    I ordered some things from zulily for Christmas a few years ago and didn't have any problems with the orders. I didn't order from them again for a long time then recently ordered some Havaianas sandals a few months ago. Weeks went by and the sandals never shipped, so I messaged them to inquire about it and they said the vendor apparently didn't have enough, so they canceled my order and I was refunded. Whatever.

    For reference to the next part, I have all my card information in my zulily account because it's just convenient. Today I got a notification that I ordered two watches and some cologne for a grand total of SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS. I checked my bank account and sure enough I was charged hundreds of dollars. For things that I never ordered. As a poor college student I absolutely cannot afford to just lose hundreds of dollars, and I try to be really conscious and aware of buying from reputable sites. I thought zulily was okay but I guess I didn't research enough.

    I called customer service and they issued a refund, and I asked them to completely shut down my account because I don't want to worry about my money getting stolen and I don't want to give my business to a company that apparently makes it easy for fraud to occur. I also called my bank and cancelled my card. Now I'm worried that they will charge me again, as someone else in the reviews with the same experience had happen. I literally just created an account to write this review and warn others to avoid this company. Sure, you might have some orders that turn out fine, but it is absolutely not worth the risk of getting your money stolen. Beware.

    The worst. I bought a pair of bifocal glasses. They were uneven and the bifocal lens so far down they were unusable. Returning to this place is a total hassle. I spent $5.95 for shipping, have to pay return shipping and was told I would have a $7.50 credit to respond at a company I will never use again. Buyer beware.

    I bought blouse women size s/m. Paid 19.99$ and 5.95$ for shipping-=25.94$. My size is 6-8 for top. I got item, but it was not labeled correct by seller. It is size 2 or 4. Maybe it is girl s/m size, but not women. Customer service agree to store credit back 11.04 only - shipping and handling back cost 8 .95. So- I have to pay about 15$ for nothing? Why I have to be punished not seller?

    I ordered a personalized plaque with my daughter's name for her nursery and it is nothing like the advertised picture plus her name isn’t spelled correctly. When I sent them an email with the picture of what was sent and what it was actually supposed to spell they offered me a courtesy store credit. Once I told them I’d like my refund sent to my bank account because I no longer wish to do business with Zulily or order anything else from their website due to such an inconvenience, I was still told that I’m being offered a courtesy store credit and that the name says what it is supposed to say.

    If it did say what it should then why are you offering a credit? Makes no sense, I pointed out that it looks nothing like the picture and the letters are not visible like on the advertised picture! I even went as far as to send the picture they have online along with the picture of the poorly made plaque they sent me that took over a month to receive when it looked like it took 2 hours to make. This company is a joke and I will never order anything from them again!

    The details are very vague as to when the item will be shipped. If you can they may say 4 to 6 weeks but that information is nowhere to be found. Then you are asked to make the concern to service@zulily.com. It appears the business model is not great. The clothes are nice but it’s not clear about order information. When you click to order it is processed immediately without given detailed information. Apparently they store your credit card information. I am not please with getting the orders 4 to 6 weeks.

    I should have listened to the reviews... Who waits weeks & weeks for their items? You will if you order from this outfit! Returns... that will be shipping charge deducted = 5 items for $8.95. Oh, you wanted that cash back on your debit card? NOPE! STORE CREDIT ONLY! You are better off shopping Prime!

    I was reading some of the reviews for Zulily on here and had some concerns, but I went ahead and ordered anyway. I purchased a king-sized comforter for just under $30 (one of those sale of the day things). My order arrived within a week. The quality was good (better than I thought it would be for the price - normal price $99). I had no problems with purchasing from this site and will most likely purchase again if I see another product that is priced right.

    In May, several orders were placed on my Zulily account that totaled over $1,000 within a span of a few hours. Since I have alerts set up on my accounts, I called both my credit card company and Zulily to advise them of the fraud. My credit card company cancelled my account and issued a new card. Zulily said they would cancel all transactions (which were addressed to Cypress TX - which should have set up a flag?) and they also closed my account. However, during the next billing cycle, Zulily charged my credit card for some of the items. I had to call my credit card company again and dispute the charges.

    I called Zulily and they said that disputing the charges was the best route. My Credit Card company is going to take another week to investigate. While waiting on hold for Zulily, their policy is to take orders and then place the order with the vendor to make the items, so shipping is usually delayed for a few weeks. How did these items get expedited to ship the next day? Something doesn't seem quite right that I should have to keep beating back these fraudulent charges.

    I have been shopping through Zulily for several years. I have been mostly satisfied with their service and products. I have bought clothing (mostly), shoes, novelty items, watches... I have clothing that I bought years ago that I still wear today. I love that I can buy unusual items I cannot find at others stores. With that said, not all products I have received have been perfect. The thing to remember is that Zulily sells items for other companies. The products are not their own. This is the reason the quality may differ, and refunds may be difficult. They get "bargain" prices for those products for a short period of time. Many times, if you research the product you are buying you might find more info. Another thing to consider is that this is an online store. I have bought clothing which didn't fit as I had expected, but that is the chance I take from buying online. When buying anything online, a buyer should take this into consideration.

    Zulily has great photos of its merchandise, and uses product descriptions. Unfortunately, shipments take forever and the merchandise is usually not what I expected. Fit and materials are cheap and sometimes not at all like the picture. They sometimes switch manufacturers and returns are so difficult and they usually give a credit and not a refund deducting shipping. I will be shopping at Macy's and TJ Maxx from now on.

    I ordered 5 tops from this company... I wished I had seen these reviews first. After almost 3 months of waiting I finally got 4 of 5 items... all CRAP! Looks like they were sewn together by a 2 year old, stitching showed, was not straight lines and material was unidentifiable! I returned EVERYTHING except the 1 they never sent me and they received them all back and they want me to take a Zulily credit. The items are crap. I won’t be getting anything else from you! Now I’m fighting to get my money back! They have their items and my money.

    Orders all looked 90% worse than they did online. Bad quality, overpriced and arrived late (like 8 weeks after order date). I returned everything on time. I had to follow up via phone 3 months later to get my $ back!!! Their site said nothing had been received. But the operator said they had received them and gave a courtesy refund. Would they have just kept my $ if I had not called? BAD! Worse than ordering from China via eBay. At least eBay has a good policy...

    I ordered an 11" Dell Computer from Zulily. After 6 months the computer will not turn on. Zulily will not take it as a return because they only allow returns with 30 days of purchase. So, I am stuck with a computer that will not work. Their customer service is terrible - rude, dismissive, and non caring. I will never purchase from Zulily again.

    I purchased a pair of sandals size 10... Two sizes larger than I wear. The sandals are tiny and FILTHY! They are more like a US 7. I asked for a refund. I had paid &19.95 + $6.09 S&H. They wanted to refund $11.04. Will never buy from them again. Please see photos... Sandals next to my US size 7-8 slipper.

    I've been hesitant about ordering from Zulily for years but finally gave in because they had a bunch of cool graphic tees I couldn't find anywhere else. The first order I placed, I just bought one t-shirt because I wanted to see how the process goes and also see what the brand is like in terms of quality and sizing. It turned out fine; yeah, it took much longer than most companies you order from online but it was within the window so no biggie. Fast forward a month or so. I placed two orders on June 9th. For reasons that are beyond me, all the items (except one) show as shipping on June 27. That's 18 days after the order was placed - assuming they even stick to that timeframe. They claim their time frame for shipping is 10-14 days, so already that's an issue.

    What's much worse, though, and really disconcerting is that the one item that has supposedly shipped and comes up with a tracking number on their website doesn't even look like it has actually shipped! The item supposedly shipped on June 19 but when I clicked on the link, it takes me to the UPS website and says that UPS was notified of a shipment being created... the end. CLEARLY NOT ACTUALLY IN TRANSIT. So I'm going to wait until the end of the month and if all my items aren't in transit with a verifiable tracking number showing updates that they're heading my way, I'm filing a claim and a complaint with the BBB (not that this will do much as we all know!). While I understand the reasoning behind their business model, the prices are THAT amazing to justify the ridiculously long wait times. It smacks of a pyramid scheme to me so this will definitely be my last time ordering from them.

    1st experience: Ordered two comforter sets. Waited 2 weeks, no shipping confirmation but I had been charged for them. Finally called. "Oh, we cancelled your order the items were damaged in transit". I was never notified of any of this and only when I called was my purchase refunded. 2nd experience: placed order on June 1, finally after 2 emails and a phone call was told items would not ship until June 20. Customer service rep was rude, condescending and frankly no help at all! Told me items take 8-14 days to ship. I told him this equated to 18 days. He laughed and said... "Oh well, what do you want me to do?" I will never ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

    Updated on 06/20/2018: Well to follow up on a recent review, it is now day 20 of the siege: Still no shipping information, no products received. Why can't I give them 0 or negative stars for their customer service and shipping? Their 7-14 day policy has now somehow changed to 21 days according to the person I just spoke to. Save yourself the headache. Spend a couple of extra dollars and shop somewhere else. The wait and the aggravation is NOT worth it!

    If I could give them 0 stars I would!! I ordered an Dusty Rose Maxi Dress for my pregnancy, when I received it I tried it on and it was nothing like the picture or what I was expecting. I returned it expecting my money back on my original payment method minus the shipping I paid (been 3 weeks). I been e-mailing customer service for weeks and they did not resolve my problem, and they tell me the same thing that I have a store credit of $7.04?? I did not ask for store credit and never even wore this dress more than 1 minute to try it on. Right when I received it in the mail I sent it right back.

    Customer service at Zulily is so crappy and do not help you. They did not explain the return or exchanges and when I read it before I purchased it said I could get my money with no hassle and easy returns which is a LIE!! They scammed me out of a purchase around $24 and kept the shipping for a re-stocking fee plus customer service said I can either get the $15.99 for the dress for store credit or only get the $7.04 back on my original payment method. Which is pretty messed up when I received an e-mail saying I would get it back from the original payment method. I e-mailed customer service saying I will never shop with them again. Also, very unsatisfied customer. WASTE OF MONEY!!! If I were you I would not buy from them! From my personal experience lesson learned. Just waiting for my $7.04 refund now to my bank account. If not I will be calling them back.

    I placed an order with them on June 1 and applied for their credit card. On June 9th I received an email saying that one of the items I purchased will be delivered on June 20th. Still no word on when the others are going to be shipped. On June 11th I received an email asking me that my payment will be due soon. I haven't even received any of the items I purchased and they are asking me for payment already. How do you pay for something you haven't even received! It's crazy.

