    I was approved for a card, placed an order and somehow my account was linked to my mom's. They charged her card on my account and when I called customer service I talked to 12 people over 7 calls, not 1 person could help me get the issue fixed. They never canceled the order and now send her and myself updates about it even though her information was never put into my account. Customer service said this happened because we have the same billing address on our 2 separate accounts. I am very annoyed, no one could help and now all my information and order history are being shared when I didn't want anyone seeing my business. It's an invasion of privacy that they don't care about and disregard!

    I recently visited Victoria’s Secret with the intention of spending $500, but my experience was appalling. I spent 20 minutes in the store, standing directly next to a male employee, yet I was completely ignored. Despite accidentally bumping into his cart, he never acknowledged me, never offered assistance, and not once spoke to me. Instead, I observed him actively engaging and laughing with other customers who were of different racial backgrounds.

    As a ** woman, the blatant disregard I experienced was undeniable and deeply disheartening. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on Victoria’s Secret as a brand. In this "new normal," following the shifts in societal dynamics post-election, it is imperative that Victoria’s Secret retrains its staff to ensure they can provide fair and equal service to all customers, regardless of racial background or personal biases.

    I have shopped at Victoria’s Secret for years and always appreciated the quality service in the past. However, this encounter has made it clear that I am not valued as a customer. I chose to leave the store without making a purchase, and I will not return. Respect and inclusivity should be non-negotiable in any customer-facing environment. I hope management takes swift and serious action to address this issue.

    Purchased 5 items for same-day delivery and it never arrived. Went to check online and they had changed the order to standard shipping. No notifications whatsoever. Don’t trust their website promises as they pretty much do whatever they want. This is particularly a big headache as I’m going out of the country for 3 months and will not get the package until I get back at which time the parcel service in my building will charge $3/day after 2 days the package hasn’t been picked up!!!

    I ordered several gifts for my wife and the checkout assured they would be received before Christmas. Just checked and it will be December 27th at the earliest. Why lie about your delivery dates. She’s understanding but I’m sure it’s still a disappointment.

    I am a 73-year-old female who lives in a retirement community. I ordered a bra on-line from Victoria's Secret. I ordered a 36D but received a 36DDD. I wanted to get a credit on my credit card since I live in a retirement facility and do NOT drive. Victoria Secret refused to give me a credit, not even a store credit unless I return the item. I am NOT the person who made the mistake. They sent the wrong size!!!! Why should I waste my time fixing their problem! This was my first time ordering from this company and it will certainly be my last! Do not shop at this store. If I could give a lower rating, I would rate Victoria Secret a ZERO!

    If I could rate them a zero I would. I drove up to exchange new bras I just bought and they said there was no record on my Victoria's Secret credit card. Even though I bought everything from there spent so much money this year. And paid all my credit card bill. Their quality of bras have went down and the bras ruffle and bow at the bottom and leave a large gap under your breast. Customer service supervisor and store manager was awful. I've had to call them to place my online orders bc they mess them up too, often high and mess up the order. Companies like this corporate greed at its best.I am no longer a customer!

    Not even a full star. Unable to redeem my reward after purchasing 4 pairs of pajamas. .Every $75 was supposed to get a reward. I spent almost $200 and didn’t get the blanket they were giving away. I argued with the chat box and nothing was resolved. I’ll buy from Amazon for half price and I’m sure they will hold up better after washing. Buyer beware.

    Shopping Experience. On November 16, 2024, I placed an order with Victoria’s Secret (Order #**). On November 26, I received a notification stating that my package had been delivered. However, the package never arrived. I live in a condominium with a secure mailbox and a LuxerOne package delivery system, so there is no reasonable explanation for why the package was not delivered as expected. I contacted Victoria’s Secret to address the issue, and a replacement order (Order #**) was issued. Unfortunately, today I received a notification that the replacement package could not be delivered because the mailbox was supposedly vacant — despite the fact that my address was correct on the order.

    Upon calling customer service again, I was informed that no additional replacements could be processed since this was already a replacement order. Instead, I was offered a refund, which would take 3-5 business days to process. I requested an alternative solution, such as picking up the order at a physical store, but was told this was not possible. It is incredibly disappointing to have waited since November 16 for a package, only to be told that the only resolution is a refund. This situation demonstrates a lack of consideration for the customer experience and raises serious concerns about the reliability of the online shopping process at Victoria’s Secret. I cannot recommend shopping online with Victoria’s Secret based on this experience.

    Only carry certain sizes and not larger sizes for plus size women in stores and want them to order online but online ordering is difficult and those items are not made true to size when going to other stores saying other stores have them in store and online but that’s a lie. Never shopping there again.

    I am absolutely done with Victoria’s Secret! The quality of their underwear has gone downhill, but the price is still keep going up. It doesn’t even cover your vagina. And make sure you return things within 30 days or you’re screwed! Shein has amazing underwear that is 100% better quality and price. You can get 12 pairs of no-show underwear for under $10. They are the BEST underwear I have ever bought! Do NOT waste your money on crappy Victoria’s Secret underwear. I am 120 lbs and medium does not fit!

    Make it easier for shoppers to cancel online orders with a click of a button but they don’t want that. The chat option doesn’t even allow the robot to cancel the order. So ridiculous when they don’t want you to cancel the easy way.

    In the past, I have always had good experiences with Victoria's Secret. However, I did not this time. I needed something for a Halloween costume last minute, so I placed an online order around 3 pm on October 29th. I selected the 2-day shipping option for $19.00 for my item to be delivered on October 31st. Had I known it would not be here in time, I would have ordered 1-day shipping. Early on October 30th, I received a notification alerting me that my item had shipped. The expected delivery was between November 1st and November 5th.

    I called Victoria's Secret support and asked them if there was a way I could change the shipping cost since I would not be getting the item by the time their website had promised. I offered to pay more to get the item on time and was told no. I then asked if I could get a refund on shipping and was told no. The service representative told me the 2-day option from October 29th would be November 1st because November 1st is 2 days from October 29th.

    Anyway, I asked if there was anything they could do for me, and they told me no. I am just very disappointed in their customer service. When a company says they can do something by a certain day and you pay extra for that service, they should follow through on their promise. If the company does not follow through, there should be some type of reimbursement. I will tell my friends and family about this because $19.00 for shipping and not receiving the item on time is ridiculous.

    I ordered a pajama set and silk lounge trousers as gifts. The satin pajamas were poor quality and rough fabric. The blue lounge trousers with white pearl buttons on the hem were obviously used with frayed hem and makeup spot inside the hem. Never again.

    I went into Victoria’s Secret store in Whitemarsh Md today and had a terrible experience!! My sister and I waited at the counter for 10 minutes until I went to find someone and was told I was at wrong one so I go to the counter and the girl was rude and couldn’t even make eye contact so after I check out I decided to walk around some more since I was looking to get some more things. I ask an employee if a shirt was on sale for her to tell me she didn’t know and walked away.

    There was an employee with no shoes on walking around the whole time. You couldn’t find anyone to help you because no one wanted to make eye contact which is very weird!! I ran into my cousin walking out as I was going in and I saw she was empty handed which never happens and she shook her head and said good luck because they are horrible in there!! I had every intention of buying some sweat pants, hoodies and workout clothes but decided to go somewhere else. This store has always been great in the past, smiling, fun, helpful employees but it just had a weird sad vibe today, it’s hard to explain but all I know is you should really retrain or hire new people or this store will be going under and it’s not just my sister, my cousin and I experiencing this!! Didn’t realize until I got home I had no receipt!!

    I ordered 5 panties for $30. It was easy to order and I was excited for them to come. But the quality of the underwear is cheaply made. I had to look make sure they were not fake. Walmart underwear last way longer. My fiancé underwear has a loose string that’s unraveling already. Victoria's Secret cheap underwear are not worth buying. They must have little kids in a sweatshop sewing the underwear.

    I’ve ordered from VS about three times in 2024, and this is my second time receiving the size for my bra. I understand mistakes happen, but this is just unacceptable. They just send you whatever size is available as if my breast can magically become big or smaller. Very disappointing.

    Long term VS customer moving on. Their quality is lacking and they have zero customer support. Dream Angels, previously Love Cloud bras fall apart. As do the panties. There is a design flaw. No returns after 30 days, no return if washed, no return if warn. Soma has new customer.

    One star is even too good for VICTORIA SECRET!!! Customer service is poor, especially on their chat option. Three times I have ordered online and never received my package!!! When you try to get ahold of someone I got hung up on and they closed the chat on me as well every time!! I will not EVER shop with them EVER again!     Quality NO MORE! I've been purchasing Victoria's Secret for years now. Specifically each progressive purchase - specifically the underwear - has gone straight downhill. My last purchase of more than 10 pairs has left me throwing them out in less than 6 months. What garbage. They are literally shredding. So expensive - so JUNKY! Too bad I can upload pics!

    I bought a sports bra from Pink the end of May, I was out of the state the month of June so I never wore it until mid July. I wore it 1x then washed it1x. In case out of the washer (not dryer because I don't put my bras in the dryer) it was ripped a part at the seam where the cup meets the strap. I was disappointed but thought for sure they would replace it but NOPE. Nothing!!! 35.00 in the toilet. Thanks for NOTHING Victoria.

    Their bras are terrible. For the prices of this place you'd think the quality would last and be reliable. I have a huge painful scratch on my inner arm from putting it on and all the liner comes out and is ridiculously sharp, but alone are so uncomfortable. All of the bras I've gotten are uncomfortable and flimsy..

    Had an account with them for ten years. My account has been flawless with no late or missed payments in the ENTIRE ten years I have had this account. They decided to do a soft inquiry on my credit and lower my limit out of nowhere!!! So thank you, but no thank you. I have now paid in full and closed the account because that was highly insulting!!! My money will go to those who do proper business with consumers based on the account that has been active and in GOOD STANDING since it’s been opened.

I had to contact them and deal with their shady CS who seem to be trained to act stupid even though they have your account pulled up. It took over an hour to straighten things out.     I have had a Victoria’s Secret credit card for 15 years. I received notification from my credit service that an account had been closed and could I verify it was accurate. I logged on and found out that Comenity Bank closed my Victoria Secret credit card account. I did not request for it to be closed and I did not want it to be closed as it affects my credit score since I’ve had the card for so long. I called Comenity Bank to find out why they closed my account. At first, I just received an automated service that said my account had been closed and there was nothing they could do about it and disconnected the line. I called back and finally was able to talk to a live person who told me my account was closed due to inactivity and I probably received an email saying if I didn’t use the card it would be closed.

    I told her I did not receive such an email that I checked my regular email account and any junk or spam folders and there was nothing. She told me there was nothing she could do and she would transfer me to someone else that could help. Then she proceeded to hang up on me. This is horrible customer service and I cannot imagine anyone wanting to do business with any kind of credit card company that treats their customers this way.

    I’ve been getting My bras from Victoria’s Secret for years and the last few years I’ve come across the zippers on the sports bras malfunctioning. They don’t unzip or they zip up and you can’t get it down. You have to pull it off of you. I just recently bought about $300 worth of bras, and it’s just incredibly and insane the amount of money. I will never never ever buy another borrow bra or recommend them. It’s insane the amount of money I’ve spent just to have these bras that are all broken now. Just ridiculous.

    I tried placing an order online. I couldn't find my card so I used online help/customer service. The guy basically didn't understand what I was saying and after 20 mins trying, I decided to call. Everything I had was in my "bag" ready to be Purchased. The last kept saying my totals was $60 more than it was online. After another 30 mins she seemed to have figured whatever out. I get my order. I am missing 8 items and have anywhere from 2 to four of the same thing. I call and give them everything ,SKU number missing. I get my order today and they sent me nothing but muti duplicates of the same thing on top of what I already received. This is ridiculous. I not sure what the heck is going on with their customers service but they suck and I will not be ordering anything else online which is a huge inconvenience.

