I recently purchased some bras from ZULILY but they were not true to size. Since all women are built slightly different it would make sense that a few adjustments would be in order. ZULILY refused to return OR exchange them for the appropriate size. It seems to me that this is not normal practice. I will never purchase another item from them and will go out of my way to discourage anyone else from purchasing from them. Personally I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if I weren’t forced to.

Wiggle bunk bed. I ordered a bunk bed with trundle from here. It came wrapped up in plastic without instructions. The bed is not sturdy. Some wooden parts of the beds are broken. The trundle is completely broken, to the point where it's now in the trash. I would never order from here!!!

I began ordering women's clothing and shoes from Zulily 8 years ago. I was satisfied with my purchases. The items were as described as were the shoes. I had a necklace that was delivered that had been broken. I called and was refunded immediately. Beginning 2 years ago, I began to receive merchandise that was subpar. The clothing took forever to arrive and many of the items were not as they appeared. I realize that this company distributes for various clothiers. However, the negative service response and some of the sellers are becoming worse what they produce, I'll no longer waste my time and money ordering from Zulily.

So first of all you think you’re getting a good deal, but don’t forget about shipping. And if you order multiple items they hold your items until the last one gets there then they ship them all at once, despite the high price you paid to have them shipped!! And don’t be fooled by their ‘expedited’ shipping. You pay extra for this and it says it’ll ship out in 1-3 days. That’s just ship out and it does not include weekends so say you buy something on Saturday they won’t ship anything out until at least Wednesday the following week. And then you’re given a receive date 10 days from that day because I guess they ask UPS to walk it to your house!!
Oh and they’re sneaky even though something says it expedited sometimes it’s not ‘for your order’ seriously that’s a response I received. And don’t bother arguing with them because they do nasty things like cancel your order and mess around with your account so next time you try to contact them they say your email address is invalid therefore they can’t give you any information on your order!! True story, they added a period into my email address so originally I was told they couldn’t help me then I did some digging and found the period added in there under my account settings!!! Oh and forget about returns, they don’t take them and if they do it’s only for credit and it’s after they subtract $10 from that price of the one thing you returned!! So say you bought something for $10 and send it back you break even you don’t even get store credit!!
This site is a huge disappointment and their customer service is terrible!! It’s awful business get away with the things they do, they need to be shut down!! Do a little research and you can 100% find the product cheaper or equal value with a lot less shipping charges and the ability to return. Also always look to see how long it takes to just ship their product out (weekends don’t count!!!) and add another 2 weeks for delivery on top of that, so if it’s July don’t buy anything for the summer unless you plan to pack it away and use it next year because you won’t get it until almost September!! And please, please don’t be fooled by their ‘expedited’ shipping!! I’ve unfortunately shopped here a lot, and have lost so much money!! I’m a slow learner but after this last time, I’ve deleted the app and am writing this review. Hopefully someone reads it and thinks twice because truly they are not worth it!!!

I purchased a product that was subpar. They didn’t accept that a suit with hanging string, snags, pulls, and overall poor quality was a good enough reason for a defect claim, despite it being brand new, having just been delivered that way. They offered a return with store credit, minus $9 restocking fee, of course. So I take the credit, because I have shopped here once before without an issue, so maybe third will be ok? One thing I’ve noticed since I got that credit several months ago. You are not eligible for any sort of discount code while you have a credit. What type of nonsense is that? I understand no stacking rules, but MY MONEY is not a discount code to stack. Ridiculous.

I placed my order on June 15. It arrived July 8 which in my opinion is painfully slow. It has been some time since I ordered from Zulily and that was an unpleasant experience as well. In that case the dress I ordered had seams that were sewn crooked. So fast forward to this summer and I gave them a second chance- This time the top does not appear to be accurately sized and the fabric has a very strange feel about it. It feels more like a bathing suit than a t-shirt and fits like a bathing suit as well. I looked over their return policy and came to the conclusion that it's as worthless as their clothing. I would receive roughly 50% of purchase price in a store credit so I can buy some other poorly made, strangely sized product that will take nearly a month to arrive. No thanks. I'll call this a lesson learned and move on.

Why do we use Zulily anyway? I'm also asking myself that. Do we only get sucked in because of their aggressive marketing? They're not selling anything special. After shipping costs and time, you're not getting a deal. $8.95 for shipping and $8.95 for returns. I'm better off throwing my cash directly into the garbage can.

2 days ago I received and email about a charge for 256.00 but that had been cancelled couple days later. When I called today about it they said it had been cancelled by their finance dept but never notified me about it or even why/how, etc. They also said that my email can no longer be used for purchases as it's been flagged as fraudulent. My email isn't fraudulent, it's the only way I knew I was hacked!! So to make any future purchases I have to use a new email. How stupid! They get hacked and their solution is change your email!? No it's to close this account forever. Thanks for nothing. The customer service needs training on these issues. Sounded like someone was talking to me from their kitchen and had no clue. I asked for a supervisor. Don't have one. A lead? No one. What?? DO NOT SHOP HERE. They've changed. Good luck and change your password!

Most of my closet and shoe rack = Zulily. I find the prices very fair and when I had a problem with two shoe purchases, the agent sent me a "free shipping label". The only thing I have a problem with is that Zulily sells many items (mostly clothing) that WISH sells. I'm over 3.5 years with Zulily and intend to keep on buying from this high quality, fair, attentive store.

I ordered four Zenana crisscross tunics from Zulily in different colors but all in the same size. When my order came, there were three shirts included, one shirt was shipped separately. One was the correct size, the other two were two totally different sizes. I called to have the items replaced and was told there was no availability in the one color so the item would be refunded and that the other item would be replaced on 5-7 business days.
It arrived within that time but it also came in the wrong size. Zulily sent me return labels for the items in order to receive the refund but when I asked if shipping charges could be waived for an order of similar tunics at the same price as a replacement since they did not have the ability to make the swap I was told they also do not have the ability to waive shipping costs and I was basically out of luck. The representatives are nice enough but they’re always claiming their hands are tied when it comes to providing good customer service. This is not the first time I’ve walked away without the items I ordered. Their service is unreliable and the discounts are just not worth the headaches.

I ordered something from them six weeks ago. It has never arrived, and they refuse to credit my credit card. They say they can not refund me until the vendor contacts me. I received an email from the UPS three weeks ago and still no product arrived. It was lost in transit.

I love Zulily for Shoes and some kitchen Gadgets. But bras, nightgown, robes, underwear.. I am a woman size 12 148 lbs and order XL on nightwear and my size in bra and underwear. Have donated all of it to charity. They are made for very no bust women. I have no problem with shoes. But never again buy these items from them.

First of all, Zulily's products are sold from a third party. They tell you this in very small print that of course most people do not read but I would highly suggest doing so. I ordered and paid on May 17, 2019. I was given an estimated SHIPPING date of June 2nd which is already mind blowing in my opinion (third party). But then, I had checked my order status on the 2nd and only 2 out of 12 of the items I had ordered were in PROCESSING. I understand it states "estimated" but my order was only in step 2 out of 5 in the shipping process on the estimated shipping date. So I decided to send an email to Zulily asking for a better estimated date of my items being shipped. They couldn't tell me anything. Only that when the order does ship, they will send me an email. So I had my order cancelled.

I did encounter one product through Zulily that I love; but have since found that it can be purchased much more expeditiously and satisfactorily and for less through eBay. In fact, after having been robbed of some of my very few spending $ through having to make returns, I started thinking about all my purchases with this company and only one (as mentioned) has been okay. I purchased a rug for my bathroom - it fits my living room - but I didn't need a living room rug... Couldn't return it. I purchased a red comforter. It is pink... Couldn't return it. The cute boots were obviously seconds. The sandals, mis-sized, the shoes that were crushed, and other obvious "customer returns", I have accepted. But now items are coming in not as pictured, with sewing flaws, odd colors, thin fabrics, cheap fabrics... My heart breaks. I have bad, humiliating dreams about my shopping experience with Zulily. I can't wait to get my store credit, spend it and get out of this place!

I think my title sums it up. The items aren't as nice in person as they are in the pictures, and they charge outrageous fees for return costs (let along that it's a pain in the ** to return things). Also, I really feel that I can find nicer items locally for less money when it boils down to it. The pictures always look great but the product itself is always a letdown.

After losing everything in a house fire, I decided to purchase a lot of replacements from zulily because it was more economical. Shipping took absolutely forever but I knew about that up front (had been an avid zulily shopper before) and didn’t mind the slow shipping as most everything had to go into storage while our house was rebuilt. I had seen complaints about the returns process but since I was primarily buying household items, I wasn’t having size issues that necessitated returns. Then I started buying clothing. I ended up having to return some items. You can send up to five items back per $8.95 return fee and that seemed reasonable enough. I didn’t mind that it went to store credit either.
I packaged up two separate returns, each with five items. In my attempts to replenish our wardrobes for cheap, I had taken too many risks and ended up with more returns than I bargained for. It amounted to $150 in store credit for the first and $110 for the second return (after the return fee was deducted of course). I mailed the returns and once the tracking number I was given stated that the returns had been delivered to the ‘returns agent’, I settled in for the long wait. Two weeks went by, then three. I was growing increasingly nervous. I kept checking my junk mail and the website, waiting for my store credit to show something other than $0.00.
Then one day last week I logged on and saw that they had voided my first return because “it wasn’t received within the returns window”. I felt a familiar knot of anxiety because with everything else going on, I didn’t have the energy to deal with a mix-up. I drafted a very detailed email requesting that they look into my return and see why it had been voided, adding that I was distressed that it might’ve gotten lost. A very bland response came back stating that my return had not been received and to remember that they can take 10-15 BUSINESS days. Well a month had already passed since I had mailed the first one so now I’m just at their mercy.
The second return was marked “delivered to returns agent” on May 7th. Technically I’m still within the 10-15 business day window for that one but I don’t have very high hopes since the first one was voided. I wasn’t given any reassurance for my worries from the so-called customer service person, and I have too many other things on my plate to fight them over $260. In the last year we have spent thousands and thousands on zulily products, but the returns process is enough to sour me on the whole thing. Customer service is everything when it comes to returns, and they simply don’t have it.

When you place an order with Zulily a message will pop up that says you will receive free shipping on subsequent orders placed through the rest of the day or if placed on a weekend the offer is good through Sunday. That is all it says. But when you actually do place another order they do not provide free shipping if it is a "bulky" item. They do not say this at all on the first order or the second order. I contacted them and they told me this is how it is and sent me to a link that supposedly explains this but it is nowhere to be found. I feel that when a company offers a perk they should be upfront about any and all exclusions or it is dishonest and tricky at best.

When I started shopping with Zulily, they were a start-up and they were amazing. Every week when I log in and look through the sales, I notice that they have become more and more liberal. I don't ask you to accept my beliefs, so don't try to force yours on me. :( I do not support the LGBT community and that's due to my religious beliefs. I'm fine with people doing whatever they choose to do, but I will not support any business that openly promotes items where same sex couples and men in full drag are promoting items that I must sift through. After my last order arrives, I will be closing my account and not returning.

A complete mockery. I made a purchase almost 6 weeks ago, it has arrived incomplete 2 times. None of the stipulated times in the app have been respected. So far I'm waiting for some shoes that should have been delivered maximum in two weeks, not in 6. I even called Customer Service 3 weeks ago and they told me that the order arrived the next day. Liars! A disgust of service!

They have not issued a refund or store credit or returned the merchandise to me. They are THIEVES! Several communications through email and zero results. I am done with them.

BAIT & SWITCH! Thank China is bad. The item I received was nothing like the fancy photograph at all. Looking into returning and found the tricks that Zulily use with lack of ethics. Per return, Zulily jacked up part of shipping and handling which is not returnable to $8.95 not $5.99 like invoice said when it shipped to me. Merchandise toggle to $2.95 which force you not to return when you only get back $2.95 instead of full payment. Amazon make so much money with little return due to they play no trick of selling crappy products disguised as good products. I live 5 mins drive to Zulliy, will not pay $8.99 for return. I smell Class action lawsuit!

I'm done. Several pairs of shoes--some brands I have bought elsewhere, without this issue--are too big or too small --i.e., ill fitting. For instance, usually wear an 8 1/2. Too small, will order a 9...too big. I give them to friends that wear the same size--they do not fit. Elastic non existent or loose. The last linen dress I bought the neckline was so small my head would not fit through. It took a full 2 months to arrive...from Italy? I do not believe it was from Italy. 90 per cent was inferior quality. If I want return it I pay 8.95. Why should I pay a dime to return crap?

