So I bought one of those big lol surprise balls ahead for my daughter for Christmas. I happened to find one on clearance marked down to $49, since it was a better deal than the original $70 price tag I grabbed one for a friend as well. I had them print out gift receipts just in case, I was happy I did at first because during the return timeframe my daughter became obsessed with the new bigger lol surprise ball. I sent my husband to return the one I bought for $49 + tax and told him to just put the money toward the newer pricier one.
The item only rang up as $17 with the gift receipt, they scanned the gift receipt and the item itself and said it only came up as $17, I ended up keeping the item to list on a local buy sell trade site to try to get my money back. I thought the whole point of a gift receipt was to refund the amount someone spent on a gift to buy something else, not shortchange someone by over $32 + tax, what a crock. I wonder how many other people get ripped off.

I placed an order online. Received confirmation that the items arrived at the store for pick up. When I arrived to pick up my items I was informed only one item was there. I provided confirmation that all items are signed for by the store representative I was informed I should come back in a couple of days. No effort or assurance that my issue will even be escalated for further assistance. This order is fully paid for and now I need to make calls and who knows if I will even receive the items I ordered a week ago.

Some Wal-Marts have very pleasant and customer service oriented employees. While others have employees you can tell are just there for a paycheck. So in my experience, it all depends which store you go to. Having to go to multiple stores to get certain items, because all Wal-Marts do not carry the same items, makes it inconvenient. It would also be a big help if all Wal-Marts were set up the same.

I purchased three (3) green peppers from the produce department. The price sticker was .78 per pepper. When I looked at my receipt I was charged .84 per pepper. It is only .06 cents per pepper or a total of .18 cents. Immaterial, however I was overcharged the prior week for peppers and felt annoyed that the price tag was not changed to reflect the actual charge, so I went to customer service to explain the issue. The customer service clerk understood but was going to give me a refund because she said that was the right thing to do.
After over 5 minutes of her and another clerk trying to rectify this, she gave me a penny. I just looked at her. I decided to call and speak to the store manager. I was connected to an assistant manager who spoke very rudely. He said he wasn't over produce but would walk over there and take care of it. I said "I thought you were the assistant manager"? He said "over one department, there are multiple assistant managers". This was going nowhere. Not only could they not calculate the correct amount to refund, but I could not get connected to the store manager! What a waste of time.

I placed an order online 2 weeks before Christmas to give myself enough time to wrap my gifts. The order shows up and the entire order is missing. They sent 2 items which I didn't even order. Called up customer service. What a nightmare that was. No solution to my problem. Had to repeat myself over and over again. Telling me they delivered my items to the wrong address. How is that possible when I did receive an order that wasn't mine? Not to mention the packaging slips in the incorrect order was the stuff I ordered, the customer service rep wants to offer me $10.00 for the inconvenience caused. That's not even close to the stress it's causing me. Now I have to wait for my refund then go shopping at Toys R Us. THANKS, WALMART BUT NEVER AGAIN!!! I will make sure none of my family or friends shops with Walmart ever again.

Walmart is in a class by itself. They do not seem selective about the employees they hire. Many have no concept of customer service. Most times when shopping I find I can find an item I'm looking for at a cheaper cost. But with that cost reduction I find the quality is just not what other stores offer at a similar price or moderate increase. And these "greeters" have just got to go. I refuse to share my receipt with anybody upon exiting any store.

Ordered 2 food processors in a 60 day period. These were ordered through the grocery pick up app. Both processors either never worked out of the box or stopped working in less than 30 days. Called customer care line because that's what the employee from the pickup dept stated to do. Called customer care, they said neither item could be refunded because they had to be returned back to the store for a refund. Took the items back, the CS dept could not look up my order with the order numbers provided in my email when the items were picked up and paid for, not found using an email address or my phone number. All if these items were listed as paid for on the email with my receipt. It sounds like technology is behind when it comes to online pickup orders and the store inability to look up your items you actually received from that store.
After about 15 min and 3 people trying to figure this out, they wanted to offer me a gift card to use in the store for my refund. I said, "But why, I have a receipt and these were paid for through my debit card. I want a refund since the items I bought were defective or stopped working after less than 5 uses." I was finally given a credit back into my account, let's see how long it takes for them to give that refund. This cured my ideas for ever purchasing any household appliance or houseware items that are plugged in and require power to run. They make it a point to waste your time and take their time to give you a refund on products that are substandard. I will be making purchases like this at others stores other than Walmart, from now on.

Wal-mart offers work for older Americans. They may buy their stuff from China, but so do a lot of other places. You do have to watch what you buy from them as sometimes you can do better at another Store. We are limited to a Wal-mart and a Target where we live. I do like to shop at Target as well. We have a BBBY also.

Shopping at Walmart is a chore, one of the reasons that I buy my medicine there but almost nothing else. There was a time even two years ago when I bought almost everything there, but their miserable customer service, their lack of sales help on the floor, and the three registers that they can keep open made me discover Kroger for my groceries and my local farm store for my pet supplies. If I lived closer to a large city, I wouldn't use Walmart for anything.

I ordered something on Cyber Monday and it was a bundle and came with a gift card as an extra add item. They cancelled my order. When I called to find out why it took two hours to get nowhere. The system kicked my order out. I spend lots of money at no less than 10 other retailers and every other item I ordered I received. Now they will not honor the price from that day (about $50 on a $300 item) or honor the extra gift card (a $35 value). When I received the email from them there was no reason given but a link to their website.
They have the worst website for trying to get a number to call them so that took forever trying to navigate. Once I finally got a live person on the phone I spoke to four different people both Tier one and Tier two. None of whom could tell me exactly why my order was cancelled. After two hours of my life I will never get back, I still can’t understand why Walmart cannot get their customer service up to par with that of Amazon, Zappos or even Target. I promise they are not worth the time or aggravation of dealing with! Time to boycott Walmart and deal with retailers that have figured out the customer service side of things!!!

Ordered online and did not receive items as promised. FedEx only had a shipping label from Walmart with no package. Walmart showed items shipped and collected payment. When I called Walmart customer service they noticed the items were never given to FedEx to send. The customer service agent blamed FedEx, and stated she doesn't have an answer for me as to "why it happened," and had the nerve to say "that's why I never do online shopping." What a way to support her company's mission to be competitive in online shopping.
So, she reordered my items and said she cannot guarantee shipment. What a lack of management oversight! Definitely not a reliable place to do online shopping, they will charge you for items that aren't actually sent (but will create a shipping label), and still not guarantee shipment for your order. Poor management, shady business antics, poor customer service, and definitely not competitive compared to other online shopping experiences.

