I have no problem sending an item back that they sent in error. What I have an issue with is them wanting to charge you a second time to get you your item you originally ordered, so they can ship it. Then once they get your item they refund your money. I've been with this company over 5 years and never have I ever had such a problem trying to get an item I ordered. Last year (the last order I made) they missed an item completely. Told me I was getting a new one sent out. I never received it. Eventually they in the end refunded me the item without a word to me explaining I was getting a refund and not the item. NO customer service. Never will use them again. When you request a supervisor, they give you the runaround. They then transfer you, you get transferred, explain the situation and the new person hangs up on you.

I ordered items back on 5/3/2021. I received someone else's items on 5/7/2021 with their packing slip inside and contacted Woman Within right away. I sent back the wrong items I received. They confirmed they received the items I sent back. I followed up several times over 3 months asking where my refund was and all they keep replying is, "We apologize for the delay. Please let us know what items you returned so we can further assist you. Sorry for any inconvenience". That is after I sent them my order email and pictures of the incorrect items I received and the other persons packing slip (always take pictures before you return items). Never received my items I ordered or my refund I requested.

This company lied and manipulated my 91 year old mother with dementia. They scammed her into getting a credit card for purchases made to the Woman Within catalog. All of the items were either not shipped or returned. They initially tried to give the money back as a credit for merchandise. When they were told to credit the credit card it was a back and forth between the clothing line and the credit card. This was months of battling back and forth with empty promises of things being resolved. We were told on multiple times that things would be taken care of.
And months of calls and promises ended with the credit card stating a return merchandise fee of $28.00 was not paid so they kept adding late fees even after two conversations with managers stating there was a zero balance. My mother a previous nun, who raised 9 children by herself after her husband tragically died with now dementia was left to pay $177.00 for no merchandise. She is on a fixed income and this was a financial hit. Anyone who can help petition Comenity Woman Within to help this lady get her money back. They got away with stealing $177.00 from a dying lady on a fixed income. This company makes me sick. She deserves a refund and an apology.

I ordered a pair of boots in early December 2021 and was never received. My first contact with Woman Within via email was right after Christmas informing them that I did not receive my boots. Their carrier claims that my package was delivered on 12/10/21, and Woman Within asked that I check around my house and neighborhood for the package and attached an affidavit for me to complete. I live in a private house. I return the affidavit via email and USPS on 1/26/2022 after a full investigation into where my package may have disappeared to. I was told that once the affidavit is physically received in their office, they will begin the refund process because they cannot process the refund with the one sent via email.
On 2/5/2022, I sent an email querying if the affidavit was received and was told (via email) that they cannot see if the analyst received my affidavit and that I have to allow time for them to process and investigate. On 2/17/22, I sent an email asking how much time should be allotted for their analyst to investigate further and process my refund, and I was told in a reply email (2/18/22) that it would take two weeks, depending on when it was received. I will never purchase anything from them ever again. They are not customer friendly and the clothing is not even the best quality. Their timeliness in resolving issues is very poor. Please purchase elsewhere!

If you purchase in advance for a gift, you can not return or exchange the item after 60 days---no exceptions and they tell you to give it to charity. Do not buy from these brands. Sizing is not industry standard. A 4X is a @x at other sites.

I ordered 3 items for my mother on the Woman Within website and they were delivered to a wrong address. I tried to resolve the issue with "customer service" but they're like dealing with a drunk guy in a bar, combative, obnoxious and rude. Despite having the correct address listed for the delivery (located in your account information) the products were sent to an old address from several years ago. The new address had been updated long before this order was made and the specialist confirmed this over the phone.
Woman Within handled the situation like a petulant child saying screaming "It's your fault and we're not going to do anything about it." That's a quote from one of their employees. I laughed when they said this, in fact I told them they were a horrible ** company and I would like a call from her superior, which never came of course. I own several companies and the worst way to handle a customer in need of help is to finger point and be aggressive. You won't to problem solve like an adult and ultimately make the customer happy so they will return with more of their business... Makes sense right. Everyone on this site should get together and collectively expose this company for what it is. A middleman for cheap wholesalers who gouge customers, loses orders and charges for returns when they make a mistake. In my situation the bill certainly found the right address but the order for some reason got lost... Hmmm?

I placed an order from a catalog that offered free shipping and free returns. I returned the order but was charged 9.95. Was told I wasn't charged shipping to return but it was a service charge, very misleading! I've done this before without incident so I disputed it and 3 different people promised a credit which never came. The last person said to call PayPal. Paypal issued a courtesy credit right away. Woman Within lies and lets another company cover their dishonesty. Never again!
We do offer free returns when you opt for an exchange, or for the non-expiring egift card credit. If you prefer a refund we do deduct the $9.99 return fee, or you can avoid the fee altogether and get a refund by using your own return shipping rather than our label. We do apologize if you felt this was deceptive. We will take a closer look at how we have the wording set up.

I returned items in one box with their smart label allowing 15 days for them to receive it so that I could get a refund. I kept calling and calling them and they said it wasn't there yet. Finally I get an email that said 4 of the items (out of 14) were credited back to me. I called and they said they received the items a month and a half after the day I took it to the post office (I have a receipt and tracking number). Now the 60 day return requirement was no longer valid! I asked for a supervisor and she gave me a number where I talked to another person who said their warehouse didn't have a status on the items yet. It looks like it is a dead end. The clothes they sell are hugely oversized -vanity sizing.

Inflexible return policy. Do not appear to care if we buy there. Return policy requires product to be in their hands in 60 days with no exceptions. All 12 brands are the same. Appears to be a holding company and does not care. Very poor response time.

I have made several purchases from this brand and family of brands over the last few years. This is my first time ever having to send something back. I sent a vest back for an exchange within the allotted amount of time and they kept the item for several weeks before sending it back to me denying the exchange because it was after the exchange window (it was not). I sent 2 emails which were never answered, I stayed on hold for 30 Minutes with CS before giving up so I tried the chat.
The chat was a waste of time. They regurgitated the exchange policy and acknowledged the day that they received my shipment to them (well within the 60 day window) and they had the audacity to say that now it was too late to exchange it (even though it was originally sent to them within the window and they kept it at their location before sending it back to me)…then they just hung up. It’s no longer worth it to me and the vest will be donated - but it will be a cold day in Hades before I ever patronize this company again. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE- Never again!! My warning is to be VERY certain that you will never need the “customer service” or the need to return/exchange an item before shopping here. Your best bet may be to look elsewhere.

1st and last time to order from them. I returned an item and had to contact them via chat (which is a joke in itself) to confirm my return. My tracking number showed they had received it 2 weeks before it was even acknowledged. I finally got a email but they sent an ecard not a refund as requested. In order to get a refund 9.95 is deducted from the total for a brand fee. Then I was charge $14.95 for some membership when all I wanted was free shipping. Once you fill out the form for free shipping rebate I guess you are automatically signed up for this membership. I had another 1.99 charge, I was told that the initial membership fee. OMG... Trying to get this all straightened out and the correct refund has and still is absolutely ridiculous. For a $50 pair of shoes, it has cost me almost $80 and I am hoping to get a full refund. We will see..
Our return process explaining the free return egift card with the label and also the refund option less the $9.99 fee is described on the return information in the order, and it is also posted online. The Member Rewards is an optional offer at the end of the order, requiring your consent with email and card information to sign up. Consumer Alert! Unreliable and extremely poor customer service! The Full Beauty Brand-Woman Within online retail is not a reliable company to do business with. I placed a gift card order online on 12/13/21, then received a call on 12/15/21 from Full Beauty Brand office to confirm. I provided verbal confirmation and thanked them for the verification. However on 12/30/21 I learned the card was never sent. I called customer service but they could not explain and forwarded my call to business office that was closed for the next two days. I wanted my intended recipient to receive their gift so I went online on 12/31 and ordered an "E-Gift Card" thinking this would be sent within 24 hours…But No, it was not! 3 days later (1/3/22) it still was not sent. Now I had two orders stuck in limbo.
I called again and they said they don't release the Gift Cards until they verify…. Seriously, they verified the first order and but did not process and mail… Now the E-Card was stuck in a pending process too! After 6 calls and two transfers issue hopefully is resolved. But WHY did I have to encounter this. Consumers please save yourself the grief and frustration and find another online retailer. There are many good online companies but Full Beauty Brand-WomanWithin is NOT one of them. Hope this helps others.

I bought 2 nightgowns for my mom, I receive a pair of shorts. I was told I could send the shorts back and as soon as they receive the shorts, they would send the nightgown and my card would not be charged again. I sent the shorts back ASAP. Then my card was charged again for the nightgowns. I called them, they said they received the shorts but that’s the policy, to charge the card again once they receive the return items in the warehouse (and send the new item). But, that my return could sit in the warehouse for weeks until it gets opened and inspected. Upon them opening my return, they will refund my money. My issue is that “what if I didn’t have the extra $35 for them to take out of my card?”… they don’t even care and their customer service reps, including the supervisors, are rude. They sent me the wrong item, I returned it. Now I’m sitting here with no nightgowns and 2 charges on my card.

I received a Christmas card stating if I purchase $100 I would get $50.00 off. So I spent $174.00 and then after my transaction I was told, "Sorry you can't use the discount code WWPHMDEC" Because it was not their clothing it was a third party company. Nowhere does it say that on the card I received from Woman Within. I'm using their credit card Woman Within. So I called in and asked for a supervisor. The girl that answered transferred me to another person. She was so rude to me. Right as soon as she answered the phone she had an attitude with me. Didn't even care what I had to say. She was so quickly to get me off the phone. I told her to cancel my order. So fast she said okay. I also want to cancel my credit card with you. I've been a customer for 20 years. I can't believe with everything going on in this world how people treat customers. I so upset I cancel my credit card and will never shop with Woman Within plus size again.

My bank account shows that WW has been pulling $14.95 out of it several times this past month without my knowledge. My WW account says that they have sent emails to "null" about those charges. It seems that when I tried to use a discount coupon it signed me up for a membership that I did and do not want. I need them to stop drawing money from my bank account. There is no other info about a delivery of any kind so it's not a physical item.

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings and a tunic for my wife. Not the first time that I have ordered from Woman Within. I've had an account for years. This last order I made online, they sent it to my previous address for some unknown reason. When I contacted them about it they informed me that they would not be refunding my money or sending me a replacement order. I went back to our old address that we haven't lived at for 4 years. The new tenants told me that they haven't received any packages. So now I'm out $76.00 because they screwed up and sent my package to a previous address. Oh and by the way their catalog have been coming to my new home for 4 years now. Their only words to me is that it's company policy to not issue a replacement order or a refund. It's their fault. Anybody doing business with this company should expect to be robbed because they are all crooks and thieves.

There is no consistency in the clothing sizes. A large in one shirt might be a different size than a large in another shirt. Also, they have the worst return policy and are not willing to work with you, even during a pandemic. It took several weeks to get my order and several weeks to return. I went over the 60 days by two days and they still wouldn’t refund my purchase. I will never shop with them again.

Shipping $20 return $10 over $30 for just those costs. That took over 2-3 weeks for delivery and still waiting for refund which is now over 2 weeks. They do not care. Clothes were inexpensive poor quality. Really been a big disappointment and an expensive one. I ended up paying additional 25% in costs. Money I will never see. Please go someplace else.

I am writing this review from Australia. Last night I made an order. I realised a few minutes after paying that I made a mistake on size. I immediately rang the number to cancel or change the order. I did this within minutes. The number they gave on the site is a ROBOT answering machine. I rang 5 times and over and over gave the order number. The voice kept putting a zero instead of a 6....Over and over she got it wrong. Therefore I could not change it.
I wrote to customer care and they gave me a number for a real person telling me that 4 hours previously the order had gone through and it was too late to cancel. So I am paying $40.00 postage for something that is the wrong size. I had to reorder again this morning and pay again for the items and the postage. The company just said they were sorry but it was too late. It would not have been too late if they answering machine worked properly. I said the letters very clearly and it did not help. There is something very wrong here and unfair on customers. The company could not care less, Shame on you Woman Within!! Suzanne Australia and disappointed.

I decided to use the chat function to ask for help. I typed "I want to cancel" and before I could finish, the chat function closed as unavailable. I tried several times with the same results.
Then I type "Check size" AND IMMEDIATELY CONNECTED WITH AN OPERATOR. I then told them I wanted to cancel the reward membership and they informed me that it was through a third party seller but did provide me the phone number (by the way, it's 1 877 527-9948). I was able to cancel, with much aggravation on my part, but I am quite sure that there are people who have unwanted an unaffordable memberships who can't figure out how to cancel.

I ordered three swimsuits. They sent me a pair of pants, a shirt, and a throw blanket. I called and explained and all they seemed to care about was getting back the crap they sent me. They never apologized for their mistake. They first said I they had to receive their merchandise back before they could send my swimsuits. Then they said they could send the swimsuits now but they would have to charge me again since I have their merchandise (that I didn’t order). I talked to a supervisor and the best she could do was give me free expedited shipping for the reorder. So right now I’m out the money for two orders of swimsuits, none of which I have received, and I have to go stand in line at the post office to return the crap I didn’t order or they will charge me for them.

Clothes are great. Website not user friendly. Phone agents are usually friendly but cannot resolve your issue very well. Return policy is terrible. Your money goes to credit and then it’s hard to figure out how to use them. Returns take forever. Delivery of product takes forever. Adds giving 40% off are deceitful.