I have been shopping with Zulily for a very long time and cannot even imagine how much I have spent on their site. Really scared to estimate. But I mostly NOW buy from retailers that I am familiar with because some things come back not at all what it looked like on the site. I have my favorite retailers that I really love. It is worth giving Zulily a try. They are quick to refund your money because SOME THINGS take FOREVER to ship. If it goes beyond a month they will cancel it out and refund your money, which I absolutely HATE!!!! And if you buy something in a set... Lately I have only been shipped one!!!
I hate calling customer service, which is very helpful and nice, to tell them about my order missing a part of it... But lately it's getting often and I feel like these people must think I'm trying to get store credit or something and I hate feeling like that!!! But I still order from them because it's something special that me and my granddaughters can sit and buy things and that alone is why I am still a customer.

I am a happy shopper. They introduce new companies to me with innovative products. This week toilet tattoos... kinda like skins for your laptop... lol.. But honestly they rock... So nice looking... I bought my livingroom end tables, Hollywood regency style for less than half off of where I almost bought them... I've bought food via Boxed... gifts that are unique...
The biggest and best thing.... anytime I've not liked something or had a problem... customer service ALWAYS makes it right... I do mean always. They have a motto... They want you to love what you buy... They really honestly do.. They will take care of the customer in a way no other company ever has... and I shop a lot on the Internet and brick and mortar. This company has the right idea... The customer is what keeps them in business.. and they treat them great.

The wool coat is described so nice and so as the photo on the site. The quality is terrible! The coat is most likely made in China and not Italy! If you are returning the item from Canada, you will be forced to just keep it because Zulily doesn’t cover the cost of shipping returns unlike most competitors such as Amazon. Also keep in mind that you will not be refunded to your credit card but credit voucher only from Zulily. So whoever give this company five star must be their own employees or they paid for to write the reviews.

Ordered a blouse and a dress by the same maker. Blouse was slightly too big, but can manage to make it work. Dress was so small in the waist (actually ordered one size larger on the dress, than the shirt) that I couldn’t get it over my hips when stepping into it and couldn’t get it past my breasts when trying to get it over my head. Needless to say, it’s going back.... at a cost to return of $8.95. Also, I can only receive store credit. Will use my credit and then delete the app. Wish I could give them -3 stars!

I ordered a pair of shoes in size, 9.5. Received shoes in packaging marked 9.5 but the actual shoes were 8.5! I immediately notified Zulily of the error and was emailed a return label. Sent shoes back three weeks ago and still have not received my refund!

Have been buying from zulily for two years or so. If you purchase and receive poor quality products, use caution when attempting a return. Instead of a refund, they double-shipped me and customer service would not help me remedy. Will not shop this company again. Poor quality fabrics offering lots of shrinkage on tops. Forget about trying to return anything. No hassle-free here in spite of paying to return. If it's their fault, as in a double shipment, it won't matter. Poor customer service!

The things I've learned about Zulily over many years of buying from them.
2. Never buy refurbished brand name electronics.
3. If you buy plants, it's a big risk but some turn out okay. Expect some damage or loss, which is with any plant even from a good greenhouse.
4. ALWAYS look at the sizing chart connected with an item of clothing. Many run small or European sizes, but the sizing charts are pretty accurate.
5. The jewelry is usually very nice and cheap. If you need nice expensive-looking jewelry to wear to work or to spruce up an outfit, they have unusual things (like a praying mantis pin) that I've gotten a lot of compliments on.
6. Expect any nice top to be paper thin and you WILL need a camisole under it.
7. Always look at what the clothes and linens are made out of. For instance, no matter how cheap, I would not buy polyester sheets or linen clothes for work (they always need ironing).
8. Always look at the inseam measurements of slacks or pants or jeans so you know they will fit you. It's a PITA to send back anything.
9. Don't even read the "no returns" language because if you call them, they will give store credit and let you keep the item if it's a small amount of money. Mostly I've had this happen on dress shoes, so see my rule No. 1 above.
10. The shipping takes FOREVER. Usually by the time I get my box, I have no idea what I ordered. Keep track of your orders on the webpage. They are so screwed up that sometimes that works in your favor. I just recently ordered one tie and got 4 for my son's graduation, I guess he'll be wearing that same tie to every formal events for a long time to come. I've also had packages skipped because they will run out of stock AFTER you've bought it. So don't bet your life that you'll ever truly get what you ordered. If it's something really important that needs to be to you at a certain date, don't buy it here. If you need one more extra big spoon for the kitchen, this is your place.
Another point regarding the shoes, Rule No. 1, if I KNOW for sure that brand and size will fit me because I've gotten them before at a different store or tried them at Zulily at the time when I didn't follow rule No. 1 and they fit, I will buy them. This mostly applies to any Ryka gym shoe and New Balance gym shoe. I know what size of these fit me and my son, and you can get easily 2/3 off the price for these than they are in the store. I wear a wide shoe so if you do find a dress shoe that says they're wide and you don't know the brand, don't believe it. When they have Clark's shoes on sale, they are true to the brand you find in the store and a big savings on those wide shoes as well.
What I do to shop there. When I get the email they send every day, I just scroll through to see if there's any brand names I like or a sale on things I need such as kitchen stuff. The good stuff will be gone by the end of the day so it's better to order it early. If you really like something, just put it in your cart and buy it before it runs out. Then you have free shipping for 24 hours to look through other things you might like. It's great to look at the site while I'm waiting in a line or on the train or, dare I say, in the bathroom. I have gotten a lot of good deals there.
Stick to my rules above and you can't go wrong. When I treat myself to a pair of Ray-Bans or need my Ryka gym shoes, the prices cannot be beat anywhere. And don't worry, if the item you want is "sold out," put it on the waitlist and they will let you know when it comes back. I know that's a lot of crap to go through just to shop there. It's kind of like extreme couponing. If you have the time to do it, that's great. If you don't, Amazon Prime, Amazon Prime, Amazon Prime.

I spent over 1k on this shopping app within a month. At first I was happy with their product. The first purchase I did was a Betsy Johnson bathing suits. It is so cute and quality is great too! Then I gain confidence on them and start to order lots of pretty looking things on their site! That’s when things go south. The napkins they sell, they branded so good and photoshopped it so good that it really look like it’s something from department store from England! But when I received them, the material of the fabric is so cheap. It feels like worse than the ones you can buy from dollar store! I made complaints along with the coffee mugs I received together. They were weird clay looking thing at the bottom of the mugs, on the handle of mugs. This time, I took photos and sent to the customer service and they were able to refund me three mugs prices! I was happy with the customer service at that point!
Now there are more and more stuff coming in. The waiting time for receiving the products you order from them can be super long, and what I learned is the price could be higher than anywhere you can find online too! The reason I buy the products from them is they have smart pay and I can make my payment in two times. I was willing to pay for a few extra bucks for that convenience! Here comes the big problem. One day after I received my husband’s suits (I think I waited for about a month to finally received it) and they messed it up! I ordered the tall and big fit, and they sent me slim fit! That’s what I specifically avoid to buy. Slim fit never fit my husband.
I made a complaint and received a computer auto reply looking msg saying I have to mail stuff back and pay for the shipping on my end. I reply back, "I can’t accept that." Why do I have to pay for the shipping cost for their mistake? And then they said, “Well after you mail it back to us, we will refund you how much you paid for shipping to store credit..." I was livid and pretty confused at the point, and complained some more. Then they reply back with, “We will refund you the shipping to your credit card as a one time courtesy thing.” This really blowed my mind on how they try to address it like they are doing me a favor, after all the trouble and the wait I went through.
I wrote them a long email to address the problem clearly and told them they are losing a big customer. This time someone actually read the email (I doubt if anyone else before read all the detail in email at all). The person realized it was their mess up, and asked for photo to prove what I receive is slim fit not tall and big fit. I did so, and they promised to forward my case to higher up and have it review and taken care of.
I waited, another 3 weeks went by, there was nothing happening. I start to email them again. I always get the same answers, “We do not know about the outcome. This is not on our department anymore. They will contact you.” After 3 times same answers. In another 5 days, I requested them to forward my email to that right person in department, and finally another day of waiting, I received a reply saying she/he just hear back from the suits company that they don’t have any more tall and big fit in stock. Duh...(of course I forgot to mention before this final email, she/he emailed me again to ask for my photo proof for the slim fit cut again because they can’t find it anywhere...). I am sure they just ignored my email and had it lost somewhere in their big pile of complaints in their data system!
And I finally get my refund. But here is the thing, for how long of the wait they try to push me away, not dealing with the problem and try to forget about me hoping I will give up... I lost my confidence on them and before I heard the final result from them in regards to suits, I asked if they can simply cancel the rest of the orders that’s still “in transit” to their warehouse. They instantly changed my items from in transit into shipped! And told me it just arrived at that moment and they have ship them out but they can handle the return and refund after I receive them. So there I waited for another week, and contact them after I finally received the rest of my shipment. I request for only one thing that don’t fit me to be returned and refunded since I have received everything else already, and there we go, same game again.
Now they only offer a store credit with me paying the shipping back. I asked for refund back to my credit card since they offered once the “courtesy thing” album ever since then I don’t hear from them. What I do know is to forwards them the same email I emailed last this early week, and hoping for a reply, but I have no faith in them. What they are doing is basically ignoring me.
My thoughts of this company,
1. They are tough to deal with. The customer service seems trying to apply with same msg again and again without acknowledging the problems.2. The price of their merchandise can be more pricey than what other websites have to offer!
3. Quality is varied, brand names can be trusted. Watch out for the non brand name products!
4. Waiting period is super long! It kills the excitement!
5. The no return thing is bull poop! It sounds pretty “illegal” in some way too. Amazon on the other hand is super worry free, hassle free! And they have price match thing too I believe. I had dealt with Amazon customer service before, they are angels to talk to!!!

You may get one item but you still are waiting a month for your items. RIDICULOUS shipping times. Let 'em know about a problem and they only send automated replies. Few to no item reviews... I tried to purchase two dresses, one was supposed to be for Easter, the other one was because it would qualify the order for free shipping. The first dress didn't get here in time for Easter, even though I ordered in early February. When it did arrive, it wasn't just cheaply made, the zipper wasn't sewn in properly. Because the fabric is such low quality, it would only run when I tried to sew the zipper into it.
The second dress is such cheap quality that the hem washed out of it when I first washed it. Don't buy from this place. You will NOT receive a refund, they want you to pay them more than the cost of shipping to return it, and then they will only give you a credit for more of their crappy stuff. I find it curious that every time there is a negative review, a very positive one pops up with almost the same wording. SAVE YOURSELF! You can do better.

I kept seeing the cute dresses on the site. I decided to buy two of them. I looked at the sizing chart. According to that I was an XXL. I thought that was a bit odd, being that I am usually a large, but I went with it. I received the dresses. I can't get them over my head. Went to return them. There is a $8.95 charge to return them!!! Even if I pay the postage, Will never buy again. Lesson learned.... read the reviews for yourself, I think you will agree. I wish I had!

Zulily is different than other shipping sites. I believe they are upfront with their information. Yes shipping can be slow but it usually tells you, it does take a little time getting accustomed to this. If you need something quickly it probably shouldn't be purchased on Zulily unless it's a rocket deal. I've had a pair of leggings I bought and they had holes in them. Zulily refunded the purchase price. They have also given me a credit before because of an inconvenience. I purchased brands I am familiar with and it's been good. Everything I have purchased had been of good quality except the leggings. The customer service is good too. They have already been very helpful. I'm really surprised at the low ratings.

I've just been reading reviews & thought I would add my experience as being very positive. Only once I didn't get notified that a dress I had ordered was obviously out of stock & didn't turn up. My wardrobe is full of Zulily gear. Wash. Wear. Sizing is correct for me anyway. Have never had to send anything back unlike other companies who offer you a % of what you paid for it... the tunics. I have people stop me all the time "Where did you buy that top??" So I love Zulily & I give them a four star because there's always room for improvement but overall excellent.

I ordered many items from Zulily and had to return 4 or 5 of them due to sizing. I printed the return label, all items included showed "eligible to return", and I mailed it out in the original packaging. I waited and waited. Looked at my account today and it says, "Your return has been voided because we did not receive your item within the return timeframe." When I wait over a month to receive the order, this is pure **. The day I mailed it, every item was eligible to return. I will NEVER order from them again.

