    I placed a large order on 5/8 for 2 swimsuits, a robe, maxidress, 2 PJ sets, 2 shoes. Was charged the full $300ish and told would ship max 14 business days. I then placed another order on 5/9 for 3 shrugs $100ish also 14 days max shipping. A week later I got an email not shipping and running late. Blamed COVID. Another week goes by another late not shipped due to Covid email. 3rd week I call 45 min hold. Cannot cancel. The swimsuits and water shoes were for Memorial Day weekend trip I had to cancel. No suit no money to buy elsewhere.

    I get notification the second smaller order of 3 shrugs has shipped will deliver 5/31/21. The larger order still not shipped. I have been a customer of Woman Within and conglomerates Roaman's, King Size, Catherine's, Lane Bryant for 25 years. After this order comes over a month after being charged and ordered I will cancel email and catalogs with all and never order from any of them again. Shame shame shame. Now wondering if this order will arrive by my end of July Cruise- yes cruise. A cruise ship is operating with Covid before this company can ship out an order.

    Placed an order on May 19, 2021. It's now May 30 & the order hasn't even been shipped yet. Like everyone else, they find it easy to blame on COVID but nobody believes that flimsy excuse anymore & it's highly likely it's something else. I was told on the phone that the warehouse hasn't even gotten around to processing it yet. Used to take 2-4 days to ship, now takes 2-4 weeks/months. Sounds like they're having massive personnel problems they can't handle, probably by employees countrywide demanding higher wages.

    I initially saw a 'pending' debit for the amount of the order on my credit card, but that was later removed by them. If part of one's order is received well beyond the date they originally expected to receive it (i.e., summer nightgowns rec'd. in early fall), will they still have to pay the $10 return fee to send it back? Others have posted that orders cannot be cancelled. I still want the jeans but the nightgowns must arrive very soon or they'll be sent back with any return charges to be legally disputed by my credit card company.

    I placed an order with Woman Within on May 7. Because I have ordered from this company many times before and had no problem, I didn't notice that their shipping policy had changed. The email order confirmation I received said I would get my order within 7-14 business days. Now it's May 30. Today was the first time I was able to get ANYONE on the phone from WW, and I have emailed numerous times and never received an answer. Every other time I have called, there was a recording saying no one was available to answer my call.

    I was told today that my order is "In Progress" (which it has been since May 7) and that because it is "In Progress" it cannot be canceled, nor can anyone tell me when it will be shipped. Apparently, because of Covid, they have to sanitize the order. So far, the sanitizing has taken 23 days. Because of my "frustration," the supervisor at Customer Service has told me, they will allow me to return my order for free. Assuming it arrives, that is. I will not be ordering from them again. Further, I am filing a claim with Paypal to get my money back.

    I ordered over $200 worth of clothes on May 5th. May 29th they still haven't shipped, so I called to cancel my order. I was told it can't be canceled because it's in processing. Here it is, May 30th, 25 days after ordering and it still hasn't shipped. I get multiple emails a day trying to get me to purchase more. It's highly annoying!

    I ordered from Woman Within on May 15th and here it is May 30th and still has the status of not being shipped. But to top it off they charged my credit card a random $1.99. No explanation and when I look at my account it shows an order number. We all know nothing at WW costs $1.99 if there was there would be their typical $15 shipping on top of it. I sent an email to them to which of course they have yet to respond. I've ordered from them in the past but this will be my last order. I get that for whatever reason they may be behind but there is no communication with customer keeping them updated. The random $1.99 charge has me concerned as that is what another company called The Avenue was doing to their customers for which they were sued and lost.

    I placed an order on 4/29/2021, and shipping states it finally shipped on 5/16/21. The last scan is in Indianapolis on 5/18. Customer service answer is, "Wait. It is on its way." I have phoned several times and even asked for a manager. Customer service said that waiting is their policy and would not put the manager on the phone. It is now 5/29 and I have still not seen my order and customer service is doing nothing. It is real disappointing to have paid for something you don't receive the items.

    I ordered clothing on May 12th. As of today May 30th I have not been advised of delivery. Tired of waiting and finding the same article on Amazon at a lower price I called to cancel the order. I was advised that once placed (not mailed), just placing the order, it can not be cancelled. So, now I have to wait for this article to be delivered whenever and send it back. Obviously the article they claimed to have in stock is not available. I will never order from them again.

    I placed an order on 5/21/21 and the order confirmation states order will arrive in 1 7-14 business days! As of today 5/28/21 they aren’t even shipping my order til 6/7/21.     Ordered clothing on May 8th and still says processing even though they charge over $15 for shipping. Called customer service in which one person said they don't have any idea when they will be shipped. Called again and the guy argued with me saying I received a delivery date when I placed my order, which I did not. He ended up hanging up on me when I asked how long should I wait to call back. They want to blame it on international partners not sending stock, but yet all of my items said in stock. If you don't have them ready to ship in a timely manner then stop false advertising that they are in stock!

    I ordered 3 skirts for my mother on April 18th. They were not shipped by the company until 5/5/21. When I sent a message asking why it was taking so long I was told it was due to shipping. It never left the company until 5/5. I was charged $67.67. Then I was charged another $14.99 and a separate $1.99 "fee" after having our credit card company dispute it, we were refunded the extra money. Would never do business with this company again.

    I ordered shoes on 4/16/2021, and I have not received them yet. I have called them twice, and emailed them on their site 3 times. No one responds to the email, and every time I call they tell me I will get the order. They don't seem to have a way to track the order, and when I track the order, I get the message "your box is on the way and will be with you soon." This message has been on the tracking site since May 8. This is unacceptable!

    I have a cc with this company and receive emails regarding sales. I received an email for 65% of shorts. I found a pair of shorts for $7.99 with discount. I decided to add 2 more pairs and they were priced at $8.99. Different colors but same style/brand. I also utilize Capital One Shopping discounts and Microsoft discount codes at checkout. At checkout the price of 3 pair of shorts changed at least 3 times. The price of the shorts went to $14.99 each & $9.99 shipping. I decided NOT to buy anything because the item prices ALWAYS change in a matter of minutes. Last order took 3 weeks before it was shipped out. I am NOT a satisfied customer with Woman Within. Prices for items should NOT fluctuate that much in a matter of minutes.

    In this day and age, it should not take nearly a month to receive an item purchased online, even if it's clearance. It took less time the old "mail in a check or money order" way! Covid is no excuse; this "family" of outlets have been like this for years. Very frustrating.

    I ordered 3 items and it took 3 weeks to receive. I understand with COVID it might take longer than usual but since I didn't receive my items in time for my trip I returned them. After 2 weeks and response I checked my tracking and saw that they received the items 12 days ago. I emailed customer service on 5/17 with no response, so on 5/27 I called. First I was told they didn't receive my return, I advised that I tracking info that said they did, then they told me it was still in their warehouse (for 3 damn weeks). I asked to speak to a manager and was informed they didn't have one! Now I have to file through Paypal to attempt to get my money back. I have been a customer for many years but will never order from them again.

    Received the dress - too late for when I needed it - but eventually received it. Still really disappointed that I paid a huge amount for shipping to get it here in time. If you can't fulfill orders "super fast" then don't offer a "super fast" shipping and handling option.

    I ordered a dress for an event, and paid $27 for "super fast" shipping and handling. The website says the item would arrive by May 27. It's May 27 and the item has not yet shipped. And now there is a note on my account that "Some items in your cart might not ship "express" and will be shipped using the next fastest method available." Well I only ordered 1 item. And I would haven't ordered it at all (let alone paid a huge upcharge for "super fast" shipping) if I wasn't going to get it on time. I tried to call and cancel my order and was told that because it's already "in progress," they can't cancel it or refund me for the shipping upcharge.

    Updated on 05/28/2021: But I did find out that my purchase was actually under a different name, "Fullbeauty Brand." This name is not on any of my emails or the website I purchased from, which I feel is a bit shady. After 5 calls and 3 emails with either no reply or telling me it was delivered, I finally found, 'through my research online,' the company Fullbeauty Brand with a different website, US phone number and messaging system. I wrote to this company Explaining to them my horrible issues with dealing with their company and that I will never purchase from them again. They literally sent me an affidavit! And it started with, "We strive to ensure that 100% of all orders are delivered and ready to delight our customer." Unreal!! I do not recommend Woman Within aka Fullbeauty Brand to anyone. Please read BBB and online reviews on this company, "both names," before you purchase. Good luck.

    Original Review: I ordered $135 worth of shorts from this company. I never received the items. I looked up my tracking number and found that Fedex reported it delivered 3 weeks prior next to my door. I looked at my door camera video for that day and I did not receive any packages that day. I get a hold of Fedex assuming they delivered it to the wrong house and I was told Woman Within had to handle it. I called WW customer service and got an outsourced customer service center with very bad broken English. I explained to the woman what happened and she told me the date it was delivered and that it is next to my door. I explained that it is not and she repeated the date it was delivered and that it was next to my door. I told her that I have video of that date and I received no deliveries and she repeated yet again the date and that it is next to my door and that I am blind, with a giggle. I asked for a manager and she told me that they will tell me the same.

    I hung up and called a different customer service number for them that I received from Paypal. It was also an outsourced call center with really bad broken English. This guy was nicer and sent me to a supervisor. The supervisor told me that the package was on its way back to them and once it is in their hands I will get my money back. Guess what, he lied, it is not on its way back and I am out $135. I have tried to work with their customer service 6 times and I keep being told it was delivered and I am blind. Paypal automatically denied my claim because Fedex told them it was delivered to my door, even though I have video proof that it was not. I went to BBB which I found that WW has a very bad rating not just with them but all over the web. Hopefully BBB will be able to handle it. But, I think I'm screwed. I will never purchase from this company or their affiliates again and will warn others.

    Sent a payment to WW two weeks in advance of due date via my bank. WW called the day of the payment due date demanding payment. Checked with bank and payment was lost in transit. Placed a stop payment and reissued payment. WW charged a returned payment fee of $29 regardless of situation. They were notified of situation and understood circumstance but never indicated a fee would be charged for the stop pay. Their Accounting officer refused to credit the fee and was willing to lose our business after many years of being a customer. A classic case of a greedy company so large they can afford to lose customers.

    I place an order for in stock merchandise. The order was split in to 2 separate shipments. I received the first order over a month after purchase. The 2nd order shows that is shipped, however the tracking information only shows that a label was created but USPS never received the package. Numerous calls to customer "no service" and hanging on for over 30 minutes each time and never getting a human to get help from. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!! I even sent an mail to cancel the order and clearly it was ignored. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    I have been a VERY loyal customer for years, including ordering 9 times during the pandemic. Have received substandard clothing (pockets stitched together, etc) with overpriced shipping. Never been fast at receiving, but now it is over two weeks since I ordered, "in process" still which means that you can't cancel, have no idea if and when it will ship or if they have my products (they won't tell me). They have my money and customer service is outsourced overseas so they have no concern about any answer they give me. Asked for a supervisor...was given "there are none".. yeesh!!! Can't get a straight answer, can't cancel, can't get the order. I AM DONE DONE DONE!!! STAY AS CLEAR FROM THESE PEOPLE (AND THE WHOLE GROUP) as far as possible. They spend their money on their catalogs, and nothing on customer service. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! (OH...AND REWARD POINTS? TRY TO USE THEM! HAH!)