Oh, boy. Where do I start? First when I ordered, I received an email saying my order was backordered. I requested to cancel after a while. That went through. However, I am very displeased. I'm STILL waiting for the pending charges to be dropped from my debit card. I've gotten in touch with Green Dot, I've been speaking to customer support here, but SERIOUSLY?? A WEEK & some days to wait for the money to be returned to my card?! UNBELIEVABLE. NEVER coming back to that site EVER again. You can say you guys were gutted like in the other bad reviews, but eh. I just want the money back on the card at the end of everything. -__-

I made a purchase using an advertised coupon offered at checkout. The "coupon" turned out to be a membership to a rewards subscription disguised as a coupon. They charged my credit card every month for membership fee. When I called to cancel and get refunded, customer service said they could only give me a partial refund because apparently, I had received rebate checks from Roaman's and Woman Within which I NEVER received. The website has no way to remove payment information. Customer service transferred me around 6 times and I got the run around every time. Predatory scam company. Do not buy from them!

I ordered several items. I returned all items except for 3. I made 2 payments to pay for the items. I received a bill for all the items. I call. I get bounced around to foreigners and one person tells me I owe $70.00. One person tells me I owe nothing. One person tells me I owe nothing. I am shredding my credit card. Oh yeah the things I sent back they resent them to me so I sent them back. Unreal. BUYER BEWARE.

They grab you with a incomplete offer description at the top of the site. You are familiar with the look of the offer based on offers through other sites. There is room to put the words "Up to" 50% for using code, in offer location. That is only spelled out in the hidden details and once you start looking at items. Their magazine and online prices are different. So though it allows you to cross search using catalog information, the pricing shows different when the search box asks for code, but can never find it. So you search by catalog item description, and pricing is different. The discount offer is calculated off the original item price, though the purchase minimum requirement amount for the discount is calculated off of any lower price.
Although it says near a $50 dollar item, save up to 50% off, it will show another line saying that you save only $2. for example. If there is difficulty in getting software help to get all of this to sync up, or if there are so many variables in how you are marketing or different mobile phone capabilities, please don't use the time of the customer to sort through it. Your poor phone reps must be pulling their hair out, until they figure it out, and then you change it.

I responded to advertised sales from Roaman's and placed an order online. I was to receive 50% off entire order but when the total came up it did not give me the advertised promotion codes and allow the deductions. I was charged the full amount plus charged shipping that was not suppose to be charged on orders over 75.00. I cancelled everything but they sent the orders out to me anyway and charged me full amounts plus shipping. I called. I complained and nothing but "I'm sorry you aren't happy" notes. I refused the packages. They returned unopened to the company and now I am being billed shipping charges plus late fees on zero balance.

No longer crediting accounts for returns as they have historically done for all the years I purchased items from them. They now issue gift certificates and refuse to credit an account I'm trying to close. I've made multiple calls in the past including one last week when I was finally told my account was credited the full amount of the gift certificate. When I didn't see the credit on my transaction statement on the website, I called to inquire about this. They did not confirm or deny this happening. There was no explanation for why I was lied to about the credit last week even after asking them to repeat what they had done just to make sure I understood correctly that my account had finally been credited.
So today, after being forwarded back and forth between the credit department and order department 6 times (not including being hung up on twice while on hold), finally reached a supervisor about 2 hours later who said it's all my fault for not noticing this change. Don't recall being notified however it's easy to miss with the massive volume of marketing emails they and their affiliates send every week which I don't care about. Regardless, I am now forced to make one last purchase from a company I prefer to not do business with in order to get something out of this fiasco. The supervisor I spoke with was both condescending and rude. No customer service skills whatsoever.
I do not recommend doing business with these people or any of their affiliates (Romans, Ellos, Bryant Homes). I mentioned I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and was told (in so many words), so what. The supervisor clearly is not concerned with any complaints filed with the BBB and likewise, is not concerned with fostering a good relationship with any established customers that might continue to do business with them. I was a little taken aback when I realized this supervisor is not concerned with her company's reputation.
After all this, I will never do business with these people again and I encourage anyone who might read this to do the same. It was a terrible experience. Returns should be credited. Businesses intent on keeping your money by only offering you the option to essentially exchange sub-standard merchandise that isn't sized as advertised for more sub-standard, mis-sized merchandise won't be doing business with me anymore.

Called regarding non receipt of item that was supposed to arrive 9 days ago. There had been no shipping update in more than a week. Representative confirmed the information. Rep advised that the package was still at Pitney Bowes and hadn't been turned over to the postal service yet, which has been there since Oct 14th. He informed me that "I" needed to contact Pitney Bowes to ask why my package is still there. I asked why I should have to call them (which I don't even have a phone number for), and he advised "we don't make outgoing calls, you'll just need to wait for your package". I told him I wouldn't be ordering from them again soon, and his response was like "oh well".

I placed two large orders to Woman Within. Using their own measurements chart I ordered the size according to the measurements. Upon receiving the packages every single item was so big I had to return everything. Thankfully because I've been in customer service for decades and I've seen the decline everywhere in the level of service experience, I videotaped step by step the item number to the invoice as I placed each item I ordered in the box to return it, taped it up, put the label on it and sent it out. I was as concerned that the United States Postal Office would not get this box back to Woman Within which is why I actually made the video.
To top all of this off, I had to pay a second time for my new order with the correct sizes so keep that in mind as I was out double the amount of money until the refund was given to me. This all started in September around the 12th and I just got my last refund today. I tried emailing customer service and it was like the employees could not even comprehend what I was writing. I finally went through Woman Within Facebook Messenger and started working with someone but the amount of time it took to get a this entire matter resolved was completely unacceptable. I will NEVER order from this company again.

In June, I purchased two pairs of shoes from Woman Within. I returned both in August (they didn't fit) and I opted for a refund with the partial fee taken out as I knew I wouldn't be ordering anything else from them, no big deal. I paid $118 and received a refund of $58.59, it's fine, is what it is. I am now getting letters from Woman and Full beauty brands stating that I owe them $58.59, which is inaccurate as I do not owe anything. The latest letter states that I will be turned over to collections. I have spent hours on the phone, being hung up on, and sent to other phone numbers to call that never answer. I've called multiple times on multiple dates, left voice-mails multiple times and still no answer. I have been hung up on three times while on hold just this morning. I've sent emails several times, nothing. I would not recommend shopping with this company to anyone.

The website offers you $20 to apply for their card on that order whether you are approved or not and free shipping on that order. They do not credit either and then send you a code for free shipping on next order. They also offer their rewards program for free for 1 month and charge you $2 for a free service then after you cancel they charge you $14.95. After I called and got a refund on the rewards they charged it again, They sent letter asking to mail them copies of license and social security card for credit. Total fraud. Never credited the $20 for first order or free shipping. Product quality is low and customer service number takes forever to get someone who can actually look at issues not read a 3 page script.

I ordered 2 dresses, a skirt, and some swim shorts - all on "sale." The dresses were at least 4 sizes too big, as were the swim shorts. I spent $161.51 for that order. I returned the two dresses and shorts and was refunded $109.37 - making the skirt that I kept that was on sale for $24 cost me over $50. They wouldn't simply send the right sizes of the two dresses and shorts at the same price; I had to reorder them (not on sale). They only sent one of the dresses and the shorts, for which I again paid $71.83 - for a dress and shorts that had been on sale for $35 combined, and no other dress. Now that I finally got the one replacement dress, it's still one size too big, so again I have to pay to return that tent and order the dress - paying once again through the nose - meaning so far I will have paid $170 for 1 dress costing 30, a pair of short costing 20, and a skirt costing 15. AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE IT IS!

Placed an order on August 16. Returned items on August 24, making sure to COPY EVERYTHING. Requested refund to my original form of payment. On SEPTEMBER 24, I received a letter from them. They had ignored my clear request on the form and sent me a gift card. The paperwork says it will be an E-giftcard via email. Well, they can delay it further if they MAIL it to you - and then if you lose the letter, you are out of luck. I called, they said they would rectify it. They did. Halfway. They CANCELLED the gift card and failed to issue a refund to me. I have now filed a dispute with my credit card because they acknowledge receipt of the return, but I have no money back as of today, October 5. Should it really take 2 months and a ton of aggravation to get your money back? Not enough shopping options for larger women. Do they think we don't care about quality or customer service?
I returned the items because despite being the exact same style as previous orders, and ordering the exact same size that I always wear, the items came in sized all over the place. There seems to be no quality control and I completely agree with another reviewer - the customer service people, once you finally get to talk with one, and difficult with an attitude that the customer is always wrong. I can only hope that my credit card company can help me. And I will be seeking other alternate clothing sites. (Wife of Robert)

I purchased a jacket and returned it because of the color. It was delivered to to Woman Within on September 27, 2021 and it is still sitting at their delivery dock. This happened before and I thought it was a simple error. After this I will not purchase anything else from any of the stores they have online. When you purchase something they take the money faster than you can blink. They should have the same policy to return the refund in the same manner.

I placed an order on February 5, 2021. I had 2 items out of a large order that I returned. I requested the refund be put on my account as I was going to place another order. On February 25 I still had not received it, but placed another order anyway. I received an email on March 17 saying that my return had been processed and that I had a refund. I assumed the refund was on my account. I did not order anything else for several months. When I got ready to place another order I looked everywhere and could not find the credit. So I called customer service. They should really not call it that because there was no customer service. The 1st call, I got the run around saying that they couldn't find any credit they couldn't find any return and she couldn't help me. The next man was very rude and said he couldn't help me.
I called back a third time and asked for a manager. She said I needed to check my bank account. It was refunded to the card that I purchased the items with on March 17. So I went into my bank account and checked. I never received any refund at any time from them. I called back for a fourth time! I was told that I was sent an email with an ecard In it with the refund. I explained I never received that email and I told her that the previous manager said that it was refunded to my card. She said she was sorry but it had been over 90 days so she couldn't help me. So I asked her if that meant they got to keep my money for items that they also have that I returned? And she rudely said, yes!
Now I have to say I have ordered for many years from this company. And up until now I have never had a problem. So therefore I never had to deal with customer service. I will never shop at this company Or any of their subsidiaries again! Obviously they can tell I had a refund coming and if they sent me an ecard they can tell it was never used! So therefore I can only assume they are thieves!

I will NEVER order with Woman Within nor any affiliates of Full Beauty. My grandmas, my mom, sister, several aunts myself including clothes for my daughter have been ordering for over 30 yrs. They have lost my business for good due to poor customer service! I sent my payment by mail. Due to mail system rerouting my payment was 1 day late which I received a $35 late fee. The day I got the statement with the late fee I sent off the balance which was the late fee. In the mean time I accessed a fc which I didn't include so I get another bill for 2 mos fc and another late fee. I called to see why I got the late fee due to I sent my payment in plenty of time both times.
The rep I could barely understand due to this reps accent was so heavy said they couldn't waive the late fee so out of frustration I closed my account. So I called 4 times to speak with a supervisor who also said 1 day past due they can't waive the late fee. So I get another late fee due to the 50 Cent fc was added 2 days before my payment was received. I WILL NEVER ORDER WITH WOMAN WITHIN or its affiliates ever again and I have a $200 order in places last night they won't cancel out. I closed my account only to pay with my PayPal account but I will not be making the payment for the order that was placed yesterday. I have never seen such poor customer service. Whatever happened to the customer is always right!?

My first order and everything I ordered was too big. Since I used Paypal to buy I could not exchange. They charge $9.99 for mailing return back. Since I had 2 items that were on back order I was waiting and waiting for them to arrive to send back the full order and only pay one $9.99 return fee. As the 60 days return window was approaching I called about the back orders. It was then I learned that they had to be in their warehouse within 60 days not postmarked by 60 days. I sent them immediately back but in 5 days shipping they were not received in time. No refund. Then I had to pay 9.99 twice to return the other 2 backorders. Never again!! How can you expect to return items within 60 days when you don't have all the order in 60 days. Paying multiple return fees is ridiculous. Stay away!

This company did not have an item I ordered (the most important of 3 items) and did not advise me at any time before shipping. Attached to my invoice was a note from "Correction Control Clerk" advising me that It was "our fault" and "we have issued a credit to your account..." Credit did not show on my 1st statement from my credit card company (although the charge did), so I waited for my next statement and again no credit.
I contacted Woman Within by email and got no response. (They say they have no record of email). I waited a few weeks and left a voice message. A week or so passed and I called again. At this time I was told it was beyond 60 days and all sales are final after 60 days! This was not a sale (no item was ever received) but an overcharge issue! Had my first contact been responded to it would have been within 60 days. Customer Service representative told me "if I wished" he could send it to executive review.
30 days later I had a message on my phone that they would do nothing as it was beyond 60 days! I called back only to speak to a customer service representative who refused to forward me to a so called "executive". So, I am out of luck due to the company's error and slow response! I will NEVER do business with this company or any of the others under their "Full Service Brands" umbrella!

On 4/12/2021, I ordered four items from Woman Within. The items trickled in, one at a time, beginning with an item that was shipped on 4/27 (over two weeks after being ordered). I received dozens of emails apologizing for the delay and offering a percentage off a new order and other attempts to have me order more from them. The fourth and final item was shipped on 8/6, 116 days after my order was placed. By the way, I received notification that my fourth item was delivered while I was on vacation. My neighbor said that it hadn't arrived. On 8/23, I wrote Woman Within notifying them that it hadn't come. On 9/13 (21 days later), I got an email that said, "We apologize however all sales are final after 60 days no refunds or adjustments can be processed thereafter."

