    DO NOT buy anything from this company, Complete RIPOFF. I wanted to find out how much was refunded to my E card. Tried to log in, it said my info was incorrect, Tried to recover user name & password, it said no account found so it looks like I'm out about $50 bucks. AGAIN BUY NOTHING FROM THESE BOTTOM FEEDERS

    This company charges you to return an item. What? A $10.99 fee to return an item-- this should be illegal. As consumers we have choices and I will never shop here again, it honestly seems predatory. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

    I was making a purchase with WomanWithin and I created an account. I instantly received an email which included a code for 20% off highest priced item. (expires in 7 days). I used it within 1 minute of receiving. The code was invalid. I called customer service and customer service informed me the code was invalid.

    Why does WomanWithin send invalid codes. This is not the same company my Aunt used a several years ago, they used to be great about these things. I opted not to order because it seemed that this order would only be more problems that wouldn't be resolved by the company. A big disappointment.

    I ordered 2 pairs of pants and a tunic on 24 MARCH. It is almost April 8--and the package I ordered has been in Aurora COLORADO (one hour from my home) for over 4 days. I know I did not choose expedited purchase -- but over 14 days is just too long. IF you choose expedited shipping you're gonna pay about $20 more any way -- so their "Low Cost" isn't so low anymore.

    I ordered a jacket. I was sent the wrong size. When I called to report the company's error, I was told they did not have the size I had ordered. I was also told that they could not refund my postage. I was told to call back after they rec'd the return & I would then get my postage returned. Today I was told by a manager that I was misinformed. They do not refund postage even if they were at fault & sent the wrong item. So I paid $18 dollars to get the wrong size! Terrible customer service! Beware of being ripped off!!

    This company seems to get a lot of bad reviews, and I feel it only fair to leave them a great review! I placed a rather large order, with only one item being listed as back order upon completing my order. I received 12 other items PROMPTLY, within 6 days of ordering (using standard shipping AND over a holiday weekend). When I called to resolve the back order item, the representative was swift and easily communicated and resolved the cancellation of the item. Also, I called to cancel my reward membership and they did so quickly with no hassle! This company is A+++ for me! I will definitely shop here in the future!

    I received two shirts that were too large. To return them the website shows it is an unprotected website and my information could be open to scammers. Plus I will be charged $10.99 to return. I don't want to take a chance at getting scammed on an unsecure website so I guess I will just give the shirts away. Too bad because it's about a $40 loss.

    I use to order from Woman Within all the time years ago with decent prices and deals, but now my recent order has been hell. First I could log in to my account but no past order was on it and I've ordered a lot in the past, no big deal my wishlist was still showing. I placed an order but never got a email or anything after placing it, my account wasn't showing any order but my credit card was showing a charge. After a few days I called to see what was going on and they tried to tell me that I placed the order while I was not login to my account (not true), so they then said I'd have to call their IT department which never answered the phone.

    Next day I got my order so I didn't worry about the order not showing up on the account. Now, what I ordered did not fit so I called them to get an exchanged, I asked the customer service agent I said I wanted an exchange how does that work. She said I would have to return the clothes first and then I can just go back on the website and do the exchange. I returned the items, and then about a couple of weeks later I get a letter that had a gift card number on it as a refund? YA, this doesn't work for me, not going to pay more now that the items are no longer on sale and then have to pay for shipping twice, pff! Will buy from Amazon from now on, less trouble for refunds and exchanges and no shipping!

    I purchased 2 pairs of jeans from Woman Within. The size I selected was based on Woman Within's recommendation based on the size I wear in other brands. The jeans received were too small, so I had to return/exchange them. Oh, okay, to get a full refund, I have to drive almost 20 miles to a store in Pueblo (not a Woman Within store). No, what else can I do? Oh, to return via USPS, a couple miles from my house, $10+ will be deducted from my return. So, I already paid $14.98 shipping to get the jeans (based on WW size recommendation), plus $4.13 in tax, and I'll have to pay $10+ to return them. I'm sure part of the shipping I paid to get the jeans was based on the seven catalogs that were included in the package. Did I mention they also try to get you to take an e-card, instead of refunding your money to the card used for purchase. What crap! No, thank you!

    I returned an order due to poor fit. The best way offered was happy returns service. Otherwise I'd be charged 11.00 to return and get my money back. Once returned there was no promised gift card to shop with. I tried placing an order and saw no credit. I called and placed the order. But again was charged shipping... a ridiculous amount. So, after telling them to stop all catalogs, I was told it'd take 90 days. I tried then to review the item I returned, but the site needs your order number now to look up any order! I call back and get it from a rude CSR. I enter it only for WW to tell me there is no such order. Screw you WW. I'm done already with your shenanigans!

    I ordered a pair of capris in Navy blue floral. I received a pair of Navy blue pants. Because both items were on the same page, I thought it was a simple mistake. I have returned those same pants 3 times now. We'll see if I actually get the capris on the 4th try. I am very disappointed because I loved their clothes and have been buying clothes from them for years. I will never order again. You cannot reach anyone through customer service. I believe China must own this company now.

    I wish I could post this at the top of the Woman Within website with the header “BUYER BEWARE!” I love the quality of the clothes I’ve gotten from this company, but their return procedure STINKS! I placed two different orders recently and got a 7x shirt instead of XL, a completely different shirt than what I had ordered, and a cheap oversized t-shirt instead of the pants I ordered. THREE mistakes over two different orders. In spite of the fact that these were THEIR mistakes, they required me to file a return claim. I then had to return through a completely different company, Happy Returns.

    Of the three items I returned, I only got a gift card back for one item, and that amount was $2 less than the original price I paid. I am so mad! Trying to work with their customer service is ridiculous, so I’ve decided I’m taking the loss. Wish I would have read this site and had seen their incredibly low reviews before ever having bought from them. Now I’m destined to receiving three or four of their ad magazines in the mail for the rest of my life. BLAH!

    My husband and I placed an order for almost $500 to replenish his wardrobe. We never received confirmation of order or list of items we bought. Later only about $200 of the order showed up. We remembered 1 shirt, black with print that wasn’t there. Thank goodness we used PayPal. Only the partial order was listed and paid for. They never sent backorder or out of stock notice or any other email about rest of order. Not only that, the shipping was ridiculous. We will never buy his clothes from them again. We later placed another order with DXL.

    I ordered merchandise and have received it. Customer service told me that it will be free return and exchange and you will receive a credit for return if you subscribe for membership. In reality,
    1) They give you gift card for return.
    2) You have to Apply for reimbursement for shipping.

    I made a big mistake that I have listened to customer service. Instead of reading reviews about this company. Just crooks!

    I made several purchases from Woman Within, Roaman's and Catherines back in September. I signed up for the "Rewards" program which was to give you a refund on the cost of shipping (which by the way is exorbitant) and also was to give free return shipping. I followed all the directions to "apply" for the refund of the shipping...twice! The second time I submitted all the requests with a CS service rep on the phone with me and I submitted everything just EXACTLY as I was instructed to do. I made the purchases in September and the 2nd time I tried to submit the requests with the CS on the phone with me was in October of 2023. But...nothing. No refund, nothing.

    I spent an hour the first time I submitted everything per the online instructions, and then almost 2 hours with the CS rep on the phone with me. All that was a complete waste of time as I have never received the refunds. We are talking here about $143 dollars worth of shipping for one large and 6 small orders. I will say, the reason their shipping cost is so high is because with EACH order, they also ship about 20 lbs of catalogs - one from each of their many sites and sometimes more than one of each. It is absolutely ridiculous! In some cases an order weighed less than a pound, but with 20 lbs of catalogs made the weight extremely high. Ok, maybe it was only 10 lbs of catalogs each (and that's NOT an exaggeration because I weighed them), but still.

    Bottom line: I will never order from Woman Within again, or from any of their sister sites. I have ordered in the past and had a good experience, shipping cost was not exorbitant and I was happy with my experience. But never again. Fortunately, after being charged $16.95 a month for 2 months I realized I was being scammed and I stopped any further deductions. Now I buy my clothes on Amazon. Free shipping, free returns with Amazon Prime. I will NEVER use any company in the Fullbeauty Brands family of companies, they are a total scam outfit now.

    I have an account with Woman Within. I have never received the credit card or a bill. I've sent e-mails and tried calling without receiving any help. I've tried to pay online, but they want my account number which I don't have because they never sent me a card or bill. This is the most incompetent company I have ever done business with. Needless to say, I will NEVER order anything from them again. I wanted to give them a 0 rating experience, but it insists that you select at least one star.

    BEWARE!!! False advertising for 40% off coupon. Does not apply to Woman Within orders to their site. I ordered Sketcher runners from their site and this was transferred to a third party that does not accept the 40% off coupon. Also BEWARE that when an order is placed you will automatically be enrolled in a rewards program. Will not be ordering from this company again.

    I opened a package today (shirt), and it was defective. I had it in my drawer in package for a few months. I spoke to four or five agents, and was thoroughly yelled at for not opening package immediately. They will not replace my new shirt, and were extremely rude! They list a loyal customer.

    I ordered three short sleeved, crew neck tunics. Two were made in Pakistan and came out of the dryer (after cool down) wrinkled with the ribbing at the neck twisted. Also, the side seams weren't sewn straight. The third tunic was made in Mauritius and came out beautifully. It felt like a completely different fabric, although all 3 are marked 100% cotton. I've ordered these tunics in many variations over the years, and none were as poorly made as the two from Pakistan I recently received.

    I placed an order for $168.27 on Feb 12, 2024. Ellos deducted $168.27 from my checking account on that date. Today, Feb 15, 2024 they have deducted $168.28. So, they have deducted a total of $336.55 from my account for a purchase of $168.27. I called, they said the first deduction was pending (when the order was place) and would come off tomorrow. The second deduction they said was when the order shipped. So, what it amounts to is they have used my money for FREE for approx. 4 days plus I don't have access to it for approx. 4 days. Assuming this is done on all customers it's a HUGE amount of money they are using for free.

    I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for over 10 minutes. When the associate finally came back she said they were not available and someone would call me in the next 24 hours. Unbelievable, I won't be ordering from them again. And folks, this is true for all the sites under this umbrella, i.e., Woman Within, Romans, etc..

    I'm really very disappointed, I purchased navy booties and returned it in Its original box because they were too tight, I returned them since 12-28-2023, I even paid out of my pocket for shipping, and I haven't received my money back till now. I called customer service several times and no one is helping. Be careful when you buy stuff from this company and you need to return it for any reason, because you're going to be stuck with them. They are not helping at all when it comes to refund money back.

    I have been a customer for over 30 years - Woman Within was always pricey and the shipping and returns atrocious, but at least they delivered. This time I ordered 4 cobbler blouses over a month ago, 2 of them are on back order til late February, two were supposedly shipped. But what Woman Within now calls "shipped" means they have created a USPS shipping number but never sent the items. When I complained by email a month later they gave me some lame excuses. When I inquired again two weeks later, they cancelled the order and gave me a refund. The other two cobbler blouses are still on back order til the end of February and I now believe they will never ship either. Sad to see a good company go bad!