    Beware of this seller. I placed an order with this company and 30 minutes after I did I received a 50% off coupon. I was just struck since I had just placed an order for almost $200. I contacted the company immediately after I received the coupon and requested my order be canceled. They responded a week later and apologized but there was nothing they could do. I again responded to cancel the order and 10 days later I received another response they could not make any changes to my order since it was being processed. So I am waiting for my order so I can return it for a refund. Neither of my requests seemed to be within their ability. They would not cancel my order, and would not give me a credit for what the coupon would have been. I will never shop with them or any of their affiliated sites. Don't buy from these people.

    Not only was there issues returning items. But the customer service for their credit card could not take information over the phone correctly. They overcharged me, when I got that straightened out and it took months. The next time I made a payment, they decided to send it back to the bank without any communication. I received late payments and it took forever to get it all sorted out and they gave me this long list of requirements to receive a credit and to have them correct my credit information. NEVER NEVER NEVER will I use them or Comenity Bank credit cards.

    I have ordered from Woman Within for years but this latest order was placed on April 29, 2021 and still has not been processed. I called the Customer Service on May 20th and was told it would be shipped within the next 2 days and was not. I just called again and was told that it is the carriers (shippers) who are not coming to the warehouse to pick up the packages but it should be shipped within the next 2 days. I don't believe this. Their "Chat" is not working and there are messages when you call that they are not available at this time. I want to cancel my order but they will not allow that. You have to receive the clothes and then return them at my expense. Not happy with Woman Within and will not be using them again.

    We ordered dresses from this company and they were too big, so we ordered a new set and returned the 1st order in their shipping bag provided. We tracked the return via USPS and it shows it was delivered, after my husband spoke to someone who confirmed receipt, we were told it will take few days to process the refund. Almost 30 days later, there was no refund.

    When we called back, another person said the return was not received, after some explanation, she said she was sorry and that we have to wait for 60 working days to get our refund. This does not sound right and we do not know what to do to get our money back, can someone please help us, we are frustrated. Not good experience at all. We have order number and tracking numbers and when you call sometimes we were put on the phone for over 1 hour and 10 minutes and no one came up. All you hear is "Please continue to wait and your call will be answered in the order it was received," for more than 75 minutes. No one came. We do not understand this at all. It is frustrating! This is not how to do business at all.

    I have been buying items from the Woman Within website for over a year and I have not had any problem until now. As a matter fact they have sent me multiple of the same item and only charge me for one and I return the extras. Recently I received one of their catalogs and it had a promo code for the pink and purple two piece weekend set with purchase of $50 or more. I put the code in and it did not work. I didn’t see that the code was invalid and placed my order. I called customer service and for some reason we had some serious communication problems on both ends. I spoke to a different individual and they told me that there’s nothing they can do. I asked them to cancel the order and they said they couldn’t because they didn’t even have an order number so I supplied them with the order number I received when I placed the order.

    After talking to multiple people I was basically told if I wanted that item I was going to have to place another order or buy it straight out. They told me the order could not be canceled or modified in any way, even though I had placed the order less than 30 minutes before calling. It’s not easy for me to find nice clothes as I am a large woman. I have spent over $5,000 in the last year with them. I guess I should be thankful that I didn’t have to call them before now. I will no longer recommend this site to friends. Am I the only one who needs a different customer service number for Woman Within???? Does anyone have another customer service number??

    I placed an order over 3 weeks ago which included items needed for our vacation (we are leaving on 6/4). My Order Status has been "processing" for the past three weeks. I tried to chat & was cut off. I called and spoke to someone and just kept getting the "run-around" - no specific answers. I explained that I needed to know if I was going to receive my order before we left for vacation. If not, I said that I wanted to cancel it because I would have to get the items elsewhere before our departure. I was told that I couldn't cancel because it had been "shipped". I said, "you told me it was in processing and you didn't know when it would be shipped". I'm very irritated! You can't blame EVERYTHING on Covid! And if a company is unable to meet the customer's needs, the customer should have the option of cancelling the order without having to pay for return shipping, etc.

    I have been a customer or Woman Within for years. A month ago I ordered some items costing $137.63. The items were Mothers Day gifts and items to take on vacation. I was forced to go and purchase these items again in a store. I called to see when my order would be sent. I was told it was in process. I asked them to cancel my order since I already had to purchase the items elsewhere and was told I could not cancel it since it was in process. I asked to speak to someone who could help me and I was put on hold for 45 minutes. I finally hung up in frustration. I called again twice today only to get the message that due to high call volume they couldn't take my call and I could call back later. I am not sure what kind of an operation this company is running but it seems to me they don't care one iota about customer service. I will NEVER order another item from this company again. I will be sending back the items I ordered even if it means I have to pay to do so.

    I'm so torn... The clothes are gorgeous and fit me well. Garments seem well made and of decent quality. That's all great...until your check out, pay high shipping fees compared to everywhere else, and wait 2 months for items. Also, if you are preparing to buy from them please make sure you are able to stick with your decision. There is no cancel button after you order and if you call customer care to try to get a refund...you better be ready for a battle. This company has been around for like 30 years, it seems like this company should have evolved some what with shipping rates and not using Pitney Bowes who is one of the slowest logistics companies out there.

    Placed order in April 2021, this is almost the end of May 2021, the website shows shipped on the 11th of May. Took the money from PayPal acct on 12th of May and now they won't even respond to an email, and when you call, they say all reps are busy and then hang up. You have to call the order line and hold for 10 min then when they come on the line, they tell you that you have to wait 30 days, from the shipping date (which the order date was 3 weeks before the shipping date) to file for a refund. Sends the package to Pitney Bowes, they create the label and then SUPPOSE to send to USPS. USPS sites shows awaiting to receive package. WW says they can't contact Pitney to find out why they haven't sent the package to USPS for delivery. DON'T BUY FROM THEM! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    I used to order on this website all of the time for my grandmother, and never had any issues. But after this last time (last month), I will NEVER ORDER from them EVER AGAIN!!!! This has been an absolute nightmare and has left a really bad taste in my mouth. I placed an order last month (April 17th to be exact) for her some shoes for Mother's Day. I ordered this ahead of time, thinking it would still get here on time, but boy was I wrong! I experienced a 2-3 week shipping delay. The shoes finally shipped out May 1st. However, I still HAVE NOT received these shoes. Thanks to this company for deciding to use PITNEY BOWES as a shipping partner. Worst mistake ever! Everyone that has packages from this company NEVER receive it.

    UPDATED 6/01/21: I placed a order on May 2nd and still have not received it. Received a email on May 13th stating it would be delivered on May 18th. That date has come and gone and not receive my order. Now my delivery status states it's on its way. Please don't use the excuse of COVID. If Amazon or Wayfair can deliver in within a week, why can't Women Within do the same? Because of orders taking so much time and the quality of the product has gone downhill for the price I will not be ordering again.

    I placed an order in early April for summer items including a bathing suit. It is almost June and not shipped. I finally got a hold of someone on chat who really had no idea as part of the order shipped. I kept probing until she said part was on back order and she would give me 10% to wait on backorder, this was a month ago. I never get return emails when I try to find out things that route. I am frustrated. I did get part of an order and clothing didn't fit.

    Got on chat after I couldn't get through on phone and no response in email, and was told I could return it. I said I would re-order in smaller size and nothing was said that when your return the form will ask if you want to exchange for a different size....I just reordered in another size before I saw this. Now can't get a hold of anyone to cancel the new order. Frustrating all around waiting 2 months for orders and not being able to get a hold of anyone ever. It took me hours to catch someone on chat - even if chat is busy, let us line up in a que? The clothing I received was good quality, the question is, when will I get it?

    Another issue is billing - why on earth in this day and age can't you pay your bill with your credit card or bank card? I see no reason why I have to provide them with all my bank information to set up payments. I don't want companies having my banking information....No one else does that....Seems suspect at best. It also seems if you try to return and not exchange money isn't put back on your account, you can get a online credit or PAY $9.99 to get it refunded to original payment source....Ummmm.....You can't go try on clothes, if they don't fit, you should have a refund or it taken off your credit statement as an option, again, seems suspect. I have always loved these clothes that I have ordered off Amazon, but, I regret getting into bed with the company through their site. After my orders I will be cancelling everything and order piece by piece I want off Amazon - no weirdness there.

    I placed two orders the first one on May 3. I was told it was canceled. So I placed another order on May 4. Turns out it was not canceled nor has it shipped. I have called at least 20 times no joke. They will not cancel my orders. They will not refund my orders. They had been sitting in non-shipped status for 20 days. They are withholding my money and I’m pretty sure this is illegal. I cannot get to a supervisor. And I’m calling my Woman Within Card and my other credit card and filing fraud charges.     I have 2 orders from Woman Within from early May. I immediately got emails that due to volumes they were unsure when they’d ship. My debit card has been charged for both orders. I called customer service to cancel both orders and refund money. Was told since they were already “processing”, to be patient and wait for them to arrive, then return items for a refund minus shipping both ways. I’ve been a WW customer 20 years and this is totally unacceptable. Also, was informed I used a $10 off coupon in July and the lady said “in the fine print” I opted in to the rewards program for $14.95/month. I was able to cancel that effective immediately. I will be ordering from Amazon from now on. Very frustrated.

    Add me to the list of not pleased customers. While this company has never been the fastest at getting your orders to you, it is now moving at less than a snail's pace. I placed an order on 4/27/21 for 2 items, both of which were in stock. It finally shipped and I MAY receive it on 5/24/21. Almost a month for 2 items not on backorder? If it arrives on "schedule". I placed an order with another company for 2 clothing items on 5/17 and it is expected to arrive on 5/24/21. So, I do understand that Covid and trying to keep employees safe is important. And more people are ordering online, finding employees to work has been a problem and the ship that got stuck in the Suez Canal has created shipping hassles all over the world. I get it. But how can the experience of placing orders for basically the same product be so wildly different between 2 companies?

    Small sidebar- sending a coupon for 40% off if used within 5 days when you're several weeks shy of getting your first (paid for) order is insult to injury, not a benefit. I won't be ordering from Woman Within or any of the sister companies until I see a preponderance of wonderful order experience reviews. If that ever happens.

