We like the consistency of Solomon Brothers and my family has used them for years. The purchase experience was good but the rendering process was not the best. We went in and told the reps exactly what we wanted. They sent me a rendering, but it was nothing that I'd ever even mentioned before. They clarified that and said they would send me another rendering in about three days. They sent a second rendering, but it was the exact same rendering as the first one. So, that was very frustrating. They clarified that again and sent me another rendering in a week, and it was correct. So, I ordered the ring, got it, paid and proposed. But the ring was two sizes too big. So, I had to take it back last week and get it resized. We originally said a five but it fits like a six and a half because it had the pillowing on the inside of the ring.

Somebody told me about Solomon Brothers. It was a good experience when I purchased from them an engagement ring. It was top-notch. The rep was very professional and personable. She did a good job.

I got three items from Solomon Brothers. A gold men's wedding band, gold with diamond lady’s wedding band, and a men’s watch. Overall, their items have been good quality. One of them had a small diamond fall out, but they fixed it for us with part of their insurance policy. Solomon Brothers has been very helpful. They have good customer service, and are very personal. We can text some of the associates at all hours of the day, and they're very responsive.

I've done business with Solomon Brothers for a long time, but it was very uncharacteristic. The jewelry was good. However, the staff at the Avalon place and other place seemed very below par. I set up an appointment, and I picked the ring up at the one near Avalon, but the salesperson wasn't there. She phoned to asked where I was. She was at the Buckhead branch. She’s a chancer. I wouldn't buy anything from her. I ended up buying it from a guy. The actual ring was in Buckhead, they moved it over to Avalon, and we picked it up there, but it was a very dodge setup. That doesn’t give me a lot of confidence.