Made payments but they didn't credit them until after deadline, then charged me crazy late fees. Closed the account and they are still charging me minimum interest charges on a $0.00 balance. I ordered a top and a pair of pants on the 19th of August. That order no longer shows up on the list of orders I've made on their website, so I had no tracking number. I called the company and they gave me a tracking number that shows that they "shipped" on the 23rd of August. It's now the 8th of September, 16 days later, and the post office has not moved the package at all, in my experience indicating it is lost. The company will not refund my money until 30 days after they shipped the item. Their indication to me when I ordered was that I would receive it in 7-10 days... Apparently that actually means 30 days!

I ordered two pair of Cliff sandals from Woman Within on July 24 and received them quick enough, but had to return them in because they were ill fitting. I returned on Aug 2, 2021. I ordered a pair of Rialto sandals on July 31, 2021. Again I received them in good time but again I had to return them. No information on the returns were ever given, no emails, no nothing. I called them about it and was told "that's a third party return". I asked for them to explain and was told that the returns are sent back to the manufacturer and the manufacturer would do the refund. Well it's now early September and still nothing. I emailed Woman Within about the matter on Sept 6, 2021 and received an email on Sept 9, 2021. It says "return processed", but the item they are refunding is an item I didn't return and is $28. I feel like I just threw away $120 on sandals I don't even have.

Ordered clothing online using credit card. Got confirmation number. Received post card notice saying they need "additional information" to process my order. They claimed they've attempted to contact me, which is not true. I haven't received a phone call or email from them. I've tried several times to contact them. Was on hold for over half an hour with no results. Notice says they'll continue to hold my order for "a few days". Will they credit my money back to me? There's no indication of what the problem is, so I doubt it. I'm very angry and will call my credit card company (again). I've been burned by them before. Please be careful buying anything from them.

I have been a customer for a few years now, even though the clothing is hit or miss on size, styles and availability, I have been fairly satisfied until recently. I say fairly satisfied because I have had issues with returning items and not receiving a refund. Have not won any of the refund battles as of yet. I could deal with a few mishaps until today. Today was my last straw with this company. I received my latest order and it was missing items and had items I did not order. Called customer service and this was what I was told, "We cannot refund you for the items you did not get until we receive the items you did not order, back." Not to mention I am going be charged a restocking fee for the items they mistakenly sent me. So I am being railroaded for a mistake their warehouse made.
I am returning the items that I did not order and I am sure I will not receive any refund because that his how this company treats customers and how they do business on a regular basis. That means I have wasted or thrown away just over $100.00 with this company in the last year because they don't give back refunds. I am waiting for another excuse as to why I cannot get my refund this time because they will delay with excuses until they hit the 60 day mark so they do not have to give back your refund.

The worst company I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with - they sent me the wrong items and the items I received were not cute and of bad quality - I sent them back requesting refund and it took over 1 month to get an answer after begging them for one. They said that they had refunded me but only sent a gift card & won’t give my money back!! Was on regular price items. I am sorry but I don’t want your cursed clothes. I want my 147 dollars back. Unbeknownst to me I signed up for the Rewards program Dec 2020. I’ve been paying WW $14.95 a month for NOTHING. They’ve been billing and being paid through PayPal. I think they said I received $1 and change reward. I spoke to 2 CS representatives who were both defensive and rude and I was being super nice. Their attitude shows this is a scam and they get flack for it routinely.

In the past, have purchased from this company without problems. However, this year, it has been a nightmare. Charged for something I never received. After many calls, and lots of run-around via phone, still no resolution. The process was so convoluted that I can't even recount. All I can say is the I just paid $16.51 for NOTHING, and think I was told there is an additional $2.00 late fee (which I did not pay). I urge all, especially woman who are not well-educated or good at speaking English, to please NOT purchase from this company, or any of its affiliated companies. There are other places to spend your money. Don't give Woman Within your hard-earned money. If you must purchase something from Woman Within, many articles are for sale on Amazon. Use Amazon to make purchases. Amazon customer service is so much better. DON'T BUY ANYTHING DIRECTLY FROM WOMAN WITHIN.

This review is written on 8/31/2021. I have ordered clothing and shoes from Woman Within for several years. I returned 4 pairs of shoes from an order in April 2021, using the company's return label and form, in May 2021. This is within their approved time for returns. I have had nothing but delays and trouble since. Woman Within has changed for the worst. Their customer service desk is not in the U.S. The people, sadly, work 100% from scripts and use fake names. They seem to have been trained to delay and block completion of any task related to providing resolution to problems.
Woman Within's computer systems are flawed to the point where an account cannot be closed unless there is a company credit card associated with it. If you complete their online form to restrict them from selling your data, you have to do this process for every one of their 10 brands on the individual websites. Ridiculous! I have written off the return, valued at $140.00, as a loss. I will not do business with Woman Within every again. I have warned my family and friends not to work with this company. Grade: F.

I ordered professional clothes for my daughter on Friday for her new job and paid for two day shipping. Well it hasn’t left the warehouse. I’m still waiting for a bathing suit ordered a month ago. It said it shipped on the 20th and now it’s the 30th and not coming anytime soon. I ordered clothes for a trip to Alaska back in April. After three weeks I got some. The other came almost two months later. I’ve never ordered from a company that has so many stores that shipping is horrendous. Guess what? That three weeks came 1 week before my trip meaning I had to purchase clothes from somewhere else. I have no choice but to report them to the FTC because of the shady business practices.

I ordered something in April and it was on backlog. By June, still no product but I was getting notices from CS saying it was still delayed. I asked to have it cancelled in June and July, but continued to get e-mails saying it was still backlogged. Actually got e-mails back from service reps asking if I was sure I wanted to cancel. Yes, I returned, I want to cancel the order. 4 times I responded to them. Today, 8/27/21 I get an e-mail saying my order is filled and on its way. It's like no one is listening. Word to the wise, be aware of their process. It seems they don't cancel orders when asked. I talked to "Marie" today and she said she would start the cancel process and I should send the item back. I stressed I didn't want to be charged for mailing it back, cause at this point, I'm just angry. I don't even want the item based on all this. I won't order from them again.

Placed a small order at Woman Within for the first time 5 days ago, along with another item from a different company. I have already received the other item from the other company. However, the item I ordered from Woman Within, on the very same day, has not even shipped yet. It might be ok if the company occasionally sent an update. That is just what reputable companies do. But to leave a customer just hanging, giving them no indication as to where, in the shipping process, their order might be is unacceptable and unprofessional. The information they give you when you attempt an online look up with your order number is useless and laughable. Like I stated above, first and last time.

I placed an order with this company on 4/25, which was part of a Mother’s Day gift for my mom. Woman Within has this weird thing with shipping where you get confirmation that your package has shipped, but then it just sits there with no movement for weeks. Each day, I would check the tracking only to find that nothing was happening. When it was obvious that the order wouldn’t make it to my mom in time, I requested to cancel the order. Woman Within refused, stating that the order was “in transit.” My mom eventually received the order almost a month later, on 5/18...which was ridiculous. I vowed then that I would never shop with this company.
Fast forward to 8/5. I receive an email from “Julie” from Woman Within. The email is as follows: “Over the past few months, we experienced delays in shipping orders due to worldwide supply chain disruption, an increase in order volume, and safety precautions related to COVID-19. We sincerely apologize if your order was affected, and we want to thank you for your patience and understanding. Due to this email, I foolishly placed another order for my mom that same day (8/5). I thought they had legitimately turned around, and were handling shipping better. WRONG. It is now 8/19, and the package has been sitting there with no movement since 8/10. I’ve talked to customer service several times via Twitter to cancel the order. The only response I get is that the package is “in transit.” It’s not...it’s just sitting there with no updates. They also had the audacity to tell me that I have to give the package time to get to me, and that I have to wait until 9/10. That’s right...they want me to wait A MONTH for this package to be delivered. So, since customer service refused to cancel the order, I’ve disputed the transaction with my bank.
For those of you who’ve already placed an order with Woman Within and are experiencing the same delays as I have, I would encourage you to dispute the transaction with your bank/credit card company. For those of you who are thinking of placing an order with them...don’t. Or if you do, be prepared to wait AT LEAST a month to receive your order. I would also encourage everyone to visit Woman Within’s pages on social media. I went to their Twitter page, and there are nothing but complaints that resemble the same issues I’ve been having. They got me that second time, but this is the final time I’m placing an order with this company.

It took them almost a MONTH to deliver my order. I complained to them and asked that my shipping costs be reimbursed. They would not. The clothes finally were delivered, but the occasion I had ordered them for had passed, so had the season, so I returned the items. They didn't offer a refund to my debit card, only a store voucher. Okay, fine. But I received an email today 8/18/21 and the order that was $60.17 is only being reimbursed for $47.04. That's a $13.13 loss for me and for what? Because they took so long to deliver my items that I no longer needed them? Also, in the email it stated that my order was placed on the 18th of May- it was much sooner than that, and mailed on the 28th of May- all lies! This company used to be reputable, but I will NOT allow this to stand and will NEVER do business with them again!

I purchased items in 2020. I returned some of the items due to a sizing issue. They received the items, but rather than crediting my Woman Within credit card they issued a merchandise credit/gift card. They claim they sent that information in a non descript email (meaning the subject was not credit, but the info was in an advertising email). They said they did not have the info anymore/couldn't give me the info even though I verified all of my information. For over a year I have been fighting with them. They have basically acknowledged getting the merchandise back (which they have probably resold since it wasn't worn) and they kept my money.
The last person I told me basically said that since it's been so long I can't file any complaint against them so I should just let it go. They are claiming their system only retains any order information for 90 days and then it is deleted. All of this was after being put on hold multiple times and transferred multiple times. They weren't really interested in helping me, just giving me the run around.

I received a wrong shipment addressed to someone in another state. I was told I would have to reorder and pay again for my order to be shipped and that I would not receive a refund for my missing order until I returned the wrong shipment. I mailed it back according to their instructions but they are claiming they haven't received it and I don't have a tracking number. I've been a customer for many years and spent a lot of money with this company only to be told I don't matter without a tracking number. Wow. I do matter and now I'm done with Woman Within.

I ordered over $350 worth of merchandise 5/5/21. My first time ever ordering. The shoes didn't fit, so I returned them end of June 2021. Return policy states within 60 days. The shoes were returned to me today 8/11/21. I was told that they weren't returned within the proper time frame. After speaking to customer service, then to Shea, manager of resolution of customer complaints, she stated to me that the items have to be returned and received into the warehouse within 60 days. Nowhere is that stated. She basically called me a liar and stated that I didn't understand the policy. They lost a customer over a pair of $35 shoes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE.

I have been trying to settle a return and credit card charge since I placed the order. Tried to cancel it due to long wait times, was told I couldn't once it is in their system. I told them I would return it when I received it. When I received it 27 days after placing the order, I returned it. They acknowledged the return. It was received on 7/14/2021. My credit card company wants proof from the company that it was received and matter resolved. I have called the department every day for a week. I am only able to leave my name, phone # and address. I have not heard from them. This is ridiculous, and to top it off I found the merchandise of poor quality.

When I place orders with this company they are not small orders. However, I got a catalog yesterday (7/31/2021) and tried to use the promo code on the front to find that it was invalid. Upon calling customer service I found that it couldn't be used on the website, but the catalog does not say this and this has never been the case for me before. This catalog was sent out with a deliberate lie, thus I canceled my order. The items were things that I honestly wanted, but I will not participate in deliberate deceptive practices.

In late May or the first week of June I placed an order for three pairs of jeans at $19.99 each for a total if almost $80.00 including tax and shipping. The items have been on back order since that time. Subsequent to the date I placed the order my credit card was stolen and had to be replaced. Since billing doesn't take place until the time of shipment, I called to give the new card number and was told the order would have to be completely cancelled, which they did. Then I had to place the order all over again with the correct card number and was advised that two of the three items won't be available for shipping until the end of September and the cost of these same three items has ballooned to over $126.00, which is unbelievable! I need these items or would not have ordered. They have most likely received the last order I will ever make for their products. Sad way to run a business.

I have ordered from Woman Within for several years; I have never been disappointed in the items I've received, and always felt they were a good value for the cost. Their clothing fits me better than most. But these last two orders this summer have been a different experience, and it's all about communication and shipping. My credit card is charged within a few days of placing an order, and I receive a confirmation email, but that's it for weeks. I'm waiting again, my order doesn't show up on their website, and I'm trying to chat with a "live" agent who doesn't respond. This is very sad, really, and they are clearly losing customers; when customer service goes downhill like this, it's over. I can find another source of clothing, for sure.

The quality of the merchandise is poor. Wrinkles. Stiff. The sizing is off. Sizing isn't even close to usable. Delivery takes forever. And the cost is huge!!! And returning is nearly impossible. Payment/billing is like a shell game. You never know what you have paid until your order arrives…. Weeks or months after ordering. After returning a $100 order that wouldn't fit, even if it hadn't taken 2 plus months to arrive. They say orders are not shipped and if you try to cancel they say you can’t. I have over 6 hours and 6 different calls into the Billing Scammers to get my refund but to no avail. Sometimes they say they will get right on it and others they just hang up. This place makes internet purchasing seem like a horrible idea. I’m sorry I did. Will not make that mistake again.

