    I was trying to order a MacBook Air and they denied my purchase but yet they withdrew 750.00 out of my bank account and they faxed a letter to my bank for a return of 500.00. So I call about the 250.00. They refused to send another fax or call but instead they heard my voice and talked to me so nasty on their recorded lines because they realized that I was an minority person but I realized that they're based in Florida so that says a lot. I asked them to remove my card info and delete my account.

    The customer service supervisor Mike acted like I stole from him or did something wrong to him, in actuality they stole from me and now I have to fight my bank for my money that HSN stole from me. If you deny someone why charge them 3x... Don't buy anything from these guys. They don't respect customers and they don't respect minorities. Shop with QVC. At least they talk to you with respect and they're extremely helpful and professional. Please everyone shop somewhere else. HSN is a joke and a bunch of ** supporters. Trust me. Talk to customer service and you will see if you are an minority and CEO Mindy F Grossman supports this type of behavior. Smarten up folks. Drop HSN.

    I ordered product early August that ended up defective. I called HSN & they issued me a prepaid UPS return label. I returned the defective product - they received it Aug 28th. I called them yesterday to check status of return and they don't show I returned item. I gave them tracking number and they now acknowledge they have had item for 1 month without issuing credit! No reason given for this. They sent out a replacement item which also ended up defective. I returned it by the post office. No tracking number was issued. They now refuse to see if item was received at their return location. They also refuse to issue credit the 2nd shipment because I don't have a tracking #. Even though I can give them the receive date. I received a letter last night from HSN stating they have not received the 1st return! I am very angry over this. I have been a customer of them for many, many years. I will no longer shop at HSN.

    Do not buy a phone from them. I love HSN and purchase regularly. I bought a Samsung S8 Plus for $804. I Paid my last payment on 9/21/18. I broke the phone on 9/28/18. I did not expect anything from HSN until I went to register the phone and could not. I contacted Samsung to have it registered and repaired only to be told the phone is international and cannot be registered or repaired in the United States. There is no way possible for them to even get parts. I was not told this when I purchased the phone. I want my money back and HSN feel it is not their problem.

    I attempted to purchase an Apple Laptop from HSN today after several weeks of careful consideration. I went to their site, completed the transaction, and then immediately got a response back from them through email stating that they had canceled my transaction. No reason stated. I bought a Pilates XP machine from them years ago which I paid off so I thought I was a shoe in. Turns out they STILL withdrew the money from my checking account and tied it up with my bank as a pending transaction, so I had to contact my bank to get my money released back to me. HSN, this is why you have ONE star on here. Go back to the way you use to treat loyal customers because this system ain't gonna last much longer if you don't.

    Out of 4 phones purchased, I was able to activate 3 with the HSN deal with TracFone. Number 4 never worked with TracFone support for hours. It never worked. Non returnable after 30 days with HSN. So it seems I eat the price of 1 phone? What rating would you give?

    You won't believe this. I get a letter from HSN telling me my account is being closed & cannot buy from them anymore. WHY! You would think because I do not pay my bills, or I buy items from them & use them & wear them & send them back! NOPE! It is because I sent too many items back. Nothing I ever sent back had ever been worn, or used. All clothing was tried on, If I did not like it or did not fit it was folded up, put back in the bag, & sent back. NEVER WORE ANY OF IT.

    So when I called the HSN cardholder bank to make my last payment I told the lady on the phone about it. She could not believe it, she said my credit score was perfect, she made a three way call to someone high up at HSN to no avail. She had never heard of not being able to buy if you have perfect credit score. So PEOPLE LISTEN UP, WHEN A HOST ON HSN IS TELLING YOU TO GET IT HOME TRY IT, IF YOU DO NOT LIKE IT YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO SEND IT BACK, They are lying!!!

    After taking my order, HSN Customer Service had taken my debit card number, & then told me I would get an extra $20 off order if I applied for the charge card. Then she used the new HSN card w/o telling me that she needed to use the card in order for me to get the $20 off. The woman was nice, but she no doubt received a commission in pushing that HSN card on me. I should have examined my bank statements but I didn't.

    The next month I decided to use the HSN card to build credit. They suggested Flex Pay, so that was put in for. When I didn't receive a bill, I worried about late fees, so decided to pay it off, cancel the Flex Pay: unpleasant male HSN manager refused to reverse the original charge for the 1st order, then refused to submit my future Flex Pay charges to Comenity Bank, so that I could pay it all off. I had also done a partial return of the 2nd order, so the charges & credits were confusing, especially as HSN bills the Flex Pay charges and return credits, separately for each item in an order!

    This was the beginning of a very unpleasant 3 hrs on the phone & a headache-- between speaking to people at HSN & Comenity Bank (who holds the credit card), holding, being transferred, going through queues, not reaching a person, holding, getting that unhelpful creep of a male supervisor at HSN, complete with his impatient, rude attitude. I had asked him a to be transferred to another Supervisor- he refused, told me he would not, that I would need to call again...

    Fortunately, a woman in customer service at Comenity Bank was most helpful, she called HSN back on a 3-way call, resolved the issues, requested that my future Flex Pays be billed now to get rid of them (which it turns out the creep of a male manager could have done), & removed late charges for not paying the original purchase the month before on HSN card which I wasn't aware had been made. A needless waste of 3 hours: my advice, stay away from Flex Pay: I won't buy from HSN again.

    This company runs your credit periodically, without your knowledge. I received a letter after being a loyal customer for some time stating they were lowering my available balance due to running my credit. I only owed them $29.00. I sent $130.00 the month before. I never owed more than $300 at time. I paid them off and canceled my account. Their products are junk anyway. QVC, and Evine way better. Customer service is a joke, and management as well!!! Shady business!!!

    Wow. My experience(s) shopping at HSN was very different from most of the reviews here. I've shopped with them twice and both times I was exceptionally pleased with my purchase! If it wasn't for HSN flex pay my daughter wouldn't have had a very good Christmas last year. So allowing me to pay monthly for the laptop she wanted was a godsend! I'm very appreciative!

    Then about a week and a half ago I purchased a Samsung Galaxy TracFone that ended up with a cracked screen and I was really hesitant contacting customer service because most places won't fix something like that. It's more of a "you're ** out of luck" issue. But I reached out to customer service anyways thru live chat on their website and immediately after explaining my issue I was told they sent out another phone and emailed me a prepaid shipping label to return the one with the cracked screen... no questions asked! I can't speak for everyone(obviously) but I'm VERY happy with HSN! I will definitely be shopping with them a lot more in the future!

    We bought 2 orders of Professor Amos. I received the orders but when I opened them up there were items missing. So, I called customer service and let them know what items I did not receive. I was then told they would ship my missing items to me. When the package arrived it was wrong again. Instead of receiving the missing items to my 2 orders they sent me another 2 orders. A few days after that I received a letter saying I had to pay for the 2nd 2 orders that were sent. There was obvious confusion because the letter also talked about how they knew I received the delivery. I never disputed that I received the delivery. The problem was my order was wrong!

    I talked to a lady today and was told that even though I did not receive items that I played for I would have to pay again for 2 more orders to get what was missing from the first 2 orders. I was told they could not just send me the missing items because all orders are prepackaged & they cannot break them up! That was news to me because the first person I spoke with said they would send them right out. I have never heard of any company making a customer pay again to receive something that was missing from an order that they already paid for! That is completely outrageous. They were unwilling to make right what they obviously made wrong! I would not recommend ordering this or anything else from this company! To put it mildly They Suck! They want to rip off the little customers they have.

    I recently received a letter from HSN stating that I return too many items. Are you kidding me HSN? You do realize you're an online shopping company. There is no way I'm going to know the quality or fit until I receive it. I will never shop at HSN again. You let some goofy company talk you into treating your customers like criminals. Good luck with that approach. #IHateHSN

    I called HSN to order a laptop. The representative talked me into getting the HSN credit card. Said I would get the laptop cheaper. I went online to pay the credit card bill before it was due. Then I got a bill that included late fee and interest. I called HSN. I was told that they could see on their screen that I had given them my banking account and routing number. However, an additional button didn't get pushed and it didn't go through. Therefore I owe interest and penalty. I told the HSN credit card rep that I had in good faith attempted to pay my entire balance in full before the due date and asked that they accept my payment and not charge interest and penalties. She said no. If I didn't close my account they would remove part of the charges.

    Fine, but I still wanted to pay off the entire balance which I did. Then I got another bill for more finance charges. I called again. They refused to remove the charge. I was told that even though I asked to pay the entire balance, they did not take the entire balance and I needed to pay yet again more interest on the interest. This laptop that I was told would cost less if I got the HSN credit card has cost me dearly. All HSN needed to do was to accept my payment in full and credit me for the penalties and interest. They could have made me a happily returning customer. Instead they choose to lose one over their own greed.

    I ordered jeans through a customer representative more than three weeks ago with the promise that they were indeed available and would be delivered within seven days. I called HSN today and was first told that I had returned the item. After being transferred to a customer service representative, I was told that they were oversold and were not available when I purchased them with no option for backorder. This is not the first time in the last two years that I have made a purchase only to learn weeks later that it was never available. When I have received merchandise, the quality of the clothing was so poor that it was unwearable, and every item purchased in the electronic category fell apart within the first few months. The tv sales people misrepresent inferior merchandise enthusiastically which you may return for a hefty shipping fee. I regret not checking reviews before wasting money shopping with this most dishonest company.

    I contact them about a Joy Mangano purse that was tearing apart on the handle, and they denied I bought it. They told me I had to take a picture of the purse & email it to the company that handles Joy Mangano's merchandise. Also, I bought a Samsung Galaxy TracFone from them and it will not work after only having it 3 months. Tracfone will not warranty it because it was bought through Home Shopping Network. They are dishonest and I will never buy anything else from them.

    I purchased multiple items on HSN and wanted to cancel one of the items. I went online, to their website the same day, a mere hours later and there is no way to cancel. There is no cancellation button. I searched to find instructions, and the site has nothing listed for a cancellation. They only list info on returns. Is this even legal? I am a customer of theirs for many years.

    We returned over 550.00 worth of junk from Nov and December 2017. They still have not given us credit. It notified Comenity Bank, their credit card we have thru HSN, to take these off our bill. I have been fighting with them for a year, even with sending certified letter, even to the president of HSN. They just told me today, that after over a year, we get credit for one item. All of us should file a class action lawsuits against HSN. Do not deal with them.

    I have bought & loved HSN items for yrs... Well, I'm one of the thousands of people that gets a letter from them saying they have closed my account for too many returns. This is SICK! I have never used or worn a item that I have returned. If I take a item out of the packaging I never rip the bag, or box that it came in, never!! I also know that it is ** about if you open a item they cannot resell it on TV. It goes to their outlet for sale. I can't tell you how many items I have received that I KNOW have been OPENED or TRIED ON BEFORE. Several times I have ordered shoes. The paper that is in the box is all wrinkly & torn, more than 4 times, I know these have been in someones home & hands & feet before me. What a crock!!! Other items I have also ordered I know have been opened & tried on, & maybe even worn.

    HSN ALSO NEEDS TO STOP SAYING WHEN THEY ARE PITCHING A ITEM, YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO RETURN YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE. DUH!!! No they just close your account. Well I really like about 5 brands they sell, Wolfgang is one of them. So now If I see something I want I get my sister, a cousin, a aunt, or any other friends & family member to order it for me. I really do not like giving them any more of my money, but I really like some of their products. But, they do need to shut up about the 30 days return!!! They need to say if it does not fit or you do not like it, you have 30 days to return it, & then we will close your account with us. So sign me up, I'm another customer that HSN has so much money they do not want any more of my money!!!

    Being a Canadian customer, I ran into payment problems as HSN does not accept Canadian credit cards. I called and a rep lady said "all you need is an American credit card. Do not worry about the name". So I get my cousin from US to give me the credit card, and I call back with new information, but they say my cousin needs to call. So, my cousin creates the account and calls, places the order (shipping to me), and the order apparently goes through. The next morning the order gets cancelled, because of some weird verification process. My cousin calls them, and they want her to speak to customer service. The customer service says the item does not exist. SCREW YOU HSN! If you did not want to sell the item, you should have said so 2 days ago. Waste of time!!!

    My sister died 8 months ago. As the executor/trustee of her estate, I contacted HSN to ask what the balance was on her account. One of their tricks is the recurring payments plans, and we kept getting multiple bills for single payments for various items. I provided them with the death certificate, asked for the full and final balance, was given a number, and paid it. That was in December. It is now June, and I am still getting these onesy-twosy bills, despite repeated calls to them informing them that she is deceased, that there is no legal obligation to pay them, and that I am just short of contacting an attorney and suing them for harassment. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

    I dont write many reviews. But I feel compelled to share this one. On June 5th I ordered two coins from HSN for my collection. I learned they charged $12 shipping and handling for each. (Bad!) I then got a 15% off offer for my "next order." I then ordered 9 more of the same coin. I entered the 15% off code at end of checkout. Then I learned HSN only did the discount for one coin and charged me $12 each for the other 8. So in doing the math $12 X 11 coins = $132. Wow!

    I called HSN customer service and complained and they told me "that's how work." So buyer beware with HSN! Every other seller I've dealt with would combine all items and apply reasonable shipping and handling, not for each item. I believe as a consumer this is misleading with the offer of 15% off and not apply it at checkout and also the shipping and handling they charge is a scam. That's where they make extra gauging money from consumers. Pity that this is allowed! Any input? Am I wrong?

    Be very careful when ordering from HSN on the "flex" payment plan. Their site is designed to confuse you and ability to overcharge you. If you try and pay off your balance, they still continue to charge you a monthly payment. I am done trying to get my payment back from them. Should have refunded me $7.50 but instead took out another payment and told me my balance is -.85 now. I know it's not a lot of money, however, when they do this to 100 people, it adds up.

    I referred a family member to HSN and their first experience was horrific. Their customer service department was extremely rude to this 85 year old woman! She always ordered from QVC and I told her about HSN! Big mistake! I will never watch, order anything from them again. I contacted them and their customer service personnel are combative, not a good business practice. You want customers to return and continue to order from you, not get so frustrated that they write unsatisfactory reviews! And to argue with a customer over $7.50! That proves what a small minded company is all about.