I order a pair of pants and a separate blouse to match. Total came to $85 but I loved the outfit so much, I splurged. That was in February. On their acknowledgment receipt they sent to my email, they the order placed on March 24th! They billed my card on April 8th. I thought I was buying from a clothing company, but come to find out, they order merchandise from overseas, upsell to an extravagant sum, and the order takes forever to get to their facility in Seattle. They bill your card when they receive the merchandise....which is 3 to 4 weeks after you’ve ordered it! It’s now been a month and a half and I just received the blouse....which is wrong size.
I have no idea where the pants are and if they’ll be the right size either. I contacted customer service which was a complete waste of time. Even sending the item back, it would be weeks again for a replacement! This is insane. I’ve started a chargeback with my credit card company. I will never order anything from them again. They are not a clothing business! They order from other countries and upsell outrageously. I thought I was splurging on a quality outfit, but the blouse I finally received was not quality at all. And after waiting over a month to get it, and getting the wrong size, I will not pay for return shipping nor will I accept a store credit because I’m not ever buying anything from them again. I've placed 4 orders with Zulily in 6 months. I ordered one item for my first order. They sent the wrong item. In the 2nd order I ordered boots that turned out to be great but smelled like burning rubber for weeks. In 3rd order I ordered several items of clothing and they all turned out to be great items, fit well and good quality. I was very happy with all those items so I placed another order. This order was very disappointing. Some items were not quite as they were pictured and didn't fit right. I ordered 4 items but could only use 3. The quality and sizing of Zulily products is very hit and miss. I wish they had more consistency or at least a way to review each individual item to help others make informed decisions. Not sure I'll order again unless I'm positive it will fit and not fall apart.

I purchased four items from Matilda Jane off of Zulily. In two weeks, only one item was shipped. I contacted zulily and asked them where my other items were, and why was it taking so long too? They emailed me back and blamed it on Matilda Jane. They gave a ten dollar credit and apologized. I placed two orders on the same day from Matilda Jane. I cancelled one, because I was under the impression from Zulily that it was going to be a while before I received the items. The other order I placed, I bought three items and only one was shipped out at that time.
Within 24 hours of emailing Zulily, the other two items were shipped from the order. Which was odd, since zulily said that Matilda Jane was having an inventory issue. I think this was zulily's fault the whole time, but they put blame on Matilda Jane. I shouldn't have to contact a company after two weeks of not receiving my items, for the company to do something about it. I would of also never cancelled the other order. I will NEVER buy from this company again.

The quality has gone downhill as the company sales grow. They are Not interested in quality, so the quality control process is put upon the customer. If you miss something before you take the tags off, you eat it! I received a wrinkled gauze shirt that had a wrinkle sewn into the front placket. I did not notice the sewn wrinkle until I had washed and hung it to get ready to iron. I just had a customer service rep “educate” me on their return policy. The shirt was not wearable. I could not see the wrinkle initially because it was black on black. They should not have sold anyone this shirt as it was not wearable. I sent her a photo of the problem and she she still felt the need to educate me. I’ve purchased some nice little tops over the past couple years, but there are other companies out there. Their policies and coupons are shifty. I will not buy from Zulily again.

I purchased 2 tops & they were charging 7.99 shipping. They also had a coupon that looked like for free shipping. But what the coupon was really you would pay an additional 7.99 to get free shipping for the next 24 hours. Are you kidding me? 7.99 isn't free shipping. So received product & decided to return as quality wasn't very good & neither was the size. Well Never thought to check the return policy. First, you only get store credit. And then on top of it's 8.95 shipping & handling to return. Which is double what I could ship it on my own. Well live & learn. Hope this will help someone else from getting sucked in.

I ordered a birthday gift 1/8/19 for young granddaughter. I received a confirmatory email that the item would be shipped by 1/20/10. That should've been fine; her birthday is 2/14. By 1/22/10 I hadn't heard anything from Zulily, so I called for an update. I was told it wasn't even received at Zulily yet to be shipped. She said the item wasn't a "can ship out quickly" item as if that explained it. She made no acknowledgment of inconvenience or their lack of shipping update/change to me, the customer.
On 1/28 I received an email saying the order shipped, but tracking it showed it was stuck. Turns out it was sent back to another state after being here in Raleigh. I finally received it on 2/13. The package had been sent unprotected. It had it's own cute box, but had a label slapped on it and mailed as is, arriving banged up with rips in it. It looked like it was gotten at a yard sale. So it was: Sent too late to get to my granddaughter on time. All banged up and not looking worthy for gift-giving. Customer service was unhelpful.
I received an email from Zulily asking what I thought of my recent purchase. So I replied in detail. My response was a couple rote emails saying the same empty platitudes: 'thanks for letting us know, you're important to us all here at zulily, we strive to make it right, we're always listening, want to hear what you have to say, feel free to reach out with any additional questions or concerns.' I say empty platitudes because I did let them know, I did reach out and say how dissatisfied I was and why, and they send me that nothing of an email that doesn't address a single thing. They made me so frustrated. I emailed again after I felt ready to deal with them again, and the response was happy to assist, I advise you give us a ** to take a closer look into this and further assist you as necessary. But I don't want to go over it all again. It's been so much work already. They just want to wear people down so they will just give up.

I ordered Strivectin, the product was old. There is no return. The next thing I ordered was a pair of pants the site described as cotton. Of course they were actually were polyester. I got a refund minus an inflated shipping charge. I realize that everything here is from China docked at Seattle. The same people own HSN and a couple of other telecast shopping channels. That's no reason to be money mongers and not fair to customers. The prices listed on this site are actually higher than these items are on a regular site on sale. I ordered from them before researching for reviews, first mistake! I then put my order in for quite a lot of items. Well, never got a confirmation email, then I called 8 days later and was given the run around for 2 days before a rather curt customer service rep said, it takes time and all items need to ship at the same time and one item doesn't look like it's available. I will have to wait and see, after 8 days! Then I see tracking so I think I'm finally going to get my items, nope... they were delivered to another state. After spending fifteen minutes on a chat I was told to call directly, another 10 minutes on hold and told. Nothing to do about it, they will refund for that part of the order. Still haven't received anything else. Will never purchase from here again.. Beware.

It takes forever to get anything from them and the prices are not even that good to begin with. I suppose everything must come from Japan or China and this is why it takes so long. I had to return three of the items and they only give you credit minus shipping once they receive the item back. The products where ok other than that. If you'd like your order quickly you're better off to go elsewhere.

I have read a number of bad reviews for Zulily but I have never had a problem with them. I order from them regularly. I have had two separate occasions where an item was too tight on my body (but I like things loose) and when I notified them they immediately issued me a return label for store credit. No problem. Sometimes it takes longer than I would like to receive an item but they are coming from overseas so no biggie. I have enjoyed everything I have purchased and always get compliments when wearing my Zulily items. I can’t relate to the negative comments. I love Zulily!

Wow! I'm over the top impressed with Zulily's customer service! I ordered a nautical themed quilt from them. I received it today and it's the wrong one. I emailed them and within 15 minutes I had a response. They no longer have the 1 wanted and they are going to refund my money. They told me to keep the 1 I received and either use it or donate it!

My first attempt at getting an RMA was to write customer support. I was very clear with what the order was in the items I wanted to return because they were a gift from my mother to my daughter and were too large for my daughter. Rather than get any instructions whatsoever it took over 24 hours to receive a generic, form letter response call customer support. When I finally got a hold of someone in Customer Support Specialists or I could not return the items. I said I did not want credit. I wanted the credit to go to my mother. The woman said I still could not return them, but my mother had to. Absolutely ridiculous because I said I simply want to get an RMA and the credit can go to her. The lady refused to help me. I will never order from them again. I’m going to OshKosh to order the shoes directly and will never order from Zulily.

Items are cheap because they're substandard Chinese products. Real issue being they deliberately word their non refundable policy to include almost all items, so 90% of their products are non refundable. Customer service is nonexistent and response to my request for refund was confrontational. Never do business with this company, it's a scam.

I sent $121.00 back in merchandise because it was advertised incorrectly. They state it is one size with measurements and it is not. Their fault not mine. Even send pictures with tape measurements showing their error. Refused to credit charge account. I will not buy from them again but they still refuse to give me money back. I guess they will spend it in attorneys to defend my suit in small claims court. I hope they like traveling to Tennessee. Do not buy from them. The clothes are cheap and never fit correctly.

I have two children, and I frequently buy two of a particular item so that they both have one - they'd been advertising 'Easter basket' items on their website. I bought two toys for my children for their Easter baskets. They shipped the one and cancelled the other. I can't get this particular toy anywhere else! What am I supposed to do about that?! I'd rather have neither than just the one.
Is it really that difficult to keep track of inventory? So, my understanding is that they just sell, sell, sell, and whenever they run out of something, the orders get cancelled. I don't want your $10 credit with a giant helping of disappointment, I want the toy I paid for. That's also happened regarding clothes I've purchased for my children, and they also sent me the wrong color pair of shoes. AND, I didn't get my free shipping as promised for making two purchases in one day according to their guidelines. So, I had to call CS and bring that to their attention in order to get the shipping refunded. All in the past month... The frustration just isn't worth it.

I have been shopping with Zulily for about a year, and other than having to wait up to a month to receive items, I've had little to complain about. I mostly buy dresses by Lbisse or tunics by Lily. The patterns are unique, and even though I think the sleeves could be set in better, I wear them, and I receive compliments. I did order some Spanx that smelled musty, which I didn't like, but it was nonreturnable. I washed it, which helped. I have returned a few tunics that I didn't like after trying them on, and I paid for return shipping and received store credit. I prefer only to buy items on Zulily that I can't get anywhere else. But even with Amazon.com, you can't be sure the item is not a fake. For that, go to a brick and mortar store, I reckon.

Two issues with purchases made just this weekend: After an initial purchase you are supposed to be granted free shipping for 24h, however upon second purchase, was charged $20 in shipping. When complained, was only given a $10 credit? Billed incorrect PayPal account resulting on overdraft on my checking account despite my PayPal account being set up correctly (as viewable via the Zulily website). Customer service provided ZERO assistance with this matter despite screenshots showing that the credit card account should have been charged and Zulily offers no way to modify this information. Stay away! Products are fine and prices are good, but customer service and transparency leave much to be desired.

Where do I start. 1st ordered a comforter set. Never arrived... Took 3 months to get my money back. 2nd ordered Michael Kors perfume. A perfume I've bought many many times in my life. Had it confirmed at Macy's. It's fake. None of the clothing items I bought were ever accurate nor fit. I've been the same size for 30 years. All their stuff is SHIPPED from China! It's all a scam. Unfortunately I am out over 1,000.00. You don't get to return anything either. Unless you want store credit that it and they take 8.95 out for them. I've ordered many items from Zulilly. I accidentally ordered two of each item one time. I called customer service & requested a refund which took place within 2 weeks. When I asked her to send me a return label, she told me to keep them! I it that wasn't necessary, but she said she wanted to be sure I remained a customer.
*I ALWAYS check the size chart that appears by the picture. *I ALWAYS measure myself, just in case. *Zulilly handles merchandise from multiple companies. *The length of shipping, adherence to the pic & details depends on each separate company. *I ALWAYS read the details & specs for EACH item I'm interested in. These details tell you fabric content, washing instructions, etc. If I don't like a detail, then I skip the purchase. *I ALWAYS check to see if I can return the purchase, especially with clothing. I've bought a lot of dresses, tops, toys, kids clothing & decor items. I haven't ordered shoes. I hope this helps you to avoid any pitfalls. Hopefully this will help you to avoid.

My biggest complaint is that when you send an item back for credit it takes weeks before you ever see the credit, not to mention they deduct 8.95 from the amount of credit! Total rip-off! Customer service replies are canned messages if you try and complain! The merchandise is almost always inferior and the sizing is absolutely ridiculous. So many items looked good in their pictures and sounded like good value as daily deals - until the clothes started arriving for myself and my child - the fabric quality was poor, the construction was poor, the sizes varied so widely that I think we ended up with one or two items that fit out of something like 30, and almost nothing is returnable. I ended up owing so much to this place because of the "deadline" format that makes you want to buy, the clever photos that take you in, the shipping costs, and the ability to split payments that cause you to have repeated charges coming weeks, even months after the substandard (and nonreturnable) item is already forgotten. So sorry to have every gotten mixed up with this miserable place.

I have ordered many items from Zulily over years, never returned anything due to the pricing. Sometimes it was not worth returning. I ordered a Gucci belt assuming I will get an authentic product, it was not much less expensive than from store. Guess what? I received a fake belt. I sure can tell the difference between authentic and fake. Even the size. I measured this belt with my 3 other ones and it’s much shorter. So I contacted them and they said to go donate it and send them picture of receipt so they can issue a refund. Which makes absolutely no sense to me. Refused to refund only this way. I am shocked that a company this size would sell a fake item, as well as not process a refund and deal with their vendor. I will dispute with my cc. But to me it’s insane.

I used to buy a lot of clothes through Zulily, but the last three years the quality has really hit the toilet. Colors are not as shown, the sizing is not consistent, and often I find the sleeve size does not correspond with the size I’ve ordered. Twice, I’ve purchased jackets and both times the zippers were broken. Of course customer service attitude is too bad, so sad, sucks to be you. I cannot even donate the items to a charity or thrift store as I feel if I can’t wear them, why would anyone else. Most clothing products are made in China and they have no clue about North American sizes.

