    I had a lost package from Victoria's Secret. It totaled $478. I had it sent to my boyfriend’s parent’s house since I would be at work all day. So I had it sent to him. Well, the order was misplaced by FedEx so it never arrived. I called Victoria’s Secret to let them know. They gave me the runaround for 3 days that I would get a refund. Then I call on the 4th day, to find out I wasn’t going to receive a refund. They then said I need to speak to Eve **. Eve ** then said they would not refund me until I filed a police report for other orders that didn’t belong to me that were reported lost almost 2 years ago. I told her I didn’t know which ones she was talking about because I had always received the orders I had recently placed. She then said I needed to file a police report for those orders. I asked her to give me more info on those orders that were sent to my billing address. Eve said she couldn’t because they were not in my name.

    I then asked why did she want me to claim them as mine if I had just moved to that address 1 year ago. I then told her it was a crime to file a fraudulent police report. Claiming orders that were not mine. Eve ** then said too bad I don’t get a refund. She then advised me to call FedEx and file a claim. I told her I already tried. FedEx said only the shipper can receive payment for lost merchandise. She then told me she had found my Facebook page and couldn’t believe I can afford Victoria’s Secret. I hung up on her because she kept being so rude. Then the next day I get a call from my bank. Someone called trying to get access and info to my account. They tried gaining access with my full card number.

    I then asked who it was they said someone who at first claimed to be me. Then tried to report fraud on my account. Then tried to tell them about the lost package with Victoria’s Secret. She couldn’t fully verify my information so they flagged my account and transferred her to another department where they found out she worked for Victoria’s Secret and wanted information on my account. She wanted to know about recent transactions. I don’t know why she did that. It was Eve **. I don’t know what she was trying to do. I reported this to Victoria’s Secret corporate, they didn’t think what she did was wrong. They told me when your order with vs you give them the right to do such thing with your info. Luckily my bank wouldn’t give her any info at all without me on the line to verify everything. What a creep lady not to mention she called my mom and friend. She also asked them questions like where I live and work. Be careful people. This could happen to you.

    It's shocking to me how some of these companies are being left behind in terms of technology and customer service. I asked to cancel an item from an order because I saw it in person and the item represented online looks so much better than the item in person. They couldn't do it. I was willing to receive the remainder of my order or cancel the whole thing. It didn't ship for TWO DAYS after my inquiry. Honestly these companies need to get up to speed or something, because in this day and age this is an unacceptable level of service.

    The plastic Clasp on the front of the bra broke. Took it back to the store and all they said was, "Oh well time to buy a new one." I told her that yes I bought it last summer but it was almost brand new. She did not seem to care. Now have to take it to a seamstress to fix it. :(

    I have not received a statement from VS, as I charge at the store to get the points then pay cash. Well, store in Deer Park, IL took my payment and "forgot" to give me the receipt. Due to a sudden death in the family, I totally dismissed this. Now it is May and my account is in credit and collections. They show NO payment of the cash and will not even try and help me track what might have happened. THEFT. That's what happened. Who took my payment of cash that day??? No worries, my credit rating is over the top, this will not tarnish. Again, I tried to resolve this with no help or assistance from anyone at VS. They just said, "Too bad, can't help." DO NOT SHOP THERE.

    All the girls that work in Victoria's Secret at the Rockaway night mall are very rude. I went there and was asking questions about their products. I asked 3 girls about different things and each one was very snobby. I didn’t even want to ask anything by mean girl # 3 so I went to check out and the girl at the desk ringing up my items was also very rude. I asked about the free gift and she chuckled and laughed as she got it for me... I said ty and she didn’t say anything. It was just a bad part of my shopping being in there.

    I went to the store at Mohegan Sun. I always wore the wrong bra sizes and stopped wearing them. On top of that I can't wear back closes and got sensitivity problems, ended up being measured wrong and still ended up with a bra that looked ugly on me and didn't support me which made me so uncomfortable. But this store got me fitted right, made me feel sexy again, comfortable, good support. What can I say I love the bras. They don't itch or hurt me and fit great.

    I don't know how different the sizes are from other stores since I wore a C mostly sometimes a D. From Victoria's I got a D in sport bras and DD in normal bras, they don't have a lot of padding so it seems different but it don't make you look bigger so don't worry about the size as long the bra fits and feel good. I can clearly say I'm really happy with how much patience they had, friendly they are, the knowledge of them and I happily say to shop there more, yes it's more expensive than Walmart and other stores but they give you worth for your money.

    About 3 months ago I went to one of Victoria's Secret by my house and one of the girls discriminated me because of my looks. I am Hispanic, I was tired that day so I looked tired. My hair essentially done, I didn’t have make up on so she probably thought that I was going to steal or I didn’t have any money but she made me feel discriminated and it feels bad to a point that I don’t even go to that store anymore now. I go to another mall further because I don’t feel comfortable going to that store.

    Today I called and choose the Spanish speaking person but the same. I was explaining her my issues about my last payment. She got irritated and hung up on me. Is sad that I believe that I am a good customer and don’t care. Is sad that being in this point of technology and there is not a way to make an automated payment. Is sad that Victoria's Secret only work with you once a year if you meet up with a payment. I was late one hour and Victoria's Secret punished me with a 27.00 fee and now is reported on my credit. Is so sad that Victoria's Secret won't retain their customers. As of next month I will not going back to one of your stores. Too bad that you don’t care about your customers.

    Went into the store. Made payment. About a few days later I didn't see it in my account. Went into the store. Show them my receipt and even got loss prevention involved. They say they see us in the camera doing the payment but somehow our transaction just disappear from their systems. Not once they try to contact us or look into the camera or anything to see why they were over $574. And they would have to call corporate office to get it approve again. Went into the store again to do the transaction. They say it will clear in 24 hr. Still nothing. Corporate office call me and offer me $150 gift card for the mistake they did and how they treated us in the store. Really $150 isn't going to change anything. Definitely not going there anymore and is happen to close my card with them. Wonder how many transaction just disappear out of their system and no one follow through with this issue.

    After waiting for my coupons to activate, carefully shopping and entering coupon codes and paying over $100, VS decided to delete my order. Like, literally just decided to discard it. I was getting a free tote and free shipping, due to coupons - they must have run out or something. Either way, they claim that the order never existed. They took my money, but say that the order wasn't placed. Promise to refund my money in 3 - 5 days. NEVER AGAIN. This is why I don't shop at chains.

    I give Victoria Secret products 5 stars BUT their credit card 1 star. They make it as hard as they can to pay your bill so they can charge fees. I have always paid on time and paid substantially more than the min payment so my pay, my payment record is clean. I have had many problems with trying to use their automotive system throughout the years. This last issue was the final straw that broke the camel’s back. I paid using the only checking account I have had in 25 year and completed the transaction writing down the confirmation number. Next statement shows my payment returned along with a $25 fee and $9.95 interest fee. I called to see out why. For some reason their computer system had changed one number and my checking account number could not be found. It took 1 hour to work it out - the payment was processed - the fees taken off.

    A few weeks later I called to check on my account. GUESS WHAT? THE $25 FEE and THE $9.99 INTEREST FEE WAS STILL THERE. I talked to 3 more customer service people and none of them would reverse the charges. So I cancelled my credit card for my loyalty and 17 years of holding an Angel card was not worth $35 to them. I meant that little. I was treated rudely and will never ever use their credit card ever again. I suggest that if you want to buy nothing from them PAY WITH CASH OR USE ANY OTHER TYPE OF CREDIT CARD OUT THERE - DO NOT USE THEIR ANGEL CARD FOR YOU WILL BE HIT WITH FEES even if it is not your fault and you will be treated horribly.

    I cancelled my card because I only applied for it because of pressure from the salesman and I paid it off and didn't want the temptation of charging in it again. Then they sent me this thirty dollars off and said I can't use it because I cancelled my account. I didn't have to use a credit card to be able to use it. Then all they care about is getting you to spend as much money as possible. I mean the sales people were helpful but it took me forever to find one who actually knew what she was taking about.

    It is extremely frustrating when VS or PINK discontinues a fragrance without warning, especially because they assume you will love their new ones. They did this several years ago with Fruity and Bright and are now messing with Fresh and Clean. A few months ago they were having one of their buy 2 get one free so I did. I purchased several body mists and body lotion. I literally bathe in it so it's not like it sits on my shelf for months. I opened my last bottle and there was a totally different fragrance in the bottle although it was marked Clean and Fresh.

    The travel bottles never smell like the large size either. I brought it back tonight and exchanged it and bought 2 additional. I tested all three and purchase a travel size. Shame on me for not testing the travel because guess what?? It is a different scent. Is there any type of quality assurance? Do they clean their machines before making a new fragrance. Now I am going to have to go back. Also, they discontinued the body lotion for the same fragrance. Why keep the scent if you are not keeping the entire line. Ridiculous. Getting very frustrated with them and wondering if quality is a concern at all.

    Apparently Victoria Secret sent my package to another person, they said it was delivered, but not me, the unbelievable part is when I sign into my account it indicates I have NO orders at all, but they took the money from my bank account, and I don't have my stuff but they said it was delivered, but the proof of delivered don't indicates either my name or address. And I am tired of spent my day chatting, sending emails and screenshots to a company who don't really care if they solve or not the problem. I feel scammed!

    Well the store in the town I live in stinks from their customer service to the selection. And mostly their customer service. So instead I decided to shop online. Initially I used the free shipping on purchases over $50. But during checkout I decided I wanted the items sooner than later so I opted to pay for 3 day shipping. Here I am on day 6 with no package arriving yet. And the lady from live chat was no more friendly than the associates in the store here. I can buy underwear and bras from Walmart and still be sexy for a quarter the price. And that’s what I intend to do from now on.

    I recently purchased a Victoria Secret bra online, thinking I could take advantage of a sale. Well, the bra arrived and had an odor to it, similar to a chemical adhesive smell. Although I laundered the bra, the smell was still apparent. I have been a long term Victoria Secrets bra purchaser at the "brick & mortar" locations, however, I am simply appalled by the smell and the quality. It is not safe to purchase Victoria Secret garments online. It gives the impression of poor quality, design and counterfeit production, which is not up to the normal Victoria Secret standard. Such poor quality and putrid smells, leads me to believe that the garments are being manufactured aboard. SHAME ON YOU VICTORIA SECRET!!!

    Growing up with VS creates loyalty to certain products. I'm so upset how so many things become discontinued without warning. Women have a signature perfume they love all their lives. Why would you discontinue your best fragrance but yet keep the worst stinky ones? Divine was best ever. Strawberries and champagne best ever. Gone gone with no warning. You blow up email through with promotional bullcrap but you can't warn what's being taken away so fans can stockpile? What kind of customer loyalty is that. Then an entire clothing line disappears. There goes pretty dresses. I do like the Pink line but clearly those are made for young skinny girls. Then you drop the entire makeup line after I was attached to 2 eyeshadow. Wth is going on. Horrible and depressing.

    On December 19, 2017, I purchased two gift card for 70.00 each at the VS in Escondido, CA. I placed each gift card in Christmas cards and I gave them to my nieces on December 25th. A few days later my nieces tried to redeem these cards and the cards had zero balances. My receipt shows that the transaction at the VS store correctly added the 70.00 to each card; however, the cards were redeemed on December 21st at a VS store in Ontario, CA - 82 miles from my house.

    I have never been to Ontario. The gift cards were in my house, next to my Christmas tree from December 19th until my nieces opened their cards on Christmas morning. After spending weeks contacting VS and my bank, and after VS completing an "investigation", VS states that they are not liable for the loss of the money on my two gift cards and they are not going to do anything to return the money to me or my nieces. One of the customer service representatives at VS said that someone likely took a picture of the card at the counter (with the gift card numbers) and waited until there was money loaded onto the card, then redeemed the card in Ontario. The fact that they will not return the money to me is terrible. I will never do business with Victoria's Secret ever again. They are horrible!

    The customer service was horrible at best. They don’t care about what happening to you at all. I’m sure they will always try to find a way to get money out of your pocket. Getting a Angel card was a big mistake that I could ever done to myself. I got a payment overdue because of some idiot over VS said they sent an billing statement way before the due date, guess what? The statement came 15 days after the assessment fee got applied including interest. I called to get help of this particular situation only found out that they can’t do anything about that and the representative has no responsibility and ability to this problem at all.

    This guy keep blaming the postal office fault to why the mail didn’t come in, instead like other company try to help you waive it and solve your actual problem at hand. I got into a fight with them before he sent me to their manager who said she doesn’t handle any of these problems and tried to forward me to someone else, you know this company pack tons of retards when their manager don’t even know to solve the problem. I rested my case here, I would recommend never make a mistake doing business with them. It’s just a bunch of selfless morons trying to get every penny out of your pocket.

    In April of 2017 I received a bill from a purchase I made on my Angels Rewards card. At that time I was told I also owed late fees. This was resolved and the late fees were removed Or so I thought. On February 7, 2018 I received 6 calls from An unknown caller. At 8 am on February 8th another call came through and I answered. It was a collection agency saying that I owed $86.28 from February 2017. I never received any bills or notifications regarding any money owed. I refused to pay and I called Victoria's Secret which put me through to Comenity Bank who handles their credit branch of the VSAngel card. I was told that although my bill was paid in full a year ago and paid through their customer service, I had paid after the due date so finance charges occurred.

    She explained how no bills are sent but that their process is - a call will occur from an unknown number, ring twice and hang up. No message will be left. If no one answers after 10 attempts the account is thrown into collections. She immediately offered to zero out my balance. I am canceling my card and I warn others to be careful and so your homework. I have researched now and see others whose credit has been dinked and worse, ruined by having a line of credit through VSAngel Cards.

    I called to check my balance on my credit card so I can pay them off in time (hadn't seen my statement recently) and lo and behold, my limit has been lowered without my permission. I talked to the rep. She says it's an automatic thing for the company to go in and check frequently. I got upset yet remained calmed and told her they have no right to do that. It goes against my score every time they do that. And they do NOT have my permission. She said again it's an automatic thing in the system. No. I said, "No." I'm trying to raise my score, not lower it because of underhanded companies like you. So no. I'm not satisfied and they should be sued. It's also in a record like with me saying "you do not have permission to check my score."

    I recently went into Victoria's Secret to purchase some bras. Having a bit of extra money I figured I would indulge and get myself some nice bras. BAD idea! I purchased 4 bras, all underwire bras in different styles. On every single bra the underwire is FAR too long and extends upward closer to my armpit area than any other brand of bras I own. I spent over $100 on bras and can't wear any of them without getting a sore from the outer edge of the underwire. I'd also like to note that I was measured by the Victoria's Secret staff members and purchased the suggested size. So it can't be the fact that I simply purchased the wrong size bra??? Get it together guys! You're supposed to be quality, not just a regretful purchase! I have attached photos of a black bra from Victoria's Secret and a white bra of another brand (that is VERY comfortable) on top of it to show the difference in wire length.

    I placed my order on Nov 24 2017, with free 2 day shipping. I received a package on Dec 01, missing one bra. I actually did not notice a missing bra until I received an email on Dec 23, saying the missing bra is back ordered, and is expected to arrive on Jan 04 2018. Ok, fine, I wait. Today is Jan 04, and there's no update about the shipping on this order. The customer service told me that I cannot cancel this order until Jan 10. I don't know what to say. These were meant to be Christmas present. I've been doing online shopping for almost everything. But this is the only one I've encountered that takes more than one month to ship.

    The first order I placed was at a in store Dec. 13th. They said I would receive the items Dec. 20th. Then Dec. 20th passed and I didn't receive the items, I called call center. They advised that the items are on backorder and won't receive till Jan. 4th but this was for Christmas presents! Placed 2nd order with the call center. They advised shipment would be received Dec. 23rd before Christmas since it was next day shipment. Worried called early Dec. 23rd to the call center. They advised shipment will not be received on the 23rd but till Dec. 26th.

    I felt confused, sad then mad since I had to purchase gifts for my friends elsewhere at the last minute! Top it off I always buy items at the store and have never placed a online order. Thank you Victoria's Secret!!! For giving me a traumatizing experience ordering online. I was offered a $15 gift card seriously for what I experienced. No thanks. That wouldn't even cover for my time I waited in line the last day. I depended on you, you let me down.

    EXTREMELY BAD customer service! I have ordered 2-3 weeks ago three items from a special they were running. I wanted to have the sports bra for a while now and because they were running a special I decided to buy a set (as I have never bought myself a matching set). First, the order didnt came through but it was deducted from my PayPal account. Later I tried it again and it did came through and I was refunded for the other order. After some days (on the 13th of December) I received a message saying my order was being processed and that I would receive an email when my package is ready. On the 18th I still didn't receive an email.

    So I clicked on the button to check my order status and it said, “We're sorry. We do not recognize either the order number or the email address you have provided. Please re-enter the information.” After I send an email about this, I received an email saying that it does show in their system and that my order should be delivered by the end of January the third and they provided me with a tracking number. But all the links they provided didnt work. And it still didnt show my order so I contacted them again. As a response I received some steps I had to follow but these were the same steps I already did. Also they said it worked for them so it didnt seem to bother them that their system doesnt work for their customers. Eventually I received a shipping confirmation on the 21st of December but it only shows 2 products and not the bra which was the reason I purchased in the first place.

