I love going to these stores, but I would like to see more natural food options. I love that there is dog training, grooming, Banfield Health Center, Doggy day care, etc. I would love to see more sales/specials for products. I have three great danes, and go through a ton of dog food. It would be nice to have a loyalty program where you not only earn points for every dollar spent, but you also can build up to getting a free bag. Like buy 10 bags, get 1 free, except over time.

I LOVE PetSmart! The grooming services are top notch and while my pup hates getting his nails clipped, the staff ALWAYS treat him with love and care. I also am ALWAYS impressed with the store’s willingness to meet or beat other stores (AND INTERNET) prices!! FABULOUS PLACE all the way around!!

The staff at PetSmart is always amazingly helpful. I have a dog, a cat, and two snakes. They are always available for advice, I know which team members know the most about each one of my pets and their needs. They are very honest and helpful every time I go in the store about twice a week. They are also more than happy to honor the online sale price, even when that item is not on sale in the store.

They groom cats - what else can I say!! The only bad part is they only groom them Monday through Thursday which was not convenient when I worked but is fine now I'm in retirement. They keep up with the animal's shot records and don't bother you with calls suggesting you bring them in so they can make money. Treat the animals right, too.

I enjoy going to PetSmart because I have one two minutes from my home which makes it extremely easy to get to. I also like PetSmart because they are very knowledgeable. I've had to get help choosing a food for my cat who was having UTI issues and I didn't realize there was a cat food to help the urinary track system. I needed a lot of questions answered when setting up my fish tank, they answered them all. You can't go wrong when it comes to PetSmart!

I like how they have incorporated shelter pets to their adoptions. It is a one stop shop: you can drop pet off for grooming or behavior training or even medical care at Banfield; get supplies needed including prescription diets. Super friendly & knowledgeable staff as well. Always clean (which is not easy with a bunch of animals running around).

The store I shop at is always clean and the staff are informed, friendly and helpful. They carry a wide variety of brands making it easy to look at a number of products in one place before making a decision. I have taken my dog to the groomers and it has been a good experience.

I feel immediately by the entrance that workers in the store love animals, birds and so on. It is pleasure for me to make purchases in this store. I always can find products which my cat love. All living beings in store have clean environment and good food. It is very relaxing to visit this store.

Went in for new toy for my kitty. Good variety and prices ok. Towers was another item. I felt the prices were a bit on the high end. They were a bit pricey so will continue to look for an affordable cat tower/bed.

The store is small, nothing like Petco. The items they have are very very expensive. I wanted a pet carrier, to pick up my rescue kitty. When I looked at the prices, WOW, were they expensive, then I looked at cat food, another WOW, I went to Walmart, so for good buys, and service, go to Petco or Walmart!

Well laid out store with well-labeled shelves with prices clearly marked. Store associates appear to enjoy their work environment. Readily available to answer any questions you might have. I like the wide range of products available and the free advice. The grooming area stays busy.

I have been a pet owner since July 2019 and my experience in shopping for my puppy has been at Pet Smart. Their selection, quality and quantity of products are very good. The value is okay however at times I can see it cheaper online. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I also had the opportunity to deal with the staff at the puppy grooming and they made me feel comfortable knowing that it was my puppy’s first time in getting a trim and wash with them. They took their time to avoid giving my puppy more anxiety which I appreciated. I also take my puppy to puppy school, currently in intermediate and the trainer Cheryl is very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I continue to do business with them and I would also recommend their services.

I think PetSmart is an amazing store due to their fantastic customer service. I walked in one day just to look around but ended up buying a turtle. Best decision ever! Everyone was very helpful and taught me everything I needed to know about how to take care of him. PetSmart has everything you need and will answer any question you have with honest answers.

The Oviedo PetSmart is a very nice store to shop. It’s always very fun and the staff is always helpful. My dog loves going there for the free treats and being able to interact with other dogs. They treat their customers very well and I am happy to shop there.

This store is fun to go in! Pets are welcome, so there are well-behaved dogs walking around with their owners. Every time I have been in, I have found exactly what I needed! The pets they have all look very happy and healthy!

Whelp we went to a shop in Houston. We asked to spend time with the adoption cats. We waited, and waited and waited. No one ever came so we walked out. I also asked for help twice. Store was poorly staffed.

PetSmart serves of the purpose of what my pet needs are, but the prices have escalated. Personnel are almost none existent. Be prepared to spend more with PetSmart. I feel as if I'm supporting another country as most of the products are not from USA.

We really like the grooming salon. The people seem to truly care about our pets and are particularly gentle with our older dog. I wish they had prescribed medicine at lower cost there. The product selection is good.

We get all our pet needs at PetSmart. They offer a variety of foods, treats, toys plus offer grooming and vet services on the premises. The staff is always courteous and willing to help. When you have your pet with you the staff always make a fuss over them. Great place for pet loving people. Weekends they host adoptions. My grandchildren enjoy the visiting so they can see and pet cats and dogs.

My Fur baby and I love the friendly, prompt and courteous service in this store and grooming salon. They do a great job of grooming. After trying other pet stores, this is the best. He always comes out happy.

Good selection for cats. Prices are a little high. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. I do like the PetSmart program and have cashed in on it once since I started buying my cat's food here.

Generally has a good selection of items from food, to shampoo, toys, topical medications but prices have been creeping up even for dog and cat food. Sometimes go to smaller store to find better prices (Carter's Pet Market).

I love the staff. They are usually very knowledgeable and friendly! They go out of their way to help me locate what I need or even advise me on what to do! It helps that they are clean and have a wide variety of products. I like the fact that they have adoptions and training classes.

Good variety of everything. Cashier's helpful with price matching. Good dog groomer at Orland Park location. Clean. Not cluttered or dirty. Carry out heavy dog food, cat food, litter, etc.. not much more to add except they beat Petco on pricing and customer service!