A deal is only a good deal if it's something that you want, and unfortunately the quality and sizing of many items can be random and unpredictable. I have often wondered if this is where they send the factory 'irregulars' because I got a pair of shoes that were a totally different shape from one another (literally, one toe was round, and the other toe was sort of a square-oval shape). Odd.
I have ordered several items from Zulily over the past couple of years. Right off the bat - return policy is horrible - no refunds or exchanges on most anything... BUT in the the past I have complained about a couple of grossly misrepresented items (or the items that arrived were completely not what I ordered) and did manage to get a refund (mind you, they were very low value items).
But the last few orders I have placed shipped WAAAY later than originally stated (and it already takes long enough to get your stuff from them) and the pairs of shoes that arrived were so off in sizing that I can't wear either pair. Of course, Zulily explained to me that I would get a store credit if I pay to ship them back. Sure, I should just shell out an extra $30 to mail them back (which is almost half the value of the order) so that I can get a $75 store credit (and to be honest, I don't really find a ton of stuff that's my style on Zulily to begin with, unless they have a Superga, Doc Martens, or Antelope special on).
And I spoke with 3 different customer service people regarding this order, one of which had said that she wanted to 'make it right' and asked me to send her the receipt from shipping (which sounds like she might refund me the shipping cost), but the next person I spoke with just regurgitated their policy of 'buyer pays return shipping cost, and we will issue a store credit'. Inconsistent service, unreliable product quality, inconsistent shipping information, and some of the products you put in your cart and go through checkout with are gone from under you/ or they list products that are sold out. Really crummy business practice. BYE ZULILY!

I have ordered two bedspread quilts from Zulily. The 1st quilt I ordered was advertised as grey and yellow. It actually came in as purple and yellow. They would not return or exchange even though it was falsely advertised. I went ahead and ordered a completely different 2nd quilt. The colors were correct this time, but the sizing was completely off. I ordered a queen but it does not even come close to fitting my queen size bed. I asked if they could exchange for a King size. Zulily has nice sales and products but their billing department is very misleading and confusing for a consumer. DO NOT DO their "smart payment plan" and use the Zulily credit card! It's very misleading because of the Zulily credit card is different from the Zulily company that I made purchases from. The Zulily credit card is being run by Synchrony Bank- and this is where Zulily company has misled me to think when I'm paying Synchrony Bank- I'm also already paying Zulily the company. NO!! As Zulily said "Zulily credit card is different from Zulily.com" where I made my purchases. The billing department has no idea how to explain the discrepancies between payments withdrawn from my bank account versus Synchrony billing statement and Zulily billing statement. Their statements do not match and it does not show all the payments I made whether to Synchrony or Zulily!
Me, as the consumer, need to understand where my payments are going to. No breakdown of amounts I have paid! The billing department from both companies is useless in resolving this matter with me. Needless to say, prepare yourself and allow 2 hours of your time (that I can't get back!) if you have any billing issues. What a waste of time dealing with these people from Zulily and Synchrony Bank billing department. After that long 2 hours, no resolution, I'm still confused, and NO help from billing and I get curt, inappropriate dismissal from these people! -That's your job- to help the consumer!

I was a ZULILY customer for over 5 years. I have just canceled my account. I've had enough of this really sneaky and dishonest company. Here is my story. The first time (2017?) I had an issue, it was a silver Figaro chain that I purchased very cheap (get what you pay for) and it was not as pictured at all, so much smaller than the picture. I had to use a magnifying glass to see that it was actually a Figaro chain. Their response was so lame, something about that it was a closeout and so sorry... blah blah. I was a long time ago to be honest and I just remember thinking "Ok? This doesn't seem right? But what to do it was cheap!"
Anyway, the second time (Dec 2018) I did return a winter coat and shirts for fit and quality issues. I was told that I would not have to pay return or shipping fees since this was the first time, etc. My return would be in the form of a credit on my account. Well they did short my credit for restocking fees. I'm not sure if they were trying to trick me with terms (return, shipping, restocking) but it doesn't matter. It's still sneaky and I don't like it.
Now the third time (Feb 2019) I wanted to return a pair of shoes that were sized wrong. They said they would allow me to but I would have to pay the return ship fee. Well, I did argue that because the sizing is definitely off and would not fit me at all it was listed as 40 or US 9/9.5. I should NOT be charged a return fee. I wear a 9 and my daughter takes a 8. They fit her. The point is, that was the biggest size for that shoe and they were for ME but like I said, Zulily didn't care. I received a standard email back twice stating their policies and explaining how their shipping fees are cheaper and how that was a plus for me?! What?!
I'm done and I really hope that none of you get fooled the way I have. I did start the return process and figured I'd spend whatever was left of my credit and then cancel the account but I was so disgusted with the way I was treated that I just canceled my account. I'm not happy, feel like I did my best effort to try to reason with them to no avail. Now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes that don't fit me. Please don't shop with Zulily. This is not right, I felt it a long time ago with the Figaro chain incident.

My credit card was charged a shipping fee on my $100+ Zulily order when the company was running a free shipping with $80+ promotion. I have also had several orders cancelled in the past by Zulily and my credit card was never refunded for the full purchase price. I have unsubscribed and advised Zulily that I will be making my online purchases elsewhere.

If this company is owned by QVC they need serious work. I received today a Coach tote buried on the bottom of ten items. One top had no plastic or anything around it. Things are in a packages balled up. This is totally unexceptionable. Even if something is sold at a discount, I'm paying for it to be shipped with care. Customer service is not like QVC either. HauteLook sells at a discount and they always ship with care. It also takes too long to get items and they charge you the day they order, not the day they ship. I think I'm done with them. Sizing is way off. Done.

I will never, NEVER buy from zulily again! I ordered 3 items nearly 3 weeks ago. Tracking says they should have been delivered several days ago from Calif. NOT here. But then I discovered they were originally shipped from China! But only 2 items. There is no mention of the third in the tracking guide-although it’s on the invoice. I wish I had read the reviews first! Have never had problems with Amazon. Will stick with Amazon. I have learned my lesson!

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans for my teen girls. The order never arrived and customer service would not refund or reshot the missing items. They completely gave me the runaround. I am out 43.00. I purchased some wineglasses and a watch. After waiting for weeks, the order arrived. The description and picture clearly stated and showed PURPLE. The product I received were clearly BLUE. The description and picture of the watch stated and showed BLACK AND WHITE. The watch I received was BLACK AND SILVER. I contacted Customer Service to make arrangements to return the items. I received an email indicating that I would have to print the return label.
I once again contacted them indicating that I do not have a printer and would they please mail me the return label. I was told to go to a library to use their printer. A couple of things to keep in mind: 1. I paid for shipping when I placed the order. 2. I will be charged an additional $8.95 for the return. 3. I am disabled, do not own a car because I can no longer drive. 4. In order to go to a library, I will have to pay to hire a taxi or Uber. Zulily clearly could care less if I return the items. In fact, it seems they are doing everything to block the return. WHAT A RIP-OFF!!!

I received an email from Zulily letting me know I had items my basket and at the bottom they had a promotion for free shipping until the next day at 11:59 pm. It turns out that you have to place an order and then place another order within the day to get free shipping. Why would anyone do this? You have already paid for shipping on the first order. Sounds like a scam. Some people may think they are getting free shipping on the first order.

Ordered two pairs of Muk Luk boots two weeks ago for $49.99 and $55.99 each. Noticed today they are $36.99. Contacted Zulily and was told no credit could be provided as they have over 18,000 vendors. Normally, I don’t complain, but they should honour lower prices when offered regardless of vendor. It’s the Zulily name (company) that ultimately is offering the price. I am now done shopping at Zulily... I should have trusted past reviews!

I am shocked at how Zulily has changed. They used to be known for good bargains on household items and clothing. They no longer care about their reputation. They are selling VERY low quality items. The quilt I purchased is NOTHING like the picture. It's a tiny thin piece of garbage. Nothing quilt-like about it. And I get to return it but at my cost and taking up my time to drive all the way to the post office to return it. And then I get a little bit of store credit for more junk! Do not buy from Zulily, the stuff you receive is less than Walmart quality.

On top of that, when you want to return the garbage Zulily shipped you (for Christmas gifts that you would be mortified to give to your family), the company charges you an astronomical fee to ship it back and then gives you store credit. Store credit to buy more garbage? I know, strange. Then when you reach out to customer service for help, all they do is repeat their policies to you. Worthless. Zulily is a horrible, scam of a company. Do not waste your time, and especially your money.

I ordered a pullover that did not fit so when was going to return or exchange it I was told that there were no exchanges per company policy. The explanation was not convincing as to why. The CSR said I could get a refund minus shipping cost. Not exactly what I was wanting, but OK. This was early January. I called customer service about 10 days later as I had not received my refund. She told me that company policy is NO REFUNDS, only store credit. But she said this one time refund because I had never returned anything before. She said it would be 5 to 7 business days before it would be credited to my card. AND it took almost 2 weeks to get my package to begin with. I do not think this company has good company policies. It's just too much of a hassle. So I will not order from them again. Their CSRs do not seem to have it together on the store policies either.

I was a Zulily shopper for a few years. I became an entrepreneur and the first company I thought of was Zulily. I completed all of their requirements. I received a call from an associated who quoted me the price they would pay me per item. I then received an email informing they only wanted to pay me half of the original offer for each item, the same it cost me to manufacture an item. They would sell each item at 3 times the price they purchased each item from me. The problem with that was that they would only pay me for each item the cost of making each item. No profit for me. I would be making items for them to sell for free. I have lost my respect for Zulily. I tried to contact them to discuss this, but they never responded back. Very rude, arrogant, and inconsiderate. I will no longer shop with them.

I have ordered from Zulily many times and there have been some issues with several of the items but, to be fair, the company did make it right every time. Today I received a Coach designer checkbook wallet. It does not look authentic. It seems very dishonest to charge $120 for a wallet without any indication that it is not authentic. The textiles are thin and cheap. The hardware is smaller. Not the nickel metal that you see on real Coach. I would not pay $20 for this no matter what name was printed on it. When I took out the care instructions I almost laughed. They are entirely in Chinese! Real luxury goods come with printed leaflets in 5 to 10 different languages. I will be contacting Zulily. And if they can’t refund the money then I will be making a fraud alert with my bank to stop payment on the second payment they are due to take out of my account.

My experience with zulily has been great!!! I have ordered shoes, comforters, and mostly the Lily tunics. Purchases take longer to arrive but they are worth the wait. I love the tunics so much!!! They are cool, comfortable, flattering, are made with fun and unique prints, durable, and easy to wash. The fabric content doesn’t wrinkle or shrink or lose its shape and will be dry in minutes by hanging on a hanger. They are the absolute best!!!

I bought a "mermaid blanket" for a child prior to last Christmas. The item took several weeks to arrive, which wasn't surprising once I realized it was coming from CHINA! That was not the issue however. The issue was that there were 2 fraudulent charges to my bank account almost immediately afterwards. I noticed the unusual activity originated in China, which was a 'red flag'. I called my bank's fraud dept. who researched the issue and refunded my account. I realize I should have reviewed this earlier, but dismissed the incident and vowed never to use them again. I decided to finally write the review because this very same thing JUST happened to her! Beware of using this site! They don't appear to be concerned about their web security issues... or their customers.

I buy from them all the time. I have been happy with all of my purchases. Of the hundreds of things I've ordered, I've only had a few issues such as once an item didn't come, once I ordered a perfume I thought was cologne and once a glass teapot was cracked. They were fast to answer, replace items and refund. At times giving an extra store credit for the inconveniences. Yes the shipping can take a lot longer than their competition. They also don't always get Christmas items sent by Christmas so you have to order way in advance.

I have shopped with Zulily for years and have always been satisfied with my purchases until December 2018. I ordered 6 personalized necklaces as Christmas gifts, the day after Thanksgiving. The first necklace finally arrived on December 22nd. It was absolutely nothing like the photo. It was a personalized 4 sided sterling silver bar, in the photo, the letters were large and took up the majority of the bar. When I first opened the package I thought they had mistakenly sent me someone else’s order instead of my own. I thought there were symbols on the bar instead of letters. After getting out a magnifying glass (I’m not kidding), I was able to make out the names. It was the one I had ordered. They must’ve stamped it as deep and hard as they could with the tiniest typewriter key available to man, It looks NOTHING like the picture.
I called Zulily and told them that I was sending it back to have it redone like the picture. They told me that item was no longer available and refunded the cost. I never received the other 5 necklaces and they eventually fully refunded my full cost plus a whopping $15 credit for the fact that they completely ruined SIX Christmas presents that were ordered a month in advance. I was annoyed but things happen. UNTIL...I look on their website today (Jan 4, 2019) to find that they are selling the same necklaces again! THAT WAS AN EYE OPENER. I will never make the mistake of ordering any Limoges jewelry from Zulily or anyone else and it’s doubtful that I will be wasting my time with Zulily at all after this. So disappointing.