I returned items asking for an ecard because a refund request deducts 9.99 shipping. I never received my ecard and called 5/19/21. They erroneously processed my return as a refund and deducted 9.99 and were sending a memo to credit the 9.99. My partial refund appeared on my June statement. The 9.99 did not appear on my July or August statement. When I called 7/30/21 they said they could not credit the 9.99 since I was over 60 days. I advised this was an error on their part when processing the refund. The supervisor (Jess) said their system does not allow for adjustments over 60 days. I advised this was their error and I was told it would be processed when I called 5/19/21.
I have worked in customer service for years and there is always a way to override to complete an adjustment. Jess indicated nothing she could do. So beware, this is how they make their money, inappropriately processing refunds, then with the lag time of receiving them on statements, it is suddenly over 60 days and nothing they can do? For their own error? I will not order from this company again. So buyers beware!

On 12/10/20, due to delayed payment notice of 3 days, I was charged late fee of $32. Since I had been a loyal, well paying customer of 10 years, I called customer service for reversal. They agreed to eliminate late fee charge, and charge was removed from my account 2/18/21. And I paid for all merchandise in full immediately. However, for some reason, in the following month, late fee was charged back to my account, even tho all my merchandise was paid in full on time. I then began receiving additional late fees with interest added on every month for each previous month, despite my calls to customer service. The total they have now tried to charge me is $232. I am now in process of reporting to Better Business Bureau and states attorney office.

I ordered three pairs of shoes and two bathing suits for an upcoming family reunion at a local beach. After a month of waiting for my items, I contacted the company several times to check on my order. I was told via email and over the phone that orders have been delayed due to Covid blah blah blah. I never received a tracking number on the items I ordered. Then suddenly after 6 weeks and about 10 emails, I was told that my order was delivered 4 weeks prior which was impossible.
I have made numerous calls to the company regarding my never receiving the items and of course the charge is now showing up on my Woman Within account. Customer Service people could care less that you are having an issue and you have to spend a ridiculous amount of time with going back and forth. I don't know how they expect me to pay for items I never received. They now claim they are going to send an affidavit to either have my money refunded or resend the items. I don't know how long this process is going to take but I do know I will never order anything else from this company again. Tip for consumers: Don't do it.

Original Review: This whole outfit is a company from HELL! Woman Within & Comenity Bank... I refused 2 shipments so no product at all from these people. I have been fighting with them and Comenity Bank since May, I've spent many hours on the phone with NO solution to fix this issue. When I called to find out what I was being charged for the young man informed me it was for all of the clearance items I had purchased, so I said if being charged please send to me and his respond was, "I can't. They've been donated," I asked to speak to a manager.
I was met by a resolution manager by the name of Rachel. She proceeded to actually yell at me. I was stunned that any customer service rep would respond as immaturely as this woman, I had to remind her I was the customer and she informed me that I would pay. I am 66 years old I have never heard of such a bizarre action from any company. The customer service reps all tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone, they do nothing to help you and Comenity bank is NO different. They gladly add their interest rates while you're waiting on the dispute to get your results, so now paying more for no Product due to interest charges what a racket.
I have contacted a lawyer and he made the comment that I DO have a case but that it would cost me 2,000 or more to get back my 135 dollars back and he said he wouldn't feel right taking so much money from me, I had to respect his advice. You know it would be nice to me if this company would do the right thing. I will be contacting the BBB every day on both of these companies. I am an honest woman, if it's hanging in my closet I paid for it. Thanks to all that listened and I truly hope none of you are going through what I am. It hurts cause they can ruin your credit on top of everything else.

I want to make everyone aware of how they do things..First off I didn't order a cardigan that was on back order!..I ordered it on 6-6 21...Received a email saying it will be delayed again until Aug 25..Over 2 months. Unacceptable...I asked if I could switch it out for another cardigan that I liked that was in stock..They said no!!..Even though my money is being held and I can't touch it for this cardigan on back order..then tried to charge me another 10 dollars to have it shipped..(The new one with no refund going towards the new cardigan)...Scammers now...Don't trust...and change your card # my advice!

After a significant wait, I received two items of clothing from Woman Within. One of the items was not what I ordered and did not match the invoice. The process they described for me to receive the item I had been charged for was that first I needed to return the incorrectly sent item and wait until they processed the return. (It is not technically a "return" or exchange, but their error) and I have to trust that they will credit my account properly and then send the correct piece of clothing. I'm pretty sure this is illegal. I have sent the item back and have a tracking number from the post office. I think that should suffice especially due to the inconvenience.
I would like the item I was charged for without any extra charges, phone calls, or wait time! They refuse. I feel like I am being held hostage for their mistake. I spoke with three different service representatives and they all just parroted each-other. I got nowhere. It was not possible to speak with a representative higher up. Send me the item I paid for!

When I first started ordering from Woman Within, everything was great. I received my orders in a timely manner and never had any issues with receiving what I ordered. Fast forward to around December of 2020, I ordered some clearance items, and only received one of the items I actually ordered. I received things completely different for the other two items. I returned the unwanted items, and requested to have my original order filled. I waited and waited only to receive nothing in response. I contacted customer service by phone and by email, only to get the standard "we are working on your order" response. I finally ended up getting a refund in May of this year.
I have looked at their website to order other clothing, only to find that what I really want isn't available in my size, or I find something that looks like a really good deal, only to click on it to order and suddenly the price increase by an additional half (example, a shirt that was on the website for 7.99 suddenly becomes 14.99 when I want to buy it in my size). In addition the last few times I did order something in the size they recommended, it ended up too small or just didn't fit right. I am very disappointed that a company I had loved at the beginning has gotten so bad.

I called to get help and I was told by the customer service rep that when my order processed the price would be adjusted. I have called 5 times spending over an hour each time trying to get my $35 credit. They never gave me a credit and said after it shipped it would be adjusted. I've been a long-time customer of Woman Within, and I really do like their clothes. When orders go as intended, everything is great and I like dealing with them, but--when things don't go as planned, it can turn into a real hassle. They really do need to find a better way to handle backorders. When items in an order are backordered (this has happened to me with almost every recent order), they aren't charged to the customer account until the backorder comes in. This is great, mostly, but--when there is an extended delay and customer information and billing options change between the order being placed and the backorder coming in, they send the item anyway. When they can't process the charge, they don't contact the customer; they send the bill to their collections department.
Their collections department doesn't answer the phone or return phone calls even when their customer service promises that you'll get to speak to a live person on the other end. Their only option is voicemail. I also had difficulty making myself understood well enough to get past the people answering the phones (not native English speakers). Then, Customer Service had difficulty even finding the right invoice because it had been moved around in their system. While Customer Service was friendly and professional and attempted to be helpful, they were unable to resolve this issue because a hold had been placed on my account--by the people whom I can't get in contact with and who won't return my calls--in collections. I ordered on June 24 with the expectation, based on their website, of 7 day shipping. On June 29 I received an email stating it was taking longer than usual and my order has not yet been processed, although my credit card had been charged. On July 6, almost a full 2 weeks after my order, I received an email stating my order had shipped and delivery time was 7 days. That was the last communication I received from them. 10 days later, tracking shows my package is still in IN. No estimated delivery date. I called customer service on 7/16, 3 weeks after my initial order and I'm told, "It's out of our hands at this point. It's with our shipping agent Pitney Bowes who will be sending it to USPS for delivery. You should have by next Thursday, July 22." Don't order from them unless you don't need the items for a specific event/date; or allow for 30+ days to arrive. At this point, I can't even review the products because I haven't received them.

Placed order beginning of June 2021, over 50.00, FREE shipping. Cancelled order via email 6/10 & 6/21. No response. Rec'd partial order on 6/21. Rec'd email saying that B/O was cancelled. I cancelled the order due to your scheduled shipping date. Would have rec'd too late!! The paperwork attached to the shipment indicates a shipping fee of 8.99, which I have NO intention of paying. REMEMBER, should have been FREE shipping. I don't know what has happened to WW but the service & communication needs major improvement!

Back in April I ordered a denim skirt. I trusted Woman Within size guidelines. I ordered in the size they recommended. I figured it might run a little big since it was plus size. Wrong. Too small. I sent it back. Cost $29.00 refund 13.00 approx. Never again.

I ordered two tops from Woman Within on June 10th. This was 5 weeks ago. I have sent numerous email messages to customer service and have called twice a week to find out where my order is. I keep getting “we are sorry for the delay”. Yesterday the customer service agent, who was hard to understand, said it would be here today. It didn’t arrive nor has any email been sent to me. I will never order anything from Woman Within again.

This is just the latest in many orders that I've been unhappy with. I ordered several pairs of pants, cost about $17 ea. One pair was defective...There was a hole in the fabric and the waist was huge, the legs too tight. (The other pairs were fine). I filled out the return slip, requesting a replacement for the defective pants. I waited for about six weeks, nothing came. Today I got my credit card bill and noticed that, instead of replacing the defective pants as I'd asked, they refunded my card a whopping $6.50! I called and explained that I'd asked for a replacement, not a partial refund. The lady said, "Sorry, too late, can't help you, but you can buy another pair if you want." For me this poor treatment and unwillingness to make it right was the final straw. I will find another place to buy clothes.
I've been a customer for years, and notice they frequently have "sales", but they increase the prices over what they were in the previous catalogue, then have a "sale" so you are only getting the normal price or a very small discount. The pants in question were "half price", but actually only two dollars less than in the previous catalogue. Overall quality is pretty poor, I've gotten sweaters without proper finishing so the bottom edges roll up. Tops with darts on one side but not the other. Tops made of T-shirt fabric with unfinished bottom edges that also roll up. I've received garments with stains and holes and with mismatched prints.
Sizing is totally hit or miss. I ordered two identical bras. Opened one and it fit perfectly. Saved the second one for later. When I finally needed it a couple months later I discovered it was much larger, despite the tag identifying it as the same size. The cups were huge, and it had 4 hooks instead of three. Of course it's too late to return it, so there's a waste of $39.00. This happened when I order different colors of the same bra, the reason that I ordered two identical that time, but it was still the wrong size.
When I ordered identical pants in different colors the blue denim fit fine, the twill pair was 4" short of closing around my waist. Ditto with panties...ordered two packages, identical except color. The dark color fit fine, the light colors were much too small, though tags said they were same size. This has happened many times. This company will only give a partial refund on returns even when it's for defective merchandise. I feel like the company knows plus size providers are limited, so they can take advantage of their customers with impunity.

I ordered years ago and service was fair. Now service is beyond horrible! I should have searched reviews before ordering again. They blame slow shipping on covid. I don't think so. I've learned my lesson! If these items don't fit I will donate them as opposed to reordering. It's not worth the hassle! Save your time and money and go to a store!

To be clear I only gave 1 star because I had to choose otherwise I would not have selected. I ordered 3 bras from the company. It took 21 days to get it to me. Before the product arrived I was checking order status to see if it had shipped and it never left their facility. I called the CS person and confirmed it hadn't left. I decided to order the bra elsewhere. Received it in 7 days and it fit perfectly. I called Woman Within to cancel my order. They told me I had to wait to receive it and then cancel, keep in mind it has not left their warehouse but because it was in process it could not be canceled.
The product finally came 21 days later, I tried them on and sure enough it didn't fit. I immediately sent the product back to the business via USPS and used tracking. It's been 3 weeks nothing has been credited and now I owe the a balance on the card that I need to pay to avoid it affecting my credit. All because of this horrible interaction with Woman within, the worst decision I've made in choosing to do business with a company.

