    Because I wanted to Walmart this morning to do a return I ask the lady One customer service open. She told me what time it open. When they open I stood in line. Somebody was behind the counter. No one spoke to me asked me if I needed help. I say good morning and she didn't say anything so I went to the restroom and came back. Nobody was behind the desk. Somebody was walking to the guest services and I asked her, "You know if someone working back here?" The lady got rude and said, "Just give me one second now." I am a store manager myself for cuts and I work in retail. I've been a retail for over 15 years. I get it but this is a Walmart and this was poor customer service in Barrie. Unprofessional. Now the lady who did come behind a desk counter she spoke she said, "Good morning." She was nice and she helped me. This also goes off of poor training so whoever the front end manager is they need more training on their staff. Thanks you.

    I am used to a Wal-Mart superstore so could not locate items I usually purchase. While looking for items a worker instead of asking if I needed help stood in front of me to stock shelf.

    All of the Walmart stores in my area are very hard to find a parking place close to their store entrances. I am 92 years old and can't walk as far as I used to. They need police patrol outside to monitor the parking. It is not uncommon for men to drive in ahead of you and take the parking spot you are waiting for. They have no courtesy at all!!!

    Wal-Mart had fantastic prices. I will continue to shop there but dread the check out process. Wal-Mart needs to more on the front end of the store. The customer service lacks friendliness and the willingness to help. As we all know without the customers there would be no jobs.

    Checkers are usually not very nice and the store seems unmanaged! I have been told that the workers do not good benefits and management. The store is quite packed on weekends so I usually shop late nights and weekdays.

    It was a shopping trip for a lot of odds and ends which required me to go all over the store. I was able to find most of my list very quickly. However, I could not locate one item. There was no one to ask where it might be found so I come home without it.

    I was at a Neighborhood market, they only had 1 cashier open in the afternoon, then his register had a problem, and we had to move all of our items, with no help, the cashier was rude, as was his supervisor. It was just the worst service I've ever had at a Walmart. Ever.

    Walmart has good prices on many items and it's easy to get in and out. The quality of items isn't always good but I know what to purchase. I do not purchase Walmart brand cheese - bad. Walmart canned goods are ok. All in all they have anything one might need. I am not fond of their politics, however.

    They never have enough checkers long lines every time. It is hard to find someone to help you find a product or get any kind of information you may need. I live in Elgin Texas so I shop at Walmart in Elgin most the time but I have also shopped at the one in Manor Texas and it is the same way there. Also they do not keep their stock up very well at either one. I have shopped at Walmart for many decades. The ones in big cities are much better in my opinion. The ones in Elgin and Manor Texas are horrible. God Bless them. I do not know why. I guess they are just not ran right. It seems like they just don’t care. Because of my age health and income it is hard for me to go 25 miles further into Austin where there are still a few stores that care about their customers.

    I live 1 1/2 hour away from the big stores so when I go can't go visit them all. I also live in a Resort town so everything is expensive. So when I go to the City to shop it always saves me money. Walmart is consistent and usually a lot cheaper than anything. And of course usually has most of the things I am looking for also. So for me it is a nice place to get everything I need in one store.

    My main concerns are not related to the products sold. I am concerned about the employees' pay, and some of the treatment that I have witnessed firsthand while in the store. In one department, a manager was literally yelling disrespectfully at a couple of workers. I felt that redirection of any kind should be done in private, especially given the fact that they are frequently both poorly paid as well as being the breadwinner of a family.

    They need to bring back store greeters on a permanent basis. They also need to have more 'floor walkers' to help shoppers. They need to understand and speak English. I had a person help me. She was nice and polite but it was difficult getting her to understand me and vice versa.

    Wal-Mart has very good customer service people and good prices on most of their products. The only downfall is how big their stores are. They are GIANT which makes it hard for some people like me to get some items. Like having to go all the way to the back of the store for a quart of oil for the car is ridiculous. Maybe they could have an ESSENTIALS DEPARTMENT near the front of the store with things like oil and shampoo and Toilet paper and ice cream and other essentials that people can quickly get to so they can get in and get out FAST. Other than that you guys ROCK!!!

    The customer service people at WalMart are mostly unhappy people, and they show no emotion whatsoever about your concern about a product or item. I have seen very few people, other than the greeters who thank you for shopping there. I only go there for certain items that I know are significantly cheaper than at other stores. If it weren't for these few items, I would NOT shop there at all, even though they're an American company.

    I do the majority of my grocery shopping at Walmart because of the wide variety of products in one store! I buy my produce elsewhere as I have had quality issues with that. Otherwise I’m totally happy supporting our local Walmart.

    Walmart is ok with pricing, with variety of electronics, clothing and food. My only complaint is they seem to only have enough cashiers available when expecting holiday shoppers or a natural disaster. That's ridiculous when you just want to grab a few items and get out. And the self check out, in a word - joke.

    Walmart's a great store. The Honey Crisp apples in there are often times much fresher than the apples I can get at my grocery store. They have a lot of fresh produce and other items that I only go there for. The customer service is an odd thing at Walmart. I have received good customer service at Walmart the few times I've had to go to the customer service counter, never a problem there. But I have noticed the checkout lines move very slow and it is daunting when I'm approaching the checkout and see a long line because I know it's going to be slow moving. I'm used to self-service checkouts where I can move as fast as I want and other stores where the cashiers move really quickly. But Walmart is a slow-paced check out line. But for the goods Walmart provides at low prices, it's worth the slow moving lines. But it's not always slow, sometimes I get lucky and there's not a lot of people in the express lane and I actually can breeze through.

    Some are more helpful and knowledgeable than others. Some are more willing to make an effort than others. Clerk in sewing was okay, but not great. Her knowledge was limited, as was her effort. The manager in frozen foods was excellent. He cared enough to take the time. Two female clerks went way out of their way to be helpful. The clerk in the drug store section was helpful.