    Got a VS credit card and because I didn’t use it enough for then they lowered my credit limit. Then they attempted to rebill a purchase after card paid off. I called, they said it was late fee. Found out one of my payments didn’t show in system so I gave them the confirmation number they provided when I made the payment. Then I received letter they would not accept the confirmation number or bank statement as proof of payment. I have no other way to prove my payment so I’m sure they will send me a bill expecting money. So I told them to cancel my card.

    I purchased a substantial order from Victoria's Secret in December of 2023. I have never been so disappointed in their products since I started buying underwear and bras from this company many many years ago. It was a purchase of 17 pairs of panties which after a couple of washings (which I do on delicate load) the elastic is most of the panties all stretched so much that they had to be discarded. I contacted the company. All they would do was offer me a 25 percent off coupon!! That is ridiculous! I’m from Canada. How on earth would it pay for me to order again from this company WHO does not stand behind their products. I will never order from this company ever again. I must have received at least 20 emails back and forth and they would not hear of helping me out OTHER than returning USED panties back to them! Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE! Save your money. They won’t stand behind their clothing!

    The most unpleasant experience at the Sugarloaf Mills mall, the first time I entered that store everything was final sales, since I liked shopping in Victoria I went in to buy some items, but the ** cashier 603328 with a discriminatory attitude and insistent language “it's final sale. They can't give back." I said yes, however he insisted on the issue again, I asked for a bigger bag because I pack my items all tight like old clothes. And she told me, "No, those are for when they buy." More items, and I told her, "But I'm paying a lot more and I need it," however she didn't pay attention to me and continued with the next customer. This is not the culture of that prestigious store, having such unpleasant people and making you think that they can treat people like they do in their countries.

    BEWARE Victoria Secret and Comenity Bank are ripping you off!!! I have had a victoria secret credit card for more than 10 years but noticed that recently I was being charged an interest even though I paid it off each month. When I called Comentity I was told that they charge interest even if the card is paid in full each month. I cancelled the card and received a letter stating the account balance due was $0.00. Then two weeks later received an interest due statement of $2.00. I again called Comenity and was told they charge an interest on the last payment (in full) I made in arrears of closing the account. I have since called the catalog company and had my name removed from all mailing lists.

    Buyer Beware! I returned an item I purchased online a month ago and didn't know it was 'required' for me to keep the tracking number. They informed me that even though I obtained the return label through their website they "do not have access" to my tracking number therefore they cannot assist with the status of my return. I have returned many items in my life and have NEVER run into an issue like this. Do better VS! I am completely disappointed and will never shop here again.

    I am a little upset about the way I was treated in the store. They told me that the store return policy changed, I don't know when it changed and I was not made aware of your return policy at the time. I spent a couple hundred dollars at Christmas and it took some time for the person that received the gift to get it back to me to return it. I have the receipt and asked for an in store credit. They said no, they couldn't do anything about it. I could understand if I didn't have the sales receipt. A manager told me to contact corporate and they would send me a label and refund.     I placed an order on March 18th for 4 bras and 2 swim tops with expected delivery of 21 to 26. Until today April 2nd I haven't received any items and I have been begging to get back my refund which I am currently awaiting. Customer service is just horrible. Loads of runaround.     I ordered $125 worth of merchandise online 3/18/24 with a max delivery date of 3/25/24. I have not received my order as of today 3/29/24. Called customer service and said it was delivered and then say that it was not. My status shows it was never picked up by a carrier. Could not give an explanation as to what happened so I asked them to reship my items and expedite them. Proceeded to tell me they could not reship as I bought more than 10 items. Told me they could refund and it would take 3-5 business days but could not apply the money and reorder the items. Who wants to play again for something they did not receive in the first place?? I was on the phone a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes. They are not customer focused at all.

    I purchased three bras from Victoria's Secret that were too small. I followed the online instructions and placed the prepaid label on the parcel for pick up by my mail carrier. She picked up the parcel at the end of January. No email, no return statuts, no refund. VS has no record of my return. $120 down the drain.

    I purchased a few bras based on a good friend's recommendation of their products. The very first time I washed them, one of the bras did not hold its shape and even though I wet it and tried to reshape it, it never corrected. I took it to a physical store and they told me I am supposed to hand wash it. I said I was never told to hand wash it when I bought it, and there is nothing on the tag that says it is to be hand washed. The sales clerk and manager told me that the care instructions are on their website. I have never purchased a piece of clothing that required me to go to the website to determine care of the item. The sales people did nothing for me and when I electronically submitted my dissatisfaction, that person only offered me 20% coupon. What was I going to do with that?

    I have no intention of purchasing another product from them. And my friend, who has shopped their for over 40 years has since stopped purchasing from them also. I always purchased Wacoal bras. They are amazing quality and I never had to wash those by hand. Wacoal is the best of the best for quality. Very disappointed with Victoria's Secret. The company does not stand behind their products.

    The bill paying system of Victoria Secret is extremely problematic. As an online banking user, I face the issue of VS delaying the payment until the day after it is due, resulting in a late payment. Even when making cash payments, the process takes an excessive amount of time. This is an exceptionally unpleasant experience!

    My husband wanted to buy me something as a surprise and he went to VS. Obviously, he didn't use any coupon. Spent around $400 with full priced items. 3 pieces were not my Size, he went to return within 2 weeks at a different loxation and he was denied the return to credit card stating they couldn't find the transaction. He had all of his original receipts with him. So I am stuck with $200 of VS gift card. I never shop there. I call it as a fraud.     I closed my account due to their Shady messaging to get me to make double payments. They saw a pending charge when I closed the account and did not say a word. Never sent the bill since acct was closed then hit me with late fees. Disgusting. Will never shop with them again. They don't care about customers.

Tracking number provided by UPS was not true and to my dismay items are not found and not to be tracked insisting that items was delivered and cannot do anything.

    I wish zero stars was possible. This place online is just as bad as in store service! Representatives take their sweet time in hopes that you close a chat. There is no follow up like with most companies where they call or email you to see if you need further assistance. This company is failing. You place an order and don't get notified until the day it arrives that half of your order wasn't fulfilled. They poorly manage the site. I've ordered and used my discounts only to be told something wasn't in stock. How is it that you have items listed and are over filling them? And I get early access! Then we find out later that they were never in stock. That's not the worst part! You'll find multiple charges on your account, some of which they won't remove and hope you don't notice! Because they split shipments up, it charges you multiple times. And if they cancel an item, it ALWAYS charges you the same price and they won't tell you! BEWARE! If it's not in store, online will abuse you.

    Other than payment processing & order cancellation, every aspect of my latest experience with vs was plagued w/ problems. The website glitched and crashed continually - meaning I had to sign in and refill my cart repeatedly. As I began the checkout process, I found that 10 items out of 30 did not retain the promised discount. I tried to solve this issue through their chat, but was unable to receive help. I decided to go ahead with the purchase, minus the full-price items. In the cart, after reaching a certain $ amount, they promise two “promos” (fleece blanket, $5 panty pack, etc). But when more than one promo was selected (&yes, I tried all combos) an error message occurred and both promos would drop off order. I chose one promo and checked out. At this time VS was offering $50 off $200 if you used Klarna for checkout. I used Klarna, not paying attention to what was happening to the price of my cart (stupid after all these issues I know).

    After processing, when I received no notification about the discount I realized my total dropped below $200 (I haven’t gone back to figure out how this occurred). I immediately tried to rectify the order, using the only available option - the chat. It kicked me off, & would not allow me to enter again. I had to open a separate page in Safari and launch the chat from there. This chat said my order was already finished processing & could not be amended. This was less than three min after purchase. I finally got ahold of a “chat agent” named Pamela. When she realized the breadth of my issues, she disconnected the chat. Abruptly. At this point, I’d had enough. No amount of lotion or body mist was worth this level of difficulty. I asked the next chat agent to cancel my order. It was surprisingly easy.

    Then came the survey. It glitched 3 times… meaning if I wanted to submit anything about this experience, I had to fill it out again - 3 TIMES. Wouldn’t you know it - when I looked online for an email/complaint form to explain in detail how badly they bungled an order worth a couple hundred $ (nothing to them, but for most of us- that’s huge) - there’s not one available. At all!

    I would like to believe that all of my issues stemmed from bad management at VS. There’s a cynical part of me that thinks that this was done on purpose to deter customers ordering the sale items from obtaining an even deeper discount from their Klarna promotion. I didn’t have any issue with items that weren’t so steeply discounted. I didn’t run into any problems with the first agent until I mentioned the Klarna promotion. This is not an isolated incident. Corporate America has lost EVERY SINGLE bit of my trust. VS if you read this, I left a similar review on Trustpilot. I have screenshots of my ordering difficulties & recordings of my chat experiences. I’d love to hear from you.

    I tried to place an order online and received an error code. I called and tried to place it on the phone, which they did. They charged my card but no order was placed. I called again and they tried placing it, once again, a charge but no actual order. I have 6 charges on my account now and no order placed. I called the corporate number three times over the last week and they have told me all they can do is transfer me to a voicemail to be called back. I have left three voicemails over the last week and no one has called me back yet. This company is major FRAUD. They want to take your money but not help you get anything in return. I still have no help resolving this issue and am not sure where to even go from here, no one at their company will help, only transfer me to a voicemail.

    I have generally had good experiences when I went to a store for Victoria's Secret but recently (Tuesday, August 29, 2023), I visited a store in Frederick, MD. A young salesman tried to follow me around - he suggested I be measured for a bra size - maybe he felt he was being helpful but I found it to be HIGHLY intrusive. He continued to interrupt my browsing and then asked what my bra size was - I wish I had not told him - I was so uncomfortable. I should have just walked out. I decided I would look online but to no avail either. They claim they have people to help via chat 24/7, but it's a bot. I haven't been able to get into my online account - tried to reset my password and it didn't work. I am HUGELY frustrated with this whole experience.

    After being a Victoria's secret follower I've purchase several bras since the late 1980s. I have a bra that the strap broke. I will admit it's been over 30 or 90 days I put it in my drawer and saved it for a time I needed it (like many women do) and Victoria's secret won't let me exchange it. The bra has a manufacturer flaw but Victoria's secret customer service rules are that you cannot return it based on the number of days that you purchase it which is ridiculous. If you spend however much money on the bra whether that's 20 50 100 dollars they expect you to eat that up and they do not want to be held responsible for their errors.

    I've worn this bra maybe 10 times and it's practically brand new. The strap broke because somebody didn't sew it right. There is nothing else wrong with it. There's no tears. No cuts. No nothing but Victoria's secret will not allow me to exchange it. If you're going to buy a bra from Victoria's secret remember this. Do not put in the drawer and put it there for a later date. Just wear them because if something breaks in 30-90 days at least you get to return it. If it's after that they don't give a d**n about you. So we know that Victoria's secret is selling poor quality merchandise and not helping the customers.

    I bought seven pairs of panties in December of 2022, originally priced at $10.50 each. Three pairs came with defects- poorly constructed seams and pulled elastic- and immediately fell apart. The rest all have holes in them despite very minimal wearing as I did not start wearing them until March and only wear them occasionally. All seven have terrible elastic that is functionally nonexistent and the tops roll down. All seven are so thin they resemble pairs of yesteryear at the end of their usefulness after an average of three years of regular wear. None are sufficient for practical use in terms of the normal amount of sweating and discharge. It's as if you're making pricy underwear for dolls instead of humans.

    I have witnessed a steady decline of VS products over the course of two decades, and my previous purchase a few years ago was ever so slightly better that I'd decided to give VS one more try. I do not need a refund. I definitely don't want more non-functional undergarments, but I do hope that Victoria's Secret considers what they are offering as a company. Women are smart and they talk to each other, and if you continue to offer such horrendous quality it won't stay secret for long.

    Absolutely AWFUL customer service. They are totally clueless. The customer service reps will literally just tell you anything you want to hear, without actually solving your issue, just to get you off the phone. All they do is kick the can down the road. I have been trying to log in to my account for weeks and all I get is the runaround as to why I can't log in or change my password. If you ask to speak to a supervisor, expect to be on hold for an hour. I'm pretty sure they just hope you'll give up and hang up. Supervisors probably don't even exist. Just another company that outsourced all of its customer service jobs overseas to save a couple of bucks. They would rather their customers suffer with non-existent customer service than pay their American employees a living wage. I'm done shopping at stores who have outsourced all of their jobs due to corporate greed. I hope others will follow suit. STEER CLEAR OF VICTORIA'S SECRET!!!