    I have spoken to women within people on the phone on 6 different occasions. Trying to get my product, that was for a 91 y/o women for Christmas. Well it is now February 7th. No product. No refund. They don't even give excuses. They just tell me, "3 to 5 business days you'll have your money." Well it has be 6 different 3 to 5 business days, that is well over 35 business days. I would not spend a penny at this place of business. They are a total ripoff. They should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of 91 year old people. This is just wrong. Never Again.

    Returns now can ONLY be done through Happy Returns. Doing so from laptop *required* me to install a Chrome extension widely recognized as unsafe. I teach cyber security. DON'T DO IT. Phone didn't require it.

    I am beyond frustrated. I had a few items to returns at the end of Nov. So I started a so called Happy Return, nothing happy about it! I return them as directed by email, only to have the items returned back to me last week. When I called spoke to three different people and nothing was resolved. Now I have 4 items that I can not use and they will not take back. The email clearly states the following:

    "Your return ** has been started. Return within 30 days.
    Next Steps
    Box and ship items using a pre-paid label

    Print shipping label, pack up your items, and bring the box to the carrier shown on the label. Refund times vary."

    I have been a customer for years and just had the worst experience. Called today because tracking shows my order has been sitting in one location for 2 months. FedEx has no further info, sent me to Woman Within customer service. Being told there’s nothing they can do. I am out my product and money because I am over 60 from the order date now. They can clearly see that the package wasn’t ever delivered but they don’t care. They have lost a customer.

    I love the Women Straight Leg knit pants with draw string at the waist and have worn them for years. However, I have recently found that the pants I purchase no longer fit like they used to. I order a 3x regular and they have in the past always been a perfect length but now every time I order they are entirely too long and I have to spend extra money to have them hemmed which makes it not worth my time/money to order from Woman Within any longer. Sad, because they have always been my go to pants but not anymore, especially since the cost of shipping has also gone up making these pants way too expensive now.

    They shipped the wrong item completely. When I contacted them they said I could pay to return the item and then they would credit me for the item. The item was nowhere close to the item ordered/or size. This was the second time in a row I have ordered and they sent the wrong thing. Last time I paid to send it back luckily I had recorded the tracking number because they stated they didn’t receive the item but I had followed the tracking information and had a signature. So this time I have learned my lesson and donated the item and just cut my losses. I will not be supporting them with my business further. It’s a shame as I used to love dealing with them and their clothes.

    I bought a pair boots. The boots didn't fit, returned them with their label. Company claims not received, charging huge fees. I called many times to resolve, treated poorly, with no help as of 1/18/24. They now tried to get me to pay more than the purchase price to resolve the account!! I was insulted by the collection department. I was hung up on when asking customer care to speak with a supervisor. Horrible treatment!!! I will seek outside help/agencies to resolve this now. The company told me they didn't have any notes from my past calls to resolve this. Very unprofessional and very bad customer treatment!!!! I will never buy from this company again!!! I wish I never had!!

I call customer service and am told their system has been down since January 12th, it is January 18th and she doesn’t know when it will be up.     I have been a customer of Woman Within for ten years or more. It use to be a good place to shop for plus sizes with good customer service. It has gone downhill. The customer service department is the worst. Whenever I call for assistance no one knows anything. I was transferred several times to get answers and still did not get answer I needed. Sorry I called them, the service sucks and the clothes are not worth buying either. They are good at transferring you from one person to another with you not getting the right answer. It is a viscous cycle of workers passing the buck.

    Updated on 01/16/2024 : A rep reached out to me after my review and asked for my order number. It’s been several days since then and no reply or credit for the free shipping I was entitled to. Not good business to lose a customer this way.

    Original Review: I received a flyer for free shipping on the pants and placed an order and put in code for free shippiing which was accepted but my credit card was charged for the shipping included. I immediately called to cancel order and was told to wait for order and call and they would refund the shipping charges. After receiving the order today I called and was told they can’t refund shipping. I should return order instead! BBB should look into these deceptive ads.

    I ordered a few things from Woman Within and found nothing that I really liked. I stopped ordering from them but noticed today that I had been charged a $16.95 charge in November, December and again this month. I called their customer service to cancel and was given another number to call. I called that number and the woman stated she would cancel my account. I can't believe the nerve of these people. When I previously looked at my account, I saw nowhere that showed anything about me being a rewards member. I would have never agreed to such terms as a monthly charge of that amount. I am very unhappy with this company and will never do business with them or any of the companies that are a part of this company.

    I placed orders online for several years with no trouble and enjoyed the clothing. For the past 2 years or so I have attempted to place orders and have had nothing but issues and bank holds on my money for days on end. The first time this happened I didn't know what was happening and the error message kept saying there was an issue with my address which I kept trying to correct. I couldn't ever see anything wrong with the shipping, nor the billing address so I would attempt the order again and again. I was unable to be successful and finally gave up for the evening.

    The next day I noticed over $800.00 being held out of my account on a soft hold. I could not access my money and was overdrawn in my account. I do not use a credit card as I believe in living within my means so I use debit and when I use my card the money comes directly out of my checking account. I called the company immediately and they kept trying to reassure me that my bank or card had not been charged at all. it was more than frustrating. I could not make them understand what happened. I have attempted to order several times since but only one time and this keeps happening.

    Today I created a brand new account using my husband's name, debit card and our address. I wanted to take advantage of the denim sale and blouse sale. Today the error message was that there was insufficient funds in our account. We have more than enough in our account to cover the cost and now the amount is being held for days again. I am so frustrated!!!! I guess I will not be able to get someone on the phone who can understand me well enough to help me. They keep wanting to place the order for me and we've tried that before....It only results in more money being held hostage. I just won't be able to order clothes from this store which is a shame.

    So sorry I ever ordered from this company. They have expensive shipping, and then don't ship for days after order is placed. Product I received was not as shown, in order to receive full refund (less the shipping) I had to take credit. With only one item I wanted I ordered clothes for a friend, (she picked) the clothing did not fit even though she ordered according to their size chart, so now we're back to square one. What a headache. Can't wait to be done with this. Will never order from them again!!

    This company was difficult to deal with. I had to call multiple times to have a skirt exchanged, find out why another order didn't arrive at all--turns out it was out of stock but no one told me, etc. But here's the kicker---when I finally received my replacement skirt in the correct size, in the pocket I found an obviously used, make-up smeared face mask! Surely that breaks some sanitation law....

    I brought the Touch of Cashmere Wrap-Front Cardigan for Christmas Midnight Mass and I put it on for the first time that night. Before I got out the door the sweater was pilling and there were small red balls all over my black velvet pants. By the time I got home it looked like I had owned it for years and washed it a dozen times. I am just going to throw it away. After washing I doubt if even the Goodwill would take it.     I bought a top for $35.91 & just saw they charged another $35.89 for verification. I called to ask why that charge hasn't been reversed. They said it won't be reversed until 7 business days after my item is shipped. So anytime you buy something you will get charged twice & have to wait 1 to 2 weeks depending on Christmas & New Year's holidays to get that extra charge back. I got no help & no manager to speak to they said the manager was with another customer instead of trying to address my issue they did nothing & the email receipt says 72 hours not 7 business days.     Purchased 2 pair of jeans. Ordered my normal size. Both pairs had the size I ordered on them, but were WAY too BIG. I returned the jeans. Woman Within charged 17$ for sending me the jeans, which I knew the charge when ordered. However, on the return, they deducted 11$ from my refund to cover return shipping. So, in short, cost 28$ to try on 2 pair of jeans.

    This company's policies should be investigated! I placed an order with Woman Within using their website size guide. The order totaled $66.53 which included $13.98 shipping & 5.08 tax. The items were all very big, when I called to get information to return, I was informed my refund amount would be $40.40 because they charge $10.99 to return items and they only refund $3.92 of the $5.08 sales tax I paid. That's a $26.13 difference of what I paid & what I will be refunded. I will also be reporting this to the BBB.

    I do not have a problem with the merchandise. The company policies are my problem. First of all, the shipping rates are exorbitant. If you weigh the package you receive and compare it to any shipping venue, the price of shipping does not compute. With the market today offering free shipping on most purchases over $25, it is out of touch to overcharge on shipping. My shipping fees were over $16.

    When the items didn't fit, I realized a gift card would likely result in more shipping fees for the privilege of just trying on clothes. I requested a refund. They wanted to charge me $10.99 in restocking fees. Restocking is just a part of doing business. Particularly in retail clothing business. So I called customer service. I got a foreign gentleman who was unable to do anything about this company's absurd practices. He probably didn't work there anyway. He was likely working out of a call center in India. I asked to be removed from ALL future correspondence...no catalogs, no emails, nothing. In total, I paid $29.16 to try on clothes. Buyer beware. Do not use this company. I'm sorry I did. Never again.

    Found three charges for $16.95 to my credit card for their Woman Within Member Rewards Program. Sent email to inquire what the charges were - no response. Called and spoke with Customer Service and then to another person in another department. Stated I had no idea what the charges were for and that I did not sign up for any "Reward Program" that I had to pay for. Supposedly, I am to be reimbursed for the amounts in 3-5 business days - if not, will dispute with my credit card company. This sure seems like a scam and you should be watching for bogus charges on your credit card statements.

    On Sept 19, I started shopping for the upcoming, cold weather. I purchased over $200 worth of clothing from this company for the cooler temps. We did not get those in NC so therefore the clothes stayed in their original bags since I had a different colored one from last year that still looks brand new. On Thanksgiving Day, I took a Sherpa Sweatshirt (anything but a sweatshirt, item #37-67102-0962) out of the plastic bag it was shipped in and wore it to dinner. A total of approximately of 4 hours. When I returned home and went into the bathroom, I was aghast at the right side especially.

    The entire thing was pilled up and knotty like it was 10 years old vs. brand new. I have pictures that could be attached if that was an option. I called the company and was informed since it had been over 60 days, they do not stand behind their product quality or lack thereof. They overcharge for shipping to include stuffing the packages they send out with Roaman's, Catherine's, 2 Woman Within and more catalogs, they charge for return shipping. Sadly, I had already ordered another $400 in clothing that has been shipped. It will be returned to the company. All I can say is Consumer Beware.

    My elderly mom, who can’t get out to shop, ordered about $200 in products. Some didn’t fit and it was obvious she would just be between sizes. This company keeps $10.99 to refund money. That kind of crap policy went out in the 1990’s! Way to screw over your elderly fixed income customers. Happy returns is a joke and if choose to print a label and return, can take 3 wks to process. Cust service could not tell me if purchase, ship or bill date was what was used for return window. If you guess wrong, they won’t process return and say they donate the clothing. Again they need to enter the current century of customer service

    The clothes are good but the company is a rip off. The catalogs frequently have a deal price for items if you buy two, but the deal doesn't show up in the cart even when you use the catalog numbers to order. Customer service says if you go ahead and check out, then there's nothing they can do to adjust the price. I've been told by them that I didn't use the catalog numbers, but I always do. An example is the pajama separates that you can get for $14.50 each when you buy two. Not only does the special price not show up, but the price is even more than the original price in the catalog!

    Company needs to Stop mailing catalogs. I have tried to unsubscribe 3 times on the website and I have called Customer Service. Nothing stops them.     Terrible company. Ordered boots. Needed a bigger size. Called and they sent a return label. So far so good, right? NO! Way. We call and tell them we want an even exchange which they claim is no problem. Not so. BIG problem. DEFINITE language barrier. Wasted 20 minutes with a person that clearly does not speak English. 10 times we said "even exchange". What does she do? Good question? I called at least 8 times. NO ONE has a clue what they are doing. Now it gets worse. The boots cost $68.40, total. So, the woman cancels the order and reorders but never applies all the discounts from the first order. Now they billed me once for $68.40 and again for $209.98. Spoke to 2 supervisors. Both assured it would be corrected. Still ZERO boots and card now charged twice.