    Honestly I'm surprised how this company is still surviving, they charge shipping and seems like they ship from China. It literally takes weeks. And most of their stuff can be found on Amazon with Prime delivered in 2 days. However if you do want a long shipping time Wish is probably a cheaper option and you still get your stuff in the same amount of time. They need to revise their shipping if they want to stay afloat. In today's shopping nobody wants to wait 2 weeks to get their packages.

    Zulily is an online department store with many categories of goods available for sale. I have ordered jewelry, outdoor decor items, and clothing. Jewelry and outdoor decor have been received as described and I felt I got good value at a discounted price point. A couple clothing items have been OK for fit, price and wearability but certainly not the quality I was expecting from the descriptions. Most of the clothing is another story. In the past few months I have seen several items online that looked nice and I ordered them...4 blouses and a pair of capris.

    1st blouse- very nice online. I even read the reviews by other purchasers and saw the item fit small...so I ordered a larger size. It arrived...the color was nice, the cut was nice but the size was huge. I contacted Zulily to let them know how I felt and they surprised me. They were very understanding, sorry for my experience and offered to post a credit to my account. They even suggested not to return the item since it would cost so much, instead, donate the item to a local charity. I did that. I also sent them an email commending them for such wonderful customer service, a response quite uncommon in today's corporate culture.

    2nd blouse...Now that Zulily has been so kind as to credit my account with the purchase price of blouse #1 I decide to order another blouse. Again, the picture online is lovely, cut, color, fabric. I ordered the blouse in a floral with white background (my 2 options were black or white background). Well, it arrived and I had never seen that shade of white. It was so "not white", more of a very bad yellow. I am disappointed and will be giving the blouse to charity. I did not contact Zulily this time.

    3rd blouse...I ordered this the same time as blouse # 2. It was very nice online and I ordered it according to the size chart supplied with the item. I received the item...the color was exactly like in the picture and fabric was exactly as described. I'm not sure I have ever ordered something online and had it arrive being such a close match to the photo. Imagine my disappointment when I tried the blouse on and it was HUGE. I'm not talking a little big, I mean HUGE. This will also be donated to Charity. I'm sure there is someone out there who will be very happy with this item. 4th purchase...a pair of white capris. Again, online the color was very white and the color choice for ordering was white...not off-white, winter white, sort-of white, or any other white...just white. The product I received was nowhere near white. Again, a disappointment and this item will also be going to the local charity.

    5th item...another blouse. This was an item I had eyed online for some time and was very hesitant to make yet another mistake. But once again I ignored the my own reservations and ordered. The item was described as polyester/spandex; appeared to be a soft, draping fabric in pretty muted floral tones. Once again I ordered based on the attached sizing chart. This story is becoming all too familiar...the item arrived today and I am beyond disappointed, it is NOT like the beautiful top in the picture. It is much too large, a cheap, scratchy knit with a muddy-colored floral print on a greeny/yellow background. I believe I can say I have honestly tried to see value in the items from this discount site but will not be ordering clothing from here in the future. As I write I have donated $100.00 plus (not including shipping) to charity.

    I decided to submit a review although I don't usually do that sort of thing, because I saw that there was lots of negative reviews on this Zulily, and I felt the need to defend them. I'm a true bargain hunter, and I shop extensively online. Mostly Amazon and some of my favorite stores. I hesitated shopping from Zulily for a long time because of negative reviews I came across. Of course I realize that the majority of people who post reviews online are the ones that want to complain. Well I'm not here to complain, I'm here to say that my experience of Zulily has been great. I order from there frequently, probably at least once every few weeks. The prices are fantastic, the shipping is minimal, and such a wide variety of things to choose from.

    I'm a plus-sized gal, and I can find all kinds of trendy awesome clothes on there for fantastic prices. Yes you have to wait for your order sometimes, but that is something I can live with. If you research Zulily on Wikipedia you will learn that some of the items they keep it in their inventory and others they don't. If you're willing to wait a while for your item then it is well worth it. I have found when I have had a problem with an item, they have always been quick to resolve the issue. In many cases they have just refunded my money and allowed me to keep the item. So no complaints here! I think if you are willing to wait a little longer than some online stores for your items for the benefit of saving money, then you will not be disappointed.

    I order clothing exclusively online, Zulily is my favorite online store. The prices are "Great". The quality is "you get what you pay for". You get to know the brands & once you're familiar you're set. Customer Service is "Absolutely Fantastic"!! They bend over backward & go above & beyond to make sure I'm a happy customer. I deal with customer reps in the USA, even though I'm ordering from the Zulily Canada website. Sometimes I email them if I have an issue, PM or post on Facebook if I have an issue, or call their 1-800 line. I have never paid for return shipping, I get offered a store credit or refund to my original payment method. And whenever I get polite & courteous service, I always ask to speak to their supervisor to tell them how awesome my experience was handled.

    I've worked in the service industry & most times a superior is asked for it's to complain. So I have made it a habit of always speaking to a supervisor wherever & whenever I get great service. I think that goes a long way. And I inquire if the compliment will be recorded in the employee's file/work record. I have even been known to tell the boss that man or woman deserves a raise if the service was outstanding. I have "never" had a bad experience with Zulily. And I spent $$ hundreds of dollars there & will continue to do so.

    I used to order from Zulily frequently a couple years ago. I ordered 2 outfits from them to take on my vacation. They did not arrive in time for my vacation. It took approximately 6 weeks for the clothes to arrive. I explained the situation and they could care less. I also tried to cancel the orders when I realized they would not arrive in time. Zulily canceled a pair of sandals I ordered since they were delayed. Now even if I returned the items, there is a $8.95 fee for up to 5 items, and you have to pay to ship them back. So it ends up that you are losing money. And they won't give you a refund only store credit. I will never buy from Zulily again. Customer service showed no concern regarding my disappointment with them. They also sent me 2 different responses to the same issue. Note, there are 2 different orders with similar outfits.

    Buyers have to pay return shipping on defective products. Requested a return on shoes that were uncomfortable due to sharp plastic stitching being very uncomfortable.     I usually love zulily but am afraid to order any clothing again. The first thing that is, so irritating... the promo cover pictures for whatever it is they will be offering. More than once the promo cover picture intrigued me and wanted to see it only to find it was nowhere included in what they were offering. Called customer service only to be told the company used an old promo picture... WHAT??? SO very misleading and disappointing.

    Also they need much better quality control. My friend ordered a brightly colored abstract tunic top. The colors were beautiful. On the model it came down a little past her hips. I ordered one also. When we received it we both tried it on. The colors were so faded you could barely tell that there was a pattern to it. Also it came to mid calf!!! Halfway between my knees and ankle!!! Does zulily not do any quality tests on the merchandise they offer??? Also I purchased a Reborn tank top. A beautiful grey top v neck with fringe. I ordered accordingly to the size chart. It was huge and certainly did not match the picture... So buyer beware. Some things are not returnable.

    The towels (Elegance set) eventually arrived. Online the color looked very pretty, in reality the color in the ones I received resembled a VERY washed out version of something Pale green/grey. With a LOT of imagination I could see how they might use "Jade" but it should say VERY PALE JADE/Grey. Nothing like the ad, I wonder if they accidentally enhanced the color?

    Ordered this really cute shirt (Sidetail Tunic) on April 18th and received on May 9th - it took 3 weeks - really kind of surprising! Then, I was so disappointed when I opened the package because the smell made me want to retch. It smelled like burnt plastic. OK, no problem, I will simply wash it later. So I immediately tried it on and it was too small. :( I ordered a size up just to be sure. Oh well... I called customer service to return it. I have to pay for my shipping, so all in all I waited three weeks, was disappointed with the product and then lost money - Never again Zulily, I learned my lesson.

    I had forgotten how cheaply their garments were made. So I ordered a pair of cute linen overalls...I received them after almost 4 weeks. They were all wrinkly in the package and they must run small. I know linen wrinkles easy but you could at least fold it neatly to avoid more wrinkling. Plus the material was very thin you could see through it. I paid 59.99 for them so I expected better. I just asked for a refund and will be shipping them back tomorrow. They’ll refund the money minus 8.95 for s/h to my zulily account. Also ordered a white shirt that faintly resembled what I ordered...it was cheaply made and very thin see through. Deleting the app from my phone the minute I am finished dealing with them.

    I lost 2 stones out of a ring I wore the first time I wore it. Customer service told me they could not replace the item because it was no longer available, to discard the ring and they were going to give me a full credit. Right away they gave me a credit to my Zulily account. After a short time it disappeared. After contacting customer service (approx. 10 times) I am still trying to get my full refund. It appears they are playing a game with me by their responses and inaccurate information and clearly are not looking into the problem. Horrible communication and customer service.

    My very first purchase was during a promotion for designer perfumes... Creed, Bond and others... I purchased three bottles totaling over $300. The first CREED arrived and it is not authentic. It has been altered, watered down and topper replaced. I contacted customer service. Was sent to floor manager who informed me the colognes are not returnable. I am waiting for the legal department to contact me in 7 days. REALLY? I offered to mail it back for their inspection with a full description of FAKE VS Authentic Creed and told they can do nothing at this time. I have made a grave mistake in shopping on Zulily.     I ordered a pair of sandals off of Zulily that took weeks and weeks to arrive. When they finally did arrive, they arrived in a mostly destroyed box, and contained not a PAIR of sandals, but two sandals of completely different sizes! They have now accepted my return for store credit, but I do not feel like a return for such an egregious lapse in quality control should result in store credit. I do not want to buy anything else from Zulily, but now have $39.99 in store credit. I believe that if a return is because of an error on the company's fault, customer should be fully refunded their money, not given store credit. At the end of the day, Zulily still gets my money even though they sent me TWO SHOES OF DIFFERENT SIZES in a ripped up box. What kind of customer service is this?

    I ordered some shoes and told them if they were coming from China that they would not fit. They didn't answer but sent the shoes anyway. I should've known when it took 2 months to get here that that's where they were coming from. I had multiple emails back and forth asking how to return them for a full refund. Every time they just said, "We are happy to help you and want you to be enjoying your purchase." When I returned the shoes all they would do was give me a store credit of one-third of my purchase. I paid $29.00 for the shoes with shipping included. It took $12 to return them as they didn't include that in the box. They offered $10 as a store credit. I am reporting them to the BBB. I did not get a receipt with my order, just this piece of paper that shows what I ordered. Everything looks as if they've been through this before. Very shabby service.

