Ordered online for 11;00am drop off. It's 6;00am. Still no order. Called ConsumerAffairs. They said, "You should get it in 2 or three days..." The phone went dead;;;; Went on chat.. DA wish way did they go.. Lol. No more online ordering. I can walk to the store and get it sooner... Lol.

Delivered a canceled order. Dropped off paper behind my mother’s car. Took over 8 days for pickup and 14 days for refund. Their customer service throughout the process was unreliable. They made a lot of false promises saying “money will be returned in 3-5 business days”.

Sam's club keeps selling cupcakes saying the icing is butter cream. It is NOT butter cream. It's a plain cheap white icing. Now I have to drive 50 miles to take them back because the icing is too cheap to eat.

I bought lamb. Smell very nasty. Also, The salmon I bought before smell terrible too. The meat is blue, disgusting. How store like this sell this stuff? Where is the health department check this meat? I will never buy chicken or meat from Sam's, you guys want to make people get sick. 😡

DO NOT DO A CURBSIDE PICKUP. I waited on my order for 45 minutes and still did not get it. It is a shame to do curbside if you don't have enough staff to make the process flow smooth. Rude staff and lazy while being on their phones. Orders should be taken to curbside cars. Not in my case. It has happen TOO many times.

Sam's card won't work at gas pump. Indicated bar code error. Customer service no longer issuing a physical card, have to download the app. They're forcing you to get the app. I will not renew membership.

I called Sam's Club customer service and was told I'm first in line and my wait time will be 38 minutes! I waited all that time and when somebody answered she took all my information and said the call was breaking up and she had to call me back, she claimed she had to adjust her headphones and will call me right back. The call sounded just fine to me. She didn't call back. Bad, bad, bad customer service. They don't care. You wait all that time just to be hung up on and left with a promise. A broken promise..

Sam's just switched to new locked in value price advertising on many products. What I have seen with these products is that they have increased the price cost amount of these products which are being advertised as lower locked in pricing. It's not a lower price and there's no greater value savings, but you are paying more for them. False flag advertising. Also many products have been removed from their stores and they cannot tell you if it has been discontinued or if they will get it back in. Lots of run around excuses and never anything directed to anyone who can be accountable and follow up and follow through with customer service

Sam's Club used to have exceptional customer service and the quality of their products were good (not great, but good). Lately, though, every time I purchase fresh produce it is rotten or moldy. Their customer service has also declined. I have returned items that were broken, bad or reported missing items for curb side pick-up, and because of this they have reported me as a high volume returns member. I am reporting them as a high volume poor product seller. What on earth is going on with Sam's Club as of recent? When did they stop appreciating their members? I will be changing my membership, regretfully. I used to love being a Sam's Club customer. Now, though, those sentiments are in the past.

DO NOT order anything from this SAM'S Club! You will NOT get what you ordered. If you try to call the store directly, you'll be on hold for 4 minutes until a recording comes on and your call is ended. If you you call the 888 number, they'll tell you that's just the way it is, then hang up on you. I could understand that behavior if I was being disrespectful or rude. But I was very professional. I WILL NEVER order anything from SAMS again.

Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service. I placed an order that was scheduled to be delivered today, but instead, it was delivered to the wrong address — through no fault of mine. When I contacted Member’s Mark customer service, I expected a prompt solution. Instead, I was told that the best they could do was to resend the item and not charge me again — as if that was doing me a favor — and that I would receive it in seven days.
That’s completely unacceptable. I ordered this product because I needed it now, not a week from now. Mistakes happen, but the lack of urgency and poor problem-solving from customer service made a bad situation worse. There was no offer of expedited shipping, no genuine apology, and absolutely no accountability for their error. I expected better from a brand like Member’s Mark, but after this experience, I’ll be thinking twice before placing another order.

I have been a SAM's club member for over 30 years. I am 70 years old and live on a very fixed income called Social Security. I find out that for new members, for the BASIC membership will only pay $20, whereas I have been paying more than that for years and now pay $50. I called customer service and asked if I could cancel and then renew in a few days and they said I would still be considered a member (without) use of the store for 6 months, so NO, I CANNOT GET THE PROMOTIONAL BENEFIT.

I recently purchased a pressure washer on sale at the Trussville store on Chalkville Mtn Road location on May 31st 2025. I used it for the first time on yesterday. After about 3 hours it quit and wouldn’t crank. So I waited until today to try again and had the same problem. So I decided to return it and get a replacement. The return employee said I could get a e gift card and get replacement for the same price I paid. Because the sale was off even though I paid the sell price. The store manager refused to give me the sell price. She’s an ** female with a horrible not my problem attitude. Because of her I’m canceling my membership and never shopping there again.

When it was time to check out, an employee by the name of Haila ** assisted us because we were having problems checking out. Never buy online from Sam's Club. You are asking for trouble. All support personnel for Sam's online are foreign who speak broken English. They offer conflicting solutions to any customer problem and basically do not know what they are doing. My interaction with Sam's customer service (online) was a nightmare. I sent complaint letters to CEOs of Walmart and Sam's Club. I never got a reply - their staff must have thrown in file 13, can't bother them while they are playing golf. I totally have little respect for Sam's Club. I am a member and will only buy products from store that I can walk out with my purchases. Their practice of hiring cheap online labor from foreign countries undermines their customer service. I would recommend NO online purchases.

Lynchburg VA SAM'S club is horrible. Either their delivery drivers from Instacart are stealing folks' orders, or SAM'S are keeping orders fulfilling stock issues. Either way I will report it everywhere I can because it is wrong to take folks' money and not act on the service.

This is the worst Sam’s Club I have ever been to. ZERO customer service. Not a smile in sight. Very unprofessional when “the manager” walked up eating chips. The cashier's bad attitude is what made me ask for a manager in the first place. Now I see why the “customer service” is so poor.

I ordered flooring from Sam's online as not available in store, it was delivered 3-4 days later than what the told us. The shipping company contacted us for 3 days saying it would arrive and never did. When the flooring finally arrived it was damaged and falling off the pallet and left in the middle of my front walk way. We had the driver return an hour later and take it back. That was April 30 2025. It is now May 29 2025 and Sam's Club still refuses to refund my approximately $1100.00. I have Chatted online 3 time and the first said I would have a refund in 5-7 days. It has now been 21 days. When I have follow up on the chat 2 additional times and asked them to resolve the issue now, they just end the chat. Their supervisors cannot fix anything, and every time just tell me they need 24-48 hours. I have proof from the shipping company that they returned the product on May 8 2025.
I will never buy from Sam's club online again. Customer service has been terrible and they seem to be refusing to refund my money for a defective product. I would recommend that you never purchase from them online. My wife spoke to a manager at the physical store near us and they told her that even they will not buy items online from Sam's. Be very cautious if you buy, because you will never get your money back.

Had a membership with abusive ex. After breakup, the renewal fee was automatically deducted from my account, not his. He then deactivated my card. Sam's would not transfer card to my name. Only option I have is to risk my life by contacting him to have him reactivate my card.

Sam's Club is terrible. Their prices are ridiculous and the customer service is abominable. I'm talking in particular about the Boardman Sam's Club #6322, Boardman, OH, 361 South Ave Boardman, OH 44512. Those people act like they're doing you a favor for allowing you to shop there. I'm a prime member. Never tried out the delivery service so today I tried only to have after I paid a premium for delivery service part of my order canceled while the delivery person was already en route ...
So I tried and tried to call after I got the cancellation notice only to be met with the phone just hanging up after a few rings. So while I'm trying to get them on the phone to cancel the order the delivery girl shows up. I told her take it back; I'm not paying for it. You canceled the only part of the order I wanted. She threw her hands up in the air, laughed and left. I took that crap back to the store and got my money back but still no explanation as to why part of my order was canceled. And the more I asked WHY, the more rude the staff became. DON'T GO TO THIS STORE OR ANY OF THEM. TRY GFS. IT'S FREE AND THEIR PRODUCTS ARE GREAT.

The bathrooms at this location are truly disgusting, 3rd world. The smell, urine stains, broken fixtures, and touchless faucets don't work. It's been like this for a long time, don't they have have corporate people come in and see/smell this? Do they just not care? I've never seen bathrooms like this except rural gas stations. Makes you wonder what the food preparation areas are like. Does the health department check on this?

Absolutely horrible ongoing experience with online customer service. I’ve been trying to get a replacement or refund on a defective item for over two weeks. Every time you get a response, through chat or email or phone calls, is a different person with a different “resolution.” I was issued a replacement by one rep, within an hour it was cancelled by another, the next person I chat with says, "We will issue you a refund." Wait 7-10 business days, the refund never came. Now I’m in an email chain with no less than 8 people responding, ignoring what I’m trying to express to them, repeating the same irrelevant talking points, passive-aggressively putting certain words and sentences in bold that I’ve ALREADY answered or responded to. Absolutely astounding that this hasn’t been resolved and all over a $100 purchase that did not perform as it was supposed to.

I remained on the phone for 20 or 25 minutes with the MOST rude guy named Matt. This name is possible a fake name. Matt refused to get me a supervisor, give me a reference number, transfer my call or be of any real assistance. Matt is very inactive as well as redundant. The time stamp of the call is 9:40 a.m. central time on Thursday May 15, 2025. Sam's has become so raggedy AND UNPROFESSIONAL, that I'm getting my Costco membership TODAY. PLEASE REPRIMAND or FIRE MATT, THUS he is bad for business.

Sam's Club saved my debit card information without my permission and refuses to remove it so I have to cancel my card. They renewed my membership without authorization and said my account was on automatic renewal which also was not authorized by me. These people are crooks, shop elsewhere.