    I got approved for the Victoria Secrets credit card a year ago. They advertise that once approved and make 1st purchase, that you get 25$ off that 1st purchase . Well the code they sent me to get that 25$ off didn't work online. I tried many times ,but it just wouldn't take the code. So I continued with my purchase, & figured I'd call Customer Service after to get it adjusted, since It wasn't my fault. I called & was told It could take up to 3 months for the credit. I wasn't exactly that happy but ok. 3 months went by & no credit to my statement.

    I called again, was told it was still being reviewed. 4 months had gone by at this point. I got transferred to probably 5 different people, all of which did nothing. I mean how long does it take to credit my acct!!! 6 months later, still no credit & now being told I have to send an email to the company & tell them what happened. ARE you kidding me??! So I did. I got a letter in mail a couple months later saying that my case is being reviewed & I will get a decision in mail. AT THIS point, it's been 8 months,& the letter says due to being over the 60 days, that they can't do anything & my case is closed. So all I can say to anyone looking to get this 25$ discount once opening a VS credit card, is BE ABSOLUTELY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM. I think is absolutely terrible that a multi million dollar company can't give someone what they were promised because their own coupon code didn't work!

    This company has went downhill over the last 10-20 years. I called the 800 to get assistance with a reward and never received and one of their overseas customer service agents tries to process my order over the phone. We got all the way to the end and she couldn't put the credit card number in correctly. I was patient with her and she still wasn't getting it. I asked to speak with a manager several times and she kept lying and saying one wasn't available. That conversation took 40 minutes. There's no other way to file a complaint or speak to someone in America. I got on the chat now and spoke with a virtual assistant. She said a manager would contact me but no one has. I will never order anything off Victoriassecret.com and will only buy my panties out of the store. It's sad because they use to be a really good company. This is what happens when these big companies hire cheap labor.

    I had an order, with the free gift already placed in my shipment. When it arrived, the free make up bag was not there, as well as the packing slip. The order showed the item being there. I placed the order within 30 minutes of the offer, so I made sure I would get one. It was still being offered weeks after I placed this order! When I contacted them, they said they were sorry, but they had run out and due to “bait and switch” laws, no substitutes could be given. This is the third time this “free gift” offer has not shown up in my shipment with no explanation and no offer to fix the issue. This is the only reason for me ordering, the free gift! No more, they are scamming with this free gifts that are nonexistent!!

    I took a chance and ordered underwear from VS after years of not doing so, which turned out to be a mistake. They started falling apart at the seams after one or two wears, with proper washing. I understand I waited just a smidge too long after writing an email and getting no response. The email was not a "no-reply," so I discovered the chat feature. That said, no refund and no new product to replace. Can't wait for the other pairs out of the four I purchase crumble to crap. Never again.

    They have the worst customer service corporate office. They are offering a free tote or blanket for Black Friday and was told by representatives that work for the store to call corporate since they ran out that they would honor it. Other stores would honor their promotions. Well not Victoria's Secret. They said “sorry” and that’s it. Honestly, will returned everything purchased because they don’t care about the customer. You have a promotion then make sure that people that spend their hard earned money get what you said you would do. The shadiest place for business. Save your money and go to Macy's or any other store that treats their customers like people. And corporate try to push their Cyber Monday on me while telling that they don’t honor their Black Friday promotions, like the nerve of you. Never again. Support small business that treat you with respect. These big places don’t care.

    I have been buying bras and underwear from Victoria's Secret for years. I recently purchased 5 pairs of panties (my last purchase was probably a couple of years ago). Immediately upon wearing the first pair, I noticed a difference in comfort. This pair just didn't feel right in the rear. When I removed it later and examined the back, I saw a vertical seam running up from the crotch to the top, basically up the bum line. This one little detail, this little seam, was responsible for creating that very uncomfortable feeling. I immediately checked my other recently purchased pairs. All the non-cotton panties had this line down the middle. I checked older versions of these underwear from years past. None had them. This was a new thing. So, to save money (or increase profits), VS is using up scraps of material that would normally be wasted. In doing so, they are sacrificing comfort. You expect it from a cheap brand, but not from Victoria's Secret.

    So I got an email for purchasing panties 7 pairs for $30.00, I also received coupons that included 2 free panties with any purchase, (I often get a coupon package every several months, most of which include 1 free pair, of which I have never used a coupon for the freebies, until this order) as well as $10.00 off a $40.00 purchase, both coupon codes worked with no problems. However I noticed upon shipment email notification they shipped the 2 free pairs of panties by themselves, thus had an $8.00 shipping/handling charge attached, plus sales tax on the shipping cost.

    In order to get the original free shipping option I decided to purchase a Victoria's secret bra, my first ever test, looking forward to trying it out. However because I made the additional bra purchase it qualified for free shipping. Yet an additional $8.64 was charged to my account for the so called freebies, I mean come on, 2 pairs of panties could have been added to the original order without any extra charges. This in my opinion is a sort of bait & switch. Because the 2 free pairs are among all of the same stock products being offered.

    Not even a credit card holder... Had interest in getting one - after this experience, I will never purchase from VS again! The local VS closed a few years ago & the nearest store is now about 2 hours drive for me. I decided to order online to have something new for my & my husband's vacation...I know shipping is very approximate these days, but the items were specified to Be In StocK, so no reason for backorder or excessive shipping... 4 days later and still has not been shipped? I decided to cancel the entire order. Because I'd rather go in-store omw to the beach.

    The live chat glitched as soon as I selected to cancel order. It immediately logged me out. The website wouldn't refresh. I downloaded the app and same thing happened. I called the customer service number - took less than 10 seconds to give my info & was nicely asked to hold a moment while she brought up my account to cancel it... 20 minutes later no response but could hear the phone being moved around & subtle background noises. Then I got hung up on! I immediately called back, answered by awkward Christmas music (it's July, I get it but total cringe) & then a man with a very inconsistent accent picked up & asked the same info, explained about 30 min cancelation policy???

    I don't fully understand as I wasn't even on the prior call for that long (my phone shows 20min & few seconds) he responded immediately that he couldn't cancel my order because it was already processed. When I questioned further about the fact that it hasn't even been shipped & still says "pending online" he changed his statement to say the order was already deleted out of the system.

    First off, be warned - they use USPS for delivery. I received a notice in my mailbox that the package wouldn’t fit in my mailbox- which is obvious because I live in an apartment. Options were either redeliver or pick up at post office. What??? I contacted Victoria’s Secret and told them if they would not deliver using Fedex or UPS, they could have package returned and issue refund- which they did!     I called literally 40 minutes and it was brought to my attention they have a 30 minute cancellation policy. I have never heard anything like this and it was literally a gift card. They never cancelled it. 30 mins really? And only 10 mins late without knowing and you still can't see if there is something you can do? Maybe reach out and seeing if there was something you could do to actually help. It probably could've been canceled if you actually were supporting your customers. I know I would see if there was something I could've done. I do know that.

    I've been a card holder for years and I’m so disappointed with the service that I had today. I ordered last Nov 25 & until now I didn’t receive my orders, I called customer service to inquire what is going on co I got my statement with charges. ASHLEY, the customer service said she’ll reorder it and I said, "If we are pay late we get charges and now you’re late with my order," I even asked her if she could check why I can’t use my $25 coupon and she said she can’t do it. I said, "What’s the use of the coupon?" And she said if I want I can just cancel my order and I said yes coz with her tone it’s not even apologizing. She even said she reordered and that’s all she can do and she didn’t even charge me for shipping and reorder fees.

    I told her it’s not my fault that it’s not delivered and she said it’s not their fault too. It means they didn’t check and monitor the online orders they receive. I am a paying customer, it’s not free and it’s the first time that I was treated this way. If only I have time I’ll just go to the store, sales people are helpful and accommodating. ASHLEY shouldn’t be working in customer service, her time is higher than the customer.

    One star because I do not have the option of zero stars. Despite being a very loyal customer, having ordered various times in the past, my last experience was disappointing. I received my order at home and the package was empty, there were only some empty boxes inside that seemed to have been opened by someone and the products were missing. The package contained only 2 of the 12 items of my order and the rest were empty boxes.

    But the saddest part is that when I informed via email the VS customer support about the incident and requested to send me again my order, I received the below upsetting response: "Thank you for allowing us time to review your shipment concern. Upon further investigation, we have confirmed your order was the expected weight of the items you ordered and the packaging at the time it left our facility. The package was checked at various times throughout the shipping journey and continued to be the expected weight with the carrier until delivery of your items. Based on this confirmation, we are unable to process a refund or reshipment of your items."

    First of all, it's not "my" carrier. The shipping company is THEIR selection and I have nothing to do with it. Therefore it is their responsibility to investigate what happened with my missing items and also arrange for replacement. Furthermore, it is completely unacceptable for a company like VS, to treat its customers like this, especially when I pay so much shipment costs on every delivery. If they collaborate with untrustworthy carriers where the packages get violated or lost then it is definitely not my fault.

    I was charged $20 late fee for a 9 dollar pair of underwear because I paid my statement the next day so they transferred me to Comenity Bank and the case was handled by Andrea. She was rude, angry, yelling! Telling me that my fees were going to go up and up that I will have to pay more and more for that underwear. She would not even let me talk and transferred me to someone to close my account. People that are frustrated with life should not work in customer care! Mean, rude, unprofessional!     I made a purchase of a Plush Long Robe online, later received a e-mail stating the item I not available. So I call customer service spoke to a person by the name of Tonya. She reprocessed my order saying it will arrive by Nov 17th. All the while trying to sell me a bra (which I had no interest in purchasing). A few days later, I receive yet another e-mail stating "item is no longer available". I don't understand why at the time I purchased the item, it was showing available on-line and at a discount?     I have shopped Victoria's Secret for several years and in the last two or three years their quality has went so far downhill. I have had eight brand new items that either the zippers broke or the quality of the material was horrible, I can never get ahold of anyone in customer service and if I do they don't care.     Due to some health issues I got behind on my credit card. Once back to work I paid more than double payments. I was rewarded by having my credit limit cut more than half. The prices on the products will barely cover one item on the new credit limit. I would not recommend this business or credit card to anyone.

    I've been a loyal customer of Victoria's Secret for years now. Their credit card was one of the first I ever started with. The rewards program has changed through the years, seeming to be better for their loyal customers. Except it's not and their customer service for the company as well as the credit card is a complete sham. No one has any information and there is no way to help you. I had a large reward that I was unable to use online, I reached out and they said they'd send a new one, the problem was happening with their new rewards. I never received anything.

    I called every month and all they could do was try to send a new one. My address is the same as billing where I still get the bills sent, new rewards come in, there is nothing wrong with the address for me not to get it. They now owe me over $400 in rewards and I've reached out to both sides of corporate and they will not do anything for me. Both companies are awful in both standards and customer service. They do not appreciate their customers or the business you give them. Everything has gone downhill with Victoria's Secret.

    I placed an order and choose a wrong size by mistake. 2 minutes later I placed another order for the correct size and tried to cancel the first one. I was redirected to their "live chat" and was told I cannot cancel the order. I said I just made it and it hasn't been processed but the live chat agent said again I cannot cancel the order. So I will have to wait to receive it and then return it. Will never buy anything from this scammers. Stay away from this lame monkey business.

    I am a loyal shopper even though 90% of the store is overpriced. I have not made a purchase for any items with pink since early 2020. I paid my card off in full once the pandemic hit most of us hard. The next month I called to make sure there was a $0 balance and surprisingly there was a $5.23 charge. I made that payment assuming that I must've didn't hear the complete total due when I clicked pay bill in full. At this moment I am positive that my card was paid off. 2 months later I checked my card and I owe $21.23 worth of late fee charges. I contacted pink regarding this matter and they refused to do anything about it. Refused to waive the fees. Very inconsiderate to those that are struggling during this pandemic charging late fees plus a $2 service fee charge. What is a service fee charged for when the card has not been used since February and this is September. Customers satisfactory comes first, due to this matter I will no longer shop at pink.