    I placed an order on 4/12/21. Received an email saying it was shipped on 4/27. Every time I check the tracking it says “your package is on its way”. Well today is 5/21/21 and still no package. I have called several times and waiting up to an hour on several calls only to be hung up on every time!!!! I have emailed them several time and get the same generic generated letter that I see everybody gets this after reading their reviews. Really after seeing so many horrible reviews why aren’t you doing something about this??? No more stupid excuses! Please do something about the this.     I had to call customer service a couple weeks ago about a return I had and was on hold for over 30 minutes. They had received my return but had not processed my refund. I had to ask them to do that. I am currently on hold about another order I placed and have currently been on hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes and still waiting. When you place an order it takes forever to receive it. The company is even in the same state that I am. Took my last order approximately one month to get here. I order from other clothing companies and receive within a week. I am done with this company! They do not care about their customers.

I have since then sent the bras back and waited even more time for my refund. It was only until I posted a rather not so happy review on Consumer Affairs, that I was able to get SOME KIND of correspondence about my refund. I've since gotten my refund after waiting for it almost a month, but wow. Just wow. That whole experience was pretty bad. It is so unfortunate because I used to order from Woman Within, Roaman's, and Jessica London often. This experience has put a bad taste in my mouth and I definitely will not order anything from this company again.

    Original: I had ordered only THREE bras from Woman Within on April 7, 2021. I didn't get those bad boys until THE FIRST WEEK OF MAY, and in between receiving them, I didn't get any kind of communication or notifications as to what was going on with my order. When I finally received them, they were a bit too big, so I had to return them. So, here we go with yet another waiting game to get a refund, and to add insult to injury the constant hangups I'd get when I try to call them about the return and my refund. This is bad business. Care more about your customers, especially when it comes to something as personal as undergarments! Do better.

I purchased capri pants on April 9th, $24.99 returned through post office, still not refunded (according to their guidelines) as of May 20, 2021. Your "account" does not list complete purchase history, nor ANY returns.

    Do not order from Woman Within!! If I could give negative stars, I would. This company has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. So, here we go:

    1. The chat feature is never available on the website.
    2. Finding a phone number on the website is next to impossible.

    3. Returns are a hassle.

    4. You cannot cancel an order. I placed an order on May 3rd. Today is May 19th and my order hasn't even SHIPPED. The latest the order should be at my door is May 21st... I'm not sure how that is going to happen when it hasn't been shipped yet. So, I called to just cancel the order and I'm told "that isn't possible because it's still being processed". "Okay, then please tell me a date when the order will be shipped..." Their answer is "that isn't possible because it's still being processed". Okay, well if you can't even tell me when you're going to ship it then please cancel the order... Again, their answer is "we can't cancel it because it hasn't shipped yet and it's still being processed". So I ask to speak to a supervisor... that was 29 minutes ago (I'm still on hold). I'm pretty sure they're just waiting for me to hang up.

    5. This company is STILL using Covid as an excuse for extremely poor customer service. I can name 10 different online clothing sites that would process, ship and deliver an order in 7 days right now, so the Covid excuse is **. This company should be reported to the BBB. I will never shop with Woman Within again.

    PS... going on 41 minutes and no one has picked up the phone in customer service. Shocker.

    I made the mistake of placing 2 orders with this company days apart. The orders were placed on May 4th. It’s been “in process” for over 2 weeks. I called to cancel the orders. I talked to one person who told me it was impossible to cancel a pending order for any reason, then I was put on hold for 55 minutes (yes I hung in there) only to be told it was impossible to cancel.     Ordered clothing from WW and Roamans on May 1, 2021, in the amount of $242. To date, no ship date, no tracking available and chat is down. Call the 800 # you get a recording. Email and the server is down or you get a "sorry" boilerplate message. In the meantime, my money is being held hostage and there is a "no cancellation" policy. Eventually, they changed their "terms" when the manufacturers went under the UMBRELLA organization, Full Beauty. Consumers are in desperate need of assistance here, guys. Just read the WW reviews for this month alone!

    It takes forever to get products. They keep using Covid as an excuse. Amazon can ship. Why can't they? They are apparently in Texas and Texas doesn't seem to honor mask rules so seems moot to me. With all the negative feedback they get and all the opportunities for improvement they should be able to walk on water by now. They wanted me to provide my order number. I've never been able to find or track my order online.

    FINALLY I got credit for the returned items. It costs $10 to get money back so against my better judgement, I placed an order so I could use the credit despite the sky high shipping costs. That was two weeks ago. No clothing, no contact from the company, and of course still no record of my order online. With what they charge for shipping they could have someone walk the order to my house. It would probably be faster. The problems with shipping and nonexistent customer service have been going on for years. They have a lot of excuses and that's really all you can count on getting from this company. Shop somewhere else.

    Original Review: I wish I had never placed the order. It takes forever to get the shipment. The total shipping was $19.99. Cheap, poor quality clothes. Customer service is a joke. It took over two months to get a response to a question and the reply was basically "that's the way it is". I returned some items and have no faith that I'll ever see my money again. I will never order from WW again. AND I'm flooded with their stupid catalogs. I wish I could give less than one star. Save your money and your sanity - shop somewhere else.

Maybe instead of running sales and getting farther behind the company should stop taking sales for a week and get caught up.

    Updated on 06/08/2021: In May 2021, I wrote a review about this company and its very slow shipping. In it I included a pair of purple knit capris that Woman Within had placed on backorder until August 2021, but is still offering on its website without a backorder notice. I ordered these capris in March 2021 in order #**. The other issues have been resolved. I'm not ordering from Woman Within until I receive these capris! No telling how many customers have received them before my order is being filled.

    Original Review: I've been shopping Woman Within for many years and have never had such trouble receiving my orders. I'm currently missing 2 pairs of capris, one since as far back as 3/3/21. I see that it's been shipped, but no tracking number and last update was 4/27/21, but no carrier is given. I asked that the order be cancelled, since it really looks like the pants never left the warehouse. Customer service rep wanted to mail me an Affidavit of Loss to fill out an mail back in. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he transferred me to a regular customer service line where my wait would be 30 minutes. Sorry way to do business and to treat long-time loyal customers. If this isn't settled within the next few days, I'm paying my account off and finding a more reputable place to buy my clothes!!!

    You will get coupons and promises of % off --- BEWARE when you buy the item and place the coupon code it shows you a discounted total. Then you confirm purchase and SURPRISE it hit your credit card for full price. Customer service is sooo sorry but they cant cancel orders -- just return it while due to their poor processes.

    Ordered sandals from them via Amazon. The shoe didn’t fit. Requested a refund. They tell me I have to pay return shipping before they send the label. The label they sent was insufficient—the label is for 30 ounces—mind you they JUST SENT ME THE SAME BOX. Thankfully I went to the window at the post office because if I’d just dropped the box off who knows what would have happened because it was INSUFFICIENT POSTAGE!

    They tell me oh well-pay for shipping or keep the shoes because the label came from Amazon— As an avid Amazon shopper the policies are for the stores and the fact that they charge you for the label and then it’s insufficient postage and the fact that they don’t care?!? I will NEVER shop them again. Their prices are already seriously inflated but this experience? I’m so glad I closed my personal card with them because they certainly do not deserve a dime of my hard earned money!

    Do NOT order from Woman Within! They lure you in with a nice catalog, good marketing, but that's where the good ends!! Once you order, they bill you immediately, charge an exuberant shipping fee ($17 for two small items) and then you don't hear from them again! If you email to check the status of the order, you get a generic reply. If you call to check status, the automated message says they're not available to take the call. If you call back, choose different dept as if placing new order, they magically are available to take the call. But when you ask the status, complain it's been weeks and the order is still just "processing" the sad excuse you get is "the pandemic" which is an excuse, and a bad one at that!

    They had no issue taking my money day one I placed the order. If it's gonna take weeks to send, they should be upfront about it, and give me my dang $18 shipping fee back! I ordered from another company two days ago and it's arriving tomorrow!! My advice, AVOID THIS COMPANY, because they'll do nothing but take your money run you around!

They claim they just received the order May 4th and the order was processing and in 8 days I should receive a email of shipping status.     I placed an order 2 weeks ago and so far the order hasn't even been processed. I don't believe that it is due to an "unusual amount of orders" which is what the customer service person stated to me. The least they could do is be honest and explain the real reason they can't get orders out and then state it on the first page of their website before we go to order anything. Like the other reviews, the only email communication from Woman Within was a generic "we're sorry for the delay". I finally called and spoke to a supervisor, I was trying to cancel the order so I could shop locally and he told me I could not cancel and would have to send the order back to them when and if it ever arrived. This company's shipping policies are horrific and I will not ever shop here again.

    Placed an order 13 days ago for items needed to start a job this week. Order still has not shipped. Tried emailing 3 times to cancel, no response. Sat for 30 mins tonight in queue to chat with rep. When I said I wanted to cancel she said they are unable to because it had processed, just not shipped. So call the warehouse and have it pulled from the shipping process! They are just trying to stiff the customer! It has not been charged to my card yet, so what is the problem. My next letters about their poor business practice is to the BBB and their State Attorney General. Rep said "You can return the order". Are they going to send me a postage label to do this? And not charge a restock fee? Why should I pay for items I no longer need because of THEIR problems? It's not my fault they are behind in their orders. I guess it's time to consult with my son in law who is a consumer protection attorney in Atlanta.

    I have ordered several times. It always takes a long time to ship. One time I paid 37 dollars for Super Fast shipping. It still took 3 weeks to get item. I just ordered again 12 days ago and still has not shipped. I am on the phone with customer service. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I have been holding now for 1/2 hr.     Updated on 07/05/2021: My first review was that I hadn't received my orders of over $500 in clothing. I eventually received the packages and sent both back for refunds on all of it. According to tracking the packages were received by the return agent on June 17th. I sent a message back in June asking when I might receive my money back, but I still have not received a reply or a refund.

    I purchase two orders. It’s been 13 days still no shipping info. Called in. They have been experiencing high volume so they can’t tell you when or when your order will be shipped. Then when it’s shipped they said it could take 7/14 days to receive. You can’t cancel the order you have to wait until it’s delivered. They said maybe I could expect my order around the 27th of the month, but not to count on it. I believe they should ship all orders priority if they can’t get orders out in a timely manner!!!     I am currently waiting on a fit specialist to answer the line after 27 minutes. Well, someone answers after 33 minutes and told me that stimulus checks, tax refunds, and covid that the company has had over 2K orders so shipping is taking longer. I do understand this but to charge the full shipping for an order placed more than 14 business days without some sort of adjustment for not honoring their 7 to 12 business time frame is bad business. I think I'm done with WW for items I feel are important and are needed.

    Updated on 03/06/2022: I placed an order back in April of 2021. I never got the order and my bank card was also not charged. Forward December 2021. I suddenly started getting letters from Woman Within stating that they had not gotten their money for this order and if I didn't take care of it they would send it to a collection agency. After making several attempts to call their so called customer service and either being put on hold for hours on end or trying their chat which is a joke I gave up. Since they had not charged my card and I had not gotten the order I figured it was done and over.

