    I told the worker Jasmyn F to cut the hair out of my dog a yorkie face named Muneca and the worker went ahead and gave an awful hair. She cut all her hair off. I’m really upset with the outcome, never going there again and I do not recommend anyone go there between the long hours you have to wait and bad hair as the outcome. I’m extremely upset.

    I placed an online order for delivery. I did not choose who would deliver my order. Petsmart stated it would be delivered by DoorDash. When I received my order I had 2 items missing so since I ordered through the Petsmart App and Petsmart stated Door Dash would be making my delivery I call Petsmart to let them know I had 2 items missing. The first person I spoke with said it was probably out of stock and I was not charged for it however the receipt I was looking at while on the phone clearly showed I was charged for it and I told him that.

    Then I get put on a hold and a woman picks up and I have to explain the situation Again and her response was "You can drive down and bring the receipt with you and pick it up." Well No. I cannot do that either. That’s why I had it delivered and paid a delivery fee plus a driver tip and then she proceeded to tell me I would have to call Door Dash and hangs up on me. As I stated Petsmart chose DoorDash and I didn’t have the option of choosing a delivery company in particular. And then when there is an issue with your order, you are told to fix it yourself. So at this point, I will definitely reconsider before my future purchases are made at Petsmart.

    I called the 800 number to book an appointment for my 3 years old toy poodle. To my surprise they had a few available appointments the very next day. I arrived at the store at 2:00pm and the groomer guy, Grayson, was already waiting for Leela. I explained clearly what I wanted, do not shave her, specially her beautiful ears, paws top of the head, I wanted a poodle haircut, for my Leela. He said that it was going to be around 2 to 3 hours. To my surprise, I received a call about hour and a half later, she was ready.

    I could not believed my eyes when I saw my doggie, completely shaved; the hair on one side of her face was longer than the other side, the ears were completely shaved, and her little paws, one paw had more hair than the other and he didn’t even trimmed her nails. My doggy was very nervous, shaking, to the point that she vomited on her bed when we got home.

    I spoke to the store manager, and explained the issue. She said she was going to investigate the complaint. She called me a few minutes later, I asked for a refund, which she agreed to process. I have two more dogs, and both had appointments to be groomed at the same place. Fortunately, I cancelled the appointments before I left, because I was banned from the place. The groomer is untrained, and incompetent, he really did an awful job on my doggy. I’m including pictures of before and after of my girl poodle… the first picture is the after, the second one is the before.

    The rudeness of one of the individuals checking me in for getting my dog groomed at the Louisville Poplar Level location had inappropriate comments said more than one thing that caused me to get my dog and leave. I can see why people are having second thoughts about going there to get their dog groomed.

    Me and my three younger siblings wanted some sweet, cute gold fish to take care of. We spent our 250$ for five goldfish. They all died the next day. They were so devastated they cried for 1 day straight but before when we were there there was sick on every tank we asked, she said "oh our worker just do the for fun we were just playing" and while she was getting our fish she drop one on the ground and just put it right back in the fish tank. She told us what to do and care for them. We followed her instructions. They still died. I would rather not go there for the fishes' sake. They traumatized my poor little sisters, 7 and 8, they're devastated 💔.

    If I could put 0 stars I would have done that. Our Border Collie has gone there for 2 years without issue. Today when he went in for grooming the lady at the desk refused him services as she said there was no expiration date on his ** vaccine even though it was just given to him on 1-2-2026. These vaccines are either good for 6 months or 1 year depending on the dose. Either way he would have been covered. We are beyond frustrated and have no plans to go back.

    I drove 45min to get to this location, I let them know over the phone my 2 dogs were a bit a matted. NOTHING TERRIBLE! Without even touching the dog or really looking at them the boss chick said I don't think we'll be able to cut their hair, they're probably too matted?!!?? Ummm excuse me?? IT'S A PET GROOMING SERVICE! AND again they weren't that bad, yes fairly matted but it had only been a few months since their last cut at their regular place. Which I wasn't able to get into because she just had a baby. Anyway this place is a freaking joke! They're clearly very untrained, this place is for short hair pupils that need a OVER PRICED bath ONLY. This isn't the first review I've seen like mine. This is ridiculous, if they are that unexperienced they need to just shut that service down! Do yourself a favor and go to a real groomer!

