    I purchased the Geek Heat. It worked for 40 days and stopped working. Call HSN and they told me contact manufacturer that warranty for only 30 days. I have been chasing manufacturer in China with no help. It's been over 2 months. I will never order from HSN again. Customer service is No. 1 and HSN does not have that. I wish I read these comments before I purchased.

    Returned a defective steam mop with their prepaid label that took me 3 months and 20 plus calls to get. Took to UPS. Dropped off. Got a $40.00 credit for 1st payment and taxes. Looked at my credit card 2 months later. Still billing monthly payments? Called customer service. Terrible service. Said don’t show they received? I saw I got credit for 1st billing through Receipt Away. I asked, "If you didn’t receive why was credit issued." Said for my trouble. Refused to stop billing. Have 2 steam mop paid for 2. Horrible company. Customer service is the worse.

    I just bought a Garmin RTL515 from HSN and received it today Apr. 4, 2025. Their cost 199.99. I went to the Garmin site just now Apr. 4, 2025 and they have dropped the price to 149.99. I contacted HSN looking for a price match and they won't do it. That's very poor business practice. They say they can't match other retailers. Well, Garmin isn't another "retailer". They are the brand. I'm livid. Snakes.

    Spent $300 on a laptop that the host ASSURED buyers that it was WONDERFUL/FAST/EASY TO USE, ETC. ETC. PLUS, if a person had any issues w this hp computer there was 2 yrs of "help" included in the cost AND that "those people" would fix the problem & if they couldn't fixed it they would replace it". HA. ALL LIES! MINE QUIT IN 3 1/2 MONTHS. Was given runaround by this "help" line. Was told it was "too late" to return item to HSN. I'm out $30 & have a piece of JUNK that won't turn on.

    Customer service person basically said too bad so sad. I DEMANDED to speak to her supervisor. He claims to have directed my issue w some other dept.. & "possibly" will call me in 5 days to let me know the end results of this fiasco. EVERYONE says "I'm sorry for your frustration". No. They are NOT or this outfit would sell CRAP to consumers. Those lying Hosts who tout the "wonders" of the item they're trying to plan off onto people like me (senior citizen on fixed income) should have to answer for & be responsible financially when the product is DEFECTIVE!!! Maybe THAT would stop some of this "snake oil" sales tactics that HSN & OTHER TV shopping networks are so "good" at.

    I purchased the 3-pack of Samurai Mini Smoke Alarms in May 2024. In February, 2025, I was notified that they had been recalled and I should follow instructions to return them for replacement because they did not work (which "could cause death"). I went to HSN and was redirected to a website with instructions for replacement. A few weeks later I received totally unacceptable large hardware store style cheap smoke detectors 4X the size of the Samurai Model "SM1" which are useless to me and not what I was sold by HSN. HSN Customer Service refuses to make good, claiming that they will do nothing when their supplier makes a deal for replacement with Federal Consumer Affairs. From my perspective, my money was taken under false pretenses. This convinces me that HSN is not a responsible retailer and I will never buy anything from them again.

    We purchased a pair of E-Bikes before Christmas - I was not able to reach the pedals, we contacted HSN to return both (2nd bike box was never opened), was told because there wasn't anything wrong they'd not send a Return label for shipping back - we were told we had to Pay for the shipping which cost the amount of one bike - $1000, both cost us $2200.

    Placed an order. I received my order and the boots were damaged. One was too big, the other too too small in to toe box. Mailed back to HSN on December 6. Made two phone calls on Dec 13 - Dec 18. Told that they received item on Dec 16. It takes a week to examine the item to make sure it was an accurate reason to return. That will take until the 20th and then they have 72 hours to refund my money. The customer service Lynne stated mine wasn't the only return they had and it just takes time. I told her I was very unhappy with the process, that Amazon refunded money the day it was sent back up to 3 days later, not two weeks later. She said she would make a note on my account. I felt she was rude and not very helpful at all.

    I spoke with the supervisor of the HSN credit card James ID: **, who was extremely rude and refused to remove a $2.00 that HSN has now implemented for the paper credit card statements. Be aware of this sneaky charge!!! I spoke with another representative last month who removed that charge. I asked not to send me any paper statements anymore as I planned to pay by phone and they said it’s fine. However, they send another statement with another charge of $2.00!! And refused to waive it this time. According to James, it’s the one-time “courtesy”. Well, they just lost a loyal customer. Buyer beware!!

    I recently returned these two items. After only using a smidgen of both, one left my hair feeling and looking horrible, and the other left me with a skin rash. Upon returning everything in beautiful fashion, I received the compensation of $1.44 and $10.88, respectively. So I got $12.32 for $72.95 worth of products. Not happy!

    HSN return policy. They keep it secret as the cost if you have return anything. I didn’t plan on returning my items as they were gifts, due to certain circumstances I had to return my items. It cost $70.00 to return items that I realized were cheaper on Amazon. I didn’t buy them there but surprised what a scam HSN is. Beware!!!

    HSN delivered an order I never confirmed and I never received an email confirmation. I was surprised when a huge microwave oven was on my porch that I wasn't expecting. I looked at one on HSN, put it in my cart and went to other sites to look. Imagine how I felt when one appeared! They charged my card on file and won't pay for return shipping although I received no email confirmation and never placed the order. I received a delivery confirmation, though. Something ILLEGAL and FISHY is going on here. They definitely should pay for return shipping and I see other customers have had similar issues.

    I placed an order for an headphone set, decided to return the item back to HSN. I went through the return procedures and printed the label provide by HSN,with the address HSN National Cellular National Cellular Linden, NJ 7036; the post office stated the address was incomplete and I could not mail the item to that address. I looked up a maiing address for HSN and sent the item there with the return label inside the item. HSN is saying I should have called them to get the correct address, which Tammy provided (National Cellular 16 McKinley St, Linden, NJ 07036,) I provided her the tracking number and she said HSN could not refund my money because they can't locate the product. So its my fault that they provided a incomplete address. I think they should have put the correct address on THEIR site or in the 6 lines of instructions on the return page.

    Terrible product. The Geek Aire fan purchased from HSN. The fan is rechargeable however the one I received will only work while plugged in. HSN will not help. I bought it August 17th but did not need it until Hurricane Milton. I should have tested it when it was received. I will never shop HSN again.

    The other night I was placing an order on the HSN app for a birthday gift for someone. So I was using the bill to ship to option and while I was checking out, the app kept glitching and just closing out on me and going away, so I went back in it. Glitched again. Booted me out, went back and glitched again. Booted me out even before it Was completely finished granted they have my information from previous orders. This is about my experience with the app, and the fact that their customer service is extremely narrow. The next morning I logged in to see what the estimated delivery date would be since it was a birthday gift and saw that I had four duplicate purchases. Most places would stop and verify that you wanted for those. QVC has done it before, If I were using one of my other credit cards, they probably they probably would’ve contacted me about it, but I was using my HSN card.

    So this was done about eight or 9 PM here so about midnight time the order was placed. The very next morning is when I went to check. It said it was packaging so I called immediately and asked them to cancel the duplicate orders and explained what it happened and they told me that once it goes to the warehouse, they have absolutely no way to stop it and neither do the supervisors. This is ridiculous. I could understand if it had already shipped, but it hadn’t. That was yesterday, I checked back in today and still my order is not left the facility. It’s still supposedly in packaging. I called HSN customer service again and was given the same answer. No support or help whatsoever even though it was there that glitched and caused this. There is no support for me whatsoever! I’m a little furious! I said this is a gift and now I’m supposed to ask them to repackage and return.

    Make a trip to the post office to return a bunch of extra gifts? Of course, I’m also dealing with the added expense! I asked, "Am I going to be responsible for return shipping on all these, also?" I would have been! She said that while we were on the phone, she put notes in the computer to let them know what happened so that I could call back and ask them not to charge me shipping or restock! No real support for the customer. It wasn’t my fault. It was their app. It seems like I would be offered some kind of recourse or at least offered to return them free shipping, but no that had to be asked for and I still have to make another call to ask again, I will never use HSN app again. Believe me. I’ll probably cancel my HSN card as well! I don’t understand. QVC Does not operate like this and they’re the same company. I still have to call back to my shipping.

    HSN doesn’t stand behind their product or customer. I have been a customers for many years and ordered countless amount of Money and things from them and I ordered two outdoor wind spinners that are missing parts and I can’t even put them together to use and they offered me no solutions to help fix the problem other than 5 dollar refund for me to go find some screws. Absolutely not!!! I am parting ways with them as of today!! HSN keep your five dollars and you never have to worry about Me ordering from you again!!

    REFUSED to send me out a replacement item until I send back the original- fine, however I don't have a return label which I asked for TWICE NOW, and they aren't guaranteeing the replacement is in inventory- so if I send it back, then what? I'm stuck without the item I want that is discontinued. THIS IS A LOSE LOSE SITUATION, AND THE MGR I SPOKE TO WAS RUDE.

    Unfortunately, I have had several issues with HSN. Featured items (on TV) prices are quoted primarily with Flexpay prices (the option to spread the full purchase prices into 2, 3, 4, or 5 monthly payments. This is misleading, as customers may be under the assumption that the Flexpay price is the full purchase price. Additionally, regardless of the number of items in the order, there is ALWAYS a shipping fee per item. So an order for 4 items contains the same shipping fee for each item (4 X $3.50). Other retailers have one shipping fee for all of the items in an order. In the case of returns, the same is true for shipping fees. Return 4 items, shipping fee of $7.95 per item (4X $7.95). To add insult to injury, many of the designs featured on the platform are manufactured with defects in sizing or craftsmanship. Therefore, the customer really has little choice but to return the product as it is subpar.

    HSN lists items "As Is" on discount or clearance. These items are irregular, returned items which I would consider second hand. Any returned items could be worn or soiled or damaged and should be sold as thrift items. I can understand any customer refusal to accept these terms. I have spoken with customer service on countless occasions, and they have been helpful. On a few occasions, in the case of refunds, they have been evasive. In those instances, customer satisfaction or even service is a distant objective.

    My wife and I have been HSN customer over 20 years. Typically they are pretty good with small purchases. First time I buy something over $200 for ecoflow 2 which came out to be $400 I ordered the 6/16/24 and today is 6/27/24 not only it's late but no idea when it will be delivered. The outrageous thing is that they already charged $102 toward my account for flex pay and I can't even cancel the order. They keep brushing it off to Fed Ex and once I get if I want to cancel it I have to return the product so not only not on time but also I have to take time to go to fed ex. I'm very disappointed. I will buy it from Home Depot, no interest for a year. I live in Florida and it's tropical storm season. I really thought I could count on you hsn. But any further expensive purchases will not be done by me in the future

    HSN sent a wrong size which they replaced. They sent a confusing label with both USPS and UPS. UPS stores get confused to USPS. In this confusion the UPS store sent it via USPS. They refuse that they never got it. I got fed up of contacting and complaining how confusing their label is and the hard time I had to send the item back. They re-charged my credit card despite my telling them I have shipped it back at least six times. I asked them for a separate UPS label that they never sent. I had a horrible experience due to their mistake. Not helpful. Poor system. Bad customer service. Like other reviews are greedy on money and have ways to charge multiple times without your consent. Will never buy from them!