    I have been buying the classic cotton since Victoria Secret first opened up. With every year that passes, the quality consistently goes down. The past 8 years or so, it’s been even worse. The fabric is now SO THIN, I *MAY get 2-3 wears before before my short, rounded nails go right through the material!!!!

    I just purchased 10 pair locally, and when I got home, I ran them through a gentle wash before putting away. I went to go wear a pair, and now VS has cut out some of the material that the full brief used to provide coverage, making them look and feel more like a bikini than a full brief!! Also, the elastic band is so thin it curls over and runs down while wearing! I’ve thrown 4 pair away so far that ripped at waistband. Can’t return the rest, because I’ve already taken tags off and washed. Rest assured, I will not be buying any more of these unless they bring back a quality cotton interlock fabric, and thicker, heavier waistband as used in past. @victoriassecret if you have to charge more, then charge more!!! I’m tired of all the disposable quality underwear!

    I used to love Victoria’s Secret and it was the only brand I would wear in bras and panties. I spent a lot of money around around 2011-2013. The quality THEN was outstanding and well worth the high price tag. The bras were super durable BACK THEN. Fast forward to 2016 and I decide to buy a couple more bras. One of the bras I purchased was a bombshell multi-way strapless bra but included straps if you wanted to put them on. After 2 washes on delicate the bra started come apart literally. Fast forward to 2019 I decided to give VS one more try hoping dearly that I would change my mind as I used to be a loyal customer. I went to a VS and the saleslady gave me a bra to try on that she said would work.

    I put it on and literally right there in the dressing room the bra BROKE. The strap just ripped. I gave it to the sales lady and she nonchalantly said she’d damage it out... which made me think this was definitely a regular occurrence. Against my better judgment I ended up still buying a bra, panties and some VS Pink Athleisure pants. Within A couple months the panties were just ripping apart at the seams. This never used to happen. Ever. Needless to say I’m never shopping at VS again because the quality is terrible and I never thought I would say that. Bring back the bras and how they were made in 2012... I’m very disheartened. Also the athleisure pants were VERY uncomfortable and cost me over $70 for just that one pair. If the quality was the same as in 2012 I’d happily pay $100 for a pretty Embellished DURABLE high quality bra... but you’re just wasting your money here now.

    I was sized at the store and bought 4 bras. When I began wearing them the straps fell down and my breast kept popping out the front of the bra. Took them back and they resized me to a new size. I had the same horrible experience with these bras. I will never buy their bras again.???

In part the quality has lowered and the prices remain high is because they abuse of their popularity, this doesn't justify the cost for something so essential are an underwear.

    First off I love Victoria's Secrets... I always shop here for me and some for my daughters. I recently purchased some new sweat pants and matching jackets. Lol had to have the set. The clothing is always cute and stylish. I can always count on reviews and the size tab whenever I'm unsure about the fit of the clothing. Victoria's secrets can be pretty pricey depending on what you like, but they always make up with coupons, special offers and sales. You really can't go wrong. And there are all kinds of incentives for spending with the rewards that you get back from your credit card.

    Now if you don't have the card I would definitely recommend you get that because that's where you're going to get the best savings discounts and rewards. Anyways I love the both of these sweatsuits. The material was soft and they fit perfect. I have learned that when purchasing things under the Pink brand they are usually cut a little bigger, so I go a size down and with the Victoria secrets I order my correct size.

    Overpriced eye candy that does not fit real women with breasts hips etc. The store doesn't use real bra sizes or panties. They are made to fit models who are extremely thin but have surgeries to enlarge their breasts. The pie things dont know how hard it is they run with real boobs. Newer generations of women buy this falling for the V.S. shows with beautiful wings. Women dont have wings and were made in the form of a woman not in the shape of a 10 year boy. Love yourself.     Bras by Victoria's Secret can't be beat. Mine way outlast any of the other bra brands I've ever purchased. Their sizes in clothing are all over the place. Some fit true to size and others are way too small. I would like to see them gear to larger sizes as well as the smaller sizes they already have. Many plus size women would also love to wear Victoria's Secret clothing. I purchased a great deal of my Christmas presents from Victoria's Secret this past year as I do every year. Practically everyone loves Victoria's Secret clothing.

    I am a hard to fit gal, but I never have an issue at any VS that I visit. The Bay Ridge Brooklyn, NY store can’t do enough to please me, from the minute I walk thru the door, to the fitting room, where their expert fitness gurus won’t let you leave until you’re comfy & satisfied. Their sales are incredible too, because they’re not cheap, but you do get what you pay for when I do pay full price. I love to give Christmas gifts from them as well, always puts a smile on the face of the recipient. I have also gone to their store in Midtown Manhattan, as well as Poughkeepsie, NY. Always a win-win. Trust me, my girls are grateful that they exist. Love my VS.

    I no longer shop at Victoria’s Secret for myself. Their so called ‘fitting experts’ for bras are high pressure sales people who really don’t know how to fit a bra. When a friend convinced me to, again, have a proper fitting, I had to argue with the clerk about my size, argue the product she chose for me didn’t fit and wasn’t comfortable, was shamed into buying a bra for the same price I could have purchased 3 bras at a department store, only to bring the piece of crap home, wear it twice and throw it away because it rubs my sides raw and did not contain ‘the girls’ in the front of the product. Overpriced underwear marketed in a way that’s demeaning to women larger than a size 5. Terrible store.

    I’ve been shopping here for so many years and I will continue to shop there because I love the variety from super dressy to casual and all my friends and I will actually go out of our way to have a Victoria’s Secret day where we go and just restock up on new bras and cute underwear and get some clothes for workout. The varieties fantastic always. You’re coming up with new things. I always look forward to the holidays to just get some new beautiful things to wear. Always makes me feel great knowing that I have matching undergarments on underneath my work clothes.     I was at Victoria's Secret in the Sanford Towne Center. The ladies fitting me for a bra was amazing, but the lady on the floor I gave her the card with my sizes and what I was looking for and she took the card and never came back to talk to me. I found her speaking with another customer and I ask for my card back so someone else could help me and stated to me that no one could help me and threw my card in the trash. I wanted to speak to a manager and she stated there was no manager on site. Because of the one staff I will never visit that store again.

    My sister ordered me a present from Victoria's Secret. It was ok set which doesn't fit me. I went to the shop to exchange and here my nightmare started. They don't have anything in stock. They can't exchange it, so representative told me to find something else. There were only 2 items of my size in the shop. They told me to pay extra $10 for this item as it was not at discount. I know pi sets always on discounts at Victoria's Secret, but not the same size. So I left the shop after spent 1 hour speaking with manager with gift card. Hate Victoria's Secret at Dallas Galleria location. They will not match the process if something will not fit you. Worst customer service in shop. Never left with feeling that I don't want to return to this shop again in my life.

    I’ve had the worst experience with Victoria’s Secret although I’m a regular shopper there. These past two weeks just makes me feel like I need to stop shopping there. I made several purchases. They took the money out of my account but then they canceled my orders then they turn around and put a hold on my Victoria’s Secret credit card because of fraud. Mind you I had to send in a copy of my driver's license, my bank statement and my Social Security to verify who I was. I missed all the sale. The coupons that I used I couldn’t reuse them on any purchase. The majority of the stuff that I ordered was on back order or out of stock. Smh.

    I’ve called Victoria’s Secret nonstop for two weeks also via chat literally like every day since December 2nd. I’ve been on the phone or live chat with a representative And they never seem to can help me. They tell me the same thing every time. I’m just so over the whole thing. Christmas is basically ruined because I ordered all my family members' gift from there because of the sale. I’ve never been this disappointed in all my life.

    I was super excited to hit the sales up online & use my coupons. After completing the order, I received an email that it had been canceled BUT Victoria’s Secret STILL TOOK MY MONEY! Now I’m the one waiting 5-7 business days for a refund. The sales are gone now, some items sold out & back ordered so repurchasing them isn’t an option. 4 VS staff couldn’t tell me anything, just offered a $20 discount. No answers to WHY they took my money to begin with. 1 staff said my card DECLINED! If that’s the case, how did I get an ORDER NUMBER. How can money be taken from a declined card anyway!? Then I was told by another staff that it was an AUTHORIZATION ISSUE.. even though I had received an order just a month ago, same card, same info, same app I always order from. BUT I thought VS checks every so often if it’s an authorization issue?

    Victoria charged me a late fee on top of a late fee for being a day late. I didn’t even know I had a late fee on my account. I have been a loyal customer before I received their low ** credit limit. I asked customer service if they can waive my late fees because I was only a day late not even 24 hours late. Customer service sucks and they are very rude. I then asked to speak with a supervisor. She’s rude as well and wouldn’t waive my fees either. So I canceled my card and before canceling my card I asked if there was any purchases remaining and she answered no and my card is canceled and if I don’t pay the the due date then I will continue to get a late fee on top of late fees. Smh.

    Then I get a text a week later saying that I owe them $178 for a pair of boots that I order but VS CANCELED and I have the email to prove it. I never received the boots. So now I have to pay for something I never received and so it won’t go on my credit. VS IS FRAUD AND A SCAM DON’T GET A VS CARD. VS CAN PUT THAT CARD AND TWIRL IT AROUND WHERE THE SUN DON’T SHINE.

    I was going thru my wife's desk and found a bill for Victoria's Secret that I didn't know about. It was only around $56 and my wife had filled it out but hadn't mailed it in. It was due a week after she passed away. So I called them to take care of it and to see if they would waive the $25 late fee under the circumstances. I was told that since my wife had passed away I did not need to pay anything and they would close it out. The very next day I get a text saying it was URGENT I call them. So I did and was told there was no record of that conversation and that I needed to pay a payment immediately. Oh and the late fee could not be waived regardless of the reason the bill was late. So I paid the balance and was a little upset.

    I sent them a message letting them know I wasn't happy with how it was handled and then they replied they couldn't discuss it with me since my name wasn't on the account! Convenient they could discuss it with me to get payment though. 1. I do not intend for my wife to have unpaid debt. 2. I think this could have been handled way better and 3. I can't believe they insisted on charging the late fee in this instance. I hope they enjoy the $80+ I sent in because it is my last money with them or Comenity Bank.

    After tonight I WILL be closing my Angel Card account! I spoke to several representatives and they were not helpful at all. The first one helped me by changed the name on my shipping address BUT she changed my orders shipping method! I received an ENTIRELY different receipt than what is showing in their system! All they could say was they could no do anything because it was released to shipping. I chose the 2nd business delivery because I needed it in a specific amount of time! Now they are saying I will not receive it until the day before Thanksgiving which is likely to be delayed for weather and the holidays!

    I AM DONE WITH VICTORIAS SECRET AFTER THIS! FORGET THAT FOREVER STATUS ON MY ANGEL CARD! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I was charged otherwise and one of their representatives ruined my order!!! They need to go out of business! Period! There is no reason when I placed my order my est. delivery was 11/22 now it is 11/27! Worst customer service ever. Worst Business Ever. I WANT a refund and to cancel my order all together! I DO NOT WANT TO GIVE Victoria’s Secret any more business!

    The sales reps were UH-MAY-ZING! I am a Disabled person with REALLY bad Anxiety & I wear a dust mask out in public because of it. From the time I walked in, to browsing items & deciding, to the time of checkout (abt. 30 mins, I was with a friend), it was phenomenal. Not once in this store was I EVER stared down, FOLLOWED around, harassed, or made to feel like I should to leave because of my appearance OR Disability. The 2 ladies were so helpful & genuine/natural in their behavior (no false or forced like some others.) & omg the respectful, considerate, polite personalities of these ladies. Perfect 10 all across the board & I will be back!