I ordered two of the same rompers/bathing suits. They were two different sizes with one being for my sister and one being for me. I ordered them on June 1st for our getaway over the 4th of July weekend. We did not receive these items until July 3rd which was a Saturday. The items were shipped to my PO box and the post office was closed on Saturday. Sunday was the 4th of July, Monday was the 5th of July and the post office was closed. I finally picked up the order on the 7th of July. My sister and I contemplated just refusing the order since it arrived too late for our holiday weekend getaway. Finally on the 9th of July we decided to keep them and opened the shipping package. These were two identical items only in different sizes.
We became very upset when we realized it was very obvious that one of these rompers/bathing suits had obviously been worn and returned. We never even removed it from the package other than the shipping package. The bag that the item was in had obviously been previously opened and taped shut with a single piece of Scotch tape. There was a thread caught in the Scotch tape and the part of the bag that had a sticky strip on it that initially sealed the bag had stuff of some sort stuff stuck all over it. The romper/bathing suit had not been folded but had crammed back into the bag. I immediately called customer service and was told the item was not returnable because it was a final sale! Nowhere on my order confirmation, my packing slip or anything else dealing with this company did it state that these items were not returnable.
I told them that the item was obviously used and that it was illegal to sell used items as new. After a great deal of arguing they finally told me to send the item back but I would be charged a $9.99 return shipping fee. I hung up and called back and spoke with a second person who told me I would not be charged $9.99 for return shipping but it says right on the return address label that I will be charged. He promised me I wouldn't but he never took my name, order number or any other information. I called back a third time and spoke with a third person. By this time I was really making a great deal of effort to keep my anger under control. The third person I spoke to was actually the most helpful said she understood my problem and put me on hold to talk to her supervisor.
When she came back on the phone she told me her supervisor said to return the item and they will send me a card for 50% off on my next purchased item but there would be no refund! I hit the roof, I told her 50% off on it on my next purchase was just not going to cut it because I was never going to do business with their company again. I asked her if she thought it was reasonable that I would spend more money without getting my original money back? On top of it I asked her how she would have felt if she had ordered a bathing suit that had been worn previously? This very nice sweet person was as grossed out as my sister and I were. I told her I'd already made the decision never to do business with their company again when it took 33 days for me to get my order.
She put me on hold again and came back on and told me they would accept return of the item. I told her I wanted full credit including my previous shipping and I did not want to be charged for additional shipping she told me there would be a full refund. She took all of my information including order number etc and put it into the computer with a notation that I was to receive a full refund and not be charged an additional shipping fee for the return. Time will tell. I have returned the item but have not yet received credit because of course it's too soon.
Somehow I feel that I have a fight on my hands in the future. I believe that they are going to credit my credit card with the item but I believe they are going to charge me additional $9.99 for shipping and not refund me the initial shipping charge. I wrote on the slip that went in the bag with the item that I expected the cost of the item, the original shipping, and the tax to be refunded in full and to not be charged the additional shipping. I took pictures of everything with my cell phone! Another problem is the way that their packing list/invoice/return sheet is set up. On the front of course it lists the items, account info, shipping number etc., along with the prices that I paid, tax shipping etc. Also on the front is the return shipping label with a tracking number and down at the bottom is a stub, and I use the term lightly, that I was to keep for my records that has the tracking number on it that matches the return shipping label.
When you turn the sheet over it has a list of reasons as to why you are returning the item. You're supposed to list the return code on the front next to the item you're returning. Of course there is no return code for a used item being returned because it was sold as new. Below the list of reasons there is a section asking whether you want return credit, a refund etc. Below that is an area where you can make an exchange for the same item in a different size or order a different item completely. Of course there's no way I'm ever ordering anything from this company ever again even though I did choose to keep the one romper/swimsuit that appears to be new.
When I went to prepare everything for shipment I noticed that there's no way to remove the shipping label without cutting into the document. There is also no way to remove the stub for my records that it says to keep without likewise cutting into the document. When you cut into the document to remove both the shipping label and the stub it cuts in to the information on the back where it shows that you're asking for either a store credit or a full refund. Also by removing the stub if I were ordering the same item in a different size or ordering something else altogether, they would never receive that because that's in my possession on the back of my stud that I'm supposed to keep.
This is an extremely poorly run company. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing! 33 days shipping from Illinois to California is completely unacceptable. But what grosses me out the most and what I know for fact breaks the law is that they are selling used items as new! If I had wanted a used item I would have gone shopping at a thrift store! There is no way under any circumstances that I will ever buy anything from this company again. This was my first experience with this company and my last! There is absolutely nothing that this company could do that will rectify what I have experienced with this purchase. I also believe that I still have a fight on my hands in the future to get my full purchase price, tax charged, and my original shipping fee refunded in full. I just see the handwriting on the wall.
I also fear that even though they told me it's in the computer, they are going to charge me an additional $9.99 for the additional shipping to return the item. I will be watching very closely to see what is credited to my credit card. If I do not receive every penny refunded to my credit card I will be getting my credit card company involved in this fiasco. I cannot imagine how this company remains in business. They have shoddy business practices, shoddy shipping, for the most part shoddy customer service and like I said the worst most disgusting thing is they are selling used items as new! Do not ever order anything from Woman Within. If it was possible to give an 8th of a star as a rating, it would be too much!

This company has had my returned item for over three weeks. They sent me an email confirming it but they have not given me my refund. I called several times and get some sort of overseas customer service person who keeps transferring me to departments where I am on hold forever. The quality of the items was sketchy at best. I ordered pants in petite length and they were longer than tall. The one item after being on back order for a month was canceled, the swimsuit I ordered was nothing like the picture so I returned it. I am still waiting for my refund one month later. This whole ordeal started back in May. Needless to say I will never order from them again.

Asked for a supervisor who also was not helpful, he said my order should arrive by July 15th which is another week. Then why have I been billed, he could not answer that. He connected me to credit, which was not credit but the bank that holds their credit, so she connected me back to customer service, which disconnected me, this all took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get nowhere, if you are going to order from this place make sure you give yourself a 6 week lead way if you need the clothes.

I purchased a blouse that was wrong size, I contacted WW and they told me what I needed to do to return blouse. I followed their instructions and now 3 months later after multiple attempts to talk someone about why I haven't been credited for my return I get the run around with no answers, Then when I try to go through automated system it continuously hangs up instead of letting you talk to anyone. Besides not being credited my other complaint is when you do order they are extremely slow getting it out.

I would not recommend this company. Their clothes run way too big. They will not refund you when you have to send it back. You can’t exchange your clothes because you don’t know how big they will be. I sent my clothes that didn’t fit back on June 22 and called the next week. Customer service told me my return was received on June 25. I was told to wait about 7 days for refund to show up. I called today (July 7th). Now they are telling me they don’t have the order. THEY DO HAVE THE ORDER ….they said now it could be 6 more weeks to receive my order from UPS. That’s crazy….they deliver everyday. Would really like my money back? I would not recommend anyone to shop with this company. They need to be shut down. Doing this to people that are living on a budget and can’t get other clothes because they will not refund the money.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I placed an order on 5/20. I have received some of the items but two did not ship. 2 weeks ago I cancelled one item but the other they told me would be in before July 1. Needless to say still not here. I emailed customer service, never got a response, and when I called today, I got little to no help. They merely said, it is in process to be shipped. It has been in that state since 6/25! I doubt it will ever ship at this point and I cannot seem to cancel or get my money back. My advice, just pass them by.

I placed an order on May 10, 2021. This was supposed to be my Mother’s Day gift from one of my sons. When I placed the order I had issues with placing the order. I had changed the address and for whatever reason it did not save the new address. The order was sent to an old address. Before they even shipped the order I called to let them know that the address was incorrect. They told me I had to wait until the order showed delivered to call them back and that I could do an affidavit and get this taken care of and get the items I ordered.
I called when the order showed delivered and was told that they were sending out the affidavit. Here we are a month later I haven’t received the affidavit or my order. I called and was told that they were going to send out the affidavit ( both times they said that it was being sent to the correct address). I talked to a supervisor and she said that I can’t do the affidavit because the items were delivered. I am now out about $152.00. I will not order from this company ever. This is just not good customer service. I was ripped off.

I have ordered from this company for years with good results though delivery time has gradually increased to almost unacceptable levels. The return policy is so cumbersome that the 2nd to last order I received I decided to donate the item rather than return it however this last order was incomplete. The items I received were great and what I expected however one $30 bra was not included even though the invoice said it was complete. I have been trying since May 15 (It is now July 5) to contact someone. There is no answer at their customer service phone line, the live chat is not working and 4 emails have only been answered with automated messages. I am done ordering from them. Good bye from a previously loyal customer who has spent many hundreds of dollars over the years with you. Very poor service.

I returned my order 30 days before the deadline. After waiting a month for my refund, I got an email saying I was getting a gift card. I called to resolve this and was promised a refund after proving they received my return in time via the tracking number. I waited 2 more weeks. I called again and had to talk to 2 more people. Half an hour wasted on the phone. 7 weeks from my return date, they are still promising a refund now. UGH. The clothes were cheap anyway, so NOT shopping here again. They also make you pay the shipping on the return. So this wins the prize for worst customer service I have ever gotten. There are much better places to shop. BEWARE!!

If you get a super-bargain in your email-box, jump right on then and there because you are not given much time to respond. I had placed an order in March which arrived in a few weeks missing back ordered items. The free back ordered item arrived a few weeks later. On June 14 PayPal was billed but no item. I was told it was delivered but since they had the wrong address I’m out of luck. They will not refund my money.

I ordered clothing, received order. The quality of clothing was so bad, cheap material, made cheaply. (I used to get decent quality clothing from Woman Within.) I sent the whole order back, now it has been more than a month and I can't seem to get my refund. Have called several times, always tell me my refund will show up in 5-7 business days. Not happening. I had to dispute the transaction with my credit card. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! Plus, their shipping costs are outrageous, and when I ordered, it advertised free shipping with minimum order, which I had. Still paid shipping, Terrible business!!

I purchased 2 items in April and when they arrived they were the wrong size. I returned them immediately with the provided prepaid label for the USPS. After a month of not hearing anything I filed a dispute for the charges that remained on my Paypal account, I called both Woman Within and Paypal and they both pointed the finger to each other...I received a letter from women within on June 9th stating they had processed my refund...but it never showed up on my credit card. Fast forward July 2nd still no refund, and the charges that Paypal credited on my dispute, were not back on my account as owing. The total amount was $176.07, the refund letter stated I would be getting only $117.00 as they kept almost $60 for "Refund fees"..
Do NOT do business with the company, they are shady at best....I fear I will need to go to small claims court to resolve this. I am not setting for $117.00...I will be compensated for the hours I have spent on the phone trying to make them do their job! And don't get upset with them, they threaten to hang up...IF anyone needs it the CEO of this company is Marcia Stone...She will be the next stop on my fight for justice... This company has many credit cards, don't get involved with any of them, they offer ZERO customer service.. I spent almost 4 hours being passed from one department to another and they said they are holding up my refund because I dare file a dispute with my credit card company.... BUYER BEWARE!!! I wonder just how much of what they are doing is actually legal...we shall soon find out...

May, 2021 I placed an order. First off it took 3 weeks to get. Then one item, a pair of women's bike shorts were BO'd. I was charged for what did ship. Finally, on June 10th the bike shorts ship. On June 16th a package arrives and I open it. Inside is a pair of men's slip on dress shoes with no receipt or packing slip. I call customer service and ask them to cancel the bike shorts (the need for them had come and gone) and I would return the shoes. The woman told me that she would cancel the shorts but because it wasn't my error that I could keep the shoes or send them back. Because I do not wear men's shoes I donated them to a homeless charity.
I just got my bill and there's the charge for the bike shorts. I just called to ask what happened and I get told I have to return the shoes. It is 7 weeks since I placed the order in the first place. I no longer have the packing slip from the first shipment or the actual shoes from the mistake shipment. I told the cust. service person and he said they cannot issue a refund without me returning the shoes. WHY did the first customer service person tell me something completely different???? I had already decided to do little to no business with this company based on the amount of time and expense of their shipping, but this incident just made me cancel my credit account with them and they will never see another purchase from me. It's criminal what this company has done to the goodwill of Lane Bryant.

I'm really tired of their clothes rarely ever fitting me especially when I go by their size chart! What really kills me is when you order two different colors of the same item and they both fit differently even though they're the same thing just different colors. You have to pay an exuberant price to have their clothes shipped to you and they rarely fit so then you have to send them back. What's worse is that I had to wait 3 weeks to receive my order and they say that it'll take about 3 weeks to receive and process my exchange and if it takes yet another 3 weeks to receive my new sized clothes then that's a total of 9 weeks!
By the time I get them (6 weeks total from now) there won't be a whole lot of summer left. Truly frustrating and disappointing. Also, I ordered 7 items and nothing fit! I order clothes from Kohl's and Maurice's and I usually get my order in 4 days so WW can't use the excuse of Covid-19 for late shipping. And how can they justify their shipping prices? I'm going to pay off my WW credit card and close it and never shop there again.

I have purchased from WW for years but that all ends now. Their customer service was totally inadequate and I was lied to a number of times. Word of warning:

I was told the order could not be canceled (found out later, it could since I called right away), that return postage would be covered (it wasn't), and that there were no notes on my account from previous calls (they were as "Ray **" finally admitted but he was not going to honor my previous promises). They are good at being dishonest.
DO NOT deal with them. Sadly, this company has gone downhill.

I recently made my first and only purchase from W.W. should be Thieves Within. Spend over X amt for free shipping. Did not qualify bc 4 items had to be backorder. Who knew. Called the C.S.female not good with English. She lied to me twice. Told me I did not type correct free shipping code then after I received partial order her reason was due to being backorder. I do love their product, however, when you pair that with 3 weeks or more to ship something. Shipping backorders separately and charging you more for shipping. Changing the price of everything I order from the catalog price to who knows where they got the price from (at times in excess of 10 dollars more)...and I returned an item, and got back only a fraction of what I was charged and that on a "gift card". 7.93 for a shirt that I paid 23.99 for. I just ordered another shirt from the catalog that is listed at 12.99, they changed the price to 17.99, This to use my "gift card". After this last order price switch, I am done. I will never do business with this company or its affiliates again and I would suggest to anyone looking to order from them to find another company to order from.

On June 24, 2021, I placed an order. As of June 29, 2021, it still hasn't been shipped! When placing the order, I was supposed to get $20 off if I applied for the credit card. I was accepted and when trying to place the order the discount wasn't being applied as promised. I called. Got 3 different people. I got a CSR that I could understand and hear. He said I was to get $10 off of this order and then a $10 certificate would be mailed to me for future use!! What a gimmick! Then he gave me a code to use for free shipping. I placed the order and no free shipping. Then I get an email stating that I qualify for free shipping on my order. But I have to sign up for something for free for 30 days then it's $1 a month! SCAMMERS!!
Everything that was supposed to happen didn't! Including my items being shipped in a timely manner!! I called and was given the hoopla about the pandemic and such. I am sympathetic but this is not something that I believe right now. The U.S. is pretty much back up and running. This is terrible service and from the reviews that I'm reading, I'm not alone. I will NOT be using Woman Within EVER again! Once the card arrives in the mail I will pay the bill, as long as I have my items, and cut that card in itty bitty pieces!!!!

In early May I ordered some bras from WW and received them probably mid-May. I didn't like the fabric so I returned them that same day. I received a statement in the mail today which included a late fee and didn't show my return. I spoke with customer service and they acknowledged that they received my return on May 25 but it had never been credited. She told me she would credit $48.02 and I asked about the late fee. She transferred me to the credit department who said they don't see any credit applied and she can't remove the late fee. This is a very short synopsis of a call that took an hour between transfers. Their "service" is not helpful and the last lady I spoke with was very rude. I will never give business to WW again!!!

