The only problem I have had is checking out. There are a ton of cashiers but usually only 1/4 of them are open. Those cash registers sure taking up a lot of space and I bet those tables are dusty for non-usage.

Overall I feel Wal-Mart is gonna be your best bang for the buck! Good variety compared to Target. Just don't expect much customer service but what they lack in customer service they make up on reasonable prices items. Sporting goods is hard to beat. Some of the best hunting supplies I've seen.

I shop Walmart because they have the best prices and several departments that provide most of my shopping needs. The biggest drawback is that they generally carry moderate to low end products. The produce at the Walmart in my town is often sorely lacking in freshness.

I was not able to return a gift because I had no receipt. However, the first excuse was that the store didn’t carry the item. They DID carry it, and when I pointed out that fact, I was told I needed a receipt. The sales associates seemed clueless, uninterested, and clearly just didn’t want to help.

I have been using the Walmart.com app for years now, and with the time to time minimal error, I've never had an issue. I noticed that my Wrangler jeans were starting to wear through in the upper inseam area, so I decided to order some new ones. I wear a 38x30 pant, and because of my work, I need a specific shade of dark blue. I ordered the pants, and put my wife down as the pick up person. I know NOW that was a big mistake. She went in to pick up the jeans (which had shown up suspiciously quickly because our Wal-Mart doesn't carry that shade), and she was told that they don't make those jeans in that size, so they had to give her 38x32's. Ummm... EXCUSE ME? Where do you think I ordered my last 2 pairs from?! And why would it even be LISTED if that size wasn't available?
My wife decided to bring them home. I was a little dejected, but she offered to hem the cuffs for me. It wasn't until after that, that I realized not only were they not the right length... They weren't even the same SHADE! So now I'm out $40 for the WRONG jeans. This won't be the last time I order from them. But I will pick up my own orders from now on... and I will be a LOT more wary.

I shop at Walmart for specific things; that is, I know what I want before I go there, so I'm not actually "shopping." Customer service is practically non-existent because, apparently, Sam & Co. has decided it is an unnecessary expense. Prices are, for the most part, lower than at other vendors, but when other stores have sales, then their prices are comparable to or lower than Walmart. Availability is iffy. Walmart has, again apparently, decided to stop carrying certain items in its stores because they are carried online. Frustrating. I still like going to the store to pick up items I want, NOW, and I don't want to have to wait a couple of days for them to be delivered. So, rather than going online, I simply shop elsewhere, knowing I probably will be paying somewhat more.

Ordered food. Got there to pick it up and the order was at another store. Asked why. They said that the system was messed up. So I canceled the order and went to King Soopers. The problem is their systems suck and making excuses don't help.

Companies carry many products I want to buy for a short while, suddenly they quit carrying and create a situation where I have to hunt for them in another store. A prime example are some diabetic products like sugar free candies or other foods necessary for some people but not others.

Decent selection and prices, no customer service to speak of. Though I prefer smaller, locally owned businesses, for some items Walmart is the only choice. I am not upset by this - I know what it’s like before I walk in the door.

The employees are always courteous and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the products and their locations. They also answer your questions or get a manager to assist you. I've been shopping there for years and tell others to and carry them to Walmart to shop. It's one place you shop for a variety of household products, inside and outside.

It is a satisfying place to shop because there are no surprises. The few returns we have made are extremely easy. But Walmart only carries what sells well. Anything beyond that, we buy elsewhere. Staples sell relatively low so we save in a slow economy. Staff turnovers are very high which tends to make our area a little more trying to shop in.

They don't carry some major brands of vitamins, especially the brand I prefer. Their selection of my favorite shampoo brand is limited at best. They don't carry the one I like. The stores are way too big. It's hard to do a quick shopping trip. You have to walk all over to find things. Their people however are very nice and helpful. I like the self checkout but if you have anything that is on clearance you better go to a live person or you won't get the right price.

Never anyone available to help or they are rude, never never enough registers open which one reason is why I NEVER buy frozen foods. The other reason I never buy frozen is that I ALWAYS see go backs sitting in carts for god knows how long only to be put back on the shelf to be sold, all of this I have witnessed at one of my local stores in Tallahassee at 3535 Apalachee Parkway.

I ordered a Bassinet/Mini Crib for my baby on January 31, 2019 and it was promised to be delivered by February 2nd, 2019, the day before myself and my newborn were due home. This was the perfect timing so I purchased and on delivery day didn't receive a delivered notification or anything but instead looked at the tracking info for myself (3:31 PM) only to find that there was no info updated regarding my delivery. After several more hours (8:33 PM) I looked at tracking again and it had an updated delivery date of 02/05/2019. Not only has my delivery order been delayed my baby hasn't had a place to sleep safely for the past two days. The excuse of Walmart Customer Service is that it is the delivery driver's fault and that I should contact them, only to speak with FedEx and they give me a bogus response such as, "We no longer use gate codes to access neighborhoods or homes."
If this is the case, why is Walmart even a partner with FedEx who clearly states they will not deliver the package if you live in a safe and guarded community. In this case will I EVER receive my baby's crib? I'm disgusted, saddened, and very upset that my newborn and I have to go through what is supposed to be a happy time by worrying how we will sleep at night knowing a baby doesn't belong sleeping in bed with adults unsafely. I need clarity on this situation Immediately!

Ok. Not only am I a customer at Walmart. But I work as a cashier. I have seen too much. Not only do I have to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to sell alcohol for me 'cause I am under 21. But I have to continue to say sorry to my customer. I feel so bad for my customer. I hate it. The other thing is management is bad. This job makes me want to cry. 'Cause I have seen CSM/managers be rude to my customers instead of saying sorry. I hate it. I have seen customer service desk laugh when the phone rings and ignore it. The only reason I keep at this job is 'cause I have a goal and my goal unfortunately cost me a few thousands. And as a full time student, managers don't like that I can't work current days. I am so sorry for any customers that come through Walmart.
I have no control over many things. Like with the store looking like crap. This is due to overnight stockers not doing their job. Walmart management makes the customers feel unwanted and makes us employees feel like quitting and as someone who rarely gives up, this may be one time I might give up unless Walmart fixes its attitude and fixes its respect towards the customers and us, employees. I feel as though I want to become a manager of a retail business one day so I can respect my employees and customers and make everyone feel welcomed. If you shopped at Walmart, I am so sorry what you have to put up with. You shouldn't have to put up with this. This is people not caring about the customers. But I think this is wrong and I do care.