I placed an order with Walmart last August. When the order wasn’t delivered in the 2 day shipping I returned the order online and was told to take the items to my local Walmart store. They gave me no receipt because it was already returned online, they would ship the items back. Now Walmart is saying that they didn’t receive the items back, no record of items that I returned to the store. They claim they sent an email telling me this and I was responsible for the entire amount of order. I never got an email about this and now my credit card is still charging me and Walmart doesn’t believe I took the packages to the store. I didn’t even open the packages, wrote return to sender on them and left them with the customer service desk at the store.
There is NO reason I should pay for items I don’t have! I’m tired of getting somebody different every time I call their helpline, each person has a different story and no one will help me. I’m in the middle with Walmart and my credit card company. I’m going up the corporate ladder with detailed information and transcription. It’s been two weeks, no resolutions. Never order anything online, returning is a nightmare!!!

Walmart.com is the worse company I have dealt with in DECADES. I ordered an iPad on Black Friday, Nov 23, which the website said I could pick up in store that day. After I placed/paid for the order I got a message saying it would take two days to process. Later that day later I got a message telling me the order was canceled. The following morning I get a message saying the order was delayed, and not yet ready for pickup [not canceled]. The following day I check online and it says the order was canceled. At this point my son crying because he had been excitedly awaiting his iPad.
Separately, on the same day, Nov 23, I order a Fitbit. I get an email on Nov 24 letting me the item is ready for pickup. Heading out the door, I go to print the confirmation number and see another message the order was not ready. I would be notified when it was available. I cancel that order and use the company I typically use for online purchases. I have the Fitbit in 48 hours, no hassle. Yesterday I discover that Walmart has not refunded me for my purchase, so tonight I spend 20 minutes trying to figure out how to get my refund and that is now pending. This was a total of NINE conflicting messages/errors about these two purchases. APPALLING and hurtful to customers who trust they can deliver a product!

At this point, I'm at a complete loss about my entire experience ordering from Walmart.com on Black Friday. Since I placed an order for a PS4 Spiderman bundle on Thanksgiving Day, I have spoke with managers at the store, spoke with a supervisor at the Corporate Customer Center, and even tried emailing them after they apparently lost my order.
No one has been helpful at all. Instead of swapping, finding a way to reorder, or simply just locating the item that they lost, I am stuck with no way to get the item again because it is unsurprisingly since sold-out. All I have been looking for is for someone at the company to take responsibility for an item they completely failed to get to me in a timely manner and even at all in the first place. This has definitely let me know to never order anything from Walmart.com, and I believe it might be better to just stay away from the store altogether based on the tremendously bad consumer service that I've experienced.

My sister and I went to the 103rd St Wal-Mart Jacksonville and we were looking to exchange some Christmas lights that were supposed to be white according to the box and they were multi colored. They would not exchange because they said it was bought at another Wal-Mart and they didn't carry the same ones so we went back and looked and they do have the same ones so we asked to speak to another manager and she implies we are stealing so I took the box we already paid for and smashed them on the customer service desk and then I removed the rest from the box and smashed those too and then threw them off the desk and then gave them the most derogatory words that one can say. I did feel better since the lights were only 12 bucks.

I placed a large order on Walmart.com on Black Friday. I received all of my items slowly. My last item seems to have been lost. I spent hours trying to fix this problem. I finally was able to reorder it and get the original price. I was very happy until the next day when my order was canceled. I called and tried to fix the problem again. This time no satisfaction. I was told they would give me a $30 adjustment to another Instant Pot. Only their prices of any in stock were way overpriced. I canceled my order to get my refunded money. I reordered at a better price at another company. So Black Friday at Walmart is a bait and switch game.

My husband and I found a fireplace we liked at Lowe's website during Cyber Monday/week. Unfortunately they had none in stock so we called Walmart's customer online service as we noticed they had the same one. My husband asked if they were able to give us a price match. They put him on hold and came back to say yes we can but we had to purchase it first and call back to get the difference. A reference number was given to confirm the price match. Long story short!! We ordered, called back and they told us they couldn't price match cause it was from a third party. My husband argued with them for over an hour. Finally he says... "Cancel our order please" so they tell us they can't. That we had to go online and cancel it there.
I go online and my order doesn't even show nor is there a cancel order option to that order so we call back. By this time it's like the fifth person we have spoken to. He says, "Yes I can cancel it" and tells us it has and to expect an email of cancellation within the next 24hours. We got the email... Stating that our order has been shipped. I will never shop at Walmart again!!! If there was a zero star option that is exactly what they would get. I don't care if it's a third party seller... You have it on your website that you are selling it. As soon as it gets here it will be going straight back.

First off I have a 1 year and a extended warranty for 2 years on my Hamilton Beach microwave. However they won't fix my microwave because what is broken on it is not cover which is crap. I have 3 small children. My 3 year old had a fit and threw a toy at the door and broke the glass. I'm not rich so I cannot afford a new one. It's way too close to Christmas for that BS. Why do we buy warranties if the door is not covered. WTF Walmart. I'm pregnant so I cannot even use it as is. I won't harm my unborn child because Walmart won't fix the door. Like really it's just a piece of glass and you can't fix it.
Walmart needs to reevaluate their warranty plans to accommodate every part of their electronics. Anything can happen and if I pay almost $80 for your appliances you should fix anything wrong with it not just electrical stuff. I'm very upset. I can't use it. I haven't even had it for 90 days. WTF Walmart. I will never get your protection plan if you can't fix everything. I would give them 0 stars but to write this I had to give at least 1. Very unhappy customer.

I ordered 2 Xbox Ones on Black Friday. I canceled one, and since I couldn't add to the existing order I had to place a 2nd order for that item. Fast forward 5 days. I notice my checking account that Walmart has released my money for the holds on my order. I called Walmart and was told this. "We have no idea why this is happening." They went on to say my order was on hold. I cancelled that order. After all, I had my money they haven't started processing anyway. I placed a 3rd order. It's been 9 days, the items haven't moved, Walmart doesn't know anything and I have 750 dollars out there in debits for stuff I don't have.
Now here is the really crappy part. I ordered online for store pickup as the items I ordered was in store inventory. This is the only reason I even used Walmart. After I place the order, no it's not in store inventory at all. Never mind the TV commercials guarantees next day store delivery. Not sure how I am handling this yet, but it's probably going to involve small claims court. They didn't honor the in store pick up. They wouldn't give me Black Friday pricing on the others. My final reason is to recover damages for the 10 to 15 hours I've wasted trying to do business. I had no idea that Walmart was like this. Any calls or chats are the same, who knows and who cares. I was offered a 5 dollar discount like that means anything. They won't get a dime from me from here on out.

After taking his sweet time, he finally asked what could he do for me, and I took my receipt out and started to take my items out the bag. Before even looking at my receipt, he starts to interrogate me.
He starts by asking why didn’t I have a sticker on my bag? Huh? What sticker? I said I didn’t know anything about a sticker, to which he said someone was supposed to place one on my bag when I walked in. Well, I told him there was no one at the door to give me one. I was starting to feel mildly annoyed, but still ok, until he asked me in an accusing way, which door did I come through. What?!? Does it even matter? Now, he was making feel like I did something wrong, but I answered him politely anyways. What happened next left me speechless, he took my receipt, told me to wait while he checked, when through a door across the floor.
Finally, he comes back and says it’s ok, and proceeds to do the return. I was livid at this point. He actually went to check the security camera if I had actually walked in said door? I questioned him, and he said he was doing his job. Since when was it ok for a store to make a customer feel like criminal without justification? So now receipts aren’t even enough? They said call customer service. So, then, who are THEY??? FEELS LIKE BAIT AND SWITCH.

