    Don't buy from Zulily, horrible customer service and very hard to get a hold of anyone. They won't refund me for something I never received. And for another order they refunded but want to issue me gift cards, what a joke!! BEWARE...been dealing with this for 2 months!!!!

    I bought two pairs of shoes, and paid extra for free returns, so I could decide which pair fit best. The shipment took 3+ weeks to reach me - it was delayed. After receiving it, I returned one pair of shoes. I have the UPS Tracking to show that Zulily received it, but there has been no further communication from Zulily, nor a refund to my credit card. I will not make a purchase from Zulily again.

    I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks Nov 3rd. My card was immediately charged. A shipping label was created in Ohio and item sent to USPS Nov 4th North Hollywood. It was “stuck” at USPS North Hollywood “awaiting package acceptance”. I reached out to USPS Nov 13th to open a case. They responded letting me know USPS had not received the package. I finally received the package Nov 22. So they sent the correct box with the wrong item. They have an AI promoted email reply which sent a link to initiate a “free return” but the link doesn’t work. I would NEVER recommend this company. I have opened a dispute with my credit card.

    I returned 2 pair of shows that did not fit too big I had the protection plan, I have proof over a month ago returned, over $69 due back but they will not respond. I used to love the old Zulily and I wanted to give them a try. This is horrible way to ruin a business. I don't make that kind of that I can throw away $. No phone number to reach like someone said fake #. Buyers beware.

    I purchased two pairs of Birkenstocks leather clogs I paid for product protection and I only received one pair. I have been disputing this with Affirm who keeps siding with Zulily saying they provided a tracking number. I contacted the post office provided proof that Zulily paid for an item weighing 13oz. Yet Affirm is saying contact the seller. Zulily Has a fake number for contact. You will get an automated response to emails.

    NEVER buy from Zulily, has been almost 20 days still sitting in California since 11-5-25 with no delivery in sight, it is now November 14 and was told by the company that I didn’t buy extra insurance so, "You're on your own," THEY Never Even shipped and no one to talk or help me, STAY AWAY from Zulily. They are scamming people and can’t deliver BUT still took 114 dollars of my money. BEWARE. No Christmas shopping should be done here!!!!

    Tracking number is bogus. Takes your money with nothing in return. Boots are said to have been delivered to Georgia two weeks prior to me placing my order in California. What a mess. Chase Bank is going to clean it up for me.

    I ordered a pair of women’s Ugg’s and I cancelled the order within 10 minutes of ordering; however, they sent them anyway and sent the wrong size to boot. After numerous emails and trying to contact them they said shoes are nonreturnable. DO NOT BUY from this fraud base business. They are definitely thieves.

    I ordered and paid for a pair of shoes which were never delivered. Their website indicated the item was delivered but the UPS tracking indicated they never received the package. I attempted to contact them but that's impossible. They basically stole my money and there's no recourse. DO NOT BUY FROM ZULILY!!

    I used to by from Zulily all the time (when it was the ORIGINAL ZULILY) so I was excited when it came back. I placed an order, did not receive what I ordered and no one is responding. I have sent numerous emails trying to get what I ordered, or a refund with no reply so I guess I am just stuck. This is not the Zulily I knew and loved, shut this one down! One star is too good, but it is the lowest Google will let you use. I should not be forced to pay for what I didn't order.

    Ordered two pairs of Birkenstock Boston clogs from Zulily and only received one of the two pairs despite being charged for both. That one pair took 20 days to arrive, by the way. They don't have a phone number or functional chat system to contact them. I have emailed Zulily 3 times trying to resolve the issue without response. I would not recommend buying anything from this company unless you want to pay for pure frustration. Absolute trash customer service!

    I used to order from Zulily all the time, so I was excited to see they’re back and still carry the brands I like at good prices. Other than that, they are nothing like their former iteration. I order a pair of sandals and received a message that it would take up to 10 days to ship. I checked in after 12 days with no shipping information and never received a response. Finally, three weeks after I placed the order with no response from customer service, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Finally, exactly one month after I placed the order, I received an email from Zulily saying my order was cancelled. Absolutely abysmal service.

    ZULILY used to to a good company and I would shop on the site frequently. However, since it was bought out, the service has deteriorated. I placed two orders that after a month still had not arrived. Credit card was charged immediately though after placing the order. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company in order to get the order canceled. Avoid ZULILY at all costs!

    I ordered a shoe from Zulily and it never arrived. The customer service never responds other than the automated reply. The worst thing is they charge your credit immediately even before shipping the item. I later learned that zulily used to be Proozy. I had similar problems with them too. Had I known earlier I would not have ordered. Please avoid

    Zulily is the most untrustworthy and non-communicative company I have ever dealt with. They charge your credit card immediately, often before you even receive a tracking number. But once they have your money, the problems begin: No live customer service — their phone numbers don’t work, and there’s no way to speak to a real person. Emails go unanswered — the only responses you get are automated messages that don’t actually resolve anything.

    No updates on returns — they never confirm when they’ve received your return, when your refund will be processed, or what’s happening with your money. Refund delays — they ignore their own return turnaround times and leave you in the dark for weeks. After four unanswered emails and zero communication, I had no choice but to contact my credit card company and file a dispute to get my money back. The entire experience caused unnecessary stress and anxiety and destroyed any trust I had in this company. I will never shop with Zulily again, and I strongly warn others to avoid them. There are plenty of companies that value their customers — Zulily is not one of them.