    The Comenity Credit Card is to set you up for failure. No auto Draft capability. Late Fees Vary from month to month anywhere from $27-$35. Don't miss a payment or they can not set up a payment ahead of time for you. Can only set up a payment one month in advance. I have plenty of credit cards with great credit except for this one LOUSY Victoria Secret Credit Card issued from Comenity Bank. I can not wait to Payoff and CANCEL this credit card. A complete scam and rip off to people. If I could give this company a ZERO star rating I would!

    Hi I got my VC card 4 years and 10 months ago. I had a average score of 630 when I got it. Been using the card and always paid on time. I’ve gotten 3 increases. One lasted month started out at 250 up to 750. Now my score is still good good. I just got approved for a 30,000 dollar truck. So I go home and I get a update on my credit report a week later saying I went down 61 points because account was closed. So I looked and Comenity Bank closed my Victoria’s Secret card so I called customer support and they told me because I got a large loan they would close my account. Wtf. Never will get another card from them. Their loss. I hope they go out of business.

    Today was the first day walking into a Victoria's Secret store, without my wife. I assumed before I walked in I would be judge and widely stared at but no. It was the exact opposite from the moment I walked in. I was greeted with a genuine hello from one on of the girls. I was shopping for underwear (for my wife) and asked if they were on sale. The second girl quickly showed me all the ones that were on sale and different ones at different prices. I was lost so she was very helpful, showed me how each size and style was in a different drawer, made it so much easier and less Awkward to do my shopping. They let me look around at the different styles and shapes. It took me a while but every couple minutes a girl would walk by with a big smile and ask if I was doing ok. I loved the fact they were so happy to truly help me. I have never been in a store this happy with the way I was treated from the moment I walked in til check out.

    I’ve never wrote a review but figured these girls need positive recognition. The one who checked me out was by far the nicest one. Didn’t make me feel weird like I thought I would and carried on good conversation while she was ringing me up. I truly felt at home in this store. They all treated me with a, "Goodbye. Have a good day." The experience was so good I went back a second time that day to buy more (take advantage of the sale they told me about). Within walking in the girl told me "Nice to see you back so soon.” She went out of her way to make a point to remember me. I have worked in retail all my life for 13 years and never seen a team of employees treat me this wonderful. I will be shopping there many times because of them and I hope someone high up at Victoria's Secret reads this and takes the time to thank all of the girls at the Rome Mount Berry Mall store! YOU GIRLS ARE AWESOME!!!

    Victoria Secret Has decided not to be convenient to Internet sales. They have remove pre-return shipping labels from their orders. Completely ridiculous and they should go back to 1980!     Not so Happy. If I could give them no stars, I would. On 7/24 I placed and order specifically for a weekender tote and a blanket. Today 7/27 I am finding out that those items were never added to my order due to a glitch in their system. I spoke with a live chat representative, a customer care representative and a floor manager. I was offered free shipping, I'm a card holder, I get that basically any time I place an order. That was a joke. Then I'm told they could give me a $20 gift card, again not acceptable. I placed an order and spent over $130 to just get the weekender! Next they offered me $25. Now they are just laughing at me. Next person, insults me buy telling me she'd give me a free tote, then proceeds to tell me that it's the city tote.

    As I am looking on the app I see this tote is on clearance for $19.50! Are you kidding me?!? This is outrageous! Long story short I have never felt so insulted in my life. Not to mention, the free tote and blanket is still on their app as I am having these conversations and people wont receive them because it was a "glitch" but still are liable for what they spent to receive said item.The fact that there is no reasonable accommodation for this to Victoria Secrets is most likely the reason they are going out of business. Sure we will give you this free if you spend this amount. Oh I'm sorry, we don't have any in stock, have the free shipping that you already get for being a card holder instead... yea. Sorry, I won't be placing anymore orders or wasting my money on this company ever again.

    I can't stand VS anymore and I am so done with their card also. Been waiting for 2 months for store returns to be refunded and nothing. Send stuff back by mail and they just take the merchandise and refuse to refund me- cancel orders on purpose that rewards are used on so they are forfeited- say your orders ship then mark them as returned BY YOU when you never got them in the first place then on top of it deduct their unused shipping label from your refund... on orders that are NEVER SHIPPED, you guys! I chatted calling them out on this blatant scam of theirs and a week didn't go by before they kicked me off their rewards program. They told me that the customer will not get refunded for shipping, even if it sells out and does not come unless YOU ASK FOR A REFUND, like what?!?! The customer should not have to be an accountant to get a proper refund.

    How many people actually check because they trust they will be given the correct amount, ya know?! I purchase all my own return postage if sending things back - and yet EVERY SINGLE TIME they charge me 5.99 PER item that is returned despite the fact. How can a company get away with that! They make millions on this scam of theirs and there should be a class action lawsuit against them, ridiculous. I am fairly positive that they are showing items as "returned" rather than cancelled so they can claim it on insurance. Literally the most scammy, lying and thieving company I have ever dealt with and no more, I am DONE.

    When you question them on these things they flag you and then make it their goal to frustrate you until you give up, let them steal your money and merchandise and no longer shop there. I understand they are going bankrupt and I suppose they are trying to swindle to save themselves but it's very obvious that they KNOW they are done and have resorted to insurance scam and fraud to recoup at least some of their losses while they still can. I regret ever giving them a penny and I will do backflips the day they announce they are closing the business, to heck with that place. Seriously.

    I have been a longtime supporter and consumer a Victoria’s Secret and Comenity bank. Over 15 years I have had this credit card and never had one late fee or have had a balance over $500. I make sure to pay my credit card on time and info. My purchases at Victoria’s Secret tends to be over $300 every time. I made a purchase in April and I set up a payment to automatically be scheduled for the due date. The payment was never taken out or received by Victoria’s Secret. In July I finally receive a phone call from Victoria’s Secret/Comenity bank stating that I was late and I had been charged two late fees of $32.

    I called and explain to a supervisor that being a customer of over 15 years I would appreciate as a courtesy the removal of both late fees. I also explained that in the month of April and May and I did login and the supervisor blatantly lied stating that there was no such login. I also explained that I did set up a payment to automatically be withdrawn for the due date.

    Unfortunately the supervisor was unprofessional, rude and using verbiage that you would never use with your long-time customer. Only one late fee was removed and I explained that I would not be paying the second late fee. I explained that I never received a phone call after the first late fee and I have never been late in over the 15 years that I’ve had this credit card. I would like for someone to call me to remove the second late fee. I will cancel my credit card and I will keep reporting Victoria’s Secret/Comenity Bank due to unethical practices rude and unprofessional customer service and ridiculous collection and billing protocol. I will cancel this account as well.

    Terrible online service. For international shoppers you are charged additional duties and taxes. If you need to return the item it’s at your cost and they do not reimburse the taxes or duties so it ends up costing you twice what you paid. They claim they tell you this upfront but they don’t. You don’t even know the duties and taxes until after the fact. I would NOT recommend them for online shopping or any international purchasing.

They want a police report but still are not offering a return of funds after I give them a police report and the total lost is 200.00.

    I am a customer at Victoria’s Secret. I have been given several gift cards by friends and family that I have used to purchase items online. I returned several items, and was told that the entire order would be processed back to my Visa credit card. Instead, I received an email for an E gift card. I was upset because I was lied to you, so I called Victoria’s Secret customer service. After a long wait, I was told that I would be called back by a supervisor. I received a call from a lady named Catherine in the corporate office. She was very, very rude. Very unprofessional. She began to explained tell me that I would not be getting the refund back to my Visa. I asked if I could be sent an actual gift card, not an E gift card. She said no. She treated me as if I had done something wrong, I felt almost as if I was in trouble or a criminal. How ridiculous.

    I tried to purchase things online and always have an issues with reward cards, gift cards, special offers etc. Online support is worthless and rude. I as well had a stroke and didn't open a 3.4 oz. bottle of Crush "in their time frame" the sprayer is broken, so I am out the money. I explained the situation and that the stroke had left me paralyzed on my left side and they said there was nothing that they could do. Sad that they have no empathy for an uncontrollable medical situation.

    I received a gift card from a family member for VS on Xmas. I hid it from myself so I would use it later because I'm a big fan of Pink. Yet I forgot plenty of times when I went yet I remembered months later and went to VS to purchase items and when I got to the register they said it had a zero balance. I never used it yet. I called customer service and they told me it was use months prior and I can stay on the phone or call back a do a dispute form which would take 4-6 weeks. I called back to do just that and then the customer service lady told me I had to do a police report to move forward for $50 yet I told her I had the card in my hand and that it was not stolen. She gave me the information that it was used inshore for the full amount at a Burbank location yet I'm located in San Diego.

    I then contacted my family member who purchased it. She still had the receipt and I called customer service again to get corporate’s information yet they told me they can do a dispute form if I gave them my information which I did and it would take 4-6 weeks. They couldn't give me corporate’s information. I believe that is ridiculous especially for someone who shops there every damn month. Do not purchase gift cards! They just lost a customer if this is not settled and plenty more once I post it on my social media platform.

    I saw online that Victoria's Secret site have a spring sale and I was like, "Cool the price is at a realistic prices." But the first time that I tried to buy it did not go through so I do a new order thinking that the first order will never go through. But in the end the day that I make a new order the first order took the money that I didn't have for it. Which made my account go into the negative but luckily I have more money in my savings but still this should not have happen. So next I went to live chat to see if I can stop it before it was shipped but I am being told that I will not get my refund. The only way that is going to happen if I bring the clothes to one of their stores then I will get a refund. Of course I get mad. Like nobody else that I have bought from does that so. This will be the first and last time I will be buying from them.

    I am so done purchasing anything from them. Their quality has dramatically dropped. I can buy underwear from Rue or Walmart and get better price and quality. If I could show a picture of what happens to my stuff just after one wash. They fall apart, stretch out and/or fade. Victoria's Secret has poor quality with high prices. Basically people buy from them cuz their name but their stuff falls apart now. Totally lost a customer due to quality.

    Online sale of sports bras and 7/$28.50 panties! Sounds great but they never have my size - L, this is the third sale I’ve tried to order for them not to have my size. Store is worse, sales associates are rude or clingy. Check out process is long. No wonder they are not making a profit.     BAD customer service, I talk to a woman named Beatriz. She was so unprofessional, bad attitude and disrespect. Her voice was so louder. She don’t let me talk. When I ask her to talk to her supervisor she put me on hold for 20 min. Then she come back and told me her supervisor was busy she can’t take my call, and hung up on me. I call again and tried to contact the supervisor. They put me on hold for 30 min. and disconnect the call. What a bad service Victoria's Secret????

    I have been a card holder of the VS credit card most of my adult life. I have near perfect credit card history. This year somehow I missed VS bills (which I don't often use). Well before I knew who these people were, I was receiving a relentless barrage of phone calls. Never identified themselves as being related to the Victoria Secret credit card, so the word "Comenity" meant nothing to me. These phone calls were loud, threatening, demeaning, rude and unprofessional. Needless to say, I canceled my account. I do not understand how they get away with it. They went so far as to call a member of my family. They relayed the message, but again, "Comenity" did not mean anything to me and again, I thought it was scammers. Please do not open a VS card. This company and this bank do not deserve your hard-earned money. Professionalism is not in their vocabulary! Again, a lifelong shopper there, but no more.

    I signed up for a Victoria’s Secret credit card a few years ago. I started with a $250 credit limit. After a few months they increased it to $600. I fell behind on my payments and they lowered my credit limit to $200. I understood because I missed my payments. I stayed on top of the credit card and made sure to pay off the entire balance. I checked my account and it showed my limit was lowered to $100. I called the customer service number and was told they couldn’t tell me why my limit was lowered. I cancelled the card at that point. I will never get a Victoria’s Secret credit card ever again.

    I returned items at VS store located at the South Coast Plaza Mall in Costa Mesa, Ca on 01.01.2019. I was issued a gift card for the amount of merchandise return. I went to VS store at The Block of Orange and found the GC has no money on it. I contacted VS customer service, sent a fax, filed a dispute; VS responded by letter that they will not refund me the amount of the GC as they claim the gift card was used to pay for a transaction last 01.06.2019 at the same VS store in South Coast Plaza. How can someone pay for a transaction without having in their possession the actual gift card? VS will not honor my request for investigation on gift card fraud which I learned is happening a lot. VS is a big corporation and we the consumers are the victims of fraud, scam and hack on their business. Congress should take action to protect American citizens from the greed of big companies like VS.