    So I contacted them about this as it showed a message saying that I may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of my order. So I asked them if I receive the bra later or what is going on? As a respond I got that ''Due to a processing error, the sports bra was no longer available, and could not be shipped with my order as initially expected''. As a result they processed a refund for this item through a third party and that I have to allow 7 to 10 business days for processing and 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on my monthly statement.

    Furthermore, I received a link to browse for an alternate selection and if so, I have to place a new order. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. I bought this as a set, so I expect at least a full refund of all items, or a very good compensation for the many problems I experienced. I had to find out myself that one item was missing from the shipment summary (the item was still visible in my order account).

    I was a Victoria's Secret credit card holder for over a year. I always paid cash in store or debit card from my checking online. Just a couple weeks ago I decided to use the card from them. I was supposed to get a reward for how many points I had accumulated. When I messaged them to ask about my reward they sent me a message back claiming they had to cancel my card because they ran my credit again. I guess the 10.00 reward card that I assume I'm not getting now was worth them losing a loyal customer. I will not be buying from them in the future. The one star is only because I had to choose one.

    It is a circus every time I call for help. The coupons given are never right or spelled right and so they are not redeemable. The customer service representatives are rude once you wait over an hour to talk to someone. I could only imagine if they were organized how much money they'd make if customer service wasn't such a hassle. The stores are always crowded with long lines, pushy customers, and sizes all mixed up. So I try to order online but I don’t have the time to wait two hours.

Yesterday Dec 11th 2017 I call and asked to speak to a supervisor but the employee would not connect me and decided to hang up after I said if I don't receive my order by tonight then I will cancel my order. I called today and decided to cancel my order. Once again they hung up on me. They need to re-train their employees and teach them what customer service is and possibly learn themselves! I like many other people will no longer order from them!

    I love shopping at Victoria's Secret, and I've been an Angel cardholder for over ten years. They continue to make shopping fun with their constant promotions, as well as free gifts, coupons, rewards and discounts! I especially love shopping online, as there are almost no other websites that will let you enter more than one offer Code like VS does! VS is smart, and continues to be a sought after brand, so much so that even used items can have good resale value, so it's worth the investment!

    One of my favorite retail locations to shop at is their mall location in Boise, Idaho, now this is also my home city, so that may be a factor, but they give me the royal treatment every time! The girls are so sweet, friendly and accommodating! And I sometimes have complicated transactions to take advantage of whatever current promos they are running, and usually at least a couple of online returns as well. Also, I should mention their store is also well organized and clean! I always walk out with a smile on my face when I shop there! I have visited multiple VS locations over the years, and have definitely come across the rude cashiers with attitudes, coupon nazis, dirty unorganized stores, etc., but no company is perfect, and I am just glad I happen to live in Idaho near this location where I never have to deal with these issues!     Ordered a what I thought to be "great deals" from Victoria's Secret, turns out that it was all in USD even though I was on Victorias Secrets dot CA (Canadian website). When I checked my balance on my credit card I was shocked that I went WAY over my budget. Called VS right away to cancel the order and do it over but with less items. It was under an hour that I made the order so I thought it wouldn't be an issue. She checked my order and said that it had already been invoiced and I (or she) could no longer change or cancel anything. She (her name was Emily) said I would have to wait until the pkg arrives, 16 days from now, then return it by mail.

    I'm on a disability pension and it's Christmas which means that every cent I have from now on goes towards Christmas giving... which now my children will receive less just because I couldn't cancel an order and it was UNDER AN HOUR!! It has ruined my weekend, given me a migraine and caused a great deal of stress. I'm a single, disabled woman in my early 50's and disgruntled and feel that this is EXTREMELY unfair. All Emily, at the Victoria's Secret's customer service, would've had to do is press a few buttons on her computer! Right now, a day later, the order hasn't even been processed or gotten ready to be shipped. If it was Amazon, it would've been absolutely NO problem!!

    Does anyone have any thoughts on this or advice for me? On the tracker it shows that it's still being processed and hasn't even been shipped yet. I would REALLY, NO, I REALLY NEED to be able to return this before it's shipped. The order was for 264 "US" dollars which again thought it was in Canadian currency because I WAS on Victorias Secrets.ca, therefore the total is around a hundred dollars more... I don't have the time the OR the money to wait for it to be delivered THEN return it!. It will be January before this process has ended! The issue isnt because of the currency, mainly, it's the fact that I couldn't cancel or change ANYTHING within an hour after placing the order! Please, can someone help me??

    I placed a Order for my daughter's birthday. I created an account on my name. My wife has a Large credit card Victoria's Secret. I happen to order the wrong sizes. I contacted customer service to asked if they could changed the sizes for me. Customer service could not do it. I checked my package and still had not left the warehouse. He could had contact the warehouse and had them exchanged the sizes. He said I will have to wait for the items to arrive first them return them. I never heard that or had this experience with any other company. I requested a Supervisor or manager and waited over 20 minutes and be told he will call back or to call him back.

    I just placed a new order of All the items again a day later and I just received my Second Order and the order I ordered two days before HAVE NOT ARRIVED TO MY HOME. I will never spend a PENNY ON THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN... Customer service is Lazy, and I ordered the same Items and Pay a lot more.     I'm a customer from the UK AND I wanted to order some underwear online however VS don't have a click and collection option therefore I have to pay for delivery and it's not optional. So far not ideal but nothing out of the ordinary. It's estimated 3 days delivery, however after 5 business days and a weekend of waiting and not receiving a paid delivery which is twice the price of the items I've got, they come back to me and say they'll resend however they no longer have few of the items (which will be credit back to me) but I'm very disappointed. I waited patiently, then I agreed to a redelivery and I don't get my full order!? I would probably buy from store but never order online again from VS.

    I purchased 8 sports bras from Victoria's Secret last year and 4 of the 8 are now non usable. The zippers broke! The wired bras seems dig into the side of your breast and leave a mark on them. I contacted customer service but they there is nothing they can do about it because I didn't keep up with my receipt (who keeps receipts for bras?). Never again will I buy from them again. And the cost of my sports bras are $53.00 each! Never again will you get my business Victoria's Secret.

    Receive the email for the PINK Collegiate Collection stating 50% off on select schools only. Click on shop your school and the ad came up "50% off entire PINK Collegiate Collection purchase". I scrolled down and did not find the university that I wanted to purchase. I call the 800 number customer service and spoke with the rep and she said it was only the schools listed below on the page. She stated that the front page said it was select schools only. I agree with that but when I start shopping it said 50% off entire PINK Collegiate Collection purchase on the page at the very top of the page. I explained this is very misleading and to me it's false advertisement so I did not get my purchase and was not satisfied.     I'm so disappointed in the quality of Victoria’s Secret (Pink) clothing here lately... I have several clothing items I purchased years ago from them that is still in decent shape today, however, things that I've purchased in the last couple months totally falls apart! I have numerous pairs of the yoga pants and they have holes after wearing them like twice, and then a bra that fell apart in no time despite following care instructions to a T. This is ridiculous for items that cost $50 and $60+ dollars, and customer service could care less!

    VS employees are rude and unprofessional. Went to VS at the Trumbull CT Mall. They didn't have my size so they ordered items for me. Shipping took 2 weeks, and upon arrival, it was not what I ordered. Brought them back to the Trumbull store, hoping that by now they'd have the items I wanted. They didn't. The store employee went online to re-order for me and she called their customer service dept. I told them I needed the items this week. They told me that I could have them that quickly, but I'd have to pay for expedited shipping. VS made the mistake on my order and now tell me, nastily, that I'd have to pay to get them shipped to me this week. The store employees and phone rep were RUDE and didn't care if I canceled my order, which I did. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced! VS needs to send their employees to customer-service training before they lose all their customers.

    My daughters and I shop there all the time. I spent over $200 every time. Apparently it don't matter how many time and how much you spend at this store. Their customer service on the phone will treat you different if you not an Angel Card Holder like myself however just wanted to give me 20% off and a disappointment letter for an issue I had.     I placed an order with VS online (over $200), and shortly after making payment I did a double take on the size I had ordered, and realized I had asked for the incorrect size. I immediately contacted VS to let them know that this had happened, and that I needed to change the size. This was all done late at night Australia time, (3am US time) so there was no response from VS (understandably) until the next day.

    My dissatisfaction stems from the fact that despite my immediate efforts (via two different avenues of proper communication) I was advised that "Sorry, but the distribution center packaged the order immediately after receiving payment, and it would be making a timely arrival to me in 17 days." Given the fact that I ordered at night Australia time (when the entire US was asleep) that seems highly unlikely. I also find the comment of a "Timely arrival" ludicrous. 17 days later is timely?

    I ordered something from another company at the same time I did this one, and it has an arrival date a full 10 days sooner. So your assertion that VS is not capable of changing the order or canceling it does not ring true. Might be nice to just admit the truth that once they have your money they don't care. Yes, of course I can send it back (and will) but the cost of freight from Australia to the US is horrible. So my expensive lesson is listed here for others as a precautionary tale. Especially if you live overseas.

    I've had this card since Dec 2016. I never used it, and it's because of this I was told that if I didn't purchase anything soon they'd cancel the card. So cool, I purchase lingerie, $78. I pay it down to $25 the next week. I call back in to make a payment where I'm told it isn't due until June, "don't worry about it." So cool. I make another purchase in June. I get a call July 20th saying I'm late, "can I make a payment." I'm thinking "well, I was just told I wasn't late," so after explaining this my late fees are waived and I pay my balance in full.

    I go to VS to make a purchase today and my card is declined. So now I'm pissed, but maybe it's a system issue. Declines again so she calls Customer Service. I then am told I made a payment TWO MONTHS late, and that I can't make a purchase until August 17th! They can clearly see where I've called in to make the payment, and that I'm not two months behind, this is just July. She then tells me I have to wait a whole billing cycle to make a purchase. Even though my account is paid in full. So then I ask, "well I wasn't at my limit when I made my payment. I had well over $80 in credit left," she then goes on to tell me I can't use that either, and keeps saying "YOU'RE DELINQUENT"! She's basically yelling. First, I was never delinquent. 2nd my account is paid in full. Third they'll hold your money hostage. Closed that account today.

    I waited on line for at least ten minutes while sales associate was taking care of customer return. As I patiently waited to make my purchase with my 19 month old in my arms another sales associate walked up to cash register. Ignored me waiting and took the customer she was helping on floor. Now I have shopped in Victoria’s Secret many times over the years and know that this is now how their system works. When you are ready to make a purchase you wait on line till it is your turn.     About 6 months ago I purchased two Bombshell Push Up Bras online purchase because this is another problem with Victoria Secret. They don't carry larger sizes in store. The quality of this Bombshell Push Up Bra has greatly deteriorated. Its quality has gone much lower and I have been having multiple rude in store employees encounters over the years. I'm very disappointed. They have given me a few small dollar amount e gift cards every now and then but when I am perm disabled, walk into a establishment, tell the manager I had surgery and asked if they had a disabled customer line to wait in as I was in tremendous pain and couldn't wait in a long line comfortably, the answer "no you have wait behind everyone else". Everyone else meaning the 25 people in front of me.

    So because of my intense discomfort I chose to set down the things I had planned to purchase and left the store without buying the items I had attempted to try on but couldn't. No empty dressing room also every time I go to their store after receiving email about free gift with purchase. I get told we ran out or it's not the right kind of store which it never stated on the email I got and I had just bought the amount there to get free gift with purchase and they say has to be different kind of a store.

    This is the only card or bank I know of who will charge their customers two different late fees totaling to an extra $50 a month. If you do not pay on time by 8pm eastern time.     I placed an order in April which was a semi-big order. However I was missing this cotton candy strappy bra, which was what I really wanted. However this item wasn't in the bag. It was also during a promotion where you were suppose to get a 20 dollar gift card or something for spending 40 dollars. I spent well over 40 dollars. My total was around 200 dollars. This was the deal where you get a sports bra for 20 dollars and the leggings were 35 dollars. I got charged for the cotton candy bra, which was not in my packet when I received it...neither was the gift card.

    I called customer service and told them I had got charged for the bra and it wasn't in the bag. Even the purchase order says it not in the bag. So she says "we will overnight the bra and I can give you free ship for the 20 dollars next time you order". I told her that was not going to work for me because I don't order much online. I do a lot of shopping in store. Then she says "wait let me ask a manager". She comes back in the phone and says "I can mail you out a 20 dollars gifts card but in future reference we are not supposed to and we won't do it again for you."

    I said "Excuse me. That was not my fault. That was your fault. Y'all drop the ball not me. Number one you charged me for an item that I never received and I didn't get my gift card. You inconvenienced me. So I in return say you know what, keep your 20 dollars and I'm returning the items I purchased. Honestly I was just buying them because they were 35 dollars but I'm bringing all that crap back. I spend a time of money in Victoria's Secret. Right now I owe 2,000 plus dollars. Either I get poor customer service in store or over the phone. Ridiculous. My thing is you guys can look at my receipt and packing slip and you know it wasn't in the bag but somehow it's my fault. I'm going to pay the card off and close my account. I hate poor customer service. I'm not going to spend my money and get treated like crap when it's your fault in the first place."

    Let me just start off saying this is the worse department of Victoria's Secret. I have called them 10x in the last 2 days to resolve why my gift card was being used in another state. On my last call I requested a supervisor after being hung up on 3x by the same rep. And the supervisor was even worse the representative, he was really slow didn't understand a word I was saying and he had a strong accent that was so irritating. I was in the phone with this man for 1 hour giving him my information because he kept getting it wrong! I finally just hung up on him after cursing this man out because he pissed me off so much I never been so irritated in my life speaking to someone.

    I was at the Melbourne Airport store (T4 terminal). I had the most horrible customer service experience that I have ever had. The young lady was sooo rude and incredibly hostile for someone that I only said hello to. She handed me my product without putting it in a bag and became even ruder when I dared ask for one.     I recommend never ordering from Victoria's Secret. They are racist and say they do not make their clothes for ** women. I had a problem with an order I place, on different occasions, causing me to have to request a refund for never receiving the items. They are racist and the rep said "oh you live in Baltimore City, MD that's why you're not getting the packages." I said, "I don't understand." She said, "That is the ghetto and Victoria's don't want to do business with the ghetto." I asked for a manager and she asked me to email my police report and case number. That's all she could do. Something had to be done about this, it's totally unacceptable behavior. I will never order or buy anything from Victoria's Secret.

    In August 2014 I went to Victoria's Secret and purchased 4 bras. I had the cash to pay for them. When the cashier rang me up, she said it was going on my card. I told her I didn't have a card and wanted to pay cash. She said they had my information in the system from the old card I had that had expired and didn't want cash payment. I again tried to pay in full for my purchase but the cashier wouldn't take the money. A month later I lost my job. When I got the bill I again went in store to try to pay it and again the cashier wouldn't accept payment.

    So a couple years go by and I get a call from an attorney's office telling me they were going to file a civil suit against me for over $2,000.00 for the unpaid bill. I explained what happened and still am having to pay 3 times the amount of my purchase, a purchase I tried to pay for in store at the time of purchase. It's not enough they charge a ridiculous amount for their products, they manipulate the system to get paid even more. I'd rather go bra-less than wear their products.

    Just read some reviews behind and I am totally agree with other saying. I've got a credit card in Victoria's Secret store and they informed me wrong about how the card works; so cause of that I didn't make a payment for a month and didn't know I've got charged the late fee (cause Victoria's Secret assistant told me there's no fees at all in this card). Next month I've got a phone call from Comenity Bank; the representative told me that I need to make a payment which I did (was like 2nd day of the month) and I asked him if there no late fees. He said that I will not be charged. When I checked my account I was shocked I was charged for late fee twice!! Even though the bank assistant told me different. After several mails from $60 fees they returned me $17 which is doesn't make any sense! Worst customer service experience ever! Thanks.

    Returned bras that I purchased 2 yrs ago. Spent 232.66. Also bought perfume the girl sized me and they were the wrong size could not get back to 16th. And chestnut because I have a problem with my legs I explained it on the phone and the girl said, "Ok it was fine." When I went to return them for an exchange I had the receipt tags were on them. Never worn. They told me I have to exchange bras for bras and only gave me a credit for 40,00 after spending all that money for 4 bras. Very bad experience with them today and the male behind the counter looked at me funny. Hey it was their merchandise and I had receipts. They should have given me at least half of what I paid I feel. Never going back there again. And I use to spend hundreds of dollars a time shopping there.

    Hello I am trying to reach out to someone about this. Thought I was going to buy me some nice underwear and bra sets, only to find out that they stop at size 38 in bra size!!! So I ask the associate do they have my size which is 42 https. She said "oh YOU will have to order online". I felt so offended and discriminated because of my bra size. I called the headquarters and submitted a ticket of complaint because it's not fair that I can't walk in the store and buy bras like every other woman.     Every time I go shopping in Danbury Mall it seems like no one checks the items they stock. When I first started buying from them it was great then a few months ago I came home and realized that what I bought was not in good condition. It's like the sewing machines break down because the seams were not finished. I ordered an item from online and received it today and the bra seams are coming off. Needless to say I will not be ordering again. I paid over 50 dollars for this item and it looks as if Walmart made it. I'm very angry.     Overall I would consider myself very satisfied with the Victoria’s Secret Bombshell Lift. The word “Bombshell” refers to push-up padding that adds a two cup lift, as opposed to the standard one cup lift. At this point in time, Victoria’s Secret offers the two cup lift in a variety of products. I own two of the standard bombshell everyday bras, one multiway bombshell bra, and two of the two cup lift swim tops.

