    I recently ordered a set of business cards using Vistaprint's design service, and honestly, it was like working with children - stupid children. It was a simple design - I supplied an image to be centered on one side of the card with 2 lines of text centered on the other. For starters, they changed one of my lines of text. The first line was the business name and the second read, "thanks you for your business." Apparently this did not make sense to the people working on the design - they do not speak English as a native language - so they changed it, dropping the "s" in "thanks." Fortunately I noticed the change in time to correct it.

    Second, they had a great deal of trouble with the concept of centering the image and text within certain quadrants of the design. For example, "center this image on the left half of the card" produced a design with the image in the upper left corner. It was the same with the text. I would have thought the basic aesthetics alone would have been enough to convince them that "centering" does not mean one line at the top of the card and the other at the bottom.

    But there are actually two problems when working with Vistaprint's "design team" - and this is completely ignoring the change they made to my text. First (and most obvious) is their lack of English fluency means they do not understand basic terms like "centering," and second, they are not trained designers. They have no art training whatsoever. Consequently, when they can't understand the instructions, they have no aesthetic sense or training to suggest to them that something might be wrong with their interpretation.

    After the second failed attempt to get the basic layout correct, I decided to finish the revisions over the phone. The woman I spoke with was very polite, but had no notion of what I was talking about when I spoke of centering elements within quadrants. I was able to get the design completed only by checking her uploaded revisions and making changes by saying things like, "A little lower and more to the right," or, "Try to get the second line directly below the first line." A real designer would have been sniggering for days over instructions like that.

    My issue with this process is that the design fee, an admittedly modest $10, only includes 3 revisions. We went through one revision simply because the "design team" didn't understand the instructions. We went through two more revisions over the phone because they couldn't understand that "centering" applies to both horizontal AND vertical. The fourth and final revision was to correct the change they made in my text. I wasn't charged anything extra for the final revision, but by then I was beginning to wonder if they weren't deliberately misconstruing the instructions in order to force me to pay an additional revision fee. I am still wondering about that because I just don't see how anyone could, in good faith, screw up such a simple design so many times and in so many ways...

    Under no circumstances should you order a vinyl banner from Vistaprint unless you are prepared to have your design altered by the addition of a bar code, the placement of which you cannot control. My banner arrived the first time with smudged printing. It was immediately replaced and the replacement had clear, readable print. However, it also had a bar code immediately above the header of the banner. This is a display piece that is not intended to be framed as it is large.

    It is an ancestry chart and the bar code is not only distracting from the purpose of the chart and ugly but it is inconsistent with the old appearance we were striving for. The staff were as helpful as they could be but say there is no way for the bar code to be removed. We got a refund but the process has wasted so much time and energy and now we have to try to find another source with only a bit more than a week until the event. It is not acceptable to change the design of a display piece by the addition of a bar code.

    I have been a customer since 2013. I not only have my website with Vistaprint but I have purchased business cards, pens, flyers, signs, etc. My website was set up for automatic payment. Recently they have been having some type of system issues where they email me saying my payment declined and my website was being cancelled. I would reach out to them and check with the bank. Each time there wasn't an issue with the bank. It was with Vistaprint. Throughout this headache my website always still worked.

    A few days ago I got an email saying my website was being cancelled yet again for non-payment. I figured it was the same scenario, so I checked my website and it wasn't working. I reached out to Vistaprint and I was told my payment didn't go through. I explained that it's the same card they've been using. The customer service rep told me that the reason my payment declined was simply because I didn't have enough money to cover it? That's how you treat a customer of 6 years that has NEVER missed a payment?

    It took multiple chat sessions, a conversation with a manager and 3 different forms of payment to get their system to work. It's insane! I wasted more than an hour of my day trying to get my website up. As soon as I can rebuild my website somewhere else I will be leaving. I am looking right now. They will not get another dime from me.

    They shorted each 10 pack check one so all 10 were missing one hence, I got 290.... When I called customer service a man picked up that did not speak English well and he said he would mail the whole order again and for me to go through all 10 new packs and rip out the one check that was missing from each pack and throw the other 290 away due to them not being able to be used because they would be duplicated #ed of the ones I already have....

    1- So I paid $90 for a logo and gave all the instructions = go to this business card ID number on your company and do this back of the business card as a logo. I was not even asking this amateur team of elementary students that called themselves designers to come with creativity that would have caused me 1 million revisions. And they could not even replicate the same, really???? They sent me logo that has nothing to do with the example I gave them. No manager had reviews this logo before it was delivered to me: they would have understood that it DID not follow my guidelines.

    2- They sent me just 2 files pdf and png: really for $90? What about svg, jpg, gif, eps??? Conclusion = their poor job of $90 worth $35 on Fiverr with better logo pro. Save your money from this garbage, pay a bit more and go to the logo company, Vistaprint custom logo is done by amateurs.

    Taken the time to create, review & see the proof, I saw it all on bright white background. When I received my 1,200 cards the background was a dull creme unattractive color. I contacted customer service and all they had to say is... "Well since you don't have a color background then that's the only white they have." Over $80.00 later!!! Without even a refund. They don't even deserve the 1 star. If you can't trust their proof - don't order from them ever!! I will be telling my corp staff not to use them as well.

    My experience with Vistaprint has been rocky. I didn't have a problem with the business cards, pens, or postcards I ordered, but the t-shirts were awful. Numerous rounds because of their carelessness, and when I finally got them done correctly, the quality of the material was so poor; they started to fall apart after only a couple of washings.

    More recently, I started developing problems with their website hosting. From 2012 to 2017, never had an issue. Then all of a sudden, I wasn't able to edit blog posts. I completed a complaint form and was informed I would be kept updated on the situation. Months pass, no update, so I followed up. During this time, I was able to generate new posts so I was able to work around the inability to update posts. Their response was that they were aware of the situation and were working to correct the issue. Months pass, still no update. Finally, after a year and some months, they reach out to me and tell me they corrected the problem.

    Well, the problem with the editing was fixed, but now I couldn't generate NEW posts. Once again, I let them know what was going on. I was told they were working on it. One customer service rep told me that an easier way to fix the problem was to upgrade to their new platform, at twice the money. As a long-time customer, I wasn't even informed that they were switching to a new platform. So it feels like they switched to a new platform and were no longer maintaining, updating, or repairing the old platform. So now I am in the process of looking for a new company to host the website.

    I ordered a "Now Hiring" sign to display at a conference. 8 days before the conference I received a sign for a wedding instead of the "Now Hiring" sign. I contacted them and the soonest they could get me a replacement was 3 days after the conference. I asked if they could expedite shipping at their expense and they said no. The mistake was not mine, it was theirs and I ordered in plenty of time to receive before my event. I requested a refund.

    I have used Vistaprint services in the past and not experienced any issues. However, this past order was a nightmare which I have yet to receive after ordering it over a month ago. Spent 5 hours designing my cards/literature and 5 hours since speaking to 5 different representatives/managers trying to locate my order. Never received the 1st order and rep couldn't explain why because she said she didn't know. Was reassured by another rep that my order would be resent, and my $ refunded for inconvenience of 1st order going missing. Great, that was nice. Don't believe 2nd order was even shipped because I received no confirmation emails from Vistaprint, nor any confirmation texts from post office which I am signed up for and receive constantly when receiving packages.

    Spoke to 3rd manager who asked for all my shipping information to make sure they had that correct. I informed her that part of my address was slightly different. Never received 3rd order. In between all of the calls to Vistaprint, I have been in contact with post office trying to locate these orders. Came to find out that my address was never corrected as it was suppose to be and 2 orders got shipped to the wrong address. Needed my business literature for an upcoming show and now I will not have what I need in time. At present, still have not received my order. The representative were trying to be helpful and one manager was not. So disappointed with this company. Have to look and purchase elsewhere next time I need business cards.

    I have been working with Vistaprint now for 3 months for my company's tradeshow materials. There are too many problems with the IT dept website when building images. So, to their credit they do have real people that answer the phone and solve the problems well. Then I got a 50% offer off on banners and I decided to to 3 of them. I only had 24 hours in which to complete them and each banner was fraught with their website problems that needed a Vistaprint agent to solve them. That put me behind in the deadline as each time I was almost finished with one of the banner projects (Large images needed) I passed the 50% off deadline.

    One agent extended it for me thankfully, but when the last banner had problems due to their website, that agent refused to honor the 50% off. Not ethical. If your client is working on projects under the 50% offer and their website has the glitches and problems, then you naturally extend the deadline. It's NOT the client's fault! So, Vistaprint would not honor the offer so I ended up paying hundreds more! They need a course in customer service and business ethics. And to honor their offer to the client.

    Ordered business cards. Paid no receipt, no order number, no email. Called the next day to see what happened. Customer service has no knowledge of the order. Sent 5 or 6 email trying to get an order number or anything no response. Only after filing claim with PayPal did I get a response which was mocking me rude and disgusting. I never got any information just rude messages. Mysteriously the crappy poor quality cards show up. I tossed them in the trash. These are some of the poorest quality cards I've seen. Printing was blurry, not raised ink. Paper was so cheap embarrassing. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for business cards. NEVER AGAIN.

    I got metallic foiling for my business cards. It doesn’t even look gold. It looks silver and is so faint it’s hardly noticeable. Also the black printed text looks like it’s badly pixelated even though I sent a high res file. I’m stuck with business cards I hate. Never again.

    Ordered 4 different check pads on 3/7/2019 for four different accounts. They told me each had shipped, but only 2 arrived. I cannot believe that 2 different envelopes were lost in the mail, though they maintained that they had shipped them. They claim they would print and ship again. The second time I was promised delivery by 4/3/2019. They did not arrive. Then I was told, no they shipped and will be there by 4/12/2019. This is 4/16/2019 (original order 3/7/2019) and they still have not arrived.

    I don't know about anyone else, but I think they have lied to me over and over and over. To believe them, four different envelopes were shipped and lost in the mail! I have spend a considerable amount of time on phone calls and "chats" with them. They not only take forever and forever and forever, when they finally do respond either they lie or have nothing really to say. I asked them to reprint and ship overnight at their expense to me, and they refused. I asked to have a supervisor call me, this too did not happen. This is a shame because I have ordered business cards from this company for many years and have always been happy. I'm not happy now. I will never order checks from them again, and I will check with other printers for other products moving forward.

    I thought this would be a good way to improve my SEO for a good price. After I signed up, and clicked to log in to my Google account, I found out what they really wanted. I was going to allow Vistaprint to be an owner of my business listing, and have access to create, edit and delete my business listing. I called customer support today, and after being on hold for 15 minutes (total call time 25 minutes), the woman who answered the phone had no authority to change anything or make decisions, nor the ability to connect to anyone who could. I won't get that 25 minutes of my life back. Buyer beware!

    According to their customer service, THEY DO NOT VERIFY CHECKING ACCOUNTS BEFORE PRINTING YOUR CHECKS, and told me word for word that you can order checks for any account you want! They also refuse to admit to, or pay the fee for, THEIR misprinting error! I feel a huge company who's been around as long as Vistaprint should stand by their products, and their customers, rather than deflect responsibility. I have been back and forth with them on this and get NOTHING but fake empathy and flimsy excuses, but no resolution. (Oh and did I mention what they can do with their store credit for new checks?!) Therefore, I am now on a mission to cost them as much money in lost business as they have cost me in bank fees!

    So let's put this to public opinion... Their version suggests I put 6 extra zeroes preceding my account number, when NONE actually exist, and that I also left off the last digit when entering and triple checking my account number on their website (this of course caused the check I wrote to be returned by the bank "unable to locate account"). They also claim NOTHING was verified with my bank prior to printing when I said it HAD to have been correct at that point!

    Now I don't claim to know how checks are made, but I do have some knowledge of data processing and financial documents, and MY version, also my bank's theory, is that THEIR system added the extra zeroes to fill in the extra digit spaces on the checks, thereby DROPPING the last digit of my account number when they printed them, costing a disabled fixed budget $175 in fees AND a perfect rental history... Which version sounds more viable to you?? So you decide for yourself if you trust your financial documents to a company that operates, and treats people and their livelihoods this way, I no longer will... or you can go ahead and commit bank fraud, Vistaprint will help you!!