I had to pick up an order for my company. This was the second time I had to try and received it and they once again tried to send me away without it. I had the order number written on a piece of paper and I was reading it to the employee. The large one that was there then tried to take the receipt out of my hand. First time he pulled it, I pulled back and no you are not taking that. Then he tried again with more force. That is when I shouted at him and said you are not going to rip this out of my hand. That when he looked over at the other guy and they laughed and roll their eyes. I am a 5'4" 110lbs women, and I felt fearful at this time.

I went into Sam's to make a couple of purchases. During check out I was talking to another customer. Still had my hand on the screen, and the "Would you like to save the information" (credit) card, came up where my hand was and saved it. The customer service desk was closed. I thought. "No big deal right." Wrong!!! Once they have your credit information. They will not let you remove it. I called on the phone, after trying on the website. Sam's will not let you remove your until you add another card to keep account open. Wasn't even my account. Explained that to the service rep. They basically said. That is their policy. This means anybody on the account can now shop on my card.

As much as I shop here, I did not expect this experience. I ordered an online delivery on 5/2/2025 to be delivered on 5/3/2025 between the hours of 12p-2p. As of 4:30pm, my order was not delivered and when I checked the order stated "Pending." I contacted via chat and was assisted by a great agent and a great manager. It seemed it was an issue that the order could not be accommodated. It was a great inconvenience to me, but they both were helpful and the manager stated he will reschedule for the next day, 5/4/2025 between the hours of 8a-11a.
It is now 3:40p and have yet to receive my order. I am now being told that the order was cancelled yesterday and will be refunded, but it's still showing "Pending" on my end. I'm not sure how that happened the day prior, if the manager and myself clearly came to agreement to be rescheduled for 5/4/2025 between hours of 8a-11a. My household likes to cook at home and I have children to feed. This is truly an inconvenience and I'm very disappointed with this situation.

The young lady, short, dark hair working in the bakery. I simply asked if they were making any more cupcakes for the day? Her response was to throw her hands up in the hair and told me she was working as fast as she can several times in an agitation demeanor. Needless to say I walked out with no cupcakes and won’t be back. I’ll use Costco instead.

I joined Costco for a year, not totally satisfied, I wanted to try Sam's Club which I found had better prices. I have always purchased my meat at Harris Teeter. I tried Costco's meat, in my opinion not as good as harris teeter so when I joined sams club I thought I would try their meat. Unfortunately not as good as costco's but nowhere near harris teeter. I only buy NY strip at all the stores. So it's the same cut. I will continue going to sams club and save money on many products I use every day. Their prices are better than costco's on almost all the items I use. But as far as meat I'll stick with harris teeter.

How is it that Sam's club can sell beverages in high volume but has the bottle return capacity of a convenience store? Every time I've had to return bottles I've had to go through customer service because they also don't program their return machines to accept everything they sell. My 30 minute shopping trip turned into a 1.5 frustrating shopping trip as customer service had me wait in line 3 different times while they helped other customers. The employees at Sam's don't seem to have much if any training at the Kentwood, MI store.

Zero Stars! Take your money and pride to Costco where Customer Service goes above and beyond. Sam's Club won't take back their own (unopened) product back without a gift receipt. If the item is seasonal and out of stock they will also not credit you back. Sluggish, dismissive and unapologetic Customer Service equipped with arrogance can only offer you their ignorant attitude. Sam's Club does not care about their members. The exchage/return policy is unmarkable compared to any other store. How much money does Sam's Club make by not accepting their own products back? Scammers.

Make sure you read the fine print when you check out. I looked at my bank statement last week and there was an automatic deduction for Sam's annual renewal. It seems like this is their new thing. Read the screen during check out to avoid this.

I've been with Sam's for 2 yrs & never had a problem until recently. I don't know what's going on in their hiring process but it's obviously taken a turn for the worst. I've been snapped at twice by employers scanning carts at the exit. One of them called ME rude because I told her not to speak to me like I was a toddler. I'm seriously considering cancelling my Sam's membership and just sticking with Costco who understands good customer service.

Review. I had the worst experience I have ever had at any store. I just got my membership yesterday at Roseville CA Sam's Club and was having issues with signing into app. While we were trying to figure out the app with customer service who was very polite and helpful, my 8 year old son and my 5 year son who is in the spectrum were playing and being kids. They got near a trash can and the man that was bringing karts in named Ramon I believe, yelled at my kids saying "Leave it alone"! I thought he was kidding about how serious he was but he then said it again even more upset.
My 5 year old who is in the spectrum with non verbal disability still doesn't understand and was holding the trash can and the man aggressively yelled again to leave it alone and pulled the trash from my son's hands. As he is saying that I'm trying to call my kids over to me and instead of him letting me tell my kids to stop he felt the need to yell at them and pull trash can from my son's hands. Thankfully he didn't get hurt but he very well could have been hurt by getting pulled as he was holding the trash. I was very upset and asked the man to speak to my kids nicely and he rudely answered they shouldn't be playing around which I agree but that's no way to speak to customers and especially new customers and kids.
I then spoke to the manager and explained the story and expressed my frustration and explained I may just cancel membership if this is the treatment they give to customers and all I got was, "Sorry I'll talk to him." No intent or care to retain me as a new member. I just signed up yesterday and spent over $300 already. We left Costco membership to come to Sam's club which I'm regretting have done after this very unfortunate, terrible experience!! Not sure how Sam's Club can make this right but I hope they do!

Subject: Multiple Damaged Dryer Deliveries and Pricing Discrepancy. There has been endless issues with the delivery of this Samsung dryer (purchased online 03/28). This is my third attempt at receiving this item, and both previous deliveries (scheduled 04/11 and 04/18) arrived damaged (dents). The initial purchase also involved a pricing discrepancy that required significant time to resolve with customer service.
Despite assurances of a different delivery company for the replacement, I have again been contacted by the same third party logistics company, RXO, for the third delivery, after two failed attempts. I have now scheduled it for 04/28, after being told by a Samsung Care Team representative (Oscar, reference number unavailable in Sam's Club system per agent Catherine) it would be handled with "white glove service" to be delivered on 04/23. This ended up being a lie and is under internal review per Catherine.
This repeated failure to deliver a non-damaged product and the conflicting information received have caused significant inconvenience and lost time. I requested immediate intervention to ensure a successful, undamaged delivery and appropriate compensation for the time and frustration this situation has caused but was told by Catherine to call back once the 3rd attempt was conducted. When I asked to speak to a supervisor one could not be found and was told it would take 24 hours for a call back. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and adding reviews on all reputable review sites. Having been a member for 15+ years now, if this is not resolved correctly, I will not hesitate to cancel and take up membership with their competitor.

Horrible customer service from their tire store. Purchased 4 tires for my truck almost $1100 ticket, when tires arrived upon ordering and waiting, went to the store there where I found out that I need to make an appointment which I couldn’t do since I was already at the store. Tech Stacy didn’t do any effort to get my tires installed, instead he didn’t seem to care even-though their shop was completely empty, no cars at all, except 2 young technicians playing with one loose tire. Tech Stacy refuse to help me, refuse to install my tires which I had the feeling that he was lazy to work and that showed me that he didn’t care. So I asked him to refund my money and without hesitation he did it with a smile. That evening I took my truck to Costco and end up buying my tires from them. I won’t shop at this store anymore.

Today at Sam’s Club on fashion drive the cafe was horrific! The staff were rude and unorganized! They were allowing their friends to bust the line and get orders and make the elderly and paying customers go last! The area was un sanitized and dirty! The staff was serving in nasty conditions and not cleaning spilled drinks on counters and placing customers food on solid counters was disturbing and utterly disrespectful! I will not be ordering from here again!

I have been a member for many years at Sam’s. I never enjoyed shopping here for many reasons but they have several products my family likes, so I go 2-3 times a year. I never had an issue worth complaining about until 2 years ago when I made the mistake of signing up for plus. Without my knowledge, customer service put me on auto-renew and at the end of the year, I see a charge on my card I did not authorize. I talked to a manager and she promised me it was taken off auto-renew and would not happen again. Obviously, she misled me or I would not be writing this review. My experience is at the Temple location.

She called me on line because there was no one but me and made me wait for more than 10 min, I was standing there by her counter, she was busy on talking pretending that she is helping the other coworkers taking on different languages and giggling laughing, I'm not very happy at all with her service. I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Sam’s Club customer service members. I approached a customer service associate for help, but they were extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of assisting me, they responded in a very unprofessional tone and made me feel like a burden. As a long-time member, I expect basic respect and support from staff. I reported the issue through official channels, but no resolution was provided. I am sharing this here in hopes that Sam’s Club takes this seriously and addresses the lack of professionalism among their staff.

I am Eduardo **, I've had a SAM membership for seven years. In the last few days, I've had to change my card six times because the system doesn't recognize it. The manager and employees tell me that I should keep the old card and throw away the new one; this isn't true. Finally, today, April 4, 2025, after changing my card six times, it started working. But the conclusion I've come to, is that the customer service from these employees and the manager was poor.

Placed an online order at Sam’s Hiram, Ga Location on 4/5/25, for pickup on 4/6/25. Upon arriving I Follow the login information. Finally someone came and knocked on my trunk, open the trunk inside of my vehicle. The young lady place my order into my truck. And left!! Did not verify if I was the right person, speak, and say anything During the whole transaction. Very unprofessional. Definitely needs more training.