Update on 01/05/2019: Recently, I posted about my experience with Zulily about an item that I send back but was not given a store credit on. I was told that they cut items up with huge scissors and throw them out when returned. Well, today I logged onto the website and saw the dress I returned. So they charged me for this dress and will be charging someone else for this very same dress making double money on this item. Sad...
Original: I made a purchase at Zulily recently. The item did not fit. So I put it in a box and returned it with the original receipt. All my information was on the receipt. I did not hear anything from them so I decided to reach out to them. Spoke with someone, (they usually don't give their name because of a privacy thing she said) who told me the return has to be authorized by email first. If it's not authorized, then I can't get credit for it. And it will destroy. I mean it's not like they didn't know who it was from. All my information was send to them. Order number, name, address, email address etc. I guess it's easier for an item to disappear like that. I have return things to so many stores and never had a problem. Then she tried to get me to cancel my account with zulily. I never told her I wanted to cancel my account.

I ordered 2 oversize sweatshirts from Zulily. Immediately after I placed the order, I decided to look at their reviews. Most of the reviews were not good. I decided to cancel my order. I called customer service, there was no wait to talk to someone. The customer service rep offered to cancel my order and refund my payment. Within probably 10 minutes, I had an email from PayPal regarding refunding my money. I am going to monitor reviews their reviews and see if they get better before I try ordering anything else. If I see they are getting their act together, I will consider ordering from them in the future.

Yes, sometimes delivery takes some time but I understand and never purchase if a “must have” for a particular date. As one review has already noted take the time to review the items and understand the materials - don’t be fooled by pictures alone - polyester is simply not linen - buyer beware.

The photo for the Westex International Sleep Solutions Microgel Mattress Topper looks nothing like the actual mattress topper I received. It looks and feels like a very thin comforter that someone turned into a mattress topper. While the product I received is technically the one ordered, it is not at all like what the photo on zulily displays for this product. I am very disappointed with zulily as well for posting such a misleading photo of what the mattress topper looks like as this is clearly a different product in the picture. Now that I have read other reviews, I realize my experience is not unique. Their return policy requires you to pay for return shipping and the product has to be in original packaging (hard to identify you were misled without opening a product up).

In the month of November I ordered several items, lots of Christmas gifts with "Guaranteed by Christmas" seal on them, as well as birthday party supplies for a party that has now passed. I have not received most of my items, 21 items "guaranteed by Christmas" have not arrived yet, 21 items! I was really counting on these being here by now and according to the website they haven't even shipped yet? This is really irresponsible, inconsiderate and bad business on Zulily's part. Instead of waiting to ship them all together, they should have shipped the items as they became available and actually had most of them arrive by Christmas as promised. Several of my items have literally been "preparing to ship" for weeks. This is unacceptable. I feel duped into buying these items as Christmas gifts. What is the point of stamping something as guaranteed, what do they do if it's not here on time?
They responded by saying they are sorry and gave me a laughable $10 store credit. I am beyond disappointed. I have been a customer since 2011 and have been putting up with their terrible service for far too long. They just lost a long time customer and I will be telling everyone I know to never do business with this shady company!

I placed an order for 4 Squishmallows for my daughter on Dec. 9th 2018 for Christmas. I received and box on the 15th with 2 Squishmallows. I called and spoke with customer service and they apologized and asked if I would like the items reshipped or a refund. I asked if they would be here by Christmas. They said yes they would be so I had them reshipped and they processed the reship.
About 5 days later I checked on the shipping in my zulily account and found that 2 of the Squishmallows had been cancelled and no email was sent. I called again and They could not figure out why it was cancelled or why I didn't receive an email. They refunded my money and gave me a $10.00 zulily credit. The last 2 Squishmallows were set to be delivered today 12/24/2018 Christmas eve and the box finally arrived only to be containing 1 Squishmallow not 2. And to top it off it was 1 of the ones I had already received!!! I called again today and all they can say is I'm sorry! They refunded the money but now I don't have gifts for my daughter!!! Terrible shipping! I am so disappointed and sad. As a mother you just want to give your kids a good Christmas and while it will be fine I cant get over the fact that the only item she actually asked for isn't here.

At first I thought Zulily was great, however after placing several products not as described. Their pictures and descriptions of products are minimum and buyers are not able to leave any online reviews of purchases or products. You pay $7.99 for shipping but $8.95 for returns. Also I was sent the wrong size bedspread. My order clearly stated Queen size instead I received Full size. It can't be returned and they no longer have a refund policy. I ordered Clark shoes, they came in very small and not as listed. When I called customer service, i was told that as a courtesy they will refund my return as other people have stated that they came in small. WHAT?? So if no one else called, they wouldn't reimburse me? If they knew other shoes this style were being returned, they should list it on the item that it is smaller than described. It is such a pain to return an item, it takes sooo long to even get the product. The rep from Zulily doesn't care about the customers. More often then not, the clothes are not what they state on the site.

I am unbelievably disappointed with this company. After making an order November 30, on items that I am unable to purchase where I live, I was so excited to receive them. When my order was delayed by two weeks, I contacted zulily who advised me “Don’t worry, it’s on its way” and due to the inconvenience issued me a full refund. On December 21, I find out my order has been lost and I will not be receiving it. After contacting zulily again, they simply said “your credit card was refunded”. As a first time purchaser with this company, I can honestly say it’ll be my last. Any moral company should want to ensure the satisfaction of their customer, with a guarantee of receiving the purchase they took the time to make from you.

I have ordered from zulily on multiple occasions. Have learned to be diligent when looking at the product, entering the product manufacturer into google and am very careful and choosy on what I order. I do not impulse buy as I had in the past. I take my time. All of this in mind, have only just this past month received an item that I flat out hate. Upon going through the return process, learning of the return fee and store credit I highly doubt I will purchase from here again. I will however window shop.

I love shopping at Zulily, my overall experience is great! I shop from kitchen items, clothing, exercise items, food item and more. If I have an issue all I do is call, if an item is broken I explain the issue and they send me a label to return the item at their expense. The quality of their items is exactly what I was expecting and I give it a rating of 98%. Some items ship out quickly and some take a little more time, but I understand that because the items come from all over the world. If they can’t ship an item out within 3 weeks they will issue a refund and a $10 Zulilly credit for being unable to ship within the promised time.
Sometimes the description is a little short and I look for more detail on Google, all I do is google the item and it will bring you to YouTube or a website with a great explanation. I have referred 2 friends to Zulily and it was so nice of them to have an agreement to issue you a $15 Zulily credit for the referral. And if you see the same item later on Zulily cheaper than what you paid, they will adjust the price for you. I think that great!

This is the worst online store to purchase clothes from I purchased three tops that looked very pretty in the picture. One top I returned and got a credit for it. The other two tops I could only wear once unfortunately. I washed both tops separately and by hand. The colors ran together now it looks like I have spots all over the tops. I will never purchase another article of clothing or anything from this store again. Keep this up Zulily and you won't be in business for very long.

You have to closely scrutinize the pictures. How does the dress hang; does the fabric look thin; does the picture look like you can see thru the fabric. I've had good and bad luck. Sizes are rarely what they say. The top I received today has the collar on backwards but it was only 15.00; I can wear it for running chores. Overall I think the company is awful.
This week I asked them exactly what they meant by guaranteed Christmas delivery and what happens if I don't receive it by then. Their first response did not address the latter question. Wrote them back and pointed out their omission. They said they would refund money paid. If I had depended on them deliver a Christmas gift BEFORE Christmas I would be beyond pissed. That's it? My money back minus shipping I paid and I am supposed to be satisfied with that. No way. They are awful.

I ordered a canister, 3 weeks later I received a different kind canister, smaller size and cheaper. The lid was twisted/defected. It was delivered in a old box, it looked like used or returned item. The customer service issued a return label. I looked at the calculation and found out they charged me $8.95 for shipping. So, they made a mistake sent me a wrong item and expect me to pay for returning it. I tried to contact again the customer service, no help whatsoever. Lesson learned. No more zulily for me.

I liked the Lily by Firmiana tunic prints I saw online. But when received, they are simply a magnified photograph printed on polyester. I didn't mind the polyester, but the print is so obviously "manufactured." The closest thing I can compare it to is wearing a photograph of scrapbook paper. Online, one tunic was a pretty-colored blend of swirls, but when received it is really photograph of what looks like long curly hair making the garment look very cheap. And returns are not worth it.

I just received my order of four place setting dinnerware. I loved the way they looked but as I was unpacking I found one of the bowls was broken. I expected that it would be a nightmare to get it replaced. I was pleasantly surprised to have about a four minute phone conversation. I bought my grandson one of these "motorcycles" for Christmas. I did buy it and did not try it before the 30 days in which I could make a return. However, when we put the product together, it would never charge or run. I called the customer service and I absolutely could not get my money back for this gift because it was over 30 days since I had bought it. BUT, the product is defective and won't run. I can see the 30 days on products that bought but never for defective products. I did nothing to make this product defective, it came that way. It should have been an automatic return.

I have ordered wifi headphones and clothing from Zulily. The headphones work fine but they are too short/don't expand enough or comfortably cover my ears. The headphones didn't come with a charger. I don't remember if this was in the description or not, but it is pretty disappointing to get headphones that you have to buy a charging cord for. The clothing is a huge disappointment. Super poor quality. Shirt is see through, flimsy, and too small. Sweater is too big and the most awful polyester texture. Still waiting on leggings. No holding out much hope on those. I knew the return policy, I'd rather keep the crappy merchandise than lose even more money sending them back for store credit. You get what you pay for. I won't be shopping at Zulily again. I recommend you don't either.

I ordered two couch covers for $19.79 ea. They are WAY too short for my couch, so I went to return them and saw that only one was listed as shipped. I initiated the return for that one, then had to call to get them to fix it so I could send them both back. Didn't know when I ordered it would be for store credit only, or I NEVER would have ordered in the first place. Finally jumped through all the hoops, and realized they are charging me $8.95 to ship them back, when they only charged $7.99 to ship them to me.
The guy on the phone was helpful in getting the return initiated for the other item, but after I use up the store credit, I will NEVER order from here again. This is a horrible company, the returns are hard, and store credit? If I wasn't happy with my original order, why do you think I'll be happy ordering something else from you? My advice - research thoroughly the company you are considering ordering from, know their return policy, and read other people's reviews. Then don't order from zulily.

Have occasionally ordered clothing from Zulily for years. Despite the return/stocking fee of $8.95 is ridiculous, I really never had major problems with Zulily - UNTIL DECEMBER 2018! Most women order a couple of different sizes because sizes are all over the place. So imagine my shock and dismay when I decided to return a few items, and they tell me I get a STORE CREDIT. I replied that I didn't WANT a store credit, I wanted my refund via PayPal and my credit card. And I get another email stating "our return policy has changed." WHAT A SCAM! I ordered 3 tunics and paid $8 for shipping. After I completed my order, Zulily then offered me free shipping on my next order? Shipping was extremely slow, took 2 weeks to arrive. Very poorly made, so I returned them for a credit, minus the shipping. I then ordered 2 rings to use up the credit and paid another $8 in shipping. Estimated to arrive 8 days after I placed my order. I won't order from them again!

I ordered 3 pairs of slacks (all different) and a hoodie. I used the size charts for each to choose the size (I measured myself just before checking). One pair of pants was way too small, one was ok, and one was too large (but I decided to keep them). The hoodie was huge but I like them that way so I kept it. It took weeks to get here (and I'm still waiting for one item). Quality is so-so. Returns are awful. I'm only having to return because their size charts do not match the actual sizes. But by the time I pay the shipping and restock fee, I will be left with a $5 credit that I can only spend with them! If I actually try to use that $5, I will not be sure if I will get the correct size (only 1 out of 4 items were true to size) then pay more to receive the product, then maybe get even further in the hole with more returns. For so-so stuff. Scam. Junk. Stay away.

Zulily appears to be knowingly selling clothing made in China that would rate as a second. Having ordered 6 R&B dresses in a large size only 3 fit. Two dresses are too small and one is too large. The sizing is totally inconsistent. Because I made the purchase in September while traveling overseas and did not complain within 30 days Zulily has washed their hands of it. Off to ConsumerAffairs. I believe that Zulily is fully aware of the discrepancy in sizing but fail to warn customers.