    I order from HSN, on May 21st, 2024. I was wondering why my package hadn't arrived and I hadn't received an update from them. Today May 31st, 2024, I received and email claim that I requested a refund for my purchase. So I called customer service to be told that they canceled my order and was refunding my money. The customer sales woman said that it was sold out but how could that be, when I place the order off tv, there was plenty. These people are a scam!! I will never do business with them again. Also I will be checking my bank tomorrow to see if my money was refunded back to my account. Please do not shop with this company!! I'm so disappointed!!!! I WISH THAT I COULD LEAVE NO STARS.

However, I bought an electric bike from them and found out after it didn't work (I have an engineering degree), that there was no customer support available. I called after seeing another e bike today. Today's special also has no customer support!!!! Do not order!!!!

    I placed an order for a laptop for my daughter as a graduation gift for college. We are a family of 5 on a very strict budget. I had to use the payment option and as soon as the order was placed they took my first payment of 338 out of my account. Later on maybe an hour later I received an email saying my order was canceled without any explanation or why and of course still no refund. I needed my money to make this purchase elsewhere but it's 4 days later and I still haven’t received it.

    After talking to customer service which is a joke…I get we are sorry and understand but it's a hold that will lift after 72 hours. It's the 4th day and still no money. It took them seconds to take my money but apparently they don’t care that real hard working people out here want and need to provide these things for their kids and companies like HSN have ruined that for my family and showed me that there is no honor and not to mention ruined the surprise for my daughter as she saw how upset I was and found out why. So thanks HSN for this!!!! Stay away from this company. They are dishonest and creeps and the CEO of this place should be ashamed of themselves!

    I don't mind spending a little more for an item although we were told this was an amazing price for silver coins but when you go online and see the same exact coin in the same NCG case/rating for literally 50% less one feels abused. On the bright side customer service (Tia) was polite and understanding and handle the return process professionally. Still will never buy from HSN again.

    Super disappointed in HSN.. My mother's day gifts never arrive. The way they process individual items, flags our credit cards as fraud, even though the credit card confirmed it was not fraud... Screwed up my order somehow. Did not received an alert a call, a text, and they have nothing but excuses... Guess the ai technonly controls all things... Rep, wanted to argue, rather than solve the issue... Out of the 11 items ordered, the 3 main items for gifts I believe was a bait and switch... No remorse, no concern..

    Absolutely disgusting customer service. They charged my account almost 40.00 for a 6.00 flex pay order. The “supervisor” if you can call her that, could not give me any answers.     HSN has horrible customer service. I believe they billed me incorrectly for the same item. When I called for help to discuss the charges the rude, unprofessional people talked over me. They didn’t listen. It was like being in the twilight zone. People watch your billing with them. This was the worst customer service experience. Just horrible. The situation is still not resolved.

    HSN thinks you should pay for something you never received. Just because the post office ran its GPS to say it was delivered doesn't mean the person who ordered it received it. They are so stupid they think you are going to pay for something you never received. They blackballed me because I received to pay for something I never received. Don't trust HSN. They are only interested in money. Not for what is right and wrong. I never received what they claimed I was being charged for.

    2 returned items - No refund sent back to me or my bank. Refunds are made to method used at time of purchase. I will never use the HSN card again. They use Synchrony Bank same as QVC. After calling HSN & Synchrony I learned they hold your money to pay down add'l purchase balances. Only after month to month payments reach a zero balances, I can call the bank back for any remaining refund balance be returned to my bank. This will take months. HSN does not disclose this part of how refunds work. They are shrewd. I already hate QVC and now HSN, both of which should be held accountable for deceitful business. I refuse to shop here anymore. If you are waiting weeks for an item delivery or refund, something is screwed up. And you get screwed.

    I called HSN customer service to let them know the bank they deal with for credit keeps billing me for items I understand should have been paid for, total $115 as I requested the full amount from bank to pay in full balance after a recent order, was told by customer representative that she would bill my account & then add this to my regular payment which I did. I did not want to flex pay, but put on a flex payment & it seems I owe more, another $46.10. When I called to resolve, HSN said they do care, and they showed I owed them no money but nothing they could do to help; call the bank. I called the bank, on hold, long, long time, no one to take call, finally called back to cancel my card. Twice I tried to get balance to pay in full, and I sent it, and twice I got another bill. But I don't know who is getting the money I sent, since HSN said I don't owe them anything. Buyer Beware.

    We purchased Hibiscus plants back in 2019. I do not have a green thumb. It was winter time when I purchased them and HSN said they would sent it around April. We got the package with sticks in it and thought "Uh Oh"...We threw them in the refrigerator for around a month or two. Finally planted the sticks and hoped for the best. I wish I could have attached a picture! These plants are crazy big and produce some of the nicest flowers! My neighbors always ask where we got them, we tell them HSN and they grin with a bit of envy. Absolutely satisfied!!!

    I am very disappointed with HSN/Synchrony bank. I just applied for their credit card, ordered 3 items. Received them. Basically satisfied with the items. On July 8th, just a few days after I was approved for the credit card, my identity was stolen. A product was fraudulently ordered using my account/credit card. I live in Indiana & this product was ordered & to be delivered to a city in Pennsylvania. I called on July 11th, the item had not been delivered it, HSN stated they could not cancel an order after 11:59pm on the date after it was ordered, even tho it hadn't shipped yet. The item ended up being shipped on 7/15 & delivered on 7/17.

    I called HSN & Synchrony bank multiple times regarding this item & having it removed from my charge. I had already filed fraud with the credit bureaus, cancelled all my debit/credit cards, filed an identity theft report with FTC. Gov & a police report. But yet HSN was unwilling to help me. They stated it could take up to 120 days to complete the investigation & refund this item. The item was $109.00. In 120 days I would have that fraudentally item paid for that I did not place. They locked my account, which I understand because 2 more items were attempted to be ordered & they made another address change, which led to HSN declining those 2 additional orders, I appreciate that. But yet the item that was ordered, delivered & charged to my account cannot be refunded for, up to, 120 days.

    I called before the item was shipped, quite a few days before it was shipped. Yesterday I called & was given the fraud dept #. When speaking to them, they informed if they would have been called the same day I reported it...They would have been able to intercept the item before it was shipped. They stated that the rep I talked to on my first call to them should have given me that #, which I wasn't given until yesterday, over a week-almost 2 weeks-from my initial phone call. So because they failed to inform me & give me all the pertinent information to get this item removed...I am not going to have to pay for an that item. Then in 6 months they may refund me that amount..."May", when their investigation is complete.

    Very dissatisfied, very unhappy. This being a brand new charge account & this is my experience. I will warn everyone to check your account daily, check your credit report, check your bank daily...To get ahead of identity theft. Out of all my credit cards, HSN has been the most difficult to deal with in this experience. Being a victim of identity theft is hard enough to get thru without this added stress. I also will add that I did speak to a supervisor in the fraud dept & the outcome did not change!!! I cancelled my charge card with HSN & will never shop with them again.

    After painstakingly paying for TWO items (they have easy pay with their card), I completed the payments, in spite of having medical costs. I completed payments, and they sent me an e-mail stating that my card had been cancelled because of credit reports.     Listen, with vendors like Amazon, which sell similar if not the same product(s), there is no reason HSN has not caught up with the times regarding convenience and ease of return if needed. I made a purchase from this vendor on a whim, and the level of hoops I've had to go through to return trash inventory and lack of valuable customer service is beyond frustrating. HSN does better!

    I purchased a portable deep rug cleaner. I didn't like its performance. I sent it back. They confirmed receiving it. The debit card I used to purchase was closed and I called to tell them this. They said they would issue the refund to my account and it didn't matter if the card was closed. A week later, no refund so I called. They said the bank rejected the refund due to it being a debit card and not a CC. I called my bank and they said there was no rejection. I called HSN, this time they said they have to put in a request for them to send a check, it will take 3-5 days.

    I called 4 days later and was told they are issuing me a check and it will take 15 business days. Still no refund 15 days later so I called again only to find out that the check they sent was rejected by the bank! I questioned why did you send the check to the bank? It was to come to me. I was told again they have to investigate. They called me back and said they don't know why but the check was never issued! They will put in a request and it will take another 3-5 days and another 15 days for a check. I will say I was less than nice when I spoke to them on the phone! I told them they were dishonest and should be out of business. I spoke to a rep named Liz-Id# **, who was very unprofessional. I questioned her comments especially when she said the bank rejected their check that was to be sent to me! She got a bit of an attitude. I will post this every place I can! I reported them to the BBB!

    I made several purchases for Christmas gifts on December 4th. They totalled to be $2600. Two of the items were canceled for no apparent reason, and three were sent back to the sender mid-shipment. Contacted customer service the first time and they told me I had to wait a week for the order to get shipped back to the sender for a refund. Two weeks went by and no refund, so contacted customer service again. They told me there's nothing they can do and I had to contact the bank for a dispute.     Ordered 2 La-Z-Boy recliners from HSN, who used AIT Worldwide.com to ship. Promised a call to set a delivery by 12/13/22, then 12/15/22, no call. Talked to 8 offices, no idea where the chairs are by 12/20/22. Opened an HSN card, promised a $50 reduction on one chair, so far charged full price. AIT has miserable 1 star reviews, so HSN needs to step up to a shipping company that actually delivers. Want to order a large item that relies on AIT? Take my advice, think twice!

    I tried to use flex pay to purchase a gift for my son for Christmas and they put a hold on my card for $200 and then denied me the flex pay and wanted me to purchase the item in one payment which was $850. And now they won’t even do anything to try to rectify it right now. Christmas is in less than a week and they can’t stop the payment reverse the charge or do anything. I contacted my bank and they said it’s up to them to do it. Nobody would help me when I contacted them. They all said I had to wait 3 to 7 days. They should be approving you for flex pay before holding your money. Worst experience ever.

    Purchased a wireless gaming mouse for my son. They shipped a wired mouse instead. I called their customer service and they agreed to ship out a replacement and send a prepaid return label. The replacement mouse arrived and it was yet again the wrong (wired) mouse. At this point I am convinced that HSN has no clue what they are selling. Again I reached out to customer service and all they can do is issue another prepaid shipping label. At this point I had not yet receive the first return label. Eventually (a week) I did receive both return shipping labels and sent both items back. HSN has still not issued my refund and I've had to contact Paypal to begin a claim. All this just two weeks before Christmas. Had I known that HSN was this bad and would cause me this much stress I would never have purchased anything from them. As my title says this was my first time shopping at HSN and it will be my last. The savings are not worth the hassles.