    My wife used their self scanner at checkout and upon finishing forgot to take her cash of $100.00 she requested. When she realized it she ran back into the store. The money was gone. The manager stated they were not responsible for loss. Told my wife to call police. They arrived and viewed their camera, but because the store's camera according to police officer the camera was misaligned. Our contention was the machine did to flash or beep nor did any attendant appear to tell us of the money left into the machine. I believe the company still should be liable and be required to refund the loss we incurred.

    Purchased at Walmart.com 3 air filters that do not fit... Trying to return is a complete nightmare...they want you to pay for postage and re-stocking fee. No one would help with this, not Walmart store, Walmart 800 or Walmart@Isave.com...A complete sham. Will never do business with Walmart or Sam's ever again, and will tell anyone I can to stay away from Walmart. The worst customer service satisfaction. They couldn't care less.     I shop at our local Super Walmart almost daily primarily because I live in the Mojave Desert 100 miles from anything else. Walmart carries most everything that I need, although they are out of stock constantly. This is my biggest complaint about Walmart. Their inventory control is POOR especially for such a giant company. The local store has NO input on this at all, which shows a lack of interest in customer satisfaction. Have had to wait 3-4 weeks on many occasions. Quality of products is improving.

    Do not buy gift from this Walmart or probably any Walmart. They do not protect all their gift card and they don't care if a crook used it instead a person that supposed to have.     Walmart is the worst store have EVER been in. Especially the one in Graham Texas. This is a small rural town and have no choice of where to shop and you can believe Walmart takes advantage of it. The store is dirty, the buggies makes so much noise you can't hear yourself think. There is never toddlers to clean buggies any longer. If you need help, you have to go and hunt for an associate and trying to check out is terrible. I try to use the self check but when I can't then I stand in line up to 30 minutes or more. Walmart used to be pretty good but not any longer. I can guarantee you if I had the money for gas to shop out of town I definitely would. Walmart is HORRIBLE.

    I have went into the store and inquiring about Walmart to Walmart and I have gotten a great experience working with the cashier and advise me that I was not in the system and that's why I can't send any money to my sister because I don't have any information about me. So I signed up for the system so I can send money to my sister and I thank her for sharing this information about the process and was happy after that.

    Ninety-five percent of the time I find what I'm looking for and at a fair price. Love that I can scan the receipt and use my Bluebird for holiday shopping. Best part is layaway, most families these days can't afford gifts or necessities (household appliances, small) without this service. Overall I will continue to shop there.

    I really don't like to go to Walmart because customer service is difficult, long lines are at every register, and the self checkout does not always work. The store is usually crowded with little help to direct you to find what you need. The prices are less than some of the other stores but the hassle of shopping is enough to send me somewhere else.

    With limited resources and almost no gas in the car, I made a decision to shop at Walmart instead of my first retail store choice. Although Walmart was twice as far as my other choice, It worked out to be the best choice that day as I breezed through the uncrowded store, picked up my list of items, checked out and proceeded to my next item on my list. Facilitating my ability to breeze through the store, was the availability of the product that I chose to purchase. The clearly visible product was easy to find as well as the price. After locating the price and the kind of product that suited my taste, I was quickly checked out and able to leave the store. As I was leaving the store, I felt great. I realized that I saved some money, purchased the exact item that I needed and accomplished all this within record time.

    When Walmart first come to Greenville S.C. I would rate my experience 5 all the way in everything. However the last few years my ratings have dropped tremendously. Prices are still great but customer service have failed very much. I continue to shop at Wal-Mart because it's very convenient, being 24 hour and Wal-Mart carry good quality products. Again Wal-Mart needs to retrain employees in customer service skills, from cashiers to CSMS. I've never had a problem with the store manager, I have found them to be very professional and eager to resolve any problem that may come up, so hat's off to them. I have only had to go to a store manager a few times never wanted to go this far especially when a tiny situation could have been resolved with customer service.

    One more very important issue, Wal-Mart women restrooms, they are not kept up to par. I don't fault Wal-Mart for what unclean persons come in the restrooms and do, but Wal-Mart need to be more observant of their restrooms because of people coming in and just not caring, you would think by looking at the restrooms that some have never seen or used one before.

    Customer service is not knowledgeable and not helpful. Don’t know the answers to questions and don’t try to find out the answers. At the register, the item I was trying to buy had a problem so an employee went to get me another. After waiting 10 minutes, I finally left without it since the employee never came back.

    I bought a bag of dog food, and it had a hole in it when I lived the 50 lb bag onto the counter strike the cashier said that isn't her job. She called someone to clean up the dog food and to go get me another bag of dog food. 30 minutes later a guy comes up with a cart with my dog food. I ended up having to left the dog food from the employee cart to mine! The employees just don't care about the customers.

    My purchase wasn't a problem. The elderly lady in front of me bought a Christmas tree and when she showed them where she had parked they told her there was no one to help load it or help tie it down! I am 66 and she was 76 but we got it done! Buy your tree at Home Depot!

    Was looking at turkeys at Wal-Mart. Some had started to defrost and had smell. Didn't get my turkey. But I did buy other items. It's close to my home. First time had that experience of bad smells. It made me believe that maybe blood had dripped into freezer.

    The store products are moved around a lot, & you have to get very close to the Microscopic price tags on the shelves to read them. Taxes here, are calculated on each item that you purchase. When you spot sale items online, they won't be available in the store, so you have to order the item, & pay EXTRA for shipping. You end up paying more for an item than if it was in the store.

    It seems if you shop at Wal-Mart during the day there are more people willing to help you and they are easier to find. Shopping at night can be a little more involved. They seem to do a lot of stocking shelves at night so you are not only going around huge pallets filled with merchandise but it is also hard to find someone to help you.

    I have been to two different Walmarts everyday for past four weeks trying to purchase their brand of a soda "Diet Dr Thunder" & there was any on shelf or in back. I was told by a couple of different grocery managers that they only get #2 cases of 6 bottles per case in at time due to the fact that they have no storage for any more. I am sooooo upset with Walmart not having enough of this soda in stock all the time --- this is VERY POOR MANAGEMENT ON THEIR PART THEREFORE LOSING CUSTOMERS!!!

