    I purchased a Hewlett Packard QF800 shredder in August 2025 from HSN. I did not get the extended warranty. When I received I checked the single sheet and it worked fine but I never checked the 100-page section. When I went to use in January of 2026, that's when I realized the 100-page did not work. I contacted Hewlett Packard on January 8, 2026, they told me they would send me a refurbished one. I just needed to send a copy of the invoice and photos of the unit, which I did on January 13, 2026. I have been back and forth with Hewlett-Packard several times since then and I keep getting a runaround. Last week, February 12, 2026 I spoke to an Ed, he told me the unit was out of stock and they would send me an upgraded version the next day, February 13. When I called today to get status, spoke to Fernado, he tells me they never received my original email with copy of invoice and pictures.

    So I resend today, February 20. I am very frustrated with the service I am getting from Hewlett-Packard and HSN cannot help me. I have been back and forth with Hewlett-Packard for the past month, and only now I find out they didn't receive my original email. Fernando will forward to Todd the manager and call me on Monday, February 23. Granted, it was my fault that I didn't get extended warranty and I didn't check unit fully when I received, but I willing to sacrifice a new unit for a refurbished one. But to lie to me for a month is unacceptable. If you purchase this unit, check it all when you receive and take out extended warranty. I paid for something I don't have and probably will never receive replacement. They just don't make things like they used to, and the employees don't take pride in their work. Very sad!!!!

    The holiday return policy and customer service is very poor. They said they sent a return label which I never received. I contacted them 3 more times and they said they could not reissue the label after the middle of the month. Then never sent the label I don't believe. I will delete my account and not order anything from them again. I am done with them. Very poor customer service and lies.

    It took 14 days for me to receive my tablet and when it arrived it had no charger. So, I am unable to charge it to see if it works. I asked HSN to have the charger sent to me express but was denied so I have to wait for HSN horrible shipping service before I can use the tablet. I will not be ordering from HSN anymore.     Used to be a safe, reliable, place to shop. The customer service I received was terrible. I have completely lost trust in this company. I placed an order for a Falcons blanket for my son. It was a TSV item. We never received the item. It was sent to a previous address from 2 years ago. I spoke to a SUPERVISOR that claimed there was nothing he could do since it was sent to an address in my address book! That is ridiculous, considering I have successfully received items at my current address.

    After speaking with a customer service person, I asked to speak with his supervisor and I was placed on hold for over an hour. Finally, a person came on and I asked if she was the supervisor and she replied that she was a customer service representative. My issue was not resolved and she asked did I want to place a new order at a higher price, although the original order had been stated as received by HSN. This appears to be a scam.

    I ordered something with 4 pieces (2 sets) for Christmas. The order came and only had 3 pieces. I was told I have to return 3 to get 4. Then I was told that they can't do the exchange at all because I used Apple Pay to pay for it unless I contact Apple Pay. All I want are the 4 pieces that I paid for. I will be deleting the HSN app from my phone and will not order anything from them in the future. Please check things prior to mailing out and make the return policy more customer friendly. I hope this will prevent others from ordering and paying for something that will not come in the future with zero help from customer service.

    I made a purchase from HSN while waiting for my order, but after a while I notice that my order haven’t never came. I called to see what was going on, they said that my order has been canceled without me knowing anything and why, they did not email me or sent a letter. They just had me waiting for a order that I never received, I will not never order anything else from hsn again… If you’re not paying with a hsn account card they don’t want your business… They also need to retrained their customer service staff if they don’t know how to complete an ordered.

    HSN is a scam. I do not recommend ordering anything from them. I took a chance and placed my first order with them which I now regret. I ordered two jars of Korres face cream in the same order, but was given to separate order numbers and the items shipped separately. I've never seen a company split one order of the same item into two orders and then ship them separately. They certainly are not trying to reduce their carbon footprint. To make matters worse, both face creams which come in glass jars were carelessly thrown into small bubble envelopes instead of packaged into a small box with insulation. Again, I've never see this with other companies. I'm in total shock of how careless they packaged my GLASS items. I will be reporting them to consumer affairs. Shame on you HSN.

    Really should offer no stars. Please announce items when introducing them that the return is not through HSN. You are hurting your business by having other manufacturers give credit. You know that doesn’t happen!

    I am so done with this company. I received a package yesterday with broken pieces and today I received a different item than I ordered. It should have been two for the price of one and they sent me a single item. This is not the first time they have done this. Customer Service is useless. It took me 30 for the rep to figure it out and then say sorry. They don't care about how they inconvenience anyone. They say they won't charge me the return fees but we'll see. Now I remember why I closed my account with them.

    I have NEVER ordered anything and got a whole another item that I didn’t order. Worse experience ever. I order laptop for school and they sent something completely different. Then I call them they say, "Oh we sold." OK. Then you should’ve cancelled my order. Not send me something else and think I was ok with that. I think that’s not even something you should do. At even small business don’t do that. I will NEVER order anything else from them.

