I received a package from Vistaprint which I had not ordered so I immediately returned it. I was unaware at the time that I was a victim of fraud. This charge showed up on my debit card. I had never heard nor ordered from this company. I soon realized that I had several bogus charges on my debit card. I contacted my band and the sheriff's department. After several days I was finally able to contact the company. I told them what had happened and they refused to help me. They would not look up anything, take my information or even tell me if the box had been returned. This was the only company not willing to help me. Everyone else verified that security information did not match and they refunded my money. I had filed a police report, good thing I guess because they did assure me that they would speak with the police dept. I'm thinking good luck with that.
I looked all over their web site - WOW, no physical address for business location, RED FLAG!!!!! I told them they were rude and unhelpful and out of 5 charges they were the only ones not willing to help me. Now I read the complain list. I don't have enough hours in the day to completely read it. This tells me a lot. Good thing the charges was only $12.94, because I can probably afford to take that loss and the card is closed. I hope everyone will read the complaints and never do business with this company. Sounds to me like they are very SHADY, UNTRUSTWORTHY and DISHONEST. Not someone who I would ever do business with.

I receive unauthorized charges from this company on my credit card along with York Photo, Napster, and Gevalia.... I have never ordered with any of them. They also gave my phone number to realty companies and they call me asking about my recent interest in becoming a realtor (also charged on my card). After researching these companies, I have realized they all have revolving payments and seem to be related. Luckily, my card company stopped them early. Unbelievable that they get away with this after 4 years worth of posts about them being a scam.

They have been sending Maxim mag to my home where I have a son who does not need to be seeing half-naked girls. I did not order it. I hope I didn't pay for it. But most of all they don't give you anyway to speak to them. I have tried to cancel over and over. How can they just send you something you don't want without asking you. How do I stop this Mag. from coming to my house?

I ordered postcards back in Sept. After that order a $14.95 charge started showing up on my credit card for a Passport to Fun. I never signed up for this service and in fact had to get my money refunded on my one and only print order with Vistaprint because they missed their own deadline. I caught this early on but so far it cost me close to $75. It has been going on since Oct 2008.

I haven't buy anything from Vistaprint in the last 12 months but I got a charge of 12.95 AP9*Galleriadecom 877-499-9112 saying that I got a free trial membership and it was time for my first payment????? They were the ones that mention Vistaprint. I call Vista print right away to cancel my account and any future business with them. Everyone was nice and polite but I noticed they were trying to convince me I have made a mistake and somehow I approved this membership when I placed my order in the internet! Since I am Hispanic they gave away my card number to this company. They even spoke Spanish!!! No English at all - any - none. Thanks God I do so I could communicate with them. I am very upset and scared how easy they can just give all your info to anyone and steal your money.

I spent 3 days laying out my brochure and then submitted it to VistaPrint. The site kept crashing though I was able to generate proofs throughout the process. I ordered brochures through their customer support (rep seemed to be from India) and paid extra for 3 day shipping. Shipment did not arrive today (3rd business day). I called & again spoke with a customer service rep from another land, after 20 minute hold time said that they could not produce my brochures. No apology... I asked why they did not call to tell me this... She offered no apology. She said, "Your order was processed by our system automatically so we had no way of knowing." As a consumer here is my blunt advice... DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. VistaPrint is not customer oriented and they seem not to care about the small business person.

