    Walmart @ Willow Lane in Mcdonough, GA, the worst in customer services. l been to this Walmart several time but yesterday was very annoying. l was on the returns line for hour, only one cashier. Next thing she have to go home, no cashier for Express return either, so we were left without cashier just standing on the line. But can see Walmart employees (3) of them looking at their phone include the one with yellow vest. Another problem l encounter lately was no item (s) you looking for on the shelf and if you do find it, the price on the shelve is different than what the item ringing for. This also happen to me at Walmart @ Bill Gardner in Locust Grove, GA. Walmart need to do better.

    I made a order online and was told the order would be ready by 8:00 pm, no email no text. I called the store about my order and they kept answering and putting me on hold so I go to the store because I needed the item for work the next morning, so I go to the store and get the item and they would not let me get the item even though I had paid for the item. I will never ever give Walmart my business again because is just stupid especially when you pay for a item and go to the store and you got workers sitting around walking through the store, talking on cell phone and in each other department not helping are concerned about their customers. This has happen at the Walmart on Wrightsboro Rd. Augusta Ga 30909. They have the worst management and customer service than I have ever seen. Reason of review: Order processing issue. I didn't like: Poor customer service.

    So I bought a makeup organizer online from "topeakmart" (I will get to that later), I paid $50, it came and the size is a little too big for the area where I was going to put it, I live in a small apartment. I wanted to return it, Walmart said since it's 3rd party they can't accept it. There was no contact info, nothing to get a hold of them, "seller". After digging around I finally found their email address and their response was "We will give you 5% back and give it to a friend or for future use". WHAT THE HECK?!?! I don't even have room for the box. So they refused to take it back, after going back and forth (over a week) they said I can return it at my own shipping cost (It will cost me as much as the box). So long story short, Walmart allows 3rd party to sell on their website without making it clear and it says nothing about a return policy or anything because you would think you're buying it from Walmart! It's just sad how people try to build their business!

    Austin Peay, Memphis, TN - Have had the Walmart App since June/2017. Nothing but issues. Called their customer service 1-800- WALMART countless times to find out why I wasn't receiving the Savings Catcher. They didn't know either as we walked through the steps of the app. Various employees @ different times. (Also, did it in person @ my local Walmart. They told me to continue calling their 800 number to resolve the issue.). My screen wasn't looking like their screens. My screen was often semi-blank or icons that were on their screens weren't showing up on my relatively new iPhone. I couldn't get the Savings Catcher feature!!!

    They always said that they would escalate my problem to a higher level and email me within 5 days so that we could resolve the issue. Well, it has been @ least 6 months later since I first started my quest for answers & I haven't received any emails from any of the many employees trying to supposedly try & resolve the problem. Today I was told by another supervisor that there was nothing they would do as my purchases were over 7 days old. Although, I downloaded them immediately after purchases. I asked today's supervisor the question as to why they NEVER EVER RESPONDED WITH EMAILS. Her response to me was that they had attempted to do so once & it was undeliverable. I SMELL A RAT!!!

    How is it that I receive so many emails per day from all over the place except from WALMART??? It isn't logical! Nope, it isn't in the SPAM folder, I have checked. Seeing how today's supervisor admitted only seeing one supposed email attempt. The question is why are Walmart's representatives directed to tell untruths?? (Oh, & for a company that makes as much revenue in a year as they do you would think that they would play music that isn't as staticky as theirs, while on hold. Is that another way to get rid of us???) - Just had to vent!!! I'm taking my business elsewhere!

    For no reason at all, refused to provide a way for me to change the delivery date of a package I'm expecting from them. More importantly, they don't have any real way for customers to contact their corporate office. They just send you to a maze of recorded messages that don't apply to your situation.

    My grandson worked and saved to buy an unlocked phone from Walmart. He purchased a phone not on a payment plan but purchased the phone outright. He asked of the phone was unlocked and was told it was. I went the following day and asked and was assured it was. They then signed him up with Straight Talk for service which clearly states no contract. Month to month use any number you like etc. SO he paid for one month card for service.

    3 months later I called Walmart and Verizon to see if I could change his phone to my plan to save him $30 per month on phone service. I was told by both that we could. When I received the sim card from Verizon it would not work. I found out that Straight Talk put a lock on the phone and will not remove it for one year. There is no service agreement or plan. There is nothing in any paperwork anywhere that says the phone is locked from using it with any other service especially after being told it was unlocked.

    I went back to talk to a manager who said he understood and would make some calls and call me back and promised to call me back. Month later no call. Walmart is totally misrepresenting these phone services. Their people are untrained and do not know and misrepresent the facts. Their advertising and sales pitch does not give all the facts. Their management does not keep their word. The last visit I was told there is nothing they could do because they don't make any money on the phones and if I wanted to exchange it for an unlocked phone I couldn't because it was past 15 days.

    When you buy an unlocked phone and are told it is an unlocked phone you do so to avoid this very situation. The Walmart representatives lied and did not attempt to resolve this. They are ripping off poor and young people with no conscience. This is wrong taking nearly $200 from kids, misleading customers, and not standing behind the products and companies they represent. DO NOT BUY PHONES OR PLANS FROM WALMART. This is a rip off and they will not stand behind it. Walmart has always been known to stand behind their products and make it right if there is a problem. IT IS NOT THE CASE WITH STRAIGHT TALK. They will not make it right. This is WRONG!

    I have had a Walmart credit card for several years. Never had a late payment or issues. Raised credit limit to purchase a new TV. 1 month later they closed my account. No notice. No nothing. My credit score is 762 and no bad remarks. I am now closing all accounts that are associated with Synchrony Bank. I give them 0 out of 5 ☆. I would recommend U.S. Bank to replace them. I would give U.S. Bank 5☆. If Synchrony bank doesn't want my business I will make sure they don't get it from any of my other accounts through them. **I had to give them 1☆ because system would not except 0. 1 is very generous as to the way they treat their cardholders.

    I was shopping in mens clothing today in the Timnath Walmart (first time in a year). One of the employees pushed me out of the way because apparently I was in HIS way of stocking merchandise. He didn't smile and ask if I needed help. Not one employee there did. So sad. Walmart has really gone downhill and I more than likely won't go back.

    I am unsatisfied with a couple of the younger ** woman work in the deli. They are rude and plain mean. I am also a ** lady. Whenever I come in there to shop are rude. I shop at Walmart Supercenter (2100 North Main, Mtn. Grove, MO) on a regular basis and I will appreciate when I shop the women can show some respect.

    I placed an order 8/19/18 for 14 items for in-store pickup. I was emailed that 6 items were ready for pickup - 8 items were delayed. I went to store to pick up the 6 items, and they said all items were in. I got home and opened the boxes... surprise... only 6 items. I checked online and it had only 6 items as being picked up.

    Emailed Walmart and they apologized and said the missing 8 items were "stuck in processing" and they could cancel the order if I wanted. I said to cancel. They said it could take up to 48 hours and I could check the status online. The order didn't cancel but now all 14 items said "picked up", when originally only 6 items said "picked up".

    They assured me that it would be cancelled and it didn't. I was told they've escalated this to a higher department. I asked for the total of the 6 items so I could pay my charge, since they charged me for all 14 items. I don't know they can charge me for 8 items that didn't ship but were "stuck in processing". The person I had been emailing became less helpful and said again it had been escalated to a higher department. I had to go back through their website to ask the cost of the 6 items, which I wanted to be exact with tax. They finally responded and gave me the amount. I also contacted Synchrony bank to let them know that I was charged for 8 items that I didn't receive. They say it could take 2 billing cycles to review. I have been shopping with Walmart for as long as I can remember. I will never shop there again.

    I ordered window blinds from Walmart. Got them and they were damaged. I returned them and reordered. This time got the blind with a damaged box and NO hardware. I reordered again. And not to my surprise they emailed me they were out of stock. I have been trying now for two weeks to get the hardware. Still can’t get anywhere with this people. I am done ordering things on the Walmart site!

    I have bought the Tennessee Pride Mild Sausage and get it home just five blocks and it is thawed out. Walmart get this sausage in the store frozen then turns around and places it in open coolers not Freezers. I have called the company headquarter and got nowhere. Now I can and will start buying eggs from Target or another store that sells them for 28 to 48 cents a dozen whereas Walmart has went crazy thinking people will buy the 36 count eggs for $5.06 plus tax.

    I have 2 instances of ordering from 'Walmart' and having trouble returning or exchanging the product. Unlike Amazon, there are products they sell where they refer you to the seller and if the seller is not cooperative, you the Walmart customer are just out of luck. Walmart only forwards your initial contact to the seller and will not help you if the customer will not respond or if the seller does not allow a return or exchange. You cannot return these products to Walmart and Walmart does not act as your intermediary. Serves me right for not ordering from Amazon. Never had this problem as an Amazon customer.

    Purchased a 'refurbished' 50" 4K HG VISIO flatscreen TV 2 yrs 9 mos ago. Approximately 6 months ago (2 yrs 3 mos after purchase) VISIO wanted to push down a software update. I accepted the update, the update processed and rebooted the TV. Upon restart, no Video and no Audio. No control of the TV whatsoever. Followed instructions on how to perform a 'hard' reboot. No good. When the TV was purchased, I had asked to purchase the 3 yr 'extended warranty'. I was told by the store manager that extended warranty coverage was not offered on 'refurbished' TV's, but I could purchase the extended warranty on my other 2 60" new TV's that I happened to be purchasing at the same time as this 50" VISIO 4K HD one.

    I was assured by the manager (which I should have the been skeptical in retrospect) that I wouldn't need to purchase an extended warranty - even if it they were available to be purchased - since refurbished TV's are "factory reworked" to "new or better" standards. When I called Walmart to get guidance on how and where to return this defective unit, I was told that the warranty is only good for 90 Days and I SOL. When I asked to speak to a store manager, I was told I would have to deal directly with the manufacturer VISIO themselves. I was further told that the 3 yr extended warranty - had I bought it - would not have covered this anyway. That's the kicker.

    Turns out that the warranty coverage for the extended warranty is actually an insurance policy by State Farm insurance. Walmart gets a piece of the action for selling insurance for State Farm under the guise that Walmart is providing 'extended coverage'. I'm sure it's disclaimed somewhere in their fine print. Now I'm left to contact the Regional Manager and 'Corporate' (as suggested by Lily from the Kennett Square PA Walmart Store). Walmart clearly is not interested in going to bat for their customers that they sold inferior 'reworked' products for. You're on your own. Buyer beware.

    I was advised by the electronic department's staff member to buy a PrePaid SIM card for my home security alarm. The sim is not the one I need and I can’t refund the item. The non refundable policy was not disclosed to me upon purchase as I would have did more research before purchasing. This is a scam and I’m sure I’m not the only person this has happened to. I am shopping on Amazon for now on. I doubt Walmart even cares.

    I ordered a small item at Wal-Mart.com that was delivered to my house. The label on the product was different than the product and I needed to return it. I took it to the store and was told it was a marketplace item and I had to send it back. $3.50 for a $7 item. I thought that returns were shipped for free like Amazon. Not so.

    I want to know what my local store actually has in stock. It is virtually impossible. The website keeps telling me the item is in stock but when I click the item it says that it can be shipped somewhere I am not located. Why can't I confine my search to the store of my choice? I only go to Walmart when there are no other choices. Imagine how much worse it would be if they get their way and drive everyone else out of business! They will raise their prices for the worst products in the world, worst service and still treat their employees worse than slaves... I wish Walmart would go bankrupt.

    Ordered several items from Walmart.com, which failed to arrive. When I spoke to Walmart, they said I was actually doing business with someone else through Walmart, and they take no responsibility. The vendors they work with say they were shipped. Fedex and UPS say they were delivered, and Walmart says it's my problem. This has happened more than once, so there is a clear pattern. Wanted to give Walmart a chance as to avoid Amazon; but it is impossible to do business with Walmart.com. For one thing, you need to be a lawyer to understand what they are saying, and if Walmart takes no responsibility, I certainly don't need them.

    I am extremely disappointed in your inability to assist me with this matter. It is false advertisement for your warranties and a severe misrepresentation of your company's values and interests in your customers. I will be reporting this to the BBB and adding reviews anywhere I can regarding your marketplace. It is unreliable and unacceptable and I cannot believe Walmart who the first rep said not to worry that Walmart backs the purchases would later not. The first rep was very aware that this order was not within the 30 days or the 90 days and failed to mention. I was falsely advised that I would be taken care of. Not even a partial refund or a replacement with a similarly priced item was offered. All I got was a, "Sorry, can't help." Very disappointed and angry that I trusted your company and your sellers with a nearly $700 purchase that is now lost.

    This is about Walmart store #316 Attalla, Al. I Was in here again today. 3 days ago I informed an employee that someone overfed the Bettas. Fish cannot live in nasty water. He said he would change them out. 3 days later I come in and the Bettas have not been changed. I spoke with an assistant manager who approached me very roughly and rudely. Said he would not mark the fish down. Without asking if I was going to buy the fish he removed 5 Bettas from my cart without asking and refused to sell the fish to me. The Assistant Manager Jonathan needs to be fired. He is unprofessional, rude and intimidating. Why in the hell does Walmart continue to carry Bettas if they are not going to care for them. This is animal abuse.

