    Do not order from this company - they will take your money and then ghost you. They finally shipped my order a month later. Their customer service phone number puts you on hold and then tells you to call back. I tried a dozen times. They do not answer emails. The company must be going out of business but again they are happy to take your money the moment you order. The website looks alluring so do not be fooled. I am sorry I did not look at the reviews until after my purchase - I remember back when they were a legitimate company. They need to be shut down.

    Like all the other reviews, it appears that something has happened behind the scenes with this company. There is no access to customer service via the phone or email. How is this possible with a company who's HQ is located in the middle of MANHATTAN and is affiliated with Lord&Taylor?? For the sake of new customers that have no idea, this website needs to be taken down and a civil suit needs to be brought to this company. How their website is still being kept up to date with new products being offered is beyond ridiculous and should be illegal for them to do so. This needs to be brought to the attention of the Attorney General. I personally have not received my refund for items I had to return because of wrong labeling and sizing and I had to pay shipping both ways.

    Customer service, (back in September 2023, the last time I heard a human voice and the last time I received a standard email response) promised that I would receive the full refund, including the shipping both ways, as it was their fault the products were mislabeled. I have not heard back anything and as of today, their email inbox is full so my email went nowhere. Again, for a company right there in Manhattan??? Please if you have any suggestions for me to retrieve my refunds, let me know. I will attempt to do so with my bank. Thank you.

    I am extremely upset. I placed two orders, one in January and another either late January or early February. I sent items to be returned. I received two confirmations that my items had been received but they were experiencing a delay in returns but here’s an extra 10% off. I waited patiently and finally received a refund for the second purchase in March. However, they only refunded me for two of the three items. Additionally, I ordered a pair of shoes and initially NYC website said my order was partially filled.

    I tried finding a number to call and left a voicemail. Never received a call back. So I emailed the help NYC email. Never received an email back but I noticed afterwards that my order said fulfilled and there was a return to credit card, however the blouse I returned was no longer included in my list of return items. It is now May 8 and I have not received a return for the very first purchase in January. This is absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say I will never shop here again!!!

    On March 5th I received an email stating my refund for my return is delayed and it can take up to 41 days to receive it. That alone was absurd, but I was patient and waited. It is now May 7th and I am beyond livid that I have not received the refund for my returns! ($363.73). They stated they received my return on Feb 19th. Where is my refund?! This customer service is completely unacceptable! And of course, no responses from them when called or emailed!

    Purchased items on March 29, 2024. Has never been shipped and they do not answer calls. It is a recording and I left a message, shocker no response. I have sent over 30 emails with no response. I have called several occasions. I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and was assigned an ID number. New York & Company used to be so good.

    I placed an order on January 6th 2024 and returned the full order and they received it back January 31st 2024. I have yet to receive my $96 refund. They also sent me an email stating they were behind on refunding and that I will receive my refund. It's May 2024 and I still have not received my refund for order #**. I have called many times and no answer. I have emailed and no email returned. I will never shop with New York and Company again!

    I submitted a return but their system never generated a return label to print. There also was not a return label, like they used to include, with the order. I’ve emailed several times but received no response. I even tried to call the one number and he was only able to give me the number ba l that I called to NY and Company. Looks like I’m stuck with a dress that’s too big but lesson learned: DO NOT ORDER from NY and Company and I won’t order ever again.

    New York & Company is a scam. You call and leave messages. Send emails and no response. I placed my order on March 22nd. Receive items on April 11th and having problems returning items. We all need to band together and take New York & Company to court and sue them.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been scammed by this company after purchasing an item. The item was too large and when I tried to return it, there is no mailing address, label or any information regarding returning the item except a little blurb that says click here for label. The click brings up ERROR. When I returned to the website it shows that the item is returned with no refund information. There is an email address that does not respond, phone numbers that don't get answered. My $70 is gone and I have no place to turn. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.

    Shipping is horrible and so is the service which no one will answer you. I'm starting to believe that NY & Co are cheating customers by taking their money and not sending the products. You may get one or two of your items but still missing something else and still being charged. It does no good to send an email or to call. This is not right; and I believe is fraudulent business practice. I have had my NY & Co card for over 20 years and the service use to be great unfortunately no longer. I will no longer be ordering any more purchases with them at this time. I hope something changes for the better in the near future; if not I do not see how they will survive an online store.

    Purchased a dress on April 19 2024. Has never been shipped. They do not answer calls. I have called several occasions. After 6 minutes you will get a recording to leave message and it will hang up. They do not return calls nor have they responded to my emails.

    I like many others have been stung by this company! I placed an order on 4-19-24, they charged my credit card but I can't get an answer about the shipping of that order, when I look at the site it gives me a bogus shipping number that UPS says is not valid! How disgraceful is this company....the answer is VERY!!! I have emailed customer service....no response, called the 855 number and waited over a half hour and never got to talk to anybody. Next I will be calling my credit card company to remove that charge from my account, SAD that in 2024 you can't trust a company to send merchandise that they say is available, what a bunch of crooks, DISGUSTING!!!

    It has now been two and a half months since I have returned two items and am awaiting a refund for $76.02 to my Discover card. I have been more than patient and they have no true intentions on refunding returned items within the next 48 hours, I will be filling a report with the Better Business Bureau along with filling fraudulent transactions with my credit card company. The customer service number provided for New York and Company is a nonworking number that automatically places customers on hold and directs them to email the above information to address help@nyandcompamy. Buyers need to be warned!!! Beyond disgusting and false advertising. Don’t buy anything from this site unless you plan on keeping 100% of the order and aren’t expecting a refund!!

    I have placed several orders with NY&C over the past few months.. When I log into my account the orders are no longer there for viewing. I had a dress that I didn't open until Saturday March 30th and discovered it was sewn incorrectly... I was asked for the Invoice/Order number...not sure why when THEY CREATED THE ORDER NO. and SHIPPED the dress to me.. Help came in the form of multiple emails back and forth asking me for an Invoice that I don't have an indicated in the original message... Very disappointed in the way Customer accounts are managed.

    DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM NY&CO. They must be getting ready to go out of business. I placed an order on 3/21/24 they created a packing slip but the order never shipped. I called and emailed 40 times. No response. This is horrible. They use to be good but they have clearly fell off.

    I have shopped at NY&Co since they had brick and mortar stores (Lerner New York) but like so many others, they received my return and for months promised to issue the refund and never did. “Rahul” must be a bot or just a liar. Horrible. Stay away.

    NY&CO was sold 4 years ago to an e-commerce company. It is no longer the company we loved. Before I knew this: 1. Dishonest shipping info. 2. Orders come in split deliveries/weeks apart. 3. Charged card 2x.