    I've ordered from this site personally twice, and received an order as a gift, and all three times received "crap." In order to return items, they take nearly a third of your full order cost out to make you eat the return cost. I have never been charged to return items that were of poor quality or that didn't fit as the size chart indicated. I have called and waited on hold for 20 minutes just to talk to a representative to say I will pay to return the items, being their shipping estimates are completely ridiculous, and was told that that is what they charge to print and email the return labels, and once a return is requested, there is nothing they can do. I won't be doing business with them again.

    Do not trust this Zulily company, stay away!! They are misleading in their advertisement and do not honor their sale offers. I do not recommend them to anyone. You are better off buying from a department store. Customer service are no help at all, they tell you one thing and do another. This company is not worth the trouble. They don't refund your money, but offer you store credit that you can't use. Their clothes look beautiful online, but they are poorly made. Once you buy from Zulily you are stuck with the bill no matter what.

    They make it impossible to even look at their clothes online. Signing up for something means annoying email to have to unsubscribe from. I tried to log in with Facebook which usually works and kept getting sent back to another blank log in page. They kept all their photos blurred out, how dumb.     Their customer service is terrible. They will do nothing to help you. I ordered several things and it took forever to get them, only to find out they were the wrong sizes and the quality... my Goodness! Also, the savings are not really there.     I have never ordered from zulily before, but figured why not try. Unfortunately, it will be my last time. The wait time to receive my order was so very long, although I understand how their policy works with vendors, I was understanding. Sadly, the three clothing items that I did finally receive were way below my expectations. Buying things unseen can be difficult, but the quality was beyond disappointing. See-through sheer, poorly made is the only way I can describe it. I cannot even imagine how any of the items would hold up after a washing. Live and learn, but I won't be back anytime soon.

    On 3.22.2018, I purchased a pair of children's dress sandals from Zulily. I even downloaded the app. By the next morning I tracked my order on the app. It had 4 steps plus a house symbol. I thought I was going to get my shoes. They were fast. To my surprise they were in Lockbourne, Ohio. I waited 3 more days and then called customer service. They assured me my shoes shipped and were on the way. I waited 2 more days and contacted them again. At this point they were sure my shoes shipped but Zulily said they would return my money and if I got them to just keep them.

    2 weeks later now and I have not received them. I contacted UPS and they could not track them but said a shipping label was made but could not track the package.     I have purchased before and I have had poor quality but I have learned just make sure it really low in price and make sure to do multiple items to cover $8.95 shipping. I have ordered boots that stated wide fit that were over $100, just to not even be able to get my foot in. I noted to them this. They gave me credit. But you see you lose no matter what. I had to send the defective boots back. It was not my fault but I paid just to get some back. But order something that is under $15 you are out of all your money especially on defective items.     After being a customer for many years, today the final nail was put in their coffin. I have had some scattered issues in the past, but usually they resolved them even if it took a while. Over the last two months, my experiences with them have been horrid. In seven orders, I’ve had the following experiences: 1.) What I received was not what I ordered (4) times on different orders. 2.) Items received did not match the picture (4) times on (3) orders. 3.) Item arrived but in a different color than ordered (2) times in (2) orders. 4.) Order cancelled because of improper order/inventory management (2) times in (2) orders. 5.) Items of poor quality/broken/damaged which was clearly done prior to shipment and was not caught in quality control (2) times on (2) orders.

    I have been very patient with them regarding this flurry of mistakes only to receive horrendous and flippant customer service. Today, when I emailed them about the ongoing issues after cancelling an order, I was told thanks for the feedback but there was nothing they could or would do to fix any of these issues. I researched their company and their suppliers and they have expanded their suppliers to include a vast array of subcontractors which also produce cheap quality products for other suppliers (like Wish) but brand them as coming directly from the listed supplier and charging more.

    This may be a downstream supply management issue and not a Zulily specific issue but the point is you can get the same cheaply made crap other places for a lot less. Secondly, I discovered that their prices are not any lower in many instances than buying the same item on sale direct from the supplier often with free shipping and that ships within a few days as opposed to their 3-4 week lead time. These suppliers also offer coupons and other discounts which made the items I purchased more than 30% cheaper. Additionally, all of these suppliers accept returns which often they do not even when it’s their mistake. Lastly, I discovered that reviews of them as an employer which were less than favorable noting poor working conditions and low wages.

    I would just do your own research before buying from them and shop around on pricing and shipping as you may not be getting the deal you think you are getting. Additionally, if you do order from them, don’t expect to get what you order so you may want to weigh your risks especially if it’s for a gift or other specified purpose. Lastly, remember all the risk is on you when you order as they don’t maintain inventory and if it comes in wrong due to their mistake, you are the one who will have to do all the legwork to fix it. I assure you customer service won’t care other than refunding your money - if you package it, ship it back to them, wait for their inspection and maybe 4-5 weeks later you receive a credit.     I've been shopping with Zulily for a few years. The clothes I buy usually pill after two washings. You have to approach their stuff as disposable clothing. I also have bought some housewares from them. Unfortunately, the order I placed at the end of November included two items that should have lasted at least a year or more. Three of the items, in particular a salad spinner, became unusable after less than four months. I asked for a refund. I would have taken a store credit, but rather than offer that, they told me that I needed to let them know within 30 days that the items were defective. How could I do that if the items only became defective after more than 30 days had elapsed? I will go to other stores in the future in order to be able to return defective items for a refund or store credit. I am deleting the Zulily app from my iPad and will not be ordering from them again.

    I ordered from Zulily for the first time on Feb. 24th, 2018, Not only did it take them 4 weeks to get my purchase to me, the things I ordered were not the size that I ordered. Of the 3 pairs of pants that I ordered only one actually fit. The other 2 were too small. One because the size was off from what they should have been and the other was not the size I ordered. The tag inside showing the size was literally cut off so you couldnt see what the size was, They had to have been 2 sizes smaller than I actually wear. The 2 tops I ordered were so cheap, that you have to wear a tank underneath or you would see your skin and bra underneath. It is not worth trying to ship them back for a refund, because you do not get free returns. You have to pay the full shipping cost.

    I've ordered from Zulily several times. However, the last couple of times, the quality of the products was extremely poor. I tried to initiate a return on a badly made black suede heel and was going to be charged over half of what the shoe cost to return. So that was a cost I just absorbed. I have order women's tops and two of them were not closely small but unreasonably small as for a child and they weren't returnable. The return costs would have been more than the items anyway. It's just simply a hit-or-miss site and for the most part too risky to keep buying from them. Aside from taking enormous times to deliver products, you'll lose any discount from not being able to use products simply because it's too expensive to return "IF, they qualify for returns". Just horrible.

    If you find items on Zulily that you like, research them thoroughly on Amazon and eBay and anywhere else you may find them. Read all the Amazon reviews you can tolerate, and on Amazon ask questions of the previous purchasers, I have found this to be a most helpful feature. Check the prices carefully also. Something that seems like a good price on zulily may not really be such once you figure in the shipping costs, the long delays (and possible cancellation), and the impossibility of returning.

    I have received some very good and some very bad items from zulily. Shipping for the most part takes a long time, even if it is advertised that something can ship out the very next morning or is guaranteed to arrive by Christmas, it just doesn’t happen. I understand that items are often shipped directly from China but for a pair of leggings to take two months to arrive is ridiculous. Amazon sells items that are shipped from China that take a month to arrive - and most of those can be returned if necessary.

    Zulily has no return policy. If something doesn’t fit due to no fault of your own, is junk, you don’t like it, or for any reason, you’re stuck with it. Received a so-called 6-piece decorative pillows/comforter set that was so pathetic I wouldn’t have given it to the dogs, there was virtually no padding in the decorative pillows or comforter, and the bed skirt was missing. Raised a stink and was able to return it but had to pay shipping and restocking. Have never received a complete set of anything - not dish towels, granola, plant seeds... packing list always says “set of” but I have never received a full set of anything. In some cases they have re-sent me the “set” but again I received exactly quantity 1 of product and by no means a set of anything.

    Every refund you get is a store refund. So you get stuck purchasing more items from a store you may have lost faith in. Known name brand items can be completely satisfactory. I have purchased furniture and refurbished tech products and they have been of good quality and perfectly usable and completely satisfactory.

    Zulily has very talented photographers. I have received items that actually look like the photographs, but the quality of the actual items was just sorely lacking. Clothing is often the worst culprit. Adding my voice to the complaints about clothing sizing - there is no rhyme, reason, or consistency to sizing. Same brand, same style, one item may fit and the others be way off.

    Material is all too often quite unpleasant, completely synthetic and cut so it stretches uncomfortably. Sometimes the colors are so off one wonders what, if anything, the advertisement writer was thinking. Every pair of shoes I have purchased has been hard uncomfortable plastic, even those described and advertised as leather, and sizing has been quite off here also. Every pair of shoes purchased from zulily has gone to charity unworn in the boxes they came in. And frankly, poor quality shoes - or clothes - do not really help charity or folks who need charity either, just give some real money.

    Jewelry items just look and feel junky. A bracelet with a tag on it stating “genuine leather” smelled like rubber cement and nothing at all like leather, and certainly did not look like leather. I was too embarrassed to gift any of the jewelry items I had purchased as gifts. I would leave four stars for this company due to the good products I have received from them, and zero stars for the poor quality items, poor service, and just subpar everything else about them. So I guess that boils down to two stars. In all honesty I would suggest you find the stuff you may like elsewhere. I have long since removed my CC information, deleted the app, and closed my account. Often zulily gives you very cool ideas, but really, you can find the stuff elsewhere.

    Zulily is a site that cheats customers. Always look for the item you like on Zulily at Amazon, eBay, or another site you know has decent prices. Zulily marks up the costs four to five times as much as eBay. Saw a purse charm I loved one day. Six bucks on Zulily and $1.74 on eBay. The exact same item. Remember, Zulily tacks on $5.99 for shipping as well. Turns your already inflated item to twice the price. In my cart, the total cost was nearly $13 after tax. It does not cost $5.99 to ship an item weighing less than an ounce. I bought the charm for $1.74, no tax and free shipping.

    Many times designer cosmetics and perfumes on Zulily show an inflated retail price crossed out, then a "sale" price above that. Go to the actual designer's website. Many times, the designer doesn't even charge what Zulily claimed the retail cost was. It was inflated to make you think it was more expensive than it really is. Marshalls/TJ Maxx just got nailed in a class action lawsuit for the same deceitful practices.