    Because the bra lift is offered in a variety of styles and sizes I would honestly say it is for any women, especially those who would like an extra boost in her cleavage as well as her confidence. As stated above, I own quite a few of their two cup lift products, so my criteria for judging differs for each style. Below I will list my top criteria for each bombshell style.

    Every day and Multiway Bra - 4 stars. Comfort – 5 out of 5 stars. The material is comfortable and soft against skin. The straps are made out of the same comfortable material. This is important because of the amount of padding in the bra it could easily get uncomfortable very fast. I was able to wear it all day without any discomfort. Durability – 5 out of 5 stars. These bras will cost you anywhere from $50-$60 dollars per bra. When spending that much on one bra, it is important that it lasts. I honestly feel like they are worth every penny. I’ve had some of these bras for years and still the fit is as good as the day I bought them.

    Appearance - 3.5 out of 5 stars. As far as under my clothes, the bras always look natural. The padding in them is expertly placed so that they really don’t look as padded as they are. As far as appearance of the bra itself, overtime they can start to look a little frayed if you don’t wash and dry them correctly. I recommend machine wash but air dry. Functionality (Multiway) – 4 out of 5 stars. I have worn the bra all three ways (both straps, one strap, and no straps) and for the most part it did exactly what it was supposed to do. With the strapless wear I was a little disappointed that the lift wasn’t exactly where I wanted it to be. But throughout the entire event I was at my cleavage looked great and the bra stayed in place all night.

    Swim Tops – 3.5 stars. Functionality – 5 out of 5 stars. I’ve worn them in public pools, private pools, hot tubs, and the ocean and I have yet to be disappointed. They stay in place and I felt completely secure no matter what I was doing (surfing, diving, etc.). Durability – 4 out of 5 stars. I bought my first one in high school and my second one in college and they both still look brand new and the fit is still top notch. Appearance – 3 of 5 stars. They both have cute designs and look good against my skin tone, my issue is with the padding. The padding in the swimsuits isn’t as subtle as the padding in the bras. If you’re anything above a B cup your ** will definitely draw attention. This is definitely not an everywhere swimsuit. But whether you’re looking to go to a pool party or on a vacation, if you’re looking for a swimsuit that’s going to make you stand out – I highly recommend this one.

    I'm so frustrated! 2 months ago I put in an order online. I wanted to used an e gift card I was given for Christmas but apparently you can't use it in Aus. No worries, I was told to use my bank card and I would be reimbursed.     Over the last few days I have been shopping at the VS store and Easton and Eastland mall (Columbus, Ohio) because they had had a wicket sale! With that said I have spent 400.00 or more in three days! So I went to the Eastland mall yesterday, still had my pajamas on just so I could get the last of the Dream lotions that were there along with some more Temptation. When I walked into the store I was greeted by a store clerk who asked me if I needed some help with anything in which I told her no. My cousin and I was just shopping around. She then said okay let me know if you need anything.

    Maybe 5 second after that ** came asked me the same thing. I told her no I was fine just looking, but if I needed some help I would definitely come grab one of them for some help. When I tell you that at this point she followed me around the whole store. Every corner I turned she was right behind me not even making it a secret that she was following me around! I then said, "Mama can you please stop following me, you're making me uncomfortable." She said she was just doing her job! So at this point I'm furious and ready to check out! So I get to the counter, pay for my things. 17 things to be exact!!! And I asked the girl that was checking me out what was her name and who was the manager. She then told me that the lady that was following me was the store manager.

    So I'm about to walk out the store and she (**) said "Excuse me. Are you going to pay for the body mist that you have in your bag?" (I had a MCM backpack on with not only body mist but also lotion from a prior purchase over the weekend) so I said "Are you NOW accusing me of stealing?" I said "You have been following around the store since I got here because of what I have on. From the moment you looked at me you already made in your mind that I was a thief!"     While paying for my purchase I was asked for my Social Security Number and I asked the lady why did she need my social and she told me that's how they register for the rewards and in January, 2017 I received a letter from Comenity Bank thanking me for my recent application for a Victoria's Secret credit card and they were unable to approve my application because of information on my credit report and listed reason why they declined my request, gave me my credit score and the most significant factors in determining my score and one was number of inquiries. I did not request a credit card. I feel like this is their way of signing people up for credit cards without their permission and thinking that if you get the card you will not complain.

    When Victoria's Secret's online order systems crashed on Jan. 17, 2017 my PayPal payment funds were held against their merchant account but not attached to any order. Wanting to get the products and believing the VS person on the phone, I put the order through again when the systems came back online. I was told PayPal could reverse the funds hold. PayPal can't, the vendor, VS can only release the funds, if they don't claim the funds then after thirty days the money is returned to me. VS do not want to release the funds and keep saying the funds release after 5-7 days from PayPal. This is not true. Keeping funds after being notified of the error and not having a valid order is tantamount to theft. VS have the ability to release the held funds but are not doing so. VS is entirely responsible as the systems error was theirs.

    I recently made a purchase due to a promotion. Despite a correct address, my order was not delivered by USPS. I emailed upon first notification of delay, which predicted an additional week. When I contacted VS a second time to communicate the delayed shipment, I learned my order had been cancelled, my money would be returned within 5-7 business days. What a surprise. No response to my first inquiry, no help in replacing the order, no honoring of the promotion, no notification of cancellation. What a waste of time placing that order in the first place, and what poor demonstration of the apologies I received. Apologies mean nothing without a solution - the only solution I was expecting was assistance reordering and honoring the promotion made available date of original purchase.

    I've been using Victoria's Secret for a 5 years. On this sales I were trying to make a gift to my friend. Victoria Secret denied my order because my billing address is different from my shipping address! So why do you have shipping address at all? I spend a lot of my time for ordering and trying to deal with Victoria Secrets customers care but they are not care at all! At all - they are not interested in you as a customer. Everything that they recommend is to ship order to my billing address and then to send it by myself. Idiots! And more on this - they offer me free shipping but charge me $60 for this "free shipping"!     I have purchased several of the Very Sexy push up bras, both in store and online. A couple of times straps have broken but my biggest complaint is the fluid/gel that is inside the bra leaking. It took me a while to figure out that this was happening. But many, many, many of my shirts have been completely ruined by this.

    I have been a loyal customer of VS for at least 20 years. This year a package was mailed on the 28th of December and tracking stopped on the 29th saying it has been transferred to delivering agent. On January 4th I called to inquire about the package and was told that it was obviously lost and was supposed be delivered by January 2nd so a new package would be shipped overnight for my inconvenience.

    When the package wasn't delivered on January 5th at 5:30, I called to make sure a second package was not lost. At that time they said they didn't understand why someone would mislead me to think a new package was being sent, since policy is to wait 3 days after the expected date which is the 6th not the 2nd. So I am to call them back on the 9th if I don't receive my package. Two different responses and no resolution in sight for at least another 5 days. For the money I have spent with them total, to be told literally to suck it up buttercup is poor customer service. VS has definitely done some changing in their policy and customer service and I will not be patronizing them again.

    The Wellington Green Mall Victoria's Secret Store there is not giving employees break or Lunches in a timely manner and many go 6-7 hours without a bathroom break... When asked for breaks after well over 5 hours they are told to wait. I saw a young high school girl about to fall out during the holidays shopping and ask a manager why she's not giving a break after a certain amount of working hours and I was told that she needs to wait. This was after 5 hours with no breaks for the bathroom or anything.

    I ask around and another had been there over 6 hours and no break... Their attitudes the supervisor and managers was unbelievable... It's a federal law because I am a manager for a large company for 19 years and you hath to follow the law. The worker was so sick and she was told to wait. This was just a few days ago during Christmas shopping. It's a lot of issues in this store. I will keep an eye out and if nothing change I will go to our local TV Stations and let it be broadcast live after they send their staff in this store. I refuse to spend my money in this store along with a few others who experience the exact thing as I.

    Both online and in store, I am always impressed with VS. The associates in store are very helpful and friendly, the items are good quality, the sale prices are great, and they usually have a great promotion going on. When ordering online, I have never had a problem with shipping or delivery, and when I've had to contact customer service, they answer promptly and are very helpful.

    I've had poor customer service at multiple online stores before, and wasn't expecting much when I contacted VS about a bikini bottom I'd purchased that had become discoloured after the first time I'd worn it. I received a prompt reply to my email, and was told that a new bottom would be shipped to me immediately. They didn't request pictures of the discoloured bottom, nor did they give me a hard time concerning a replacement. They also told me to keep the old bottom and not worry about returning it due to the inconvenience. Overall, I'm very impressed with VS, and highly recommend them.

    First let me say I was a Manager at a Victoria's Secret for close to four yrs and prior to that a asst manager then Co-Manager. I also was awarded for my exceptional inventory and loss prevention during my time as Manager. If Brand Standard Customer Service is being practiced in a store your Shrink will I swear decrease by a drastic percentage. Second by Brand Standard Service I in NO WAY MEAN embarrassing customers due to race, the way they look, age or social status (Or what you presume they have to spend). Customer Service is exactly as it sounds and should never be different from one customer to another.

    This brings me to my complaint. On Dec 23 my best friend and I went to the Victoria's Secret in Eureka CA. We were finishing up our Christmas shopping and were greeted warmly by not one but a few sales specialist who exactly as they should helped us with promotions sizes etc. What I noticed was a poorly dressed (Victoria's Secret had a strict dress code) Woman zeroing on two college aged girls - one was ** American the other Asian. She really didn't offer any help just more or less hounded them followed them around.

    Around the same time these two entered the fitting room as we did. We offered our packages to be held at the counter and I actually gave the nice associate helping us my items to be purchased. My friend had a couple pairs of yoga pants to try on one being for us and another couple pairs in another size for her daughter... How we were treated as well as the other two ladies was beyond rude and unprofessional. The associate running the fitting rooms was providing fabulous service only to be excused very rudely by another associate who rudely pounded on both fitting room doors over and over not offering help but demanding what was tried on... My friend was mortified as I was and the other two shoppers. I honestly wanted to walk out but last minute shopping had us left with not much choice. This associate had literally left a bad taste in my mouth.

    At the register again a very Customer Service friendly young lady offered a couple nice promos to us which we took advantage of. This Rude associate did next floored me she came to the register removed our purchases from the bag and questioned us on what sizes we purchased and when she realized we had exactly what we had taken in dressing room and she was wrong. She rudely mumbled something glared and walked off... Mind you she had created such a scene that every customer in line was staring. The cashier was beet red. This person had really accused us in front of two lines of customers of stealing yoga pants which cost 25 bucks while we spent over 250.

    As we walked out my friend stopped and questioned why this associate had loudly and extremely rudely accused her of stealing a pair of yoga pants. She didn't reply and my friend informed her she would be filing a complaint. She then said that was fine and she was the manager. I was floored honestly in my twenty plus yrs in retail management, Vickies has always been the strongest in Customer Service by far. They provided a high quality level of training and they had high expectations for their employees. This was absolutely the worst service I have ever received.

    When I pointed out that years back I HAD MANAGED THIS store she said good for me but it was her store. I replied not for long with her skills because she won't have customers - not to mention her attire was not how a manager would dress or allow her staff to dress. Truly love this store and closest next one is over three hrs but I will drive it or shop online. Wish there was a minus stars.

    I have order 3 matching PJs for Christmas morning for my sister and her daughters an extra one with different colors. I was also getting a free kimono as a bonus. I have paid extra for shipping to ensure that items will get here on time. They promised that my items will be delivered on Dec 23, 2016. I have not get the package on Dec 23, 24, 25 or 26. On the Victoria's Secret website, there was a message that lots of deliveries will be delayed until Dec 26.

    As of Dec 26 - I still did not receive my items that at this point, honestly, I no longer needed. On Dec 27 I have finally got the package from FedEx and it did have OVERNIGHT DELIVERY written on it. To my disappointment, when I open the package, the clothes were partially opened, partially burnt and there were only 3 PJs, no kimono, and no invoice!!! I have never seen anything like that in my life!

    I called customer service and explained everything: that items were not delivered on Christmas, that they were not delivered on dec 26 and when they got delivered, the order was I completed and burnt!!! I also told her that I don't need Christmas PJs now. The customer rep told me that now they would need to canceled my order. She also told me that they will take care of my shipping charges... duh. I wanted to have one other PJ deliver and since the whole order was messed up I said, "Is there anything you can do to reward me for this fiasco." She put me on hold and then she told me that she will give me $10 discount and free shipping.

    She asked for my credit card and proceed to charge me without telling me how much will be charged. I have asked her how much will be total and it was the same as the original price!!! I have asked her why and she came out with number of fees and tax and etc! The entire conversation she kept calling me DARLING and she had kind of an attitude! She put me on hold to ask supervisor to give me $10 discount! This is joke! I have never in my life been treated like this, they should ship the entire order free of any charge if they want my business ever again. Mind you that I spend thousands in VS for my girls in family!     I have shopped with VSecret in store or online for many, many (30?) years. My husband gifts new pajamas (etc.) to me every year for Christmas and Birthday. This year he placed his order November 28, order shipped on December 3rd from Ohio via USPS, package traveled to Alabama, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Alabama, Tennessee (where I live), back to Ohio. VSecret received the package back on December 18th and restocked and SOLD my gifts!!! They never contacted my husband or me and there was no explanation of why the package was returned! Why did they take our email address and phone number when he placed the order? My husband chose some other gift items and VS is overnighting them... we will see if the package makes it this time! Note that the original gift items were no longer available! Note that VSecret wasn't concerned at all that this happened!

    We used to order jeans, sweaters, bras, PJ's (flannel and cotton Mayfair), etc. VSecret no longer offers the following- No more wonderful Boyfriend Jeans (best jeans EVER), No more cozy sweaters, No more wonderful Racerback bras (a life staple for me, my mom, sisters-in-law, etc.), No more full coverage panties, No more 100% cotton Mayfair PJ's (100% cotton is a luxury item and they've ruined it by now offering a blend because it's cheaper. Mayfair WAS their No. 1 seller. Why change what works?). Sad, sad, sad!

    On 12/20/16 I visited Garden State Plaza in Paramus, NJ, USA and purchased a sweater in their store with a gift card given to me by my dad with an amount of $200.00. On 12/21/16 I visited Jersey Gardens at Elizabeth, NJ and went in to the VS store. I got the stuff I wanted and asked my boyfriend to pay for me with my gift card with the remaining balance of $180.01 while I still looked around the store. Then all of a sudden I see him running towards me telling me that the gift card does not have any money left in it. I go up to the cashier and he keeps insisting that the gift card has $0 balance on it. At this point I'm confused and thinking that I grabbed the wrong gift card from my other wallet that stayed at home and started doubting myself.

    The cashier named Jean checks once more and prints it out for me and shows me I have nothing on it. He then tries again as I keep insisting and saying "how weird. I'm pretty sure this is the gift card my dad gave me." I ended up buying my stuff with my credit card as I already felt like a fool for possibly taking the wrong gift card to the store. Since this store is an outlet I knew that all sales are final but I still asked that if I solved the problem quickly by calling customer service if I can come back to return the stuff and get my money reimbursed and repurchase the same merchandise with my gift card (the only reason I went to buy there was because I had a gift card). He said no but then mentioned that I could come back and speak to his manager since what happened to me is really unfair. No complaints there.

    I ended up calling the gift card customer service and they told me that I had made a purchase of $19.99 at store #50035 on 12/20/16 at 9:08 p.m. (which I did in Garden State). Also that on 12/21/16 at 3:29 p.m. I had redeemed the remaining balance of $180.01 at the same store #50035 (I was at Jersey Gardens at that time or on my way there). They asked if I wanted to fill out a form through the phone and file a case and I said yes. Then they passed me to a specialist who took my information down and told me they would contact me within 4 weeks. That corporate is going to investigate to see what happened. I then asked my boyfriend to drive me to Paramus to see if they can help me with it. Maybe they could do something like check what was purchased by whoever purchase it. The manager told me she didn't have the power to check the logs.

    I figured she could check the transaction done that day at 3:29 p.m. and who rang that person up to see if they remember anything. But she took my number down and name instead and tried calling customer service on my behalf but they told her I had to call back myself to ask me questions about the gift card. I called once again and was directed to the same gift card customer service and was told I had to wait for corporate to investigate and so that took me nowhere.

    Now, my thinking is that an employee in that store is a crook and somehow got a hold of my gift card number. Especially because:

    1. I had the gift card on me the WHOLE time from the time my dad gave it to me to the time of my first transaction to the time of my second attempt at my other transaction in Elizabeth. The weird thing is that I never handed my gift card to the cashier. I did swipe it though so I don't know if they can see the whole gift card number in their screen.
    2. The pin # in the back was never scratched off until AFTER I found out I had been somehow robbed and I decided to scratch it off myself.

    3. The remaining balance of $180.01 was redeemed at the SAME store that I just happened to had made a purchase in the previous day.