    This review isn't about any product, it's about how they do business. I bought something. I got an email confirming that the order went through. I then got a second email telling me that they were readying it for delivery. I even got a third email with a delivery date! Then, it just never showed up. So, I used the customer service chat feature and asked. They then said, well, "we've been trying to contact you--there was a problem and you need to contact verifications." That's fancy language for the purchase had been flagged for fraud. Fine. All of these companies use the same inaccurate fraud detection algorithms. They never catch actual fraud. But whatever. It's annoying. But it's not the issue.

    The issue is that they literally never contacted me about it. I waited a literal month to find this out--and then, only when I CONTACTED THEM. Their claim "that they have been trying to contact me" was a blatant lie. They had my email. Because they had emailed to specifically confirm THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE. And lord knows they contacted me every other day to send me spam. They had my phone number too. They just couldn't be bothered to contact me. When I did call verifications, I got a recording instructing me to leave a message because of high call volumes. Sigh. You don't even call me. Then when I call you, you can't even answer the phone? So, I cancelled the purchase through my payer. And washed my hands of HSN. We all have to stomach being treated badly by companies these days. To refuse to be abused is to not buy anything in today's America. But if you can't even talk to me why you're abusing me, I'm not going to bother.

When you track by the tracking number with UPS, you`ll be surprised to know that NOTHING was shipped and the shipment was canceled. A month later, still nothing.     I have an account with HSN. I tried to purchase something. It won’t allow me to purchase anything. Says, "You need to call customer service" (?). I called customer service. They tried telling me that because somebody else in my household has the same address with a different account they have blocked me from using the account when I have nothing to do with it.(?) and the other person has tried to contact HSN over and over again and keeps getting the run around. Nobody wants to solve the problem but, nobody has any experience on how to handle the problem but they want to tell you you have. It’s ridiculous.

    I made 2 separate purchases and did not notice the delivery address was to an old address. I immediately contacted HSN and explained the error. Both shipments were still in the warehouse yet I was told by 2 agents, one online and the other a live agent, that they could not alter the delivery address. I was told to wait till the tracking number was created and contact UPS to change the delivery. UPS told me only the shipper could change it. I contacted HSN again today and they told me to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

I bought an HP Laptop 17-CA1009DS from HSN for $705.24, on 09-28-2020, now I cannot connect my laptop to my WIFI unless I am standing right next to the router.     I was watching HSN, the Curtis Stone presentation. All of the Curtis Stone line was on FREE SHIPPING. During a presentation for a jug like pot and message of 20% discount for 1 item ordered was shown. However, I did not receive that discount even though it shows on the order. When I called about it, I was first told they didn't know why, then was told it was a discount for shipping and handling (BUT THERE WAS NO SHIPPING as all Curtis Stone products), then I was told it was because I didn't use my app. So it seems they will find any excuse not to honor their discounts.

    HSN is a rip off. I ordered a HP laptop on flex pay and when I put my card information in they said they don't accept the card that I used.. Yet they still charged my card $109.23 for a laptop I never received. Customer service is no help. While it shows payment on my bank statement it does not show that they refunded it yet. HSN says they never took payment out and this was the first time I ordered from them and the last time. Will never shop their site again and don't recommend anyone else to.

    First time ordering from HSN. The only reason I did is because they had this fireplace in stock after searching various other sites or at least I thought. I paid 50 dollars extra for 2 day shipping. The fireplace came almost a week later. After receiving the fireplace I opened and it was a totally different fireplace than what I ordered.     Well I've been shopping with HSN for 3 years now. And I was shocked to receive a letter saying..."make sure you only buy what you want to keep or we will close your account" Like seriously? I've kept and SPENT a lot of money with them. But lately their brands are coming mis sized and returned to get a smaller size which still didn't work. Come to see MULTIPLE consumers complained about same brand!! Same style! But these idiots send me a threatening letter when THEY keep saying, "just try it and return if you don't like it". Well guess what HSN, you just lost a significant consumer due to your STUPIDITY!! QVC AND SHOP HQ don't do this!

    I ordered a Jasmine blue HP laptop brand new I just got it, I love it and yet it's a bit like new technology in it but runs great and more. HSN was friendly on phone and helpful had no problems.     I ordered a tank from HSN. It took 4 weeks for it to get delivered, ok. Tried it on, it was nice but you need to be tall to wear it. I shipped it back with their return shipping label. I was on flexpay and 11.49 should have been put back in my credit card. Well, 3.49 went in. I called believing it was a mistake. No, they charged me for the shipping, even though it stated free shipping on returns within 30 days, which it was. Customer service said that is not their policy and that I must pay for the returned item. Really!!!! Customer service said "oh you must not have seen the fine print". The infomercial stated free shipping with your return within 30 days. I feel like I have been ripped off. I will never again buy from HSN again.     Have been a HSN customer for years but no longer. Made a purchase online for an iPad. The system was slow and slow responding. Was finally able to place my order. The following day I received a call from their fraud department. There was 4 individual orders placed and they wanted to check to see if that was my intend. I only order 1 iPad but the system placed 4 orders. The fraud department was only able to cancel 1 order since the other 3 was processed but not yet shipped. I was told to just return the additional 2 that was being shipped.

    The following week I received 3 boxes. I called HSN customer service and was told that they would send return labels for the 2 IPads that I did not order. After waiting another week I received two letter that said that HSN was not able to provide prepaid labels since the order didn’t meet my expectations and resulting me wishing to return the item. Obviously someone didn’t listen since the reason was not that it didn’t meet my expectations but that I never placed the order for the additional 3 iPads in the first place.

    After shipping back the 2 iPads own my own dime $58.06 I called HSN again and requested them to refund that amount. Bill the supervisor I talked to offered to refund me half the amount. What kind of customer service is that when it was their system that caused 4 orders to be placed. I declined that offer since it would be a credit for future purchases. I will never again purchase anything from HSN since they do not own up to their errors and I would not trust them or their ordering system again. So be careful placing any orders and hope that you don’t have to make any returns.

    I have been shopping with HSN for years When the clothing was good quality, but the merchandise is starting to look cheap with high-end pricing. Customer service is always quick to blame the customer for their incompetence!!! This is the last straw!!! Customers Do yourself a favor and stop shopping with HSN!!! It's been a total nightmare!!!!     Sold defective Amazon fire tablet---HSN had extreme long hold times due to COVID, and finally got ahold via CHAT with Amazon and they told me that the device sold to me by HSN is defective. By time I figured this out, it was past the 90 day warranty and purchase return timeframe, but had it not been COVID, I would have been able to learn that it was defective during the return period. I had been trying to find out the issue with the back facing camera that HSN advertised that the tablet came with, since opening the package, and had no idea it was defective. With COVID, HSN should be working with customers, and HSN should go back to their vendor that they purchased the defective product. Apparently others have had similar issues as can find reviews about this same issue online. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HSN--VERY SHADY PRACTICES AND DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.

    Got a fraud alert on my debit card last night about charges that I did not make. 3 charges were made yesterday for a total of roughly 250.00. Just got back from the bank and it's all straightened out. But here is what's suspicious to me, and in my opinion is how this happened. I purchased a home air purifier on HSN (home shopping network)on Monday. It was delivered yesterday, the same day as the fraudulent charges. I have not used my debit card at all for two weeks prior to my purchase on HSN. So in my opinion this fraud occurred because I did business on HSN. I believe had I not done business on HSN this fraud would have never occurred. This was the first time I have ever ordered from them and it will be my last time. I am making this post to warn people.     Yesterday I ordered a Bose Wave IV system paying in full through a verified PayPal account hooked to my bank account. PayPal pulled from my account and notified HSN that the funds were available. After this HSN cancelled my order. I called to find out why and I was told there was a verification issue. They had my email, my address and my phone number, yet never attempted to verify anything with me. They had not released my money with PayPal. They wanted me to speak with verification. I said no, but I want my money back. She claimed to release it and it would be available in 72 hours. This is not done by reputable companies.

    Note that the product is just over half of what it is anywhere else. They cancelled the order, but never released the funds back to me until I called. I don't think they have a quantity sufficient to meet the orders they have and I have doubts that product is not refurbished. I told them I would be contacting the NYS AG and recommend others that have problems with this company notify their state AG. There are multiple signs of fraud. I will never order anything through HSN again. And until I get my money back, I can't order from anyone else. If the deal sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't.

    We ordered a recumbent exercise bike two weeks ago for a delivery date for Feb. 5th. I was checking order status and the order wasn't found on their website. I contacted customer support, but the line immediately disconnected after several attempts. I began a chat session. While they found my order, the rep. advised me there was an unexpected order delay. No reason or no ETA. The rep. said they escalated to management, but wouldn't even offer me any time frame. She said, unfortunately, they won't respond until the item is available. I told them that what's unfortunate, is they lost a customer. I canceled the order and found the exact bike on a competitor's site that was $30 bucks cheaper. HSN's customer service is horrible. They will not contact or update your order status. Instead, they feel letting the customer hang indefinitely is acceptable, which is not. Avoid shopping here!

    Some of the worst customer service. They cannot answer a simple question. I placed an online order #**. The next day I received an email that my order was cancelled. Within the email it said I made 2 purchases when I only made one. I originally spoke with their customer service rep Susan T who said that my order was cancelled because I used FlexPay & the item didn't qualify for it. I alerted her that I didn't use flex pay & that I paid for the item in full. I then looked into my bank account to see that there were 3 separate charges from HSN. Susan told me that I would have to call the verification department. I did so & got the really rude Lisa who talked over me & after I questioned as to why she wanted my home address, she would not help me any further.

    There was no need for it since I used my business card that is linked to my name & business address. This is my primary card & I use this card with just about every one of my purchases with other business'. So this business should be no different. I also use this address since I'm here all day & would rather have my deliveries come here rather than sit in front of my house all day. I even clicked the area that said the address was a business address. The nasty Lisa would only say that I would have to talk with customer service since I was unwilling to answer her questions. Meanwhile customer service told me I had to call the verification department. I was just asking why she needed my home address. Either way the call was abruptly ended.

    I then called customer service again & spoke with a supervisor who again could not answer as to why I was charged for 2 items when I only ordered 1. Nor could she explain why I had 3 separate charges on my bank account. She released the funds, but now I have to wait for the 3 separate changes to clear up in my bank account which could take 3 to 5 business days. So I have to wait for my money on something that was their error. Either way, this was my first & last time ever ordering something from this company. Never again. With service like this, I'd be better off paying more someplace else. At Least then I wouldn't have to play 20 questions after using my own business card.

    Purchased a HP laptop that included a matching mouse. Contacted HSN and they referred me to HP. Gave HP the model and serial number of the mouse and they told me it does not exist after 1.5 hrs on the phone. They tell me to contact HSN, so I did. HSN says it not their problem and I should have purchased their protection plan. TERRIBLE BUSINESS!! Our family has spent thousands with HSN, but no longer. They lose our business over a $20 mouse.