    I ordered a pair of pants of their website in my size in TALL. I am 5’9’ and they are extremely too short and small. Nowhere on the checkout screen did it say no returns or all sells are final. After trying to return them then the site wants to show no returns. Not only that I cannot get in contact with anyone. There is a reason this place went out of business in stores. They're terrible

    Placed an order with New York and Company and the order came in 2 packages. One was returned by the Post Office because my zip code was off by one digit. This was returned to NY&CO on March 10. All I can get from email response is that the warehouse is working hard to get me refunded. This used to be my favorite store but no more. They went from closing stores to being online and poor service. I AM OVER IT. I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!!! Order number **.

    I am echoing all of the negative reviews describing NY&CO not returning or answering calls or responding to emails. I ordered and paid for 5 items but only received 4. I called and emailed. I refuse to be aggravated any longer. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. They will put a hold on the amount of issue and get it back from BAD NY&CO.

    Not sure what is going on with NY & CO. I made a purchase in December 2023, returned the purchased and was not refunded until March 2024. I pay my bills electronically. I sent NY & Co payments on two occasions and both payments were returned. I received NY & CO bill and saw I was charge a late fee. I spoke with a rep who was kind enough to remove the late fee. Rep informed that with the late fee removed my balance is $15.81. I paid the balance as soon as I hung up the phone with the customer service rep. Today April 11, 24 I receive a bill which included a late fee of $28.00. Blew my mind! I am done with NY & CO. I will be closing my account.

    I placed two orders in March with 5-8 day shipping. Neither order had shipped. I reached out to customer service via email and, while they did respond multiple times, they basically just kept telling me to be patient and wait. They never offered me any form of compensation or a refund for my troubles. I was hoping to wear the dress I ordered to a wedding which I am guessing I will be unable to do. I am pissed.

    Please listen to the rest of the reviews and do not order from them. My $130 order was never shipped, never arrived, no records of package with UPS, no response to emails, no phone number to reach them. I submitted a fraud claim against them with my credit card company and thankfully my credit card company refunded me. It bothers me that the cc company had to eat the charge and that NY&C kept my money. NY&C is a huge scam. Be careful!

    Now I was a loyal customer when it was a brick and mortar. Even when it closed down I still purchased items with no issues until now. I purchased a skirt that roughly was $25.00 and using their sizing I ordered a medium since this is the size I wear. First it took them 2 weeks to send it and with no notification or tracking info. When I sent them an email it took them another 2 weeks to reply by then the skit had arrived and it was too small. Emailed them again and they had the nerve to ask me to send pictures to show them the item didn't fit which I did. It took them a entire week to tell me NO they will not exchange it so now I have a shirt that I cannot wear and will have to pay to have it altered. I will never order from them again and I advise anyone else not to to save you the headache

    I have ordered from this company for many years, with no issues. However, the order I placed on March 18, 2024 still hasn't made it to me yet. I called and emailed multiple tomes with no response. No response, not a peep. I have a store card with them, and I made a return from a purchase in earlier February of 2024. On February 15, 2024, I received an email saying “Your return was delivered via UPS on Feb 15th, 2024. Due to a high volume of orders, we are experiencing a delay in processing returns. Please allow additional time to receive your refund. We appreciate your patience, and you will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete. Please note, that depending on your original payment method, it may take additional days for a return credit to appear on your credit card or bank statement.”

    It is now April 5th, 2024, and no credit back to my NY&Co store card. I am now getting an interest charge on an item that I returned. I reached out to the card company and the said they cannot issue a refund. While I had them on the phone. They called NY& Co and could not get ahold of them as well. They have lost a customer.

    I have returned three (3) orders between November and December 2023. It is now April and I am still awaiting full refunds owed for the merchandise returned in complete compliance with NYC's return policy. I have emailed and called customer service as well as Comenity Bank (Merchant Card Services provider) all to NO AVAIL. I've even reached out to their Executives via LinkedIn. No Response. Six (6) months to receive a REFUND IS RIDICULOUS!!! Poor Example of Customer Service on all fronts. This was a much better retailer when they were a storefront. As an online merchant they are horrible. Do Not Patronize them unless you're ok throwing away your hard earned money.

    I have ordered from this company for years, with no issues. However the order I placed on March 12, 2024 still hasn't made it to me yet. I called, emailed, hit up the social media sites (which they have blocked comments on), and even messaged them on Facebook Messenger-nothing. No response, not a peep. I am highly irritated because I ordered a set of work clothes as I was returning to the office. This company will never ever get my business again!!!!

    I am also a customer who purchased online. I got an email that said UPS label is created 12 days ago but the courier hasn't received the package. I called and left voice mails and also emailed to their help line but no one has reached out to me. With all these consumers complaints, why are the still in business? Now I am going to call my bank and see what can be done? They should not be allowed operate business and their website need to be shut/taken down by Consumer Protection Bureau. It is a Fraud to take money from consumers and don't deliver.

    Listen to the other reviewers. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. Unfortunately, I discovered too late. I've ordered from them in the past maybe 3 or 4 yrs ago and never had an issue. However, things have changed badly. I'm starting to wonder if they are based in a foreign country because of their shady business practices. It's been 2 weeks and my $300+ worth of clothing has not been shipped; only a shipping label was created. They do not respond to emails or calls so don't waste your time. It's a shame I had to do a chargeback with my credit card company. That is what I recommend the rest of you do if you have ordered something and have not received it within the 5-7 business days their site alleges.

    If you expect to get your order in a timely manner, forget it. Customer service does not answer your inquiries, and you are made to feel your inquiries DO NOT matter to them. Good product, horrible customer service and horrible untimely shipments that make you wonder if this company has turned into a foreign SCAM company. Two prior orders I’ve placed arrived in a good time, (SINGLE ITEMS) but my last three shipments (multiple items) have been ridiculously delayed. I will no longer be ordering their products—even if each item was priced at one dollar. They can consider me a FORMER CUSTOMER who will make sure to let everyone I can reach realize NY&CO are in the past and to shop some/anywhere else but there.

    I've shopped at New York and Company online and in the store and had great experiences. But since they no longer have brick and mortar store the quality has gone down. I returned the unwanted items within the return window and I'm still waiting on my refund several months later. I have contacted them via email several times and called them and got no response on either. Do not order from them. They scammed me and for sure will get you. Do not purchase anything from them unless you are ready to be out of your money.

    I've been shopping at NY&Co for 10 years or more, and I don't know what happened to this company. The service went to crap ever since the pandemic and they closed all their stores. Clearly the online only shopping is not working and they need to bring back the stores, because I'm 100% sure that people are getting fed up with the service they are barely providing.

    I placed an order, I put in my shipping address, the site defaulted to my old address. I immediately tried to cancel order to no avail. I tried to call, phone info is outdated, mailbox full, no live person to speak to, email after email no response. Finally after a month I get an email stating, "Thanks for contacting us but your items have already been shipped." this was a month later! I never received my items of course. My advice is to not waste your money or time.