The sizing is inconsistent, if you are lucky the size chart will be accurate for the item you are ordering. If it is off by a size or two and you need to return, get ready to keep it! I paid the initial 5.99 shipping to get it home, then they want 8.95 to send it back and I will get store credit for the balance. By that time it is $12 and change and has to be store credit. This place is not worth anyone's money. They are scam artist, and the quality of the merchandise is not only wrong sizes but cheaply made probably in sweatshops. I am done with this company.

Zulily is not a good shopping experience. Several times I’ve ordered something, then received an email weeks later that it’s not available - yes, weeks. It takes absolutely forever for anything you order to ship. There is a pair of pants I ordered months ago that I still haven’t gotten & at this point don’t expect to get. I don’t know how this company has repeat customers or stays in business.

I normally love shopping on zulily, and have been for a few years. So far, I've loved about 90% of what I have received. And now that they allow returns, I can ship back whatever doesn't fit. That being said, they switched from using USPS to a shipper called OnTrac who consistently lose my packages. Zulily is very much like an online TJ Maxx or Marshalls, the items they sell are there for "a day".
You can return something, but you can't exchange anything because they probably don't have your size or may be sold out. So if your package goes missing, they do give you a full refund (and even gave me a $5 credit in addition to that) but you'll never actually receive what you ordered unless you see it pop up on the site again. OnTrac is also pretty hard to get a hold of, so locating a package has been difficult. When they used USPS the service was slow, but I always received everything. I would love to give this site a better review, but if I never actually receive anything that I purchase, why bother?

I will never order from Zulily again. They work with outside vendors and a particular vendor... Personalized Planet is awful! I have left two VM's and sent emails to them about my order status since I ordered it 2 wks ago and NOTHING!!! I call Zulily and they are just as unhelpful! They don't even follow up with these vendors on your behalf. They just keep saying they will send an email when it ships. Well that is sure helpful... NOT! DON'T ORDER FROM ZULILY AT ALL!! Their customer service sucks and they just take your money and don't care if you get your items promptly or at all.

I am a first time Zulilly customer who bought a black dress. It was on sale for $13.99 plus shipping and tax for a total of $20.97. It did not fit properly and was made of very thin material. I sought to return it the day after receiving it. However, Zulilly has a TERRIBLE, return policy. First, my entire $20.97 payment was not reflected on their website. Second, I would have $8.95 deducted from my refund for shipping and handling. Third, I would not be refunded my payment, but give a $5.67 store credit. This is keeping your money forever. I was shopping on Zulily website the week after Thanksgiving, trying to purchase some great deals. I had several items in my basket, getting ready to check out, when up pops a message!!! "Congratulations you have won a $100.00 credit" to my account!!! Needless to say I was so thrilled, because I am a senior citizen, and I need to watch what I spend very carefully. I went back to shopping and when I went to pay using my gift credit, Zulily had removed it from my account. Yes, I am furious with them, and I will never shop with them again. If this is how they do their loyal customers, they will have to look harder. They have lost my acct, my daughter's, and a few more I can name. I have tried to call them but they will not take my calls. Zulily, shame on you!!!

I ordered a king size comforter set and received a queen size. Their mistake, so I thought they would correct it. Nope. It doesn't matter. They only give refunds in store credit, minus return shipping. No way will I ever order anything from them again. I have called them four times and every time they tell me I should see a full refund to my Paypal account within 5-7 business days. Every time it is a lie. Do not deal with this company. Their photos online do not accurately represent the cheap overseas product you will receive, and you will have to fight to get your money back. I have opened a claim in Paypal and hope they will stand by their policies.

I ordered a personalized jumpsuit for my daughter that was super cute based on the item's pictures and descriptions. However, the design I received was not at all the same size as the picture. On the site it shows the design to take up the full chest, but what I received is about half the size and tiny. Pretty disappointed since the whole point of it was the design with my daughter's name on it.

Recently, I Purchased three pairs of leggings on a special sale. They were exactly what I expected till I put them on. I ordered a small which is normally what I wear. I was greatly disappointed when I saw Leggings looked more like straight legged pants than leggings. The product itself is OK, but if you wear a small size 2 or four forget about it unless you want baggy leggings. Also, the waistband is like one in pajamas. Also they have a tiny time frame to return the product. Unfortunately, I happen to be recuperating from surgery and can’t meet their guidelines. I will probably just take them to a consignment shop.

I returned several items that were charged to Zulily credit card but received store credit only. I spoke with Mr. Kye ** in Resolution Department regarding problems that I have incurred. As a courtesy, he added additional $20 to current credit which I am unable to use. He instructed me to call back and speak with him before 11PM EST, and he would take order. The call would not go through. Recorder said they could not accept calls from my area code. I have never received such POOR SERVICE from any business like Zulily. I have lost $60 in credits.

I was swayed by the beautiful photography of Zulily’s garments. I purchased three blouses. Upon delivery, I was immediately disappointed by the poor quality of the garment’s material. The fabric was so inferior that the seams frayed after one single wear. I will never again purchase from Zulily!

Zulily is no longer a good place to shop. I purchase the green market toy for my granddaughter. When I received it, the toy was missing the large green tray, the cash register was broke, and the stickers torn. I contact CS and was told they couldn't help me since the toy was purchase from another manufacturer on their site. I had to reach out to them. I explained to the lady that I paid Zulily, not some company in China. After calling 3 times they finally told me to send pictures and they will try to resolve the problem. To this day, I haven't received my money back nor a response.
I also purchase a yellow winter coat size 2xl. My size is a large. I love my outer garments large. When I received it, it came a small bag like a shirt. The coat was so little, I couldn't even zip it up. I gave it to my daughter who wears a x-small. It fit her perfectly. I start notice lately, the products that I purchase are poorly manufacture or cheaply made. CS use to be very helpful. Now they are rude and not willing to help. I don't know what happen to Zulily. Maybe they are under new management. I know I won't be shop there anymore.

This site used to be very nice to shop at. Now we are getting rude customer service and no help at all. I purchased some items and had a very hard time trying to return them. I kept them and am trying to give them away. I also tried talking to them on their chat and since they didn't want to deal with it they just ended my chat. It was no mistake in the middle of my conversation. The person said, "Have a nice day" and ended the chat. Not a good way to do business and think you’re going to keep a customer.

Overall I would not recommend Zulily because of their return policies. If you buy bras you cannot return them even though you have not worn them at all. Most of the items I purchased were not quality. Some seemed unfinished! Even though you are returning unused, still packaged clothing items on your own dime. They will charge you $8.95 to restock for every 5. If you return 6 you will be charged another $8.95. The items I purchased were between $3 and $25 but ranged in price from $10-$70 supposedly. POOR QUALITY OVERALL!

I’ve shopped with Zulily for the last year and a half. I’ve never had any major problems until now. Actually, they used to refund me even if I just called them and told them what was going on and didn’t always ask for an email with pictures. I ordered 4 Sunshine Swing dresses for my daughter early Oct. these dresses shipped directly from China. When they arrived earlier this week (mid Nov) one dress has major discoloring on it and was not true to size. The other 3 dresses were also not true to size and ran at least one size bigger than what was ordered.
My daughter has been in this size for over a year and these were much larger than previous dresses/outfits we ordered. The material also felt like Spandex and not polyester so when I looked on the inside of the tag I saw these are actually made to order because the tag is stamped “made Oct 2018”. So I notified Zulily about the discolored dress. They told me they were going to refund me the total purchase price of the dress back to my PayPal account $15.69. They sent $5.09 back to my PayPal account and sent the other $10.60 back as a store credit. They told me I could return the other 3 dresses and they would give me a refund via store credit of $39.06 after they deducted the shipping fees from the store credit refund. I inquired why because this has never been an issue before on getting a refund and most of the time I’ve never even had to return the item. They told me they updated their return policy.
There was nothing in their return policy about only receiving a store credit. I think they’re wanting to stiff people during the Christmas season by not refunding them and issuing a store credit so they have to shop with them. I filed a dispute with PayPal and will be closing my account with them. Most of the customer service reps that send emails don’t understand anything you’re asking and just copy and paste the same email. I wouldn’t shop again with Zulily if it was the only way to online shop. I wouldn’t recommend it to someone I hated.

The sheets I ordered were described as mainly cotton. The sheets I received were mainly polyester and very cheap for $60.00. I sent them feedback, they gave an automatic reply about returning my message 2 weeks ago, but didn't. I bought 2 sets and would like to return at least one. I can get the cotton sheets I want on eBay for $65.

Over the past year, I have purchased many items based on the info provided on Zulily site but when they finally arrive, in reality bear little resemblance to the Zulily description. When I call Zulily to complain about the misrepresentation, they blame the "vendor" and promise to "note my feedback" but the description for the item online remains the same. Customer care is inconsistent, often rude and today they refuse to provide me an email contact for a company president or director... Telling me "We are all managers." The only recourse with the misrepresented item is to mail it back to Zulily at YOUR cost and they will give you a credit to try your luck again.
In Canada, bait and switch is illegal... The customer rep told me today that online shopping can be risky but they refuse to accept responsibility for the misrepresentation they enable. Save your money for the many other reputable online companies out there who have the integrity to stand behind what they print on their site and the professionalism to stand with their paying customers.

If you're in a hurry for an item you order, don't count on it. I placed my order 10/18/18 and not until payment had been made and I received my confirmation, was I informed the "anticipated ship date" would be 11/2/18. That's 2 weeks before shipment even begins. I received one order on 11/7 and the other portion on 11/11/18. Totally unacceptable. I will not order from Zulily again unless it's a GREAT bargain and I'm in no hurry to receive it. Also, the makeup appears to be old, but website says cannot return.

When I hung it to dry I noticed what I thought was strings on it. Upon further inspection there are 2 holes in the back! Now since I washed it and threw the packaging away I can’t return it! The boots I ordered were a size 9, but they were so small, they should have been labeled a size 7.5. When I went to return them, I was told they were keeping $8.95 for a "restocking fee and handling," and I would get a store credit for $13.00. NO money back. I recently started ordering from Zulily because the clothes looked stylish. I have had to return several of the items due to poor workmanship. Most puzzling is the requirement that tags must be still on the items, yet the last 3 items that I'm returning have had the care instruction tags cut off (that is, by previous purchasers who have returned the items after removing the tags). The return fee of nearly $9 is outrageous. The only items I've been happy with are those that are name brands that I trust. I'm giving up after I spend the credit I have from the returned items (no refunds are given). Going to stop ordering from Zulily. Save you $$$.

EVERYTHING I have EVER ordered, (I am actually annoyed that for years I kept ordering), has been damaged to some degree. Wall art- from canvases that were stretched or damaged, to "distresses" wooden decorations done HORRIBLY, I could have done a better job watching a 3 min YouTube video. I ordered once a set of vases that looked like a chemistry set all broken and returning was a hassle and not a refund. They asked for me to return this shredded glass that was spilling out of the box and cut me. Recently I ordered two shelving systems 6 hours apart. I received one shelf... the other has an estimated delivery of over 30 days after... the list goes on. The quality is horrible it is so cheaply made and waiting a month or more for an item to be horribly disappointed when you see it and knowing the return is not a refund.

I've been shopping on Zulily for a few years. There are some pros and cons, but my overall experience is good and I continue to shop with them. I mainly buy women's clothing and some household items. Pros- There are some great deals available. No, not everything is a great deal, but if you do your research before buying you will know what is and isn't. They have items you either won't find, or it would take you forever to find, in your local stores. Customer service is responsive and willing to resolve issues. If you get a damaged item or something that is different than the description they WILL either ship another item, have you return it (for free), or simply refund your money. I've had numerous experiences as such and they have always resolved the issue in a day or two.
They offer "smart-pay" sometimes, which lets you pay 1/2 up front and 1/2 a month later. Item delivery time is almost always what was promised. Each item listing shows an expected ship date. Yes, sometimes it is listed as 3 weeks away or whatever, but they DO state that in the listing. A very few times I have not received something by the promised date, but not often. If you read the listing you will know what to expect and won't be disappointed.
Cons- Yes, clothing sizing can be tricky. They do have size charts for each item, which are accurate for the most part, but sometimes off. If the item runs small or large they sometimes list that in the details. If I am worried about sizing I order according to the size chart then take a screenshot of the listed measurements. If I get an item that doesn't fit and the measurements listed are wrong I can then contact customer service and they let you return it for free. Everyone's body is different and you run the chance of clothing not fitting well when ordering from ANY online retailer, this is not unique to Zulily or their items. There is a return shipping charge of $8.95 if you simply don't like something and want to return it.
Again, not all online retailers offer free returns, so this is not unique to Zulily. Tip- if you pay with Paypal and return something you can use Paypal's return shipping refund policy and get that money back. I've done it and it works. Once in a while you get a damaged item. Contact customer service and they will take care of you. Sometimes you have to wait up to a month for the item to ship. Again, this expected ship date is listed in the item details, so you should be aware before you even order. Most items ship much quicker than that, and most often even before the listed date. If you are a conscientious consumer and do your research on items before you buy and read the listing details thoroughly so you can set your expectations accordingly you should have no issues doing business with Zulily.