I have been in some not good Walmart stores but the one in Pueblo West is amazingly clean, organized and well stocked. The sales associates are helpful and even enthusiastic. It got even better when they installed self checkout stations near the doors on both ends of the store cutting the checkout lines to virtually zero. It seems they reorganize the departments very often which sometimes makes things a little hard to find. I had stopped going to Walmart all together until I went to the one in Pueblo West for an air filter for my truck and now it is often my first source for a lot of items. They will even match or beat the Amazon price on many items.

We then walked back to Customer Service where I was only given back the case cash difference for only one of the dispensers. I was informed that this is their policy. Walmart is my go-to store for a bunch of stuff. I find products of superior quality compared to other established stores; grocery stores included, e.g., Walmart's large eggs should be relabeled extra large; that's how big they are! The Walmart I shop at has way better prices on dairy; laundry supplies; candy; candles/air fresheners, and general household products. Many products are half the cost; compared to other stores. The staff is always welcoming, and they remember you as loyal customer. My only complaint is, they stopped stocking their brand of fragrance-free body lotion; found a suitable substitute at Target.

They advertise low prices but many supermarkets have lower or equal prices. Walmart does not give you the best products so you are paying for an inferior product at an equal or higher price. There are some exceptions. Margarine is one.

Wal-Mart seems to be the "go to" store for many people, including my family, as it tends to carry just about everything you need at "low prices". However, I have started to branch out a lot more, and pay a little more here and there, as I dislike the fact that the store is usually crowded & not very clean. That, combined with the fact that the customer service is almost non-existent and there are never enough registers open, easily steers me toward other stores. The only saving grace for our local Wal-Mart right now is the fact that they have expanded their "Self Checkout" section to include lines where you can purchase more than a few items. That way I can get what I need, check it out myself, and not have to deal with the attitudes of those who are actually employed by Wal-Mart.

Went in to buy new laptop, they had a red HP I told the attendant I wanted, said they didn't have it in red, but gray, I said, "That's fine, I will take it." When I started to pay for it, it was $50 more than advertised price, she said it was grey is why it was higher. I had her follow me back to laptop on display and it plain showed red or gray on price card, she insisted that it was $299 instead of $249 shown on card. I had her call the manager and showed her what the problem was, manager said, "Well we will give it to you for $249 but it should be $299." I ask her to show me the $299 price on anything, which she couldn't, advised her that she wasn't giving me anything. I was taking them at advertised price.
After all this, got laptop home, don't watch many videos, so a month passed and I got on YouTube, NO SOUND. I plugged in earphones, worked ok, but no sound on internal speakers. Worked with HP tech support 2 days, they tried to convince me it was settings, finally they said it's a computer problem. Took it back to Wal-Mart, they said only a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, it had been 31 days. I told them I have been working with HP 2 days to correct problem, and I would have returned it for a new one in 29 days if HP had agreed it was a bad laptop. Wal-Mart still refused to exchange for a new one, had to send it back to HP, paid extra for a 15 day repair. They called me on day 14 saying they couldn't get it fixed on time and refunded extra for 15 day repair, 3 months later finally got my computer back.
My biggest problem was WALMART could have called HP and verified I had been working 2 days with them and I would have been able to return it for a new computer within the 30 day satisfaction guarantee window and had a new computer, not a 4 month old rebuilt computer, but our local Wal-Mart electronic department has 2 or 3 young girls that want to argue about everything you buy, just bought a new cell phone and had a 45 minute wait to buy one. They claimed they couldn't find the brand in their system, even though it was hanging on the shelf with price above it, but finally drove 35 mile to a great Wal-Mart in Jonesville Va., got the phone and out the door in 5 minutes, but everyone that I know said they would pay double at another store than go to the local one where I live.

I came to this Walmart which is a new store, located at the corner of Brawley and Shaw in Fresno, Ca. I came for some Slim Fast and two cans of spray paint. California requires that spray paint be locked up so kids cannot steal it. I pushed the button for service at the paint display. After about 15 minutes a guy shows up to open the cabinet. It seems he is the only one to respond to these little boxes, which are all over the store. Are you kidding me? 100,000 square feet and one guy. Then of all stupid things he tells me he has to carry the 2 cans of paint to the cashier. This is the same as calling me a thief and that I can't be trusted to pay for this. I don't believe that Walmart should be in business if this is how you do business. That way you can keep all your stuff, won't have to put up with the public, and security will be easy. I mean you even pay for Fresno Police to be on site.

My mom took my little sister to pick out a koi to add to the aquarium in my living room so my platinum koi would have a friend. I floated the fish to add into the water and then released him into the tank. The next morning I came out to do my morning feeding and turn their lights on and I notice the new koi was covered in fungus. I spoke to my mom about where she got him and she said from Wal-Mart, she said she tried to grab from a tank without dead fish and that's when I found the problem. All the aquariums are connected in shops by the piping systems... So where there is one contaminated tank... There's an outbreak of all contaminated tanks. Never buy from a place with multiple department like Wal-Mart.
They can have one employee running 3 different departments so they can't take proper care of the fish and their habitats the way they should. Go to PetSmart or Pet Supermarket where they hire people with degrees and backgrounds in each department. They have helped me so far tame the moss and keep it from spreading to my pricier Koi. Now my mom and little sister feel bad and they should not feel that way. They even tried to avoid it. She just didn't know the tanks were connected like many other people. Don't buy a fish if there is a infected fish in ONE tank. Wal-Mart, please step it up, at least where there are live animals... Or get rid of the fish.
Also, when you transfer fish from tank to tank, the netting affects the slime coating on the fish which is why it is important to put your fish into a conditioned aquarium. It helps their slime coat so they can adjust from all the stress they went through with the transfer. With a weakened slime coat, comes a weakened immune system. When I transferred the new fish, the stress made the immune system even weaker... Allowing the disease that it had accumulated at Wal-Mart, to take over rapidly. That's why I noticed it the next morning. So from about 4 pm to 7 am the next morning is how long it took. My other fish are fine and I'm medicating this one now. I've got photos and videos. It's been 4 days of medicating and it's looking better and its swimming pattern is getting better as well. Just got to do a water change tomorrow at 5 and the process is done.