    I bought my phone and received a Samsung Galaxy 7. Within a month I had problems. I called technical support and spent 2 and half months trying to fix my existing phone to no avail. Then as always I had to go to Target and use their phone to fix mine. This time on getting the 2nd level technical Roman said a new phone would be sent. After a week I called and was told that I would receive it Tuesday May 29th by 8 pm. No phone so I called Wednesday and was told to send my phone back and then they would send the new phone. I told them I could not be with my health.

    After 2 days of calling and telling them I would have to go to another phone service and get service right away and leave TracFone. They said ok. I have found the techs to be rude liars about being managers. The last being Adrian at Thursday May 30th at 6pm a 2nd level tech. My family and friends cannot believe all of the problems I had trying to be loyal to TracFone to no avail. This company cannot be depended on for product or service.

    I received an email from Dr. Brandt company on May 24th they were having an event at HSN that evening. I phoned HSN to inquire in the afternoon and they said they could place the order for me over the phone at that moment. It was only $7 off the MSRP. I placed but never received an email acknowledgment of the order. When I opened my email the very next day Dr. Brandt Company sent me an email having a 40% off sale sitewide which would have been a much better deal on the same product (Dr. Brandt No More Baggage). I phoned HSN this morning as I have not received any shipping and my credit card was charged on May 24th. They said they made a mistake in my email address and that it takes a while to receive. Supposedly will be delivered today. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM HSN AGAIN! Horrible customer service and I paid $10 more for the item than I would have if I ordered directly from the company the next day.

    I called and asked about a pressure cooker on sale and Ordered what I thought was one at the end of April. However, it was just a part that goes with it. I returned it. I was checking online and saw I had a balance for $32.00 dollars. The item returned was for $22.00. I called and they said it was a late fee and I had to pay for the shipping even though I had received a return label. It is not even 30 days since I return the item and I am charged a late fee. I just yesterday got the bill in the mail. They said there is nothing they can do about it. I will make sure to tell the over one thousand followers on the internet about HSN.

    The customer service is deplorable! I DO NOT recommend this retailer, they ship damaged product, provided a song and dance to return faulty products, lie about how they will remedy the problem and still require the customer to jump through hoops to get a refund. After ordering $246.62 in origami shelves in February 2018, they arrived and were so damaged and bent that they could not be locked into place or used. After 3 call and getting lied to and the runaround. UPS was superposed to pick them up. I spoke to Linda at ** to resolve this problem - at first it appeared to be helpful; however, UPS never picked up the shelves and according to Linda the request was made 3 times.

    At this point, I just want my refund and to move on, but that is not going to happen. Now it is the end of May 2018 and this problem is still going. After calling Linda today and letting her know the credit for damaged shelves is still not there, she became very snippy and rude. Then told me to call 1-800-284-3900 and ask for a Customer Accounts Supervisor. That was a bold face lie! Again the runaround because they cannot and will not do their jobs! So, 4 months later I am still getting the runaround on damaged product they sold. DO NOT buy anything from HSN! They do not operate with morals, honor or ethics. Their behavior is shameful and disrespectful - shop elsewhere so you too do not have these problems!

    Feb 20-23 ON HSN I purchased a Univision desktop $159... +25.95 ins. from HSN. Within 3/4 days I put return label on and dropped off at a UPS in Everett, MA 02149. I RECEIVED NO TRACKING # JUST DROP OFF AS IT SAYS ON HSN'S RETURN POLICY ONLINE. I WAS NEVER CREDITED just REFUSED MY CREDIT. They used the excuse they did not received it but I followed their easy return policy.

    When I called first they said without a tracking # they could do nothing but their return says NOTHING about getting tracking #. Just says leave it at any UPS or give to a UPS driver but nowhere does it say get tracking #. Show me where it says get tracking #. So I just did what refund policy says dropped it off at a UPS. NOWHERE DOES SAY GET TRACKING # which it should say that you need TRACKING # but I believe that UPS did delivery it back and they made my $$$$ because it had NO tracking # or someone in the return center just kept it!

    I was shipped a set for The Best of 2018 Pictured Rocks Lakeshore 5 pc Quarter Set on 4/10/18. It has been lost in the system and nobody seems to be able to help. I called HSN and was told that HSN has no extra sets to mail me. All they could do is refund my money. History: I have been collecting these quarters for a few years to have a complete set of uncirculated quarters and now I have an incomplete set, basically worthless except for face value. I contacted UPS, the original company set to deliver the package, they shoveled me to the subcontractor for deliveries, the USPS and they have not delivered the package. It has been almost a month since the package was received in the immediate vicinity.

    The service at HSN is unacceptable. It is unreasonable that HSN does not have extra sets available in case of situations as mine. I have canceled all future shipments, canceled my account with them and will no longer do business with a company who has no regard for the customer. I highly recommend any future potential customers of HSN reconsider ordering any coin sets. You will never have a complete set and therefore you would be wasting your good money. I will be writing additional reviews as much as possible to get the word of caution out to others. Do not order coin sets from HSN.

    I bought a Dell Inspiron with 12 gigs ram and AMD8 chip. They sold this with 24/7 lifetime remote access tech support. Less than 2 years later, that tech support is gone and replaced HSN tech support. 5 days a week, 9-5. Horrible. One of the main reasons for this purchase. Then on Google it reports this Dell is inherently defective. Betting both HSN and Dell knew about this to offer it for sale. Mercy.

    HSN claims to have lifetime tech support but that tech support is useless. It is a lie! My laptop's operating system failed and HSN tech support told me to call Microsoft so that I could re-purchase a new Windows operating system. They would not provide a disc or key to reboot. First they said they could not find the order. Then when I supplied the emails confirming I bought this $700 laptop from them tech support said call Microsoft. When I said I should not have to buy an operating system I already had purchased they HUNG UP!!!

    I spent $149 on a Patricia Nash handbag that was on one of HSN T.V. programs and on a special price. The purse is nice, BUT when I tried to order the matching wallet for $49, it was sold out in the purse color. When I emailed my disappointment, I was told basically “we’re so sorry about that”. Today I went on HSN’s website to write a review and wasn’t able to get it to work after assigning myself a “nickname”.

    I also noticed the wallet that matches my purse is on Backorder, and if I ordered it, will be sent as soon as it comes in... For the full price of $69! They ran out of the wallet on the night of the TV show because they didn’t order the same quantity as the purse, and that’s their mistake. I feel I should still have been offered the TV Special price.

    In addition, after I emailed them about these two issues, I was told via email reply, that since I bought the purse as a GUEST, not registering for a regular account, I wasn’t entitled to submit a review of my Patricia Nash purse! I have NEVER ever encountered such a thing. In all online transactions, I am able to submit a review for a product that I bought. Every time. I bought the product; why shouldn’t I submit a review of same for others who may be considering buying the same product? I never buy something online UNLESS I read all the reviews from others who have bought the item.

    The reply to my email ignored my comment about not being offered the matching wallet at the TV Special price THAT I TRIED TO BUY AFTER WATCHING THE SHOW, but couldn’t because it was sold out. No mention was made on the website about it being on backorder and that I could order it then, probably because they didn’t want to sell it at the TV Special price. Funny, I am not considered anything but a guest who has no review privileges, but they send me daily emails advertising the goods on HSN. I guess my money is good enough to spend on HSN, I just can’t review my purchase. Because I bought it as a GUEST!

    MULTIPLE CHARGES!!! (13) to be exact, happened as a result of me trying to place a simple order for Today's Special, A Canon All-In-One Printer for $59.00 on 4 easy flex pays. Both my Bank Card statements show MULTIPLE CHARGES and no ONE, not even a the 2 Supervisors I spoke to could help me with the madness nor did they seem to care, They were simply concerned with defending HSN.

    The first card was declined yet held sufficient funds. I tried using a second card against my better judgement, and the same thing happened again which I was able to see on my 2nd card statement the next day. Every HSN rep.     I purchased a computer in November 2016 with LIFETIME support. I was lead to believe this support would resolve any issue I had with this computer during my lifetime. The computer started to fail in January 2018. I called HSN and was told they sold their Tier1 Support to a new company. I was transferred to this company who could not provide any customer support other than telling me the same information I could find on the internet. I called HSN to seek a refund of my computer (either a new one or refund my purchase price). HSN customer service supervisor told me the computer was not covered beyond fixing malware, viruses, etc. The HSN advertisement indicated when I purchased the computer I would never need to call anybody else to keep my computer operating efficiently. My suggestion to anyone purchasing a computer from HSN with support. DO NOT purchase it. They don't provide support!!

    A Discover Card customer service rep called to ask me if I placed an order for a piece of fitness equipment with Home Shopping. I did not, and was relieved that Discover checked with me. The person who tried to place the order was going to have the item delivered to my home, which is disturbing. I had to cancel my Discover account and get a new card/number.

    Fast forward a few months - I tried to place an order for sandals with HSN, only to be told I had to speak to a Customer Service person. The Customer Service person informed me that HSN could not ship to me due to the Discover card issue. I explained that it was a fraud case, that everything has been cleared up, and I have a new Discover card. She then told me that they could not ship anything to MY ADDRESS! I couldn't believe it. I asked to speak to a manager, who basically told me the same thing...sorry, but my address has a 'do not sell' attached to it, so I am not able to order.     THE HSN ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT IS EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT. I stupidly ordered gifts from HSN because I didn't check consumer ratings first. I had ordered, received and paid for a Ming 5 Qt pan with fry basket in September of 2017. In December 2017, I ordered again for Christmas. HSN double shipped me that large order when the Christmas order was late and assumed lost. I had ordered another 5 Qt pan with fry basket for my daughter in the Christmas order. When the double shipment arrived I ended up with 3 of those pans, so I promptly returned one (item order ending in #**) but kept the rest of the double shipment for gifts. HSN refunded the 5 Qt pan I returned. Unfortunately, nothing in the double shipment I kept ever showed up on my online account's Flex Pay page. They just kept charging my card but there was no way for me to track it. I was supposed to trust them to charge me correctly.

    Frustrated, in early February I called them and they assured me there were only 2 more payments due period for $19.98 each on a double shipped skillet. Fine. NOW, in March 2017, they are taking $45 out of my account without my permission, claiming it is for a $39.95 item in the order ending in #** (that had been paid in full two months ago -- my daughter's Pan). They say there was a double refund accounting glitch where they refunded something on the double order they should not have (item #**). That's a lie. I appropriately had only one refund on my bank account and that was for the #** double shipped item I returned. IN OTHER WORDS THEY ARE STEALING BACK MY REFUND ON AN ITEM RETURNED 3 MONTHS AGO while claiming they had issued a refund on a different item by mistake. They did not issue a refund on another item!

    They will not send me an account ledger and are too incompetent to audit my transactions correctly. They had purposely not listed the double shipped items on my online flex pay account page BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO IT AND TO KEEP ME IN THE DARK ABOUT WHAT THEY WERE DOING. They know I can't afford to sue them over $45 even though I believe altogether I believe it may be more than that but there is no way for me to audit what they have done. BUYERS BEWARE!

    I understand there are company protocols, but HSN has the worse accounts receivable possible along with a non-friendly automated system that does not transfer you to a human. For several months I have been battling late payment fees that were charged, in error, to my account. I had my bank call them directly to confirm that the payment was received on time and why were they posting it later and charging me for their mistake. Then their automated system closed my account, in error, so at the time of the call which included my bank HSN could not assist with crediting the late payment fee. I was told to call back in a week.

    I did and spoke to a representative who was very empathetic. She transferred the call to a condescending supervisor (named Cortez). Who told me to pay my bill earlier than the bill date and to go ahead and send in a letter with proof to dispute the late charge again. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE FOR OVER THREE MONTHS! Unacceptable, I am done with HSN. Paying them their late payment fee and moving on. There are so many other competitors...

    I received a very bad customer service from a representative named Sophie. She ended the chat with me without notice me. Be aware if you buy products from HSN. I bought a Hoover floor cleaner that left my floors horrible. Their products does not work as they show on tv. In addition, they charge me 9.95 for the shipping costs of returning the product. My daughter had to cancel her credit card with them because they often made charges in her account for extra fees, so if you have a credit card with them check your statement because they make charges without notice the customers. Their commercials shows that their products are awesome. Nevertheless, when we buy their products they are a fraud and we have to pay for the shipping costs of returning them. Definitely, I will never buy again another product from HSN.

    I have ordered off and on from HSN for many years. I have not had much of a problem (with FlexPay etc.) as other reviewers have stated. It does make me kind of sad that so many are having issues because that is what may cause the company to fail unless they step up and address these concerns. I came to the page today because after ordering a laptop several days ago I was very surprised to find that the HP laptop I ordered was being shipped from a company called NEW AGE ELECTRONICS. This worries me a little. My new HP laptop should be shipped directly from HP? I looked up the company and it looks like they build new computers and fix and refurbish others (certified HP) - however, if I am not mistaken if HSN is selling refurbished computers they must reveal that to the consumer?     I attempted to order a two pack HP laptop deal on flex pay. They denied me the option for flex pay and canceled my order. I immediately checked my bank account and they deducted $110.00 out of my account after denying me flex pay approval. A manager stated that they would release the hold, but I have to wait for my bank to refund my money. This is an extremely unethical practice!!!!     I've always been a great customer. I was trying to order for Christmas, I get approved for credit card because obviously credit is good. Well, did not know my addict daughter had ordered using my address and now she is incarcerated and can't pay her bill so we are being punished. It's my home, I own it, not my daughter. As if we as parents aren't being punished enough from her addiction! They said they would unblock address and never did so I chat with rep and she tells me I have to call in AGAIN. I tell her I already did... either unblock and deal with my daughter as the adult she is or close my accts... guess what they did? Closed them. Didn't even try to keep us as customer.     I ordered a package and added upgrading shipping on 12/20/17 to ensure my package would arrive by Christmas. I looked on my account for updated information and my package stated it would be delivered on the 20th. However, UPS said it had been rescheduled for the 26th.     Order a today's special on the 6th of December. It spent 12 days processing. I logged into my account on the 18th to find my order had been cancelled so I speak with customer chat who tells me I would need to call the verification department. The number she gave me rang once and went to a voicemail. I call the main HSN customer service number to verify this was the correct number. Finally got in touch with a customer rep within the verification department. I knew I was going to have problems when the rep didn't seem to have all her information correct. She continued to call me Shawn and Shawna when my name is Schyler. I corrected her numerous times.