    I really have had it with this place. I barely go to Walmart because of lack of customer service, nothing is price correctly, the lines are always long no matter what time of the day because none of the workers want to open more registers and honestly people are rude as heck. I was at Walmart because a family member wanted to go. I was pretty piss because I rather spend more and go to Target and get the same thing and get better customers service and less chaotic. We notice mirrors on sale and I grab one and she grab one. We saw only 1 sign that said about $5.49 which honestly seems good we didn't think much. The first one she grab had something weird on it like a crack and I grab another for her. We bought 2. The second one appear to have a hairline crack closer to the edge of the mirror which we didn't notice until we got home. Both mirrors we store properly in the car protected.

    Since it was late I said I'll go back after work this week, well of course life takes over and I was able to get there 2 days later. When I got there I accidentally cracked it more which I can admit was my fault but when I tried to explain to the lady with the braids what happened she said, "Oh we have to check cameras to see if it's true..." I was like ok, that's rude...but how can cameras catch a small crack at the edge? Weird. I also said the price is wrong. She said, "Oh there was 2 styles of mirrors there $5 and $15." Ummm OK? Well put two prices there.

    She was gone for like less than 5 minutes and said, "Oh no it was fine. We sold it too fine because the lady in back of you bought a pink one." I laugh. I said, "Yes that was me. I bought the pink one but what does that prove?" She didn't say we didn't see a crack which I know cameras can't catch that especially near the edge. I was pretty mad. Even though I try to stay away from Walmart I have not yet ever return anything before and I guess because I was soft spoken she knew she could do that to me. I'm pretty sure if I was screaming she would have not treated me that way...

    I purchased ammunition at the Covington, LA location and returned to the store with the receipt to either get the box of ammunition or get reimbursed. A Walmart manager reviewed the video tape and verified the purchase. The manager also said the customer after me left with the box of ammunition. The manager that reviewed the transaction and the co-manager, Heidi, refused to give me another box of ammunition or reimburse the money I spent on the ammunition because I went through a self checkout line.

    I placed an order and was given a delivery date. I received half of the order a day later than expected and the other half is now 3 days late. I was told by a chat rep that I would receive the order by 10 pm (yes 10 pm) and to wait for it last night. Nothing came. Now today an agent told me it should be to me within 24 hours. Told them am leaving town and do not want package sitting outside of empty house. They told me nothing they can do but wait the 24 hours, either leave a note on door to have carrier take back or wait for a reply from carrier to authorize return and then refund. Very disappointing.

    I placed an order on 8/28 for pick up on the same day around 3:30 am. Subsequently, at 5:56 PM I received an email that one of the items was cancelled because it was not in stock. Then at 8:34 PM I receive an email that the items were not ready. I ordered these item for an event I was having on 9/1. I waited until 8/30. Still heard NOTHING from Walmart so I cancelled the order and purchased my items elsewhere to make sure I would have them for my event. Online it showed processing not ready for pick up and cancellation requested, in addition to the item Walmart cancelled because it was not in stock. I contacted a representative and she told me that the items were not cancelled, and she could NOT cancel the order on my end; the system is hung up.

    She spoke with her manager and just let the cancellation run its course. I should be getting my refund in a few business days, I should be receiving an email regarding this. I did not receive an email, nor did I receive a refund. I contacted a representative again on 9/6 to complain regarding the. Walmart is not acting in good faith. They received payment but failed to follow through with their part of the agreement. Items were not available for pick up, last correspondence was on 8/28 and I have not heard anything back from them. They are not refunding my money either. I was informed they cannot cancel the order on their end, there was a problem with the system. They apologize, and I should be receiving my refund in a few businesses days and an email regarding it. Subsequently on 9/9 I get an email that my order is ready for pick up on 9/4.

    Why would I receive an email on 9/9 to pick up and order that was for 8/28 that was cancelled, and that I was supposed to pick it up at 9/4. There is some major dishonestly in this company. I received no other notification from them other than the order was not ready on the 8/28th. I continued to get emails to pick up my order but online the order is showing cancellation request. I contacted customer service again and was told the same system hung up they cannot cancel the order. They are sorry, but this time I was told to call back at 7 am. I waited 10 mins and called back. Rep Gladis says she will help me, I explain everything, and she never responds! I'm asking if she was still there, then she ends the chat! Another rep gets on and says he cancelled the order and I will be refunded in a few business days. I did not and still do not believe him or her.

    Very disappointed in Walmart's integrity and business ethics. I will not be ordering via pick up at Valley Stream again and I hope I do not have to deal with Customer Service again via chat. That was a nightmare. I still do not have my money, nor the items ordered. It’s been 19 days. This is more than just a mere inconvenience. This is totally unacceptable. I should be compensated for this negligence on your part. I could have used my money for something else these 19 days.

    After purchasing a $100 Walmart gift card on August 11 and giving it to my grandson couple of weeks later he was unable to use the card. Evidently someone in California made a $99 purchase prior to the date that my grandson received the card. My contact with Walmart resulted in a repeated message that the purchase was made prior to the card being registered therefore nothing could be done.

    My frustration is that the card was in my possession and yet it was used for a purchase prior to giving it to my grandson. It was supposed to be a safe method of giving a gift. In fact, the instructions at the bottom of the Walmart receipt state: "IMPORTANT: Card must be set up before use. Please follow instructions on the package to set up your card. You will need the card in the package and your receipt."

    I understood those instructions to mean that the funds would not be available until the instructions were followed yet, somehow, the card was used by someone else in another state before my grandson even received the card. There must be a better way of protecting the funds. I spoke with Thomas at the Escalation Center by calling 1-800-WALMART. I was repeatedly interrupted so that he could tell me the same message over and over again. He was "polite" but so very rude. I sent a letter to Walmart and they sent a replacement gift card with a zero balance.

    Ordered for pick up and it was cancelled by Walmart but they still managed to charge my card and hold my monies for over NINE days. According to their own site they won't deduct monies until you pick up! They stole money from a disabled man and his family.

    Warning: Do not take your vehicle to Walmart’s auto service center. They will not honor any damage done to your vehicle by their employees. Their insurance claim process is set up to *not* serve their customers. It is unfortunate that a billion dollar industry like Walmart will not cover even the smallest of damages. In my circumstance, it was a small tear (first and only) in my leather driver side seat. I was absolutely sure it happened at Walmart. I was told that they did not have enough 'evidence' to process the claim - after weeks of trying to connect with them.

    Other than a photo of the interior (seat) of my car, at the exact time that it was released to the shop, I'm not sure what kind of evidence I could have provided. Not something I've ever done in the past. I have owned many cars in my life and taken them all in for regular services, maintenance, tire purchases, etc. This was an extremely disappointing experience. Take your vehicle to a reputable service center, a mom and pop business - even if the cost is a little extra. The small savings that you might receive at Walmart is not worth the risk. Walmart doesn't deserve our business.

    I purchased a wedge pillow online on August 16, 2018 and Walmart.com sent 2 wedge pillows instead of one. On August 20th I contacted Walmart.com and arranged to pay for the second pillow. Instead of pulling the second payment once from my account Walmart.com pulling the second payment twice from my account. I contacted Walmart.com 3 days after the pull to discuss it and was told they would research it and get back with me in 5 days. I never heard back from them so I contacted them the beginning of September. I had to explain the entire problem again and was told that since I didn't make the purchase through Walmart.com they can't do anything about it.

    I told them I did make the purchase through them and demanded that they refund the $14.95 back to my account. I was then told they would research it and would get back with me in 7 days. I told them they had 3 days and if I didn't hear from them I would contact the police and file a theft charge against the company. At this writing I still haven't heard from Walmart.com. There isn't any record of my ever buying anything from Walmart.com on their website. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this to get help in getting my money back.     I ordered a 4K television from Walmart.com for a really good deal with the 3 year warranty on September 7. I was guaranteed delivery on September 10 at a specific store near my area. I waited until the 10th but never received an email saying they had received the order but I went to the store anyway. They didn’t have it. I went the next day, still didn’t have it. I called customer service the next day and they confirmed with me that the order had arrived at the location and to take a case number that they had given me and show it to an employee at the store who could call back and confirm with customer service that my order was indeed at the store.

    I went to the store the next day and lo and behold, they STILL didn’t have it. It was now three days past the guaranteed delivery date. The man who tried to assist me couldn’t find it in their pick up area which I don’t fault him for but he showed no enthusiasm to give customer service a call (which is what customer service told me to do) and recite the case number for the missing order. My beef is with Walmart’s lackluster ability to track packages between the origin and its destination. My tracking information that I followed via email confirmed that the order had been delivered in the city I live in on the 10th. Customer service also confirmed as much. The man at the Walmart I had it delivered to told me it was in transit. I don’t know who to believe. I don’t know if someone made off with it. I don’t know if it fell off the delivery truck. I don’t know anything. I got a refund. Do not use their delivery service.

    The last few times I have shopped at my local Walmart, I have noticed fewer cashiers and longer lines. Today there were 4 cashiers and each had 4-6 customers waiting to check out. I waited ten minutes before beginning the checkout experience. By the time I arrived home with my groceries, my ice cream was melted and other frozen food defrosted. I have a new Meijer store near me where I will begin shopping because of the poor customer service I have received during my last few visits to Walmart. I called their 800 number and was provided with no solutions. Very disappointed.

    I had ordered sneakers for my daughter from Wal-Mart.com. I was sent the wrong size. First, I went on the Chat customer service. The agent assured me I'd get the right size this time. So, I sent the shoes back. WRONG SIZE sent for a 2nd time. Go back online to go through the Chat customer service and I was reassured and promised that I would get the right shoe. Returned the shoes for a 2nd time. WRONG SIZE for a 3RD TIME! Finally, wrote an email. All I got was an apology and offered a refund. I waited about 1 month and still have the WRONG SIZE sneaker. Talk about frustrating. Customer service didn't resolve my issue. Never ordering online from Wal-Mart again. Be aware.

    Went to order a set of Mastercraft tires sku# 563861214 and all day long it shows them priced at $90.78 but go to add them to the cart and the price jumps to $95.25. They refused to honor the advertised price. Had I not realized my total was higher than estimated I would have probably never known. Be sure to check your prices before you pay at walmart.com!

    On Sept. 6 I placed an order for grocery pick up from the Bedford, Va Wal-Mart. I cancelled the order the same day, as I have done a couple of times in the past. It's Sept. 10 and the charges are still listed as "pending" on my account. Wal-Mart credit said there was a "code" problem but it was up to the local Wal-Mart to fix it. The number for Walmart.com customer service for groceries connected me to someone who said the cancellation was approved but it would take up to 5 DAYS to show up on my card. He said, I SHOULD have called them directly to cancel the order so it wouldn't "go through the system". There is nothing on the Wal-Mart website to indicate that you should call them to cancel an order.

    They rarely get the orders correct. Items are left off or added. I was returning an item to Walmart customer service and was making a purchase at the same time. Instead of refunding my money, the customer service rep told me that she was applying my refund to the new purchase. What she did not mention is that she was not refunding the tax that I paid for the item. I wonder how many times Walmart makes refunds without returning the tax to customers. It appears to me that if this is a normal practice, it will certainly add up to a lot of money for Walmart and a loss to the customers. I was in a hurry on my way to an appointment and did not discover the error until later that afternoon. I will be returning the items for a refund of all of my money including the tax.

    I have serious complaint regarding the store at 745 US Highway 287, Lafayette CO 80026. My husband, teenaged daughter and myself were shopping there today. It is our normal store. We have shopped there for 4 years, spending approximately $600 to $800 a month. Today, my husband and I got our weekly groceries and some clothing at a regular checkout stand. While we were doing this my daughter went and got a pair of jeans, two boxes of crackers, a Halloween decoration and a bottle of a juice drink. She was using her own money and went through the self checkout.

    She came to help us after she was done and we were walking out together. When we got to the door two young ladies came up to us and one lifted a card. She showed it to my daughter who was confused. She said some initials, which after talking to friend I have found out were SSID. She didn’t explain why she stopped us at first. I thought she was collecting donations for some kids organization since she looked about 16.

    She said "I need to see your receipt." I said "Oh! Okay here let me get it." My husband had walked out the doors ahead of us with our loaded down cart. She said "No. Not yours. Yours." Very rudely looking at my daughter. My daughter said "Okay sure. My bags are in my parents' cart." We walked out. There was a crowd of people staring at us. I have honestly never been so embarrassed in my life.

    My daughter handed them her bags and I guess two people cannot count to 5. She had 5 items. They very rudely said "You’re coming with us!" I said "Oh wait a second. For what?” The intern, as we found out who she was later, said "Ma’am, you need to calm down.” In her best 16 year old, tough guy voice. Seriously? Yes, I’m sure she’s older than that. But, it’s hard when you’re almost 60 to not look at a child playing tough guy.