    I had an issue with designing a post card. The front edit worked, the back wouldn't... so I go to the chat. Christine logs in and asks me my problem so I tell her. She asks what the issue was and I said... "I'm about to go elsewhere, I can design the front, but the back won't let me edit it at all.. it is so stuuuupid!" Her response: "I'm sorry, but we have no tolerance for profanity here." I had to re read my narrative. Did I say something? I finally asked. "Stupid? Stupid isn't profanity.. and I wasn't even talking about anyone, just the process." She refused to help me because I guess I was raised wrong and shouldn't use "stuuuupid" anywhere at any time. Ridiculous. At the end of the day, I still can't edit. Thanks Christine. Can I have an ice cream? Or will it spoil my dinner..

    I ordered through Vistaprint because they had the best turnaround for a show I was doing this weekend. However my cards arrived I was pleased but I didn't see my stickers for my product. I ordered stickers for my product and small circle stickers for my bags. So I'm thinking they will arrive later but I get an email that states everything was delivered.

    The good part was that on the manifest it states UPS would deliver. It was a young lady in her personal car with no uniform on so maybe it's still in her car. So I talk to an agent. They are going to send me my stickers by April 3 which is too late for the show. And reimburse my delivery fee even though I wanted 10 or maybe 20 because I'm mad because the agent continue to say, "I'm doing the best I can," so I asked for the manager. I was not mad at the agent. She just couldn't help me. So I wait for the manager and I wait and I wait so I wait again. Finally I hung up. My cards are awesome but customer service is terrible. If I can find someone else better I will.

    If I could give 0 Stars I would!!! I just started my own business and excited to get started but has been horrible because of Vistaprint! I requested a free example kit for the business cards over a month and half ago and still have not received them! I have called now 4 times and have been promised dates and free business cards which turned out to be a lie. I spoke to a supervisor and all she could say was she’s sorry and not sure why they made a promise that they will not be able to honor! WOW! All this has blown my mind!

    I also created some labels and paid but I received them already. I can’t believe how a professional business handled this mess.. all calls are recorded and I always write down everything for every call and yet still having a major problem and was told it will be about another 5-7 business for the order to go through and then another 7-9 business days to be shipped!! Nothing they can do for me but say sorry! I will never do business with them again and I will be sure that everybody knows my experience!! Especially the rest of my fellow Tupperware business owners!!

    I ordered 2,000 hang tag thru Vistaprint.com. Today, I got a package from them, and most hang tag hole was off centered. Color was not even. Scratched paper quality which looks like defeated items. Also it shows all the corner crop area indications on my design. Almost half of them are junk!!! I wasted over $100 for this junk!!!

    Despite the fact that I’ve never had any issues with the business cards/postcards that I’ve purchased from Vistaprint, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I’ve never experienced a sales website that pushes other products as annoyingly as these guys! It’s so bad that I spend more time passing (and making sure that I didn’t accidentally accept) their additional offers. It’s hard to describe unless you’ve entered into the final purchasing process with them. You’ll be presented with a seemingly endless stream of additional offers. The whole process just cheapens the whole feel of this business.

    I ordered first set of my products which it was shirts and table table banner. The shirt I received was printed wrong and the table banner was missing letters. The second time when I received the order the banner was typed correctly but this time was blue instead of black and I received someone else adds on accident. When I called them the person I spoke with didn't really care or try to fix the problem.

    I have ordered quite a few items from Vistaprint over the past 4-5 years. This past order was the first time I ever had an issue and ultimately I blame their website for this one but when I contacted support they offered me a refund and gave me another number to talk to someone about the design. I called them the spoke with development team said was no issue with design and then sent me a new order for no charge. It was a little bit of a hassle but they could not have handled it better and I am totally satisfied with the support and the product the second time as it did come as I had originally designed.

    I ordered invitations for my daughter's bridal shower on a Thursday. I will admit I did not read any reviews before I ordered. I then became anxious after reading a few reviews. I was so pleasantly surprised when my order showed up on Tuesday. Not only was my order received in 3 business days, they were perfect. Great Quality & beautiful. The only issue I had was a count error which could happen so I suggest you order a few extra. I had ordered 70 and only received 68 which is not a big deal because I did order extra. When I contacted Vistaprint to let them know the error, they actually gave me a reasonable credit on my next order if we choose to order from them again, which I probably will.

    Vistaprint web designer and customer service is not only horrible but also it lacks professionalism. Apparently customer service has an extreme language barrier with comprehending the needs of the customer. I requested callbacks. Make several changes to my site. No actions were put in place. Vistaprint is horrible. From my past experiences some of reps at Vistaprint appears to be the incompetent. Personally I would not recommend Vistaprint services until they know what they are doing.

    I ordered Thank You cards and mistook a blue border inside as the cut line. Needless to say, they came with the blue border inside the card. It was my error but Vistaprint completely replaced my entire order for free. I also ordered Post-It notes and they did a fantastic job on them. I'm very please with Vistaprint and will continue to use them for my printing needs.

    Design which I paid for took over 2 weeks to do a super simple design and their first design was the exact same thing I put in as a sample for them to use! SO much miscommunication on their part which made for weeks of wasted time. Finally I get what I am ok with and go to print and ship then they don't allow express shipping for my area so I can't take on my business trip. I call CS and they have no idea why express can be done for other locations but not for mine and just offer me a "sorry." Now I have no business cards for my trip, gonna scramble and try other sites and offline places. Vistaprint is terrible. Pay more somewhere else so you don't waste time and get ridiculous systems and service that can screw you like it did me.

    I have been a customer for over 15 years. Without warning, they stop shipping to my location. (Guam) All of my items are branded by their templates exclusively. I will have to start over and remake everything, my banners, magnets for all my vehicles, business cards, staff shirts, etc. I spoke with management and they said they were not changing it back to shipping to Guam even though their carrier ships here. (Sounded like an outsourced call center to India) I have been getting orders here for years!

    Their prices look attractive, but DONT order checks from them! I ordered 150 for my wife. They ended shipping them to a guy in FL, and I ended getting his... (they swapped shipping labels on our packages). Thank goodness the guy in FL was cool about the whole thing. I called VP to try and get things straightened out. After over 6 phone calls to customer service, and supervisors, they were able to re-order the checks. I ended getting 3 packages of checks, all with the same check numbers which were the same check numbers of the first order.

    I was told by a supervisor that they would contact FedEx and have my original checks stop and they would call me. They didn't... I had to call back and be on hold for 45 minutes to get to a manager who spoke English and had half a brain... SUMMARY - VP does not have the proper security systems in place to print checks. They think printing checks are just like printing business cards.

    I spent hours creating a beautiful cover for a bi-fold brochure, only to discover that I could not add long paragraphs of text inside the brochure without the Vista program severely glitching. Specifically, every time I typed certain words, the program would randomly add a bunch of returns so that one word would be on a line, followed by three words on the next line, a bunch of spaces, then the rest of the text. No matter how I tried putting the words in (typing them in, cutting and pasting from Word or WordPerfect), it would do this every time so that I could NEVER put in a clean paragraph of text. You would think putting in text is the simplest part of the design program, but with Vistaprint, it was the most difficult.

    After struggling with it for hours, I had to give up on my design. Of course, the design is NOT transferrable to another program, nor can you purchase a PDF or other electronic file of your design. I just had to start over in a different program. Also, I tried to put some unfinished brochures in my cart to see how quickly I could get them. Before starting my design, several express options showed up where I could get the brochures in a few days, with expedited shipping. However, once I completed the first page, for some reason when I tried putting them in the cart, the express options completely disappeared, even the express shipping option!

    I called customer service re this issue, and they said that "some products" or "certain amounts of products" are not eligible for the express option (not even express SHIPPING?). I tried lowering the number of brochures I put in the cart, but the express options did not show up then, either. As a result, my hours and hours of work on my brochure design were wasted. I couldn't do anything with the beautiful design I made. DO NOT GO THROUGH THE FRUSTRATIONS I DID - do not use Vistaprint.

    I have ordered various products with Vistaprint for my upcoming wedding. The first error was my fault (I made my wedding invitation print too small) and I was given a credit in order to correct the mistake and reorder the product. I also ordered my save the dates through them (magnets) and they were perfect!!! Lastly, I ordered a photo book to serve as my guest book for the wedding. The first page had an ink smudge on it. To my surprise, Vistaprint sent me a brand new book with no charge. They even expedited the shipping! Their products and customer support is nothing short of amazing!! I would recommend them for any of your printing needs!

    First call had problems placing my order and never received so called and they told me that it would get here by a certain date. Never received again so called back the third time and was told that it hasn't been printed or shipped but the money came out of my account 18 days before this last phone call so I demanded my refund.     So, the biggest problem I've seen with Vistaprint is an inability to get it right the first time. The second problem is an inability to take all of this feedback from customers and make real time refinements in their ordering software, etc. to meet the diverse needs of clients...services they offer and advertise, but don't follow through with very well. My first order of business cards was good...good quality, no screw ups. Second order of postcards had to do a redo, but finally ok, with good quality. Last order, printed envelopes so I can send my brochures. Received? A box of blank envelopes, screwing up my timing for my mailing. The company is a tease. When they get it right it’s good, but two out of three orders have been screwed up, and the foreign service gal rep was less than helpful today and was misleading. Let's see what happens now with my order!

    If you are considering going the cheap route for your wedding invitations via Vistaprint, please know ahead of time what you will get. They DO NOT offer the proper inner/outer envelopes that adhere to wedding etiquette. The “free” single envelopes that come with them are about the quality you find with inexpensive holiday cards. You will spend as much or more of the price that you spent on invitations to purchase the correct envelopes from another site. A 5” X 7” invitation is actually 4.6” X 7.11”, which you will find in the fine print if you look real hard. This does not fit well in standard wedding envelopes and looks cheap since the sizes are mismatched. The cardstock option of “standard matte” for any product is not really matte. It is a little shiny and about the quality of cheap Christmas cards.

    The reply cards do not come in a standard size, so you are forced to use the envelopes that come with them instead of finding a better quality envelope elsewhere. They remind me of the envelopes that come with children’s multi-packs of Valentine's cards that are passed out in grade school. The back flap is straight across instead of pointed and just screams “cheap.” If you are having a very, very informal wedding in the backyard with just a few guests, I guess cheap is okay. If your wedding is at all special, order your invitations elsewhere. Craft stores and online vendors offer some beautiful options that you print yourself, and you won’t break the bank going that route if you’re trying to save money. I truly regret that my daughter ordered from Vistaprint instead of heeding my advice.

    I have been using VistaPrint only for the last year and a half. I have used them for business and my own personal needs for my wedding. I LOVE THEM. They are MUCH more affordable than their competitors, and with the regular promos they send me via e-mail, I always pay even less! On two separate occasions, I have had to call in for assistance. Both times the representatives were patient, easy to understand and repeated back my intents to ensure satisfaction. This last time, since I had such a phenomenal promotion, I decided after the fact to upgrade my wedding invitations to the shimmer paper. I waited TOO long to order them, but didn't want to cancel the full order to make the change. I called in and a gentleman named Christian helped me.

    After listening to my dilemma, he ended up editing it and giving me the upgrade at no additional cost! He didn't have to do that, I was fine with paying the difference, but that just made me love them even more! I won't go ANYWHERE else for anything I can get from them! I can't say enough good things about them, and NO, I don't work here. I was just lucky enough to have a friend tell me about them awhile back. I'm so pleased with them. I couldn't find anything negative to say!

    I ordered checks a week ago with the understanding that they would be delivered by tomorrow. I just received a notice that they will not arrive for another week. This is unacceptable. If a company can't get its own production under control, I doubt whether they take proper security measures to ensure customers' information is kept secure. They also refused to cancel my order, even though it hasn't been completed yet. Terrible company.

    Quality consistency was poor. Most didn’t match proof at all. On many, there was no left and/or top border, others had no top border and others were way off centre. Chat rep didn't allow me to explain that they were more than just off-centre (the cut was the real problem). With a rude and argumentative tone, the blame was placed on me. With the limitations of the design tool, the white space was centred as much as possible (within pixels, zoomed at 500%). The rep didn’t even ask to see the quality of the cards that I received. I was happy with my proof and the slight, barely noticeable imperfection, but most of the cards received did not replicate my proof, so much so I actually laughed. Was promised that they’d fix it up and order a new batch and I’ll receive it in 2 days. Nothing. The chat transcript wasn’t even sent to my email and when I went to get the transcript from my account, it was never there so I can’t defend myself.