    Customer Service is very poor. I ordered a laptop computer only to find out days later that it had been cancelled for no reason. When I inquired about why I was not notified I was told that it was not HSN policy to notify customers to let them know. The representatives seemed unbothered and unconcerned. When I asked for a corporate number and an address to contact someone to write about my experience I was told that no one will contact me back and that they have no one else I could speak to. I am extremely disappointed by the level of service and it was indeed a blessing in disguise that I did not receive the computer, because had something happened later on down the line, the service would have been terrible and no one would have assisted me. I will take my business elsewhere where customer service is honored and very present.

    I placed an order for Cricut Infusible Markers, set of 30. It was expected to arrive in 3-7 days from the date I ordered. Today is day 7 and I reached out to customer service via Chat. The order has not even left their warehouse yet. It’s still sitting in “Packaging” where it has been from day 2. I requested that they cancel my order since it hasn’t even left their warehouse and the woman told me that I CANNOT cancel. If I had read the reviews beforehand, I never would have ordered from this company. They should not be allowed to take your money and sit on your product for as long as they do. If the item has not shipped, it should be canceled if I choose to do so. I will NEVER order from this company again. Not worth the aggravation. I will be putting up scathing reviews everywhere that I can. Shame on them.

    I am beyond disgusted with the service I received from HSN. 3 weeks ago I ordered my item. I set up flex pay and was charged $20 more than what the payment said it had charged. I have been contacting HSN customer service for over a week asking where my order is. I was assured both times to have faith and trust my item would be here by Christmas Eve FOR SURE!! Now my order is cancelled!! Christmas eve!!! HSN should be ashamed!!! Poor service and no transparency on what was obviously an order they could not fulfill and would not admit!!     The Shipping department gave my billing address to the shipper and it was different than the Shipping address. So my gift was sent to the wrong address. Customer service told me they would ship another to me asap, By Dec 9th. Dec 9th came and went, I was told Dec 12th, didn't happen, I was told Dec 15th, I was told Dec 18th, I was told Dec 22nd, None of which happened and today I was told Dec 24th.

    They told me to contact the shipper, who never answers the phone, I was able to speak to someone over "chat" and was told they could not tell me where my shipment was. And that I would probably not get it before christmas. HSN said the best they can do is track the shipment on the shippers online service. I find it very hard to believe that HSN and the Shipping company (AIT) do not have any contacts to track shipping. NO representatives on either end to track a shipment or give a physical location. HSN gave me a $10.00 credit on $600.00 product which is a slap in the face.

    I tried ordering the Legacy Box for my husband for Christmas. I tried to do flex pay and got shot down for the for some reason (they say letter will be in the mail). So I paid in full. I was so excited to get this for my husband. Later that evening I received an email stating that my order was canceled. I called customer service and they referred me to the "verification department".

    I called and spoke to "Ish" (that was seriously his name). I explained the situation and he told me that they canceled because they couldn't verify any of my information. Home address, phone number or email. (I did just move to another state about a month and a half ago, but that shouldn't make a difference. Everything has been changed to my new address). I asked questions, "why?" "What do I need to do?" He said you gave all of your information, there is nothing else for you to do. So I asked to speak to a supervisor. He said there was no supervisor to speak to. He would have to escalate and someone would call me in 24 hours. He also said my HSN account has been closed due to this so I won't be able to order anything else from them and it was a supervisor who told them to close my account. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASE FROM THAT COMPANY!

    HSN offered a subscription service to deliver sets of the American Innovation coins as they roll out over several years. Several have been received to date. Each contained statements from First Commemorative Mint Inc., so they appear to be the source of grading. The Massachusetts set arrived in early December. In this case, one coin (Philadelphia) was incorrectly graded MS67. The coin has a poor luster finish on the back-not what MS67 calls for. I complained to HSN and asked for a replacement, but they only offered to accept a return without replacement. This is unfortunate as the total collection would be affected by a missing part caused by a return.

    I have also noted the initial shipments included reverse proof coins, but that practice discontinued shortly after beginning. My expectation was the initial sets of coins delivered by the subscription would continue throughout the program, but that has not been the case with the drop of reverse proofs. Incidentally, the cost of each delivery has not decreased to reflect the lower set values. I am unable to find written documentation now of what HSN sold initially, but I recall the video presentations talked about reverse proofs.

    I attempted to leave a review on the HSN site directly, using a review link shown in my order history of the exact product identified here. The HSN site refused to accept the posting, and indicated I had not purchased the product I attempted to review. Buyers beware. HSN and First Commemorative Mint are misrepresenting their product grading, not correcting that failing in a collection protective manner, not maintaining consistency in delivered product quality, and suppressing this customer from sharing this information with their hosted reviews. This collection of experiences suggests HSN and First Commemorative Mint may be less than a credible coin suppliers.

I followed all of the steps to order it and was told that my order had been canceled because I can't use FlexPay for that item. I do not owe HSN any money and I have paid my orders with their sister company QVC in the past.     I have been a repeat customer of HSN and QVC for many years. Whenever I’ve been faced with a hardship due to a product breaking QVC has always gone above and beyond to make me feel whole. HSN did the exact opposite. I was requesting that a defective item I had purchased less than a year ago be replaced. The first woman I spoke with told me she was sorry but the mirror I bought was out of stock but that she WOULD grant me an exception and would refund my HSN account with the balance. Moments later I was told that they could not grant me the refund after already informing me that they had.

    I ask the Supervisor what the previous customer service representative's name was and she could not tell me. I asked her how she would be reprimanded for giving me false information and she could not tell me. HSN was extremely unhelpful and clearly only cares about one thing- their bottom line. They lost two avid customers today. The representative Susan was not pleasant and had no empathy for the situation.

    I ordered a laptop on flexpay. At first, they said yes and then they said no. They told me I would get a letter in the mail. I got the letter telling me that Experian denied the credit request... First of all, I know that's a lie, they never even asked me for my social security number and then I have more than excellent credit... Then they lied in the letter and said it wasn't their decision, it was Experian decision. I know for a fact Experian would never say that about me and then the third thing my credit is Frozen even if they had asked me for my social security number. I don't know how they choose their people but this is a bad practice. They are severe liars... and then I called that department the next day. The lady was very icy cold and very dismissive. They need a better system.

    I’m wife and have been interested in buying and trying some products from HSN. When we try buying, they tell us our address is been Blacklisted from receiving products from their company. I inquired and found out the my very late tenant had problems with HSN and my 3 story house, which I occupy by myself and wife has be marked by HSN as a "Do not have business with this home". The customer service person I talked to said it will take 5-10 days to clear the issue. She was rude and not helpful. Incredible thank just because this tenant is Hispanic and so am I, my home gets discriminated. Unbelievably, I didn’t even know this was happening. I don’t need to buy from this bigot company. I won’t. To put all Hispanics in the bad not business category is wrong and illegal. Please let others know about this discriminatory practice this HSN company is getting away with.

    I have been an HSN customer and cardholder for several years. I always pay my bill every month. I always pay at least the minimum...but usually pay more. Due to Covid19... I lost my job and all income... and did not qualify for any assistance. HOWEVER... I sill kept trying to pay the minimum on my account... and keep in good standing. I even called customer service and let them know that I was struggling... but trying to keep all of my bills current during Covid19. I was told..."Don't worry... we are all in this together."     I ordered iDeaPLAY 4-pack 10,000mAh PowerBank with iOS and USB-C Adapters from HSN who said that I could return for either $6.50 or $9.99 which would be deducted from my return. I used the return label that was included and did not think about writing the tracking number down as I never had a problem. HSN said they did not receive and I still have to pay.     I have I ordered this radio system. The picture when ordering look larger than it really is. You get the product. It's small. My problem I have I just in December of 2019 ordered the radio. The radio cuts off by itself. I have 4 speakers. The cords to the speakers are extremely long and cheap. My antenna piece just broke off. Now I have no antenna. Channels barely play. And 2 of the speakers went out. To top that the pieces broke off too. Haven't I known all this thinking it would be good as a Christmas gift for my daughter I never would have gotten it.

    I recently ordered an LG Stylo 4 cell phone. Seemed like a good value. Representative made it sound like it had a replaceable battery, but when It arrived there was a sticker on the back of the phone saying non removable battery. The battery life was terrible and unable to adjust volume on speak out loud. Sent it back 2/3/20. Now is lost. Not sure whose fault it is HSN or UPS. Will not refund my money for at least 10 days even though they know package is lost. Ups started investigation today.     I received the Cambio 2-1 Notebook/Tablet for Xmas. I made a spelling error on the initial Microsoft splash screen. Forced to 1) work directly with Microsoft, and 2) forced to reset the computer using directions (email) from RCA Customer Support. It didn't work. Error message. Called RCA this time. Unbelievable how they DO NOT LISTEN. They couldn't even find the support ticket after I told them 3 times! We FINALLY got to the point where they said return it to the warehouse for a spelling error.     Let me start out saying I spend a lot of money with HSN. When they changed over to their new bank about a year ago I had nothing but problems with paying my invoice online. I have called the bank and HSN a number of times asking for their help with me online payments. When I go and pay my bill via my bank they say it can not be done, so I then call the automated system to pay my bill and I get a phone tree stating that I can not pay my bill for another two weeks so I wait the two weeks and call them back and I get a recording that I can not pay my bill for another three days. So once again I wait three days and then call the bank back and I get a phone tree and when you tell the phone tree how much you would like to pay it gets the amount wrong. So HSN tell me how would you like to get your payment?

    Ordered a HP printer from HSN on Mar. 12, 2019. It was advertised as a Multi-function including fax capability. Shorter after it was delivered I received a notice saying it does not have the fax feature. They said I could return it but I didn't. Too much trouble. It was put into use when I bought a new computer the end of Aug. 2019. It started out printing okay. As time when on, the print was streaky. Contacted HP Support. Ran all the diagnostic programs they suggested several times. Didn't work. Went back and forth on their Chat site and requested service or replacement.

    According to my Serial Number, HP claims my printed was purchased Oct. 6, 2018 and the Warranty expired Nov. 4, 2019. Sent them my receipt showing the date of purchase as Mar. 12, 2019. HP told me I need to contact the seller which is HSN. HSN claims they also sent the my receipt to HP. I check with HP daily and call HSN weekly. So far no positive action has taken place and no offer of a Refund from HSN which I have asked for.

    In summary. DO NOT BUY FROM HSN. Had I purchased this from a Warehouse Club or Discount Office Supply, they would have replaced it on given me a Refund on the spot. My wife and I work from home most of the time in separate offices and have to share a printer. Plus we have HP Instant Ink. So the usage on my printer always exceeds the allotted monthly pages.