I mainly use their grooming and have never been disappointed. There is a veterinarian on the premises which is a nice extra. Their selections for all animals is good. Not sure any less expensive than any other store. Clean, well organized. Friendly staff.

Lots of options, but not enough premium choices. Customer service is lacking at times. Convenience is a plus. Email perks and treat points are nice. Need more clothing options. Many toys purchased did not last. Some prices are too high. Groomers are inconsistent.

The PetSmart in Belton, MO is one of very few in the area that employee CAT groomers. And they are extremely kind, caring & very adept at their chosen profession. PLUS occasionally I'm THRILLED to receive a coupon by email fir $10 or $20 off the price of cat grooming. I'm 76 years old & restricted on a retirement income & being able to save some money & have my beautiful long haired kitty SHAVED & bathed every few months is marvelous!

I go to Petsmart a couple times a month. It is always clean, they always have what I am looking for. They accept all my coupons, which I use a lot, and the people that work there are always fun and knowledgeable.

Very professional staff and great customer service. We especially like the grooming salon and their staff. Our dog Lucky enjoys getting groomed. He also loves playing with others dogs at the pet hotel.

Various variety of pet supplies, food and items. Locations are not to far in distance. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of different items. Brand name and price are competitive. Online products are great as well..

Store is has always been clean, I get welcomed as I walk in & my dog simply loves going for a grooming there. They have a wide variety of all pet care needs. But I always look for sales as I am on strict budget these days.

Good store for dog food and some treats. It would be nice to have more types of treats for dogs. They have a good selection of dog food and they do have sales. You get a free bag of food after buying 10 .

I love that Petsmart associates are helpful and courteous. When I was looking for scratching post options, I was directed to an associate who owned cats. She was very helpful and went out of her way to advise me. I also like that the store honors its online prices when you buy in house. I've not had any experience with their other services but I know they also partner with local animal adoption centers. I usually shop at the store closest to me but it is nice that they have other stores not too far away.

I buy prescription, high energy and renal care products for my senior bichipoo (18) and am very happy with the products and service. I do wish they carried Tiki products. I have had Banfield pet insurance for 11 years now, and it is very convenient to have the the vet’s and groomer’s all under the same roof.

Great selection of products but really miss them having equine supplies. That is the one thing they used to have that was a big seller in our area and they no longer have any equine products. Wide selections of feed and toys for both cats and dogs.

I shop there for all the animals in my family, my 3 year old cat Dory, my daughters 2 dogs 10 year old silver lab Moose and their new 6 month hound mix puppy Millie. Excellent product selection and terrific customer service. If I can’t find what I’m looking for the associates always go out of their way to either order it or find the item somewhere else.

I shop at this store all the time. The staff is friendly, always ready to help me find something if I can't find it myself, never pushy. All of the prices are in line with prices anywhere else-have even compared to Chewy. Quality products and they have both a grooming center and the vet in the same building.

I was looking for a particular cat food for my cat. I called a couple of stores and PetSmart was the only one that went out of the way to go look and verify if they had it in stock. They said they only had 10 packets left and that they could put them back on hold for me till I could get to the store. This was a big help for me as I have some disabilities which makes it difficult to run around looking. They have won my business.

We took our basset hound for a trim and they did an excellent job! They were very gentle with her and made sure she was at ease with the process. They are a great store that lets you bring your pet to the store and love having them there. You also get the opportunity to view other animals like fish and Guinea pigs and cats. They provide a great service and I recommend this store highly!!

Petsmart is a great pet store. You can take your pet with you so you can get their opinion on this you are buying. They have water bowls if they get thirsty while you shop and they give them treats while you shop too. They have a wide variety of everything you could want for your pet and the prices range from bargain to more expensive so it can fit in everyone's budget. Their staff is very knowledgeable about pets and the products they have and are ready to answer any questions you may have. They mainly have products for dogs and cats but they also offer lots of products for a multitude of other types of pets as well. They have some live pets available for purchase in store all of the time and on lots of times on Saturdays they have adoptions from rescues there for you to find your fur baby.

Customer Service is great with friendly cashiers and floor people. There are a multitude of products to be found there and if they do not have it in-store, they will get it from their online store. The Grooming Salon is expensive though. The groomers are efficient but by the time you pay the bill and add a tip, you have spent $50...and my dog only weighs 4 lbs! I felt that there should be some adjustment for the size. I now go to a groomer who does charge less because of his size. So PetSmart has lost me there. For the most part, PetSmart does offer almost anything that you need for your pet. Pricing is a bit more than other places but they carry everything.

Petsmart is close to home, sends text updates and emails on deals for our cat, and sends coupons for ways to save. Prescription based cat dry food is not cheap. One box can cost 70 dollars. We appreciate any savings. Thank you Petsmart.

I enjoy a stroll around PetSmart. Seeing all the products that are available for purchase for various pets. The layout is somewhat a disappointment. Half of the store is devoted to dogs. After that, each department is smaller and smaller. If you are shopping for an item on sale, be mindful at the register or you will be paying full price. I don't shop there anymore because sale prices are a fairy tale. PetSmart regular prices are higher than prices elsewhere.

Whenever I had shopped there the staff have always been friendly and made all out attention in assisting you were pleased what you are buying.

Lots of choices to choose from, the staff was really nice and helpful, there is always sale prices and they always have what I am looking for. The parking is easy in easy out. They always have the newest items also.

PetSmart frequently has good deals on pet food. While they don’t carry top end food they carry many brands. I didn’t like their dog grooming service but overall it’s a good store. They don’t sell cats and dogs which would be a deal breaker for me.

Prices are high. Good selection on everything. Customer service needs improvement. Excellent choices for everything your pet needs or wants. I found the food prices a little high. Play toys and items related to beds and mats on the high side for the average wage earner. We left without buying anything because of prices and service.