    Remember that "free shipping till midnight" sign you get after making a purchase? Not really. If you end up buying three more items, thinking you're getting free shipping, think again. Warehouses from all over ship to a Zulily building, where ALL of your items are shipped together anyways. Plus with inflated prices, you've paid top cost for everything. Nothing is ever free and that sign gets you to just spend more. Over the years, Zulily has had so many complaints from countless unhappy customers and the reviews or smarmy practices, never get any better. Take a look there if you must, but don't purchase it there, until you've done your homework and compared to other online sources.

    This was my first time ordering from Zulily. I ordered a lace skirt, a tunic dress and a board book for my son. The prices were half of what I could get them anywhere else. When my items arrived the skirt was ripping at the seams. I called immediately and a real person answered immediately. I loved the skirt and worried that it have to send it back and I wouldn't be able to get a new one due to limited stock.     I ordered 2 tunics size 8-10. I have worn this size for many years and never had a problem until I ordered tunics from Zulily. It took 6 weeks to receive my order only to find the tunics were not sized correctly and the fabric was cheap and not as pictured. The tunics were more like a size 14-16, not a size 8-10. I contacted Zulily and was able to return them but was charged another $9.00 in return postage. Being the sizing was due to their misrepresentation I should not be penalized by being charged another postage fee. Do not buy anything from this company, they are frauds, rip off their customers, and use cheap material that is nothing like their pictures plus the tunics are not tailored as shown in their pictures.

    The items on Zulily are great prices and something's are nice quality. However, what has happen is I would buy an item and receive 4 or 5 of same item. Called Zulily. They would credit my account then charge me high restocking fees. Recently went out of town and returned to all these packages, I did not order to a tune of $194.00. If I try to reach someone same thing starts again. Now they have opened a Zulily card for me and so at 24 percent charges it adds up. It has caused huge fights with my husband. Remember if it is too good to be true it is!

    Bought multiple tunics from Zulily. The colors and/or designs ON EVERY PIECE was radically different than screen shows, and my screen is accurate for every other site, including eBay. The fabric design shown is based on a "center cut" of prime fabric pieces. The tunics arrive looking like a completely different fabric as a result. And always... bad. So, Bottom Line: Don't fall prey to Zulily like SO many others. I wish the industry regulators would step in and close up this scamming outfit.

    When purchasing clothes at Zulily, just save yourself the hassle and don't. The clothes almost always run small, or fit funny, or don't hang right. I purchased a lot of clothes from Zulily. Many of the things were just plain marked wrong in sizing. I don't mean a little off on sizing. I mean two or three sizes smaller than stated. When you ask to return them, they say they don't accept returns. This is a miserable policy for those of us who don't want to "give away" our hard earned money for clothes that don't fit! Further, many of the toys and things I purchased and received were super cheap, and I was even embarrassed to give them to anyone.

    In addition to that, it takes FOREVER to receive items. I really think Zulily should address their return policies and customer service, if they expect to remain in business. The only reason I give three stars is because the housewares and decorations from Zulily are usually quite nice. Good candles, and shoes too... Just expect slow shipping.

    I had no idea that Zulily is not a regular store/website. I didn't realize that it can take weeks to get your items and that they don't accept returns. I originally bought two tops in a size larger than usual and neither one fit across the chest. Also, one was very low quality. I wanted to return the items, but learned that I could not. I contacted the company and they offered me a store credit. The problem with the credit was that I wouldn't use it to buy clothes because you can't trust the sizing or quality. I finally bought a bookshelf and a small table with drawers. It has been so long, I almost forgot I even placed the order. I was notified that one of the items was just recently shipped and that the other has been delayed and may be canceled within a week. I only placed this second order to use my credit. Once I have spent all of my credit, I will absolutely never shop here again.

    I've been a customer for a few years now and have ordered several items totaling hundreds of dollars from them all with no problems, so I didn't hesitate to drop about $200 on a Tory Burch purse. My item arrived when expected (on my birthday) and I was super excited to open it. The first thing I noticed was that there were no tags, boxes, dust covers, or anything like I would expect from an authentic Tory Burch item. It was just wrapped in plastic. When I opened the plastic I realized that it wasn't what I had ordered. It was a Tory Burch wristlet, but definitely not the item pictured on the website.

    The wallet they sent me wasn't the style I wanted and wouldn't fit my phone so I contacted customer service and they were less than sorry, only offering to send me a return label so I could send the item back and wait for a refund.     Zulily has made some strides in offering better service since my review of Jan. 2018. Unlike before, most - if not all - items are now returnable, although it will cost you out of pocket and is sometimes not worth it.

    Thanks to Facebook Messenger, it's super easy to get in touch with someone if you have an issue with merchandise, or simply want to check the status of your order. I was pleased when an order that I was notified would be taking much longer than expected, was able to be canceled without any trouble.

    Still, be aware that many of the off-brands come from China, and are not sized to American standard sizing. I've learned to buy about 2 sizes bigger and even then, styles where they drape and bigger doesn't matter all that much.

    Brands known well in the USA are a good bet for a satisfactory purchase. I continue to purchase from Zulily, but with the knowledge of lessons learned.

    I have ordered quite a few things over the years, and this will have to stop unless (as noted by others), the product is made by a well known brand maker. Having received what will be my next to last clothing order today, once more the XXL garments that are supposed to be 16-18 (I ordered up, just in case), are terribly small. They *might* be a 12-14, cheaply made and cut small.

    As well, the clothing tends to not be consistent in the aspect of bodice size to sleeve size. You may get a 14, but the sleeves will be cut for a skinny arm, and ergo, ill fitting. Of interest, garments from Zulily have the MOST lint and threads on them; I am reminded of something that has been dropped to the factory floor and then crammed into a bag without so much as a shake. Summary: Expect that any garment that is not a well known brand in the USA, will be cut small -considerably small, even ridiculously so. Also, the fabrics used are often thin and seams may not be sewn well, which results in them pulling apart easily. I will stick to shoes and handbags from this company from now on.

    I used to buy from this site a lot but it became so not reliable. I ordered two items and only received one of them on January 11 as they promised. The second item never was shipped. When I called customer service, they told me they will have to cancel it, and they don't know why the item was never shipped. All items come with no original boxes or packages, (like creams) everything is opened, congeners scratched. Looks like junk. Do not recommend this site to anyone.     I ordered two items on December 16th from the same shop. For whatever reason they were shipped out in separate packages. I received the 2nd package, but the 1st package has been lost as of January 2nd. I contacted UPS who cannot help me because I'm not the shipper. USPS never received the package from UPS. I contacted Zulily twice. Apparently their reps aren't paid to care or lacking reading comprehension skills because their response each time is that there's a 7-10 grace period, so I need to wait one extra day before I contact them for the 3rd time. They are unbelievably unhelpful. They can't even contact UPS to track a package down? I will never use this company again.     I have been shopping at Zulily for several years. They don't claim to have fast shipping. They clearly state no returns. I have found, like others who reviewed here, that clothing does not always fit. I have learned to look at what things are made of and reject most things for me as I really hate clothing with any spandex. Also, it helps to know brands...sometimes there are great brand name items at super prices (especially for children or for gym/yoga clothes and leggings--like Marika). I usually check Amazon reviews and prices first.

    Sometimes I then buy at Amazon and sometimes I reject the item. It ALWAYS takes what seems like forever for items to arrive. Usually love them when they do. I've noted many one star reviews complaining about policies Zulily is clear about in all their ads. I LOVE Zulily and what I have purchased is usually good quality at GREAT prices. I find homes for things that don't fit me. I do most of my holiday shopping here throughout the year. Set your expectations carefully, research what you buy and Zulily won't disappoint.

    I am surprised to see all those negative review about Zulily. I have been a member since the beginning but never placed an order. I recently decided to give it a try because of all those cute little stuff they have for children. The quality of the clothing are very good, I even ordered a few stuff for myself and was able to take advantage of their smart pay option which was great. I ordered about 15 items and all of them arrived within the timeline that they advised if not sooner. Only one item out of the 15 was delayed and I received a prompt notification with an apology and the possibility to receive a refund. I decided to wait and the items was shipped with 3-4 days of delays.

    By the way, customer service is great. I called to see if they can shipped some of the items sooner and they were able to update some of the items accordingly. Wait time was excellent. I also emailed concerning something else and response came fast. Now, I would prefer all my items to arrive within a week or less but they are honest about the ETA so if you are in a rush to get an order you know to avoid those that need longer processing time. And I honestly got a little frustrated about the delivery time but I was in the know when I placed the order. I did not give it 5 star because I am under the impression that sometimes I am not really getting the discount that they claim they offer but I have to further my research on that prior confirmation. That's my honest opinion and I am currently looking into buying some more stuff from them.

    Zulily - Read Their Guidelines Very Carefully. 1. Your shipment will not arrive promptly, expect it in about a month. 2. Their size guidelines are inaccurate. Only order name brands from which you have bought before. 3. They did give a full credit card refund when items that I had ordered were promised by Christmas, but did not arrive. They sent an email telling me that the items would not arrive on time, and gave me the opportunity to cancel the order. 4. Even if items are returnable, it is almost always for a site credit, not a credit in the form of original payment. 5. Order only if you are completely informed about their terms and conditions.

    I purchased a little of everything for Christmas from this company. Many items were returned because the jewelry looked like it came from the dollar store, the clothing was shapeless. They charge $5 per item plus $2.50 re-stocking fee of whatever you return. I bought a toy puzzle that was supposed to make sounds, but it was such a low sound my breathing was more powerful than it.     Within the past year all but one item I have ordered for my kids have not fit even though I order based off their size charts. I can return them at my own expense if I really want to which is unacceptable since they are the ones that are mis-advertising their clothes. Items guaranteed to be received before Christmas (ordered 11/28/17) MIGHT be here tomorrow (12/29/17). For my inconvenience they will allow me to return the items and they will graciously waive the return fees and give me $10 off a future order. Since I won't be shopping with them again that $10 is useless and they act like waiving the return fees is a favor to me when that is the absolute 'least' they can do.

    Their phone tree must be specifically designed to lead you to recorded information rather than allow you to speak to a person. Pick the wrong selection and you will not have the option to go backwards; the only option is to call them back. Customer service employees on FB are dismissive and unhelpful.     There are so many choices in every possible category on zulily, and the prices are terrific, especially for home goods like quality cookware, sheets and towels. However, their apparel is sized for smaller women. Even when we ordered XL according to the accompanying size chart, the clothing often did not fit even my daughter who wears a Small/Medium. A co-worker bought a tunic in Large and it was so small and fitted that she donated it to a shelter. The size disparity possibly explains why such cute clothes are priced so low.