I've ordered business cards 7 different times via Vistaprint. Even when choosing the slow delivery method, I always got the correct product within a few days (always choose the 'slow' method as even the USPS delivers 'parcel post' faster than 21 days! No need to upgrade delivery as it's unnecessary- and this is how any online service makes money- postal fees). Personally, I've never been charged for other unwanted items, as I believe I never click on the add-ons: surveys, 'freebies', etc. and I go straight to 'checkout'.
BUT, the last few days (in late Feb. '08) I've tried 9 times to place an order and it's said my card is refused. This has never happened before. I also got the recorded phone message saying 'due to technical difficulties beyond our control' the phones cannot be answered, which is seriously worrisome. BUT, when I called the 866-870-4124 number listed under the 'Vistaprint replies' section here, a rep answered. She said it showed I'd tried 9 times to place the order, and that nothing had gone through and there were no charges.
I re-entered my info over and over to no avail. It's a small, $20 order. I checked with my bank, even made a deposit - and there IS money in my debit/checking account. I used the card yesterday elsewhere at a POP (point-of-purchase). The Vistaprint rep couldn't tell me what the problem is. My bank rep said no withdrawals had been made. Perhaps the error is on my end; perhaps it's in Vistaprint's system. Either way, I've never had a problem (yet!) with Vistaprint.
I'm going to try using my PayPal credit card for the purchase. I would recommend this method to anyone purchasing over the internet: Use a separate, PayPal card/account that has a limit. Also, I would be very cautious about fraudulent sites that look exactly like the right site, but are not. Many websites legally have the pop-ups and surveys that they allow to run but can trick you into giving away info or making purchases you didn't want, or validating re-curring charges like the ones mentioned here.

I was charged $90.00 on 4 separate charges to my ATM card. I have never heard of Vista Print, nor have I ever order anything from Vista Print. I called my bank and was surprise to see the charges. I then had my ATM blocked to prevent future charges. I called Visa Print and was told since I was not the 'account holder' that they could not release any information to me. How strange since they were the ones that sent me the labels. I asked what shall I do with the labels and they said to 'keep them'. If I didn't check my bank account and was not alerted from the bank that charges were being done, could you imagine all the money that Vista Print would have made on me?

I emailed them several times with no response. So I resorted to searching for the corporate info on Vistaprint and found names and titles of upper management, then I google them and found that some have blogs or Facebook pages, which I went on and left messages about wanting my money back. I am telling everyone I know and people I don't courtesy of chat boards and such, that they should NEVER do business with this company again.

In November, 2008, I ordered calendars from Vistaprint. In Feb.09, I noticed my credit card was charged $14.95 for Shopping Essentials. I did not recognize this charge. I called my credit card company and was told that the charges started in Dec. after I had ordered from Vistaprint. I have been charged $14.95 for Dec.08, Jan.09, and Feb. 09. I called the phone # for Shopping Essentials and was instructed to call tomorrow during business hours. Which I will do. I called the credit card company and closed the account. They will be sending me a Declaration form for fraud.
Consumers BEWARE, I do not know how these charges got started, I definitely did not order anything else. I also had a $12.00 charge on my debit card that I did not recognize. I called the company - Reservation Rewards - and was told the charges will be credited. We will see.

Have tried calling and never can speak to anyone. I had ordered Business cards from Vista Print several times but that charge also showed up and was paid. I don't understand why so many people are complaining. When an order didn't arrive, I called and was shipped another one. Also, after wasting money on Yahoo web hosting and Google ad words. They would not consider taking off $80 in charges from then placing ads for me on my space? A real rip off by Google. I finally have web pages that get business, and I don't need to pay for ad words. You need to use the premium, which is $10/month. I don't see much difference in paying for the $20 pack.
The $4.99 special is worthless - I stopped those. Vista submits to Google for you on the premium packages and I've gotten results within one to two weeks. I originally started using them for bus. cards since they were 1/4 of what Office Max charged me. Consider the competition is paying at 1/2 price $2500 for an ad through a designer.