    I purchased 2 NYDJ Jeans in September. When I called for a exchange they told me they did not have a size 8 and each pair had a different item number. When I asked to exchange them for a different color and size I was told tough luck I could not exchange them since they were out of my size and each color had a different item number. I could return them but it would cost m3~$14.00 in shipping and handling. I will no longer buy clothes since they do not honor a size exchange. I have been a long time client but NO MORE, From now on I will do all my shopping locally.

    I was watching an HSN segment on 9-11-25 in which they were promoting a ring camera & doorbell combo for 89.99. Item # is 919-450. During this segment for the ring camera/doorbell combo, the host (Adam) was advertising what he called a “Massive” deal on this item, which he stated that for every order of the camera/doorbell combo, they would include a 2nd camera for free. He clearly states during his segment, ”Two cameras is better then one.” I placed an order on 9-11-25 for this item.

    After placing my order, I contacted HSN via phone to inquire about the second camera as there was NO indication on my order receipt about the second camera. I was told by customer service that there is NO such offer for a second camera included. They stated there was nothing they could do. The next day (9-12-25), this same segment on their show was being aired for the same product. As I do not have a recording device (DVR) with my cable service. I decided to use my cell phone to video this particular segment on HSN for this ring camera/doorbell combo. The host once again made mentioned of the second camera being offered.

    I took a video with my phone of this segment in which the host advertised the second camera. I contacted HSN customer service & explained the situation & that I had recorded the televised segment offering the second camera. Customer service again explained that there is NO such offer & that only one camera would be sent. I asked to speak with a supervisor & explained my situation to them. The supervisor advised me that NOTHING could be done & that a second camera would NOT be sent.

    I advised the supervisor that I had a recording of the segment in which they offered a second camera. Supervisor said, "Sorry, I cannot help you." This is an absolute disgrace on the part of HSN & in my opinion a clear case of deception. They advertise something & then refuse to comply. I refuse to accept this deception from HSN & will be contacting their corporate office to file a complaint. A note to anyone considering ordering anything from HSN. Be very cautious before ordering.

    Tonight, September 9th, I had on one of the HSN TV stations. The host was highlighting the special of the day: Bzees booties. The host mentioned a coupon code: APPRECIATE to use when ordering which would give a 20 % discount. When I tried to order online, there was no area to put in a coupon code. I called and waited over 15 minutes before hanging up. Where are the customer service people?

    Finally, it did the chat where the rep told me that the host made a mistake by saying that the coupon code could be used for the special of the day. The chap rep said the host later in the show said the coupon was not for the special of the day. But she already said it and several times. Plus this was on their second channel HSN2 which repeats certain shows during the day. So the host told this to people earlier in the day and HSN just lets it be repeated. This is wrong: a multi-million dollar company offers a coupon offer and takes it back. There are plenty of other places to shop and it won't be at HSN ever again.

    HSN has a very poor return policy. They say easy and free returns. That's not true. Bought a scooter for $500 had to pay $275 to return it. They lie about the product and then when you need to return it they give you a hard time and cost a lot of money. Don't buy anything big that weighs a lot. If you need to return it it'll cost a lot.

    QVC & HSN have been failing to include packing slips & return labels! Which make it impossible to return merchandise! Even after speaking with customer service! Asked for packing slip etc & wasn’t sent called several times with no results!! I’ve been ill & don’t have a printer!

    The only good thing about HSN and QVC has become payment over time. The rest of both sites have dramatically gone down hill. The show presenters have turned inyo nothing better than lying used car sellers. Products try peddle have taken a nose dive in quality. The only thing that matters to both sites is money. Customer service has gone out the window along with mostly selling quality products. The most shameful is how show hosts have stopped do low and sold their souls to these companies.

    On 7/23 I placed an order for an Apple MacBook Air 13” M1 Laptop Silver Bundle. I specifically asked CS representative if it was a new one and would work. She assured me it would. Upon receiving I charged for 3 hours and it was only at 1%. I was told to wait 24-48 hrs. for a prepaid label that never arrived. I paid $63.01 to ship it back and only will receive $17.50 reimbursement. Buyer beware. HSN is not quality merchandise or upright in dealing with customers.

    T. **. Item number 905–625 in black. I purchased wall scones as is, wouldn’t you expect everything to be in the box? No it wasn’t. You can hang a wall scones without the piece to put on the wall to hold it. Not in the box. I bought it in May 2025 and we have down on my house now and then I’m through. I want to hang it up but no attachment. Can’t hang it up unless I have the part to put on the wall. Tried to contact HSN. They told me the item is discontinued. All I want is just a number so I can buy that particular part. They don’t have it. No help. I would never order from HSN again. Stay away from clearance and as is items.

    This company sucks!!! They fail to tell you that certain items aren't eligible for flex pay, yet they remove the funds from your account. You have to stay on top of them to ensure the funds are returned. Customer service is poor! Never will I order from them again!

    Do not order from here. I won't be using this company. The items are poorly made. Ordered hot tub which has issues. The company does not care at all. I was past due by 3 days and they won't work with me. Very unprofessional place. They do not have good products.