    I placed an order on March 9th for 3 pairs of leggings, due to be shipped within 5-8 business days. I was immediately charged for my order, and have been checking continuously for updates. Two friends who ordered within the same hour I did both received their packages. Mine has been in “Awaiting fulfillment “ this entire time. I have sent three emails and left a message, and no one will respond to any of my inquiries. The Customer Service for this company is non-existent and they have essentially stolen my money and are not responding. I don’t even want the clothes at this point, I just want my money back. I will never order from them again.

    ***PLEASE READ*** Ordered on 3/6/2024, sent two emails, no response, finally got a response on 3/22/24 and was told there would be a delay due to limited inventory and my order would be partially filled. How do you partially fulfill an order of a SINGLE DRESS?? Anyways, this clearly is an ongoing issue and they need to do an overhaul of their business practice. That is why I created a petition to change their business practices on change.org. Please sign my petition to bring awareness to this issue.     I ordered apparel from, New York & Co on March 12, 2024. I paid and shipment was scheduled for 5-8 days. It is now March 27, 2024 and I still haven't received my order. They've lied on the Post Office by creating a fictitious label. That's a federal offense. I've sent two emails about my order and no response. I've call customer service four times. I left a voice-mail message each time. No one from customer service has contacted me or returned any messages. AT THIS POINT, IT'S THEFT!! THEY'VE STOLE MY MONEY. HOW OR WHY NEW YORK & CO doesn't have live customer service representatives to solve customers' issues? Looking at the reviews, I see that I'm not the only one that's been finessed out of their hard earned money. I'm sending a report to, Texas and New York Attorney General Office for Theft.

    I placed an order, and their return policy says all sales are final. The issue I have with that is I did not receive what I ordered, so how is that my problem. I have sent emails, left voicemails, and text messages and no one from their customer service has responded. I ordered a black balloon sleeve sweater and received a green button-down sweater. This is my first unpleasant experience with them, but it disappointing enough that I will not spend my money with them ever again since they do not care about their consumers. I am writing this review because I have given them ample time to response to either of my three communication methods. Now I am stuck with a sweater I did not order.

    I've shopped at NY & Co for years. When they went online only, I was hesitant, but places several orders and had no trouble...Until I needed to make a return. I have returned $200 in merchandise and received no refund. The returns were sent within their protocol, received and processed per their customer service dept, yet I haven't been refunded. The customer service phone no longer answers and refers callers to email, which now no longer answers, either. I've contacted the BBB, who also can't reach anyone at NY&CO. ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!

    I have shopped at NY & Company for 20 years. Since there are no longer any stores and you can only shop online, they have fallen off 100%!!! The clothes are terrible. The size are all off. I wear a size 10 pants. The butt on the pants are very large while the waist line is a size 2. And it's not just one pair. It's all of them. I wear a large dress because I'm top heavy if you know what I mean. The large dress would barely fit a size 6. And the return policy leaves a lot to question. I returned the last items I bought and received an email over a month later advising that a refund would be credited to my account within 3 months! Seriously! Also everything is a final sale. Makes me think they already know the clothes will not fit. The only I'll ever buy from this store may be some earrings! If anything! And that's too bad. It use to be one of my house to stores for everything.

    I purchased some shoes from them and I did not get all of my order. They canceled the order because the shoes were out of stock. I have called numerous times and emailed and can’t ever reach anyone over the phone. I did receive finally the one Email letting me know that my order was cancelled so why not return my money if you know you don’t have the product I ordered. I placed the order in January 2024 and it is now March 2024 and I still have not received a Response or Refund.     DO NOT buy from NY and Company! I purchased something after having a bad experience a year and a half ago and the same thing happened again! After my purchase, the item never arrived. They make you download a stupid app to track shipping without even giving you a shipping number for USPS. I called several times to get the shipping number to no avail. No one ever picked up but there was a "sorry we missed your call message". You can email them but I knew they'd never get back to me. After weeks, I got an email that said the item was returned back to NY and co and I was getting a refund. I was so looking forward to my purchase! To make matters worse, I ended up emailing them and they NEVER got back to me as I suspected. And then to add salt to a wound, I got an ad from them saying, "Love your purchase? Here's more!" They just need to go out of business already and stop teasing us and taking our personal information.

    I ordered 3 sweaters for my daughter. When the package arrived, there were two sweaters, but the packing slip said there were three. I called the company multiple times-each time I was assured they were researching the issue and would get back to me-they never did. I emailed them multiple times-no response. I used PayPal to pay for the order, so submitted a request for a refund. My request has been denied because they produced the delivery slip and the packing slip. I have never had this problem with other retailers. I will never shop this company again and will advise others not to fall for my mistake.

    I made a large order a few weeks ago purchasing suits for work; blazers with matching pants. However, when the order was finally delivered, one of the pants is the wrong size and one of the blazers is missing. I've sent several emails to customer service at the email on the website, and they are bouncing back. I've been calling, and calling, all of the listed numbers and cannot reach anyone. It is just ridiculous! Years ago, I had ordered from NY&Co. with no problems. Things sure have changed. Now, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. The customer service is TERRIBLE!

    I placed 2 online orders and received both and had items that needed to be returned. The 2nd order included 2 big boxes of boots and the plastic bag that the items were mailed in could not be used for the return so I used a box and included both return orders packaged separately each with their own shipping label but put in 1 box. The order numbers are ** ( refund amount $35.71) and ** (refund amount $113.43). I have emailed and called numerous times and they responded via email the returned orders were received 1/8/24 but the warehouse is behind, the latest being 1/29/24.

    I am starting to worry if I will ever be refunded due to the high number of complaints for the exact same complaint. Also I cannot find in their system on their website the refund request for order # **, it has mysteriously disappeared. Good thing I took a picture of each of the return labels and the box with both orders in it. I'm simply requesting that I be refunded for both return orders $113.43 and $35.71 (total of $149.12) to the original method of payment as soon as possible since it's been over a month.

    Placed an order online and received the order a week later but one item was missing and I was charged for the entire order. Checked the website for an update on the missing item but nothing there for 3 weeks now. Emailing them and calling everyday and no response to anything. Contacted the credit card company and they don’t have any other information except the contact info on the website. Something has to be going on, almost like they are shutting down and not letting customers know anything. This is so frustrating. My last call with the credit card company suggested I file a dispute for the charges and maybe they will respond. I will never order from this company again and closing out their credit card as well.     NY&Co continues selling online but note that there is no customer service! They sent me an online order that was incorrect (completely wrong product—not remotely related to my order,) and the phone number is unanswered, and all emails bounce back as undeliverable.     I am very disappointed with New York and Company. I have been a loyal customer ever since the company was called Lerners New York. I have never had any problems with returning items to New York & Company until recently. On December 9, 2023, I purchased two evening tops for a concert. My tops arrived on December 19th and I attempted to try them on but they were too small for me. I purposely waited to return my items after Christmas for fear my items would be lost in the mail. I started the process on 12/27/2023 with USPS. According to the tracking information it was shipped out on 12/28/23. Each day I reviewed the tracking information. There was never any updates. I reached out to the company through phone and email. Not one returned call or email from them. I even called the NY & CO payment center to get assistance from them. They shared with me it was nothing they could do but the payment department mentioned that they have been hearing complaints about this very issue.