    DON'T waste your time purchasing from them. They are dishonest and convolute the return process playing games by hiring people who barely speak English and then the Supervisor blames the customer service reps, promises to correct, and does NOTHING. Wash, Rinse, Repeat. In fact, the label to do an exchange was removed from the packing invoice when the first pair was received. Very clever. Then you're forced to call and speak to one of their incompetent reps. They do it purposely so they can "accidently" make this kind of error then you're forced to call.

    Also, they always...as others have said...said...claim there is no Supervisor there. LIE! I got 2 by telling them I was going to report them and stop the charge on my cc. They quickly found one...who just lied some more. My bank now has my proof. Don't waste time with them. Just refute the charge with your bank because this company will lie and lie and lie and then...lie again. They never correct anything. They read scripted replies that have NOTHING TO DO with what you said to them.

    The product seems to be all right. The service stinks. They never alerted me of when or how the product was shipped. Had I known the product was to be delivered by Fedex. I would have made sure to contact Fedex with proper delivery instructions. As it was I nearly missed delivery all together.

    I hate this company with a passion. They steal your money. I just did an exchange where I filled out a slip for the new sizes. I put 4x for pants. On the account it says 3x. I chat with them and they said there is nothing they could do. All online orders are final. I said, "It wasn’t an online order. It was your mistake." They always say a manager is not on duty. This is their mistake. You can’t ever do a free return. You get charged $10.99 if you get money put back on your card but free for a giftcard. They steal from you. And stop with all those magazines weighing more for shipping. Who is ready to sue this company? I’m all in. We need to get this stopped. Once I get my order I’m canceling my credit card with them.     Avoid this card and their sister stores. They add on all kinds of fees even after they tell you the account is paid in full. Was told I would receive a refund now owe. They have really gone downhill since opening the account in every department. You are charged shipping fees when you order and charged a return fee when the item doesn't work out even if it is defective. Unless you take store credit. Which they then add on interest fees for something you don't even have. They charge for a rewards account. It is added to account when you don't even realize it. Good luck trying to get that straightened out. Customer service is a joke.

    I just got off the phone from customer service where a pleasant operator informed me that in spite of the fact I received a robe that had a zipper so badly puckered it looked terrible and the sizing was very large. I told her I washed the garment to see if it would help but it did not and she informed me that the when the garment is worn or laundered it cannot be returned. Absurd!! If a product doesn't meet the customer's expectations then it should be a no quibble return policy and it should be done easily and quickly. This company doesn't stand behind its products. They refused to accept a return unless the item had been assessed when received. If a product falls apart in the laundry or comes apart because of poor manufacture or other there should be no problem acknowledging that and allowing a return. I will not use this company again.

    I bought 4 pairs of leggings, and they sent me 3 pair and something I didn’t order! I tried to explain that I wanted the 4th pair but I didn’t want to pay shipping again because it wasn’t my mistake!!!! They tried to make other sales while “helping” me with my problem. They gave me a return code and told me I needed to take it to the post office! I’m a senior and I don’t drive! I just want my original order shipped to me.     I last ordered from Woman Within many months ago. The last couple of months there has been an $18.14 charge on my MasterCard. I called about it on Monday and was told "Oh, that's a Reward Program you signed up for when you last ordered and it's $18.14 per month. They sneak that in so that you don't see it and don't realize you are signing up. I'll cancel it for you and refund your money." The woman I spoke with was VERY aware that this was wrong and even said "they sneak so you don't know that you are signing up for it."

    This is fraudulent, but let's just say for a moment that I DID sign up for this program. Where is the 'Welcome Packet" showing what my benefits are and how I go about receiving them? I have received nothing in writing from Woman Within regarding this. At a cost of $217.68 per year, it seems like I should at least get something welcoming me to this rewards program. I received nothing.

    It's very clear that they don't want you to know that you have signed up for this program, based on their employee's statement to me, and based on the fact that they never send you anything verifying this. For a corporation like this to try to sneak and charge people on the sly like this is just wrong. As it is, the quality of their clothing has gone downhill over the last few years and I have regretted every recent purchase I have made. It's clear that the leadership at Woman Within is more focused on higher profits and less on quality and customer care. As a result, I will no longer shop with this company or sister companies.

    I made a purchase with Woman Within in May 2023, 2 Blouses, one was too small and one I kept, I returned one in late May. They received it on June 8th and sent me a credit for the Blouse I returned in the amount of 19.54 and the balance of 30.00, I sent on June 10th, and express overnight-so it will get there on the the 11th of June. They charged me late fees for July, August, September, in which makes no sense, I’ve haven’t made any purchases since May. So they called in September and they agreed to waived the late fee if I sent 10.02 right away, I did, and they still called me on a Sunday October 8th about this account, I'm fed up with their practices, please look into this complaint. I’ll see if any other fees will bounce up out of nowhere, customer service said he corrected it and my balance is 0, but we’ll see, please stay clear of this and their Sister companies,

    Comenity Bank/Woman Within is one of the most horrible companies to deal with. If you don't use the card any longer (that is me) and you cut up the card, you cannot log in online without the card number to maintain the account and make payments. It is absolutely ridiculous. However, they WILL take your money over the phone, then refuse to assist you with online access. I have NO intentions of keeping this account, it will be paid off this month, then CLOSED. Do NOT do business with these people. All of their "customer service" is outside the states, also. They have no willingness to help whatsoever. Just pathetic.

    Bootcut stretch denim jean size 26T. Catalog shows them at 26.99 and if you order a certain amount you get some free luggage. I don't need luggage so I tried their website and found the same exact jean on clearance for 13.49. GREAT. I put several pair in my cart BUT when I go to check out, suddenly each pair is 37.19??? I called. WOW. STUPID person I got on the phone. Must have killed a half hour trying to explain this. She barely understood English, kept asking me for some number on the catalog, yellow box number? WTH is that? I said, "Forget the catalog, on YOUR WEBSITE the jean is on clearance." She asks for an item number, well there is NO SUCH NUMBER TO BE FOUND. She looked it up by title and I guess found it, Told her my size at least ten times.

    Finally she comes back and it seems NOTHING in my size is available? NOT ONE COLOR? Out of 12 possible choices? Chocolate shows up on MY end as "Order soon, only 4 left in stock." I asked if ANY color in my size is in stock. Nope, she is not about to sell me ANY at 13.49. AND THAT MAKES THIS A FRAUD! I asked if I could talk to a manager and she tells me "I'm the only one here." I COULD HEAR people in the background asking for item numbers, sizes and so on. Big call center. CLEARLY this dim wit is a liar. Repeat customer here they are about to lose forever.

    I just placed an online order, and was promised 40% off as well as free shipping, as I am a new customer. They offered 40% off because I was a new customer, and free shipping if I joined their email list. I did, and entered the code they gave me. I did NOT receive 40% off, nor did I receive the free shipping that was promised. I then proceeded to call Woman Within's customer service to ask why I did not receive what was promised. I spoke to someone who was completely incompetent. When I spoke to her or asked questions, she did not respond.

    I almost hung up, thinking she was not on the line. She could not tell me why Woman Within did not honor the code they provided and sent to my email. She said she could cancel the order, and I could reorder online, and re-enter the code. Why on earth would I do that when they did not honor the code, or do what they promised when I placed the first order?! Of course I don't trust them to get it right a second time, when they didn't the first time. I told her to cancel my order. I do NOT trust this company, and have no plans to ever order from them again!

    I was a customer for a while, then needed some pants, ordered them but they were too big, called, returned all 6 pairs, was never told of any return fees. Was immediately charged for returning them & before I could get them to stop that they charged me late fees & interest fees every month for several months. I called many times, said they'd take care of it. But they are still charging me - $39/month for no purchase & refusing to stop. Heartless and greedy. I have never been treated so poorly anywhere.     Women Within and associated companies bait and switch! Advertise one thing and then do not have the item at that price. Give you discount codes that don’t work. Customer service calls break up when you push the issue or the call is lost. Extremely dishonest!!! Returns are a nightmare and even if you do what is needed for free shipping sometimes you never qualify. If you send a email you get the runaround. Oh that’s a old code even if you try to use it the day you receive it. Or they don’t respond. When they say a item is a % off it is not.

    I have been a customer for years with Woman Within so I purchased a swimsuit. When I received it it didn't fit. I am not a big woman and I got an XL but this was like a medium. So I returned it and I was only supposed to be charged $10.97 for the processing. Had no idea that I was going to be charged $27.97. So basically almost $30 for nothing. Could have gone to Walmart and bought 2 swimsuits for that price. Customer service didn't offer to help, didn't offer gift card. Nothing. Just like that's just the way it is, deal with it.     I ordered, but then canceled 20 minutes later because I forgot to add my codes for my rewards and free shipping. I was told that it would credit back to my Ww credit card in 24-48 hours. I waited the 48 hours, no credit. I called again and was told it would be credited back in up to 72 hours. So I waited another few days. No credit still. I called a third time and was told they put a 90 DAY hold on it until it’s credited back on my account!!! WTH?? They are losing a customer on this one, but they don’t care.

    They have been charging me $16.95 a month. I tried to contact them about this monthly charge but they do not reply back. I had to call my bank and tell them to stop payments to this company. The clothes I did buy from them in the past had weirdly sewn seams.

    Dealt with this company many times in the past, but something has definently changed. Awful experience. Have been waiting over 2 months for my order, tracking kept giving me new delivery date. The last tracking made no sense, so I called, and they said I should have called in 7-10 days. Basically told me it's my fault and if the order never arrives I'm out of luck. Makes me wonder if they are having financial problems. I would avoid dealing with them; seeing some of the other reviews it's clear they're trying to avoid giving refunds.

    First order with Woman Within. Ordered size 2X two tops. Came in on time. But nothing like advertised. Very disappointed. I should have read reviews first. Online it shows the fabric and details much different than what is sold.

    I ordered 2 pairs of pajama pants, one of which was the wrong size. After four calls to Customer Service, I finally spoke to someone who agreed to send me a shipping label so that I could return the item. I opened the email with a link for the return label, and it stated that I was given a store credit for half the item's price. When I called them about this, they pretended not to know what I was talking about! I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order, as it seems like others have had the same or similar problems. I will not be shopping with this company again!

    Returned 2 dresses that did not fit: Filled out form for return. Options were to receive full refund as a gift card or refund back to credit card for refund minus return shipping charge. We checked the option for refund to card with return ship deduction: Item was returned with tracking proof of receipt back in May, No refund back to card as of July 6. Took 3 calls to Customer service during which they acknowledge receipt of the item, yet still no resolution. The on line account shows the order but no info about a return. They first claimed they mailed a refund "Gift card" which we did not want. It never came.

    Then they claimed they issued an "Electronic Gift card" which required entering the number and pin ( which we were never given or even notified of. NO info about this exists on our account on their site. Still showed no return of the item, no credit on the account, No electronic gift card. Now they are claiming they have refunded back to our card, still with the deduction despite all of these issues!! We will see. We get about 5-10 emails a day from them with sales and offers, but NOTHING acknowledging the return or info about refunded payment. STEER CLEAR -- they seem unable to process returns properly!