I placed my order on June 15th. They took 2 weeks before my “in stock” items were even shipped. I received a package with my name on it to my address today June 29th. When I opened it up the items in the package were definitely not what I ordered not to mention 2 sizes too small and hideous. I took out the shipping slip and it was somebody else’s slip entirely. I live in Michigan and this order belongs to someone in California. I called customer service and they said to use the shipping label to send it back. I then asked about my order which has already been deducted from my bank account. To this they said that shows it’s already been delivered. They don’t seem to understand that yes I got the delivery but it was not my order.
I even gave them the invoice number of the order I did receive. In which they confirmed was suppose to go to the Customer in California, but they won’t refund my order because tracking shows it was delivered. However tracking can’t show that the correct order was in the package. So fine, good return it with the enclosed shipping label is what they say to do and they will then refund my order. However the return label is in the name of the customer in California so they will receive her items back and refund her account and I still don’t have my shirts or a refund for anything in my name. It’s a ** show and I will never order anything from here or their affiliated companies again including KingSize which until now is where I shopped for my husband. TERRIBLE SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I thought I would try to order from this company. Once my order was placed, it took over a month to arrive. I opened the package and was disappointed in the 3 items I purchased. I decided to return the items. WW provided a return label. I mailed the package on June 7 and am still waiting for my refund...3 + weeks later. Tracking number was submitted to USPS, the carrier, and indicates the package was returned. I called customer service and first was told they have not received the package. After speaking with a supervisor, she was able to locate the package and INDEED it had been returned and received 6 days after I first shipped it back. She immediately provided me with a credit to my account. While her customer service was very good, I am overall disappointed with the company and will not order again from them.

I placed an order on June 8th.. The company received full payment.. Shipping as well.. I FINALLY received the items on June 29th and it is missing one item! Their shipping manifest said it shipped out, which is not the case... The order number is #** and the item #0537-06955-9999 white 3x... I then went to call customer service.. Spoke with a VERY RUDE gentleman who could barely speak any English.. Asked to speak with a supervisor whom he would not put on the phone.. Then placed me on hold for a "specialist" where I said waiting for over an hour!! If this is how this company conducts biz.. they won't stay in biz very long.. I will be reporting this to my bank because they did receive full payment.. as well as the Better biz bureau too.. Customer service should not be this difficult once a company GETS PAID and sends out incorrect items.. Be very leery of this company.. They make it EXTREMELY hard to get in contact with!!

I have been a Woman Within customer for several years, I placed an order on 6/18/21 & it stated still processing so today 6/28/21 I called Customer Service & the order still had not shipped. CSR stated it takes 14 days to ship??? It will not ship until 7/1/21 supposedly. Woman Within use to ship out within 2 to 4 days generally & I would have it within 3 to 5 days later by USPS, they have it posted that there are delays in orders using the Covid excuse which is lame and shipping delays but with their shipping charges having increased astronomically I would think shipping would be processed a lot faster! For 2 items the total was $23.96. They charged me $8.99 in shipping and now it is taking me 14 days to have it shipped...
I enjoy the clothes although the sizes vary from time to time since they are made by different foreign countries which are larger than when I ordered before and they have discounts but they also increase the prices online when they advertise discounts so they are really not on special. Generally only clearance items are truly discounted but they have even increased the prices on clearance items also...but with the lack of shipping quickly & the high shipping prices this will be the last time I order...even though I love their thermal shirts! Not a Happy Camper!

I have placed my last order ever with Woman Within. I will no longer be doing any business with them. I ordered 2 items on June 6th. They took my money on June 7th. Today is June 27th and I have still not received my order. I sent two email inquiries because the tracking information they provided said that my order had been delivered to Monroe, NJ. I live in Middleton, MA. I received no feedback from either of my inquiries.
Today, I decided to make a phone call to their customer service department. A representative by the name of Joey answered. He had a very thick accent and I had an extremely difficult time understanding him and had to ask him several times to repeat what he had said. He seemed very annoyed. He was able to let me know that my order was delivered to a USPS facility in Monroe, NJ and was now on its way to another USPS facility and that I would receive it in another 8-12 days!!! Are you kidding me?! I thanked Joey for the information, but told him I was very unhappy with the level of customer service that Woman Within provided and that I am done with Woman Within. They have no trouble sending countless numbers of ads for their products, but can't even answer my emails. Terrible company.

I ordered 4 pkgs of briefs. The wait to receive them was extremely long. Finally I received the package. I was sent 3 pkgs of briefs and one enormous black bra even though the packing slip stated 4 briefs. I called customer service, and was told I had to send them back using their shipping label in the package. Their free label would cost me $9 to use. Then I could get a refund on an e-card for their store which I will never use again. Or I could reorder the briefs for $3 more a pkg because they were no longer on sale. Also I used Paypal and they do not accept returns from paypal, you must deal with the company.
I was not happy and I asked the agent why I had to pay for a packers mistake. I was sent the wrong item. It was not my fault and I was being charged for their mistake. Finally the agent said she would transfer me to another help line. I was on hold for 46 minutes listening to how my call is important to me when I finally hung up.
I have never had such difficulties with any other store if I needed to returns something. Obviously there was no one going to take my call. I feel I was grossly mistreated by putting me on another line. I'm out some money, short on my order, and have a bra I cannot wear. Woman Within has you trapped into their policies. Nowhere did I see any refund policy before I ordered. Extremely poor customer service and lousy store. I was very upset. You also cannot leave them an e-mail more than a few lines. This company has their butt covered, and no concern for the satisfaction of their customers.

I'm in my 3rd week of my order (1 robe) being in "Not Shipped" status. The order tracking says it is "in processing". I called to have the order canceled because I had already bought another one elsewhere. I was told the order could not be canceled since it had been processed. But according to their website it said it was "processing" and "not shipped." They basically stole my money because I ordered and paid in good faith but the product was never received and was told I could not get my money back. I recommend anyone and everyone go elsewhere.

I never write reviews, but this company is so bad I forced myself to do this. I ordered a swimsuit more than a month ago, it has not arrived yet, they keep the cost of the item as "processing" in my bank account so that the money cannot be used for anything else and it cannot be blocked or charged back since it has no gone through yet. I called customer service since they would not respond to emails, the lady in china told me there is not option to cancel and she does not know when it will ship, that I would have to send it back after I received it, in the mean time, they continue to hold the money.
This company is a scam, it's horrible and I will be asking the FTC if how they are doing it is legal, I KNOW you have to be able to cancel something, I also KNOW they cannot charge you until it ships, this is the reason they lock the funds up in a "processing" status, to get around the law on not charging you until it ships. But I will send it back, I will give them 5 days to refund my money or I will be charging it back. Do not buy from this company.

This company should have no stars!! I applied for wwn credit card and placed an $80 handwritten on their order form in 30days to receive $30 off my first order. A month later no record of my order. I called customer service and they said because I ordered more than 4 items they discarded my order. No communication of any kind. Since they don't need the money I am cancelling the credit card and not ordering from this company. The first order I placed took 2 months to get the clothes!! Beware of this company.

I ordered several items to take on vacation. I placed the order on May 6th. Items were not delivered until May 27th. I tried to cancel the order before I left for my vacation, as I would not be able to take the items with me, I wouldn't need them when I returned. I was told I could not cancel. I was worried about the package just being left on my doorstep when I was gone. I live in the country. I returned the items in the envelope they sent me, I used the label they also gave me but was told I would be charged $9.99 for my return. The items left my local post office on June 10th. Today is June 15th and the company is saying they still don't have them. Their customer service is HORRIBLE, the people working cannot speak English nor do they understand English. I have nearly $100 in returns out there in limbo. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. Soon going to be a 2 month ordeal.

I placed an order on 5/7/2021. The items were never received. On 6/3 I sent an email inquiry as to the status. On 6/4 I received a partial refund. When I called to inquire, the items were all logged in as "returned". In the past 3 weeks I have spent over 5 hours on the phone attempting to get the remainder of my refund. I have received multiple excuses, no one has been able to explain or fix the refund. I have requested to speak with a supervisor or be given a number to do so and have been refused, I've just been told to "call back" and received at least 50 "I apologize" statements, but still not fixed. I have had positive experiences in the past and that was my reason for using this company, but this is about the worst customer service I have ever had.

I ordered items on 24 June. They were to arrive NO LATER THAN the 14th of June. The items are not here. At one point, I was told in a vague email that they were running behind. I called. The reprehensible so-called customer service reps let me know the items had not shipped. I told them to cancel the order. Suddenly, their "English" went from bad to worse. Assuming my cancelation request was deleted, I emailed. They responded the next day, promising an actual answer as soon as possible. No answer came. I emailed again, They ignored me. I called. Twice, after leaving me on hold with horrid music forever, they answered and hung up.
I am calling right now. So far, 35 minutes have passed and no answer. This company has no scruples. Their customer service people have no compunction about lying. I will be reporting them to the AGs for their so-called American headquarters and for my State. I will report them to my credit card company for fraud. To the BBB, and everywhere else I might be able to help another innocent customer not be defrauded.

Normally, I have zero issues with Woman Within. However, this time around, I had ordered items and most of it did not fit me properly which included 3 pairs of shoes and a jacket. I had sent them back with their return label on May 7th by literally walking it into the Post Master myself. The items were supposed to be returned onto my credit card in which it was purchased on. 2 weeks goes by and still no return. I call only to find out the package is MIA in the postal system. To be more specific between it being logged in at the post office and being picked up by their 3rd party logistics vendor.
I contacted WW right away and they could see this package was indeed sent back and not yet to their facility. After over an hour on the phone with WW they had me, the customer, contact the postal service to find out more information about the package. I contacted the postal service, and also the 3rd party logistics company. Made a complaint with the postal service so that they would look into the package disappearance. Mind you this return was $162 worth of items, and I am not getting a refund until it somehow magically shows up at the facility. 3 weeks goes by, 4 weeks goes by, many more phone calls after phone calls made (sometimes I am an hour on the phone, transferred many times, and then the phone drops the call after being in the waiting queue for sometimes 45 minutes).
Finally about 6 weeks later, the package shows up to WW. What do you know, the receipt shows my refund smaller. Apparently an almost $60 pair of shoes has not yet showed up to their 3rd party vendor (even though everything was shipped in one bag to WW). That was over 2 more hours on the phone with WW. They keep transferring me all over the place and then the phone stays in the queue so long that it disconnects (last time it was an hour in the wait queue).
On top of it, the part they did "refund" they put on a credit that I need to use with them and not back on my card. It is 7 weeks in and I still DID NOT get my full refund for the piece they say didn't get to their 3rd party from WW (which SHOULD NOT be the customers fault and should not be a hold up for me). At this point, I should get my WHOLE refund back on my credit card and they eat the cost of the shoes that their logistics team lost along the way. How can anyone entrust that the next time things do not fit, the return of products will even get there and you won't be out a full refund.
I don't want to take that chance in the future. I would rather purchase from somewhere I have not had issues with returning clothes. This a lot of money for me. I saved up my pennies on a budget to purchase some things I needed. It has now cost me over 15 hours on the phone and online looking up things, making reports, talking to customer service, tracking things. I am shook by this whole experience right now to say the least. I never would have expected this from WW because I had never had anything but good things to say about them in the past. I started this return on MAY 7th and as of JUNE 22nd it is still not handled.

After waiting a very long time, I finally received PART of my original order of 5 pair of jeans. (4 of 5 were received). Two were so badly sized it was amusing, so I used the return slip/label included to return them the very next day. This was over a month ago now and they are still saying it was not received. I also JUST received the final shipment. Imagine my surprise to find it was a sweatshirt rather than the jeans I ordered.
I contacted them several times via the website and just got canned responses about long shipping times. I called today and got the 'return not received yet', and basically no help beyond that. I will be issuing a charge back with my card for those I returned if I do not hear about the refund soon. I am worried now about getting a refund for the wrong item that was sent.. Very disappointing! I completely understand that COVID has wreaked havoc, and can forgive long shipping times, but I have had issues at every turn - this is beyond a COVID issue. I would not recommend purchasing from them unless they improve their practices a bit.

I have placed orders in the past and have never experienced such a long delay in getting the items processed yet alone shipped. I placed an order on May 24th. All items were available at the time of order. Now some are back-ordered. I can not get any answers on when the items are going to ship. I was on hold two days in a row over 2 hours and nobody ever picked up the phone at customer service to speak with me. When I finally was able to get through and I wanted to cancel all my orders, they refuse to do it. They said the orders were being processed. I even offered to upgrade my shipping service to expedite delivery but they refuse to do that as well. There is no way that it takes a month to pick a shirt off of a shelf, box it, label it, and ship it out. I am told that there are problems due to covid restrictions. Hello! Covid doesn't exist anymore! Get your people back to work and fulfill customer orders.

Placed my order on 4/5/21, but not delivered until 4/27. Didn't mind that as I understand the delays. The tunic was too big for its size so I sent it back, took a month to get there and it's recorded on their site as being received on 6/8/21. I chose to get store credit, which would give me a full refund to order something else from their site. To date, the refund has not been recorded on the site and I have been searching since the return was received. I can understand the return taking a while, but I should have received my credit already. I tried calling but the customer service reps are clueless. The last rep cut me off before I could finishing asking my question.
After my first order on 4/5, they sent me a coupon so I stupidly ordered again. One item, a dress, was way too big for the size. I returned the item so I'm waiting for them to receive it. I chose the same method of store credit. If I'm not getting the first credit, I don't hold out much hope for the other item. I am going to take action because I refuse to let them keep my money. I think the only way to get their attention is to submit an Affidavit of Fraud with my bank. They got my item return, kept my money, and no one is answering my inquiries after multiple attempts. This will have to be more than a simple dispute submitted to my bank. This is theft by this company! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

I placed an order May 5th, understanding pandemic delays. I looked it up and it was shipped May 28th. I emailed them and received a generic message back. A week later I called and kept being placed on hold until I finally gave up. It says you can track your order. I haven’t been able to do that either. I signed up for texts and haven’t received one. It’s almost the end of June and I cannot find out anything regarding my 99.00 order. They received their money May 5th. I have used them prior and not had an issue however now that I do the customer service is all but nonexistent. If I could I would give them negative stars.