I ordered a Dell Inspiron computer on Black Friday, but the computer was not labeled a Black Friday deal. After I completed my order, the response on the computer was Thank You for your order as always. The next day I saw an email that said Walmart canceled your order due to my cc payment not passing their security checks. So I thought no big deal, I'll just re-order. The original order price was about $570.00. Today (2 days later) the price is $749, so I call the 800 customer service line and they will not honor the original price stating because it was on Black Friday their policy is not to honor the price even though they are the ones who canceled my order. This is straight up price swapping in my opinion in order to get consumers to order more items from them and then the one thing you went online for, they pull a switch on you. Walmart just lost my business for sure, and I will be letting everyone I can know about this lack of business ethics.

Walmart has recently changed its Savings Catcher Program as of 10/29/18. It is no longer a customer friendly option. This is their explanation of the new method of participation. "As of today, our Terms of Use for Savings Catcher has changed, and Walmart Pay will be the exclusive way to submit your receipt to Savings Catcher. This will allow you to both submit and spend your Savings Catcher rewards within the same Walmart Pay experience. Due to this change, the ability to submit scanned receipts within the app or submit via desktop has been discontinued."
Unfortunately, in order to utilize the Walmart Pay app it requires the use of a 'Smart Phone.' Believe it or not, there are still people in this world who do not use 'Smart Phones.' There are people who cannot afford the outrageous continuing cost of owning a 'Smart Phone.' Those are most likely the people who would benefit the greatest from participation in the very Savings Catcher program which they are no longer able to access due to this change in term.
We did contact Walmart Corporate headquarters by calling 1-800-WALMART. And while we were advised repeatedly that "Walmart" did not wish to lose any of their valued customers, unfortunately there was no other way to accommodate a customer who does not have a "Smart Phone" that will enable their participation in their Savings Catcher program. End of story - ADIOS! It is a sad commentary that I now find myself traveling to other competitors in my area instead of driving a simple two blocks from my home rather than waste my time and money at Walmart.

I recently returned a coffee maker that after two weeks was not working. The first person at the end of the long line said I had to go get another one so they could scan the barcode. Upon explaining it did not work and producing my receipt, the person next to my associate looked over and thought I was returning the new one in a box with a sensor I was told to get. She started to get involved and I had to explain I was told to get a new one for them to scan as I did not have a box. The person attending to me must have been new and allowed this woman to take over while she kept her customer waiting. She then told me “they needed the box” so I could not return the item only exchange it for the same thing. I hardly would want the same one if after two weeks the sensor stopped working. And I said their return policy doesn't state you need to hold onto the box. It says Walmart will return any item within 90 days with or without the receipt.
They then called another associate who came by after several minutes and after explaining the situation, she said she would have to call someone. All this time the return line is getting longer. Finally after the call, she told the associate to process the return. The associate proceeds to take the coffee maker which I had wrapped in a box (as it had a glass carafe) and the other associate next to her tells her she needs to unwrap it and give the box back to me. My associate then proceeds to process the credit to my charge and instead to crediting my charge, puts it through as a purchase. Thankfully I caught it, hope it was not processed that way. Will check my next statement. Then end result is I will Never shop here again, and will certainly tell my friends and family not to shop there. Also the return line was so long now and it isn’t even Christmas! Such poor customer service which affected all of us on the return line.

I've spent this afternoon talking with several Customer Service Reps & even called Corporate who connected me once again to "Customer Service". I ordered a large photo album, about 3x the size of standard so my cost was 3x too. Today I rec'd a Fedex package. with an insert showing my address & first page of the photo album I should have rec'd; however inside was a standard photo album of two girls I don't recognize. I can only assume they rec'd my album. I am so upset because most of my photos were of my grandchild. In this world of high-tech security, you'd think Walmart would have a back-up plan to locate where they actually sent my photo album!!!
The albums need to have a number printed on the back that would identify the owners, in which case at least an honest person could return it & get it re-routed to the right people. Rather, Walmart's answer was to give me a refund, tell me to order again & trash the one I rec'd in error. This is no answer! I think most anyone would be upset to know their personal photos were in the hands of strangers & possibly being thrown in the trash. This is not acceptable & I can't believe Walmart doesn't have better record-keeping methods in place. I will NEVER use their services again for photo albums. Mistakes happen, but there should be a way to follow up & make it right.

I had to contact them to find this out. The store could not tell me why other than it was cancelled after it already got to the store for pickup? On Oct 31, 2018 I requested to just refund me the 4th item its charge. The person said - "Let me take care of that for you." A few minutes later after that I went back on walmart.com and they did not do what I was just told. They REORDERED it... I canceled right then. Then on the (8th of NOV.) was told the refund was started on the 31st. And that my card/bank was holding the money... ALL LIES!
Today 10-19-2018 still no refund! Bank told me they can start a dispute but to call them and ask what is going on one more time. I called Walmart and like before they seem to take of it right now!?? Or are they? I am not sure at this point if they are lying or what? Got told it will take 3-5 business days to refund me. Why should it take like 22 or more business day to process a refund? So in Miles City Montana the only good stores you have are Walmart and Ace Hardware. There are other good stores but small ones that are expensive. Anyways Ace Hardware is another spendy one and it's more about tools obviously so that leaves Walmart store #2608. This store is the only store around for miles, hr and a half drive worth of miles in any direction going east to west. So being like the only good store you'd think they'd have better options in stock... They don't and they are terrible when it comes to keeping things in stock that are worth getting.
Half the time on the website I can't even have them do up an order to get the products in. Says not available at this time, yet I can go to another Walmart and guess what? They are available. Walmart.com was supposed to be a way to basically get an on demand stock option. Yes, some things would not be worth the money to stock just only for one sale. But I'm usually not looking at the one time unique buy. Things I need are something a lot of people would buy to so the products would sell. So wtf Walmart get it together store #2608.