Sam's Club seems is continually out of products, especially eggs. Eggs are a big issue. Eggs have come down 50% in most areas but Sam's Club continues to have a shortage of eggs and have not decreased their price. This is especially concerning considering this supposed to be a retail Warehouse makes you wonder.

After 5 years of spending thousands in here-we have 4 homes w/ family in them & family in Michigan that I ship items to, Sam's has decided that I am a reseller & is charging me shipping! I AM NOT A RESELLER SAM'S! KISS my thousands good bye & I hope people start shopping at BJ’s & COSTCO! See you in small claims court for all these shipping fees! I recently ordered online. I did purchase a few items including cereal yesterday. When I was ready to give some to my son I noticed on the box the was expired. That’s absolutely not right, you have workers on a warehouse and Quality Control, and you don’t see expired food products. That can be a health risk.

I have been a Sam’s Plus member for over 2 years. I have ordered packs of Spring Water almost routinely. About 2 months ago, my delivery never showed up and it appeared to be stuck in NY. Why it would come from there is beyond me, but they did credit my acct. Ever since, I can no longer order these packs. I use to LOVE Sam’s for the convenience of not having to lug from the store to my house. Now, I will give Costco or BJ’s my business. Damn shame all because of their mistake!

After spending almost 500 dollars online for a curb side order, and driving an hour to pick up, we were shorted 100 dollars worth of items and did not realize until we were home. It took me over an hour and a half to get refund my 100 dollars, and then had to figure out dinner plans for the kids, because several of the items were for the evenings supper. Moral of the story, check your curb side items, even if you have to look at them all in the parking lot. They may just decide to not give you something…

I went to the Sam’s club at 1401 Alliant Ave in Jeffersontown Ky, trying to get assistance with my expired membership. The customer service employees had me standing around for over two hours and then called the police saying that I was using profanity. Never once did I elevate my voice. They gave me the support phone number and they walked off. I contacted the support phone number and was inconvenienced then my call dropped. When I called back the employee was being rude and wouldn’t help me. I’m very disappointed in your establishment treating me like an animal. All I did was walk in and I was treated like I wasn’t important. These behaviors are very unacceptable.

I just checked my checking account and there is a renewal charge for Sam's Club, First off I have never agreed to an auto renewal or given them my debit card information. The only card "tied" to my account is an old charge card that is no longer valid. The ONLY way they could have had my debit card information is if they are storing the information from the point of sale. Then they decide to charge you whenever they want. I already contacted Chase Bank to report an unauthorized transaction. I will not be renewing and I will start going to COSTCO.

First problem with Sam’s Club is they now only have one real person check out lane which takes far longer then it should, they want you to do all the work at self check out just to check your receipt and items anyway when you leave (this is so old). In order to make my purchases easier I signed up for a SAM’s Club credit card and to get extra savings BUT BUYER BEWARE, after years of using the card I got a $ 40.37 charge on my account from Payment Security so I called in to file a Fraudulent charge to Synchrony Bank but when I did I was told I can not file that because come to find out that company is owned by Synchrony Bank and it is a some insurance charge that I never signed up for or authorized. After several phone calls and 3 hours of wasted time I told them I am going to have file claims with both Attorney General and the BBB so I had to close my account in order to stop them making these FRAUDULENT CHARGES.

Had a membership for the past year. I have been taking strides with my credit. Today they tried renewing my membership but I had security features on the card activated. When I see the message from the bank asking me to approve the transaction I also see the same exact charge on another one of my credit cards at that time. They ran it to multiple cards that had been used this year. I caught it before approving the second transaction and losing 11 bucks twice but the trust is broken.

I had a dispute of membership charges tonight, I called and twice was hung up on. 2 years ago we cancelled a business membership and opened New account. However, it was apparently not cancelled and for 2 years Sam's club charged my boa card $50 for both years. I spoke with 3 people and hung up on by 2 of them (3rd person did call back). They said they would refund 1 but not both. I offered a solution of a gift card to reimburse And Still was told no. This was not my error. Yet Sam's Club as large as it is Can Not make it right. Final response I was told "someone will be reaching out to me within 24 to 48 hours". Ya I bet. I won't hold my breath.

I need to share an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience I had today with Sam’s Club regarding an online order pickup. I placed an order online and added my mother as the pickup person, just like their website allows. The email confirmation stated she needed to check in via the app upon arrival, but she doesn’t have the app, and I couldn’t check in for her because the app requires location tracking.
Despite my mother having the order number and a valid ID—exactly as their policy states—the store refused to give her the order. Instead, they told me I had to download the app and check-in from 30 minutes away, which obviously wasn’t possible. When I called the store, the first employee put me on hold without even asking my name, and after nearly 10 minutes, the call was dropped. When I called back, another person answered with no introduction, so I politely asked for their name. Instead of answering, they became defensive and refused to tell me. Turns out, this was the store manager, who still wouldn’t give me their name and escalated the situation instead of resolving it.
Meanwhile, my mother was stuck in the parking lot for almost an hour with a child in the car. When the manager finally came outside, she was rude, yelled at my mother instead of helping, and told her to move her car without even introducing herself or resolving the issue. Then she had the audacity to blame my mother for the delay, saying she should have known she needed the app—even though the ordering process never stated this. What made this situation even worse was that my young cousin, who was in the car with my mother, became so upset and scared by the manager’s aggressive behavior that he had to put his board game up to hide his face. No child should feel that level of distress just because of an order pickup.
To top it off, when I tried reaching customer service, the wait times were ridiculous, and the chat support was completely unhelpful. Instead of addressing my concerns, they offered me a $6 credit, which is honestly insulting after everything we went through. Nowhere in their process does it say the app is required for pickup. The confirmation email even states that if someone else is picking up, they should speak with a team member. So why was my mother treated so poorly and refused service?
Because of this awful experience, I will not be renewing my Sam’s Club membership and will be switching to Costco. If this is how they choose to treat their paying members, then they don’t deserve my business. Something needs to change, and I hope they take accountability for their lack of professionalism, misleading policies, and terrible customer service.
I expect a formal response and accountability for the actions of the employees and manager involved. This includes retraining on proper customer service and clear communication regarding order pickup procedures. Additionally, I would like a written apology and a meaningful resolution that compensates for the extreme inconvenience and stress this situation caused. If Sam’s Club values its members, they need to make this right.

WARNING. If using Sam's app Scan & Go. DO NOT USE THE "CONTINUOUS" DCAN & GO OPTION. It beeps once for each item but it will charge you for multiple of the same items. If I hadn't of double checked everything the app would have charged me for an additional $212.00 worth of merchandise. I scanned one sweatshirt and it charged me for 4 of them. Other items it charged for me 2 and 3 items instead of 1 item. Plus there was a 20 cent difference for 2 of the same items. Also doesn't always give the advertised discount amount. When they were checking my items at the door. I mentioned it the employee. She immediately asked if I was using the "continuous" scan. I said yes. She immediately said...."Don't ever use the continuous scan." I said so the store is aware the app does that and she said YES!!!
Even when I deleted the items and rescanned them. It charged me for multiple items. I had to individually delete the extra items. Then made sure to count the items and made sure it matched their apps count. Guess that's why the app makes you "click" yes for confirming you counted your items and you have the correct amount of items.

On 2/8/25 I received my delivery, which included old & mushy strawberries & avocados. I could've just called and gotten a refund, but I wanted to show you the product I received. The Rep at the counter could care less what was delivered. I requested a refund and said I would pick my own. She gave me the receipt and I went to get the 2 items and a few other things. I paid using scan & go and left. Once I got to my car, I was putting my receipts & Sam's Plus Credit Card away when I noticed the refund for the items I returned was an egift-card.
I go back in & ask for a manager and it's the same lady that gave me the egift-card named Yolanda. Yolanda claims that she assumed since I was rebuying the items, the egift-card was better because it takes so many days to receive a refund. I told Yolanda she should not have changed my request for a refund, and not even tell me. I paid for all my items and did not use the egift-card because I thought it was a refund for my returns. I took all my groceries back into the store to get a refund and repurchase them to use the egift-card because Yolanda claimed she couldn't change it once she gave it to me.
In other words, your Rep tried to screw me out of my refund by giving me an egift-card instead of a refund like I asked. So, Sam's Club is screwing Senior Citizens out of their refunds because if I hadn't looked at the receipt, I would've thought it was credited back to my credit card. I asked for another manager and spoke to Diane, who instructed me to file my complaint here, which is probably a waste of time, but I'm going to post my experience everywhere and make sure everyone knows that you're giving egift-cards when a refund is requested and not even letting us know. If it was done to me, I wonder how many other elderly people have been screwed out of their refunds. Also, next time my purchases are old & mushy, I won’t bother trying to return them.

Have done business with Sam's Club multiple times. First time I don't receive one of my orders, I go through online chats and calls with support just for them to not process a refund and imply that I'm lying about not getting the order. Other companies that I've bought from handled situations like this much better, and at least would offer some store credit or process the refund fully. Ridiculous, considering that you need a membership to even shop there to begin with.