    I ordered a pair of sunglasses on June 6, 2025. Zulily (formerly Proozy) states on their website that it can take up to 14 business days to ship your order. After the 14 business days has gone by I contacted them to find out why my order hasn't shipped yet. The only way to contact the company is through their chat which turns into an email. I was told on July 4, 2025 that they had received my order and it was in the queue to be shipped. I waited another week before contacting them again about shipment at which point I no longer received a response. So I contacted my bank and had the charge reversed.

    Zulily tries to direct you to cancel the order through their website because that way it doesn't reflect badly on them for being unable to fulfill the order. Always go straight to your bank in situations like this as it is important that the merchant be held responsible for not fulfilling their end of the transaction. I waited overs 5 weeks which is more than double the time they state on their website to ship an order.

    I was so excited to see Zulily come back! It was my go-to for affordable, quality finds for years. It even introduced me to some of my now-favorite brands. Sadly, the reincarnation is disappointing, to say the least. I bought a $42 Vera Wang sterling silver ring. After three wears (to work at my office job), it split down the middle. When I reached out to Zulily to see what could be done, I was told they would “make an exception” to their return policy for me to send the ring back, but the return label would be $26! Long-time customers: know this isn’t the Zulily you knew and loved. New shoppers: beware.

    1)- They are the worst of the worst!!! 2)- I placed an order for slippers on the 17th, before I pushed pay I was given a message that I would receive the slippers on the 24th, Christmas Eve. 3)- I then got an email from them saying there may be changes to the shipping because they are experiencing high demand. 4)- Then I received an email from them that says that the slippers are going to be here between the 27th and the 30th. 5)- After three phone calls including speaking with a supervisor they told me there was nothing they would do for me that it was my fault and that they're not going to return the slippers with the shipping fee.

    6)- Everyone I spoke with was an uneducated obstinate bull-minded dishonest Filipino girl who could not speak English very well. 7)- I'm now going to place a complaint with the better Business bureau the consumer hotline and every other entity out there that will know that there should be a buyer beware on this website don't use them no matter what!!!

    I used to use Zulily all the time and loved the app. Great products. The "new" Zulily is awful. An item I ordered never arrived and they refuse to refund me. I have the NEST video that shows no one was at my door at the time that UPS said they delivered. They have lost a good customer. Deleting the app from my phone and I am gone forever. Beware.

    Multiple orders placed between October 2023 and when the website went down December 2023. I have been fully charged for items. Some were purchased via Smart Pay but still fully paid. None were received. When I first noticed the company shut down and if orders weren’t fulfilled they’d make good and fix that. I also couldn’t contact Zulily. I figured I’d give it a few days. Today 12/26/2023 nothing has been refunded or shipped yet they charged the final EasyPay transaction overnight. Where they said they were refunding or shipping I least expected they’d continue to charge but not ship. I paid via PayPal for most orders and can’t file a claim as I can’t get into order history stuff. Items purchased were essential needs for a family who unfortunately had lost everything but what they had with them in less than 2 years. One was a DV situation where arson fire on their home was started and the other related to storm damages in a hurricane they evacuated for.

    To make it even more stressful for the family 2 young kids were diagnosed with type 1 diabetes not even 3. Months apart and then mom had a life threatening medical emergency where her appendix ruptured. She went into sepsis and was about 34 weeks pregnant at the time. The best solution for both having the best survival odds was delivering the baby early and doing surgery/treatment for her infection. Now mom is suddenly a single mom of multiple kids including a preemie and children with serious medical conditions and trying to recover From her surgery and infection!

    Items purchased were mostly necessary things like bedding, clothing (socks, underwear, bottoms, tops, hoodies, pajamas, boots, jackets, & related accessories like items for all), baby gear stuff, and household essentials. The kids also got a few small toys since they lost theirs. They were begging just to get certain items back and couldn’t fully understand what happened. So a few toys was nothing to what they lost but at least something for them.

    Bought what was advertised as leather jacket. Arrived wadded up in a plastic bag and it was not leather but polyurethane and smelly. Returned it two months ago for store credit which doesn't appear in my account and customer service keeps telling me they've emailed me with the credit code, and there is no code in my email. Do not buy from them. Used to be a great bargain place for deals but this year it went so far downhill that I'm done. I'm sure I'll never get my credit after about seven emails from them telling me they already sent it.

    We as small business sell pro to Zulily and since April they are taking our goods, Shipping them to customers and keeping the money and Not paying us or any other suppliers since April. Yet they still sending their ads and trying to sell more goods and not paying small business suppliers . Zulily team how do come to work every day knowing what you doing???? Not sure how long Zulily is staying in business??? But they trying so hard to collect as much money as they can from hard working small business vendors. That’s not fair.     I Purchased a order online On August 23, 2023 with Zulily.com website. The total of the order was $31.41 for a Large top and purchased with my Credit Card. The top was large but top was too tight and small across the body, so I return Zulily order back to them. I requested my refund for the order to be processed back to my Credit Card. ZULILY refused to refund my Original Payment Method which was my Credit card. ZULILY Customer service and Supervisors told me that they can't give me my money back, and they only give Customers store credit in place of their money. I was told that if I order again I have the store Credit to use for a new order.

    I told Zulily that they do not have any stores in the State Of South Carolina because if they had, I would took the order to the store to get my refund for the top I had order online. Zulily is not Honest because they refuse to issue Customers their hard earn money back to the Payment methods that they use to Purchase the products which is half made clothing that people is returning back to them. I contacted the Better Business Breua concerning Zulily.com ripping me off my money because I return the order and want my refund which is only fair to me that Zulily Company need to refund my money back to my Credit Card which the Original Payment Method that I use To purchase the top on August 23, 2023.
