I had the same problem with an unsolicited $14.95 charge and unsolicited magazine delivery. I consider myself pretty savvy and this portion of the Vistaprint operation is underhanded and unethical. I don't care how much you read into the order page or go directly to the shopping cart, their actions are unwanted and easily overlooked. I called immediately after receiving the false billing and got it taken care of. Unfortunately, my son just noticed it on his credit card after several months. He is calling them today.
This is something that has been going on for a while, apparently. Please tell me why Vistaprint hasn't rewritten their website to correct this situation unless they really are unethical. Could the next step be for us consumers to contact our State Attorney Generals Office or perhaps this is an Interstate Commerce Commission case Federal Crime?

I order from Vistaprint all the time because they are a good company. My products come as described every time. To avoid going through all of the pages for special offers, and add-ons, go to the top right hand corner of the current page and click on on the cart symbol. It will take you directly to checkout. No special ads or offers, simply straight to checkout. That simple.

I've been ordering business cards, post cards, magnets and many other promotional products from Vistaprint for years and have never had a complaint about their charges, service, shipping, quality, or their design software. Every product I've ordered, whether from one of their great free (pay only S/H) promotions or for a 'paid for' item, has been of completely satisfying quality. Photo resolution from uploaded designs has been spectacular to say the least. Buyers need to take responsibility for their own decisions and actions. Read before you click - it's not that hard. If you're seeing recurring charges, it's because you selected a “reward” or other “cross promotional” offer before checkout without reading any of the details. Vistaprint is an excellent company with extremely user friendly design software, fair S/H charges and options, and great promotional offers. I will continue to choose Vistaprint over any of their competitors and I'll continue to read and/or decline any offers that appear just before checkout if I'm not interested in them.

About seven months ago, I ordered some business cards from Vistaprint. There wasn't a problem with the cards. I paid for them and haven't ordered anything else from them. This month we noticed two $14.95 charges on our credit card. My husband asked me if I had bought or ordered anything. I told him I had not ordered anything. He checked our credit card billings and we had been billed this amount for the past four months. I called the Vistaprint company and asked them what was going on and they said I joined their membership. I told them I had never joined anything. They said very calmly they would remove my name and give me back the money for the past month. They defrauded us out of $120. This is a company that is a scam. Look on the internet and see how many people have been defrauded by them. They look like they are running a legitimate company but when they get your name and credit information, they keep billing it until you notice it and call them. I wonder how much money they are making with this scam.

I have placed several orders with Vistaprint, but this time, there were several offers and I declined them all. Today, while cleaning up my e-mail list, I notice an email about a membership, and since I haven't join anything I opened it and learned they are going to debit my credit card for $14.95, for a membership I have not ordered. I am very disappointed in that I ordered from Vista and now this company has my information. I am concerned and want to know what can I do?

Vistaprint.com is great! Whenever they've made a mistake on my order, it was corrected immediately and reshipped. Yes! I was once surprised by the $14.95 charge. I simply missed the "fine print". Well, for the complainers, know that all it takes is to be thoroughly discerning, not hurried and internet savvy. Or else, refrain from purchasing via the internet. They did immediately refund my charges that went on for a few months in my bank account also without my awareness. The reps are always kind, patient and thorough. I feel absolutely safe and comfortable shopping with Vistaprint.com!

I just learned from my bank that since July of 2006, VP rewards has been taking $23.95 directly out of my personal bank account monthly. I contacted VP rewards immediately and they claim that I clicked on a pop-up to receive a $10.00 rebate and was automatically signed up. Upon contacting VP rewards, they claimed they were not affiliated with Vistaprint and additionally had my last name incorrect and yet were withdrawing from my account monthly. I had no idea and never received a confirmation of the membership nor the $10.00 rebate.
I have used Vistaprint to print the business cards and t-shirts of my small business since 2005. I feel completely ashamed I did not notice this before and assumed it was one of the many bills automatically withdrawn from my account. With the $23.95 a month since July 2006, I feel completely violated and cannot see how this could be legal. I am a working single mother with a small art business and $23.95 times 40 months is $958.00. I would like to be reimbursed. I don't want this to happen to anyone else and am shocked that there are no laws in effect to prevent this sort of predatory fraudulent web activity. How many people are victims of this disgraceful company and Vistaprint and Vistaprint rewards claim to be separate, however, there are direct links on the vistaprint.com website to Vistaprint Rewards. I feel completely violated and less confident to use the Internet.