    In February I got a letter from a collection agency about my order and that they were demanding payment for this order. I tried to contact customer service again but they refused to do anything. I also tried to contact the collection agency but they are a joke and put you on hold for hours. Since this agency is only open Monday through Friday 8 to 5 when most people are working it is hard to call on my 30 minute lunch break. Since they never charged my card and nothing has ever shown up on my bank account even the banker could not find a charge from them. I don't know how they can collect money that they never charged me and for an order that I never got. They need to make this right and take this out of collections.

    Original Review: I have been a long time customer but ever since the pandemic hit ordering anything from them has become next to impossible. Items that you want are always out of stock, on back order or order status says being processed for weeks and weeks with no change or any communication from customer service. I ordered a shirt back on April 22, 2021 which was in stock and I am still waiting for my order to be processed on May 9, 2021. No date was give for a possible shipment for this order when I ordered the shirt. I tried to call customer service to tell them to forget it with this order that I no longer want the shirt but the wait time was over 30 minutes!

    This is not in any way to conduct business. I order from Lands' End and LL Bean and my order is processed and arrives within two to three days after ordering it and that is paying the standard delivery fee. I will not do business with this company again. They need to get it together and do better than this. Using the pandemic as an excuse is not acceptable either anymore.

    I ordered over 200 dollars worth of clothes 3 weeks ago and they have not shipped. I was on hold for an hour and a half with absolutely no response. I've tried to be patient and understand that they may have a backorder and Covid is making things difficult but this is ridiculous! The fact that their online chat is down and no one is answering calls is making me believe that they might be purposely ignoring their customers. I'm disappointed because I never get to get new clothes and was looking forward to this. There isn't even any way to cancel an order!

    Original Review: First, I want to go on record that I am an avid online shopper. Woman Within is the only company that can't get their shipping act together. Why is that? I don't believe for a second that it is due to an over abundance of orders. The least they could do is be honest. Do they need more help? I have been waiting 15 business days for 2 pairs of capris. Like the other reviews, not much communication from Woman Within. I did get an email stating that orders were delayed but I should still receive my order by the time it was originally stated when placing the order. That would have been 7 days ago. Still no order. This is the second order I placed for a specific dated function and was left disappointed for both. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from them if or until they figure this out. Also, all other companies offer free shipping on a certain amount spent, not Woman Within. I did find a free shipping code on a coupon code site and was shocked that it actually worked.

    I have been a customer of Woman Within for many years. I can confidently say the company business model has changed and not for the better. I recently placed an order with the knowledge that shipping would be delayed. After an extended period of time and having not received a shipping notification, I decided to cancel the order. The Woman Within web page does not have an option to cancel orders. The Chat option is also inoperable. On multiple occasions I attempted to contact a customer service representative, via phone, having waited unsuccessfully for an hour (60 min) before disconnecting.

    When I was finally able to speak to a customer service representative I was told I could not cancel the order because it had already been processed in the warehouse and was in queue to ship. But would not ship for at least another 3 days and would take up to 12 days for delivery. I was advised by the representative and a supervisor to return items upon receipt but would not be refunded the shipping cost. Poor business practice Woman Within. I will not do any business with this company again in the future and strongly recommend no one else does either. Until they lose revenue they will not change their policies.

    I placed an order with Woman Within on April 16 and it still hasn't shipped. I'm assuming that most of the products ordered probably aren't in stock anymore. If there are severe shipping delays, this company should make them aware prior to ordering. It's also ridiculous that you have to pay for standard shipping with this type of delay. They also still offer express shipping! I'm cancelling my order because they don't take out the money as soon as you order.

    Like other customers, placed order and got "ships in 2-4 days". 9 days later, I got a "sorry it's delayed" message. Fine, I'll cancel. But there is no way to chat, disabled. Tried to call, 40 minutes wait to get through. Tried to email but get error message, it does not go through. Now two weeks, still no word. The customers comments are answered with generic "see our private email to you" but there is no answer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. There is something wrong and I would not be surprised if they were soon out of business. I see they sell through Amazon as well, good to know to ignore them as they are not reachable.

    I placed an order April 18, 2001. I still have not received my order. I have spoken to customer service on several different occasions, I get the same reply that they see the order but it has not been shipped out. No further Information is available. I have been shopping with Woman Within over 20+years. I promise I will never shop here ever again, my vacation was ruined and it looks like my Mother’s Day will be ruined as well thank you. A loyal disgruntled customer.

    Updated on 06/13/2021: I have returned 2 orders. I ordered items on April 30th and I needed them for a trip I was taking on May 12th. I then had to reorder paying a crazy fee to receive the same items in 2 days but never received those items until the day I was leaving so I returned them immediately that was May 12th. When I returned I also returned the original order. What has happened to this company. Now I understand the pandemic has changed things but I ordered something in February and received it right away. Had to return part of the order and received my return credit right away. Try calling them. It is almost literally impossible to get through and when you do you get different info depending on who you are talking to. I am asking for my refund of $277.00.

    Original Review: I understand with the pandemic that there will be delays. But trying to get someone on the phone borders on insanity. I ordered something well over a week ago. I called to check on my order and their system said there was NOOOO order placed. So I thought I made a mistake and really needed the items so I reordered and paid the fastest delivery route. I looked up on the website and it should have been sent but NOPE. Now I understand they are busy but I want to cancel BOTH orders as they have not been shipped and being that NO one answers I cannot find out how to do this.

    If I was able to find it out on the website or through their system you cannot. AND btw I did make the first order the one they said they had NO record of. I just want to cancel the order before they ship it especially since I paid the higher amount and they will not reimburse shipping. So that is my story. They lost me as a customer and I am canceling my credit card. When I receive what I ordered I am sending it right back even though it stinks that my shipping will not be reimbursed. I was going away so I ordered the first order in plenty of time. Ended up ordering from Macy's.

    I have had my Woman Within and sister companies account hacked. Someone went in and changed my email and phone number and used the WW Credit Card on file and bought $550 and now no one will answer the phone or chat with me. I have 2 pending orders that I ordered in April and 1 fulfilled order. The Comenity Bank cancelled my card and told me to call WW and get the fraud order stopped (which they think may be a gift card). Of course they are not answering their phones. No chat available. They should answer their phone for fraud. It is not like I am calling and complaining about their slowwww shipping process this year. Please think long and hard about shopping with this company or sister companies.

    I made a purchase on 03/29/21. The cost was deducted from my card on 04/06 when they claim it was shipped. It’s 05/04 still no package. Still no response to email sent 04/28. Their chat function is never available. Wait times on phone are typically over an hour and they are available 24/7. The new shipping company Newgistics sucks. Been loyal customer for over 20 years but I guess loyalty is important anymore just poor customer service and even poorer service all for greed. Spend less money on sending a million email ads on a daily basis and rebuild your customer service.

    I have copies of emails since I began writing in March inquiring about an order to which I still have not received two items. I get the generic run around 10 days delay due to Covid. It’s like they’re not even reading my correspondence. I have called and was on hold for over 48 minutes. The second time I called it was well over an hour and I was insistent upon waiting but gave up.

    I have copies of four emails to watch my responses. Gave no answers. Where is my order? Do you intend on finishing my order? Should I inquire about a refund and if so how? Shipping details indicate one date and the next time I look indicate another. I’ve asked for an email correction to which they say since I placed the order they cannot correct it. I placed the order in March and as of today’s response they told me it would be 10 days' wait due to Covid! 10 days?! 5/6 weeks already. I leave on my trip next week to which I intended on wearing these items.

    Now at the last minute I will be scrambling to find a replacement. Even after I’ve paid for these items. They sent me a notice offering me a credit card with a $750 credit limit. Really?! This is not how I would like to spend my time ever again. I have been very nice in my emails to which I feel like they have ignored me. Now I’m getting a little bit perturbed. I don’t like it when customer service takes advantage of their customers. I can’t get anyone to give me the next steps.

    I placed my order more than a month ago and still have not received my spring clothes. The money was taken out of my account with the greatest efficiency within 24 hours. I have sent emails, waited on hold for an average of 1/2 hour before speaking with a customer “service” representative only to be told historically large volumes of orders have caused delays. They were unable to cancel the order because it was in process. So I guess each customer who has been victimized by this company has made an interest free loan to Woman Within. This is my second and last order. My first order was delivered within days because I paid the extra $30+ for expedited shipping. Get with the program!

    I placed an order in January, it was supposedly shipped on Jan 8. As of today, May 4th, there is still no tracking info. I have contacted them several times and they waited until the 90 days were up before replying. All they said was that there is no tracking info on my order. Well duh, I told them that over and over. Been shopping with WW for about ten years and no problem. They're not even looking into this. Very disappointed.

    I placed a large order on April 9, 2021 and another order on April 15. I received email confirmation that the orders were placed. A week later I received a generic email saying it is taking longer than expected to get my order shipped to to high demand and Covid19. I ordered some items from WW thru Amazon. They arrived on time. I sent WW an email and received an automated response with their excuse of having historically high demand on their spring line. Well, WW hire more people to handle the orders!!

    Then I called customer service early last week, fearing my two orders were lost in the system. After 40 minutes on hold, someone finally answered. I gave him my order numbers. He said "It looks like your two orders will ship out on Friday or Saturday." Well today is Sunday May 2 and there is no indication that they have shipped. I feel the customer service rep was not telling me the truth. I don't really want to cancel my orders because I spent 3 days putting these orders together. The two orders amount to several hundred dollars. If I decide to cancel and WW won't allow me to, the I will call the bank and tell them to stop payment on these. I have done business with them for years, but this is ridiculous. I won't be ordering from them again.

    I have 3 outstanding orders with Woman Within, ordered several weeks ago. Nothing has shipped, and customer service is useless. Where are my items? I want to cancel, but have been told that can't be done, which is ridiculous. I'm 2 days away from notifying my credit card of the issue and to not honor payment due to the inability of WW to ship my order, or to allow cancellation after all this time. Truly terrible customer service. You've lost a very long time customer. The excuse of "historic high demand" is bull. Something is wrong and no one will own up to it.

    DON'T order anymore from this company... The company has changed and is not getting things shipped out anymore...and won't tell you at all when it might ship out... Spent over $500 with them, and ordered the same way I always have...same website, same shipping way...same everything, but when I called, I got all sorts of different answer... Placed 1 order on Apr. 16th and it shipped the very next day... Placed another order at night on the 18th so would be processed on the 19th and it has still not been processed at all... Nothing said backordered when purchased... Everything said it was available... Was told by one representative that the larger orders were not being processed as quickly as the smaller orders...but the other representative said that wasn't true...several contradictions between the two representatives I spoke to...