    When I tried to print my whole Gmail to inform future customers but it doesn't allow me to print after certain amount of characters, so I just hope they could the m in .com won't not mess up my business.     I used Vistaprint for the first (and last) time this past December. I ordered Christmas cards and they were very nice. However, after the cards arrived, I started getting e-mail solicitations from them more than once per day, EVERY day. I don't have time to delete all the junk e-mails they were sending, so I changed my account settings to "only during the holiday season". Two weeks later, I was still getting "more than once per day" e-mails. I went on their site again and changed my setting to "stop e-mailing me", but nothing changed. I went on their chat and demanded that they take my e-mail address off their list, and for 3 days after that, I am still getting e-mails from them. Today, I got a "how did we do" survey on my online chat, and gave them all zero's, as I cannot get them to leave me alone. Beware of becoming a customer, you will never get rid of them.

    I was looking to put an order in for spot UV business cards as their pricing was very reasonable (on sale for $37cad for 500 qty). The only problem was - I want to submit a separate file to indicate where the gloss will be printed (as you would with any other print company out there) and there was no way for me to do that with their submission process.

    I spoke to a "specialist" via live chat for an hour and it absolutely went NOWHERE. Not only did she have no clue about the printing nor design process of spot UV while pretending she did, she started giving me attitude in the end by saying, "this is why you should have shown me your designs first" when I was only looking to get answers before finalizing my files. In the end, her solution was for me to spend extra money on design help when I didn't need any.

    I spoke to a second "specialist" via phone the next day, hoping to get a more direct answer from someone with actual knowledge on the topic of printing. At this point, I should have gone with another print company already. He had no clue either. I showed him a mock-up of what I want as my final product and he didn't even know what a mock-up was, assuming it was the print file itself saying, "your design is crooked." Needless to say, I gave up at this point. Vistaprint, how about having "specialists" who actually specializes in the services you provide? Thank you.

    Buy your checks somewhere else. VistaPrint does a great job with business cards and much more, but for checks, they can't seem to ever get it right. The checking account number on my last order was so completely screwed up, I just gave up on correcting it. And on every single previous order of checks, I have had to call them to correct something. Just order your checks from somewhere else. This is not the place unless you enjoy having your order messed up every time.

    I made a custom design for my shirt. The design itself is perfectly crisp and nice, but while the actual shirt itself is fine, the custom design is heat transferred on and that is the most cheap way to make custom shirts. I expected far more from a company dedicated to custom ware and products. It's shoddy in quality. You can feel the discomfort on the inside of the shirt as well. With use, it will definitely fall off and crack. It also says to not iron the shirt, so wrinkles are a thing that will just be there to stay.

    Word of advice for anyone getting a custom shirt, get something that is silk screened. This process basically stains the picture into the actual fabric of the shirt. It does not just heat a print out on and hope for the best. Shipping was ATROCIOUS. This company is apparently Dutch. I ordered from Sweden. Shipping took almost a month. It was technically available at the store for pick up on the 7th. Pay more just to get any form of tracking. Very cheap company, cheap products, minimal effort. The mug I got wasn't too bad, which I will leave a different review for.

    Alas, all good things definitely come to end. After doing business with Vistaprint for more than a decade, enough is enough. The low rating is due to Vistaprint's now intolerable customer service. Offshore representatives that talk down as well as insult. WTF? This directly deals with asking the company to absorb shipping on 1500 postcards. There was never a problem before when placing an order for over 1000. Shanique in Jamaica stated, "we gave you a generous discount already." WTF? She went on to further belittle by not caring how long I have been a customer. So the company's position now is, "Too bad Mr. Customer. All we want is your money." Hell for that type of treatment, I'll buy local and pick-up. I even tried reaching out over social, and Anika on Facebook chat posits a similar snot attitude. Lesson is to take business local and stop dealing with snot.

    The web site is cumbersome, and crazily touch sensitive. It kept bouncing me out of the page I was on. It definitely is NOT user friendly. Their pricing is deceptive. It looked like they were offering great promo deals and discounts; as it turns out the price they quote is the so-called "discounted" price and zero is taken off upon checking out. They used to offer good deals when checking out to get the customer to buy an additional quantity, without incurring another shipping charge. Didn't get any great offers this time, and the receipt they emailed was incorrect, and I had to contact customer service. Buying in small quantities is expensive, because of the shipping costs. Overall, I found my attempts to place an order quite frustrating. Years ago, I would have recommended their company. Sadly, not anymore.

    As a graphics designer I used Vistaprint over the past few years to print some of my clients projects usually without issue. This time however there was nothing but issues. I submitted my print design and paid for it, after about a week I get a message on my PayPal that my money was refunded and the check with Vistaprint to find out they just cancelled my project without a reason why. Since I was under a deadline I tried again and submitted my brochure design. This time when my client gets the brochure, (a week late because of the other issue) the inside of the brochure was upside down. I called Vistaprint and they say or production department mistakenly flipped the brochure. I did get a total refund on the project, but found another printer for the project. If you're looking try Aztecprintinganddesign.com, they redid the brochure within 24 hours for less money and my client loved it.

    Bought a few mugs for Christmas gifts in Canada, assumed the total was in Canadian funds as there was a Canadian flag on the bottom of the website. Did not say anywhere at checkout it was US funds, found out when I got my credit card statement that they charged me 122 dollars Canadian instead of the 80 something at the checkout. I called and was told it was normal for them to just charge the currency wherever the product is made. Would be nice to know that when checking out! Not very happy with Vistaprint.

    I am creating a photo book for my brother who lost his 8.5 week old daughter to a heart condition. I have made books on Shutterfly and iPhoto before but chose Vistaprint because of the flexibility in the design. The first 30 pages have gone swimmingly and I love the flexibility with the editor. HOWEVER, all of the sudden, I cannot save my product any longer. I keep getting a "please wait just a moment while we save your product" with a loading bar but it never saves!! I have spent over 40 hours working on the first 30 pages and when I contacted customer service Karema said "I am afraid you will need to start from scratch." They are barely even trying to help resolve the issue. They have no idea why this is happening and are not even giving me an option to allow them to resolve and come back to it. Absolutely horrible with no concern as to customer satisfaction. And to think I was going to spend over $100 on this book.

    I have order from Vistaprint for over 7 years. Always pleased with printing of my business cards and brochures. Placed an order on 12/26/18 with an estimated delivery of 1/4/19. Received confirmation email. Logged into my account on 1/2/19 and still "processing", so I get on chat and am informed that my account has been "marked for suspicious activity" and my order will not be processed. Why was I not contacted about this?!? So I get on the phone with customer service and they ask me to create a new account with a different email and they will switch over my designs and my latest order for me. Fine. Done.

    Also was offered to add expedited shipping at no cost. Great! 2 hours later I get a phone call that now my NEW SECOND ACCOUNT is marked for suspicious activity and this order will not be processed. WHAT!?! I can't even understand what is going on at this place. Get back on with customer service and they tell me I will need to place the order a third time. Umm, nope. I don't trust this company anymore. DON'T fall into this trap - order somewhere else!

    I purchased a custom logo design for my start-up. I was truly pleased with my logo, until today I discovered the same logo on another website. Vistaprint designer ripoff or stole and copied someone’s designed. I really thought this was a truthworthy service. I am very disappointed. Now, I have to spend more money to get a new logo.     For the sake of history and validation that I have gone above and beyond being forgiving and patient; I have ordered from Vistaprint for more than 7 years. I have spent thousands of dollars ordering from them. My orders are large volume and include mailers and banners for real estate. I have done some research on Vistaprint today, and like the incredible growing number of businesses of this type, Vistaprint operates out of the Netherlands. This gives them an opportunity to be further out of reach from their customers and most regulations. Before you buy from a company out-of-reach and counting on those customers to continue with them, shop around. There are tons of businesses that can print and produce the same services. Any company can make and air a commercial in the U.S.A. The company operates under the parent company "Cimpress" and has 25 sub-divisional companies. Google "Cimpress".

    This last order was actually a re-order for a property flyer. When I got to the point of reviewing the order and making a choice of shipping options, I had the option to choose "delivered BY 1/3/19" for $19.99. Because I had to get them at my office BY end of day 1/3/19, I chose that option, paying the $19.99. There were two other options of receiving BY 1/7/19 for only $6.99 -or BY 1/8/19 for free. When I clicked confirm the order, the shipping date was now "Delivery ESTIMATED on or AFTER 1/4/19." I would not be at the office on 1/4 - 1/7. Yes, if I knew it was going to miss my 1/3/19 deadline, I could have saved the money, went with the free shipping and re-organized the schedule for that particular project. There is a sneaky and obvious difference between "BY" and "Estimated". Everyone knows this, but our thoughts and "eyes" fail to catch it when buried in clumps of dialogue.

    I chatted with "Grace" on Vista's website (I'm not 100% sure they are truly Vistaprint. I believe I was told by an online agent that they were contracted and located in Indonesia, providing a call-center service.) She said the reason for the shipping date change was I missed it by 8 HOURS of their cut-off production. I stated to her that it didn't take me 8 hours to submit the re-order; rather, 8 minutes, if that long and why was the system out of sync with my time zone? (The age of technology is not inhibited by time zones any longer.) The Netherlands are only 6 hours ahead of the East Standard Time.

    She said there was nothing that could be done. I stated I was seeing this as a trending issue with other orders and re-orders. She stated, "Online ordering is not a true science and customers must prepare in advance." I informed her that there were other services that have discovered that leap into the future of competing with other services and surpassed the science of online ordering. At that moment, I was disconnected from the chat session. Have a great new year, everyone!

    I am a first time user of Vistaprint. I wanted to order my mother a notebook with a collage of photos on it for her business notes, as she frequently uses a notebook. I designed the cover myself and ordered it. 1st star: The process was very easy and user friendly. Right after ordering it on Monday with expedited shipping, I decided to check out reviews for the business. Normally I would do this before shopping on any new website, but the professionalism I saw was enough reassurance for me (2nd star). Of course, that reassurance plummeted after reading all of the holiday horror story reviews from the website from here. I opted to go through with my plan even after reading about late delivery, bad customer service and grainy picture quality.

    Fast forward to today, after closely monitoring the tracking route and confirmation emails (3rd star) my notebook has arrived! It’s in great condition and the color, which I was most worried about, is true to my original design (4th and 5th star). I was very worried about using Vistaprint after reading these reviews, especially after reading about mean customer service. For me, any customer service is a bad sign and one that tells me to take my business elsewhere, but all I see from them is a good quality business so far. I will continue to use them for any services I need until I see any change in that good quality. I am normally not one to write reviews, but I wanted to advocate for the good experience I had from them during the holiday season while I am seeing so many negative reviews.

    A note for anyone who isn’t tech savvy out there, a double check from someone who is good in graphic design or can help make sure the quality of your photos is true is probably a good idea. As a graphic design artist, I am a good advocate for this. It can probably also be attributed to me being a sophomore in high school who is familiar with social media. ;)

    I have ordered custom printing from Vistaprint many times. The first time it was for photo thank you cards. Photo quality superb on heavy cardstock. Since, I have ordered many mugs with photos on it. Good quality. I just ordered mugs, tee-shirts, business cards, mouse pad and a poster, all with different photos on them. The order arrived a day before I expected it. The quality is excellent. They are gifts, so I hoped they would be great and they are. I will be happy to give them. I will be back.

    I purchased 75 personalized Christmas cards to send out to my husband's business colleagues. I put a rush order in & while they arrived on time, I was completely unaware that square cards require 71 cents postage. It never occurred to me to check correct postage on what I perceived as a regular Christmas card. There was no mention of it in the description of the cards. Had it been disclosed before I ordered, I could have chosen a different card. It wasn't until they began to come back as "insufficient postage" did I realize what had happened.

    It's embarrassing as I'm sure some were delivered "postage due" and others will be re-mailed with additional 21 cent stamps but "insufficient postage" stamped on it. Customer service basically said they weren't responsible for postage & they'd suggest that a note be added to the card information in the future. Fat lot of good that does me. I won't be using them again. There are far too many other companies to choose from for such services.

    On 11/26/2018 (Cyber Monday) I placed an order to have blankets made as a Christmas gift for my family. I ordered 6 blankets. Received them on 12/10. However 4 blankets showed up blank (no picture on them). I called in 12/10 and James said he will redo the 4 blankets and I will get them on 12/17. Today it is 12/17 and there is no tracking number so they haven't even been shipped out at all! I was charged $200 total for these 4 blankets that I have not received yet. So I called in again and spoke to Nikki. She apologized and said she is redoing the order and I will now get the 4 blankets by 12/24.