    Terrible service for international customers. Used to be able to ship to USA with a USA address even if you live in Canada!! Now you cannot, and cannot exchange and only return at a cost. Size chart is way off, making things even worse..Very Very disappointing, probably won't order again!!!

    I had a credit limit of $200. I ordered a few things, and made a few payments of $30. I then ordered two pairs of shorts, and ended up returning one. I got confirmation on the tracking through the post office, that it was delivered back to them. I got zero credit for returning them. I tried to talk to customer service, and literally no one would help me. Everyone said it wasn't their Department. I had a balance of $111. Then I started getting bombarded with phone calls and letters demanding payment, and still no one would give me credit for the shorts I returned, or even talk to me about it on the phone.

    Website online was a dead end as well. I kept telling them I wasn't going to make another payment until I saw credit for the shorts that I returned, and that I knew for a fact they had received. They just kept coming after me for their money, which just kept growing and growing and growing. Fast forward to today, I just got served paperwork, because they started the process so that they can garnish my wages for what they are saying is now $532 that I owe them. Really wish I would have believed all the reviews that I saw, and steered clear of them!

    I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, that sadly didn't fit. The cost was $113, with 'free shipping'. Sadly they did not fit, so I went through their process to get a return label and send them back. They were returned within 4 days. When I had not heard back from them I emailed customer service three times to ensure they had been received by the company and to inquire about when the refund would be issued. I got zero response from their customer service team.

    After almost a month, I filed a complaint with Paypal, which was declined, because the product had actually arrived. So I was back to trying to deal with WW. They finally sent me an email stating that the refund had been issued and would appear on my statement in 3-5 days. When the refund actually posted, it was for $35. I was aware I would have to pay for the return shipping, but in their fine print (that no one ever reads lol) it also states that you will also have to pay for the original shipping cost. That seems rather arbitrary, as it was sold to me with FREE SHIPPING. The whole process was so sketchy, and unclear. I do a LOT of online ordering, and have never encountered such shady behaviour from a seemingly reputable company. So.. brief review.. the order was $113.. the refund was $35. Unless you live near one of their stores, or are positive that what you order will fit you... I'd give this company a HARD pass.

    Where do I start. I placed an order over the phone with Woman Within. Later that afternoon I checked my email and I did not receive an email confirmation of my order (like usual), so I went online and placed the order again. After several weeks I received two order of the same items. I called to have all the items returned. I was sent two QR codes to return the items. I went to UPS and they scan my QR codes and sent the items back to woman within.

    After a month and a half of not receiving a refund I had my son call Woman Within and they told us that they had not received the items. The Rep told me that upon looking at the tracking number UPS provided it seemed that the items were sent to the wrong address and I needed to contact UPS to straighten it out. I contacted UPS and UPS said that they sent the items back to the address that was provided by Woman Within and they were not responsible for the packages. After being in communication with Woman Within customer service over the past several months I have been promised several refunds that I have not received. I have paid this company close to $200 for merchandise that I don't even have in my possession. I will not be doing business with this company again, consumers beware!

    If I could give this place negative stars I would. I placed an order online and used a 50% site code that did not stay in my cart when purchased. Customer service was terrible and couldn't offer me any options except to reorder it again, and hope the code went through on their busted website. Then I would need to return the previous items I ordered with a $7 dollar return fee. They also were not willing to waive the $26 dollar shipping on the new order.

    If 50% is advertised on your website and I purchase through there and the website fails to give me my code you should just be able to refund me the 50% and I should not have to jump through hoops and pay an additional $40 dollars to get it. I am beyond frustrated with the terrible customer service of this place. I will tell anyone I know to never purchase anything from these people because of their shady operations. It would not surprise me if their website was intentionally setup like this to take money from people.

    If you are not positive it will fit - don't buy it. The exchange policy online says it's a free exchange but you will have to pay for the item a second time to exchange it. Then your refund for the first item will be provided in a gift card IF you don't want to pay shipping. If you ask for the money refunded to your credit card, there is an additional charge. How is this a free refund??? I will not be buying any merchandise from this company again.

    Started in April ordering a few things. They came early May. However, the sizes were wrong. All were the same size that I wear, but some hung on me like a bag as they were so big, and 2 were too tight for me to get into. Talked with customer service and they emailed me a return label and and exchange sheet so I could get the same things just in different sizes. Waited all month and found out they they just credited me a refund and no exchange in site. Ordered items again in hopefully a size that would fit and got the wrong shorts for the swimsuit again but different shorts from the first time, and instead of the pj bottoms I got a swimsuit in an extremely large size that wasn't even ordered.

    Called customer service again and talked with someone that I could barely understand. She sent me a return label to use. Ended up keeping swimsuit shorts and just ordering again what I wanted as afraid by now I won't have in time for vacation if I return them, also ordered by pj bottoms again. A few hours later, when I checked my email I saw the confirmation and found that they didn't take off shipping as I was to have free shipping over $50. Called again and they said "Oh, sorry, but my order was already processing." so I got scammed on that and the pj top and bottoms were separate orders with a deal if ordered 2 or more which I initially did, but now lost that because sent swimsuit instead and had to order pants this time - so scammed again. Loved the clothes but if they don't fit forget it. You are in for a world of trouble!!!

    I just noticed this company was charging me $18.18 a month on my PP and I have no idea what for? The credit card statement is impossible to read and every time I try to pay the card off, I seem to have another unidentifiable balance? Returns are difficult, plus they never refund your money but rather provide you letters in the mail with a credit number? I only buy shoes from them as I have extra wide feet, but the quality is horrible and the prices ridiculous! I made another return at on of their Happy Return location and I have yet to receive any communication from the company about where my credit, or money for the return is? This company has been around a long time, but now, it feels like nothing but a scam! Buyer beware.

    I understand shipping charges for an order - what I need help understanding is why the customer is charged 1 lb.18 oz more in weight because Woman Within fills the package with their catalogs. I did not request these catalogs and feel this is a violation of transparency with this company.

    I ordered a Sweeping Printed Lounger from Woman Within in January 2023. Have never received it. They said it shipped on Jan. 18th. They never sent an email saying it shipped. So I thought it was back-ordered. Since it is past 60 days from the shipment date, they say there is NOTHING THEY CAN DO. NO REFUND. NO REPLACEMENT. Be careful ordering from Woman Within.

    Ordered 2 items 4/4/2023. Supposedly sent on 4/5/2023. I inquired with customer service on 4/18/2023 as to where my order was. I was told they don't consider the order missing for 20 days after sent. I was to check back on 4/26/2023 if not received. I received an e-mail on 4/26/2023 that stated my order was returned for refund. No explanation as to why I did not receive my order.

    Customer service at this company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Explaining to them what I needed was like speaking to a child. When I called them I was transferred to six different people and no one was able to help me because they didn't listen to what I said. I had and still have issues not being able to locate my orders. I was able to log in just fine but no order history. After speaking to the first customer service rep, she said she would transfer me to the IT department. Fine. Five more transfers were to customer service. I made a complete loop. No IT person ever came on the line.

    The last 'customer service' person was the dumbest yet. I made myself very clear as to what I wanted help with. He simply did not understand anything. I got fed up and told him so. I had to cut him off twice because he was rambling on about their sales, clearance, blah blah blah. I interrupted him and told him to stop talking. I said this is not what I am calling about don't you understand???? I must have explained myself four times and he STILL didn't understand. After my patience was hanging on by a thread he had the tiny, dried up, blackened balls to ask me what I was calling about. OMG. If I could have reached through the phone I would have choked him.

    I WANT TO FIND MY ORDERS ON YOUR WEBSITE!!!! He then told me I had placed my orders as a guest. Well ** me. This is an ** lie and he is one of the most incompetent 'customer non-service' agents in the history of ordering. Where do they FIND these people???? I don't know now who to call to find my orders. I am so fed up. If you order from Woman Within, don't expect to get any help if and when you need it.

    I ordered a pair of petite slacks in pine. I received a pair of very light weight harem style pajama bottoms, size 3X, in Black. It took several emails and several phone calls to resolve the situation. The first CSR I spoke with was very difficult to understand. I had noticed the disclaimer about returning a product and the possibility of being charged fees, unless I agreed to receiving a refund as a Woman within Gift Card. But, there were no options regarding receiving the wrong item from the company.

    I told the man, all I wanted was to simply return the item they sent in error, for the one I had ordered. I was getting nowhere. There was talk about fees and gift cards. I said no, just exchange it and why would you charge me shipping for your error. Then he asked many questions, which I kept answering, even though I thought what does that have to do with a return.

    Finally, he asked if I wanted to open a Woman Within Credit Card. I declined at least 4 times. Then He said then what credit card will you being using. I said for what? He said to pay the bill. I said what bill the order has already been paid for. He said the $56.00 for what you just ordered. I went slightly ballistic. At that point I told him forget about the replacement, I want a refund and a shipping label. Again there was talk about fees and gift cards. I told Him, "No! You sent this item in error you pay the shipping charges and I want a refund to my credit card."

    I received several emails after that about gift cards. I called again and I was told just return the item and we will give you a refund. I used their shipping label and they acknowledged receipt and a refund in process email. Next day I received an electronic gift card. I called again and told the woman that this was not what I was told would happen and that this is all because you shipped me the wrong item. I want a refund. Five Days later my credit card was refunded. My gut feeling is this is a company hired to handle customers for Woman Within and in exchange they are allowed to abuse the customers with sales pitches for their Credit Card and additional merchandise. Somebody in their company better wake up, about hiring CSRs that speak English, and their primary job of helping customers. I will not be buying from them any longer.

    I placed an order paying with my PayPal account in January 2023. One item arrived promptly and the other two were on backordered. On March 16 2023 I received an email stating that the backordered item was canceled because my bank did not honor payment request. This cancellation was done without notifying me and giving me an opportunity to pay another way. Customer service told me it was my fault because I should have known Paypal does not work for the purchase of backordered items. I expected the vendor to let me know right away when the item was backordered that I would need another way to pay. Heads up that customer service is dreadful. I will no longer shop at this website. I have shopped online frequently for a long time and have never experienced this situation and am appalled. I will no longer shop at Woman Within.

    Has anyone noticed every time they put on a sale at 50% off they jack the price up so when you go to buy the product, you are paying the price they had on this product before they put on the 50% off so you are not getting anything off actually. Just notice the price and when they put the sale price on it is the same price it was in the last catalog. The only sale I see is in the clearance section. Nuff said. Thanks.

    I ordered 2 pair of jeans and 1 package of bras and 1 package of panties. I received 2 packages of bras and 2 packs of panties. 1 pair of jeans was too small. Identify back the jeans and duplicated items. I was refunded the jeans. They sent me back the duplicated panties and bras. I sent them back again, each time costing me$11.00. Woman Within will not take the duplicated order off my credit card. I call and get transferred to different representatives only for them to hang up on me. I have written to them and my letters go unanswered. I was told on the phone just pay the bill and get it over with.