We love the grooming department of Petsmart Ontario, Ohio. We have used this salon for well over 10 years and our groomer Katie has become like family. Katie currently grooms our 2 dogs every 6 weeks.

Great customer service, I am greeted when walking in the store and always asked if I need help. I know where products are and love their reward program! I would recommend shopping here to anyone with pets!!

If You actually have any issue with an order damaged or missing Items or wrong Item don’t expect to get any actual help when You call the Incompetent Nothings that call themselves Customer Service Reps because You will only have to call and call and call and get one useless incompetent nothing one after the other, You are better off shopping at the Store than ordering online, God forbid if You need a Replacement or Refund You have to go through a whole nightmare on the Phone and still not get any actual help.???

Petsmart is always excellent and better than most others, with the vets right there it is worth the value and the same for the salon. When I travel I know all the shot records are instantly avail. If and when needed.

My doggo Hamilton is now 8 months old. When we adopted him (1 month old), we immediately went to PetSmart for his bed, food, leash, etc. We had no idea what we were looking for since we'd never had a puppy before. The staff at PetSmart jumped right in and helped me figure out the basic needs. They also partnered with the local Humane Society, so I was able to get a few items free or discounted. Hamilton slept good!!

I am happy every time I go to Petsmart. My dog liked going every time I went there. Everything you could want is there. I had to recently put my dog down due to two types of cancer and he just couldn't fight it anymore. I have a stray cat who we had to take in due to the cold. She had four kittens so more things to buy! Customer service is awesome and help you find anything you need including a six foot cat tree. They have great cat food, pet beds, and of course toys. Love it all! The prices are a little high but their things are made well. It's still worth it.

PetSmart is the happy medium. Some of the prices are high but many things are decently priced. They carry Blue Buffalo which is a star clear but the rest of the selection is great though. Many options from low quality to high. The adopt programs are awesome and they support local shelters which makes it all worth it.

The store I frequent has come a long way with customer service - I had stopped going there but due to its proximity I thought I’d try it again. I was surprised with the change of cashier's attitude but they were out of the product I need for my dog. I hope they get more products.

Most pet stores are very nice. PetSmart always has what I need. They keep their stock new and seasonal. If I ever need help there is someone close by to help. If they are out of anything they know how to get it for me.

I went in to find food for my senior cat! I had 2 employees who were happy to help! Needed to change my cat's food. Gave me suggestions asking questions! That was customer service! I also went in to find her a litter box. I had a nice employee helped then I found out if it don't work out I could bring it back with receipt! PetSmart knows how to hire their employees!! Compare to Petco had hard time getting someone to help!!

From the moment I enter Petsmart, I am welcome. I'm verbally greeted upon arrival every time. The local store is clean, well lit and each aisle is labelled by content. My yellow lab is attending training classes and the instructor is kind, firm and loves animals. I highly recommend Petsmart.

PetSmart has a very large variety of dog food. The environmental is cheerful and positive. Also, the employees at the Foley Alabama store are friendly and they obviously Love pets. It makes for a good atmosphere when pets are welcome.

The Petsmart in Palmdale is wonderful. My dog is very old. His groomer works with his grumpiness and gets him clean and yummy smelling. The store is easy to shop in and they are very helpful. I intentionally drive from Lancaster to Palmdale to go to this store. We have another near our house. Just a mile away. That store is ok. I drive 10 miles for the better store.

The staff is always friendly, but I would really like to be able to adopt small dogs from there to not just cats. It's nice to have a vet office there and a training center, but my overall experience has been great there. Good prices, great selections. And the staff is always willing to answer questions.

They have a great variety of pet food and supplies. They are very friendly and helpful. They offer classes and grooming and also a vet in store. They could have a few more small animals in store to choose from and saltwater fish would be good.

A few times I’ve had to ask for help and they have been very knowledgeable and very helpful to me. They know where all the product is which is great because they know exactly where to go to when you ask them a question. I’ve never use their pet services but my mother has and the person who cuts the hair that she goes to listens to her and does what exactly she asks.

Out of all pet stores this one is the most expensive one. Exact same products you can find much cheaper in Pet Goods. However, I do like people that work in store near me, always friendly and helpful, my two dogs love them.

From the moment I first walked into the Petsmart in Abilene Texas I was impressed. Incredible selection of everything I was needing and then some. Inviting displays. Terrific selection. Again - impressed. The staff were super helpful and so friendly. I have found my Pet store.

I have always had a good experience with PetSmart, friendly staff, clean. When I have needed help whether it be dog food or toys, I have always been able to locate an employee and they we always very helpful. We had my 2 year old dog trained at Pet Smart, great experience. I would certainly recommend to others.

90% of the time I can find what I am looking for. For this reason it has become my go-to store. Also, I actually get discounts for being a member. Other stores... nothing. I have also been helped in getting the correct pet food. The person that was helping me was very knowledgeable. I also like that they carry a very large range of pet food. Based on my positive experience, would recommend Pet Smart.

Although I have been to more local places, Petsmart always seems to have a great selection, quality products, smiling faces, and budget friendly prices. Having had what felt like a near death experience with one of my furbabies at the local places, I've never had a bad experience at Petsmart. I love their doggy daycare, their vet office, and pet playground where you can actually see where your pet is and what they are doing!

Pet Smart has always had everything that I needed for my animals. The store also has a grooming salon for dogs and cats where the employees really love animals. All of the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell..

I visit for my granddaughter's dog, a black lab. She loves going there, and always gets a treat. I love going there because of their great selection of products and the great customer service. We've also had the dog groomed there, and they did a great job.

PetSmart has a very good selection of products, they may be a little pricey but no more so than any other specialty store. I have taken my dog to them for grooming for at least 8 years and they were always very good to him. I moved a little over a year ago and had to start going to a different store and all of a sudden he doesn’t want anyone touching his feet. I don’t know if they hurt him when trimming his nails or if it was something else. Other than that I have no complaints about the store chain.