    Cancellation policy that doesn’t allow you to actually cancel orders. Totally unacceptable, to advertise customers can cancel orders when this isn’t the case. I placed an order and within less than a hour I tried to cancel it, to be told that because my payment went through it’s been invoiced, packaged and ready to ship already. When I asked how soon I should have called there was no response, when I asked to file a complaint there was no complaint line. Instead I was advised to wait for the order to ship and arrive and then return the order. Seems to make no sense that an order can be shipped in less than a hour so obviously it’s still in the warehouse so why make a customer wait for items to be shipped and received only to ship them back. Makes no senses and now I have to pay to ship the items only to pay to ship them make. How does this make any sense.

    Bought two gift cards for Christmas for a cousin and her mom and when mom went to go use the card it had no funds on it. Called the customer service department. They took all my info down and said they would investigate. A month later I receive a letter from corporate telling me that the card was used in a different state the card number was typed in and the pin was not used, so why have a pin on the card if it can be used without the pin? Do not buy gift cards people. You are better off giving money to your loved ones. The customer service reps repeated to me multiple times that it states on the cards and in the store that they will not replace cards that were lost or stolen or used without your authorization. I guess we better pay closer attention to the fine print.

    I ordered 3 times, 1st time the order arrived on time. The 2nd time, order had been cancel 1 day after debiting the payment without any reason. Got money back within a week! 3 TD order said order was sending back to sender because couldn’t reach receiver (me) who has not received any notice that the parcel will come or on delivery! I sent out some emails to customer service and the reply was too general to explain why would that happened! I haven’t received my money back after 10 days and parcel’s status has no updates for that time since stated “sending back to sender!” I am wondering where is the parcel now and where is my money?

    I have continually bought bras from VS because they are a very good for me. I can't do it anymore. From managers to customer service -- I continually get different answers, quoted different prices, and the attitudes of everyone associated with VS is extremely rude. From reading all the other reviews, I am not the only one who has the same complaints. VS is incompetent and I will not shop there anymore.     I have ordered twice from there with problems. Every time I place an order I put my apartment number in, yet my package gets returned due to insufficient address. I put my apartment number in THREE times (after my name, after the address in the first line AND in the second address line) hoping to avoid this problem. And they STILL left it off. I don’t bother going to the store because stock is always so low. I’m done trying to order from a company that consistently leaves off parts of an address. How hard can it be??

    I can’t usually buy what I want from VS, even if I wanted to, due to them never having or restocking inventory for popular items, sizes, and colors. The brick and mortar store where I live always looks like a tornado hit it, and every single time I find that all the 36C are sold out, unless you want a plain nude or white bra. Online is hardly any better. I’ve also been disappointed in the product quality decline, but I received a gift card for my bday for VS, and thought ok let’s give this one last try since the money is already spent.

    I placed an order 10 days ago and it is being shipped from a location 4 hours from me. Still not here and no estimated delivery date is listed on the tracking. Looks like that shady ‘Newgistics’ company they use has been holding onto it for days when it should have already been handed off to USPS. I contacted live chat to ask where my package was, and I was told I need to wait 7 more days before I can make a complaint because my package will prob come eventually... Well that’s going to be Feb 11, and I ordered something sexy to wear for Valentine’s Day. I told them what good would it do to wait 17 days for a clearly lost order, only to re-order it 3 days before Valentine’s Day. VS is so out of touch.

    We are living in the time of Amazon Prime and customers who expect accurate shipping estimates and the ability to track their package. Telling people you don’t know where the package is but hey it might show up within 17 days is BS, esp for a holiday. Bottom line is, if you make it hard for customers to buy what they want and get what they want in a timely fashion, they will stop coming back. So after being a customer for 15 years, I am done and will cancel my Angel’s card. After all the money I have spent there you would think that 1 measly package could be resent out of goodwill so I could get it for Valentine’s. I can shop at Aerie, ThirdLove, Macy’s, Amazon instead.

    I was very shocked to find out that a recently purchased 50$ Victoria Secret gift card had no balance on it. I had literally just scratched the pin off of the card minutes before the transaction. The staff at the store was not very helpful, they told me to call the number on the back of the card to "find out when it was used"- I was very confused. Calling the number is not helpful at all, they basically confirm that it was used at a certain time, but cannot explain to you HOW it could be used if the pin was not scratched off and the card was new. I am now seeing that VS gift cards are a BAD MOVE as this situation has happened to many other people. I think VS is either handing out card numbers that do not really exist or they have some major fraud going on which they obviously don't care enough about to investigate or give people their money back. After years of shopping here, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

    Finally made an online purchase with an eGift card I received 9 years ago. I received my order short a pair of panties. No communication about 1 panty being discontinued. Special I purchased was 7/$28. Since I only received 6, they charged me more $ for less items. I called & was told I could pick a pair to replace the pair I did not receive. Amongst lots of apologizing I asked the Rep to just pick something as I needed to leave immediately for a deployment. This was on Jan 7. Here we are Jan 20. Email order status shows, “On its way”. I call to get more apologies because I was not notified in any way that the pair the Rep ordered was no longer available so they credited my card. Good Luck to anybody ordering from V/S online. Exactly why the gift card sat for 9 years. As I write, my daughter is also getting a lot of lip service on a pair of yoga pants she ordered online. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.     I made an online purchase late last summer. I never received a bill. I looked online and saw that the bill was posted and a late fee for nearly the amount of my purchase was levied. I contacted Victoria's Secret. They removed the late fee, I paid the bill, and thought no more of it. That was in late October. I got an email from Comenity Bank (Victoria's Secret) January 12 stating that I had a message. I logged on to the site to read the message. It was a notice that "amends your Account Agreement." I clicked on my account and was surprised to see a small but growing balance, even though I'd made no purchases. They had levied a $1.00 "minimum interest fee" in November.

    I received no bill. They added a late charge and another $1.00 minimum interest fee in December. No bill. They added another $1.00 fee and a larger late penalty in January. I called. A polite associate just kept asking me if I wanted to receive paper bills and insisting that bills had been emailed regularly. I searched my email history - spam included - and took screenshots of the results. No bills.

    I purchased a $200 gift card for my spouse on 12/12/18 at the Ontario Mills store. I took it home, wrapped it, put in under the tree. She opened it on 12/25/18 and was excited because she needed panties/bras and got to pick out whatever she wanted. Went online, shopped for 30-45 minutes, went to check-out and card said it had a zero balance. Called customer service, they told me the card had already been used online (on 12/16) and merchandise shipped somewhere else but couldn't confirm where. They then transferred me, left me on hold for 30 minutes and then disconnected the call and closed the department. I spend about 800-1000 a year here for my spouse (I mean, I used to).

    I bought 4 $50 dollars gift cards for my daughter 09/29/18 from Victoria's Secret store in Temecula, CA, to get ahead for Christmas just in case I am not going to have any money for them on Christmas. I gave them their gift card on Christmas eve when they all came home but found out that the cards were declined and has 0 balance on it. Called the Store and they said they can't do nothing about it and to call the number on the gift card which I did and they gave me another number to call and they can't do nothing about it.

    Talked to supervisor and they said that the issue has to be forwarded to their corporate and it takes 4 weeks to get a response from the corporate and get back with me. Long story short. Victoria's Secret gift card is either scam or their employee stealing the information after the activation and use it themselves. Please don't buy gift cards from Victoria's Secret at all. I had spent $200 dollars cash and got zero back in return. They are scammers and thieves.

    Victoria's Secret has horrible online shopping. This holiday season they messed up 3 of my orders. They were not in stock, canceled one of my orders then sending me stuff next month I ordered 3 weeks ago. I purchased buy 2 get 2 plus used my rewards which would have been a great deal but they charged me full price when they decided to send the items that were backordered. So my original order would have only been $50 for 4 items, they doubled billed me and charged me twice! Customer service made excuses and play games with you. They are rude and talk over you, one girl hung up on me, the next put me on hold for almost an hour!     The email below was sent to Victoria Secret and I received a generic response along with contact info that guided me back through the Customer Service loop traveled yesterday. This morning I asked to be transferred to the Corporate Office and spoke to a really nice lady who I stood my situation but there was little that she could to assist because she had no access to my personal billing information. She offered to send me a $30 gift card which I declined. Although she couldn’t personally assist me with this issue she called me back to let me know that she cancelled/credited my account for a recent online purchase; prev. informed that the order couldn’t be cancelled I would have to wait until received then return to the store.

    I have multiple credit cards and have never experienced anything like this or even experience such a rigid billing regime. For me it’s all about the principle, it seems for them it’s all about the money, and that forgotten the fundamentals customers service which is build a rapport & brand legacy in order to build a history of lifetime consumers. At this point all ties are severed and I will never shop there again. Although I wrote a lot of commentary no words can express how disappointed with this company. I know that I’m not the only one that has had this experience.

    Yesterday 12/27/2018: "I’ve been a Forever cardholder for over 7 yrs and I’ve never incurred/made a late payment to date. Today, I decided to check my Victoria Secret account and noticed that there was a late fee of $37.00 which was odd because as I stated before I never made a late/missed a payment; but I’ve made payments on the same date the payment was due. I found out today by your staff that my payments were considered late due to the difference between the time zones (Eastern/Pacific) w/caused my payments to be late by 1 day for the last 3 months therefore I have accumulated $111.00 for late fees. Today I’ve spoken to 5 of your staff members who basically did nothing to maintain me as your customer.

    As I stated multiple times to your staff that it’s not fair for me to have to pay $111 in fees based on the difference between the times zones especially when I made the payments on time according to where I live & most credit card have a grace period (which you do not). I was offered to be credited $37.00 for this month only, a supervisor tried to negotiate for me to pay $15.00 the month of November, & pay the entire $37.00 for October which I refused & requested to close my account.

    I’m absolutely appalled that you would rather discontinue a good business relationship than cover the late charges of $111.00 completely. In speaking with your Supervisor Maria she continued to state that she/your company really appreciated my business but as your loyal customer today I felt less than appreciated therefore I requested to speak to Corporate & which transferred to an automotive line requesting that I call back another day. As I stated before your billing practices are not in sync with other credit companies. If we can’t find a resolution to this issue I will be reporting your company to Better Business Bureau. I anticipate a call back regarding this matter."

    I received a gift card in September for my birthday. My two year old son misplaced, a few days later I contacted them with my original receipt and canceled it, new one then requested. It took over 5 months to receive new one!!! And over 29 calls to customer care!!! Bs. I was then told I would receive additional money on card for my 5 months of inconvenience!!! That never happened either!!! Will never shop there again.

    I've spent so much money at VS and won't spend another penny. Actually that's not true because they just charged a penny on my order without my consent. I placed an order for 2 leggings and 2 shirts. Instead I get 3 shirts and 1 pair of leggings. Then I call to get my original order corrected and have them ship the original pair of leggings out to me. Now I have to take time out of my day to take this shirt that I did not order to the store or ship it back. When I called the 2nd time about the charge, I find out my leggings are back ordered and I might not even receive them. I am done being an angel member. Time to cut that card. They have the absolute worst customer service ever. I will not be shopping there.

    Okay, so there was a coupon to receive a free blanket December 16, 2018, the coupon was valid, but you had to purchase $85.00 before taxes to get the blanket. I went into the Mayfair Mall, Wisconsin to purchase the blanket. Well, I am tired of spending 100s of dollars with VS only to always be told NO! NO! I couldn't unfold the blanket, No! There were no other compensations for customers that spent $85.00 and didn't receive a blanket. No! You cannot combine coupons. Therefore NO! I will not spend my money there anymore.

    I hold an international credit card; I ordered some bras and fragrances online. Even though my credit card showed pending VS had not processed my order because my Visa card was not a US issued card but it had a US billing address attached to it. They said I had to call my financial institution because my billing address and shipping addresses were in the US but my financial institution is not. I have ordered stuff from other stores like MAC, Macy's, Amazon, Bath & Body and have never had any issues.