    I feel this company is truly not about the customer. They convinced me to sign up for a credit card with two "discounts", which is pretty typical. I usually don't fall for that, and now I kick myself for agreeing to it. The first discount was applied to one of my purchased items, but I ended up returning that item and they refused to apply the discount to the item I kept, so as a new customer, I did not experience that discount after all. The other discount turned out to be $10 offer for a future purchase, although I swore they told me $20.00. Okay, so these are insignificant amounts, I know, but when shipping alone for one item costs over $10.00, those little promotions come in handy. But, then I find out that my return can't simply be credited to my new credit card.

    No, that would cost me over $10.00 to do! The return came instead as a "gift card" so you are once again forced to purchase more from them instead of simply getting your money back. Honestly, with Target and Amazon and other customer-friendly stores around, don't bother with Woman Within. You will just end up angry and frustrated, and the clothes are just not worth that.

    I have been ordering clothing from Woman Within for the last 15 years, but I am done with this company due to shady practices. I ordered three t-shirts that are advertised as 100% cotton. These are the same shirts I have been ordering for years. They are now 60% cotton/40% polyester, and they are rough like sandpaper! The sizing tag that is sewn into the side is usually made of soft nylon, and now it is made of plastic. If you cut the tag off, you have to sew the side of the shirt, since it is sewn into the seam. I will be donating two of the shirts now, since they have already been washed. The third one that was returned was charged a return fee of $9.99, even though the item was falsely advertised. Customer service is absolutely worthless! There should be some class action suit against a company that lies about their product and has such a shady return policy. They will no longer get any money from me!

    I ordered two items from Woman within. Okay, fine - but I did not sign up for their $16.95 per month membership, and yet I have been charged twice for it! When I realized what was going on (as though I would ever pay $17 for a membership for some dang clothes), I called customer service, spoke to someone with a tenuous grasp of English, and she told me to call a different number. I called that number, and reached a male moron who said in a pseudo-chipper smarmy manner, "I will see what I can do." I cursed at him and told him he will not "See" what he can do, but rather refund my money as I asked. I finally hung up on this complete creep who likely resides in his mother's basement. I reached another slightly more helpful person, and she said my money will be refunded. We will see about that - I am prepared to seek legal action if need be. Freaking creeps. What a shady company!!

Reordered 1skirt, when I called to check on delivery status was given a date, but was told they couldn't provide a tracking number or any info. Delivery date passed, no package. Called back and was given a new date, but no tracking info. Asked to speak to supervisor, none available, should call back another day.

    I ordered a skirt. When I washed it (according to the washing instructions), it shrunk unevenly, so the hem was about 6 inches shorter in some areas than others. I returned it, and they refused to refund my purchase because I had washed it. I disputed it with my credit card company, and the credit card company gave me the money back. However, I just received a letter from a collection agency about this, so I guess they haven't given up, and now plan to ruin my credit rating instead of admitting that they sold a defective item.

    I am so annoyed with how they acted that I have stopped ordering anything from not only Woman Within, but also all of the other catalogs from the same family of brands. I expect the companies I deal with to behave more responsibly. Selling defective merchandise is NOT ok, and expecting the customer to take the loss is even worse!

We called them and they are returning the money but are they doing this to everyone who bought things from them in the past?     First off, I understand this is not necessarily my "own" experience because I did not personally make the order or send the return in BUT it involves my 93 year old Grandmother...someone who cannot come online and write her own review. This company stole from my Granny, a loyal customer who always paid her bills in full in all that time. The bulk of her wardrobe came from this company, that is no longer the case. Second, I only gave them one star because I had to choose something to post this review, I did try to click none at first. 0 is my actual rating, a solid 0.

    My Granny ordered some items and they did not fit her. She was told to return them and she would be credited the amount (a refund is what should be done). She returned the items, never received a credit. Her daughter called several times and the company was very rude to her and said, "She didn't return return in time" when she did and the postmark can prove it. I think this company is sitting on packages and telling people "they didn't return in time" in order to avoid credits and refunds. So people order, receive item, return item only to met with no credit or partial credit that is nothing compared to what was originally spent. That is theft and I believe this company is purposely taking advantage of people, especially since so many of their clientele fall into certain age ranges.

    This company knows that, I'm not sure how to get to the top but I think I'll review them every single place I can and make sure that every person I know that falls into their "target" group knows just how big of liars, thieves, swindlers, and crooks this company really is. There's a lot of things I wouldn't want on my conscience and judging off many of these recent reviews, Woman Within itself and the employees committing these scams will be faced with stealing from 93 year old women on their own conscience. They should be ashamed of themselves, people are on fixed incomes and this company steals from them. I hope this place flops and goes completely under... Liars, cheats, and thieves.

    They call themselves "Woman within" but they are stealing from women every single day. Perhaps they should do a name change...something like "Evil Within" seems to describe this company more accurately. Save your money and your sanity, cancel your account with these people. ❤ I'm sorry for all the others that got taken advantage of this company.

    I received my order. 2 items were incorrect. Now I have to return these and after they are processed I may or may not get the correct items depending on stock availability. This comes from the customer service rep which I was on hold for 30 minutes. I was transferred to yet another customer service rep who was ruder than the first. I took my entire order back to the post office and had them weigh the package. This company charges the customer shipping which includes your purchases plus the 4 catalogs they include with the order. I didn't ask for catalogs but I'm paying the shipping for them.

    I have been a customer for years at Woman Within. Most things I order must be sent back due to not fitting correctly. The quality is not good, and comes apart in a few washings. My payments are ALWAYS done on line, but December 2022 my payment didn't reach them on time, so I called my bank stopped my check, I had to make it on the phone (which cost $9 more)!! When I receive my bill in January this lousy company charged me $29 for a returned check, when I called them they said I didn't have sufficient funds in my account (and I surely did) I have always paid my bill with this company for YEARS the same way, but now I must call to make payment on the phone costing me more.

    I cancelled my credit card with this company for good!!! Do not do business with this company they have rotten customer service, and the call center is NOT based in the U.S.!! So hard to understand the people who answer their phones. I tried to explain, she would not listen to my complaint at all. She said, "You do not have proper funds in your account." I told her, "Yes I do!"

    They bait you with ads that promise 50 percent off their entire site then later when it does not show 50 percent of all at time of placing order (only the first of a multiple ordered item - same description and sku). They say it was different manufacturer on same skirt… less discount on the black denim skirt rather than the blue denim color choice.

    I am sure this won't be posted but, do not order from this company. I have done so for decades and when I returned something it didn't cost me. NOW they charge you for shipping TO you (of course) and if you return something no matter what the reason, they charge you to RETURN it to them. I will NEVER order from them again nor recommend them. By the time all of this is done, you get a credit of next to nothing.

    The operator admitted on the phone that the pants I ordered were described as "pure cotton" in the catalog but were actually 90% polyester/10% nylon, that it was a "misprint", but they took no responsibility. She flatly refused to give me her name or pass me to a supervisor. What a waste of time and money.

    I ordered a bathing suit on sale. By the time I paid for shipping, it was up to $28. Still a good price so I bought it. Ended up being too big.     Found pants that I wanted to order from WW. Since they offered $30 off your order of $75+ if you applied for their credit card, I applied. Was told that I would receive free shipping 4 times a year with my new credit card. 10 days after applying, I received the credit card and the pamphlet said use WWPWELSAVE for $30 off and that the code would expire in 30 days of receiving CC, put in the code and it says expired. Customer service told me to put in WWSHIPPING2023 for free shipping, the code says invalid or expired.

    Contacted them AGAIN and they said I have to be signed into my account and have my WW credit card stored online. Did that and still none of the codes work. I was going to be spending over $150 on merchandise, I absolutely refuse to pay $25 for shipping when I was promised free shipping. Reading the reviews here, I think I dodged a bullet ordering from this amateur organization! Needless to say, the credit card is now cut up and I will never, ever order from this company.     I ordered 3 shirts and had to send them back. The shirts fit but the sleeves were too short so I sent them back. They said I had a gift receipt to reorder. I tried to reorder but they acted like they didn’t have any so the next letter I got was the money was put back to the original payment so I called them back cause if they could not fill my order I should have gotten my full return but they kept the shipping and the taxes I paid. This company is so wrong. I will never order from them again and I suggest everybody seriously consider all these reviews before they take your money and I have not received my refund yet but it's only been 6 days.

    I have been a solid customer since 2008. Recently I purchased a winter jacket in my regular size. I have previously bought jackets from them in the same size and they always fit. This jacket was too small. I went online, started a refund process, and sent the jacket back requesting a refund back to my credit card. Imagine my surprise when three weeks later they sent the jacket back to me saying I went beyond the 60 day return deadline. When I wrote to ask why I was able to start a return online if a return wasn’t an option, they simply repeated that it was too late for a refund. To say I’m angry is an understatement. I demanded (twice now) to be removed from their mailing list but - surprise - I still get their catalogs, which go right into the recycling bin. I will never buy from them or any Full Beauty brand again.

    I have ordered clothing from Woman Within and associated brands for years, and have been satisfied with the products for the most part. Last Summer (July 2022), I ordered 3 tee shirts during their 3 for $33 sale. I never received them and despite numerous calls requesting a new shipment of the shirts or a refund, I have not received the shirts or the refund. In every instance, they have acted as if I have done something wrong, including blaming me for ordering from their website rather than calling to place an order. I recently decided to try one more time to get my money back, and have once again, been stonewalled by them. I will never order from WW or any of their associated brands again.

    I recently ordered a winter coat during the Black Friday promotions. I ordered the size I typically wear, however, when it arrived it was massively oversized. I like bigger but the arms literally hung 6 inches past my wrists. I began an exchange, later advised this was a return because exchanges aren't available. The system offered two options, return to the original credit card or an immediate e-gift card. Since my intention was to reorder I opted for the immediate credit.

    Days passed and I still received no credit on my account or an email with the e-gift card details. This morning I phoned customer service, the rep was confused and kept referencing a separate order. No matter how many times I tried explaining that it was a different order she just kept explaining the wrong order. Eventually, long after I had met my frustration threshold she created an e-gift card, provided me the card number and pin. She said she was unable to assist with reordering. We ended the call and I promptly logged into my account only to learn that the coat I had purchased is no longer available. I was truly disappointed yet I ordered the coat in another color. Then to compound my disheartening situation I ultimately had to pay more since the sale is no longer active.

    So to recap, at this point I have ordered the jacket in a color I do not want and paid more. The day progresses and I received no confirmation email. I log in and the order does not appear. Thinking maybe the order did not submit I tried to reorder and learned the gift card balance was now zero. I waited all day to give it time to make it through the system. This evening I call and speak with James, that is all the info he would provide and refused to let me speak with a manager. He could not find the order so reactivated the original gift card, that because it is Friday, may not be available until next week. The 2nd coat had only 7 left. I will be forced to order something else I dislike. Loyal customer lost.

    Woman Within's customer service is horrible. I'd stopped using the site for myself a year ago, because of incorrect service charges on my credit card, cost of shipping items, and more. The worst experience is my current one. As I said, I don't use the site anymore and have cut up my WW credit card. However, my plus size sister requested a specific item which I ordered. I never got a confirmation, but could see it ordered on my account page. Unlike the MANY other sites I order from, I not only didn't get a confirmation, I didn't get any shipping notifications.