I have never been disappointed going to PetSmart, their prices are great on dog food and cat food. I have 9 cats plus a few strays that drop by for meals every day and 1 dog. I find the cat food and dog food nicely priced so that I can afford to feed everyone.

I am always asked if I need assistance, the associates are always very knowledgeable on products for my dog. My dog is allowed in the store and offered a treat at checkout. Membership is easy to sign up for and can find your profile using a phone number. Sometimes they have good sales and deals too!

I have shopped at PetSmart for several items for the dog and they have samples for the foods for the pets and they have a nice clean store and they have coupons for the food items for the pets and they seem to care for the pets.

It’s obvious that this is the place to go to for my dog’s needs. The dog food is displayed by breed with helpful signage. Everything is clean and well organized. The prices are competitive with the other stores in town. Customer service is always excellent too!

The layout could use some more organization and standardization. Each store is laid out differently and the product you're looking for is in a different place depending on the store you're in. Selection is usually good and everyone always seems to be friendly.

This store is always very friendly and very helpful. They have the stock on the pet items I need. They have a great selection of adoption animals as well as birds, reptiles and as well as hamsters or other animals. I love it when they have adoption days and I can go in and see the cute animals.

It is a good store, we can get all we need for our cat. We buy pet food for our cats. The location is very close from our house, only 5 minutes drive from our house. We are planning to buy a fish aquarium for my daughter. It is also available at Petsmart.

The employees are always friendly and helpful without being pushy. What gives PetSmart an edge over similar pet stores is the other services they provide. They are connected with Banfield Pet Hospital which provides comprehensive vet services at reasonable cost and my experience with them has been mostly positive. PetSmart also provides grooming services, as well as boarding, training classes and daycare for dogs. The convenience of having all of these services in one place is very nice. I've never left my pup for daycare but from what I've observed, at least at the locations in my area, it's high quality option. I've used the grooming services once and was pleased.

I believe some employees are very helpful and knowledgeable and some employees are helpless and unfriendly. I assume orientation is not uniform and may be incomplete. One problem for a consumer that frustrates me is the lack of pricing on inventory. Overall, the product selection is appreciation.

If you want a one stop facility for all your pet needs, PetSmart fits the bill. Convenient grooming services with experienced groomers, a pet hospital for routine care and individual needs and an array of pet related products are all under one roof. You can even find that special pet to add to your family. Great service, frequent sale coupons and easy returns make PetSmart great.

They have a lot to offer. Vet, grooming, all kinds of food, toys, adopting a cat. Classes for your fur friends. The employees are helpful. You can bring your fur babies in to shop. They have water bowls out for your pet.

Fish section is pretty good but the rest of the store seems a little pricey. It's usually well stocked and staffed. Best pet store in my area.

The people who work there were so helpful. They answered every question I had. The store was clean. Had everything and anything I need for my dog. I will continue to shop there. I will also tell anyone who has a pet they must go.

Employees are always super helpful when I go in and need help finding anything for my new puppy. :) They always have discounted toys and the top dog food brands for my German shepherd. Would recommend shopping here.

I go to the Black Friday sales and stock up on cat treats. Very good prices and I have a lot of cats so helps me save money but lets me baby the cats while saving money. Don't have one within 40 miles of my home.

This is a great pet store with lots of adoption events. I love bringing my dog there. They have lots of good products and always a lot of staff there to help you out. There is also a grooming center and a veterinarian there.

This store has brought me joy. I can get toys for my dogs and food there for them too. I bring them in, they pick out their food and toys. The store isn't that big so it's easy to find your items. The people there are nice also.

This is a great, friendly, knowledgeable chain. The ONLY issue is that their prices can be a little high. If you are looking for "High End" products (Food, Toys, Costumes, etc.) you're better off online.

Family has used PetSmart for a long time. Got my dog from shelter and their employees helped me get all the things I needed. Have always been very informative in giving the best selection for my needs. I was told by my vet that the food I was feeding him was fine for weight loss and they corrected me and gave me the right product (Science Diet) for his weight loss. Really helpful. I would highly recommend them.

I love this store, every employee is so helpful and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to help you and answer your questions. I also like that you are able to take your pets in the store. The variety of pet supplies is unbelievable.

Excellent customer service and always with a pleasant attitude. Grooming was great. Also bought several things and had to return one and was able to do so with no problem. I appreciated that! Huge selection of items in all departments but especially for my little dog.

The quality is excellent. The price is a little up there but it's worth it and they stand behind all their products. They also have Banfield pet hospital and it's a little pricey also but it's very good. They take care of everything every year completely x-rays everything. It's very awesome. You get what you pay for in life.

I have been going to PetSmart for about 15 years now and I am very happy with the quality and selection of products. The staff is more helpful in some stores than others, but overall I would say they try to be helpful.

The store have everything you need and the staffs are very helpful. I have two cats at home so coming in here to find lots of toys and equipment for them is always a breeze. PetSmart also have a great online service which I think it’s very organized that I can search’s for what I want fairly easy. Sometimes I like to walk in the store to check out some of the pets in there.

The store should be better lighted. Difficult to see merchandise. Also, would suggest a little more space in the display between collar and leash selections. They should be spread a little more apart to see the selections.

After finding out that I had to get a prescription food for my newly diagnosed cat, I wanted to get the best for him. The staff answered all my questions and showed me around the store, the foods that I could get and offered welcomed advice. I left feeling more at ease in my situation.

When I walk into the store I am always greeted by the cashier or whoever is working by the entrance. It’s clean and there is a large selection of just about everything. As I walk to the back of the store, there’s always at least one employee who asks if I need any assistance. In the back, I find the prescription dog food I need, in stock, right in its place. One time it was out of stock but they volunteered to call another location, not far away, to let me know if they had it in stock. They did and it was a big help. I buy treats there as well as dog toys.