Personally was told if I wanted to purchase my “20 sea and sky boxes” I would have to give the employee one on the side of the building or I could not get them. I have been a plus member and a business member since 1991. I JOINED IN 1991 in Ybor City, A Tampa neighborhood, I was so fed up. I would have left by 2008 if my wife would instead shop with BJS or COSTCO, both of which I enjoyed simultaneous memberships with when I lived elsewhere.. I had a car accident in 2005 leaving me without mobility. They always violated the spirit of the law w/r/t the ADA and seldom offered accommodations. When they fail at something and accept a return it could take 90 days to get a refund after they accept the merchandise returned. Their internet service on groceries is abominable making substitutions you didn't ask for and delivering food that had spoiled.
I paid for a delivery 24 hours before it was to be delivered yet they took my money, promised delivery, didn't and expect me to wait 7 to 10 days for a refund I didn't ask for. I am disabled and depended on delivery. This forces me to pay a second time and no doubt they won't have everything I order, as had previously occurred many times. If after 34 years this is how they treat you no one that has a choice should give the business. My town now has close to 200,000 people and I pray competition comes to the area. I'm too far to receive delivery from BJS in the next town or I would have renewed my membership.

The parking lot is terrible. I’m assuming they don’t hire people for carts or their employees for carts are not doing their job. Can’t even get out safely backing out without worrying about hitting a cart. Only time I see them doing carts is Saturday & Sunday. I’m assuming they wait till the teenagers are out of school to get out and get the carts. Anyways parking lot is trash. Liberty location stay on top of it 7 days a week and all day. A unauthorized charge was made on a credit card not on file to renew my membership. This card was never listed as active due to approval of address, however it was charged for my annual renewal. The process to reverse the charges took, online chat and over 40 minutes on hold. Finally was told it would be returned. Still waiting!

I bought TurboTax product and paid for it. It said I need to get the product from a cashier. No cashier was available even after I pushed the help button. So I went to customer service desk. Two extremely slow people were working. It took me 25 minutes of waiting in a relatively short line to get to one of them. This person had no idea what to do so she asked me to wait for a different person. I still don’t have the $85 product that I paid for. Still waiting.

Saw three people walk off in front of us because they didn't want to deal with it. Luckily, I was with my parents when they wanted to order food as they don't has smart phones.... Horrible experience today. First, was trying to purchase two toilets. They were 77 lbs. each. Customer service could not get curbside service to work on my phone so I could not get the toilets to the car. Next, I tried to purchase jeans for my husband. My temporary credit card would not work so they sent me to customer service. Customer service told me to go back to the register and get the items and she would ring them up for me. I got the items and she could not make the temp card work either and put me on the phone with Sam’s credit. They said it was due to a glitch in their system and there was no fix. I walked out at that point.

Sam's Club uses FedEx for shipping and almost every shipment is left by the apartment complex mailboxes rather than delivering to my door. Today the package was left in another building and a neighbor was kind enough to bring it to me. Since we now have to order a minimum of $50 for shipping the packages are almost always very heavy and due to the fact that I am very old and have health issues I am unable to lift and carry them. Unfortunately I am going to have to cancel my membership due to this problem.

Sam’s Club ran an ad claiming to honor military service members and veterans, but it is false advertising as it is only for new members not renewing members as the ad says. Renewing members only get a $10 discount because apparently our service doesn’t mean the same since we already have a club membership. Now I might not renew at all and make the change to Costco, good job Sam’s!

I was looking at the children clothes and a worker was going through some of the clothes and she told me that the stack of clothes was going into the trash. I asked her why she said that it was missing either a top or bottom. It makes no sense. Why not let a homeless shelter pick up the clothes. Who cares if it is missing something. People in need would love to have a shirt or bottoms they do not have to match. They just want to stay warm. Sam’s do better.

I been with Sam's Club for over 20 years and always bought the membership plus. I am always ordered online. Always order enough to get free shipment, but all of the suddenly they want to start charging me shipment because I shipped to many address. The reason I have many address beside my home address is because I travel with my job across the United States. I explain to custom service which is foreign that you cannot understand or make them understand. I will not pay shipment when I am supposed to get free shipment. I placed a large order on Sunday. There was a snow storm coming, so I decided to have it shipped instead of my usual delivery. The order was broken up into five separate shipments, which is understandable. Some of the shipment was due Monday, some a week from Monday and some two weeks. Two weeks? I just had an order shipped from Germany and it was here in five days, but whatever. They send email thanking me for the order. Then they send email on Monday saying some of the order was out for delivery. A few hours later, they cancelled part of the order. Then they sent another email saying it was out for delivery. Next the email said some things were going to be delayed for two weeks, including the items they had just cancelled.
I started a customer service chat and asked with status was. An agent named "Eden" responded that she was sorry I was missing an item. What? I never said I was missing an item- I'm missing an entire shipment. She replied to check back later, they could only get statuses if there was a tracking number. Then she said I could cancel the order and reorder everything for delivery or curbside pickup. I asked if I could cancel the entire order because following six different shipments was really awkward. She said no, only shipments with a tracking number. I asked which shipments have a tracking number, she said she didn't know, but she would send me an update when she found out.
At that point, I asked how I could cancel my Plus membership, which I had renewed in December for $180. She disconnected the chat without another word. I've been a Sam's Club member since the 90s, but I will be cancelling my membership and going to Costco. I didn't sign up for a Laurel and Hardy routine every time I called customer service.

Never order checks from this bunch! Started checks on the wrong number!! Next they sent 4 packs of checks with all having the same check numbers!!! I have checks that they lost and never arrived! I had to freeze the account. When I ask about those checks, they replied they have no idea what happened to them!! I ask what they were going to do about the lost checks! The reply was they were not their problem! Then they came a week late!! When contacted they were rude! I finally got them to refund the purchase. Why is milk so expensive at Sam's Club. Higher than other food grocery stores in my neighborhood and higher than Walmart? I have noticed you have to really watch the prices in Sam's Club. You will pay more for some items than at local grocery store. Member's Mark Vitamin D Whole Milk 1 gal. 4.26. Walmart- Vitamin D whole milk 1 gal (great value) 2.78. Food City whole milk 3.99. I have noticed this happening frequently. Why pay for a membership and plus if you have to pay more for merchandise?

This concerns the Sam’s Club store, No. 4861, at 1725 34th St North, St Petersburg, FL 33713. With this past visit, every one of the pick-up parking spaces was occupied... 95% of the parking spaces were filled with a vehicle withOUT a driver. I actually had to wait for someone to come out of the store, from doing their in-store shopping, before a pick-up space became available. I have reported this, in after-purchase surveys, over & over; yet, nothing gets done about the problem! The wife and I are seriously considering switching to Costco because of this continuing problem.

Put in order. Had changed primary card. Got the email from the store. It showed primary was changed back to old one. John at the local store would not cancel the order. It had not been 5 minutes from clicking on order to calling store. He then said no such order. Told me to contact the corporate who told me to call store. After all this time the manager starts being a bully to get me mad so he can hang up. Have emails saying I did not want call from local. Have copies of all emails and screenshots of all chats. Even got someone saying he was a supervisor and he was Mel Gibson and I have screenshots to prove everything. The manager put all the blame on corporate saying only they could have cancelled order... Is also the dirtiest Sam's store I have ever been to.

Purchased a tv in March 2024 with the warranty however apparently the cashier scanned the wrong warranty so now the warranty won’t cover the cost of the tv with accidental damage (the entire reason I bought the warranty to begin with.) Called customer service and they refused to honor the warranty or give any kind of resolution…. Want my money back for both the tv and the warranty due to the failure of the company to do their job!!!! It is not my fault the wrong warranty was scanned. I will be contacting corporate as well as filing a complaint with the attorney general's office and Better Business Bureau.

They need to have English speaking people. They offer Spanish but when you opt for English you get someone who doesn't even speak clear English and you are left frustrated. Tried to find out why I wasn't getting the 3% for in store purchases using their mastercard and couldn't understand a word she said. She then transfers me to a damn recording. This is totally unacceptable for a company in the UNITED STATES where ENGLISH is the spoken language!

Sam's Club customer service number used to be great. They are clearly outsourcing it now to another county. The representatives don't speak good English, the hold times are horrible, and then no one can really help you. I called about an order that was never delivered and the tracking showed was obviously lost somewhere. They said they were emailing me a gift card for the items (after a much longer than needed conversation and hold times). I never received it.
I called back. After trying to transcend the language barrier, they finally understood that I never received my gift card. It turns out it was sent to an email address I haven't used for six years and no longer have access to; they have no idea how they have that email address for me (the online site in my account shows the correct current email). So they now need to transfer me to someone in the gift card center to help me. The wait time is 45 minutes plus it says I am next in the que. I don't think anyone is ever going to answer. This is ridiculous!

Customer service is horrendous. I placed a rather expensive order order for delivery with my new correct address however when I checked the confirmation email it was sent to my old address. I spoke to two different representatives who both claimed there was no way for them to cancel my order. I had to wait until the package was in transit to contact the driver and have it returned. So I waited for it to be in transit only to have the third and fourth representatives tell me there is nothing they can do. So now I'm out a bunch of money and the food for my baby that was in that package.

The store itself has good products at good prices. AVOID USING THEIR CREDIT CARD!! If you are late making a payment $29 each time PLUS 27.65% interest on total bill. Then if you only make minimum payment 27.65% interest on unpaid amount monthly. These fees FAR EXCEED any money saved by the lower cost of their products. You can get a much better deal on credit card rates.

Sam’s Club online ordering system and customer service have been the worst experience I’ve ever had as a customer. When I placed an order online, a system error caused the same item to be ordered twice. Trying to resolve this was an absolute nightmare. It was extremely difficult to get connected to customer service, and when I finally did, I was bounced between departments with no resolution. The entire process took hours just to speak with an agent. When I finally managed to talk to someone, they told me to contact them again an hour later due to another system issue.
When I called back as instructed, I was told that because more than 30 minutes had passed since placing the order, they could no longer cancel it. This was beyond frustrating since their own system error caused the duplicate order in the first place, and I followed their instructions to resolve it. The lack of accountability, poor system design, and unhelpful customer service left me feeling like I had been defrauded. I cannot believe how unprofessional and inefficient Sam’s Club online services are. This experience has been an utter disappointment and has completely tarnished my trust in the company.