    When my sister called,, asking about the coat (ordered 2 months ago), I called customer service. The representative's English was halting, but she said that the package had been delivered, and that there was a photo of the delivered item. I asked if it was inside or outside the door, as my sister lives in an apartment building in the town center. Rep said "outside". Clearly, since my sister didn't receive it, the most likely explanation is that the package was stolen.

    The rep said I would need to fill out a loss documentation form, which she would MAIL me (taking 5-10 days, she said) I should fill out and return. So it's on me to fix this. I asked if she would send me an email confirming that she would send me this form. She said she couldn't do that. So, I have to wait for this form, and if doesn't come, I'll have to call them AGAIN, explain AGAIN, and probably go through the whole thing again. Meanwhile I have paid for the original coat, and then for the reorder for my sister (which I asked for a delivery note: DO NOT LEAVE OUTSIDE), and who knows if and when THAT will arrive. For this order, I DID receive an order confirmation email, now we'll see what happens with the delivery process.

    I had a horrible experience with customer service. I wanted some dresses to wear to a wedding I was helping with and my son's wedding rehearsal as well. I've ordered in the past and also from King Size with no problem. This time my order was attached to a non-existent account under my nephew's name. I tried looking up my order to see where it was and it disappeared from my account altogether. I found an email stating my order had been delivered, I found that my order was sent to my nephew's address from two years ago, but not from my account.

    I called and tried to explain that there was a computer problem since the whole order disappeared from my account. The first person I talked to couldn't find my order at all. I was transferred and disconnected. Called again, repeated that my order has disappeared. This person found it and said I made my nephew's old address my primary address and they couldn't help me. I asked for a person higher to to speak to. I was given a number to call. Called this number, they couldn't find my order until I told them it was switched to my nephew's old address. Again, they could do nothing. I kept asking how I could have ordered from my account and then had my order completely disappear. This person kept repeating that I had done this and transferred all the items to this account that DOESN'T EVEN EXIST! I repeatedly asked to speak to someone higher up. This person got a very smug attitude and repeatedly asked just who would I like to talk to, that no one could help me.

    Finally, I was sent to a customer resolution specialist. WHAT A JOKE! This person just sweetly repeated there was nothing they could do. I am out almost $500. This person also said I had called a week prior to get the information correctly changed. I did not make this call and they would not tell me what phone number had called so I and they could verify the call came from one of the phone numbers on my account. They got to keep their $500 from the order and whoever lives at my nephew's old address got to keep the clothes. Again, I placed an order from my account to my address with my address for billing. This order disappeared from my account altogether and was moved to my nephew's account which doesn't exist. When customer service found the order they said I had done this and could not help me with the $500 I had just lost.

    If I could give negative starts, I would. I tried to place a first time order with this company. They did not have 2/3 products I wanted. I ordered the third, although it was not my preferred color. I kept getting messages that the product was going to arrive late and it took so long, I cancelled it because I was going to be out of the country. At least I thought I did. Last week I suddenly received the product, at least 60 days from the time of the original order. It didn't fit and it was scratchy, When I called to return it, they said I had 60 days from the time I ORDERED IT. I WAS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING it back. I threw it in the trash. The hassle, lack of customer service, and time I had already dedicated to this endeavor was not worth anymore of my time. The old saying you get what you paid for is very true with this company. Lesson learned.

    Shoes were purchased for me and needed to be returned. Customer Service was told I have heart and lung problems from Covid. I was told I could return the unused shoes, and I did in the timeframe I was given via phone conversation. I spent the time and $ to have them sent back. WW spent the time and money to have them returned to the gift-giver with a BOLD note saying: “Return Old/Damaged Merch to Customer“. Apparently, they think their unworn shoes (only 1 was tried on by per pair) is OLD & DAMAGED. Too bad that’s what they think of their items.

    Seems I was given bad information by the first customer service representative re their 60 day return period, and that’s my fault. Funny how that works. Clearly I could not be aware of the faulty information given. Most importantly, their lack of compassion in this time of the pandemic and people’s suffering is astounding. Maybe I should have returned them with pictures of my heart and lungs. They will be on my do-not-buy list.

    I received a bill in October 2022 from Woman Within stating that I owe money to my CLOSED credit card that was closed in May 2022. I called customer service and was hung up on 4 different times after being transferred to numerous different customer service people. During talking to one of the customer service rep. I was told that I was in a store in Columbus OH and purchased this blouse in September on my CLOSED credit card. (I live in South Dakota getting ready for surgery) Each time I had to explain the situation. "How can a person charge on a credit card that was closed in May in September? Unless someone within your company has stolen my CLOSED card number.

    Never did get it resolved until a month later when Woman Within started calling me, because they could not charge me a late fee to a CLOSED account. After getting hung up twice. I finally talked to the account department and she figured out that this charge could not have happened. That an employee was using closed credit cards in the Columbus OH area to get items. I was not the first. She knew what I was talking about. I am still waiting on the letter to clarify that this has been resolved.

    Customer service was NO help at all and half couldn't speak English! I will not do business with them ever again. I thought they were a great company until they changed their policies about returns and this happened to me just as I had knee surgery. Very stressful!

    I placed an order one week ago and it still has not shipped. When I contacted customer support, they just kept saying it hasn't shipped and they had no way of knowing when it would. I asked to just cancel item and they said they couldn't do that. I said if it wasn't shipped they should be able to cancel.     Woman Within is real, but they have horrible customer service. Let's start with quality of items.... just okay. Their clothing is not of high quality but mostly of good quality, during the wash, some pill, some shrink, some fade. Sizing is way out of whack on most items so be prepared to exchange items. They do offer very large sizing so if you find a particle pants that you like, once you find your sizing you can buy them over and over again, which in my opinion is the only reason I shop here. I found a pants that I like and after exchanging them I can order more next year. Be prepared to make up for the sale pricing in the costs it takes to exchange items and you can forget about fast shipping (expect about 3 weeks), that's non-existent!

    They advertise free exchanges, but they are only free if you do an exchange over the phone at which time you will be encouraged to place your order immediately without the refund, which makes sense at first, but then you have to pay the shipping again. Sound confusing? It absolutely is!!! If you do a return/exchange on-line, they will only issue a e-gift card and that won't happen until they actually receive the items back, which could take them up to 10 days to acknowledge their receipt of your returns. If you argue, which I did, they charge a $10.99 fee to turn that e-gift card into a refund on my credit card.

    Their customer service is impossible to deal with and they have you coming and going unless of course you don't mind actually getting the bathing suit you ordered sometime during the winter...LOL. Agents do not speak English as a first language if you choose to call. Chat will cut you off if you hesitate for even a moment to maybe look up your customer account number. I'd say they are pretty much a nightmare to deal with, but the clothes come in sizes other places don't offer. Under no circumstance would I pay full price for any item, they are just not that high quality.

    Ordered 2 items from them, checked delivery times and saw 6-9 business days. I had 2 weeks before I was moving overseas so I took the chance. I did ring to confirm that both items were in stock. They were very quick to send me constant emails to buy buy buy, but not one that stated the items had been shipped. After waiting 4 business days I rang to cancel the order but was told that was not an option. Apparently now they had a backlog, which I was not told about last week. Very disappointing.     Somehow with my order (I’ve order clothes online since 2017), they must have done a fine print to sign me up for $16.95 per month. It has come out 3 times on my account.     I ordered a pair of shoes. Shipping was expensive($10.99). Shoes were the color and size I had ordered. However, they were too big and I wanted to return them. They charged me $10.99 shipping plus $2.18 tax to get my money back. They would let you return for free if you accepted a store credit rather than a credit back to your original payment. However, I don't plan to buy anything from them again, so I didn't want a store credit.     Ordered was one winter coat in one color. They sent four of them that were two different colors and wrong sizes. Upon asking return instructions we got three different answers from three reps that did not coincide before getting a right answer. Then in attempt to buy the proper coat only one was ordered in one color and they sent three shipping to us one proper color and size with the other two being different colors and wrong size.

    When we called to return this we asked for a supervisor and upon getting he claimed that how the previous person helped us was impossible to do. He said his name was Jose and did not complete assisting us till I sternly told him how we were helped before. He finally did this even after he had told us it could not be done and I had to explain in detail mistakes he made on an email he had sent me. We had to make three trips to the return center due to their mistakes on what they wrongly shipped and mistakes they made on emails. Very poor in customer service...

    Hi. I just want to review the Stay-Cool Wireless T-shirt Bra that I got from Woman Within. When I tried the bra on, it fit perfectly fine. And so, I accepted it and didn’t return it at the time. But after wearing it, the band completely folded over and it just didn’t supply any support. My breasts are hanging like pancakes in it, and it was terrible. So, I called Woman Within to see. And they said they couldn’t accept it because it had been washed and worn. And I said, “Yes, that’s right. I’m not trying to return it, I’m trying to complain that this is a defective product that doesn’t work well for somebody with my bra size. Basically, they just wouldn’t help me. And when I tried to write a review, it says, “URL doesn’t exist.” When I click on the button to write a review, and when I go to the product, there’s no button to write a review. Basically, I have found not to order from Woman Within now after this experience. It’s just not a company that is user-friendly or values the customer’s experience. And there’s no mechanism if, for some reason, let’s say something was defective and it shredded when you wore it or something, you wouldn’t be able to get any kind of satisfaction.     The return department is a total mess. The chat feature is useless. They refunded me for incorrect item (which is lower in price) and when I called to tell them that they promised they will refund me the difference which they never did. When I called again to ask about the refund for price difference they assured me they did and asked me to call my credit card company and it wasn't my cc company it was their mistake. Their shipping fees are so high compared to other online stores plus you pay almost $10 for returns. They try to rip customers off through different tactics. Customer service is horrible, supervisors do not care much and are not there to help. I do not want their catalogues anymore, never gonna buy anything from them again.

    I have been a customer of theirs for many years. In the recent couple of years their service has changed drastically. Several times now I have selected items that have a low price but after completing the order, the price has gone up to more than double what it showed in the cart. They deny making any changes or mistakes and won't address the problem. They charge for returns so you still pay for the overpriced item. This is an absolute scam and it is hit and miss with them. They still have nice clothing, high and low prices, good sales etc. It doesn't happen with every order or every item but it has happened several times now. If you keep ordering here you wind up paying a special high price on an item that isn't worth it. It's a sneaky trick.

    This "rewards" program and the trickery used to "sign up" is total CRAP. I along with all of the others complaining did NOT sign up. The canned answers to complaints is insulting at best. It's been almost a year of $14.95 + TAX per month. Shame on me for not realizing sooner. Talked to someone last night. Given a number to call and say "I didn't receive my introductory package". Just made that call - STILL WAITING FOR THAT EMAIL. They send out so much email". I am so mad at this point.

    Also was told last night by the rep that I shouldn't cancel until after I get that "package" and redeem my free shipping. WHAT A FARCE, HOAX and whatever else you want to call it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TREATMENT. I only order a couple times a year so didn't realize what was going on. What an awful way to treat customers. BAD BAD BAD. When I fill out the return form, I find out 2 things: one - I have to return it back where she lives (or pay shipping again) so have to wait until I can drive back to her area; and two - a $10.99 processing fee is deducted from the amount returned.     Woman Within clothing offers free shipping and if the customer accepts the offer they also accept to be charged $14.95 monthly to enter their "Rewards" program. The advertisement for free shipping is not clear that the customer is accepting to be charged a monthly fee. It is very deceiving and should be considered trickery. DO NOT ACCEPT their "offer" for free shipping!!! They continued to take my money each month for no true service until I finally identified what they were doing. They did it from December 2021 'til September 2022. I will never do business with FullBeauty Brands and their affiliates again since I can not trust them will my billing information.