This complaint is regarding the Lincolnton NC store and customer service at the corporate office. I purchased a wig my granddaughter for Halloween and the next day she changed her mind. No problem, as Walmart advertises any return with receipt with 90 days for in store purchases. To my surprise when I went to return the wig in its original packaging 2 days after Halloween with the original receipt; I was told "we don't take back Halloween items". Really where does it state that? Not on the receipt, not in the store, and not online, I searched and searched for that policy and can not find it. So I contacted corporate customer service and their response was "returns are determined by the store manager". So store managers override corporate policy? If I had known about the policy, I would have run out that night and returned it; but again that was impossible since there is nothing stating that.
In addition, the store is out of items all the time; and this is months at a time. For example, Duncan Hines yellow cake mix -- common item at any store -- they have been out for at least 3 weeks. They are out of most of the cake mix, except red velvet -- must be 60 boxes of it. LOL. The jewelry department earring rack is almost empty. Everytime I try to find out when or if the item will be in stock, the employee will state "I don't know; I just started working here."
One sales person did actually look it up for me and swore it was in stock; when I asked him to show it to me, he couldn't find it and said "they moved it I guess - I'll help you find. I'll see if it is in the back." He never bothered to come back. Customer service is terrible. They make me feel like a thief if I try to return anything and lies or hides if you need help finding something. One more thing that really upsets me, is their website. It returns everything except what you are looking for and it is impossible to do a search for a certain item, sold by Walmart in the store and is in stock. I usually just give up if I don't know the id# of the item.

Walmart is getting sloppy everyday. Never having things in stock. Making promises to customers they can't keep. Now what they do next change the saving catcher I spent all this money for Thanksgiving and now I can't scan my receipt. That why I shop to see saving. So now I have to waste my time and the customers time behind me scanning the code on the screen. WTH! I don't have time for all of this. This company is so damn greedy that they don't trust their customers to scan their own receipt when it convenient for them and not Walmart. This is why I stop spending a lot money at Walmarts. They are getting petty and petty. I shopped at many of the Walmarts and prices aren't matching up when I get to the register and then they act like they can't help solve the problem.
When they do check they don't honor the price instead they argue with you about giving you that price. It is not the customer's responsibility to clean your stores or put things where they go. Now this is a billion dollar company that's worried about a couple of dollars instead of worrying about losing a few customers. Two years ago I stopped spending a lot of money with Walmart so I go back in thinking maybe it got better. Boy was I wrong. It's even worse than what it was 2 years ago. Normally if I do go in Walmart the most I would spend is $20 or less. That's all they deserve of my money... The item was shipped from Korea. Would be delivered to the store for pickup, as doing so saved me shipping charges. The item did NOT arrive on the 17th. I received an e-mail that day saying the order was delayed and would be ready soon. I heard nothing further for 2 days. On 10/19, I contacted my local store. They were unable to help resolve the matter. The pick-up department was not open. They gave me the phone number for walmart.com customer service. I tried calling but they too were already closed. I called again on 10/20, after looking at the tracking notes on my package. The notes indicated that the shipment had not arrived, but also that the item was damaged. I was confused. Which was it?
I understand Wal-Mart does not control package handling but they could have communicated important information to me in a more timely fashion so the item could have been secured through another source prior to my daughter’s B-day.
About a week later, I decided to purchase the same item again on Walmart.com. This time Walmart.com indicated that there were two copies of the item IN-STOCK at the local store and that my order would be ready for pick-up that SAME DAY after 4 pm. I happened to be at that store for something else just before 4. Though I had not yet been notified that my order was ready, I decided to ask a “pick-up” department employee if the order could be filled since it was almost my “scheduled” pick-up time, as I really didn’t want to make another trip back to the store. The store employee was kind, but said she had no way to fill my order ahead of other orders; their system required her to only view one order at a time and the order that these appeared was system generated. As I walked through the store, I came across the TWO COPIES of the item I had ordered, right there in the store!!
I asked a cashier in that department if I could purchase the CD at the register and somehow be refunded for the walmart.com order which was in process, but had not yet been filled. He too was nice. He apologized that he was unable to help and said he didn’t have any knowledge of whether that could be done. He suggested I speak with the pick-up department or go to the service desk. I decided es not to stand in another’s line as this just would have involved more time, and the whole purpose of attempting to purchase the item during my visit was to save time. Shortly after leaving, I received an automated e-mail that my order was delayed because they had “run out” of my item. REALLY??!! Both copies of that item that I saw with my own eyes sold within minutes of my being there???
I then received an e-mail that my order would be filled the following day (Saturday). Saturday came and went and my order was not filled. I received an e-mail that evening that my order was delayed and would be ready on Sunday. Guess what?? Sunday came and went and there was still no order. I was baffled!!! I placed the order on Friday for an IN-STOCK item. How could it not be ready 3 days later?! As it turned out, the item was not filled and ready until MONDAY evening. While in-store pick-up is definitely a money saver (no shipping), it’s proven to be frustrating and highly disappointing. Every single time, I contact customer service and they say "oh I'm sorry. The order got stuck in our computer system. We'll have to cancel it and you can reorder." Of course, when I try to reorder, the price is anywhere from 40% to 100% higher. (For example, earlier this year, I ordered a medicine cabinet for $30, the order got "stuck" and I had to reorder. But the price was now $60, 100% higher). This is a constant bait and switch. Then you have to call over and over again to get your refund. I'm fed up and I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I encourage everyone else to do the same.

Since I was already late filling the prescription, I am now in danger of suffering from seizures while I wait for the prescription to be filled elsewhere. As far as I can tell my doctor has excellent ratings from patients, is an approved caregiver by my insurance, and is fully licensed with no problems.
It has recently been reported that Wal-Mart Pharmacy grades customers using NarxCare AI software, in violation of HIPAA laws and customary doctor-patient confidentiality. Now it appears they are extending their grading system to physicians as well. For my part, I will again never purchase anything from Wal-Mart. I believe their actions are intrusive and illegal. I have ordered on Walmart.com 3 times in the past few weeks. After several days I got an email on 2 of the items saying my order had been cancelled. This was due to the item not being available after all. How in the world this company has stayed in business all these years is beyond me. Observations about the store closest to us: Pharmacy dept. I was told by a store employee that they are not allowed to tell you about discounts for your meds. My last pharmacy before we moved would search for the best price on our meds. 99% of the time, literally, they text me that my meds are ready and I get there and have to make 1 or 2 trips back because they encountered an issue they don't bother to call me about. SO I have to call Dr. get it worked out then come back. This is after having to stand in a long line because they never have enough employees to fill and then check you out.
Observations about the rest of the store: Where to start, their staff is worthless to ask for help, they tell me they don't sell something rather than tell me where it is, I then find it. Even their managers. They are regularly out of the same things week after week after week after week, etc. You get the picture. Something as simple as distilled water, I have to buy extra when they do have it because it may be weeks before they have it again. Other things they're out of I'll ask when it will be in again and they tell me it's been discontinued. Then at some point later I find it again. I can usually count on only finding 3/4's of my grocery list each time I shop because they are regularly out of many of the things I buy weekly. It's quite frustrating.
There are ALWAYS people in all the aisles that are in the way of the shelves as they are stocking. Often they are standing there chatting with each other instead of doing their job which just makes it take longer and it's hard to navigate through the aisles because they are always in the way. Their carts are the worse. I usually have to pull several out before I finally find one that will roll right, it's because they have those motorized cart movers and the boys go out and get way too many carts and end up having to push them sideways to get them in the cart area. That messes up the wheels. Instead of fixing them they just keep putting them back in the row of carts.
They need to have a dress code. Not just tell them khaki pants and navy blue Walmart shirt. They should not allow them to wear skin tight pants. It's just not professional. Trying to find anyone to help you is about impossible as they've cut hours so much that they are expecting far less people to do the work of many more people. SO they are spread so thin it's hard to find anyone.