    Then miraculously on January 17th, I received an email from the company and they needed background information about my return. On January 21st, the company shared with me the warehouse received my items on January 5, 2024. They shared with me it will take 7-10 business days to complete. Then, it will take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be processed. It is now February 19, 2024, my refund has not been refunded back to me. Everything should have been taken care of by January 18th. So, I'm concern that NY & CO does not have any plans on refunding my money. Very disappointing.

    I made a $500 purchase from New York & Company. Unfortunately some of the clothes did not fit so I returned them and repurchased the same clothes without getting my refund first. I have done this in the past and there has been no problem. This time they received my merchandise January 2nd, I received email letting me know the merchandise has been received. It is now February 9, 2024 and I have not received the refund. I have sent multiple emails and tried to call. I have waited on the phone for 10 minutes every time I call and then it is sent to a voicemail box. I leave a voicemail and never receive a call back. I have been a loyal customer in the past.     Place an order for a couple of clothing and return them immediately because it was something that was very cheaply made back on December 9, 2023. They said it takes 40 days for them to issue a refund. It's now February 5, and still no refund. Customer service number is horrible and no one ever answers the phone. I emailed and left several VMs but nothing. This is the worse I ever seen to get a refund for items they have clearly received. Never would I ever order from New York and Company ever again. I personally think they are outsource overseas and they should be banned from selling anything within the United States. Too many issues with their clothing, customer service and refunds.

    I ordered two items on sale. The first, a shirt, arrived and was a Hi-Lo hem which I hate and which wasn't obvious in the online ad. The material feels like what they make bus seats out of and every button had to be pulled apart because the threads hadn't been cut. It fits and I like the pattern so I'll keep it but it's garbage. The second, the floral embroidered sweater, is this weird awful cheap squishy knit, and the arms were made to fit a 6'8" man and the body was made by someone who had never seen a human torso. I wanted to return it but if I do I'll be charged a $10 "handling fee" to return a $20 item. I shouldn't have to pay 50% to return an item that I'm only returning because it was clearly made by children in a sweatshop somewhere. I should have known better but for sure I'll never buy from them again.

    I should have looked up NY&Co’s reviews before ever purchasing anything from them. On 12-20-23 I had purchased work clothes from them. I had returned "all of them" due to the clothes not fitting me properly. I had mailed off my clothes back in December and NY&Co received them on the 2nd of Jan 2024.     My heart is broken! I've been a loyal NY & Co customer for so many years and now I have to let them go. I ordered items for a gift and sent them directly to the giftee in another state. Just realized now that 3 of 5 items were either the wrong item or wrong size. Too late to do anything about that so here we are now in January and I place 3 orders. 1 on the 8th for a trip - charged immediately not received until 1/26 (5-8 business days) and both items are not what I ordered. The 2 others were placed on the 10th and 11th and charged immediately. When I realized they hadn't shipped yet (1/18) and wouldn't make it it time for the trip, I tried to cancel. As we all now know - email is a canned reply and a link to track your unsent order. The phone leaves you on hold then asks you to leave a voicemail with your email address. This is when I called my bank and filed a chargeback.

    I explained the return policy charges me even though it's their mistake and if I click to complete the return I have to agree to their terms and I do not and will not agree to pay for their mistake. I was advised to send the products back on my own, document all shipping/receipt of my return by NY & Co. That if there is any pushback from NY & CO and I can show I've returned/they received then I have nothing to worry about. My bank has already given me provisional credit for all orders. LOL the woman taking my information casually mentioned she no longer shops there, either. I read a whole lot into that statement coming from someone who spends their days processing chargebacks for a bank. RIP New York and Company, You served me well until to you didn't.

    I purchased something on November 29th and promptly returned the item (the following week via USPS). It took NYCO until 12/29 that the item was received and said it was still being processed in their return department. Followed up throughout January and said it should be another 7-10 days for me to receive my funds to my PayPal account. I have called for updates, emailed and sent text and Facebook messages. They are no longer responding (it’s January 23rd). Unless PayPal refunds my purchase, I may have no other recourse but to accept the fact that NYCO STOLE money from me.     I ordered 3 beautiful items from the New York & Company site before Christmas. I received all 3 items but unfortunately 1 of the items was the wrong size. I doublechecked my order to make sure I made the appropriate size selection. I ordered a S/M but was sent a M/L. Beware! There's no human contact. No one answer's the phone and the email response from help@nyandcompany.com will be scripted. I followed the steps online for returns. NYC received my return 12/23. The return policy states a refund will be applied to my account in 7-10 business days.

    After contacting them on the 14th of January 2024 at 1-212-235-7013 their PARENT company number, I was told there's a backlog in returns so be patient. I've been patient since 12/23. The woman hung up on me. Today is 1/22/24. Almost a month. Still no response or refund from NYC. However, I paid through PayPal. I submitted all of my attempts to get a resolution with NYC. Fortunately they refunded my money. Now NYC can deal with them. I will never order from them again.

    Received an email confirming my order. I had to call several times before I was able to speak with someone because the status of my order kept on saying unfulfilled. Finally one day I receive an email saying that my order has been shipped. I received my order today January 9, 2024 and the entire order is wrong. The colors don’t match to what I had purchased. The style don’t match. I don’t know. They just probably picked something from the warehouse and threw it at me. I have placed a return the same day I received the order. My worry is getting my money back as I’ve been reading reviews about refund issues.

    I wish I would have done a little bit more research and read the reviews before placing the order, hopefully I get my money back or I will file a claim with my credit card company. Please do not purchase anything from this company as it is a scam. You will speak with the same representative again and again. The phone will ring and nobody will answer. Your emails will take days for them to respond so please be careful before placing an order.

    Order a dress and a blazer on 12/28/23. Just received my pkg today 01/10/23 and it’s 12 items and not one the dress or blazer I ordered. Called customer service and all she said is I have to wait 72 hrs for review. I told her just cancel the order. She then volunteers that it’s already been cancelled.     I returned a shirt and a blazer end of November here. It is Jan 2 2024. I have yet to receive my refund. I’ve spoke to over 20 people about this matter. I’m being told the warehouse has to confirm receiving the items. After I’ve told them multiple times I have an email dated 12/12 from Raine stating items were received, allow an additional 3-5 days for my refund. This additional time is after the 3 weeks they told me to allow for them to receive my return due to delays. I talk to several people a week. They all promise to escalate my issue. They don’t. I talk to and explain myself to the same representative repeatedly. I recognize the roosters in the background.