    I for the first time called and ordered Teeter Inversion table on flex pay. I got a letter in the mail saying they checked my credit and they were sorry to inform me the could not extend flex pay to me so my order was cancelled. Well, that’s because my credit is locked. Had they told me they were going to check it, I would have unlocked it. Not a good business practice checking people credit without consent or even if it’s a soft check notice would be the honest thing to do. Instead they sneak and do it to see if you are worthy to get flexpay I guess. QVC doesn’t do that. I guess that’s why QVC does so much more business. When I called to complain the customer service rep did not even care it seemed. Basically said, "Well that’s our policy." With practices like that and a lack of care for the customer, I recommend you use QVC. They care about their customers and don’t sneak and do credit checks when you are not applying for credit!

    I ordered my son a PlayStation for Christmas and everything started ok. They shipped it then canceled my order and it said returned to sender so I called to see what was going on and they say there was coupon fraud. I have never ordered from HSN in my life. I used the coupon their website and now here it is over 2 weeks later and I still haven't got my money back. I asked them please explain the fraud and they said, "We don't have to disclose that information," which means there was no fraud.     HSN is the absolute worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. On December 9th, 2019, I placed an order for an iPad. I signed up for recurring payments, and received a confirmation email that my order would ship by December 19th. On December 11th, I noticed that the payment still showed pending through PayPal. I contacted HSN where a chat was initiated with a customer service representative named Alan. He assured me that there was no problem with the order and it would ship by December 19th. I expressed my concern that I needed it by Christmas and wanted to resolve any issues well before then. I was assured that there were no issues. The morning of Decber 12th, I received an email stating that the order had been cancelled.

    I was referred to HSN fraud department to verify a ridiculous amount of information, including all past email addresses. The payment still showed "pending" through paypal, and unavailable for access through my bank. After MANY hours on the phone, explaining that I now had $200 in internet limbo, and NO order, I contacted my bank. They told me they could release the funds with an email on HSN letterhead verifying the cancellation, and that the general email I had received would not suffice. I contacted HSN again, and a supervisor named Lance refused to send said email, and his justification was that PayPal was the financial institution I had selected.

    After more than an hour on the phone with PayPal, they told me that they showed no release of funds from HSN, or cancellation and THEY could not release them either. Lance also refused to send PayPal confirmation of cancellation, telling me that any order they place has a general release of funds after 72 hours, and since I was on the third day after placing my order, I would just have to wait. I had to order the same gift (through a different company) and am now out $200 for God knows how long, less than 2 weeks before Christmas. HSN is the most unprofessional and discourteous group of swine I have ever attempted to do business with. I will tell everyone I know, and post to every related forum or group, about this experience.     Do not go through HSN flex pay, they charged my account without authorization. I talked to a supervisor name Ryan at HSN, who was no help at all and could not get us to a supervisor. They was no final authorization at the end. They said my card was not qualified through flex pay but charged my card and overcharged my card with approval. HSN told me to call my bank to deal with it. I do not like HSN. It does not seem legal and it is bait and switch with their prices too!

    I recently purchased a Cricut machine. I decided I did not want it and went to return it. Guess what?? It isn’t a part of the EZ return program which means you have to pay yourself to ship it back...no provided shipping label. Due to the size and weight, it is $60 to ship it back. I get it...some items are able to be returned via the EZ return program and some are not. The problem I have is that there is no way to know this ahead of time. So, now, I either get to keep this very expensive item or pay $60 to return it. I sincerely hope that HSN has enjoyed my business over the years b/c unless they make this right, they have seen the last of it. NEVER AGAIN will I spend even $1 with them. My account will be cancelled.

    OMG! Worst experience ever! Tried to order online but kept getting error message when I tried to enter my Apartment number on address line 2. That did not work so I tried to enter it next to my street address. Got another message, not accepted. WTH? I entered my phone number and it showed up as some completely different number. I tried 6 times. Same stuff. Some weird phone number. I called customer service to assist me. Waited 10 minutes. Lady tried to help. Was absolutely clueless. Repeated wrong information. I explained again. She tried to use my credit card and I said but, "but you never asked me for the discount code I told you about." Oops, she forgot that already! Really? Got disconnected.

    I called back... 10 minute wait. I asked the 2nd lady if she could first write down my phone number just in case I got disconnected again. Was told she was not allowed to call me back and that I'd have to call back again if disconnected. SAY WHAT? How stupid is that? Tried dealing with her but she then advised she could not enter discount code and I'd have to do it myself on-line or she could transfer me to someone in accounting department. On-line was not an option because the HSN website is messed up... Ok lady, send me to accounting. So now I'm talking to a 3rd person. Unreal. This guy was of no help. He also had issues with placing my order and asked me to hold. OMG. Seriously? Who are these customer service bozos? Useless.

    While I was on perpetual hold I decided to look at HSN reviews. I immediately started reading the same problems from other unhappy customers along with plenty of reviews of HSN selling inferior (knockoff??) products. I was not about to take any chances and get ripped off (my order was for $180) so when the guy came back on the phone I told him I was not placing an order based on the fact that HSN had too many complaints. He was quick to get off the phone. He could have cared less if I were a customer or not. Take my advice. Pay a bit more and shop elsewhere. I do not trust this company. I have never made any purchases at HSN, nor will I ever. Mad in Houston but got over it quickly as I know I will not be taken advantage of!

    I have been an HSN customers for many years now, I have purchased several items from them but not always satisfied with them. The hosts claims are somewhat untrue and then they say you have 30 days to return the item if not satisfied. Well, I take their word, buy the item, either it breaks me out or it smells funny so I return it. Well, now I received a letter that I have returned too many items and they will close my account if it continues. SO WHY DO YOU CONTINUE TO SAY YOU CAN RETURN IN 30 DAYS IF IT'S NOT TRUE??? This is extremely upsetting, then don't lie about the product and don't say that you have 30 days to return the item if not satisfied!! The hosts are practically begging you to try the products!!

    Ordered a TCL 42 inch tv on 12/4/19 at 5:40pm and cancelled it at 6pm. The cost was 84.68. Requested a refund and was told it would be available immediately and that was a lie.     I’m writing this email because I’ve attempted for the last five days to get HSN to refund the amount of $60.59 that was fraudulently charged to my account. I’ve contacted them three times regarding this charge. The item I ordered was not in stock and yet they charged me for it. The original charge was to be in the amount of $43.22, however your company charged me $60.59. I contacted your customer service department and was told they made a mistake and my money would be for the overcharge would be refunded within 24 hours. This has yet to happen! I. I’ve contacted my bank Chase on multiple occasions and they are unable to release my money because HSN has it in a pending status. I do not have your merchandise. I have canceled the order and I still have not received my refund. It has been more then 4 business days.

    I have been a loyal customer of HSN for many years. I will no longer order anything from your company! I am a disabled senior and HSN and QVC were one of my main shopping sources...     I ordered a Pac Man arcade game on easy payments. Said went through. Got order number and then was told they checked my credit and I was denied. They told me 6 payments 33 a piece then charged my PayPal for first payment 66 dollars. The customer service rep was rude and nasty. I never gave any one permission to check my credit and also was not told they would be doing so they are a terrible company and will not be using again.     I have a printed receipt that says $9.18 charged to my debit card today; however, my banking account was debited $20.74 today AND won't be "corrected" for up to 3 days. I called customer service, "15 minute wait we'll call back". They did call me back and disconnected before we talked - TWICE. So I called them back, disconnected again.     I am giving them 1 star only because you can't rate them lower. I purchased two items from them in 1017 with my personal bank card and the cus ser rep decided to put them on my HSN account without informing me. A couple months later I started receiving late notices. I then called in and paid for both items in full with HSN bank. I then a year later tried to purchase some items from the TV program and I am not allowed to purchase anything. Their explanation is that even though I pay off the items through HSN bank I still owe flex pays. So pay for the items twice. I have tried to resolve this situation three times now to no avail.

    Today after talking with a supervisor to no avail I ask her to close my account. She replied that she couldn't do that for me that I would have to go through HSN bank. I then asked her to transfer me over when she replied no problem and then hung up on me. These people that work for HSN have no idea of what they are doing. The can see that I paid for everything in full but can't explain why I am still being charged for flex pays. Now I am considering a lawyer and an internet review campaign to let their perspective customers of their unprofessional business practices. Terrible company organization.

    I am an experienced online and shopping channel shopper. The Q and ShopHQ are great places to shop. But two of my favorites left shopHQ and went to HSN. In the past I have not had major trouble ordering from them, but now no matter what I do, I get an error on their app and website and can never place orders. It tells me to call them. The people I call can never figure out why I am having trouble and then it happens when I order something again. I recently moved and I changed my address on their website and they still shipped stuff to my old address. They said it was because it was another type or order. They have the worst customer friendly online and ordering of any online shopping I've ever used. They seem to still be in the old days when you had to call "tootie" their phone service. It's insane.

    I ordered a product and paid over $40 for 2 days shipping. The item shows as having an anticipated 2 day arrival, but it hasn't even shipped yet. I called Customer Service, they don't have any idea about when or if it will ship. I asked to cancel the order and they won't do that for a MONTH!     Samsung was set to release it's new $349 Samsung Galaxy A50 (A505U) U.S. version (compatible with all U.S bands) on 9/20/2019. All of the sudden HSN received "NEW!" Galaxy A50 phones, but they gave no model number. I asked three different Representatives and was told they were not privy to that information at that time.

    So, with the timing being right for Samsung's U.S. release and it's comparable price (as all other versions are cheaper) I thought this phone was probably the new U.S. variant. So, I went ahead and took a chance. I purchased the phone from HSN. It was only 'after' it was shipped did I find out the model number of the A50 from the tracking details page ON HSN. It was indeed the global/international version with the price tag of the U.S. version. I immediately stopped it in transit and had it, 'return to sender'.

    I then had to wait 5 days before I could leave a review to warn others that Item #: 122-5807 was in fact model #A505G, NOT the newly released U.S. version (in spite of the perfect timing and hidden model number,) and that many bands on this phone are not fully compatible with U.S. bands. BUT HERE'S THE KICKER... I was eventually able to post my review revealing the actual model #, however, a month later, when I went back to see if there were any other reviews, HSN had 'added' said model # right there in the title of the phone! Lol! My review on HSN warning people about the model number sounds ridiculous now, lol. This company is shady!

    I purchased a featured expandable lightweight hose and Ring Doorbell 2 from HSN. Both products have proven to be flawed or just plain terrible. First use of the expandable hose it failed right in the middle. Supposed to be tough - ain't no way. I mean it simply blew up within a matter of a few minutes. And - I didn't save any of the paperwork to return the worthless POS. Oh - and about the same time I purchased a Ring Doorbell 2 - Worked fine for about 2 hours - haven't been able to get it to work properly since. Doesn't alert as described - takes forever to even register on my phone - and it often doesn't even ring the inside doorbell. Don't bother with HSN. And one final thing - HSN is absolutely worthless. Shop elsewhere. It's difficult if not impossible to obtain their discounts or coupons - whatever they want to call them. Highly recommend you shop elsewhere. Check out their reviews - ain't all that good.