I ordered a bra from them on April 25. First time I ordered from them received email saying it was shipped May 19th. Then received another email and also tracked the package saying it was in transit on May 21. I tracked once a week and said estimated delivery was May 25. Nothing, checked again and then it said estimated delivery May 28. Still nothing so I waited for the holiday to get over and tracked again and it said on its way. It's June 19 and still no item. Will not order from them again!!!!

I placed an order with this company and they said it would ship in 7 days. I waited over a month with no word so I thought my order didn’t go through. I tried to email-no reply. So, I placed order again one evening but the next morning I decided to call. I got an answer and began telling my experience. She informed me my order was on the way so I said, "Cancel my order I made last night because it’s the same order." She said, "No, we can’t do that. It’s already on its way." Well I did receive the first order but now I in a dilemma about the other order she wouldn’t cancel. If I refuse it when it comes, will I get my money back, she said I wouldn’t. So I will never buy from these guys again despite my wanting the product!

I was told by a rep that people often decline rewards program, but are charged for it anyway. This is fraud! I discovered the charges on my credit card. I called and it took 3 hours to get it canceled.

I have ordered from Woman Within in the past. Since Covid they have doubled their normal shipping charge to $16.99. I did not get an order confirmation email. Cannot check the status of my order on their website. I had to call & the rep said delivery is July 14th. THAT'S 37 DAYS TO GET MY ORDER!! I asked to speak to a supervisor & after being on hold for 3 min, he came back & said none available.

I ordered a dress in March. I had to call to seek updates with promises over and over that the dress was shipping in three days, within 5 days, etc. It was a new story every time. Finally received in late May. It was HUGE. Called before I decided if it was going to be a return or exchange to see if they had it in stock. Assured had plenty. Returned for an exchange. Again no communication. Called today.. 1st rep told me they had received my return but it was on backorder until Aug! Told her not acceptable and wanted a refund. She put me on hold for 1 hour 14 minutes when I asked to speak with a supervisor. I finally had to hang up.
Called back a 2nd time. This rude, nasty agent told me my exchange had not been received yet. (Complete opposite story.) Could barely understand her. Asked to speak to her supervisor. Sitting here on hold now for 20 minutes and Called back on another phone. I am on hold on 2 phones! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE!

Received a package that was ordered on June 2 today June 18th. In the package was one item the other not in the package.... The invoice showed 2 items shipped. Only one was in the package. Waiting for credit dept. which does not answer the phone.

I placed an order on 5/4/21 based on their size chart and all but three came 3 weeks later and they were huge. I returned them immediately following their return process. Now it is 6/18 and no items! I tried emailing and calling. Calls just go to automated system. I probably will not get a response to my email from their CS. I am assuming my money is just gone!! I will never use them and will warn anyone not to use them!! I unfortunately have to leave the email notifications on in hopes of hearing about my items, but instead all I get are emails with discounts and sales offers. Ugh! This experience is the worse online ordering experience I have ever had.

They have no trouble charging an obscene amount for delivery and returns but are never on time. They don't try to send some of it out in stages. The total charge appeared on my charge card right away despite being informed in emails of repeated delays to the actual delivery. If they want to use the reason that they received more orders than expected during the sales they are a poorly run company because this is a constant problem. I will not order from them again and advise others not to also.

On May 24 I put in an order and it is now June 17. and still haven't received it. They would not let me cancel the order, saying it's already in process. I also ordered a single swimsuit and they sent the wrong item. When I asked if I could send the wrong item back and get get the right item, they said no they would refund the money and I would have to reorder the whole thing. Summer will be over by then. I am beyond disappointed in their service.

My experience with this company has been THE WORST I have ever had. I placed an order For $192.81 on 4/23. The order was finally processed on 5/12 with one item on backorder. I paid $19.95 for shipping & did not receive the items until 5/23. I sent 3 items back for return on 5/25 using the label that was included. As of 6/16 there is no word as to the status of my $85 refund or package being received. I have called & got the run around from customer service, they transferred me to another line & I have now been on hold for 35 minutes. I also just discovered they are planning to charge me $14.95/month for the rewards program they claim I signed up for. WHAT???? That is NOT happening as I will never order from this company again.

PLACED MY ORDER on 5.19.21. Received email notice 4 of 6 items were being shipped on 6.7.21. Tracking info said my package was "available for pickup" on 6.12.21. It is NOT HERE WHERE I LIVE. Why would the wording say "available for pickup"? Does this mean it is "available" somewhere else other than my address? I checked my lobby security camera footage for the time and date it was said to arrive--nothing. I called the Customer (non) Service number at 9:30pm on a Wednesday night and was told that the average hold time was 30 minutes(!). WAITED 60 MINUTES--NOTHING, NO RESPONSE. Sent 2 emails to Customer Service. Is this company's service deliberately terrible so as to frustrate dissatisfied customers so that they give up on getting their order or a refund? As of this writing, I feel lied to and ripped off.

Ordered $300+ from Woman Within on 5/26. Today is 6/15 and still nothing. I have been a customer for yrs and this is the worse. I called a few days ago and was told my items were shipped (also stayed on hold 34 minutes). Today I decided to call again and was told it was not shipped. They put me on hold for 57 minutes to a customer service dept (you cannot speak to any service dept), ok so now I was told I should get it by 7/7, their excuse was people got stimulus checks and bought more clothes. WORSE COMPANY EVER and don't forget they also sell from Roamans, full beauty, and more. Find another place to purchase your plus sizes. They are out there. They would not cancel my order and when I said why it wasn't even shipped yet they said, "We don't have the capability to do that BULL", do not buy from this company or any other that they represent.

It took 2 weeks from order to shipping and then another week to delivery. Okay I can live with that. But then there was a problem with quality control. I ordered a 2 pkg sleepshirt. One gown was 4" larger than the other. I also ordered bike shorts size M. The order was marked M but the ones shipped were 2X. Obviously that won't work. When I ordered it was with free shipping and return so I used the supplied label to send back the incorrect items. Apparently the post office doesn't know what to do with the package because it never got past the "shipping agent" at my local post office.
I have tried to contact Woman Within but all I ever get is an e-mail saying "Please accept our apologies, we are currently experiencing delays in processing your order due to current precautions and increased order volume. We appreciate your patience as we work to get you your items as quickly as safely as possible. As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping notification which will include a tracking number."
Never a follow up or any answer. I can't track through the postal service because the address on the enclosed shipping label doesn't really give a reasonable address. I would like a refund but there doesn't seem to be any way to contact the company. I even tried calling but they put you on hold and then never answer the phone. PLEASE HELP!! Lorraine **

I have been a Woman Within customer for over 20 years. I placed an order of over $300 on May 31st. Got confirmation email stating order would ARRIVE within 7 to 14 business days, and yet, when I check order status is still says PROCESSING. Not even shipped yet. On June 5th I got an email saying it was taking longer than normal to process order (due to COVID) and would send me shipping notification with tracking number as soon as it ships. Almost every item was in stock when ordered. I then contacted customer service via email on June 10th & June 11th and got the same canned response. Sorry it is taking longer....
I have also called twice! I purposely placed my order to allow 6 weeks to process/deliver (because WW is NOTORIOUS for slow handling/shipping) and yet my order is STILL showing as "processing" rather than shipped. And no one can give any idea of when it might ship. I need these items for SUMMER vacations NOT FOR FALL OR WINTER so items need to ship. Funny how other brands don't have these same issues. I placed an order with Just My Size on the same day and got that order middle of last week, about 10 calendar days later. So don't give me that ** about current precautions, and order volume. I just want my clothes shipped so I can use them on vacation!!! WW you have really gone downhill in the past couple of years.

It's been over 3 weeks and they have NOT even processed it yet and said it would be 2 more weeks to process my order of summer clothes. So, at best, 6 weeks to receive my order. Obviously, I don't want to wait until mid to end of summer to receive my summer clothes. I asked them to cancel the order and they refused to. Since then, I've looked up other reviews, and this seems to be standard.

I have been a customer of this company for many years because I cannot afford better and I am disabled and house-bound. This company will offer a 'SITEWIDE SALE" at 50% off with the promo code they supply. The problem comes when entering the code returns an "Invalid Code" response. If it does go through the clothes rarely wind up at my door. I often get several months of multiple postcards stating the item(s) I ordered are "Backordered". After months of stuffing my mailbox with these I am most likely to finally get a notice stating the order cannot be completed.
After all that, every time I go to the site they start sending as many as 5 catalogues per week even though I have repeatedly logged my preferences as no catalogues. The clothes are sub quality with many arriving with production problems: pockets that have a 4" slash, stitching that has been messed up so it is not catching the cloth, and they wear out very quickly. This company is rapidly buying up plus size clothing companies making inexpensive choices other than theirs fewer and fewer. This is a horrendous company some of us have no other choice but to use. If you have other choices I suggest you take them.

I have been a customer for several years, and had few complaints, but these days there are several, one they charge for restocking on returns, and worst of all they are not shipping orders for over 2 weeks to a month or more now on all orders. This is not acceptable I ordered items I need now, I chatted with a person and asked just how long I will be waiting without an answer. Let me tell you I am tired of companies using this whole Covid excuse and it is a big farce, I know personally that companies have stockpiles of merchandise in warehouses. Anyway they need to give customers expected arrival times and stick to them or beat them to keep good customers. Yet they have no problem taking our money up front.

I have bought things for years from Woman Within.. I am on a fixed income but I pay the prices for their products even though I think it is a little high. I bought 5 pairs of pajamas with my stimulus money. I am so disappointed because they have faded so bad (and no I haven't been over washing).. The seams are coming apart as well.. Their sizes fit me well..that's why I keep coming back.. I am just so disappointed!

I ordered items on 5/31/21, and the status is still “Not Shipped”. I sent an email to inquire about the status, and received a canned response. Calling the 800 number resulted in speaking with a person who couldn’t understand English, but managed to tell me that “Cancel we no allow.” I will opening a dispute via my credit card company if I do not receive my order within seven days from today. This is rather surprising because I have been ordering from this company for several years and have been very pleased. Something has changed drastically. Too bad!

I am a first-time buyer and I will never order from them again. I placed a $300 dollar order for clothes for our vacation. The order showed" in process" the day after I ordered. 7-14 days to ship, as of today it still shows "In process". I called today to cancel the order because I wouldn't get it on time and I didn't want it sitting on my porch while we are on vacation. I was told once an order is "In process" it can not be canceled. I asked to talk to a manager. I was told there are no managers on the weekends. They transferred me to a specialist, who told me the same thing.
I asked if I called the next day after I ordered, could I cancel it? They said no cancellations when it is "In process". I asked what happens if it is stolen off my porch while we are on vacation? They said they would investigate it. I am so disappointed with this company. ANYONE WHO IS CONSIDERING ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered.

I ordered shoes for a wedding after a Google search for “wide heels.” I was grateful to find a decent looking pair at a very reasonable price. They did the job but were so horribly uncomfortable I had to switch to sandals mid-affair. Fine. I tried a couple of blouses and was seriously underwhelmed, even with the super low prices. The material looks like it will unravel at first wash. I determined I just won’t order from them again. Fast forward to almost 2 years later and these people just can’t quit me with the catalogs!! I have received at least 10 magazine sized catalogs since, even with no less than four requests to stop. My last request/demand was with emphasis on how awful their products are and threats to bad-mouth them to anyone who would listen, but that didn’t help get me off their mailing list. Do not order from these folks if you hate wasteful ads and terrible products that are low cost only because they are cheap.

Placed an order with Woman Within and the agent on the phone said it usually ships in a day. So I wait for my shipping email. I check 3 days later and it has not shipped yet so I called again. They tell me it is a standard 8-15 days to process in the warehouse and then 7-14 days for shipping. So I ask her to please cancel my order since it will never arrive before my vacation. The agent says she can't cancel the order and that I should wait to receive the package and then pay to return it. I find this practice to be fraudulent. If it has not been packed they should be able to cancel.

Placed an order on May 24, their site says May 25. The site says 7 to 14 days to ship but allow a little extra time. Sent 2 emails asking for updates as the order info on the site says processing and received no response. Finally called this morning to be told the order is still processing in the warehouse and they have no idea when it will ship, check back in a few days. I asked to cancel and was told I couldn't because it was in processing. The woman was polite but just kept repeating that it was processing in the warehouse and she couldn't tell me when it would ship. If I had any clue it would take this long I would have never ordered. I have ordered from Catherines several times in the past with great customer service, I was expecting the same here.

Made an order for two pairs of women's shoes on Today, Friday June 11, 2021 @ approx. 12:45 pm. I realized that I need to make a change to one of the items that I wanted to purchase. I called their number and reached a representative who informed me they would not allow me to dancing my order. I simply wanted to change the size. I was told if I place an order after approximately 12:30 pm ET I couldn't make any changes to or cancel my order. I stated that this was bad business practice unknown to the consumer.
I explained that I was given an estimated date of delivery of 7/7/21 and my order was taken several hours ago, but he refused to change the size or cancel my order. This not the first trouble I have had with this company. I ordered before and was sent something that I didn't order because they didn't have the requested item any longer. I have checked to see if my money was ever returned to me, but they receive the item back. I will check into this further with my bank. This is not a reputable company as far as I am concerned. This is it for me and my money. No more.