    I now have to wait until they get back to me with the results of the "investigation" which I don't even know what kind of information they're going to look into as per when I asked the customer service they told me they didn't know, that I had to wait. I'm hoping they actually do something about it and not only give me my money back but catch the person who did this because it is so unfair how some idiot comes and just takes it like nothing. It's the holidays and people instead of giving are taking what's not theirs and it's very upsetting. I will update when I find anything out if they contact me back. I wonder If anyone here ever had something similar happen to them in VS.

    I went to the store today to purchase some Christmas gifts. The store is having promotion with beauty products with buy 1, get 1 free. The 2 ladies there that help me were really nice, asking me for help. Since they have a very good promotion B1G1, I wanted to buy 4 gift set as Christmas gift. When I checked out, I felt very embarrassed and uncomfortable for holding up the line because the manager made me sign a form putting all my information including my driver license. I NEVER have to put down driver license for any purchase in the store. The cashier did NOT know what to do with the form and have to ask other cashiers and then they have to call the manager over after she left.

    Then the manager loudly asked me in front of everyone which country I bought the gift to??? I don't know if my appearance as ASIAN have anything to do with this kind of question?? I am wondering if they would ask the same question for other Ethnicity? It's the Christmas season so of course I am buying gift for family.     I recently made a purchase at the Victoria's Secret on 280 in Birmingham. Mareytta displayed amazing customer service skills. She was very polite and helpful. However, I went to the Hoover Victoria's Secret #90. No one greeted me, no one asked me if I needed assistance finding anything but Ella or Elisa I think was her name about 20 mins in. I went to the counter and provide one associate with my receipt and I asked her what would be the total if I exchange these bras. My exchange total was about 57 dollars and some change. So I left those three bras at the counter and proceed to find some items of equal value. I return to the counter and I explained to GWEN the lady at the register that I had an exchange. The three bras were on the counter... however she asked for my driver's licenses and I'm not sure why I needed to provide my driver's license for an exchange.

    Then as we are in the process of doing the return I pull another bra out of my bag and asked did they happen to have a bigger size in this one. She grabs the bra out of my hand and proceed to look on the receipt. Why she does this I don't know. Then she proceeds to say "I don't see this bra on your receipt... did you pay for it." My response was "yes I payed for it. I payed for everything I purchase". Keep in mind that I work at the Galleria part time and have been for over a year... and this is only maybe my 3rd or 4th time at this location. I spent almost 300.00 on this purchase so I continued to check out with GWEN but at this time I'm really pissed on the inside. She then says I don't see a tag on it and it's not on the receipt. Then she scrolls down some more and says "maybe this is it". While trying to keep my bra, she asked me what size I needed and I tell her like 37D.

    She comes around the counter and measure me without asking me. "Why are you measuring me when I have gave you my size." Anyhow I told her if you don't have this bra I am keeping it because it looks really loved the way it looked on... just wanted it a little bigger. Then she goes back to the counter and continues to look for the same bras on the receipt than she claims doesn't have a tag when I clearly staring at it. So I let her continue. She proceeds to ask me again did I pay for the item. I explained to her "yes and I counted all of my items before I left the store. I'm pretty sure I payed for everything." Then she says "I would hate for you to not have payed for it. I would have to keep it." My response "I payed for it." I get the bra back and put it in my bag. After completion of my transaction, I pull the bra back out of my bag. I asked her what her name was. She stated GWEN.

    I said "okay. Now what was the reason you asked me if I payed for this bra?" She stated again "because I didn't see it on your receipt or a tag on it." In turn told her that it's a tag on the bra and that she really ruined my shopping experience with Victoria's Secret by defamation of character. "Number two why were you looking for it on the receipt in the first place. You asked me repeatedly." GWEN never apologized even after I pulled the bra out of the bag and said it has tag on it. She said "oh yeah I noticed it when you pulled it out." Needless to say, I am going to return the previous items I purchase plus the purchase I received yesterday and I had calling to cancel my account. GWEN was very rude and disrespectful.

    Every year I usually spend about $500 at Christmas in the store. This year I have already made some online purchases from VS. I went online again & tried to buy a perfume. It is listed as marked a certain price until you click it, then the price changes more than half. After wasting my time on CHAT I was told that they are out of the perfume. I said then "why don't you take it off the site or change the price?" Every transaction is always an issue and DON'T ever need to return anything. They have the worst policy ever. They act rude if you need to exchange. This year MACY'S will be getting my $500 because they actually have GREAT customer service and most likely better quality. I will NEVER shop VS again.     Just moved to Spanish Fort, Alabama 10 days ago. I received a gift of flannel PJs from Victoria's Secret from a friend in Florida where I moved from. She had asked for a gift receipt but I did not see one. I tried to exchange the PJs for a different size of the same product, which is in-store in CURRENT WINTER INVENTORY NOW. Without the receipt they were going to give me $4.99 credit towards the purchase of a $54.50 pair of PJs which still had all the price tags on them. The two young ladies and I guess member of management, ALSO YOUNG (which never came to the desk) conversed by hollering to one another across the store. One girl at the checkout said it had been purchased with Victoria's Secret Rewards. They had no way of knowing anything because there was no receipt. I have since contacted my friend that bought them and she said she does not have Victoria Rewards and is trying to find her receipt.

    The purchase was made approximately 3 weeks ago. I called corporate "customer no service", and was told that their policy is "without a receipt you are given the lowest price this product has been sold at". She said it was $19.99 but she would give me a $34.99 credit in-store. That is not what my friend paid for the pajamas, plus all I want is just to EXCHANGE the size. To me this is stealing from a customer by Victoria's Secret. I guess the reason I'm writing is because I am so infuriated and have never been so humiliated in my life as I was in the store, and to please warn others who may be thinking about shopping for their friends, family or loved ones at Victoria's Secret for Christmas or any other occasion. DO NOT waste your money there. Spend it where you are appreciated and treated with courtesy. The corporate "no customer service" rep actually indirectly indicated that they had no way of knowing that the product had even been purchased.

    The way I took that was she was insinuating that it could have been stolen. The PJs were in a Victoria's Secret box and bag. So to those of you who may be thinking about purchasing items from there for Christmas presents, please make sure you get a gift receipt. In case the gift has to be returned or exchanged, you do not want the recipient to go through this...Or at least, I hope you don't. BETTER YET...DO NOT SHOP AT VICTORIA'S SECRET. They will never get any more of my money for products that are already overpriced, and some lack quality. Horrible experience in store and by phone with someone who is supposed to make things right.

When I finally had to go I found the sales person who say of "ya, I could do that." Why not tell me and not make me wait. They did not have the product I wanted or one even close in my size. When I went to mention that lack of service to a supposed manager (ha no skill there either). She turned ugly and not a touch of professionalism. I will never go into or buy a VS product again. I walked down the street and got a better (quality) product for less. VS is all about hike not service or product. Save your money and don't get abused. Go somewhere else.

    There isn't a VS store in my town so I have to order online. I am ALWAYS charged for using the return label fee even though I use the "FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS ON BRAS" code. Tonight, an associate, "Melissa" even ARGUED with me in chat that it's non-refundable. I called (held on more than 5 minutes) and cancelled my account. After years with VS, I am calling it quits.     I have bought many apparel items for myself and others from Victoria's Secret. Any time I went into a store they did not carry XL in tops, hoodies, jackets, pants, very few bras and other apparel. In the past I have at least been able to order XL size online. Now I can't even do that. They are delivering a terrible message to all women and girls. You can't be sexy or an angel unless you wear sizes up too Large. I am extremely disappointed in this company.

    Admittedly I've never been much of Victoria's Secret shopper. I used to buy my underwear at Target or Walmart, but after getting a new job and having more money to spend, I decided to give it a whirl. I decided my old, tattered bras were pretty drab for a 21 year old and wanted something much sexier and flattering. I went into a Victoria's Secret at a larger mall in my state and was greeted by a bubbly sales person who was extremely helpful. She directed me to the bras I was looking for (the "Add 2-Cups Push Up Bras) and informed me that they were on sale 2 for $42.00!, and that I would also receive a free tote. On their website they are about 50 dollars each, so naturally I was ecstatic. She also measured me and helped me adjust the bra. She was helpful without being overbearing.

    The bras themselves are gorgeous, and a far cry from the run down bras I was using before. I wear a 36 DD I know, I was shocked when she measured me too and these bras make my breasts look AMAZING. They give me that gorgeous, movie star cleavage, adding lift while also shaping them. I had no idea just how poorly fitting my old bras were until I put on one of these. I plan on getting these in every color as soon as possible. The only reason I didn't give my experience 5 stars is because of my experience with the cashier at the counter. She was a far cry from the energetic blond I had encountered just minutes ago. She lacked personality, seemed cold and even mean. She took her time, sighing and seeming irritated. Fortunately I was so happy with my bras and my prior experience that I didn't pay her any mind.

    I've been shopping at Victoria's Secret for a little over a year now and I bought panties a few months ago and the quality was fine. I just recently bought the 5/$27 deal and within a few weeks I noticed little holes in all of my panties. I think VS is ripping us off and we are just paying for the price. Will probably never buy panties from them again. Be wary of this ladies.

    Why do you have to be 18 and older to return anything you bought from the store? I was just there yesterday with my friends and I bought 5 pairs of underwear and then came back today to return them because I didn't get the right size. When I came back to the store I waited in line for 10 mins and when it was my turn I came up and said I would like to return these. And then the lady asked how old I was and then she also said that I need to be 18 and older and have an ID but I didn't because I am only 15. Now why can I buy anything from the store but not return anything back to the store. I didn't use a credit card I paid in cash. So why can I buy them and not return them, that is very stupid and I WILL NEVER EVER EVER RETURN AGAIN.

    I have recently visited the Victoria's Secret store located in Tacoma, WA and have been disgusted with the way I have been treated. On October 08th 2016, I went to the Victoria's Secret and was completely ignored by the sales associates. This is not the first time that I have been treated this way at the same store location. I was in the pantie section looking through the various colors and prints when another customer came next to where I was. She was promptly greeted by a sales associate and was told of the sale and promotions and then was promptly given a bag. This sales associate was so rude that she went over me when I was looking inside the slide out drawers for my size and opened up a door next to where I was and told the customer that she can find her size here. I was livid. The customer witnessed how rude the associate was by going over me that she felt bad and I told her that I can wait while she gets her size.

    Next, I approached a sales associate and asked to speak to the manager. She didn't let me speak to the manager! She instead asked me what happened and I told her. She really didn't care that much about my experience. I decided to leave the store without my purchase because of the poor customer service. While I was leaving the store, one of the sales associates made a rude and condescending remark telling me, "Have a nice day!" I will never return to this store. These people need to be trained on customer service and not judge people and then not asking if a customer needs assistance since, my money is just as green as everybody else's. Avoid Victoria's Secret at all costs!

    I love Victoria's Secret but I think they are partnering with the wrong business (Comenity Bank), which is so disappointing. Well first of all THIS IS A CREDIT CARD. You should be grateful when your customer wants to pay. And when I say pay, paying always on time in full balance etc. This is America, people are busy working making something to pay their bills each month. Who would think for dates when their one, two three bills will be deducted per month? Nobody. That's why people set up an "AUTO PAY" so I set it up right? Well guess what, I saw on my statement a late payment fee of $28 on top of my balance which I didn't even thought at all because it was all in automatic payment straight from my bank account.

    Paying it is no problem but reporting it to the credit bureau as a late payment offender is **. It should be illegal and definitely is immoral to tagged your "valued" customers a late payment offender to the credit bureau without even trying to call them first or at least send an email reminder that it's not an auto pay they set up online, it's only one scheduled payment. After one month it's not working as automatic? It was a trick, very misleading. It's unfair to the consumers like me who's been working so hard to maintain an excellent payment history on the my credit score across all the credit bureaus for my mortgage plans soon.:( Oh well.

    I am extremely disappointed with the transparency of this company. I understand you have a rewards program, but the first thing you need to say is that THIS IS A CREDIT CARD. It should be illegal and definitely is immoral to provide your "valued" customers a credit card without informing them. In no way was I told that this rewards program involved a credit card which is appalling because I'm sure thousands of people do not make that minimum payment not because they didn't have the money but because they were simply unaware, because of the SEVERE LACK OF TRANSPARENCY. I liked VS before. After applying for a "rewards program" because I genuinely wanted to become a more frequent customer and got shoved with this deal uninformed, I will never shop here again. Giving people credit cards uninformed is not a game, and it certainly doesn't foster positive loyalty.

    I have bought Victoria's Secret underwear for years. That was all that was in my drawers. I've now come to realize that these undergarments are mass produced and made with cheap material. I put a pair on my first night of having them and my finger went through the lace. I used to be so satisfied with your products but now I feel that I need to go somewhere else to find my undergarments. Your customers work too hard for their money and pay quite a bit for your undergarments to be so cheaply made. One very dissatisfied customer!!!

I received a phone call stating they were going to put my account in delinquent because I was just late two days in which by the way when as soon as I get my statements I pay right away not giving the fact my husband just passed less than a week.     I used to love Victoria's Secret - so much so that nearly ALL of my clothing came from there. Then they stop selling clothes. My heart literally broke when that happened. But I found some relief in knowing at least I could still get casual clothing and bathing suits. Well, I've heard the news that they're getting rid of that too, so now I have zero reason to shop here. I was such a loyal customer - as much as I hate to admit it, I actually maxed my store card out more times than I can remember. Guess it's time to close that one out!

    I have been purchasing VS and Pink items for years now. The quality of the products is very much below par especially, for the price you pay. All items end up falling apart, even when cared for properly. I am very disappointed in the quality of their items. I have purchased items at Wal-Mart that are made better and last longer. One would think for the price you pay at VS that they would take more pride in what they sell and how it is made. I am no longer a VS customer.

    I have been buying clothing from VS PINK for the past few years and the quality for the price is terrible. I turn everything inside out, wash on delicate, cold water have no percolator in my washer, and use good quality detergent, and do not overload the washer or put them in with different colors. The clothing looks like it's been worn for years after one wash or falls apart with severe pilling especially with the hoodies. I never put them in the dryer. They are all hung to dry.

    I am sorry I have spent over 1,000 for such cheap clothing that looks terrible after only one PROPER wash. They really need to charge less for this junk or start making better quality clothing. And forget asking for help they just say, "Well sorry for ya." I would consider taking it to the next level as much money as I have spent for clothing there for myself and my daughters they should listen to what customers are telling them. 65.00 hoodies only to look like trash the day after purchase. No more will I waste money on the PINK label because that's what you pay for not quality that's for sure!

    I had order the 5 for $27 panty deal online at VS and ended up spending $37.34 on the entire order (including taxes and a ridiculously high shipping cost). Anyways, after spending almost $40 online, I order something else from a different store at the same time, which charged to my card just like it did with VS. After waiting almost 2 weeks to figure out where my order was or the expected date, I decided to write to them. I was met with two very rude and awful replies on how I hadn't paid and they required me to pay almost $40 AGAIN. But it gets better. I won't be reimbursed at all! So in the end, I had almost $40 stolen from me and never received my order from this awful store. I will NEVER even think about ordering from this business that stole my hard earned money.

    I have shopped in VS for 25 years! Mostly online as Canada just got the retail stores. Sales associates are curt, rude snobs. It's like their mad they're working. I have watched them gather and whisper about other girls shopping. Returning something, forget it! You will be treated like crap! Since when do you need ID with your bill to return? They check the item over like they WANT to find it dirty or something! And no receipt? Now you are mud. Don't ask for a manager cause she's worse. They learn from her. Goodbye VS???

    I absolutely like Victoria's Secret's Vanilla & Coconut (Coconut Passion) fragrance mist. It's one of my favorite Victoria's Secret's scents. To me, the scent feels warm and the combination of coconut and vanilla gives that cozy, chocolatey scent (perhaps, I'm just such a chocoholic) -- it's comforting. Well, there are some vanilla-scented perfumes/mists that make me wanna vomit after it reaches my olfactory nerves, VS's product somehow is an exception to that (at least for me). The scent also stays for a long time. I usually buy mine at the Duty Free stores so it's cheaper. I also think that it somehow ensures that the product is authentic. And in addition to that, this particular scent that I like is a rare find in department stores in my area. An 8.4 fl. oz is usually around $12-$15. I got so accustomed to this scent, so I will always consider buying it. Thanks VS... :).

    So today I went to Victoria's Secret and I bought 3 body mists. I bought one Strawberries and Champagne ($4.50 each), and 2 Dream Angels Blush ($8.75 each). One was for my friend's graduation party and the other 2 for me. After I looked at the receipt I see that they charged me 3 Dreams Angels Blush and 2 Strawberries and Champagne perfumes. They charged me a total of $13.25. I even said to my friend, who was next to me in the checkout "This seems like a lot of money.", the cashier looks at the list of products I was about to purchase, looks at me, and says nothing to me. Knowing that I was at Victoria's Secret, I thought to myself "Well, this store is kind of expensive, so the price makes sense." I get home and check the receipt and notice the extra charge for the perfumes.

    Now I can't do anything about it but I have learned a valuable lesson, "ALWAYS CHECK THE RECEIPT BEFORE LEAVING THE REGISTER OR THE STORE! Otherwise they won't believe you when you tell them you have been charged more than the actual amount if you tell them if you come back to the store and tell them because they will just say "You could have left at home and be telling us here that we charged you more." ALWAYS CHECK THE RECEIPT BEFORE LEAVING THE CASHIER. Don't let this happen to you, learn from my mistake.