    I ordered a throw blanket from Zulily. It had such a bright and festive pattern and beautiful colors. I was very excited to receive it and give it as a gift to my family member. When it arrived the fabric was so thin and of such poor quality, there was no way I could give it as a gift. It would have been embarrassing. Also, the dimensions were off. It was way tinier than advertised, it was about the size of a large bath towel. Totally useless as a blanket of any kind. It cost $30 too - for that I could have gone to a chain department store and purchased a decent blanket that would have covered a twin bed and would have been warm.

    I purchased a Dyson refurbished vacuum back in October. I received it and the back of the handle was missing so I could not use it since the hose would not stay up. Zulily told me to contact Dyson because of the Dyson warranty. Dyson had me ship the vacuum back (they paid for shipping) and they added the missing part. When I got the vacuum the suction did not work properly.

    I called Zulily and asked for a refund. They refused to give me a refund because they said it was under the Dyson warranty. The customer rep had no concern and did not try to assist me in any way and just transferred me to Dyson 800 number to get rid of me. Dyson then told me to ship the machine back to them again so they could send me a different machine. The second vacuum I received was again missing the back of the handle. Now I am waiting for the additional part 3 months after I purchased this. Zulily's customer service was very poor. The took my money but have done nothing to assist me.

    Ordered several items, and was alerted that the order was eligible for pay over time. 2 equal payments over 30 days vs 1 full payment, so I chose this option as to avoid finance charges just before Christmas. Fast forward 30 days to when the 2nd payment which was to be charged to my PayPal credit account, and I get an email stating that my account my overdue. Of course the first thing I do is check my PayPal and account & credit limit - which as I knew, was fine! So I log into Zulily and get an immediate alert of payment being due and click the link to manually enter my PayPal info again - but there is no PayPal info option! I sent an email, and was told that they would recharge my PayPal in 3 days... on the 4th day, I noticed that the charge still not go through, so I called.

    The person I spoke to blamed PayPal, blamed the pay over time option - which apparently is a 3rd party... but accepted absolutely no blame nor could they explain why the PayPal credit was no longer an option! I did not go looking for this mess, I just chose what I thought was to be a simple payment option... and it turned out not to be! So now, I had to charge the balance on a completely different card - which being 1 week before Christmas I was not expecting or prepared to do as I segment all my bills and which cards/credits are to be used! Furthermore, they would not even apply a $4.45 credit that I had on my account to lower my balance - because at this point I will never shop there again! Spare yourself the issues with payments, returns and "credits" - shop elsewhere!

    I made my first purchase after I got their credit card, ended up not working out so returned it. Come to find out they didn’t refund card but said I used store credit so that is what I got. So I made another order kept part and returned some again with credit card and part store credit. They did store credit AGAIN. Then I made one last order cause there was a special to ship next day...ya week later nodda, status said will ship after Christmas!? Really...so I emailed I noticed money was "missing" and card hadn't been refunded. I kept getting generic replies, finally called in spoke to a nice lady for over 1.5hrs. She said $62.45 was going back to card, and apologized. She said it would reflect in 3-5 business days. Guess what. Nope...called back.

    Spoke to a supervisor who was rude as hell. Kept interrupting me. She refused to pull my emails, or that long call. Said she will do own research and call me back 24hrs later...here I am 2 weeks later. I’ve been dealing for two months so I’m just gonna pay card off and call it wash. Not worth my time.     I have been shopping with Zulily for four years, and am shocked at some of the comments on this site. It seems to me that some of the customers do not understand how the site works. Blaming the company for not asking the correct questions seems futile. I buy almost all of my clothing on Zulily, and most of my gifts. I read the listings at least every weekend, and sometimes at night for entertainment. I often find something awesome I never even thought of. I rarely go to the mall anymore. Zulily's prices are so much better on all of the brands that I love.

    When things go wrong, as they are apt to do even with the best companies, I have found them very willing to make me happy. In fact, they usually refund more than I spent for my trouble. This holiday season, I bought a total of about 30 items. Two were problematic. The first they replaced without hesitation or return, the second they sent me a label for, but it grew on me the longer I had it. The sales have been fabulous. My favorite steal was a one day special sale where I bought a dress for under $4. I thought it would be just a hang around the house sort of thing. When I got it, it was gorgeous, with lovely details that didn't show in the picture. What fun.

    But this touches on my biggest complaint. The pictures and descriptions often are not accurate. So a cape is really a Ryan's. And a long duster turns out to be a shrug. But Zulily always makes good on the order, either refunding, or replacing items. The site is great fun, and other than spending more than I should, it is a great way to save money. It does not work like any other online store I know, however. Getting familiar with the site and reading about it online will help one have the best experience possible. And don't believe the sour grapes. If you do not give a store a path to please you, They won't.

    I promptly returned a wool jacket following the instructions provided with my item. Once mailed the item I contacted Zulily that day to confirm that my PayPal account would be credited the refund and was advised that it would. On the day that Zulily received my return I called to confirm the process and the credit to my PayPal account. Again, rep stated that my PayPal would be credited within 5-7 business days. As of the 8th business day my PayPal was not credited, so I called Zulily to ask for it to be processed. Rep placed me on long hold and came back that since I initiated the return they could not credit my PayPal but gave me store credit instead. I stated that was not acceptable as I would be still paying for something that I did not keep and didn't intend to use the store credit.

    As I was explaining this the "customer service" rep interrupted me rudely saying she was not finished. Once she finished I stated that I am the paying customer, and this is the first time I've purchased from Zulily resulting in a poor experience. I asked why didn't the first two reps I spoke with weeks ago correctly explain the return policy to me. Also, I asked if my calls had been logged which at first she said no then stated yes she can see them. Rep told me that she would submit an exception to the finance department to credit my PayPal within 15 days. I WILL NOT be purchasing from Zulily again.

    Zulily has definitely gone downhill. I have used them for years, however this year, they have managed to ruin Christmas. I ordered items MONTHS ago, yet they never shipped, even with a Christmas guarantee. I was told items were delivered, yet I never saw them, and after several calls and being hung up one, managed to get refunded for them. I then canceled two orders for chairs, looked online, and she had only canceled one. I then had to cancel the remaining order myself. I then only received one refund for both orders, so when I called back, I was informed it was my bank's fault. I work at the bank, so I know it never came in. They refused to refund me the $86.94, so I was forced to file a dispute with Mastercard, as they had failed to do what was promised. I now have my $86.94 from Mastercard refunded back to my bank account and Zulily will never have my business again.

    I have been purchasing from zulily since they started 7 years ago and they used to be great, I never had problems until recently. The last year or two we have had to request a couple of refunds for junk that looked fine on the site but came to us very poor in quality. My last purchase was the final straw, I made the mistake going for their magazine subscriptions; I bought 3 back in August and have been going back and forth for the last month trying to find out where one of them is/ when it may be coming. 15 weeks now, 4 months, when typical magazine subscriptions take 6-8, maybe 8-10 weeks. Their replies have been very dismissive and nonchalant about helping me resolve this issue. I had never needed refunds/returns until these last couple of years and even then they were pretty good about refunding an item that was damaged or incorrect in size, etc.

    Suddenly I am getting a hard time over a 6 dollar purchase that I have not received and have not received an answer as to when I would ever get it. This was all I got in addition to a promise of two more issues (which means nothing when you aren't getting any to begin with) "The publisher further advised us that they count subscription length not by calendar year but by the number of issues ordered and that they will ensure you receive every issue that you paid for. We are currently working with the publisher to get a delivery time frame for the next issues and we should have this information soon."

    Saying that they count subscription length not by calendar year but by issues ordered is incredibly vague and not very promising. Does that mean I will get every issue but they'll start sending them 5 years from now or tomorrow, does that mean I'll just get them sporadically over my lifetime? I am really annoyed because I feel like this magazine subscription was a scam, especially after looking a little more into them online.

    After over a month of stress in just trying to get some form of a straight answer I finally just requested a refund and actually received it (my email request was handed back to me with an ignorant, generic response about magazines taking 8-10 weeks obviously not looking at the history of this purchase), I had to call in and speak to someone about it. 7 years of being a customer. I don't believe that I will be shopping through them anymore because I cannot trust the purchases that I am making are good or valid anymore.

    I've purchased from Zulily several times, and sadly, it took me that long to realize that doing the same thing and expecting a different result really is the definition of insanity. First it was dresses and clothes for my daughter. The material for the dress was really funky, but not like a nice cotton flannel. The same for cozy plaid shirts for both of us. The white shirt in this order was huge. The 1X was large enough for a 4X at least. And flowered tunics that looked so great in the photos are that same weird fabric. And now on to the silky a-line shirts. The fabric was fine, but a more recent order, the pattern, so beautiful in the photo, was placed differently in the shirt that arrived. I'll never wear it. I have to hand it to Zulily though. They have the very best... photographers.

    I ordered two tunics and children's boots. I was charged shipping because I canceled the 2nd tunic. So I spent more on shipping than the items cost. I wasn't informed I could be charged shipping when I canceled. I also wasn't informed the tunics come from China and they go through customs and it takes forever to get them. Shipping status is a joke. No details. Customer service tries to answer questions but I think they really don't know what's going on. Pitiful company. Warning: Do not get sucked in and watch your credit card carefully for overcharges.

    I will NEVER EVER purchase a product through them again. I purchased an Apple Watch that was refurbished as a wedding anniversary present for my wife. It cost me $289 plus tax, for a total of $315. When it arrived, I immediately gift wrapped it and gave it to her after our celebratory dinner. When she opened it, the box was empty - no watch, no charger, just one half of a watchband. My wife was completely devastated and I felt like a fool. When I called Zulily, they said it could take up to 10 days before they could find out IF they could send me a replacement (they have to contact the vendor) or they could give me a refund. I took the refund since they couldn't guarantee that they could get me a watch (that was at the suggestion of the supervisor). They didn't seem the least bit concerned that their vendor was stealing from them, and there was no sense that they cared.

    I'm a longtime zulily customer, but after numerous bad experiences with items breaking during shipping, I am seeking an outlet to vent. The top items in my orders that arrive repeatedly broken are candles - the lovely ones in the big glass jars. Sometimes, they are marginally wrapped in shipping paper. Sometimes, they appear to have been literally thrown in the box, and of course, they break during shipping. Broken glass goes EVERYWHERE inside the packages, as would be expected. It's not enough to simply remove the broken item, I have to CAREFULLY take everything else out of the shipping box, shake it over the table, pick up all the shard of sharp glass, and then collapse the box because the shards become stuck in the box flaps.