    My niece and nephew are coming over 12/21 so I can give them their Christmas presents. I now cannot do that. Remember I placed this order 11/26 hoping I could get them in time but now I won’t. I have used Vistaprint for 10 years. This is the 1st year things went wrong. I will no longer use this company for Christmas gifts since they won’t arrive on time or correctly. Christmas is ruined. I will use Shutterfly in the future.

    Vistaprint cancel my albums without a warning or a reason. When I called they said it was due to a high volume of orders so I'm guessing they just pick some to cancel. This was supposed to be Christmas presents from my grandparents. Thanks Vistaprint for running my Christmas and setting me back. They said they couldn't reorder again because more than likely it would happen again. Ugh... I only gave them two stars because I've used them every year for birthday cards and never had a problem but never again will I use them.

    I ordered Christmas cards through Vistaprint this year. They had a sale during the week of Thanksgiving. I put in all information required. I never received a confirmation email from them. The cards came missing the main design on them. It is a blank black card with a photo. I called them today and was told I do not have an account. I told them I put in the info required when ordering. She said I must have used another email. I told her I did not as I only have one email. She put me on hold. I was on hold for 20 minutes.

    I could hear the phone click in and put me back on hold. I think she was trying to see if I would hang up. She finally came back on the line and said without an account number or email they cannot see the project. I offered to send them a picture of it. I was never given an account. I tried to log into their website and was told I couldn’t. It appears something happened with their system, but it’s my fault (according to customer service). No help. No answers. My fault. I will never use them again.

    Vistaprint made a photo poster of my late father-in-law which was used for his memorial service. We needed the print in three days, on that Friday because the service was a 3-1/2 hour drive away and we had to be there on Saturday for a Sunday. They assured me the order was expedited and would be at my home on Friday. Of course, I worried, especially under the circumstances, but the poster arrived on time.     I foolishly signed up for the free trials of 5 different services offered by this "business". They were all regarding small business services--email marketing, web design, etc. I was given the opportunity to sign up when I purchased some business cards from them. I went to try and use the free trials and was unable to! It just said "processing" where you were to click and gave no option to do so or instructions on how to proceed. I tried a few different things; nothing. Pretty upset that I was unable to access the trials, I immediately emailed support--knowing that this seemed off. The fact that there was nowhere to click to opt out of the trials that I had opted into was definitely strange and I wanted to know that I wouldn't be roped into something I couldn't get out of. That is exactly what happened. Support requested that I call them--because my time is not valuable lol--to fix the mistake. I said that I did not have time to do this and would rather just opt out of the trials.

    I told them to cancel all trials as I was unable to do it from my end. I never received a response. A little more than two weeks later, I was just charged nearly $100!! Total swindlers! I had to request that my bank return all of my money for services that I never used and was unable to access. I sent emails to two different departments requesting to cancel the trials as I was unable to do it from my end--I saved the emails for proof. It was never done and I was carelessly charged for a bunch of stuff I never used. HORRIBLE customer service. I had the company blocked from taking any money from me ever again. No I will NEVER use anything from Vistaprint again. I will be letting everyone I work and associate with know how scandalous the site is. 0 stars!! Total swindlers. I would definitely advise NOT using them for anything. They have no integrity at all.

    I made the mistake of ordering my holiday cards through Vistaprint this year; needless to say, I never received these cards. I ordered on Thanksgiving weekend, which I thought was more than enough time to allow for production and delivery. Soon after placing my order, I began to get emails that due to a production delay, my order was being postponed. After receiving a couple of these emails, I finally reached out to inquire and was told that they were unable to meet the design specifications (despite the fact that they were the offered specifications-I requested no additional frills). They offered me an alternate option, which I accepted. However, had I not reached out, I don’t think they would have made any attempt to inform me of the problem with my order.

    So finally, after several back-and-forth messages with a representative, refunds, the promise of expedited shipping, etc., yesterday I received yet ANOTHER email that my cards will be once again delayed, again with no explanation. Given that Christmas is now around the corner, I’ve had to order a new set of cards from Shutterfly, and purchase pricey expedited shipping to ensure that my cards go out in time for the holiday. So now, I’ve ended up paying double what I intended to spend, and wasted a bunch of time waiting for cards that were probably never going to arrive anyway. Why is a company advertising a service that they’re not prepared to fulfill? I will never again use Vistaprint, they clearly don’t stand behind their product—probably because there’s no actual physical product to stand behind. Buy your cards elsewhere.

    I was extremely happy that I was on top of Holiday cards this year. I went through Vistaprint and had everything completed/submitted on 12/04. I paid the $20+ dollars to get it expedited in 3 days. On 12/05 I received an email advising that the company had ‘unanticipated production issues’ and that I should expect my order on 12/10. I called the company and was able to get my money back. (That part was good). The woman checked with production and advised me that I would have my order in the mail by (3:00 pm EST) on 12/10.

    That Monday, 12/10 I check at 4:00 pm and it was not there. I called again and the company advised that there was another error (they did not know the specificities of this error) but said it would be in the mail, with the latest day being Wed 12/12. I am so irritated that I put a holiday card together in a timely fashion, submitted them early, wanted to pay the extra money to expedite, and still not have them almost 7 days later. It’s beyond frustrating. I will not order from Vistaprint again.

    Although Vistaprint has good prices, ordering online is irritating because of the almost constant pop-ups urging the customer to buy more stuff, buy more stuff, buy more stuff! Even after I had placed my order the website hit me up to BUY MORE STUFF before it would even confirm that my order went through. It gave me a message that I had 10 min to hurry hurry hurry up and buy more stuff! I had to call customer service to get an order confirmation!!! Probably won't use them again because the aggravation isn't worth it.

    In the past, I've ordered from Vistaprint with no problems and the products that I got were great. This time, I got my brochures and I was so disappointed. The cyan on it was so dialed up that the pictures looked grainy and dark and the color was off. I called in and the customer service agent was helpful and offered to replace them quickly, exactly what I would have asked for. That's actually a major reason this review is as high as it is. However, when I got the second shipment, it was only marginally better. I'm still really disappointed and upset at what I got. It's just not as good as when I initially got brochures from them. The color is really far off. Next time I will likely order brochures and anything else locally even though it will cost me quite a bit more and the process isn't quite as easy.

    Vistaprint gives you the option to use their temples or upload your own. After spending months creating my brand using my own personal uploads they refuse to release your hard purchased work without watermarks. After numerous complaints and attempts to remove watermarks even after purchasing them. They say that "We do not give you any proofs without a proof mark." They have given no logical reason for this unwarranted action against their customers. I have been working with VP now for over 3 years and it wasn't that way when I first started working with them. I feel if we use their templates then that is understandable. But not if we use our own.

    They really were very helpful. I wanted Christmas Cards to send out. With my Deceased Son's Angel Wings etc. They did a great job. Making the image that I wanted. They made the images with no complaint. And were very friendly. I was getting frustrated because I've had a few eye surgeries. So when I tried to do it, I totally messed up and deleted a couple images they made for me. But redid them with no problem. I will definitely order from them again. Thanks Vistaprint.

    They charged my card without my consent. Last order I placed was in the summer 2018. It’s Nov 17th 2018 today. So I call as I kept my emotions in check and inquired about my charge. They were rude and gave me the runaround. Told me to talk to my bank??? So I threatened to cancel my account, at this point she told me to hold. So I went into my credit card statement and took a screenshot of the charge. She comes back 8mins later and starts to quiz me about where the charge is located on what card? I go back into my credit card statement and the charge had disappeared!!!

    So I cancelled my account anyway. Let’s put it this way. If you had millions of customers and wanted to make more money I guess you could just charge the customers and out of the whole database see which ones complained? The ones that do not complain are the ones you just made free money off of... DO NOT TRUST THESE TURKEYS. APPARENTLY THEY DO NOT OPERATE IN OUR COUNTRY AND ARE NOT SUBJECT TO LOCAL LAWS.     I recently purchased return address labels for our family Christmas cards. I was a complete idiot and didn't properly review the item before hitting "place order" and I ordered them without putting my zip code on them. I called Vistaprint as soon as I noticed this after receiving the labels and their customer service was the most excellent I have ever experienced! They told me that it was okay and mistakes happen and that they would send me a new order with the zip code added at no additional cost to me. What an incredible company.     We ordered business cards 3 times now and order still screwed up. We initiated an order for business cards for an upcoming event with 30 days to spare. The first order we received had no Name or title on it. That area was blank. So, we called and had them make the correction. We received the second batch and never guess what? Yep, same exact card! Missing name and title. So, I am sweating it out a bit now needing these cards for an event. I called and told them about the error, again very apologetic and said they would have a supervisor call me and also get cards corrected and out to me in time for my event… lol.

    No call and I received the corrected cards the afternoon when I came home from my event. I handed out handwritten cards, and told everyone why. So I get home and open my order of 500 cards, and I have this little tiny box. I open it up and wow, the print is great and correct... But only 100 cards! Done. I am done and will never recommend VISTAPRINT again! Unbelievable.

    Note: I was left with no option to click one star which I highly disagree Vistaprint deserve atm. My car exterior is damaged after only 8 weeks using the car magnet in my vehicle. The paint slowly built up small bubbles. ***Under the warning section - long term use could cause fading WHICH UNDERSTANDABLE... BUT HOW DO YOU DEFINE "LONG TERM"- 1 day, 1 week, 3 months or in my case 8 weeks?

    The vehicle is use solely for business, I maintain to be presentable at all times and professionally clean regularly (and yes with the magnet being remove each time). The terms of condition with duty of care & maintenance is followed when I first placed in the vehicle and each time the magnet is put back on after clean. It’s alarming to think in a short period this will affect the exterior of a vehicle (mind you the p’s magnet I bought from $2 didn’t create this damage over a year period).

    I had very high expectations with Vistaprint knowing they reputable company. It proves the very poor quality of the product with harsh chemicals use to make it! I have contacted the company and emails are going back and forth since July 2018 but so far no agreement has been reach. Given it’s a U.S. based company - Vistaprint is dragging this matter fairly slowly!!! The company refuse to compensate me for the full amount require to fix my vehicle, with car rental & excess insurance and car protection spray (which I got done to protect the paint and to be long lasting). I would like my vehicle to be in the same state before I had place the car magnet.

    On the back of my business cards there's a mark, basically a stain. There are smudge marks on my cards too. To make matters worse, the cards are in bad condition on the sides.     Placing a personal order, I kept bring looped back to the payment screen. Using online chat, they too could not get the order to process. Suggestion made to call directly-call made (10-minute wait). Customer Service had same issue, after seeking help from tech support, order was canceled, reentered, and processed. Order received missing envelopes for note cards, call to customer service (16-minute wait), apology made, envelopes ordered. Inconvenience credit issues. Envelopes received only 10 were shipped. Email to customer service, apology and 20 envelopes ordered, with expedited shipping. All good? The included envelopes were shipped using the inconvenience credit!!! Yay!! Included envelopes for notecards only cost $13.00! Time to use only local sources.

    I used the $5.00 design service to create 500 business cards which I subsequently ordered for $$63.15 with shipping. After I received the cards, I received a Canadian tax invoice with the HST for my province. When I received my credit card, I was charged $6.72 for the design service and $82.19 for the cards. I had placed the order on Vistaprint.ca so this did not make sense.

    When I called, the agent put me on hold for 20 minutes and came back and told me that the cart sometimes defaults to US Dollars (they were doing something with their systems so it sometimes happens she explained) and that they could offer me a merchandise credit for the difference. I explained that the default to US on the Canadian site was their problem and it was not until I indicated that I was going to refuse the charge on the credit card that she waived the shipping, which was still not the amount that was owed to me. BEWARE if placing orders on the Canadian site!

    I put in an order for Business Cards with plenty of time to get it done and shipped by a specific date. They sent me a notice stating it would not be done in time. I called and explained I was on a deadline and either needed the order by certain date or canceled. Said ASSURED me they would have it to me by that time. The time came and passed. Checked order online and still 'processing'. Had to call AGAIN to cancel. It's not a huge thing, but to have to call twice, and still not get your order for simple business cards = unusable and unreliable.