    They told me it was none of my business since my daughter is 18. I said there are 5 items there! Count! They looked confused. Counted again and then said, "Oh. Okay." Then they just kind of stood there. I was very angry at their snotty accusatory attitude and said "Wow. That was a nice apology." The older one who I guess was in charge of this fiasco said "Well you didn’t give me time to get the words out!!!”

    During all of this in front of the store was a group of people watching. I said "Let’s leave." Then I noticed a woman assistant manager or something official at the store, who I have seen many times, standing there observing and smirking. Her name is **. She saw me looking and started moving a cart around that was by the door. I said, "Boy, that was really some nice profiling. Grab the teenager with purple hair and accuse her of stealing." She yelled back at me across the parking lot that it wasn’t profiling and some other things. Very professional. I’m sure all of the people who witnessed this want to run back to this store for the amazing customer service. My husband was very angry. He said “Put the things in the car, I’ll be back" and went back into the store.

    This ** person turned and took off when she saw him coming. I guess it was her break time or something. He went to the two young ladies who I guess are the snap Walmart store security. He read them the riot act and they apologized to him and said I shouldn’t have gotten angry at them. (I guess somehow it was my fault they made a mistake and then acted unprofessionally.) He said they were lucky we weren’t calling our lawyer. You should be more careful when you falsely accuse someone in public, loudly, of stealing. This will be my last trip to this store.

    I went to the pharmacy to get medicine because I had a coupon for GoodRx. And the lady that worked there told me they were going to close for an hour because they were going to lunch. Her attitude and behavior was like I was bothering her because I wanted to start using Walmart as my pharmacy. No sorry. Nothing, I will never go back to Walmart.     Cortland Supercenter Walmart located at 819 Bennie Rd, NY 13045. The selling associate are so lazy, including management (Robin). I called the store to verify they had a particular item in stock Swai fillets 4 lbs bag. I was passed around the whole store for about 10 minutes in between holds, until I asked for a manager. Spoke with the store manager and only then I was told the item wasn’t available. My response was, "Why this wasn’t told to me during the time I was being passed around."

    Walmart customer service is so unprofessional in this location. SADDLEBROOK WALMART. The employees has a lot of attitudes and very feisty. I went to Walmart to return a gift from my baby registry. Savion and the 2 girls who work in the customer service were not helpful and doesn't know what they're doing. Managers were useless. They’re more pro employees than customers satisfaction. A waste of time and energy talking and explaining to them and it will end up nothing they can do to solve the problem. I'm very disappointed!!!

    I ordered gift cards online with other merchandise. When I got the gift cards I decided to call the number on the back of the cards to see if they were activated. They were not. Still waiting to be resolved. Calling has not helped. I asked for a person to speak with at the gift card area (you can’t zero out and talk to a human) and the Customer Service Rep gave me the number on the back of the card!!! Chatted with someone in line at Walmart said it would be escalated. I think they just read off a script.

    Ordered pet food at a great price from Walmart's website with advertised 2 day free shipping with purchase requirements. Package was suppose to arrive 9/4 with the two day delivery and now 9/7 and still no package. The shipper (LaserShip-Tampa) acknowledges that they have the package and all that they keep saying is that it will be delivered the "next day." Their tracking history looks like a nightmare with every day listed as "out for delivery" and then no delivery. At night when the trucks come back, the tracking has an exclamation point with my town name on it.

    They have a question about my area. I have spoken with the shipper about it and they say no problem, you will get your package the next day and then no package arrives as they said it would. I have never had a problem with Walmart deliveries until this shipper was used. Walmart is no help, they keep putting it back on the shipper. They won't tell the shipper to return the package to them and refund my money. Don't know what recourse I have at this point except to challenge their charge to my credit card.

    On September 4, 2018 at 10 A.M. I ordered and paid for a Nintendo Switch that was in stock both at the store and warehouse. I paid for next day delivery. By 3 P.M. on the 5th I started a chat with customer support asking why I had not received any information about my purchase or shipment. They said something had happened and my order never processed. I have worked retail in shipping and receiving. That doesn't happen. So she gave me 10% off the purchase and had them rush order it for today the 6th. It's now 1:30 P.M. and the order tracker says waiting for package to arrive at USPS. So not satisfied at all with Wal-Mart online. Really need to step it up, I have never had a problem with Amazon or Ebay. I have been shopping at your store once a week since 1994. Guess I will be calling to see what has happened this time.

    UPDATE. I contacted customer service again at 2 P.M. At first the woman Thelma told me, "It look like your product has been lost. Do you want me to reissue one to you? It will take a week to get to you with expedited shipping." I said, "No. How on Earth did this happen? Was it stolen?" She then said, "Well it looks like it was never sent out." I say, "Why is it going to take a whole week when next day shipping is offered?" No comment on that just offered me a $25 gift card. And a refund. So I say, "Give me the refund and I'll get it at the store." Well it takes a week to get the refund now so I can't do anything until that time. Complete headache and waste of my time and resources. Thanks a lot Wal-Mart.

    I purchased Pinalim tea on Walmart website. I used the tea as instructed for twice, didn't work. I used two tea bags, didn't work. I used three tea bags, didn't work either. I took it to Walmart, I should return it through their website. The representative called me, and said, "Because of you opened the package, we cannot take it back." Nonsense!     I placed an order on 8/30/18 and was guaranteed two day shipping. Received an email saying all items would be delivered by 9/1/18. On Saturday 9/1/18, I only received two of the 9 items and when I logged in, the delivery status changed to say it would not be delivered until Wednesday, 9/5/18. I did not receive any notification that there was going to be a delay in delivery nor was it given the option to consent or cancel. I emailed them and all they said my only option was to return the order once I receive it and only then would they refund my money!!!

    According to the Federal Trade Commission Act, by not notifying me prior to shipping the items and giving me that option, I am entitled to a refund immediately and not have to pay for those items not shipped timely!! Had I known that they couldn't ship those items by 9/1/18, I would have not consented to the delay and would have ordered the items from Amazon! Walmart needs to be held accountable for this as it seems they are doing this to everyone, probably because they are losing business to Amazon and their Prime shipping. Now my daughter is in New Jersey without everything she needs because she left her bag at home! I am beyond angry! And all they can say is "Return your order when you receive it if you're not happy." Well what the heck am I supposed to do in the meantime! The money should have been refunded immediately so that I could purchase it again from another merchant that could still get it there faster than 9/5/18!

    I went to the Walmart at San Mateo and Central in Albuquerque, NM. After I entered the store I was chased down by an employee who ran up to me and told me they did not allow shoppers with backpacks into the store. What he was referring to was my purse which isn’t that big. My “backpack” was buckled closed. Basically, I was being accused of being a shoplifter. When I looked around me, I saw other shoppers carrying large open shoulder bags that could have very easily accommodated shoplifting. As I said, my “backpack” was buckled closed. Furthermore, I saw another shopper with a backpack-style purse which, granted, was smaller than mine — but still she was allowed to shop.

    I turned to leave the store and said to the employee — “Well, I guess I’ll do my shopping elsewhere.” The employee said to me, “Have a nice day. Thank you for shopping at Walmart.” From his tone of voice and mannerism, I could tell he was really saying, “** you.” I returned the cursory and walked out. I won’t be back. I wouldn’t encourage anyone to shop there. Aside from this incident, the place looks filthy.

    Walmart Spokane Valley Store #5883 5025 E Sprague Ave Spokane Valley, WA 99212. We have ordered online groceries from this store twice now with the same disappointing service. First time ended up in a 50 minute wait with us waiting in the lot while they did the actual shopping. The manager called the following day to apologize and assure us this is not the type of service they offered in additions to a $20 bill. (We thought no worries they are new to this and let it slide). Now this is the second order we have placed at this store where we called while heading to pick up and after thirty minutes of waiting they informed us they were 20-30 minutes behind with orders.

    We asked to speak to a manager and the store Manager ** came up and let us know we could cancel our order if we wanted to. We informed her how inconvenienced we were and that we would file a complaint online since her solution after wasting our time was to now cancel our order, and she replied with "go ahead the complaint will just come back to me anyways".

    We have done online groceries at multiple locations and have never received such poor mediocre service. I will definitely be sharing and posting my experience to make sure other consumers are made aware that there are other stores like Rosauers and Fred Meyer to name but a few that actually take pride in their service and care about their customers. This is a poor standard of service and the store manager's attitude (Brandi) definitely speaks for the quality of service that Walmart offers. So thank you ** for offering us to take our business elsewhere. Obviously you are not invested in the mission and values of the company you work for and could care less for its success.

    So apparently Walmart only allows you to purchase no more than 2 electronics online within 21 days. They call this "quantity control". I call it stupid & losing business. If you try to purchase more than 2 electronics they will allow it & then turn around & cancel your order, causing you to wait 5 plus business days to be refunded. I'm so pissed off. I have multiple children that have birthdays around the same time, hence, my purchasing multiple electronics. I'm kind of glad this happened though because Best Buy had the same item for $10 cheaper MINUS the huge, unnecessary hassle.

    I placed 2 orders with them. 1 on Saturday the 25th and 1 on Sunday the 26th. Both 2 day shipping. I got the one from the 25th today, 6 days later, and the one from the 26th is scheduled for the 5th. I've called and chatted with them many different times and every time they refuse to help me even though they admit they screwed up. Never once was I able to talk to an American and I had to constantly repeat myself to make them understand. Wal-Mart does not care about their customers. All they care about is money and making sure that they can't issue a refund. I would really think hard about ordering from them. Shop around, because paying $5.00 more for something is way better than dealing with them.

    I just spoke to a call center agent named Medina who said she works out of Montreal Canada call center of Walmart. She had difficulty explaining my bill to me, often saying the cents into dollars which was confusing in the conversation. She has heavy Middle Eastern accent but that's not the problem. The problem was when I told her I'm also monitoring our conversation because she kept making mistakes about the amount and also because she can't understand my question; she deviated from the question and did not come straight to the point. Medina then told me to hold on for awhile and came back saying she can't continue with our transaction because I'm recording the conversation.

    In Canada, we only need the permission of 1 to record a conversation. Walmart records conversation. Why is it illegal for a Canadian to record a Walmart transaction recorded from a private telephone with the permission of the telephone owner? This woman should be fired. A lot of companies don't understand the Canadian law that while companies can record their customers' conversations, so can we. That is the law. In summary, Walmart employees have not been informed of who and which country they're dealing with as well, their employees are either lazy or has poor customer service skills.

    I placed an order online this morning order # **. I was told online that if I spent $35 I would get 2 day free shipping. Well once I hit the confirm button to place the order I received an email telling me that my order should be delivered on 9/10/18. Today is 8/30/18!!! Where is the 2 day shipping!!? I first tried chatting with a stupid customer rep online that ignored me the whole time and then I had to get offline as I don't have all day to spend on Walmart's customer service chat. I told him to fix it and email me confirmation. Of course he did nothing and now at 2:30 pm I decided to call customer service as I never got the email.

    After I told the customer service rep the shipping issue repetitively (as she was too stupid to actually listen to me the first couple of times I had to repeat the issue till she finally understood what I was saying). She then said she was transferring me to another dept. I told her as long as it didn't take too long and her response was, "Well call back when you are not at work!" CLICK (HER HANGING UP ON ME!!!). WHO THE HELL THINKS THAT IS HOW YOU TREAT A CUSTOMER!!! Walmart is true to their reputation! I always had stuck with Walmart's side when anyone complained about them but now I see the light!!! I will find somewhere else to shop in the future!!

    Received my replacement order for 4 cans of dogfood that I did not receive in my original order. They screwed up AGAIN! They sent me Hearty Loaf with Beef. Called customer service AGAIN! They are sending ANOTHER REPLACEMENT! LOL! ALSO, called corporate to no avail! They claim that they have NO control over what these warehouses ship. We will see what comes on 9-1-2018, for the 21 can replacement. If it is also not right, I told the lady I spoke with today that I will be calling back for a full refund, and the incorrect cans that they keep sending me will be donated!!

    I ordered a set of 6 bowls online, received one bowl out of the set. Called the customer service line, they said no problem we will give you a 10 dollar voucher and send you the missing bowls. 2 weeks later, no bowls. Talked online to a customer service rep and this time he said they can't send the missing 5 bowls, that I would have to return the one bowl to Canada post - pay for shipping back to their warehouse and then once they receive the one bowl they would return my money and then I could re-order??? WHY on earth would I go out of my way to do that? They are ones who messed up my order, they should be able to send me the missing items from my order. This is unacceptable, I am waiting for a phone call from a manager, which I'm sure I will not hear from. Walmart sucks.

    On 8-21-2018 Ordered online, 4 cases of Ol' Roy Meaty Loaf with Savory Beef @ $9.99 per case of 12 20 oz cans. When I received my order confirmation, it only stated they were shipping 44 cans. I immediately contacted customer service, and the young lady stated that the order was in processing, and the moment we get off the phone, she will go out to tell them to add 4 more cans. Sounds good right? NOT! Received my order on the 24th and 25th. LOL! Received only 44 cans and to make matters even worse, 21 of the cans was "HEARTY LOAF WITH BEEF". I have NEVER SEEN this name on any cans in the store OR found them on their website.