    I have already accidentally cut myself TWICE reaching in the box to pull out an item. I've also had a glass decorative trinket box shatter in shipping - it had absolutely NO WRAPPING PAPER WHATSOEVER. Just tossed in the card box shipping box. Today I opened a shipment and an ornament I had ordered to give as a gift was completely obliterated. NO PACKAGING! It's INSANE!!! I take photos of everything and email zulily.

    Sometimes, if the item is still in stock they will re-send (always with better packaging). Sometimes the item is out of stock and they refund. Usually they give me a $5 store credit for my trouble. And it IS a trouble! It's a hassle! It's not worth the savings, having to STICK MY HAND IN A BOX OF GLASS SHARDS. It's like a horrible roulette every time! "Why do you keep buying glass stuff there?" You ask? Because the deals are great. That's why. But pretty soon, I'm going to run out of band-aids, and I guess I'll be buying my stuff elsewhere.

    I had an account with Zulily and I had erased both credit cards I had on file. I received a Zulily charge card and so I placed an order but instead of it going on the Zulily card they placed it on one of my credit cards I had previously erased. I tried to get it taken care of but they refused to give me back all my money. I think it should be considered theft and I would hope this would not happen to anyone else. My husband and I are both disabled and do not receive food stamps so this will affect us for a month that should be filled with joy.     I responded to ads featuring gorgeous clothing from Zulily, and made the mistake of placing a very large order. I wasn’t aware that this company is located in China, or that it takes well over a month for an order to arrive. When I finally received the clothing, it was incredibly cheap and poorly made - nothing like the beautiful clothing shown on their website.

    There was no packing slip or return information included with the clothes, so I sent an e-mail to Zulily through their website. I received a response days later, saying they would accept a return of the merchandise for store credit only, MINUS a sizable restocking fee and shipping charge! By the time that amount is deducted, I’m better off donating the items to Goodwill. I suggest you stay away from this site. You would do equally as well to flush your cash down the toilet as to spend it at Zulily.

    I read some of the other reviews regarding Zulily and the issues people had with returning things. My experience with them seems to be totally different. In fact, it was Zulily Customer Service that reached out to ME via email, notifying me of a shipping delay on some of the items I had ordered. I was given the option to continue to wait on the shipment, or to cancel the order. I chose to cancel, and within 24 hours, I was notified that the charges were being refunded, in full. I thought it was great that THEY contacted me rather than having me receive a partial order with an invoice stating: "Some items delayed in shipping"... which HAS happened to me before.

    Granted, it's not like I was actually returning something, but still, I thought the personal contact from them was really great. And that they actually carried through on the refund immediately. PLUS, they offered a $10 gift card for the inconvenience! Gives me a lot of confidence in the company and I won't hesitate to order from them again in the future.

    I like Zulily and I've got some great prices on merchandise I've bought. The only problem was shoes from Quopid that were a size 10 but turned out to be an 8 narrow which I have to call Customer service about. Zulily gave me credit on 2 pairs of mukluk slippers that were dangerous to walk on without any arguing. My biggest problem is the "submit order" page on Android is a nightmare because thats the only page there is between you and a $1000 mistake and I've made it 4 times. The last one was for $65.00 and $200+ just recently and shortly after downloading the App again the item priced at $65.00 was not even in the Cart. GO FIGURE!

    I found out these accidental orders when I checked my email with a Zulily confirmation 4 different times. Can you imagine the utter panic when I inadvertently ordered over $1000 last year. I was so angry. I called them and they were able to cancel each order, I even deleted Zulily for a year and I gave Zulily another try and guess what happened? A $200+ order confirmed by email that I didn't know about. So I I stopped putting items into my Cart for fear of the submit order button and guess what, I look on my orders to find an item for $65.00 being shipped.

    I called Zulily, now I have to wait for the item to arrive to ship it back. I have emailed Zulily to change the "submit order" at the bottom of the Android page to no avail. Every online shopping sites have a "review order" page before hitting the submit order page but not Zulily and why they won't correct this page is beyond me, what if I never checked my email and found 2 identical Recliners on my Porch. It's an outrage and yet they don't give you a Review order page. I am deleting the App for good once I sort out this mess with Zulily and I'm not ordering anything again until they change their ordering practice.

    Zulily has a high shipping fee, and now it has also introduced high return and restocking fees. Their clothing is very hard to guess on the correct size and varies a lot. I checked the sizing charts on each item, and ordered 3 different blouses in the same size, following the sizing charts. One was way too small and the others were way too big. I've also had this same experience in the past with Zulily. If you order from Zulily, it's almost certain that you will have to return at least some of your orders due to sizing inconsistencies. And you will not only pay the original high shipping fee, but also pay the high return and restocking fee! Also they will not refund directly to your credit card, but only give a store credit!

    Firstly, the two times I've had to contact customers service about returns were positive experiences. They hire top-notch people to answer their phones. I will say these are some of the most friendly, and as helpful as they can be customer service people that I've ever encountered. The flip side is that they are bound to give me bad news, because Zulily's returns policy is horrible. I ordered 4 clothing items, of which 2 were clearly poorly-reproduced knockoffs. I did not pay a bargain price for either of these clothing items, if I had, I would be much less annoyed.

    Upon contacting their wonderful customer service department, I was informed that they do not issue refunds, but only store credit. I do not want this shady company keeping my money, but I suppose I am bound to order things until my credit runs out and hope that eventually I'll get items that I feel were worth the $100 I now have but don't want in credit. $100 is a few Christmas gifts -- if they issued refunds (and they're absolutely not clear on their policy online). I'd be fine with this company and consider ordering again without feeling coerced to do so. I'm only giving 2 stars because there are people who work at Zulily who are wonderful, they just have their hands tied by terrible and frankly predatory policies.

    I purchased a rug. I received the wrong rug. It looked NOTHING like the rug I purchased. Right away, I pulled up Zulily chat on Facebook. I continuously received an automated message that I caught them at a busy time... I left chat up for 45 mins and kept getting the same automated message. I called. I reached someone immediately. They put in a return/complaint "ticket" for me.

    Went to chat again the next day during work hours. Still got the automated message that they were too busy to respond. I called finally reached someone. I was told a resolution would take 2 weeks (NO ONE informed me that this process would take this long). No one called me or emailed me with updates. In the interim, I emailed and called to get updates. NOT ONE TIME have I ever reached anyone via chat. They are always too busy (they don't want to document, is my theory). Finally 2 weeks passes and "I" call them.

    When I called, I was told by the rep that the correct rug is being sent to me (she had no idea when). Next day I get home from work...they sent the same WRONG rug but in a different color. By now I am livid!!! I call them because they've had my money for 2 weeks now. I was told by the rep I would NOT get a refund until I send back BOTH rugs and then it will take an additional 5-7 days for the refund??? I am so upset by now. They offered no consolation or sincere apologies. The staff answering the phones sound miserable. I can hear it in their voices. I have filed a complaint with BBB and my Credit card company. I will NEVER do business with this horrible company again!!!

    I purchased 3 shirts from Zulily, the first one fit very well, it came by itself in a box. The next two again individually boxed came at different times. I had to send 2 of the 2 back because even being the exact same style, they fit completely different. I returned them and 30 days after they still told me that they had not been received. I was so frustrated, no-one would communicate with me and when they did they told me that they hadn't received them. It went on and on... Then I learned that they won't refund my debit card but that I had to have store credit.

    Well, after I had to pay the shipping on 2 different packages there wasn't much credit. Seems buying online and not being able to try on they would be a little more flexible with returns. After about 2 months of exchanging emails that were most times not even responded to I got a whopping refund of about a third of the original cost. I will never buy anything from Zulily again, I can't even believe they stay in business.

    I ordered and received black boots. The boots have a horrible odor that has not gone away. I wore them one day and found the odor around me all day. I thought it would go away. I put the boots in my closet. The odor was so bad I did not want my clothes to start to smell. I took the boots out of my closet and put them in my room.     I just read quite a few complaints and am astonished. I have been buying from this company for 2 years and have had only 1 problem - a pair of shoes ordered in size 9, were filled with size 6. I wrote the company, and received a full credit and was told to keep the shoes, which I donated. As far as the shipping, each item will give you a hint of when to expect shipping, as well as checkout allows you to have a large order broken up into smaller shipments for faster order filling. Of course, doing this does incur extra shipping. My great-granddaughter has at least 20 plus pairs of shoes and boots from this company at that are priced normally under $10.00. I get her the cutest outfits, and holiday clothing at affordable pricing.

    I have only had 1 concern with a dress that was larger than expected from the item description, but that is not bad considering online shopping risks as a whole. I know I cannot return as item, but even when I can at other stores, it is sometimes easier to donate the product than stand in the return line and go through the hassle of proving the price paid, etc. I do check unknown vendors on the web for feedback on the companies and products so I know what I am buying. I just ordered a basketball set for Christmas for a great-grandson 2 days ago, and it has already shipped.

    This site is fun and carries unusual items for all ages as well. Some of my granddaughters love to watch the makeup area for different nail wraps, or lipsticks with pieces with flowers in the center. I cannot understand all of the negativity, but the consumer needs to have some accountability to understand what they are buying as well as checks on the products they are purchasing. I love this site. (And this is not a paid endorsement - just a very satisfied customer).

    I waited a full month for my order. I finally received an email that said my items were not available and they may never be and after 30 more days of waiting, I would automatically receive a refund if the status of the garments had not changed. I called to cancel my order. I could only be refunded for items that had not shipped and the one item that had, they couldn't locate. I don't recommend this company to anyone! I am still trying to resolve the lost item issue. If it seems too good to be true, it usually is. Pay the extra money and buy from a respectable company. The absolute worst!