PetSmart has numerous products for all kinds of pets/animal. And their selection of different kinds of animals/pets is amazing!! The staff are extremely helpful and they give you an abundant of info, no matter the kind of pet you have. They are knowledgeable in numerous animals/reptiles/etc. I only shop at PetSmart for all our pet needs!!

One of the biggest reasons to like Pet Smart is the PET ADOPTION SERVICES! I love the clinics they host to help place dogs and cats with families. You can spend time with the animals, pick out the fur baby that fits your family, and pick up all the needed supplies... ONE STOP SHOPPING!!! WooHoo!!!

Not sure where to start. Huge selection on dog food, dog supplies like shampoos, leashes, toys and treats plus more. Dog groomers and id tags. Vaccinations supplies for other pets. Small pets available for adoption... the employees are so helpful. When you need advise on foods and treats and...

Pet Smart has many locations, which makes it very convenient for us! They offer a lot of variety and reasonable pricing. Their employees are also very helpful and patient with what our pet’s need! They also offer grooming services and dog training!!

Great store! I see it as a fun place to go because always enjoy looking around and at the critters even though I know what I'm there for as it's always bright, neat and clean and everyone is nice. Keep it up! :)

PetSmart is the only outlet for us to purchase our dogs food. Often the store has employees in there that don't know any of the product they carry. And that is disappointing when we need an answer as far as what do they carry.

You are always welcomed with a cheery "Welcome to PetSmart". The store has many products to choose from for quite a few different types of pets, but I rarely purchase my dog's food there as I feel they are expensive. But they participate in the adoption of both cats and dogs and sell cats from the adoption agency on a daily basis. They also sell an array of pets. They offer both day and overnight stays in their Pet Hotel, daily Doggie Camp as well as training. You can get things for your pets that you might not find anywhere else. I'd give them between a 4 and 5 stars.

PetSmart has a lot of sales are very friendly salespeople. They greet you as you enter the store which is very nice. They have a good selection of food for cats. I also shop there for my sister. She has a dog so I am able to get cat and dog food there which is great. Thank you.

The manager and staff are very friendly. The store is very well stocked and clean. They have the adoption centers in on weekends with lots of dogs and cats up for adoption. They also have Banfield pet hospital on site. The vets are very good. I have had my dog there for the last 11.5 yrs. Can't ask for any better care.

This is for PetSmart in Pleasanton CA adjacent to Dublin Blvd. The staff will go out of their way to help with whatever your needs. The staff is knowledgable of all variety of pets, ailments, treats, and accessories. They will help make an adjustment to a price if your brand is out of stock. They all show their happy personality to us humans and our pets. It is always a joy to shop, browse, and visit all the other humans too.

I love my PetSmart. They have the friendliest staff. They know me by name and they know my order when I process it online to pick up in the store. They always process my order accurately and super fast. The prices are good and they have a great assortment of pet needs. I have moved from my local PetSmart but I love them so much that I drive there specifically to get what I need for my fur babies and I will continue to do so. I am loyal to my PetSmart.

Store was clean, organized, products are labeled, priced and easy to locate per section. Staff was friendly as well as knowledgeable about my specific questions for my animals' dietary needs. Their broad range of inventory items cover all areas of pet needs from treats to beds and even offering veterinary care. As I wrapped up my shopping and get up to the register to make my purchase, I am asked if I have or would like to be a member of their rewards program. Perfect! I will continue to shop for my pets' needs here for years to come.

I like that they have a great selection to choose from but everything just looks so expensive. I started my pets on products that were healthy and were the most quantity for price. Great treats! & The staff here has a lot of knowledge about their products and animals. I like to go shopping here, such a huge variation.

All friendly employees. Someone always ask if you need help stock on shelves. Not hard to find a product that you are looking for. Priced to be affordable for the common person, I've been there getting things for my own dogs.

I shop here regularly, we currently have 5 cats. Staff is friendly. On many occasions recently my go to products are not in stock - example a cat water fountain filter, then the medium size bag of the food my cats like. This place used to be the best value and now I find Iams cat food is cheaper at Canadian Tire. I guess despite friendly staff and a great atmosphere it is disappointing when you go in to get your regular items and they are out of stock. With both the filter and now the medium bag of cat food I have been told they probably won't be getting more, if it has been a while since I saw it, (despite the signage and an empty shelf) and then all of a sudden the product returns. The store needs to be able to keep stock and wouldn't it be nice if staff could actually check if they have ordered the out of stock item rather than just telling us they must not be carrying it anymore.

This store has great staff. Also, it provides veterinary and grooming services at the same location. The services at both of these are both professional and courteous.

Friendly associates greet you upon entering. You will always be asked if you need help finding anything. All associates are knowledgeable regarding products, food etc. Also cats in greet area are well taken care of. Just a pleasurable experience each time I shop there. Stevenson Ranch store as well as Canyon Country store.

The customer service here is always amazing. They not only have a great selection, they're always willing to help you find it. They're close and convenient. It's so easy to get what you need! My number one shop.

When parking my car outside PetSmart, my dog gets excited and starts barking nonstop! I have difficulty attaching her leash to her collar because she is wildly jumping up and down and the barking gets louder until I open the car door. Once outside the car, she is pulling me to the store entrance-she has a big smile on her face.

Great service. Very kind to your pets. Advice is very helpful when I have questions. Their store has everything you need. You don't have to go anywhere else to get what you're looking for. There is always a PetSmart close to you.

Best place to find mostly everything we need for all four of our fur babies, Christmas time is especially great for the added outfits and of course to the warm sweaters and coats. The great stocking stuffers are always welcome. We enjoy the discounts available. And added So much more in chew toys. The staff is awesome. Everyone is so helpful. We only go for the dog items, but the kids always wander through the whole store looking at all the other cool stuff. It's also nice to run into families with pets in hand or leash. Kids never get enough of others either. Very family and pet friendly.