When the item arrived we opened it and we had received the one made from sawdust, but were charged for the real wood. My wife made some calls and they instructed her to bring it to our local Walmart along with all shipping papers and manual. I'm her husband so it was my job to gather all the hardware with the bookshelf and bring it to the store. When I arrived I brought it to the service desk and explained that my wife had got the approval to bring it into the local Walmart.
After the clerk spent some time on the phone talking to someone, she gave me the phone and I explained to the person that my wife had made arrangements to bring it into the local store and they would give us a refund. After an hour and fifteen minutes I was told that I could not receive a refund, that it was a third party purchase and that I would have to deal straight with the manufacturer. I took my bookcase back outside and put it in my truck and left. We were told that we would need to take pictures of the shipping papers and also of the bookshelf and email the pictures to another Walmart website. Please be very careful about online shopping. I get a call 5 minutes later saying that they couldn't do it because the tire guy called in sick. I came back to Walmart on Saturday. Again dropped off the car for tire installation. I get a call about an hour later saying the tire size was wrong.
Well now I ordered the right size. Oh and not to mention that only 2 of my tires even came in not the 4 I ordered. So I go back and yes they have some 16 inch tires there not the 18" tires I ordered. So I call Walmart online support thinking they made a mistake on the shipment. Well they give the biggest runaround. They asked me to provide the telephone number and address of the person who gave the gift which I did and then reported they couldn't verify the information. They told me to call the person and get the order information. I explained I would prefer not to tell the person I'm trying to return the gift due to already having the item.
I was then advised to call Walmart.com. I call Walmart.com and speak to 4 different people before being hung up on. All four people stated I need the order information and they couldn't verify the person's information--however they never inquired about what product it was. It is a gift why in the world would I need to verify someone else's account information for store credit? This is a terrible policy and backs customers into a corner. Now I'm stuck with this gift item when I could use other items. Additionally, the 4 people I spoke to had a real difficult time with the English language and their sentences weren't even making sense. Two tales of why I will never order from Walmart Online again; Round #1 with Walmart online-Last year I went online to pick up a 65" 4k Samsung TV that was down from $1200, to $850. I found the TV on walmart.com, purchased it and was selected same day pickup from a walmart that was on my way home from work, I purchased it around 9 am and was there around 5 pm for pickup. When I arrived at the store and went back to the online pickup center, nobody there had heard of my order, I contacted my bank to ensure that the order had processed, and it had, and to my delight it processed twice, effectively charging me double.
I was able to get those double charges canceled, but the money wouldn't be refunded for a few days (which was fine). I saw they had the TV in stock on the floor so I decided to purchase one there, well my debt card was declined due to my bank seeing it as fraud, seeing how the same item was about to be charged three times in one day (not necessarily walmarts fault, but it wouldn't have been declined if I already wasn't double charged). I had to use a credit card to purchase the TV, eventually I got my money back and all was well, but not a pleasurable experience.
Round #2 with Walmart online - I pre-ordered an Arcade 1up Street Fighter 2 cabinet back on July 28th, with an expected ship date of Sept. 24th, was charged for the item accordingly and waited patiently. Was sent an email from walmart towards the end of September about the item being delayed until Oct. 16th (ship date the 18th), not a big deal I can wait a few more weeks, even though I see some walmart stores have the item in stock. Oct. 11th I receive an email from walmart stating that there is an issue with my purchase method, I check my bank and the money I paid in July was refunded, I didn't ask for a cancellation so I'm not quite sure what had happened.
I went on my walmart account and attempted to update my payment method, but it wouldn't take my debit card, something about being "invalid payment method" so once again I pull out my credit card and it gets charged. Flash forward a few days to Oct. 17th, I get another email from walmart that the item has been delayed again until Dec. 24th, after seeing that I canceled my online order, and was luckily refunded almost immediately on my credit card. I went to check stock of the cabinet online and the walmart 5 min. from my house had them in stock, I hopped in my car and headed to the store.
Lo and behold they have 7 of them in store, sitting on the shelf. I was able to pick one up then the day before it was suppose to ship to me, which was great, but it makes me question that why if you have them in stock, on display, would the people who pre-ordered months ago get shafted and have to wait a few more months? I gave two stars because while my two online exp. we're a hassle, the products themselves work great. But rest assured, I am done ordering products from them online.

On Friday I shopped for 2 baby car seats at walmart.com. They were to be a gift, and I needed them that same day. Walmart.com showed a store a few miles away that had the seats available for same-day pickup, so I bought them online. I then received an email saying my order was "being prepared" and I should wait to pick it up until I received an email saying it was ready. Late Friday evening I received an email saying there was a delay; no more details than that.
Early Saturday morning I received an email saying the order would be ready Friday evening (obviously wrong). No details about what was going on. So Saturday I called the store where I was to pick them up, wanting to find out what had happened. I was told they were on order & they had no idea when the seats would be available. But they added that they had similar seats in the store, if I wanted to come in & buy them, then cancel the Walmart.com order. (They wouldn't be able to cancel the online order and credit the online payment back to my card in-store.). I went to the store immediately bought the seats they had, and headed home. On the way home I pulled over to cancel the walmart.com order, only to be told it could not be canceled; I would have to wait for the order to arrive at the store, then go in and "return" it & receive my refund.
Finally Tuesday an email arrived informing me that my order had arrived at the store. I immediately went in to the Pickup desk, the clerk there scooted the car seats 50 feet to the Customer service desk, and after about 10 minutes at Customer Service I was able to walk out with my walmart.com "return" completed and the amount credited back to my card. (At least I hope this is the end of the story.). Three problems here, Walmart: 1) The merchandise wasn't really in the store, ready for same-day pickup as promised; 2) you sent loads of emails about the status of the online order, but they were never very transparent about the true status of the order, and some were downright inaccurate; and 3) in-store personnel were not able to cancel the online order when I purchased substitute merchandise in-store. What a hassle! Don't expect me to try walmart.com again.

Received my item DESTROYED, inside the box. It was obviously broken BEFORE being delivered. First, my order was separated into 4 shipments, so the delivery date I was promised when I completed my purchase was quite off. My first (and only so far) delivery arrived at 1pm on a weekday, with no notice. I work during the day so I wasn’t able to receive it. Also, all the e-mails confirming my order was being shipped were completely off with dates. For example, I will receive an email on the 11th saying my estimated delivery date was on the 9th, which makes no sense and made it very hard for me to assess when I would actually get my order.
Then, when I called to complain about the broken lamp, the agent could NOT find my order because I only had a tracking number. She searched my name, my e-mail and nothing. It took more than 15 minutes for her to find my order. She was very nice, but I was extremely frustrated. I usually buy from Amazon and their service is FLAWLESS.
So again, I was told I would get a full refund for the lamp if I emailed heretohelp.ca@walmart.ca. I did, got a response saying they couldn't process my request because my e-mail was not associated with my actual order (BS, my order, delivery confirmation, etc, all from and to the same email address I used to write refund request). There is a link for me to change my e-mail and when I click, it says UNKNOWN ERROR. I'm pissed, not only because I threw $30 to the garbage, but also because customer service SUCKS beyond measure.