I ordered business cards once from Vistaprint. The next month, I started to receive debits on my bank account for $14.95. Two separate companies where charging me for something I did not authorize. I am also lucky and have a wife who is an attorney, so I had her fax "nice" letters to these companies demanding my money back. We will see.
As a banker, I recommend that everyone who has unauthorized debits coming from their accounts claim fraud with their banks. Report your card stolen, and get a new one. Also, open a new account and transfer funds from the fraudulent account to the new and wait for your credits then close the fraudulent account. This will ensure no more stealing of funds from your account.

I tried to get in contact with Vistaprint, 95 Hayden Ave. Lexington, MA. 02421-7952, telephone Number 1-781-652-6300 they have no real people either!
They billed me an extra $29.00 but what does that amount to when you add up the thousands that they cheated over the last few years! We need a class action suit filed against them. I did not order that magazine, but was charged! What a mess, and now they have my credit card number! What next? I spent all day on this. I also reported it to the F.B.I. and filled out a complaint! This should be stopped at once! Stand behind me and help to prosecute. Stress, loss of time on the computer all day, $29.00 and they have my credit card number. When will they stop? My partner ordered calendars online with Vistaprint.com. When I reconciled the following month's statement, I noticed two unauthorized charges from mvq*VpClubUS, each for $14.95 spread out over 30 days. I called my bank to reverse charges. The bank said I should call the phone number listed and request credit. There was no number provided on my statement, which surprised the bank employee handling my call. So she provided me the number listed with the bank charge.
When I called the number, It seemed I was delivered a too familiar script designed to satisfy me, no questions asked. This seems to be a gray-market internet practice that is becoming more prevalent. When ordering from Vistaprint, you may be charged the additional charges spread out over the following months. If you discover the charge, you cannot call the debiting company since you are not provided a phone number with the charge. If you have the time to call your bank, and they provide you a number, then you're on your way to receiving your credits.
When you call the number and ask for a credit, they will send you to their supervisor. After a short wait, the supervisor will gladly credit the charge, no questions asked. Be sure to ask for credit for each individual charge. So, as I see it, if you're diligent enough to reconcile your accounts and have the time to contact your bank, and the ability to pursue the credit, then the scammers know better than to challenge you for fear of exposing their practice. I was assured my bank account will be credited $29.90.

Their ad was a pop-up advertising "free" personalized office products, websites, e-marketing, etc. I chose to design business cards and opted for a free one-month trial website, which I also designed. The 250 business cards, including priority delivery, amounted to 35 euros (approximately $44), which was immediately charged to my credit card. When I did not receive my order within the proscribed time, I contacted the company by e-mail. They apologized and offered to re-do the order and expedite it, at no cost to me. It has been one month exactly since my original order was placed and I have still not received the business cards I ordered, though the website is operational.
I have repeatedly attempted to contact the company by e-mail, and receive the same apology and offer to re-do the order, etc. I have asked twice for the entire order to be canceled -both the website and business cards. I have received no reply. I contacted the bank which issued my credit card, who agreed to credit my account for the charge and who will levy a fine on Vistaprint for fraudulent advertising and failure to deliver merchandise that has been paid for. I must monitor my statements from this bank ad infinitum to check for future charges, which I understand may be listed under any number of business aliases, which I must report as before. Although I find the thought tiresome, I will do as my bank recommends.
The loss of business - advertising a rental apartment at the height of tourist season without the products ordered resulted in loss of valuable time and effort on my part. I would be glad to participate in any legal action being taken against Vistaprint or any of its aliases. Please contact me as soon as possible if this situation arises. Thank you.