    Walmart is a great place to shop with a lot of variety in merchandise. If I can't find what I want in another store, I know that Walmart will usually have it and at a better price. The only concern I may have is sometimes the employees aren't always polite and that may be because sometimes customers aren't very nice to them. Anyway, I will shop Walmart in store and online.     One of my credit cards stolen, used repeatedly, large amounts. I would not have been able to use my own credit card without showing ID in Mesa, AZ. Assisted inside by Walmart employees. Fraudulent criminals look nothing like me. Credit card company kept calling asking questions like, “Did you make these phone calls to Mexico?” Walmart perpetuates Fraud On legitimate customers, worst place to shop. From wild out of control customers on drugs, rude, disrespectful, creating toxic, hostile, environment matched only by incompetent, uneducated, untrained, employees who cannot ring up purchases correctly.     Most of employees do not speak English as primary language and trying to get them to understand is horrible and check out is terrible as many aisles are not staffed. Stocking is another problem. Store recently "Remodeled" and it is a disaster, they converted short lanes to wider lanes, for me, elderly and handicapped it is horrible. This is Dumfries store.

    I shop at Walmart because of the variety of products sold and because their prices are more affordable for my family. I recently made an online purchase. Walmart's pick up procedure had changed and the procedure they implemented did make for a quicker checkout/pickup transaction, but this was due to a service person being readily available to hand the package over to me. Walmart's in store checkout is not as favorable to me due to the fact that they have fewer than is necessary checkouts open despite the time of day and despite the number of customers waiting for a checkout.

    Pretty simple. Walmart.com advertises a product as same day pickup at a nearby store. You buy the product (before 3PM) expecting to be able to pick it up in a couple of hours. They wait until 8PM to send you an email saying that the pickup was delayed in 3 to 5 days (!!!), estimated. You try to cancel online. The website says that it isn't guaranteed to cancel it. You wonder if they even put any effort into making this work. This happened to me twice, I'm not buying anything else in Walmart.com.

    Four packages arrived at my door that I ordered from Wal-Mart. In the boxes there were a total of three sets of dumbbells making the packages 30 lbs each. Whoever packaged the boxes thought a single piece of brown packaging paper would be enough to stop 30 lbs of steel from moving around in the box. All of the boxes had a significant damage to them, but two of the packages literally had their contents hanging out of the box which was barely being held together with packaging tape. I'm honestly surprised nothing fell out and got lost in the mail.

    When I contacted Wal-Mart about this issue the website put me in contact with a customer service representative who was less than helpful. All he did was take my billing information and order number and the last thing he said to me was along the lines of, "I'm sorry your packages arrived in that condition, I hope this negative experience doesn't impacted your decision to use Wal-Mart in the near future." Needless to say I'm not getting anything shipped from Wal-Mart again. P.S. The shipping company was FedEx and I've had no problem with damaged packages from them before. However, I have contacted them about this issue and they won't be getting a great review from me either.

    I have been to several Wal-Marts where the lack of fish/Betta care is unacceptable but my worse experience is from the McDonough GA location @ 135 Willow Lane. They do not have a dedicated fish dept. in their pet section just Bettas lined up on the shelves. My assumption is they get treated like cans of food, stocked and forgotten about until bought or the next shipment comes in or they eventually die. This is a form of animal cruelty. I have complained several times to management and even contacted corporate but nothing has changed. The Betta's water is discolored, ranging from light yellow to brown with fungus or floating objects in the cups.

    Please stop selling Betta fish at this location as it appears no one cares and no one is trained on the basics on proper fish care and no fish should have to live in such conditions. Please see the pics of the situation at this location and this one wasn't even the worse out of the bunch. For a small container to have that much discoloration and waste in it means that it sat there for a very long time without water changes. This fish was extremely skinny and it appears it was not being fed. I adopted him but still had to pay for a sick/dying fish.

    Every time I order something from Walmart.com for free same day pickup at my local store, they are out of stock even though the website says they have plenty in stock. EVERY TIME! I decided to give them another chance today. Walmart.com said my local store had 4 of these items in stock. I placed the order for all 4, I waited for HOURS, only to receive an email that they said had lied once again, they didn't have ANY in stock & "Since we don't know when we'll get them in again, we've canceled the items from your order and won't charge you for them." That's real big of them.

    If they hadn't LIED in the first place, I would have ordered from Target who DID and still does have the item in stock. If they hadn't LIED, I'd have the items I need in my hands right now! I choose to have items delivered to the store because their shipping is PAINFULLY SLOW! I ordered a product that I couldn't get at the local store. It took 7 days for the order to reach me from their warehouse 300 miles away! I could have driven there and back in a few hours!

    I give up. I don't think I will EVER ORDER from Walmart.com again. I only wish I had the option to not shop in the store in my town. Unfortunately, they DROVE OUT ALL THE COMPETITION. Three great local department stores closed when Walmart bullied their way in and under cut them. My only other choice is the Target I mentioned above which is 25 miles away.     I bought a gift card from Walmart online and inadvertently put the wrong e-mail address for the recipient. I immediately tried to start a return since I noticed the error and was told online that it can't be returned since it was an on-line gift card. I have talked via phone to one customer service rep and chatted with 2 other customer service reps about the glitch. Each time I was told it would be handled and my money either returned or the card forwarded to the correct e-mail. After being told that, all of a sudden the issue had to be escalated to a "higher power" than what the rep could do and I would be contact in a few days. 3 times I was told this and I have yet to get a call, e-mail, text or anything about my issue so I am out $100.     In recent days, make a purchase through Walmart.com. The purchased items are a 12V battery and a 12V charger. Actually what I needed was 24V so I tried to return them the day after I received them at the nearest Walmart store. There I found out that the items had been purchased from a third party and therefore could not be returned to Walmart which was not responsible for anything.     Walmart I have been buying extended warranty at the cash registers and Walmart.com. When before buying they stated it's EXTENDED warranty means You get on top of In year/s of Manufacturer warranty... and it start from day you buy. I had been verifying these statement from Walmart stores and online... They stated My warranty will start from day you buy products and I do not have to call or deal with Manufacturers. "We take care of Everything and Above what manufacturers do not cover like, replace and refund..."