    So I called customer service AGAIN! Got another young lady who actually ordered 4 more cans for me at no charge. This was on 8-26-2018. Now called customer service AGAIN on 8-27-2018 to find out WHY I have 21 cans of this HEARTY LOAF WITH BEEF? Unfortunately I got a lady that "could not speak very good English". Explained the situation and she assured me that after looking at my file, I would be getting the WHOLE order replace! She attempted to repeat this to me 4 times! So I said ok. This was at 11:30am New Mexico time. Then at 1:30pm this same day, I decided to call again. Thank the good Lord up above, I got a young man that could speak English! Asked him regarding what the last lady stated re: replacing the whole order, respectfully he laughed! And said NO there was only another replacement order for the 4 cans I did not receive in the original order.

    So he ordered 21 cans of the original order "Ol' Roy Meaty Loaf with savory beef, sent me a confirmation with a prepaid label to return what I did not order. So far so good, will receive new order by 9-1-2018. We will see what I receive this time around. Whoever packed my order, not only could not count but could not read. Then they packed 1 can with its own tracking number in a box by itself, total of 4 large boxes for the other 43 cans. This IS NOT the first time Walmart has messed up my Order! You'd think I would learn. WELL I HAVE THIS TIME! I told ALL 3 people that I spoke to, that if and when I receive my CORRECT order of 48 cans not 44, that I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM ONLINE OR IN THEIR STORE EVER AGAIN! AMAZON HERE I COME FOR SURE!

    I ordered at Walmart.com to pay in store. Don't do it! No one knows how to give you your money back! Talked to the store. Got my cash back after 2 days. No one wanted to credit the rest of my 209.00 back onto my check card, after they took it out of my checking account with no problem. Talked to Walmart and Walmart.com customer care still haven't received my money after 10 day!! Called corporate offices **. They won't talk to people! Kept transferring my back to Walmart customer care. That's how much they care about their customers!!!

    My wife and I spent $800 or so on groceries, clothing, etc., per month at Wal-Mart. I bought multiple pairs of cargo shorts there every year for my job. I had a pair on that was nearly 2 years old when I went to exchange a pair that had ripped after only 3 wearings. I didn't have a receipt, but policy states that items under $20 may be returned under certain conditions, all of which I met.

    The people in customer service refused to exchange them. There was a discussion in which I said they would never see another penny of mine. I left, and called the store manager. She said I was correct and if I were to return, they would exchange the shorts. I told her thanks but I was done with them. You see, that was the last straw for me on a company that, ever since Sam Walton passed, has exploited their workers and the public with ever-increasing prices, along with ever-worsening product quality and bad service. I haven't been back for over a month now and I'm actually pretty happy about it.

    Bought $200+, cart full of groceries. Go to check out and the only check out is 1 less than 20 items open and the compact self check out. Nightmare. I should of walked out but I was under a time constraint. It took forever to move groceries around repeatedly because there was no room to scan everything. Plus trying to keep my purse close. Seriously giving up Wal-Mart this time. It’s just not worth it.

    Kudos to Walmart for presenting cheap curtain rods made of cheap plastic as though they were iron and charging accordingly (as though they were iron). I rarely shop at Walmart but this is, hopefully, the very last time that my foot is set there. I have had enough of legal crookery and our short-cut culture in which all means are sacred to make money out of unwary and trusting consumers

    So I go into Walmart to buy an Instant Pot. It's $59 on Amazon but I didn't want to wait for shipping. There it was at Walmart BUT $79.00. $20 price difference is ridiculous! I asked them to price match since THEIR WEBSITE says it will price match, but they said, "NO, WE DON'T PRICE MATCH." Well, update your website then. Of course I didn't buy it, but I'm thinking to myself, sooner or later, your sales are going to go way down as someone like me won't buy these things from them. They could have turned my thinking around, all for the sum of $20 in this case.

    I need a refund, from an "online Walmart Pick-up", (pick up at my store), via Walmart app, transaction in the amount of $18.59 which was paid via a stored payment method. I completed this transaction between 2:30-3:30 pm, this afternoon. At about 7 pm, I went into my local Walmart, store #379, to get the items that I had bought earlier in the afternoon and a couple other things, like food items I cannot buy via your app with my EBT card, Snap Program, card. Which is one HUGE fail on Wal-Mart's part.

    Anyways, this evening we have had some pretty severe weather, and you could sense the stress and urgency that this weather was making, not only on paying customer's faces, myself included, and employees. They have families at home themselves. I completed my shopping and headed for the check-out. And spent $20.16 via my EBT card, and $89.60 via my debit card, I return to my truck, start it. And I remembered that I had placed the "Pick-up" transaction earlier in the day. Which then I realized, I had not only had I paid that $18.59 for that, but just walked out of the store and had spent another $20.16 via EBT card and $89.60 via debit card.

    And since I ended up having to physical go to the store, I bought the items that was on my "Pick-Up" order. (I suffer from mental illness and ADHD and social anxiety are only 2.) I walked back into the store to hope to get this matter resolved. Clearly, I don't have $18 to just let go. I walked back into the doors of the store, customers and employees are outside, staring at the sky. I noticed a woman with a yellow vest, her name is Jaime, and she is a Customer Service Manager (CSM) so I approached her to discuss how to refund the "Pick-up" transaction. l pull my receipt up on my phone from the "pick up" transaction and had my paper copy receipt, asking for assistance with this matter promptly.

    It was very clear that Jaime was more interested at looking/visiting outside with fellow employees and her quick answer to me was pointing her finger inside the store and repeatedly spoke over me, telling me to go to the customer service desk. They help with that problem. So I approach the customer service desk, and because no one was there but the woman at the desk, I started off by explaining the mix up and how I just remembered I had purchased that transaction twice, and needed help refunding the total to my debit card.

    The woman was rude, she spoke over me while I was telling her my issue, at one point I said the word "cat food" because that was an item I had double purchased, she wants again speaks over me, took her glasses off and gently toss them on the counter and proceeded to turn around and show me some bags sitting behind her counter, pointing at them.

    At this time I realized that she had not really heard and listened to what I needed help with customer service manager Jamie joined us at the customer service desk because the woman did not know how to help me, Jamie proceeded to keep speaking over me, and repeatedly told me that they are unable to process/refund my $18. That I need to call 1-800 Walmart. I am 30 years old and have heard that answer, 99% of the times I've needed help or customer service. I have 9+ years of retail experience and that is not how customers should be treated, especially when they have an issue. I have been told to call 1-800 Walmart and this is the first time I am actually contacting corporate. I spend money in your store. My time is priceless. I placed my pickup order between 2 and 3:30 this afternoon, it is now 11 p.m. I look forward to a speedy response and thank you for your attention and urgency with this matter.

    I will never order online from Walmart again. I tried four times. The first time I received a used lawnmower that actually had gasoline in the tank. The second time I received a badly damaged snowblower that also looked used. The third time I ordered food items - cereal and canned goods. All items had simply been thrown in a box with no packing material. The cereal boxes were completely crushed. The canned goods were all dented. I called and complained and they said they would re-ship the order. They did and this time there was one or two inflatable bubbles, but like before, everything was thrown in the box. Cereal again crushed. Cans again dented. If Walmart wants to gain ground on Amazon for online shopping, this is the worst possible way to do it. I'm done - they've lost my business.

    Placed an online order for a store pickup and received the confirmation notice. The email stated that I would be notified when the order was ready. After 4 days, I contacted Walmart and the representative stated that order was stuck. Without asking, they canceled the order and said reorder it. Just lost my tax free weekend order.

    First, this TV took over a week to get delivered and once it was delivered, I plugged it in and the entire screen was cracked!!! So I immediately started a return and was instructed to go to my nearest Walmart to get my money back. I go to the Walmart in Garland that is located on Broadway and had the worst time of my life. First they could not locate my order, then they told me that I made multiple payments on the TV that is not true, I paid one time with my debit card. Then they tried to give me all my money back on a gift card. No, I want my money back just like the way that they got it. Then the Assistant Manager by the name of "Dee" came and was the rudest, unsympathetic, unprofessional manager I have ever came across.

    She talked with her hands and kept slapping her hands together as she was speaking to me. A sign of being straight ghetto. She told me that she could not override the system and give me back my money. She then walked away without any explanation. I then asked for a Store Manager, but was told that the Store Manager was not there. "Dee" finally came back and again was no help. She then picked up my debit card and handed it back to me and told me that she cannot help me. So, she expected me to walk away with a damaged TV with no refund. She tried to explain to me that since I bought the TV from Walmart.com, there was nothing that she can do about it.

    An hour and a half later, I finally got my money back from upper management named Paul. This was ridiculous!!! I will NEVER order from Walmart.com and I would strongly recommend that you don’t order from Walmart.com either. If there is a problem with the item, you will have to go through hell and back just to get back your hard earned money. This review is only the beginning...

    I had made a call to the Wal-Mart at my location. I got nothing but the runaround and rude employees that did not even direct me to the right department. I then got the produce department in a young lady answered by the name of Jessica. She gladly assisted me by going to the meat department and looking for what I needed. She took the time to assist me with excellent customer service. It took me 4 employees to get a kind one that was willing to do her job... Great job Jessica. You are greatly appreciated...     When I order every month and everything says 2 day shipping... I "might" get 3 items out of 15 in 2 days! Why don't all my products come as promised? And out of 15 items, I usually get at least 4 different boxes with only 1 or 2 items in each. Why can't everything come in 1 or 2 at the most? Waste of boxes.

    Ordered a drone from walmart.ca Marketplace but it came with missing parts. Tried to contact 3rd party seller many times through Walmart site but never got a reply.     I would give them a zero if I could. I am officially done with Walmart! They have a bed store outside of Walmart on Bethany Home Rd in Phoenix, AZ and apparently they have only 8 open across the country. The signs says "Walmart sleep shop", when you pay, you pay at Walmart cashier, but when I got my order delivered to my house the salesman sold me incorrect bed frame. They did nothing to make the return easy. I am over 2 months and still have not received my refund and every time I speak with a manager from the store I bought it from they tell me the sleep shop is NOT AFFILIATED with Walmart??? ** how rude ALL the employees have been during this process! Save yourself a headache and return hassle... Switch to Target. Totally disgusted with Walmart. Will never step foot into another one.

    CAUTION! Avoid the Walmart Credit Card at all costs... Mine has been paid off and closed since 2015 and they are still on all of my credit reports as carrying a balance since 2015.     We purchased a TracFone smartphone and received it. We have an email confirming it was picked up by us at store. We had trouble with TracFone activating it. TF said they got a message from Walmart.com that the phone was stolen so TF frayed the SIM card. Walmart.com denies it. Now, no one wants us to talk to us. We paid Walmart.com for the order. We should be able to get a refund from them, but they say we would have to wait for TracFone to refund them, then they would refund us... BUT it would take months for our refund... what if they don’t refund and we are out $120.00. Please help. It is crazy.

    Updated on 08/10/2018: Walmart.com has not been helpful in finding out why Tracfone fried a phone when it was delivered. We have proof of order, payment and delivery, but Tracfone blames Walmart.com. When we finally got through to Walmart.com they say they did not say it was stolen. Go through Tracfone. It is day 25 and we call daily only to get transferred and hung up on. They say return it on day 18 but don't say where. We spend more days trying to find address of tracfone...no one there knows it.

    So because we paid Walmart.com, we tried to return it to them. Now Walmart.com says they won't take it back after 14 days, no exceptions cause you are an employee. When you say Now what do I do? The manager says if you argue or get mad you WILL get fired. WE PAID Walmart.com. They don't care about our struggles. We are out $115.00 and no phone. PLEASE HELP US. We is my son and I. He works there. I don't. He paid. I'm trying to help. THIS IS NOT FAKE.

    Incompetence run amuck. That's my assessment. They make mistakes in the shopping of your items. They make mistakes in billing. They don't have your groceries ready at the time. You are designated to pick them up. Huge mistakes. I had problems for three weeks in a row and they didn't like my complaints and canceled my account.     I purchased a kayak that was supposed to be delivered to store 1 week later. I received an email the day after the missed delivery date saying it was delayed. I contacted the online help desk asking for a new date. I needed to arrange pick up on such a large item since Walmart would not ship to my home. They said it would be delivered 2 days later. Again that day came and went. I contacted the online help once again to be assured it was on the way and it would be delivered to the store another 2 days later. Again that day came and went. I waited an extra day.

    Now it's exactly 1 week from the first scheduled delivery day. I again contacted the online help to be told I needed to contact the shipper. I declined saying that I ordered it through Walmart and Walmart chose how it was shipped and who shipped it. Amazingly enough I received an email that day saying the kayak was in store ready for pick up. I went to pick it up and the back end was all dented. I declined to take delivery on it. Now I ask the Walmart employee in the store for a number to call to Lodge a complaint. I call the number to hear music for 5 minutes before anyone answered. I asked for a manager which took another 20 minutes.