    Just ordered a pair of Clark riding boots from HSN on-line. However, my shipping address was incomplete when reviewing the order. Although I tried to edit it before placing the order, I was unsuccessful. Therefore, I called the 800 number - WOW! Rude and completely unable to help - the representative keep repeating the same script stating that "it couldn't be edited because the US Postal Service didn't recognize the address". That is absurd! As a business, we receive mail here daily from the US postal service.

    HSN promotes businesses that are shady. I purchased a TracFone through them and it was a complete scam. $100 down the drain. I contacted HSN and they stated that they like TracFone and sorry I don’t. How can any company like and promote a company that scams their customers out money? That says a lot!     HORRIBLE experience. Do not buy from them, they are a complete scam. I ordered a set of lip gloss and lipstick, spent about $40. I got my package and it was a pack of cheap face wipes. They sent me a pack of wipes instead of my order!     Love the products. However within 10 days of being late on a payment due to family emergency I started receiving phone calls. A family member answered my phone and wanted to take a message when asked what it was in regard to the person replied “she knows now take this number and have her call us” so while in hospital for past 2 days my phone is ringing every half hour with unknown number. I finally answer it after 12 calls yesterday and 10 calls today for a man with a attitude telling me my $27 dollar payment is overdue. I’m 11 days late. HSN MAY HAVE WONDERFUL PRODUCT BUT LOST A CUSTOMER TODAY DUE TO A COMPLETE ** ON A MISSION FOR $27 in their CC department.

    I ordered and received the FitQuest exercise bike and to my displeasure when I opened the box I discovered the entire bike needed to be assembled. They did not indicate this in the commercial.     I place my first from this place. Everything went great, paid off the item then place a other order and they took the funds and then turn around and cancel on me then they told me that I will get my money back within 24 hours and never got it back yet so I had my bank step in to help me to get my funds back and etc. Don't order from this place. They never tell you that they do a credit until a they take funds from your bank account then you called them to have a refund after you tell them they took the money after they cancel the order. Will not be ordering from this place again and they like to trick you and etc. Bad company to deal. You are better off buying the item/items outright or save up to get the item.

    I placed an order on ebay for a FULL/QUEEN bed set that consisted of a quilt & 2 shams sold by HSN. HSN sent out the wrong size-(a King size)-I didn't even open the package- I knew it was way too big- so I emailed them & was told they did not do "exchanges"-even though they were the cause of my needing to return it- that I should just return it with their return label & then re-order. I returned the wrong one & waited until I could see that it had been received & the refund was in the works & then I tried ordering the correct size again. The next thing I know-someone on the HSN end had asked me to Cancel my order per eBay. It was showing up in the unpaid portion & said cancelled. They said I was returning my order- I said that has already happened- I already returned the King size & was refunded the payment & was told to re-order.

    I said, “Why are you cancelling this order- This is the size you were supposed to have sent the first time & I still want it.” I was told they could not tell me if that size was still available, but encouraged me to re-order it. It appeared my last order had been cancelled- so I did order once again hoping to put an end to all this. The next day the "cancelled" one arrives - (so it wasn't cancelled after all.) Now I know I will be getting another one of these any day & when it arrived today, I open the box to attach the return label & send it back only to find there are no return labels & they are telling me to contact HSN. Are they going to tell me I cannot return this one? After reading all these other horrible experiences people have had, I am convinced to stay away from anything associated with HSN. They seem to have no consideration for their customers & I will be very surprised if I ever get the refund for this last order. BUYERS BEWARE OF HSN!!!

    I'm 70 years old and ordered the Teeter Inversion table. I watched the whole show and not once did they want that if you had health issues that you should not use it. After getting it home my son watched the instructions and the first thing it said was not to use if you have a number of stated health issues. They are charging me $87.00 to have it picked up.     Ok I have been a faithful customer for over 3 decades and I have always been happy until now. I wanted to return some 4 total products of the supplements that Dr. Andrew promotes and I tried them all! The Digest Assure & Friendly Flora & Beans & Veggies gas relief & the Aloe Vera 200. I decided to take them faithfully and I saw no results???? I called HSN to see if I can return today and to my surprise yesterday July 17, 2019 it had expired for returns so the guy said: "YOU'RE TOO LATE; SORRY!"     I recently placed an order at HSN for an electronic device. I checked out as a guest because I had no interest in registering to the website. A few days later I received notification via e-mail that my package was shipped and they provided a link where I could track my package. I hit the link and it I got a message stating I had to register to HSN and log in first in order to track my package. I went ahead and registered against my will because I wanted to track my order. Once the registration was complete I tried tracking my package and I was informed that unfortunately I could not track my package because registration had to be completed before making a purchase!!! That was not what the shipment e-mail stated at all!! I was tricked into registering and all for nothing!

    Long story short MY PACKAGE WAS LOST! After several pointless e-mails and phone calls I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PACKAGE AND I HAVE YET TO GET A REFUND!! They are refusing to refund me because the package is coming up as delivered in the system, but NOTHING was delivered to my address on the date and time they said they delivered the package. Had I been able to track my package from the moment it was shipped this could have been avoided or at the very least been dealt with much sooner.

    JUNK JUNK JUNK. Purchased a Polaroid DVD/Tablet combo from HSN 2 years ago. Never opened it until this morning. Product is brand new and will not turn on. Both HSN and Southern Telecom refuse to replace item because it was purchased 2 years ago. Very disappointed as to what Polaroid has become. I will take note of all Southern Telecom products, and will never purchase their junk again. I will also make sure everyone I know is aware of the junk they create.     First I want to thank the HSN team; for caring enough about their customers! To provide such an excellent, very sufficient and durable product! Second, the fact is; American Electric Lawn Mower, is the best product I have ever bought, besides the Worx Jaw saw! They are equal!! Better than my car! Third, and most importantly! Read every instruction slow, and over again! Until you understand them! I love its style and size. Which makes mowing fun, easy, and glides right into places, that gas mowers can't go! Raising mower to top lever! Cuts four inches or more. Weeds, like paper! I was shock, and my heart full of peace and joy!

    American is very light in weight! It doesn't stall like some mowers, on high weeds nor tough grass! I recommend this mower for every one who had to cut grass! Nice color! Very easy to assemble, and requires a heavy duty 100 ft. orange cord for outdoors. ETL Intertek 3121738 10A 120V 1250W. One mistake I made! I took my eyes off the cord for a second. The blade is so sharp it cut the cord super quick into! I thank Our Lord Jesus, that he touch my son's heart, to send me another one, from Amazon! Another good store. They take good care of their customers as well! So make sure you get a Prime membership, as soon as possible, if you don't have one! You will need that membership in the future. Saving on free shipping; and many other benefits!

    I will be honest. I mowed with my right hand, and use my left hand to keep the cord from swing under the mower. The blade is very good! Super sharp! So I took my time. American also, mows backwards as well! Cutting well with no problem! I kept stepping on the cord, cutting the mower off. You will become an expert! Maneuvering that cord! That's a bigger job than cutting the grass. So you have to take your time. Keep your mind on keeping that cord away from the blade. Let it cut off right away if you see it's almost going under the mower! Don't try bending to stop it, just let go the hand petal! Have fun. I did! Monday was my third time cutting!     I had been a customer of HSN for several years and was a credit card holder for about 2 years. I ordered several things throughout the years and paid them off. When I went to payoff my account I noticed they cut my credit limit 550.00. I called their customer service and they had no explanation. Only that I would receive a letter in 7 to 10 days for the reasoning, well, that never happened. I paid off the account and closed my account. I was good customer, and was a little disappointed about the result, HSN and their affiliates will never get another penny from me.

    Several years ago HSN closed my account because they accused me of “too many returns” which is not true. They were shoes and tried to explain to them the shoes didn’t fit well. They were rude, disrespectful and refused to listen to what I had to say. This happened a while back and they have until now blacklisted and blocked me from making a purchase. Do not do business with this company. They are very dishonest and have very poor customer service and agents.

    I ordered an item as a gift for an elderly friend who was bed bound. I live in Illinois and she lives in NYC. My friend received the wrong item. If I wanted the correct item sent the wrong item had to be returned. To return the item my bed bound friend would have to have someone repackage it and bring it to the Post Office. HSN would not pick the item up for the return. I would have to pay for the return shipping if I was to have USPS or UPS pick it up from her apartment. The supervisor told me if someone could bring the item to her they certainly could bring it to PO office for the return. He was very, very rude and sarcastic. They shipped the wrong item and we were responsible for the return. Worse customer service ever. I do not recommend ordering anything from them. I was treated very poorly. There was not even an apology for their mistake. Stay as far away from HSN as possible!

    I placed my first order on a Friday and then I got an email saying that I needed to verify my information. Firstly, he assumed I was a female when I am male, 2nd he didn't ask any information of me at ALL! He asked for my phone number and said it wasn't on my account. I had called to place the rep put my area code wrong by one number, 3rd the guy had the worse attitude and was like "I find reason to believe you are not who you say you are because my sources show you as 90 years old" and then starts laughing! If you see your "sources," I'm in my late 20s!!! When I called the lady asked for my SS and DOB to see if I qualify for the credit card which was fine so that alone shows my DOB, age, sex, etc.

    The guy was beyond rude and was like "well I'm canceling your account and your account is goooonne! Ok?" I have never ever been spoken to the way he spoke to me. I then tell him how did he verify my information when he didn't even ask for anything, and he continued to to say "well, I don't believe you.     So disappointed in HSN. I have been a customer for 20 plus years. Never missed a payment. Always paid more than due. I tried to order the TSV online and a message kept popping up, "Problem with account contact customer service." When I contacted customer service I was told that someone who had not paid their bill had used my address as a delivery address. Since I live alone I explained that was not possible and I have never received an item from HSN that I had not ordered.

    They refused to take my order saying I could not place an order until they got it straightened out which they would place an investigation that would take 7-10 days, in the mean time my account would stay frozen. What a lack of professionalism and the representative was aggressively RUDE! So I cancelled all my auto ship orders, paid my balance of $7.95 and ordered their TSV Special from Amazon. It cost me $5.00 more but shipping was free not the $5.95 HSN charged so I saved .95.; Very sad about not ordering from HSN anymore but I pay my bills on time, have been a good customer for many years and felt this unfair and offensive. So much fraud these days as I told the rep someone may have pulled my address from the phone book! Life will go on without HSN. Amazon free shipping and next day delivery is the way to go!!!

    This is my last ever buy from HSN!!! Never ever I have such horrendously expensive experience!!! Stay away. Their PC are slow and what ever they set on TV it's very rarely true!!!! I had to pay expert to let me know that PC is useless, slow and have problem with speed and hardware, and I need new computer on top of all of that!!!     I guess HSN buys their products at a flea market for resale at 10 times the price. This was the second (AND FINAL) order I have placed with HSN for electronics - BOTH times, the merchandise was received a day late (despite getting charged for next-day shipping) and BOTH TIMES the product received DID NOT WORK!!!