Friendly clean store and I always find everything I need for my pups. I also use the Banfield area and grooming. Everyone treats us special and shows so much love to our Bassets. I highly recommend Petsmart for all of your pets needs.

I’m always greeted when I walk through the door. The adoption center is always well cared for with both kittens and adults. I have adopted 3 from the center. Very seldom see dead fish in the tanks. Good variety of decorations for the fish tanks and numerous filtration systems. Favorite pet store.

I have been shopping at PetSmart for years now. I'm always able to find what I need. I find that the staff is well-trained and able to provide useful advice when asked. I was also very impressed with their dog training. I've used another well-known pet supply store and PetSmart's training model is far superior. In addition, the store is always clean and usually well-stocked. The few times my regular purchases were unavailable, the staff was able to look up when the item would be in and if it was currently available at other locations, which was always a big help when you have four dogs and three cats to feed. Since moving, the local PetSmart location isn't as convenient as it use to be, but I feel that it's worth going out of my way for.

I have nothing against parts store themselves, it's just that the pet store here in Grand forks North Dakota doesn't have as many toys as I would have liked to seen for cats. I would think such a big company would have more of a selection for cats as they do for other animals which is fine but I need a cat toys of the time.

My pet store is always so clean and well stocked. Their prices are way cheaper than Walmart where I used to buy my cat food. My grandson just love to go there just to see the animals, we love this store.

I started to go to Petsmart last summer when I was looking for a good quality cat food with very few ingredients. They actually had quite a few to choose from and the prices were very reasonable. I ended up choosing a couple different varieties and my cat loved them. Now I feel good that she is eating healthier. And she has a lot more energy at 16. Thank You Petsmart!!

There are always people to assist you. The quality of products are great! They allow pets to go with you to pick their toys. The treats are always fresh and the dog food as well! There is always an assortment of products for all animals! Even reptiles. I often take my grandkids since they have an assortment of animals. It's like a family moment!!

Prices are a little high, service is a little low, good variety of products, grooming department is pretty slow compared to other groomers, usually takes 4 hrs. Changed groomers a few years ago just for that reason and it done in 2 hrs now for 15.00 less.

The products cost are very expensive, there is no big selection of shampoo for dogs in 28304 NC. The cashier always friendly and helpful. I wish they do "ask question and we have the answer" for people who don't have money for dog/cat training.

The store is a very good place to get all your pet supplies. The only thing that I didn’t like is they don’t stock their shelves with a lot of pet items. I went to get a pan for my dogs cage and they didn’t have anymore in the store and they couldn’t tell me when they would get them in.

We love our PetSmart store. They offer a very wide variety of pets, pet food, pet supplies, pet training, pet grooming, and pet veterinarian care. You can shop in the store or online and pick up at the store. The store is always well-stocked, arranged so you can easily find what you want and is always clean and neat. The manager, the dog trainer, and the cashiers, and the other employees are always polite and willing to help if you need. They have great sales and a great reward program. The store also supports pet activities in the community. What else could we want in a pet store!

We have loved going to Petsmart for all of our pet needs. They supported us through raising our 3 beloved pets with everything from puppy pads and training classes to joint supplements and vitamins as our dogs aged. They are supportive, involved, and seem to enjoy all pets!

Employees there overall are very helpful and friendly. Prices could be a little better though. Selection of special dog foods is good (vegetarian, grain free etc). The store always seems to be pretty clean also.

PetSmart always has the pet food in stock that my dog prefers. They have purchase points that adds up to savings. A complete variety of pet toys are available to occupy my pets' free time while we are away. And they have an excellent grooming service at a reasonable price!

Rip off, nothing ever on stock that says it is, better off looking online at them, then buy through eBay and save 90% off what store tries to charge. When I ask for help nobody seems to know the answer. Sad.

Petsmart stores are clean and well organized and their pet accessory selection is extensive. The employees are courteous and well trained to guide the customer to what they need based on cost and fitness to that need. They also have a large variety of pets in clean and well set up tanks, cages, and displays. And they have knowledgeable employee specialists on hand to answer questions and get you set up to care for and enjoy your new pet.

I love PetSmart. Because we signed up for reward points, we get discounted prices immediately, we do not have to wait until end of month. Having dog grooming and Banfield hospital on location also helps. Our dog Buddy loves going to PetSmart and we do too.

They have a lot of choices, and if you check through the areas of what you need, a gem of a deal will be discovered. They have good customer service and easy to find a basket, and pets are able to go along. This great if you want to try a harness or sweater on them. Also the rewards card gives you a discount later after using it each time.

We shop at both PetSmart and Petco and PetSmart always offers my family the best selection, price and customer service. I have nothing against Petco, it's just PetSmart is on another level. All in all I shop both stores only because Petco is closer to where I live. However, if I can I will always try and go out of my way to PetSmart if time permits.

I love love love PetSmart, I took my 6yr old niece the other day to see the reptile booth and the Assoc was very nice, helpful and educated me on our new Bearded Dragon named Pikachu. On top of enjoying the reptiles, my niece and I also enjoyed playing, petting and talking with all the dogs and cats that was being adopted. PetSmart has a good program that lets several humane societies bring their animals in to be adopted. There’s so many good things I can say but you’ll have to search their event calendars near you and enjoy yourself with a new pet????

Clerk was very knowledgeable about the different kinds of cat food and recommended an excellent brand for me. After I read the label I had to agree. Also recommended an excellent biodegradable dustless cat litter for me. Thank you so much.

They are really good at suggesting an alternative if I can't find what I am looking for. I have a cat that gets knotted hair on back and they showed me a comb to use on her that cuts those off without having to shave her or her hair.