    I have ordered many products from VistaPrint from Xmas/holiday cards all the way to t-shirts and other printed materials. They always meet or exceed my expectations. I recently had t-shirts made for a reunion, and the quality is outstanding. The only thing I will advise is to but AT LEAST one size LARGER than you normally wear. I usually wear a L or XL and I ordered XXL and it fit great. My sister is usually a S or M and I ordered her a L and it is perfect. The images turned out EXACTLY as I had anticipated after seeing my online proof. Can't wait for us to all wear our shirts together!

    Vistaprint sent me a coupon code for 40% off premium business cards with no expiration date. When I attempted to use the code very next day, it was expired! When I called the rep initially tried to just dismiss it and give me a discount for a lesser amount. I attempted to get a supervisor and couldn't get one to speak with me. When I finally got one on the phone, he said that the best he could do was give me a refund after I paid. All I wanted was for Vistaprint to honor the coupon upfront. I sent an email to Vistaprint and got a response that was written in broken English that apologized but didn't offer a resolution. They were a waste of my time!

    This is the THIRD time that my business cards have been canceled. After receiving my shirts, banner, notepad, and soon, a business card holder - from three different orders - my business cards are STILL NOT COMING. I have talked on the phone with someone from customer support for 57 minutes, and all he could say was that the premium finish for my cards, that I had selected, wasn't working correctly. We changed it, and I reordered - STILL canceled - yet sent me my good for nothing business card holder selection that I aimlessly clicked into my cart - I ONLY WANTED CARDS in the first place. This company is the epitome of lazy for being one of, if not the, largest printable companies in the world. They have held my business back for three to four weeks now.     I ordered coupons to be printed from Vistaprint. They completely botched the job! There was no quality control at all. The coupons were gibberish. I had a deadline where I needed to have these coupons for an event I was doing. When I called them to complain, they told me the soonest they could get my coupons to me would be on a Thursday when I called on a Monday. Unfortunately this was a time sensitive order so that would almost have been 1 week from the time I originally needed the coupons. They said they couldn't get them to me any sooner since their closest printing facility is in Canada. I was very unhappy can couldn't believe they have no quality control. Anyone who would have looked at this work would have seen that they completely screwed up. Don't use them if you have a time sensitive project where you can't afford for anything to go wrong!

    I work for a website agency and we recently had our first client account experience with Vistaprint. The guidelines and hoops they force their customers to jump through are unlike any we've EVER encountered in our experience working with domain registrars. Do NOT purchase your domain through VistaPrint. Just don't do it. Web services were clearly something they added to their capabilities because they weren't making enough money on their print services. They don't know what they're doing, they believe their customers are ignorant, and they will take advantage of you as many times as possible.

    I had one of their original websites when they started to offer website services. After three years (or so) of uninterrupted service, the website was no longer able to push through the "Contact" info. This resulted in Vistaprint to have to do a total redo of the site. I asked for and received compensation for the difference in the price between the old and new website. The new website was up for only two weeks before it disappeared off the web in its entirety! I spent three days calling only to be told the issue was escalated and I would be kept in the loop. All the while losing possible business...

    On day 3 I called and bypassed all the front line to speak to a supervisor. Supervisor fixed the problem in 3 minutes. I asked for compensation for lost business and was offered $45.00. Pathetic! I will never recommend Vistaprint for web services. Their business cards are great but stay away from their website services. Owner of a DJ company who relies on web traffic...

    I ordered golf towels from Promotique by Vistaprint. They looked like great quality and were estimated to arrive in time for my event. I placed the order on a Monday morning, they took the money out of my account immediately. I didn't hear anything from them and online it said it was still in review. So I tried to contact them the following Sunday. They called me Monday (a week after I purchased and only after I reached out to them). They said they were sold out of the item I ordered. Who knows when they would have told me if I hadn't called.

    They refunded me my money and offered a 10% off coupon for my inconvenience. That was a slap in the face as right on their website there is a 10% off coupon if you have something in your cart. So now I have to find another place to order towels and pay extra for rush shipping because I won't get them in time. This is for a charity event. So Promotique and Vistaprint is taking away from the donations we would be giving to glioblastoma cancer research. Every other website I ordered things from alerted me the same day or the day after it something was out of stock.

    I had ordered 550 invitations from Vistaprint and paid for a rush on the order, so I could start getting them ready for mailing early... I ended up getting SEVEN packages from Vistaprint. Inside the packages, the order was broken down into weird increments (10, 20, 25, etc.; some had envelopes, others did not) each little increment wrapped in extra plastic and extra cardboard. Nothing was marked in any way, so I had to HAND COUNT everything. You can imagine the kind of language I was using when I discovered that I received 550 envelopes, but only received 355 invitations!

    I immediately filed a complaint with Vistaprint and demanded that the rest of my order be sent to me NOW. In response, got TWO emails from Vistaprint about the order they screwed up. One said they were sorry but sometimes they break up orders into smaller increments because smaller portions are shoved through and get done faster than others. What?! Well, THAT’S just a stupid way to process a customer’s order. It should be done in a single run so there are no errors or extra waste.

    And the waste is excessive: all that extra packaging -- let's kill a dozen trees and pollute the earth with plastic because Vistaprint can't process anything in a single concise fashion -- not to mention all the missed counts, all the extra postage they try to get the customer to pay, all the delays in orders; all the aggravation and wasted time trying to get them to correct their brainless errors... I’m sure I’m not the only one who has complained about that. You’d think they’d learn. But, they said, they’d make sure the extra invitations get out to me before September 1st.

    Then I got a second email from them saying pretty much the same thing but also giving me a $27.00 refund for the postage they overcharged me and saying the shorted invitations would be out by Sept. 4th. Sept. 4th is TOO LATE. I paid for a rush on the order so I'd have everything before Sept. 1st. So, their solution was worthless. So much for 100% customer satisfaction. They owe me a refund on the WHOLE ORDER! And whatcha wanna bet 1'll get TWO replacement orders now and end up with over 200 invitations I don’t need? These people are morons. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

    I went to buy a couple of posters on their website and was presented with a 25% off discount automatically with some summer deal. Then when I got to the page asking for my name and address and email, I got a checkbox where I could sign up for their promotional emails to receive an additional 15% off my order. I agreed to this. Then when I got to the order review page, it only had the 25% off discount. Where was the 15% off discount!? I called customer support and they said only one discount can apply. I told them I had already received one discount and then the website offered me another later on.

    Having detected a discount already in place, the website should not have offered me an additional discount if only one can apply. That means I enabled email marketing for nothing in return which is not what I was promised by the website. The customer support guy said he understood that could be misleading but that there was a one discount per order policy. I said that an exception should be made for my order since I felt deceived and that this was false advertising. That their web development team had clearly made a mistake when enabling discounts to be shown to me for doing this or that when I clearly was already capped at my single discount earlier in the checkout process!

    An experienced web developer could implement code to only show discounts if the customer did not already have a discount in place from earlier in the checkout process and this would take 5 minutes to implement. The fact that I found a error in their checkout flow that mislead me as the buyer and they would not honor the terms I was mislead into believing was a sign of their lack of concern for the satisfaction of the buyer.     Spent a lot of time filling out 3 orders for checks for personal and business. When I went to check out it states they will only ship first class mail but will not allow a PO Box to be printed on the checks and they will only ship to the address on the check. So basically if you have a PO Box you cannot place an order. They did not let you know upfront that they would not ship.

    I ordered 3 times from Vistaprint over the course of 5 years. First 2 orders were flawless, I loved the quality of the paper and the print. But the last order was a disaster. I paid for the premium paper and what they sent me is extremely cheaply printed biz cards. The paper looks very cheap and the print quality is even worse. I can print with better quality with the printer I have at home. It looks like they went for cost cuts over the years and quality went way down.

    I was originally really mad, because my return address labels arrived completely blank... not sure how that happened, but to make a long story short - Vistaprint made it right, and sent me a free batch of replacement ones with the correctly printed address. This may seem like a small thing, but I sure appreciated it. The customer service representative I dealt with, whose name I wish I remembered (Sorry I couldn't find it in my email history) was compassionate, kind, polite, professional, patient, and understanding - and made it right. Thank you for that. By the way, the products: return address labels, and checks - all were of very high quality, so I am really thrilled with my order. Thank you, Vistaprint!

    We ordered postcards for personal use sometime in early 2017. I just found out this month they had been billing me $18 per month since at least June 2017. They said the amount is for a website. After a lot of back and forth speaking to Aretha I've learned it's for a website we didn't ask for, do not use and doesn't exist. We do not own a business or have a need for any website.

    She said they can refund the last 6 months back to the card but charges before that will be sent as a check but she couldnt give me a timeline for when I will receive that check. After further questioning I was told 24 to 48 hours to process the check and 7 to 10 days to receive it. She says the charges started in June 2017 which happens to be the earliest statement I have access to online so I will have to research earlier dates by looking through paper statements. Yes I should have noticed these charges before, that is purely my fault but adding a fraudulent monthly charge is horrible. I wonder how many people never realize they are being charged. And think about how money they have access to by doing this even when giving refunds months and years later.

    I ordered some business cards but unfortunately some of the print was cut off. I did an online chat with Mariam ** and she was extremely helpful. Not only did she amend the cards but she sent out the new ones at fast rate delivery and at no extra charge and included a lovely leather case for me to put some cards in.     I ordered postcards which were guaranteed for a Friday delivery. Before ordering, I had called customer service just to be sure that the items would be delivered by Friday (using expedited shipping). "When you say that I will have them Friday, is there a 90% chance they will be there on Friday? 95% chance? 99% chance?" I asked the customer service person. "There is a 100% chance it will be there", the customer service person said. On Friday, the cards were SHIPPED, not delivered. Uggh! I called customer service, and the representative told me that the items were shipped from Windsor, Ontario (!) to San Diego, California by REGULAR UPS, even though I had paid $23.00 for expedited shipping. The person estimated that the items would arrive "on Tuesday or Wednesday". So frustrating!

    I have called them 6 or 7 times telling them that I do not live inside the City of Pueblo Colorado, my address is outside the city. My Zip Code is outside of the City Of Pueblo. But since my address says Pueblo, Colorado because that is what the Post Office says it has to be Vistaprint charges me too much sales tax. I tried to speak to some in charge, however, all Vistaprint would do is give me Colorado Department of Revenue phone number. It is funny Amazon, Sam's Club and other online sales can get the correct sales tax, Vistaprint cannot and will not provide anyone to speak with to try to fix the problem. I am done as a business person with Vistaprint.

    I had a few great years getting labels from Vistaprint but then this year they just deleted 6 labels I hadn't finished designing yet. They sent an email to say that would happen but the heading was not clear at all (all it said was 'reminder' and 'add us to your address book') and so I didn't open it considering there are so many emails from them and I can't open them all. Anyhow I am crushed that all the hours of work I put into the labels was for nothing and then the company didn't bother to offer a single bit of compensation even after I asked them to.

    Plus the files sometimes have glitches that are really frustrating. If only Vistaprint would compensate me I could remove this review and post a way better one since the products can be of high quality. I am so saddened by this latest experience though and feel the need to warn others. The website does not state anywhere clearly that your work will be permanently deleted after 60 days. What other company treats its customers work with such little regard.

    I wanted to check them out and submitted a super small order of pens. $22 for 5 cheap pens and it will be couriered so extra $15. And of course Government Canada HST. $7 bucks for a cheap pen. Nothing could go wrong right? Well, first of all, one day I am returning home and the ripped off envelope is sitting in front of my door. The building has a buzzer system and I would be buzzed if the person tried to contact me. He/she didn't. Inside, two plastic bags: 1 with 4 ok pens, another one with 1 messed up pen. And just sent like this. LOL. No apology. No nothing. Called them: they said they will send additional 5 pens as their apology but somehow they felt that Purolator was not the extension of them and tried to say that it was ok. VISTAPRINT, is it ok for strangers to enter your building, or your home? IT IS NOT OK! AND IT REFLECTS ON YOU.

    In the meantime THEY CHARGE ME ANOTHER $33 and the Purolator guy, who admitted he was the one previously delivering said that he sees nothing wrong entering people's buildings without buzzing. I asked him who is he coming to see in this building. He said - "You." I asked him, "How did you get in," he said he did not want to bother with buzzing! 2018 a single female living and you think it is ok for this to happen? Yeah, I did not think so. I am pressing criminal charges BTW. Opened the envelope and - 1 pen. I have no words to express my disgust. I will notify VISA and cops and SHAME ON YOU VISTAPRINT. You will never again get my business.