I purchased a $100 gift card for my son who lives very far from us. Walmart.com asked for his phone number and email which gave me a feeling of “confidence & security” that he would safely receive. I did receive a receipt of purchase and an email of estimate delivery. Two days before scheduled delivery my son received a phone call from FedEx in which he replied he was not at home - the FedEx guy replied they’d try again. On the day of “scheduled delivery” they claimed the gift card was delivered to his apartment with no phone call. My son did not receive! I called Walmart several times asking for help. I got the run around first stating “don’t worry, the special gift card team will help resolve your situation”. After several days of no communication I tried 2 more times to connect and then received an email stating “sorry we can’t help - it says it was delivered” So now I’m out $100 and my son does not have his Christmas gift card.
It was basically a “too bad so sad” reply. They did not research the card assigned to see if it was used so they could cancel/void and submit a new one or even inquire with FedEx delivery. It is a known fact that there is nationwide problem of people stealing packages - why did they ask for his number and email if they were not going to make sure it got into the correct hands? I am disgusted with the lack of customer service and effort to resolve this not to mention all my time trying to research and resolve this myself and now I have to pay another $100 so my son gets a present. Terrible terrible customer service and research on their lack of proper delivery. Bottom line...don’t trust Walmart.com to deliver the goods safely!!!

I have been shopping at and on Walmart.com for some years, never had a bad experience, which at the time I assume all the products belonged to them. I purchased a home phone through Walmart.com in December, and ended up returning it once I received it, because of the shipping time, I no longer needed it. So I returned it to the store and was told I would receive my $26 of the $40 as a refund once the vendor received the item back, so I said "Vendor??" The associate said, "Yes Walmart.com is competing with Amazon, so they are allowing third party vendors to sell on their site." I called Walmart.com, and was told I would receive my full refund.
I received $26 from the Vendor, called Walmart twice after I spoke with the vendor who was a complete **, will never do business with that company either. Walmart states they will have someone call me back, no phone call. So I call today, they contact the seller, he has the same bs attitude and excuse. So I asked the associate to take me off the call with him and let me speak with a supervisor, then I get silence. Called back and spoke to a nice young lady, who connected me to their somewhat higher up, who did nothing as well, gave me some lame excuse of how Walmart cannot cover the refund of a third party seller. So I ask her why are they even allowing this to happen if they are not going to be responsible and hold these sellers accountable for the ridiculous fees.
Now Amazon, and eBay covers their buyers and protects them from their scam artist sellers, Walmart lets their sellers rip you off, how can you let a seller charge your customers a 10% restocking fee and $10 shipping fee for a simple phone, that was never out of the original shipping package. I will never purchase anything through them again. And I will be relaying the message to all my family and friends. I will just stick to Amazon, and eBay and be safe with buy protection. They will eventually lose all their business, no one wants to buy from a billion dollar company that will not protect or respect their customers.

I called and told the associate about my problem and she said that they would send another one out and I would receive it by that 30th. I asked her since it was their fault that I did not receive the tablet by the date they promised, if they could expedite the shipment and she said no. I sent a complaint to Walmart.com and they said they would get back to me but never did. To Amazon's credit, in all the years that I have received merchandise from them, I have never received the wrong item. When filling my Walmart online cart, I selected SEVERAL 2-day shipping items. By the time I got to checkout, and had over $35 worth of items, I noticed that some of my ship dates were no longer 2 days. And some items, Walmart wanted ME to pick up in store. What I finally realized was that possibly, if the items were not being shipped from the same location, one item might follow the 2-day shipping rule, and the other items would change to taking over a week, or as mentioned, expect ME to pick up in store. This is NOT at all like Amazon shipping.
It is VERY frustrating when you see items marked at 2-day shipping, but by the time you get to checkout, shipping statuses suddenly change. In MY instance, the last item I placed into my cart to take me over the $35, was going to receive the 2-day shipping, and the item I really wanted, was going to take over a week to reach me. [TRY IT!] AND Walmart is conflicted on the 2-day shipping without membership concept if you look at how they manage Sam's Club shipping of orders. For free shipping there, they want you to buy the higher Plus membership, as they don't really offer any type of free shipping if you have at least a certain dollar amount or more--Some items do include free shipping for the average member, but that is NOT the norm... So it's interesting how contradictory they are about not needing a membership like Amazon, when they even encourage it with their Plus membership to get free shipping at Sam's Club.

They always lose my packages when they are delivered there and they return my packages by the 3rd day of pick up notice. I normally order once a week and the last five weeks have been hell. They can never find my packages and have to go twice in the week to see if they can find it. Very unorganized.

Finally told after a system factory reset and full hardware and software diagnostics cannot rectify and return to place of sale for refund. Walmart.com told me to return and gain refund from Walmart store. Walmart store and Walmart.com argued over phone whilst I was at store on whose responsibility it should be. After 1hr both parties said they cannot accept return. Raised with Walmart customer service and now told not taking return due to being outside of 15th Jan return date even though proof it has never worked correctly from Christmas Day. Will never buy from Walmart again and advise others to beware even if it is slightly cheaper at Walmart, it is not worth the hassle of such poor customer aftersales service from a so called retail leader.

Because I also bought additional warranty, I let them know. They referred me to Samsung ASC Service. The Samsung service is just a scam that took my good charger and exchanged it to the broken one and sent this tablet back without doing anything else because the tablet still doesn't work. I wrote a review for this product. I would appreciate if people would let me know if there are problem with product I want to buy before I buy. However, the Walmart never published my review. Now I understand why when I was buying this product all reviews were great. Walmart lies. We lose our money because nothing we can do. Officially the product has its warranty, so they are not giving me my money back but also not fixing the problem.

When I returned it, Walmart would not give refund my money, telling me that now I had to deal with their 3rd Party. If I had wanted to do business with a 3rd Party, I would have gone directly through someone else. Two weeks later, I'm told I'm being charged $40 for "restocking and shipping fees". I came to Walmart to buy a laptop. Me, my wife, and my three kids waited for one hour because the lady at the electronics section didn’t have the key to open, and get the laptop! My wife was with a huge back pain, so we asked the woman if they had the laptop I wanted. She said she couldn’t check and that we had to wait for the keys, so we stayed there waiting! When the keys finally came, the lady said the laptop was out of stock even though it was displayed to the customers.
I am extremely disappointed with the horrible customer service at Walmart. It isn’t right to display products that are out of stock! Any other store would’ve given me a discount on another product but she said it was against their policy. I told her I could buy the laptop now and get it later, but she said they weren’t able to do this. It’s really annoying to go to Walmart in the United States and have to try to speak Spanish because there are no attendants that know how to communicate in English.