    She also said I had cancelled my order of two Macbooks which I clearly had not and also had only ordered one. She bounced back and forth as to why the order was cancelled. First it was they couldn't verify my phone number was registered to me (I was calling from the said phone number). Then it was because my billing address was different from the shipping address as well as the names. I tried to explain to her that the billing and shipping were different because it was a Christmas gift so of course the billing name and address would be different from the shipping.

    She then proceeded to tell me that my account has been blocked because it raised a red flag with their fraud department. There was nothing she could do to help me. When I asked when I could expect my full refund of 1394 because I paid for my items in full? I was told normally it doesn't take this long but they ask for the customer to allow 1-30 business days for the pending charge to fall off their account. I guess it was fate because I purchased the mac for 949 on sale but Best Buy had it for 799 as of today so Christmas was saved. Will never do business with this company again.

    I placed an order for two laptops and set up on FlexPay. When I tried to finalize the order, it was denied and cancelled at the same time, but $130.00 was taken from my bank account. The company took the money out of my account. I called them---all of this happened within 20 minutes---to find out why was it taken out. I got a lame excuse about... They know but the visa company does that and it will take up to 72 hours to reverse that. HSN... that is a bunch of crock and you know it. If you were going to deny me, you should have NEVER taken my money in the first place. THAT is BAD BUSINESS.

    IT happened right then, and that is not fair to the customer. I would not be surprised if you have a class action suit on your hand. This is an unfair practice that needs to be change. I never received goods in hand, and neither was the order shipped to me, and I was not approved.     Sales hosts are constantly encouraging shoppers to buy risk free at super low price to get it home now. Problem is they never mention that return shipping is the responsibility and they offer no flat rates... so weight can certainly cause return shipping to be astronomical. They offer no physical locations to drop off returns for free. Totally misleading and certainly very risky! Much lower risk so astronomical. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE...     I recently called to purchase an item from HSN. During the call the agent says that my billing address is blocked. I have a pack mail account. It seems that someone else from the same address (there are about 200 boxes) committed some type of fraud so they blocked THE ENTIRE ADDRESS! (Not just the box number.) I contact HSN customer service and am told, if I want to order anything EVER from HSN - I can always go to my bank and have MY billing address changed. WTF!!! I did nothing wrong, but I am expected to change my entire freaking life so HSN can be happy?!!     I purchased this laptop in early September, 2017 and have never been able to use it. I should have returned it within the 30 days which was my mistake. However, when HSN informed me I had to contact HP for warranty issues I got a big surprise. The year warranty only covered 50% of the laptop and I had to purchase a repair/warranty plan to cover the rest. When I purchased the item from HSN, I was told and it was clearly stated in the sales pitch on TV, I had FREE tech support and did not have to worry about anything if anything went wrong with the computer. HSN has washed their hands of this and basically don't want to be bothered.     I ordered an instaCHARGE after seeing the commercial. This device is supposed to give your phone a full charge within seconds. Four chargers are included in this purchase so for $40 I thought it seems like a great deal. I have never ordered anything over the television before since I am a Avid Amazon shopper. After three weeks went by I called and they said the item was on backorder but now it was in stock and it should be coming momentarily.

    Another week went by it still has not arrived. I called and they said it would arrive in another couple days. My issue is that somebody should have called and let me know that it was on backorder. The lady on the phone said, "I'm so sorry that that happened. It should not have happened." In my opinion they should have waived the charges. I did not ask them to do so but I can tell that they don't have great customer service because a company that cared about their customers would have offered. So my first experience with HSN involved waiting a month to receive an item and receiving no correspondence and no call as to what was going on. I had to call a couple of times to find out the situation. I will probably not order from them again.

    I ordered a laptop on the 5th of November that was not available but yet I was charged for it anyway. I have been trying since the 5th of November to have the hold on my MasterCard removed. My bank only wants confirmation from HSN that the product was cancelled or voided. HSN keeps saying that they only have internal but no external email. My understanding is that some of the Supervisors do have access to external emails. I would prefer for HSN to just process a refund since they will not work by email with my bank.

    It was bad enough to have to create credentials over and over just to obtain an account but the one product I purchased was worthless from the start. I would never purchase another product of any sort, but buyers beware of electronics. No order number because their way of "fixing" my access evidently is to give me a new account with no history. The product worked badly but the return process was so cumbersome, I gave up. I recent attempt to get it to work in a limited fashion now reveals it is useless for anything since it will not charge (although it shows a connection) and will not turn on in spite of days of charging.     I ordered luggage which was repeatedly stated as being "carry on", plus 2 smaller pieces. The presenter, Samantha **, stated repeatedly how much she travels. When the suitcase arrived, it looked alarmingly thick for a carry-on. When I measured it, it is clearly NOT within requirements for carry-on bags. It was over 12 inches deep (9 is the maximum depth shown on every website that shows one). It is also far larger than the 45 inches around in circumference which one site mentioned as a possible alternative–it was 54 inches around. Any consumer who tries to carry this on will be required to check it. The company agreed to accept the return with no postage being paid from me. But many consumers could be caught in this trap of having to check their bag, as I was once in the past with a smaller bag than this one!

    Well, let’s see. I received a beautiful gold pendant from my husband signifying he and our two sons, but the chain was too thin. Therefore, I decided to purchase a quality gold chain from HSN and was initially happy with purchase BUT after purchase in May (Mother’s Day) the chain simply fell off my neck in September (less than 4 months). When I called HSN I was told they do not guarantee the product, but I can go through the manufacturer. The manufacturer is requesting I mail them the chain (via my own funds) and provide them with $10 to ship me a new 14K gold chain. Hmmmmm, are they serious.

    Secondly, I purchased a camera from HSN on FlexPay and as you can see by the attached images, the $500 camera is not worth a penny. I have not contacted HSN because my husband has had nothing but horrible service with them in the past and he has told me so countlessly. He is right, HORRIBLE PRODUCTS. My advice TO ALL is to simply pay cash for what you want and purchase from a reputable store that will guarantee their products, like Jared and Best Buy. By the way, this site (HSN) is asking for an order number to look you up, BUT if you have already purchased product and paid, then there is no way to retrieve an invoice or statement. Smart Seller, Dummy Consumer. DO NOT BUY FROM HSN, EVER!

    On January 3, 2017 I ordered a 3pack of Air Purifiers. On Jan. 13,2017 I checked the shipment tracking number. It showed it had been delivered around 11:00 AM. It went to the wrong address. I went to that address about an hour later and there was no package. I called HSN to tell them it wasn't there. They issued a refund and reordered this item. I gave them my address again and had them confirm it. It arrived 4 days later. I thought that it was all settled. However, on my September statement it was rebilled to my account. I called numerous times and told them it was wrong. They finally told me on the 4th or 5th call. I was told it was a UPS problem not theirs.

    I called again on November 1, 2017 and tried to find out the UPS tracking number as I didn't have one because I never received it. As I was in the middle of the call I had explained I was disputing the charge. When I started to ask if they had the UPS information I was disconnected from the call. The customer service lady hung up on me. I have since called the bank that issued the HSN Credit card and told them I was disputing the charge and have not received a reply. The bank is Comenity Capital Bank. I am not getting anywhere with both these companies.

    When ordering an $800.00 TV I asked if HSN would have UPS hold the item for me to pick it up. I work plus was getting ready to go away for a few days, so I did not want to worry about a TV. They said fine. Instead, UPS tried to deliver the TV today. When I called UPS, I was told only HSN could direct them to hold the TV. So I called HSN, they said they could not help me, they could not ask that it be held at the UPS location, I had to be home for delivery! This is the 21st century HSN, people work, have lives, etc. I was left with no choice but to reject the delivery and tell HSN they lost a customer. I'll get my TV elsewhere. And they better not even think about charging me for shipping or returning the TV!

    About 5 years ago, more or less, I received a letter from HSN stating they could no longer be business partners with me due to extensive returns. This is after I had been a customer there since their premier, practically, and spent tens of thousands of dollars. I had recently been drawn to purchasing clothing from the Diane Gilman line and was having difficulty finding the right fit.

    I called customer service, spoke to a person who was very nasty and treated me like a criminal, so I eventually hung up. I want to be clear, that I have never been late on a payment to anyone. In fact, I try to pay off my credit cards, in its entirety, upon receipt. Both my home and all cars are paid for. In other words, we have to credit problems.

    Last night a friend wanted to order a gift for her daughter from HSN and send it to my home. She was denied. I even gave her my AMEX card to use, which has no balance, and she was denied. I just spoke to customer service at HSN. I was advised that my address is blocked from ordering PERMANENTLY. I asked if someone moved into my address after us, would they be able to order. She said they would have to show proof that I no longer live here.

    OMG! I feel like a criminal. I returned items no more than 1-2 weeks after receipt. They were NEVER worn. They were wrapped and carefully cared for. I don’t understand why I'm being treated like a criminal. This is extremely embarrassing, especially for someone who is so responsible and conscientious about being on top of everything. I don’t want to give them any stars. I was not a new customer. I was a long time established customer. Let me be clear, I do NOT want to order anything from HSN. I just don’t think that my entire household should be treated like criminals.

    I recently ordered a computer for my son on FlexPay which I'm aware that you don't need credit for. My debit card was charged and I got an email saying my order was cancelled. I called and the lady said she couldn't tell me why my order was cancelled but I will be refunded in 4-7 days. I wasn't happy about that. They had no business charging my card if they were going to cancel my order for no reason.

    So I was looking to purchase an item from HSN, I had did a guest check out with them. I had forgotten I had opened an account with them years ago. I was prompted with their flex pay option on the item, I opted to for the flex payments. My order had gone through and was processing, they deducted the money from my account even though when I spoke with the representatives they kept telling me they didn't charge my account. I could clearly see the charge on my debit card and now 3 days later I still haven't received the money back onto my account. They try not tell you up front why the order was canceled. You have to wait for a letter in the mail. Because I never bought anything with them, when I signed up they said my account was too new to qualify for flex payments.

    The other big issue I have is they run a credit check on your flex payments was what I was told when I spoke with a representative. Why tell people that there is no credit check or anything of the sort involved when you obviously do. If I wanted another credit card I would have applied for one. Nonetheless they are taking their sweet time refunding my money and I do not like dealing with their customer service reps who clearly don't care about your situation or at least the two that I have spoken to. HSN you need to make it clear to people that flex pay isn't something you can use if you have an account you have never made purchases on. Also if it takes you less than 1 minute to deduct money from someone’s account it should take you 72+ hours to put it back.

They are beautiful, but the clasp broke off after a dozen wearings, so NOT a good deal. Manufacturer offers no warranty, according to HSN, so HSN offered a protection plan for $12, as I recall. I didn't buy it, so now I can toss them or pay for repair. Be forewarned about buying jewelry on HSN; they don't have your back about shoddy merchandise unless you pay them to.

    I am very upset and dissatisfied with HSN's lack of customer service in righting orders with missing pieces. I received my Wolfgang Puck 19-piece Stainless Steel cookware set and there was a lid that was the wrong size sent in the set for the "covered" soup pot. Of course I only discovered this when all of the pieces had been removed from the box and inventoried. I call HSN and they wanted me to repack everything back in the box to return it and they would send me a new set. I am not a professional packet so this was not an option for me. The set cost just over $300.

    You would think that they could just send me the correct lid since it was their mistake but they would not do it. Today I received 2 6-piece towel sets that were $60 apiece and lo and behold there is a hand towel missing from one of the sets. I called HSN just a few minutes ago and they wanted me to do the same and send back the towels so they could replace the entire Set! I do not think this is a good customer service to your customers who spend lots of money on these products. I PERSONALLY WILL NOT BE SHOPPING WITH HSN ANY LONGER.

    I ordered an item using their Flex Pay option and submitted my order and money was taken out my account immediately! 30 minutes later I got an email saying my order was cancelled. I called to see why and they said it was due to Flex Pay eligibility. Well why not check to see if people are eligible before taking their money?? Anyways it has been 8 days and my money is still not back in my account. I contacted their customer service about the issue and they said “the initial payment was never deducted from my card”. Well clearly that’s a lie because it would not still be pending in my bank account. I just want my money back!!!

    I went online to place an order through them as I have always ordered stuff through HSN. I got an error message prompting me to contact them about my account. I contacted them via Chat and was told my account was blocked because someone at my address did not finish paying for their flexpay items. I told her that had to be my 19-year-old son who has his own job, his own credit card, his own social security number, etc etc. She said does not matter. I said "but if you check my history I have never messed up a payment with your company". She said does not matter. I was appalled at their lack of respect for individualism. I even said what if I change the shipping address to my work address, she said "doesn't matter. Your billing address is still the same". So I have to suffer because my son cannot pay his account.

    I told them that's not fair and all they said was, "Well tell him to call and fix it." Seriously? Here I am ready to pay for my purchase and you refuse to take my money or my business because someone in my house messed up? Makes no sense. I don't pay his bills nor should I be held responsible for his mess up. Creditors surely don't look at things like that. Whatever he did is his fault. HSN has lost a customer because they do not know how to treat people as individuals.

    I placed an order for a laptop on HSN, selected 2 day shipping to get it to me. Never shipped and when I called, they blamed it on the vendor. I told them to cancel the order (btw, took an additional 2 days to get the order officially cancelled). Ordered a different laptop with 2 day shipping. Expected delivery day is today, but no product. This time the "supervisor" blamed it on the processing department. If you advertise shipping in 2 days with an expected delivery day, you damn well better hold to it.

    It took 30 days to receive the product. Then on my 3rd use, the latch to let it up broke while I was getting out of my car in the rain. Now HSN says it's been more than 30 days so I can't return it & there is no way to contact the manufacturer about repairing or replacing it. I'm just out of $30 & probably will get sick from being wet.

    I purchased an item from HSN. Was not satisfied with item and sent several emails with no response. Upon contacting via phone, I was refused a cash refund and offered credit toward a future purchase, only. In the meantime I was charged late fees on my Comenity-HSN credit card during my dispute. Once I finally received cash credit for the returned item it went to pay for late fees. I paid out money to the Comenity-HSN bank for late fees, but do not have a purchased item to show for it! Comenity Bank was awful to work with and will not make adjustments on account.