    Not only do they make it nearly impossible to cancel an account with them... but even after you send your account number more than once they pretend they don't get the emails or even messages on their website. They continue to charge me after I have emailed and messaged several times (with my account number). CANCEL MY ACCOUNT. I DON'T USE YOUR SERVICE!!!

    In June we reordered a business card from Vistaprint that we had ordered before. We have used Vistaprint for several years for three different businesses. Our June order was promised on the 3rd of July. About July 5th we received a notice of our order canceled, then that the design in our portfolio had expired. Then we received a notice of our new order now promised July 13th. We did nothing, the emails just came in with no input from us. We emailed and called and Vistaprint would do nothing and then send us an email praising their good service stating they were so happy they solved our problem without charging us and additional charges.

    We received the cards and they had the safe frame printed on the cards and the bleed area was inside the edge of the card. It was just printed like the edit box. Vistaprint agreed after over 6 emails and three phone calls, to reprint the cards at no charge. We are still awaiting our cards. Finally, I know that the convenience of online ordering is better in some ways than finding a local printer and having business forms and cards printed. For very small businesses it is the only way to get professional looking printing we can afford. The problem is when something goes wrong. Who is going to solve the problem and how many calls and emails and personal time does it take to correct what should be a minor issue. In this case we spent way more than we saved on business cards.

    Customer service is becoming a problem in many large companies. The cost is just too high for a large, international company to give good service and impress their stockholders with ever bigger profit margins. We have hit a ceiling in making more money. Companies and their stockholders are no longer willing to make money again and again and add to their wealth with accumulation. They want it now and they want to show that they are making more money per order than last year. It is a disease infecting all areas of large business. They will not stop until they collapse under the strain of their own obsessive greed. We can only help by refusing to buy from companies that fail to service what they sell. Failures like this cost customers billions of dollars working out the failure of the company.

    It is interesting to see that the cost of service does not go away, it gets transferred. The cost of service in most cases is transferred to the customer. When you buy something nowadays you are asked if you want to purchase the protection plan like it is another product. It is actually customers taking on the companies' cost of service and warranty. Retailers have made a huge fraud on all of us by selling us, as a second product, the companies' responsibility for quality control. Do you ever think what happens if you buy an electric drill from a mega retailer and it fails to perform? Soon you will get a, "sorry, you did not want the warranty". At that time big business will have succeeded in passing all their customer service and quality control costs on to the customer as well as making it a profitable additional sale for them and the retailer.

    Don't keep doing this. It is making farm animals out of us. When you do what companies that you purchase from want you to do, you become their milk cow. They feed you and you produce profits for them. You fail to produce and you are out of luck. This is not free enterprise. It is trickery and deceit at high levels. Buy local as much as you can. Buy from small business as much as you can. I know it is difficult but it is essential to having a future.

    Ordered business cards, door magnet and signage. Well, they said fast shipping, but by the time I got through all the editing of my details it ended up being 3 day shipping, and here I am waiting on the third day and it hasn't come. And it is 530, so I do not think it is coming today. So they are slow at shipping when they say fast, and they do not even pull through when they say they will. Not impressed at all.

    I'll use them for all my business cards. I haven't had them print anything else but I love my cards and their recommendation. Their mobile design is far ahead than any other's and I notice they are always innovating. So I'm sticking with them.

    I ordered two custom printed T-Shirts, one for me and 1 for my daughter. When I did, I gave Vistaprint my new email address (I'm not putting it in this complaint because I do not want a ton of spam). I was not happy with the quality of the brand of T-Shirt they used and their print job of the photo I provided on the T-shirt was way too big and of very poor quality. I sent them my complaint and I provided the order number. And I have had no response. I will not buy anything anymore from Vistaprint! They still show my old email address on their site. I think I should probably quit buying anything online.

    Summary: Pros: Extremely quick delivery, highly protective packaging to prevent damage, neat and even cut lines, crisp letters and pictures that were true to my Photoshop design. Cons: Confusing website may cause consumer to spend more money than the website advertises. Details: Upon reading MANY negative reviews regarding incorrect colors, skewed cut marks, blurry/pixelated designs, and extremely late delivery dates, I was very nervous about using Vistaprint after I had already ordered my wedding invitations.

    Delivery and Measurements: My order was placed on July 2nd and expected to arrive by July 10th, and I received them on July 6th. To my surprise, the invitations came out MUCH better than I expected! I uploaded a custom Photoshop design with a PSD file. All my borders were the correct measurements and the cut lines were exactly where they should be.

    PDF Proof vs. Final Result: When I viewed the PDF proof, my design was a little more pixelated than I had created it to be, despite my PSD using 300 dpi. I called VistaPrint and spoke to a customer service representative who informed me that the PDF proof gives only an idea of the final result, and may be more true to the design on the cardstock. Of course this made me extremely anxious, but when the invitations arrived, the resolution turned out much more clear on the cardstock than on the PDF proof!

    My invitations DID come out with a slightly purplish hue in the background (my background was designed to be a dark gray). All files designed to be printed should be created using CMYK format, and since my uploaded design was created with RGB format instead, this may be my own fault and likely does not reflect the service provided by VistaPrint.

    Packaging: The envelopes included with the invites were shipped separately (50 invitations including 40 envelopes in one package, and 10 envelopes in a separate package), yet both packages arrived at the same time, so this was not an issue. I had also read a few reviews stating that the consumers’ business cards/invites/pamphlets etc. were shipped in a box with no extra protection whatsoever, causing bent and ripped edges and corners. My invitations arrived in a cardboard envelope and were protected with a thick cellophane wrapper, a plastic band to hold them together, and two thick, white cardstock boards that “sandwiched” the invitations so they were not exposed. I was highly impressed with the rather “over” protective packaging (as I’d rather have too much than not enough!). None of my invitations were bent or damaged and arrived completely flat and neat.

    Reason for Four Stars: My complaint with VistaPrint does not reflect the results of my product so much as their website. I have removed one star due to the checkout page that bombards the consumer with other offers in an attempt to “trick” them. VistaPrint often has “x% off” sales, but as the consumer cannot use more than one promo code, the offers are useless and the “sale” does not really exist depending on what the user is already purchasing. The customer service representative to whom I spoke added a promo code that took off 10% of the price of my order. While this was extremely nice of them, their promo code actually removed the promo code I applied initially, which was 25% off my order rather than 10%. The “bottom line” for my only complaint is that the VistaPrint website makes such strong attempts to get the consumer to pay more than they had originally thought.

    Ordered 4th of July postcards for an American Flag Giveaway to my clients and prospects. They sent me the proof of the product that was supposed to be delivered via Vistaprint, however, they didn't care to mention that the area I filled out was the area where the addresses were supposed to be printed and after numerous discussions with them confirming this was a good to go product they sent it out.

    My clients and prospects received this and existing clients reached out to me to tell me that the postcard was unreadable and pretty much cut in half and they had no idea how to submit information in order to be eligible to receive an entry for the flag giveaway. I called Vistaprint and told them this, and told them I not only lost business but also looked incompetent and was completely embarrassed by their product. They only offered me my money back and that was it. I am a realtor and our entire office uses Vistaprint not only for our business cards but for marketing purposes, and because of this, no one will be using them going forward...

    Ordered business cards a reprint (have used this company for several years) on 5/26/18. Was to receive cards on 6/6/18. When they did not arrive, went on website and noted still processing. On 6/8/18 called company who stated card had been declined and an email sent, this was not true. Never had any communication, after an hour on the phone and transfer to the billing department replaced the order and was told card went through. This new order was to arrive on 6/15/18. Today 6/18/18 order still not here. On website still processing, when I called was told there was fraud activity and account restricted can no longer order. Was never notified and when questioned how they could approve a credit card then close or restrict an account would not give an answer. I am going to share with as many people as possible to never use this business.

    I had a wonderful experience with the customer service representative, Alfaize, at Vistaprint. I ordered invitations for my child's birthday and I was not happy with how they printed on the matte paper stock. I contacted Vistaprint to inform them that it was my mistake, and I did choose matte paper for printing, but I was hoping to change my order to glossy paper stock. They were extremely accommodating and I received new glossy invitations just days after my inquiry. I will be using Vistaprint for all of my future invitation purchases.

    I ordered some t-shirts for a family vacation and paid extra to have them mailed express. At check out I was guaranteed that the items would arrive before the vacation. I was so excited to surprise my family! They did not arrive on the guaranteed date. When I checked via the tracking number I was informed they would arrive TWO DAYS after we would leave for vacation!! I am so disappointed!!! This is a horrible way to do business! I canceled the order and will use every social media outlet I have to warn people of this company!!! I will NEVER use Vistaprint again!!!

    I am very displeased with both the quality of the business cards I received from Vistaprint and the quality of the customer service in dealing with my issue. I had ordered cards that were dark grey on one side and light grey on the other with black print on both sides. This was a preexisting design offered on their website, and I did not change any of the colors. When I received the cards, the side that should have been dark grey (with my business name in black letters) was just solid black. I assumed there was a printing error and contacted Vistaprint to let them know.

    In their email reply they justified what had happened by telling me that it was not possible to print black on black. I have a problem with this because in the preview of my card before I placed the order, there was a subtle, but still distinct difference between the background color and the color of the letters. Besides all that, what matters in the end is that I ordered a design Vistaprint offers, and they were not able to produce the design. In the email, the representative said they would put a credit in my account and a new card design in my portfolio in case I wanted to place a new order, but when I called Vistaprint to discuss the issue further the representative on the phone informed me that a replacement order was already being processed. I have already ordered business cards from a different company, and I do not plan to use Vistaprint in the future.

    I would have rated Vistaprint 5 stars but cannot do so this time due to the rudeness of the manager to whom my case had been escalated. I had ordered metallic business cards to be here by 7th June. I hadn't had notice of dispatch so decided to call and inquire. Call handler informed me that my order hadn't gone through as their machine had technical problems. She refunded me and promised new metallic and extra glossy ones would be reordered for arrival 8th June.

    I then had a choice of compensation where I asked for t-shirts and told that was ok but manager would need to call to confirm the order. Manager calls and says very rudely that he can reorder the cards free of charge but the metallic ones would not arrive till after the weekend when clearly these were the ones I needed. He kept being rude and trying to dissuade me, saying there is nothing else he could do. T-shirts he could only give me 1 free of charge when I was clearly told I could have more. We went round in circles for 40 mins and he kept putting my on mute time and time again due to him not listening to me. In the end he refused to give me his name so that I could officially complain. Very disgusted with the rudeness of this man and will be very hesitant to use this company again.

    They are real quick to get your business and start charging you. Once you start digging and asking for changes to your site, they fall off the deep end. They are literally GONE GONE. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR YOUR WEBSITE!!! They have "hidden" charges that will get you in the end, and your site, when they finish with it, looks like a third grader did it. UGGH. This site sucks!

    VistaPrint is a great option for getting my custom printed materials shipped to my house! They have great product selections. But some items are priced too high to enable me to print things for resale from my own artwork. If they offered options for me to have my items priced for resale by me with my art, they would get a 5 on value. I love the items. But Fine Art America is doing okay for selling printed art items.

    In the last 2 weeks I ordered 2 separate orders. I used PayPal as the method of payment. My bank withdrew the funds within 1 or 2 days. Vistaprint claims they have not received the funds from Paypal... Of course 5 days go by and I contact their CS Dept. I send them a snapshot of my order# and also my Bank showing the funds being released. That's what the CD Rep asked me to do. So I follow these instructions. About 8 days after my first order they ship it at last only because I stayed on them. They did add an additional 50 flyers. Wow. Lol. Now on my current order that I placed Sunday April 29th. It's still on hold 5 days later for the same reason. Saying that they have not received the payment from PayPal. They should at least put up a disclaimer stating if using PayPal there might be a delay. Of course they don't have a disclaimer.

    So I asked the rep if they could send me some additional flyers to make this situation better. She says "No" we already sent you 50 extra flyers for your last issue... WOW! Really so instead of helping me out and saying how can we help you. They can care less. Please don't use this company for any future orders. I've never been treated this bad by a company like Vistaprint before!!!

    Simply put, I paid for express delivery and did not receive my order when promised. This delayed an important aspect of a marketing plan. In the meantime I placed an emergency order with nextdayflyers.com. Delivered as promised the next morning. Vistaprint's delivery was at the end of the day...and by now, useless. Vistaprint customer service refunded the express delivery fee. Nextdayflyers.com understands that timeliness is crucial.