Updated on 07/13/2021: Woman Within is a terrible company. I will never do business with them again and they should be investigated for their bad business practices. I had to file a claim with PayPal (method of payment) in order to get my full refund. They SCAM AND LIE, and I have posted my receipts purchase and refunds on here as evidence. You can find many more women they are scamming currently on their FACEBOOK.COM page. Please take a moment to check up on them before doing business with any of their companies as they operate under many different names.
Updated on 06/26/2021: WOMAN WITHIN issued a refund through my PayPal account and listed as a "refund in full including shipping and tax" on both the orders I refused... However they withheld over $40 between the two refunds! So it was not a full refund including shipping and tax... It is fraud. I have reported the issue to PayPal and there is a case pending.
Original Review: I have spent several hours over the last 2 days on the phone trying to speak to someone who can resolve and refund my returned purchase! I refused the order and sent it back as return to sender after it took a month for it to be shipped! Now I have tracking proof they received the return 8 days ago and cannot get through to customer service for my refund!!! I have been told that they have no record of my return despite having tracking showing it was delivered on their own website!
WARNING**** DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES! I sent back another order the same way and am going to have to do this all over again! As I write this I am hold to 29 mins and counting! They answered and told me that my refund is being processed but cannot tell me the amount! However she said they don't refund the original shipping! So I will be filing a claim with the company I used for payment! This company has always been difficult to deal with but this is unconscionable! I am not paying for their bad business, PERIOD.

I would give this company 0 stars, if could. I placed an order in May 2021. I was excited because of the styles and colors. When I received my order, everything was too big. These do sizes run large. I attempted to call the company 4 times, without any success. The first 2 times I called, hoping to get a return label, they sent me another invoice. The final straw was the 4th time I called. The representative on the line had poor customer service, was not understanding of the problem, and refused to listen to me. This experience has been the most negative experience I have ever had. I will NEVER shop with this company again! I am concerned that their lack of customer service will result in me losing my money.

I have been shopping with Woman Within for a long, long time. Probably 25+ years. I've literally spent many thousands of dollars over the years. I had always been satisfied with the quality of the clothing and with the excellent customer service and delivery times. But for the last few years, since Woman Within partnered up with OneStopPlus, Roaman's, Swimsuits for All, and the other brands, Woman Within has gone far, far downhill in ALL areas of business. Simple, in-stock orders take weeks to "process". Once it finally processes, Shipping is slow. Don't even try to blame Covid-19, because I'm not buying it. Other companies managed to keep delays down to a few days here and there, not WEEKS before things even get sent out... Their "sales" and "rewards" are laughable. Here is a typical Reward situation:
I spend $250 on clothing. In an email, WW thanks me for my order and I get a big "Reward" of 10% off (or whatever) on my NEXT purchase... only my reward expires in a few days! ** is THAT? I just got done spending hundreds, but if I want to use my thank-you reward, I have to spend MORE, right away. This happens over and over again. You know what? Keep your rewards, they are useless. Then my last order has finally gone too far. I ordered three SWIM TOPS from SwimsuitsforAll. All in-stock, no backorders. It took WEEKS to be "processed" and they finally arrived yesterday, a month after ordering them. Except when I opened the bag, there were no swim tops in it. There were two Blouses and a cover-up in the bag! The packing slip said I got three swim tops, but what was in the bag wasn't even swimwear!
What the heck is going on with your company? I am so pissed off. I've purchased from Swimsuits for All before- before they were associated with Woman Within - never had any issues, not even a return! I'm going to have to think long and hard about dealing with Woman Within and/or all your partners, in the future. PS: After taking the time to write out this email and explain my complaints, I discovered that Woman Within literally HAS NO EMAIL ADDRESS FOR CUSTOMERS! Wow, Woman Within, You really are the worst!

Had to wait extra weeks for company to ship one item on backorder. I waited and returned the items from the order I didn't want... They sent it back to me as too late to be returned! What a joke! Delivery delays all around and their return timetable is far too short given no customer service, no return tracking, and overall lack of communication.

This will be the LAST thing I order from Woman Within!! I've had NOTHING but problems with them. They always have an excuse as to why it's taken so long to ship!! That's ridiculous and unacceptable!! I wanted to cancel my order, but they refuse to. It's one thing if it was shipped, but it wasn't!! I plan on filing a formal complaint to the BBB regarding them!! How are these people still in business??

I placed an order with Woman Within on May 10, 2021.. Checked the order status regularly since it seemed to be taking much longer than, usual.. and every time I checked, my order was still in processing and not shipped. $160 in merchandise and $19.95 shipping. I contacted them on Twitter and received nothing but, the same old song and dance. Enough is enough. Today is June 8, 2021 --- I called and cancelled my order. Now, I get to go somewhere else and find myself some much needed summer clothes. I will NEVER do business with Woman Within ever again. A note on the receipt says Shipping Method: Regular --- Will arrive within 7-14 business days, to the contiguous US. WHAT A JOKE.

I was really happy with this company due to the prices and clothing quality. I have an item on backorder since April 28, 2021 and it still hasn’t even shipped. I called customer service two times, and got an excuse about COVID and the warehouse being backed up due to the popularity of their new spring line. The customer service agent seemed to have no interest in helping me of resolving my problem. He just kept repeating the line above about COVID and the new line up.
Also. Beware…when you call to order from their catalog, no matter how much you are already spending, the sales person will try to pressure you into adding on to your order. Yeah. I won’t be ordering from here again, as the customer service agent said I can’t get my money back, even though the item never shipped and is still in the warehouse. Absolute mess of a business.

I placed an order on May 30th along with three other companies. I have received all my products from the other companies and noting from Woman Within. I received an emailing letting me know nothing has been shipped and my order will be delayed due to COVID.... Like others are saying the email comes a week after placing order.
I called today, June 7th, to cancel my order. I had to go through every option to get someone to answer the call. Once I did, Alex, told me that since my order was still "in process" he was not able to cancel my order. I told him it has been in process for 9 days now and wanted my order cancelled. He said that was not an option at this point. I asked to speak with a manager and Alex told me he was the only one working and no manager was around. I said again I wanted the order cancelled with another "NO". He could not give me any other form of identification other than is name was Alex... Of course his English was bad and he couldn't help me with anything. I have put in a complaint with my credit card....

You can not get someone to help you, you can call and wait on hold for over an hour if you have nothing else to do but wait, I am a busy single hard working mom, I ordered ONE 8$ bra and have paid over 60$ for it already, they want another $18 or if I don't give it to them (they already affected my credit score by THIRTY points!!) they will affect my credit score again, so either I pay them more money for ONE $8 bra or have my dreams of ever buying a home for my child and I go down the drain anytime soon! it took me a year to get my score up that 30 points and in one instant from this bill it's horrible again. I cannot get any help and keep getting told to talk to Comenity bank, I call them and they tell me to call Women Within, so again I sit on hold! GRRRRR I honestly can not even look at that bra now!

I place an order 5/5/2021 and never received my order. 2 pages were sent via mail and the 2nd page was lost. On the phone for 1.5 hrs in an effort to complete original order. Prices increased substantially from when I placed my order. No one seemed to know how to do their job worth a damn.

I placed an order 5/8/21. It’s now 6/5/21 and the order didn’t even process. I called to cancel the order since the summer season is already halfway over and the order was all summer clothing. Was told I can’t cancel the order. I was told to just relax, it will ship shortly. That was a week ago, order still hasn’t processed. I was really hoping I’d enjoy buying from this company because I like online purchasing. That was my fourth order from them and it will be the last. I assume I will never receive the order at this point. Watching my account to make sure I am not charged. Can’t wait for this experience to be over!

I wish I had researched Woman Within before ever placing an order! I would never have done it. I received a catalog from Woman Within a few months ago and liked several of the clothing items I saw. I eventually decided to place an order with them expecting it to arrive in a typical online order time frame (say a week or two). Wrong! It took 3 weeks for the clothing to arrive.
Their website says, "Due to current precautions and increased order volume, we are experiencing order processing delays. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to get you your items as quickly as possible." A year ago, I would have expected delays due to 'current precautions', but people are vaccinated and the pandemic is not causing issues for most companies. It's easy to say "increased order volume", but with their delivery speed and customer service, I find it hard to believe that their order volume has increased enough to cause delays. Since this was my first order, I wasn't sure exactly what size to order, so I ordered multiple sizes of some items, fully prepared to return what didn't fit and exchange items for the correct size once I knew what that was.
After trying on the clothing, I used the enclosed return/exchange instructions to return the clothing and indicated the size I needed for the exchanges. I filled out the form, boxed up the items, put the return shipping label on the box and dropped it off at my local US Post Office. It has now been 11 days and in tracking the package, it says 2 hours after I dropped off the package, "Your item was picked up by the shipping agent". Isn't the shipping agent the USPS? There is nothing else in the tracking history. So, why has it not left my home city? Does the label say, hold for the next Pony Express Rider?
Given that it took so long for me to receive my order, it makes me wonder what shipping they are using. Clearly it is not First Class Postage or the order would have arrived sooner and the return package would be near/at the warehouse by now. Don't bother calling customer service to get any help. One time when I called, I got a message saying no one was available to take my call and when I did talk to someone, it was clear that they were off-shore somewhere and were of no help with my question or order.
One thing Woman Within does well is inundate your email inbox with daily email offers for savings and specials, once you place an order. Why would I want to take advantage of any specials? I'm still trying to get the initial clothing I ordered. Based on my first experience, I will never order clothing from Woman Within and I would advise others to do the same. Order clothing from any other company but this one. At this point, I will just be happy if I get the clothing I exchanged for, and a refund on my credit card for what I returned.

Ordered 2 items on 5/7/21. I called on 5/19/21 because the order didn't show items as being sent. I saw that an old address was the "ship to" for the package. Spoke to "Christian" that didn't understand or speak English. He kept repeating "still processing". He COULDN'T change address because it was, "still processing" which means it hasn't been shipped. I called back on 5/21/21, and spoke to "JC" another rep that barely spoke English. I tried to change my address, it was "still processing". He could change address, but he repeated it all wrong. He didn't make any sense.
Called back and spoke to "Jess" another foreigner with an American name. She said items were in stock, not processed, and I should receive in 7-14 business days. She changed my address and refused to cancel my order. Today is 6/4/21 and I found out the items were sent to the old PO Box (which they received and sent back to the company on 6/2/21). This is AFTER I was told the address change had been made. I also had sent a snail mail letter to the company on 5/19/21 about my order and the horrendous "customer service" with all my contact information and I haven't heard one thing from them. If you read these reviews and still order, you're insane and deserve whatever you get! I wish I had checked here first. Who knew ordering could be this bad!

After waiting for over 3 weeks for my Order #** received on May 20, 2021, I was completely shocked as to the 2 bra items received. First, the material was of POOR quality and it seem that they were previously worn. It was also WRONGLY labeled as 38DDD, and when measured, it was actually 32DDD. I was appalled that these types of merchandise are being advertised and sold to female customers BY WOMAN WITHIN. I will NOT purchase further items and had requested to be removed from their emailing list.
The 2 bra items have been RETURNED on 5/29/2021 and the returned package was finally picked up by a shipping agent on 6/1/2021. I have requested FULL REFUND! On 6/2/2021, I called Customer Service, located outside of USA, 800-677-0216, and when they could not give me concrete answers to my questions, I was transferred without notice to an unlisted number that disconnected me. Consumer Affairs: Please advise regarding the steps that I need to undertake to receive my refund if no action is taken by Woman Within? Thank you.

Have received wrong merchandise and have had merchandise never arrive. Been billed, never credited and I paid it in full. Last order returned wasn’t even my order. Nobody speaks English well enough to help. I have been a customer for 20 years this past year has been horrid service, shipping and help. Comenity Bank says talk to the consumer- I feel they don’t care at all except to get their money. So I’m out my order, I’m still owed a credit and not one of these two gives a rats butt. Terrible.

Updated on 06/02/2021: After putting my first complaint about Woman Within on this site, Woman Within said they sent me a private message. They did NOT. The problem again: I sent a return back to Woman Within at the end of May 2021. I have never heard back from Woman Within about my refund. I am out $75.00 now. Chat is disabled on the Woman Within site, and the emails are robotic, with nonanswers about any problem you have. My order was not even acknowledged in the emails sent to me. Don't know what is going on at Woman Within, but be warned about this company.
Original Review: In early May 2021, I placed an order with Woman Within. About 2 1/2 weeks passed, and I still hadn't received the package. I emailed them multiple times, and each time I would receive a robot email back, with a non-answer. I finally received the order, after 3 weeks. I didn't like the poor quality of the clothing, so I packed up and returned the entire order at a cost to me of $10.00. You have to pay the return shipping charge. This morning I called Woman Within to see if my order was received. I got a recording that said they are too busy to accept phone calls. Then I tried chat on their website. The chat is disabled.
Thank goodness for track a package from USPS. I will be using that to find out when Women Within receives the return package. I want to be sure that I am credited for the return. Something is going on with this company. They ship out late, don't even acknowledge your order in their emails, and you can't reach them by chat or by phone. I wanted to warn other consumers about this company. Think twice before ordering from them.