I purchased labels at $6.99 and for the last 20 months, have gotten charged between $14.95 and $16.95 per month. Various companies like VPClubUS, and other alias. It amounts to over $400.00. The tricky part is, they are always changing the name so you don't notice until you see Vistaprint re-occurring on your statements. When I finally spoke with someone, they said that they could not give me to their manager or give me their extension. They said they would refund my money - of course that was not the case. They automatically sign your name up on a monthly charge and check the box for you when you place an order. Please do not buy from Vistaprint! This is fraud at its very worst!

I placed 2 orders with Vistaprint for business cards in January and July. There was a suspicious charge from a company called BizMax for $14.95 since January. I realized about this charged on August because I saw another suspicious charge for $12.95 from Galeria De Comp. I called the last company and they explained that I have signed in for a retailer discount, which I never did and then this person mentioned the charge from the BizMax. I looked at my statement and called Vistaprint since there are a lot of complaints about these 2 companies associated with Vistaprint orders and they could explain what these two companies do, but they offered a complete refund of charges made by these two companies.
Now reading at the complaints online, they don't refund your money even though they claim so. I would like this practice to stop. I am a seasoned marketing manager aware of reading every aspect of an online order to not be caught on this kind of practice, but I was fooled too. I believe they do it to many people and there is no surprise about the class action suits that they are facing.

I contacted Vistaprint and they admitted that they were marketing the companies in question and agreed to cancel my subscriptions and refund my money. I hope that they will refund, but I expect resistance. I was happy with the cards but when I add the several hundred dollars of unauthorized charges, the cards tuned out to be very expensive.
I am not sure how much they are in to me for, but its somewhere near $500 or more for pssprt2fun, Bizmax and shopessplus, none of which I have used nor have any need or want for. My credit score has suffered because these charges increased the percent of available credit I was using. Plus I feel like a dope and a victim of identity theft.

A week later, I get this e-mail that does not even address my complaint, plus the remainder of the e-mail was filled hundreds of lines of computer code. Then the real kicker is that over the next two hours, I get 14 copies of the same e-mail. I did not order these checks, plus they are fraudulent in nature. Talk about your scams and illegal activity, the Federal Government needs to look into this and take them down legally.

I placed a large order for our business: Window/door lettering, business cards, banner and long sleeve tee. Everything looked good except the print quality on the shirt. It was very thin and blurred (as if it had been stretched while it was being printed). My complaint is this: Contacting their "Customer Service", they make you jump through too many hoops that all lead to dead end results. Because they don't offer "live support" online, my only way of contacting anyone at Vista is to complete their "feedback" form, which I did. I received an automated reply saying I would be contacted within 2 business days. It is now the 4th day and no one from Vista has contacted me!
Hmm I thought, I'll just call them and resolve this over the phone - wrong! They don't post their 800 number on their Contact Us or Customer Support pages. The only time you can find their 800 number is after you fill out their "feedback" form. Considering how poor their "phone support" is, it's no wonder. Try calling 1-800-961-2075. Here's what you'll get: A phone tree that never gives you the option to speak with a live representative. Each option prompts you to enter your account/order information or select a menu item number to get the information/help you want. Of course, the annoying automated voice happily tells you that you can get "help online"!
Bottom line, this single time-wasting annoyance has tarnished my favorable impression for the good and speedy printing job I received. I don't care how many promotional offers I'll see from them in the future, I will never do business with them again!