I just reviewed my past business Visa bank statements and noticed an odd charge of $14.95 per month with the name of VistaprintUS. I ordered business cards from Vistaprint in 10/08 but nothing since then. They charged me 11/08, 12/08, and 1/08 this 14.95! I called my credit card who gave me the number of 888 243 6185. I called and it was a recorded message asking for your member number, which I gave them my phone # which retrieved this number. It gave me the option to cancel, before I did this I tried O for Operator to get my 3 months back. No one just recording. I cancelled the membership and called the 800 for Vistaprint.
Spoke to customer service who then tried to tell me that I clicked on a pop up and received some $10 certificate for a survey or to become a member of this... whatever it is. I was livid. I told her I don't allow pop ups nor would I ever click on receiving $10 for a survey/membership!! She stated she could get me one month refund, but for more she tried to give me the other bogus number that I couldn't get through on before. I told her no way am I calling that number... Suffice to say after holding for 5 min or so she got it approved to refund me the whole 3 month refund. I will watch my bank charges more closely in the future!! I received a charge on my bank statement from this company. I've never heard of them, never signed up for anything, and never ordered anything. From what I've learned by looking them up on the internet, this is a huge scam operation. Something to do with ordering a CD for work-at-home information, which I am totally not interested in. This charge came through at the same time as a charge to VistaPrint (which I also had never heard of) and a charge for an eBay Success Kit with some international connection (which I didn't order).
I have to physically go into a branch office of my bank and get a new ATM card issued. I also had to change my information on eBay and a couple of other sites. Fortunately, my bank calls to verify charges that they think may be suspicious or I never would have noticed these charges because they aren't that much. From what I've read about this company, this small charge could have become pretty big if I hadn't caught it. I think it's time for some kind of regulation of the internet to protect consumers from this type of stuff. This anything goes policy needs to be stopped.

I received a charge on my bank statement from a company called VistaPrint. I never heard of them before, never ordered anything, and never signed up for anything. Not sure how they got my information, but obviously it's some kind of scam. Also appears to be connected with something called Google Tree, which I found out is also a big time scam. These charges were apparently made with my debit card information. I've had to have that card shut down and will have to go into the bank to get another card and file papers to have the charges disputed. The good thing is that my bank calls, when they see anything that looks suspicious, to verify the charges. If that had not been the case, I would never have known it happened.

Vistaprint can only be reached by email after wandering their website, but I did talk to Faye at BusinessMax who said the charge would be reversed in a few days. We will see. I called the owner of the account that was used to place this order to give heads up to keep an extra $14.95 in the account so he would not be overdrawn. I will check back to see if they billed this account. When you order these cards, you MUST BE VERY CAREFUL to head STRAIGHT for the exit. They make their money not by selling FREE CARDS for the trap doors, the magazine orders, discounts at restaurants, etc. They all share that monthly fee with Vistaprint.
The federal government made it a law that you have to get permission to charge these EXTRAs. If you called an 800# to place an order for an ice cream cone and by the time you get through, the salesman has offered you an airplane with passengers, and the Sears tower with employees, a Lamborghini with 4 tires and a donut and all you called in for is to place a simple order of an ice cream cone. Last February, my husband and I ordered our wedding invitations and one week later, our thank-you notes through Vistaprint. Both products turned out fine and we were happy with them. Within the month, however, we also began receiving a subscription to Good Housekeeping magazine. I contacted Good Housekeeping to cancel, and they said that I couldn't because I had ordered it through a third party (whose name I had never before heard of). I googled the name of this company with Vistaprint and learned that they were affiliates.
Unfortunately, the company conveniently had no contact information available besides a mailing address. Good Housekeeping put a hold on our subscription while we sorted this out, and we sent certified letters canceling the unauthorized mag subscription to this company, Vistaprint and Good Housekeeping magazine. I called Vistaprint and spoke with Stephanie ** and she said they will gladly reimbursement me the two debits for $14.95. I then informed her that I am getting overdraft fees daily and she advised me to submit a fax to Compliance at 402-661-2189 which I did on 12/30 along with my bank statements. All I want is for them to refund the bank overdraft fees which now total over $55.00. Well, we ordered some labels for something associated with our wedding. My fiance is actually the one who has the account there; we just used my card to make the order with. I noticed today (1/9) that on Wednesday (1/7), an additional charge of $14.95 had been made to my account. I had to google the entry in my banking to figure out what the company even WAS. And I had this very site with all the complaints pop up.
So I called them and told them to give me my money back, because we ordered our labels with shipping ($18 and change), and did not request any special anything or money off. I also called my bank to inform them that I may have to cancel yet another card because of crap like this. I also sent an email to the company that came up with the original Google search with the information from the bank entry.