    I will never take my little girl here again… I made her appointment for 9:20 and I walk in and I was immediately concerned because it did not look like any other PetSmart groomers I’ve been to in the past. This place was cramped, the check in was in the same room as grooming and it was filthy. The staff were not friendly and just immediately put on their leash and took her back without letting her adjust or get to know who was even taking her. I have never been to a groomer that doesn’t greet the dog and establish trust first. Then, she says it’ll be 3-4 hours because they’re busy so she will be in a kennel which just didn’t sit well with me. At that point I already said we were never going back.

    At 1:30 I get a call (so it’s been over 4 hours at this point). The groomer calls and says that our pup is half done. She didn’t like the blow dryer (which I warned them about. She just becomes deadweight and tries to hide because she’s scared). But because she didn’t like the blow dryer, she said they put her back in the kennel and let her air dry in there. My poor baby!!!! Then she said she’ll go on her lunch break and hopefully she’ll be dryer then she can finish!

    She’s finally done at 2:30. I pick her up and oh my god it is the most botched haircut I have ever seen. Random long hairs all over, her tail wasn’t even touched. And I’m sure she didn’t get water the whole time there either because she drank almost 2L of water when she got home. I am stunned that this is an acceptable standard for PetSmart. I will never bring my baby back here.

    Customer service is an absolute joke. You try to ask for help they look at you like you are inconveniencing them. They act like it’s a chore, it’s your job. Big box store with lazy employees. Go get a different job if you don’t want to help people! I will go to small family-owned store.

    I was very very disappointed how my pet came out. The work she did I could of did it myself and I don't know what I'm doing. I took him on the 3rd of March. I decided to find somewhere else to do a better better job. Because bad business. Last month they messed up his ear where now it got to grow out to look like something. This is for Tiny.

    This is by far the worse company I have seen. I set up auto ship and they sent me bag when I already have a bag so I called ahead of time to stop. They say already ship which was a lie. The next day they say, "Order being filled. On the way to your house by Uber driver." I called uber driver and told him to take it back. He said, "Cannot do that" so I said, "If you come on my property I will get you for trespassing." Yep. You guess it. It was on the porch anyway. I had to take back to store. Terrible company. Bad customer service.

    Took my yorkies for grooming first time. I got there at 11:18 for a 11:30 appointment. Forgot vaccine records. I was told there was a 15 minute grace period and had to be back by 11:45. I walked in at 11:46 and the groomer told me the appointment had been canceled because I was 1 minute past the grace period. She offered to rebook, but I will never go back due to the attitude of the groomer. I am an elderly disabled woman and it takes a lot more effort to get my dogs to the groomer. If there was that little empathy and compassion to me, I shudder to think how my dogs would be treated.

    This store has really went down hill. Staff are rude and not very professional. Actually had the manager laugh in my face when I said I would escalate my issue and then walked away from me without a word when I said that I hadn't meant with the company but as a review. My 2 girls were supposed to be groomed today and the issues started as soon as I hit the door. The groomers came out and told me my elder dog was matted and I needed to pay for additional dematting. This is a hairless dog with a mane and it was a simple snarl like we all get in our hair, was nowhere close to the skin or anything. I told her to let me know if it didn't brush out and I would consider it and left them there, only to get a call 5 minutes later stating they both had fleas. My dogs were just to the vet 3 days prior!!! I believe my vet before anyone else.

    When I got there they said there was one flea spotted on my youngest dog. I am super doubtful for several reasons, one is the recent vet visit, the other is fleas are not very common in Winter in Michigan, how do I know it didn't just jump on her from another dog, and the last is they said there was flea droppings on my elder who is a hairless. It would be super hard to not see that on her. They then proceed to tell me they would have treated them but couldn't because there was a pregnant groomer in the salon and couldn't be around flea shampoo. After I offered several solutions to get them finished with each being blocked like it was me or something, I finally left. This is a groomers, you have to be kidding me.

    Meanwhile, I was given my dogs back, one of which was half shaved!!! I truly think it was due to me calling the groomer out on the dematting charge for a snarl on a hairless dog. The only hair she has is a mane on her head, longer hair on her paws, and a tail. Everywhere else she is bald. I am totally disgusted with this store and will never be returning. This was the Chesterfield MI location.

    PetSmart. I bought dog food during the holidays when it was on sale and opened the bag to find it full of cobwebs and maggots. I called customer service and since I purchased it on 11/3 and opened the bag on 1/6 it was outside the 60 day return window and they can do nothing for me but offer me coupons. Absolutely disgusting, I will not purchase from you again!

    My white Maltese puppy went for a wash & dry with ** @ 4119 NW 16 Blvd. Gainesville. She returned with VERY matted (tangled) hair and with LOTS of fleas, something she’s never had. My community friends had spoken terrible about PetSmart, I regret not listening to them.