I ended up calling the store and told them how long I’d been waiting, so they paged someone twice over the intercom, still no one came.
Again, another person said “I’ll page someone”, still no one came. This has been a continuous problem and why I pretty much never buy fabric from them anymore but these were fabrics I needed and I was forced to leave the store without them and I threw away over an entire hour of my night after a really long day at work. It is sad that you have more rude and neglectful employees than kind and helpful ones and it’s even more sad that you allow them to get away with treating customers like they’re less important than others. I truly understand that work gets busy and hectic but making a customer wait that long is absolute nonsense. Also, forget talking to the manager. They obviously don’t care about you either, they will put you on hold and leave you hanging no matter how many times you call because they do not wanna deal with your bad experience. But I remember Walmart price match Winn Dixie So I did all my shopping at Wal-Mart. Submitted my receipt. Walmart said they had the lowest prices which was not the truth. I did some dig to see how long this had been happening and I could trace back up to 2 additional visits. Wal-Mart once was honest, but now you're cheating your customers.

Don’t order gift card from Walmart. I purchased a $100 gift card for my mom's 85th birthday, online to be sent to her via FedEx. I live in Ca and she lives in Al. When the card was not delivered as indicated on my account, I contacted their customer service Dept. Long story short, they insisted it was delivered, even though it was not and they had no evidence that it was delivered to my mother — because it was not. They refused to send another card or give me a refund. FedEx could not help me because Walmart shipped it and the request would have to come from them. I had no choice but to dispute the charge on my credit card. My mother wrote them a letter complaining about their poor customer service and saying she would not shop at their local stores anymore. I sent an email with the same complaint. That was the 2nd week in August.
Today, Oct 5, my mother received a letter from Walmart stating they failed to charge her credit card for a $100 purchase they claim she made on Aug 13, about the time I disputed the charge on my credit card. My mother has not been to a Walmart Store since before Aug 9, the day she should have received her gift card. She is appalled as I am. I suggested she call the 800 # on her letter but she is so upset she is going to the local store to talk to the “no-customer service” people. I want this letter to serve as a warning to others to avoid doing business with this company. Unless you just like a hassle.

So I bought a makeup organizer online from "topeakmart" (I will get to that later), I paid $50, it came and the size is a little too big for the area where I was going to put it, I live in a small apartment. I wanted to return it, Walmart said since it's 3rd party they can't accept it. There was no contact info, nothing to get a hold of them, "seller". After digging around I finally found their email address and their response was "We will give you 5% back and give it to a friend or for future use". WHAT THE HECK?!?! I don't even have room for the box. So they refused to take it back, after going back and forth (over a week) they said I can return it at my own shipping cost (It will cost me as much as the box). So long story short, Walmart allows 3rd party to sell on their website without making it clear and it says nothing about a return policy or anything because you would think you're buying it from Walmart! Austin Peay, Memphis, TN - Have had the Walmart App since June/2017. Nothing but issues. Called their customer service 1-800- WALMART countless times to find out why I wasn't receiving the Savings Catcher. They didn't know either as we walked through the steps of the app. Various employees @ different times. (Also, did it in person @ my local Walmart. They told me to continue calling their 800 number to resolve the issue.). My screen wasn't looking like their screens. My screen was often semi-blank or icons that were on their screens weren't showing up on my relatively new iPhone. I couldn't get the Savings Catcher feature!!!
They always said that they would escalate my problem to a higher level and email me within 5 days so that we could resolve the issue. Well, it has been @ least 6 months later since I first started my quest for answers & I haven't received any emails from any of the many employees trying to supposedly try & resolve the problem. Today I was told by another supervisor that there was nothing they would do as my purchases were over 7 days old. Although, I downloaded them immediately after purchases. I asked today's supervisor the question as to why they NEVER EVER RESPONDED WITH EMAILS. Her response to me was that they had attempted to do so once & it was undeliverable. I SMELL A RAT!!!
How is it that I receive so many emails per day from all over the place except from WALMART??? It isn't logical! Nope, it isn't in the SPAM folder, I have checked. Seeing how today's supervisor admitted only seeing one supposed email attempt. The question is why are Walmart's representatives directed to tell untruths?? (Oh, & for a company that makes as much revenue in a year as they do you would think that they would play music that isn't as staticky as theirs, while on hold. Is that another way to get rid of us???) - Just had to vent!!! I'm taking my business elsewhere!

My grandson worked and saved to buy an unlocked phone from Walmart. He purchased a phone not on a payment plan but purchased the phone outright. He asked of the phone was unlocked and was told it was. I went the following day and asked and was assured it was. They then signed him up with Straight Talk for service which clearly states no contract. Month to month use any number you like etc. SO he paid for one month card for service.
3 months later I called Walmart and Verizon to see if I could change his phone to my plan to save him $30 per month on phone service. I was told by both that we could. When I received the sim card from Verizon it would not work. I found out that Straight Talk put a lock on the phone and will not remove it for one year. There is no service agreement or plan. There is nothing in any paperwork anywhere that says the phone is locked from using it with any other service especially after being told it was unlocked.
I went back to talk to a manager who said he understood and would make some calls and call me back and promised to call me back. Month later no call. Walmart is totally misrepresenting these phone services. Their people are untrained and do not know and misrepresent the facts. Their advertising and sales pitch does not give all the facts. Their management does not keep their word. The last visit I was told there is nothing they could do because they don't make any money on the phones and if I wanted to exchange it for an unlocked phone I couldn't because it was past 15 days.
When you buy an unlocked phone and are told it is an unlocked phone you do so to avoid this very situation. The Walmart representatives lied and did not attempt to resolve this. They are ripping off poor and young people with no conscience. This is wrong taking nearly $200 from kids, misleading customers, and not standing behind the products and companies they represent. DO NOT BUY PHONES OR PLANS FROM WALMART. This is a rip off and they will not stand behind it. Walmart has always been known to stand behind their products and make it right if there is a problem. IT IS NOT THE CASE WITH STRAIGHT TALK. They will not make it right. This is WRONG!