We purchased the package of universal California tickets and they “give you” $20 dining dollars for each ticket you purchase. We bought 4 tickets and they sent us $80 total in dining dollars. They make it seem so great until you try to redeem them on the website and you have restrictions on which restaurants and you can only use one $20 dining dollars at a time but in order to redeem them you end up having to purchase a $50 gift card so you have to spend $30 of your own money to redeem it. We tried to redeem it at bubba gumps restaurant which was on the list of places we could redeem at and ended up paying $80 out of our pocket that we were not planning on paying. I would not recommend doing it. I sat on hold trying to get someone to help and no one knows anything and kept passing me around and the verdict ended up being wait for the dining dollars to email us back about the dispute which they did and was not helpful at all. So yes Sam’s gives you a discount on tickets but if you’re planning on the dining dollars for food DON'T!

Absolutely horrible customer service for online purchases! The representatives were nice enough but completely ineffective with being able to address the problem. I ordered a children's electric car for Christmas. It shipped later than expected and when it was finally delivered I realized they sent a $40 kids scooter instead of the $200 electric car. I called that day and was told they would be issuing a refund but that it would take 7 to 10 business days, which also excludes the holidays. So it is now Dec 24th and I have yet to receive my refund in order to replace the item I never received.
Additionally, when I called on the 15th I was advised the item was no longer in stock so they couldn't even send the correct item to fix the problem they created. When speaking with the customer service rep again today, I was advised it could be until sometime in January before I receive my money back. Completely unacceptable to take that long to process a refund for an issue that was due to their error. Now I am stuck the day before Christmas without the gift or the money to purchase it elsewhere and they could provide absolutely no resolution to my problem. This was my first purchase at Sam's Club and will definitely be my last.

I've been a member for 20 years, but not any longer. I chose not to renew my membership the last time I shopped even though it would soon expire. I purposely chose "no" to the renewal. Times are hard, my husband recently retired after a fight with cancer and we have to budget. Our children have all grown and moved out, so we don't shop as often or as much. To my dismay, the card I used the last time I shopped there was used to renew my membership without my approval or acknowledgment. I did not use that card for my renewal (I have a separate card I use for memberships and subscriptions.) The fact that the payment information from my last purchase was stored and used left me feeling violated. I called customer service and was confirmed that the practice is to use whatever form of payment made in the store if the original form was unable to be billed. Do not order from Sam’s. Ordered our Xmas presents to all on December 9. Was supposed to be delivered on 17 then they said wait a couple of days so they can figure things out. On 21 was told they haven’t even shipped package out. Said sorry. Gave refund but nothing you want from a company. Went thru Amazon. No problems.

NEVER order online and get something shipped to your house! They have the worst customer service and the delivery company they use is AIT Logistics is the absolute worst. We ordered a TV and a month later still not here! One the original day we never received a phone call to set up delivery, never received the package, after calling him multiple times and got a hold of the manager they resent a replacement saying they never provided AIT our order. A week later still no delivery after six phone calls we finally get a manager, and we asked if we could pick up our item in the store and it be price matched. They told us no - immediately we asked for a refund and they told us that we cannot get a refund until they receive the item back that has never been shipped nor delivered. We can't wait until our membership is over. We will be going elsewhere due to their incompetence and lack of customer satisfaction.

Anyway I have been a loyal customer, particularly I go to Apple Valley, occasionally Bloomington, However my family and I buy the Extra chewing gum, what I’ve come to realize is that, every single piece that we opened was STALE!!! Of course I know that, this particular product, should have either been discounted, or trash, we’re 💯 aware of the shortcuts in order to get rid of a product!!!

I must bring to your attention that the muffins we purchased on Sunday December 15, were expired, which was disappointing for our staff. This was supposed to be breakfast for about 80 staff members. The muffins had been expired since October 13, 2024. We expect Sams to be able to keep up with their expiration dates ensuring that we have fresh and safe snacks. But I guess that is not the case.

So I was informed today that I cannot use my card at the registers with cashiers and that that was now for self checkout only. And that they were to be doing away with cashiers all together. Call it a principle stand or just getting too old to care. But I’ve don’t believe in self checkout. So I guess they just don’t want my business anymore. So I went through the self checkout for the first and only time. Used up what was left of my Sam’s cash and that’s it. I’m out. It’s a shame I’ve been coming to this store for as long as I can remember but no worries I’m sure they won’t miss me.

I purchased several jewelry items online on Black Friday and did not like them. In my efforts to return them, I was sent back and forth from customer service and the jewelry department only to end up with a phone number to call. After waiting on the phone for approx 30 mins. The rep advised that because it’s jewelry the approval to return has to come from their partner vendor. What?? Nothing in the sales process did it state that you cannot return in store and that the return is subject to approval from the vendor. Sam’s Club you are much better than this. Surely, penny pinching hasn’t gotten to this degree. Now I have to wait for a phone call to see if they will return the items I purchased in good faith. No estimate of time could be given per the rep I spoke to. It could be today or not today. Who knows!

Love the store, but DO NOT order items online. You have no idea if Sam's is the seller. Can only cancel orders by chat, which Cancels your spot in line when you get under 10th in line. Twice. Unable to contact anyone about this online order that happened to be from a 3rd Party Vendor. Doesn't look like we will ever see the item delivered. Will have to go into arbitration soon. Spending an hour waiting to cancel an order and end up unable to even reach customer service is UNACCEPTABLE!!! And we PAY for a membership??!!

On the way to purchase my groceries after taking my time and picking everything I needed I got to the front of the line and the lady says, "Ma'am your card is expired, it will be 110$" and I told her, "Oh no can you help me with this one time" and then when I get paid again next week I’ll renew because I honestly didn’t know it was expired caught me off guard. And the manager said automatic no, no help. I didn’t know the workers there were so heartless and rude not wanting to help a customer that is part of the member plus card for 2 years now. Incredible. Purchased a membership 4 days ago. The process went well. A day or so later tried to use the gas station. The membership code was read okay and the card reader was fine until it decided that I was an unauthorized user. The attendant was nowhere to be found. Tried the next day to get gas. Same story. The machine said I was an unauthorized user and an attendant was nowhere to be found, again. So called the store at 10:10am. Technically they should be open. No one answered their phone at member services. So I called the 800 number and requested cancellation with a full refund. Thankfully that was the least painful process in this entire interaction.

Worst experience ever. My new Sam's Club Mastercard keeps declining for no reason. I called Synchrony and Sam's Club, and they just bounced me from person to person. I spent almost 2 hours being bounced around. One of the people I talked to was beyond rude. He kept saying it's my bank's fault and try a different payment. I kept explaining that it was my Sam's credit card, not my debit card. Then he hung up on me. I will be closing my sams account and credit card and taking my business to Costco.

If I could I would give them a negative review. I bought tires 9-3-2024 and one blew up two weeks later, I have been trying to get answers and a new tire for weeks I even talk to a corporate lady named Ashley M. Well that did nothing for me. The customer service is horrible and they don't explain anything to you just hang up on you even the store manager is horrible. I will NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING from this company again. They are rude inconsiderate and have no business working for Sam's Club if all they do is want more money for tires that aren't even a month old.
I have never in my life been treated so disrespectful and disregarded by other person. I have worked as a manager in customer service and would have been fired immediately if I treated anyone the way they have. I waited in line to pump gas and wondered why the car in front of me didn't pull up to the first pump as he tried to pump gas with a staff person assisting him. They chatted back and forth with her back to me as I waited and wondered why they were not pumping gas. I did not know whether to pull in front of him or not but assumed there was a reason he didn't go forward. so I waited. The entire time I waited hoping the staff person would turn around so I could ask what is going on. Finally they pumped gas and he drove off. I pulled up and could now see the first pump had a cone blocking it. I put my member card in. It didn't work. The staff person started complaining that the driver took off with her member card. Turns out member cards don't work. I suggested she warn others and move the cone so people could see what is going on. She continued to say the pumps don't work and they won't fix them.
Meanwhile I inserted my card 4 times and then was able to pump gas. Really sad situation. I called the store manager to inform not complain about the situation. He didn't seem interested. I said nicely, "Thought you might want to know as times are tough for everyone." I will not be renewing my membership or returning to Sam's Club in South Portland ME.

This company decided to renew my membership after I called to cancel. They went ahead and charged my account without my knowledge or permission. Once I called, they claim I don't have an account, and they will not issue a refund. When they cancelled the autopay, they cancelled everything else. So now it shows that my membership was cancelled, and they are refusing to refund my money. Upon contacting my financial institution, they started a dispute for me to which Sam's is refusing to cooperate with my bank. So needless to say, I am out the money for this membership. I have filed another dispute so I am hopeful that it would be successful. I will never get another membership nor will my entire family. I will be making sure everyone I know cancels their membership.

If you like to shop early don’t shop at Sam’s unless you want to get charged extra!! I bought a Sam’s Club membership and apparently you have to wait until 10 am until you can access their store unless you have their “privileged plus pass.” They make the employees tell you wait in the parking lot and even though it’s not their fault they still get yelled at by other people and it’s not fair for them. All this store is, is just buying in bulk. If you don’t eat a lot of one thing or don’t have a family then I would just shop at Walmart. You pay money to be able to get into the store and then you can’t go when you want. I’d rate 0 stars if I could.

