I am absolutely so frustrated with this experience so far. I bought my husband a watch for our wedding day, had it engraved with a special note on the back, it is a beautiful watch. Unfortunately it arrived broken but we didn’t know until he put it on, I called the number I was given in store and was promised it would be an easy fix and would be back within 5 weeks. I sent the watch out to be repaired less than 2 days later.

While waiting for my husband's watch back I got an email claiming that the watch was not received (by this time it should already have been to the repair centre and almost back to me). I confirmed that FedEx had a signature saying it was in fact delivered to the Ontario location but they can’t track it after that. Fossil said it hasn’t arrived at the Dallas location yet and they don’t know when it will.

It has been 6 weeks now since the watch was sent out and I just keep getting email after email stating that they don’t know where the watch is but they’ll keep me updated. They have offered the cost of the watch put towards a new one but the one I picked out for him isn’t in stock anymore and they can’t guarantee it’ll be back. This is so incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I hope to get his watch back someday but I will not be purchasing from fossil again.

I have two older watches, 6 or 7 years old, that needed repairs. One of them, a Fossil, needed the metal band reattached at the face (I supplied the parts); the other, a Skagen, needed a new leather band. I mailed the watches in as Fossil instructed to something called "FG Services" -- which seems to be some catch-all, outsourced repair service for several brands, including Fossil and Skagen -- only to have them mailed back with letters they they could not be repaired.

These were simple repairs on brands that are supposed to be reputable. Both of these brands have outsourced their repairs, creating impersonal service and a language barrier if you call. I talked to a representative, asked to speak to a manager; no manager was available. (I waited 25 mins.) I spent $13 on the mailing for nothing, and I now have two unsatisfactory watches that should have lasted longer. What I learned: Before you buy a watch, research who does the repairs. Does the company do them in house or does it outsource? What is the reputation for repair? How expensive are typical repairs? Be a cautious shopper. Don't buy Fossil or Skagen.

This has unquestionably been the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I purchased a Michael Kors watch on 08/14/2024, which stopped working shortly thereafter. Since 10/31/2024, I have been struggling with your customer service team (contact email: info@fgservices.com). The way your department treats customers makes it seem like you believe we are fools. With each email, a different representative provides conflicting information, completely disregarding the service history. The level of disorganization within your company is astonishing, with employees seemingly running in circles without any coordination.

Despite countless emails, including confirmed receipt of all required documentation proving the watch is under warranty, your team requested the receipt again on 12/09/2024. This makes absolutely no sense, as the receipt has already been sent at least three times, including physically inside the package containing the watch for repair. Frankly, I doubt the watch will be repaired when it is eventually returned—if it is returned at all. I wouldn’t even be surprised if FG Fossil ends up keeping the watch as a testament to its sheer incompetence.

While I may ultimately lose this watch, I hope that sharing my experience will reach as many people as possible, discouraging them from becoming your customers. Only by feeling a significant financial impact will your executive board finally wake up and recognize the need for changes in philosophy and internal processes. Respect for the customer should be a company’s most valuable asset, yet that is entirely absent here. Request **. SKU: MK5896.

Bought the watch a while back and stop using it because I bought a Samsung since the Fossil watch was not charging. Now before trashing the watch I wanted to see how much out of pocket I will be and for 65 dollars I would even try to get it fixed since the watch is not even worth it. Do not buy a smart watch from this company. It be a total loss.

I ordered a Fossil watch from Amazon, which came timely and was beautiful. But, it was too tight. You have to call their customer support team to order additional links. I called the customer support team and was immediately annoyed that they outsource their customer support to another country, because the language barrier makes it more difficult. But fine. I ordered the links. The first two are free but you have to pay $5.99 for shipping, which feels like discrimination based on weight because my wrists don't fit in their standard size. But fine. I paid the shipping and was told I'd receive an email confirmation, but I never did. A few days later, I emailed customer support and explained that I never received any confirmation but my card was charged. Eventually they determined that could verify they charged my card but there was no order associated with it (literally how?) and so they would immediately refund me.

That same day, I called Fossil again, told them what happened, and that I would like to order the two links that I tried to order originally. This time, he gave me an order number, but I still never received a confirmation. My card was charged again. Today (four days later), I try to track the order number online and it says no such order number exists. I call Fossil. Again. I explain the situation. I tell them I still haven't received a refund for the first order, and I'm now out $11.98 in shipping and have received nothing from them. I told them I expected a full refund and for them to ship the links for free. She put me on hold, then told me she needed to investigate more, and that she'd call me back in an hour. We'll see. I know $12 isn't a lot of money, but I have now been charged twice and both times the order was never actually placed. I don't know how a company can operate this way.

My watch worked for less than a year. The reset buttons (2) did not function and the watch quit on me. I took it for repair but the jeweler did not have the necessary parts because of foreign manufacturing. I will not buy watches nor wallets again. And I do like the wallets.

I recently engaged with Fossil's customer support regarding an issue with my new smartwatch not holding a charge for more than 12 hours. The digital assistant was prompt but offered limited assistance, quickly channeling me to a human agent, which I appreciated for a more personalized resolution. Upon connecting with the agent, Allan M., I explained the persistent issue with my smartwatch's battery life. Allan's initial suggestions, such as checking the charging outlet and visiting a physical store, didn't seem to address the core issue of a potentially faulty product. Considering the impracticality of traveling hours to a Fossil store, Allan then suggested initiating a repair request online.

The interaction took a turn when Allan recommended a basic troubleshooting step, which I had already been doing daily. This response felt like a fundamental misunderstanding of the issue, leading to my disappointment. It was clear that the watch was underperforming from the start, and suggesting a repair for a nearly new product didn't align with my expectations for a solution.

When I expressed my desire for a straightforward replacement instead of a repair, Allan informed me that the return timeframe had expired, and therefore, the only option was repair under warranty. This resolution was unsatisfactory as it didn't acknowledge the inconvenience of having received a brand-new product that failed to work as advertised. The interaction concluded without a satisfactory resolution, leaving me frustrated and with a product that did not meet my needs or expectations. While Allan remained professional, the lack of a practical solution or an offer to escalate the issue to address my concerns was disheartening.

I placed an order November 29th and their site says it should have been delivered Dec. 1st. When I click on tracking info, it is still in their facility as of Dec.15th. I cannot get anyone from Fossil to help me! I am so frustrated as this was a Christmas gift.

My Fossil watch was only 4 months old and the motion went out on it. Would not keep time after two brand new batteries. Send it in for repair. They want to charge $65 for repair. They do not stand behind their brand. The watch is not what I call high quality so beware.

Very poor Quality. Within 2 months Chain color began to fade. Gave for Repair and got the chain changed. Again in another month, the same thing happened - More worst fading of color. When reported they charged me AED 220. The watch is within the warranty Period. Not recommended at all.
