    My bill got behind due to out of work so when I started working, I called to pay my bill in full. I asked what my total bill was. They told me. I paid it right then and there. But then got hit with a late charge due to they didn’t tell me my whole amount, including a late charge. So I called and made them remove it. Then on a separate occasion went into the store to pay. My bill. Asked what my total amount was and paid it. I guess I was one day late so they charged me $37. When I called and asked why I wasn’t told that there was a late charge. They told me they couldn’t see that in the store. I find that hard to believe.

    The only way for me to get my whole bill with late charges is online so when you call in person to make a payment, they obviously don’t tell you Either so I close my account. I will not do business with Victoria’s Secret ever again. Not to mention when you call it’s in another country and the representatives are rude.. They don’t have any customer service so therefore I just won’t do business with them.

    Had some life struggles that lead to me not being able to pay my $247 credit card bill. Skipped two months of payments, it couldn’t be helped with all the stuff going on. VS is calling, I know I messed up and I do wanna get my account squared up, I answer hoping maybe they’ll offer a deferment or a reasonable payment plan to keep me off their sh*t list ya know?

    I give her a quick rundown on what’s been going on, I’m not just avoiding paying them. The FIRST THING the woman on the phone offered as a solution was: “well is there someone you could call and maybe borrow the money from? A friend or some family?” So your go to solution is telling us to beg anyone we know so you can get paid? Yeah let me start a go fund me right now. I’ll ask my dead mother to trawl out of the grave to loan me the money. Also, underwear quality has really gone down the garbage but I’m more mad about what your representative had the audacity to suggest to me.

    They really care about their customers. I lost my mom. They halted my payments on my credit card and actually cared about me. And best of all, they have amazing stuff. The prices are right. You can't get a better deal anywhere else.

    I am very disappointed with the shift manager at the Victoria's Secret store in Westfield Mall Santa Clara, California, (the short one with a high pitch voice) and associates, who were incompetent and rude. Not only they gave me $3 on a returning bra which was actually $32, but they started gossiping, rolling their eyes, yelling and laughing in my face. I don’t know who hires staff there, but it clearly isn’t based on competence. Poor leadership and customer service will lower the store performance and the online reviews show that as well. Individuals with low competence and overestimating their abilities is just gross.

    I had a terrible experience trying to place an order on the Victoria’s Secret website. I attempted to make a purchase three different times, and each time, the money was immediately taken from my bank account, but the order was never completed. What’s worse is that one of these charges happened over a week ago, and even though customer service told me it would be refunded within 3–5 business days, the money still hasn’t been returned. This left me without access to my own funds, and I’m extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled. Be very cautious when ordering online — I expected much better from a brand like Victoria’s Secret.

    I had bought Victoria’s Secret underwear for last 25 years and they were awesome but I have to say the last year and 1/2 the quality of their underwear is less than junk!!! The lace rips after 2 times. The ones that are no show a lot of time stitching where it’s seamed together has come apart and worse is the lace all sticks together after washing! These are less quality than Walmart and will never ever buy again unless they change their ways!

    Subject: Poor Customer Service at Victoria's Secret - Lakeline Mall

    I visited the Victoria's Secret store at Lakeline Mall and had a very disappointing experience. I spent nearly two hours shopping, trying to find matching sets of panties and bras with very little assistance from the staff. It wasn't until the store was close to closing that Alene, the store manager, finally approached. She appeared visibly irritated that I was still shopping and offered no genuine help. When my daughter and I mentioned the poor service, one associate made a brief attempt to assist but also became impatient as closing time neared. Frustrated, I gave up on matching my items and headed to the counter with what I had.

    At checkout, I was told I couldn't complete because I didn't physically have my Victoria's Secret credit card, even though I'm a cardholder. I asked why I wasn't informed of this earlier or why there wasn't any signage posted. The cashier and Alene both said it was a "national issue" and claimed there was nothing they could do. I explained that they could have at least posted a notice so I would not have wasted hours shopping. Alene, the store manager, was rude and sarcastic throughout the interaction. What happened to the excellent customer service Victoria's Secret was known for? This was a terrible experience, and I left extremely frustrated and disappointed. Customers beware poor customer service - shop elsewhere.

    I purchased some bras from Victoria’s Secret that didn’t fit. I returned them immediately before my payment was due. They didn’t credit my account and charge me a late charge. I called and paid the late charge and close my account because they weren’t willing to waive those charges. I am now getting late notices again and they are wanting me to pay more money after closing my account. They are crooks. I would not recommend using them. They do not act in good faith and they will continue to take your money as long as they can.

    I have been buying the same Pink bras for almost 20 years now. I've been the same weight and cup size all this time. I just bought 2 today and I am so disappointed. The quality is horrible! The material is cheaper, the straps are shorter, and the cup is now so small that my nipples are about to pop out! I'm going to return them tomorrow and I will be buying my bras at another store from now on.