    Recently, I ordered a "TWO-PIECE SWIM DRESS" V-Neck swim dress, complete with a sewn-in bra AND separate brief. I only received the swim dress, not the brief. This swim dress is actually a tankini. With no swim brief, the top is useless as there is nothing stopping the top to flutter up with wind or waves. With no brief. I called their customer service number. Three different people insisted that the brief was not included and argued with me about the wording of their ad, even though stating it as a two piece strongly suggests that you get both pieces of the suit for one price. I very much expect no answer from them, let alone an attempt to right this. I've ordered from them a few times in the past with lengthy delivery times. Lesson learned, no more transactions with this deceptive company.

    I tried on Monday at 9 a.m., to cancel an order that I made on Sunday at 4 p.m. The item had not shipped and was still "in process." The policy of NO cancellation is not stated anywhere on the website, and they state the only way I can "cancel" the order is to return it with a $10.99 return fee, and they apparently tack on insurance and other restocking fees as well. I've also read that their return label takes so long to reach them, that the 60-day window is over and you are then out both money and goods. I've read many, many reviews of fraud and awful customer here at Consumer Affairs and at the BBB. I wish I had read the reviews first. Please do not order from this company. Save your time, money and aggravation.

    I purchased a pair of shoes on July 7 and when I received the shoes they were too small. I went to the return policy and decided to use Happy returns via their policy. I spoke to someone on the phone to verify what the process will be and told the 1st person that I wanted a larger size. They said okay and took me through the process where all I had to do was take it to a location and it would cost $10.99 extra to return. I was happy to pay it since I really wanted to the shoes.

    On the day I returned the shoes I called again to verify the location and to verify that I wanted a larger size. They received the shoes around the 20th of July and I waited for my shoes. It is now August and I called to be told that instead of shoes I received a refund back to my PayPal and the 10.99 was deducted from the refund but I never wanted a refund. I was refunded around $36 when I paid a total of $71.13 for the shoes. $71.13 includes the shoes (43.60) shipping 12.99, taxes (4.54) and additional shipping for return (10.99). That is not fair.

    In my opinion, this company behaved dishonestly. If you do not heed my warning, hope that you can at least do a CHARGE BACK on your card, because if you receive something that is damaged or not as described they will try to CHARGE you $10.99 for the return. It was only because I asked my card company to step in that I got the refund, as Woman Within claimed they submitted the refund - which they did not. My card company was very gracious, in saying "The seller replied trying to say that a refund was issued, which to me indicates that they did receive the return. They may be confused thinking that. I am closing the case in your favor due to the seller having an invalid proof of refund.".

    I purchased 2 items using Woman Within gift card and remaining balance with my credit card. Within 10 days, I received 1st item but 2nd item was backordered for last 25 days. All of sudden, WW charged my credit card in the amount what should have been covered by WW company gift card. When I called the customer service they gave me runaround and told me that the gift card that was charged went back into the WW gift balance due to a backorder and then charged my credit card instead. They never notified me about this and they charged my card without my permission. Per customer rep, they don't have to notified the customer for that.

    This company purposely playing around so that you cannot use their gift card but charging you again. When I asked them to switch the payment type from the credit card to WW gift card, the response was absolutely NOT. The customer service rep threaten to report me to the collection agency when I told her that I had stopped the payment from my account. I hope you guys never have to deal with this company! BTW, 2nd item is still show as processing in the system as of 8/12/2022.

    Yes, you can easily return an item, but you won't get any money refunded to you....I returned an item and confirmed that Woman Within received in June 2022. The refund was never applied to my card and when I call, I was forwarded on to multiple people because nobody knew how to apply the refund. The last person they sent me to had a voice mail and said to leave a message and they would call me back. However, I have never received a call. I have emailed the company for help as well, however, no response. I even left a poor rating for them, hoping someone would reach out to me and we could get the refund figured out. Yet, no response. I paid $10+ to the USPS for the return, plus the $26.80 for the shorts. This is ridiculous and I will never order from Woman Within again.

    The clothes are beautiful and fit me well. That is why I shop here and will continue to shop here. Sadly, if you need any customer care, they rate negative four stars. What I've learned... Returns - They provide you a label to send item/s back, but deduct $20 for that label plus $10 return fee. I found it's better to donate most return items. At least then they go to someone in need. Fulfillment of orders - Orders take a minimum of 3 weeks to arrive. Do not pay to expedite orders. It makes no difference! Gift cards - DO NOT BUY E GIFT CARDS! - They don't get sent and then retrieving them is impossible. I had to simply let one go for $100. Lesson learned.

    I ordered 3 pairs of cargo shorts/pants in what is my normal size. The material was so trash - so thin I knew it wouldn't take any time to rip through and they were too small. Went about trying to return the merchandise and they told me my return $$ would be $65 dollars. I spent over 90!!!     On June 19, 2022 I made a purchase for $19.00 from One Stop Shopping and Woman Within. My credit card was used to pay for item. When my husband received the bill for the $19.00 several weeks later he paid the bill. I never received the 2 items that I ordered!!     I placed an order using my bank Visa for the charge. Instead a cancelled WW Comenity card was used. I found out because I returned the order. WW indicated receipt of the return & requested exchange of a dif size. The exchange was chargd as a new purchase & did not get a refund for the returned item. In the meantime, I received a "letter" on plain white paper saying my credit card number has changed. I assumed it was a scam & threw it especially since I previously canceled the card. There is absolutely no way to speak to someone by phone or chat unless you are placing a new order but they refuse discuss issues. I used to love WW but they are no longer a company with integrity. Do not use.

    I would not recommend doing business with Woman Within. One package I had refused delivery on a duplicate order & they refused to refund it because I didn’t do a return which they would have charged me for. Then I had an exchange where they had no more in stock so they charged me for the return after already charging me once so I paid double for a product I never received! They are thieves.     I bought a pair of shoes but due to the fit, I returned my purchase immediately, unworn and in good condition. Instead of store credits, I opted for a refund which could, as the receipt link to their online Customer Service page stated, incur a return fee of $10.99. Two weeks later, I discovered they deducted $21.89 from my refund. The online Agent told me that I was not charged the $10.99 return fee, but was instead charged the original cost of postage, $19.99, which is not reimbursable. I asked where in the posted online return policy I could find that condition, because I wasn't seeing it. He said the return policy he quoted was stated at the time of purchase at the bottom, it turns out, of the same receipt that has the Customer Service Returns link.

    I would think that a full, non-conflicting version of their return policy would also be available for customer review at the RETURNS information site they linked to, however, having no desire to argue this point with someone who cannot effect change, I asked what I thought would be a logical question. How did the $19.99 original postage become $21.89? His answer? They charged tax. On postage. Of course they did. Never again.

    The clothes at Woman Within look great and have low prices with durable quality. However, getting them is extremely difficult and, if your order is messed up in any way, don't expect them to make things right. I tried to order online from a catalog I received. Just getting the right codes in the right boxes can be an exercise in endurance. Then, the site would not accept my address and would not tell me why. I called their 800 # and got the first and last intelligent agent I ever talked with. I just let her access and place the order for me. She assured me she had fixed my address and I would have no trouble ordering next time.

    The second time I tried to place an order, it soon became apparent she had fixed nothing. The site still rejected my address. I called CS FIVE times! That was 4 CS agents, 1 supervisor, and one hour of my time I will never get back. Each agent became highly confused when I explained the website had a problem with my address. All I wanted was to take care of the problem so that I could order by myself. All they wanted to do is place the order for me. I had two of them tell me that they had taken care of the problem, but since my order continued to not go through and could not tell me what the problem was, nothing was solved. I was crying in frustration by the time I got off the phone.

    Finally, I figured out on my own that there was a character in my address line that their site did not accept. I finally placed my order myself. But why couldn't they tell me that there were certain characters that their site did not accept in an address line? Why did each person I talked to act as though they did not know English when it was their first language? I did my best to enunciate and spell, even breaking down the letters for each agent. The first agent I talked to could not get past my zip code. We gave it a try five times, but the poor guy could not seem to understand past the first three numbers.

    It took almost four months and many catalogs to be enticed to try ordering again today. This time, I managed to get what I wanted in my bag. But, when I went to check out, they would not honor the free shipping with orders over $65 as advertised on the catalog. No matter how I put in the codes, it continued to add shipping. I called the 800# again. The first time, the agent said I was cutting in and out (after I explained my problem). The second time, the agent put me on hold, then came back and said something about putting in the codes. I told her I had put in the codes, but the site was not honoring it. She started in on something where it sounded garbled, I asked her to repeat, but she just kept on. She hesitated slightly, so I know she heard me. So I said, "Thank you" and hung up.

    I tried calling a third time. This time, I explained to an agent and she put me on hold. Then, an automated voice came on the line to say Woman Within was closed, call back tomorrow. They didn't even let my call be finished! When I get done here, I will try once more online and, if that doesn't do it, I will give up and go somewhere else where there is actual customer service and they want my order.

    I ordered a couple of items from Woman Within and called customer service which was a nightmare, had not received my order and customer service kept calling me miss and when I told her to cancel my order she said it was already at their warehouse to ship and the order could not be cancelled. It took over three weeks to receive. I placed a second order and applied for a Woman Within credit card because it offered discounts. The discount codes would not work online and I paid in excess of the advertised price.

    On my third order, I just really got perturbed because one of the items was supposedly on backorder and could not be considered for the discount price. I learned this only after calling the customer service department. Yet the item above was on the same invoice and arrived at the same time as the rest of my order. At this time I decided I was done. Wrote Woman Within to cancel my inhouse credit card and I returned 3 pair of pants I had ordered. I paid the balance due on my account if full less the items returned.

    Then the second nightmare began. I had closed the account and paid the balance I owed, should have been the end of the story. This happened in September, 2021. From September to March of 2022 I had numerous correspondences with Woman Within and Comenity Bank. My account continued to be charged interest and late fees for this absolute crap. Finally settled with Comenity bank last of March for $35. Immediately received another bill from Woman Within for over $4 in interest and I had to call Comenty Bank again to get the charge removed.

    This is not a reputable company and has substandard merchandise for which they charge a high price. They advertise discounts which they will not honor. I will never purchase from them again and I cannot recommend anyone else do so either. I have read the company responses to many of these reviews and it is an absolute lie. Customer Service is not important to them and they do not even try.

    This company had hidden fees. I was charged $16.95 on my credit card which I thought was for a backordered item. I called to get a tracking number and found out this charge was for a membership in their 'reward' program. To my knowledge I never signed up for that. However when I clicked on "free shipping" I was automatically enrolled. I never got free shipping. I paid over $23 for shipping on my total order. When something didn't fit I had to return it and paid shipping for that as well. They do nothing FOR the customer but it's all about them making money for THEM!! I will not do business with this company again. I do not recommend this company. They are horrible with hidden fees and shipping!!