    I tried to place an order on HSN which I've done several time before, Called HSN they would transfer me to customer service and hang up, after the fourth time I got the message same thing happened online. I called one last time to order a floor vacuum same thing happened, I called back and asked straight out why are they hanging up on me, she said nothing just hung up. They don't even have the courtesy to tell you why your account is cancelled. HORRIBLE COMPANY.

    In 2014, I purchased two Nuvision tablets for personal use. Along with the purchase of the tablets, I purchased an extended warranty for 3 years. The warranty was with a company called Asurion. I gave one to my granddaughter for her school work. I have sent my tablet to be repaired to Asurion 3 times and upon receipt back from Asurion after having been repaired, the tablet is no longer working. I have called them for the 4th time to obtain paperwork to return the tablet for repair. The Asurion technical support is totally unsatisfactory along with the QC department as their technicians are unable to make a simple repair. When I contacted HSN, they have washed their hands of the issue and passed me back to Asurion. I purchased the tablets from HSN, paid for the extended warranty to HSN, but HSN acts like I do not even exist. So much for customer service. If you are buying products from HSN, buyer beware.

    On April 24 HSN was selling Roomba Vacs for a discounted price. I ordered one, got an order # confirmation at time of online order, all that. Vac was shown to be delivered May 3-4, 2017. I've been waiting for it to show up. It's May 5 now. I called 800 # to be told, "Oh it's waiting for you to call the fraud dept to protect you in your order!!!" What! Why?

    Well I called the fraud dept to be told they had some trouble verifying information at time of order!!! What trouble! Couldn't tell me. Most importantly there is no Roomba vac to be had. If they were holding the order, why isn't there a vac on hold for me? Why didn't someone contact me? By phone? The order was found by my phone #!!! By email? Oh the guy said they didn't have my email!!! Oh yeah, HSN sent me an email!!!

    As a first-time customer/buyer at HSN... I will never buy again!!! That's it! Bad business. BEWARE CONSUMERS... THEY GET ON TV AND SELL SELL SELL BUT CANNOT PROVIDE!!!     I bought an electronic item. I went on vacation. Never really had the time to look at the product. The product was still in its original box unopened. I called 55 days after purchase for a return. They are so strict with their return policy. It's not worth doing business with them. If the customer doesn't like the product, we take the loss. What's the purpose to shop like this. We take the risk and the loss. and they make the millions. HSN should have a better "solution". Give the customer 60 days or even store credit. I am out $90.00 but they'll be out a future customer and a bad review.

    Recently, I saw a ring I wanted to order on HSN. I tried to pay online and set up FlexPay. I received an error message stating my purchase could not be completed. I was instructed to call customer service. When I did, I had to go through the ordering process again. Then at the end, I was told my account is blocked since 2005. I had not placed an order with them in years! Now I am blocked? The rep transferred me to another department, where I had to place the order all over again. This time I was told I could not use FlexPay, but had to pay the entire balance. That was fine with me, as I really wanted the ring and had ample credit on my card. Yet, at the end of this time-consuming process I was told the item could not be ordered. That my account was closed and will remain that way.

    What?! It took that long and that many steps to arrive at this conclusion? I am quite disappointed with this company. I have no clue as to what happened to cause a block on my account 12 years ago. Really isn't there some sort of time limitations on such an action? Is this a life-time block?? Seems like it. Quite unfair and poor business practices.

    Didn't receive any return paperwork when item was received, called and was told to return to manufacturer warehouse which I did even though I thought odd when always before you would return to HSN and would receive their paperwork. Item was purchased on flex so after seeing my 1st flex reversed, threw away USPS receipt and credit card bill. For next 3 mos HSN started billing me again and refused to reverse because they said manufacturer hadn't confirmed to them item was returned. For 2 months it was back and forth between HSN and manufacturer who confirmed date they received item back but because manufacturer didn't confirm directly to HSN, HSN said they would continue to charge my credit card.

    So if you the customer can't get their supplier to communicate correctly back to HSN it will become your problem and they will wrongly charge the customer. HSN never resolved the issue and it was only through my credit card that I received my credit back. HSN continued trying to bill me for the returned item and turned it over to credit agency. I closed my account and will NEVER purchase from them again. Over 2 decades I had spent thousands and thousands of dollars with them and they were willing to screw me out of $200 for an item I returned. They were not apologetic for their error at all and willing to lose me as customer, very insulting when you've spent so much money with them.

    Frustrated. Been waiting all week for a tracking number on a Bose radio I purchased. My cc was charged on 3/28 Tuesday. It's now Friday 3/31 and no tracking number. The item still has not shipped. I was told initially I’d receive the product in 3-5 business days. Now we’ve already passed 3. I called CS and am told it’s 3-7 days from shipping. Not ordering. NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD. The "free" shipping means I guess when we get to shipping it. So now if it doesn’t go out today means it ships Monday. Earliest arrival would be Thurs if I am lucky and they’d be right with estimated arrival of 4-7. Otherwise I’d not receive it till potentially at 7 days till THE 10TH!!!     Bought hoverboard in November 2016. Payments began immediately. December payment came out. January payment came out. Then I was diagnosed with breast cancer shortly after January payment. Worried about February payment, I called HSN in January, shortly after diagnosis. Absolutely wonderful on the phone with me, very understanding. Will hold back payment till March, even told me payment would come out between 20-23 and if I needed more time to call back. I thought how wonderful this company is, I told all of my family, friends, so on January 30, 2017 I had my lumpectomy surgery, and back to work 3 weeks later. On March 17, 2017 HSN took payment, earlier than said, but I was expecting it. BUT on March 21, 2017 another payment came out. 2 PAYMENTS WITHIN 4 DAYS.

    Called HSN my account paid in full now, Thank god, asked HSN why this happened. Said because a payment was not made in February, explained my January call to ROBERT **. He told me I should have told them to take another payment in April, so 2 payments would not have come out in March. NO HSN should have told me that payment they held back for February would come out in March and another in March, So just to give an idea of what 2 payments in March cost me, $1.29 loaf of bread caused me a late fee of $28.00.

    Like many people nowadays, we live paycheck to paycheck, that's why we opt to do flex play. My little circle of breast cancer women, have all agreed that what HSN did by holding back my FEBRUARY PAYMENT was aces, but to not tell me of back to back payments all in a 4 day span, APPALLING. I am not on facebook, but my circle of women cancer patients, have talked me into joining facebook to get this out there, which I will do. I will recover from this financially, as I will from the breast cancer, and HSN will go on. But if they lose a couple of customers, due to this, then it was well worth it. Of 12 of us with breast cancer, 7 of us have shopped with HSN, but no more. QVC here we come.

    I was told today at a Tracfone store that the Samsung phone I purchased for a bargain price on HSN was not new but refurbished and that was why the phone wasn't as good as a new one. I thought the phone was new and I don't see anywhere on the details of the purchase that the phone is refurbished. The Tracfone agent told me if I wanted to buy a refurbished phone, get it on Amazon because they are very strict as to who does the phone work.

    They closed my account because they said I returned too many items. I have had the account for a long time and I still owe a fair amount of money for items I kept. I return items that don't fit or don't like or that have a funny smell or don't work out as gifts. I never read that there was a limit on the number of items you could return. I spent a lot of money there so I guess I didn't return everything. Guess I won't be shopping with them anymore. Also funny that they kept raising my credit limit without my asking. I was certainly encouraged to purchase; just don't make too many returns.

    Purchase an item using Visa Checkout. They had a promotion stating they would give you $20 off if you sign up through Visa Checkout. HSN charged my card the full price and supposably they have no record of me using the Visa checkout. Horrible customer service. The same thing is happening to other people online.     We purchased a HP notebook from HSN and sent it back. About the same time we purchased a HP laptop from HSN. My wife has been in the hospital ER probably over 30 times in the last 3-4 years and didn't send the laptop back in the time allotted. An extended warranty was purchased. She has spent so many hours on the phone with Technical support we can't count. Finally they'd say send in the laptop to have it repaired. Over the last 2 1/2 years we've sent in the computer 4 times. Each time it would come back supposedly fixed. There would be problems like you couldn't save your work or the computer would shut down for no reason, etc. The extended warranty ends next February. Lined boxes would appear in the middle of your work. Keys would stick on the keyboard. We've asked for our money back to no avail. The computer has never worked all the time we've had it. Does anyone have a suggestion?

    I did not know I had to pay return shipping on 2-pack Guardzilla HD wireless Home Security System. I read their shipping policy and understood they would pay for return shipping. When UPS said I am responsible for shipping, I called HSN. They told me this item is not under their easy return policy. Since the item was ship from the manufacturer, and not HSN I would have to pay. The question to HSN, "How would I know this?" Answer, "You would not unless you asked." How would I know to ask? Response, "You wouldn't."

    Shipment cost is $25.00. You would think HSN would pick up this cost. I spoke to a manager and he was very abrasive stating, "NO will not pay the return cost." He did offer me a $25.00 gift card for next purchase however, I refused. I will no longer shop at HSN. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Keep Up the Good Work Amazon.

    I made a purchase with HSN on Feb 4, 2017, using my Amex card. The merchandise was later returned to HSN and I did receive credit from them on my Amex. Meanwhile, I do not, and never keep my credit card info with any online merchants in my account of the merchant's website. This is important to remember. Tonight 2/22/17, I attempted to make a new purchase on HSN website. Intentionally I verified that in my account there was no credit card info kept, meaning my Amex card info was not in my parent method box. Good. I proceed to use my Visa card for this purchase $41.68. However HSN site shown that my visa credit card info wasn't completed, 3 times, it asked me to resubmit the info, which I did 3 times. Immediately the site disappeared from my screen.

    I had to find HSN site and sign in again just to check what's going on? HSN showed no purchase of what I just attempted. I figure something was wrong with their system so I assumed no purchase went though. But that's not the end of this situation. Immediately I received notices from my Amex card, informing me a charge of $41.68, for 3 times, yes, 3x $41.68 happened on my Amex card. When I called HSN to trace this, they were not even polite about it. They insisted I must have used my Amex card, when I told them I didn't.

    Very apparently HSN kept my Amex card info, their system just highjacked and unauthorizedly used my Amex card for a purchase I tried to use my Visa without going through. That's thoroughly unlawful when using my credit card without my authorization. I will never purchase from HSN again. My advice to HSN shoppers is: always double check your credit card charges, especially the one you didn't use for HSN. The worse was HSN wasn't even properly apologetic. I wanted to give zero star but it would not let me to proceed.

    Purchased Pavilion HP desktop computer. Did not work correctly, was to have software loaded in it. Did not work. Everything cost extra. After it arrived had to call specialist, HSN would not take it back, hp would have nothing to do with it as it was seconds sold to HSN. Sold with no warranty. By the time I finished trying to fix the thing I could have bought 3 computers. What a waste! Today two years later I just got told by HSN that I still owe on VIPER that I do not own $79.94 because when HSN told me what I owed to pay off my card they did not include Viper's charge that was on that card. Do you believe that! Never buy anything from them... especially electronics.

    Returns and Plan Protection: I ordered a Polaroid 10" tablet on Black Friday through HSN's website. The product arrived about a week later - this was a Christmas gift. I did inspect the product when it came, to see if there was any damage. However, I never plugged it in to charge or anything because it was a gift. About a week after Christmas, I was told the computer was not taking a charge. I decided to call the Plan Protection Line, as it turns out HSN deals with a third party company for this. After a brief explanation I was told that I would receive a return label and receive a refund for the product. I questioned the Protection Plan cost, and I asked if I could just receive a replacement. I was told that it was after 30 days and that they do not reimburse for the cost of the protection plan nor do they handle replacements.

    I stated that returns for the holiday have to be postmarked before January 31st as per HSN website. I was told they did not have anything to do with that. I told the representative to cancel the return process because it definitely did not make sense that they didn't have replacements or they didn't know the return policy or the fact that they were a 3rd party that did not refund the cost of their protection policy. The whole situation didn't make sense. I would definitely be out the cost of the protection plan. The thing is that they neglect to mention any of this on television. Also, they want you to buy a protection plan, but I had 3 months for a holiday return and the manufacturer's warranty was for a year. The protection plan was for 2 years, so in fact it would have coincided with what I already had. I was actually paying for a protection plan that instead of 2 years would have been for only 9 months.

    I decided to call HSN's customer service, and I was told that if the return was postmarked by January 31st I would receive a full refund for the product, protection plan and the return shipping cost. I was told by the representative that it would take too long for me to receive a return shipping label - 45 days apparently (what about email?). I was asked to return the item at my expense and I would be reimbursed. They received the product on January 25th and it was postmarked on January 21st. I called today, the 30th to see if they received the product and was asked to call back on February 2nd. I have a gut feeling this will not be any easy return.

    We ordered a PC on Wednesday. Then on Friday they canceled the order saying it was not in stock but on their website it showed 6 available. I checked the website on Friday. It said 8 available. Now is still says 3 available. They had no problem taking the first payment and charging my HSN credit card that I have to wait 72 hours to put back. They said their supplier cannot fill their orders then remove the computer or show out of stock. Don't keep selling them.

    Purchased headphones from HSN for my husband for Christmas. Which he informed me they were the wrong ones. First of all I was surprised that I would have to pay to ship this item, which I did, and 2 weeks went by and I noticed they took my next payment out, so I called them and told them I sent them back. They said they needed the tracking number (which I don't have I lost the receipt). But I ask them to check the warehouse and they refused. I'm so upset, I've spent 170 dollars and I don't have anything! Customer service was not helpful at all.

    I've been looking to buy a wireless earpiece for a while. The one in particular I've had an eye on costs $299 and I didn't necessarily want to pay that in full. When I did a search on google, HSN came up as a place I could buy it. They had flex pay and that appealed since this is an expensive item. So I placed the order last night and saw it was still pending this morning. I was going to pay through Paypal which did send me a email they were holding $106.41.

    I called HSN and they said my order was never completed and asked if I wanted them to cancel and reorder. I said sure. This time the first payment was $126.29 which I thought was strange. Why did it cost almost $20 more when I placed the order on the phone instead of online? Then for some reason I decided to look at HSN reviews. Don't ask me why I didn't do that first but I'm glad I did. Having read several bad reviews made me think twice about my order so I went online to cancel my order. Come to find out my original order ($106.41) had not been cancelled. So I ended up cancelling that one and the $126.29 one.