    I’ve been hung up on multiple times by reps who don’t care to help. I’ve been a customer of this store for over 30 years. I will never spend another penny with them. They’re a total ripoff. I see why the stores have all closed. I’m sure they’re in violation of some law by not refunding my money when they have the items. Had they not sent out smell worn items I wouldn’t have had to return them. The guy at UPS said the blazer smelled like it had been on a barn. Please help me recover my full refund of 67.00 plus tax. I’ll never spend another dollar here and I’ll advise everyone else not to.

    Coming on here to warn customers not to purchase from this company. Like many others on here, my return was received and my refund was not processed. I ended up filing a claim with PayPal to get my money back for me, and they did just that! So I want to encourage ALL of you on here to file claims with your credit card company, PayPal, etc. and let them take care of it for you. Hopefully these larger companies can take care of putting this place out of business for their criminal business practices!

    I had purchased a pair of pajamas from New York & Company. They were too large so I packaged them in the same bag they sent them to me in and returned them. I had to make my own label as they didn't send a return label which meant I also had to send them back at my own expense. The tracking information stated that the item made it to the company and where it was delivered to. I have not heard anything back from the company since. I have sent numerous messages without the courtesy of a reply back. So not only am I out the money for the pajamas I am out also out the money for the postage and don't have anything to show for this. Will never shop at this establishment again and will advise everyone else to not as well.

    I am reading reviews a little too late regarding the ineptness with this company and its inability to provide refunds for returned items. I returned an item on 12/4/2023 and confirmed they received it on 12/6/2023 and was assured it takes 7-10 business days to process refunds. It’s 12/20 and so far nothing. No returned emails when I inquired five times to see the status of my refund. Calling allowed me to speak to someone who told me that it was in the warehouse but they were backlogged and could not tell me when they could check the item out to make sure it qualified for a refund. Awful customer service and unacceptable refund processing. I will not make the mistake of buying from them again.

    I returned a purchase immediately because I was not pleased with the quality of the product. Their agent picked up the package on 11/21/23 and I am still waiting for my refund as of today 12/8/23. This is unacceptable, I will never order from them again. I do not recommend anyone doing business with this company. I want all of my money back, including the shipping fee/returns fee. I would not have returned the item if I was satisfied with the product and of course I would not know until I actually received it.     I shop online all of the time. I placed a rather large order to New York and Company and sent several items back. That has been two months ago - I just saw a refund that isn't HALF of what they owe me. I have all of the email documentation showing that my return was submitted and what my refund should be.     Exchange policy is non-existent and the return policy isn’t very user friendly. Their sizing is not consistent. I ordered a sweater and it was too big. No way to exchange; only return (paying the $9.95 fee) and reordering. They refused to honor the sale price after I reordered. Won’t be buying from them again.     They sent the wrong size. I returned it for a refund, of which after shipping (which you have to call for a label) you get maybe half. However!!! You’ll never receive your refund!!!     Don't order online unless you're sure you want to keep item. Returns are a headache. First there was no return label included in original shipping to customer. You may request one and pay for shipping. The label I requested and receives must have been incorrect and they never received the item back. USPS tracking says it has been delivered. After more than 2 weeks, several calls and emails, they no longer take my calls. I don't responses to my emails either. I got several emails initially with canned scripts saying give us 2-3 more days, we haven't received the return yet, or if you haven't received your (initial) order click this link for tracking! Crazy. I hope my case is a unique one. I will never shop there again.

    I bought a pair of plum maroon boots I believe in September. I never wore them. I was waiting for a special occasion to wear them in November. I'm at the special occasion. I put the shoes on and they ripped at the seams. Try to return them. Only 30-day policy. Said October 18th. I hadn't even taken them out the box then.     New York & Company closed their stores. I've been ordering online since. The return policy changed. Not for the benefit of the customer. They are now charging 9.95 for returns. If there was a store I could return to, I wouldn't have to send it back by mail and go into the store to make sure clothes fit. You are penalizing your customers. I shop here all the time. Although I know what size I wear, most clothes in this store run differently. They just lost a customer.

Unfortunately I was hoping there would be local stores to return in person (SINCE THE SITE STILL SHOWS SEVERAL stores "opened", they're not and when I spoke with a representative they misrepresented and said, "I will send you a location through email that you can visit" - LIES!! it was a mail location) and avoid the fees and then the "delay" in refund that they hide behind.     Placed an order on 10/5. Didn’t hear anything until 10/10. Realized I didn’t get it and reached out by 10/19. Still not a big deal, I can wait. Tell me why, AFTER confirming with me that they would send it to the second address I provided had a whole conversation with 2 emails, they confirmed this address...now it’s “it was shipped before we could change it”. What tf do you mean unless you put it in the box within 10 minutes and ran to the post office NO it wasn’t. They confirmed my address, and then sent it to the wrong one anyway.

    Now they’re refusing to do anything about it without ME filing a claim with USPS (even though it says it was sent via UPS). So I go to file a claim: “this purchase is not eligible for a claim because there is no insurance”. For both USPS AND UPS. I literally CANNOT EVEN open a claim. I did open a dispute with my bank because it’s been almost a month, they sent it to the wrong address AFTER CONFIRMING the correct address, and now they won’t fix it. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. THIS COMPANY IS GARBAGE.

    NY&Co has lost it, I'm not even sure if anyone is working there. I returned four items on July 7th. I have my UPS tracking ID and verification of delivery. Weeks later when no refund occurred I contacted CS & was told they have the package, but there is a delay from the normal 3-5 business days processing time and I should be getting the refund "any day now."

    Fast forward to 10+ calls, 6+ chats and 7+ emails and I still have no refund or answer FOUR MONTHS after they received the package. Now I cannot even get to a person. Their chat will not connect you with anyone (you can sit for hours), I called about 2 weeks ago, waited TWO HOURS and at the 2 hour marked was disconnected, then have been calling this week and two things occur. 1, it says "application error" or 2, it plays a prerecorded message stating they are closed and it is outside of business hours when they are definitely not outside of business hours in any of the US time zones. I even opened a dispute 6 weeks ago with their Commentity NY&Co CC as the charges are sitting on my balance accruing interest and late fees. I spoke with their representative yesterday and they have reached out to them THREE times and no answer.

    This is a joke and becoming a legal matter. I have seen many similar complaints. It seems obvious they lost the package or it was processed incorrectly and they are clueless. The merchandise plus taxes is over $150. This isn't a small amount. Look, if you returned your leased car, you wouldn't expect to keep making monthly payments and I am not going to pay for something I have proof you both received and verified yourself you received.

