I ordered a pair of Birkenstock clogs on April 20. It is now May 8, and I still have not received my shoes. I tracked the package, and it is now saying it will arrive later than expected (after May 11)! Unless they are being custom-made for me, I would never have expected my order to take one month (or more) to arrive. I only saved a few dollars off the original price. I'd rather have spent the retail price and be wearing them by now.

Don't be scammed by Zulily. They were good until they weren't. They shut down the business without warning in 2023 and stole my money I had in my credit account with them. They owed me around $100. They had me fill out paperwork to claim the money and to this day, I never got it back. Then, today, the scum bucket company sent me an email. Low and behold, the company suddenly re-opened. How dare them steal mine & everyone else's money like that. If you know what is good for you, you would not fall for this company like I did.

Took care of the issue.

I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks on February 18th and received an email on February 23rd stating that my order was being packed. It has now been a full month since I placed the order, and I still have not received a shipping confirmation. Waiting this long for an order to even ship is extremely frustrating and honestly, unacceptable. If I had known it would take this long, I would have just paid full price elsewhere and actually received the product within a reasonable timeframe. This experience has been very disappointing and makes me very hesitant to order from here again.

I bought a pair of Birkenstocks from Zulily on 2.17.2026. Supposedly they mailed them out on 2.19.2026. Per tracking my shoes have gone from Ohio-to California- to Indiana- to Colorado- to Reno, Nv (where I live!) and now for some reason they are in Washington state. Today is their 14th day of travel. Crazy how they were in Reno, but instead of being delivered to me they left the state. The telephone number (866.725.2551) for Zulily is not in service. DO NOT ORDER FROM ZULILY. I have filed for a refund through my credit card company.

I ordered an item a few weeks ago and received a dismantled nonfunctional version of the item in a totally different color. The watch doesn't even run, and since the item was a watch on an interesting artistic knotted band, this turned out to be a total waste of money. I have been told that I would need to return the item to qualify for a refund (!) but the site also incorrectly states that my item is still "in transit," so I obviously can't "return" an item they say I have not yet received. The site does not allow it because they say it hasn't arrived. The company was once very efficient and fun to shop on, but things have changed, and I regret having returned to shop there. Note that I am having this problem EVEN THOUGH I PAID A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS FOR RETURN PROTECTIONS. No one appears to even notice or care that I did.

I ordered two jackets in October 2025. Today is January 26 2026. I have still not received them. When I try to contact someone I am hit with a dead end or their site is down. They were winter coats my children could have used.

DO NOT ORDER FROM ZULILY!!! If I could give less than one star I would. Absolutely horrible experience! Nothing was marked as a final sale, no returns. Yet when the shoes I bought did not fit the person I gave it to you for Christmas, they denied the return. Within three days of Christmas I put in for a return request and it was denied. I’ve been fighting for over a month. There’s zero customer service at this place. They say refunds are allowed within 30 days. Total scam! Don't buy from Zulily, horrible customer service and very hard to get a hold of anyone! BEWARE..!!

I was honestly a little confused by some of the mixed ratings for this company, so I felt like I was taking a bit of a risk. But I’m really glad I went for it, because they were absolutely perfect. Ordering was super easy, communication was clear, and shipping was fast. I got exactly what I ordered for my Red Wing boots — original shoes, extra laces, tags, the whole package — and everything was in perfect condition. Great discounts, great service, great product. Highly recommend.

DO NOT BUY FROM ZULILY! They use DHL which takes forever to deliver. The package was opened and the product was damaged! I took pics to verify this! What a surprise, neither company offers a service to correct this problem!!!