    I'm thankful I looked at these reviews because I could have ended up with two bluetooth orders. A few minutes ago HSN sent me confirmation of both orders. I also want to add, I was going to pay an extra $30 for 2 day shipping. In spite of that, my order was still estimated at 3-7 business days on the order. Like really? It just seemed like this could have been a major headache and I'm glad I stopped it. Bottom line, if you decide to order from them be careful. I'm going back to Amazon and just paying in full with my free shipping.

    I have purchased an Elite pressure cooker. I was not able to plug it in and it did not work. I am so mad with this purchase. I then called HSN to see what was I needed to do. I received an answer by telling me to contact the company. I did call and gave them all my information that was needed to get another one in the place of the one that was sent to me. There was a lot of time and money spent. I have received another one which lasted only a few minutes. I am not a fan of the way I have been treated. I will not recommend HSN for my money will be spent where I will get what my money has paid for. I have a pressure cooker with no power coming into it and it was $128.00. HSN needs to look at the customer side of the purchase sometime. Never again will I go through all this for a stressful purchase. Thank you for listening.

    Worst experience with this people. When I ordered they were super nice. Once the product was paid and I had trouble with the Lenovo brand new computer I purchased. They start taking me around to discourage me to get it fixed though it’s still under warranty. It took me multiple phone calls for this company to tell me how to handle it. I sent my computer back 2 weeks ago to be checked because it gave me trouble since day one. I still cannot get anyone to let me know what is going on with it. Today I am in hold already for 1 hour and 19 min. and no one comes to the line.

    I ordered a phone. When I received it, the package was torn and the phone looks does not close properly. I took it to the post office to return it and they tried to charge me $7.95. I took it back home to make sure that I had printed the correct return label. As I read the return policy, it stated that it no longer returns shipping fees regardless of damage. I will not order any more from them. I have been a customer since they first started. They will end up folding. That was one of their perks. Amazon will be my continued choice and I will let others know.

    I purchased a pair of boots, but when I received them I decided I wanted a different color. I called HSN customer service and to my disbelief the CSR stated they would send right away a replacement. Normally a company will make you wait until the original items is received back to them, but not HSN. I love it. While my return is heading to them my exchange is headed to me.

    The host's while stating how wonderful these are, and stated all you need was a smart phone, or android and hook up in a couple minutes, what they forgot to say is this item requires an iOS 8.0 or better to work with the iPhone. When the items arrived, went online to get App for Canary. In doing so I was informed that my phone was not up to the required for this App but Canary would give me the old version of this App, and stated I had to get and upgrade. went to AT&T to have them upgrade, but was told that the new upgrade that now is for the smart phones is a iOS 10, which if they placed this on my phone would wipe out a lot of my items and they recommended not doing it but maybe get another phone cost $850.00.

    So left that store and went to Best Buy which stated the same more or less. So had only removed the one Canary out of the box. They were sent in two different boxes. The host also stated that shipping both ways was free, so what do you have to lose? Well the only item that was in either box was a mailing address, and in very small print they said to make sure you get a tracking number and also insure same, and of course you can choose any carrier you want. So $40.00 dollars later to get them back to HSN. That is their version of free shipping. They are right. Did not cost them a dime.

    I have the entire show taped the host gave on this item and again at no time did they say what requirements were needed other than what has been stated. And yes they both stated free shipping so no worries. What a crock. Called customer service today and the female told me she would advice them to state what was required and that HSN would give me a $10.00 in store credit but has to be used by 1 Feb 2017. The Canary System might be alright but they should inform a customer what is required in your mobile phone. Could have got them cheaper here in Beaverton, Or.

    HSN admitted problems with shipping back in October. I had so many problems with several orders. Took days to get refunds on items that HSN had no idea what happened but they most definitely charged me for. They take money instantly and never ship or it takes 30 days to ship. One problem is still outstanding. HSN took $249 from me and refused to send the product or issue a refund. I have PROOF. On October 5th, I ordered the Cricut Explore Air 2 as it was bundled as the Today's Special. It Sat in packaging status for 2 weeks then abruptly disappeared.

    This was in the middle of the Vice President admitting they had a shipping/warehouse problem. HSN refuses to acknowledge their problem. I showed them proof and asked for either the product or a refund. Finally a special group set up to handle this shipping fiasco offered me $20 in their spendable Kash. $20 instead of $249? I really want that Cricut but they won't send. So, HSN took $249 from me.

    Well I've ordered from HSN many times before without problems however last year and this year Houston we have major problems. First HSN seems have a thing with UPS where they say it's OK to take your packages to an access point for pickup now. It’s not Kong. I have a disability and will not be schlepping around looking for my packages. Last year this happened. Got the big run around. The product was sent back to HSN but I was being told it was here and they got my money back. This year again my package was sent to some seedy store in the neighborhood for pick up. My son went to get it on the advice of a nice UPS supervisor who said it's the shipper who authorizes UPS to use access points that it could be returned. I complained to UPS so badly. Supervisors were calling me. I asked that no package of mine be delivered to any access point ever.

    Now on to the TV debacle I against my better judgment. Ordered a GPX TV. Had couple good reviews so I order. For a few days kept saying packaging. I'd decided to cancel the order. Customer service tells me they can't cancel because it's at the warehouse now. So I say if the funds aren't there what happens? They say the order will cancel. So I move the funds to my savings. These morons ship the TV anyway. Now I have a negative on my account due to arrive 12/22 but due to weather rescheduled delivery. May get here by spring. Shame on HSN. Starting to turn me off.

    I have been an HSN customer for 8 years. My account payment is due on the 16th of each month by 8:00 PM. I will admit I waited until the last moment to pay my HSN bill. My telephone records indicates I called HSN at 7:56 PM. After several automated prompts my bill payment was finally confirmed five (5) minutes later at 8:01 PM. Therefore, I called HSN a minute afterwards in order to file a customer complaint regarding the length of time HSN automated system takes to confirm customer payments. Their automation system had taken five minutes due to the 3 to 4 prompts set up before the bill payment is confirmed. As result, my bill payment was 1 minute late.

    Therefore, I desired to place a dispute with HSN, regarding the exhausting five minute bill paying process they have set up for customers. It is time-consuming and unfair. (Many other merchants automated payment systems operate quicker... ex. three minutes.) FYI, as of this writing the three HSN representatives refused to assist me regarding my aforementioned dispute. They just presented to assist, passed me to other representatives etc.

    These people have their site set up to make you think you are getting your order under flexpay terms, only to charge your account reduce your credit and or checking account balance, only to turn around and cancel your order and tell you that you did not meet the flexpay eligibility requirements. This qualification should be determined before ANY charge is made to any account there is no excuse for this. They have money out of my account that I need to purchase the item they denied me for, you suck!! QVC is much better and does not do this bogus nonsense to their customers. I will never shop HSN again nor would I ever recommend to anyone that I know. Consumers shop elsewhere!!!

    I called about a product I was interested in and before I can ask questions the representative was asking for my card information. I then told her I would order on the web by myself. After placing my order, I made sure my shipping is different from my billing being that I'm at work late and would have a problem receiving the package. When order was placed it went back to my billing address so I called right away to be told they would have to cancel and I would have to wait 5-7 days to receive my money back then place the order again. I explained to the representative that I can't wait that long to have such an expensive items money returned because if I do that it wouldn't come in time for Christmas.     My wife purchase outdoor Christmas decorations for our house. It took 10 days to get here. When they arrive we open the box to set it up and there were parts missing. When we called the company, they wanted us to repurchase and then return the original purchase for a credit. It would be Christmas by the time we got our replacement.     On 11/16/16 I purchased a 55" Westinghouse Smart TV on 5 Flex Pays, my card was charged $119.99 and I received the TV on 11/21/16. On 12/6/16 the TV stopped working and HSN agreed to get me a new TV without the VUDU credit so it had to be a new order. Once again my card was charged $122.01 and the new TV was supposed to arrived in 7 days in which I would put the old TV in the box and ship it back and everyone is happy.

    On 12/8/16 I receive an email from HSN that my order has been canceled and I do not qualify for Flex Pay at this time. So I have a broken TV after 15 days and I have paid HSN $242.00. I will never use HSN again and I will be sure to pass the word to everyone that I know that they should stick with QVC. I have already picked out a new TV from QVC and will order it tomorrow.

    Broken over priced merchandise - the first fireplace that arrived was broken. I called them back and returned it for another one. I used it 3 times in late march and weather was already warm. When trying to use 6 months later not heating but fully lighted and no heat. Called HSN they pass me over to some warranty which says email them a copy of receipt then pay to ship it to them.     The computer took 11 days to be delivered, the Protection Plan has yet to come 27 days after purchase. Made at least 4 different calls in the past month complaining that the protection plan has not arrived yet. They kept telling me that it is on its way. They downright lied about it. Because on the fourth call they told me that it will be sent by e-mail to me. I explained what am I supposed to do with an e-mail. This is supposed to be a gift. I was tortured for 4 weeks not knowing if I will have this in time. It was supposed to be a gift. Terrible customer service. Now they tell me they will send me a physical copy in 10 days.

    Worst experience ever! After being placed on hold for 15 minutes I was then disconnected after speaking to a customer service representative about my order. I then called back and waited another 10 minutes on hold, spoke to a customer service representative and ask about the status of my order. He told me my order was incomplete and wasn't being processed - for some unknown reason.

    Online, it says expectant delivery date 12/9!! And now I am unable to place ANOTHER order because they are sold out! It would have been nice to know about my order not being processed, a simple phone call. Now I am unable to give my daughter the ONLY thing she wanted for Christmas... even though I placed my order on 11/28!!

    I order a Samsung TV on black Friday as a request from my husband. He has been wanting a 4K tv. He saw it on this Black Friday a 65" and he told me to order it for him on the flexibility payments. Well my husband is a Retired Navy, and currently works as a machine operator. He has good credit, MY is ok! So the next day they send me an email saying that my Order was cancelled because they were sold out. I was sad because my husband was sad, he can't afford a one time payment of 1,300 so making payments sounded good.

    Well today 12/03/16 they send me a letter that Experian credit agency didn't approve my credit, but I never gave them my social security and they didn't tell me that they Would check my credit. If I had known that I would had ask my husband for him to order it since he has good credit!! So I feel so upset and sad because my husband could had got the T.V. If they would tell you that they will check your credit for getting the Flexpay, so please be aware of this. QVC is better than this company!! Just saying.

    I broke down and actually ordered from HSN, well at least I think I did. I ordered approximately 6 items. Here are the issues: I never received an email confirmation, so who knows if I actually ordered anything? I sure don't. I then logged back onto HSN and checked my order status - nothing showed up. I then checked order history, again nothing. So I thought I'd check my debit card charges, yep, had a pending charge of $27 and some change. Well I knew that wasn't right, I ordered at least 6 items and it was well over $100. I thought, okay, it must take a day for my order to show on my HSN account and they've put a small hold on my debt account until they get the order filled and ready to ship.

    I checked the next day for my order status/history, but again nothing showed. I panicked and emailed the company. They politely reassured me my order was processing and gave me an order number. I went back to order status/history on their site and again no order was showing. I then plugged in the order number and it showed one item that cost $27 and some change and this item had apparently already shipped. I thought, okay they must charge one item at a time once it ships. I checked my bank account again today to see if any other charges showed up, but now that $27 and some change pending charge is GONE and there are no new charges. I have no idea if anything was/is actually ordered or shipped or cancelled - absolutely no idea! I'm making a call in the morning to find out what has happened and why no email confirmation. I shop online ALL THE TIME, but after this experience I will NEVER shop HSN again.

    I ordered 2 drones for Xmas gifts. I was told each would be 22.70 per month for 6 months per FlexPay. They took one payment of 22.70 and canceled my order. I got a letter in the mail stating they got an unfavorable report from the credit reporting agency Experian. I never applied for credit and was never told it would be checked and gave them no soc. sec. number. All they had was my one bank card number and p.o. box number. When I asked customer service how they can check credit without permission or a soc sec number they said "it's one of those glitches we have nothing to do with." I still haven't gotten my refund after calling 5 times. After reading these reviews I see I may never. Maybe the new president can put a halt to companies like this. Oh yeah I called QVC, got the same drones with FlexPay and got them in 4 days.

    I purchased some items in June/july for a Thanksgiving trip in Jacksonville Florida. After getting in Florida I noticed that the items purchased were either to large or too small. I called for a store credit because their clothes run too large or too small. I was told they couldn't. Maybe I could give then to a family member. That was one of the reasons for the trip.     I order some things on the HSN app. It duplicated my order, unbeknownst to me. I got the e-mail that it had shipped and that is when I found out everything was duplicated. I called customer service right away, and the agent told me he would send a return label to me for a large piece of furniture that had been duplicated. Today I received the items, but not the return label so I called again. This time I am told I am responsible for the return shipping because the other person I spoke to was "new and not well-trained". So now I have to pay to return this heavy furniture piece, even though I didn't order it.

    They are crooks! I got on their automatic payment plan, where they took the payments "directly from my bank account" and they still! charged me $37 in late fees each month! As they explained it... After the fact... I would get 2 late fees until my account is current. How is it Late? You guys are taking the payments out! My monthly payments were $37 and the late fee was $37. WHAT CROOKS!

    I understand Finance charges because I still have a balance, but Late fees? And these Late Fees are on my credit report! My credit report show non payment for 2 months! Why would I get on a payment plan, where I would still incur Late Fees? That is NO PLAN at all! I could have just made the minimum payments! At least my principal would have went down.

    I ordered a TV from HSN website with FlexPay option for 4 monthly debits from my debit card. The first payment was to be 99.00. I received a confirmation email with an order number. Then less than 1/2 hour later, I received another email from them saying that my order was cancelled with no reason listed. I then checked my bank account and found they debited 100.01 from my account. Now 3 days later it is still taken out of my account, even though they had cancelled my order right after receiving it.

    My money should have never been debited since they cancelled my order, right after ordering! I had emailed them that same day they took my money & demanded they refund my money, since the order was immediately cancelled by them! But they never responded. I am on limited income and cannot afford money taken from my account for something I will never receive due to them cancelling the order! Now I do not know how to get my money back from them and my bank told me they cannot do anything about it!