    I had several occasions it's been denied and lied about... Recently I had TV which I purchased from them gone dead. Had "2 years WALMART EXTENDED WARRANTY". So I called. They stated it has to go through first Manufacturer warranty then next year we pick up... so I asked, "How many years will you cover in total..." it said 1 year. First year by manufacturer another year by Walmart... BUT THEIR WARRANTY SAID 2 YEARS EXTENDED WARRANTY. So technically it should be 3 total years... IF SO THEN.

    Last years I HAD Walmart warranty. After 2 years it broke down... it was homephone unit. I submitted claim with receipt. They stated, "Your warranty just expired... it's now little over 2 years and we cannot cover." WOW!!! WHAT A FRAUD... I ASK SOME LAW FIRMS/OR LAWYER TO SUE WALMART ON behalf of all who been defrauded... there are millions who had been defrauded. WALMART CHEATS, LIED AND MANIPULATE.

    TODAY I spoke to after spending 3 hours (yes 3 hours) on phone and chat. I was transferred to specialist gentleman who declined to give his full name. Said, "WALMART DOES NOT ALLOW US TO SHARE FULL OUR NAME..." he said his first name is Mr. Francois. ID --** and stated I have to call Asurion for it. But I told I paid to Walmart and Warranty says WALMART EXTENDED WARRANTY? It doesn't says Asurion??? That don't matter he put on... (I have recording in work office cameras) but I said I am complaining about that they did not honored...

    He immediately without letting me know put me hold and some one jumped in (talk about their professionalism). His name is Terrence, said he is from escalation dept... But he refused to give first initial of his last name or even ID--said, "Walmart does not allow us to give out..." (I have recording). He was RUDE LIKE HELL... did not even allow me to finish my question and even I cannot answer his question... He said, "We cannot help you sir, you have to go through Asurion" and "WE HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT..." Wow! They took money under Walmart extended warranty and Now they have nothing to do with it? He was more abusive than anyone I ever heard...

    SO FOLKS DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WALMART. EVEN IF YOU BUY DO NOT BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY... THEY DEFRAUDED AND continues to millions with calling Walmart plan... Shame on him.     Have called Corp on this so called new policy, they had said they knew of no new policy, but at stores they make you stop for a sticker on all your return items, when you get to service desk they throw them out? Takes quite a bit of time at door with backups waiting for stickers, when one is on a tight schedule, and if you go around the line, the door greeter talks to you like you, are garbage, when all you want to do after a long day is to get in, do return do some shopping and get out. Walmart is no longer a pleasant experience, especially if you are disabled. Was told that is to deter theft by oje co mgr, who basically blames us for this change, why when you have your receipts and bagged items in hand? Has the feel that Walmart saying that we are all thieves now! No other retail store treats good customers this way.     We were on vacation visiting family and rented a house close to the store on 192 & Bass road. #1 the service took forever even in the self express lanes. But the whole time while in line the clerk was continually speaking Spanish, the last time I checked Florida was still in the United States and English is the LEGAL LANGUAGE. We felt like we were in a foreign country. Even when I got to the cashier she spoke Spanish to me, I told her English only, then she spoke very little to me but the whole time she was checking me out she was talking in rapid non stop Spanish to the override clerk.

    I had bought an item that was on clearance and she overcharged me. When I brought it to her attention she looked at the override clerk and spoke rapid Spanish and the override clerk looked at me and they both laughed. Then she charged me for the item twice and when I got back to the house and went over my receipt I called and they told me customer service was closed at that time. I had my time planned out and I had to go back to the store to get a refund and I’ll be a monkeys uncle but I got an employees that spoke Spanish to me.

    I felt I should let you know if I go to a foreign country I expect this because that’s that country’s language but Walmart should apologize to the American people because this is not what Sam Walton would have allowed. This is America and we as Americans expect our English language to be used while in the USA. I THINK I STAND FOR EVERY AMERICAN That has had to stand in line and made to feel that they are being talked about by foreigners when you can’t understand what they are saying! It’s RUDE and should not be allowed.

    I was born in Kissimmee and this is just one experience I had to endure while home visiting my family. Very unhappy about this problem. And if they can’t speak English then you shouldn’t hire them if they can’t communicate with English speaking Americans, I shouldn’t be expect to automatically know their language! Very tired of being a foreigner in America. Wake up America.

    I am so thoroughly frustrated with Walmart Online that I'm recommending that you avoid using their service to purchase anything. I've been trying to purchase a patio furniture set for more than a week. The first time I tried to purchase it the site replied that it could not be delivered to my zip code. When I contacted the customer service department they responded it was a glitch and within 48 hours it would be fixed and I should try again. I have 3-times and each time the site says it can't break delivered and each time I've been told that it's a temporary glitch in the system. It's almost as though all customer service reps are given this reply to use when they don't know for sure what's wrong.

    Even more frustrating is that I've been told that my problem has been elevated and I would expect a call from a customer service manager. Haven't gotten the call. If I don't hear from Walmart I'm going to buy from another retailer. It's just unbelievable how poorly this company treats interested buyers. Come on Walmart, get your act together.

    I am a COPD patient at home. Unable to shop and carry my Oxygen tank. So for the last two years, I have been ordering online. Because I am homebound, don't drive, and can't walk long. It's hard loading and unloading a cart with tubing hanging. I placed an order and the shipping date is ridiculous, because I anticipated using charger plates for mother's day brunch. I need three corsages for mother's day, and shipping for them were also after mother's day. I visited the site of the retailer who was selling the products and they did not show the item for sale at all, so I laced them back.

    Walmart use to do excellent service, and delivery by UPS USPS and FedEx was exceptional. Don't know what happened. If Walmart said two days, it would be two days. It may be the department employees, or computer IT techs, I had to open a new account, I don't know why. When I first got the account it was $200. And for no apparent reason, someone lowered it to $100. Just because they had the authority to. Now I get a promotion and a offer to come into the store and charge up to $150 by 12/31) 2018... I don't understand.