Purchased a 'refurbished' 50" 4K HG VISIO flatscreen TV 2 yrs 9 mos ago. Approximately 6 months ago (2 yrs 3 mos after purchase) VISIO wanted to push down a software update. I accepted the update, the update processed and rebooted the TV. Upon restart, no Video and no Audio. No control of the TV whatsoever. Followed instructions on how to perform a 'hard' reboot. No good. When the TV was purchased, I had asked to purchase the 3 yr 'extended warranty'. I was told by the store manager that extended warranty coverage was not offered on 'refurbished' TV's, but I could purchase the extended warranty on my other 2 60" new TV's that I happened to be purchasing at the same time as this 50" VISIO 4K HD one.
I was assured by the manager (which I should have the been skeptical in retrospect) that I wouldn't need to purchase an extended warranty - even if it they were available to be purchased - since refurbished TV's are "factory reworked" to "new or better" standards. When I called Walmart to get guidance on how and where to return this defective unit, I was told that the warranty is only good for 90 Days and I SOL. When I asked to speak to a store manager, I was told I would have to deal directly with the manufacturer VISIO themselves. I was further told that the 3 yr extended warranty - had I bought it - would not have covered this anyway. That's the kicker.
Turns out that the warranty coverage for the extended warranty is actually an insurance policy by State Farm insurance. Walmart gets a piece of the action for selling insurance for State Farm under the guise that Walmart is providing 'extended coverage'. I'm sure it's disclaimed somewhere in their fine print. Now I'm left to contact the Regional Manager and 'Corporate' (as suggested by Lily from the Kennett Square PA Walmart Store). I was at Walmart because a family member wanted to go. I was pretty piss because I rather spend more and go to Target and get the same thing and get better customers service and less chaotic. We notice mirrors on sale and I grab one and she grab one. We saw only 1 sign that said about $5.49 which honestly seems good we didn't think much. The first one she grab had something weird on it like a crack and I grab another for her. We bought 2. The second one appear to have a hairline crack closer to the edge of the mirror which we didn't notice until we got home. Both mirrors we store properly in the car protected.
Since it was late I said I'll go back after work this week, well of course life takes over and I was able to get there 2 days later. When I got there I accidentally cracked it more which I can admit was my fault but when I tried to explain to the lady with the braids what happened she said, "Oh we have to check cameras to see if it's true..." I was like ok, that's rude...but how can cameras catch a small crack at the edge? Weird. I also said the price is wrong. She said, "Oh there was 2 styles of mirrors there $5 and $15." Ummm OK? Well put two prices there.
She was gone for like less than 5 minutes and said, "Oh no it was fine. We sold it too fine because the lady in back of you bought a pink one." I laugh. I said, "Yes that was me. I bought the pink one but what does that prove?" She didn't say we didn't see a crack which I know cameras can't catch that especially near the edge. I was pretty mad. My contact with Walmart resulted in a repeated message that the purchase was made prior to the card being registered therefore nothing could be done.
My frustration is that the card was in my possession and yet it was used for a purchase prior to giving it to my grandson. It was supposed to be a safe method of giving a gift. In fact, the instructions at the bottom of the Walmart receipt state: "IMPORTANT: Card must be set up before use. Please follow instructions on the package to set up your card. You will need the card in the package and your receipt."
I understood those instructions to mean that the funds would not be available until the instructions were followed yet, somehow, the card was used by someone else in another state before my grandson even received the card. It's Sept. 10 and the charges are still listed as "pending" on my account. Wal-Mart credit said there was a "code" problem but it was up to the local Wal-Mart to fix it. The number for Walmart.com customer service for groceries connected me to someone who said the cancellation was approved but it would take up to 5 DAYS to show up on my card. He said, I SHOULD have called them directly to cancel the order so it wouldn't "go through the system". There is nothing on the Wal-Mart website to indicate that you should call them to cancel an order.

They rarely get the orders correct. Items are left off or added. I was returning an item to Walmart customer service and was making a purchase at the same time. Instead of refunding my money, the customer service rep told me that she was applying my refund to the new purchase. What she did not mention is that she was not refunding the tax that I paid for the item. I wonder how many times Walmart makes refunds without returning the tax to customers. It appears to me that if this is a normal practice, it will certainly add up to a lot of money for Walmart and a loss to the customers. I was in a hurry on my way to an appointment and did not discover the error until later that afternoon. I will be returning the items for a refund of all of my money including the tax.

I have serious complaint regarding the store at 745 US Highway 287, Lafayette CO 80026. My husband, teenaged daughter and myself were shopping there today. It is our normal store. We have shopped there for 4 years, spending approximately $600 to $800 a month. Today, my husband and I got our weekly groceries and some clothing at a regular checkout stand. While we were doing this my daughter went and got a pair of jeans, two boxes of crackers, a Halloween decoration and a bottle of a juice drink. She was using her own money and went through the self checkout.
She came to help us after she was done and we were walking out together. When we got to the door two young ladies came up to us and one lifted a card. She showed it to my daughter who was confused. She said some initials, which after talking to friend I have found out were SSID. She didn’t explain why she stopped us at first. I thought she was collecting donations for some kids organization since she looked about 16.
She said "I need to see your receipt." I said "Oh! Okay here let me get it." My husband had walked out the doors ahead of us with our loaded down cart. She said "No. Not yours. Yours." Very rudely looking at my daughter. My daughter said "Okay sure. My bags are in my parents' cart." We walked out. There was a crowd of people staring at us. I have honestly never been so embarrassed in my life.
My daughter handed them her bags and I guess two people cannot count to 5. She had 5 items. They very rudely said "You’re coming with us!" I said "Oh wait a second. For what?” The intern, as we found out who she was later, said "Ma’am, you need to calm down.” In her best 16 year old, tough guy voice. Seriously? Yes, I’m sure she’s older than that. But, it’s hard when you’re almost 60 to not look at a child playing tough guy.
They told me it was none of my business since my daughter is 18. I said there are 5 items there! Count! They looked confused. Counted again and then said, "Oh. Okay." Then they just kind of stood there. I was very angry at their snotty accusatory attitude and said "Wow. That was a nice apology." The older one who I guess was in charge of this fiasco said "Well you didn’t give me time to get the words out!!!”
During all of this in front of the store was a group of people watching. I said "Let’s leave." Then I noticed a woman assistant manager or something official at the store, who I have seen many times, standing there observing and smirking. Her name is **. She saw me looking and started moving a cart around that was by the door. I said, "Boy, that was really some nice profiling. Grab the teenager with purple hair and accuse her of stealing." She yelled back at me across the parking lot that it wasn’t profiling and some other things. Very professional. I’m sure all of the people who witnessed this want to run back to this store for the amazing customer service. My husband was very angry. He said “Put the things in the car, I’ll be back" and went back into the store.
This ** person turned and took off when she saw him coming. I guess it was her break time or something. He went to the two young ladies who I guess are the snap Walmart store security. He read them the riot act and they apologized to him and said I shouldn’t have gotten angry at them. (I guess somehow it was my fault they made a mistake and then acted unprofessionally.) He said they were lucky we weren’t calling our lawyer. You should be more careful when you falsely accuse someone in public, loudly, of stealing. This will be my last trip to this store.