    Four months is not acceptable in any way. The last two times I was able to get an CS rep to respond was via email and it took ELEVEN DAYS to respond, which I'm not sure what planet that is acceptable either, and they simply said they are experiencing a "slight" delay in returns processing. Really? A slight delay? I'm not sure what is happening with this company. I have been a loyal consumer for years, back when they were still Lerner in the '80s and I will never purchase anything from them again. They are headed for bankruptcy and a civil action lawsuit.

    I have liked this brand for decades. It's awful they've gone to online shopping and outsourced shipping/receiving and their customer service. I placed an order on August 4th, for numerous pieces - about $250. I received the order the following week and tried everything on right away. I decided to return 4 items and I paid for the return shipping, since it wasn't clear on the two email exchanges that I needed to use their shipping label. I did so on 08/14 and emailed customer service to let them know. The rep informed me that it usually takes 3-5 business days from receipt of return to process a refund. Tracking confirmed receipt of my return to their warehouse on 08/21. I waited until 09/02 to follow up on my refund and was told they couldn't find the package.

    To date, I've provided images of my packing slip, return label and USPS tracking receipt a total of 4 times and I've had 10 separate email exchanges. I was understanding when they shared that shipping and returns were being handled by the same department, so they were experiencing a bottleneck. But now, we're 1 1/2 months from receipt. To date, I have not received my refund, which is about $180. I continue to receive the same line about the backlog and notifications will be sent. This is literally the worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. It's really too bad, because I like their clothes but I will not purchase anything further from NY & Company.

    I placed an online order for approximately $107. in July and it was supposedly delivered on July 15th. I never received the package. UPS did their investigation and said it’s out of their hands and to contact NYC. I’ve been contacting NYC for weeks and they are rarely answering the phone or emails, and when they do they say they are doing something to the system. Today is Sept 26, 2023. I still have not received a refund or spoke with another agent. Today I was on hold for an hour and 30 minutes without any human contact. I eventually just hung up the phone.     I purchased online 5 Madison shirts, they sent me an email with the order # but no tracking number. They said on economy shipment it would take 2 to 5 days. Ten days later I sent an email to update me on the order. They said that it wasn't processed yet. Right then I sent a email to cancel the order. 2:30a.m ET.     I returned 2 of the same exact in the same bag and the same tracking number. I got a confirmation and both outs were received on July 14th, 2023. I received the first refund on July 28th and as of September 9, 2023. I'm still waiting and my second refund.     I have shopped at New York and Company since I was a teenager and it was called Learners. For 30+ years I have been a loyal customer. Since going online only it has slowly declined to the point that the store is now awful and should just out of business altogether. I received my annual birthday voucher and tried to use it. It wasn't easy to find something I liked but I found what looks to be a nice shirt. When I went to check out my email wasn't recognized. I couldn't get through on the phone but was able to on chat. They sent something on the backend and resolved that issue.

    My next problem was that it didn't recognize the birthday voucher I was sent. So I contacted customer service again. This time I had a different agent who was rude and told me to purchase the item and they would refund the amount. They would help me use my voucher. When I said no, I have the voucher and your help they disconnected. Previously I purchased items that were sized wrong and could return them without paying postage, etc. I had it with them, birthday voucher or not. I am canceling my card and account. What a poorly run company. I do not recommend and believe they should go out of business. Enough holding on to what once was. They are no longer the same store.

    I never had issues with this company but lately I have had my order cancelled three different times due to item being sold out. But when you go to the website the items are still showing as in-stock and available for purchase so I am not sure what is going on with their inventory. Please remove items that are sold out from website so that customers don't have to purchase. I even called a customer rep to make sure item was in stock before purchase and they confirmed it was in-stock only for the order to get canceled.

    I have been doing business with this company for years. The one time that I had to do a return this company asked that I pay $9.95 for the returns. I forward a message to the return department, explaining my concern, and because I had paid the shipment for the item to get to me. I did not feel that they valued their customers to make you pay for a refund when they would turn around and sell the item at full price.     The quality of New York and Company clothing has changed over the years since the company is online...I have been shopping with NYC for at least 20 + and every time I order something I'm dissatisfied. The sizes are off, the style has change. I'm assuming because of all the celebrities' lines they bought in.     I used to order religiously from New York & Company before they filed for bankruptcy or before all their stores were closed. However, the Customer is poor to say the least. They still owe me my rewards from 2021 and they kept promising that they'll fulfill them once their new website was up and running. It took years and still no rewards. I also made the terrible mistake of using my card and ordering 2 weeks ago. However, I needed the items for a week ago. To my surprise, they literally just mail out the items a few days ago but instead of making it up to the customer, they insulted me by sending it through the post office after paying for the standard (expedited) service. When I called to cancel my order, they told me that they couldn't cancel the order. I want to cancel my card and closed my account but I know that closing will hurt my credit. Please find somewhere else to shop because NY&C has literally gone to the dogs.

    I used to order from New York and Company in the past and have always had a wonderful experience. Recently had a terrible experience. Attempted to order through website, received "AVS" error message. Attempt to go in again to place order, my card declined. Apparently, they took the funds from my account but no order was placed. I called to talk to representative. Said they were not able to release my money since no order was placed. Representative suggested I contact my bank. Called bank, they told me it is nothing they can do until transaction is completed then I could file a dispute. Called NY&Co again, nothing they could do. I needed these items for vacation and wanted to get them at the sale prices. No supervisor available. Told the billing department would contact me. Never happened.

    Sucked it up and called to place same order. Customer service representative told if the items were no longer on sale, they would not be able to adjust price until the items have been shipped! Luckily, all items were still on sale. Asked if they would be willing to at least give me free standard shipping for the inconvenience. Was told no. Not until I started to tell the representative about the lack of customer service and support she then proceeded to tell me she could take $10 off my order to make up for shipping. Why she gave me such a hassle about free shipping to begin with is beyond me. Was told that standard shipping is actually 5- 7 business days (not 3-5 like the website says!).

    Asked what economy shipping is then. Rep told me 7-10 business days! Asked to speak to a manager regarding the downturn in customer service. Was questioned as to why I wanted to speak to one. Advised, so I may mention the customer experience. Placed on hold as I was the previous day only for the representative to come back and tell me one is not available but could call me back in 24 hours. I laughed and said, "No thanks." I really hope I do not have to return any of the items I ordered, as I am predicting more headache. I pray they can return to the stellar company they once were.