    Being on vacation, prior to going to our hotel, my husband and I stopped by the store on Conley Road in Columbia, Missouri, after having traveled for hours. I saw a young man stocking paper towels/toilet paper. I approached him and asked for a price check. I needed some paper towels, and the price of the ones that I wanted was not visible. Upon asking, the worker YELLED, "What?!!" We were appalled. He was very pugnacious and condescending.     I stopped shopping Walmart.com after the 3rd time out of 5 orders were canceled for no reason or explanation and my payment wasn't refunded for almost a week. In addition I purchased an office chair from a third party on Walmart.com that broke after 60 days of use. The seller offered no refund and Walmart refused to offer any refund either. Contacted Walmart customer service and was told Walmart offers virtually no protections to their online customers. What an awful company.

    Ordered few things to be shipped to my house. Check the tracking number and it claimed my items were delivered yesterday at 2:29 on front porch. Spoke with customer service who claim the package was lost in mail and offer to ship replacement item. So now I have to wait another 3 days to see if my package might show up this time. I can understand this happening every now and then but this is third time in row. Despite my gut feeling I had decided to give them a third chance to get things right but didn’t happen. I know I will no longer shop at Walmart in person or online. Their 2 day shipping is a lie and they will say they delivered package but it will never show up on your porch nor will they give you refund or discount. Walmart is a disgrace and I will keep my fingers crossed that Amazon will put them under.

    I went to the Walmart superstore located at 83rd and Stewart in Chicago, IL on 4/3/2018 to purchase a canister of Febreeze one and I asked a Walmart associate about the refills because you can reuse the canisters. He told me they did not sell the refills then I told him, "You should not be selling Febreeze One then." How stupid is this or incompetent is this.     I feared for my life at Walmart the other day. I was asked to show my receipt to some lady that works there immediately after check out. I did not have time to deal with 2 checkouts. A Sheriff came out and accused me of theft, ran my tag and detained me for not showing some lady my receipt and not showing her what I bought.     They should expand their cat food selection. There aren't hardly any healthy varieties whose 1st ingredient is meat. Most all list corn as the main ingredient. Cats are carnivorous, meat eaters! I see numerous varieties of natural, meat, dog food. Beef, chicken, salmon, turkey, venison, etc...; ie: Walmart carries Rachael Ray brands of dog food, but none for cats.

    In the past 4 weeks, I have witnessed at least TEN Bettas die from both ammonia poisoning and ich. Some of them I don't have pics of (3). There would have been more at this store if I had not have been changing their nasty water and taking and curing 4 of them... And helping 4 other ones and adopting them out. That's 18 total plus other Wal-Mart locations in the Valley makes me pretty upset???? Here are photos of 8 of them. Someone needs to put a sign up to stop overfeeding them, have more than one person who changes their water, or even better STOP ORDERING MORE. PERIOD. Problem Solved.

    I have been to Walmart 4 times in the past 2 1/2 weeks, and have bought a total of four fish. 3 of them were common goldfish, and the last one was a Calico fish. All but one of my fish have died. My calico fish died about 13 hours after I purchased it and it lost all of its color, and then they sold me a fish that was already half dead, and it died within the first 2 days I had it, and then the other one died within 3 hours after purchasing them. They have no professional experience to be taking care of those fish properly.

    I explained to them that I had not owned a fish since I was little and needed some help with what would be the best type of tank to use and proper guidelines on how to care for the fish. The guy had to look it up on his phone, and all 4 times that I have been there no one has been any help and none of them knew what they were doing. I will never be purchasing another fish from there, and while I was looking at the fish there were countless fish dead in the tanks just sitting there.

    This is a sad story. I researched best bed pillows and found, believe it or not, that Walmart offered the highest rated. I ordered two for $125.00. In a few weeks, I received a shipment of two large, put-together-yourself wooden bookshelves in heavy boxes. I had no idea who ordered the shelves and began asking my neighbors if they had ordered them. The following week I received two more. A month or so passed and I called about the pillows that never arrived. I was told that Walmart's skew number was incorrect and for each pillow I received two shelves instead.

    I was sent two labels - for four boxes? I called back for two more labels to return the bookshelves. I'm 66 years old and couldn't lift the heavy boxes to deliver them to a UPS store. I asked about UPS picking them up and was told they didn't do that. Today I've put the labels on the boxes and will deliver them myself to a UPS store. Hopefully a nice young man with muscles will help me unload them. And even more important, I'm hoping I get my $125 back from Walmart!!!

    I received a $50.00 Boston Pizza gift card from my family. Walmart and their supplier verified it was purchased at Walmart Canada. They said it was never paid for but it has a 0 balance. It was verified at Boston Pizza that it was never used. I have spoken with Boston Pizza and Walmart extensively. Walmart will not work with the supplier to assist with any details so I can ask my family to locate the credit card payment although they say it was never paid for. I have spoken with "Customer Service" several times and it is obvious they don't understand anything about the merchant gift card or want a resolution. They just said the card was never purchased...and if it was, produce the receipt. I was promised a call back by a manager, Roland ** but he does not call back after leaving several messages.

    So Walmart takes the money for gift cards and distributes it to the various merchants the cards belong to when activated. If they don't activate the card, assuming this is in error, then Boston Pizza does not get paid and the consumer has an invalid gift card. Someone has the money for this gift card and Walmart does not wish to disclose any information to help uncover if there is a problem from within or an error at the time of purchase so the consumer loses and Walmart keeps the money.