    I have never ordered off VS online but I decided to for the sale on underwear. I order underwear and some perfume. The order status never shows you where your package is. I ordered a little after Black Friday. I got no confirmation email or anything of the sort. I had to log in to see what is going on with my package. Yesterday it finally said delivered. And surprise, it was not. I contacted customer service who said they would reship. Why should I have to wait almost a month for my product? How annoying. They should provide compensation. At the very least let you track your package. Very irresponsible.

    Hi, Friends I tried applying for Angel card in June but it's December and still never received that card and they also closed my account without notifying me and putting all the late fees on the account, and when you try to call and talk to their Comenity Bank and talk, worst service they would provide you.     I have ordered bunch of stuff for Christmas from Victoria's Secret as I do every year for gifts for Friends & Family. I’m traveling to Europe this year for Holidays and I have ordered everything in advance and my package supposed to arrive on December 5th. Today is already the 9th and unfortunately my package still did not arrive! I have contacted Victoria's Secret sales department to check what was going on and they were unable to tell me how soon the package will arrive. They can only see that there is a delay with the package.

    They have send me an email on the 5th to inform me that the package is delay and it will arrive on the 6th. Today is the 9th and I’m still waiting! I’m leaving tomorrow and I won’t be able to take the gifts with me!!! I will have to rush tomorrow morning and run to get some gifts instead! I have explained the situation on the phone with the customer service and they did absolutely nothing - not even apologies. Plus the women on the phone had an attitude! So disappointed with Victoria's Secret!!! I will cancel my purchase through my credit card and I will never give them my business again!!!

    I ordered 2 items for my sister's birthday on early November 23rd.. Most items I buy online come in 2-3 business days but I was sent an email stating my order would be delivered December 3rd.. It is now December 7th and my sister's birthday has arrived and I still haven't gotten my package... I went online to track the order and It has blocked me from seeing where my package is... I am so disappointed. I've spend $90 for a few cute bags that I will not be able to give to my sister on her birthday... At this point I am nervous to know if they will even arrive before Christmas... I am extremely disappointed this company seemed very professional... I will not be using this site anymore.

    Not a happy camper! Bought two bras at Newmarket Victoria Secret @ Upper Canada Mall. First time buyer, was told the bras were fantastic. Not! The girl said it fit perfectly, looks great, when you are standing up but when you sit down the bra sits up without any breast in the cup. I'm not big, and pretty firm but the bra looks like it's two sizes too big for me! Washed them exactly to the instructions! Never will I buy another thing from Victoria's Secret! What a waste of my hard earned money. Not sure if there is anything customer service could do for me. So, just put up and shut up if guess! Staff was very impersonable and cold.

    My daughter and I were shopping for bras at Victoria Secret and after choosing our purchase we saw a sign that said if we spent $50 we would get a $20 credit off the purchase. So, we extended our purchase to include underwear as well. When the total came to over $85 I asked the sales rep to please take off the $20 as the sign located in plain view states. It says something to the effect of "redeem now". The sales rep said that is only for people who have a coupon which was given out last month. The sign does not mention a coupon and I left the shop feeling like I had been conned.

    I have NEVER in my life experienced a more horrific display of customer service. Victoria's Secret has always in my eyes been a professional company. The last 2 orders that I've had issues with shipping and had to reach out to customer service has been terrible. ATTITUDE and DISRESPECT is all I got from them. First rep put me on hold and after 20 minutes of being on hold never returned to the phone. The second one hung up on me! Unacceptable!! I do not know what the credentials are to be hired as a rep at VS, but they need to step their game up!!

    So heated. So my daughter ordered on @Victoriasecret/@pink for Black Friday. Mind you if you made a 75 dollars purchase you got a free tote bag. Then they had a deal if you spent 150.00 you get the tote and blanket with your purchase "free". Yeah ok. Well guess what. They have no more. And it was not shipped with the order. Called spoke to a supervisor. She said there is nothing she can do. They have no more. Then said, "I can sent you another tote and 15 credit for the blanket." And said that the best she can do? Wtf. Like how you offering people stuff you don't have. Are you serious? Anybody ordered from them on Black Friday? I don't give a ** if it was free. It should be in my order. I did send them my check 10 days in advance and still charged me fees. It is not my fault that they are not getting their mail and processing the bills. So bad. Do not listen to them.     July 31, 2018, in a Long Island, NY Victoria's Secret store, I bought a $50 gift card for a friend's birthday present. She tried to make a purchase with the card at a Long Island, NY store on November 26, 2018. Clerk told her the balance on card was ZERO. She had NOT used the gift card and the pin number was still unscratched. The card was always in her possession. Where did the money go??? After an hour of phone calls to customer service, my friend was told that the card had been used in September at store #50409. Somehow no one in all of Victoria's Secret knows the location of this store.

    I made phone calls, too, and I have to wait 4 weeks for an investigation to be completed. The staff at several Long Island, NY stores told me and my friend that theft of money on Victoria Secret gift cards happens often. WARNING!!! Don't purchase Victoria's Secret gift cards. You will lose your money. The staff thinks someone working at the manufacturer of the gift cards is stealing the money.

    I had received an email from Victoria’s Secret offering a cozy blanket with a minimum purchase of $85. I thought, my daughter's friend would love some sprays, lotions and perfumes for Christmas, which she asked for for her birthday and I was unable to get. When I was unable to enter the promo code, I contacted customer support.

    I was then informed that because there were 2 items on backorder, my total no longer met the $85 minimum. And I was not able to get the blanket offered. When I promptly told the agent that my total purchase charged to my card was over $110 with tax (free shipping over $100) she apologized and offered me a $10 credit for the trouble. I asked her to either send the offered promo item that I had made over the minimum purchase requirements, or cancel my order, which she promptly did and told me to have a good day. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars over the years at VS and never in my life have I been treated like a number. I have been a loyal customer. This is a sad day, because I will pay off my credit card and never shop there again...

    I made an online purchase on Nov. 5th. It is now Nov. 20th and I have not received anything. I wanted to follow up on my item and decided to do the live chat. I find out the purchase I made was returned to VS and no longer available. The reason it was returned (after arriving to my city according to the USPS tracker) was because I didn't put down my apartment number which is BS. I have an image to prove it. This told me the item I purchased was sold to someone else since it is no longer available. It is frustrating to know I waited this long and no one on the VS team bothered to reach out to me to explain what happened. When I tried to make an exchange, the online chat lady Shatonya was taking 5-10 mins to reply. She seemed like she was going to resolve the issue at one point however, when I asked about shipping and additional charge, I had to ask several times for her to answer.

    As I mentioned, she was taking 5-10 mins to respond and at this point investigating what happened and trying to do an exchanged dragged on for 30+ minutes. So I decided to call customer service while waiting for a reply back from Shatonya (since I was getting nowhere) and see if someone else would help. The lady on the phone explained that I would have to pay the price difference but, I would need to get a refund first and then a new charge. The whole thing seemed complicated. I ended up just asking for a refund. When Shatonya finally replied, I ended up expressing to her how terrible customer service is. All she replied was, "Ok." Just confirming what I had said.

    I think The LEAST VS could have done was expressed delivered the other hoodie at no additional cost IF they cared about customer satisfaction. This was the WORST customer service experience I have ever received. I am extremely disappointed that it had to be from such a known brand like VS. I have been a customer for over 10 years. I supported the brand regardless of their quality of clothes going down. Today however, they officially lost a customer. I will NOT be purchasing there again.

    I got 100 gift card. I went to spend it and it had a zero balance. It has been in my purse the whole time - never swiped?? I called the number on the back of the card and the lady on the other line was rude and said it was used a few days ago and there’s nothing they can do! DO NOT BUT THE GIFT CARDS! Also the lady told me this has never happened before. Which is complete BS as I have seen many reviews about this happening to other people. I know it’s only $100 but I won’t let this slide. I’m going back to the store - let them know there is fraud be committed in the store because it’s impossible for funds to be removed from a gift card that was in my purse the whole time without the employer's knowledge.

    I shopped at Victoria's Secret Pink at Stoneridge Mall on 27/10 at 5:30 pm, they have the worst customer service, not very happy shopping there. Feel like I had not been treating right because I ain’t **. FIRST OF ALL, a ** staff (who’s short and wearing a yellow jumper and wore a pony tail with blonde hair) told the cashier “someone is standing there” while she was looking at me and laughed about it. Obviously I was standing there because I was queuing up and waiting to pay my items and I’m not “someone”, I’m a customer who gonna spent money in your shop.

    SECOND, while a cashier (yup who’s ** as well, skinny and tall) was serving, then when the next customer (who’s **) came through, she told the other cashier (who’s **) she gonna switch with her... so WHAT was the problem here? Because I’m Chinese that’s why she didn’t wanna serve me? I dont get it. Not pleasant. Not professional at all. Pls train your staffs right and be a little more professional, San Francisco is an international city where has a lot of people come and go!

    I used to order this brand a lot a long time ago, the quality was great and I even have pairs that are 10+ years old. That's how long they lasted. I purchased underwear a week ago, it already has pulls in it and got ruined by my washer. The quality has gone way downhill. I wore underwear 1x and I can't use it anymore, sounds like a waste of money to me! The pulls from the underwear almost clogged my washing machine due to them being ripped apart. Probably the last time I will ever order from them again.

    I just got off the online chat with Victoria's Secret Customer Service, the representative was Aeysha. I was placing an order online and applying one of their advertised offers "BOGOPINK". The offer was all over their website as I was shopping and the offer was even applied to my cart. After seeing my savings, I decided I could afford to add shirts. I went back to shopping and added 3 shirts to the order. When I went to check out the offer was gone. I spent at least 30 minutes maybe longer making sure the items I selected were not only what I wanted but also would be within the restrictions of the offer. The offer was already added to my cart.

    I did the online chat to see what happened and I was informed that the offer was no longer available. I informed Aeysha that the offer was advertised on their website as available and during shopping I was able to apply the offer to my cart. I was informed... "We have the right to discontinue an offer at any time..." I understand Victora's Secret has the right to discontinue and retract an offer. That was not my complaint. I am concerned about the lack of plain old Customer Service and accountability. I feel a company is responsible for what they advertise. If a customer tells you they were put out for your company's error, I think you should try to at least make things right for the customer you inconvenienced.

    Macy's just recently gave me great customer service and I can tell you I will now take my intimate purchases to them. They treated me with respect, their employees made sure that I knew that I was a valuable customer. I could feel they cared. I work too hard for my money to support a company who just does not care about their customers. Before writing this review, I contacted Victoria's Secret credit card and I am in the process of closing my account. I did it via message and they will contact me in 48 hours.

    I am a Victoria’s Secret customer and Vip card holder for years now. Have spent a lot of money on Victoria’s merchandise. Not anymore!! My son purchased me a 100 dollar gift card for my birthday and when I went to place my order and put my card number in it kept saying 0 balance? So I called the number on the bottom of the receipt, and found out my card, that I had right in my hand had been used at a store in California??? Now we live in Pennsylvania which is hundreds and I mean hundreds of miles away from California and I have not left my state in over 6 years and have not been to California. So my question is how could someone use my card in a store in California without having the card in their hands? They cannot answer that. But I can, someone is selling gift card numbers and pins. Or something to that nature.

    So I’m told to file a police report and that they cannot do anything about it and their rules and regulations are on back of gift card that they do not refund or do anything about a stolen or lost gift card. Do you think my son even thought that someone could use my card without having the card. It’s here in my hands!! The card was not stolen. Only the card numbers. HOW CAN THAT BE??? Well filing a police report will do nothing where I live. If they cannot help when someone hacks your bank account or card number in Mexico, Texas or whatever state for over a thousand they surely can’t help a stolen 100 dollar gift card number in California. Difference is the bank makes it right and gives you your money back and in a timely manner!! Victoria’s does nothing. They got the 100 dollars regardless if it was spent by me or a thief who stole my card number.