I went to the pharmacy to get medicine because I had a coupon for GoodRx. And the lady that worked there told me they were going to close for an hour because they were going to lunch. Her attitude and behavior was like I was bothering her because I wanted to start using Walmart as my pharmacy. No sorry. Nothing, I will never go back to Walmart. It was messy, dirty, and the customer service was by far the worse I have ever experienced.

Cortland Supercenter Walmart located at 819 Bennie Rd, NY 13045. The selling associate are so lazy, including management (Robin). I called the store to verify they had a particular item in stock Swai fillets 4 lbs bag. I was passed around the whole store for about 10 minutes in between holds, until I asked for a manager. Spoke with the store manager and only then I was told the item wasn’t available. My response was, "Why this wasn’t told to me during the time I was being passed around."

Walmart customer service is so unprofessional in this location. SADDLEBROOK WALMART. The employees has a lot of attitudes and very feisty. I went to Walmart to return a gift from my baby registry. Savion and the 2 girls who work in the customer service were not helpful and doesn't know what they're doing. Managers were useless. They’re more pro employees than customers satisfaction. A waste of time and energy talking and explaining to them and it will end up nothing they can do to solve the problem. I'm very disappointed!!!

I ordered gift cards online with other merchandise. When I got the gift cards I decided to call the number on the back of the cards to see if they were activated. They were not. Still waiting to be resolved. Calling has not helped. I asked for a person to speak with at the gift card area (you can’t zero out and talk to a human) and the Customer Service Rep gave me the number on the back of the card!!! Chatted with someone in line at Walmart said it would be escalated. I think they just read off a script.

Ordered pet food at a great price from Walmart's website with advertised 2 day free shipping with purchase requirements. Package was suppose to arrive 9/4 with the two day delivery and now 9/7 and still no package. The shipper (LaserShip-Tampa) acknowledges that they have the package and all that they keep saying is that it will be delivered the "next day." Their tracking history looks like a nightmare with every day listed as "out for delivery" and then no delivery. At night when the trucks come back, the tracking has an exclamation point with my town name on it.
They have a question about my area. I have spoken with the shipper about it and they say no problem, you will get your package the next day and then no package arrives as they said it would. I have never had a problem with Walmart deliveries until this shipper was used. Walmart is no help, they keep putting it back on the shipper. They won't tell the shipper to return the package to them and refund my money. Don't know what recourse I have at this point except to challenge their charge to my credit card.

On September 4, 2018 at 10 A.M. I ordered and paid for a Nintendo Switch that was in stock both at the store and warehouse. I paid for next day delivery. By 3 P.M. on the 5th I started a chat with customer support asking why I had not received any information about my purchase or shipment. They said something had happened and my order never processed. I have worked retail in shipping and receiving. That doesn't happen. So she gave me 10% off the purchase and had them rush order it for today the 6th. It's now 1:30 P.M. and the order tracker says waiting for package to arrive at USPS. So not satisfied at all with Wal-Mart online. Really need to step it up, I have never had a problem with Amazon or Ebay. I have been shopping at your store once a week since 1994. Guess I will be calling to see what has happened this time.
UPDATE. I contacted customer service again at 2 P.M. At first the woman Thelma told me, "It look like your product has been lost. Do you want me to reissue one to you? It will take a week to get to you with expedited shipping." I said, "No. How on Earth did this happen? Was it stolen?" She then said, "Well it looks like it was never sent out." I say, "Why is it going to take a whole week when next day shipping is offered?" No comment on that just offered me a $25 gift card. And a refund. So I say, "Give me the refund and I'll get it at the store." Well it takes a week to get the refund now so I can't do anything until that time. Complete headache and waste of my time and resources. Thanks a lot Wal-Mart.

I purchased Pinalim tea on Walmart website. I used the tea as instructed for twice, didn't work. I used two tea bags, didn't work. I used three tea bags, didn't work either. I took it to Walmart, I should return it through their website. The representative called me, and said, "Because of you opened the package, we cannot take it back." Nonsense! How can I say the product didn't help, if I didn't try it? Poor customer service. I stay with other online providers especially AMAZON, it's the best.

Aug 28, 2018 I placed 2 orders with Walmart. One item arrived in Aug 30 and another, I have not received. Both were guaranteed 2 day shipping. I went to Wal-Mart store, I asked customer service to help, but they told me that they could not help me because I was in the wrong Walmart. They don't care about their customers. Anyway, I had enough with Walmart, I just need my money back.

I placed an order on 8/30/18 and was guaranteed two day shipping. Received an email saying all items would be delivered by 9/1/18. On Saturday 9/1/18, I only received two of the 9 items and when I logged in, the delivery status changed to say it would not be delivered until Wednesday, 9/5/18. I did not receive any notification that there was going to be a delay in delivery nor was it given the option to consent or cancel. I emailed them and all they said my only option was to return the order once I receive it and only then would they refund my money!!!
According to the Federal Trade Commission Act, by not notifying me prior to shipping the items and giving me that option, I am entitled to a refund immediately and not have to pay for those items not shipped timely!! Had I known that they couldn't ship those items by 9/1/18, I would have not consented to the delay and would have ordered the items from Amazon! Walmart needs to be held accountable for this as it seems they are doing this to everyone, probably because they are losing business to Amazon and their Prime shipping. Now my daughter is in New Jersey without everything she needs because she left her bag at home! I am beyond angry! And all they can say is "Return your order when you receive it if you're not happy." Well what the heck am I supposed to do in the meantime! The money should have been refunded immediately so that I could purchase it again from another merchant that could still get it there faster than 9/5/18!
"Sec. 435.2 Mail, Internet, or telephone order sales. (b)(1) Where a seller is unable to ship merchandise within the applicable time set forth in paragraph (a)(1) of this section, to fail to offer to the buyer, clearly and conspicuously and without prior demand, an option either to consent to a delay in shipping or to cancel the buyer‘s order and receive a prompt refund. Said offer shall be made within a reasonable time after the seller first becomes aware of its inability to ship within the applicable time set forth in paragraph (a)(1) of this section, but in no event later than said applicable time."

I went to the Walmart at San Mateo and Central in Albuquerque, NM. After I entered the store I was chased down by an employee who ran up to me and told me they did not allow shoppers with backpacks into the store. What he was referring to was my purse which isn’t that big. My “backpack” was buckled closed. Basically, I was being accused of being a shoplifter. When I looked around me, I saw other shoppers carrying large open shoulder bags that could have very easily accommodated shoplifting. As I said, my “backpack” was buckled closed. Furthermore, I saw another shopper with a backpack-style purse which, granted, was smaller than mine — but still she was allowed to shop.
I turned to leave the store and said to the employee — “Well, I guess I’ll do my shopping elsewhere.” The employee said to me, “Have a nice day. Thank you for shopping at Walmart.” From his tone of voice and mannerism, I could tell he was really saying, “** you.” I returned the cursory and walked out. I won’t be back. I wouldn’t encourage anyone to shop there. Aside from this incident, the place looks filthy.