    I made a payment to my Walmart credit card on 4/17/18 and the next day I got a late fee for no reason. When I call customer service asking why I'm getting a late fee. She said that, "Your payment hasn't posted," that why I got a fee. Told her that I paid on time and shouldn't get a late and she got a attitude. So I ask for a manager the like 5 times or more. I finally spoke Tiara the manager and I let her know that I did like the Rep attitude and trying to get the late fee resolve.     I ordered a facial concealer/highlighter from Walmart.com (Hai Jing Yuan Technology Hong Kong Co. Limited). The package was "Accepted" on March 25, 2018 in Rowland Heights, CA. There were 3 other items on this order number that arrived on time as stated, however this particular item was set to arrive on April 5, 2018. It is now April 16, 2018 and I STILL haven't received this item. Through all the emails between myself, Walmart (who claims no responsibility) and Hai Jing Yuan (who states the post office's tracking system malfunctioned), I've been told I will receive my item within 7 days (that was 3 days ago) and Hai Jing Yuan offered me a partial refund of $4 and I keep the product (HAVEN'T SEEN THE ITEM NOR THE PARTIAL REFUND).

    My issue with this whole ordeal is that the item is coming from China by way of Rowland Heights, CA meaning I was duped into thinking this product was coming from a company in CA to arrive on said due date of April 5, 2018 only to find out it's coming straight from China - AND Walmart is okay with their customers being treated like this???

    I told Hai Jing Yuan AND Walmart to keep the money AND the product and that I will be filing a complaint against BOTH of them for fraudulent practices. I canceled my Walmart account and deleted the Walmart.com app. I'm STILL waiting for my concealer in the mail, Walmart could only say they were sending my concern to "higher authorities" - yeah, right, I won't be holding my breath for that one. I even tried to do a return on the item I never received and the order number information keeps sending me back to Hai Jing Yuan, who in turn keeps telling me the item is on its way, check the USPS tracking number (see image attached).     Whoever orders online regularly should notice this change. Walmart claims you get free shipping when you spend $35.00. Well I loved getting everything from them because I am for one disabled and I live 100 miles from the nearest Walmart, plus I am on a fixed income. What I notice they are now doing is charging more if you have the item delivered than if you picked it up at the store yourself. I don't see that as free shipping. Is this a loophole they have found?     My husband and I decided to go 3 days at the lake fishing because he was gonna have a 3 days weekend. We decided this on Monday. I ordered floats tubes at Costco and spent extra money for the 2 days delivery, same thing with Academy for the fishing gear. We needed waders and the best price was at Walmart. I ordered them on Tuesday, 2 days delivery. Well, on Friday everything arrived including my husband 's wader but mine is missing. I call Walmart, they don't take responsibility and transfer me to FedEx. FedEx tracked my wader and found out that Walmart didn't ship in on Wednesday like they were supposed to do (someone messed up at their warehouse I supposed) and shipped late Thursday night. So my wader was still in Texas on Friday evening (we live in Southern California) and I couldn't even pick it up.

    I ask if there was any other similar product available here in San Diego and they said they could not give me a different product and the wader I ordered was not available anywhere near me. I told them I had to leave the next morning for the 3 days vacation and they didn't care. They ask me 'What do you want me to do for you?' I replied that I wanted my wader!!! That I was gonna delay my vacation and just go for 2 days if my wader could come here the next day but no. They can't do anything. They tried to blame Google Express for this but even if I ordered through Google Express, I place the order on Walmart. This was Walmart fault!!! They made the mistake at the warehouse and ship my item too late!!! How can Google has anything to do with Walmart warehouse?!! We all entrusted Walmart to do what they were supposed to do but they failed.

    At the end Google Express give me 25$ coupon and were very nice and polite. They apologize but still 25$ is not buying my vacation and the hundreds of $ I spent for this trip. Also Considering I drove over 100 miles to found a wader after I found out Walmart messed up and still didn't found it anywhere. There is a reason I ordered online.     I purchased a BeautySleep Sanford Plush Mattress from Walmart.com and my mattress arrived at my door in horrible condition. The man who delivered it, from the start, asked me to get up into the small delivery truck and take a look at my purchase. Upon inspection, the plastic protection at the front (top) of the mattress had been broken open in several places, and the material/top of the mattress was embedded with oily-black semi-trailer brake dust, or some sort of black STAINS! The delivery driver said that I could reject the delivery but that it would probably be best if I just ACCEPT DELIVERY, and he had me take photos of not only his original delivery invoice, which proved that his company had received the mattress in its horrible condition, but he also told me to take photos of the mattress; as he took photos of his own of the mattress once he had brought it up to my house.

    The mattress was under $300.00, so it was a cheap purchase, but this should not mean that I should have had to accept a filthy mattress. Thanks to the WALMART.COM's choice of shipping/deliverers (Pilot Freight Services), and thanks to the fact that WALMART chooses to not respond to my complaints/photo proofs that THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE, entirely--I now have a brand new mattress which I've attempted to deep shampoo the top of, just so that I can now store it away in better shape than it was received, as I now wait for another, hopefully, better mattress which I've ordered from a local furniture store.

    Never will I shop here again. We brought a brand new (Roku) TV not 2 days ago. Got it home, the screen was cracked. We took it back in the box it came in with the receipt, they said they couldn't exchange it or return it. First we were told it was dusty, then told numbers didn't match. We explained the box was tore down the side when we bought it and it had a clearance tag on it. The man from electronics said it happens especially with display models so just override it and do the return. The assistant manager Stacie refused. So we basically threw away almost $500. I called and finally got a human and was told after disputed transactions they cancelled card and new one will be here in week.     I bought 2 pairs of headphone from Walmart.com. I thought that if the items not working I can return them to any Walmart store. It was wrong. Walmart.com don't accept returns for these items.     This evening I went into a WalMart BY MYSELF for a bottled water. Let me start by saying I am a 33 year old Male Army Infantry Combat Vet. Not a high schooler or college student and not with anyone else. I grabbed my bottle of water and walked up to a checkstand. I put my divider up between the lady in front of me's one beer and my water and stood there.     I applied for a Wal-Mart credit card in response to an offer I received when I was making an online purchase. The offer was that I was to receive a $25 credit, but only if I made purchase with that card that day. I applied for it and was instantly approved. The card was supposed to be automatically linked to my account so I could use it, but it would not link. I chatted with customer service and they said I had to call the next day. The next day I was told how I could manually link the card to my account and use it to make that purchase, but that I would no longer qualify for the $25 credit on my statement since I would not be making the purchase on the day the account was opened.