    You'd think if they were not going to care about the job they are doing with getting orders out in a timely manner, at least they should get their stories as the same... Blamed things on covid and that it all of a sudden has affected them... We are over a year into the covid problem, but I guess it didn't affect them at all until now, when the vaccines are in supply to help the situation... Suddenly the past 2 weeks are the worst part of the covid pandemic, but when over 3000 people per day were dying, it wasn't a problem...makes no sense...

    They may have been a more reliable company at one point, but that certainly isn't the case now... Was told it may or may not get shipped this week, but they couldn't say for sure and then also said should ship in 10 to 15 business days... That would mean it should ship this week at the latest, but they wouldn't guarantee it and just danced around... It was clear that this company does not care about its customers at all.

    After being charged 19.99 shipping and handling, my order sat in a not processed status for 15 calendar days. My initial email asking about my order was ignored. All of a sudden when I send a second email to cancel my order, it shows up as processed and now out for shipping. When I tried to cancel the order I was told they couldn't because it was in process. This is completely unacceptable. Now I'm returning everything and being told I have to pay 9.99 to have this sent back. Ridiculous!!! I will tell everyone I can to Buyer Beware. This merchant will take advantage of you.

    2 weeks ago I ordered 1....count it, 1 dress. TWO WEEKS AGO and my order is still in progress but after reading what others have said I feel kinda "lucky" because they have been waiting longer. To say I am not happy would be an understatement and I am a customer of over 30 years. Until you "get it together" I will not be shopping with you. Earlier today I unsubscribed to all emails from you. I have no choice but to WAIT for that 1 dress to be grabbed and put into a bag and mailed to me....1 dress!     I have been ordering from Woman Within from quite some time and have been very satisfied with the quality and the service, until recently. I placed an order with Woman Within. Also with Brylane Home (another portion of the company.) I was never given an estimated date of delivery, as I used to be. I would get on the website and attempt to do a "chat" with a customer representative and it has always been unavailable. I needed to cancel an order and also to say that I no longer wanted an order for which I had received a card saying that the item would not be delivered until over a month in the future. Another items showed processing but not yet shipped. With the Brylane Home, I wanted to cancel the entire order since it was still be processed after three week and I did not want to wait.

    Called Customer service and was told the wait time would be at least 10 minutes. After 25 minutes someone finally picked up. I explained that I wanted the back order t-shirt to be cancelled (the one I received the post card on) as well as the pair of pants which was still be processed. I was told I could not cancel the order for the pants but they would give me free return. I asked why it could not be cancelled and was told because it was processing. But, I asked, if it hasn't been shipped why couldn't it be cancelled. No reason was given.

    They I asked about the Brylane order which also was still processing after 3 weeks. I wanted to cancel the entire order since I had expected delivery to have already been made and it hadn't even left processing. I was told the same thing. Since in processing, it could not be cancelled. But it could be returned. Note: one of the items, a Kitchen Buffet is quite heavy. To have them ship it (which I paid extra for) and the have to pay for its return doesn't not seem to be the most feasibly, economical way to run a business.

    As stated at the beginning. I have order quite a few items over the years from WW and have never had a problem until this year. In looking at the other reviews, they all seem to say the same thing starting this year. I told her that since no notification is given on a date it will be received, there is not way to just wait and tell the driver to no delivery it. I can't sit outside all day everyday day and hope to "catch them".

    I am 70 years old and it is not easy to maneuver large orders like this but was willing to do since I needed it. But I am not willing wait for the item now or for the refund!! It will probably be another month before the items are received and then, what, another month to get it back to them. I don't need have to wait for a refund for that length of time, and should not have to. Don't know what you did WomanWithin, but you sure lost this customer, forever.

    I ordered a dress on April 4, and it was shipped around April 13 or 14. I was tracking it via an email that was sent to me. First it appeared that I would receive the dress on April 18, then the date changed to April 19, now the dress has been in an Atlanta shipping facility since April 18 with no further updates. Customer Service told me that there is nothing they can do about it at this time. If I don’t receive the dress by May 25th they will issue a refund if I call back. I placed a second order on April 6, and that one hasn’t shipped yet. Since the order is already in the computer they cannot cancel it.

    The short of it: This company's business practices are outdated. But they prey on the plus sized crowd, who typically find it difficult to find fashionable clothing, particularly online. Over the years I have ordered many times from the Brylane Home/ WW/ Roamans, etc. family. I can't think of any specific complaints I've had in the past. Recently I ordered a set of solar garden lights from Brylane. They were "originally priced" at $79.99 but with whatever discount I ended up with I got them for $28ish with shipping. Sounds like a deal of course. But as expected, they are made of the world's cheapest plastic. I've had them for about 2 months now and each one has cracked in one place or another when I've tried to put them in the ground, move them, or during a particularly windy day. I don't expect the highest of quality for 8 lamps under $30, but please don't insult me by trying to make me believe they are worth $80 to begin with.

    This brings me to my Woman Within/Swimsuits for All review: Like everyone, I have put on my share, and someone else's, of weight during the pandemic. Looking for swimsuits for summer 2021 has been a mess. Like Brylane, the prices on their site are OUTRAGEOUS. And knowing what I know about Brylane's products, I wasn't going to purchase anything without massive discounts. I threw some items in my carts and waited it out, sure enough I received a 40% off discount code, and signed up for the trial membership in order to get the shipping rebate. (Still not sure how this is going to work, but we'll see.) I made two separate orders on two different days, one from WW and one from SFA. Yes, I realize this is the same catalog, but on the day I ordered from WW one of the items was not on sale, a few days later it was. Regardless, it's been 12 days and neither item has shipped.

    They have a disclaimer that they're behind due to covid but I'm not buying that AT ALL. All major catalog retailers have been operating on time. Like the rest of the world we've been buying everything online during the pandemic and the only delays we've experienced were during the holidays when EVERYTHING was delayed. And I would understand if this were a matter of the shipment being delayed, but based on their tracking info they haven't even shipped yet. This is ridiculous.

    I seriously doubt I'll be buying from them again. I don't like being lured in with inflated prices and being lead to believe I'm scoring the deal of the century. I'm not thrilled about this "membership" program, and I intend to cancel as soon as I receive my rebate - although I suspect they will delay it until the next month's charge is due - which is $14.99. No way am I paying that. I also don't care for their shipping prices - they don't offer free shipping. All shipping is based on the cost of your items. NOT EVEN THE WEIGHT! I would understand charging by weight of the package, but $200 worth of bathing suits wouldn't even weigh 5 lbs. According to their shipping chart that would cost me $20 in shipping fees. And I have very little faith in the quality of the swim wear, but that's a review for another day.

    Ordered April 13 2021 for May 9 vacation. Received 2 notifications that orders have not shipped. Given my timeline, I decided to cancel the order. 20 minute hold time, and received the same response as many others. The order could not be canceled because it was ‘processing’. My rep was polite, but repeatedly stated the same phrase. Reasoning was ineffective, nothing resolved.

    I won’t order from Woman Within again based wholly on the fact the company is placing their customer care ‘team’ to receive the brunt of poor company performance with no ability to resolve issues. If ‘high volume’ is the excuse, let me cancel to reduce your processing volume. If it’s covid, let me cancel to relieve your over-worked ‘team’. Aware and understand ‘high volume’ and Covid related issues, comprehend slow shipping based on those issues. I don’t have patience when it’s no longer a ‘reason’ but an ‘excuse’ for lack of resolution and respect for customers.

Horrible customer service on hold for 30 minutes and then they just keep saying they understand but they cannot do anything. Today is April 29th, 2021. I check the tracking number and Woman Within has not yet sent my package to the carrier DHL. They will not get any more business from me.

Secondly, I received the merchandise 23 days later (a week I can understand, but not 3 weeks). The amount was showing on the credit card I used to place the order as being deducted, then a week later it was no longer showing, and the amount was back up to what it was before I placed the order. I contacted customer service via the online chat feature, and the individual I chatted with said that the amount would be resubmitted once the order was shipped, but could not give me even a ball park time frame on when that would be.

    Unfortunately, due to a family emergency I had to use that credit card and the funds for the amount of the order was no longer available. This was on 4/13/21. I IMMEDIATELY sent them an e-mail on 4/13 explaining the situation and to not ship the order and charge the credit card since the funds were no longer available. (My order was still showing as being processed.) I received an e-mail back from them on 4/19/21 that in part said: Your order is being processed for shipment. No changes or cancellation can be made at this time.

    The tracking on it said it was by Fed-Ex, and it was to be delivered yesterday (4/27/21). I met the Fed-Ex delivery guy and told him I wanted to refuse the order, to send it back. It got redelivered today. (UGH). After contacting Fed-Ex, I was told by them that they could not send a driver out to pick it up and I had to contact the company I ordered from.

    Now, I have to send it back and pay for the shipping ($9.99). Hopefully they will credit the credit card they took the amt. from since now I am in the negative. I realize I am partially at fault , but I can not control an emergency and they should have been able to take care of it since it was not shipped yet when I contacted them. Honestly, I am NOT trying to be a "Karen" here.

    I ordered items on April 8 and have had trouble reaching anyone at Woman Within to be able to inquire or even cancel the items. It took over 2 weeks for an email inquiry to be answered and when I called the customer representative lines stated they were unable to take the call due to overwhelming business. I finally got an acknowledgment to my email and told part of the order was shipped and the other items could not be cancelled because they were in process. I will never use this company again. Very dissatisfied with it all the way around. Even the items I did receive were very shoddy.

He had an attitude and a tone and this was from the beginning of the conversation after I sat on hold for 40 minutes for him to give me no information and an attitude. I called today to cancel my order and they tell me I can’t because it has processed. Because a label has been made. Ohhhhh a label...     I never got my stuff. Company claims it was delivered according to their Pitney Bowes record, but my fiancé and I have ordered many other things coming in the mail nearly every day because of the pandemic and nothing else has been lost and we check the mail very soon after delivery every day. Ok, so maybe it was lost by the post office, e.g. delivered to someone else. I live in a very rural area and there are no porch pirates here or they would have taken the more expensive things I got that day. I have ordered from this company for 20 years, and they say I need to fill out an affidavit that they will send to me by mail. It's been a month and they still haven't sent the form and they say it is because of covid, they are behind sending these out. But this customer rep told me I can get it on the website.

    I have done that now, and after 6 weeks, I am going to send it to the company. But I expect they will find another hoop for me to jump through. It was a $60 order and I have only returned an item one time ever, which was an exchange. They should take my word for it, like all the other companies have as a policy. I'm going to go back to department stores for clothes, I guess.