    Like many other people I believed that HSN was similar to QVC. The headphones I wanted were cheaper on HSN than QVC so I proceeded to go ahead and ordered them. HSN charged my credit card and then canceled my order. How shady is that?! I contacted customer service and all I was said that I wasn't qualified for the easy pay option. I wasn't even trying for the credit card, just easy pay like QVC. I am highly annoyed at this company. If there are terms and conditions for easy pay outside of their card then they really should state it. Or at the very least NOT CHARGE my credit card for an order they were going to cancel shortly after. I am super not happy about this! How can you run a shady business like this? Save your time and frustrations for another company. NEVER shopping at HSN again!

    I ordered 2 blazers, 1 sm. exercise machine. By, phone I gave them my credit card number and placed my order. Order arrived with 2 pairs of vintage skinny jeans that I didn't order. Called them and was told it looked like I received another person's order and to send them back. I then realized the blazers weighed 6 lbs apiece and to hand wash only and dry flat. I am 77 yrs old and there is NO way I can accomplish that. Then I received a billing that I owed them 247.76. Called them and was told the order was placed on a HSN charge account.

    I told I never opened an HSN account but didn't get anywhere with that. I was told I was credited the 108.94 for the jeans I didn't order. Was told to return blazers. They charged all these items including the wrong shipment to me. Was told there will be NO refunds or credit given. I have to use my credit of returned items totaling 247.76 toward a different purchase with them... This is a con. I never opened an account with them. They took my credit card number with the intention of not using it and opening an account with them unbeknownst to me!!!

    This is the 2nd time I have ordered online. Used the FlexPay only to see in my bank account where they have taken the full amount! When I call to complain about it they always say "oh no, there isn't A FlexPay on this order unless you use our HSN card." Well I used my HSN card last Christmas & I believe I was charged twice. Some items I paid for right out & others used my card. SO am paying it off & closing that out! Regardless they seem to be tricksters. But when I complain which I have only done the 2 times they pulled this they do nothing to resolve the problem!! They think I want the product so badly that I will shut up & pay it!! Not this time, we have QVC, SHOP NBC & A couple more so they can't strong arm us! DONE HSN, DONE!!

    I ordered a laptop 1 month ago. Not only was the laptop that was sent to me used, it was the wrong model number and specs. They offered to exchange it once they got the one they sent me back. They sent me a return shipping label in the mail which took almost 2 weeks to get. This fist gentleman I spoke to, should be fired first and foremost, accused me of trying to scam them out of a laptop. He was rude and he actually yelled at me. So I waited 2 more weeks and kept checking my account balance for a refund which never posted. I finally called and they said they forgot to put in the computers that they receIved the item and give me a refund. This whole time I'm still waiting for the replacement laptop which is now out of stock. The lady I spoke with was very short with me and I literally had to ask her to at least make me feel like I'm being treated good.

    This company is a joke, the employees are worthless other than for a nice greeting and their electronics are the broken, old, used trash that the large retail stores can't sell. They take advantage of their customers and you need to do more work than should ever need to be done when trying to purchase a product from them. They simply don't care, and if you call them out on their mistakes they get very offended. I spent at least 10 hours of unnecessary free time dealing with this issue. At the end of this all I am out of hours of my time and best part is a month I still got no laptop, and no credit. Please do not shop here. You will regret it.

    I ordered a TV 2 weeks ago 43 inch GXP. I received it 7 days later only to take it out of the box and have it badly damaged, cracked. Nothing visible on the screen even though the television was apart. I called in to Customer Service. Reported this error. She told me to send the television, that they would send me a return label. It will take 15 to 21 days for me to receive that but the customer service rep said it should be there before then. She told me she ordered another television to be sent out to me ASAP.

    I check my order status 5 days later. It says "Processing" so I emailed HSN only to get an email back to say that they were sorry about my television and one will be sent to me. After that I get an email saying that my order was canceled so I called. I speak with another rep. She tells me that there were two TVs ordered by accident so one of them they had to cancel. Continuing asking questions about my television she told me that my new television will not be sent out to me until they receive the damage television.

    By the way they still have my money. I still don't have a label. I still don't have a TV and iPad cable. The first representative never told me that they had to receive the damage TV back before I could get a new one sent out, so that would take more than 2 weeks. So I ask for refund then proceeded to tell me my refund has to be 72 hours or better for them to reach to give me my money back. I was given false information, not the whole truth about the matter, and it wasn't my fault that my TV was damaged, but I'm so sorry, and I still don't have my money. I'm very angry. I will never do business with Home Shopping Network again. They falsely advertise.

    I have been satisfied with QVC for years - SO I assumed HSN would be similar. WRONG. This company is a fraud, all talk and no action. HSN has placed so many charges with my credit card - even tho items were returned. It got so bad not only did I file a dispute with my CC company but was forced to close a good credit card. I have been talking to them (which they always hang up on me) and emailing me (which I have over 20 emails - NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE). I am appalled this is allow to continue, especially after what I just read on the internet.

    I am now opening a complaint with consumer affairs and the Attorney General in HSN's state. WHAT HSN NEEDS IS A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. I am out hundreds of dollars. By the way, their products are HORRIBLE. I purchased Samantha Brown luggage and the outside zipper area ripped on my first time using it. Returned it but NO refund. HSN has blocked my acct. and I cannot even write a review warning fellow shoppers. DISGUSTED!!!

    I am writing because I have purchased several items over the years and have noticed that the items either seem to be later models or not quality. I purchased a computer during a promo but didn't actually use it until months later. The computer was very slow and seemed antiquated for the basic web search and bill pay that was performed. I contacted the office and got a representative who was very patient and agreed to accept the computer back and to get the one that I had actually ordered shipped and credit my account for initial inconvenience.

    They claim they never received the computer and refused to do anything based on what the previous rep stated even though the notes indicated the shipping label/tracking etc. The corporate office refused to honor the reps request as well. I am very dissatisfied as I ordered another computer prior to this and am experiencing the same issues. I'm convinced these are the lower standard products issued by HP but where do I go at this point for help? So frustrated.

    HSN charged my debit card and then stated the payment hadn't gone through. Then they blocked my account. Even after several recorded calls and confirmation from my financial institution they still refused to apply the payment they took to my HSN account. They acted confused the next day as if they didn't have any notes in the system about the issue and no fax from my bank so I cancelled the card.

    I was buying a gift for someone on HSN. It said on the HSN site that there was free shipping for orders over 75.00. I decided to add things to the cart and get some Christmas shopping done. I finished the order, and it kept the shipping in the final cost. I did my best to take things out of the cart and add them back and reboot, thinking maybe they had a glitch. I contacted them, and they said, "Sorry, you missed the special by a couple minutes." I said, "I have been waiting to chat with someone, and it is not my fault you did not remove the shipping costs in the cart!" They never responded. HSN is a joke. I will only use QVC from now on.

    HSN claims they have a no hassle easy return policy. I purchased a lot of junk from them that had to be returned as defective. They sent me a letter stating if I continued to return items my account would be closed. Yes they closed my acct with no warning the next month. Also, they charged my PayPal extra money for items I never ordered and when I asked about why these charges were on my PayPal they have no answer. Watch them. They will try and swindle you any way they can. If I would have kept all the defective items I could still be a customer.

    First I want to say that all of my experiences thus far, with HSN has been positive. I have not had a problem with returns, customer service, and in the past, pleased with my purchases. However, the Wolfgang Puck 10" and 8" omelet pans, are starting out to be a problem. I say pans because they are the only ones that I have used so far out of the set. They are a beautiful set, but they stick, and after the food sticks to the pans, a shadow of where the food stuck, is left on the pans. Today, I will use the Deep Sauteuse, similar to a mid sized roasting pan. I hope my food is not stuck to the bottom when done. Oh, by the way, I use oil. Not helping. Checking reviews before buying is going to become helpful in the future, before purchasing anything from anywhere.

    I purchased the item and got confirmation then later got an email saying they didn't have enough product to fill the order but might get more in later. It's wrong for them to take more orders than they can fill. A company that size knows how much inventory they have. My guess is they do this on purpose so they have names of people to send products to when they get returns from people who don't like the product. This isn't the first time I have had this happen with HSN. The first time I believed it could be an honest mistake but now I believe it is a deceptive business practice. Buyer beware!

    Your customer service representatives were very unfriendly and did not seem very interested in my order. I ordered two watches online and apparently there was a problem in the orders. I called your csr and they added to the problem. They do not listen. They react. They did not correct the problem. They added to the problem which in this case I had three different funds coming out of my account that I had to wait until the bank reimburse me. This is ridiculous and this was my first impression. I will stick to QVC. They have very good customer service.

    HSN I have called csr to make several claims each time I get the runaround. I have been told that my label was email - never rec it. I have even spoke with mgmt nothing has taken place. My son rec these a gift have not had a chance to enjoy them are falling apart. Service dept has attempted 2 times to fix and still the left ear is not working and now we can't get them to charge left, right ear is falling off. Poor Customer Service.

    I ordered a laptop & computer bundle at $499.00 which I thought was a good deal. I declined the protection plan, $149.00, anti-virus $79 and all the rest of the 10 things they tried to add on. Then provided my address and business credit card info. When the CSR confirmed my order she said it would be 5 payments of about $83. I said I just wanted to pay it in full. She said she had presented it that way and it couldn't be changed without canceling and reentering the order. I said that would be fine. She claimed to have done this but I got an email saying it was canceled. I called customer service and described what happened. Again it was supposed to be fixed. The next day it was canceled by them. I called again and they said it was declined by the Flex pay department. I asked how that could be because I insisted I didn't want flex-pay, I wanted to pay in full. I asked to talk to a supervisor who turned out to be very nasty.

    He gave me the same run around, but wanted to fix everything. Well first the item was no longer available then just not in my color. I asked what was available and he told me the colors he had but he only took the orders and it would be processed through normal channels. I asked "what are the normal channels", he said he didn't know. He only took the the orders and no one would know until after midnight. I thought I heard wrong and rephrased my question. I said "are you telling me it might be cancelled without even a call." He said "yes". I have several businesses and order a lot from Amazon and have never heard of such a thing. I really think they canceled because wouldn't accept any of their high priced add-ons.

    Has anyone had an issue that a NON EZ LABEL return item that does not get returned? Yes, I did buy insurance, and now I have misplaced my return receipt. This is the only one item that was never processed as an EZ-LABEL return, and the only item I have returned that actually never made its destination. I didn't read the fine print when I order the package because I thought everything was EZ label returns for HSN. This is my fault, but customers need to be made aware of this fully. I find this very suspicious. The item purchased was approximately $150 in total, and it is money I have to continue to pay. The label had a HSN number and barcode on the label, but from the information I have gathered from CS, that number and barcode mean nothing.

    I will not stop investigating this, and I am in process of filing an investigation with the USPS. I will tear through my car looking for the receipt, but the receipts these days fade and are no longer visible, so I may have, and probably have thrown it away, but I hope to find it in the next few days. It is not really the money, it's principle and why these return items cannot be tracked with the HSN label number and barcode. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at HSN, and I will miss some brands, but I refuse to order from them again.

    I was ordering a Tracfone from them. The estimated tax for the amount spent was correct (no shipping charges were incurred), but on confirmation of the item it added almost an extra 2% sales tax (5.40 to 7.12) which is completely unacceptable. I am sure I am not the first person from Michigan to order from them. It gave no rhyme or reason for this overcharge and now I have to wait up to 72 hours for their tax department to refund me MY money they should not have charged anyway!!! I printed out the total with the "estimated tax" and the final summary.

    I just find it strange that this is how they do business and want to know why the overcharge, which of course when I called they could not give me an answer. Can't wait to hear if I get an explanation of this. Their system does it so fast that other people probably did not even catch that it was a different amount and have probably overpaid them. It was such a good deal that I did not want pass it up, but future purchases with them will probably not happen... hope somebody checks into this.

    I ordered a few items from HSN as I am a valued customers, and it was denied, so I called customer service and I was told that my account was blocked because my downstairs neighbor account was not being paid. I asked what does my neighbor's account have to do with mine, and I was told that the whole address was flagged and no one with the same address can order anything from HSN until my neighbor pays the bill. Holding a whole building responsible for 1 tenant's financial responsibility is ridiculous. HSN must not value their customers and must not want to make money. What a ridiculous practice. My account is in good standing but I will never order from HSN again.

    As soon as my bill is paid off, I'm closing my acct with them. I recently purchased a Chromebook for my husband, it was listed as a "special buy". I then come across it at another retailer, to find they had it on sale for $100.00 less! I went back to cancel, this was within 20 minutes of my order, only to see it say it was "processing" and I could not cancel. Well, ok $100.00. Lesson learned. Then I sent back an item to them, a sewing machine that cost $79.00. I sent it back because it did not have a light, that was the biggest thing.

    I found a very nice Brother, that has a light and more features for $20 less! No brainer. It cost me $15 to send that thing back! They didn't offer me a discount on my cost of returning it. Big loss for me. Then it was sent 2 day shipping (thanks to my hb not paying attention, because it cost more in shipping) and 10 days later, my acct does not show it being returned or credited to my card. I had to go through chat to get them to correct the issue. I am paying it off as quickly as possible and wiping my hands of them!

    Late last night I ordered 2 containers of Choco Nuvo from Andrew Lessman through HSN via my telephone and my account with HSN! Today when I saw the delivery date was not until 7/29/2016 I tried to cancel them. I was told by the young lady in Customer Service that I cannot cancel any items at 12:01 Eastern Standard Time or later. My reply was I did NOT even get 24 hrs. to cancel... she said "my system will NOT allow me to cancel." I asked IF I could talk to someone else who could help me. She asked me who would I like to speak with. MY reply was "whomever can help me... I do not know who it is!!!"

    Then her Manager gets on the line, repeats that it is too late to cancel. My reply "I did NOT even get 24 hrs. to change my mind." The reason I am canceling is due to the late timing of delivery... that is vacation time! He repeated I cannot cancel an item after the end of the day it is placed. I repeated "I placed it about any hour or so before the end of the day... I do NOT get 24 hrs. to cancel?" He said "no." I asked "so the computer in 2016 will not let you cancel my order." His reply, "anything else I can do for you?" I said "yes please answer my question." He said "I have already." I replied "NO you did NOT answer my question about the computer!" He early also stated that when I get an e-mail stating my order is on the way, "call UPS and tell them you do NOT want it." My reply "it is NOT the responsibility of UPS to deal with this problem... it is yours!!"