I ordered 300 checks online for the advertised price of $9.99. The checkout process was so confusing and full of advertisements that I didn't realize until I checked out that Visatprint was charging over $11 for shipping and handling. I was furious and called to cancel my order, which within two minutes was deducted from my bank account. Feeling I got no satisfaction from their customer service dept (located in Jamaica, not the USA), I tried to call their Massachusetts office. They have about four different numbers for that office. When I called all of them, no one answered any of the lines. There is no CEO or CFO listed on their site for the Lexington, MA office. Something really stinks here. Finally, the 800 number rerouted me back to the Jamaica customer service dept.
At this point, I was convinced they were a scam and was frantic that they had gotten all of my personal banking information. The customer service manager Alfia reassured me that they would refund my money and cancel my order. I then called my bank and was told my only option (other than closing my account) was to monitor things online. Then, Vistaprint called me back and offered me the checks for free (I didn't ask for this). They told me they would refund me the $21.39 for the checks. OK, I was a little relieved thinking that maybe they are a legitimate company. Today, when I looked at my bank account online, I noticed that instead of refunding my money, they took another $21.39 out of my account.
I am going to my bank as soon as it opens to straighten this out. Meanwhile, I have paid my monthly bills and am concerned about canceling my account until all of my checks have cleared. Someone should investigate these scoundrels. I am a freelance writer who is earning less than I did 10 years ago. Like everyone else, I am struggling just to make ends meet. I use my credit cards for business online as many of you do. About a year ago, I got a free offer from Vistaprint for business cards, flyers etc. Backing Up: With a little backtracking and phone calls, many here at Fred Miranda (online photographer’s forum, well respected) got the offer too. Since I know professionally many of the photographers at FM, a few phone calls confirmed they got the same deal. Thus, perhaps, they were gleaning the email addresses from FM. I know Fred (site owner) doesn't sell email addresses like some sites. I ordered cards. They came. I was very happy with them, good quality as ordered, and then reordered some other stuff. That was okay too. Life was wonderful.
Since March of this year, they, through a fulfillment company, have whacked my Discover card for six months at $17.95 for "Passport for Fun". This is an offshore based credit card coupon company that by accepting 10% off on Vistaprint, they enroll you in and that’s the fine print. Since most people just pay their bills either in full or partial payments, you don't notice the $9.95 to $17.95 charges. Hey, it was for "Fun", I don't mind paying for fun but I wasn't having any.
So I tracked them down through a phone number on the statement coded into the "receipt". As soon as I typed in the phone number @Google 1- 800-, the computer popped with "Who's calling you.com” and other fraud and scam alerts. Following some (many) links typing in "VISTAPRINT SCAMS", it opened Pandora’s Box. I contacted Discover Card and after three agents, they turned me over to their fraud division. I had been charged $18.00 x 5 = $90.00. That’s dinner for two at Ruth's Cris Steak house! Okay, maybe just a hamburger and fries at Ruth's C. for $90.00.
I filed a dispute. I was told this was getting common also through travel deals (which we photographers do, we travel) and many coupon companies through legitimate enterprise got greedy. The lady told me they had other reports on this account and travel companies (heads up) which start with coupon numbers. To whence (old English) I replied, if you know about this, why do you (Discover Card) not alert your consumers? She could not legally answer. So I'll make one up, since all this stuff is automated, no one probably sees what going on. Works for me!
Digging further, one of the reasons I suppose you get good deals from Vistaprint is because they get a kickback for the "healthy names" from "Passport for Fun". At first, I thought Vistaprint was not aware. How naive of me. Type "Vistaprint Scams" and they are in it to the hair roots, cranial and through testicular. Discover did agree to temp credit my account the 90 dollars and they will attempt to collect back from "Passport for Fun". A dispute is filed and I can't sleep. So I type. It's four AM.
Next day, since last night, I have been busy. I have contacted (via email) and I am sending registered letters to Vistaprint, Passport for Fun, State of Florida Consumer Affairs, the BBB and my attorney nephew who works for the SEC in consumer fraud. I have posted them on every board and organization I belong to including the PMA (Photo Marketing Association), BBA (Battery Buyers of America), all five of the procurement Offices of the Military (who pay with credit cards), The Sec of Consumer Affairs for Florida (a.k.a. our Attorney General) and the FTC. The list will grow.
In scam sites, advice is posted as follows: In addition one of the sites reporting this scam is shooting for a class action suit. If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. Consumers usually have a little longer to dispute fraudulent credit card charges (up to 6 months), but it is better to act right away.
In this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge. In rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report with one of the consumer hotlines like Rip-off Report. They are on all of them. On your credit cards (this is Discover), check under Merchandise or Retail: Code looks like the following. If you find it, go back over your last year and see how far they tagged you. They start with MVQ. Passport for Fun may have other names.
What did this teach me: Read your statements, match receipts to the statement and dispute or call the credit card company about this ASAP. Get the operators name and company number. I have now added a tape player to my phone and will (notify) any of these companies they are on the record with conversations (as required by law).
Vistaprint and Passport for Fun are on my bad list. I will join the class action suit. Discover card jumped right in, so far, and I advised them after being with them for twenty years, our future relationship is based on this incident’s outcome. Not that they care about a single account, but having their name tagged they don't care for. Shutting the account voids any further charges. I wish you all well. In this day and age of tougher times, last thing we need is another pack of thieves.