    I finally spoke to a manager explaining the situation. This manager said she would look and try to get me a kayak, to which we were disconnected. I called back asking to speak to Megan the manager I was just speaking to. I explained again the entire situation to Chris with the premise to find Megan. His response to me was "these were Walmart's polices and there was nothing he could do". I ordered this kayak because I had plenty of time for delivery before I was to leave on vacation. I leave in 4 days to which I have no kayak and no money to buy another one because refunds take 5 to 7 days. I will be watching the group I'm vacationing with, kayak as I sit on shore. Thanks Walmart. I'm sure this will be an unforgettable vacation!!!

    Part of my order was piecemealed, only receiving 2 of 10 items on the day I was supposed to receive the shipment. The next day I received 5 items, with another 12 items outstanding and unaccounted for. Three days later still nothing. No email, no phone call, nothing. I call customer service and they tell me the rest of the items were damaged in shipping and they can re-order those items and will have to wait another two days. I asked why no communication and was just told sorry. Guessing I am going to have to stick to Amazon because this was a horrible experience. Not much different than shopping in the store.

    "New" website is a joke. It won't allow login to an existing account, won't allow new account setup, and sets pickup location in an entirely different state. Won't allow you to change the location unless you log into an account. Support was a joke as well.     This was the first Sanyo TV I've ever purchased on Nov. 04, 2016, never ever buy a Sanyo TV. (Parts start going out right after the one year warranty ends.) The TV had a great picture and we hardly ever use this TV in our bedroom, then all of a sudden this Sanyo TV would not come on, all the other VIZIO TVs (3) I have in my home work great and I've had them for 6 years now without any problems. I called both Walmart and Sanyo customer service and neither one would even answer the phone. It will cost just as much to fix this TV as it would to purchase a new one, never again will I buy a Sanyo TV... waste of money!

    Returned the rooted food radishes and went to dept. where there was a sign return/money order. I stood in line and after a few mins the only person behind the counter yelled at me in line that the returns are next door were the signs says. I advised and pointed to sign over her head and she said that marked no difference and the returns are next door. I went next door and waited because the entire dept. was having a meeting and the dept. was shut down (11:00 am). After a few mins. the meeting finished. The people stood behind the counter (5) and looked at each other whom was working at counter. Finally I made it to the counter after 10 mins and being the only one in line returned the produced.

    Went to pharmacy and again the only one in line and girl that works for Walmart walked in front of me and went to the girl (spoke no English) and was looking at me and made remarks about me which and is a wonder I did not reach out and rip their voice boxes out. I am by no means against any group or groups but Walmart is hiring all none English ** Americans and in FL this is all they can hire for a much cheaper wage. I will bet you 40% do not have green cards. This along with the buying of bad produce is how Walmart is able to cut corner where other providers have their hands tie.

    We went to next Walmart 10 miles north and it was like night and day. The service was great, people were working. I will never go back to Sebring FL Walmart. This store can close down and I would never miss it. Produce dept. in Sebring, FL needs to be shut down. Picked up red onions (6) all were rotted and smelled. White potatoes (10) were rotted. At this time I stopped looking back just in line of site I can see rotted produce. There was a person there working. I showed him and he would get to it. Went back a day later and the same problem have never been taken care of. Walmart does not care about the service they should perform and does not care about the shopper.

    Filed extended warranty claim on a Walmart TV (Vizio) bought in DeLand, Florida. Assigned it out through "service center" over 63 miles away (Christmas Florida). Went through several Chat sessions and phone calls to find out the "service center" had to order 3 parts before they would call to schedule an appointment to see the TV. We have to wait 5 to 7 business days for these parts to come in. Went to Walmart to issue my concerns, their on-site Manager on Duty stated Walmart's policy is 90 days.

    Beyond that we have to deal with the Warranty Company, Walmart has nothing to do with. Re-contacted warranty company and had the service call re-assigned to somebody 1/2 the distance away from us that actually has a website and appears to be way more professional. Still, we have to wait now to be contacted by somebody in Port Orange to re-diagnose the issue. NO POWER, that's the issue. Warranty purchases seem to be fairly worthless if you expect anyone to make it a priority.

    My wife went in to EXCHANGE a diaper brand due to a rash on her daughter and they were also a size too big. She wanted to Exchange it for other brand. We went to one location in the area and they wouldn't EXCHANGE the diapers. They made us drive to a different location which we spoke to customer service associated who was very helpful and didn't understand why they didn't exchange it at other location because it was not a Returned. The boxes were closed and the diapers were not used. My wife also has worked in retail in her early years and she said there shouldn't have been no problems Exchanging the item.

    July 24th at 6 pm. Went to Walmart in North Mt Pleasant SC and had $254. in groceries. Got into a line of only 2 open, waited 10 minutes behind 3-4 other carts. The cashier shut her light off and said “the aisle is closed”. I then said “you can’t do that”. She then replied “I’m not arguing with you”. I then again said “you can’t just shut the light off and say you’re closed, it’s not right”. She then turned to the cashier behind her at the other open register and said “I’m not dealing with these people”. She then checked out the lady that was next in line. Another lady in line before me said that light was on and proceeded to the next available line that is now 7-8 carts deep.

    This was the most racist act I have ever encountered here in SC. The rude cashier was ** and clearly identified she refused to check out the ** people in line. I will never shop at another WALMART. If they hire this type of employee, that clearly identifies what kind of an establishment this is. Just to note: I have never in my entire life felt racism like I had experienced in the Mt Pleasant SC Walmart. They should shut this store down for such antics!

    My first and last experience with Walmart I tried to use a Walmart application to get a birthday gift and I paid extra to get it on time but I didn’t get before and after my wife’s birthday. When I called the customer service to ask for refund they said they have to contact the seller first!!! I said, "I bought it from you not from 3rd party!"     Only option on a Sunday was self check out - Went to the Wal-Mart at the Scarborough Town Centre. I choose this location because of the produce. I spent a total of $122. I went mid-morning. There were NO regular cashiers. There were 3 cashiers standing at the self check out. I think this was ridiculous! Because I bought fresh produce, I had to wait until the girl came over to hit the right buttons to weight the fruit according to the weight. This was tedious & total waste of everyone’s time. I did not need to “ learn” how to weigh my fruit, I just wanted to pay for it & get home. These self check out are for small purchases, not someone who has a lot. I had to put my bags on the floor. I WILL NOT go back to this location again. Very poor & not customer friendly.

    I don't know who's idea it was for self checkouts but it is the dumbest thing they have came up with. I don't get paid for scanning and bagging my items. My wife and I went to Walmart in Covington VA late at night Friday only to see not a single line open. The only thing that was open was the self checkouts and even then there was no one there. Not only was we complaining about this but another gentlemen who had to check himself out as well was complaining. This is the third time I complained about this and each time I get told by management that they always have line 6 open for cigarette sales but yet again no one was there and no light above the register was on.

    I don't get my meat at Walmart due to seeing it brown or green, I don't like going in there for items only for the item to be out of stock, and I sure don't like getting lied to. So next time I will video record it and show the media and public how bad it has become. I have worked there before and was let go on false charge. Even had a supervisor defend me but he was let go as well, my cousin had worked there before and found another job as the supervisor gave him a hard time, and my ex worked there before which almost lost her life because of a prank they did on her. Each one of them had a bad experience. I can only imagine what stories I would hear when it hits the public.

When I called customer service, Walmart said that they've made a mistake and there's nothing they could do about it. Their tactics are deceiving and manipulative.     The Walmart store on West Maple in Elkhorn, NE has so few electric carts that there is usually a waiting line for them, and many others leaving without shopping. The staff are not helpful in regard to this issue, as they are so frustrated by it themselves. During daytime hours many handicapped and elderly like me would like to be able to shop there, but it is basically inaccessible to us. Many of us are deciding to go to Target, Hy-Vee, Menards, Family Fare and other more handicapped amenable places.

I give Walmart and big fat ZERO along with the seller of the bike, Cross Lake Sales, who couldn't even tell me what replacement brake pads I need for the bike.     I ordered tires offline at Walmart.com and I used my Walmart debit card that I load cash onto. I called first and was told first I could not get a refund. I would have to go through Walmart.com that I could not bring tires back to store. Then I looked up refund policy online and noticed I could get refund so I called the Walmart store again and she said I could bring them back and I could get a refund. She looked up the information seeing I used my Walmart debit card and she said nothing about having to wait. So I took the tires back into the store I picked them up at.

    When I was expecting to get a refund which I was led to believe I was told I would have to wait 2 to 3 days because it would have to be put back on the Walmart debit card which I loaded using cash to pay for the tires. Then I was talking to a person at Walmart.com and now they are saying I have to wait 5 business day because that is the way their systems is set up. They can't override the system to approve the Walmart store to just give cash. We were needed that money that is why we took the tires back. Now they have the tires and MY money and I am suppose to wait for it. I told them I would never step foot in Walmart again. So even though I used Walmart debit card which I use to pay bills and I load cash onto it.

    This would not have been a big deal if they would have said while I was on the phone with them you won't get the refund today. It will have to be put back on the card because I would not have taken them. I would have tried to sale them another way but I was led to believe if we drove all the way to Walmart which we picked them up at we would get a refund that day. Now we can't get it until next week. I feel I was mislead and I have no recourse because I am at eh mercy of Walmart because they can't override their system. That is all they could say once the refund has been processed. The system takes over. So like I said they have the tires probably already have them on the floor to sale and they have my money that I have to wait a week for.

    I am a disabled senior so shopping online saves me the hassle and embarrassment of fumbling for my wallet, taking too long to get out from the cashier etc. I bought this phone as I need a cell, for medical matters, should they arise and to keep in touch with family. I bought this phone as I had a Samsung cell and they are very good phones. However, Walmart is selling through a 3rd party and this outfit Jpmobiles.com is a total rip off! The phone I received isn't even a good knockoff. According to the 5 cell techs 2 at Walmart superstore in North Vancouver and 3 from my cell service who would not put the phone on their servers as the software is not able to cope with CND cell requirements. The software was too old! And do you think Walmart has reimbursed me. No!

    I got this knock off a week ago and today I finally get a call from “Andy **” no last name given, and he started to suggested the phone had been stolen in transit. Having worked as a letter carrier for 30 yrs, I know the staff at Canada post would not want to risk their 50k a year job for a cell phone. So I’m stuck with no cell service and a phone that cannot even maintain a wifi connection. Advice: never buy electronics from Walmart and if you are expecting any support from the Walmart help centre, guess again. No phone no reimbursement 10 days later! Unbelievable. What a total rip off.

    Apparently Walmart has a new online company like Amazon. It’s called Walmart.com. When I did a Walmart search to find a particular sandal it came up under Walmart website. I ordered them knowing if they don’t fit I will return to Walmart... NOT HAPPENING! So Walmart.com has NoTHINg to do with Walmart. Confused? I was. Tricked? I was. Super annoyed? I am very very annoyed. My purchase amounts to losing $22 but my intent is to educate the world so they don’t even lose a penny. It’s very odd no name came with the package, no return. Nothing. Like the sandals were sent from the sky. So sleazy. The Walmart store... I like unless you have to return something. It’s a 30-45 minutes wait and you get an argument once it’s your turn. But the prices are good if you don’t have to return anything...

    Local Walmart (30014) recently closed self checkouts during the night. This morning at 6:30 AM they had only one checkout open and there were 6 people in front of me. I walked out leaving about 1/2 basket of goods for someone to put away. I was on my way to work and will not wait in a checkout line this long. This is an example of stupid and uncaring management. The local Kroger still has their self checkout open early in the morning.

    I ordered 2 pillows with shipment to my local Walmart store. I received 2 emails stating the products would be late and then received an email telling me to come pick up my order. So tonight I went in (about 8:10PM) and was told I couldn't pick it up as customer service closed at 8. Whoever heard of such a thing? Walmart will never be Amazon! There was no mention in the email that I could only pick up certain hours and there was absolutely nothing at the store that stated customer service only worked certain hours. My last order with Walmart, very low class.

    Message sent to Wal-Mart June 28. We purchased 60 bags of this mulch a few weeks ago. We used 42 of them in our front bed and it looked beautiful BUT in one week the bed was filled with thousands of tiny little weeds!!! I spent hours pulling them out and they are still growing! We never had this even when there was just soil in the bed. Mulch is supposed to help control the weeds, not grow them! It seemed like there were seeds right in the mulch. Now we have about 20 bags left and we are afraid to spread the rest for fear we will have the same outcome. We are NOT SATISFIED with this product at all! July 1 Received a call responding to my message. Was told that if I returned the unopened bags of mulch with my original receipt, I would receive a full refund for all the bags purchased. WARNING - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

    WalMart Pharmacy Landover Hills, Md. After leaving the burn center in D.C. I dropped off a script for ** as I had 3rd & 4th degree burns and amputations of part of my foot mostly my toes. I have serious injury on my heel and very bad on the side of left foot. Told I could get after 11 the next day. Waited til 1 to call only be told Dr. had to verify it which was done by MedStar. By now I am in screaming pain due to a skin graft too. Called them back only to be told it was not verified yet...when it was. Fell asleep for a nap next to phone and it never rang. By now I had been 30 hours without even a ** and my injuries were severe and very, very painful. One was on the heel which makes it hard to walk. I was in more pain than I can describe. And I am hysterical.