    I am new to HSN. I wish I had reviewed their company first/Customer service, Purchased Visual Land Prestige SE 10" 128GB Tablet Bundle w/ Pogo Keyboard Case on June 30th. Received with no charging cord. Used one of mine for 24 hours. I know, shouldn't take this long to charge. Turned tablet on, became very hot, screen came in and out, flickered. Poor quality obviously. Contacted Customer service, requested a Postage paid return label for a defective tablet, as they were out. No problem they said. Didn't arrive by email by next day, Contacted them again on chat. Told I had to wait until July 27th to request another label when I hadn't received the first!? Poor Customer service, I assume it is Corporate orders they treat Customers this way. Contacting BBB,

    I had my credit card hacked and the person who got a hold of my information ordered a piece of exercise equipment from HSN. Not only did they charge my card, but this person requested that the item be shipped to my home! I was scared and concerned. Discover Card issued me a new card and removed the charge. Months later, I went to place an order with HSN and was told they could not sell to me! I asked why and they mentioned the Discover fiasco. I told them I have a new card, but they told me they would not sell to me, period. I couldn't believe it! Blacklisted by HSN? I asked for Customer Service, who would not budge. People don't believe me when I tell them about this. Not only did I have a credit card hacked, but now am not 'allowed' to buy from HSN, which actually is probably for the best. I make it a point now to spread the word about they treat their customers.

    On June 21, 2025, I purchased the Omega Time Saving Cold Press Batch Juicer on sale for $159.99 with free shipping. The item arrived on time via UPS and was so excited at first so I ordered from the grocery store some fruits to try this machine out. I read and followed the instructions and assembly as shown, prepared the fruits, plug the juicer and push the switch and nothing. The brand new machine that HSN sent was defective and does not power up. I checked the troubleshooting online for this machine and still nothing, no power at all. I am so disappointed that the brand new item I purchased from HSN to finally replace a 65-year-old juicer from the thrift store will not even power up.

    I called HSN to report the issue, very friendly at first but when I told customer service that they already lost my trust after receiving a defective unit and don't want a replacement, suddenly HSN customer service does not want to help to get this defective unit returned. I was given some lame excuse that the item I bought was below a certain weight and therefore I have to do all the work for HSN to get this defective machine returned by arranging and taking the defective unit to the carrier instead of HSN taking responsibility for sending me a brand new defective juicer. This is not going to be easy for someone stuck at home with an illness and immobile to get this item returned so I can get my money back. HSN is a horrible online company not willing to take responsibility for selling/sending defective merchandise.

    I've been with HSN for many many years. But today I got an email about a product I ordered That I never received I was refunded and all was good but in the email it said that it was investigated and says it was delivered but I never received so they are going to refill be for it. They have never done this to me. I called customer service and they sure didn't care at all. I've never had problems with hsn...so told her I want to pay everything I owe and that I was done with hsn and I will delete the app.... I can't believe this. I bought quite a bit of stuff from y'all too... So bye bye.

    I purchased a double stack juice dispenser from HSN. I called them because the spout for the dispensers are broken. They do not work and it is brand new. They told me that it cannot be returned and that they cannot give me the spout's replacements for this item because that's all I really wanted. I didn't need a refund and I didn't need to return. All I wanted was new spouts and I couldn't get that. Whatever you do do not purchase from this company. You will regret it. It's going to be a waste of your money. Customer service was horrible as well. It lies about its wait time when you are waiting on the phone. I highly recommend you run and close this business as soon as possible. It is a horrible company.

    I order several of the Living Glow PRTBL, they were ship individually in a box and then in another box. Two could have fit in one box or they could have been ship together. It's ridiculous that they don't tell you each item will be charged a separate shipping fee instead of shipping in the same box. The amount of shipping is ridiculous. Then Adam the guest service supervisor had an attitude, talked over me and would not provide me the address to write to the corporate office. Same on HSN charging shipping per item when you order more than 1 instead of boxing then together and charging that amount did shipping. They will be returned, I may not get my shipping but I won't order anything else from HSN.

    We should have the right to leave ZERO star. I placed a order April 24, 2025. I should have received product May 3, 2025. I called and spoke to an ** May 6, 2025, told her I didn't receive my product May 3 as promised. She told me item was on back order and I would receive it May 8. That was a lie. That order was not on BO, if it was on BO, it would have said so when I placed my order. I checked order status May 8, it indicated order was shipped May 7 and I will receive May 13.

    Today is May 13. I checked order status again. It said "Severe weather conditions have delayed delivery". These ** immediately charged my credit card April 24 and I still have not received my order. I am going to call my credit card company and dispute the charge for HSN. When HSN decides to deliver my item, I will refuse the delivery and get a receipt for it. I will never shop with HSN again. I have already canceled all my future orders. Trust me, there were a lot of orders on automatic delivery. Everything I've purchased from HSN, I can buy from Amazon.

    I purchased the Geek Heat. It worked for 40 days and stopped working. Call HSN and they told me contact manufacturer that warranty for only 30 days. I have been chasing manufacturer in China with no help. It's been over 2 months. I will never order from HSN again. Customer service is No. 1 and HSN does not have that. I wish I read these comments before I purchased.