    I purchased 2 pairs of designer sunglasses from Zulily. I received the items on 11/1 and immediately found 1 of the glass cases is damaged. I called them right away and sent them a picture of the damaged item as they requested. After that, I kept getting emails on the status saying "We are in contact with the Vendor" or "We are waiting for the Vendor to respond." It is 16 days later, you still do NOT hear from your Vendor? If you cannot guarantee your customers to get the right items and have no quality control over your vendor, then you are providing Poor service.     I've been purchasing items from Zulily for about a year. In the beginning they were very good about correcting problems with orders and the issues were minimal. In the past 6 months, I've had several problems (orders not being delivered or refunded, as well as losing orders in their system but the money came out of my account). My most recent issue was finding a pair of hiking shoes that were on the original manufacturer's website for $30 less than what Zulily was selling them for. The problem with this is Zulily was promoting these shoes on the site as being up to 40%, implying they were offering a savings from the SRMP. The cost of these shoes on the manufacturer's site was $30 less and that was the regular price. So Zulily marked up the cost of these shoes and mislead people to believe they were purchasing at a discount. I now wonder how many other items I've purchased where this has happened. Buyer beware, I guess. I learned my lesson.

    I have ordered from Zulily many times in the past. I accept the fact that the sizes are off more often than they are on. I accept the fact that they suck the money out of your account as soon as you make the order and then hold on to the money for weeks before a product may or may not be shipped. I have, however, come to the end of my consumer experience with Zulily. After waiting about a month for a pair of boots, I am now told that the boots are not even made [out of the country] until the order is received. No one can say if the items are even in this country a month later. These particular ones are Christmas ones. I am still waiting for a pair of Halloween themed boots to make it to the USA.     Zulily looks very pretty. But Zulily is a fabulous way to waste your money. I am DONE with this company. You are enticed into buying unrecognizable brands sight-unseen... which is a terrible idea when you can't return things! I've tried (multiple times) to order shoes and clothing from this site and it's a 90% failure rate. The ONLY things you should buy here are brands you KNOW... Clarks shoes, Gymboree, Crocs shoes... Everything else is some cheap leftover crap they drag in from somewhere. I read size charts, took sizing suggestions from them, etc. But these things DO NOT FIT. I am tired of wasting my money. Thank goodness my sister is a bit smaller than I am so she can have the clothes and shoes that didn't fit! Buyer beware.

    I contacted CS because my order was misdelivered by UPS. It said that was delivered to Front Door but it wasn't my front door. First agent told me They can't do anything about it and that I needed to contact UPS. I did, UPS told me only Zulily (shipper) can file claims. The receiver can't!!! And also the faster they do it, the faster UPS can resolve the problem. I tried contacting Zulily via Facebook Messenger for faster service, ZOE the bot kept telling me that I am out of the US and it can't connect me to CS agent at this time. I am guessing for Zulily, TX is a foreign country.

    So then I sent a detailed e-mail with all the information and I got a generic response by someone who can barely write in English, because he didn't even bother to change the information that pertained to my order. And the little information included didn't make any sense. He did NOT even read my email but advised me to call FedEx to resolve my problem. Considering UPS is the carrier I don't know why I have to call FedEx and on top of that I put that I already contacted them but nobody bothered to read the details of my email. Terrible!!! I would have to involve my bank now and for sure, I would never return to Zulily. I have never seen such inadequate CS in the US.

    The first complaint is it takes way too long for you to receive what you ordered sometimes almost a month. Second not all your stuff will be in the box. I had a box come in and the receipt shows 6 items but in the box was only 5 items. I was missing a pair of jeans. I kept trying to get a hold of someone but I never get a response back. They keep saying the same thing over and over that they are busy at the moment. I’m sure I can just call these jeans a loss. I’m worried my other stuff won’t even get here.     I ordered bedding from Zulily and received the wrong bedding not once but TWICE! Zulily wasn't really at fault here but the seller. The first time I called and asked for a label to send it back but they couldn't do that but gave me a credit and told me to keep it or give it away. That was OK. Then they said they would get the seller to send me the right one. A few days later I received the same wrong bedding set! I was SO disgusted! I called them again and they told me to keep it and gave me a refund. I think that Zulily tried hard to get it right but their seller is a screw up. I will never order bedding again. However the clothing I ordered for my grandson arrived and we're just fine.

    I purchased an item on 10/20/17 that arrived on 10/25/17. The item received was clearly sized incorrectly. I ordered an item in medium as per their chart. The item was about 2-3 times the size it should have been. It was huge. I contacted Zulily and they sent me a return label. I was all ready to send it back when I read the other email which stated that they were going to refund me 26.48 when I paid 38.65. Not only that, but they weren't crediting my card, they were giving me a store credit! So they sent me bad merchandise and then they want to keep 46% of what I paid them for the return and to add insult to injury they will only issue a store credit so they can scam me on an additional item in the future. I did contact them and they responded with a "sorry, this is our policy" type of response. I refuse to return this item under these terms.

    Don't ever trust zulily product description. I recently bought a pair of boots that were advertised as "leather" boots with "leather upper". What I received was all man made cheap material and it was clearly stated on the boots label. And they didn’t want to cover my return shipping. Also their prices comparison is a joke - when you see crossed out price try to check it on the manufacturer's site or Amazon - it could be much less than the price zulily is trying to sell it for. Never will buy again.

    I purchased two tunics from the same manufacturer. I did not know until later, when I checked the status, that it would take 6+ weeks to receive it. I found finer print on the bottom left of the screen that said it could take a while. I chalked that up to a lesson learned on a cheap website. However, the tunics were slightly different styles in the cut. Both were medium. One fit -- the other one is probably a 3X b/c it fit a friend who is that size. The model for the tunic was thin and it fit normally on her. The shoulder seams sat in the right place in the picture, so it's not meant to fit very loosely. I consulted the size chart for the item and it's for normal size M 6/8 measurements.

    I contacted customer service and I was offered what ended up being less than 50% of what I paid. I told them it was unacceptable b/c this was definitely an error on their part. They kept responding that they don't have a place to store return. Unacceptable. They are taking advantage of the fact that customers are used to being able to easily see shipping times, or that the items are so inexpensive, and their policy is to not accept returns in an effort to avoid having to actually ethically fix their mistakes. Trying to locate their legal team. In the past when a similar error happened -- the sizing on the chart did NOT match the sizing on the package, therefore they were unwearable, they refunded me 100%.

    I used to be Zulily customer until I had a few issues with them and realized that if I consider price and time spent on communications back and forth it’s actually better to purchase from big retailers. Here’s some tiles: 1. Do not purchase unknown brands on Zulily. Most likely you will have a quality issue with your purchase; 2. Promotions on Zulily website or those emailed to you means nothing. I tried to take advantage of their free shipping offer a couple times, never works. And when you try to contact their customer support they play possum with you, “What offer? Or that one!?     15 days ago I ordered nearly $70.00 worth of clothes from zulily. All I have received is a congratulations email stating that order had been confirmed. No tracking number, and NOTHING saying as when to expect my order. Started a conversation on Messenger, with no reply. Pop up question bubble asking if I wanted to talk to a representative. I reply back, and still nothing. SO frustrating.

    Gave incorrect shipping info on website when order placed. Order placed Saturday 10/14. Website said my order was being shipped "tomorrow" which it did not. When questioned why my order was shipping 2 days later, they said they don't ship on Sundays and that my order won't ship until Tuesday. When I stated the website told me it was being shipped tomorrow (and the only reason I placed the order) they told me I should have chosen expedited shipping. (Which would not change the shipping date they said the item would be shipped.) They sent me their shipping info from the website, but that had nothing to do with why they are shipping my order 2 days later than what the website said when I selected my item.

    Customer service seems to be trained to divert the conversation to give answers that don't apply to what actually occurred. They never took the blame for their error but were quick to blame me by not expediting my shipping and not realizing that shipments don't occur on Sundays! I told them they need to fix their website and that it's false advertising. Disgusting and frustrating and their Facebook PM system to talk to "Zoe" is awful. They take an hour to respond to each comment or response you make to them, took 2 days to have a convo. Then the next day you get someone else and have to start over.

    Zulily should be required to boldly state upfront that returns are not accepted. To not accept returns is unusual and that fact should be made clear, which it is not. The merchandise in an order is shipped sporadically. One shipment took 6 weeks. The merchandise quality is poor and the sizes not even close to the USA norm. I received a blouse with a hole in the sleeve. I ordered an XL tee which is the exact same size as a medium blouse in the same order. Difficult to conceive that a company with such horrible practices and reviews remains online, able to take in money for junk.

    This is a highly disreputable company. I purchased women's clothing for $75. The quality was horrible and the sizing bizarre. When I tried to return the items they charged me re-labelling fees, restocking fees and return fees. The total number of fees was $26.08 in addition to paying the FEDEX fee to return the item, which they would only take via FEDEX. They are also keeping sales tax on returned items. Hmm... how is that legal? Zulily co-founders Mark Vadon and Darrell Cavens made $2.6 billion when they sold their company to QVC. They didn't get rich by running a reputable online store. When I called and wrote to their customer services desk multiple times they claimed they would refund me in full but never did. My next letter is to their legal department. For shame Zulily. For shame.

    I ordered two tunic tops from Zulily on 8/29/17. After repeated emails, I finally received them on 10/4/17. I had checked the size charts before I ordered to ensure I was purchasing the correct size. After waiting over a month to receive my purchase (they had, of course, pulled their money within minutes of placing the order, though), neither top fits. They are very tight, but the sleeves on one are so long that they hang about six inches past my fingertips. The material is not quality material - it's just the sisters - Poly & Esther.     I was so excited when I found Zulily.com. I ordered one tunic top to see the quality. When it arrived I was so excited, it was exactly what I expected. I placed an order for about 20 more tunic tops. When these tops arrived they were nothing like the pictures, they didn't fit or look the same when they arrived, fabric was inexpensive, although they state that manufacturer's price is $100. Now I have 20 tops I can't return and the original top that I liked so well, I've worn it 3 times and the fabric pills so bad that now I have to throw the top away. Fabric has to be the cheapest that China makes, there's a reason why they won't accept returns. Please don't make the same mistake I did. It cost me $300 for a good lesson learned.     I have been ordering from this site for over 2 years now and the majority of my wardrobe is from them. I tell everyone to read the size charts carefully as each designer is different, study the photos to see how thick the material is, read the description which has the material and where it is made and know what styles flatter your figure. Price point is also key as you get what you pay for. The delivery lead time is stated right below the product information before you ever order and is clearly stated. I have had items that were not as advertised, called the phone number on the bottom of their home page and have been very satisfied with their response time and solutions.

    We need to stop blaming the site for our own lack of attention to details. I get loads of compliments on my clothes and feel great in them. I shop with care and while some things are not as great as others, I wholly recommend the site to those friends who take time to assess the item carefully before purchasing. I will continue to use this site to keep fashionable and affordable clothes coming my way.