    What a joke of a company! I live in U.S. and ordered a product that was promised to be delivered by a certain date (so I could take it as a gift to Someone in Canada). The day it was to be delivered, it still hadn't shipped. So they told me to order it on their Petsmart.ca (Canada website). But that site will not allow orders to be delivered in Canada to be paid for with a U.S. credit card with U.S. billing address. Six calls to customer service while working this for 5+ hours (never called back from them when promised multiple times). What a joke of a company! I can buy products all around the world with my U.S. based credit card and address. Pathetic!

    I had one of the worst today. First off it was with the groomers, the appointment was for 8am. They did not get started until 10am. I was the second client. Why so long of a wait. There was 2 ladies working at the time. Second my yorkie is 2 yrs old. That's a baby. She calls me, "I need you to come get your dog. He needs to be sedate or take him to your doggie doctor. Maybe they can cut his hair." My Yorkie never got his bath but she was cutting his hair. Let me tell you it was a mess. He had to come home like he had a buzz cut with hair hanging off his ass and legs. The groomer said she had shaped him up a lie. My Yorkie looks a mess!

    I'm very upset with how PetSmart treated us today when we brought our nine-month-old show-quality Dogo Argentino puppy in for grooming. We had an appointment, and they said it was perfectly fine to bring her. She is not aggressive, but we brought her in with a muzzle on because she chews furniture and we didn't want her chewing up our car. As soon as we arrived at the store, we took the muzzle off. She played with other puppies and children and was a perfect dog inside. They refused service because she was muzzled when we first came in. Online, the only thing it says about muzzling is that they won't take your dog if she's aggressive and must be muzzled. Other customers were touching her and loving on her, calling her beautiful.

    Kids were also petting her and showing affection. She was a perfect dog. There was no reason she couldn't be bathed. I have four other dogs that go here, and now I will not be returning. The Griffin PetSmart location is absolutely ridiculous. We went to PetSmart on the same day, and they took her without any problem. She is getting a bath, her teeth brushed, and the whole Christmas package. I do not recommend the Georgia Griffin PetSmart location. Very disappointed—completely unacceptable. PetSense made it clear that it seemed like PetSmart just didn't want to do our dog's grooming.

    We came to Pet smart to groom my cat. In the website it says walk ins welcome. So we did so. As we walked into the grooming area we were greeted by a gentleman say he just clocked out for lunch. It was around 11:30 or. The woman got frustrated and asked for my pet's information aka shot records in progressive information. When I told her it was a cat she looked and spoke to me in a very rude manner. She then told me we needed to make an appointment in a rude and disrespectful tone. I told them I apologize for the inconvenience. We then walked out of the place. NEVER GO TO THESE PLACES AKA PET SMART. If you want to be treated with respect cause you won’t get it there. This location was at the Winrock location in Albuquerque NM.

    Very poor Customer Service all around. My appointment was scheduled for Saturday. The manager called to reschedule for Sunday with Amber at 2 PM. I was there 10 minutes early. The price went from $55 to $97. They had my dog for an hour and a half when Amber called me and said she would have to shave my dog because he’s matted; my dog is not matted. I am a cosmetologist. I know hair. It’s no different. I brush my dog hair on a daily basis. He gets screamed every four weeks the price then up to $110. She called my dog a Labradoodle and when I corrected her and said he is a standard poodle, she said “whatever“.

    The manager did not apologize to me and Amber stayed in the back when I pick my dog up because they knew they were lying. The problem was it’s 2 PM. They close at six and she did not want to spend time or effort on my dog and she did not know how to do the teddy bear haircut on a standard poodle. I’m sad that I had to give them a one star in order to lead this review.

    Absolutely horrid!! I had so many problems when I signed up with PetSmart. I had so many packages that weren’t delivered, or were delivered to the wrong house, horrible customer service, and absolutely worthless merchandise. When you’re dissatisfied, they make it impossible to delete your account and remove your payment method. Don’t waste your time with PetSmart, go to Chewy.

    My dog Bailey went into Pet Smart walking fine for his grooming. When I picked him up approximately 2 hours later he could barely walk. The groomer claimed it was from him sitting in his cage too long. Pet smart would not acknowledge any fault on their part. Do not take your pet to Petsmart for grooming. I took my dog to the vet the next day and it cost me over $800.00 in vet bills. It is not the vet money, it is the fact he was injured there.