Prices are not the only reason I choose to have a Sam’s membership. They have certain products that I like, one of which is their fresh produce. They used to have the best berries, fruit, and vegetables along with the best prices on these items. But lately the quality is not as good. Yesterday, November 1, 2024 I was shopping there and wanted to buy some navel oranges. I picked up the bag and smelled them, There was not even a hint of Orange fragrance, instead there was an extremely strong chemical odor. I imagine it was some type of preservative. But, it was very unpleasant. Needless to say, I left without my much wanted naval oranges. Still, much of the produce is good and so I still give Sam’s Club a thumbs up.

I can’t express how disappointed I am with Sam's Club Employees and their customer service team. I went to Sam's Club, I also sent a email and attached proof and also called. Nothing was done. It seems that someone was able to open up a new membership with my name and credit card without showing a picture identification. They were able to charge $110.00 and nothing was done on Sam's Club side to prevent this. They should have more security protection. It looks like they are only interested in gaining more memberships in a dishonest way. If I could give them a 0 star for effort in trying to help resolve this issue. Nothing was done. So sad.

Corporate falsely identified me as a reseller & I am now forced to pay shipping fees even w/ plus membership. I can't get any help to fix this. I've been trying for 3 weeks and each person passing me off with a promise of a call or email that never comes. They are ripping off consumers. Totally unfair and I am not a reseller. I'm told they investigated me but how without checking anything other than me not knowing ten addresses were maximum limit to ship to.
I am a generous person and gift my parents kids grandkids friends etc for birthday and holidays and everyday life. Elder parents need depends and protein drinks. Your system allowed me to delete an address and add in another. Why? If I'm a reseller shouldn't have to file a tax ID number to be exempt from sale tax as a reseller? You haven't asked for that cause you know I'm not a reseller and you're just trying to make extra money in shipping fees. This is wrong. I work full time. Have a very full personal life with zero time or desire to resell. Please do better Sam's Club instead of your customer representative just saying he would help me cancel my membership. Please allow me the same treatment as other plus memberships. I am not a reseller.

My items 10lb. Bacon and 36 pk Dr. Pepper was not delivered to the correct address. I have also noticed with other deliveries that people are allowing others to pickup these orders to make the deliveries. My problem is that it’s mostly non English speaking people that do NOT know how to read English and follow simple directions to deliver or the driver is just out right stealing the items. No picture shown. Very inconvenience to me as I have event that I will now lose $$$ on.

Have been a Sam's member for over 30 years. I was Double charged for two items that I didn’t notice until later. Called the store, the young lady in customers service said nothing they could do and she cannot give a refund because we left out the store before we noticed and because people steal. My thing is they have the cashiers to ring up large items from the carts so it’s the store fought for her mistake also. Cashiers do make mistake. This is the first for us. Out of $32.96 not including tax. I understand some people may steal, but where is the fairness to those that don't. Make sure to check your receipts before walking out the store.

There were about 8 people in front of me and more behind me. I just walked out and went to Costco. This wasn't the first time this has happened and if they can't fix it, it will be the last.

Sam's Club is discriminatory against military families! We pay for PLUS for the free shipping, but have recently been informed that we must pay $14 for shipping now because we have shipped to 10+ addresses. Apparently, they think we are resellers. I have explained that we are a military family. We utilize the site to ship items back home before we plan to visit as well as gifts to family members so we don't have to pay shipping. They also do not take into account that military families move every 2.5-3 years. This year alone, we have moved to 3 different homes (to include AirBnBs while we find our forever home). Our military family will no longer be supporting Sam's Club as it is NOT military family.

Worst experience ever! I have ordered some non-sticky pans on 10/2/24. They were supposed to be delivered on 10/08/24 as per the tracking info. I did not receive them until afternoon, so, when I contacted them, I was told it will be delivered by end of the day, but it did not happen. I again contacted on 10/09 and I was told there was a glitch in the system and my order was stuck. I was advised they will do the inquiry, find out what has happed on ship ASAP. And again, they did not do it as I was told. I waited until 10/14 but nothing happened. When I called on 10/04, Annie(Enny), a from Problem Solving or something department told me she will find out exactly and call me back which she did not. And finally on 10/15 in the morning, they sent me email that the product is out of stock and hence my order is cancelled. I seriously wanted that order for gift. WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

On Saturday, May 11, my husband, his 14-year-old son, and I visited Sam's Club between four and five in the afternoon. We renewed our Sam's Club card before doing our shopping. While in a rush to leave, his son wanted a box of bubble gum that was not available for purchase. After confirming there were some in stock on the Sam's Club website, we asked an employee to check for us. The employee found them stored high on a shelf and estimated it would take 10-15 minutes to retrieve them. We decided to forget about it for now, but his son was upset. My husband eventually grabbed the bubble gum, prompting another employee to scold him for taking them without assistance.
Despite my husband apologizing and agreeing not to do it again, the employee continued to be rude and unprofessional. I went to search for an item while my husband and his son went in a different direction. Another employee later approached them, yelling at my husband for a second time about the incident. My husband reiterated that the action had already been done and asked what they wanted from him. After checking out, my husband and his son went to order food while I waited by the food tables with the cart. My son expressed feeling uncomfortable as he noticed all the employees and managers staring and talking about us and the incident.
About five minutes passed when my husband quickly exited the line to ask me a question. As he walked back to rejoin his son in line, two managers abruptly approached him to discuss the incident once again. Frustrated, my husband questioned what they wanted him to do and suggested putting the item back, as it had already been resolved. It seemed unnecessary for him to be confronted about the incident by four people on three separate occasions.Then the managers huddled and talked With each other for over 20 minutes. (See pic below) Must be nice not to have to do your job and still get paid.

I’ve always favored Sam’s Club over Costco, but still have both memberships. Sam’s club has always been way more affordable. And until recently I’ve never had anything negative to say Sam’s club. However upon using the Scan & Go I was double charged. My bill was a lil over 200$. I visited the courtesy desk 3 times that week. They stuck by their claim that because their computers did show I was charged twice there was nothing they could do. Even after calling their own customer service. I even went as far as going to my bank and bringing a printed statement. Still nothing. I ended up having to file a claim to get my EXTRA 200$ back that they had no record of. So I understand the public’s reluctance in using ‘new technology’ with out proper customer service for help.
It happened to my husband a few months after my ordeal. And he was simply in the self check out. So Nicholas, with this new store you’re planning to roll out with in Texas, please don’t forget about your loyal customers. As I’ve been a Sam’s club member for over 20 yrs and very sad that I was treated the way I was.

I placed another order for toilet paper on Sept 5. Instead, I got Monster energy drink. They supposedly sent a replacement, but it was not delivered. Called on Sept 7 and was supposed to get a refund. Told to wait 5 to 7 business days. No refund so I called back on Sept 18. Was told there was a glitch on their end and I needed to wait another 5 to 7 business days. Called back on Sept 30 and was told I would need to get a letter from my bank proving I didn't get a refund. Don't trust these people. They steal your delivery and then make you do a lot of leg work to prove it.
This is in addition to the time they sent the wrong size tshirts and was told I would have to print a label to send it back. When I told them I didn't have a printer and could they send me a label as I didn't intend to go buy a printer to correct their mistake and was told that's what I'd have to do if I wanted it corrected. I've been a Sam's Club member for probably 110 years or more, but we won't be renewing. Sam ** is spinning in his grave.

Watch out Sam's in Garland TX. One of employee and goofy management! My wife ordered an Apple Airpods online and picked it up at the curbside. When she opened the package, there isn't vinyl wrap outside the box. She thought it might open box however it was empty box. She went back to the Sam's and talked many employees there included managers over an hour. Unbelievably, all they said the box and online receipt barcode aren't match so they can't do anything about it. They all treat my wife like cheater even she paid around $200 for empty box. She didn't scan the item nor grab it in the store. How she know it is empty or didn't match barcode. I have been Sam's Plus member over 20 years but I am seriously thinking out of that stupid membership now. I hope many Sam's member see my review. Watch out this scam or stealing transaction.

I have visited the store in Sam's Club every weekend which close to Lakeline mall. The only one thing that annoys me is the action of receipt verification staffs. Not sure if it’s happening to me or someone else. My family is ** and stand by the line to check out, we use the Scan and go sometimes and sometimes self checkout because we don’t want to be slowly and wait in line. There are 2 lines checking out… one line is letting people go without checking or scanning items but when our turn the staff start to scan all 4 items on the cart. While she told other people… "You’re good to go sir," other groups she mentioned one by one, "You’re all good to go."
Is it because we are ** that is why you feel racism? I don’t recommend to someone to insult the store but if it possible please provide more Training to staffs about treating customers equally because they are not asking for your services without paying. We paid for full prices. We have membership and shop every week for supporting the store even though we live down north Austin. Please see this review as important because you will feel beneath if someone treats you like that to your family anywhere else. How do you feel about this? I am really upset with the staff’s behavior because not only today, previously I had been in such situations at the same store too.

Dayton OH Sam’s Club- I use scan and go, love it, I always stop over by the pharmacy to make sure I scanned everything and had taken a large item out of my cart sitting it on a bench. I paid on my app then proceeded to leave. I was almost home when I remembered the item on the bench that I paid for, it was the last one that color so in a panic I called the store and turned around. Angie at customer service answered and after putting me on hold she had personally run to the other side of the store, found my item and took it to the service desk. When I went in to pick it up, she could see I was in pain from my medical issues due to overexerting myself lifting and walking so much in the store so she escorted me out. What an absolute customer driven experience!!! Angie was kind, concerned and went well above to help me. Thank you so much Angie!!