    I have been a long-time customer of VS and spent a lot of money with them. Today, after getting a promo offer, I tried to use it as today was the last day before it expires and it wouldn't work. I did the chat thing and was told they were running another promo which voided the promo I got, I was told. I then called them and was told the same thing. Very curt and could hardly understand the gal I was talking to as she was speaking so fast and basically gave me the impression "sucks for you".

    This will be my last time order as not only have I seen the decline in what they are selling, such as no more clothing line, but the customer service has gone in the tank. I work in customer service and would never speak to or allow any of my staff to speak to any customer the way I was spoken to today. Maybe they are going out of business and just don't care about their customers anymore. Regardless, I will look elsewhere to do my shopping and they can keep their "VIP" card, as you would expect that to mean something...

    My aunt from Canada bought me a Victoria's secret body double mist, Slice of Heaven and this product tops as my favorite of all the body mists I've ever had. It's oil based without the oily feeling, unlike other oil based products you can never wear in a country with a tropical weather. Because it's oil based, the scent could last all throughout the day. I absolutely love the mild, soothing scent, although my 17-year old nephew told me I smell like donuts. LOL. And it nicely moisturizes my skin, and at times I even use it to tame my frizzy hair. I would great recommend this product to anyone who loves the sweet smell of vanilla. It's a perfume and moisturizer in one...

    I would like to know how to address VS on the topic of using anorexic models. I have shopped VS for many years but seeing some of these swimsuit models is very disheartening. VS should be ashamed of themselves for accepting this level of poor health and body image especially since their PINK line targets younger women. More companies are banning use of such models and this year I see the most unhealthy, alarmingly slim models. Please help save our girls.

    I went to Victoria's Secret and availed of their promo that time: 5 panties for $27 and bras 3 for $30 I think... I'm not certain. Anyway, I chose the cotton panties which I love rather than the silk or semi-silk ones. So, there's a variety of designs and cuts to choose from depending on what would suit your personality. I took my time in choosing the design and cut that I want and for my other relatives too as a present when I come back. And so I was feeling the material because, there were some items that I know would not last a long time. There were pure cotton ones and others were of different kind. Something that you know you'll not be comfortable in.

    I guess it pays to be trained in the Philippines wherein we know the type of cloth being used. We check for the quality and feel the product before buying anything. We even check the seams too if they were perfectly sewn. So in the end, we know if it's durable, comfortable or if it would only last a couple of months etc. But anyway, I finally found the items that I want and I was happy with what I got. When I got home, I had the helper hand-washed the ones I bought for myself so that it's ready for use. And when I finally had the chance to use each one of them including the bras, I was right about the comfort. It was so comfortable and the fit is just perfect. No wonder they're up as one of the leading shop for undergarments. They're truly made of high quality material (well, that is if you're very keen in choosing) and comfort fit for the needs of women of all ages and culture. I highly recommend their product.

    I went to Victoria's Secret and did their deal of 5 panties for $27. I went to the counter and swiped my card and it charged my account twice. When I called the store to get my money back, they said they couldn't do anything for me because it's not a "store level problem." They told me I had to call the bank to get it figured out. So basically I had to go out of my way to fix their mistake. They weren't helpful at all and didn't seem to care that they stole money from me. The manager even gave me attitude when I asked for my money back. Not shopping there again.

    I have never in my entire life been so disappointed in the way a store is being ran. My daughters and I use to frequent the Valley Hills Mall Victoria Secrets at least twice a week. The staff was amazing and the manager was as sweet candy, compassionate and caring. The associates were always happy, and it was a really nice experience. This stuck up ** NICOLE they have working for the company now is the worst. NEVER EVER EVER have I been so pissed as I was the other day when an associate was assisting my daughter and when she comes and grabs her by the arm, barking demands at her saying "REGISTER NOW", didn't even offer to help us find what we were looking for.

    I let it go due to the fact that I had my children with me. We went on to find what we have been looking for. After approximately 30 minutes of trying on things and smelling different perfumes I noticed that while the line had gotten back up into the dressing room, almost all she is doing is walking around spitting demands. When we finally got close to the end of the line, I heard the girl at the register ask over her head "See if she could get some help." The customer in front of me stated that the cashier had already called for help on four different occasions and no one even bother to come help her!!!

    When I asked for the number to the corporate headquarters, Nicole refused to give it to me!!! No wonder so many of my favorite Associates have left, they are working for Satan!!! I love those ladies there and my daughters love coming in there, they are so much fun but as long as she's there I'll drive an hour out of the way or order online before ever going back in that store!!!

    Victoria's Secret is horrible. I contacted them for two orders that were more than $100 each and I am a rewards member as well. I waited patiently two weeks for both online orders in which I didn't even get a email stating that they had put my purchases on hold. When I purchased it everything was approved. Why was and I contacted if it was placed on hold so we could reserve the matter? I called. Spoke to three people and they kept bouncing me to line the line so no complaints could get to their superior.

    Cindy the supervisor for customer service was unprofessional and did not care about what happened to me. Mike from the credit department told me he did not know why my things were placed on hold and then placed me on hold and bounced me to Rosemary where she was willing to help me. I canceled my rewards card. Paid it in full. I no longer wish to do business with you guys. I am a single mother with two children of disabilities. I shop because I want to not because I have to. Save your money and time people. Victoria's Secret is ghetto.

    I had been a long time shopper with Victoria's Secret until they stopped carrying their clothing line which was both of quality and style. Whoever made the decision to make this change really has ruined what use to be the best company to buy clothes from. Not only that, the way they treat people is garbage! They act so snotty and like they are better than everybody else.     I am a loyal shopper of Victoria's Secret products, from bras to panties to perfume to their lounge-wear and athletic clothes. I shop online and in-store, but probably shop online more often because it's convenient to shop from the comfort of my bed and have the items delivered to my house. Fortunately my nearest VS store is 10 minutes away. Unfortunately, the customer service is dog **. My most recent shopping experience at my local VS store left me in tears as soon as I got out to my car. Now, I drive nearly 2 hours away if I want to spend my gift cards/angel rewards or need to make returns. I go where my business is APPRECIATED. The sales associates (just at my local VS store) really don't like to take returns.

    I bought a "holiday related" bra but it didn't fit. I wanted to return it, still had the original receipt, but the sales girl made up a lie about how "I am not allowed to return holiday-related items after the holiday has ended." WHAT. THE. FUDGE. I didn't bother arguing with her because we were already holding up the line, which is embarrassing enough. By the time I got out to my car I realized she must have thrown the receipt away because it wasn't in my bag. Deliberate? Probably. They roll their eyes and look at me like I'm a criminal. Another time, I pointed out to the counter girl how the bras should ring up for less because there was a sign RIGHT IN FRONT of them stating the sale price.

    She just looked at me like I had ruined her day, and then disregarded my comment and continued to ring them up. Didn't even offer to go see the sign or apologize or nothing. Without her even thanking me for my business, I told her to check out the sign because it was misleading and might confuse other shoppers. Not only do the sales associates lack knowledge when it comes to their own in-store offers and promotions, they are RUDE and are unprofessional. Stay away from the Rochester, Minnesota Victoria's Secret store if you want to experience good quality customer service. The new manager Gigi is a real disappointment as well. There are much better VS stores with nicer, more pleasant and knowledgeable employees, and it's always worth the drive.

    I previously received a coupon through mail (probably because I purchased something online before) that said I can get a free underwear without any purchase. So, I went to the store, got my underwear, went to the cashier. After the cashier and I greeted, I gave that coupon to her, then her attitude turned 360 degrees. She didn't really throw the coupon aside, but kinda fling it like a rubbish. Then she did whatever she has to do (scan, wrap the underwear...).

    After that, she suddenly said "You are good to go" in a mean tone. I was kinda stuck and looked at her, then she repeated the same thing ("You are good to go") like I'm deaf, but actually I was just shocked because I've never been thanked to be a customer with "You are good to go." There was a lady beside me who has the same coupon, her cashier was nice and didn't say "You are good to go", and asked her did she want to subscribe for the email alert or something. My work is customer service too and I won't say that to my customers, that just made me felt like I'm a beggar begging for a underwear, and she (the cashier) didn't wanna give it to me but she didn't have a choice because that's her job.

    Purchased 14 undergarments and noticed less than 5 mins after payment that there was a shipping charge. Called CSR immediately to cancel order and was told unable to do so since the order is already in process. I can return items to store but no shipping charges will be refunded. Then attempted to pay bill and online banking payment was rejected saying account number incorrect. Online banking contacted CSR and the number was correct. Still incurred late fees. Quality of garment - very poor. The material is now very thin and rips easily leaving holes and or stitching comes loose.

I was able to take them into a local VS retail store in the mall for a full refund.     I went to the Victoria's Secret in Tukwila, WA and made a purchase the Saturday before Christmas. We knew it would be busy because of the holidays, but there were two lines with about four people in each. We both went to a different line to see which moved faster. Neither line moved for about 20 minutes. Finally, they bring up another cashier, and she goes to take people just getting in line, so everybody who's been waiting said NO and she started alternating between the lines. So, because I spent a certain amount of money I earned a VS $20 Reward Card. The cashier put it in my bag and said it was good January 21-February 21. I live about 45 minutes from two different stores, so the other night we went to the one in Auburn, WA.

    We first walked in and I asked the girl on the floor how to use the coupon and I showed it to her. She said it worked on anything in VS and Pink and to just give it to the cashier. She then was very helpful with showing me things on the floor. So my mom and I go to the register and give the girl my coupon. She asked if I had the card for it. I told her that what I had just handed to her was all that I was given. She said "it should have come with a gift card". I said I never received this. She said that other customers had that happen as well, and I should call customer care. So I do, get put on hold numerous times, have to repeat my story, etc.

    Now we have been in the store for a half hour. My mom and I are both getting annoyed, frustrated, irritated, and fed up. My mom asks for the manager, who turns out to be the girl who helped us in the beginning. Her name is Lauren and she is the assistant store manager. She heard what was happening the whole time and didn't come up until we asked for her. My mom said that she has been on hold for 25 minutes and now on the phone they are saying that they are closing. Lauren said that she could not honor the discount because it would look fraudulent on her side and she could lose her job.

    My mom told her she would leave a copy of her license, name, number, and she could talk to the woman on the phone. Lauren was extremely rude and unprofessional, rolls her eyes, takes off twenty dollars, and says "It's all good, we're over it. I'm over it". What kind of customer service is that?!?! I work retail customer service, and that is not how you handle anything! She did not say, "I can honor that", "I apologize for the inconvenience", Nothing! It was terrible. My mom had to threaten to walk out of the store and never come back, in order for us to receive our EARNED $20 discount. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    I spoke with a representative named Diane about not receiving my Angel Reward Card of $40. I was told it was sent out on 12/9/2015. Since it wasn't received as of yet, Diane offered to give me the reward code for the amount. I was advised to visit the store and provide the code that was given. I live over 1.15hrs away from the store. I was off and made the trip because I truly enjoy shopping at VS in Hampton, Virginia. I shopped and got to the register just to be informed that I was not able to use the reward code given. It was on a Friday, the store was extremely busy and I was holding up the line waiting for the manager Cindy to come and tell me the same thing without even attempting to try. I instantly call the number given by the manager Cindy. I gave my concern and had to be transferred just to repeat it all again.

    At this moment I was totally annoyed, embarrassed, frustrated, and very vexed at what I was experiencing around your customers. People in line were there agreeing how it takes too long and sometimes never for them in getting their reward from VS credit card. The representative Abrian over the phone stated that the manager should be aware of what to do with the code. I was very pleased at the moment after he requested to speak with her. He then explained the concern and Cindy the manager forcefully informed him that it was not a procedure whereby she would normally do and she handed me back the phone for him to explained. Abrian then stated that he didn't understand her problem in why she wouldn't do it and he apologized. I then wanted to speak with a supervisor. I spoke with Dixie the account manager for VS credit card. I felt a careless response throughout our conversation.

    After finally breaking down she then stated that she would credit the account of the $40. I felt more should have been offered for all the chaos I've been through after only doing what was told from the rep Diane. I never got my birthday gift card, none of my gift cards for the points and not even my new CC for being at another level. I don't want to make the decision of closing and paying off the account, but I'm so unpleased at how I'm being treated. Please allow me to feel like a valued customer again. I represent your brand everyday from undergarments to totes, umbrella, jewelry, makeup and fragrance. I want to feel good about being a VS card holder. Please fix this by finding a method to rush the rewards to your customer.

    If we have an issue resolved it without pulling our hairs first. Train your manager to do all they could to help the customer in having a good experience especially when they spend as much as I do. As a corporate sr.     I have been a long time shopper with Victoria's Secret. They stopped selling their quality clothing line and went to just yet another lounge line of clothing. The quality is no longer there. The sleeves are much shorter on all sweaters, hoodies, etc. The material is cheap and quite thin but yet the price is still high. Their fit line is heading in the same direction now. Whoever made the decision to make this change really has ruined what use to be the best company to buy clothes from. I bought some bras as well and they curl at the top of the cups. I hope one day you will go back to selling the quality of clothing you use. For now I have to shop elsewhere.

    While shopping at the Village Pointe store one employee slammed a large box of merchandise down on the counter because I was in her way, which startled me. I apologized and she refused to acknowledge me. None of the several other employees spoke during the 20 min I was in the store, and while the few other customers were acknowledged, I was not. I then called customer service. The first person was very nice and offered to transfer me to the dept that handled complaints and said they might be able to get a gift card too. However the next employee took my info and told we don't give customers anything extra for bad experiences. I told her what the other girl said and I was told "how much do you want?" And "what was her name so I can talk to her and we'll find out who it was."

    So all they are going to do is forward my complaint to the manager (who was probably one of the employees that ignored me). You know I was very excited to receive this gift card as a Christmas present but now I'm never going shop there ever. I wish my boyfriend could get his money back! I don't want to be made to feel like I'm trying to cheat anyone--a little extra gift card thanks but no thanks.

    Went to Milford, CT store to make a Christmas Purchase of PJ's for family. They do not carry short in store so after 1 hour in line they had to order online. The first 2 arrived and were not the right size so I returned them to the Trumbull, CT store. No problem except they did not check the sizes I returned to. I later had a problem with the second two I ordered. They claimed I could just put them in the mailbox in the envelope they sent. However after looking at the label I noticed I would have no receipt for them and they could get lost. To mail them back at the Post Office there is a $5.00 charge which no one online tells you. I proceed to go to the store because the second two had no slip in the package. The store could not find the order.

    One hour later I come home and call customer service. They give me the order number and could not send me a bag. I go back to the store with the order number and again am there for at least 30 minutes while the clerk tries to figure it out. Mind you, there are no gift receipts for online purchases. This is a problem for people you gift and need to return. Finally a wonderful woman took the time in Milford to figure it out and do the return from the store after the online told me the store would not take them back. I will never make another purchase at VS, let alone at Christmas time. They think they make it better by sending you a gift card but needless to say that does not make the aggravation and time lost better at the Holiday Season.

    I found the staff, especially the store manager, Jocelyn, extremely rude and unhelpful to the customers! The way she treated and talked to customers should be looked into by corporate offices! People are spending hundreds of dollars on merchandise and deserve to be helped without the disrespectful attitude. These ladies should attend training courses on proper customer service and learn some people skills. I will avoid this store at all costs! Customer service reps are great liars and make fun of people in the stores over their headsets! Customers do overhear the conversations no matter how quiet you think you are ladies!     A handicap lady who was unable to stand in a long line today. As me and a few other customer notes this and told the sale person is there any way that this lady can be check out since she was unable to stand in the long line. She made a story that all she can do is let her sit down to her place in line come up. I felt that more could have been done and was going to the people line will it be ok if she can go ahead and then the sale person said "don't do that," she will ring her up and she did.

    But after that the handicap lady purchasing her gift card walking away she fell in the store. Me and other customer went to help her and then the sale floor people came. And the lady didn't want their help knowing that the lady still need help.     I've been a customer of Victoria's Secret since I was like 13 and I must say, at 24, I am done with this company. The cashiers and rules of this store are so inconsistent. I remember finding coupons that had expired or getting ones that hadn't started yet and asking if I could use them (I wouldn't be mad if they said no) but they would always say "Of course! We always honor our coupons" I used to really think this was a company that did what was right by the customer but they've been so inconsistent with it lately.

    I had gotten a coupon a few days ago but they didn't start until the next day (never having a problem with it I decided to bring it in) so I get up to the cashier (I've had this girl many times at this location but I'll save that for later) and she looks at the coupon and says "This doesn't start until tomorrow" (I'm not blind, I can see the date) and I told her that I had never had an issue with it before and she said that they don't honor them anymore early or late. Just so inconsistent. There's always different rules depending on what employee you're talking to. So I decided to not buy my purchase and ended up just pitching the coupons because I wasn't planning on driving back out or going to a Victoria's Secret store again.

    But this cashier, I've had her so many times. Don't know her name but she has dark hair and dark skin almost like of Indian descent. She literally doesn't even look at you while she's cashing you out. She doesn't ask if you found everything ok or if there was anyone helping you. She just tells you the total and then looks annoyed when she looks up to see you have coupons (maybe you would have known had you looked in my general direction or.. yanno.. asked). I'm not kidding you. There was a few occasions where she just gossiped and talked poorly about her coworkers to the girl working next to her the whole time she was cashing me out. Just in general rude and unprofessional.