The numerous complaints against this company, in my opinion, are most likely true or likely to happen. In summary, I recommend that you read Vista's privacy and policy docs before conducting any business with them. Also, be very cautious and review each page thoroughly before moving to the next. In other words, get informed, pay attention and don't click or check anything unless you have read the details about the offering.
Further advice and personal experience: I feel their use of cookies is intense and possibly borderline fraudulent, primarily after you create an account. Their pricing, offers and discounts change minute by minute and by no means are "limited time offers" and links do not always guarantee the offer that was mentioned. If you think that 50% off your order is good, keep looking and you'll find other sites that have links for 90% off. Some offers are not very well explained. Example: the offer says 50% off on premium cards and nothing noted about quantity limitations. A person would be lead to believe they could purchase 1,500 cards and still get the 50% discount, but what actually happens is you (supposedly) get 50% on 1,000 or less. The 1,500 quantity will show a discount is given but it would be more like 10% of their listed retail price.
Their site computations are inaccurate as well. If the offer says 75% off, they don't actually mean off. The pricing structure will reflect the price to be 75% of the retail price, what most would consider to be the discount amount and should be subtracted from the retail price. In my opinion, their ads are very misleading! They do, however, do a great job capturing the general population's attention who are people focused on getting their money's worth (the bottom line price) and make their purchase feeling confident that they got a great bargain.
Just remember, that although you might be comfortable paying $22.99 for 1,000 cards there most likely is a link/offer somewhere that would bring that cost down to $11.99. Don't create your account until you find that ultimate savings you desire. If you set up the account first and then go exploring for a better deal, you'll soon find out just how intense their cookies are. I was offered a 75% off link in an email from them. I clicked on it and created my business card. Then while I was exploring for additional products to add to my order, I was sent a "have you forgotten about your order" email and it had an offer suggesting that I would receive 50% off my order if I ordered "today". Well, I had my business card order already in my cart and was curious if I would possibly get an additional 50%, so I clicked the link and discovered that my cart order changed from the 75% discount to a 50% discount. That pissed me off, so I went back to the email message offering the 75% discount and clicked that link and low and behold the cart did not update for that offer.
I tried offers from other websites, I ran IE and Firefox history and cookie cleaning, I deleted and recreated my business card order and still was locked in for only the 50% discount. So there you have it, create your account after you find the deal you desire because there is no going back or ability to accept a different offer unless you create a new account.
Also be aware that you are actually conducting business with an international company based in Bermuda. Their customer service address, however, is in Massachusetts. I placed an order for 1,500 business cards, a large self inking stamp, 140 address labels and 100 #10 envelopes and am very pleased with paying less than $60 including shipping. If I encounter any problems, concerns or disappointments stemming from placing this order, I'll be sure to share my experiences here.