Today 4/26 I logged in to the website to see the status of the order and it did not show up. When I contacted customer service they said the order did not go through that I should dispute the charges with my bank. No email notification was received, they just said that the order did not go through on their end so they cancelled it. My order was of $246 and the money was taken out of my bank.     I've ordered from Woman Within in the past and shipping, though slower than others, wasn't all that bad. However, I placed an order on April 11, and still have not received an email from them indicating my order is being processed. I contacted them a few days ago, and they had received it. But that's as far as it's gone. Today is April 26, so more than 2 weeks after I placed the order. I get that Covid has changed some things, but I order from many online suppliers for personal items and also for my home-based business. Nothing has ever taken this long unless it was lost in shipping. I assumed I would receive these items before my vacation in a week or so, but I guess that is not to be. And if they don't fit? Another month or longer to wait for a replacement? It's not right.

    Updated on 09/12/2021: I had reviewed this horrible company earlier and now it seems like so very many other people that are having nothing but nasty issues with them. I have only ordered once from them. My latest issue is that they are threatening to send my account to collections because I refuse to pay for items that I never received. I put the money in dispute with my credit card company and I had to cancel that card because they kept charging money that I didn't owe. Since I am a member of a legal plan I'm probably going to have to go that route while filing a complaint with the Attorney General of our state. I urge everyone to go this route since it can be easily done online.

    I don't know the whole story but Woman Within appears to be a front for a Asian company with no English speaking customer service and they "batch" orders received until they have enough for a run at their overseas factories. This process can take months for some sizes. The rep that I spoke to after a one hour hold told me that their company does not have to abide by U.S. laws of Commerce because of the pandemic??? Their production materials and methods are shoddy and they use canned answers in pigeon English on this site to stall off customers.

    I have great respect for so many of my friends from Asian backgrounds but this is not a typical company. It is a scam. They violate so many U.S. laws and the credit card companies make you jump through hoops to put the charges in dispute because Woman Within is apparently a large conglomerate. If you can't afford to fight them by yourself maybe a large class action lawsuit would at least help keep others from making the horrible mistake that we all have made. Where are the class action lawyers when they could really do some good here?

    Original Review: I ordered 4 tops for an Easter trip from Woman Within on March 17, 2021. I received the first two and should have returned them because of the quality but I didn't. My mistake. I am still waiting on the other 2. Each time I call I get a different answer. Today, after an almost one hour wait I tried again and the nasty agent told me that the order could not be cancelled because it has "processed". It has shown "processed" for a month with no shipping information. I told him that under Consumer Protection laws I could cancel an order after 30 days with no communication.

    The rude guy who kept interrupting me told me that I needed to be quiet so he could talk. He told me that the items are already processed through their Indiana warehouse so it was in "process". And the 30 days only counted "business" days. I was totally unaware that the weekends were not counted as business days since their website completed business of ordering 7 days a week but, eliminating weekends, it has been more than 30 of their "business days".

    Also, I got billed for a "Rewards" program that I didn't sign up for and they refused to refund all of that money. After the calls and the refusal to answer my emails on their website, I'm going to follow up with a complaint with the Attorney General's office. I had high hopes for finding a company that I could use but those hopes are dashed. They have my credit card information so for protection against fraud I'll have to cancel that card and get a new one. BEWARE of doing business with this Woman Within! The few good reviews on this site seem fake. I'm going to do my best to pass my story around on multiple platforms to possibly save some other "sucker" the terrible trouble.

    I have to return an item but getting a reply has been horrible! The website for downloading an international label is not working. Tried sending an email and received a reply after over 2 weeks.     Updated on 05/24/2021: I have been a customer of Woman Within/Full Beauty brands for many years. I never had any issue with their items or customer service until last month. Last month I had placed an order with Woman Within, it took almost a month to arrive and customer service was of absolutely no help. No tracking information. When I contacted them about the delay and receiving no email I was given a run around. The constant refrain that COVID19 and the unprecedented demand for their spring line had caused a backup at their warehouse, but they were working diligently around the clock to get orders out.

    Since my items did eventually arrive I assumed that they had fixed the warehouse/shipping issues. I placed 2 more orders on April 30 and May 1. The order from April 30 arrived later than the 7-14 days stated on the order page. (Also 1 blouse was not the color I ordered) Nothing about the order from May 1. I contacted customer service last week and got the same run around/refrain as last month. It has now been over 24 days since I placed the order, over 16 business days in case they say they only were referring to business days and nothing. I tried using the chat feature that was actually up today and was told the same refrain, COVID19, unprecedented demand for their new line, and shipping delays, they can not say when my items will ship.

    This is really unacceptable, no other company that I have done business with throughout this entire pandemic has had these lingering issues. Also if you aren't able to fulfill orders stop sending out almost daily emails and catalogs for people to purchase even more items, you aren't able to meet the demand. I will never purchase another item from their company and will make sure to tell everyone I know in person and on social media to avoid this family of brands.

    Original Review: I have been a Woman Within customer for years. I have always been satisfied with their products and prices. I have never had a problem with anything until now. I placed an order on 4/8/21 for 7 items all of which were in stock. I received a confirmation email for my order and it said that I would receive my items in 7-12 days. I didn't receive any other emails about my order which was odd because they always send one saying that my items have shipped. I sent WW an email because I have still not received my items and the order still says processing, the only reply I received was the initial auto reply to my inquiry and that customer service would get reply to emails in the order that they were received. I heard no reply from them.

    I called WW's 800 number today and was on hold for over 30 minutes. The gentleman I spoke to was not able to provide any help or information other than constantly repeating that "due to an unprecedented demand for their spring collection that things have been backed up at their warehouse and they are making every effort to get out orders quickly." I asked when my items would ship and was told he didn't know when, couldn't tell me anything only to repeat the above refrain. I told him that it's ridiculous WW keeps sending me emails almost daily, and catalogs and wants me to order more and more, but they're unable to even catch up all these outstanding orders, they shouldn't be taking more orders if they're unable to supply. This is really unacceptable. I'm going to contact the Better Business Bureau, this is really unacceptable.

    Sizes run very large, with average to poor quality clothing. Sale prices are good, but customer service is not. Orders are not updated on your account, so the tracking feature is not useful, and it takes forever on the phone to get an order status.     On 7 & 8, I placed 2 orders with this company. This afternoon, after waiting to talk to somebody at the company, the wait was over 30 minutes. I was told that I could not cancel either one of the orders that I had place, because the orders was now in the warehouse being processed, which will take another 2 or 3 days, plus anywhere from 7 to 12 days for shipping. Which will mean that my 2 orders have taken almost a month for to get. I asked to speak to a supervisor, which meant more time on hold, so I asked to speak to someone over the supervisor, and was told that the 4 people were on the phone. I was also told that she would send an email and somebody would be in touch with me, within an hour, 2 and an hours later I am still waiting for someone to call me back. I will no longer be a customer of Woman Within. I worked in retail for many years, and can not believe the way that companies are treating their customers.

    I've been a Woman Within customer for years as they have a good selection of plus sized clothing. I have been mostly happy with my purchases but before you order be aware that their shipping is expensive and very slow - especially in today's retail world. Orders usually take 3 or more commonly 4 weeks to receive. Plan ahead if you need clothing for events. Returns are expensive and a hassle. They also send catalogs almost weekly and emails twice a day once they have your information. It's too bad because they could be a 5 star retailer if they would fix these problems.

    I recently made a purchase over $50.00 and paid express shipping in order to receive a promotional (free) pull along travel cooler for an upcoming trip. When placing the order I entered the code on my order and it said it was accepted. When I got my order, no cooler! I called customer service, held for 26 minutes before someone answered. When he did answer he told me I had used a 30% coupon on my order and the cooler was not on my order. He said he would not send the cooler, his system wouldn't allow him to because I used a 30% coupon. I DID NOT enter any other codes on my order but the one for the cooler. I was NOT offered a 30% coupon when placing the order therefore did not use one. I paid the printed sales price for each item I purchased. I specifically placed the order for over $50.00 for the convenience of having the pull along cooler.

    I have been purchasing exclusively with this company for a number of years but they have now lost my business. Poor customer service, long wait times on the phone and incomplete order fulfillment. There are plenty of other options not associated with this company that I will do future business with. The other 2 shirts were on backorder until May 9 so I wanted to cancel. Waited about 30 minutes on the phone 4 times with NO answer.     I recently purchased the wide band pull-on jeans. They fit perfectly and are so comfortable. The issue is they smell awful. I have washed them twice and cannot get the moldy smell to go away. After not receiving them on the 5th, I checked the USPS tracking number, which resulted in a message stating they could not provide a status. Since then I have attempted to contact Woman Within customer services 6 times. The first five resulted in astronomically long wait times (I hung up after a 20 minute wait each time). I called customer service this morning and received a message stating they were so busy, I would not even be able to be placed on hold and the call ended. Seriously??? In the event I do receive this order, I will promptly return it for a refund. I will no longer place any orders with them again.

    I have shopped with Woman Within for several years. I have always had good experiences until recently. I understand there are changes and delays with the pandemic, but none of the other companies that I shop with have this kind of challenges. I needed to exchange some items from a recent order. In the past, I was notified when my exchange order was delivered and when to expect the new items to arrive.

    My package was received by WW on April 5. I never received notification. Chatting with customer service, I was told that if I had not heard anything by April 14, to contact them again. I tried chatting on their website, but it is unavailable, I have currently been on hold with them on the phone for over 30 minutes. I have given up other times, because they never answer. No chat, no phone, no items.. How are we supposed to contact them? They have my money for the three items that I returned. I am out the items, the money, and absolutely no way to reach them. Sadly, this will be my last purchase from them. My last order was over $189.00. I guess they are okay with losing a long time loyal customer.

    UPDATED: 4/22/2021: It's really sad that a bad review has to be written before this company will respond or take action. I've already written one review on Woman Within but part of my problem hasn't been resolved and now I have another. I inquired about why my $20 rewards wasn't put against my order of a sales item and instead was charged for the regular price and then the rewards was put against the order. I still have not received anything on this resolution. Now my next issue is shipping. I have an order that has been processing since 4/8/2021 and another that's been processing since 4/13/2021. Once I receive these orders, this will be my absolute last time ordering from this company. They have lost me as a customer.

    ORIGINAL REVIEW: I ordered several items and they came/are coming in separate boxes due to availability. The first package I opened contained a shirt that reeked of perfume, had obviously been worn. I returned that shirt and several other items but can't seem to get a timely refund. With another order, I received an email that it was on sale. I ordered at $29.99 and applied a rewards certificate I had for $20.00. The sale price isn't being honored with the rewards certificate. I'm being charged $42.18 when it should be $22.18. Trying to contact customer service is almost impossible. I want my money back on my returns and I want the sale price honored even if I am using a rewards certificate.

    I have tried to get an order through 3 times since 03/02/2021. I never get a confirmation email so I can't track it. I saw the charges on my credit card all 3 times but my credit card canceled all 3 because Woman Within is taking so long to ship the order or following through. I have called and called the help line but get put on hold for so long I can't keep waiting. It's impossible to try and get American made clothing these days and I'm not even sure Woman Within is even made here anymore. HUGE letdown from this company. I won't try to order ever again.