    They need to get more consistent employees and more consistent with their policies. I'm sure I could have asked to talk to a manager but I don't think it's right to throw a fit to get what you want. I'm not that type of person. But it's unfair to the people who don't cause a problem to get the short end of the stick while other people who scream, whine and complain to get their way get the good end of the stick.

    Did some online shopping from VS USA and a month have passed, still I didn't receive any package. I kept on calling their customer service as well as emailing them to follow up and still nothing happened. I ordered my items last October 25, 2015 and was expected to arrive on November 24, 2015. I spoke to them on November 25 and they instructed me that wait until November 30, if the items will arrive or not. If not, then I have to inform them. Either I take my refund or they will resend new items. The agent I spoke to said that since it's already delayed, they will refund the shipping charge they made. Luckily, I checked my VS online account today (Nov 29) and I found out that they already cancelled my order and refunded some of the amount I paid (except the shipping charge).

    So, I called again their customer service asking who cancelled it and they can't answer my question and why nobody informed me that they already cancelled my order. The agent was as clueless as me. It just really sucks how their online shopping works. I am going for a vacation this weekend (A trip to Zanzibar! yay! and they just ruined it). Now, I have to cram, shopping for bikinis. Hopefully, they would change their courier service, one that the customer can track.

    I bought a few things online Friday. Not the first time, card is always on file when I log in. Clicked submit, order sent. Then I realize it didn't take the discount from whatever nonsense they sent me in the mail. I click live chat. The guy says he will fix it, then says "ok your order has been adjusted." I asked what the total was now. He said $106.50. Well that was bright, I had already selected one of the online discounts so the price remained the same.

    Monday night I get a text message from my bank asking if some charges were correct. What they showed me was 2 charges of $200 even though the lady at my bank clarified it was only 1 charge. So now I look and the $106.50 was already taken last Friday. My bank rep said someone physically walked into a store in California and tried to use my card. How is that possible, I live in Massachusetts??? The charge was denied in the first place but I think someone at VS is a thief. No other charges were attempted anywhere else. I went to live chat with a VS agent today. She can't tell me whether or not it was an internal charge and I should talk to my bank. I did lady! One of your employees is a thief and maybe you should look into it.

    Last week while wearing one of my VS sexy push-ups I noticed a large oil stain on my shirt. I quickly removed the shirt to investigate only to realize that the bra had leaked?! One of the interior pads filled with some sort of oil ruptured. I figured it was normal wear and tear since the bra was over 2 yrs old so I just went and used my other VS sexy push-up and changed my shirt before heading out again.     Why do they send coupons for free panties when they are disgusted to help you find them at the store. Not just one or two times but EVERY TIME I go to use my coupon. Never mind I always pick up a couple other things while I'm there. A goal of that coupon I suspect.

    Sports bra zippers break easily. 3 of my four bras broke. I wrote customer service. They were nice and said take them back to the store for an exchange. I did that. They too were nice. Then kindly gave me a printed notification I had been returning too many items and if I returned anymore, they would put a hold on my returns for 60 days? Huh? I hadn't returned anything but the bras they told me to return. Nobody could tell me if the warning applied to catalog purchases which I had planned on making for the upcoming holiday. Why would I purchase anything knowing they might reject a return?? At the same time, I commented on how some free panties I received ripped. Literally, my finger went through the lace when I pulled them up. I was just joking that it's a good thing they were free and they said "Oh no even if they are free, bring them back if they ripped." Ummm...

    They got me to sign up for their credit card! Let me explain. I've purchased $1000 + worth of merchandise from them over the past year because my daughter started wearing their bras and I got a breast augmentation so I got the credit card for extra perks. Two times I've scheduled a future payment and two times the payment was never made. Two times I received a $25 late fee and a smack to my credit rating I'm sure. At this point, I've canceled the card and refuse to purchase anything from them. Will try Soma and Nordstrom. Nordstrom is THE best for service and quality.

    I have been purchasing Victoria's Secret lingerie for 20 years. Like Sam said the quality is HORRIBLE for the price. The panties fall apart after a few washings. The elastic on the bras stretches quickly (as in less than a year). I have at least 6 bras that I alternate, I wash in cold water on delicate and they still fall apart. 6 months ago I purchased 3 sports bras. They were the front zip styles, different styles. 1st of all they were made for midgets. I'm shorter than their models. I'm only 5' 9" & their bras at the loosest setting (shoulder straps) were either too short or barely fit. After about 6 months the zipper broke on all of the bras. Price too high. Quality = crap.

    For 15 years I have put up with being treated horribly by the store... now the entire company is treating me terribly. The special handling department sent me free gifts with purchase and then canceled the items I was going to try and so they got their panties in a bunch over the bags so I sent them back well two years later they are still punishing me for what they did and forcing me to call to "verify" my account every order I place and every time I do they tell me I stole bags which I didn't.

    The special handling department is very aggressive and will not change their minds once they decide something I spend 200 to 400 a month there and have consistently for many years with a few years I boycotted because they are such a bad company especially the store where I live who abuses me every time I enter the store. They are not going to have any customers left at this rate. I complied with their ridiculous demands of in stock merchandise being ordered and they decided every order had to be approved by this nasty group of people who run this awful department who are the meanest people ever. I do not want to call to verify my orders and they just stole 25 in rewards I earned buying stuff.

    The people who work here insult me constantly. High rate of return? How about having pictures and descriptions that are accurate and merchandise that doesn't fall apart, fade etc. After a couple wears? They lie in their descriptions like calling something a tunic that is a sweatshirt length and then punish you for sending stuff back!

    I had to take in the shoulders on 8 "tunics" that were not tunic length so it is very hard to know what you are even going to get the sizes are so inconsistent too and the proportions are at times ridiculous and no one could wear some of this stuff. The special handling department is absolutely out of control and they are liars. They need to fire them and quit lying about me and abusing me. I have been a great customer despite how terribly I have been treated by these awful people. Back to boycotting! I will make my own sweaters and tunics and fleece.

    VS is now considered a cheap lingerie brand that over priced their product. They are now catering to teenagers only. The quality had dropped immensely, and the customer service is even worse.     My daughter saw a pair of "skinny joggers" in a catalog named SPORTS. The item was shown on a woman sitting down with a basketball. There was a 25% off any sports item coupon we tried to use. We went to the store just the coupon and they didn't have the item in the store and looked it up and said we couldn't use the coupon because it was a "leisure" item. We left unhappy. Next trip we brought the catalog and showed them but they looked up the item code and couldn't order it from the store.     I reviewed the return policy and went to the store with one pair of gray leggings - I had purchased a black pair and the gray pair. I tried on the black pair - it fit fine so I assumed the gray would also so I took off all the tags. Well the gray pair did not fit a week later, too late - receipt gone and tags. No big deal so I thought! I've worked in retail myself and figured since I wasn't asking for my money back, it would not be an issue.     I had a order and received in a decent amount of time. I then received an email it was on backorder and would be mailed when they received their product in.     I placed my order from out of the states using my credit card. Then I got an email from that they need to verify who placed the order. I gave them all the information (card number, social security, email, phone number) but the catch was that I was out of the country. It was a gift for my wife. Basically, they said "we cannot complete this transaction because the amount is large and the telephone number in the account is not where you are at," which is out of the country. The number I placed in the account was my wife's number. They said "if we call that number and you do not answer then we will cancel the order."     Today I went shopping for clothes and while I was passing a mirror I noticed what looked like huge oil stains on my shirt under my chest. At first I didn't know what it was, so I quickly ran to the dressing room. The push-up bra I had purchased from Victoria's Secret was apparently leaking oil all over me, and my shirt. It was so embarrassing! I had to leave the dressing room covered in oil and purchase a new bra and shirt in the store I was in. I have no idea how long I had looked like this. Being at the mall, I was able to walk into Victoria's Secret and explain my situation to their employees asking if there was anything they could do, like exchange it or issue a refund. They ask if I had the receipt and I said no, I wasn't planning on my bra exploding. They told me they couldn't do anything without a receipt and it was probably just normal wear and tear.

    I am extremely upset with Victoria's Secret. Not only have I been a loyal customer for more than 10 years but I used to work for them and this is how they handle the situation?? No apology, nothing. Just rude employees who looked at me like I was crazy while I explained and showed them how one of their $50 bras leaked oil all over me in public and ruined an expensive shirt.     A group of friends and I went to the Victoria's Secret store in Cortana mall. When we arrived at the store no one greeted us and as we were looking around we noticed security guard coming into the store and watching us. As if we were suspicious looking. I went to the store to pick up some underwear for my daughter. No one was very helpful at all and once I had chosen the things that I wanted to purchase. I asked for help in the bra section the pregnant young lady pulled the drawer open with her feet and walked away.

    Being angry I decided not to purchase any that day. I proceeded to check out with my mother's angel card and was told I needed to be added as an authorized user so I took the necessary steps to do so. Once completed I went to check out again and my card was declined. After several attempts the young lady went on her break and another lady stepped in to help me. So I was able to make my purchase. It was only when I got home I realize that she has charged me twice for the same product. So I have to drive all the way back to the store for her to correct it.     I have always bought leggings and yoga pants from Victoria's Secret. I even have a few shirts. The thing is it's just too expensive. I have a 32AA bra size and decided to check some out. I picked out 4 bras and it turns out to $105, so I was thinking how's that even possible?? I deleted them and then decided on two on sale, 2 for 45, but that was without shipping added. I feel like smaller bras (especially the smallest size they come in!) should be less expensive than the way larger ones. How much could a tiny one possibly cost to make??

    I love all of Victoria's Secrets bras. Honestly I would buy sooo many if I had the money to do that, or if my parents were rich. I'm still in school. I guess Victoria's Secret is just for people that have a lot of money or are older. :( I feel like VS could have so much more business if it was cheaper. I know it seems like whoa, no we'll just get less money that way but really, over time people will buy more and more. You always need more bras and underwear.

    When I was there an employee tried to tell me I was a 30 a without measuring me. It's nothing much but I'm actually a 36. I stopped wearing 30s a while ago. Anyways I tried it on and it was too small. She said they're going to stretch but really? I don't think the cups will stretch. Anyways it's nothing too much just I'm pretty sure I know what fits.

    I went into VS in the Holyoke Mall in Holyoke MA and was looking for some under gear, I witnessed the manager of the store completely treat her staff horribly, being rude and demanding and definitely not a team player or should also not be managing a store. Very unprofessional in front of customers and berating the sales associates and not fostering a harmonious environment. It was awful, I put my purchase back and will never go to that store again. If I worked there I would have walked out with all the bullying going on.

    My daughter shops with VS. She has got married and moved away. She has changed her address with them but the stupid magazines are still being sent to my house. I do not shop at VS and dang sure do not want their magazines. I called them myself and was told some dumb story about it would take 2 months. That was 4 months ago. My daughter is about to cancel her account with them because of this. STOP sending magazines to those who don't want them.

    I have been wearing VS bras and liked them until now! What a disaster these bras have caused me. Last week 2 shirts had been stained. I didn't know why. Yesterday I was told, "What did you spill on yourself?" Nothing. I look down -- huge spot -- my bra leaked. I was oily, my skirt was stained. Disaster! I want VS to pay for the mess they made. And warn customers of the oil inside their bras.

    I bought 2 bras at the Santa Clara Westfield shopping center store yesterday and when I reached home, I noticed that one of the bras has been stretched out and hence was a bit loose. The other one had a metal tag that came off on one side. Note that the sales associates at the Westfield shopping center branch were very friendly and helpful, so no complaints there.

    I went to the Stanford shopping center store today to hopefully make an exchange, but they didn't have any of the bras in stock at the store. So I went to the cashier to return the items and placed an order through them online. As I was doing my exchange, I told the sales associate I wanted a t-back bra. She showed me one t-back bra but placed my order for another similar t-back bra (and didn't double check if that was what I wanted), so we went back and forth to get my stuff ordered correctly. When we were finally done, she said I had to pay an extra of $13++ which was clearly wrong since the items I ordered through them were less than what I returned. It took a rather long time (at least 20-25 min) which was still fine, although her attitude wasn't the most friendly.

    I was still in that vicinity when I went online to check if my order was correct and I saw that I was charged $32.95 for the t-back, push-up bra in black when it was only $30.95 online. So I went back to the store wanting to get the price adjusted for what I was charged more for. When I checked with them, the sales associate (another one) told me that there were a lot of t-back bra designs and the one I ordered was $32.95. I had checked multiple times before going back to the store so I was 100% sure it was the same bra (color, serial number, and everything).

    The sales associate didn't believe me and I had to insist many times before she checked with her manager. She also said "It's ONLY $2 difference" and I can go back to the store again when my bras arrive through the mail to get my money back. She also told me that the system that they use in the store (to help customers place online orders) is different from the online ordering system that customer use. Was that seriously the case? If so, I think Victoria's Secrets being such a big company, should upgrade their system! Seriously, I think it was because she didn't click in to check that the bra in black was $30.95 versus the same design (in another color) for $32.95.

    I know it's only $2 off but it's not the amount that matters. I was just not going to pay extra for something that they charged me wrongly for. Moreover, her comment about "it's only $2" made me seem like a greedy customer wanting to get my money back! When I asked if they could cancel my order (because I didn't want to go back to the store to get my $2 back when I could simply place an order online myself), the person told me she couldn't cancel my order.

    After I left the store, I called the customer service hotline to try to cancel my order again, but was told that I couldn't because it has been processed. I told the lady about my situation above and she said she could give me back $2 in the form of a gift card because I used a merchandise card. Wait... I didn't use a merchandise card, so why can't I get the adjustment back in my original form of payment (credit card)??? This seriously doesn't make any sense and had definitely ruined my image of Victoria's Secrets as a company.

    I have spent over $400.00 with VS in last week by placing order by phone, only to find out that many items were "discontinued." I specifically asked when I placed the order if item was available and was told "yes." I was matching swimsuit tops with bottoms. Of course, when I received my e-mail invoice for the order (within 1hr), I called back to cancel the items that no longer made a matching set, I was told by the "on-line manager" that the order couldn't be cancelled and they didn't have the "manpower" to look up all the items up to see if they were available. Will not be ordering from VS!

    Who is doing the hiring and firing at this store?? NEW MANAGEMENT IS A MUST! Store - 51644 in Culver City, CA. Cashier # **. Me (to male cashier) "Do you have boxes? These are gifts." Cashier: "I don't know." Woman w/ headset to male cashier: "Well, see if you have them and if not I'll go get them." Few minutes elapse... FINALLY, I ask... "Boxes?"     Well, here's what happens next and the reason he's allowed to treat customers this way, evidently: Me: to ANGEL a "MANAGER": "That's probably the rudest customer service I've experienced." ANGEL (in the MOST obvious condescending tone): "Oh My God, really??!!! I'm sooo sorry. What happeneddd??" (All the while her face is exaggeratedly concerned - much like you would for a child who just fell.) "Awww!!!" Me: "Okay well.." and I turn to leave because this was a real smack in my face. SHE GRABBED MY ARM and said, "Well, don't roll your eyes at ME and walk away. I'm trying to make it better." Me: What more am I supposed to say to this reaction...?     I wanted to have a price adjustment on my purchase. Since all of the clothing I had gotten less than 25 days prior went on sale with an additional 40% off. I was 10 days off from the store policy (14 days) for price adjustments. I noticed on the back of my sales slip "store policy" there is nothing that I can see that states that I am not allowed to return and repurchase my merchandise, place it on hold for 24 hours to repurchase, or even allow my family/friend to re purchased items. Although according to the store/and customer service-corporate supervisors I wasn't allowed to do so. ANYWAYS....

    I called customer service (1-855-866-5810) and asked to be connect with a supervisor ** who claimed to be in charge of the entire customer service department and corporate office. (She refused to tell me her last name/badge ID.) She didn't have any real answers for me. She couldn't even answer my question as to why it wasn't on the store policy info on the back of my sales slip. She was not only disrespectful but she talked down to me like I was beneath her.

    I have been a card holder with VS for almost 5 years now. I will be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere! I, nor do any other buying customers that keep that business afloat deserve to be treated in this manner and devalued by a non knowledgeable supervisor/manager who apparently runs the entire customer service dept and corporate unit! That ** is one busy lady... We vote with our money- Sad to say, but, what happen to "the customer is always right"? It's more like the customer is always WRONG. I guess when you're a multi billion dollar company then you don't care about who helped build your empire anymore!

    So my friends and I were planning a trip to the beach July 2nd and I needed a bathing suit since I outgrew all my others. I ordered a bathing suit, top and bottom, and it said estimated delivery date was July 9. The problem with that is I needed it before July 2. I ordered this on June 26 and paid around 10$ to get 3rd day shipping. I PAID EXTRA MONEY TO GET IT HERE BEFORE WE LEFT FOR THE BEACH. But yet it still is supposed to come in July 2. From June 26 to July 2 is 6 days. Double the days I paid for. I did not pay for 6 day shipping. Don't get me wrong - I love love love Victoria's Secret as much as the next person, but I am really mad that I paid extra for shipping that isn't correct.