Scamming online purchase orders, using credit card information obtain from my other online transactions. During Christmas, I purchased online and by phone; however, some human within that line of work took advantage of their position to be malicious. Within a few days, my card information was being used to make online orders which would trigger sub-agency (the fine-print membership programs) to bring future recurring debits to my account. Example: Vistaprint took an online purchase for their FREE Cards promotion, only for $5.45, but the fine print signs the order up for the sub-agency recurring $14.95 programs!!
I track the order to find a blank business card against the order number (no information added) and the email address used ** was not mine. I CALLED VISTAPRINT at (866) 870-4124 and immediately got a real person to talk with. I cancelled the unauthorized order and all associated membership programs. That same day, 7 other new transactions appeared on my account from other online source with the same type of scam fingerprints, just an online order to trigger the recurring promotional membership programs that keep on stealing. Please, call your bank and deactivate the card/s being used in the fraud scams.
The one and only business that I did business with just two days before: www.Stauer.com (with American Legion promotional code DRW169-02). The scam orders afterwards: www.Grantresources.com, www.center4grants.com, U.S.O., York Photo, Vistaprint, Columbia House Video Club, and Napster. I AM SURE THESE ARE ALL BLANK ORDERS TO INITIATE AND SPUR THE ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEMS AGAINST THE CREDIT CARD NUMBER GIVEN. Then comes the monthly recurring debits... My loss is minimum so far, $50 or less.

This is an internet base 'first order free' company that I have used in the past to order business cards. On January 5, 2009, they debited an UNAUTHORIZED AMOUNT of $14.95 from my credit card. When I called, some woman with a foreign accent that I could HARDLY understand (and I could tell that she was reading from a 'script') told me that I had signed up for a special rewards program, which I told her I CLEARLY DID NOT. I NEVER EVER TAKE advantage of such offers, especially on the internet. I was told that I would have my request taken care of, and that I would receive a credit to my account within 7 to 10 business days, and it may be reflected on the next statement, or the one after that. I asked her if I could have a confirmation number for my call, and OF COURSE, she said there was no way to do that.
If they do that to say 50,000 unknowing customers a day (debit their accounts for $14.95), that adds up to a LOT OF INSTANT MONEY IN THEIR ACCOUNTS, that they now are using and getting interest on, and they use the excuse that they can't 'credit us back' for 7 TO 10 DAYS??? Yet, they can take it OUT OF YOUR BANK ACCOUNT in 1.5 SECONDS. IMAGINE THAT. They should be taken to court. If enough people complain about this, we will start a class action suit.

We took the matter to our bank and their fraud division is investigating, but we were told we may not receive all of our money back in the long run. So my advice is to just order the invites you want and don't worry about cutting costs here. Hello all! I just wanted to add my comments to the long list of complaints regarding Vistaprint's service. I have to say that I have been pleased thus far with the service that I have received. However, due to my background in credit card disputes, I need to mention a few things to help those who have either received multiple transactions on their card that they did not authorized, or for those who have placed orders but have never received them. First and foremost, you have a valid chargeback especially if you have attempted to resolve the issue(s) with the merchant. Your next step is to contact your bank or card issuer and state that you would like to file a dispute for the transactions that many of you have mentioned. You will have to fill out some paperwork and submit, and the bank will do the rest.
For those who were charged more than once, your dispute regulation would be considered "not authorized". For this you usually have to merely state this and sign. For those who have not received the products ordered, make sure that you know exactly when the order was due to arrive, all correspondence you may have had with the merchant to resolve, and note any due dates the merchant may have mentioned after your attempts to resolve. I also wanted to note that for those who were charged twice or more - that is not usually an on purpose ploy - that's usually a system glitch which usually has to go through the chargeback process to be rectified and accounted for correctly on everyone's books. With that, again, my service has been fair and I hope that what I've shared will cause a lot of people to calm down and handle the situations appropriately without spending unnecessary money on a lawyer on a simple claim. Thanks!