    The review is for Victoria's Secret as a company when comes to e-bill... With any other company, when subscribe to e-bill, and provided the email address, the e-bill comes to the email address, so people knows the charges, when it is due and how much, etc... NOT sending to the email address provided, and only to the company's account (in this case Victoria's Secret) then having the credit card company, calling day and night for some amount like $30 to collect, when there was no email sent for the bill... NOT everyone go on the individual store credit card company to check the balance. And the majority of the people have more than 1 store credit cards. Set up your freaking company to send to people's email address for the subscription of e-bill...Or else send the usual paper bill as the reminder... NOT expecting people to be checking every store credit card they have.

    I love the Body by Victoria bra. I have been wearing it for 24 years. Somehow I received a defective one recently. The inner seam attached to the cup came apart. I purchased two at the same time and the other one isn't doing it. None of them have ever done it. But they won't back their product. They won't give me credit to purchase a new one. They only were willing to give me the original discount. It is sad that they aren't willing to back their product.

    Horrible, don’t ever shop here. I ordered a bra. It wasn’t as expected. Never wore it just tried it on per second. Everything was still intact and returned it. I had to go to the post office to return it then they said it’ll be 14 days to process OK they sent me an email about a week later that they’re processing it. Long story short they said I’ll receive my refund within seven business days. OK we’re now one month later no refund I’m fighting with PayPal who keeps on taking money out. I filed a complaint with them that I had returned the item with no resolution there.

    I finally got in touch with someone at Victoria’s Secret and was on hold over 20 minutes and this is my third time calling Victoria’s Secret and I finally was able to talk to somebody. And they said they will issue me a refund so now I’m going to get it in another 3 to 5 days supposedly. This was after returning it over a month and a half ago. When you buy something from Amazon, you as soon as you return it, you get your refund. Horrible. Not to mention how overpriced they are. Over $50 for a bra that doesn’t even fit right. Go to Macy’s. You can get decent bras for decent money or even Walmart I think is even better than here.

    Now I want money for all the time and all the phone calls and all the disputes and all the time it took just to get something that should’ve been refunded already. I will never shop at the store again. The photo uploaded was just the middle of the last conversation. I had trying to get my refund that was due. By the way they did end up, giving me a refund, but look at all the trouble and all the time I had to spend getting it.

I’m at Sam’s club trying to get my membership and the employee says he doesn’t see my membership in their system. I’m livid about this situation.     False, deceptive advertising. I ordered lingerie as the company promised it would get to me by Valentine's Day guaranteed. Now, I don't really buy Victoria's Secret lingerie or underwear as I prefer other more eco-friendly brands, but I was in a pinch and wanted to show my guy some love as I was promised this would get to me before Feb. 14. 5 days later, no lingerie. I get postal issues come up, but don't GUARANTEE something if you can't deliver (or at least deliver a day later than expected). I asked for support and was told "we can refund you shipping." Customer service isn't great (clearly you can see from all the 1 star reviews). I will be returning these items.

    We had a late fee on our account which we have never had before. We called and the gentlemen said there was a one time courtesy so would give a credit. What he didn't mention was it was just $15 and the late fee is like $27. So we paid and thought all was good and we get a bill with a late fee on the late fee...Now we are owing $56 in fees for my $30 purchase. When we called again, besides not speaking English, they were of no help and didn't care. Said that's all they can do. We all know better. So after years of being a Victoria customer we have closed our account and my girls will not be getting their Christmas undies. Seems unreal that they just don't care. Sandy

    Awful online order system. Can't believe I spent an hour trying to get links working, talking to a chat associate, then calling only to have the lady tell me that my address wasn't correct just because of a double number. She said could be fixed if I did the order over. Then tells me my main item was now out of stock... Idiot! I would have been better off leaving the address cause at least my original order had gone through! Never shopping online with this company again. EVER!

    Had a credit card with them for over 15 years. Went through a very rough two years and was not able to use it for a while so they just closed it without any warning or communication whatsoever. They claimed to have mailed me a notice on the 19th (which I never got) but they closed it on the 24th anyways... I wouldn't have had time to use it even if I had received it anyways. This card was the oldest of my 3 credit card accounts so my credit score literally dropped 115 points when they closed it as it wrecked my credit age. When I called to see if I could do anything they just said sorry. If you care about your credit card score don’t use them because they don’t care one bit.