    I have never written a negative review about anything in my life. I will never do business with HSN again. I cannot believe the way they treat loyal and long time customers. I have never experienced that you cannot cancel an item within 24 hrs. I advise anyone shopping with HSN to definitely want your product because after midnight on the day the order is placed... 12:01 to be exact you cannot cancel with them.

    On 07/05/2016 I tried to place an order with HSN. As I tried to change my address online so I could submit my order, when I pushed save to make changes it was putting a hold on funds in my account without me submitting my order.     Multiple items have come defective or in wrong sizes or ordered on flex pay and then charged full pay and partial pay. I have spent hours of prepaid minutes trying to get my money back from them. I do not like apologies. I like solutions. This has been occurring for months and although I request a call from upper management I am told that is impossible. They offer a feature called Track Easy Returns and mine has been broken for 13 months and is still not usable as of today. I am disabled and do all my shopping online. What purpose do these scammy web vendors do for me if they are constantly taking my money the day they ship and making me wait at their convenience for then to refund? This should be illegal.

I called and customer service could not explain but said would be adjusted in my account by the end of the day. It has not.     I did not receive a purchased item. I contacted HSN and they sent me another item however they also sent a letter telling me they will charge my credit card for the second item. Which means that the 1 item I did receive would have cost me 2x as much as other customers. HSN makes their customers responsible for lost/stolen item. Customers do not have control of when an item is shipped yet customers have to pay for a stolen/lost item and the shipping costs 2x. There has to be something illegal for charging customers 2x without any proof.

    HSN only offers a letter stating "our investigation has been proven to our satisfaction" yet they offer no documentation of proof, details of their investigation or even contact you during their investigation. I did write to them and informed them that if they try to charge my credit card 2x it will be a fraudulent charge and will be further investigated. DON'T FALL INTO THEIR VICTIM WEB OF DECEIT. HSN has proven to conduct some shady business practices, I do not ever want to participate in. Please verify your items and final costs with them. Don't let them get away with this.

    Sorry Keith, but as much as we love you this guitar disappointed us. We purchased the electric guitar and the part that the strings are attached to on the base of the guitar completely just lifted off the guitar. I brought it to get fixed but since it's a cheaper wood it would cost the same to replace it. It's unfortunate since it was casually used just for fun and to me it was a few hundred dollars down the drain. HSN couldn't do anything since out of warranty.     HSN denied me from placing an order due to a collection that isn't mine! This is my FIRST time ever shopping at HSN. NEW FIRST time credit card and HSN account! HSN wanted me to call a collection agency and pay for collection that isn't mine. By mine I mean NOT MY NAME... NOT MY CREDIT... NOT MY COLLECTION... NOT MY SS#! How horrible is that? I tried to explain it wasn't me but got nowhere, rep got loud with me and insulted me by assuming I was lying to her and didn't want to pay for something that was not bought by me. DUMB RIGHT!!!

    So HSN rep put a restriction on my address and said she will never remove it 'til collection is paid... once again... collection! NOT MINE!!! I was so frustrated with her for not understanding. I asked her to check her files to see that I didn't place any orders and to find who actually was. She did not want to and still assumed it was I and I was lying! HSN YOU CALL YOURSELVES A RESPECTED BUSINESS!! Ok you treat your customers with disgust and insults! I would have never thought of that!     A friend and I have made several electronic purchases from HSN including a cell phone and a Polaroid 9" tablet. I believe both were refurbished, second quality or returned products. The cell phone had scratches on the outer casing and the tablet WiFi receiver went dead after 8 months of use. The Polaroid tablet was particularly vexing. I sent the original back to the manufacturer for a replacement TWICE, both times I received refurbished inoperable tablets. This took over two months and now I am stuck with a third tablet that would not even power on. I believe HSN sells second quality electronic products, some of which are either customer returns, refurbished units (not properly tested before resale) or reworked factory mistakes.

    HSN's customer support is poor, they do not stand behind the products they sell. I called to get some resolution or support within the manufacturer's warranty time limit from HSN as I received no resolution of my problem. HSN essentially said it was my problem now. DO NOT believe they are a quality retailer. All the happy talk and high production TV sales presentations are essentially hype to sell second rate electronic products.

    My wife tried to purchase me a Keith Urban guitar for our 18th wedding anniversary on April 24th. For two weeks she waited for UPS to deliver, but, guess what? No delivery. She finally called and was told that it was a "factory error" and that it would be delivered within a week... One week goes by and no guitar.     I purchased 2 FixMeStick from HSN costing me $171.10 I could have bought at Staples for $44.99 and also on the internet for much less than I paid at HSN. I returned one. Then, returned the other one at a later date because it made my desktop computer overheat and became so hot that computer could not be touched while it was loading. I took the FixMeStick out before it was finished for fear of damaging the computer. I then sent the 2nd one back to HSN and (they returned it right back to me in the mail). Not sure why they returned it to me when it was clearly a damaged item. I called HSN and was told that it was past the time when I could send it back and they did not care that it could have possibly damaged my computer.     I ordered 2 spin mops from HSN.com (for myself and daughter). I opened the one for myself and was going to give the other to my daughter for Mother's Day. The mop was OK at best and I knew after using it that it would not be right for my daughter. The return section says to apply the pre-printed return label and just take to UPS or USPS.     Hello, I have been shopping with HSN for many years, paid everything. I returned some items which were defective or not what advertised. Each item promoted on the WEB/TV has 30 days + absolute money back guarantee; they repeat it all day long, they repeat hundreds time a day that there is no problem with buying as you can simply return it if you are not satisfied. This is a false advertising as they want us to buy. As you know what happens when you do return items? They cancel your account. Although you were charge for shipping and returning. How can they get away with it? They send you a letter that your account was closed and you not longer can shop with them. And you know what else happens? I had some of the items shipped to a secondary address. As often the packages were dropped off on the steps by the carrier, they did not make you sign even for expensive items.

    Now the person who lives there for many years, next apartment, can't purchase anything from HSN with her own CC and account as there was already shipment to that address??? Is this outrageous, what my account has anything to do with hers? Also why people are obligated to open a membership with HSN, why can't they simply order an item or two if they are not interested in flexpay etc??? So at the end I was treated like criminal and then the other person is angry with me as I "messed" up her from being able to purchase. I asked her: "do you really want to deal with company like HSN, after what they put me and you through?" Definitely not. I switched to QVC who has much better quality items, and I am very satisfied with their service.

    I purchased from HSN 2 pairs of Born wedge shoes. Hostess said if you purchased a pair of shoes you could get a Born Crossbody Bag for a $30 credit. So I purchased the Crossbody Bag. When I received everything I noticed on the receipt the purse was $129.00 minus the $30 credit for a total of $99.00. The 1st payment is approved by my credit card bank, then I get a notice the next day from HSN that they're cancelling the order because I no longer qualify for flex pay and I'll get a notice in 10 days. What in the world?! I know my credit score has not gone down over the last few years but has gone up, so is this way they want to treat good customers??? QVC allows me to charge thousands, and they're getting my business from here on. And I hope HSN goes broke, because that is what they deserve with the incompetent management that they have there!!

    I received a letter from HSN telling me that although I have been a loyal customer in good standing, paid my bills, ordered regularly, etc, I had returned too many garments this year and that they took a loss on the garments and could not resell them so they were going to stop me from charging on my account. If I wanted to order anything then I could not return it or they would close my account. I paid shipping and handling both ways, just tried the pants on right out of their bag and placed them back into their bag, sealed them up and sent them back. The clothes were never worn nor were they opened for more than five minutes. Why wouldn't they be able to put them back into stock and resell them? If I try on a garment in a store, the items go back into stock so where is the difference? And HSN charges a lot for shipping and handling both ways so how are they losing money? They just did not complete a sale and didn't like that.

    The garments were poorly made, unevenly sized and not at all like they advertised which is why I sent them back. Customer service was very annoyed that I was upset with this letter and acted like I was stealing something. No more people. Stop shopping HSN. Amazon Prime will send it free and take it back free so will many other stores. So please use them. HSN is lying when they say order it now and keep it for 30 days and if you don't like it just send it back for a full refund. What a lie. Order from someone else. There's lots of online sites that value your business but HSN is not one of them.

    I have been dealing with customer service for over 12 hours to resolve 2 accounts that needed to be merged and a change of name. Only to find out payment name was not changed and payment would not authorize because of the mismatch. After SIX customer service attempts via CHAT, EMAIL, PHONE, I had all accounts deleted so I could start a new fresh account. I created a NEW account, ordered my item, added my payment method and pressed the "check out" button.

    The next problem... BAD ADDRESS! Apparently another person who lived in my house prior to my ownership of it had a bad account! I have lived in that residence for approx 8 years and have ordered with HSN IN THAT TIME AND NOW THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE ADDRESS??? Thank you - NO. I have spent an entire day to resolve this for a silly deal. Far more trouble that it is worth. I am done with this site. I will be sure to leave this feedback wherever I go. As a business woman, I have never dealt with so much runaround and issues in trying to make a purchase. What a disgrace.

    I have an HSN credit card through Comenity and very happy with the bank but not HSN itself. I placed an order for an HP computer and selected the flex pay. The order went thru and showed confirmed. About 45 min after the order confirmed I received an email stating that the order was canceled. They charged my card 300 dollars and then decided to do some in house thing that in the whim turned me down for flex pay. My fico is strong plus having a card with HSN it shouldn't of been a problem. Called the bank and they said it was HSN that denied flex pay.

    So calling hsn the lady said they denied me and had no clue as to why and then tried to talk me into charging the full amount for 9 month zero interest. I do not want to put a hit that big on my card and lower my score with the credit bureaus. Who are they to offer flex pay to do forceful sales to try and get the people to pay in full. Flex pay is a joke. Do yourself a favor and stay away from HSN and their joke of flex pay. They do not ask for ssn or any details so how could they reject flex pay? Stay away from HSN.

    I should have read the reviews on this site beforehand. I was looking around on the internet and saw a PS4 bundle that my daughter would love!! So I ordered it and used their FlexPay option. 4 payments of 144.00. I went through the checkout process and received an order confirmation saying that everything was good, payment has been received and I should receive the PS4 by next Friday, the 25th. An hour later I get an email saying that my order had been CANCELLED!! WTH!?

    I called HSN and they informed me that I was denied for FlexPay. Umm... how? They didn't ask for my SS#, nor my birthday. But they sure did place a hold on my card for 145.01. I asked the rep when that money was going to go back into my account and she said 3-5 days!! I told her that was messed up and that their system is backwards. You should approve/deny someone for FlexPay BEFORE you take their money!! Of course, she is reading from a script like everyone else and is like blah, blah, blahhh. I told her my money better be in my account by Friday or I'm reporting them to the BBB for being a SCAM! Never, ever again, EVER will I shop or buy with them ever everrr again!! I would rather go to FingerHut. At least they are not scam artists!!

    Last year I placed an order for 1 shipment of Tan Towels in June. I got the product, it was ok, but I didn't end up using it. Then in September I noticed HSN was ready to send me another shipment of Tan Towels, somehow they signed me up for the auto delivery, so I went in and canceled the order. Then, in December I get billed for yet another order of Tan Towels that I never ordered and never received. I checked the "shipment" link and it said that UPS delivered it to a Super Mail station on a street three miles from my home.

    I called HSN and told them and they said, "Oh, no problem we will remove that from your card." Then, in February I get a nasty threatening letter from HSN saying that they have conducted their own investigation and UPS claims they delivered the towels to my house. Keep in mind I have never ever had a problem with mail disappearing from my gated community before, so I know it was not delivered. In addition, other orders I made from HSN that were made the same time HSN decided to ship me more Tan Towels, were delivered successfully.

    I called customer service and the lady who answered the phone and helped me said that is ridiculous. They would never send such a letter, but she did not, that my account had been billed again, so she credited me and apologized for such a rude letter. Then, in March HSN billed my credit card again for those same Tan Towels I never got and they had assured me they would not bill me for a product I never ordered and never received. I called again. This gentleman was also appalled that HSN would do such a thing and pointed out that my account still showed that the Tan Towels were canceled. To prevent HSN from billing me again for products I never ordered and never received I had to cancel all the credit cards on my HSN account and close my account. I will never shop there again. I can't believe what terrible customer service this was for a customer that has been with them for at least 20 years.

    I tried to purchase an HP laptop using the flexpay option and used my credit card which definitely had the funds available... When I submitted the purchase a message came up stating that there was a problem with my order and that the order could not be processed. However, HSN still placed 192.00 on hold from my card. When I called to ask why they held my money for a purchase that did not go through they stated to me that it could take 3 to 5 days for the money to be returned to my card depending on my bank. I called my bank and my bank stated that the bank policy is as soon as the funds are released by hsn they will be returned within a few hours. A day later and HSN has yet to release my money for a purchase that didn't even go through. Give me my money back HSN! They never should have taken it in the first place. My bank even questioned their actions or why they declined it and placed my money on hold. Never again! Never!!!

    Be aware of this HSN card. I listened to moderators and followed suggestions to go for extra Flex pay. I agreed to open the account knowing this is not a credit card. The card was mailed to me, but I could not locate the card. I called, and they sent me a different card. I did say that I will be late to pay the card (first one), and I was informed that they put the note in my account, and that they will credit me back with a late fee amount when it happens. I was so glad. They did that.

    And then, almost next day I was charged again with a late fee (now second card that had the same dates due like the first one), with a late fee interest. And collection agency started to call me almost daily. It took me a while to realize who they are (did a search online - reverse phone number search). I then contacted, via their secure message system, the bank to explain and each message was traveling for 48 hr, and I received several robo messages thanking me for this and that??? I did call once, and went nowhere. They also told me to write a letter and send it via snail mail if I want them to this or that? At the end I did what they wanted from the day one - I paid for the "mistake" on somebody's side (read customer's), and closed the account. So, did I get an extra Flex pay? No. Did I pay more. Yes, way more. Who lost? Me. Pardon my English please, I am not a native speaker.

    I received a faulty elliptical from HSN and within two days had contacted their customer service department via phone to get a refund. The woman on the phone did not identify her name but told me that she had put the request for a return in and that it would be FREE shipping back to their warehouse. She also told me to give it about a week and I would receive an email and phone call from their shipping service about when exactly they were coming to get it and at what time.