I called VistaPrint with a valid complaint that the product they sold me was defective. I purchased 4 large door magnets and one of them was defective in that there was a permanent crinkle at the top right edge of the magnet which prevented it from laying flat against the door thus allowing rain and air to penetrate the underneath of the magnet and reduce its holding ability not to mention that it looks like a poor quality product. I was satisfied with the printing part of the magnet. In the 4 magnets they sent me, only one is defective.
When I tried to explain the problem, the VistaPrint employee came back and said it was due to the fact that I did not bleed out my upload to the full frame of the magnet. This is a ridiculous suggestion that the fact that I failed to bleed out the upload had anything to do with a deflective cut of the door magnet. This is just their method of avoiding being responsible for poor quality products. I will never order from them again and I will make sure others know how they will be treated if they are also sold defective products.

Well, I came across VistaPrint and they looked like a pretty good site, I read their information about customer satisfaction and they state: "The VistaPrint Guarantee of Satisfaction - VistaPrint stands behind the quality of its products and services. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact Customer Support within 30 days from the date you receive it (or the date it was scheduled to arrive) and we will refund the full price of the product(s) in question, excluding shipping and processing costs."
So, we went ahead and ordered 500 invitations. Waited for the scheduled date to come in, NEVER CAME! My friend called them to see what is going on and they decided to throw in some free invitations, but guess what, IT STILL NEVER CAME! Now, they're giving her a hard time about the refunding of her money which is really bogus because they shouldn't. It states in their VistaPrint Guarantee of Satisfaction that if you aren't 100% satisfied with the product, you can get a refund. It's not that hard giving a refund. I have ordered for no less than FIVE businesses using the FIVE credit cards specific to that person/business I was ordering for. Just recently noticed unauthorized charges showing up on my credit card statements for $14.95 for subscriptions and memberships? I never ordered. Additionally I have been receiving dozens of magazines over the past months THAT I DID NOT ORDER.
I googled the phone # on my most recent VISA bill which was listed as 800 566 8489 Passport to Fun and found that there are THOUSANDS of consumers listing complaints that their credit/debit/checking accounts were billed for unauthorized payments to companies such as: Passport to Fun, Vistaprint Rewards, BusinessMAX. All of these companies are UNDER their main corporation which also have multi-state class action lawsuits and disciplinary actions taken against them. Name: Vertrue, Inc., Phone: (847) 783-6690, Address: P.O. Box 5152, Omaha, NE 68134.
And a variety of other phantom companies that bill for memberships and subscriptions for NO SERVICES/NO PRODUCTS turns out the search reveals we all ordered from Vistaprint (Vistaprint.com) and there are multiple class action lawsuits for this companies MULTIPLE COMPANY affiliates ALL relating to them selling/giving away their customers database which INCLUDES credit card numbers. Simply google search Vistaprint scam or fraud and you will be able to learn more.
I have multiple documents and websites below where they have acknowledging knowingly doing this and the fact that they maintain their data in Bermuda for legal/monetary reasons further proves the scams they are running. I have NO idea HOW MANY times I have been victimized since we've used 5 different business/personal credit cards over the past 6 years with them but today I called the 800 # above to find out that both MY business VISA card and my HUSBAND'S business VISA card have been charged. The 800 number fielding these calls told me that we've both been billed by:
Vistaprint rewards and Passport to Fun $14.95 x 3 months x 2 credit cards. ANOTHER MAJOR PROBLEM IS these billing dates DO NOT coincide with the ORDERS I placed through Vistaprint. So I will somehow have to go back through hundreds of thousands of invoices and credit card statements to determine for FIVE credit cards (some which we've closed or are OTHER businesses cards) and SIX YEARS how many times I've been billed and by which companies! Because Vistaprint provided our credit card info to an UNKNOWN number of companies I can only imagine what I'm dealing with. Based on the online complaints about them, some people have been billed for HUNDREDS to THOUSANDS of dollars!
Additionally, I signed up on their website for a trial website development of $4.95 per month. HOWEVER if it was cancelled within 30 days, there would be no charge. I emailed AND CALLED them within the first WEEK to cancel and was told I was all set. They billed me for 8 MONTHS in 2007/2008 at $4.95 per month WITHOUT my consent and despite my verbal/written cancellations to them monthly. I feel like the state of MA and any other state that is illegally billing should be brought up for fraud, deception and class action lawsuits should be instituted as well. The cards were so low grade that I could not use them to represent myself or my business. Seriously, they are so bad, I would not even give them to my kids, friends or people who know me to use for contact information. At first I thought,"Oh well, you get what you pay for, live and learn." But in this case, you have to keep paying. They subsequently billed my credit card $14.95 a month... for 4 months before I caught it. AND it was an out of the blue charge for an additional $29.90 that actually alerted my accountant to the matter. What started out as being FREE ended up costing me $148.68 when it's all said and done.
The worst part about this ordeal is the aggravation of having to deal with people who are rude and LIE straight at you. When I called to dispute the charges to my credit card the (barely English speaking) person on the other end of the phone said.. and I quote, "I DON'T CARE WHAT YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT SAYS, I DO NOT SHOW A CHARGE OF $29.90!" Well, the tricky little loophole in that one is that VistaPrint membership did not charge me $29.90, VistaPrint, the company, charged my account the additional $29.90. It took my having to call my credit card company, the Vistaprint 888# on my statement and then an additional VistaPrint number (given to me by another barely understandable Vistaprint associate). Needless to say I am working with my credit card company to dispute the fraudulent charges and I suggest everyone do the same. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO STAY AWAY FROM VISTAPRINT! Let's work together to put these crooks out of business.