    Very disappointing after being a valued vip member for years now on the treatment I have received on this matter and I will no longer be a VIP Angel cardholder and will not spend another dime of my money in the store or online or on anything that has to do with Victoria’s Secret. And Beware to anyone else who thinks about purchasing a gift card from there.

    I returned items with a receipt for store credit instead of getting the money back on the card which is something I regret. It was a total of 59 bucks and I saved it when I wanted to use it. Two months later I walk in and I when I wanted to use it and the cashier tells me it had zero balance so I called customer service and they said someone used it and I said it wasn’t me so they said they would investigate. It took them 6 months to tell me someone used the gift in store 5 hours away from me. I told them it wasn’t fair on my part because I trusted their gift card to hold my money for the day I wanted to use. They said they were not giving me anything because the gift card was issued, but how is that fair to me? The girl offered a $25 gift card but that doesn’t make for the money that was lost.

    I did not use it or do I want to. I never want to associate myself with this store or do I want anyone that I know to trust the company. I understand fraud happens and they have no control over it but that’s something they need to take care of to decrease fraud. I shouldn’t be responsible and not get my gift card money back. I took care of that gift card. It’s not like I lost it or had it laying around. I regret not putting the money back on mom’s credit card. I regret trusting this company. I regret it because I also did the return within 30 days but I wanted to come back so I trusted their store credit option. I am so upset for the way they treated me when it wasn’t my fault.

    I just had a terrible experience calling Victoria's Secret customer service, I never requested to receive my statements online because I do not use that page and don't use my credit card that often, plus I like to pay as fast I can the way don't have too late. Well I made a purchase and paid part of the total amount because was thinking to make a return. Was waiting for the bill and nothing. Finally I receive the bill and shows 2 late fees!     Back in May of this year, I went to Victoria's Secret to shop and I ended up purchasing a few bras and some body spray. It was that time of the year and they had a few deals (3 for $25) on the body sprays as well as the bras. Upon purchasing the bras, the sales clerk informed me about a free bag that I had earned by purchasing the bras. I was pleased and I said thank you and left. The following week was Mother's Day and I decided to gift the body spray and give it to someone. When I did so, I learned the person was sensitive to smells so I decided to give them a card instead. Anyway, with that being said, I decided to return them (sprays).

    Big Mistake. I decided to return them to a Victoria's Secret that was closer to my house, even if I did not originally purchase them there, right. Wrong! I go to the store and walked all the way back, to the counter. There is a salesperson there folding panties. She doesn't acknowledge my presence with so much as a head nod. She presses a button under the counter. After she does so, another associate comes out from the back. She pleasantly says "Hello, how can I help you today?" I smile and tell her that I was returning the body sprays that I purchased a week before at another Victoria's Secret. I then hand her the sprays and the receipt.

    Now mind you, I just purchased them a week prior from the location and they were not opened and I had the receipt. After reviewing the receipt, she disgustingly, looks at me as if I were returning worn underwear and says to me, "Where is the free bag that you received with the purchase of these items?" I am floored and a little embarrassed because she is insinuating that I purchased the body spray to get the free bag. Mind you, I spent $150 in there that day alone not to mention what I usually spend and she is nickeling and diming me over an ugly free bag! So, I reiterate to her what the other store had told me that the purchase of the bras was the reason, I received the bag and I kept the bras. She stood her ground and said that she could not return the items if I didn't return the free bag!

    Again, trying hard not to lose my patience, I say to her the bag is not here it is at home. She tells me again, that she could not do the return. I say okay, thank you and I leave. I should have went home and got the bag and returned it the same day. However being the person that I am, I wait another week then return the bag and the body sprays to the original store. I have no problem returning the spray but when I go to give the bag to the sales associate she looks at me kind of puzzled and says, “You do not have to return the bag.”

    I tell her that I returned the spray so I was returning the bag as well. She explained to me that I received that bag because of the purchase of my bras and they wouldn't take back the bag anyway because it was part of a promotion. I still give her the bag because now I have a line behind me and I didn’t want to bring up my original issue with the other store. Can you imagine my surprise? So I guess, my problem is not really with Victoria's Secret. It is with the Victoria's Secret staff at the Square One Mall in Saugus, Massachusetts who were very rude and misinformed. Also, the store that I received the good customer service is in a better (economically speaking) area than the one at the Square One Mall so I really could not understand the rude, ** attitudes that I was subjected to on that day. Next time (hopefully there is no next time), I will call their corporation right in front of them.

    I shopped in most of their stores in OC and almost all of them have bad customer service. One of the sale assistance in the store in the Block was yelling at the customers when I walked in. I decided to shop online instead. I made 2 orders this month and they lost one of the packages during the transit. I contacted their live chat and they talk to me as if they don't care about my package at all. I know I'm only one of your customer, but they should at least act like they care.

    Victoria's Secret pink was having a sale 25 dollars for leggings and tshirts, a very good price for those things and if you spent 75 you got a free duffle bag and water bottle and if you spent 150 you also got a free sherpa blanket. I ordered right at 10 (midnight pa time) when the sale started. I talked to a representative because I didnt know I needed to put in a code for the free stuff. (I contacted them right after I put in the order) and she put the order in for me. The next day I get an email saying the bag and blanket was out of stock and I wouldnt be getting it. Two friends of mine placed their order later that day and they both received the bag and blanket. I realized then because of my disappointment that I only really ordered that other stuff because I wanted the duffle and blanket.

    I called again and they just said they were all gone and didnt know why people that ordered after me received it, they did send me a free tote which was a nice gesture but I have a ton of those totes and really have no use for them. This has been a good lesson to me as I realized I was spending money and using their charge card to get the free things I really wanted but then not getting it. I cut up my card and will really rethink my purchases from now on. I won't base my order on what they say I will get with it because that's obviously not the case. As I said I ordered it right when the sale started and talked to a representative so there was no reason to not receive it. I'm sure I'm more disappointed than I should be over a duffle bag and blanket but I feel they were just given out randomly and not based on who ordered first.

Well mysteriously they never got the payment nor my address but they were able to send the credit card to me without trouble but never a billing statement. I spoke with two different customer service reps that said that my payment went through and I was fine. Evidently, they were wrong. The issue did finally get resolved but not without a fight on my behalf. I was spoken to very rudely by two reps and given a lot of miss information. I will never do business with Victoria's Secret again. Evidently good customer service is a secret with them and would not recommend anyone doing business with them.

    Never received my Victoria's Secret card. I purchased items from Victoria's Secret and since have not shopped there at all because of how they handle their credit card and I wish I had never set up a credit card with him to begin with. I believe it's in collections with Comenity and they're very difficult to deal with. I refuse to deal with them at all. They have ruined my credit score! I believe I'll go for a bankruptcy regarding this company. I don't want to give them another dime more than I have to.

    I have read a lot of comments that people have left and their situation seems worse than mine. Always talked to somebody I could barely understand on the phone and I just stopped talking to them and let this go and focused on trying to get my life back together after your horrible Stockholm syndrome like relationship with my ex fiance who made my life a living hell. If I use Victoria's Secret at all it will be cash only and that's it. They will never get any cards at all from me unless I use a prepaid card with a Visa logo... Yes. That's how low I feel about this company. Comenity was never helpful to me to try to resolve my credit issue. There are discrepancies with the credit reporting agencies regarding this company and one other one that I deal with and I need to clean up my credit report so I'll do what I have to do.

    I went to Victoria's Secret looking for panties and while rummaging through the mess of unorganized underwear, I got pricked by two needle pins that were about 2 inches long. Since I got pricked, I filled a report, and while I was filling out paperwork, the manager leaves into the back and doesn't come back to fill out her section of the paperwork. Confused on my part, I asked another employee where she was and if I filled out everything correctly. She told me I can leave so I leave the store. I realized I should have gotten a copy of the report so I drove back to the store and asked to get a copy of the report for my records and the manager at the Victoria's Secret 1600 S Azusa Ave Rowland Heights, CA 91748 United States, refused and explained how it's confidential and then she started to explain how she doesn't have the paperwork.

    I refused to leave because I simply wanted a copy since now my health is at risk and I now have to go to the doctors to get tested for HIV AIDS and hepatitis due to the needle stick injury. Since I refused to leave because I wasn't gonna leave without a copy of my report, she called multiple security officers to make me leave and caused a big scene because she didn't want to handle the situation with her customers in a correct manner. She avoided me and mistreated me, her customer service was very poor and unprofessional. Hepatitis and HIV AIDS pricks are a serious situation. I have a recording of the whole situation happening and I am furious on how this situation was much avoided by the manager. This is a serious situation that should not be turned down upon.

    I had place an order at Victoria Secret and they had promo codes for free shipping over 50 and 30% off one item. I am an Angel Forever member, so I had added my items to my cart and had selected the offer codes to be automatically added to my order. The 30% off took my items total below the $50 and below the free shipping threshold. In doing so it automatically added the $8 shipping fee which I did not notice, I had saw the order was over $50 and thought I was good to go, I get my order confirmation in the email and saw I was charged shipping. I contact customer service to cancel my order. Their chat is 24/7. I was speaking to someone and they said as a courtesy they would waive my shipping fee because the order has already been charged and processed. They could not cancel my order. This is only an hour after I placed my order. We get disconnected so I chat back and get another person, but also get disconnected.

    Third time I chat back they said, "Oh the first representative is only waiving half your shipping fee." I asked why half for a one time courtesy, they said, "Because you didn't make the threshold." I explained to them and they still said they could not waive it. They tell me to call the customer service number for my complaint and they also can't do anything. The lady I spoke to sounded really nice when I first called, but once I gave her my information and she looked up the chats she lost interest and the niceties dropped. People make mistakes I understand and I worked customer service before, but for a one time courtesy they could not do more than half is ridiculous especially when they can't cancel your order and they charge you before your order ships. Never shopping with them again. Horrendous service.

    I went to Pink/ Victoria Secret last week to buy a bathing suit because they were having a semi-annual sale, and boy do I regret it! First, the store was atrocious, everything was everywhere. Second, I couldn't get help even though there were certainly enough employees. Then once found a bathing suit I had to wait in line for ten minutes to get into a fitting room when there were fitting rooms open on the other side! At this point, I just wanted to get my items and leave but nope I had to wait in the check out line 15 minutes. I've Pink/Victoria Secret PLENTY of business over the years, but not anymore I will never shop there EVER again!

    Yesterday I went to Victoria's Secret for the semi annual. The PJs had the price of $ 9.99 very large, the same as the sportswear. The bras $ 6.99. I decided to try on a pair of sports pants, PJs and three bras. When I went to pay, I was surprised with the total price of my purchase and asked the cashier. She answered that they were $ 9.99 and up, the pants came out $29.99, the bras $16.99 and pajamas $29.99. I am very disappointed and this is cheating. Never in all the years that I live in this country did that happen to me. Bad marketing, they cheating people with offers that do not exist. I will never lose my time in that store anymore.

    My item, which I had to order online because they did not have it at the store, was never delivered. USPS shipped it back to them bypassing a delivery to me. Victoria's Secret obviously charged me for it. I asked for a refund since I never saw an item - I placed 3 complaints with their customer service, and all 3 times I was promised a refund. Last time I talked to their customer service manager Jennifer **, and she promised a refund email within an hour - well, it has been 24 hours and I still do not see the email (I checked spam), and something tells me I will never see it. These people are incompetent liars, and this company with this customer service should not be doing business in US. Do not order anything online from them. They are the worst. Very disappointing.

    These customer care associates have the worst communication skills. After talking to FIVE of them and finally receiving my package, I paid full price without two of the original items I ordered. All I wanted to do was change my address and that led to me getting overcharged and then "refunded" for two items I didn't even know were unavailable after I purchased them. But this refund just got me back to the original price I paid in the beginning for ALL of my items, so I basically paid the same amount I was originally going to pay with two less items because these associates don't care. SO FRUSTRATING. Each person responded to me like I was stupid and at fault when really they don't communicate everything properly or ever tell me my items were unavailable. I tried explaining my situation to each one and the each insisted I was wrong and didn't care to actually help me. I will be sure to cancel my VS credit card. (:
