I've been shopping on Zulily for more than 12 years but I'm now done. The quality over the years and their customer service has waned. I understand they were sold and are under new management but if you make your products look amazing on your website then expect the customer to be happy with poor quality while paying a typically hefty price tag PLUS shipping then requiring another shipping cost to return it, in the age of Amazon, how do you expect returning customers?!

For a week now I have been trying to purchase boots for my daughters birthday. For someone reason, I am giving different errors for my cards and the PayPal option and to contact customer service. I started a chat and was told that I would have to call to place my order. Why would I need to call just to place an order? What's the point of having a website if I can't purchase online. This does not make any sense. Will not be purchasing from here. Shouldn't be this difficult. Very Disappointed.

We are a small apparel business, based in North Carolina. We have been selling our products on Zulily.com for years. In a nutshell, orders were being fulfilled by Zulily, we were shipping them directly to Customers. Zulily stopped paying us starting in April 2023, but continued to take orders from Customers for our products on their website. In the summer of 2023, they announced they were selling to another Company. They still owe us for our products they sold through their platform from April 2023 - June 2023. I've tried calling their Corporate office, none of those phone numbers work anymore. I email them regularly with no response.

I ordered a robe for 27.00 and was supposed to have it divided into 3 Smart Pays. The first statement after purchase had the full amount charged. I paid it and thought it's done. Oh no, here's another bill for 16.66 for June and now another 16.66 for July. I called Zulily no help, called synchrony, they said Zulily bills them in a weird way and they can not tell what the charges are as they are not itemized. 4 hours later I had Trevor on the line from Synchrony and he saw what I saw and we contacted Zulily together. We spoke with the rep. She read off all charges and he said he could fix it. Once we were finished talking to the rep we were disconnected and he didn't call back even though I gave him my number in case we were disconnected. I have now submitted these charges as fraudulent to Synchrony and I do not know what will happen thereafter. NEVER USE ZULILY SMART PAY!

Don't buy if you're not sure on your size. I just wanted to exchange sizes because the outfit I bought was a size too smaller, I sent them my reasoning and even sent a picture showing them my issue. I called them and they told me it wasn't exchangeable or able to send it back for money back. So if You're not sure of your size don't bother looking for things in this site. Very disappointed.

I was to receive $130 in store credit within 1-2 hours. 5 days later, no credit. I was told it was a technical issue without any potential fix timelines. I was comped $10, like that's going to help. I've lost my money, my free shipping, all items on sale and no longer available. I've been hung up on, I've been Sasser by a floor manager and still no money, free shipping, compensation for my time and no fix date. Their corporate offices do not have a phone number or email. Smells like a total rip off to me. Never again. I've got $80 worth of items to return for store credit. Which I'll never see. Poor, poor business ethic.

Bait & switch on sizes with no refund! Sizes are 2-3x too small and based on small **. Then when you receive the item, the item is unwearable and Zulily does not offer exchanges. You will _not get a refund_ but store credit to again buy something that might not fit. Think twice about ordering from Zulily. This company used to have great products that fit about a decade ago - but not today.

Never again will I trust their clothing sizes. I purchased three women's T-shirts in size 4XL because I like my T-shirts loose and comfy. I have received one of the shirts so far. The others are still in shipment process. The one I received is way too small. It looks more like a woman's medium to large. I didn't even bother trying it on because I knew it wouldn't fit. I typically wear 2X to 3X plus sizes. I don't know where they get their clothes from. I am assuming China because of the size discrepancy and Chinese made clothing tends to fit smaller than American sizes.
I am returning the T-shirt and will most likely have to return the other two as well when I get them. I am very disappointed. Also, they will not refund your purchase price back to your card. They only give store credit, which I don't like. They should offer either store credit or a refund. I will try to use my store credit for something other than clothes, but I will not purchase anything else from them again afterward.

Zulily advertised a pair of Bear Paw boots over the Thanksgiving long weekend for C $72.99 plus shipping. I put the boots in my cart thinking it would remain on sale throughout the long weekend. Plus I would have the funds on Cyber Monday in my account to cover the cost. I checked it every day and the price stayed the C$72.99 with no indication of a change so Sunday evening I was sure when I saw the no change and no notice of a change that I could get them on Cyber Monday. BOOM! Cyber Monday and the price has been jacked up to $119.99 plus shipping!!!!
I immediately GOOGLED asking where the best price was for these boots and it said: Zulily for $72.99 So I contacted Zulily by phone and the explained to the customer service person my story. She was sympathetic and asked me to hold and then came back and said Zulily might consider honoring the price if I was willing to buy them for the newly advertised price and then Zulily would issue me a refund. I told her that was a lot of work but she said they do make exceptions. She asked me to explain the situation in an email to a general service email address. Within the hour I received an email that was completely senseless and didn't say anything about me getting the original price but basically trying to say by this word salad trumped up ** email that they weren't going to work with me on this.
I told them what they were doing was false advertising, especially since even Googling a general question about the cheapest price on Cyber Monday the answer was Zulily for the price I had them for in the cart. Basically, they didn't want to honor the deal. They gave no notice of the deal ending on the night before Cyber Monday and as far as they were concerned it was not their problem. So not only is this false advertising, I sent them the screen shot which they requested of the Googled page that showed the boot, showed the price and that it was still on sale on Cyber Monday....NOT....and they are NOT going to honor their advertising.

I alerted them and they told me because it was after 14 days I couldn't return it. Now it took them forever to send it and it arrived while I was on vacation. I am more unhappy with the customer service than anything else. I believe this is my first experience with them that I felt the need to post a negative review. Be aware of their policy and look at reviews before ordering. One thing about Zulily is you can Google most of their items and find on other sites.

So here I was hoping to get my precious order, when on the following day I get an email saying "Your order has been cancelled". No reasons, no information. Just cancelation. The money was taken from my account the night before. So I go to customer support and ask the reason. A few minutes later I get a message that the credit card I booked it on "doesn't have sufficient funds", which is ridiculous because as I got that message I double check the account it definitely had more than 50$ that my order was. So I wasn't given a timeline of when the refund of that money gonna come back. The customer support is useless and sends you automatic messages instead if actually doing anything. This is a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER HERE. It's not worth it. And after asking about the refund, they blocked my email address. Well, that's a Fraudulent complain.

Zulily stole 2 of my refunds for items I returned and items they canceled. They now turn off my ability to enter a new bank card to pay smart pay balance owed on one item for $7.49, so I have no way whatsoever to close my account, even though I have a $14 credit balance on this same account (they will not apply the credit)!! They have broken the law a few times, but since they are in INDIA, I guess they can just get away with it! This was my only way to stage my protest here! This treatment is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I've spent near $50,000 at Zulily, during the years that I've been a customer and to be treated with such criminal disrespect is ABHORRED! Hey Zulily, hire employees THAT SPEAK ENGLISH!!!!

I have used Zulily a few times and collected some really unique pieces I still receive compliments for today. The shipping time has also decreased per its previous months long wait. I find the quality normally to be on point however, last purchase I was extremely dissatisfied with the product they were selling. Zulily did give me a full refund on the product. Avoid ordering anything by "Romantichut ". I ordered a navy blue blazer for $38.00 - this was the sale price. I received a very thin material blazer, buttons were hanging off and drooping, the cut was misshaped and fit odd. This looked like a $2.00 purchase from Wish. Overall, I normally have a good experience with Zulily but some of their retailers need to go.

This was my first and last time I will ever be shopping on here. I came across what I thought was really cute coffee table Worth almost $600 and I decided to order it. Upon receiving the package I noticed that there was three scratches going horizontally across the table that were very obviously not a part of its edgy look. I immediately contacted their customer service over the phone and she told me to go ahead and send some photos over in which I did. The person who manages the returns, Ashley, got back to me the next day dismissing everything that I had said and chalked it up to all the scratches being a part of its “abstract look” and completely evaded responsibility for the defective product.
After going back-and-forth a while she offered me a slap in the face of breadcrumbs of $198.84 of STORE CREDIT out of the $600 wasted. I'm 100% positive that I got a previously returned and re-packaged item. For some of their items they don't offer a return policy and that's fine but I don't believe that should apply to people who receive DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE merchandise this is UNACCEPTABLE. This company needs to start taking responsibility.

I ended up buying through another website I think Anthropologie. The top looked like it has been worn by 100 people and the price was really high. I had the worst experience. Zulily is a site where you can find some great deals. The only downfall is that most items don't ship until weeks after you order. There are a few times when I have stumbled on a buy that said it could ship right away and that worked out ok. Other than that -- there are some good deals to be had but returns cost money and it often takes way too long for orders to process. I still shop Zulily - I'm just careful not to order anything I need right away.

I decided to try Zulily because I had an online coupon code. When I went to check out, the coupon code was deducted as expected. However, when I was done with checkout, the coupon code was not applied to my credit card purchase! When I questioned the company, this is the response I received, "Thank you for reaching out. Sorry, we are unable to refund the $10 for the coupon code. I want to assure you that we continually strive to make things better, and are focused on what we can do to make your experience as effortless and enjoyable as possible." What exactly does that mean?? Zulily.com has deceptive pricing schemes. This was my first and ONLY purchase from them. I'd rather buy from an "honest" company rather the one that would steal $10 from their customers!!

I keep going back to this site after many years of ordering. Other sites have set offerings, but Zulily pioneered showcasing many "stores", designers, retailers so the little guys had a venue to sell their items. PLUS, they rotate all the time so the same ol' stuff isn't on there every time you look. Their model makes it necessary to limit returns at time (It's more expensive to take return than to just credit). Sadly, many lowlifes abuse this and it makes it hard on any business! I buy clothes for us all, gifts and household items. They now have imitators, but none measure up.

I have used Zulily for years. I appreciated the unique products, clothing, shoes, accessories you could find, only on Zulily. You're charged an initial shipping fee, then all future purchases for 24 hours (or the full weekend when ordered Fri or Sat). Lately, products have been subpar. ie: recently bought a computer light for Zoom meetings and it didn't work. It wasn't returnable; and they wouldn't refund. Cost to return includes paying your own shipping costs per item - you can refund (minus shipping) to original payment option or credit to future Zulily purchases. Other online sites don't have a return fee, with similar (the same) products/clothing/shoes now found on Zulily. Good if you know exactly what you want and can't find it anywhere else, so you know you won't need to return it. There are some nice, unique items.

I received the worst quality and most offensive smelling product from my Zulily order, than I have ever received from any online purchase. Due to mobility issues, I do order online often. And I opened a credit card, handled through Synchrony bank. If I try to access my account (to make payment) via the Zulily site, I am kicked out continually as soon as I attempt to process payment. A red "leather" jacket is one item I received that would not even qualify for pleather. It has some kind of paper material liner that made me itch all over just trying it on. And there is no way to wash it to attempt removing the offensive smell. Everything smelled! And the one item that was washed, the smell is still horrible!

Merchandise always looks good in pics - rarely a good representation of actual items. Pressure based sales - "only 1 left". Returns include restock, flat rate shipping $8.95 and usually just "store credit". They typically take orders to get from a manufacturer, so if you get a size that isn't quite right, absorb the return cost, it's very unlikely the replacement size will be available. All that after waiting 6 to 8 weeks for shipping. Customer service is infuriating lately, very argumentative - customer is never right at Zulily. Wasn't always so. I shopped Zulily for 8 years. Plenty of good retailers with great customer service.

The sweater looked adorable online but when it arrived it was a disaster! The sleeves were not the same width, one was MUCH WIDER than the other and the body of the sweater had many knots showing on the outside. Wish I had known this is a Chinese company. I would have steered clear! They offered me a refund of $7.99 out of a $50 order and I accepted that because I knew if I shipped it back to China it "would never make it there"! Today that refund of a measly $7.99 came as ONLY $3.88! DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING COMING FROM CHINA!!!

LIES. The products that Zulily sells are factory seconds, defects, irregulars, mislabeled / inaccurate product descriptions, and dud and or flop products that do not sell in Department's store. Zulily does NOT disclose this information. Zulily is willing and knowingly sells the inferior products as top-quality products. Their goal is to offload all the inferior products they can on unsuspecting customers as close to full price as they can. I bought a 2" mattress cover. Which shows up a thin not even 1/5 inch thick mattress cover that slides and does not stay on or stay put, I let it "fluff up" and air out due to the horrid smell of the product. At NO point on the entire mattress cover did it measure 2".
Zulily wanted to charge me an unreasonable return fee, almost what I paid for the product. This is how Zulily gets paid for their Crap products, it charges an outrageous return shipping and restocking fee to discourage any product return. This company is criminal, unethical, LIARS and they sell CRAP products. Their return policy and fees are unreasonable.

I ordered a solar light for the back yard and when it arrived I could see it was poor quality for the 39.99 price. I went to the website to return it but it said the item was not eligible for return even though it had only been a few days after I received it (well within the 30 day return policy). The item had a link next to it to click and find out the reason for the ineligibility, but the link took me to the policy that had a long list of items that basically included everything and anything ordered from Zulily could be argued to fall under this list to be deemed ineligible for return. I will not be ordering from Zulily again and will have to eat the 40.00+ that I wasted at this company.

I ordered a queen quilt. I was shipped a twin. First the chat tried to tell me I had to wait 10 days for some other department to contact me since it ships from the manufacturer directly even though the packing list and shipping label show it came from Zulily. I called the customer service number instead. A nice guy named Chris assisted me. He said since the queen was out of stock, all he could do is credit the incorrect one (which they did). But I also ordered all of the pillows and everything since I like this set. It's not cheap, especially from other places. Zulily customer service refused to try to contact the manufacturer directly to get the correct one shipped despite trying to pass the buck and blame them for the error. I emailed the manufacturer myself and hopefully they will step it up where Zulily has failed.
This is my first ever order from Zulily and I will NEVER order from them again. I advise you to NOT order from them either because if something goes wrong, they won't do a whole lot to help. Pay the extra money from a more reputable place and have the peace of mind that you will have REAL customer service should you need it.

I see plenty of ads for Zulily online. I'm an avid online shopper. I keep forgetting that Zulily is one of the sites that forces you to get membership before you can even look to see if there's anything you want. I refuse to shop at these kind of places. They say they do that so they can offer you good deals. That's ridiculous. Membership is open to anyone. So if they allow you to look around with or without membership, does that mean they can offer good deals? I don't get it. I won't shop with them, that's a good policy.

I ordered two items on August 20th, a blouse (called the "Suzanne Betro Weekend Navy & Rust Geometric Half Sleeve Henley Tunic") and a cardigan. I realized that I was going to have to wait until September 12th for one of them to ship and I had ordered them to wear together. I emailed support to cancel the late-shipper so I could order it somewhere else and get it on time for the event I wanted to wear it for. I was told, "We understand that you would like to cancel this item, but unfortunately, it is already in the process to be shipped out and we are unable to process a cancellation at this point. " Wait, what? It's already in the process of being shipped out? I thought it wasn't shipping out until September 12th. Which is it? No answer to that one. That was red flag number one!
After receiving the cardigan, I looked it over and gave it a 'mediocre' rating in my mind. It's ok but not as nice as it looks on the site. However, I will wear it and it fits fine. After receiving the blouse, I put it on and realized it is COMPLETELY SHEER AND SEE-THROUGH!! CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP GARBAGE!! NOT AT ALL HOW IT LOOKS IN THE SITE!! WORTH ABOUT $5 MAXIMUM!! I was super disappointed. This blouse absolutely cannot be worn without another top, like a tank top, underneath it, which is not how I prefer to dress. Not happy!! If I had a printer to print the return label, this trash would be on its way back. I will never order anything from Zulily again. They ripped me off once, no more chances!!!

The order takes forever to get to you. Company does not state that you have to wait for shipment from Asia. Everything fits too small. I ordered larger than my size. Still too small. The return fee was outrageous. I received an email stating $21.39 store credit minus $17.90 for shipping and handling. Refund was $3.49. Save your money. Shop American

This past summer I ordered four items. Two of the items were delivered about a month later, which is typical. The other two items showed as shipped, but I never received them. What I did receive was an email confirming that I not only received the items, but I initiated a return. I cannot initiate a return on items that I have never received. This initiated return apparently allowed for Zulily to charge me full price plus shipping for these two items. Because Zulily initiated a false return on my behalf, I was refunded a very small part of the purchase price and I was also charged again for return shipping. When I contacted the company I was given an automatic reply followed by the breakdown of why I was only getting a partial refund bc I initiated a return. Nope! Customer service was zero and I paid for nothing! I will never use this company again. I have also never written such a poor review of a company.

Zulily has good prices but remember, you get what you pay for. Most of the clothing they sell is cheap polyester or acrylic. I've bought several pieces that were described as 100% cotton to found out that they're actually polyester. If you want good quality cotton apparel, you will have to look elsewhere.

I have been buying from Zulily for 5 years before QVC bought them. Most of the items are Chinese and are cheaply made. Suzanne Betro is an exception and Thredup will take them to resell if in good shape. I have bought shoes Home Goods toys you name it. Yes shipping takes a long time but I am used to it now. They carry some name brands including makeup and fragrances. I miss weekend free shipping. Customer service is not the best now so I am more careful when ordering. Since covid it is the only place I shop for clothes. I think Zulily gets a bad rap sometimes. Just purchase things you are sure about because they rarely give returns only store credit. Many times it does not pay to send the items back.

Received a necklace instead of bracelet. Looks very cheap as well. Have not called customer service yet as it is 4 pm on sat. Will contact them on mon. Now I understand why they have a store credit instead of refund policy. Also no reviews. A little suspicious, don't you think? Will never order from them again. I order 8 items from them on April 16th. Took weeks to get the first 2 items. Gloria Vanderbilt jeans. Both were ordered in a size 8. First pair was maybe a size 4 and made out of some weird velvety material and the second pair were about a size 14. Then the two dresses showed up about 2 weeks later. Both way too big and these cute little dresses looked like muumuus. Ugly. Slippers fit well but made out of Styrofoam. Tops were cute but HUGE! So far can't wear anything but the slippers. Still waiting on the last two pairs of jeans but don't expect them to fit. It's August 1st. So that's 3 1/2 months to wait for overpriced junk made in China. Steer clear of this website.

My jumper/overalls came with the zipper already broken. The item is very poorly made. I immediately inquired on what to do/how to return or get refunded, and I keep getting the run around. They say the email address doesn’t match. I have done all of the steps they have asked me to do, yet there seems to be an automated email that I have been sent at least 3 times stating the email addresses don’t match. I’m not sure why that even matters. I took a picture of the damaged zipper, and still no response.

I love Zulily, except for ordering adult clothing their kitchen and bed/bath items are awesome as well as their Boxes items. My problem is women clothing. Recently sent back several items because the material was cheap. All 5 items were made in China and out of polyester. Who wears polyester these days. I was expecting more cotton or latex especially in the exercise bike shorts, not the case. There was no elastic or band to the waist so disappointed. I did notice of the 8 items I ordered, 5 were from Udear and made in China and no shape to clothing whatsoever and were made out of mostly of 60 to 80% polyester with maybe 10 to 20 of spandex or cotton. So if you are buying this brand check the material before buying. Had to send back all but 2 pair of bike shorts.

Bought an Apple Watch for my son as a high school graduation present. The watch was dirty and had multiple scratches on the face. Called Zulily immediately. Then I had to “wait” for another Zulily department to email me. That took 3 days. Then I had to send a picture of the watch to prove my claim. Then I had to wait until they contacted the “brand partner” (Apple) for approval to return the damaged watch. That took another week. Finally, Zulily emails me a return label. I mail it from Southern NH and it is going to NJ. Another 9 DAYS and 2 more emails from me, wondering where my refund is because their last email stated that I should let them know after I ship the watch so that they can “promptly” issue me a refund. I send them picture of the UPS receipt and the tracking number. Then 9 days of nothing.
I get an email stating that they cannot issue me my $400 refund until Apple receives the watch and contacts Zulily to tell them that they have received it. What??!! That’s not what the “manager” said to me in her last email. I point this out and she states that “that is not what she meant”. **?? Now.... Almost a month later, I’m being told that the watch is being sent back to me because my son's Apple ID is still in it. **?? I have to remove his Apple ID and then mail it back again!!!! Whaaaatttt??!! Are you telling me that Apple cannot access its own products and remove it??? My son deleted all of his other personal information but forgot to take that off. So now there is more stalling from them and still no refund. You would think that my $400 refund is going to make or break their company.
So now I am waiting for the watch to be returned to me so I can remove the Apple ID and send it back again. So... still no refund and my son is still without his graduation present. This sucks!! It will probably be another month before I see my refund. He’ll probably be in college before I am able to get him the replacement. Unbelievable!!! DO NOT BUY FROM ZULILY. God forbid!! You may need to return it. Then you will feel my pain because Zulily is indifferent to customer service and/or customer satisfaction. They just don’t care.

Shopping at Zulily for me has become akin to surfing social media for other people. I LOVE the specials and the way the site will tailor the item listings to your personal interests. Once you get familiar with the vendors (usually exclusively clothing) and the quality, it's easy to determine what to stay away from. All the designer items are authentic and they even offer refurbished high dollar mechanical products like iPads and Dyson vacuums. I browse almost everyday just to see what's listed and purchase frequently. I don't mind the longer lead time, I'm always getting little Zulily "gifts" in the mail almost daily.
With as many products that I've purchased, only one time did I find the manufacturer site of the item had a slightly lower price. Every other time, Zulily reigns the low price leader for identical products. I especially like the "back in stock" feature where if you missed an item, they notify you it's back. I can't think of a single retailer where I can buy a 8'x10' high pile area rug that retailed for over $1K for $139. Absolutely gorgeous in my living room!

I ordered 2 pairs of mules shoes from Zulily. I was so excited when they arrived on 6.20.21. But I was saddened that they were both far too large. I called the next day (6/21), I informed Miranda that I’d like to exchange them for a smaller size. Miranda said she’d email me the return label, and once they receive both pair, I’d get a refund, minus the $8.95 return shipping fee. She also erroneously stated that I only paid $14/pair, however, I had an email confirmation showing I instead paid $24.95/pair.
I was appalled that Zulily charged me $8.95 for delivery, and now an additional $8.95 for returns/exchange. So since Zulily chooses to be far more concerned with enhancing their pockets & profits, instead of gaining their customers’ favor, I choose to secure my best interests, to NO LONGER shop with Zulily, & to just continue to shop with far greater, more efficient, far more customer friendly online retailers.

I ordered a kids birthday gift that was on sale for 89.99. I sent it to the birthday girl/boys house on May 2, 2021. Today I called again to find out where the item is? They still have not received this item. I ask the mother daily if they received it. She's like no don't worry Zulily's takes a while to ship. The customer service tells me, "Oh it got lost in transit and it's no longer available." I'm so mad. I've been waiting for over a month and so have these children for their gift to be told, "Oh no you won't receive - we will credit you." Where am I going to find this item now for that price to send to them. I'm NOT! I am so embarrassed and feel so hurt and don't know what I will tell these kids. Terrible experience! They were rude and not helpful at all.

When the dress arrived, it did not resemble the advertised dress and it was too small. When I called to complain, they told me I would have to ship it to them and they would ship it to China. I would have to pay freight to them, then to China. I would be charged for all freight and tariffs.

Zulily has had subpar customer service for a long time, but this is the last straw. They are currently offing a measly 10% discount for being a "medical professional". I am a nurse and three times have submitted documents proving that I'm a nurse to qualify for the discount (my current license, W2, and paystub) and each time I got an email saying that wasn't good enough proof and was denied, and apparently you can only attempt to get the discount 3 times before you aren't allowed to attempt anymore.
They are only offering this discount as a publicity stunt, they obviously have no plans on actually giving the discount because it is impossible to get. I put up with Zulily's incredibly long shipping and their poor customer service in the past, but this is just the last straw. They don't care about their customers. They only care about looking good. TLDR: they have bad customer service, shipping takes an eternity (usually over a month for items to arrive), and returns are impossible. If you need to buy things I'm sure you can find whatever you want on Amazon for fast, better prices, and better return policy.

I love Zulily. Yes, some items take a while to ship, this is because the items are not all warehoused in the same location. I am perfectly fine waiting on something I really like. It is clearly stated when purchasing if an item is returnable or not. I have not had to return anything so far and have been extremely pleased with everything I have purchased. I love how each day there are new items you can purchase. It keeps their site fresh and exciting to see what is New Today or Ending Soon. I recently purchased a throw rug with neutrals of browns & cream for my living room and I'm in love, couldn't be happier.

Customer for eight years and love them! I have bought everything from clothes for me and the grandkids two kitchen gadgets, books, and toys. As far as clothes for me, I’ve learned that many brands run a little small and adjusted my ordering accordingly. I love that some things are marked that they can ship out immediately, those things get here surprisingly fast, usually within a week. I keep a list of brands and what size I wear in them, and of course have my Favorites that I buy from frequently when they are offered. Even when things do not fit right, customer Service has been fabulous! Extremely prompt refunds, easy returns, and pleasant people to deal with. I’ve recommended this site to literally over 100 people and would continue to do so indefinitely.

I will not be using them ever in the future. Most items are coming from overseas now, which would be fine aside from the time it takes to receive the items, the lack of information on shipping, unrealistic expectations of when the item should be delivered to you and the fact that their customer services' response is.... I was introduced to Zulily by a friend sending me an invitation that gave both of us discounts if I purchased. I had 3 young children at the time and with the shoes, clothing, toys, etc. I was impressed. At that time shipping of multiple items was very affordable compared to other online stores. They carried many products that were not even found in the U.S. I worked in an office and I wore clothes that had come from other countries, etc., quality clothes and shoes. I was ALWAYS happy with Zulily and any problems I had were courteously and quickly resolved by their customer service, who usually threw in a little something extra (complementary item, discount, etc.) AND THEN ZULILY changed hands (or at least that is what I was told) and nothing was the same again.
Prices went up, the $3.99 all day shipping was doubled to $7.99, the best brands were no longer featured or rarely featured, and talking to customer service was a nightmare. Even when I believed it was settled (though not to my satisfaction), they would not honor that agreement and instead send me something else, and now I had to pay return shipping even if the mistake was not MINE! So, I stopped ordering cold turkey. Solved that problem. I do wish someone with integrity would go back to the "old" Zulily. It WAS my favorite place to shop on a budget!

I have ordered countless items from Zulily for as long as they’ve been in business. I’ve purchased clothing, to kitchenware to toys. I had an item arrive but was wrong. I contacted them and they refunded my item including return shipping. It was a credit but I was ok with that. I’ve had a few clothing items be of a lesser quality so now I avoid those brands. All other items I’ve had no issues with. Customer service has always been excellent. They now offer some returnable items although whenever a problem has occurred, they’ve taken care of it. The only complaint I would have with them is the shipping times. In an Amazon instant delivery world, it is hard to wait weeks for an item.
I am quite confused over so many negative reviews on here as I have always been very satisfied with Zulily. One person stated a price went up. Well, prices on certain items have gone up due to covid and shipping restrictions. Appliances, electronics and some plastic items are harder to get. I always check Amazon to cost compare. That being said, I will continue to shop with Zulily as I have never had bad service.

Zulily does not allow any reviews of the products they sell - which is, in itself, a huge red flag. The clothing is extremely poorly made and runs about 4 sizes small. The rug I purchased was described as "indoor/outdoor" and was a loop shag. Since I was using it indoors, I thought it might be okay. It started unraveling within a week - in the middle of the rug! Each time I tried to return damaged/defective items, they gave me a "no returns" runaround for weeks, then told me I had to pay return postage. For defective items! This is after I sent photos, measurements, copies of receipts, etc.
In addition, shipping takes weeks to months - and always has, since my earliest order in 2015 - because they do not sell their own merchandise. They list merchandise (inaccurately) that is sold by other companies. They charge your credit card the same day you place your order. Days later, they place their order with that company. (The item may or may not be in stock.) Once they receive the goods from that company, weeks or months later, depending what country has manufactured it, they send it on to you. Meanwhile, your credit card has had that charge the whole time. Zulily is a scam. The business model is a scam. The few items I got that worked out well are NOT worth the money I lost at the end, in 2018.

I ordered 4 dresses and 2 pieces of jewelry. The reasons I want to return all items except one jeweled barrette is that the necklace was broken and very cheaply made. Two of the dresses were too large and the other were not flattering. I tried to contact them using the email addressees they provided on the packing slip. I purchased a Bobsweep robot vacuum for just under $200 and it stopped working shortly after I received it. After contacting Zulily for several months, the only response that I received is that the company won’t return their communication. I believe they should be partially responsible for the vendors that they work with. I am just am having to eat the money and will no longer order through his company.

I have been ordering from Zulily for several years. For the most part I have been satisfied, but lately the clothing I have been receiving from there looks NOTHING like their pictures online!!! The fabric is nasty and the items have been very cheaply made!!! They get you because 1) you have to actually PAY for shipping, and 2) it is difficult and COSTLY to return an item!!! Don't be fooled by how nice the clothing looks in their pictures!!! As for bedding and area rugs from Zulily so far the quality you are looking for is there! I had purchase an item, that didn't fit. I called to return the item. When I receive a refund for returning the item they want me to pay for the return. As I spoke to them and told them I would not close my account but, I will never purchase from them ever. A few days later I received a letter lowering my credit, I called again and ask why they didn't have an answer. It was fine. I just didn't want to close the account because I knew it would go on my credit. Well I just receive a letter telling me they close the account now. They have screw with my credit more now. I ordered Beyond This Plane Pink & Gray Color Block Long-Sleeve Pajama Set and Beyond This Plane Blue & Green Watercolor Pajama Set on 11/28/2020. This was to be part of a Christmas present for my Mother. The product was not shipped until 12/12/2020. As of 12/22/2020.. The package was shipped via UPS Mail Innovations®. It stated that UPS transfers the package to the U.S. Postal Service to complete the delivery. I was then advised....Once the postal service has the package, they will deliver within 3-7 days under normal operating conditions. So this means that I won't receive the package until after Christmas. Once the package had not been in the Untied States by 12/14/2020, I placed an order with another company. I received the package today...12/22/2020.
I have, on numerous occasions, requested refund from ZULILY. They have continued to feed me lies. Advising that I would receive my package by 12/25/2020...REALLY??!! ON CHRISTMAS??? They have the audacity not to refund this order. I had no idea how NEFARIOUS Zulily was. I advised them that I will contact the Better Business Bureau, and advise them of their reprehensible business practices! I regret that I did not investigate them prior to placing this order!!!! I ordered 2 pair of cowboy boots for my grandsons on November 12. A few weeks later I received notice they were being shipped. Plenty of time for Christmas, right? A few days I was notified the youngest boys boots were canceled. Huh? How can you charge my account and then tell me you don’t have the item. Ok, I got smarter and ordered another pair from Amazon. The quality of the clothing is extremely low. They use very poor materials and bad designs. Their sizes do not reflect normal sizes at all. I ordered smalls and they were HUGE!!!! I literally can't wear them. And much to my surprise I couldn't return any of them! Total waste of my money. Plus they took FOREVER to even ship! I've been a customer at Zulily for the past five years. I know how to spot Chinese apparel and you also can research the company names separately. But if you tend to go for the cheapest thing on the site and it says it's going to take three weeks or more to be delivered that in my opinion is a recipe for disaster! As I found the above to be a rarity as I'm now a Zulily pro.
But the merchandise is not all crap and far from it. I have bought a tonne and thousands of dollars of stuff and I'm very happy with all of it. They have a lot of brand name items that go through the site. You can even have an email sent when a company posts items for sale. There are some very high end items that show up now and then. I've seen Nine West, Coach and some high-end European designers. Also the customer service is very receptive. For instance I had ordered about $200 of stuff and was let go from my job about three days later. I called customer service to cancel my orders and because they hadn't shipped they canceled the entire order. If you read the product descriptions including their particular sizing charts and review Company names separately (if you're not familiar with them already) you shouldn't go wrong.
I can count on one hand things I wasn't particularly happy with whether quality or sizing but that was a learning curve. All in all Zulily has been good to me and it gets more and more brand names as the years go on. As someone else stated I'm surprised with the bad reviews but what I read from those reviews was they went for the cheapest they could find and of course didn't get what they thought they were getting. It's happened to me on Amazon many times but I can safely say less on Zulily. And folks that's my two cents. Cheers!

Since I had to pick a "star", Zulily gets only 1; I have ordered 3 different women's tops (didnt research company before ordering). What appears to be "sweater-knit" material is only a silk-screen-print of a sweater knit. Horrible silk-screening, thin fabric, and faded colors. Not inexpensive, just CHEAP labor & materials. Best suited for house lounging, instead of office chic attire. Buyer beware, research it!

I received my first shipment of two garments from Zulily today. The garments did not meet my expectations in terms of fit or quality of fabric. I called Zulily customer service to arrange for a return and refund and was told that all Zulily purchases are eligible for store credit, only. No refunds are issued. Ever. In addition, returns from Canada are convoluted. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are refunded only after the shipment is received by Zulily. I told the customer service rep that I'd changed my mind about the return and that this would be my first and last order from Zulily.

So I ordered this pair of sneakers, now keep in mind I live in FL. They said they run small so order a size up, which I did. When I received them, they were not as pictured, they had FUR on the inside which, by seeing where I live, I would NEVER order. They were also still way too small. Now first it took about 6 weeks to get the stupid things but I asked for a return. Advising, not as described and still way too small. I was told I could return them but I HAD TO PAY FOR THE RETURN. So I paid for the sneakers, paid the original shipping then had to pay the return. So a $16 pair of sneakers ended up costing me about $40 and it’s been weeks since I returned them and still haven’t seen my crappy $16 credit. I bought a coat for work and I used their size chart to pick my size, but this particular coat had a paragraph saying it runs big so go down a size. So after waiting for it to arrive I tried it on ...it should of said go down 2 sizes. It was huge. I'm very disappointed that I paid with my Visa and can only get store credit not my money back. I bought a jacket from this site and paid for expedite shipping, when I received the jacket it was way too bulky in fit so I had to send it back. I requested a refund which took almost two weeks to process. I was approved for my refund and was told I would be getting back a portion of what I paid due to me having to pay them to send the item back. Watch for Bait and Switch! I shared the Zulily site with a friend who then ordered several items. When her order arrived, she discovered a pair of earrings that did not match the description of the product she had viewed and ordered. Upon informing Zulily of the error, she was told the item she had requested was not available but that she could return the product for store credit. I told her I'd never had a problem with Zulily switching a product and thought it must have been an innocent mistake on their part.
Since that incident, (and unrelated to it) I received a pair of boots from Zulily which appear to be a cheap knock-off of the ones I actually ordered. I contacted Zulily and provided copies of both the photo I viewed when deciding to order; and the photo now shown on their website, which is of the cheaper, uglier boots I received. They have issued a return authorization and have promised a refund upon their receipt of the returned boots; and they've offered a $10 store credit for my trouble. I should be happy, right? The problem is that they should stop practicing 'bait and switch' on their customers. If they run short on inventory, the customer should be advised of the shortage and afforded the opportunity to make a decision on what they want to receive.
I phoned 'Ryan' to express my concerns about the practice in general, requesting that he put me in contact with someone who could properly address the issue. He refused, stating that the $10 credit and refund promised upon return of the product was 'all we can do'. I believe it is wholly unethical and illegal to promise a paying customer one product and then to switch that product out for one that is substantially inferior to the one originally promised. I know I am not the only person to have experienced Zulily's Bait & Switch policy; sadly, it appears legal action may be the only way to prevent Zulily from continuing this practice. So this is a fair warning ~ Stay alert when it comes to Zulily!

I love Zulily. In general I'm not someone who shops online but I find the variety and prices drool worthy. Shipping takes a couple weeks but the shipping cost is cheap. Often once the item is purchased the website will offer further shopping for no additional shipping cost. One caveat: stick to brand names. Every day new items are added and the website is easy to use. I'm not a techie or a millennial but for my purposes, Zulily is a winner.

Then it sat there in Philly PA for 3 days.. Then it went backwards to Avenel NJ. Sat there for 3 to 4 days then got to Butner NC and sat there for 4 more days.. I live in NC mind you.. I call ups. They say, "We have no info for you.." I call the post office. They said ups didn't delivery it to them yet and it's Friday the 30th of Oct.. Mind you the website states it will be delivered to me from ups by 9:00 tonight...
Nope I won't be getting it til mid next week if not later.. That makes it over 3 weeks.. I'm fed up.. I purchased reader glasses for my mom that has dementia so I could do some Halloween craft with her to get her mind in a happy place...that won't be happening. I have been an avid costumer of zulily. I bought so much product from them every year for about ten years. Their customer service department has been superb until today. They now started charging a “restocking fee” to return their products. For one, their shipping is not free. It costs $7.99 per order. And then to return a product that doesn’t fit, or that costs more than what you can get in other online stores, or just poor quality, you have to pay a restocking fee on top of the shipping fee that you paid for to begin with! They used to have a customer service department to help you with your issues, now the ones I spoke with don’t even listen. They are just like robots. This is our policy period. They don’t care whether you are dissatisfied with the products they want your $. I’m sticking with Amazon this time. No more Zulily for me. Ever. Very disappointed to say the least.

I recently purchased a sideboard/serving table from the Zulily site. The item was made by Signature Design Furniture by Ashley. The item arrived completely unassembled which is fine, probably accounts for the reduced price; however, as my spouse and I carefully unpacked the items, we found several pieces of the furniture had "cracked off" likely due to poor packaging/shipping. I went to the Zulily site to investigate & the site clearly stated the item is "not eligible for return". We were assembling this on a Saturday. That being said, since no return, my husband went to the hardware store & bought wood glue and wood screws etc to attempt to repair the damages. In addition to the flaws and damages, several of the shelves were scratched. The doors did not line up with the latches so it doesn't even close properly.
Also, several "screws" from the brackets were missing because they were "stripped" so these also had to be redrilled and replaced. I contacted Zulily, sent several photos of the damages and they were unwilling to help. They said even though the site said no returns they were willing to replace the item. I advised them I would rather receive a rebate or discount since we had already put the item (painstakingly) together. They refused to offer any type of a discount & the only way they would refund is if I donated the item to charity. I even said I would agree to take a replacement of similar style and pricing but not the same item since it was totally "JUNK". They were not willing to work with me. I then tried to contact Ashley Furniture directly to let them know about their inferior quality product and they did not contact me either. I hate to give a poor review but after talking with P. in customer service I decided to tell my experience. I had 6 orders pending. Yesterday I went to check the status on their site and they are all gone! So, I called customer service and the first thing I noticed was how defensive they were, not understanding what I was saying as if this was my problem not theirs. If I had not kept any of my confirmation emails I would have had no order numbers as references. The person I spoke with kept saying it was the vendor's fault, really, how could separate vendors erase all my orders on their website?
The items I purchased were in stock still as I kept checking in the days following my purchases, none of them had "all gone" on them. Yet, I was told today that either there was no more or it would take too long for the items to be shipped, yet I was told "to wait a few more days." For what? No answer as to a refund or receiving any of the items. I asked "why did you erase all my orders, without any explanation to me?" She couldn't give me one. This is bad customer service, I don't know how they stay in business. For an item that cost 98 cents I was charged $5.99 shipping but the status of this order is gone, I cannot find it anywhere.
How can they keep selling items, taking money from my bank account before they even know if I'll get the item, wiping clean all my orders and then be told, "to wait a few days more." I have never received any emails stating I'd get a refund, be sent my items or they had simply run out. That's dishonest, then blaming it all on their vendors. If your vendors are that bad it's time to get different vendors or at least honest ones. I'm sorry but I no longer trust this company, they need to do some soul searching and start changing their policies starting with their customer service.

I mostly buy little girls dresses on Zulily, and have gotten quality items at great prices 80% of the time. However I suspect that the Pink Vanilla Navy & Aqua Floral Patchwork A-Line Dress for girls is counterfeit. It is flimsy, poorly made and runs very small. I cannot fathom that the original price of this was ever $38. I will do better research before buying any more clothing from Zulily.

I bought a pair of boots on zulily and before I received them, they went back on the zulily site for cheaper. Ordered them Aug 29th. Re-listed the 12th. I emailed customer service and stated the situation and the price decrease. The response I got back was it is outside their 14 day policy for any refund on price differences. To this date 17th I still have not received the boots. Very disappointing. I have asked it to be escalated to someone with more authority than just following policy. I placed an order for five items. Two of them arrived. The other three started out in NV, where the package stayed for two days. Since then, it's been in IL and has no moved for 5 days. Two days ago, I contacted Zulily and asked them to look into this. I was told to contact them again in a week. Keep in mind that I placed the original order three weeks ago. The shipping cost is already quite high and the ship times are already longer than with other stores. To wait three weeks and to be told to wait another week before they'll even think about assisting you is ridiculous. This is not the first time this has happened. Their "discounts" are not good enough for this level of frustration. Spend the extra couple of dollars and buy direct.

I ordered a Ninja blender, a replacement for a blender I use EVERY day. I was anxiously awaiting my order when I got an email that the order was cancelled "as per my request". I did not request this. I called customer service and they told me I was to contact my financial institution. My account has nearly the full balance available so I deduced that my order was cancelled because I put in the “wrong” billing address. I had just moved this week. I changed my address with my bank, and put in the new address as the billing address which is obviously logical. When ordering, they didn’t have any type of notification system that the billing address didn’t match (like MANY companies have), nor did they contact me prior to cancelling the order to give me a chance to update it.
Now the sale is over and the item is completely unavailable. I spoke with a supervisor over the phone, and even though she even noticed I was a new customer, she wouldn’t (couldn't?) do anything for me. They will not manually re-place the order, and now I’m left trying to find the item elsewhere. I will definitely not be shopping here again because they don’t care about the customer at all and won’t work with them to provide a solution. Companies like this need to think of the user experience if they wish to gain customer loyalty. Simply adding in the address matching feature, or a notification system would have stopped this from happening. I'm certain I'm not the first person this has happened to.

I bought an absolutely horrendous pair of leggings from them that were completely see through which it never stated on the site. I went to return them and saw they require YOU to pay return shipping! On top of that, they give you store credit (minus the shipping credit). So there, you get to buy more crappy items and pay, yet again for shipping. Worst company in the world.

I would like to know where is my order from June 15th. You claim UPS picked it up...Ups doesn't have it, as tracking order is not theirs. I stay on the phone for an hour and a half. 2 notifications this week says arrival. July 10th before 9pm. July 11th, again call, now, no one knows where package is, with 3 different people spoken to, with 3 different zulily reps, still no one can give me an answer. Now I can't even expect a deliver till after July 24th! Out of 20 items ordered, June 15th. I received 4 items, and a large ** razor. Which no can explain! Yet, you charged my card, June 15th immediately. On the phone, I find out ups doesn't have it, that USPS has taken it over, without any notifications, still on "Orders" tab track package, blue bar ups!
What gives you the right to falsify shipping, I paid for., now no one is responsible! So, after this frustrating hunt, I'm out of over $300 worth of merchandise, that none of you morons can find, 3 1/2 weeks later. You have fraudulently mailed this with another shipping company without my knowledge, and certainly got your money the minute the order was placed, and I have nothing! I placed an order for the first time with Zulily after a setting up an account a good while back. The order was children clothes as I have 3 boys and they needed new clothes. Because of the covid-19 pandemic my country has closed its borders so I am not able to travel to do my regular summer shopping. I checked their website and liked what I saw and decided to order with them. My debit card was expired so it wouldn't work so I used my mother credit card (which she also was going to order with them) to purchase the items. The total was $618. I decided to send the things to my grandmother that stays in Atlanta so she can send them to me. I sent through the order. Said it was approve. Gave me a tracking number everything.
Check my email the next day. It says order has been cancel as I requested. I called them. It was one thing after another. Then they say my address to match up for billing and deliver. I called my bank got a confirmation number of the transaction and they would not accept that saying it's my first order. "Wow that is quite a large order." I explained why and they still refuse to put through my order and they were very rude when dealing with me. I am waiting to see if my money comes off of hold. DO NOT USE THEM. TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE START.

They have good payment options and excellent customer service. They receive items through various venders. It would be good advice to research each individual before ordering. I placed an order on May 26 and the item was supposed to ship out on June 5th and it didn't... I called them around June 9th and they said that shipments are running behind and I said ok... I called back a week later cause I still didn't get an email that my items had shipped and they said it's gonna ship out next week and I said ok... I have placed multiple online orders with various companies and the worst one is Zulily. I wait and wait and then I'm told sorry delay or sorry out of inventory and wrong product is delivered. Example had a bra delivered and never ordered but item I did order never showed up. I just waited 7 weeks for curtains to show and when they did they were not the colour or material as I ordered blackout drapes in gray with a pattern and sheer white showed up. I also find it difficult if not impossible to locate how to return an item. My advice stay clear. Not worth the time and energy nor the frustration and hassle. This is a business that lacks huge on getting the product to customer.

I ordered a pair of blue sandals May 19, 2020. Price of shoes $59.90 with $9.99 shipping. I have not heard from them via email or have received the product. But I have been charged on PayPal which I have paid. I have been unable to contact them. The statement from PayPal list Zulily as provider. Today is June 16th. I could have driven to the state of Washington and picked up the shoes faster than it is taking them to ship them. PayPal has NOT been cooperative. I ordered a pair of women’s Clark’s shoes on Zulily’s website. I received a pin email saying that the order had shipped. Then a few days later, I received an email saying that my shoes had been sent the wrong customer, and I was being sent a refund. They asked if I had received anything that I didn’t order, and I replied no. I asked if they would resend my shoes when they got them back at the warehouse. Zulily didn’t reply, so I asked the question two more times, each time getting a reply that my account had been refunded, and they didn’t understand the problem!
In my 4th email, I again asked why I didn’t receive a replacement order of the shoes. The rep replied that they wouldn’t be sending me the shoes because they were out of my size! I posted my story on their Facebook page, and replied that I would never order from Zulily again after being a regular customer for six years. I got a canned reply of "be sure to contact us if we can be of further assistance. Warm regards." I find their customer service to be a minus 5 stars. Any other company I order from online would have resent the shoes to me upon their return from the customer who wrongly received them. Zulily does not care to go the extra mile. Plus their return fee of $7.95 is ridiculous and you only get a store credit.

I ordered two jumpers from this website. I spent almost $70. I was so excited for them to be here, I’ve checked the mailbox every day for two weeks. They took over four weeks to get to me, and to my dismay when I opened them they look NOTHING like the photos. Not even remotely similar, and the quality of the clothing is very poor and a totally different material than pictured. After being so disappointed I decided I was going to try to just return them and get my money back. I go on their website to check out the return policy. Garbage. You have to pay almost $5 to the company per return, and you can only return the items for in store credit.
They also can only be returned if they’re still in the original packaging, which I obviously opened it to try it on so I can’t even return it anyway. I also would never want to buy a product from them again, and I would have to wait 4 to 6 more weeks for my new products, so I’m not entirely sure what the in store credit would do for me anyway. I guess I’ll just have to eat my $70 in this really trying time. 10/10 would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

I am furious right now. I have a credit card with this company, and I owe less than $100, on a $5,000 credit limit. Tonight I started getting rejections on my payments. Seems the card is canceled but I don't know why. I have made all my payments well on time, and I'm never late on ANY card payments. I have a 725 credit score. And of course you can NEVER get anyone on the phone. So I have to take a credit score hit for a canceled card??? Never mind that it takes sometimes a month or more to get your orders from them, now my card is canceled??? Steer clear of these folks.

I ordered a glass beverage urn 3 months before my daughter's wedding shower and it arrived broken, so I ordered another, which also arrived broken. I sent photos of both and told them that they weren't packed correctly and they did nothing to amend the problem. They tried putting the refunds on my Zulily account instead of back on my credit card. I waited over 3 weeks for each to be delivered. The clothing they sell is very often incorrectly sized and they will tell you they can't take it back. They recently raised the shipping fee for one item to 7.99, which is a joke! After this ridiculous move I decided to unsubscribe from any further communications from Zulily. Better clothing and better service can be found elsewhere.

I have been shopping with zulily for 3 years and have been satisfied the majority of the time. I placed an order on Friday and noticed that the shipping charges have went up by $2.00. Also in the past if you order on Friday you are given free shipping until Sunday at midnight. This didn’t happen. Now it’s day to day free shipping after your first order and no more free weekend shipping. I noticed that this started after the Coronavirus started here in the United States. I think it’s a poor way to make an extra buck by taking advantage of this horrible pandemic. Shame on zulily.

I have been a Zulily customer since the company's inception. I've watched it grow and change. Sadly, the change is good for the company's pocket. Not so much for the customer. I recently purchased 2 pair of cloth sneakers. The first pair, one foot fit fine, the left foot was about a size too large. The second pair were way larger than the size I ordered. Not only did I pay to ship them to me, but I had to pay shipping to return them. Instead of refunding the remainder of my money, I was give a store credit, where I get to buy something else and pay the shipping.

I called since it was less than a year. I was told the supplier offers no guarantee or replacement. You mean to tell me you can tell a root will be fine? I have been a regular consumer of Zulily for the past couple of years. I purchased a Cole Haan black leather jacket at the end of August 2019. I put it away since it was too hot to wear the jacket. I took it out a few months later and wore it a couple of times then it got too cold to wear the jacket? I just took it out this week again and noticed a tear on the seam in the front. I took it to a leather repair shop who said the stitching the jacket is loose and they would need to sew the whole seam which could cost up to a 100.00. I contacted Zulily to see what they would do. Hoping for a refund or at least a store credit that covers repairs since the jacket was sold faulty. They refused to give me anything. I’ve gotten refunds in the past but it depends who you speak with. Some refuse and some accommodate which is unfair. Now my jacket that cost me 260.00 will cost me another 100.00 to fix with no regard from zulily. Beware of their return policy!

Sizes are very irregular.. Many such as Rene Rofe don't come in plus sizes. Read the description and double check sizes! Some items are great but be aware of long wait for shipping. Some of the tops are loosely knit or woven and require wearing a tank plus bra.

I saw on the Zulily page that they were offering $10 off on purchases from Boxed using i the Zulily credit card. This did not happen. I sent a photo shot to them of the claim on the page, and spoke with 4 different customer service people. They said they didn’t know why it didn’t apply and then claimed they could not see the ad banner. I wrote a review on the FB page, but their request to embed sage them would not go through. They finally gave me $7 credit. I object because that was not what was clearly stated. I am a long time customer and spend a good deal of money on this site. I did not expect to be treated this way. I have ordered several times from Zulily and my satisfaction average is pretty low. Today's order was the last time I'll purchase. I ordered two pairs of sweatpants and one was in the right package but the wrong size. I ordered a necklace and they sent me the empty packaging with no necklace. And I ordered two cardigans. One was described at 100 percent cotton with pockets and elbow patches, and it arrived 98 percent polyester with no pockets and no patches. The other sweater was a little closer, except the online instructions say wash and tumble dry, and the actual sweater says to dry flat. It's not worth the aggravation of having to call them and return the items, so it's easier to shop elsewhere.

Shortly after placing the order, I realized they were being shipped from China, so I figured it was going to be awhile to get them. After 3 weeks had passed, I contacted customer service by email and was given a tracking number. That was helpful. The tracking number showed my package traveling from China to LA where it SUPPOSEDLY arrived in late January. Huh. By mid-March it still hadn’t arrived. Got no response when I contacted zulily again and ultimately disputed the charge with my credit card company and received a full refund.

I had bought a couple of items from Zulily and they seemed okay, only downfall was my items took so long to arrive. Recently I purchased a pair of Tom Ford Sunglasses (or so I thought). The website posted pictures and provided information that seemed authentic, so I purchased the TF Sunglasses. When I received them, they didn't fit my face frame, so I decided to sell them on Facebook Marketplace, but FB Marketplace immediately notified me that I could not sell the glasses as they were counterfeit and it didn't meet their "Commerce Policies" for posting on their website. I then proceeded to contact Zulily and was told to call them (not email correspondence) to resolve the issue.
I called them and I was told that because I purchased the sunglasses more than 30 days ago, I did not qualify for a refund and there was nothing they could do. So not only did Zulily NOT resolve my problem or even offer a store credit, they didn't seem concerned that I wanted to report the seller who is selling counterfeit luxury items on their website. They were not concerned in investigating my concern at all. Zulily is not customer friendly nor are they concerned with having counterfeit sellers on their website.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ZULILY to anyone and will never shop with them again. There are many other reputable websites you can purchase from that provide great customer service and truly are helpful when consumers run into issues or have concerns that are brought to their attention. Zulily is not one of those merchants you can trust. Extremely disappointed on how all of this was handled. I give them NO STARS for their rating, but had to enter "1" in order for my review to post.

I am addicted to their sales and clothes. I shop mostly for tops and have been very happy with everything and will continue shopping with them. I read a lot of the other reviews and was floored how many complained. Wow! I have never had an issue and customer service has been friendly and has solved any problem I might of had. I have been a Zulily customer for 3 years and love it. Yes, the shipping is a longer process because the orders are placed by Zulily, directly with the Brand/Vendor after the Zulily event ends. It outlines this on Zulily FAQ'S. I successfully shop with them on shoes, clothing, beauty brands and decor - to name a few - because I ONLY buy brands I know the fit and quality. I love the Smart-Pay. Customer Service has been great when I have received an item damaged in shipping.

I ordered from Zulily a couple of times and I’m still waiting on 1 item that I ordered on December 17, 2019. I think 22 days is a bit too long to wait for a product that you pay shipping for. I made the mistake of placing another order for 3 items that was placed on January 3, 2020. Rocket Shipping was on all three of these items. When I called customer service today the customer service person was very very rude and said I didn’t pay for rocket shipping so what the heck was my shipping charge for? She stated my shipment will not even ship until the 15th of January 2020. I’m done with this company. They lost a good customer. I’ll start using Amazon solely. Can’t believe Zulily is company related to Qvc. ... I’m very very disappointed.

After following up with my initial complaint about a wrong sized, etc. comforter set that was misprinted and had stuffing coming out of seams, I was asked to submit photos of defects while chatting with a CSR. This second complaint resulted in my account being credited without having to go through the multi-stage return process. It's important that I update my original complaint. I recently purchased a comforter set in Queen size. When the order arrived I found a Double size comforter and bedskirt and King size shams! To top it off, the stuffing was coming out of the seams. Customer service, as usual, went through the return drill that requires me to go to a printshop to make label, then go to USPS to mail it. I am handicapped, live alone, and rely on online shopping. Since I have given away far more Zulily products than I have been able to use, I am having to consider my experience with this company as a very expensive lesson in "buyer beware." If it looks too good to be true, it is.

I used this site for Christmas gifts. After giving these gifts out I had a few returns. The sites return policy is stated clearly but I guess I assumed seasonal giving had some exceptions, as do most vendors. I was wrong. They wouldn’t even offer a store credit. I will not be shopping with them again. Not user friendly in my opinion.

I will never purchase from Zulily again. I purchased a pair of boots, size 10 and felt like a size 9. I requested a refund and they only wanted to provide a store credit. I explained to them that I needed my money back so that I can purchase from another company that sells true to size boots and they are only wanting to provide a store credit. That's wrong! They should not be selling stuff with false advertisement of sizes. That's bad business for the consumer. They highly not recommended. Find somewhere else to spend your money because this company will not refund you your hard earned money back.

I have shopped Zulily for over 10 years. The first group of years was totally unsuccessful until a stranger gave me some advice. The second & current time I followed that advice and it's been 70% successful. Here is what I know. If you are a female who has a hard time buying pants in a store DON'T buy them here. You can't return them, only Zulily credit. The same with, shoes and boots, and lingerie. Tops, sweaters shirts are generally less expensive so that is what I purchase. ALWAYS check the delivery time. Sometimes it is fast, but in most cases it can be weeks and weeks. I'm serious! And no, FedEx won't help. This is how long it takes from the manufacturer to Zulily. Coats, if you live near a mall, try it on before you by from Zulily or use their size guide. If you can't afford a mistake, don't order it!!
Children's, this is easy, always. As usual look at the delivery and return policy. Second, after checking the size chart (some very beautiful children's manufacturers are from France and Germany- you will want to keep these clothes or pass on to friends or even dress up teddy bears) if still unsure, order a size UP. If there is one thing every mom knows, your child is going to grow!! If you find clothing you love like I did (I found a company named Joules that they sell full price at Saks Fifth Avenue and Zulily sells it at 1/10th of the price, yes really), keep ordering, give great reviews so they will come back.
Other great things are cologne, aftershave, sterling silver jewelry with semi precious gems (50% less than a HSN or QVC sale and they even sell the Artisan brand from time to time), bedspreads, comforters, beautiful pillows, real designer handbags like Coach, Dooney and Bourke (watch out for initial designers that are very very close to the real initial designers but are not the real thing. You may think you are getting a leather Michael Kors leather bag bag when he just uses his initials, but you will get a leather bag by a different Michael or Michelle with different initials, if you don't pay attention.
Keep track of what you ordered that you can check quickly while online. When orders are not due for sometimes a month and a half or more, a great item pops up that you just have to have. Then six weeks go buy and you get one order, then another eight weeks go buy and oops, there is another $49 had to have it sweaters!! It happens and happens, if you are not careful. And because Zulily's site is an unorganized site, and it keeps evolving, you always feel excited. A bargain is coming. New things around the bend. Maybe if you go a little deeper there may be just the thing you need....
Shop with knowledge, and if you are not sure, take a break...go back to it later. You just might find something you really have to have and only shop with a credit card that you can afford to pay off in full right now. Bargains are not bargains if they get you in debt and you have a pile of merchandise you don't fit into, don't like, can't use or are far below your expectations.

I placed an order totaling $175 over a month ago. I have contacted customer service multiple times. Every time I speak to someone I get a different response. My latest call stated that it is too late for me to cancel my order because it is in the process of being shipped, but cannot provide me with any details of who it has been shipped by, or even a tracking number. When I told them I am no longer interested at this point, I was told, “I’m sorry but it is too late to cancel it or get any refund but I can give you a $5 credit to a future purchase”. A future purchase? I will NEVER shop with Zulily again and I am filing fraud charges with my banking institution. They do not even deserve 1 star.

On Dec 6th I ordered three tee shirts from Zulily. They were to be shipped out by the 9th with arrival by the 13th. GUARANTEED BY CHRISTMAS is what they advertised. Zulily took the money out of my account immediately. I checked everyday for a tracking number or any kind of correspondence from Zulily. Every day my order said "preparing for shipment". On Friday the 13th I contacted customer service at Zulily to inquire about this order. I was informed the order went to another vendor and they would contact them in 48 to 72 hours. They were informed this is unacceptable to me and I would like to talk to their vendor personally. I was refused the vendor's number.
This morning the 16th I received an email from Zulily that their vendor canceled my order with no explanation why. I asked for a full refund back into my account immediately. Today. I was told this would take place in approximately 10 business days. I talked with customer service representative and told her this was mail fraud and Consumer Affairs including the BBB will immediately be notified. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she refused my request. While I was on the phone with her she told me she had just gotten an email from their vendor stating that the package was sent out on the 15th. This was yesterday. Sunday. I asked her for a tracking number and her story changed again telling me that the shipment is being prepared and may be shipped out by the 18th but will not be here in time for Christmas.
I told her I now want to cancel this order and have my funds put back into my account today. She told me once they start preparing shipment the funds will not be returned until I return the items back to them. These are the same items that I was told this morning were canceled by their own fraudulent vendor. So now I am out of Christmas Gifts, money, and no items. My only recourse is to inquire to the Consumer Affairs, the BBB and quite possibly an Attorney to have zulily cease and desist in their fraudulent, gross business misconduct and return my money to me expeditiously. This company should never be able to conduct business in this manner when the public reaches out to them in good faith.

I bought Frye shoes size 8 and it comes too tight on the top with some damages on the tongue, I returned and call customer service for refund and she was so rude telling me they will not give my money back even when I told her I don't want to be a Zulily customer after that experience, she refused to give my money back arguing about their policy, I ask her, "I want my money back," and she told me, ("We absolutely are not going to do that.") I told her she can not keep my money due to I return the shoes and I own the money and they own the shoes, she said, "It doesn't matter. It is the policy and we're not giving the money back." I’ve ordered different jewelry from Zulily and have yet to receive a product that actually looks like the photos. It’s basically cheap, junky jewelry that does not look as advertised. I have ordered my husband a few shirts that seemed OK when we received them. Overall, you may have luck buying from trusted brands but beware of all the junk they sell that looks nothing like the photos. Nothing is returnable so you’re basically stuck with items you don’t like.

I opened account 2 days ago, ordered & confirmed purchase, received a email for free shipping on next item if purchased in time-frame, did confirmed. After checking in a few hours I find they cancelled my order, I called to clarify, seemingly there was something wrong with my card, so I tried again, same thing happened, so I did try the 3rd time (with a different debit card). Today, for no reason unattainable to give me, they canceled my order and closed my account.
They never notify me, I was looking forward to receive the ordered items, I found this out today on the 16th! MADE 2 CALLS TO FIND THIS OUT, because the rep gave 1/2 the info. RED FLAGS!!! The reps kept stating it was the security department that closed my account for suspicious activity, and if I ever want to order again I have to open a different account. By the time I did, all the items I wanted to purchase were out of stock. Outrageous! Based on many similar reviews I do not recommend this company.

I have ordered products from zulily for several years. This has been the worst year i have had with them. The items are usually later than expected and customer service isn't as helpful as they have been before. Ordered items last month and the only info I have about them is that they are in Chicago pending clearance. I received that message on the 6th of December and have no idea where they are now. No one seems to know where my shipment is. Really annoys me that a large majority of products take a long time to get delivered. Also, a lot of their products are cheaply made and doesn't last beyond a few washings. Very disappointing.

Worst Experience I've ever encountered. I've been ordering from Zulily for years and my recent experience will certainly be the last. I've had to contact customer service 3 times due to over charging and explaining my issue with an error to my order. Each time I was told different things and the last representative laughed when I said I didn't think I'd be a customer any longer due to Zulily errors and she literally said, 'well we have over 2 million customers so..' condescending, of course. Zulily is simply not worth it. They make their money by over charging and high cost S&H. I made the purchase on the 14th of November and it’s past the shipping time. Zulily says It ships within 8-14 days. The window period lapsed on the 28th of last month. And now it's the 5th of December and it’s yet to ship. I bought 3 designer perfumes. Secret Obsession, My Burberry and Light Blue Sunset in Salina by Dolce and Gabbana. I am meant to give it as a gift and the time has lapsed. Pls I want a full refund or else I will take it up. I have ordered sweaters which end up being so thin you can see through. Jeans have arrived not even close to the size they should have been. When I contacted Zulily they refunded my money and told me to donate the jeans which I did. Upon receiving a pair of leggings I could not believe the sub standard quality. The perfume that zulily sells and claims is at a huge discount is not real. Not only is it not real perfume. It is not even "real imitation" perfume. Most of the bottles have a rancid smell. I purchased a coat off from their site. (Winter coat.) I reviewed their size guideline based on the measurements they provided. The coat that I purchased was more than 4 inches larger than they indicated. I contacted customer service they will do nothing. I purchased the coat with shipping for $80. I paid $5.99 in shipping. I've been a long time member. Recently, I purchased a Canada Goose coat from them. The zipper broke on the third wear so they issued me a refund and told me to keep it. Used the refund to repurchase a different style, same brand. When the 2nd coat arrived, it was thin and questionable. Come to find out, it was counterfeit item. Do not order from this company! I ordered 3 pairs of gloves last Thursday as they were on sale along with the free shipping. I filled all the information including payment information, email address, phone number etc. I was suppose to receive a confirmation letter along with all information to keep an eye out for it. Well that never happened although they took out the payment within 5 minutes. I had to make several phone calls back and forth with them and PayPal. They were no use at all. Could not even find me in their system that I even placed an order. PayPal was a little more helpful but their hands we also tied as the confirmation number did not exist in Zulily records. I'm not finished by any stretch but please save yourself the hassle, headaches and money that is taken out of your account faster than you can blink. Very very disappointed ex customer.

This week had an unauthorized transaction totaling $188.11 in which 2 expensive were purchased and mailed to someone in Las Vegas. Shipped same day which is unimaginable when ordering from Zulily. I immediately called Zulily and was told there was nothing they could do but close my account. Where is the accountability that they would automatically ship to someone with a different name and address without confirming with their customer first. Zulily has promised me on many occasions that I would not be charged a $8.95 return shipping fee. To my surprise when I signed on to my order returns this was not the case. Now they are refusing to refund the money. Just on the returns I looked at this totals $89.40. When you shop Zulily beware of this. Also beware the products are not as described and not listed accurately. Even though they are not as described and not listed accurately they still refuse to refund my money.
Also I have called in two times and escalated my problem to a floor manager. They both said they will reverse these $8.95 fees. When I called in today they didn’t do this. I was told they notated the account that I would have to take pictures with a measuring tape next to the the items. How am I going to do this when they have the products. They never told me I would have to do this. BUYERS BEWARE OF ZULILY. THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST AND DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO.

Beware. Though they say their Clinique products are authentic, they definitely are not. I purchased Clinique Happy Eau de Parfum and there is very little fragrance at all. And the fragrance is definitely not Happy, but rather a sour almost rancid smell. I don't for a minute believe this is an authentic Clinique product. In addition, they offer no refunds on this item.

I’m just going to donate it to Goodwill and be done with this company. I’ve had bad luck ordering from some of the companies that pop up on Facebook that advertise really cute clothes for cheap. I tried USPS it was NOT successful. Again call this company with frustration For REFUND but still I AM WAITING for REFUND... Several supervisor promised me for file with carrier for LOST pakage but still I am waiting for RESULT refund. This is very BAD service people. Do NOT buy it. This was my first order from Zulily. I knew it was going to take a few weeks. The pattern on the jacket looked real cute, so that's why I ordered it. The inner fleece was inferior. Ordered an item that was on a wish/wait list. Zulilly offered that if I applied for their credit card I would receive $20 off the item. WIN!!! I applied and was issued a credit card and ordered the item. Then bill comes and there is no credit issued. Full price was charged. Call the credit card company. They say I have to call Zulilly because they should have credited it before the charge was made. So called Zulilly. They agree yes I should have received the credit. Although now they say it was only $15. But there is nothing they can do about it now.
I have to pay the credit card and they will give me $20 credit for their website. I do not want a credit. I want the charge taken off the card. So my only option is to return the item. Which I have done and I will cancel the card. They bait you with offers they don't honor. Then try to placate you with the offer to BUY MORE STUFF, which I guess works for most people but not for me! Do what you promise. FAIL. Will NEVER buy another item from this company.