I managed to figure out how to return the item via the website, and returned it via mail, but there is no way to check on the status of my return, even over the phone line. You should not advertise merchandise and say it's available and then never fill the order. Been a customer for years. I will pay my bill and discontinue my account with this crappy customer service.

    My wife place an order for in stock items. 2 weeks later 2 of 3 items arrived. Nothing about the 3rd item on paperwork or website. Waited 2 more weeks & my wife called them. She was told it is out of stock before we ordered it (the website said otherwise for the first 2 weeks after the order). My wife requested a supervisor & was told a supervisor would call within the hour. There was no call. The next day we cancelled the order & I wrote to their customer support group. Ever since, I have been digitally harassed by one of their sister companies, Ello's. I nicely, but firmly asked them to stop via e-mail. They spammed me some more. I wrote to them again. This time I told them if they do not stop, I will refer it to the proper authorities (ICC because they do business in many states & the FCC which regulates e-commerce). BTW... We used to spend $1000 per year at their sister stores, Roaman's & King Size.

    They always take orders for merchandise they don't have in stock. Sometimes while ordering, they'll give you a date as to when the item will come in, and they'll charge you and ship at that time. Many times, they'll just send you a USPS postcard or email telling you the order is either on backorder and will ship when available or they'll cancel your order because they aren't getting any more of the item. This is a very common part of their ordering process, especially for the 'Perfect Tee'.

    I like the clothes but the cs is AWFUL. I tried to call them to get help processing an exchange for a pair of pants I had ordered that were too small because I refuse to just go with getting a refund because of the $9.99 fee or getting an e-gift card (the product was $19.99 so what would be the point?). I was on hold for over an hour and no one ever picked up. "We appreciate your business," yeah right! What a load of crap. Never buying from them ever again after getting this exchange business figured out.

    Many years ago, I ordered from Roamans and Lane Bryant because I was a large woman who couldn't find clothes that fit in stores. Of course, these companies knew that already, which is why they took advantage by charging $75 for shirts and $150 for dresses, all made in China, and worth about 1/10th what they were charging. I lost hundreds and hundreds of dollars on shipping fees - I lost the money when they shipped TO me and I then I had to pay to return. I was paying $30-$40 to try on clothes, basically.

    Now I see these stores have merged with other stores to form Woman Within and their online customer service is deplorable. I use PayPal to purchase online whenever it's possible. I have emails to prove that I contacted Woman Within about my order - 11 days after ordering it still hadn't shipped. They did not respond. Three days later, I cancelled it - also by emailing customer service. They again did not respond. It's apparent that they ignore customers wishing to cancel so that they can force customers to take even very late shipments, but if you use PayPal, you can dispute the charge and they will intervene.

    Technically, an online company is given 30 days by law to ship to you, but most companies I've dealt with don't force consumers to wait that long if they choose not to. The only real choice any of us has is to boycott vendors and companies who treat customers the way Woman Within does. At this point, if I receive my order prior to the 30 days rule, FINE - I'll keep it. I happened to get free shipping with my order and so I paid only $30 for two sleep shirts I ordered. But if they don't ship within 30 days, PayPal will cancel the pending the authorization and that will be that. Bottom line: steer clear of Woman Within. There are SO many other stores online now that have great customer service. Woman Within can easily be avoided.

    First order from getting unsolicited catalog. I was excited ordering these trendy clothes. Should have found this site first! Ordered on 3/18/21 clothes for Easter. At the time of the order delivery was promised by April 1st. It’s 4/6 and no new trendy clothes. The items appear to be stuck in grove city waiting for USPS share post. It’s cheaper for companies to ship but tougher to track and often have delays. Hoping the clothes are worthwhile but I will never order again :-(

    I ordered a coat and winter pj's in November 2020. They were too big. Returned in november of 2020. On March 4, 2021, I got the package back saying that it was returned too late. I had dropped the package off with the return label attached so I had no receipt and could not prove when I had actually put it in the mailbox. When I called, they consented to return my money for the product. But, threatened that if it wasn't received in 30 days, they would charge me again. It cost over $28.00 to return the package.     Updated on 05/14/2021: Different review.... different problem. I finally received my order after over a month and one of the items was not as I expected...wrong fit and poor quality. I returned it using their label as I didn't want them to say they never received it back. I knew they would charge a $9.99 fee for that but it said I could get an e-gift card in the full amount so I took that option. I mailed the item and tracking says that "an agent has picked it up from the post office" and that is where tracking ends. What??? That was over a month ago and I still have not gotten any e-gift card or even acknowledgement that the item was received by them. I have contacted them twice about it and all I get is a canned response saying that they are backlogged on their orders and my order will be sent out as soon as possible. Obviously this is incorrect as I'm currently not waiting on an order.... I just want my refund.

    As of this point I am no longer interested in dealing with this company at all, especially if they are going to handle returns this way. I just want my full refund via my credit card from them since they have not held up their end of the deal. I am throwing out their catalogs (probably 2-3/week) and unsubscribed from their emails. Unfortunately I don't think the refund/credit will happen and have learned a pricey lesson. I have quite a few clothing pieces from this company but if they are going to be difficult to deal with on returns I am not interested in them anymore. Apparently they have become part of a large group so I will need to be careful to not order from any of their branches.

    Original Review: I placed an order on 3/21/21 with this company and although I have made several before, this will probably be my last. First it took 11 days to ship and now it has been 5 days and still not arrived and there isn't even an arrival date, so it may be 2-3 days more. I live 2 states away so it shouldn't take that long. In the meantime I have received probably 30 emails and 3 catalogs wanting me to order more even though I haven't received this one yet. Shipping is way too high ($16 for 3 pair of slacks??) and pricing for products isn't consistent between site, emails and catalogs. I am only hoping that I get the correct items when/if it finally does arrive.

    Very disatisfied with this company. I placed an order from a new Spring Catalog sent to me. None of the orders were in stock. They would ship in 2 weeks (Maybe). I cancelled everything. My order is and never has been on my internet account page. I have no visibility of the order and of the cancellations. In addition, this company uses Sure Post. That service takes 2 weeks to complete a shipment. I know this from a past order. Not a well run company. Reps online seem frazzled and can't answer simple questions or they do not have the data to answer questions. I will no longer use this company due to to many issues.

    I have been ordering for this company for years. Shipping has always been slow, but recently it has gotten a lot worse. I place a large order on March 20. Today is April 1st and it has still not shipped. The order contains my Easter dress which will not arrive on time and several other items for upcoming events. I will have to find outfits for these occasions elsewhere. The customer service is no help. I emailed them 5 days ago and their one sentence reply simply stated that shipping could be delayed by 1-3 business days. I replied that it had been 11 days since I placed the order (12 now). I still have not received a reply and the order still says not shipped.

    I had purchased from catherines before they were part of Woman Within, and the experience had always been great. Ordering from them now that they are a part of Woman Within is an entirely different and awful experience. I ordered over $400 in clothing. Unlike most companies, Woman Within have a pretty high shipping cost. Shipping for my items was over $40. I have never had to pay that much for anything outside of perishable items. The shipping costs just continue to go up as you spend more on their site rather than incentivizing spending with a free shipping threshold.

    With such a high shipping cost I expected the items to ship within a reasonable amount of time. When they still had not shipped after a week and a half, I emailed to inquire about when to expect the order. I did not get a response so I called. I was on hold for an hour and had to hang up. I called back later and after a short wait an agent answered. They said that they had a large number of orders and were behind. I asked approximately when I could expect them to ship. They would not give an answer. I asked why their shipping was so costly if they cannot ship in a reasonable amount of time. All they would say was that the shipping fees are listed on the site.

    I asked to be transferred to someone that could answer my questions. They transferred me. I again asked for an approximation of how long until my items would ship. He refused to answer and told me it was a loaded question. I pressed and he said, "Fine, several days." I again asked what the logic was behind the high fees. He called it a loaded question, he said he was done and hung up on me. I then sent another email regarding being hung up on and the lack of assistance. Still no response several days later, and my items still have not shipped.

    I placed an order 6 days ago and status still shows processing. I called to cancel and was advised it wasn't allowed. Customers only have approximately 30 minutes to cancel after placing the order. The company will not refund shipping fee. Now I'm stuck without my money or mdse for who knows how long.     I love the clothes and because of that I have really never returned anything. This time 2 pairs of pants never arrived. The person contacting me about this has been basically calling me a liar. They want all this paperwork but are making it impossible for me to fill out. I have never to my knowledge complained and I've been a customer for over 10 years.     I ordered a $55 order on the 16th of March 2021. On the 24th of March I emailed customer service to see a status update. I woke up the morning of the 25th to find an email stating it was shipped the 23rd with a tracking number However WW didn't take my money until the 26th. USPS shows the tracking number as created but no ETA. WW's website blames covid but my 40+ year customer of a mother gets her orders within 7 days.     I placed an order with Woman Within on March 5th for 3 capris, 2 t shirts and 1 pair of shoes and two weeks later the package shipped. I received a package on Sunday the 21st and it was not even my package. They had sent me the wrong package. I tried all day to contact them holding sometimes for an hour. This company will not answer the phone but they will sure take your money. Finally on Tuesday the 23rd after holding for 1 hour and 25 minutes they answer and tell me they will email me a label and to return the package to FEDEX. They wanted me to drive my car to a FEDEX delivery site and send this package. I told her NO, that the Federal Trade Commission has told me, "This is your mistake and the package is considered a gift." They are holding my refund of 113.01 and will not return it.

    On March 17th they billed my card for 2.15 and I did not approve that debit. I had to cancel my debit card so I let them know to mail a check for the refund. They will not. Please anyone who is thinking of dealing with Woman Within DON'T. THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY AND NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. I will never order from them again.

    I like the clothes from Woman Within, which is why both my daughter and I have ordered from them many times. My daughter's birthday is 3/30, and I placed an order for several items on 3/16 and another order on 3/18 for birthday gifts. Both times when I ordered, the website indicated that the items would arrive on or before 3/30.

    Well, it is now 3/25 and nothing has even been shipped yet. There's no way these items will get here by her birthday. I called yesterday and spent 24 minutes on hold, only to be told by the customer service rep that she doesn't have access to any information other than what the website shows, which is that the orders are "in process". Furthermore, the orders can't be canceled when they are in this "in process" status. I have also sent an inquiry via email but have yet to receive a response. Right now, I have no idea when, or even if, these orders will arrive, and there seems to be no one at Woman Within who is willing or able to answer that question. I was really looking forward to presenting these items to my daughter at her birthday party. Now I'm just frustrated and sad about the whole situation.