    I call, and get told again no verification from doctor at which point I lost it. I said a person walks into your store with a good prescription and you let them from the only burn center anywhere and you are now denying me a 2nd night. I told my boyfriend I just wanted to die. The pain was too much. And this girl who answered me on the phone put me on hold. Hmmm. So another pharmacist picks up and says she called but my voice mail did not work ~ which I confirmed as a lie the next day. Then she told another lie by saying she was calling me to tell me I could only get 7 days of pills. This was another lie as I did not get over 7 days worth. Then I was told the script was ready. 30 hours with no pain relief. I got hysterical by now because the pain was the worse pain I have ever been in ever.

    There is something weird about the whole deal. I am not a person who ever complains, but I am thinking of getting a lawyer for pain and suffering. NO ONE should have to go through what I did...it was inhuman. It was so very wrong. Why did the 1st pharmacist put me on hold to speak to another one. This has affected me very badly when I already live with PTSD and Anxiety & depression. This is not over for me. For once I am going to try to do something for me as I never have and definitely nothing this awful. It was then and now it still is. Don't ever go there and let your pain go 30 hours before you raise hell.

    Walmart is our one stop shop. It is great store where I live. Open late hours. Easy to find things and I always follow discount days. Only drawback is, some of the Cashiers are scanning some items double. Seriously? How many times I go to customer service and empty my basket to review after waiting long time of period on the line? So Many until I learned what to do... So You need to watch out. Especially if you are going with your family and talking while they scanning. Not just this, you must put price on the item with pencil or pen or make sure you check barcodes (Mostly confusing), so many price tags on shelves.

    Check the receipt after you put all in to the basket before you leave. Take a note if you can during shopping. Once you walk out the door, there is no turning back.

    I put 4 stars 'cause I am shopping with confident before I go to cashier. I am happy 'cause I shop without falling in to their games. Good Luck. PS: Once I complain about the double charge, Supervisor came and send the person to lunch first before he attempt to fix my problem. My Thinking is the Manager was in it. BY THE WAY I STILL HAVE THE RECEIPTS FOR THESE TRANSACTIONS.

    This is a neighborhood Wal-Mart which closed at 11 pm. I walk In at 10 pm, just to grab a couple of items. This particular Wal-Mart is known for only having self checkout, no matter the time nor day. So as usual I start scanning my stuff. I swiped my card and after it said "approved" it said I had a remaining balance of $2.67. I thought was weird because I had well over $100 on my credit card and my groceries only came to about $25.00. So I swiped my card again to pay the remainder balance. After getting my items bagged up, I stood there looking at my receipt wanting to know why that happened. My teenage daughter was on line behind me, she was purchasing 2 items for herself with the money she earned. So while I was waiting for her, and looking at my receipt I noticed an employee walk over to us. I thought she was just coming over to retrieve our handheld basket, she did do that but she continues to stand there.

    I finally look up and I asked her, "Was there an issue?" She says... "you have a pizza." I am looking at her puzzled and say "yes... and I paid for the pizza". She says "Let me see your receipt". I am asking her was she serious, as she was insinuating that I did not pay for a $5 frozen pizza. I showed her my receipt, pointed out, the pizza and price which was paid for. After showing her that proof, she continues to stand there very close to me ask my daughter. Only this time she is after my daughter, watching her as she scans her items. Meanwhile all the other shoppers that are scanning their items just like we were she is not paying them any attention. I kept asking her what was her problem? She never told me why she was standing there, invading our space and acting like a security guard rather than an employee who should be watching the whole store rather than singling us out.

    I will never return to a Wal-Mart again. They have low quality everything and their employees are racist. I am not a thief and even if I was I would not steal a frozen pizza... I mean really! It was embarrassing because it was late at night and I know everyone saw what she was doing and treating us. Her name is Ashley, I should have asked for a manager but didn't bother as I was just ready to get out of that store after that poor treatment. This Wal-Mart is close to my house but I will go to Target or wherever just to avoid being treated like some kind of criminal. This was in Denver Colorado, 48th and Chambers Road. Her name tag read Ashley and she was one sick human being. My daughter had to be a witness to her gross behavior. I will be reporting her.

    My 3 year old and I started shopping and nature called for him so I rushed him to the Layaway bathroom (which was closest to us). The family bathroom was locked and the Men’s & Women’s bathrooms were blocked off due to being cleaned. So I waited a moment until an Associate came by. I asked 3 different Employees if they could unlock the Family restroom and they just looked at me with blank stares and said, "Sorry." I was upset and just said, "Okay," I had to proceed to the front bathrooms (which was not an easy task, due to the store being crazy busy). At this time my poor son was in so much pain, and I couldn’t believe the employees didn’t understand the situation.

    The second issue was the front bathroom!!! The bathroom we went into was okay BUT the disposal for trash was missing, so I couldn’t throw away my son’s pull up. My poor guy tried so hard to make it to the front of the store but accidents are going to happen especially when your child is potty training. Anyway, I had to throw his pull up on the trash out by the door (where you wash your hands) and of course I got nasty looks. When we were going to go wash our hands the soap dispenser was completely empty and a refill container was on the countertop INSTEAD! Seriously? I guess maintenance called in because it was a total mess. Not only was the soap refill container empty, there was a long line to wash hands. There should always be plenty of soap and paper towel in a public restroom, because this is how people get sick! I’m so done with Wal-Mart!

    I purchased a vacuum... took home and it was disgusting. Obviously it was used for a while and returned. I brought it to customer service. They refused to give my money back even though I had my receipt. (Keep in mind I just purchased 2 hours ago). Told them that was ridiculous. I have my receipt... Proceeded to tell me "well you go back and get another one then I can help you". Asked to speak with manager and refuses to call one over... I will never go back again. That is awful the customer service.

    Waiting in line, they didn't have an extra pen. I said I would use mine. The girl moved from the register beside her and told me to go to the end of the line. At that time about 7 to 8 people were lined up at the register next to me. I told the girl I would report this. Lack training. I worked in customer service for many years. Never did I do a person like that. I had done a lot of shopping at Walmart. No more at this location.

    I ordered a flashlight (Surefire titan plus) for $ 90.00, which is about the same as everyone else is selling the product for, but I figured if I was not satisfied WAL-MART says just bring it to your local store for a full refund. Well in order to turn the light on (it has 3 modes) you have to twist the head on then off rapidly to get to each mode, low-med-high (so you have to twist it 3 times quickly to get on high), so I was not real impressed and figured I could return it. WRONG, when I went to the customer service desk they told me that the product was shipped thru a 3rd party wholesaler and they gave me the web address and phone number. I turned away scratching my head and very confused. Now if WAL-MART sold me the thing, got credit for it and charged me then why shouldn't they take the damn thing back? NO SENSE TO ME!!!

    So I went on the website for the company they gave me, ModernOutdoorGear/LIGHTJUNCTION. When I look up their return policy, they only accept UNOPENED packages. Now it's pretty hard to tell if you like anything or even if something is defective without opening it. I guess I'm stuck with a product I'm not happy with, THANKS WAL-MART. The way it looks to me is WAL-MART misrepresents its company by not making the 3rd party sales and returns more clear and upfront, Shame, Shame, Shame, you lost my business.

    I was at Walmart, making a $59 purchase, when the cashier talked me into an instant $25 discount for applying for a Walmart credit card through Synchrony Bank. So, for the $25 savings, I applied through the cashier, even though I didn't really need/want the line of credit. Surprisingly, I was instantly denied! Aside from the humiliation, I was worried someone may have hacked my credit. So I speed home, anxious to check it, knowing that my credit score was well over 800, and has been that for eons now. Turns out, all was fine with my credit score, except that by the time I got home, I had a “hard inquiry”: by Synchrony Bank via Walmart, and my credit score was immediately reduce by 4 pts. That's fine. I could take a 4 pt loss, but was stymied at having an excellent credit score in the 800s, with no explanation why I was denied.

    After researching for contact info on the Internet, I finally did get through to their credit dept., who also had zero explanation why I was denied. The only thing they could tell me was that I would get a letter of denial in 10 business days. But even they couldn't imagine why I had gotten denied over a $59 purchase, with them being able to verify my excellent credit rating. I'm a bit flabbergasted that they could ding my credit instantly, without knowing the cause as to why. The cust. serv. rep at their credit dept. even agreed that it made no sense. He volunteered to contact all 3 "big" credit agencies, asking them to restore the 4pt loss on my credit score. That was very nice of him to do, even though he said it would take 30 days to restore my score.

    So, consumers, be wary! Your credit can be reduced instantly with no reasons available whatsoever, and take a month to have it restored. It makes me think that credit reporting via inquiries needs a better system in place to include immediate reasons for denial. That alone could have saved me some angst. If this happens to you through this institution, I'll save you some legwork, after much research and many contact attempts of my own. You can contact them directly at 1-877-878-4115, even though they have zero explanation for denial. At least, you can get your hard inquiry removed.

    Now, I wait to get a denial letter in the mail within the next 10 days. And I'm anxious to see what it says, considering I have ample income and a credit score well over 800, and just paid off a car loan a few months early last week. Unfortunately, anytime another store now tries to sell me credit for some instant savings, I'll absolutely think twice. It's just not worth the aggravation, especially when you don't actually need the credit line to begin with. But it seems that Walmart has all of their cashiers pushing this on customers. Weird.

    Buyer Beware! After today, I will never shop or order online at Walmart or Sam's Club again! Cancelling membership and credit card. I brought six old golf cart batteries in and asked that they give me six replacements. The associate gave me six batteries and I installed them. The golf cart still didn’t work right so we thought it must be something else wrong. That was May 2017. We put the cart in storage for the season. When we opened for the new season in May 2018, we took the cart to a repair shop. We just found out that Walmart gave us the wrong voltage battery.

    They gave us 12v instead of 6v. I took the “new” batteries back to Walmart and explained the situation. They refused to refund the money. It was their incompetence that cost me over six hundred dollars! I called corporate while I was there and they said the same thing. How can they not make their mistake right?! I spend a lot of money there but will no more. I am going to the BBB. Not that they do much either. Tired of getting ripped off. I can get everything I need at the same price or lower elsewhere.

    On the website, they picture an antenna socket set for $14.88, free shipping. I clicked to order, and the shopping cart showed the same socket set, as pictured on the website. I placed the order and minutes later I received the email confirmation for the order, and it showed the picture of the socket set. When it was delivered, all they sent me was one socket. I contacted both companies to make it right. They did not! This is a "Bait and Switch" fraud scheme. Wal-Mart says they are not responsible.

    Wal-Mart allows third-party companies to sell on their website, that the third party is responsible. I contacted both. The response from JB Tools was to offer a return. I want the item that was sold to me and presented three different times; on the website, shopping cart checkout and email confirmation. Even after confronting both companies, over four weeks ago, the product is still listed the same way, as a socket set for $14.88 and free shipping. "Bait and Switch" is illegal under the Federal Trade Commision; If someone complains they just let them return it. Most think that the dollar amount isn't worth pursuing the product displayed.

    Quite often, I find things on Wal-Mart's website that are not available in the store, but unless you want to pay extra for faster shipping, you have to wait at least a week to receive your order, but it usually arrives earlier than expected.

    8 DAYS LATER THAN DELIVERY DATE, 5+ CONFLICTING CALLS, CANCELLED. Never order online! I made an order for in-store pickup. My pickup contact details were ignored. Calls and voicemails from (and to) the store claimed the product was there, then not there, then en route, then never sent, then coming in any day now, then I received a auto-generated cancellation notice. Terrible communication, failure to deliver part TO THEIR OWN STORE I can't imagine how godawful it is for home delivery. 0/10.

    I bought UP Rider from Plano Walmart supercenter for $149 plus tax. As instructed I put it in charger for 24H, but it doesn't work at all. So I went next day to closest Walmart to my home in Coppell with receipt, but they refuse to return it "SYSTEM NOT ALLOW" as they said, if I bought it from Amazon I can return it in any Amazon service. So bad Walmart. Will never buy any quality thing from Walmart anymore.

    They offer a lot of items for different pets but need to offer more for some pets. Some easy common things & hard to find. People buy different items that you don't see very often. Customer service is so so if someone is around or if someone shows up. A lot of times I look on Google if it helps. For Petco & PetSmart good customer service, a lot of different choices but a lot of times prices are too high.

    Walmart in Burnaby BC. I am appalled at your customer services. For months you have only one cashier open for more than twelve items. Even at Christmas and Easter shopping days there are long line-ups at ONE cashier. Are you so poor that you cannot employ more cashiers? Even at the 12 or less part I have seen one person until a customer got angry and complained. Then a second came around. Don't tell me they are all at a coffee break. No other Walmart store is that bad. Change it or you lose customers, me for sure.