Zulily has improved both in terms of customer service and quality of merchandise they carry-though it varies wildly. The main reason I prefer other discount sites, however, is that Zulily is the only one that charges for return shipping shipping. The standard for all the others (and that frankly seems very fair) is for the customer to have to pay shipping charges only when seeking a refund, but for the merchant to pay if one is opting for store credit. Those return costs add up!

I ordered a dress to be used for a communion. Everything seemed perfect until it says it was delivered and I could not find my package. I was told to wait because sometimes it says delivered when it's still on its way. Weird. To be on the safe side I ordered a second one, a different size, since they didn't have the size needed available, and to be on the safe side. Almost three weeks after my first order I get my first package, keep in mind I only shop online and it never happened before. The second dress is still a mystery. Since I already knew what they were going to say I simply waited. Waited enough to be fooled again and place a different order.
This time two coats that I fell in love with. Same Zulily, same customer service, different address (if you're questioning if the packages were being stolen), same issue. After waiting 10 business days, customer service told me they will give me a refund. I was told that 10 business days are needed because more than one customer receive the same tracking number, and while some may have received and say delivered, mine can still be on the way hahaha. Nice products, but don't fool yourself. Shame on me, three times. Only at Zulily!

I have never had a problem with any of their products, just the actual credit card itself! I was given a $400 limit, the max I used was 50%. ALWAYS paid early, and without any notice or warning they lowered my credit limit!! My credit score has actually gone up over the last couple months but not now, now it went down because of them lowering my credit limit for no rhyme or reason!! Going to finish paying this card off and NEVER again! Already cut up the card!

I gave them 2 stars because I've had a few items that worked out. The problem is you've sent mis-sewed and broken junk and to return the items they will deducted $8.95 from the refund. I placed an order 12 days ago and (2 tops and a PJ set) it has still not shipped to me, because it is still "in transit" to Zulily who knows when it may/may not be shipped to me. I tried twice to contact customer service to cancel my order at zulily@notify.zulily.com and service@zulily.com (both email addresses on their website) and my emails have been rejected. I think they are a scam company and unfortunately, I placed a second order with them before I found out how bad their service is. I'm out a couple hundred dollars, at this point.

I ordered a cardigan from Zulily and when I received it, it was a different color than expected, thin, and not what I wanted. It had been listed as an item that could be returned. I started the return process, only to find out I could only get store credit, minus $9 for shipping. This was my first and last order with them. While customer service did reply fast, they did nothing to help. I don't want store credit for a place I don't want to order from, and flat out denying a money back return is just bad business. I have been ordering on Zulily for some time, and have never been really satisfied because of the time it took to receive the product, but this time took the cake. I ordered the shoes as a clearance item, and thus got a really good deal at 19.99 plus tax. It took about a week for them to arrive, but upon opening the shoes, I noticed a big slash in the upper band of the shoe, the part that goes over the front part of the foot, right at the toes, so this was really noticeable. I knew if I wore them, that eventually the strap would break in half due to the cut mark.
I contacted Zulily by email, and by phone but was never acknowledged either way. So after several attempts, I just gave up, and told myself, never again will this happen to me! I know that it's only 20 dollars, but it could have been a lot more, as in the past I have ordered 100's of dollars in merchandise. Let this be a lesson to all, do not buy from ZULILY!!! I will never again, and this was the brand Muk Luks that is supposedly one of the best out there as far as quality is concerned. I'm going to have to disagree.

Never Again. Zulily not only charges for Shipping Fees, it takes forever to receive your package and Oh don't make a mistake on your order, THERE ARE RESTOCKING FEES too! I order a pair of shoes, I ordered the wrong size, the style ran larger than my normal size. Called to get a return label and was told, I would receive a $11.04 credit on the total order. Asked to speak with a supervisor because I was going to ask for an exception being my first purchase with Zulily and get the "credit" refunded back because I wanted to break all ties from Zulily and was hung up on after being on hold for near 20 minutes. The shoes were $19.99 plus shipping $6.99 plus restocking fees $8.99 plus 30 minutes on the phone and getting hung up once. All because I ordered the wrong size. What a nightmare. AMAZON I will never stray from you again. Amazon offers free shipping & returns!

I have bought several things from Zulily for my grandchildren. Never again. Ordered several items. Got a shipping confirmation, never received the order. Called found out it was damaged in shipping and they supposedly issued me a refund on 7/6/19. Still do not have it and they insist and can confirm they issued it but PayPal and my bank have not received anything. I have spent hours on the phone and emailing both PayPal and Zulily and still am out my 90.00. Asked them how they can confirm it other than saying it, no reply. Never again will I buy anything or recommend them at all. An apology would have been nice.

They send you defective items on which they refuse to give you your money back. They force you to pay $8.95 in order to return the item so at the end you end up paying $6 for shipment to you and on top you end up paying $8 for an item that is defective and then you end up getting a store credits minus $13. So all the discounted items are one big lie. You pay much more than if you buy it somewhere else that actually respect their merchandise and their customer integrity. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

I have ordered from Zulily for over 2 years. I have finally closed my account. When you order an item you can expect a 4 to 6 week wait. They are not environmentally friendly. One item is often placed in a huge box. After a month wait recently I checked on my order. I was told there was no time frame of when not receiving it is considered an issue. To put it simply the items are not worth the wait.

I have ordered from Zulily for years. Even though their return policy is awful, I could usually do OK with buying brand-name shoes because my size is very consistent. But the last few orders of brand-name shoes were disaster. One pair of B.O.C. sandals won't even stay on my feet, there is something weird about how they were made. The quality is not the same as they usually are. And I can't return. Another pair of Vionics (which is normally a very consistent brand) are so big I can't wear them. And... I can't return. Well, you CAN return these items, but you have already paid for shipping for the item to get TO you (on a slow boat) and NOW you have to pay shipping for the item to go BACK to them. So by the time you deduct $16 from your "great deal" it's not sounding so good is it? Basically, you pay $16 just see if they will work for you. NO THANKS. I'm done with zulily.

Customer Rep at Zulily got back to me and apologized for the issue. They gave me a contact I can use if I experience any further issues. I didn't buy from Zulily for a while, but with Christmas coming I thought I'd give them another try. I did think the customer rep who contact me was on the ball.
I have since used the contact they gave me regarding a new issue with being able to order items. Zulily responded immediately and the issue was fixed without any fuss, plus they gave me a $20 voucher. As for the original issue with delivery, there have been no further problems.

Zulily use Yodel to deliver some parcels. Today, the Yodel delivery guy threw the Zulily parcel over my deck and it hit the glass on my front door. When I told him not to do that he laughed and drove away. I emailed Zulily and Yodel about the incident. Yodel hasn’t responded, but Zulily sent me a template response that basically said nothing. I spent thousands with Zulily every year for 5 years, but once my current orders are fulfilled I will cancel the account. I will not buy from any company with such poor customer service and delivery.

Zulily is now offering more clothing items that are being sent overseas to China to fill. Add that to the already SUPER SLOW ship times and you'll be waiting 8 weeks to get your order. Also, items from China are usually sized much smaller than U.S. but if you try to send the item back, you get charged $8.95 for return shipping. And let me add one more thing - the quality of the clothing is horrible! I would say most items I wouldn't pay more than $5 retail. I'm done with Zulily!

I truly think Zulily sells defective clothing that stores can’t sell or send back, I know a lot comes from China and don't expect fast shipping on a lot of it. I will be honest and say that about 50% of what I have ordered is defective, the other 50% is ok but probably still somewhat overpriced. I recently purchased a graphic tee and the wording on it was printed upside down. They sent me another one (which I had to wait another 2-3 weeks for) and gave me a $5.00 in-store credit. I used the credit to purchase another shirt which the size chart stated a 2xl would be equal to a US size 10/12. The shirt was absolutely huge except for the arms were very small. In the same order I received a totally different shirt that the size was correct but the material was actually just cut off around the bottom of the shirt and the sleeves. There was no hem or stitching whatsoever. Needless to say, after the 1st wash the material rolled up and is coming apart.
Customer service was good with the first issue but then not so helpful with the other issues. (I e-mailed them and attached pictures with all the defects so they knew I wasn’t making it up!) The refund that I was supposed to get on the 2nd item, they would only give me partial refund and the rest was in-store credit for (which I will never use) but they did they did say I could keep the item. The partial refund didn’t come off my next statement either, like they said it would, so you really have to watch them especially if you have their store card. Just beware! I have ordered some name brand shoes from them and didn’t have an issue. I have also had issues with their size charts not being accurate and I have had to pay the shipping to return even though it was obviously an inaccurate description on website. Just beware!!

I ordered a dress thinking because it cost almost $50 that it would be okay. The neckline was made by what looked to be by a child. The sad thing is, that it looks really good on me but there is no way to wear it. I am so disappointed with this cheap company. The ONLY good thing was they gave me my money back without having to return the dress. But I would not order from them because they do not check their products going out.

Took over a month to get anything I ordered, when I called they told me items had been shipped, yet I was not notified of this and when asked why I was not notified they had no answer for me. Then 2 items got cancelled after I was told they had been shipped. I will never order from them again.

Fake watch. Bought a brand name watch from Zulily. The watch did not have any name on it and the frame was supposed to be stained wood. After a month the stain wore off and white resin surfaced!! Later I saw the same watch on eBay for 1/3 of the price I paid to Zulily. Buyer be aware of this shady business.