I recently used a Vistaprint offer to order a batch of free premium business cards. I designed, and ordered the cards with relatively no difficulty. I paid for the shipping and are waiting patiently for them to arrive. However, today when looking at my bank account online I noticed a charge of $14.95 for vistaprintrewards?!?! I only paid the shipping of about $6.00 for my free business cards and did not order anything else.
I promptly called Vistaprint customer service and was told by the representative that I had signed up for the Vistaprint rewards program at checkout. What??? I had never signed up for the program, I have no use for anything like that and I assured her that this was not the case. She stated that at the Vistaprint checkout there is a button that says click here for $10 off your order. Once that is clicked it automatically signs you up for this rewards program. I explained that I never knowingly signed up for any program, that I wanted to cancel any membership I was signed up for, and that I would like a refund of the charges. She stated that this was possible, processed the cancellation and refund and said it would take up to 2 billing cycles from my financial institution to show the refund.
I was given the phone number for the Rewards program to follow up as needed. Here's the thing though... what a sneaky, fraudulent, crooked thing to do to people. How is it possible to sign someone up for a program and not even tell them what they're signing up for? Or tricking them into a membership by clicking this button for a $10 off reward? It's completely criminal. I guess that's the only way they can get someone to be a member in their sucky program! I'm not too impressed with Vistaprint at all for this trickery. They should be ashamed of themselves and remove the $10 off rewards from their checkout or at least state that by this is a membership program. CROOKS!

Since orders are small, I maybe lost about 100 USD and of course I lost a bit of my reputation. I simply stopped using Vistaprint. I long time considered this as bad organization; but then if you read in the financial news that the CEO of Vistaprint tricked his own brother where he was printing his cards, I'm more and more convinced that it is yet another example of greed. I can not and should not have to pay for a charge I did not make. Andrew agreed to reimburse my card with 2 business days and cancel my membership just like that. I now have to call through my other bills and see if I have been paying this monthly fee and for how long.