Twice I purchased meat from here. One time was beef and the second time was cut up steak meat. Well on both occasions the meat stunk like a dead animal. Gross. Don't buy meat here. I also want to complain about Plus memberships here. I pay $100.00 so I can be told I have to come in at 8 like everyone else and also free shipping was raised to free only with 50 purchase. Most of the times stores are usually always out of stock. Save your money. Get the membership when it's 10.00 and you don't need a membership either to eat at the cafe. FYI. Save your money and headaches.

New Sam's Club plus member and purchased a TV on 9/14/24 that had to be shipped. Promised delivery date was 9/23/24 and got email from delivery company, AIT Global, that item was picked up on 9/16/26. On 9/17/24 I then get an email that delivery date of 9/23/24 was not available and log in to my Sam's account to schedule a new date. I do so and choose 9/24/24 which was also rejected by carrier. I called them and they said "We have told Sam's over and over not to tell customers anything on large appliance delivery other than 7-10 days and we will contact the customer to schedule a delivery." I called Sam's customer service and it was like talking to a wall with I am sorry, I understand, nothing they can do to expedite, etc but I did explain to him that there is a Federal Trade Commission and a South Carolina Dept of Consumer Affairs and the law is very specific on what constitutes a contract.

The more I have shopped and looked at labels the more I found Members Mark Brands are mostly from Overseas. I couldn't find Lipton Diet Green Tea in stock for the longest time. I did notice that there was a Members Mark Diet Green Tea. I purchased it, the taste was a little off from the Lipton brand. I did call the 800# and asked what was the country of origin for the tea, it did say distributed by Sam's, Arkansas. The answer I finally got was that the Country of Origin was Nigeria... That's all they had to say (I expected China but I was wrong). With that I will no longer buy Members Mark items from Sam's club unless they identify the Country of Origin.

As a long time member, I highly recommend stays far away from the new Sam's club! No free shipping under $50! Why pay the extra $50 if it's no longer for free shipping?? Not to mention half the stuff you try to order can't be shipped to not just your address but even to your TOWN! I was on chat with 3 different Sam's Club employees, each disconnected suddenly without offering any kind of help! That's the same as hanging up! I was simply trying to order a fee storage totes! But won't ship to any address I entered! It's all a scam now and un-American at the very least! If there's a Sam's close to you by all means their prices are good. DO NOT BUY PLUS MEMBERSHIP! I pay for the Plus Membership to have things shipped. I hardly ever change what I get delivered. I went to place my usual order to find out for free shipping it needed to be over $50 and most of what I usually had shipped is no longer available to be shipped to my address. I live some distance from Sam’s and make limited actual trips to the store. Their changes are a horrible marketing technique that will lose them a lot of business. With the Plus Membership I never even earned enough cash back to come close to paying for the yearly membership and I’ve spent a lot at Sam’s. I am going to look into Costco. Big mistake Sam’s.

Please try and accommodate more people that are vegan because people are changing the way they eat and you need to follow suit and change some of your food. Everything in the store has meat in it. My Plus Membership, which I have had for many years has changed its shipping policy from Free Shipping to Free Shipping over $50.00. While they may want to change that policy, I don't it is right that they change their shipping policy while my membership is still in effect. Any such policy changes should occur at membership renewal time, and not in the middle of my membership. If that is their new policy, I should have the option to receive a refund for the Plus membership and revert to Regular membership. I feel they have broken their contract with me. I will pursue the option of perhaps instituting a Class Action Lawsuit for breach of contract. I suggest to other members that they do the same. Sam's Club is no longer viable option for me and most certainly after many, many years I will NOT renew my membership. There are many other options to me which are much closer in distance.

Beware, always check expiration dates. Some products like dairy, produce and breads are short, but I just noticed that some pantry items (canned or sale/clearance) expire in less than 4 months. See attached pictures (purchase on 8/28/2024).

I buy the tires in the Greensboro store, I sent my daughter to replace the tires, she left the car parked outside the tire store, they were supposed to install the tires only, but my daughter received a notification on her phone saying that the car was moved to another location, she check the map to see where her car was and she noticed that it was parked outside of a food store, are the personnel allowed to use the customer’s vehicles to grab the cars and used to go anywhere they want?
Also when my daughter get the car she noticed that the display of the car shows that the tires were low tire pressure, she went back to the store and told the guy in charge about it, he checked the tires and effectively the tires were low pressure. How is it possible that managers do not inspect vehicles before they are delivered to customers? I feel very disappointed with this situation, I just hope that the managers do their job better.

I’m dropping my membership with Sam’s due to the new policy that changed on August 19. I have been a member for many years & am totally floored at the “new perks” which include paying for shipping if under $50? I live in an area that is at least 2 hours drive to any Sam’s Club so must order online. I see no “new perks” for members, only new costs. I’ve discussed this change with other family members & we all will be joining Costco. I am extremely upset with this change!

We have always enjoyed our Sam's Club membership even upgrading to the plus tier because we live rurally and an hour away from the nearest Sam's. Quite literally in the middle of our membership, they have started charging shipping for any order under $50 when at sign up it was FREE for plus members. This feels illegal and a breach of our membership terms. Once our membership runs out, we will not renew with them again. Bad business, bad customer service and bad vibes.

My review is double, 1st we had a delivery gentleman that had our things but couldn’t understand anything. My husband was out in the driveway for 15 minutes trying to get him to understand it was our order, in the meantime he calls me and asks me what exactly was our order, I looked it up and told him. The gentleman still doesn’t have a clue, so I go out there and tell him, "This is our order Alan. Take it in." He then stops us to scan the bag, we go into the house and he comes in the house to scan it again. Meantime we do not speak Spanish so it was a mess. My dinner was overcooked. #2 Then I try to call Sam’s. They said my wait would be 32 minutes, I stayed on the phone 48 minutes, they finally answered and hung up. So Disappointed!!!!

Sam's Club doesn't care at all about your business. I have been with Sam's Club (a plus member) for well over a decade, but am happy to hear they are putting in a Costco near me. I am completely done with Sam's. I recently got a large payment for work I had done. I paid over $2,000 on my card, but was declined payment 3 days later. On that same day, I also paid over $3,000 to pay the card off entirely (before I went in and was declined). I called in to find out what was the issue, and they told me a hold had been placed since I made multiple payments. Basically, I was penalized for paying my card off. In fact, the $3050 payment, made 8/15, is still on hold until 8/22, even though removed from my bank. All payments made online, not mailed in checks.
I asked if I could be credited the ten dollars and ten cents I would have gotten (my 5% for shopping at Sam's with the Sam's card) and was refused. Once again, SAM'S DOES NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS AND WILL DO NOTHING TO RETAIN IT. They punish you for paying off your credit card, and this is from a decade plus customer. Do not become a Sam's member. There is a Costco opening nearby on 8/28, and I will be in line to become a Costco member, goodbye forever Sam's Club. I can't wait til thousands of Sam's members in Covington migrate to Costco. No loyalty FROM Sam's whatsoever, so no loyalty FOR them either.

I was just in Sam’s club with my mother who has cancer and a hard time walking. I was scanning my produce food and I scan the meat twice and we getting ready to walk out with the associate. Ethan told us we have to go to customer service to fix it. By the way it was only a 24 cent difference. So we had to wait in line. My mom tired with no patience because of my mistake and went over to customer service to fix it. We was **. Ethan already had an attitude when we first came up. Rude and horrible customer service. The only reason I ever joined Sam's Club was for the decent gas prices. I don't need toilet paper packs the size of coffee tables. Most food items in SC are unhealthy or not good quality. They make a killing off those membership fees when they should be thankful people spend their hard earned money there. I see no advantage to paying any grocery store a fat fee to shop there. I'd prefer to shop at a Wegmans any day.

Membership Services relayed their Risk Management department has restricted my Plus membership from placing further orders to be shipped to my home. They would not provide a number to for me to contact Risk Management to discuss, and stated it did no good for them to confer with Risk Management as they would not be provided the specifics as to what the "unusual activity" was that Risk Management gave as a reason for restricting my membership. I have been a member since 2009, have one of their charge cards that are always paid timely and in full each month. Like WHAT THE HECK??

A while back I ordered a few things for home delivery from Sam's in Amarillo. The store is located on Soncy. Online it said the delivery was completed but I never received the products. The store Manager told me they couldn't refund my money because the delivery service that they use is an independent service. I contacted their delivery service Sams uses (They chose this service, not me) and they said Sams had to refund my money. I went back and forth but never got my money back. With other stores, the store immediately refunds money but not with Sams. Buyers beware. Don't have items delivered from the store to your home. If it doesn't arrive, you are SOL. This is a VERY bad policy for Sams.

Bought a massage chair from Sam’s Club. When it was delivered the delivery men said it was not their job to bring the chair into the house or the porch unless we wanted to pay extra. It was literally only 3 steps up into the house and another 20 feet to the living room so they left this big very heavy massage chair in the driveway. I had no cash to pay them to bring it in. I am incapable at my age of lifting that chair.
When I called Sam's Club to find out what the delivery men should have done (after 5 tries) they said the delivery men should have brought it into my house. Sam's club said there was nothing they could do about it now. They did say they could send delivery men to take it back if I wanted to return it but not to take it into the house. I told customer service if they can send delivery men to pick it up why can’t they send men to bring it into the house? Terrible service all around from Sam’s.

