In the past we've used pet insurance provided through our employer and every time it felt like more work than any of the peace of mind we were looking for. Too expensive, terrible customer support, difficult to submit a claim, and when we did submit a claim, it would never be processed. Lemonade changed all that - it's incredibly easy to use, a great value, friendly and helpful CX and by far the best "insurance" we have to ensure a lot of long and healthy years with our furry friend.

I have had a wonderful experience with Lemonade so far. I got pet insurance for our new puppy, and they have been excellent at covering all of his needs. Everyone has been extremely nice and transparent. The app is very easy to use and reimbursements are also timely. I am very happy with this service!

It is so easy to use the Lemonade app when filing a pet insurance claim. Snap a photo of your documents from the vet, answer a few questions in the app, and your estimated claim payout is given in seconds. I sent in my claim on a Friday and received money via direct deposit on Monday. I also have a discount on my premium by bundling in with renter’s insurance.

I have Lemonade Pet Insurance for my 9 Year old Rescue Beagle. The premiums were very competitive. I have filed 2 claims with them and the process is simple and quick with excellent customer service. I can highly recommend Lemonade for Pet Insurance.

We have pet insurance and renters insurance through Lemonade and it has been such a great experience. Our puppy is very mischievous and likes to get into things that are bad for her, which has ended in a few trips to the emergency vet, but of all the stuff we had to worry about, we didn’t have to worry about affording it because we had lemonade. The customer service is great and our claims have been processed quickly and with a lot of transparency!

Though I haven’t needed it for renter’s (thankfully), Lemonade made renter’s insurance easy. It made sense when I got my new best friend, I signed up for pet insurance as well. Creating a claim was so easy and quick! I would recommend it to anyone who needs it for their insurance. Looking forward to signing up for homeowner’s insurance when the time comes!

Have had a great experience with Lemonade! We switched from another provider because the price was so much better, and we have not regretted it. Our dog had some G.I. issues recently and filing claims is so simple! We are thrilled!

A few months ago I switched from another pet insurance which I had for years. My Lemonade policy covers so much more than my previous insurance, including wellness, and the premium is almost 1/2 less per month than I was paying before. So far, I have filed two claims and the money has been deposited to my bank account within minutes of filing the claim. This is a great company and I highly recommend them!

So far I have 0 complaints and nothing but praise. Before I moved from London back to the states I picked up insurance for her. After returning home my Wolfdog has torn her ACL chasing deer. She's getting older. Claim was simple to put in. Within 4 hours it was approved and by the end of night had funds transferred into my account. If you aren't insured, I highly recommend remedying that. Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. Next up for my pup is surgery and thank God it is covered as well

If you think the whole thing is too simple, you're like me. However, Lemonade has proven that they can outperform other insurances by a mile. Submitting claims is super easy and customer service is excellent. It's time to look at all the other services Lemonade offers!

What I like about Lemonade Pet Insurance is I can submit a claim in app and it gives me a piece of mind. With a puppy, the first year came with a lot of vet visits and I'm grateful to have had coverage to help with that expense. When I submit a claim a person also reaches out to me through email and it's always the same representative which makes it feel more personal.

Got Lemonade for our new pup and filed first few claims and these were processed quickly, any clarifications needed were requested clearly and promptly. Would recommend this insurance for any dog owner.

We have had to use our Lemonade Pet Insurance many times as our new puppy was just that.... a young active puppy who needed to be seen a few times for accidents. Lemonade reviewed our claims and responded so quickly. The reimbursement was fast and hassle free. We received what we were entitled to with the reimbursement amounts and the turnaround time was about 1 week. I highly recommend them for all your Fur Babies insurance needs! You won't be disappointed.

I couldn’t agree more with the other reviewer on this website. Lemonade will make you jump through every hoop, supply countless pieces of documentation, and still find ways to deny your claim. I even went as far as to have my vet write a letter and talk on the phone with a Lemonade representative to explain why they are incorrect. There is no evidence to support their denial of my claim, while I have documents and an expert opinion. It doesn’t matter to them. They asked me to get additional letters from my vet for "more clarification" like he doesn't have an extremely busy schedule.

I've been with Lemonade for about 2 or 3 months. They go above and beyond when it comes to finding reasons to deny claims. Even if a claim is specifically covered in your policy, an ear infection for example, they will work hard to find a reason it should not be covered including getting medical records dating back to 2012-13. Even when that doesn't show any preexisting history of ear infections they'll move onto the next opportunity to deny a claim.