I ordered Save-the-Date cards for my wedding through VistaPrint (which turned out AMAZING, by the way). Today, when I was looking over my credit card statement, I saw that there were $60 in unauthorized purchases from Shopping Essentials and Passport to Fun over the past two months. Thank goodness for these types of websites, because when I looked up those two names, I got a whole list of other people who had been defrauded by checking a rebate box while ordering supplies through VistaPrint. Apparently, this also happens with Hotwire and Travelocity.
I called Passport to Fun and demanded that they take me off the subscription list and refund all of the money they charged me (I provided them with the dates of the charges), and they immediately put me on hold. After being on hold for a few minutes, the woman on the other end of the line told me very curtly that my subscription was ended, my money would be refunded in 2 business days, and then hung up.
I am still waiting to see whether I get refunded this week for those charges, but I think that at this point, VistaPrint has had so many complaints and angry customers that they have no choice but to stop asking questions and refund your money.

Unfortunately I have learned the hard way that they never closed my account, and I have had money taken out of my paypal account for the past two months.
I was told the following by the Customer Service Representative on 9/5/08: That I would be receiving four refunds (I have explained this to about 10-12 people from Virgin Mobile over the past two plus weeks. 1.) 57.66 for August 2.) 57.66 for September 3.) One $20 additional charge for August 4.) One $20 additional charge for September. Five one-hour calls later, this has not been resolved. I keep on getting the We'll open a trouble ticket and the issue will be resolved within 48-72 hours.
To date, I have received only one refund. This company has taken money out of my checking account without my permission. My complaint is very similar to the others listed above. I thought I was a fairly saavy business person when I happened upon Vista Print who does an excellent job of printing business documents. I was astounded when received an email this morning warning me of their deceptive practice of enrolling you in a wide variety of programs, all costing $14.95 per month. I was enrolled in three via one email address and two more on another email.
When you call them, they are very cordial and tell you that they'll release you from your membership and refund the last charge. YOU MUST ALSO ASK THEM TO TELL YOU HOW LONG YOU'VE BEEN ENROLLED IN EACH PROGRAM AND INSIST THAT THEY REFUND ALL MONTHLY FEES, WHICH THEY WILL DO, BUT ONLY IF YOU ASK! Don't click on any special offers on the website when you order. That's how they get your information and enroll you in these programs. I'm appalled that they would risk their business relationships this way, but frankly, they are probably making more money on the monthly fees than they are in the low-cost printing.
Personally, as a business owner since 1990, I don't have an hour to sit on the phone trying to get refunds for ridiculous reasons such as these scam programs. I'm sure that raising by blood pressure isn't a 'physical damage', nor is the headache that ensued, but this was a real exercise in frustration. If it happens to me, I'd believe it's happening to thousands of people who don't have enough information or clout to insist on refunds for the duration of membership in these programs.

I noticed an odd charge on my debit card last month but thought it was part of a print order I'd placed. But now I see another charge this month - another $14.95 VistaPrint Rewards charge. I would never sign up for a rewards program that costs money - I think it's ridiculous to do so on.
I always look over my order forms very carefully to make sure no extra boxes are checked, and I reviewed my account and order history on their website and there is no indication that I've willingly signed up for any extra program, nor did I ever receive in any form a confirmation of such an account (I'd have canceled ON THE SPOT if I had). We're working with the bank to reverse the charges and block future charges. I've been put on hold with VistaPrint and can't sit and wait all day to talk to someone - I have a business to run.
So aside from the $29.90 in fraudulent charges, VistaPrint has cost me so far 4 hours of business time, not including what I may have to go through to close my bank account and open a new one, and re-route all the automatic payments and direct deposits, which is likely to cost me at least 5-8 more hours.