Since moving our nearest Sam's Club is over an hour drive so I decided to downgrade my membership that I have had since 2004. I called customer service on 6-20-24 and she was pleasant and assured me my membership was downgraded and issued a refund of the money not used throughout the year. Surprise to me on 7-20-24 they took out the full Plus membership fee. Upon calling customer service the first gentleman I spoke to hung on me without fixing the issue. Called back and had to explain to the issue 3 different times over the phone that my membership wasn't corrected and I need a refund of funds taken out of my account.
I ask for a confirmation number which was given but then was put on hold for over 4 minutes just for them to TRY to send me an email for confirmation purposes that it was completed. 7-10 days to get my money back is what I was told. I shouldn't have to give a reason for a downgrade 10 different times for your specialist to complete the task at hand. I love shopping in your facility but this service was not acceptable. Carmelita was very helpful and this negativity that I experienced is no cause of hers. She was very helpful and fulfilled my request.

My 76 year old mother shopped in the store on July 6, 2024. A cashier convinced her to apply for a Sam's Credit card, and advised her that there was a $95 fee to apply. After paying for her items, she accepted because she was told that she was approved and gave the cashier $100 bill, and she gave her $5 change. When my mother called to advise me of this transaction, I advised her that you should not pay for a credit card, and I disregarded it thinking that she may have increased her membership and that was the reason for the fee. Nevertheless, my mother received a letter from the credit card company on 7/14 and that was confirmation that she had applied for a credit card and that the cashier had manipulated my elderly mother and "stolen" her money.
I immediately called the store and spoke with Sharonda, Shalonda or LaShanda who advised me that they would have the cameras reviewed and give me a call back. After not hearing form her I went to the store on 7/16 and spoke with a coach named Amed who also stated that he would review the cameras and give me a callback. After not hearing from him, I called the store again several times on 7/16 and was placed on a long hold. Finally spoke with a Coach Bobby who states that per the footage, the cash that the cashier had received from my mother was place in the $20 and that there was no recorded overage on the drawer that day, but does admit that the cashier left the register to obtain an ipad. In my opinion anything could have happened with the cash when she walked away from the register. I am trusting my mother, and will never allow her to shop there again.

Only button is to continue. Sam's is a low class operation, compared to CostCo. Sam's gas rebate con, offered 10% instead of std 5% until 7/11 on Sam's CC.. However, Sam's raised gas price to $3.17, Costco $2.94. 7% more than Costco, so lost 2% on flyer promo. Another Sam's Con job. Terrible shopping experience in this store, many problems. Wished I has gone to Costco instead of wasting 1 Gal gas driving to Sam's. 25 Yr member, like Sam's tires, else would dump Sam's membership. Also some out of state stores better than MN Sam's Clubs.

My boss sent in an order for me to pick up. When I went to pick up the order I couldn't use the app because my boss placed the order. I went inside to check in. After I checked in I was told I couldn't go out the same door I came in by a tired employee so I had to walk around the building to where I parked in order pick up. The Plano store used to be ok but apparently in May of this year, some associate allowed a random person to come in and steal my business account that I have had for over 30 years. They allowed this lady to come in and change the primary and remove the only 2 people who were on the account. This person had no identification that allowed her to be on my account. She just talked to the person named "RO" to change information without any documentation or communication with the business. I cannot believe this is legal. Because of this I had to make a new account and I am unable to stop the person from using my original account.

Purchased 2 tires online and waited 8 days total for the installation. Had appt at 3pm and they called me right at 2:44 pm and left voice message saying they cannot do Tesla cause they don't have equipment to lift it. What special equipment do you need to lift Tesla for tire change???? Called customer service and they said they can only help with refund "in person". They don't have authority to refund any purchases over the phone. They're living in the 80s. I left work early for this and was in parking lot when I received the message. Better off going to Costco. I contacted customer support and was told that my account was inactive and all my orders had been canceled. I didn't receive any emails or text messages about this. I had a Sam's credit card that I was using and Sam's failed to notify me that they decided to shut it off. I had $0 balance and was prepared to check out with $300 of merchandise. My card declined and when I called was told this was a business decision. I paid for my purchase with a different form of payment and IMMEDIATELY went to customer service and canceled my membership. I will now be making a "business decision" to shop elsewhere. I will be going to Costco and making sure everyone knows what they did to me. I've never made a late payment nor ever had ANY issues with my card. You need a new bank to service your members because you will lose a lot of business dealing with that bank.

I went back to Sam's but the tire center was closed. I proceeded to return next day and the associate was very fidgety and stated, "I’ll open it". I asked, "Do you have a lift for the car so you can go underneath to release it?" He said, "Well, no… so do this. Go get an estimate, and we will pay for it." I thought that was odd, as if to admit something that did actually happen and also explain his jittery attitude when I picked the car up.
Before I left Sam's, I asked to speak to a Supervisor, just forward thinking, and I met Stephen (a Supervisor Staff Coach) who was nice and told me not to worry about anything. So after I dropped my wife off at work close by, I did take it to Toyota to have them look at it and see how we could open my hood…. Spending 3 hours at Toyota was not my plan but after the diagnostic I was told it needed a new part and labor is extensive as the cable goes through the firewall. I paid 256.00 and they ordered the part. That was Wed, June 26. I bought my battery on Tuesday June 25.
When I finally met the manager, this morning at 8:30am, he in very few words called me a liar and said “good luck. I'm not helping you." I said, "WHAT??? I bought a top battery from you, your associate told me what to do as he probably knew all along what happened or what he did, and now after wasting my day yesterday to bring you my paperwork, this is how you treat your customer? All I know is, I bought a battery, you installed it and I went to look at it to check dates and my hood latch was broken…. HOW DO I DESERVE THIS TREATMENT YOU ARE GIVING ME?" I even have proof from TOYOTA that the technician stated something like this can only happen with excessive force.
My hood latch has always been easy release and maybe he didn't know that or rushed quickly and yanked it, this I do not know- All I know is, I cannot open my hood today to even see the battery I bought 2 days ago now. This is NOT acceptable and is completely uncalled for. The Battery/Tire Manager at #4704 Fresno store, Darren had a big attitude and was quite sarcastic in nature to both myself & wife. So, going on 4 days now and I cannot even see the battery installed in my vehicle that I bought on the previous Tuesday and I hope to God that I do not need any road service or engine treatment during this time as this is my only car.

My credit card was compromised over 6 months ago and used to set up a Sam's Club membership. I reported the fraud and got a new card number, and was charged 3 months later for a Sam's Club membership renewal. I reported the fraud and got a new card number, and was charged AGAIN 3 months later for a Sam's Club membership renewal.
Upon reporting this to my bank AGAIN, they notified me that my card probably hadn't actually been compromised this time -- Sam's Club creates a "Arbitrary Agreement" with the member that allows them to continue charging a credit card account even if the actual card number is changed and even if a Stop Payment is put on them. When I called Sam's Club to find out how to fix this, they said they can't help me because I don't know the fraudster's membership account number! They said there's nothing they can do, and when I ask to be transferred or escalated, they put me on hold and disconnect the call!

This is specific to the location in Las Vegas on Pecos, just south of Tropicana. Here it is; Saturday - mid afternoon... lines going more than 50% to the rear of the store, and other than the self-checkout stations (that had even a longer line) there were 2 registers open..moving at a snail's pace. The manager was standing attempting to direct traffic of people who had been standing in line 30+ minutes.
Numerous employees were doing other misc. jobs / positions. I confronted 4 of them at one location & ask about this. They all laughed, agreed to the absurdity of the situation, and pointed at the manager. (A customer walking by & overhearing me was irate over the time he had wasted standing in line.) Maybe your manager needs to go make a field trip to Costco to see how this should be done; meaning schedule the proper number of employees and have a sufficient number of registers open..at least on weekends. Is this manager trying to get a "pat on the head" for saving the company a few dollars from the salary of some people qualified to operate a cash register?? Nice job.... Welcome to corporate America... Nice example.

Do not open a credit account or membership with Sam's Club. I had a line of credit with sam's for over 10 years and was never late on payments/kept up with my card the whole time. Without notice the bank canceled my card for inactivity which should have never happened because I had been using the card to pay my membership. When I called customer service to resolve the issue, they basically just said there was nothing they could do despite me being a loyal customer for as long as I had. This in turn affected my credit score seeing as it affected my credit history. I told them to cancel my membership if they couldn't reinstate my card and they assured me my membership was canceled. Fast forward to months later and they charge me a membership fee on a card I had randomly used to pay for groceries at some point when my account was supposed to be canceled. Sam's club is bad business and they will try to steal your money.

We bought a Generac generator through Sam's which they (corporate office) promised Installation was included on the purchase before we purchased it, then we were told after it was delivered and we invested money into having a concrete pad put in for the Generac generator that they were not going to stand by their promise and installation is not included. A team lead supervisor with Sam's corporate also promised us, which we have recorded that she (Paula C.) was going to take care of the installation because of their promise. Now we are told that they will only give us half off the generator. This is a SCAM!! We are out $1000.00 on the cement pad and it will cost us another $1500.00 to have it removed and the ground resoded. We will never do business with Sam's Club or Generac Generators again.

Purchased a Robotic Pool Cleaner Sept 7, 2023. Quit working a month ago. Contacted the service for warranty and no reply, the phone number you call hangs up on you and never transfers you anybody. So I went to the SAM's club where I purchased and online says return for any reason. So I tried and the person says only can be done within 90 days? I said not on my receipt and since I used your scan and go. No one could had told me about your policy. Also not on emailed receipt or anywhere in the email sent for my receipt. I called customer service and tell me the same story. Either way it's Sam's selling this product which they take no responsibility over. In club I have spent over 12K this year so guess what?