    $200 for a set of Bluetooth headphones...(I've since learned that the same product is on Amazon at $150) and THEY DON'T EVEN TURN ON!!! Products sent to the poor, stupid customers at price-gouging rates should at least be checked to see if they work!!! I'M A FOOL FOR EVER DEALING WITH THESE CHARLATANS.

    Despite having credit to use on my HSN credit card, it is being declined, and NO one can tell me why! I feel helpless. How can that be! This is my money we're talking about. I have called Comenity Bank (who offers the credit card to HSN customers) several times today and once yesterday. I have spoken to 2 HSN Customer Service Representatives and 2 HSN Senior Account Representatives. I have even done a three-way telephone call with the bank, HSN and me - TWICE! Comenity Bank states that my card is "golden", "in the green" and "good to go". The bank said the same to every HSN representative and senior account representative we talked to.

    I even had one of the senior account representatives try to place/push an order through for me (over the phone), hoping it would unclog the system, fix whatever is wrong with my account or provide him with information that would explain this situation. When he placed the order, he, too, received the same error message, "card declined". Naturally, I want to know why, so I ask! Why? His response (with the bank on the same call), "I don't know why". Huh? The bank was on the phone at the time and, again, said there was no reason he or I should be unable to place an order and that there was no reason I should be receiving that error message!I

    I'm ready to pull my hair out. NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHY!!!! How can a senior account representative NOT know WHY. I don't think that is an acceptable response. This is MY money we're talking about here. The bank says it's HSN and HSN says it's the bank. I have never had this experience. I have never in my life dealt with a merchant who just totally could not help me or provide a reason why my account would not work. How do I know that my card hasn't been compromised? I asked the supervisor that. No response. I'm at a total loss; and, since it's dealing with money (my money), I'm very concerned that NO ONE CAN HELP ME! PLEASE HELP ME!

    I purchased a $39.99 chandelier, was told it would be mailed in about 3 days. Well I received an email A WEEK LATER stating my pkg was returned. So I contacted HSN, was lied by the rep which stated the post office had returned the pkg, I was given two WRONG TRACKING #s, so I filed a complaint with USPS, I was just informed by USPS, that the tracking numbers are NOT TRUE #S. I just tried contacting HSN with efforts to speak with a supervisor, was told they're having tech issues, NO ONE CAN HELP ME to call back. THE PKG NEVER LEFT THEIR SHIPPING DEPT, HSN CANCELLED MY ORDER WITHOUT JUSTIFICATION. This is really not good business practices, to lie outright to the client. All along I thought the postal service had returned my pkg. I was deceived by HSN, and now can't get anyone on the phone to give me straight ANSWERS.

    I recently made my first purchase on HSN. The item stopped working within 30 days and I returned it. However, when I received confirmation of the return, more than 30 days has elapsed. I received an invoice for a $30 late fee on an HSN credit card I had not applied for. I contacted HSN to dispute the opening of a credit card and was advised I had consented by ordering and returning the item. I declined to pay the late fee. They immediately made a negative report on my credit report at all three credit reporting agencies.

    I recently returned a top I purchased that was supposed to be a small but it was way too large, which should have been obvious to anyone looking at it. At this time I also purchased a set of small Crock Pots, one came dented, I was told there would be a charged to return them, I only needed one and the dent was small so I kept them.

    When I receive my credit card statement I was surprised. Although I made the purchases at the same time, I was charged separate shipping fees for both, I also received a return charge of almost $8 for sending the top back. Since I haven't been satisfied with other products I purchased for them I decided to cancel the account. Not sure how they stay in business but their practices are horrible.

    This company has some big balls. I ordered a tablet and printer trying to use the flex pay option. It takes you all the way thru the order process you think your order is going thru and then they deny you the flex pay.... But here is the kicker. They actually charge your card for the flexpay and taxes and shipping and in my case that was 405.00 dollars. You must be ** kidding me.. They have the balls to deny the flexpay and still charge your card. I'm glad I checked my bank statement on my phone app after they denied me.

    I called and had them reverse the charge immediately because that was 405.00 dollars that I could not spend until it was reversed back on my account. ".... Don’t waste your time. I make good money and always pay my bills.".... Use Amazon's 5 payment option. On Amazon if you have had an account for a year they have products that you can pay over 5 months span. I bought a laptop from Amazon using the 5 monthly payments. Screw HSN. They suck. Just look how many one star reviews they have..

    Twice, I have ordered one item from HSN. The second time, I only ordered from them because I couldn’t find my desired product elsewhere. The first time, I ordered one item and approved payment thru PayPal for one item. They sent and billed for 3 items. The second time, I made sure I didn’t order anything recurring - only one item/one time payment - and they sent and charged for four.

    They have different billing names they use to somehow fool PayPal. HSN sends an email confirmation right after you order, showing the correct number and the correct payment - and then within 24 hrs - they send about 3 more emails, using a slightly different corporate name - like HSN1 or HSN LLC. When you are busy and glance at emails, you think it’s just part of the order confirmation, shipping, tracking process that every legitimate company uses. But no - they are actually creating as many additional orders as they think they can get away with. I have blocked them on PayPal now, and have sent a dispute to PayPal. Getting thru to HSN customer service online or in person is a never ending circle to nowhere. Do NOT order from this company.

    I called 2 days after my final bill was due and asked them if I could pay all that is due and close my credit card. I made payment, they closed my card and didn't tell me that they were charging me a late fee. 2 months later I got a notice that I had a $27 late fee for my $27 late fee. I called them to tell them I already settled and closed my account. They indicated that there's nothing they can do about the late fees since the account is closed. I reluctantly paid again. This stupid Fire TV that I bought from HSN ended up costing me about $300 which is $100 over retail. I will NEVER do business with these shady people again!

    I purchased HP Laptop 17 inch on 11/2/2018. Three months old and it fell apart. It literally started falling apart after a week. It's in 2 pieces. It's too top heavy and falls back and then start to come apart. I did not drop it or break it. HSN has it advertised with 1 year warranty. HSN does not have any warranty and they tell you to call HP. After waiting on hold for 2 hours HP will not take back w/out payment of 299.18. I tried talking to HSN and they could not help me. The laptop is not even paid for. It's 3 months old and fell apart. I went to HSN and tried to write customer review but the system will not let you. HSN needs to stand behind warranty. They will do nothing. I have had a lot of laptops but never had one fall apart. I am actually on my old one now.

    We've had the dreadful, and not to be repeated experience of ordering two items from HSN. Their website is not only ugly and cluttered, but the slowness of the site is unbelievable. Navigating the site practically requires a Google map. Because we had no luck with garnering the info we sought, we had the equally dreadful experience of phoning. The hold time was interminable, and both reps were apathetic and borderline rude. As they say, "Everyone's entitled to one mistake", this was ours that day.

I sent a msg through chat to find out when the money would be released. And it depends. They should not take your money and hold it if they cancel your order. That's fraud.     The live chat doesn't work so don't waste your time! I had to stay on hold 18 minutes and was advised to call back tomorrow! The last time I purchased something from here the quality was absolutely dreadful - a very inferior fabric that pitted the first time I washed it. If you have a problem the customer service will not help you. HSN use to be really great but no more. Oh well, the way I look at it I saved a bunch of money by not ordering from them!     HSN takes too long to fulfill and ship. I just ordered a product and it will take 4 days for HSN to get it out of the warehouse and another 7 days to get it to my address.     I contacted the billing dept. because I was given a late fee after making a payment at 7:30pm NYC Time, the rep said it was 8:30 where the billing is accessed. I spoke with Shalea who said, "Sorry - we cannot remove the late fee since you was given credit in 2017..." WTF??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME, IT'S 2019. I asked for a supervisor-spoke with Clarise, and Abby who said, "SORRY WE CANNOT remove the late fee..." NOW I'm HOT!!! Asked to speak with someone else in a higher position, I spoke w/ Bernice --- SHE APOLOGIZED AND SINCE I've been a valued customer, she was able to remove the late fee. WHAT A SHAME, NO ONE ELSE was able to see that I've been a valued customer. Be a smart consumer and take your business elsewhere.     December 2018 Ordered a RING Security device, UPS sent it back to HSN mid-December. Called HSN the same day to cancel my order and report it was being sent back. Was accused of stealing the product, was told up until January 25, that it had not been received. Was told by a representative that I was going to have to pay for the device because I had the device. She stated that UPS stated that the device was delivered to me and the device was signed for. Mind you, I called UPS Corporate to have the device tracked and they stated it went back to HSN. I called HSN back, your rep. stated that I was not getting a credit for the device until I returned the RING! Okay, this is when I knew I was in trouble and I needed to document everything!

    Later a representative told me I was getting credit for the device, again (was told at the beginning I was getting credit for it). Was sent a letter from HSN stating, that I was not getting my credit until I give back the device! Accused by customer service representatives of lying just to jeopardize my integrity for a RING Security device. I learned that UPS had returned the device to HSN and HSN scanned it, and received it by January 16, 2019. February 2, 2019! Spoke to the credit card people to close my account with HSN. Spoke with your representative to tell her what I had been through and she apologized but something tells me the level of abuse projected towards me, the disrespect and downright bullying by the reps. towards me is the norm. Yeah, I am so done with HSN! I will be purchasing it directly from RING or Best Buy this time. HSN you all need to clean your act up!

    On January 9 2018 I was watching HSN on TV with the coin collector advertising a complete set US Silver Eagle dollar set in MS69 AND certified with 9 special P and S mint marks. This program was to be a monthly debit of $69.90 total per month. I called the 800-284-7171 number and placed the order for the set and gave my credit card information. I called on 1/31/19 to get the status of the set but was told the order was nowhere to be found under my name, phone number or customer ID. They dropped the ball and never placed the order. Now the set is not available anymore. Extremely poor service in handling this order that they clearly dropped the ball. When you are paying for something that is a good amount of money one would think they could get it right.

    I ordered the CHI Air Spin n Curl Ceramic 1" Rotating Curler a few weeks before Christmas. On air they promised delivery BEFORE Christmas. I received it the 28th of Dec. I packed it up and put the shipping label they provided. I took it to the post office and mailed it. When I didn't receive a refund I called and was told they had no record of receiving it. I had my receipt from the post office WITH the label # on it. They said basically it was my fault for not having a tracking number. You cannot tell me they cannot track it through their own number.     I recently purchased the ZooMe flex mobility scooter. I determined that it would not suit me and discovered that the return label only had half of the information needed to return it. I called HSN for a replacement prepaid return label, which I was told, would take 5-7 business days. I instead received a letter from HSN implying that it was outside of the 30 day return period. I called HSN immediately and was told to call the company that made the scooter in order to return it! I called the drive company who referred me back to HSN. I demanded that HSN send me the return address in writing, since they won't send out a replacement prepaid label and now say that I must pay to return the scooter... Which will takes another 5-7 business days! This is totally unacceptable. With all this back and forth, the 30 day return period could lapse!