    Victoria's Secret had beautiful clothes and makeup. Now, instead of taking a smarter approach in profit by selling the items by season, they just discontinued it completely.     Victoria's Secret, you have really hurt my feelings. I am a long and loyal customer of yours. I buy from your stores almost weekly. I have posted my love for you on Facebook and wear your yogas proudly. Today, you hurt my feelings and embarrassed me. At the end of February, I had a child. As you may know after having a baby, your body does not treat you kindly and as a result, you may have to buy items and then exchange them because you don't know what size or how things may or not work. Your breasts are tender and some bras may not be as comfortable as others, or you may find one bra fits better in a different size than another. Also, with an infant, you can't try on clothes at the store because they are unpredictable. As opposed to driving other customers out of your stores from the ear piercing cries, I buy your items wholeheartedly hoping they will work and then return or exchange them as I determine what fits or does not.

    Today, I went to your Alderwood Lynnwood Victoria's Secret store to return a very cute bra and matching thong. I had the same bra in 2 other colors but when I got home, decided the color didn't look good on me and decided to return it. I was told, that I had returned too many items. I was surprised to hear this because I had the receipt and the item was purchased a couple days prior. I was told that I was warned that I could not do any more returns. The manager was called over and said that she would lose her job if she returned my bra and panty and she would not help me. I said "What? How can this be?"

    I've asked if there was a problem returning merchandise before and was told that as long as I have a receipt there wasn't one.. She suggested her staff member call the number on the receipt, said she would be fired if she did my return and walked away. By that time I was nearly in tears. My infant was beginning to fuss and I was so hurt. How could I be in trouble for returning an item and not warned before I purchase it? She said I was warned already about a return limit, but I was not. Or if so, I would not made this purchase without trying it on or deciding if it was going to be a final sale purchase. In other stores with that policy, they stamp, disclose and circle the disclosure.

    Victoria's Secret I have a lingerie chest, dresser, and closet full of your brand. My shopping is so frequent; I just got a $90 angel reward in the mail. I am sick to my stomach about my experience and better yet, I was wearing my Love Pink tank while I was doing the return. Why would you betray a long time customer who has to try things on outside of a store due to a baby? I even buy things online because I can't get out of the house at times due to my little one. Sometimes items work, sometimes they don't.

    Purchased a sports bra from Victoria's Secret a few weeks ago and the zipper head came off that closes the front of bra. Took it in to store for exchange and they wanted a bill. I said I didn't keep my bill. I am not sure why she wanted my bill because that is the only place that carries that bra. She wanted to how much I paid and I said "Well who cares how much I paid." I don't want a refund - just a replacement bra as it is their latest style. No she couldn't do it without a bill as well it is underwear she says. I asked for head office info and she said to make sure I tell them I am a Canadian customer "because they will tell you to just take it back to the store as Americans can just take it to the store for an exchange." The bra is make in Indian mass production and cheap. The zipper head came through the zipper. I was appalled that they did not stand by their product.

    This is the second sports bra I have purchased from Victoria's Secret. The first one did not last even 8 months before the wires snapped in half. This latest sports bra was their new zip front (item 329898). It's beautiful, and I love how it fits, but the zipper is of poor quality and keeps coming apart every time I put it on. Mind you I'm very large breasted and I have a difficult time finding ones in my size. I was thrilled when Victoria Secret started carrying my size. But regardless of size, the quality should be equal to the cost of purchasing the Victoria's Secret brand. The panties I purchases unraveled around the edges upon their first washing, so I never even got to wear them (HE machine).

    So I tried to contact them via phone, on hold forever, finally hung up. Tried live chat on their website, but due to high call volume it was unavailable. I still have yet to speak to a live human. There just doesn't seem to be any level of quality or customers service from Victoria's Secret (apparently this company is all show, and all you're purchasing is the name).

    I do not like it when businesses mail numerous paper catalogs, fliers and other mailings, and then they make it difficult to cancel these mailings. Add insult to injury when a business addresses us using someone's name, in addition to using, "or current resident" (Example: "Joe Schmoe or Current Resident"). If Joe doesn't want our mailings, well, you'll simply take over receiving them for Joe. How disgusting! What a rude and thoughtless business!

    I do not wish to be on the receiving end of these mailings, but if you do send mailings, at least offer an OPT OUT that is not only EASY, but FAST and fully efficient; and please STOP asking us for personal info just to get off your mailing list. My gosh, you want our name, an account number, a phone number and an email address when all you need is us telling you our physical mailing address and to stop mailing us. Stop asking us to receive fewer catalogs while trying to dissuade us from removing our address from your mailings, which is just plain rude of you.

    When I tried to call I had to make numerous calls just to be removed from the Victoria's Secret mailing list because the automated system doesn't flow well and makes it difficult, and their phone representatives are trained to badger you into receiving fewer mailings. They have all this mumble jumble talk too, as if we all just know what they mean, like speaking about an "angel account". Whaat? Sheesh!

    I do not want any mailings from you. After five phone calls I managed to get acknowledged about cancelling, then was informed that I would still receive three more months of catalogs and mailings. What a waste of paper and my time. How dare you send out so many mailings. I put a stop to paper bills a decade ago, and got off mailing lists and catalogs; and here is Victoria's Secret, in 2015, so callously being this wasteful. I'm also angry their customer is so rude, unfriendly, and intent on insisting they'll keep you in their mailings!! I'm angry they don't make it easy to get off their mailing list.

    I was inquiring about size of a panty for my GF (as there are many versions of it - small 4 fits waist 26 and small 6 fits waist 27) and shopping bag does not allow to determine these versions, it simply has small. Am okay with that. So decided to chat on live customer care. Right from the beginning, VC agent was showing the attitude and yet I was polite and asked the same above question. He replied, "Small is a small, that would depend on her size. I can't tell you to choose one when I don't know her size." It takes no brain that what intention he had while replying this, eventually I could not buy anything later. He ended the chat session while I was typing (I can assure that I was giving prompt and timely replies and have extremely good connection).

    I'm actually very angry about this. I had a gift card with $50 on it. I recall going into Victoria's Secret which on this day I decided to pick something out for myself. It was my turn to pay. They just so happen to be "offline" that day & told me "oh no debit cards or credit cards accepted right now." I informed the associate I have a Victoria's Secret gift card. She said "oh it should be ok." Swipes my card numerous times then makes a phone call. She then tells me it didn't work.... Ok she informed me that I should call customer service. I called & continue to call & have spoken with 6 or 7 customer service reps & they all lie to me because it's impossible that I'm getting 7 different stories.

    Somebody placed an order & that's a complete lie because the pin on back was not scratched off & you would need it scratched off to place an order online. I do believe the in store Victoria's Secret associate used my $50 gift card & used the situation to her advantage & customer service no help at all. There's nothing more frustrating than someone who's meant to help you only creating more stress & anxiety for you, it's not the money it's the principle. A well known huge company who used to be well respected in my book. Employees unhelpful & lying thieves. I'm disgusted but mostly furious.

    Ordered a $100 gift card for my wife. My credit card was charged (comes across my phone on Apple Pay) almost immediately. Then I get a call wanting to verify my credit card information? Why? They had already charged the card. What's the point of having an online store if you have to call to complete the order? Then after verifying on the phone I get an email asking me to call again! A few minutes later I get a call from my mother. The mother of a 46 year old who lives in a completely different state. She had received a call from Victoria Secret wanting to verify my credit card information!!!!!!!!!

    These creeps had tracked down my mother's phone number, it was not something I gave them. When I called to complain, they said, "it's public information." This is the most ridiculous invasion of privacy I have ever encountered from a retail company. I've asked them to remove ALL of my credit card and personal information but at this point I don't for a second believe these cyberstalkers have removed anything. Do not buy from these people if you at all value your privacy!

    The associates at my local VS in Huntersville, NC are always helpful in showing me what I'm looking for. Some of these previous reviews I believe are legitimate complaints. But some are just people who think that they are the only ones in the store that matter. I work in retail management so let me clarify how my particular company wants their employees to operate. The manager on duty must keep moving through out the store helping customers and to direct the sales associates. The manager is only to help at the register if there is more than 4 people waiting in each line. So if you are in line with only one cashier (yes some associates do call off work and no one else will come in leaving us very short staffed we do what we can) the person on the floor may not come help at the register because that is company policy.

    So even though it may seem that the manager is "just standing around doing nothing" they are actually doing their job. We of course want to make our customers happy but there are others in the store needing our help. And if you should need our help please ask us. Don't just stand there and look at us and assume we know what you want. Now, If you are a person who believes we should cater just to you please do us a favor and shop online. Retail does not pay enough to deal with impatient and inconsiderate people. To all of the patient and polite customers we will go above and beyond for you any day of the week. ;) To all the rude and impatient customers I hope I don't see you at your job because you know they say about karma...

    Three and a half years ago, I shopped at Victoria's Secret and they offered to let me register for a card to get $10 off my purchase, so I did. They still charged my personal debit card, but six months later started receiving calls saying that I owed $150 in interest on the card. Not only did I never get the credit card in the mail, I never charged anything to it or activated it. After a long struggle, I managed to find my account information and paid off the balance (that was two and a half years ago). Today, I received a call from a collection agency saying I owe them $265 on a card I've never even seen.

    This has happened twice now. I have ordered online and the packages get lost. They have a "shipping partner" that supposedly picks up the package and takes it to the post office. The package has been lost again. A $200 package just gone! I call VS customer service and the girl is all like... "now that your waiting period is up you actually have to wait three additional days before we can claim the package as lost." I explain that two of the items have sold out and she said, "Well we will refund your money then". I say that I used a gift card and she says, "we will give to you on your discover card."

    I explain that I only put shipping charge on my Discover and that I would rather reorder items. She said, "You can't. It must go on the discover card." Seriously?! I am going on Vacation. I need my swim suit and covers that I ordered. She advises me, "to go to the store." I explained I had been at the store and the stores didn't have the XS I needed in my bikini top. She said, "You can find a different top." I DON'T WANT A DIFFERENT TOP!!! Needless to say nothing was done and I will have to wait an additional three days on tops of the weeks that I have waited to declare my package lost and go and figure out what happens to 200 worth of gift card. Will they put it all back on my Discover or just a little?

    I am DISGUSTED by the Victoria's Secret in Willowbrook mall NJ !! I go to a fitting room first of all - nobody is there. I have to go and find someone to open in and when I do the fitting room is terribly dirty. There is a small cloth seat to sit on and there is an open used panty liner just sitting there I take a hanger to move it off the seat and a bodily liquid comes off the liner all over the seat. I exit the fitting room and let an associate know this fitting room is dirty and there is a used liner. SHE ROLLS HER EYES at me!!I guess they don't believe in hygiene there because after I left the fitting room I noticed SHE LET SOMEONE ELSE IN THE SAME FITTING ROOM THAT WAS NOT CLEANED!!! Disgusting!!!

    I ordered a bikini top and bottom. The only reason why I placed the order was because VS website said that the expected delivery date was 5/20/2015. On 5/2/2015, I received an email stating that the bikini bottom AND the top was BOTH shipped and it should be arriving by 5/20/2015. Today 5/13/2015, I received another email that my bikini top was NOT sent.

    When I contacted the Live Chat Customer Service and spoke to **. She informed me that I would be getting my top on 5/22/2015. I'm not going to be in the country after 5/20/2015. If I knew it was not shipped and could NOT be delivered by 5/20/2015, I would've cancelled the order. Instead of trying to help me, ** from Live Chat "Customer Service" didn't even explain what happened with my order and just told me to "call customer service IF YOU WISH". I do not appreciate this kind of customer service at all especially if VS is at fault. I was expecting an apology or a compensation. Please re-educate your employees.

    I did not request emails from Victoria's Secret. When I first received emails from them, I thought it looked potentially of interest. Then when I received 2 to 3 a day, in the interests of reducing the sheer volume of email in general I was receiving I decided to unsubscribe. I realise now mistakenly, I confirmed my email address, stupidly trusting that my request would be met.

    I unsubscribed several times with no success. Eventually detective work led me to an official sounding route to register a complaint. After a few days I received an official sounding email apologising and confirming my email would be removed from the list, but it may take several days. Months later I am still receiving them although I quickly worked out how to route them to my 'Junk Mail'.

    As a potential customer on principle now, I would NEVER buy anything from Victoria's Secret, even if I saw something that appealed. As a professional marketeer I consider this doing huge damage to the value of the Brand, along with the shoddiness reported by some here. As a member of the public this is sheer abuse. In a bigger context it's this kind of behaviour that clogs up the internet - the virtual equivalent of dumping all our garbage in the rivers. Is there any real recourse?

    I bought a swimsuit online in February, and have YET to receive it. I got an email yesterday saying the shipping date was postponed for another week, and it is now MAY. Are you KIDDING ME? I will never do business with them again. Why on earth does it take MONTHS? I can probably go to a store and find the exact same suit. The point of buying in February was to have it in time for spring and summer!

    I need to express to many of you that I have been a VS VIP Angel cardholder for over two years. I not only order online, but shop in stores as well. I make a lot of returns to the store for items that I have purchased online and are not satisfied with. I must say that if you want a better customer service experience overall, you need to call into the Customer Service number to report any issues you have had. They are always so super nice and try everything they can to rectify the situation. Also, I have noticed that the PINK stores have way more helpful and friendly sales people as well as managers. If you are having issues at the VS stores, ask for a manager and express your concerns. They are usually very receptive and kind. If that doesn't help, like I said, call the customer service number and make sure that you provide them with exact names and such.

    I have been a customer for years and have spent tons of money with Victoria Secrets. When shopping in LA I purchased bras for my daughter. When I got home after driving 2 hours we realized that a bra was missing out of my $300 purchase. I called the store. They said nothing was left but agreed to review the video camera and would call me back. It's been a month and no return call. I emailed customer service. They said it was my responsibility to ensure all items are in the bag upon leaving. It's a $15 bra!!!! Ship it or remove the charge on my Angel card!!! Really customer service means nothing. I never complain but I think I'm done with them now. Ridiculous!!! They will go out of business one day and wonder why...

    My fist payment was due and I was out of town. Try to make the payment over the phone. But due to their system after a couple of log in tries, it lock in out of the account and said I had to try later. Later that day in the evening I made the payment. Victoria Secret Angel card says that after a certain time they take the payment the next day, which I don't understand as long as you make the payment same day. Well made the payment and even got a confirmation of payment received that day. Victoria Secret Angel credit card still decided to give me a late fee, and after I call the rep they did not help or assisted in any matter. I have been huge fan and always paid on time never late on. But they decided to lose a customer over a late fee. Good luck with them. Be careful because they will try to steal your money.

    The panties logo is peaking right in the middle. If I'm going to spend $10 on 1 pair of panties, they should feel like heaven on my bottom. And they should NOT peel! It made me mad. I followed wash instructions too. STUPID!!! I hate that I have to write a review on a pair of panties that I spend more on than I would spend on food. It says a lot!

    My daughter and I went in Victoria's Secret in the Arnot Mall in Horseheads, NY in search of another great fitting quality bra. I've ordered online previously and received great, long lasting bras. We were there for 10 minutes looking for great bras and not one approached us. Many of the bras do not show a price, and also the option to order online and style through the store for any color or option is displayed but no assistance. This is a great value to me as a customer. I was very disappointed that for a $30-$50 bra we were not offered help. I looked at my daughter, 15 and stated shopping rule number one, if you are purchasing one single under garment over $30, and the store do not offer assistance within a reasonable time, walk out and never return. She was disappointed, but there goes a possible $100 sale or more for your company! And yes, we go home without a bra and who knows what else.

    Saturday 4/11. I was at Victoria's Secret in Bismarck, North Dakota. There were 2 pr of pants I really liked. They told me they could order them for me & they would be shipped to my house. The girl at checkout told me the computer was down & she couldn't order them. I said "Can you write down the product # so I can order them from home." She gave me the # you use to scan for the price. I called the store, was put on hold and nobody ever came back to the phone. I think my days as a customer are over.

    I recently went into my local Victoria's Secret store here in Maryland and have to admit, it was a horrible experience. I walked into the store looking for something specific and was unable to find it. There was a sales clerk standing off to the side of the front of the store, welcoming customers as they entered (she did not welcome me). As I stand there waiting for her to acknowledge the fact that I was standing there looking at her for help. She continued to ignore me and talk to everyone who was walking in the store. I must say, this was completely unprofessional. I understand that I may not look like everyone else that walks into your store, as I have tattoos and hot pink highlights in my hair, but my money spends the same as everyone else's.

    Finally a nice gentleman walked over and asked if I needed help. I advised him what I was looking for and he was not aware of what I was speaking about so he asked said "female associate" who then was completely rude in answering. From that moment, I decided that I was not going to purchase the multiple items that I had intended on purchasing. I put them back and walked out of the store. After this experience, I don't think that I will be returning to your stores until there are more appropriate sales associates that are willing to assist anyone who walks into their store. Sincerely, a very irritated customer.

    I wanted to write this review to let others know how very dissatisfied I am with Victoria's Secret shipping and customer service. I had the wrong order sent to me not once, but twice. I had to drive to the Victoria's Secret store on 2 separate occasions to re-order the correct underwear. I initially ordered the 5 for $26 and 2 of the pairs were incorrect. I took those back to the store to re-order the correct ones and when I got the 2 replacements in the mail, one of them was wrong. I even chose the one I wanted with the sales associate at the store. Such an inconvenient experience and I'm very disappointed. I won't be ordering anything online again.

