart store. I am upset because I trusted Walmart by paying for my items and when I call Walmart for help the customer service is horrible.
Walmart should learn from Amazon. They are the best at customer service. When a package goes missing they contact the 3rd party themselves and they stay on the line to ensure that their customers are taken care of. They also reimburse you no matter if it's a 3rd party or not. All my purchases moving forward will be to Amazon because I know they will take care of me when there's human error/mistakes when it's either from the postal carriers or 3rd party vendors. My experience with Amazon is absolutely flawless compared to Walmart. Fix your policies. You have seem to have lost your interest to provide quality customer service.