    After several hours and speaking with several CS reps, Wal-Mart was willing to give me the credit if I applied for a new card. I had cancelled the card I had just opened, because I felt this entire thing was such a ripoff. Especially when I was told how I could use the new card to make that purchase, by manually entering some data, but by then I would not get the promised $25 credit since it was no longer the same day that the card was approved.

    I placed an order on Walmart.com and received a confirmation email that the item had shipped. When the item never arrived, I discovered that the third party seller (LSC Services LLC) never shipped the item. When I figured out how to contact them directly, they indicated that they had a problem with shipping and my item got lost. Moreover, they no longer had any of the item left in stock to send me a replacement.

    I had chosen Walmart.com to give Amazon some competition, but based on my experience and the dozens of poor reviews on ConsumerAffairs, Walmart is clearly out of its league. Its third party sellers can't be trusted with even the most fundamental practices of a) knowing how to ship items and b) alerting customers that there might be a problem. LSC Services LLC did issue a refund. That's the only positive thing I can say about my experience.

    Walmart is the place that I feel very very special. I love to go there and they know me by name. They are always there to help me and answer my questions. Also, I have kids and I love to hear about the new things happening.

    I have a Walmart card with Synchrony Bank and I have had this card for a little over 7 months for I have never went over my limit and I have always paid on this card on time. Today 03/29/2018 I went to go pay a payment on the account and there was a message in bold telling me my account was close. The first thing I did was talk to one of the customer service rep through the online chat thing and I was told to contact TransUnion because it was in reference to something they sent over to them (Walmart, Synchrony).

    I called Synchrony 1800 number on the Walmart card and the representative stated she couldn't tell me why because she didn't have the paperwork on hand that they sent over but they will send me something in the mail within 7-10 business days. The account was close on 03/27/2018 and I didn't have any knowledge of it. Until 03/29/2018 my credit score is still the same so I'm just at a totally lost for words but I plan to file a complaint. This is just too unfair because I do not want this affecting my credit score.

    More of a selection of dog foods would be nice. More grain free dog foods would be better choices for an average family. More large sized boxes of treats would be helpful as well.

    I have shopped at Walmart often and it's apparent the sales associates require additional training so they may be able to provide satisfactory customer service. I asked several sales reps the same question on items in their departments and received totally different responses. As an example, I asked two sales associates where the Samsung Toner Cartridge 111S was located. I knew you sold this item because I purchased it there several months ago. One sales associate gave me the location and the other told me it was out of stock. Well, neither was correct, the item was no longer in Walmart's inventory. In other words, Walmart discontinued. That is just one experience, I have had several others. Since I have better things to do than waste my time, I will not shop at Walmart again.

    Very convenient to use either online, in person or by package pickup or shipping. I love going to the store to see what's new but online usually has the newest items. The new free package pickup is really great because when you want something you can usually pick it up that day.

    Recently while searching for a DVD located one in a Walmart store approximately thirteen miles from my home. After entering order information was redirected to a third party vendor on Walmart's site. Placed order thinking that Walmart would respond if there were any problems. Big mistake. Have a DVD player that doesn't work and Walmart will not take any responsibility. The irony is a player was available at Walmart but redirected to a company in California. Makes no sense.

    I have been putting up with the unsatisfactory conditions at this particular Walmart (Wetumpka Alabama) for a few years now and would change stores if it wasn't the only store within a 30 mile radius. There are so many things that are wrong with this store and its management that it would be too lengthy to list. Recently I went to purchase a set of Bluetooth Earbuds. I waited in the Electronics Department for 20 minutes before an associate even looked at me. Another 15 minutes before I finally gave up and walked out of the store. 2 days later I went to purchase the earbuds and got behind a customer at the Electronics counter. After taking care of this customer, the associate said to me to wait, that he would be with me shortly. Really?

    I was in the Garden Area of this same store and was looking at some yard lights they had on display. Glancing around, I did not see any of this same lights on the shelves. I got an associate and led her back to the display of yard lights and asked her to show me just one of the lights that was on the display. She said she couldn't and called another associate over to where we were at. I asked him the same question, show me just one of these lights that are on this display. He told me that there was none. I asked him why was this display up if these lights were unable to be purchased. He said that that is what the manager wanted and that he did not understand why either. Trying to get assistance at this store is terrible at best. You certainly do not want to infringe on an associate's time while they are on their phone or talking with another associate. How dare the customer to be so rude. I could go on and on about this store but will end my rants here.

    Although each Walmart has a different variety of items, the prices are less expensive than other stores. Usually the litter is priced good. The Walmart neighborhood store is great, however sometimes when litter is on sale, it is completely gone. Also the price display is frequently missing or items are placed far from the price amount.

    How terrible, wanted to buy a pair of shoes, not tag. Went to the counter, 3 associates standing around chit chatting. One finally said, "You need help!!" Yes, she got on the intercom and called another associate. I waited by the counter 30 minutes and nobody ever came. Other three told me they could not help me since it was not their department. After that waited in the checkout lane another 25 minutes to get rang out. Lazy employees who don't care about the place they work for, only the paycheck.

    Oh my gosh. Their money transfer is the worst transfer in all the transfer here in the States. My husband's company in Florida sent me a money via Walmart to Walmart transfer. I live in CA and the place where I live is 14 miles away from Walmart. To make sure that the transfer is available and ready for pick up I call the customer service, she ask me questions like am the sender or receiver. My name and the reference and she told me that the money is available for pick up and I need to bring my ID at any Walmart center.

    When I go to Walmart they also ask for my address verification and ID. I have the ID but address verification was save on my phone and I still need to print. The customer service of Walmart and the clerk on Walmart was saying different thing. And then it came out that I couldn't pick up the money and the clerk told me that I need to call my sender because they are going to refund the money to her. Look how sucks their system was. It's like their system were just work by very elementary student. I'm not going to recommend Walmart to Walmart transfer to any business establishment like my husband. Bank transfer is still better. Although it takes three business days but it will going to your account. This Walmart system so suck including their customer service.