    Less than a week later I began receiving multiple calls from a male customer service agent leaving me voice messages in a rude tone stating that I either had to authorize my credit card for a charge of $100 to return or they would begin a credit reporting process (over an UNPROCESSED return? Give me the option to cancel at least, as nothing has effected them money wise as of yet!). I called immediately and was able to speak to yet another customer service agent who assured me the return would be free of charge as she had waived all fees due to the elliptical being damaged, and while she would not comment as to why I was receiving rude phone messages from a man un-involved with my return case, she did assure me the refund was going through the proper channels and processing for a free return.

    Now today I have received another rude voice message at work from this same man telling me customer service made a "mistake" and they will be going forward with charging my credit card. I did NOT give authorization for this, especially after two separate individuals assured me my return would be free. If my card is charged, HSN should expect that I will immediately file a charge-back claim with my credit card provider, as I refuse to let them get away with this. If your customer service department is not on the same page, that is not my fault as the customer and I should not be having to put up with this. This is not good customer service!

    This has been the WORSE experience I have ever had. As soon as the 30 days was up the computer stopped working. HSN does not offered HP support for this computer. V-Tech the support is awful, hard to contact. HP wants $200.00 for an extended warranty. Contacted State Attorney, filed a complaint. Do not buy. Spare yourself the agony. Sent back to HSN who refused to take it back. I will never shop with them again.

They said they did not see it. So she went to place the order for me and said the lowest payment was 4 payment for 54.99 something like that. And I told her "I just place a order for 5 payments" and she said that the price was now locked in. "In a matter of seconds" I said. So I told her to make sure no order was made cause they lied on the show and I just seen it on the website. They were trying to scam me.     About March 2013 I placed order with HSN. I was ready to pay but I was directed to HSN credit card which I took it when bill arrived. I tried to make payment by Atm I was told there will be $15.00 processing fee to pay $35.00 bill. Then I said close the account but rather than closing the account they kept on charging me late fee added to my account. Then on Nov. 2013 again I called this time they waive the $15 fee then accepted my payment. At this time again I asked them to close my account and send me the final bill but they refused to do that. Now after 3 years trying to extort $335 for $35 which was paid they have sent their collection baboon to extort $335 more. If this not taken off my credit report I will have to use court system to expose them for what a rotten extortionist HSN is.

    My wife just purchased an HP pc from HSN and it was purchased as new but it has 7.0, 8.0 and 8.1 setups. Not a clean Windows 10. HSN may or may not know this but they should because it is being sold as new. With three previous version of Windows installed says it is not new but an updated version of Windows. To sell/charge as a new product should be against the law.

    My last purchase from HSN was my last. I called and talk with an agent, she was rude. She did not give me time to ask my question before she said "You should check your statements." I asked to talk to a manager, she informed me there was no manager available. I asked her to give me the telephone number to call and file a complaint. She stated, "They will tell you the same thing I am telling you." I informed her it does not cost anything to be nice. I asked her to close my account and I will never purchase anything from HSN again. She stated, "If you read your statement you would not have to call and ask questions."     I purchased a new cat litter box. All you had to do to clean it was to turn it over and back up and remove the tray and all waste would be in there leaving litter clean. My cat used it the first time and the box turned over with the cat in it. When I went to clean it nothing came out in the tray. They have a money back guarantee and sent return labels with purchase.     Since takeover by another bank, HSN has unfair practices. I purchased a 42.00 Flexpay item (2 payments of 21.00). I have 100% on time payment record for well over 15 years, and have a lot of credit available to me and very good credit rating. Their online service is horrible!! I KNOW that I set up autopayments for this item. Well, it was never deducted from my account. By midnight of your payment due they SMACK you with LATE PAYMENT FEES (mine was over $25). They show no records of payment.

    I tried to send message via their secured message center 3 times, and after writing my question about this, each time I was told, they couldn't process my message. HMMM, what is going on here? They have ruined my credit now for a measly $42 that I did have set up to pay.     HSN said fast quad core. Actually low end processor. 1.6 gig h, not 3.3 like others. Said hundreds of dollars free software already loaded, also false. Most software is 30 day trial or 1 year subscription then you choose to buy it or a similar one. Not ready to run, actually need to spend lots of time downloading. Some software when you download it you enter the security key on the card and get an error so it doesn't run. Said it came with 7 day 24 hour support. Called and the place is closed, many consumers complained of no service. Website said some services require $99 fees, call for quotes!

    Even the McAfee Security Software is not loading. Requires you to make a Google account so instead of just Xfinity emails I'd also have another e-mail account with Google. Going to try to load the others programs. Should have just bought a better laptop and download free software and buy the Microsoft Office 365 and have the speed. Hope wife sends her (this) Christmas present back! Should be illegal to call free trials as owning the license for all the listed software.

    On 12/12/15 my son ordered an electronic item from HSN. He thought the deal was a decent deal for the item ordered. iPad mini 4, paid 19.54 extra for 4-day shipping. Arrival date should have been 12/17/14. On 12/15/15 received email from HSN - item shipped. We contacted HSN, amount of payment had not been deducted from account yet. We called 3 days in a row from 12/13 to 12/17... spoke with numerous 'customer service' reps. I think they just have the job of 'double talk' once your order is placed because they cannot actually HELP you.

    We finally discover from a 'Karen' item was never shipped (this is only after I contact UPS with the tracking number provided by HSN). She promptly tries to get me to spend 41$ for 2 day shipping, she re-orders item (no I did not spend 41$ more) and then we noted funds deducted from account. I then go to HSN website, open a 'chat' with Kenyl. Now this person indicates we would 'probably' receive item by 12/27!!! This is after date Karen guaranteed, plus after Christmas.

    I make one more call to HSN, speak with 'Susan'. She indicates since now it's after hours, no supervisor is available. Call back in am to speak with someone. She only states "well Karen should have not told you that date. There's nothing I can do." One thing is very clear - buy from QVC, Amazon, even eBay - are ALL better than HSN!!! NEVER ever again HSN!

I had to wait until the next day when the promotional code had expired to try again. When I finally placed the order they charged my card and then cancelled it for no reason.     Purchased LG Tracfone with 1200 min of talk, text, data. In process of porting old Tracfone number to new Tracfone, 1200 mins were lost. I called HSN to let them know of problem caused and need to return with desire of replacing phone. Easy Return Slip Not Included in Box.     HSN and Flexpay is a trick to the consumer. Please don't even try Flexpay unless you have excellent credit. HSN makes it seem so easy to place item in cart, check out and select Flexpay, however they are doing a soft pull on your credit and will take your payment. But if you have a credit score 700 or below they have a tendency to cancel order and here is another upsetting fact... It takes days for the money to post back to your bank account. My daughter decide to buy a laptop on Flexpay and this is pretty much how it played out. Called customer service and they're clueless and couldn't pull their finger out of their **. I hope this review will spare someone else from having their funds on hold for a product they will not receive unless buying outright.

    Ok so I purchased Star Wars Battlefront off of HSN on 11/30/15. I picked two-day shipping to receive it today 12/2/15. My package JUST shipped this morning after days of being processed and packaged. I tried to track my package all day today and I can't find anything with that tracking number. I called UPS and was told that that tracking number is not linked to any package. After back and forth phone calls with HSN I called again only to be told they don't know anything about where my package is at. I asked multiple times if it were possible for them to provide me with the correct tracking number and I was told that he doesn't know anything and that there's a chance I "might" receive it tomorrow.

    I spoke to the supervisor and she told me I would receive it today or "no later than tomorrow." I spent 96$ all together on this order only for it to vanish and get the runaround by their customer service team. I now have to go out tomorrow to purchase the same game I was initially supposed to receive today. The customer service is horrible and careless. I will never ever, ever do business with them again.

    This was represented as a quad core computer. I had complained about it from the beginning to HSN. They told me to call HP for help. I called HP and they told me that they have no knowledge of my purchase. The only advise that they could give me was to reformat my computer which had absolutely nothing on it. I did that and it was still slow. I finally got in touch with a computer specialist that could not figure out why it was not working with the program that required a quad core. After going into the control panel he found out it was NOT a quad core. It was a dual core. That is generations different. HSN will do nothing but give me a $130.00 credit toward the computer. I now have to purchase a new computer even though this one was never used since I need the quad core computer and was told that I purchased a quad core.     I place an order with HSN. The estimated delivery date was set at two weeks. I was very surprise to discover UPS made an attempt to deliver the package 3 days after the order was place. Even though the order says 10 business days for delivery. I called UPS and asked if they could hold the package for pickup at one of their centers. UPS said no. HSN place restrictions on the package. NO holds or change of delivery address, signature required. I told them I have ID with my address and could sign for it at UPS.

    HSN has refused to call UPS and give them authorization to hold the package. The package that came 10 days early. I explained to HSN if I'd know it was coming 10 days early I would have made sure someone was home to sign for it. They basically told me that's my problem. I just have to have someone stay by the front door for the next two days. They would refund me in 7 to 10 business days after the package is returned to HSN by UPS.

    Stumbled on HSN station, bought 4 small steamers for presents, talked me into credit card, deducted $10, told me I would get special deals. Got card paid bill, got steamers, 2 were broken. Called, they sent 4 more, didn't send back so I planned to pay. Credit card closed my account, said I didn't activate so I paid with another card. Wrote me nasty notes threatening to send me to collections of something to that effect. Called, straightened out, paid for 2 more or whatever they claimed I needed. I got another nasty letter 4 times, one for each steamer. Called back, they said they would straighten out.

    Watching HSN channel Thanksgiving time, saw a super great deal on wireless headphones for all my kids and my husband's kids. Went to buy and they told me I had a hold on my account and I would not be allowed to buy anything, not even on another credit card. And told me that no one could order those from my address and to call that next Monday. Called on Monday and they told me it would take 5 to 7 days to clear up the problem on my account and confirmed to me "so sorry can't get the flex pay" or the deals I wanted unless someone else bought it for me in their name. So shocked. So unprofessional, unorganized, and I will never give that channel my time or money again.

    I purchased a NEAT scanner from HSN in August of 2015 and it came with 30 days of their cloud service. I used it a couple of times but then started having some health problems and ended up being in the hospital and numerous Doctor's office visits and it went beyond their 30 day return period. It was only after the 30 cloud trial ended did I find out that almost all the fancy features with the NEAT scanner do not work without a subscription to their cloud service which is ridiculously high priced and I simply do not feel that I should have to pay for their cloud service to use this device. This particular fact was never stated when I watched the presentation.

    When I contacted HSN customer service they were "very sorry I felt it was misrepresentation, but there was nothing they could do as it was over the 30 days return period." HSN did in fact misrepresent this product (fyi: so does NEAT on its own website). I have been doing business with HSN for many years and have never had a bad problem with them until now. This is flat out fraud that they will not stand behind.

    HSN Anna Griffin Pop Up Christmas Card Kit - $69.97 plus shipping $7.95 I believe. Received it quickly, so far so good right? When I go on to HSN it shows me never having bought anything. Meanwhile I have the kit, payments are being charged to my bank account, and there is no one you can contact for any problems since they show me never having purchased it to begin with. Now, not only have I had problems in the past with them (yes, had my account blocked too, still is! but we find ways around) I have an even more vapid problem with them now. I guess they are sub-contracting or farming out their orders. Or maybe they get paid by the number of items they sell for such and such a company on air, and then have nothing to do with fulfillment of the order or anything more to do with it once you order.

    You have to admit this takes the cake. It has happened the past few times I have ordered from them, when I call them there is nothing in the computer showing my having purchased these items. YET, I have them in hand and am being CHARGED for them in my BANK ACCOUNT. Are you as mystified as me? Don't do business with third parties, or go-betweens - you have no recourse!!! That leaves you UP YOU KNOW WHERE without a YOU KNOW WHAT!

    I went to place an order two weeks ago and got all the way to the payment page before I landed on a page saying account blocked. I called customer service who told me that my account had been cancelled due to too many returns. I asked why I had no notice of this and she said a letter was sent, which I still have not received. I tried to explain that I have always, in over 15 years of being a customer, ordered more than one of the item I wanted, since experience has taught me that HSN's quality control is a bit lacking, even with the brands they sell that I have bought and been happy with in the past.

    I told the rep that I had to return not only a number of defective items in the last month, but also incorrect items that were shipped instead of what I had ordered, and I had continued to place orders for the same items until I was satisfied and kept them. She commiserated but said the decision was final and I had no recourse and nobody to speak to about this. So the bottom line is, if HSN makes a mistake, it is your fault, not theirs. And needless to say, as a long term customer, I am now warning everyone to stay far away from HSN.

    Placed an order. Order was cancelled because they said they could not verify my address. I verified my address and then they told me item was out of stock. However, my bank account is still pending. This was my first and last time I will ever order from this company. And, their customer service experience sucks.. I ordered this when they claimed they had 200K and now I have had to spend more money somewhere else. If they needed to verify my address then they should of put the order on hold. They didn't need to verify my order for accessories that I ordered at the same time. They ship that right out. Well, now I don't want any part of HSN so I will be shipping that back to them... What a nightmare. Not recommended.

    I just recently ordered two different Andrew Lessman supplements, and only received one in my secure mailbox. I emailed their Customer Service department to let them know. I was told both supplements should have been mailed in the same package. I checked with my mail carrier, he said he never saw a second package from HSN. I emailed them again, and was told they would ship another package. I never received it. I again contacted them and was told the supplements were no longer available. They never contacted me to let me know. Sent them a stern email, telling them I should have been contacted. Also let them know I would never shop with them again. I would purchase directly through Lessman's website.

    Days later, I received a letter from HSN telling me they were satisfied with their investigation, they show I did indeed receive the supplements, and I would be charged for them. They did not supply any proof. They will be losing a lot of business from my friends and family over a bottle of $9 supplements! Sloppy way of running a business.

    Ordered a computer via Flex Pay and they processed the first installment providing a transaction number. A successful purchase or so I thought. The next day HSN sent an e-mail advising the order was cancelled due to " Flex Pay Ineligibility." I went to my bank account to find they had not taken the money. Decided to go online, created an account and purchases the item via PayPal without talking to liar at HSN.

    The person who took the order never once said Flex Pay was subject to credit review. The CSR also tried desperately to upsell additional services including an extra "warranty" product--all of which I declined. Never ever will I shop this company again. Watching my bank account like a hawk to ensure they don't over charge since I see someone already got ripped off by HSN and PayPal. Horrible company. Too many other (safe and reliable) online merchants who truly are appreciative of their customers. Never again!