    My dog was scratching your ears a lot. Seems to be a little cooking there so I've run her to PetSmart grooming. Told the girl to focus on the ears. She brung another girl and to look make sure there was no infection. LOL. What. There was no infection and it seems like they didn't bother to clean their ears after I made a point of it. My dog is now shaking her head repeatedly. I'm cleaning her ears out myself after I paid someone else to do it. Pissed off. Never again going to a junk place like that. Some kids isn't trained or don't pay attention to details. Clean her ears turn into not cleaning Her ears. Just a bunch of kids working there that don't care and know what they're doing.

    I would give no stars if that was possible. If you need prescriptions for your pet, DO NOT order them from here. We ordered two scripts on 10/29 with overnight delivery, which costs $35 extra, understanding that it's overnight after the vet approval happens. On 10/31, we received emails that the vet approved both meds. By end of day on 11/3, we still hadn't received a shipment notification, so on 11/4, I called their customer service, and asked for a refund of the $35 shipping cost, since obviously they hadn't shipped it overnight anyway. The guy said it should ship within 5 business days then. I agreed to that.

    On 11/7, we still hadn't received a shipment notification, so I logged in to see if the status on the order changed yet. Apparently, that guy cancelled the ENTIRE ORDER. I received no notification about this the entire week. So, I called in that day and explained everything to someone else. They said to remedy all this, I would need to re-create the order, and they could just ship it that day, since we already had the previous approvals from our vet.

    Well, here we are on 11/10, and I received an email saying they were still waiting for vet approval on one of the meds. So, I called in again, talked to someone else, and explained everything, and asked him to make it right, and ship the meds immediately overnight. He placed me on hold many times, only to explain that they can't because they don't have the one med in stock. That's not what the email said, but ok. I asked him why the website allowed me to order it, giving no indication of it not being in stock, AND it allowed me to pay for overnight delivery, which obviously wasn't going to happen. He just apologized and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I told him to cancel the entire order, and I'll get the meds through our vet. He said he can only cancel the one med, because the other was already filled. Seriously, PetSmart Rx is completely useless.

    I wish I didn't have to give a star. I am very dissatisfied with service at Stone Mountain 2150 Paxton Dr. SW, Lilburn, GA 30047. I setup an appointment for my fur-baby Bath & Full Haircut Dog. I selected the Full haircut thinking it was required because of his ear were a little matted from always in his water bowl. Come to find out they charged me an extra charge for Scissoring Fee (15 min). To make matters worse they shaved him all the way down(summer-cut) and we clearly asked for his normal cut. . My pet was cut much shorter than requested, almost bald, which I did not authorize. When I inquired, the groomer Jenny M said he didn't need it cut that short, even though my husband specifically requested his normal cut.

    I attempted to speak with the manager, but he was unhelpful and seemed to misunderstand me. I have been a PetSmart customer for 7 years without issue, and I am very dissatisfied with this experience. The manager which was not present during the conversation, so I told him to run the camera back and he would see who is lying, because I definitely have no reason to lie. The manager is very rude! After reviewing the reviews I will not give PetSmart my service again. IF YOU LOVE YOUR FUR BABIES - DON'T WALK BUT RUN AND NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR SERVICE!

    They had a dog trick or treating form 10am to 6pm today and we go there at 4 and everything was taken down because they didn’t have enough supplies and didn’t put anything on their website, very disappointing.

    Petsmart has outstanding, admirable dedication to pets. Unfortunately, the Petsmart website is terrible. Also, Petsmart is one of the few stores that will not refund an online purchase made through Paypal except as store credit. This is not clearly stated on their website; it is hidden in the fine print. I am dissatisfied with my online purchase of a kitty litter box. I don't need store credit; I need a different kitty litter box than those Petsmart actually has in the store. The entire experience of getting it was a hassle, and I must sadly say Goodbye to PetSmart rather than struggling with its website and policies again.

    I recently brought my Goldendoodle in for her monthly grooming and was very disappointed with the results. I requested a light trim, but she was completely shaved and came home with small cuts on her belly. She was not matted, so this should not have happened. In addition, her original appointment was canceled last minute by the groomer, which was inconvenient. I’ve been a loyal customer for over ten years, but this experience has left me very disappointed, and I won’t be returning for future grooming services.

    Lovera (customer service) really made my day. I was furious when I called PetSmart because my auto ship delivery was never delivered. I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for my package. He immediately apologized and said he would fix this issue. He was very professional and friendly. Thanks Lovera you are a life saver. Keep up the good work. Jay W