    I returned some clothes that did not fit within the return policy timeframe. My tracking shows they received the clothing items on 4/25/2023, but I still haven't received my refund. I emailed them to check the status of my return and a customer service representative said because they use the same warehouse for shipping and returns, it takes a little longer to receive a refund.     Placed an order with them on 4/12/23, received the order and it wasn't what I ordered. Returned both items and they received the items on 4/18/23. As of today 5/9/23 I still haven't received my refund, and after several calls and emails, since I paid through PayPal I filed a claim with them on 5/4/23.     Purchased item with my Runwayrewards Credit Card. Returned it the same day I got it through UPS. NY& Co got the item back on 4/17. It’s 4/29 and I call because my credit card payment is due in a few days and that item was the only thing charged. Customer service states they are backlogged with returns and don’t know when they are gonna be able to credit my card back. Two different reps Devane and Kemar were very rude and dismissive and kept sending me back through the cue, when I asked to speak to a supervisor. I do not want to pay for something they have back in their warehouse and I was told that I had to pay my bill or get a late charge.     I have spent many many hours trying to resolve an issue regarding returned merchandise. I returned merchandise because I was sent the wrong size. The total amount has never been credited. Therefore, I’m getting bills and late charges every month. I don’t have any merchandise!!! I’ve been promised several times from supervisors at Community Bank and New York and Co. that they would solve the issue clear my balance by recording the refund owed to me.     I ordered some pants and shirts from New York and Company on February 20, 2023, confirmation #** everything did not ship at the same time. I shipped back 2 pair of pants first on 2/27/2023 and then the 3rd pair of pants and shirt on 3/4/2023.     The return policy states refund will be processed in 7 to 10 days from receipt of return. Today marks the 10th day and the customer service phone line is unable to provide update other than acknowledging the return was received 10 days ago. They claim the holdup is in the 'warehouse'. The 'warehouse' cannot provide update. A message sent to the 'warehouse' for update takes 48 hours to process. And apparently 48 hours to comeback to the phone reps from the 'warehouse'. This is well over $100. I won't deal with them again. The quality of clothes is so inconsistent, as is the sizing, so I wouldn't take the chance.

    Returns have to be received within 30 days of the order date, which is especially ridiculous because they take a couple weeks to ship. Supposedly, per their website, returns take 7-10 business days to process. Seems long but I can deal with it if I know what to expect. My order was placed at the end of January, mailed back mid February, processed as received late February. On March 7th I called and was told I would have the return no later than March 20th. March 23rd I called in again. Representative absolutely refused to give me a time estimate to expect my return in and ended up hanging up on me when I asked for a supervisor. I called right back, again the representative would not give me a time frame. I was told no supervisors were available but that one would call me. Never happened. It is now April 6th. I still have not received my refund.

    Looking online, I gather that others are having the same experience as I am. I will update this review if I ever receive my refund (which I doubt more and more every day that that will ever happen). I will never do any sort of business with New York and Company again. I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

    Their clothing sizes are way off. Ordered an XS that fit like a large. Sent it back and I have proof it was delivered. They say they are months behind on returns and it could be months before I get my money back. This is unacceptable and it appears others are having the same issues. Don’t buy anything you may have to send back or you won’t get your money back and you will have no product and also be out of the money.

    I bought and items from NY&Co on Feb, didn't fit return it right away, items shows it was received back on Feb 27th 2023. Today is 3/31/2023. I have called, chatted in almost 5 times and no help with the status on my refund. They claim their warehouse is understaffed and returns are taking longer to process.     I have placed numerous orders with New York & Company. Although I like their clothes the sizes are inconsistent. I returned over $200 worth of merchandise immediately after trying the clothes on - just within a couple of days of receipt of order. The only way I have found to communicate with them is live chat. I was told the returns were received in their warehouse on February 20, 2023 but they refuse to send an email acknowledging this. I live chat every week and they continue to make excuses saying the fulfillment center is delayed and there is no way for me or them to contact this department.     I really like New York & Co clothes but shopping on their website is extremely inconvenient. They have inconsistent sizing and no exchange policy. I purchased a dress on sale which has increased by 10 dollars this week so I am required to place a new order to receive the dress in the smaller size. My refund for the dress I plan to return will also be reduced by 9 dollars since they charge you for the shipping label. Shopping there is not worth it when other retailers offer free returns or at least free exchanges. I also accidentally charged my corp card instead of my personal so I immediately called to either cancel the order or change the payment method. They would not accommodate me.     Since the company went fully online, the quality of the material has declined immensely as has their customer service. I returned some items which were received as confirmed by tracking number and Chat representative but they claim the refund will take 3 weeks and I am still responsible for making minimum payment although I should have $0 balance upon reimbursement. I will no longer shop from them. The sizes are inconsistent, quality is poor, customer service is poor (they are very nice but unhelpful), not worth the hassle for the occasional sale prices.     I have been purchasing from this company for the past few years, but noticed a decline in service. First, the delay in receiving orders, the fee for returning orders, and now the company not wanting to do refunds. I returned several orders, all received back to their warehouse in early February. It has been a month and I have not received my refund. There is a language barrier so I am assuming they have outsourced their call center to a different country.     I ordered one blouse online on 12/18 which I were supposed to received within 5-7 business days from putting in the order. I received it the first week in January. I needed it the weekend of New Year's and had I known that I would receive it the first week in January, would've not ordered it. When I called to cancel the order "while it was still processing" mind you, they said it was too late and was sitting in a warehouse waiting to be packed then shipped and that "once" I get it, I can send it back (which costs money mind you) and they'll refund me. It's hard to get through to speak to anybody and no one ever answered my email. Their website states that it can be canceled if the order is still processing. That was not the case.     I should have read the reviews here before I placed an order here but I made my mistake. I ordered 2 items 20 days before Christmas as gifts to my family and of course it never came on time. It did come on the 27th of December which is super lucky compared to what other customers here have experienced. When I received the item, the label attached to the back of the clothes indicates some random brand. Both items have different brands with the price tag from NYC. They probably just have some random Chinese company does the clothes for them without even boring changing the brand name to theirs. The materials quality is nowhere near what I paid for. All in all, horrible experience. Don’t shop here if you don’t want to piss yourself off and lose some money.

    I placed 2 orders for almost $500 worth of clothes for a funeral I paid for expedited shipping and my items have not shipped almost a week later so they will not arrive by the date promised.     I ordered a few Christmas gifts on 11/21/22. When the package finally came on 12/14, it was items I didn’t order. I received 3 puffer vest of the same color and a dress I totally never ordered.     I ordered some shoes at New York & Company. That was on November 25. They sent me some sandals that I never ordered, the wrong model and size too, and the other two shoes that I ordered never arrived. I called several times, finally they answered me after two days at 4 hours of calling. They only refunded me the money for the products that did not arrive but for the shoe that I returned they still have not returned the refund and today is December 18. Horrible experience, no one answers and on the recording it says to write to the email, no one answers the emails. That company is no longer useful, don't buy from that company, it must be bankrupt and everything they say they have on the website is a lie.

    Much of what I'm reading is accurate. It is despicable how they accept payment, take weeks 'processing' your order, NO ONE has an answer, only not to receive your products order for only they no when... I'm still waiting. At this point, I just want to see how long they will hold my order hostage with absolutely NO communication

    For years I was a NY&Co customer until now. Since it closed out its stores, customer service has been HORRIBLE. The company is taking our money with the promise of delivering our items and NO ONE WILL HELP US. I order in October and it's still "processing". I've called numerous times, I've recorded over an hour waiting time with customer service. I've sent countless emails. NOTHING!! Angry is lightly putting it.