    I have been a long term customer 20 + years. Last few times I have had issues with shipping. Last order arrived without ever showing as shipped. Current order has showed as ready for 6 days now and hasn't even been picked up. I realize there may be delays with USPS but just sitting at their warehouse is not acceptable.     My mother likes some of this company's clothing, and orders from them maybe 2 or 3 times a year. When helping her with her budget, I found out that this company has been billing her credit card $16 a month because she got "fine-printed" in to some membership club without knowing it while making a purchase 7 months ago. First, they were only willing to cancel and not refund... then they said they'd refund 3 months, no more. Now they said they will escalate to a supervisor, but the supervisor will call in a day or two and if we miss it oh well, start over because they call you, you can't call them. This company caters to, and is ripping off, senior citizens with their shady business practices. Check your parent's accounts! While you're at it look for Collections, Etc. too. They did the same thing to her for over a year, and when I caught it a few months ago they used almost the same script, and their supervisor never called us back.

    While I do like their products, and everything; I must say that they have a dreadful delivery success rate. I either haven't gotten what I ordered, but something else. Or, I was told it was in stock when I paid for it, and then had to wait even longer to get what I purchased. And the delivery times are already exceedingly long! When I order from them it's only ever things I don't need right now, because I definitely won't be getting it for at least two weeks longer than anyone else makes you wait for something to ship. It is going to take about 7 days to arrive at best, but it's not even going to ship for approximately 14 days it seems like. I really like their stuff. But their delivery times suck hard.

    On 01/15/21 I placed a large order for $232.57 with Woman Within. All I received was the 2 packs of undergarments from this order. I then went online to check my order status which said the other items shipped on 01/18/21. I again checked the order status a week later and the expected delivery date changed. Upon further follow up online the expected arrival date changed 4 different times. Normally I would think this is insane, but with COVID-19 I know shipping times have been severely delayed. As of now I still have not received the rest of my order.

    On 03/23/21 I called was on hold for 45 minutes. I finally spoke with a rep and she advised me that the order never shipped out from their warehouse. I advised her I wanted the shipment reordered, or a refund issued back to my credit card. She then informed me that since it was 61 days since the order was placed, she could not reorder the items or refund me. I told her that was not acceptable for your company to take my money and never send out my order.. I demanded to talk to a supervisor. She told me there wasn't any available and gave me someone else to speak to.

    I explained everything to her and she said there was nothing she could do for me after 60 days. I again demanded a supervisor and was told someone would call me back within 1 hour. It is now 24 hours later and still no phone call. When I placed my order online, it said nowhere that if you don't receive your order in 60 days you lose your right to a refund. I order A LOT of clothes from your company and NEVER had an issue in the past. This was the worst customer service I ever had with any company. It is not my fault the warehouse workers never sent my order!!!! If this is not resolved, I will take all my business and friends and relatives' business elsewhere!!!

    I called back again today and waited again forever on hold. I spoke to Ruth, who is supposedly a supervisor. She would not help me either. She also had nothing to show me that states if you don't receive your order within 60 days you get no refund. I know the return policy is 60 days, but show me where it states if you don't receive your order and the warehouse(your company's fault) never shipped it out in 60 days, you don't get a refund!!!! All I want is for my order to still be shipped to me. And if you don't have the items, then you need to issue me a refund!! I have a lawyer on retainer I will consult if I need to.

    I submitted an online order for the first time on 3/18/21. Today, 3/24/21 after checking and the order not being shipped yet, I tried online chat - didn't work. So I called the number and the agent could do nothing about my situation. He did apologize and tell me that was unusual that my order hasn't shipped yet, but stated that perhaps the warehouse did already ship the order and just hadn't had a chance to record that yet. I thought he at least could look into the situation for me as I need the items for a trip in a few weeks. Nope. Nothing but an apology. Trying to get customer service on the phone for multiple days spent over 2 hours trying with no luck!!     I placed two orders on February 24, 2021. As of March 18, 2021, one order is supposedly in Atlanta and has been since March 8. The other order will have information with the items are received by the shipper. I have used this company for many years. I understand COVID and bad weather have caused delays, but this is unacceptable. Woman Within states that shipping should occur within 4 to 7 business days. Which would have meant that my orders should have arrived by March 9th. Still waiting. The company is using Pitney Bowes as a shipping partner. This is a change for them, but clearly one that will keep me from using their company again.

    I placed an order several days ago, I’ve been online checking the status of the order. “Not shipped” has been the status so I called today and stayed ON HOLD for an hour and 30+ minutes without talking to anyone. It didn’t even let me add my order number to check into see what it said in case the website wasn’t updated. I called again 4 hours later - just in case there were high calls, we’ll guess what??!!! It’s amazing how quick that order shipped! An automated voice told me each piece that was in my order and that each piece had shipped. Well where was this automated voice the first time I called??? It kept me on hold so they could change their status to shipped! And the last time I called I was on hold for 40 minutes with no one to talk to! I think your business is dirty, sneaky, and all around a bad business! I will NEVER EVER order from you again! I’ve never experienced customer service so bad! Shame on you!!!

    On 3/15/21 I received 3 WOMAN WITHIN CATALOGUES, not requested. I spend about an hour reviewing catalogues, wrote down item number, size, color etc. I called to place order, first telling operator that I am going to use the 50% off coupon. She said she will take that at end of order. I was on with her for at least 20 minutes as I had 10 items to order. At the end when I ask about applying the coupon, she says, "Oh sorry, you have to order online to use that coupon." So I'm annoyed, said it didn't make sense and she should have told me before I wasted my time. I said, "so I have to go online and order exactly what I just gave you?" She said yes.

    SO I go online to their website (which is far too busy). I follow directions and enter 4 item numbers, it asks for blue line on catalogue and I enter one from the 3 I received. It says to hit SEARCH. I do, I find the items, I give size, color etc AGAIN for 10 items. AGAIN it takes me some time as I have MS and partially blind but that really doesn't matter. I follow the instructions. BUT NO DISCOUNT applied? I Read all the info on the coupon: 'STATEWIDE EVENT MARCH 15-18 50% OFF YOUR ONLINE ORDER".

    I call customer service. "WHY no discount?" Snooty woman says "you have to order online" "WHAT? I DID ORDER ONLINE." "No," she says, "you can't use a catalogue." WHAT? I know what I want (see above), I ordered online. "No." she says, "you are misinterpreting what it says. IT SAYS 50% OFF ONLINE ORDER." She says I'm just not understanding that you can't use a catalogue again and again. I ask for a supervisor. I'm eventually connected to a David Operator ** who basically says that I am "misinterpreting" it and proceeds to read the entire notice again, says it SAYS CAN'T BE USED WHEN ORDERING FROM A CATALOGUE. I said exactly what I did as per the instructions from the first person I gave all the info to.

    Notice how both told me I AM 'MISINTERPRETING" the coupon! I told him I am deleting the order (btw, I checked and every single item I originally ordered is the same on the website). I told him that this is no better than a SCAM, bait and switch. He gave me corporate's phone number which I will call during work hours. All 3 people I had to deal with had snotty attitudes. Just kept saying "can't use a catalogue" and spoke to me like I was the stupid one! Done, cancelled order for over $250, cancelling account, cancelling my Woman Within credit card and will write as many bad reviews as I can find. Done with them and any of their affiliates like Catherines, Brynlane Home etc. BEWARE OF SCAM COMPANY.

    I have been ordering from Full Beauty Brands since 2009. I have been a loyal customer of Jessica London and have submitted countless amount of orders. Since they have merged all Full Beauty Brands to one website, I have had nothing but trouble with customer service and trying to return items and get credits. When I go on my profile account, it has no order history, so when I call customer service, I am on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes to be told that they have no record of my orders either. They kept quoting addresses from years ago.

    The first rep transferred me without telling me because she is no longer interested in helping me, and she transferred me to the incorrect department. I had to reexplain myself multiple times without any resolution. They keep track of items that I look at but didn't purchase, but once you purchase it, they say they have no record of the purchase. After 12 years of loyal shopping, I will never shop from Jessica London or any Full Beauty Brand again. The customer service is the worst. I am fine with taking the $42 loss for a return that I never received credit for.

    I ordered 4 pairs of these soft knit pants and thought if anything they would be big - they just about fit and the quality is horrible! I will not be purchasing anything more from them as all my past purchases have had issues - too small - bad quality - would not recommend purchasing from them!     Somehow I was mistakenly signed up for a rewards program. I've been trying to get it taken care of since December. Every time I call, they say it's canceled or they run me around and connect me with random 1800 numbers that have never heard of the company. Not sure what's going on, or what's become of this company. But they're absolute trash, this is the third time I've filed a bank dispute. I had to get a new card, because they simply WILL NOT STOP. For a company that's been around since 1906, you would think you could trust them. Clearly not. Worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Shameful company.

    I am a long long time customer of Woman Within and other brands under the same umbrella. I absolutely love their clothes but I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. First, I ordered almost $150 in merchandise and paid for the 2 day express mail. I got it well over a week later. Then they had a sale for 50% off over a certain amount. I had a gift card that was a visa from Christmas and wanted to use it. Knowing the only way to use 2 payment methods online is for one to be a WW gift cert I used my visa gift card to get a WW gift cert. Well 2 days later and the last day for the sale I still didn't have the E Gift Cert from WW.

    I called customer service that then transferred me to another department that said they put holds on gift cert orders to make sure they are legit. Ok I said, "What do I do. I really want to get the stuff in my cart on this sale." The lady said she was releasing it right then and I would have it within 24 hours. I said the sale ends in 15 hours and she said they would go ahead and give me the sale to just explain the issue. So I wait and still do not have it after 24 hours. I call again and the lady I got then was rather rude and said it was not released and they wouldn't give me the sale because it ended. So I said can I get the number to your corporate office because I've been given conflicting information and that is a training issue for sure. I also asked that the gift cert just be cancelled and put back on the Visa. I called and left a message on the corporate line and have not received a call back and it took 4 more days to get the money back on the card. SMH.

    Customer service takes no responsibility for anything after shipping. Spoke to 3 supervisors who used THE EXACT SAME WORDS, clearly scripted. Company does not care about keeping customers, customer dissatisfaction is the company policy.

    Ordered boots on 1/25 for a trip I am taking in late February. Tracking shows the item unmoved since 1/27 so I emailed to see what was going on. Told item was not lost until 30 days - get back in touch with them if I didn't have it by 2/28. I will already be gone by 2/28 and would like my boots. After speaking to 3 people on the phone today, the response is still the same...wait 30 days, Covid, etc. Oddly enough I can order from other vendors (with free shipping) and get my order in 3-5 days max. However with WW I pay for shipping and it takes 30 days. They had a chance to save me as a customer today, but failed to do so.

    Alissa, We're sorry for lack of tracking updates. This can happen when the shipping label is not properly scanned by the carrier.

    When I called to cancel from the customer service number, I was given ANOTHER number and again had to wait for an agent. Would not refund my money. $14.95 for a rewards program is too much. Never again.