    It's time to refill one of my husband's scripts and I just noticed that it has the wrong doctor name on it. (A doctor he hasn't seen in many years!) I should have checked it closer since we have always had problems with Walmart pharmacies. The last time it was filled I had to wait 20 mins to see the pharmacist for some reason, while they all stood talking and laughing at the counter, telling me they were swamped. I finally had to interrupt them to get a script I had already paid for. They are not very friendly at all.

    I ordered vitamins to be picked up at my local Walmart store. I got an email shortly thereafter saying my order was ready for pick-up. The Walmart website said the same. I went to the store and buzzed for attendance at the pick-up center. After 10 minutes when nobody came, I had to search the store for a manager. She told me the order wouldn’t be ready for at least a week. I called customer service and entered and confirmed the order number. The rep eventually came online and said the system didn’t have the number and I had to repeat it. I then told her what happened and asked that the order be shipped free of charge. She said the only thing she could do was cancel the order. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and after half an hour I hung up.

    I then used Walmart’s chat feature to try to resolve the issue. The rep agreed to my request, but said he couldn’t actually fix it. Instead he gave me an incident number and told me to call customer service. I called customer service and the agent said she could not find the incident number and could not help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor who finally agreed to ship the vitamins free of charge. I then asked to be compensated for all my time and trouble. He refused. Walmart advertises their wonderful online service and wants to compete with Amazon. If my experience is any guide, they have a lot of work to do.

    The Walmart in Gladstone Missouri is an absolute joke. I have had it with them harassing me - going through my cart and humiliated me in front of people I know! I will more than likely be speaking with an attorney for harassment on this considering I called customer complaints 5 times and still nothing has been done about it! They are ridiculous!!

    I went to Walmart in Fremont, CA. Albrae store. Was there day before and got over charged, went to store, talked to a person who seemed to be in charge, told her about overcharge, she told me to stay in line, and when I get to clerk, she would be able to help, ** disappeared just as I got to counter, had to wait for this ** to come back, then had to wait again for clerk to finish with customer she was helping, and then the ** disappeared again, clerk then tells me I have to wait again for this ** to again come back, I told clerk to ** off, threw the ** at them and left. THESE ** HAVE NO CLUE AS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. And get this, it's all over $.70 cents.

    JUST HOW LONG DO THESE ** FOR BRAINS EXPECT YOU TO WAIT FOR because some ** could not take the ** sale price down. If they can't do the job right, THEY SHOULD NOT BE DOING THAT JOB, or learn how the job is done, but being Walmart, ** up is just plain ** up. And their way to fix this was to block my account.

    Item Shipped and Delivered to their local store but won't release. It took just 4 days to ship my order via Canada Post. Wal-Mart gave me a Canada Post tracking # day 1. Canada Post picked up the item day 3. They delivered it the next day, which suggests that everything was local but that is only a guess. The day AFTER it arrived at the store (per tracking #) Wal-Mart sent me an e-mail that it was in transit. Item won't arrive for an addition 12 days from the day it actually was delivered.

    Contacted (pardon the inaccurate description) Customer Service and got nothing. Tried chat. OMG. She said it was shipped via WM Logistics, which of course is simply the name of their shipping department/warehouse. She also said that there is no way that it would have been shipped Canada Post because they ship everything WM Logistics. Just for the record I had a Dyson Vacuum shipped from Wal-Mart Ontario. It was shipped Canada Post to a postal outlet. Blistering fast delivery. My point is "Chat lady" has little or no idea about Wal-Mart shipping and should avoid discussing it. I know to NEVER ship to a store. Use a postal outlet. Wal-Mart policy is that I have to wait 16 days for an item that they shipped to their store in 4.

    Does Walmart train employees at all or just set them free? I’ve never been anywhere that has worse employees ever. I just called and all I wanted to know was if there was propane tanks for exchange. They have been out for the past 2 weeks. It took forever to get the answer, the call was picked up multiple times just to be transferred again. I finally got my answer but it was like a duh answer and he was so rude. I’m like really!!! How clueless is everyone in that store? They are not aware of anything, can’t multitask at all, hate dealing with customers, slow, clueless and sooo rude!!! Walmart as a whole should be humiliated with the quality of training they give their employees or the little concern on how they expect them to act and treat customers. This is why I don’t shop at Walmart!!! This is not just random either. This is every time I have shop or call any Walmart ever.

    Recently purchased an item online for pickup. I used a bank debit card. In the store with returns they give you cash back using a debit bank card. If you purchase online for pickup they treat all sales as credit. Holding my hard earned money hostage. If you can refund immediately in stores on debit cards, they should refund immediately with online orders. Phoned customer service at headquarters. Rude, rude, rude, rude...

    My family and I was in the Walmart on 6/8/2018 in Irving, TX. We used the self-checkout. I use one and my daughter, her boyfriend, and my sister used the other one. I rung up 3 bags of chocolate chips (on sale for 1.00 and 1.42) that was on sale. After ringing up the third bag, an error message pops up. The ** employee came running over. She said, "Wait a minute, I have to put my code in (rude and nasty attitude)." Then she said, "Move over some I need some room." She proceeded to look in my bag, counting my items, looking at the screen counting the 3 things (which is understandable). She started comparing the prices like the price was going to change. She then tells me that she have to make sure. I'm thinking make sure of what, that I didn't change the price or I didn't steal a bag of chocolate chips!

    Next, my daughter gets a code because she is purchasing beer. Her boyfriend has rung up his items and standing by the bags waiting on her to finish. The same ** employee comes up and ask him for his ID. He refuse and we are asking why does she need to check his ID when my daughter is the one that is purchasing the beer (my daughter is 27). She says that is a Walmart rule that anyone that is with the party must show ID. Really??? She said I can get the manager over here. We all was saying that we have never heard such a thing the whole time we have been shopping at Walmart. My daughter said, "Forget it. I don't want it." We was going to leave it until the employee made a smart comment. So I asked for her to get the manager. JD, the customer service manager comes over. She tells him what happened and he says the same thing that she said. I asked JD when this rule took effect. He couldn't answer the question.

    I took the beer and see that if I go to the checkout line with my family that the employee going to ask all of us for IDs'. He said that "I am going to follow y‘all to every line and tell them not to sell you the beer." I said. "Why would you have to follow us to every line when that is Walmart's rule? They would know to ask all of us for IDs'." He said, "Well they may all not know." Really JD. So the same ** employee is running her mouth. JD is not saying anything to her. We ask for the corporate office phone number and what is the ** employee name since she turned her badge around so we could not see her name. We asked the employee her name but she told the girl not to tell us. We asked JD and he said Brenda. As we were walking away, I'm not going to lie, my sister called Brenda a racist **, Brenda said, "least I'm not a mini **."

    I heard her and my daughter boyfriend heard her. He walked back to confronted her, but he thought she said a ** mini. Brenda then started shouting at him. We didn't know at the time that an undercover lost prevention was watching everything unfold. She heard Brenda but said she didn't hear what she said. She immediately pulls Brenda from the area. The damage had been done. Everyone was looking. We had been asked for another manager but they including JD said he was the only manager there. But when I Brenda messed up, now they were looking for the manager Chris, then assistant manager Sal came up.

    We were standing back when they was explaining to Sal what had happen and what Brenda said. Sherell from lost prevention must have heard what I had heard because his face was priceless. I did not tell what I heard because I knew what my family would have done and I didn’t want it to turn any worst than it was. In my heart, I know Sherell said she didn’t hear her but I feel she did and that is why she pulled her off the floor so fast and out the door. Sherell really defuse the situation really fast. JD she be trained like Sherell is very well trained. Because all of this could have been avoided.

    My husband and I were at the Wal-Mart in Mt. Juliet TN, on 6-6-2018. Returning a few items, I went to customer service line. And my husband went to get a box of face cleaner because I had the product but lost box. Had receipt for everything. I was returning. Cause I knew from past experience I would have to get it off shelf so they could scan it. He get the product and brings it to me and puts it in cart. Then goes to get pop out of machine. While he was gone lost prevention grabbed me and took me into their office. After he my husband comes looking for me, they grab him also. Reminding you I never left store. They took me to jail for shoplifting that face cleaner that was 9.97$. cause he got the wrong color than one I bought trying to return. We never took anything. We watched video. It was so embarrassing. Vent over, I'm sure I'm not only one they have done this to.

    Will never order from WALMART.Com again. Placed an order on 5/26 for 4 of the same item, chair mats. The website said they would arrive on 5/31. The only reason I completed the order was because I needed them on 5/31. On 5/31 tracking showed nothing has shipped yet. Called customer service and they said, "aww just give it another day or so". So I received 3 items today 6/6, 2 are chair mats, the 3rd item is patio furniture. Seriously?? The 3rd floor mat is still riding around town in the FedEx truck according to their tracking and no one knows where the mysterious 4th floor mat is. So another call to customer service. While the customer service ladies were nice, their fulfillment, shipping, returning is a nightmare.

    If I had known that it could take 6 or more days to print 4 photos, I would NEVER have ordered online through Walmart. The agents in the store are great, but the online order didn't get to them, so all I can do is wait. You could expect that online ordering for photos could take less than a day, but apparently, their IT are behind the times. Only reason I gave them one star is because I can't put a red card.

    They must only have one customer service rep because every time I've had to call I got the same person: She has a strong accent and talks so fast it's nearly impossible to understand her. She's like a robot: Clearly reading from a script, not really paying attention to what you're saying, and clearly she could care less about your problem.

    My order wasn't wrapped properly and a jar of sauerkraut broke in transit (I guess) and destroyed everything else in the order (clothes etc). The box arrived at my door completely soaked in rancid-smelling sauerkraut juice, in an industrial-strength plastic bag. The whole order was ruined. Walmart customer service refused to replace my order or refund my money because they insisted on pictures even though I explained that I am on disability (very low fixed income) and so I do not have a camera or a camera phone. They didn't care so I lost over $50 which is a lot of money for someone on ODSP.

    I ordered a laundry hamper. It was delivered without the lid. I called and got the same (the only one it seems) annoying condescending customer service rep who assured me on the Monday that the lid was being shipped immediately. She said if I hadn't received it and/or email confirmation within 48 hours to call back (that's when I got worried). Well, yup, you guessed it - 48 hours later still no lid and no email confirmation. I call back and guess who I got AGAIN? Yup, the SAME rep. She had no clue what I was talking about and clearly the lid hadn't been dispatched so she rambled on a million miles a minute her same bull-crap... I have no idea if the lid will ever arrive. Walmart's customer service is a NIGHTMARE. Walmart should be ashamed of themselves!

    I ordered a pellet grill that weighed over 200 lbs and was the size of a washing machine. The grill didn't show up and I waited to hear from them. Finally after two weeks I contacted Walmart and they said they lost it. Great customer service. They never contacted me about it and I wrote three emails about it and they never responded them and it's been over a month now. Then my wife ordered a rug for our soon to be baby girl and when it came in it was damaged so we returned it and ordered another one and it was damaged too. With all that said it's not worth dealing with them. They don't care about you as a customer and make you feel disrespected with how they deal with you.

    Purchased 2 new EverStart MAXX batteries for 2 separate vehicles. Within 2 months both batteries were failing to start the vehicles. Called WALMART CS about the issue. Told them the issue. Also told them that I was not wanting replacements because of the likelihood of having the same problem, and was going with a different/better brand. (Lesson learned) “All we can do is for you to bring both batteries in, and we’ll test them, and if they are bad.” (Setting the stage for the runaround) A Mechanic had already tested 1 of the batteries during reg servicing and said that the battery was bad without any input from us at all btw. I told WM Manager that I work 6-7 days per week, and very had very little free time, and that it would take some time before I could get into other place to get new Interstate batteries and get installed.

    I was just calling to let them know before the 90 days was up so to make sure that I could get a refund. “No problem, just bring them in as soon as you get the new batteries.” You can probably guess what happened next. The Walmart circus began. After getting the typical song and dance routine from the original store, then from Corporate. Contacted another WM store in a more reputable area of town. Told them what was happening. “No problem, just bring them on in and we’ll test them, and give you a refund.” Nope. Took them in, and Manager quoted previously hooked the batteries up about 10 different ways (obviously having no clue how to work the machine) including hooking the opposite terminals up backwards at least twice. (We’re looking at one another and just backing away from idiot and machine at this point).

    Then another Manager walks by and says “What are you doing! You have them hooked up backwards!” Manager #1 in a panic in a panic at this point, then gets frustrated, turns around frustrated begins flopping battery#2 back into the cart and states “The tester says these batteries are good, but I can give you a free replacement.” I said no. We had prearranged that there would be a refund. Then she takes off into the back of the store. Long story short. I called WM Corporate back again, as I was talking to Corp. looked down and saw that the contents of one of the batteries was now visible on the outside of the battery. Corp. started to start the same song and dance, then after my telling about the leaked battery contents right there in front of CS desk, they finally conceded to contact the store.