    I haven’t ordered from NY&Co since 2018, but recently decided to since they’re always sending me e-mails. I do remember them having a slightly delayed shipping process before, but it is now ridiculous. I ordered $215 worth of items long ago and they never shipped - it still says “processing”. Their ‘customer service’ number and e-mail address is a decoy - no one will answer… ever. You will wait on hold for 30 minutes, an hour, or longer only for the phone to disconnect. When you e-mail there is no response. This company is literally STEALING money from consumers. I’m contacting the Federal Trade Commission because they must be STOPPED!

    Horrible customer service!!! Placed an order 22 days ago and 10 out of 11 items still have not even been processed. Cannot get through to customer service on the phone after waiting for over an hour. The representatives through chat will not give me an estimate of a shipping date & keep saying "No worries. It will come before Christmas (7 days away now)." They also will not let me cancel the order. Their solution is for me to wait until I receive them & then return them. Just unacceptable! Save yourself the frustration & Do Not Order from NY&Company.

    Returned an item several weeks ago...haven't received any acknowledgment of receipt...called multiple times to be put on hold...10-30 minutes wait time and no one ever answers...sent several emails inquiring about return and yet no reply...very disappointed in this company and will no longer be a customer!!!

    Ordered an item LAST MONTH, and according to their confirmation email it would arrive in no more than 7 business days, possibly less. I called their customer service line, waited over an HOUR to speak to a representative. Explained that I went online to check the status and it still says processing. The representative DID THE EXACT SAME THING, telling me that's all she could do. I asked if it could be expedited since it should've been delivered at this point, then asked if I'd have it BEFORE DEC 17TH as it is to be given as a gift that day, and she said yes. I emailed the customer service asking what the updated is and no response.... It's now Dec 15th. Save yourself time, money, and stress, spend your money elsewhere. Lesson learned, I won't ever buy from them again.

    I ordered from New York & Company on 11/25/2022. I never received any email confirmation or tracking information. However the money was taken from my account. Two weeks later on 12/08/2022 I contacted customer service asking for a refund. The representative was very rude and refused to give me a refund. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, I was told there is no supervisor to speak to me right now and they will have to call me back. Today is 12/15/2022, 3 weeks later and I still haven't heard back from them. I feel like I was robbed and there's a major issue with NY&CO that needs to addressed. All I want at the moment is a refund and I never order from then again.

    I really wish there was a negative zero “Star” because this what this company deserves. I ordered my mother's Christmas gift November 29th. Today is December 15th and still nothing. Makes no sense whatsoever.

    I placed an order over a month ago. I’m still on hold after two hours with an attempt to speak with a representative regarding the order that has not been received. I will never order again. I wanted to make another purchase, but I refuse to spend my money with a company that’s not available to speak with customers regarding their concerns.

    I’ve been a credit card holder for this company for many years and I have never experienced this type of customer service. No one in customer service answers the phone. Oh but I call the cc dept and they pick right up. I am canceling my cc. I placed an order on 11/27 and I have yet to receive it when I check the status it just says processing. I used to LOVE NY&Co but not anymore.

    I've been calling for 2 weeks no one answer the phone, nor responds to emails. They took my money and haven't sent my order, or refunded the money I returned back over 2 weeks ago. I am going to contact the BBB.

    Hello everyone out there, I want to give less than a 1 star if there is. Such a bad company to shop with I have been calling them about my order and refund for past 20 days and no response, they took my money as well products which I returned back to them and no refunds yet. And they don’t answer their phone calls, emails or chat so please be aware not to shop here or you losing money.

    I ordered two sweaters on Black Friday. It's been two weeks and NOTHING has shipped. I placed two phone calls where I was left on hold for over thirty minutes before I gave up. I emailed TWICE with no reply. This place has gone downhill big time. I'm disputing the charges on my card and NEVER ordering from them again. And from the reviews on this site, it would appear I'm not alone.

    I can’t believe how horrible this company has gotten. I placed an order on Nov 28th with the option of free shipping but I opted in for the shipping that guaranteed 5-7 Business days. Expecting my delivery today at the latest I check the status and it is currently still processing. I tried calling them and after 25 minutes of waiting on hold it just hung up on me. Then another 30 minutes of holding and I gave up. I routed to the chat which was just as useless. They told me they are having a delay with their shipments and offered me a credit for my shipping cost but I have to call back. I will NEVER purchase another item from NYCo. And I hope people see all these complaints and boycott the entire company. They don’t deserve to be in business with the horrible service they have.

    I ordered on November 28th. Paid a higher shipping for delivery on 12/5. Checked status today 12/7. Still processing. I chatted with an agent 12/5 and again 12/7. Requested to cancel order as I have an event on 12/9 and it has yet to process. Apparently they are unable to cancel orders by direction of corporate. They can not even give me an estimate on delivery. And now I have to be inconvenienced to return items I requested to be canceled. I tried to call the number provided to Paypal, it says this extension can not be reached. What!!!! This company is beyond crap!!! Buyer beware. You will have to wait weeks to get items you paid extra shipping for or may not ever receive them!!!

    I used to be platinum member with NYCO and there used to be a time where most of my wardrobe pretty much used to be from NYCO. It's beyond sad and pathetic how low NYCO has repeatedly stooped down to and with ZERO customer service. You JUST CANNOT get hold of a live customer at all and have to be on hold FOREVER (like for HOURS). Their calls gets outsourced to Philippines and if you do get lucky to speak to a live representative, then NO ONE speaks decent English as they no longer have their customer care center located in US, the representative cannot transfer to someone who speaks English or to a US representative.

    I've placed an order OVER 10 days ago and it STILL HASN'T BEEN PROCESSED and no tracking number has been generated even. Called multiple times with no luck and finally tried to speak to someone who just couldn't help with her strong accent and told me NYCO has no policy to cancel the order which hasn't been processed yet. I've to go on a vacation and didn't wanted to lose the package in my absence and also wanted to wear the clothes on my trip. I now can neither cancel nor get the package on time without fearing a theft. This is it. NYCO will NEVER get my business anymore.

    Ordered an outfit for a holiday party at the end of November, after ordering they said it would take 5-7 business days to be delivered which was great because I needed it 10 business days. Checked my order today (because I have yet to get an email saying it was shipped) and it had not been fulfilled yet. Did the online chat with customer service and was informed they are having issues with shipping and they could not cancel my order because it was already processed. What kind of company will not let you cancel an order once it's been placed but not fulfilled or has any tracking information attached to it??? Never again will I buy from this company! Should be named "Not Yours & Co." We will see if I even get the order.