    I was expecting a delivery of Nellie’s laundry powder on 01/08/2018, but never received. Yesterday, I checked the tracking to find a “delivery delay” message stating that the original package had been damaged in transit and delivery estimate had been updated to 01/12/2018. Obviously, these things happen and I’m inclined to wait patiently. However, no further tracking was updated, so I called customer service. Now they are offering to refund my money because the product is sold out and a second package was never mailed out to me. When I calmly told the customer service representative how disappointed I felt, her advice was to “favorite” the item online so I’d receive an email when the product is available again. I can reorder at that time. NO THANK YOU! I’m so annoyed! I'll stick to QVC orders from this point forward. Or for that matter - Amazon sells Nellie’s with a 2-day shipping guarantee!

    My first time using HSN. I "purchased" AirPods on FLEX-PAY and my American Express was charged. However immediately after the transaction went through I received a pop-up message stating that Flex-Pay was not approved at this time. I called CS and the girl tells me she doesn't know why but she'll get me over to the department that has the info because it could be an address error or something similar. Once I was transferred I was told that at this time flex pay was not available but she doesn't know why, however I will be receiving a letter within the 10 days explaining why, and at midnight they will contact my cc to void the charge. Just a very unusual situation and bad business practice. I would not recommend this business.

    I placed an order on the phone for 2 items. Never told me 2 separate orders, so I tried to cancel the order. One got cancelled, and of course not the other one. I received the item, tried to send it back - no return shipping label. Called them, and guess what - this item is not eligible for free returns. Not what they say on television!!! Finally, they did agree to send me a label, which takes 7-10 business days to get. Meanwhile, my credit card is still showing charge of both items. Rep finally told me it takes 1-2 billing cycles to get your refund, in other words 2 months. Are they paying my interest. And don't even think about getting quick and complete answers. Waited on phone forever, and nobody tells you the whole story. My advice - stick with Amazon.

    I ordered a Nintendo Switch on 12/20/18. I selected the 5 FlexPay option. I also chose the $26 shipping option to ensure I received it by Christmas. We don't have a lot of money and this is really the only thing my 13yo asked for. We were going to order him the Switch with Kirby Star Allies then buy him 2-3 more games to go with it. We have already spent the rest of our money buying our 10yo gifts. We only have 1 other gift for my 13yo. HSN took my last bit of money which was $158 and declined my order. Now, how is that legal to take my money then decline my order & I didn't receive anything for my money? The money isn't going to be refunded by 12/24 so now I have 1 gift for my oldest and no money to buy him anything else. HSN does not care. I don't understand how they can take your money and give you nothing for it. That is stealing to me.

    I’m so sorry to say how bad my experience was with HSN. I purchased an Apple MacBook. It came with a mouse and cord to hook up through USB. It not the right cords or they in any way compatible without a USB-C cord. I called. They say, "too bad." That’s the short story. That did nothing to satisfied the situation.     We ordered a TV from these company. Not a cheap one either. 2600.00 and we waited all day for Ceva delivery to get it. It never showed waiting all day. Call HSN and the shipping company was closed because it was Saturday. No call no show is not who I would want to deliver my products. Made at least 8 phone calls. Still no TV so we get told Ceva Canceled the order and sent it back. So we call HSN and they know nothing about it being canceled. I wrote a email to Ceva about this and no reply. So we call HSN and ask to speak to a supervisor. Now they say they are looking into the problem and it will 24 to 48 hours more. They have charged me for a product and I have nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    Purchased a DJI drone from HSN, Ordered it, paid with FlexPay, made first payment of $300+ of the $1100. Purchase. The item ships, I'm tracking it on the web. I see when it reaches my local post office, there's a note "sender requests item to be returned to sender". I call the verification Department to verify I placed this order. They argue with me I cannot verify my identity and my acct with them is locked and I can't reorder. BUT they took my money! I can't get a refund until the item is returned to them. THE ITEM NEVER REACHED my hands and they want it back since they couldn't get in touch with me to confirm I placed the order. DOESN'T make sense...     I went to purchase a gaming computer for my son. I attempted to purchase the computer, within hours the sale was gone! I called because the other towers were sold out and I could not afford a more expensive item. I called and was told by a rude woman the site can change hourly. That evening a Flash Sale went live. I quickly purchased the item and went to check out with my Chase card, it said I couldn't use THAT card. I was frantically trying to buy this computer because they kept dumping it out of my cart. I added it back again and switched to my business account. It threw up a billing address error and dumped my cart.

    I called again to get a nasty woman who told me to call my bank. My bank said all was fine. I called HSN back because, once again, I can't check out. The agent takes my order, does the Flex Pay and I use my business account to pay because she had no reasonable explanation why I couldn't use my personal account. She sends confirmation, was unfriendly but I felt my job is done!

    I go to check my checking balance because I was preparing to make a few purchases for my other son, HSN has hit my personal account for almost $300 after stating they couldn't use my Chase card! I check my email the next morning and the order is CANCELLED! Apparently, you can't use Flex Pay if you are a fairly new customer! Even if you order, get charged TWICE and get confirmation verbal and written! I used my BUSINESS account and they denied me! Did they think I was gonna close my business to avoid paying??? If I was gonna scam them wouldn't I have bought the expensive computer? I also put down close to $300 TWICE on an $800 computer! I now had to go to Best Buy and get almost the same computer for $569 while waiting for the release of almost $600 being held! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I tried to purchase three items using FlexPay and I get all the way to the end, after I gave my debit card, then I get the message that I am not eligible for FlexPay. I then get an email saying that 2 of the 3 items were processed but without FlexPay. If I wanted to pay for them all at once I would have went somewhere else where they were cheaper and I would get them a lot sooner. Not to mention the customer service was awful and were not helpful at all. They would not cancel my order even though it all happened in a matter of hours. Then to add insult to injury you run my card twice and the agent said there was nothing that they could do about that either.

    I made a $35.20 Bodyshaper purchase from HSN, needless to say, product was not as described, needed a small, ordered a small but item fit very loose (keep in mind, a Bodyshaper is made or suppose to be form fitted, it's not what I received). I returned item back to, using their self addressed label and unfortunately I failed to write down the tracking number that HSN provided and unfortunately they do not keep track of their tracking numbers that they assign to their customers. My package got lost and HSN offered no assistance other than customer service communicating very clear to me that there's nothing that they are responsible for!!! I'd advise to consider before ordering from HSN, their products and customer service and appreciation sucks...

    I went to place an order, but because the previous person living at my address didn't pay their bill I'm being inconvenienced. I've been here for 3 years and pay my bills happily... So I will now have to find another way to get my wife birthday gift. I was using HSN because I could receive the item in 2 days. THANKS QVC. You're the real MVP.

    I bought the StoreSmart Space saving storage bags from HSN. They still advertise them with the 5 year warranty that doesn’t exist. I called the manufacturer, HSN and now posting here to alert others, you may as well go to Dollar Tree. Same effect. I have the dated receipt, was (warranty period has since expired,) FULLY within the 5 year period without exception, and I have a verification letter from HSN that further verifies this. Frustrated beyond words because it’s pervasive in this culture. I am exercising my power to choose a different path, choosing to turn away, yea, repent, from my HSN shopping days, just in time for Christmas?

    The only experiences I had with you were horrible and I will always tell people not to do business with you or your bank and definitely never use your card. I stand by my comment that you are thieves and prey on the people you dupe into using your card. You should be ashamed of yourselves, but I don't believe you even care about losing customers or you wouldn't use such thieving practices. This is a copy of the email I sent your bank Comenity Capital Bank - HSN Credit Card:

    "It is a shame that you are such thieves. I have never had any bank charge me for trying to pay early ($9 to take payment over the phone) my first experience with you. I ended up paying through the internet. My second experience was a returned payment because you said the numbers on my account were transposed. I couldn't verify if that was true or not, a charge of $25 dollars was added to a $36.16 charge, no warning. No notice. Nothing. I canceled the card and hope to never hear from you again. It is a shame the only two transactions with you were such horrible experiences, every other bank I have dealt with was helpful and understanding. Can't say the same for you. I will always tell everyone I know, never to deal with you or the HSN network. This is by far the worst treatment I have ever received by any bank or service (I use the term loosely), never again will I trust you or your business partners for anything. Thieves is all I can say."

    We were trying to order my mother-in-law a computer so she could work from home. My order was canceled 51 minutes after I placed it for no reason! They should let people know right away if they don’t qualify for Flex-Pay and give a reason why they aren’t eligible. Never shopping with them again, it was a waste of time!

    They offer they push flex pay then go through the process to check out and, "Oh no we cant offer you flex pay." What a joke. Oh but you can pay full price and get it. Why say anyone can use flex pay then be denied?

    I ordered slot on payments only to find out only form of payments possible to them is checking account. This is unreal be not up to future forms of payments to most companies. I don't like it at all and after I pay off I will not use HSN again. Not mention I ordered 2 pairs shoes that torn up in less than a month. They credited for one pair sent back the other torn up pair I had to throw away.

    My fiancé & I ordered three phones off HSN. One for him, his brother, and me. So we waited patiently, and a week passed on. We got all excited because we are looking another week to go, and we have our phones. Well, when I checked the packaging, it said it was cancelled. I called HSN, and they said they were sold out. So I ordered it again just my phone. The same thing happened AGAIN! My fiancé and I are no longer doing business with this company.

    So I ordered an air fryer from HSN and was really excited to receive it. I checked my tracking every day! I was excited when I saw that it was delivered and would be there when I got home from work that day. Well, I get home and there is no package! Now the air fryer I ordered was worth $300! I first called UPS to find out what happened to my package, they said they delivered it. So at this point I am thinking "Wow, someone walked up and stole this package off of my porch." I call HSN Customer service and explain the situation to them and they are very accommodating, they send out a new package that day.

    I receive this package and am so happy with my purchase. That's when the other shoe drops. HSN is going to charge me for both air fryers and there is nothing I can do about it. I really think HSN should take responsibility for the package as they sent it in a marked box, indicating what it was as well as not requiring a signature for such an expensive item. So now I'm basically out $600 for one air fryer!

    I can honestly say in the 20+ years I have been shopping online this is my first really negative experience. While watching the absolutely breathless presentation for a Blendtec blender I was encourage to try the product because after all you can always return the item if you don't like it. What they fail to tell you is Blendtec does not participate in the easy return process at HSN leaving you to ship it back via the post office at a whopping $35.00 charge. Who would ever take the chance of ordering something and getting stuck with a return fee that high.

    Since I am a HSN customer I feel it is their responsibility to inform customers of this process up front. CS seems to think they have no responsibility because Blendtec chooses not to participate in the easy return process available. What garbage they know if they would tell you this upfront you would not order the product. HSN would obviously rather risk losing customers to make a sale. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!