Petsmart has a wide variety of products with a wide variety of brands within each product line. Their costs are very reasonable. The store organization is easy to shop and allows for easy comparing of similar items to determine which brand to purchase if strictly deciding by price. The store assistance is very thorough as well. When you need assistance or guidance on a particular product the questions asked prove a knowledgeable approach to determine the best product and even brand.

We like to shop at Petsmart because they always have what we need and with good prices too. We just wish ours had the vet inside like the one at our son's house but it does have the grooming salon that we use quite often.

My favorite part of Petsmart is the grooming facility. I have four 5lb. Yorkies and they take such great care of them and my yorkies receive the best grooming! I've tried other groomers in the past and refuse to go anywhere but Petsmart!

All my fur babies have gone to rainbow bridge but when they were here this is the only store I shop that in Monticello Minnesota you never walked in the door without someone greeting you with a smile on their face. Always had everything I ever wanted and more. Prices were fantastic and there was always something new that my kids just had to have. I would recommend this particular store 100% for anyone who wants a great shopping experience for their fur kids. If I were lucky enough to win anything I would donate it to an animal rescue.

This store is small, carries everything than the larger stores do but in smaller quantities. Staff is already willing to help and very friendly. Prices are lower than the large stores. Love shopping there.

PetSmart in Hanover MA has great customer service! You are greeted at the door, asked if you need assistance finding a particular product and/or carrying out a heavy item to either the cash register for your car. Many associates are knowledgeable not only about the many products PetSmart carries, but also the birds, fish, hamsters, etc. They will answer your questions and spend as much time as you need to be sure you are happy with your new pet or a new food for your pet which has special dietary issues. Their prices are very competitive, especially with Amazon! I have 3 cats and foster cats for a shelter so cost is important. I also use the grooming service for trimming cats' nails; very professional!

PetSmart is a good pet store because it has what I want. It is clean, well organized and very important to me very pet friendly. I like bringing Harley Too with me to shop and he likes to come to try on the stuff we're buying and give his opinions on possible new toys and treats. Yes this is a very special, spoiled rescue dog! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and even more important leave you alone when they can see you know what you want are getting it. They are also always within reach when needed for their excellent advice. I also like a pet hospital, daycare and grooming service are available on site. I would recommend this store to pet owners everywhere.

Wide variety of accessories and a lot stuff to choose from! Staff looks very gentle and attentive and best thing I like from this store is that I can find anything for my ???? over here. Also the pet's clinic and grooming area is very cool and their prices and prevention health packages are affordable.

Anytime I come to this store to pick up supplies for my guinea pig they always have what I need in a variety of brands to choose from in case I wanted to try out different products. The prices seem to be comparable or cheaper to other pet stores I've been to and when I checkout it is always fast, easy and with the nicest staff.

They carry my cat's favorite food, Halo canned flavor turkey and duck. It is hard to find good quality pet foods and they are the closest to me. I live in a rural area and close stores, Walmart. Kroger. Tractor Supply do not carry this as it cost a bit more and they do not have much call for more expensive brands.

PetSmart has great pet food selection and their stores are easy to locate. Their employees always greet me and my husband with a smile and they are helpful when we have questions. I would like to see their stores carry more cat litter and box liner brands, and a wider variety of cat litter box styles. Thank you!

It has everything you need for your pet. We always bought our dog food here. Our pet has passed away. But now we have fishes. We just got a fish and it was on sale. It IS the best brand TOPFIN. We buy all our fish supplies here, too.

This store has a broad range of products for all different types of pets - cats, dogs, rodents, etc. It is a one-stop-shop! They also offer training for dogs which my puppy attended. It helped with general basic tips! Overall I find they have fairly good value. Their staff are also generally pretty knowledgeable!

Great staff, helpful, courteous, pet hotel and doggies day care. Locations are convenient, clean, restrooms, well organized. Like it much better than Petco or any other store. They offer dog training which is super great and really like the adoption opportunities.

Since I only go there for bird stuff, ie. cat litter for the bird's cage. I rarely buy seed there as they only carry up to 5 lb. bags. I really need 20 lb. bags or loose seed get your own. I know of nowhere around here that carries it. It's a better selection than Walmart, but further away, twice as far to go. Good selection of fish. No cats or dogs for sale? The Vienna Virginia one had them. I don't like that people bring their dogs in, but it's Petsmart and that's one of the things that they're well known for. Going to the groomer is one thing, being all over the store is another. I am not comfortable with that. I don't see people bringing in their cats. Can you imagine cats and dogs in the store at the same time?! Not good.

They have a lot of toys & treats that my dogs enjoy. Have had good experiences with this store except one time. They sold me a sick hamster that quickly died. I have heard from a former employee that this is not uncommon.

Store has a nice layout, lots of selections. Some staff not very knowledgeable about products but somewhat understandable since there are so many options. Grooming facilities is the bomb. Great technique for grooming pets. Has great choices for my lab. Family friendly and great food, great service was plus.

They have plenty of products to choose from. I like that that they have a Dr on the premises (Banfield). The store is very spacious and clean. I also like pet rewards and I bring my dog there for grooming.

Their quality of service is top of the line, their personnel is very well verse on the job required to perform. Their merchandise is high quality stuff and reasonable in price. I been their customer for quite a few years always looking forward when I will go back again.

Petsmart employees provide you and your pet or pets a WOW experience! You are greeted at the front door and offered assistance throughout the store. The store has a variety of supplies and services for your pet. I guess you can call it a one stop shop! Veterinarian services are available via Banfield and of course there is training available for your pet! Petsmart is awesome!

Petsmart is okay for general things. Most of their items are too expensive. They have good selection of items. Customer service is very helpful. Banfield is super when taking care of of your pet. And grooming is nice. They treat your dog as if it was one of their own.