    For over an hour no one at the store would answer the phone while Manager basically hid in the back, obviously hoping that the problem would go away. Their final solution? Place the leaked battery in a Walmart PLASTIC BAG!!? And for us to take it home and wait for a return call that so far has never came. In order to point out the absurdity of all that had, and was continuing to take place, I asked both the WALMART store Manager, (who finally was called back out after we had to tell CS to answer the 3rd attempt from Corp to contact the store) and also asked Corporate "Would WALMART advise an employee to place a battery that had been leaking into a Walmart plastic shopping bag and place it into a confined/living/eating area where people were in?" (Pointing out the (POISON) warning on top of the battery.)

    The fact that Management had been avoiding us for hours and no one answering the phone at the store speaks for itself. I also pointed out to Corp. There was even more absurdity, but the point is made here. I considered leaving the batteries there and abandoning them, along with the over $200 spent including core charges that I would have had been losing already through this little circus, or more like a carnival scam. But out of principle, and out of the possibility to hold someone accountable, I demanded that the Manager come back out, get me the bag that was recommended, and place the now having corrosive and “poisonous” leaked material on the outside into chosen by Manager) WALMART shopping bag, so we could return home with it.

    EVERYONE, including some of the WALMART employees who witnessed this ridiculous incident have urged me to file suit. I have never done that in my life, but I will give them the few "business days" that they claimed ‘Policy’ dictates to do what is right. My recommendation: Once you give a swindler your money, there are generally only 2 ways that you are going to get it back. Avoid all of this by not giving it to them to begin with. Walmart’s tactics are becoming increasingly more deceptive, and aggressive toward/against their customers. Don’t become a victim and learn this lesson the hard way.

    I ordered a pair of Apple Watches from Walmart.com. They had them delivered through a strange delivery company who had a problem finding my apartment (which has never happened with any other company I've dealt with). I called Walmart.com, the person I spoke with was confused and did not make any attempt to contact the delivery company. She gave me a number and sent another pair of watches, unrequested. I called the number, it was wrong. After considerable time online, I was able to get a number that worked and hashed out the problem with the delivery company. The watches came the next day. Then, another set of watches came from FedEx. I never ordered them, never signed for them. They were left unprotected at my doorstep that anyone could access. I brought the box inside and left it sitting there to await Walmart to send someone to pick it up.

    After 18 days, they sent me an email saying they would charge me for the watches if I didn't send them back. This was a major inconvenience, given my work and the challenges around getting to FedEx where I live. When I spoke with a rep, she said that FedEx can pick up, but that I have to print an invoice (I don't own a printer), attach it to the box, call FedEx, arrange a pick-up time, give them the package, and call Walmart back with an invoice number. This is all a serious hassle and they were not helpful in the least. This company needs a lot of help with their service, and I won't be shopping with them again.

    I placed an order, got a confirmation order. So everything was fine. Then a few days after the order did not arrive by the due date, I contacted online chat customer support. She told me that there was an error and the order was never processed correctly. Seriously??? It was showing as placed in my account online, as well as in the e-mail. So for 3 weeks, I was not notified that something went wrong. She also told me that she would forward a request to the warehouse to get an order shipped. And then a few minutes later I get an e-mail saying that "per my request the order was cancelled"... Seriously??? I DID NOT REQUEST AN ORDER TO BE CANCELLED. Walmart online said package arrives on 29th. It did not. 4 days later, still no package, We The People and Walmart do not know where package is, if it has even left warehouse. They send email this morning with new carrier, phone # and tracking # but when I called that phone, the carrier knew nothing about my package and did not even use tracking #s in that format.     The Super Walmart where I shop has gone high tech. You can scan your items with your phone and bag them right away, or you can scan them with an in-store scanner and bag them. When you get to the register you can use Walmart pay or point the in-store scanner at the register designated for this purpose, and pay right there. If you do it correctly, you don’t waste any time getting in and getting out.

    I am handicapped, walk with a walker, and require a handbasket (set on my walker seat) when I shop. I went into Wal-Mart, couldn't find a handbasket, and then approached Customer service. I explained my handicap and need and asked for a handbasket. They said that they have NONE of them; I stated that I cannot shop without a handbasket or a box or something to put my products into.     I have purchased items at one Wal-Mart store that is located in the Cape area, and I have encountered a RATHER LARGE MESS WITH RETURNING it to other local store search, within, 20 mile proximity. I have been told that I have to return it to the store that I bought it from, because I bought it on "Clearance", and the other stores, "Doesn't want to take the loss", by accepting my return??? Since when, does it matter, where I return anything at Walmart, as long, as I have my receipt, and it is a timely manner??? They are costing their customers EXTRA MONEY WITH THIS KIND DISEASE OF PRACTICE, in my opinion, which, is costing them, my purchases.

    I always have an easy time when I shop at Walmart. The prices are good and the selection is great. The cashiers, stock men and women, and everyone in the store are helpful and kind. The only problem I have is the lack of electric scooters. There are some, but never enough. I can’t walk the entire store, so I have had to leave more than once to go to a store where scooters are available. It is a large store and always busy, so the need for these scooters is great.     I wasn't there very long. I needed help in finding a certain item and happened to be near 2 customer service reps. They were both able to give me the right directions. Very pleasant, too. I even commented on their service. Prior to this visit I wasn't able to find anyone to give me this help. I am very glad to see this happening. I notice this in a lot of different stores.     Was there at 7.30 am. Very rude woman. Standing around and talking. Went to go through the line was told very rudely it the other lane... Note that lane had a closed sign advising it wasn't open. Very very very rude. Will not buy from here until management addresses. Then called in to speak to Anthony who's the manager and some girl gets on the phone.     Only problem on this visit unavailability of handicap motorized carts, had to hobble along with regular shopping cart. Also signs posted on doors state that the handicap carts are not allowed out of store which was disregarded by door host. Not that it matters since the handicap user needs to get goods to car.

    For the last couple of months most of the employees of both Wal-Mart locations in Harvey, LA, both located on Manhattan blvd., have been rude to the point of almost being openly hostile. The staff made me feel somewhat uncomfortable shopping in the store as they exuded a negative attitude so thick you could cut it with a knife. It seems that certain media coverage is probably what's causing this hostile environment.

    They never have "knowledgeable" people on the floor. A lot of the time when you finally track someone down the standard answer is "I don't know." Then you can either walk away or continue searching for someone else because very rarely offer to find you the help needed. Cashiers are scarce and most new people have inadequate training. I'm quite sure Sam Walton has rolled over in his grave more than because of the corporate chaos.

    Normally it's a good experience. Yesterday however was not. It was stocking day so the aisles were extremely crowded with pallets and carts and not a one employee acknowledged anyone in the aisles. 2 cash registers open plus self check out. 3 days before Thanksgiving and a packed store you would think there would be more open registers.

    There is no CSR at the different departments. I tried to buy paint and no one there. I called and requested help. It took 20 min before anyone showed up. The next weekend I tried to get a fishing license. No one there. Had to call the store to get help after a very rude person told me she wasn't going to get anyone to come back there. If you have to go to different departments they should be staffed.

    I usually find an employee to help, (if I need it). I very seldom have not found what I'm looking for there. The prices are better than anywhere else, and I have the store layout memorized so I can shop quickly and still save my money on purchases.

    Great until we get to check out...too few cashiers manning the lanes. Too much in cart to do self-checkout. Very long lines...quite frustrating. Another understandable thing...they relocated merchandise and had to search. I'm a weekly regular in the grocery store and it would be nice if they could leave things as they are...saves customer time and frustration.

    I love Walmart because it's a one stop shop for me and my family. It has everything we need except fresh seafood! If Walmart were to get an fresh seafood area in their Killeen Texas Area. They will get more business during the holidays. Every culture has that one expensive dish that make but has to go to a second location to get their seafood.

    Cheap quality merchandise, non professional staff, long wait times, police/security present. Police on hand does not make me feel safe. If you can shop at two stores, one with guards, bulletproof glass, tape on the doors to measure height, and security camera for your safety, and another without any of those security measures, which one makes you feel safer?

    Almost every time I go to my local Walmart store to buy something I usually discover that one of the items I intended to buy is out of stock. The grocery and drug departments are the worse. You can just see empty shelves everywhere. One of the reasons I don't often go to Walmart to buy anything.

    I ordered the Alpine ready to build swing set online for roughly 330.00. Once I read the fine print I realized this didn’t include the lumbar or slide... weird, however, on the website it said I could cancel my order within a hour of purchase, so that’s what I did. I got the email the next day saying they couldn’t complete my request because they were short staffed and didn’t get to it in time. I got the same third party vendor BS that they apparently give everyone. I don’t think it’s fair or ethical to list products on your website and then tell customers you can’t help them because they are a vendor. Disgusted and irritated. Will NE V E R purchase anything online from Walmart - Amazon all the way.

    Generally all good but experience depends which store you visit. The store in St. Dorothy on Highway 13 is the most unkempt store I have ever seen, often clothes all over the place and lots of items on the floor here and there...pretty messy.

    Prices are usually cheaper than other stores. You can save $30 or more on grocery shopping provided you know your products. Real bargain is their small mini-pies at fifty cents each versus $1.00 at other stores - nice.

    Wal-Mart is awesome, you can find almost anything we want there. You can go there anytime day or night but I prefer to go when there is not a lot of people.

    Always get good service with customer service at Wal-Mart. The store is well organized and I have no trouble finding things. If I can’t find something I can get someone to help. I like they are open 24 hours.

    Too many people to get shopping done. Store was too crowded and not too many checkout lines open. The management team was clueless as to what was going on. They should have open more lines to move people through the checkout lines and reduce the standing in line waiting to check out.

    Every time I go to Wal-Mart, there is never hardly ever any lines open to cash out. I have to wait a long time in line. My feet hurt and I get tired. I am sometimes needing to catch a ride and miss it or have to rush. I'm so tired of all this. Their deli food is always out when I want a hot meal.

    Walmart has some great people working for them. What I don't understand is why management thinks they're above helping out the regular associates? Why they stand there trying to find help instead of taking the position of being the helper. The support team walks around delegating work but not doing work themselves. Leadership is held by example!!!

    I was looking to replace my shower head. The hose on the old one had sprung a leak, so I needed to replace it. They had a great variety of shower heads, both removable and stationary. I was able to quickly find the one I wanted, and scan the price. All in all a pleasant experience.

    I do a lot of shopping at Walmart. One area they could improve on is keeping things in stock better. There have been many times they were out of the things I wanted to purchase. Sometimes it took weeks to restock.

    I don't enjoy going to Wal-Mart, but in the town we live in it's all we have, besides 2 grocery stores. Prices for most items are cheaper & I can usually find a wide variety. Seems like I'm going to Walmart every other day!

    Value is good, one stop shopping is good. But service is lousy; hard to find someone to help and sometimes they don't speak English (should be a requirement, in my opinion.) Employees are generally surly and negative.

    Super Walmart has it all. Best prices. However not thrilled they changed all the Walmart potato chips to gluten free. Liked their brand of lightly salted. Also they are always out of produce on Mondays.

    I visited the Walmart in Colonial Heights Virginia. When I go there I often refer this as being the ** Walmart because so many college and low income people shop here and also so many of the workers here have that ** attitude. They talk about the customers as if they are not there, and sometimes won't even offer to help the customer when they see that the customer needs assistance. I have had cashiers walk away from the register when I would approach the register. I think that this is so unprofessional and don't think that I would shop at Walmart, unless it is a necessary. I would not recommend this Walmart or the one in Petersburg, because of their unprofessionalism!!!

    Highway 119 Alabaster store is too small. I was in there late afternoon on 11/20 and the shelves were bare of sale items and other items. I think we need a bigger store on this side of town.

    I refuse to use the 'self checkout'. Two cashiers is not enough for those many, who, like myself, will NOT use them. Forget about getting help while shopping. There's no employees around. Walmart has really gone 'downhill' in the last couple years. Walt would certainly be disappointed.

    The La Vergne, Tennessee store needs to have better management. Almost every time I enter through the auto entrance, there is nobody there. Also, it seems that wherever I go in the store to shop, there is either nobody to assist me in locating the product or the employee does not know if it is carried or where it is if they do carry it. When I go to check out - usually at the auto entrance - I have to wait until someone shows up and the device you punch to notice an employee never works. I could walk out if I was dishonest without paying. One day the auto section had no employees working and the door was unlocked and a manager did not know there was nobody working - what kind of place is this!!??

    Self check out has professional help that the other stations should have also. When busy they need more check out lanes open. People don't like to stand and wait when there are workers standing around the checkouts that could be helping the customers. Also a smile or "thank you for shopping at Wal-Mart" would also be appreciated when we pay and leave.

    I was disappointed due to them replacing name brand items with their store brand. I was forced to go to their competitor to complete my shopping. I am handicapped and use a scooter and find it very inconvenient to wait in long lines to cash out. Also some of their customers are rude to handicapped patrons.