    Vistaprint does great work and offers good deals. You can create the entire product from scratch or use one of the templates provided (lots to choose from). For a few extra cents you can create a business card that is truly unique & really catches everyone's eye! I surprise friends with gifts of business cards from Vistaprint. All have been a hit! Many accessories to choose from too. It's my go-to printer and I don't need to leave my home.

    I ordered business cards from one of my starter sets given to me when I first started working. I was able to use the online tool to create cards with the added difficulty to have one side printed in Japanese. I had to fiddle a bit with the tool but the cards came our great. The delivery was quick in just a matter of days.

    Would highly recommend Vistaprint to anyone. Our wedding invites came out really nice but I had made a very stupid mistake on the front and spelled my future husbands name wrong, it was totally my fault and was gutted I had made such a stupid mistake. Vistaprint was so good about it, they corrected the mistake and agreed to resend the invites to us via swift post at no cost. I couldn't believe how nice and helpful they were over the phone. I would definitely use them again for any printing.

    I signed up for the free month of social media marketing Nov of 2017 and cancelled the same month as it was not doing anything for me. Now April 2018 (5 months later) I noticed they have been taking monthly payments from me of $10.50. I called to get refunded and it was no problem but how many people notice this? Seems strange. Otherwise I think they are great in all other aspects... fast delivery... accurate and great customer service and great prices.

    I have been a Vistaprint customer for years. I've always loved the quality of product that they offer. But recently they've been screwing me around with orders. I place an order for fast shipment. The next day, no shipment notification. I call them and they give me a runaround. On four different occasions they've told me: "Oh, your payment didn't go through" (It's a credit card that should be fine to work), OH: (literally) I don't know what happened. Now they're saying that they don't deliver to my address? Which is totally ridiculous because I know they deliver to here. It's freaking normal street address. I've given up on their runaround and am going elsewhere. I think they just want customers to cancel and have to reorder, thus losing their discounts.

    I am unfortunately writing to Vistaprint as a very dissatisfied customer. If I could give Vistaprint -5 starts, I would. There is a blatant gap between the customer service I would receive on the phone and the actual follow up, especially in relation to any supervisors or managers (or lack thereof) I would connect with. First Order: I order my wedding invitations and envelopes originally on 1/08/17, with expedited shipping, to arrive on 1/10/18. The envelopes arrived the wrong size. I called (great phone customer service... or so I thought), envelops were reordered on 1/11/18.

    Second Order: the envelopes arrived, with a misspelling of my fiance's last name. Which I spelled out 3 times. And his last name was spelled correctly on the original envelopes. I was directed to a supervisor, by my request, who placed the order. Envelops were re-ordered on 1/17/18. I informed the supervisor we could not afford any more delays, and she assured me it would not happen, the envelopes would arrive quickly and she would maintain communication with me through the whole process. I was kindly offered a refund of $92 dollars for the express shipping I had paid for and original envelopes.

    She did not follow up with me, once. The envelopes were not expedited and I received them 5 days after I was promised. Third order: the envelopes arrive, with NOW a misspelling of my fiance's last name on a security liner. We never asked for a security liner and his last name was spelled out correctly on the phone 20 times by this point, to a supervisor. I called Vistaprint for the 3rd time, kindly asking for a Manager (since the supervisor did not order correctly, did not stay in communication with me and did not get the envelopes to me when she promised).

    A manager could not be found so I was directed to a different supervisor, who apologized, said she would reorder (which happened on 1/25/18), and that her or her manager would keep in communication with me ASAP. She said I would receive a call the following day about an arrival day, but they would be expedited. I did not receive a SINGLE follow up phone call, e-mail or any form of communication. I vocalized to the supervisor the amount of time we had lost and how valuable time is in the wedding planning process. She said that compensation for these issues (i.e. a full refund) would be discussed with me when she or the manager called the following day, which never happened.

    Fourth Order: the envelopes arrived correctly on Thursday Feb 1st, 4 days after I was told they would be received, with no follow up communication from anyone.The series of events that took place with my order is utterly embarrassing, disrespectful and nauseating. It took me one month to get my correct order, after 3 failed attempts and numerous unfulfilled promises from 2 supervisors of the company. This company has so many strong aspects and I can see the focus on customer service, but where they are seriously missing the mark, is FOLLOWING UP with customers who have had a misorder, negative experience or generally some feedback. After 4 attempts to get a hold of them, after giving this feedback I STILL have not been contacted and it's nearly April. This is THE worst company I have worked with in terms of customer service, avoid at all costs.

    After spending hours perfecting my site with as little creative tools as possible, I finished. The next day I went to my site to view it as a visitor would. At first it said it didn't exist, then it came up on second try. But it has an I with a circle around it prior to my URL. When I click on it, it warns visitors that ANY INFORMATION SHARED WITH THIS WEBSITE COULD BE STOLEN BY ATTACKERS! INSTANTLY, I called Vistaprint to ask what happened and why sites aren't SSL? I am then informed that none of their websites are SSL! WTF? In 2018, what kind of company that offers websites doesn't have SSL??? The moment their I.T. department said "hey, we should offer websites to clients." someone should have said, "before we even start code, we need to ensure each site is SSL!"

    Who in this day and age, doesn't know, even laymen know, Security online is extremely important! What idiot decided this was even a good idea to move forward without protecting their customers online. Have all my print orders that include my cc, the same? Their site isn't safe! BE CAREFUL. This is a huge breach of customer trust and safety. Not to mention, as a business, what prospect of mine will now enter their contact information into a website that shows loud and clear, your information isn't safe and can be stolen by attackers, upon initial visit! FML, I knew I shouldn't have gone with them, their deal was good, and now I know why. From one business professional to a business, VISTAPRINT, FIRE YOUR I.T. DEPARTMENT AND ANYONE THAT SAID, THIS WAS EVEN A LITTLE OK. I feel like Shemp is heading their companies digital side. Horrible horrible horrible.

    I made an order on the 5th of March, it was supposed to arrive on the 12th. My event is on the 20th. I got the order confirmation and was happy with everything until the order did not arrive on time. I called a couple days after and asked where my order was and they just said it had been canceled as the payment hadn't been processed. I didn't receive any emails saying there had been a problem with payment. They just apologised but couldn't get my order to me in time. Don't give me an apology, bring me a solution! They obviously don't want money or loyal customers because they couldn't call or email when there was an issue with the order. This could have been resolved so easily but dealing with them was a waste of time and very stressful!

    RUN! I ordered some posters for an event. I was not super engaged and they asked about our business logo. I didn't realize I had signed up for a $30 a month kind of subscription whereby they keep sending me junk. I called them to cancel and they billed me again. They are a complete scam.     I have an Etsy account where I sell business cards. A customer contacted me to match Vistaprint's prices. I said I cannot. Customer then requested to purchase a PDF file. I declined. Customer then had Vistaprint replicate my cards for $10. Not only did I lose the sale, Vistaprint is profiting off my ideas.

    They had lots of nice designs, but that's the only thing that is saving this company from a 1-star review. I had a nightmare just trying to create an account. It said my email address was invalid, which it wasn't, and I ended up finding a loophole by which the website would allow me to just create an account. That loophole was to sign up for email promotions... thought I was just giving them my email address... no, I have to create a password just to get emails from them! Then, once I finally had my account set up, went to order some business cards. Before I could check out I had to click through three or four pages of products which I didn't want. Should have checked out reviews of this website before I ordered my business cards. If I had I wouldn't have ordered. Probably won't be ordering again. We'll see whether the cards are good quality once I get them. No matter what though, I won't be recommending Vistaprint to anyone.

    I have been using Vistaprint for a few year. Each time I have been very happy with this company: excellent products, very good service and value for prices. I also have receiving my orders on the time. The company is so impressive. They replaced free charge one of my order I wasn't happy with. My friend told me she refused the package, and the USPS sent it back to Vistaprint free of charge. Vistaprint is an online supplier of printing & promotional materials as well as marketing services with an excellent website very easy to use. Great company, I highly recommend it.

    Unfortunately, the polo shirts I ordered both shrunk 3". When they arrive, they come really big but after you wash them, using their instructions, the shirt was too small. When I called they said they only sell one type of polo shirt so there was nothing they could do. Disappointing.

    Trying to purchase business cards from them, but they will not accept my email address as there are only 2 letters before the @. I run 3 business' and have 5 email accounts that all start with my 2 initials. I have NEVER had anyone not accept my email "for security purposes." This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever encountered. Cannot become a "Verified Buyer" as the site wouldn't let me buy!!!

    I ordered letterhead with a paper color other than white. Much to my surprise, the back side of the letterhead is white. The weirdest looking paper I've ever seen...and worthless to use for my letterhead. A complete waste of money, and the customer support when I called to register my dissatisfaction was useless. My recommendation - don't order anything from Vistaprint - you never know what you are going to get.

    I placed this order on 12/12/17 and it was promised by 12/20/17. I made an inquiry on 12/19/17 on the status. Out of the blue I receive a $4.93 refund for an unexplained reason and the following response: "Thank you for your recent order D651B-L4A17-1J6. Unfortunately, due to unanticipated production issues, your order hasn’t shipped yet and your delivery will be slightly delayed. >> Please know we’re doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We expect your item to be delivered by 12/25/2017 and as soon as it ships we’ll send you a confirmation email."

    This was not the case. No one was working on my order at all. When I inquired again after the New Year about the status I was told the "production team" thought my order was canceled (I had canceled envelopes) and I could expect it by 1/10/18 at no additional charge, as if that is special - I'd already paid for it! When I asked for an additional discount, if not a full refund to compensate for their error, they flatly said no. I have been a Vistaprint customer for over 10 years and have never received such poor customer service, lip service and lack of appreciation for being a customer. My view of Vistaprint is currently colored and I do not know if I can continue using their services.

    I had 1500 business cards printed by Vistaprint. First of all, I used their site to create the cards. This process was very easy and the cards looked great. Next, when I received the cards they were just as they looked on the site, not quite as bright in color, which is to be expected since the computer monitor uses actual lighting, but pretty darn close! I was very, very pleased to say the least. Then, I realized I had made a mistake on the cards. I called Vistaprint about 3 weeks after I received my order and explained I had made a mistake. They re-ordered the cards for me and sent them out to me at NO CHARGE! This is an amazing company! Also, every time I spoke to their representatives on the phone, they were very kind and patient. I would recommend this company without reservation.

    Been using for 7 years, and still totally happy! I was surprised by the bad reviews. I sure hope they are wrong since I just ordered a poster and 2 new magnets for my car. All I know is, every product has come back to me PERFECT! I run a company called Napa Valley Nanny and my husband uses them for his wine tours - Savor Napa Wine Tours. We are totally satisfied with: Business Cards, Postcards, gift certificates, poster, car magnets. I can't imagine that I'll be unhappy with the order I just placed. Also, THEY ANSWER THE PHONE and communicate clearly, and are SO helpful. I wish they would make balloons, since I ordered mine from Wristbands/Imprint.com and was SO unhappy with customer service and the product was horrible. Please start doing custom balloons!

    Whatever they once were they are not anymore. Years ago Vistaprint was to go to Business accessories solution. For a great price and quick service you would get what you want with very high quality and on time. Now they are virtually the most expensive and consistently miss deadlines which for a small business person is critical. They will not be getting my business anymore. I say this to help others looking for a recommendation. There are many better solutions next time. I’m going to Staples.

    I've had problems with their quality of work four times now. The print quality was great when I first started using them, now its seems rushed, poorly executed, and unable to keep up with their promotions. This last, and final, incident occurred when they failed to print my order, even though I got a tracking number, and then also failed to notify me that there was an issue with my order. When I called to inquire, the customer service promptly returned my money and reissued a new print job. Even that failed to be delivered at the promised time.

    They delivered me 10 envelopes, 2 sheets of return labels, and nothing else; not the 50 Christmas cards I ordered. These will be mailed out completely late. This is so disheartening, but it’s a good lesson to learn and to move on to a company that will keep its word and deliver on time, a quality product. Customer service told me they were having a lot of issues this year. Well, if Vistaprint cannot scale up properly, they shouldn't have promoted so many discounts. I honestly wish I could give Vistaprint a negative star rating. - 5.