    I placed an order on 12/10/24 and I never received my order. I called to ask if they could see where my package was because it kept getting delayed. They could not locate it and said it was lost. So the rep said he'd refund my money and send me the items to be replaced, awesome! Still nothing came but I received an email that the package had been delivered on New Year's morning at 12:10 am. Odd time to be out delivering on a holiday. So I called again and asked about my replacement order. It was hard to understand him with the language barrier but he kept telling me I received my refund, I told him I know. I want my replacement package. Then asked if I wanted to purchase the items, I said no and hung up. Definitely wasn't worth the hassle to keep arguing with him. I've never had a bad experience with VS, this is a first. I just wanted the PJs for my girls, it's Christmas tradition and it was broke this year. :(

    I was approved for a card, placed an order and somehow my account was linked to my mom's. They charged her card on my account and when I called customer service I talked to 12 people over 7 calls, not 1 person could help me get the issue fixed. They never canceled the order and now send her and myself updates about it even though her information was never put into my account. Customer service said this happened because we have the same billing address on our 2 separate accounts. I am very annoyed, no one could help and now all my information and order history are being shared when I didn't want anyone seeing my business. It's an invasion of privacy that they don't care about and disregard!

    I recently visited Victoria’s Secret with the intention of spending $500, but my experience was appalling. I spent 20 minutes in the store, standing directly next to a male employee, yet I was completely ignored. Despite accidentally bumping into his cart, he never acknowledged me, never offered assistance, and not once spoke to me. Instead, I observed him actively engaging and laughing with other customers who were of different racial backgrounds.

    As a ** woman, the blatant disregard I experienced was undeniable and deeply disheartening. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on Victoria’s Secret as a brand. In this "new normal," following the shifts in societal dynamics post-election, it is imperative that Victoria’s Secret retrains its staff to ensure they can provide fair and equal service to all customers, regardless of racial background or personal biases.

    I have shopped at Victoria’s Secret for years and always appreciated the quality service in the past. However, this encounter has made it clear that I am not valued as a customer. I chose to leave the store without making a purchase, and I will not return. Respect and inclusivity should be non-negotiable in any customer-facing environment. I hope management takes swift and serious action to address this issue.

    Purchased 5 items for same-day delivery and it never arrived. Went to check online and they had changed the order to standard shipping. No notifications whatsoever. Don’t trust their website promises as they pretty much do whatever they want. This is particularly a big headache as I’m going out of the country for 3 months and will not get the package until I get back at which time the parcel service in my building will charge $3/day after 2 days the package hasn’t been picked up!!!

    I ordered several gifts for my wife and the checkout assured they would be received before Christmas. Just checked and it will be December 27th at the earliest. Why lie about your delivery dates. She’s understanding but I’m sure it’s still a disappointment.

    I am a 73-year-old female who lives in a retirement community. I ordered a bra on-line from Victoria's Secret. I ordered a 36D but received a 36DDD. I wanted to get a credit on my credit card since I live in a retirement facility and do NOT drive. Victoria Secret refused to give me a credit, not even a store credit unless I return the item. I am NOT the person who made the mistake. They sent the wrong size!!!! Why should I waste my time fixing their problem! This was my first time ordering from this company and it will certainly be my last! Do not shop at this store. If I could give a lower rating, I would rate Victoria Secret a ZERO!

    If I could rate them a zero I would. I drove up to exchange new bras I just bought and they said there was no record on my Victoria's Secret credit card. Even though I bought everything from there spent so much money this year. And paid all my credit card bill. Their quality of bras have went down and the bras ruffle and bow at the bottom and leave a large gap under your breast. Customer service supervisor and store manager was awful. I've had to call them to place my online orders bc they mess them up too, often high and mess up the order. Companies like this corporate greed at its best.I am no longer a customer!

    Not even a full star. Unable to redeem my reward after purchasing 4 pairs of pajamas. .Every $75 was supposed to get a reward. I spent almost $200 and didn’t get the blanket they were giving away. I argued with the chat box and nothing was resolved. I’ll buy from Amazon for half price and I’m sure they will hold up better after washing. Buyer beware.

    Shopping Experience. On November 16, 2024, I placed an order with Victoria’s Secret (Order #**). On November 26, I received a notification stating that my package had been delivered. However, the package never arrived. I live in a condominium with a secure mailbox and a LuxerOne package delivery system, so there is no reasonable explanation for why the package was not delivered as expected. I contacted Victoria’s Secret to address the issue, and a replacement order (Order #**) was issued. Unfortunately, today I received a notification that the replacement package could not be delivered because the mailbox was supposedly vacant — despite the fact that my address was correct on the order.

    Upon calling customer service again, I was informed that no additional replacements could be processed since this was already a replacement order. Instead, I was offered a refund, which would take 3-5 business days to process. I requested an alternative solution, such as picking up the order at a physical store, but was told this was not possible. It is incredibly disappointing to have waited since November 16 for a package, only to be told that the only resolution is a refund. This situation demonstrates a lack of consideration for the customer experience and raises serious concerns about the reliability of the online shopping process at Victoria’s Secret. I cannot recommend shopping online with Victoria’s Secret based on this experience.