I haven't had any real problems with Walmart before this, most cashiers, managers and pharmacy people are pleasant people at this store. My experience at El Dorado Ks on 1/17/19 has me shopping elsewhere or online. I knew this woman had issues with me the moment it was my turn at checkout, she was nonsmiling, rude and ignored my larger item left in the cart child seat right in front of her bar code within easy reach and right in her line of sight. I asked her if she had rang up the cat food left in the cart and told me no. She assumed it was a separate order. Really? Clearly she was out to make it as unpleasant for me as she could make it. I don't care to be stopped at the door for not paying for something.
After the 2nd transaction I started for the door and realized she had put the dog flea medicine and baby powder on top of my tomatoes and cucumbers instead of the bag with the nonfood. Deliberate I don't know, but if I had to guess... So after considering whether to let it go or call a manager I decided to call the manager when I returned home. After asking for a manager and being left on hold for over 7 minutes I called back and was told she had paged him 3x and something else which I did not understand, by this time feeling frustrated and angry.
The only time I felt heard was when I contacted the corporate office. At least the man was polite and I felt heard. Late in the evening that same night the Asst. Manager called and left a message asking about my experience with my improper bagged food. Don't care to deal with that store again, if I have business with Walmart again it will be online or another store. No more store pick up for me or in store shopping for me.

I BEG OF YOU NOT TO SHOP HERE AND TO READ THIS REVIEW. Absolute fecal matter was unlawfully detained for not showing a receipt. Was called a criminal and my life threatened by a ** associate named James. Would not let me leave until I brandished a receipt even though once a transaction is made what you buy is now your lawful property and as an American I can decide when or if my property ever gets searched.
Walmart claims receipt checking is a policy. However it is 100 percent not per corporate because I specifically asked them. Also it is not in their corporate handbook nor are shoppers ever warned before they go into these dumps that they are required to show a receipt to shop there unlike Sam's Club and Costco which in the members agreement you sign away certain rights to shop there. However this is not that. Therefore what they are doing at the store level is unconstitutional and a rogue choice by power hungry minimum wagers of social justice.
I attempted to contact corporate at the very least to see if something can be done. Was given the ring and dash around phone number after phone number until they sent me an email citing I needed to contact the manager of the store. What is the point of corporate if they divert issues reported to them back to the store. This business that has taken billions of dollars of hard working Americans' money now think they can take away Americans' rights too. I don't think so!

OK. So I went to Target today because I was looking for a Raspberry 3b+, I got there and the person behind the counter knew exactly what it was, and took me right to it in less then 30 seconds!!! I was super impressed, the only problem was that it was a 3b and not a 3b+, so I headed a block down the road to Walmart. Couldn't find anyone to help me, so I figured I would just search the shelves. After about 10 minutes of looking I tried my hand at finding some help in the department again. I went back up to the front and lo and behold three of them sitting there chatting, so I interrupted.
I asked what looked to be the most knowledgeable person out of the three if they had any Raspberry Pi's and where they might be and she was like, "what's that," so I told her it was like a credit card sized computer. So I was assuming that she was new until she opened her idiotic mouth and told me "I have been stocking these shelves for seven years and I have never heard of that!" So many things to say and so little time to say them but my first thought was "well you never heard of them! So I guess they don't exist then right!!" Or I could have said "And that's why you have been stocking the shelves for 7 years!!" And lastly I was thinking "You have been working in an ELECTRONICS department for 7 years and you have never heard of a Raspberry Pi?"
It's so hard to follow my new years resolution of being less of an **, I nearly completely blew it tonight. But I just bit my tongue and let it bleed. But what really blew my mind was that TARGET, a store of minimal stock and minimal service reps knew exactly what I needed, where to find it and helped me right when I entered the department. Then I received a automated phone call on 1/14/2019 at 1:37pm from EFW confirming delivery for 1/15/2019 between the hours of 1pm - 5pm. Then I receive a call from a woman at EFW on 1/15/2019 at 4:56 pm asking if I had received my delivery yet, to which I replied "No" and then she said they had picked it up and she had been trying to contact them and kept getting put on hold.
She also told me she was leaving the office in about 5 mins and to call EFW in the morning if it wasn't delivered which I did. Now I get to speak to the rudest customer service woman I have ever spoken to in my life! She would tell me one thing and then tell me something else and say she didn't say what she had just said. First off she put me on hold for about 15 mins. Then she comes back and says that it hasn't been picked up yet and they only make deliveries on Mondays and Wednesdays! She told me that everything the emails, the woman I talked to etc was all just estimations?!! All she did was talk over me and not listen to what I was saying.
Finally I had enough of her disgusting unprofessional attitude and told her I was calling Walmart. The only positive thing she did was give me their number 1 (800) 966-6546. I spoke to a woman named Christina at Walmart and after telling her the situation and giving her the order number she said it should have been delivered 1/15/2019. So she said she would call EFW and see if she could get anywhere with them.
Well, I'm on hold for about 5 mins when all of a sudden I hear the rude customer service woman from EFW talking, apparently Christina had had enough of Miss Rude and put me on the line with her. Miss Rude says that I used foul language which I didn't. Then said she never told me that they only delivered to Clarksville on Mondays and Wednesdays. Then she hung up on me!!! On the phone because turns out there was some issue with the order going through the first time and therefore Walmart contacted me to confirm if it was indeed me trying to place the order. Everything was hunky dory until today when I received a mail from Walmart mentioning the order was canceled for whatever reason. When I contacted the customer care, the executive and later the manager told me the order was canceled by the third party seller who was selling the item and now the new item is selling for an extra 100 dollars and Walmart cannot match the price.
I tried to explain that I bought the item through Walmart and the cancellation happened on the Walmart side so it is you who should be taking the responsibility for it but sadly they did not agree. This is the first time I have seen the Walmart customer care to be so hostile. I am a regular customer at Walmart and had an occasion recently where I bought a laptop from Walmart and there was a delay in shipping and in the end, I ended up receiving 2 laptops instead of one. The manual said return item to nearest Walmart for replacement. He went to Walmart in Plainfield, Indiana. He was told by customer service that they don't do warranty returns after 90 days.
My dad called me and I called Walmart and after being hung up on 3 times and on hold for 7 minutes I was finally able to talk with a supposed manager. They told me the same thing as they told my dad. He then called the phone number in the manual, it was Walmart corporate customer service. They were very helpful and said the store should have honored the warranty. They sent an email to the store manager with a reference number and told my dad to only speak to a salaried manager. He called before going to the store to make sure it was straightened out. They would not let him speak to a manager and said they knew what they were doing and would not honor the warranty.
Dad called corporate back and they called the store manager to rectify this. Dad then called the store back and the manager said it was straightened out and to come in to get the coffeemaker replaced. Corporate did their job well but the Plainfield store really fell down on this! Hopefully there is retraining for customer service.

There should be negative stars to be able to truly put the reviews as they actually are. I don't believe Walmart deserves one star - not even the tip of a star. I have called Walmart 3 times today and placed on hold for 2 hours trying to find out why my money was never returned to my debit card after an online purchase was returned in the store. I was given three different timelines of how long it would actually take to receive my money back to my debit card. That timeline was anywhere between 72 hours to 10 days.
Why does it take me that long to get my money put back on my card when Walmart has its product in hand? There is no information in the terms and agreement online or in the store regarding the timeframe to return money to the original method of payment. I believe the reason for that is so Walmart can draw interest off of the finds for as long as possible. My New Year's resolution will be to never purchased from Walmart or any affiliated store of Walmart again.

Manufacturer is Curtis International a Canadian corporation which in addition to BlackWeb, makes/imports products under RCA, Sylvania, Proscan, etc. When contacted, they advised yes it is under warranty and had me destroy and document as part of resolution under warranty.
Now they have stalled for 60 days claiming an "internal department" is working to resolve. I would caution anyone to beware of Walmart's policy/support for any electronics purchased from Walmart. I told them that was not possible due to the fact the card was canceled by my bank just 2 days before due to a possible compromise. I still have not received a refund.

I ordered a trampoline for my daughter for Christmas, was promised delivery on the 24th. Shipped in 2 shipments - one arrived on time via UPS, one had labels made by Walmart never had it picked up. Result: 1/2 a trampoline and a ruined Christmas. Called supervisors, promised delivery by the 28th. Never happened, they sent it ground. Christmas week ruined. Did finally receive the package on December 31st. In retrospect, it was not worth trying to save some money with Walmart knowing that they could ruin Christmas. Never again!

My package was delivered to the wrong address. I called in and no one was able to resolve the issue. I had my call escalated and the only resolution I received was to dispute the charge with my financial institution. Which is by far the worst resolution. I have worked in customer service/management for over 13 years and Walmart has the worst online service I have ever encountered. I kept calling and contacted FedEx numerous times and finally one person was able to figure it out. My package was delivered to the Walmart store with about 50 other packages all signed for by A.C., a store associate. Walmart.com was not able to figure it out and made everything about the situation horrible. I was hung up on and left on hold for over 30 minutes, and still no resolution.
I have told everyone I know about this and the treatment I received. I will be reaching out to their corporate office and social media to make sure no one else has to go through what I did. I went to my local Walmart and had them track down the package and took it home myself. I looked to Walmart stores and Walmart.com for just about everything but I will no longer patronize a business that has nothing in place for situations as such and who hires incompetent people who could care less about the customers' merchandise being delivered or refunded if the item is delivered to the wrong address. I am extremely livid with the company as a whole and will be sure to share my experience everywhere I can.

I ordered the Apollo recording sunglasses online. 2 days later, I receive an email that my order has been cancelled. No reason. I called them and spoke to someone who first stated that the address I was giving them was not the address on my account. I told her that I was looking at my account and I also live there, and yes, that is my address. She stated again that it was not the address on my account. I repeated the address in very slow, easy to understand speech, that even a 5 year old could understand. Then she got it right. I asked her why she stated that wasn't my address. She ignored the question. I asked her again until she finally admitted it was her error.
Moving along, I asked her why my order was cancelled. She had no explanation, she just kept stating I had cancelled it and I told her I did not cancel it. I asked to speak to her supervisor. She said there were no supervisors on duty. I asked for her name and ID number. She did give those to me. I told her I would contact the department to speak to a different person. She asked if I wanted her to transfer me and I said no, I will call back directly. So I did just that. Got the same exact result from person #2. Told them, "Never mind, I will order from Amazon," and I did just that without a problem. I have been an online Walmart customer for years. No more, it's too time consuming ordering a product and dealing with this nonsense.

For such a big store or you think they’d be a little bit more merchandise so they don’t run out of everything all the time. I come here about once a month. They’re always out of something popular. Took 13 minutes I kept track till they started scanning my items at check out. They only have four cashiers working for this very large Walmart store. Lots of yellow shirt people standing around but our employees talking and doing nothing not helping customers. They should be on the register checking customers out. Target or other competitors can easily take Walmart's business away if they promised to keep check out times to four minutes or less, usually Target is quicker, because they employ more cashiers at check out.

I have been using the online order and pick up in store from many stores and they are good except Walmart. It was a worst experience that I never use it again. I ordered an Lego toy for birthday on Saturday. The order said it should be ready by 8PM on Friday so I thought it would good because I could pick up after 8PM on Friday or early Saturday morning. On Friday, I drove by that Walmart and decided to come in. I found 2 boxes of that Lego toy left but the price was more than online so I did not buy it.
Around 7PM, I received email from Walmart saying the order would be delayed 'til Monday. I called the store pick up and they said they ran out of that Lego toy. This meant they never bothered to reserve the item when you submitted the online order. I decided to order Amazon because it was ready to pick up on Saturday morning at Amazon Locker. As soon as I ordered from Amazon, another email came after 8PM on Friday saying the order was ready to pick up. I was pissed off so I decided to cancel the order.
Few weeks later, I had two orders. One order with 3 toys and another order with one toy. I received the notification email saying the first order was ready to pick up. I came to the store around 9AM hoping to beat the terrible traffic but I still had to wait patiently in line for 10-15 minutes. There was 3 people behind me. One man came and asked where to pick up online and an associate pointed to the same line so he was the last one. When another associate came to help out, she pulled out the last person in line to help the pick up when she ignored me the first person in line. When I complained to the supervisor who stood nearby, the answer I got was "She did not know." What!! What did she mean "She did not know." That should be common sense and basic customer service to help first person in line. They definitely needs to provide the basic training to their employees.
The second order I mentioned above came and I got the notification while I was at work so I decided to pick up after work. At 4:51PM, while I was still at work, I received an email saying my order was picked. What!!! I came to the store next day at 9AM. The supervisor said I already picked the order at 11AM yesterday (not sure why I received email at 4:51PM). I told her that I was at work. She told me that she needed to check the camera to find out who picked my order and asked me to come back at 1PM. I came back at 1PM waiting in line for 5 minutes and she said she did not have the time to review the camera. She told me to come back at 8:30AM the next day so I did. When I saw her, she said the video person would not come until 8:45AM so I told her to call me because I spent so much time on this and had to go to work. At 1PM, she called and told me that she found my order. Phew!! I almost got package theft at Walmart pick up.