    So this past spring I took a gamble and purchased an almost $70 globe that changes color when plugged in for my son's room. I noticed after plugging it up the cord had a shortage. It sparked and snapped and the globe would flicker on and off. I immediately contacted the company asking for an exchange of the merchandise or refund. They requested that I email evidence, which I did. It is now well of 3 months and still no response about a replacement. There are no returns - shame on me for not researching this before I ordered. I have become accustomed to dealing with companies that accept returns if you are dissatisfied. I find it a deceptive practice not to make this very clear before a customer places an order. I was not satisfied with the fit (reaches to my knees) or the quality.     On May 26th and May 30th of this year I placed two orders on Zulily.com. Shortly after placing the orders I realized the address the items were shipping to was that of my sister in Georgia. Apparently the address had defaulted to her address. As soon as I notice it I went to order tab on the screen, clicked the view/modify order and changed the address to my own. I even got a response email from Zulily confirming the address had been updated to my home address. Jump forward to June, I receive two emails notifying me the items were shipping. Upon looking at the emails that is when I noticed that the address was once again that of my sister. I call Zulily immediately to ask them to stop the shipping and correct the address. I was told that it was too late and that there was nothing that they could do.

    I told the customer service rep what had happened and that I had received a confirmation email stating that everything had been fixed. She supposedly looked at their system and said that no such thing had gone out to me. At that she told me I could call the post office in my hometown and see if they would forward the packages to me. That they could not ask the post office to correct the delivery. Only the customer could do that. This is the second time they have screwed up a shipment due to their system not working properly. Long story short my sister was out of town at the time of the delivery and the items that I spent $142.84 of my money on were stolen off of her porch. Oh yeah I got a whole $5.00 store credit for my troubles. Piss poor customer service, they pass the buck and never ever own up to their screw-ups.

    I'm a regular shopper for Zulily. I have to say I've only bought clothes for my daughter here so I have no experience with adult purchases. My daughter is 7 and the clothes/shoes I've ordered are all very cute. I will admit I did get 1 dress that was cheaply made but I guess you get what you pay for. She has received so many compliments on her tops and sandals. I also ordered 2 tops (measuring by size chart) and when I got them they were huge. I just put it in the back of her closet. I ordered a pair of boots for her recently and when I got them they were a different color than stated in my order and box.

    If you're waiting 2-4 weeks for your items they should be exactly what you're expecting! I contacted them via email immediately and attached photos of the issue. They sent me a label via email and was told they would cover restock fee and shipping. They also credited me an extra $10 for the hassle. :) I also bought some bed sheets from Zulily and boy was I impressed! They're very soft, durable and breathable. The sheets were from American Home Collection just in case you spot it anytime soon (they change up their merchandise every 2-3 days).

It was very cheap material and the coloring of the fabric was very drab compared to the picture. So I thought it was just a fluke and I went back and ordered two more again because the pictures were so vibrant. Well these literally came from a slow boat from China!! It took a month to get to me.     Order 2 of the exact same shirts in the same size, just in 2 different colors, the first one arrived immediately and fit. The second one arrived 5 days later and does not fit. I laid them out side-by-side and there is over a 2 inch difference in the chest area. I contacted Zulily that sent me a return mailing address and told me they are going to charge me a restocking fee!!! For a badly cut shirt!!!

    I've bought from Zulily three times HOPING I'd get something of value. Sadly, out of all three times I felt scammed and like I wasted my money. The first time I bought a wood sign. It looked awesome on the website, but it was nothing more than words printed out on cheap wood. Still, no one could really tell as it's high up on my wall and not a main focal point so I tried Zulily again. This time I bought another wood sign. Again, it looked awesome online, but when it came I was extremely disappointed. It was the thinnest piece of wood, and again, the picture was pathetically printed on the cheap wood. I was pretty disappointed. I learned my lesson and refuse to buy any wood signs so for the third attempt I bought some makeup. In a department store this makeup would be over a hundred dollars so I was happy to see it for half price.

    Well, the moisturizer I got must have been old because there were clumps in it which isn't typical of this makeup. It also made me breakout like crazy, burning my face and leaving me with very dry skin. I had used this makeup before from a department store and never had a problem so this makeup Zulily sold me must have been sitting for a LONG time. Whatever, I get what I get. I did email Zulily and complain about their shipping price. Their sales typically don't mean anything when you're automatically tacking on a $7.99 shipping fee. If something's usually $20 in a store and Zulily lists it at $15, you're actually paying more. They sent me back an email with a bunch of nonsense that didn't really say anything and certainly didn't address the issue. You live, you learn. I won't buy Zulily again.

    I ordered two items of clothing. My credit card was charged immediately but I did not receive the items for several weeks. When I did receive them, I was shocked at what poor quality they were and how they did not look like the pictures online. I went to the website and tried to find at least a phone number to call someone at the company. Then I noticed they do not take returns (!) AND there is no way to contact this company.

    There are no free returns with this company. The dress I bought is cheap looking and ugly fabric and poor fitting. But too bad for me, I am stuck with it because the cost to return is half the cost of the dress. Don't be fooled by the appearance of the online picture, the fabric is pure polyester. Use a promo code for free shipping. What a disappointing shopping experience.

    So, it was my first time ordering from Zulily, I found some great deals from Gymboree and ordered 12 pieces for my granddaughter. Well, as is the case quite often, I kept getting click bait from Gymboree in my feed and ended up purchasing another 10 pieces directly from Gymboree. This was over a week ago. I just received my Gymboree order, however, my Zulily order has not even shipped yet. SERIOUSLY - I had never even considered the fact that their business model requires them to receive the items from the retailer and THEN ship to the consumer. Horrible idea. When I order something I want it NOW - that's why I have Amazon Prime! I would not recommend Zulily as I still don't know when my order will be shipped and it's been over two weeks. Baby grow fast, you don't have time to waste!

    I ordered a few tops from them. It took 3 weeks for the package to arrive. They were incredibly small. I wear an XLG and these tops were so small they didn't fit a friend who wears a size 8. I emailed them twice in the past 2 days to see what the policy was for returns and they have not responded.

    I've been ordering from Zulily for a few years now. Most of the merchandise is a good value. As others have stated, check the sizing charts! Only buy brands of shoes you have worn, don't expect much from those $9.00 blouses on a one/day only sale! The only unfixable problem I've had was recently when I ordered an Italian leather hobo bag. I was sent a huge tote bag in the same color. I returned it for a refund and reordered it after one rep said if I got the wrong one again, I didn't have to return it. I got the same ugly tote bag again, but a different rep told me to return it. I did and got a refund again. I believe the reps work from home and one doesn't' know what the others tell customers, as they don't all adhere to the same policies.

    Most of my purchases have been good. I only gave 3 stars because the handbag transactions were inexcusable. The shipping dept. personnel should be checking to make sure that the item shipped is what was ordered, not just blindly grabbing a box and slapping a mailing label in it. I told that to Zulily and got absolutely no reply or feedback.

    I've ordered a few things from them and everything was fine, yes some of the stuff is cheaply made but that's because you're not paying a ton of money so I wouldn't expect anything different. Shipping does take up to 2 weeks which is annoying and that's why I only gave 4 stars but other than that I think they are decent company.

    Sent a no return vest top that was so far smaller than size. Stated the item was sized correctly and not small. I wear the XL with no problem and the 1X believe it or not is too large. Well this top was at least 4 sizes smaller. Rip off, they got rid of merchandise that they could not sell to smaller people.

    I have had two experiences with Zulily - first was good but the second has been awful. My second order for a Summer dress took 6 weeks to arrive - awful fabric - time to do return... NOW the nightmare - How do I return it. After 3 attempts a label is sent to me - Good. Now I will see a refund I THINK NO. Zulily writes to say I have a Zulily credit with them... NO NO NO. I call them and very firmly point out I would like a refund with no further delay - and they agreed - my Paypal refund is now in process. SO PUSH FOR THAT REFUND.

    Ordered shirts which took nearly 30 days to arrive. Of the 5 shirts I ordered, 4 were of such poor quality I could not keep them. They were far too big, poorly constructed and the material was not what was shown in the pictures online. They do not refund your money. They will provide credit which forces you to purchase from them. Buy perfume, toys or electronics. Stay away from clothing.

    After reading all the negative reviews, I have one thing to say to consumers using Zulily. Do your homework. Read the descriptions, check the size charts and be wary of unknown brands. I buy from Zulily, but I only buy brands I know and already like and use. Read the clothing descriptions. Don't buy any of the cheap synthetics fabric items with low prices. They are bargain outlet junk. The size descriptions they post are accurate so if you wear a medium most of the time, don't assume that a medium on Zulily is going to fit. Check the sizing chart. They sell a lot of European clothing that is not identified as such, and the sizing is different and you will see that if you check the sizing chart. I mostly buy jewelry, home and decor items, and shoes - mainly because I am a petite and they don't offer petite sizes and also I buy natural fiber clothing, not synthetics (which they are overrun with).

    I had to call their customer service once, on a scarf that the description said was an infinity scarf and it was not when I received it. They refunded my money without questions (scarf was inexpensive and it would have cost more to ship it back). And if you need something in less than a month, don't order from Zulily. You always have the option to cancel an item before it is shipped and they will refund your $. I have had to cancel items twice after I was notified of shipping delays and given the option to wait or cancel. Both times, my $ was promptly refunded. You can find some good bargains, but it takes a little effort. It also helps to know what things cost in the regular stores. Things like name brand cosmetics that never go on sale can be obtained at below department store cost.

The tops matched the size chart. The design and quality are very good. I adore my tunics, and can't wait to wear them.

    Read the reviews that there was poor customer servicing and the clothes were oddly shaped and sized but didn't want to believe it could be true. The clothes looked so adorable online so I decided to treat myself to some clothes. My size is straightforward so I carefully ordered. Upon receiving the clothes I discovered unfortunately that Zulily appears to be a scam and the negative reviews were justified. The blouses had abnormally long sleeves, gaping neck openings and were so oddly shaped they looked ridiculous. The pants were several inches longer than expected and fit awkwardly. The clothes were sewn together into such odd shapes, they were not comfortable to wear and made one look disheveled and the result of a home economics sewing project gone wrong.

    The quality of the material was mediocre. Upon contacting customer service they charged me shipping to take back and would only apply store credit, forcing me to spend my "refunded" money on their clothes again. They did not care and would not budge. Their bottom line is all that matters to them. Very disappointed. Save your money and some headaches and don't order from this company. Not worth it.