Needed Capstar for mall dog. Checked online for pricing. Most all were just under $30.00. Went to closest PetSmart and at checkout they told me that I owed more than $58.00. That's almost double suggested retail! When I questioned this price, he said that they would match their own internet pricing. Had I not been aware of the correct price I would have gotten seriously ripped off. This is unethical, at best, and should be illegal. BUYER BEWARE OF THEIR ATTEMPTED THIEVERY!!

This is about the Signal Butte store and 6932 E Hampton both in Mesa. Fish were purchased at both but terrible service at the signal butte. I love my fish tank. I have a very large fish tank that I have had for over 15 years. I loved my fish. I had a clown loach that I had for over 12 years, I had a dragon fish that I had for 10 years, I had cichlids that were over 7 years old and large suckerfish that were 12 years old.

I contacted PetSmart on 12/30 to report a significant injury to my pet that occurred during her stay at your pet hotel. The stay was from 12/21 through 12/28. During my pet's stay, she sustained a serious injury to right eye. The injury was ignored by the staff and left untreated for the entire duration of her stay. (There was a vet located in that particular store.) I was contacted by the staff while I was on vacation. The injury was downplayed by the staff as they told me her eye was simply red. When we picked up Sookie, her eye was infected due to an ignored laceration to the eye and had a faded (cloudy) appearance like it was dying. I've been in contact with the corporate customer service line and the store's hotel management. Unfortunately, nothing is happening as of 1/20 (one month later). We have now paid for the hotel stay and several vet visits. As well as medications and the time it's taking to medicate Sookie's eye multiple times per day.

I recently purchased a parakeet from the store in Rock Hill SC. It’s obvious the birds there come from breeders who care and handle them before they go to the store. She’s not afraid of hands at all and will hop right on a finger when offered and very easy to catch after she’s been let out to fly around the house for a bit. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to buy a parakeet.

I purchased a gift card online on December 7th. When I went back in the system did not recognize my order number so I contacted them online. I was told that my gift card would arrive by the 16th. When that did not happen I contacted them again and was told it would arrive by the 31st. It is now January 6th- one day shy of a month since I ordered the gift card. I contacted them again and asked for a refund- this is now a very late Christmas gift. I was told to wait until the 10th and if it did not arrive by then to contact them again. It's a gift card- it should have arrived in a couple of days.

Every time I’ve bought dog food at Petsmart they overcharge. The price tag will say one price and when they check you out it’s a different price (more money). When brought to the attention of a manager they just change to the price as seen on tag and say maybe they just changed the price and not the tag. I stopped buying my dog food there because it is a constant issue. Today after a year I decided to try it again sure enough overcharged me by $2.00. When I let the cashier know he was like “ price match” I told him no price tag said so.

I went to the Catonsville Maryland PetSmart located on Baltimore National Pike. My groomer was Kenny. Great people skills and he's a very good groomer. My dog was comfortable. He had to cut my dog down very low because he was matted but my dog experience no problems or major irritations of any kind. I will be returning to to this location. Kenny has good people skills and treated my baby Shaka like family. The price was affordable and the location had ample parking and friendly staff.

Basically, I was denied services, told if I did not leave the store -the police would be called on me at the Pet Smart in West Covina, CA... I am ** male, the other customer was a ** male and was not asked to leave the store.

I have now had TWO very disappointing experiences at the PetSmart in Ward parkway-- specifically the grooming department. Two weeks ago I scheduled a grooming appointment for my cat at 9am. I called a few days before to confirm the appointment and the time; when I arrived I was informed that they had my appointment time at 1:30. The cat groomer was not even there. Rather than leave my cat I rescheduled my appointment for this morning at 7am. I called last week to confirm my appointment for today.

I want to start off this review by stating my experience with the grooming department from this location, I was there bright and early Sunday morning and was poorly treated by a staff member in the grooming department by the name of **. I initially made contact with Jade in the grooming department while she was not busy with another customer or doing anything else, she set me aside not just once, but twice to help other customers who came in after I did. When another worker of the grooming department came in, she handed me off to him to finish checking in my Chinese shar pei.

*Received poor customer service from this location regarding the experience with one of the groomers. Earlier in the year, February, my dog had a seizure at this facility after Years of service with Petsmart. I Chose to give Petsmart the benefit of the doubt and continue service. On more than one occasion the employees at this location began to exhibit discriminant behavior, and further make it difficult for me to have regular service without warranted personal observations. The store manager today attempted to force my dog to have express service with due to his own perception even after being both cleared from Banfield, and personal vet.

I was recently at my local PetSmart shopping for our new bunnies when my son wanted to see the kittens and cats. We went where they were in their cages and noticed all 12 or so of them were sleeping. Immediately I thought it was strange. My son called to me as he was trying to wake one up and he said, "mom, I think this one is dead!" I went over and we nudged this cat 2 to 3 times. Any normal cat would not have to be nudged to wake up. He finally woke up, but acted drunk and couldn't keep his eyes open and his head fell back down and his eyes closed. I couldn't even get one of the kittens awake. I had every intention of inquiring about what we saw, but it slipped my mind with all my kids commotion and buying bunny items. I am calling tomorrow and reporting this immediately. Those cats and kittens were most definitely drugged/sedated.

I have 3 dogs and since they are my kids, I invest money in them. I have used Petsmart training. My current pup is enrolled in the intermediate class. I paid for the package and I have a friend that I recommended Petsmart training to and she bought the package. We did the puppy class. It went well. Then, we started the intermediate class. If I knew what I know now, I WOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT THE PACKAGE!!!! We have no physical location to work in. WE ARE JUST STUFFED in individual aisles.

I purchased cat food from this .org that was sealed in a large container. I had more of it at home, yet I found out my cat is extremely allergic so I took the unopened bag back to the store. They wouldn’t take it without a receipt, even though I paid with a card. They treated me like I was a crook. They’ve lost my business for sure, yet more importantly they’ve tarnished their own brand.