I bought 3 tunic tops on Sept 18, and never received them. They billed my account on Sept 18 for $63.19. I wrote to them on Oct. 7, and told them it was a ridiculous wait to get my items, and I said to cancel my order and give me a refund. Every time I asked about the items, they would move my delivery date up a couple more days. Then they issued a partial refund only. Then they said they shipped the items, but none were received. I told them this was not acceptable, I said I would notify the Attorney General's office in my state. Finally the partial refunds appeared on my PayPal account. What a hassle. These guys should stop scamming people because apparently there is no merchandise, they just want to use your money. READ the negative REVIEWS, I WISH I WOULD HAVE, BEFORE I EVER ORDERED FROM THEM.

I bought a Bumbo magenta changing pad for an amazingly good deal. Usually, it's at least $70, but I got it for a little over $46 with shipping. I placed the order on a Sunday and received it on a Tuesday. Excellent shipping speed with tracking details. However, the Bumbo came unboxed (inside of the shipping box). The original box that it was in was flattened. It appeared to be an item that was returned by someone else but was not put in its original packaging. It was pretty unacceptable. I don't know if the changing pad had already been used, but it looked clean so I'll be keeping it. Based on other Zulily reviews, I am afraid if I return it, I'll never see my money again. I guess that's what we'll have to settle with for getting this product at such a low price.

My experience with Zulily has been fabulous. Yes I will have to agree about their return policies? Also, does take (sometimes) so long to receive the item? I have ordered many things from them, and yes I have had good luck and some bad luck, but, mostly a lot of good luck, more than likely. It's too large then small so I give it to my sister because of their shipping policies. Cost more to ship back than it does for the product itself? I will continue to order from them. When I speak to customer service I mostly have a very nice one but the other day I did have one that didn't seem concerned about my problem. So, if you order from them beware that it does take awhile to get it. I love their prices and have purchased many cute items from them. Have had problem with a item that was messed up from shipping and they refunded me without having to return the item. I can still use the item even with the flaws.

Did two initial orders. As others state, it takes forever, nothing is sized correctly. Purchased three pairs of shoes in first order and none fit. Also clothing is not sized correctly either. I am not sure who is sizing this stuff but way off. I am 4’11” and one shirt came to my belly button (was supposed to be a tunic). Then they have the audacity to charge $8.95 to return five items. If you have six, too bad. You need to pay an additional $8.95. Yesterday I received someone else’s order - wrote to them and still no response. And yes, they fail to mention no monies ever returned - all store credit ONCE they receive goods back.

I returned 2 women's tunics that were shown as crewnecks but in actuality V necks. I received an e-mail that assured me I would be credited minus a return fee, the total credit was quoted as 27.00. This amount of credit was not reflected on my statement and when I called I was told "you have a store credit". I was then given some absurd explanation of what that was, how and where it was received when it never shown on my statement. Believe me I certainly have no confidence in anything they say. Zero credibility in my opinion, not to mention a lack of integrity. Received the next statement, still no credit reflected. This has to be the only business in the world that does not show a list of transactions, debits, credits or anything else. I e-mailed customer service with my complaint, same results, same stupid information. I will not purchase anything from this company EVER AGAIN.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes of the same brand. First pair looked nothing like the photo so I requested a refund as well as not having to pay the restocking fee of $8.95. They agreed to refund me and not charge the restocking fee for the first pair of shoes, once the shoes reach them. I printed the return label that had tracking numbers for both UPS and USPS, and I packed up the shoes. When the other pairs arrived in 2 separate shipments, they didn't fit and I followed the return procedure and got a second return label that had 2 tracking numbers on it... one for UPS and one for USPS. I took the packages to UPS and they said that the tracking numbers were not valid or acceptable, they needed to start with "1Z" and my labels started with "z".
I contacted Zulily by e-mail about this problem and they asked questions about what I was returning. Then they sent me one label for just one pair of the shoes. Again, the label UPS tracking number starts with "Z" and not "1Z" as UPS said it must. So frustrating! I will try to take the packages to USPS and pray that they accept them. If this eventually works out, I will have a store credit and an actual partial refund as they agreed. Have to make sure I spend the store credit on something that doesn't have to fit. Maybe a pillow or something. I cannot recommend Zulily because while their return policy sounds decent, it is impossible to actually carry it out.

I ordered a blouse on Zulily. I received it and all was well, except that it didn't look right on me. So I went on the website to return the item. I saw all the instructions but saw that they charge $8.95 for return shipping and handling. I thought that wasn't great and sent an email addressing it. The email kept harping on the fact that they give you a store credit. That's fine. I explained that I understood that. No problem. Several stores do this. But I explained that several stores also give you ALL your money back. They don't charge for return shipping and handling.
I received yet another email explaining the same situation about the store credit. I wrote back again to say, "I GET IT. That's not my complaint!" Is anyone reading these emails? Maybe not. Also, I'm thinking maybe they have to translate emails in English to whatever language they speak. I don't know. I just know that I will not buy more items at Zulily. There are plenty of stores who offer full credit for your return and actually read and understand your emails.

Ordered Halloween costumes on 9/1 and was told shipment will be made on 9/22. On 9/25th, after I called them, I got the email saying to the effect that “shipment will be delayed. If they cannot make shipment in another 10 days, they will refund”. I could have gone to Target and get the costume and not let them keep my money for a month for nothing. I highly recommend all of you not waste your time with them. Another order I had with them had two items. They shipped one and cancelled the other after 3 weeks. Not worth it!!!

Hunter Green Two-Way Zip-Up Hoodie: "bat sleeves" not mentioned in the description, nor shown on pictures + sleeves too short (close to 3/4). Teal & Mustard Paisley Cowl-Neck Dress: ink spots everywhere outside the patterns (dress ruined) + turtleneck way too large and long (wouldn't fit any neck) + cheap fabric. Mid Gray Capri Leggings: too green, doesn't fit gray clothes. Heather Black Daisy Shift Dress - size M: HUGE, fits like Extra Large + there is a big rectangle area surrounding the sunflower, DARKER grey than the rest of the dress, instead of just a sunflower print. (Dress ruined). The only item in good condition that fits description, size and color is a t-shirt.

Let me start by saying I understand that Zulily works differently than other sites, but after receiving my very first order, I will NEVER shop with them again! I had been tempted to shop on their site several times in the last year or so, but I was always turned off by the shipping charges. Well, I finally gave in and went to town! I ordered 3 pairs of fairly pricey boots, 1 pair of wedge sandals, 5 of a blazer I loved in various colors and patterns, and several other random items. Yesterday, I received the blazers, which the site had recommended ordering a size up, so I did. Well, I'm swimming in them! I had seen that Zulily didn't offer refunds, but all I wanted was the same 5 blazers in a smaller size. Nope! Apparently, this is impossible.
My only option is to pay to ship them back to receive store credit minus the shipping I already paid. Then, I'll have to pay shipping a THIRD time to get whatever I use the store credit on! Are you kidding me?! YOU'RE GOING TO CHARGE ME TRIPLE SHIPPING BECAUSE I ORDERED SOMETHING EXACTLY AS YOUR SITE SUGGESTED?! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! I chose to keep these 5 blazers that I will never wear since Zulily is an absolute ripoff, I'll NEVER shop with them again, and I'll be sure to post on all sites and tell everyone I know to stay far away from this racket! BUYER BEWARE: If you purchase something that doesn't fit you, you may end up paying more than it's worth in shipping costs just to get something else. Oh, and that's after waiting a month to get it!!

I mostly order my 5-year-old and 6-month-old daughter's clothes and shoes from Zulily. Occasionally I order toys or other products but mostly just for my girls. The deals you come across can range from great to ok, to same as a Marshall's or TJ Maxx. I love going on every day to see what's new as it changes daily. I love some of the unique and trendy things on the site that I don't find in their sizes in a traditional store (I may be a little obsessed, but that's another topic lol). Sometimes I have received things that were not the same as the picture when I ordered, or slightly damaged. Maybe a little stain or something. Returning can be a waste, you can only return certain items and those items only get you a store credit.
So if you are planning to return something (return shipping cost 8.95 for up to 5 items and an additional 8.95 after that) because it doesn't fit or you just decide you don't like it, and it cost 12.99, well then it doesn't even pay to return it since you would only wind up with a few dollar store credit. I literally just got off the phone with a Zulily rep because I placed an order for about 7 things for my daughters, and when I received them, a Christmas dress I ordered had some black stains on a white Santa face. The item was a non-returnable item, but I explained the situation to the rep (a very nice man) and he quickly apologized, told me there was no need to send it back and that I can keep it to do whatever I want with, he also gave me the option to have the full purchase price credited in my original form of payment, or a store credit.
Since he saw that I ordered that specific dress in 2 different sizes (matching dresses for my girls) he apologized that the dress was no longer available to send me a replacement but gave me an additional store credit (on top of my purchase price) for my inconvenience and disappointment that they won't be able to match in those outfits. Now I can put the dress in the washing machine and see if it comes out since it is mine to keep!
All in all, I am completely happy with my Zulily transactions, products, and customer service experience! For the couple of mistakes or damaged things I received, I was immediately compensated and then some, all with a pleasant attitude! I realize this review was a bit long, thank you for reading it and I hope it gives a little insight into the experience of shopping with Zulily.

I ordered two pieces, leggings and a tunic. It took over a month to receive. The leggings were not the style I thought I had ordered and the tunic was not of good quality plus the measurements were off. Didn’t fit. What I didn’t expect was only getting a credit for the return. A credit is of no value to me as I will not order from them again. Very disappointing experience. I got what I paid for cheap clothing.

Yes shopping is $8 each way. You want to be careful to know your measurements and read the size charts to avoid having to return items. Some items I order are coming from China, Turkey, etc. so they take along time... three to four weeks or so. I was warned before purchasing that this would be the case. I have had no issues getting the right size shoes so far though I think it could be a problem when doing European sizing. In that case, I wear 7 1/2 us and the site recommends a 38. I typically choose 39 which is what I wear for XC ski shoes. Sometimes I think I'm getting something different than what I thought o was going to get... like a true plaid dress instead of a plaid print on polyester. If I had read the fabric description I would have been fine. Returns can be carefully grouped together to save shipping cost. What I save in the overall cost more than covers the occasional return.
I do have problems with the site more than other sites in double ordering things. I have no problem cancelling this as long as I discover this within a day. I double check everything now to prevent this. I have had issues with an item or two not being sent with the shipment but Zulily has always resolved the issue with me no problem. I do notice that items sometimes go to the wrong post office and then get delayed a day or so. It always eventually comes. I look at these issues as part of the experience of getting some great bargains and having a clearing house of stylish items. It has been worth the glitches so far. It certainly takes longer to get items than through most other delivery stores these days but if you are looking for stylish items at low prices, this is a great place to go. I'd skip it for routine items and for anything you need right now yesterday.

I’ve shopped with Zulily for years and have not had any major issues till now. I ordered multiple items including family Christmas pajamas for half of my family. My sister ordered the other half. I paid by Apple Pay which was an option and my ordered was canceled. When I emailed Zulily it was told it was my financial institution's fault and when I pushed back and said no the person finally admitted they were not able to take Apple Pay even though it was an option. So now I’m out all my products I ordered which by the way were for Christmas pictures and all they offered was a $10 credit on a $265.98 order that was their fault even though they tried to blame my bank. I would’ve liked them to try to work the store to get my order or at least more of a credit but when I asked what else could be done since Zulily was at fault I received no answer.

I randomly came across these reviews on Zulily and saw how negative they are. So, I wanted to add a different perspective. I shop on Zulily a lot. Probably too much. The deals can be great or they can be just okay. On a rare occasion I can find it cheaper elsewhere, so it's important to do your research. And since the brands are all different, the quality is going to vary a lot. I mostly shop for Children's clothes on there and the quality has been pretty good, occasionally something with poor quality will come my way, but my toddler doesn't care much.
For myself, I just really make sure to stick with reputable brands. If you aren't familiar with the brand you can always do a Google search first. The slow shipping doesn't bother me, but I guess I'm used to it. I only had one real problem and that was with an item from China (I didn't take my own advice on doing research first). It was one of those Little Mermaid tail blankets for my daughter. Anyway, it took so long to get to us that I didn't think it was coming. I asked for a refund and they gave it to me right away. It did end up coming in eventually and it was very low quality. But, I already had my money back, so I didn't really care. Long story, short: if you Google the reviews on the brand you are interested in, you'll be okay.