    I bought VS Fantasies at Short Hills Mall (store #5009 & transaction # **) today (4/12/15) & asked the cashier (with cashier # **) if the mist is for 7/$35 like what's in the Victoria Secret website. She said NO & that it's for 5/$30. I further asked why they don't price match with their website & she rudely said, "I don't know! I don't work for that Company!" The odd thing is that I just bought the same thing last night for 7/$35 from cashier #** (transaction #**) who is waaayyyy more pleasant than the cashier I dealt with today. Customers will surely appreciate a better customer service from cashier # ** & consistency with prices in store & online.

    I've been a Victoria's Secret fan for years and their bras are not even available in Malaysia. I bought them all the way from the States! Today I felt betrayed as I found out that their push-up bra has oil/gel packets hidden in the layers of padding and it leaked all over my outfit. This is not the first time it has happened to me and I thought I must have had something spill over without realising. Can you imagine my embarrassment at that moment looking like I was lactating or sweating from my **. I'm definitely staying away from VS bras from today onwards. So disappointing!

    I generally love Victoria Secret's underwear but today I have decided that I will never step foot in another Victoria Secret's at Mall of Georgia in Gwinnett County, GA. The wait started out with two lines of about 10 customers in each line. It took exactly 30 minutes to even get to the cashier! After making my purchase, I spoke to the Manager who told me that she was short on staff and could not help the wait. Well, Victoria Secret has lost a customer because this manager was a poor manager. Instead of her folding up panties... she should have been waiting on customers.

    I ordered a bra and some panties from the 7/$27 sale online. Yesterday, I got the TOTALLY WRONG ORDER in the mail. The packing slip for another person's order was in the package, and you could tell someone just slapped my mailing address label over the other person's. Initially, I was totally livid. But I called customer service, talked to an associate, and she was really helpful. She explained to me exactly how she was going to remedy the situation, and what I needed to do with the package I got. All I had to do was put the return label they provided on and drop it in the mailbox, I didn't even have to buy a new package because theirs was already designed to handle returns too. She also had my new order 2 day FedEx'd, and refunded the cost of shipping to me. No, I won't get my things as soon as I would have liked, but I still will get them before the initial date that they gave me on my original order (March 30).

    I want to recognize VS for making the best out of a really crappy situation, that yes, was their fault. But they handled it well, and did absolutely everything they could to make it right. I challenge some of you to try EVER working in retail, and handling an angry customer to the point where they're actually satisfied.

    The manager at Victoria's secret in Burlington NC has been the same manager over years, she had problems with my sister where she find out my sister and her were dating the same guy. My sister left the guy and she keep calling her then she find out she shops at Victoria's secret then used their system to pull my sister information and started stalking her to the point she took her to court. I go to the store to make a purchase and she is trying to tell me that I need to leave then I get a phone call from one of her friends harassing me again. Where did she get the information- VICTORIA'S SECRET Data. So if Victoria's secret will allowed their employees to used their customer information to their personal gain is wrong. Police department has record of all this.

    I was in the Mall, Lakeside, located in Sterling Heights, MI. Normally, I order online, but I thought I would try the store and save some money on shipping. After walking around for 20 mins (they had one girl on register, a manager, and one girl just not paying attention) I walked up to the manager, who was in the bra section and said, "I need to find a 40DD in a unlined body bra". Her remark was, "you are never going to get those big ** in anything in this store, you need something with stretch." She rake through some bras and handed me a 38DDD, I said "I don’t want this type of bra" she said, "this is your only hope in the store, go get in line and try it on."

    Reluctantly, I got in line behind 6 other ppl, the line was moving VERY slowly, having lost any interest in buying a bra there, I gave up, and looked for some bf pants, ok where are these??? Looking, looking, finally... there they are! All in colors I don’t want. Disappointment. So, I go to the yoga pants section and pick out a pair I’m ok with, and get in line at the register. 9 people deep! I could hear customers complaining, and 2 left ahead of me, I was somewhat happy about this, I'm a tad closer. They has ONE person at register. Now, either this employee has never heard of calling for back up, or the manager was too much in her own world to notice. After waiting for what seemed forever, my son who hates coming into the store (teenager) said.. “it’s almost been an hr, what’s going on.”

    With frustration, I put my yoga pants back and left and told my son I was sorry for making him wait so long. I have shopped at VS since the late 80's, in all those yrs, have I never felt so embarrassed, annoyed, and left wondering what happened to VS. Horrible customer service, bad quality, and raised prices. The day I was at the store was, March 16th, 2015, and I will NEVER shop there again. I have a blog, with over 800 followers that is local, where I rate restaurants, retail stores, and etc. I will be posting this on my blog. Normally I'm reporting good experiences with stores and restaurants in our area, but this was just the worst. I hope it keeps people from going to that store at Lakeside mall, VS, and shop somewhere else. VS also is getting more and more competitors, with better quality and I'm sure better customer service, anything would be better than what I went through.

    I bought the Tease perfume at V.S. and what a ** product. It smelled beautiful so I bought it for my wedding and when I got home the tube spray sucked up all the perfume out of the bottle. There was no on or off like so other ones. I spent 50 dollars and bam, used once and it's gone. Then I bought their new scent Scandalous. Same thing happens but with an added twist. Now I can't get any perfume to come out of the nozzle. Money wasted again.

    A dear friend whom I have worked with for over 15 years wanted to get his relative a special present for her hard work at school. My brilliant idea was that most girls in her age demographic love Victoria's Secret, fantastic store! (He had been accepted for the credit card already for this section of the complaint) He does not like, or in better terms can not handle the mall. Parking, walking, locating the store. I could not possibly know what to pick out for her but I tried, girl on the phone was even assisting, order would be shipped that day. I cancelled and told her we would need a A SMALL GIFT CERTIFICATE (fyi.... they continued to press the angels reward card - Perfect, he can pay a little each month. He applied, got a credit limit within his income range, the only reason he did not pay by personal card) A few days later went to purchase the gift certificate online not realizing he needed to wait for the card to arrive to enter it at checkout.

    Unable to see the small print on the cell phone screen and his patience, or lack of, for all the questions asked to fill an order I was asked to assist him...after all it was my brilliant idea. I, we contacted Victoria's Secret who said "absolutely No Problem" and stated everyone does it. It was explained then that he was elderly and needed assistance with purchasing. Ordered the certificate....Waited...instead got an email stating they could not do it. He called again - Problem Solved, she would have the certificate in 3 hours. Yeah! Instead he received ANOTHER email which he told me it was his confirmation... When she didn't contact him to send a thanks for her gift I stepped in and looking to retrieve the conf number I found a cancellation instead. He was beyond stressed and confused. He called one last time where a hip giggly girl asked him a series of questions. I am unsure what they were but his replies were "I drive a cube had it since......etc."

    He kept talking, loved the chance to find an open ear. He told her his age and that he had been working for the same company since 1957. They were on the phone about 15 minutes, she told him congratulations he had PASSED. Let me remind you this situation had gone on for 2 days, 6 different VS representatives and a "your certificate is on the way" lie. Next day he got a phone call stating "due to his failure to answer the questions asked" that he supposedly PASSED not only were they not sending her the gift certificate HE WOULD NOT BE RECEIVING A CREDIT CARD, he was no longer an Angel Card Holder.

    VICTORIA'S SECRET SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THE WAY THIS MAN WAS TREATED. We all have to age. I hope that companies treat you with dignity and respect instead of leaving you feeling less than a person when you offer them your hard-earned money and the privilege of your time. BANNED FROM MY FAVORITE COMPANY LIST.... never again... makes my stomach turn!!!

    I have 2 daughters so let's just say we spend a lot in this store. We are into the PINK label. The quality of the sweatshirts is not good. I am a stickler about taking good care of my clothes. I wash these items separately, in cold water, inside out and NEVER dry them. I don't wash after every wear. Even after these precautions they have lint balls stuck to them that I have to shave off after every few times they are washed. Under the arms where they rub against the sides of the shirt there are lint balls also. This is very time consuming and annoying. For the price of these things (sometimes over $60 for a sweatshirt!) they could make them better quality.

    I went to apply at the barrie Victoria secret today. I walked in and had a nice young girl approach me and ask how my day was. I asked if ** the manager was there who I was told to ask for. She said yes she is at cash. I went to the check out. She was with a customer. Which was fine. She looked at me in a disgusted way "why are you trying to apply for here?" Another employee came and said "are you here to hand in a resume?" I said yes. She then went to get me an application and asked "** where they were." ** responded "I don't know around, maybe you have to go to the back (I don't care tone)" and shrugged her shoulders. The employee found one and THREW it at me and walked way. Makes me not want to shop or work there. I'm disgusted in the way they treat people there.

    I paid my bill on time, in the store, as soon as purchase was made. It went through my bank yet was not applied to my account with Victoria's Secret/Comenity. The company took my payment but did not apply it towards my account. I am not sure how this legally happens. I have been charged late fees and interest. When I called to have it taken care of, the agent said I have the burden to prove that your company took the money from me. As soon as he heard me say that I saw on my bank statement that the payment had been processed, he said I should just mail it in. This is unacceptable...The company messed up the billing and insists that I have to work to fix it. That is absurd! And it will take up to 60 days to return my account to as it should be. I can accept that mistakes happen with accounts, but for no one to take this seriously or correct the problem promptly or appropriately...that I cannot accept.

    I've been shopping at VS 7+ yrs. I'm also a VS VIP cardholder. I spend over $500 a month in store and recently began purchasing online. Although I love all their bras my breast are natural & big & they don't always look flattering so, I'm forced to exchange & sadly return a few. I was in there today 3/05 to purchase 3 bras and 6 panties totaling $176 ($425 spent so far this month) so I also decided I'd EXCHANGE a bra I purchased but was unable to try on the day of. The cashier informed me I had reached my RETURN LIMIT. I tried to explain I hadn't returned very much in comparison to what I've spent. I do however EXCHANGE an item when the size is unflattering (I can't just pick up a 34 DD & expect it to fit like the one before. THEY'RE DIFFERENT!)

    Well the cashier advises me to call this number about the RETURN. As I'm doing my best to reach a live agent I ask to speak to the manager who I relate my story to. She screams at me not to be upset (I'm speaking firmly but not at all aggressively) or she won't help me. I tell her I'm not screaming nor am I being rude to which she replies, "Yes because EVERYONE is looking at you". I reply that she is being very rude and loud. She tells me "That's because I'm speaking loudly." I remind her I'm a customer & she's an an employee besides I should be upset to be treated so unfairly and rudely.

    At this point I'm more than humiliated as she repeats I've returned too many items and their store has a return limit. I ask if I'd be unable to exchange or return any of the items I had just purchased today and this past week in store and online since no one was available in the fitting rooms to try them on or they were being sent to me. She replied I could only EXCHANGE the items. Wait! What? You mean all of this embarrassment could've well been avoided! The manager humiliated me for nothing since I wanted an EVEN EXCHANGE. Same bra same color. I couldn't walk away happy about my purchase. It's left a horrible feeling and all the items are still in my bag. I love VS products but the Montclair Plaza VS has some of the rudest employees and I won't return to be treated this way again.

    I received an email at 5:30 pm stating the limited edition tote ends today with a purchase of 75.00 and you would get the tote. I went to their online site to place an order because I really liked the tote, I even applied for the credit card and got approved. I noticed that the order did not show the tote at the end of my purchase of $113.00.

    Within seconds I called customer service and was advised they no longer have any totes in stock, then I was transferred again to another rep and I requested my order to be canceled as noted on site that you can cancel order by phone. The representative stated she can not cancel order because it went thru already and transaction of funds from banks where already processed. Then I was transferred again to customer service and they literally hung up on me when I started to explain how disturbing and misleading everything is. This was a horrible experience and the site needs to be updated and have accurate information and not misleading information.

    The store manager at Sunland Park Mall in El Paso Tx. Is very rude and unprofessional. I was told her name is ** by an associate, and I just don't see why someone would be so rude if customer service should be your main priority, especially in that role. About a month ago I bought a body mist spray and suddenly it stopped working, no matter how many times I pressed, nothing came out. I found that very strange because the bottle still had a lot of product. I took the body mist to the store and asked for a replacement since the product was useless. The associate told me there was nothing they could do and I asked to talk to the manager.

    I explained the situation to her and to my surprise, she told me that it was my fault that the body mist had stopped working, and surely I had dropped the bottle and then something happened for the atomizer to stop working and insisted it was my fault. I said that was a ridiculous explanation and that I wanted an exchange. In a very rude way, she told me she was not going to exchange it because I used it. Of Course I used it... but it stopped working. One more time I told her that I wanted a replacement and with a very rude attitude she went to the stockroom and gave me the same one with a different sprayer. When she came back I told her that she was giving very poor customer service and I couldn't believe she was the manager. I am very dissatisfied with the "service" this girl is providing.

    I am a frequent shopper (2x a week) at Victoria Secret. I went last week to a store and received a flyer stating several offers (different from the "offer code needed") starting March 3-8 2015. On the front was a promo for the swim special and time/date/channel. I waited until today Mach 3 2015 to make good. I went to another store and they told me they are not doing those offers. So none of this is mentioned on the flyer. Just the offers dates and to check online which if you do it mentions nothing of any offer. Now I call the customer service number, was on hold for over 30 minutes. They offered me to give me the body lotion for $5 after I had to take a picture of the flyer, email it and wait for them to decide. The young lady was nice the first time. I explained I will try to go to store that does have offer. Due to the snow received today in New York, I wasn't able.

    I called back and boy I was made to feel like I was lying. Even after I sent the flyer a second time. After another 25 mins coming to some type of agreement with the rep, I placed an order for $112. Only after I placed order did she say she could only refund me $1 After telling rep that I would use the 5/$30 and that way I still would qualify to get $15 off $100. After sending my info, they only refunded me $1. I asked to speak to supervisor several times. However the rep kept saying oh well that's all the supervisor can do. Plus she kept talking about offer codes when I clearly stated like 6x, there was none. I finally got to speak to a "supervisor”. She too was just as a poor example of the staff they have.

    I explained my situation to her, and she too told me that she could only refund $1 because 1) I used other offer codes, 2) it’s only 1 item, one customer. So when I asked why couldn't your rep who I made the order with tell me that before I placed the order? Supervisor told me she is not the other rep so she does not know. So I asked why was the rep sure able to speak for supervisor. I asked well then are you going to give me the difference back and she very rudely told me I'm not letting her finish. She kept playing games on the phone instead of just saying the first time no.

    No matter what I asked I received a song and dance from the qualified "supervisor". I understand that the flyer says 1 item, however it also says "checkout online for more details" and there is not one detail online. It also doesn't say anything about "only select stores". I explained I have been troubled all day by travel, my phone bill and now by having to file a complaint, she still insisted there was nothing she could do but refund a dollar. I asked her to cancel order and she told me she could not. I did call her a dumba## and her rep too because they wasted more of my time for no reason and they most certainly could have refunded back $4 more because that all I was asking for. It’s not even about the money anymore. It’s about the misleading flyer that I received in the store that apparently only select stores honor. And clearly no info online even though it says "check out more info online“.

    The rep who waited till after I placed an order to tell me she was only going to refund me $1, and that "highly trained supervisor" that clearly had no clue about customer service, who kept insisting I'm not letting her give me a solution. But in the same sentences she told she couldn't help me other than giving me a dollar. So now my next issue is I have to wait for the items to arrive and the go to a store and return everything. I don't get it. I don't get why it happened like this when it all could have been avoided with your reps listening, reading and understanding the customer. And I certainly don't understand why the supervisor couldn't cancel my order. I placed it 5 mins before being transferred.

    I just wanted to say what is good and what is negative about Victoria's Secret. I have shopped online and in stores religiously for years. I have decided this year to start shopping at other clothing stores instead of VS due mostly to the poor quality of the clothing. I want to say that the bras, workout clothes, and swimwear are all of excellent quality. Also the pj's are great too. However I would not recommend any other clothing because it is poor quality and rips after 1st or second use. Also they use to offer better coupons and sales that would bring me into the stores but not so much lately. When I asked a sales associate why that was, she said they were losing too much money. Hmmm I spend over 1000 dollars there every year. That will not be happening this year, I'm shopping at Maurices - better clothes and excellent customer service, that's who is getting my business this year.

    I called to order via catalogue, due to a gift card that I received. "Jess" was so snotty on the phone and talked down to me. So I called and asked to speak to a manager, convenient for them, no manager was available. I was told, "the manager just walked past me and I will have her call you. Our turnaround time is very fast, you should be receiving a call shortly.“ SURPRISE! NO ONE ever called me back! I let my friends and family know to never give me a gift card for there ever again. To make things worse, the Victoria's Secret at the Berkshire Mall is so ghetto and the attitude of the staff is so poor. I have lost all my faith in Victoria's Secret. I do not have an order number because of the attitude I received on the phone, along with the poor follow up, I just went to the store.

    Like everyone else when I buy an item cash or credit, no ID required. When you exchange or return, need ID. This is ridiculous, they have panty sales all the time so I have purchased the same ones. You are only allowed 4 returns. Why can't they just do even an exchange?