So I resubmitted the order making sure all the info was correct but got the same result. I called my credit card company to see if there was a hold or something on my account. They told me that they approved the sale twice but it was WALMART who twice rejected the order. I called Walmart customer service and they couldn't tell me what the problem was.
After several long waits and no answers as to why they wouldn't accept my credit card, I was told that they would give me the privilege of submitting the order a third time and that they would possibly verify my card but that would likely take two or three days. I said I wanted to file a complaint and I wanted the address of Walmart Corporate Headquarters. After another very lengthy wait, I was told to call the "Claims" number or Dept. I asked who they were. I normally don't even shop at Walmart as I find most of their products to be subpar quality, especially groceries. But they had a laptop on sale that was actually a pretty good deal. That's where I made a mistake. I ordered this laptop off of Walmart.com, well after getting a confirmation and the money taken out of my account, 2 hours later I get an email saying my order was cancelled, yet they still had my money. I called Walmart which then told me it would take 5 business days to get my money back per the return policy, which I made clear it wasn't a return, you took my money then cancelled my order. At this point I'm down $850, but I needed the laptop for Christmas.
They assured me that the order would go through a second time but that I would be charged again because it's a different transaction. At this point the cash is tight, but I decide to order it anyway, thinking I would get back the $850 soon. Now I'm $1700 down. I get a confirmation email that it has been ordered but now it's arriving on 26th, after Christmas, well at least it's coming right? Wrong, another hours goes a by and I get a cancellation email, but again, the money was not returned. It's now the 26th, when I was supposed to be receiving the laptop that I told my niece I got for her.
As of today, I'm out $1700 until Walmart decides to give me my money back, no gift for my niece, and no money. I would have took her out today to buy a brand new one from Best Buy even if it cost more but I can't do that. This company is a disgrace, I will never leave my Amazon, for the few dollars you might save with Walmart, it's such a bad experience with these people. It's not worth it. Stay away, 2 years of Amazon, not a single issue I can think of. The one time I do business with Walmart, they ruin my niece and I's Christmas for a couple pennies of interest they get holding my money. I really hope I'm alive to see Amazon take over retail and push Walmart right out of existence.

Just wanted to share a horrible shopping experience I had at the Walmart Photo Center in Sartell, MN. Long story short I needed to go pick up 5 prints. I thought they were in my girlfriend's name so I initially gave them the wrong name, so it's partially my fault but this doesn't account for the experience I had. I ended up standing at the counter for a total of 31 minutes, during which time four different employees came over to ask if I've been help. I should have said "no" because apparently I wasn't being helped. I realized I gave the wrong name after about 5-6 minutes but the employee, who was a manager by the way, had disappeared in the back so I couldn't even tell him to correct it. I eventually managed to get another employee's attention who radioed him, yet he still never returned from the back (he never ended up coming back to the counter).
After about 12 more minutes of me standing there like an idiot a different employee comes up and has me write the name the prints are under on a piece of paper. She then disappears for about 15 more minutes while I continue to just stand at the counter. A different employee eventually comes out and tells me that they're getting my order ready. They're getting my order ready? It was a one hour photo of 5 prints that was sent in two days ago! How are they just now getting my order ready? I was literally standing at the photo counter for 31 minutes, and the store was fairly busy overall but there weren't that many customers in the photo area. 31 MINUTES. TO PICK UP 5 PRINTS COSTING $4.20. Then to top it all off when I go to the front to pay I realize there's no price label on the prints.
It's possible the woman back at the photo counter intended to give them to me for free, but if so she never said that or provided any documentation or anything to show they should be free. All she gave me was a brief, "sorry about that." So at the front I realize the lack of a price label and show the employee up there, asking her how I ring this up. She tells me I need to GO BACK TO THE PHOTO COUNTER, where I just lost 31 minutes of my life that I'm never going to get back. I tell her I was already there for over 30 minutes and it's just 5 prints. Could Walmart offer me them for free for such an inconvenience? Apparently not!
Again, the total cost for the prints was $4.20. She insists I need to go back to photo to get the price label and I then spend another 6 minutes waiting for someone, during which time I touched the screen to call an associate 3 times before someone came over. Again, all I got the entire time was a brief, "sorry about that" from the employee who finally handed me the prints. It took an active, conscious effort not to scream, throw the prints, and storm out. I didn't realize how much Walmart Photo hates its customers, so that was a revelation at least. One of the worst shopping experiences of my life.

I entrusted Walmart to stand behind their promise when I decided to purchase my daughter’s only Xmas present from me. Her scout ride on pony. I ordered it way ahead of date “December 13th“ to ensure I would get the package with time to spare. I was told the package would be here by the 20th of December. The 20th came and went. Now after several hours with customer support they have realized that the package was lost. Their solution was to reorder it which meant that it would be here after the New Year. Or to refund my purchase which meant my money would not be back in my account until after about seven days which would still leave me completely screwed...
I was very clear over and over that this was unacceptable. My daughter would not have a present to open!! Why couldn’t they overnight it??? Because it would be without doubt be here on time. And I know without a doubt that overnighting it is possible. Their answer was because I didn’t pay for overnight on the original order... It was Walmart’s responsibility to make it right. I’m at a complete loss with this and furious with the lack of concern or respectable resolution. The most ridiculous part is that I can drive less than a mile down the street and pick up the ride on pony because my local Walmart has them in stock... But customer service does not have the time or concern to forward my purchase to that store so I can get the item I paid for as a Xmas gift. I have no doubts that this is a possibility as well because I have had a similar situation with Sears and they did exactly that. This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever had.

They just sent me an email (December 21) saying my order is delayed and won't be delivered until December 26. I will NEVER shop with Wal-Mart again! I am so upset that my kids won't have gifts to open this year. I called customer care and they pretty much told me I was S-O-L. I hope that rep I spoke with has a wonderful Christmas.

It's very poor Customer service. The prices are jacked up in poorer neighborhoods especially when stamps come out and that's wrong because most seniors and sick people can't get to anywhere else so they're taking advantage of our already disadvantage generations to come and rob us blind. It's like a trend. They rob us. The government get them in taxes then they rob us again by making us accountable for not be able to get to bigger better stores. Some people only have bodegas to go to then they're charge with fraud for spending too many stamps there. The quality of clothing has gotten poor. Actually it falls apart like its thread is tottering. I bought panties that tore up just putting them on. Thread was coming out everywhere and mind it's so high. It's like 15 dollars for boxers brief and 13-14 for decent panties by name and they're the ones falling apart. And much of their merchandise is no good. I hope Amazon takes over. Walmart has run its error.