    I placed two orders back in March and and subsequently had some health issues and got married. All within the next month. I forgot all about the orders I placed. Next thing I know I'm receiving 16 calls A-day from creditors saying I did not pay my bill. I never received the order and never received any bill from this company. I tried calling customer service but could never get through so I tried chat. After about 30 minutes an agent came on and told me there was nothing I could do. The order was too old. I asked to talk to a supervisor and about 30 minutes later again he came back and said there were no supervisors available and I would have to call and signed off. I have been trying to call for 2 days now and have not been able to get through to anybody. Now I am stuck paying almost a $100 to stop these creditors from calling me and ruining my credit report. I am through with this company and the credit card they use.

    To be honest, I ordered from them & it was okay. Until, this year in January I ordered two items & one I received the other one I paid but it was backordered & no notification before purchasing that the item is a back order it would be nice, NO! Anyways, after paid for it, it said on my receipt it will send out in May 01, 2022. So, came May nothing send out. I called & the guy said it's not ready it will send out in June. So, 2 days from there I received an emailed said to confirm that I still want the item & it will be sending out in June 30th. Unbelievable. Today, I got an alert from credit card that Woman Within charged my card without me purchasing an item. So, I called them, I got transferred 7 times. Frustrating because too much going on with this company. So NO! I will NOT recommend this company to anyone. I will have them refund back my money.

    Talk to people in the catalog department and was told I would receive a catalog in 7 days of request, four times in year 2021, and one time this month the year 2022. I would order something but never received catalog to order. Sincerely Frustrated and disappointed.

    Be ready that you will not receive a refund until you will not spend a month calling customer service requesting your refund. Without constantly requesting a refund you might not receive your money back. Finally, they will return your money but charge you a fine for the return. Never, ever buy from this company.

    I purchased a beautiful dress from Woman Within. Cost approximately 60.00. I wore it three times. After the second wash on delicate cycle, the fabric ripped from just below the seam. I contacted customer service and explained to them what happened. Unfortunately they are not willing to bend their policy for poorly made fabric in exchange to keep a customer. All I asked for was a store credit and I am certain I would have spent an additional 200.00 or more. All they could offer was a discount code (which I get every day in my email account). It’s very unfortunate that companies do not stand behind their product, much less their name. Perhaps they should change their name to Women Without.

    Save yourself a huge headache, do not order! Never received order, instead of just sending the item back out I was told to call and re order and they would honor the sale price at the time of the original order, as it was not on sale anymore. However, upon calling, they refused to honor the price. I can honestly say this company has the worst policies and customer service of any retailer that I have ever shopped. Past problems include using the worst shipping company (Pitney Bowes). Waiting weeks for orders that were shipped a mere 3 hours from my home, borderline illegal return policies, including issuing a merchandise credit without even asking. No thank you. I don't need to place another order so that you can find new ways to lower the customer service bar. Done with them and I suggest you run the other way, their cheap clothes are not worth the headache.

    FRAUD Alert! This Company, Woman Within, defrauds senior citizens! I bought ONCE two tops, for about $24.- last December and Woman Within kept debiting my account MONTHLY for $16.38 without my permission. Watch out. Never accept free shipping because if you click on that they will presume you signed up for something called 'rewards' which they think gives them the right to withdraw $16.38 a month!!! Shameless thieves were debiting my bank for 5 months! Customers pls go check your bank statements!

    Woman Within has been absorbed along with Roaman's by OneStopPlus. On the OneStopPlus site it indicates that if you are a member of the Shoppers Club, shipping is $2.99. Last night, I was planning an order and the site indicated that shipping was $5.99. I called, requested the $2.99 shipping, declined. Followed up with an e-mail and the response was "that's not going to happen, so sorry". After being a customer for over 20 years, this was shocking. The deception on the site and the service was terrible. Apparently you have to place the order and then if you find a problem you have to call and request the correction, they refused to help by placing the order with the corrected shipping cost. This is not about the $1, it's about honesty and customer service, both lacking in this company.

    I ordered a pair of shoes and they were not good quality and would not stay on. I returned them using the enclosed label and can see they were received via the tracking number with UPS. When I called to see where my refund was on my Woman Within credit card I was told that I sent them to a 3rd party company and I needed to contact them. I explained I used the return label in the box and my credit card was charged and there is not even a phone number to call? They did not care. This is unbelievable to me. Why would I not use the label that was sent to me to return the item. This feels like a racket and I spent 18.00 to make the return on top of the purchase. Bad service and poor quality from Woman Within.

    I purchased a posture bra and ordered the same size I alway wear because it said true to size. When it came, it was WAY too big so I called to get return shipping label. They only refunded me price of bra...without tax or shipping and it was as a gift card, not refunded to my original form of payment. Refund policy says "full refund" and "no return shipping cost"...LIES!!! Then when I contacted customer service to say I wanted refund to original form of payment and not gift card, they said I would have to wait till I got gift card and then change...RIGHT!!! Like they're really going to do that. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY and if I could have given 0 stars, I would have!!!

    S&H is ASTRONOMICAL! Bought a $42 pair of shoes. Tax, S&H came to $63! They were to be an 8 1/2 M. My toe came to the tip and was narrow. I had to stretch them. Some items are over priced but other than that and S&H love the clothes. Don't order much because of this. Also to get in touch with CS is a joke - need to do a lot of research to find a number. I didn't get a packing slip either. Again, nice clothes on a couple things I did get. Would order a LOT more if they lowered S&H.

    Company allows return up to 60 days. But, they required that they receive the item by day 60 (not that customer initiate return by day 60). Their return agent takes so long to deliver item to them that return item doesn't get to them by day 60. Then, they keep your money and your merchandise. Avoid this scam company.

    I ordered an outfit for a wedding. I paid $22.99 for shipping. Once I opened the package, the items were of such poor quality I didn't even bother trying them on. I went through the return process online and was not surprised that shipping wasn't included in the refund. However, unless I wanted a gift card as a refund, I would be charged $11.99 to have my money returned to my original form of payment! Basically, I just wasted almost $35.00 to look at some clothes for less than 5 minutes. There is no way I would accept a gift card as a refund based on the policies and quality of the company. Shame on this company!

    My return label was thrown away so I had to reprint my invoice, I called to check on the return label. I was told not only did I have to pay for the return but had to pay for the refund and reorder to pay for new items. Seeing how exchanging the items will be way more than what I purchased, I will take a hard pass.

    I ordered sweaters on 11/15/2021. When I did not receive them by 12/08/21, I emailed the company and was informed that the sweaters were delivered on 11/24/2021. I check my front steps every day for mail and/or packages and the package was not there. Perhaps stolen from my steps or delivered to the wrong address. Either way, there is no proof that it was delivered to my address, as there were no pictures of the package at my address and I did not receive a text message or email on 11/24/2021 that the package was delivered. I was informed that I needed to fill out an affidavit proving non-receipt of the package, which I filled out and mailed by USPS to this address: Customer Relations Analyst, 500 Mesa Hills Drive, El Paso, TX 79912.

    However, I did not realize that I should send it by registered mail so there would be proof that I sent it, because I have never been distrusted to the extent this company has gone. I then filed a dispute with their bank, Comenity Bank. Waited until 04/02/2022 to receive a letter from the bank denying my dispute and holding me responsible for the $79.97 plus any accumulated late fees, for items I never received, whether stolen from my front steps or delivered to the wrong address. On 04/02/2022, I emailed Woman Within Customer Support regarding the bank's letter and was informed by Jesse and Samantha that my affidavit was never received and because so much time had elapsed, the sale was now final and could not be reversed.

    Today, 04/17/2022, I received an email from Woman Within that I owe $108.97, due 05/10/2022. I will NEVER order anything from this unreliable company again. And I am extremely insulted, as a long time customer, that they do not believe me. I suppose I will be stuck paying their fees so my excellent credit will not be ruined. But I would much rather pay the $108.97 to a charitable cause instead of this disreputable company.

    Horrible service. I placed 2 different orders March 14. One of the orders was sent to Pitney Bowe's processing center March 17 with no movement since, label created but not turned into postal service yet. Other order has no updates at all, not even an order number. I have opened disputes with PayPal requesting a refund and waiting on resolution. I will never order from any of their catalogs again. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

    I ordered an e gift card online and received a confirmation. Nowhere online did it indicate it could take 3-10 days for the e-card to be sent. I called customer service and was told I had messed up and ordered a physical gift card. I told customer service that I had an email showing it was clearly an e card. I offered to send them a snapshot or forward the email to them. They could have cared less. I asked them to cancel the order and they said they could not. I told them that it was their mistake not mine. They were very rude. I even talked to a manager who was very rude. I don't know where they are digging up these reps and managers but they could care less about customer service. I will never order or have any dealings with this company again. Now I know why they have an overall rating of 1. Save yourself the stress and order from another company.

    I ordered four pair of pants in August 2021. Two pair went sent to me in October 2021. I received emails in October 2021 and December 2021 and February 2022 continuing to state order has been delayed. Ordered was received March 2022 and did NOT fit. When I tried to return, I was informed I should have returned last October 2021. Any refund of item was refused by this disreputable company. Never trust these folks, they lie to cheat you. I was tolerate of their extreme tardiness of delivery and this company used their tardiness as a way to cheat me.

    PLS STAY AWAY altogether, overed priced, material cheat on MOST products, customer SERVICE the worst, you can not understand nothing, from customer service, they can not hear or understand. Must be foreigners. I tried to order over $300 worth of clothes, no free shipping if you buy over $75 lies. You only allowed one code per order so it's either shipping or your percent off, PURE waste of people times and money. They want to be WALMART so bad, and the problem is companies like this Hike up pricing on cheat clothes, fix all these shipping, return policies to fail, and top it off. Some products takes months to ship, while that was not advise during processing orders, and they charge you for returning their items where if the size don't match the average buyer. SAD SAD SAD ge buyer. SAD SAD SAD.

    Their return process is sketchy. The provided return labels are USPS but they use Pitney Bowes so the only thing you will see on the tracking is the next day "Picked up by shipping agent" then it is out of the USPS's hands and not trackable except by calling Woman Within every week. They must WALK it across the country. Mine took 5 WEEKS to get from New England to Indianapolis. Then another week to get the credit. So there is a credit card cycle where I had to pay the balance then got the credit on my card. However, they charged me $22.99 for the return shipping instead of the $10.99 advertised if you use their return label. I asked their chat about the $22.99 and they said please call customer support. I have called CS about 7 times chasing the return of this order I will cut my losses. DONE. Do not buy from this store if there is any chance you want to return.

    I placed my order in September 2021 and still in March 2022 do not have my full order. When I placed my order in Sept. I was immediately notified one item would be shipped in November 2021 and the second item in January 2022. I received a notice in November that the item would be delayed. I finally received that item in December 2021. It didn't fit and I had planned to exchange it for a different size but with the holidays and other personal events, I didn't get back to it until after the 60 days. Plus there was no invoice in with the item so I figured I would have a fight so I just didn't try to exchange it anymore.

    In the mean time my 2nd item was to arrive in January 2022. At the very end of January I received an email that the 2nd item had been shipped. It is March 13th and I do not have the item. According to the tracking, it just left the warehouse. I tried to send a message to customer support...but never got an answer. I am never spending any money with this company again....6 months is a little too long for me to wait for the items I purchased.

    They have a super firm policy of No Returns after 60 days even if the purchase is a gift. Their customer service is a joke. Not helpful at all. Don’t buy here for a gift. You are wasting your money!!!