    No way! Make a note not to use them ever again. I remember this same thing happening in the past. Printing completed fast, but rush expedited or fastest shipping is slow with absolutely no options to ship faster even when calling on the phone. Also the shipping delivery estimate was wrong. Shop local, skip the ship and this business that will not try to accommodate common modern fast shipping methods. I hope Amazon starts an online printing operation.

We were disconnected mid conversation during the live chat process and not even five minutes later, the live chat agent called my phone to help resolve things.     We ordered our year's Christmas card through Vistaprint and received them much darker than they showed in our preview. It was not at all good quality and the photo is obviously much darker than it should be. We were quite disappointed with them and realized we wouldn't be able to send them out in that condition, so we requested either a lighter reprint, or our money back. They said they would brighten the photo and resend us a new copy with express home delivery. Of course the delivery didn't arrive at home, instead it was back at the little supermarket that we have to take a train to get to.

    We returned home and were excited to see the reprints. I jokingly said to my wife, "Don't get your hopes up" and sure enough, I was right. They not only brightened up our photo, but they brightened up the entire card! Why not just brighten up the photo then add it to the template again? That wouldn't have been a big deal if they actually had eyes and looked at the quality of the photo they were printing out. Now it is on the complete opposite side of the spectrum! They are way overexposed and look even worse than the original. We are going to just end up sending out both copies and tell our friends and family that they should be expecting something in between. I will never use Vistaprint again.

    I have ordered from Vistaprint in the past and have always been satisfied. However, I placed a large order for Tote Bags, individually printed with dog's names. I placed my order on November 10th, proud that I was well ahead of the game and would get them in plenty of time. Called on Dec 11th and they told me that I would need to resubmit and the order would reach me on the 27th December!!! There was no expediting this order. When I wished to cancel, they said they would refund half and still send the order, which is absolutely no use to me as Christmas gifts for clients given AFTER Christmas is highly unprofessional. I had to quickly find an alternative which I did, but they're unable to print individual names AND I had to pay $154 to expedite the order which still isn't going to reach me until 2 days before Christmas. All in all a terrible, terrible experience with this company whose blatant inefficiency is now reflected badly on me and my company.

    I ordered business cards for my Uber business (private contractor/self employed). Vistaprint gave my information to some company in California that sells Labor Law posters. This company started harassing me to buy their posters or I would be turned in to my local Labor Board for not having them which could net me a $36000 fine! I'm not even a business that has employees... I AM SELF EMPLOYED! These Vistaprint people violate every privacy policy there is out there. Buyer beware and stay away from them.

    I ordered small postcards for people to fill out with contact information. I only needed one side printed and I chose the matte side, leaving the glossy side blank. After I placed the order online, I discovered I was charged for double sided printing even though the customer service rep told me it would not be an extra charge. I even saved the text of the chat with the customer rep and sent it to them. Despite my objections, they gave me a credit. I wanted a refund for the disputed charge.

    The product they produced was fine and I did receive it in time. However, I am unlikely to do business with them again. Certainly I would never do anything that cost a lot of money. If they are not willing to stand behind what their customer reps say, how can they be trusted? If they won't refund my $18, I seriously doubt they would refund amounts greater than that.

    Printed material is decent, considering most jobs are done on gang runs (multiple project jobs where various colors are used as opposed to a single run, where color can be custom matched) and still maintain their color down to about 98% with no bleeds, splotches, etc. Folded cards or brochures in my experience (I've ordered both in larger than normal quantities) are usually not sent scored. Or if they are, only partially scored. This means the customer ends up bending their brochures or hands by hand, which is tedious and never seamlessly uniform.

    Customer service is helpful, but it is always a hassle to have to call in and explain this. Also for those who have websites with them, keep in mind the pros and cons. Pros are unlimited bandwidth and pages, pretty low operating costs per month with a very high quality of photos to choose from. The user interface is easy to navigate even for a graphic artist like myself. Anyone can build a site and refine it with their proprietary software.

    Cons are you can't insert an SSL certificate (the little green lock) because Cimpress (Vistaprint's parent company) doesn't allow it. Each site is used within the Cimpress host server, and you know they do have the highest SSL certificate, but for those customers who do have sites with them, this is not possible. I own 2 SSL certificates and can't put them in. This is bad because I don't like aging to tell people I use them to build my site or host it, and don't want to build a new site yet. Cimpress has come far and I've had good experiences with them, but it isn't seamless. Weebly.com is more expensive but they do allow SSL certificates. They have cons too though.

    Their Guarantee is very IMPRESSIVE. They will replace free charge any order you're not happy with. And their quality and prices are excellent. However, I haven't ordered from them for a couple years and it does look like they have changed their website somewhat. Their website used to be so easy to use in designing your own cards, etc. and I'm not sure if they're retained that same standard of excellent as I've read one review on this site that tells me they may have changed their website to something less than what it was - an excellent website so very easy to use.     On 11/26/17, I placed an order through my reseller account to purchase a banner for one of my customers. I selected Standard shipping, which had a guaranteed delivery date of 12/4/17. The banner shipped out the same day and the following day I tracked the item on UPS and it stated delivery of 11/30/17. However, when I went on UPS today, it shows that the banner has been sitting at the UPS facility in Oak Creek (which is 10 minutes from my house) for 2 days.

    I contacted Monique from customer service via chat today and was told that by selecting Standard shipping, that I was agreeing to the 12/4/17 ship date and that there was nothing Vistaprint can do as the package is not late. I stated that I'm not complaining that the shipment is late; rather, that it's just sitting in a warehouse 10 minutes from me and that I'm being told by her that I have to wait another 4 days, for no reason, to receive my banner. Monique clearly had an attitude and I told her as such and she basically told me that she didn't care.

    I then called customer service immediately and another woman said the exact same thing that Monique did. It was almost word for word, as if they were reading off of a script. After arguing with her for 10 minutes and just going around in circles, I demanded to speak to a supervisor. I waited 5-10 minutes before a supervisor with a thick accent picked up the phone.

    The supervisor was extremely rude and condescending. I asked why my package is just sitting at UPS and not being transferred to the Post Office for immediate delivery and she stated that it's because I paid for 5 day delivery and as such, the package would get delivered on the 5th day. It didn't matter to her that the package arrived at the UPS facility in 2 days, since I didn't pay the $18 fee for UPS ground, my package was being held hostage at UPS an extra 4 days at the direction of Vistaprint because I didn't pay more for shipping.

    When I explained how stupid this policy was, the supervisor told that it's just the way it is and if I wanted the package faster, I should've paid more. I used to run a warehouse and I know it doesn't cost $18 to ship a medium banner from Michigan to Wisconsin via UPS Ground. When I threatened to close my reseller account to the supervisor, she told me that if that's what I needed to do, then I should do it. Please tell me how a customer service supervisor just tells a customer to close their account and doesn't do anything to retain the customer. Have they gotten that big that customer service no longer matters? As a result of the shipping issue, my customer became very upset and told me they won't be ordering from me ever again. It's great to know that I'm losing business because of Vistaprint and their money hungry policies. As a result, I closed my reseller account and I will never do business with Vistaprint ever again!

    I have never ordered anything from Vistaprint - did not even know who they were until I found two fraudulent charges on my credit card. One was for $700 and another for $800. Luckily, I found them within a day of the charges being made, and was able to have my credit card company take them off and send me a new card. Ironically, about 2 weeks later, we received a large package from Vistaprint with 50 white hoodies and a middle finger with ** you printed on them. I must admit that I laughed when we received it, as I've never been told off in such an interesting way. Nonetheless, we refused the package, and the post office sent it back to Vistaprint free of charge. Dangerous company, though.

    I am a small business owner and I ordered a batch of 50 calendars for the holidays. The online chat was very helpful when I had questions about creating the layout and photo quality control. The calendars came in and they look great, however I was about ready to ship them when I found a couple of them were missing pages. I called customer service in a tizzy to report the printing issue.     I have been ordering from Vistaprint for a year now and I noticed that on a few reorders the price has increased by as much as 50% over the price from less than a year ago. When I complained about this to them they denied any price increase in the last year yet I can easily check my order history and see what I paid. Even with the evidence I presented to them they still denied any price increase. Toooo funny. Anyway... Lost a lot of confidence in this company now so will be seeking a new company to do business with.

    Vistaprint has absolutely excellent customer service and to me that says it all. Any mistakes that they make they correct without a second thought immediately send you a replacement or fix the mistake. You can talk to their customer service people and they don't give you scripted robotic answers. I will always do what I can with Vistaprint. And their prices are lower than any I have compared them to.

    I've used Vistaprint for about 10 years now, for both office and personal holiday cards, yard/event signs, booth display signs, banners, business cards, calendars, coffee mugs and other promo items. The ONLY time I've been disappointed with an order was MY FAULT: I used inferior (low-resolution) graphics--and even then, VP immediately and proactively (i.e., WITHOUT MY EVEN ASKING) issued a full credit for my order. You can see this extraordinary responsiveness throughout the review histories for their products. Also, they have never failed to meet their delivery date on my orders--when they thought Hurricane Harvey might delay my shipment in August 2017, they sent an email notifying me that they'd credited the shipping cost back to me, because it might arrive 7 instead of 5 days after I placed the order! (BTW, the order arrived on time anyway, from VP's storm-impacted Houston facility.)

    I hope that you weigh this review against all the negative ones on this site. It's human nature to complain, vent, rant, and/or even to blame our own errors on others. I do have tremendous brand loyalty to Vistaprint, because they have earned it from me repeatedly, without fail, and without expectation other than the hope of my continued goodwill. There will always be malcontents, rivals and fault-finders. But we needn't join them.

    Placed an order with Vistaprint on 10/16/17. According to the tracking information provided by Vistaprint, my shipment arrived in my city on 10/20/17. UPS claims they made three attempts to deliver my order. I called Vistaprint today to express my frustration and to determine what the hell was going on with my order. The first customer service person that I spoke with was incompetent and tried to give me inaccurate information, stating that my order (arrived in Chicago on 10/20/17) was rerouted.

    Further, the service person informed me that I would receive the order sometime in November. I became adamant telling him to cancel the order. He amended the delivery date to October 30, 2017. We conclude the conversation. The customer service person calls back only I am not available to speak with him. I have no idea what he wanted. I called back when I became available 10 minutes later only to speak with another customer service rep. I requested to speak with a supervisor, the agent objected to my request insisting that he could help me. I demanded to speak with a supervisor so the rep. placed me on hold and never came back online. I have now encountered two people who are beyond incompetent. I want credible information regarding my order. I want my order now or refund my money.

    I ordered business cards and notepads. Both arrived incorrect. Idk if I made the mistakes or they did but I called to let them know they should have caught the mistakes (obvious work misspelled and too many digits in a US zip code). At any rate, they offered to reprint and mail at no cost or credit my account. They were happy to help and even made the re-order look better. Only fair we give praise and not just complaints. I fully expected to pay return shipping at a minimun. No charge! They have my business from now on.

    Used Vistaprint to order a large free standing sign. I had made a Photoshop design but was having trouble with converting the size. Used the Vistaprint “designers” to help and they converted the image. There were so many spelling mistakes in their design and I caught 4-5 of them but missed 1 in the final print. So upset but seriously I spent so much time proofreading the abundance of mistakes. And I confirmed there were no mistakes on what I sent them.

    Ordered a personalised mug on Sunday night, and it had arrived by Wednesday afternoon (I live on the Central Coast, NSW)! I paid for standard shipping, NOT express, so I was amazed!     I ordered checks for my business. The original order was fine. I then reordered confirming the new number the checks would need to start with. When I received my order, it was an exact duplicate of the original checks I had printed and with the same check numbers. I contacted the company and they said they could get it to us in 2 business days. When I received my e-mail confirmation of the corrected reprint, the delivery date listed was a week and not the 2 days. I again contacted the company. I was told that is standard delivery and cannot change. Not only did they print the wrong numbers on all the checks. They gave wrong information. This has become a real problem. By the time we get the checks, we will have waited 2 weeks for them. That is too long.

    I've been using Vistaprint for years and they provide very inexpensive cards. I've only had to report my cards had low quality once (via email) and they promptly send me good quality reprints. I also have used their website builder which was user-friendly and again inexpensive. I signed up for local listing, was charged, and had problems which prevented me from ever being listed, so I called, got through to a rep w/in minutes, and they deleted the order and refunded me. I find Vistaprint to be reliable and responsive. I will continue to use them for my business needs.