    I have complained to corp. 3 times about a very annoying door greeter at this Wal-Mart (7th. St. in Joplin Mo.), his co-workers can't stand him, the cashiers and service desk get daily complaints on him, he is loud, you can hear him from front door to at least aisle 20, he is at least 6'4 and talks in a woman's voice sickly voice, and he sings his hello's. I have heard other customers when am shopping complain to each other about him. We spoke with a asst. manager on the floor, he said, he has had numerous complaints, he spoke with a manager and he got jumped all over.

    The guy stands right in front of the deli dept. and bakery, then there is Subway, all of these people have to listen to this idiot all day long, and try to hear the customer to take an order. At Christmas, he sings ho ho ho, all day long, Corp. got upset with me, said, they have been in the store when he sings, I said, "Have you tried working with it 8 hours a day." "Well no, we just gave him an award last week, for being the friendliest door greeter," I said, "Oh, he's friendly. He was bragging to all of his co-workers one morning, that they should all be more like him. Another customer told me this, she heard it on one of their morning meetings."

    I understand, everyone needs a job, but when you have someone in there that is making it hard on fellow co-workers and making paying customers a nervous wrecks, something needs to be done. This just shows the ignorance of the person that is over the 12 stores in this area, I guess, they want to be known as the Wal-Mart with the singing doorman. He is also rude to his fellow co-workers, makes snide remarks to them in the breakroom. I have not spoken with one employee at that store that likes him, they say all day long, customers are complaining about him.

    I ordered 3 items for my son's car 1 week ago. The items were going to the wrong address. I usually pick up my orders from my local store but 2 were from 3rd parties only 1 was directly from Walmart. I caught the problem immediately the next day when tracking my order. First I tried to cancel the orders which the site did not let me do. Complaint # (1) It was suppose to be a 2 day from Walmart when spending over $35 but it took 5 days to be delivered to the wrong address. (2) Unlike competitors, AMZ...N no customer service number to call so I had to talk to a person thru text who assured me that the Walmart package would be delivered to my correct address.

    (3) THE PACKAGE WAS STILL DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. (4) I contact the 3rd parties, 1 assured me that the package would be delivered to the correct address but after it was not they apologized, blamed it on another worker then said it would be taken care of. STILL NO PACKAGE. The other 3rd party said contact USPS, I did, who THEN wanted to charge me 13.95 to reroute the package, then USPS informed me that they never received the package yet. When I contacted the seller I know that they did not send the package yet so could they change the shipping address the answer was basically NO. These packages were small, yet still it’s my money and they were for my son.

    (5) I've shopped in Walmarts nationwide since opening. More than half of the employees now are not friendly, unlike TAR...T stores. When I do my early shopping there every worker greets you "good morning". (6) The crappy shopping carts that they will never fix. I will never shop at Walmart, I just bought food from there because the prices are reasonable but I am currently searching for a better option.

    NO MORE WALMART, the competitors have GREAT! customer service and the same + more products coming directly from the warehouse, sometimes same day delivery. AMA...N for all of these reason and what everyone else says is why you will find yourself closing your doors permanently very soon. Again the items did not cost a ton of money and they were small, Thank God it wasn't something expensive or large. I just placed the same order with AMA..N at a better price plus addition items, they will be here in 2 days. My family which is very large nor I will no longer spend any money with Walmart again. You permanently lose a great customers. Bye Walmart.

    I had a customer that wanted audio installed in his office. The silence was killing him. I ordered wire from Florida, tools and receivers from California, and speakers from Wal-Mart. His criteria for the install was, "keep it cheap." 10 speakers for about $165, I thought was a good price. Told the customer that, if given the money, that all parts will arrive within 5 days. Got the confirmation from Wal-Mart that it would be 8 days. Install rescheduled. Every other part ordered was either early or on time. Eight days came and went. Install rescheduled again. Hoping against all odds the speakers were to be delivered according to UPS's website, I started the install, speakers were delivered to me by my wife, and install was completed at 11pm. I chatted with a Wal-Mart representative about this and offered a $10 refund... at least the speakers work.

    I bought a video game for PC for my daughter birthday from Zebulon Rd branch in Macon, GA, but the game was incompatible version and it was 9 years old, this means it is obsolete, upon taking it back to the customer no service to exchange it for another game the ladies behind the counter refused to exchange it. Instead they offered to give me back a new box of the same game and the same software, I was amazed how smart they were!! How another one of the same game will work if the first one did not, so instead of understanding the nature of the game they started to laugh at me in front my daughter and the rest of the customers they were behind me. I was so upset and angry that I throw the games and left the store shocked and mad.

    I sent a message to the home office of Walmart demanding apologies from the 2 ladies who treated me with no respect and I told Walmart I'm not looking to get refund for the games but I demand apology, up till now the only respond from the asst manager Nicole was to stop by and we will give you a gift certificate!!! My respond was I need their apology that's it, I'm not seeking money or gift certificate since I will not shop at your store anymore, hopefully people get aware of the kind of customer no respect no service they will face every once a while from uneducated no manners employees they might find at Walmart. The incident happened on 2/24/18.

    The neighborhood store in Deltona frequently runs out of stock on many items and even though I ask managers, the stock is still out. Also they no longer carry fresh cod or halibut, only salmon and they made some changes to their Bread Dept and the French bread is often dry and falls apart when I try to slice it.

    I had ordered some braided rugs from Walmart online. I was supposed to get free two day shipment. I received an email from stating my order had been shipped and I would be getting my order on September 26. My order never came. I received another email stating I would get my order on September 28th. My order never came. I tried to track my purchase through UPS, they had not gotten my order. I called customer service, the gentleman was very kind. He said he couldn't explain what had happened, the shipping label had been printed but my order was never shipped out. I actually tried again but the same thing happened. So, I got my money back and ordered the rugs from Amazon.com.