I have ordered 20 or so items from Zulily in the past. Items for holiday gifts, clothes for my kids, character items my kids like. While it seems so much slower than ordering from a 2 day shipping type place because you have to wait for the shopping time to end, the product to be I don't know "picked" from the source, then sent to Zulily then sent to me... they keep me updated each step of the way.
I appreciate the chance to scan and shop items in a variety of categories in one place. I also kind of like the time limit as I can spin my wheels looking for a PERFECT thing sometimes when I should just decide yes or no and be done with it. Also a big draw is that they are more unique things than just going to my local red or blue store if you know what I mean. The quality of the products has been great. The items arrive packaged well for what I ordered (including some posters I was worried about). And occasionally they have personalized options which were awesome.

Ordered $83. and lost over $45 when UPS said they delivered. NO! Half of the order was canceled. The other 45.00 worth of merchandise never made it to my house. Denied the claim because UPS driver said they delivered it. I will NEVER do business with this company again. Merchandise is very cheap and takes forever to arrive. And when it doesn't, they charge you for it anyway. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I've stayed away from Zulily because of everything I heard but I couldn't stop myself from buying cardigan, pockets, tent dress (it has a cute name). I purchased one and it fit of course. I bought 4 more. I slip it on in the morning after a shower and wear it as a house dress or dress it up with a necklace and go out shopping. Love clothes with pockets. I then purchased Amelie leather sandals. They fit but I'm allergic to something in the sole and got blisters on both feet. My receipt said, "This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, etc." I don't believe I was given this information when I ordered.

I ordered two items from the Ready to Ship section. The website shows it was shipped on the 17th of August. Today is the 27th. I do not have my order. I have purchased several items from them and stay mad at how long it takes to get anything. I gave it one more chance. That was it. I’m done with this company. Customer service is not helpful. They have a lot of excuses but no solutions.

Zulily gives you an expected delivery date when you're buying an item and then changes that date once you purchase the item. It's been over 12 days and my item was just now sent to the incorrect city's post office instead of being delivered by UPS. I WILL NEVER MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Just received an email from Zulily that someone just accessed my account (wasn't me) - and asked them to close it. They agreed to close in 3 to 5 business days. That time duration is totally unacceptable for online hacking of my account. They should have closed it immediately.

I find the clothes and shoes are at least one size too small. And I’m now figuring out that this is done on purpose so they can charge you to return the items! I paid $15 for a pair of shoes and $7 for shipping. They are charging me $8 to return the item so my refund is only $6??? No thanks. I’ll squeeze my foot into them for $6!!! Very disappointing.

I ordered a dress from zulily which was profoundly too small even though I ordered one size up. So small, the zipper had a 6" gap. Tried to return it online to discover they were charging $8.95 to issue a return label! I originally paid $6.00 for shipping so I called them to find out what's going on. Our return policy is clearly stated under RETURNS I was told.
Be aware: "An $8.95 shipping & handling fee applies for return requests of one to five items, and is deducted from your estimated store credit total. An additional $8.95 will be deducted for returns of six to 10 items, and again for 11 to 15 items, continuing in increments of five. The shipping & handling fee includes labor and material costs, packaging and restocking fees, and it may exceed the actual cost paid by zulily to its carrier to send the item(s) back to zulily. Your estimated store credit total, minus the shipping & handling fees, will be shown before you submit your return online." It arrived in a light plastic bag which certainly did NOT cost them anywhere near $6 or $9 for postage.

I purchased a Melissa and Doug grocery store set for my son about 4 weeks ago as a birthday gift for him. I paid $168 for it. I received an email via UPS that the package is 68 pounds. Is being delivered on 08/16/2018. The package that was delivered by FedEx (not UPS like the email stated) was only 3 pounds and CLEARLY not what I ordered. I called customer service and the lady was very apologetic. She stated that the Melissa and Doug grocery store was no longer in stock for Zulily and she will refund me my money. What??? It stated shipped 68 pounds via UPS. I get a 3 pound box from FedEx of something I did NOT order. Where did the disconnect happen? Horrible. Now I have to hurry and get my son something completely different for his birthday. Shame on you, Zulily! Crooks!!!

I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of items from Zulily. Many items were paid for and never received. Other items, even expensive high-end name brand items, were defective, and much of the clothing is poor quality. Though ineffective, the customer service persons are obviously inundated with complaints. Formed responses are often lacking and don't address the complaints. So FRUSTRATING! I am done with Zulily!!!

I am surprised to read all the negative comments. I have ordered many products from Zulily and disappointed in only a few usually because of color or size difference. I've not had any problems with returning items and they have always notified me when my orders have shipped. On the returns they have given me a refund plus about $5 credit because of the inconvenience. They sent a wrong item once and told me to keep it or give it away and gave me $5 credit. I called once to change the size of the item I ordered and the customer service rep took care of it while I was on the line. As far as having to wait for the purchases to arrive, if I see that it is imported then I know it will take longer. It is not a matter of life or death so to me it is no big deal. Also if I see an article of clothing is imported, I have learned to order a bigger size.

For the most part, there is good stuff available on the Zulily website - a nice aggregate, even if often pricier than other places where these items can be had HOWEVER Be EXTREMELY cautious buying make up/skin care/ and ESPECIALLY PERFUME from the site as I have been back and forth with them over a rancid bottle of very expensive perfume. According to the woman I spoke to, Amber, I should have known that there was a good chance the perfume was compromised because I bought it from them - a discount website. My question, which has of yet gone unanswered, it, why would Zulily knowingly sell rancid perfume? How many thousands of dollars have they made reselling products the initial retailer deemed 'unfit to sell'. That's some ugly stuff, Amber @ Zulily.

So, I have shopped a lot of Zulily. I thought they would want to keep me as a customer but clearly I was wrong. I purchased a pair of Tory Burch sunglasses for $129. When they arrived they looked and felt cheap! I requested a return. I've received a few form responses over the last 3 weeks but nothing more meaningful or that moved my request to a conclusion.

I didn’t receive packages, but per OnTrac delivery, the driver lied and said they were delivered to my front door. After even checking the common areas in my building, I reached out to Zulily. I order a TON of stuff from Zulily, call me a shopaholic. Well, this situation will definitely help me to NEVER buy anything from Zuilily again. After speaking with multiple customer service reps I got in touch with Julie ** who is a supervisor. She was a complete ** and just told me to contact OnTrac MULTIPLE times with no apology for my inconvenience whatsoever although OnTrac was not following through and looking for the package or returning my calls. After receiving the last email from Julie ** “Please contact OnTrac again... Warm Regards, Julie **”
I was absolutely appalled and contacted them and spoke to another supervisor named Susan. She was ** #2 and informed me that they didn’t owe me any apology for OnTrac or my inconvenience & the response that I received from Julie was their normal procedure. I will NEVER shop with Zulily ever again!! And to top it all off, I have to call them back 10 days from my delivery date to request a refund. I can’t wait 'till Zulily goes out of business. But looking at the ratings on Consumer Affairs, I don’t think they’ll last anyway. Peace out Zulily, see you NEVER.

I used zulily several times and was quite pleased with them until recently when I had to return several parcels of clothing that did not fit correctly. 2 items arrived damaged and stained so I contacted them and stated I would be returning some things. I paid for the return labels. 4 labels at $8.95 a piece! I shipped all the parcels in the allotted time frame and even have a receipt confirmation from the USPS. They never credited back any of my returns. None of them. Well over $100 ($150+) in returns and they voided all my returns stating my returns did not make it back in their time frame when I have proof they did. (Mom always taught us to save all your receipts, records and proof)...
I contacted their customer service department several times and I’m beyond frustrated. They have blatantly stolen from me and other customers and I’m contacting the BBB & Attorney General’s Office next. Dishonest marketing and lie after lie. I want what belongs to me returned. If you are not going to uphold your standards as a business then you shouldn’t be in business! They are downright hustling customers hard earned money and not being legit about it. If I had known that I would have to wait at least a month for this order I never would have placed it. I am also questioning the quality of the items I will receive since they were made in China. I was extremely satisfied when I got my blackout curtain set for less than $20, Ordered the coverlet bedspread & pillow sham, it was not very thick. About as thick as a heavy sheet. Shoes are very narrow. The prices might be good but the quality is not there.

I've used zulily several previous times with so so results. The clothes were pretty poor quality with long shipping times. Recently, I tried 6 separate times to buy toddler shoes and every time the shoes were gone by the time I'd try to process the order. It's not worth the money you save with waste of your life that happens. I contacted customer service and received a terribly rude email. Zulily has poor quality products, poor shipping times, a poor time wasting model and terrible customer service. Jane.com a somewhat similar model selling for other companies by contrast is 1000 better with kind customer service, mostly high quality products and generally good shipping times.

Zulily, and another site Dresslily, are companies located in China. Their website is hosted on Amazon Web Services, a division of Amazon that provides secure virtual web servers for hosting websites of many large retailers and companies. They obfuscate the fact they are in China on their website and use a US customer service phone number. Online orders are shipped in bulk from China to a US distribution destination, where they are then sent via US mail, FedEx, UPS or DHL. The reason it takes so long to get an order is because they are sent in bulk by maritime shipping (Container Ship), which can take up to a month to travel from China to the US.
I discovered this when I placed an order with Dresslily.com. I ordered 2 shirts and it took over a month for them to arrive. My medium shirts are a slightly tight fit, but passable. One shirt was cotton and made in India and the other was 100% polyester, which may be my mistake for not checking the specs carefully before ordering. The goods are made in China or India and are sized smaller than for a normal US person. That's why many complain that they received the wrong size.
I'm not sure how they handle returns. Recently on the local Atlanta news, there was a Chinese company website who was using a US friend of the owners, who asked if he could use her Atlanta address for returns. She wasn't expecting the deluge of return packages that were delivered daily to her house. Most were clothes. Her whole house and garage were full of returned merchandise, and she had no idea what to do with them. She asked her friend to stop sending them to her address. She started donating all the goods to Goodwill. Be careful if you use these sites, be prepared to wait a month or more for delivery, and check the specifications of what you order carefully.

I finally ordered from Zulily. I ordered a comforter set. It was nice but the color looked totally different than online. I gave it away. I then ordered a short set for my grandson. The shirt was a size 4 and the shorts a size 3! After back and forth with customer service they agreed to a total refund. (They charge a service charge to return an item!) Nope, I got a partial refund for THEIR error, even after an email from them saying a full refund would be on the way. Never will I order from them again! Do not order unless you are absolutely sure on size and that you really want the merchandise, no matter what. I do all my shopping online. I will stick with Amazon Prime and Etsy.com!

I ordered two pairs of shoes from this site. They arrived and they were too small. I returned within the 30 day requirement. I paid for the shipping myself. I never received any confirmation of my return. I had to go on the site to check my status. My account showed that my return was denied. No communication relaying this information to me. The site states you will receive a credit for future purchases with a return. This site has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I do not believe they have the right to keep my product without any reimbursement or credit. I would have sooner sold my items on eBay and recouped some of the money. I would like everyone to know not to buy anything from Zulily.

Zulily Customer Service is the WORST I've ever encountered anywhere! I ordered $200+ worth of clothing from Zulily (first time customer). Items arrived within a reasonable time, but none of the items fit (their sizing runs small compared to other retailers) so I returned everything, all together in one box, after having received a Return Auth # from customer service. Within a few weeks, they gave me store credit for one item, so I KNOW they received everything, but they acknowledged only that one item. I contacted Customer Service (by email) and asked for a refund for the remainder of my order. They said they'd issue a refund promptly once the items were received. I explained that the items HAVE been received because they were all sent in one box and I got a Zulily credit (not a refund) worth about $40 for one of the items. They say they'll look into it.
Weeks go by. I contact them asking for status update. The entire process starts again from the beginning. I give them a copy of previous communication, and they say they'll look into it and get back to me. This goes on for months and months. My request is escalated through management (or so they claim), but each time the response is "Once we receive your items we'll issue a refund." A year has gone by and I've given up, which is (I'm sure) the result they were looking for. Zulily is a scam company as far as I'm concerned. I will never shop there again, and will never recommend them to anyone.

Zulily charged me twice for an item I had cancelled. When I contacted customer support they said this wasn’t possible but to send them a screenshot of the transactions. I did. They stated these would just fall off my account but my bank assured me they had been deducted. Zulily won’t issue refunds but continues to send emails as to how they are working on it. I have had to complete a police report stating fraud on the part of Zulily and give it to my bank. My debit card has been shut down and the bank has reimbursed me. Now I am waiting on a new debit card. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware!!!