I shop Walmart online every year for Christmas. I use it for birthdays. I use it for a lot. I also shop there weekly for food but not anymore. First I bought a computer. They sent it to me and it was refurbished. I called them and I said I did not see where it said this was refurbished. They said, "Well it was bought through third-party on Walmart Marketplace." First off I had no idea. I thought I was buying it from Walmart online. I didn't know. They informed me that it would take up to five to seven days to get our money back after they received my return so I had to go ahead and purchase a second computer. I called online Walmart and I talk to somebody and explain to them what had happened and ask them if I gave them the item number if they would check to make sure that this was a new computer not refurbished. I did that. They said that it was a brand new computer and it was on its way.
So few days later the second computer arrives. I open it. Could not believe it. It was refurbished as well. I had two refurbished computers so I call. I told them on Walmart online. I spoke to someone. Let them know I do not want a refurbished computer. Told them that I talk to someone who assured me that it was not refurbished and behold here I am again. They said, "No problem ma'am. We will please send back this computer and we will send you a new one." I said, "Okay great. Thank you." I sent the second refurbished computer back.
I waited and waited. I called them every day. Every day and here we are a few days before Christmas and I still have not gotten my brand new computer so after speaking to people every day I finally spoke to a supervisor. I told them what had happened everything that I had been through. Told him I was told by three or four different people that my return computer was already there and they didn't understand why the new one wasn't ship. The supervisor comes on nasty to me and says, "I don't know what to tell you. It's not at Indianapolis yet and when it does get there it could take five days or more for them to send it out." I said I was told by five different people that it was at the Indianapolis warehouse and I didn't understand the young man I spoke to before he connected me to the supervisor. Told me that he didn't understand why I didn't have my computer yet the supervisor was very hateful.
Mind you none of this was my fault. She knew that none of this was my fault that it was their mistake. It didn't matter so I asked her if there was any way I was going to get this by Christmas because this was a gift for my parents and she said, "Well how am I supposed to know." It's not looking good so I had enough. I told them to put my money back on my card and I would go somewhere else. She said, "Fine if that's what you want," and then she said bye and hung the phone up. And let me just say that that's not the only thing that happened dealing with Walmart online. I had told the supervisor that I had ordered a Rapunzel doll and it got lost.
They refunded my card and I had to go to Target to get another Rapunzel. She says, "Well that was the shipping department not us. That's not our fault" and I said, "Well what about this situation. I receive two refurbished computers. When I ordered a new one this doesn't have anything to do with shipping." She said no. This distribution she wouldn't even take responsibility for any mistakes and the fact that she was rude. I will never again order from Walmart online which is a shame because I have spent a lot of money through them. Man like I said I use them every year but never again.
This was the absolute worst experience and I refuse to give my parents a used computer for Christmas so now I have to go to a different store and buy it. This wasn't on me. I did everything I was supposed to do right away. When they told me to send him either computer back I did and still I was treated and spoke to very rudely and treated as if it was my fault. As I said never again.

Walmart is convenient and has good pricing. But I am concerned about some of the new brands entering their marketplace since it does seem a little less quality for a higher price specifically in clothes. Once washed, they don’t seem as nice. My other concern is how high they are shelving things. I’m short person and potential safety concern in trying to reach top shelf for items as well as safety issue for the store should things fall on customer. Otherwise return policy has always been great and employee attitudes seem to be polite and more jovial...happy.

My name is Jordan ** and I bought a 55-inch TV from Walmart on Cyber Monday... Big mistake!! I will start this review by saying I have never written a bad review before and I’ve had many. Walmart really did a horrible job this time and I’ve been going back and forth with them for weeks both in store and on the phone. I bought a TV on Black Friday for a great price. Received my TV via in-store pick up, no problem there. I get home and install my TV mount on the wall. When I take my TV out of the box and plug it in the screen has been broken... I call the store I picked it up from and they tell me to bring it back the next day and they will replace it. Of course they didn’t or I wouldn’t be writing this review. I go to Walmart, stand in line for 30 mins only to be told to go to end of line because they needed to call supervisor who didn’t show up for another 30 mins. She then tells me there’s nothing she can do and after arguing for about 20 mins I leave.
I call Walmart corporate and they tell me to take it in the next day and do an exchange (which is what I just tried to do). I do it anyway and the same thing happens, but instead of leaving at the end the supervisor tells me to go look for one to exchange. I’ve never been told to do the job of the company I’m buying from, I’m pretty sure she could have looked it up in her computer. She also tells me if I find one she will have to refund my price and sell it to me full price since it wasn’t Cyber Monday any longer.
This put me over the ledge. I left and called corporate and have been dealing with them since, thinking they have more pull and can just get me what I want no hassle. I WAS WRONG!!! No one knows what’s going on even though each time I’ve called it is documented in a report. They have told me they will pick it up two different times now and I’ve taken off work to make sure I’m home when they pick it up... NO ONE EVER CAME TO PICK IT UP! Yet still the TV sits next to my front door... I have yet to receive my replacement TV and the old TV still sits next to my front door. I’m at a loss of words on how bad of an experience this has been.
FOR FUTURE BUYERS OF WALMART PRODUCTS: Yes they will have great prices, but to save yourself from the headache and blowing your money go to Best Buy or any other store offering any reasonable deal. Even spend a little more at any other store, don’t cut corners and get a cheap broken product that Walmart will not take back. Biggest waste of money and time I’ve ever experienced! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND BUY ELSEWHERE!!!

These people would do a heck of a better job than many of those Walmart has chosen to employ. I visited a toy department last night. Everything was thrown around and out of place. Prices were hard to determine and boxes were damaged and open. I saw one employee. After making excuses to a customer, she made hastily left the area. I wanted to park my buggy and straighten or face the shelves. This is a 24 hour store. Don't wait. Straighten periodically. Help customers so they don't topple items from upper shelves. DO YOUR JOB. HIRE PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO WORK. They can encourage those that don't. Hire from the above 50 group. They can and will do more than greet.

Walmart’s new policy of Customer Disservice. Walmart has a new policy for you, their clientele. It involves introducing you to their also fairly new check-out procedures, using self-service “Scan and Go” technology. This technology was pretty much abandoned in most of their trial-balloon stores a few months ago when its unpopularity with customers became clear. But in some stores—Kerrville, Texas is one—it is getting a renewed boost, despite its unpopularity.
The technology requires that customers scan the product barcodes with their smartphones. Of course, fresh produce, etc. has to be weighed, which is not very popular with many shoppers who are not used to doing that. Then you have to pay, of course, and then you have to bag your own items. Yeah, that’s a lot of work that you, the customer, has to do…for Walmart. You know, so they don’t have to pay an employee to do it for you. If those checkouts gave an automatic 25 percent discount on all items, I might be tempted. But I decided to stick with the old employee-checks-you-out routine, in part because I don’t even carry a cell phone. However, Walmart decided to make a couple more changes, to further entice me over to their Scan and Go checkouts.
They cut the number of employees available to check you out. And then they cut them some more. And then they seem to have encouraged the few remaining employees to be as slow as humanly possible, just to tempt you further to abandon their paid personnel in favor of the far cheaper do-it-yourself version. Uh, that is, cheaper for Walmart, not cheaper for you. Three times in the past three weeks I have been held up in line for painful minutes, while we all just stood there waiting for a manager to come resolve an issue, or for the register operator to maneuver through a particularly difficult check-out. Those were the last three times in Walmart for me. Three in a row. That’s not going to get me back in Walmart any time soon, if it can be avoided.
But I did come up with a protest action that might help encourage them to abandon this irresponsible customer disservice. On my last trip, I waited for what must have been 15 minutes behind only one customer in front of me in line. We waited for a manager who never came. I wound up moving my cart over to the side and leaving it there for one of their employees to restock all of the items. After several patrons in line behind me had walked off to find better venues, the woman directly behind me implored, “Don’t give up.” But I said I had no more time for this, and walked out.
In retrospect, I now see this as a possible protest that can work to our advantage (and that of the employees who want to keep their jobs). If your line stalls for more than five minutes, walk out. Leave the cart and just walk out to shop elsewhere. To heck with Walmart’s staff-cutting procedures, and their deliberate attempt to make employee checkouts more difficult and cumbersome.
I believe I will now shop for items I need elsewhere. And on a day when I am not busy, go to Walmart for things I really don’t need (but could use if suddenly customer service improves to acceptable levels). Load up that darned cart. Then go to the checkout line. Wait there for my four minutes and thirty seconds, and walk the heck out. I figure once a week might be in order.

Original order was November 21st of a large TV at reduced price. Because of the item size, freight shipping by YRC was offered. Estimated delivery date of the 29th, but with Thanksgiving and holidays I knew it would take longer. So I finally wait until Dec 5th to call customer service. I am told my order has been lost somehow and they would issue a refund or replacement. Yes this is helpful as any company should be, but I had no idea anything was wrong with the order until almost 2 weeks after and I was the one who needed to even initiate it. Anyways, the reduced price window had passed so I did a replacement.
Ordered Dec 5th by the Walmart customer service, estimated delivery date of the 12th. YRC shipping again, but this time it originates in Georgia. Using the YRC portal I tracked it EACH day to make sure it doesn't get 'lost' again. As of Dec 12th it has been arrived in the store for pick-up signed by a Walmart representative. Considering any issues that could arise, I stayed patient until today Dec 14th. I called the local store I’d be picking up from and they have absolutely no record of the item arriving in their store. Called surrounding Walmarts in case of delivery mistakes, but they did not even have my order information.
The item seems to have been lost once again except this time I am traveling out of state and will not be around for the 3rd replacement order arrival date. Horribly disgusted with the lack of care from Walmart and their YRC freight partner. As said in the headline, each order has been $901 so Walmart has now 'lost' $1,802 just in these 2 single item orders... I am only losing time on the TV, which has been paid for so must be delivered as long as it is in stock at Walmart. I am perfectly happy continuously having to replace the lost $901 until Walmart or YRC understand how much they have lost.

I made a simple purchase using Walmart's online pickup at the Walmart store located North Star, MD. Well it's December so of course most Walmart stores everywhere are extremely busy. So I had to wait about 20 mins to receive my online order. After which I was on my merry way. My Walmart purchase was for a pre-paid cell phone to use for any possible home backup family emergencies. I wasn't aware that cell phone's purchased whether prepaid or not but the item such as a cell phone cannot be activated without first being scanned at the store. So once I returned home I realized after calling the cell carrier to set up my cell phone that my phone was not scanned at the Walmart North Star location and therefore my cell phone could not be activated. Well the next day I travel out a closer Walmart which is located at Wilton Blvd in New Castle, DE to see if I could have the phone scanned and finally resolve all this.
I brought along of my online receipts which included my order number. I go over to the customer service area and the representative helping me said the item could not be returned or scanned because she was getting an error message on her register and I would need to call Walmart's main customer service number to resolve my issue. So following her instructions while still in store I call up Walmart's main customer service number and spoke to an agent. The agent was trying to explain to me what to do to have my phone activated. I told the Walmart agent that I was still in the store near the customer service area and if could she explain to the stores customer service rep what needed to be done, and the agent said she could do this no problem.
So I quickly approach the customer service line and I was pretty happy because NO ONE was in line, but after standing there alone in line for a few minutes I realized that I was being completely ignored. This was because one customer service agent was carrying on a conversation with another agent and COMPLETELY ignored me. I then told the phone agent that I would just leave the store and call back to resolve this issue. Well calling back to Walmart's main customer service line also accomplished nothing because the tech person said they would send me a software link to my email address that would help me to activate my phone, but this special link would not arrive to my email for at least 24 hours!
I was just so APPALLED at the entire experience. Well I'm a loyal Walmart customer and typically do not run into these situations. But now I'm unhappily stuck with a prepaid cell phone that I might as well give to my cat to play with. Merry Christmas cat. And Thanks Walmart for taking my money and providing me with no solution to my issue. Please shoppers Just beware of all the rules when placing an order for picking up your online orders. Make sure the Walmart associate helping you first scans your product correctly so that you do not run into a horrible situation such as this.

But I have noticed that Walmart quality and services seems to change from location to location. An example is the Walmart at Monroeville, Alabama location seems to have lesser quality clothing and less varieties of food. An example is trying to find a fresh corned beef. Virtually impossible! Never heard back, but I had saved the chat convo and taken screenshots that clearly showed the glitch and issue. I shared the convo I had and the screenshots, and the next customer service rep said they would get it figured out and were sorry for the issue. Days have passed with no further response. At this point it's clear the customer service is not actually a thing. Something that should have been taken care of in minutes or at the most a day for someone higher up to fix the issue has been entirely ignored. It's clear Walmart's version of customer service is to say they'll take care of it, take the info, and then just file it in the trash and hope the customer doesn't care enough to stop going to Walmart.