I explained to her about the difficulty of contacting Vistaprint and that I read many complaints about the company. She was very helpful and courteous. I hope I receive the order as promised and that no other charges are assessed, as she promised.

From 12/2008 through 6/2009 (so far), I have been charged $14.95 from BusinessMax, connected in some way to Vistaprint. Multiply $14.95 by 7 equals $104.65. I ordered business cards from Vistaprint online. Order went fine. I paid with a VISA card. Business cards arrived on time and were very nice. I discovered just last month that Vistaprint Rewards has been billing my Visa card between $14 and $17 per month since then. The person who does my accounting did not know that there was a problem with a monthly bill from Vistaprint, so it never came to my attention that I was paying this monthly charge.
I called them and got an incredible run-around by numb-skull employees. I told them I never authorized this billing and never asked to be enrolled in the Vistaprint Rewards program. I eventually talked to a supervisor who said they would mail me proof that I signed up for their Rewards program. A cryptic letter arrived about two weeks later with my "membership start date" (the date I ordered the business cards) and my computer IP number.
I found a blog about the class action suit against this scam and there was a blog entry by a Jeff **, who claimed to be in the Vistaprint PR dept along with his phone number. I called the number and to no surprise, got a numb-skull telemarketer who took about 8 minutes to get me the direct number to Vistaprint corporate offices, where I eventually did get the extension number of a Jeff **. I reached his voice mail and left a message for him to call me back and left my name, phone number and the nature of my call. I have not heard back from him.

Over six months ago, I ordered some address stickers from this company using my credit card. The charge was under ten dollars because I had taken advantage of some sort of good deal that they were advertising. Today, while reviewing my credit card statement, I saw another charge from this company that I didn't make. There may have been other charges in the past months, but my husband usually takes care of the bills and would have assumed I had ordered something. When I did a search online for this company, website after website came up with tales of this company scamming other people. I called my credit card company and reported it, but was told that I may be billed again by the same company because companies like this change a small detail in their merchant name so they can get past the blocks the credit card companies put on their name.
My advice is to go over every credit card bill with a fine tooth comb and be sure you can account for every purchase listed. This month, I was only charged for $17.95, but who knows how many other charges made it through without my husband noticing?

They told me that I needed to call each magazine that was sent to me to cancel. I no longer receive these magazines, but now have been sent to a credit collection agency for not paying my magazine bills. The magazines that were sent to me were, "Prevention", "Maxim", "Golf Digest" and "In Style". I'm not sure what to do next. I have never received a bill from these magazines, only phone calls to renew my subscription. So, I do not have any paperwork to back me up. This is a total scam! The collection dept. that has recently called me was named, "Connection LLC". Their phone number is:1-720-389-6129.

I noticed that an account that my husband and I rarely use was negative! I couldn't believe it! The information on my account was very vague (it was in alpha-numeric form), but did include a phone number.
I called the phone number and got the run-around. I explained that I never opted in to any rewards program and they argued with me for a very long time, before saying that they would credit the charges. I explained the overdraft situation and they told me that I must submit the bank statement with all of my history via fax. I explained that I was not comfortable faxing my account information, as they had already stolen my debit card number. How could I possibly hand over my bank account information to them?! My husband recommended that we ask our bank to deal with that end for us, as Vista Print rewards was not going to assist us.
After ending the call, I called another one of the bogus charges listed, with a completely different reference number and phone number. I got a representative that slipped and answered the phone "Vista Pr-- I mean, Business Max, how can I help you?" Another Vista print issue! I was mortified! I explained the situation yet again, albeit far more harsh than the first time, as I was quite infuriated. This representative also tried to tell me that I opted into a "discount rewards program". No I did not!
After 45 minutes, they too agreed to reverse the charges. Although, only time will tell if this actually happens. After ending that call, I called Vista Print directly to explain my frustrations, only to speak with a "supervisor" who was ridiculously inept for the position. She made excuses for the company and tried her best to blame me for the fraudulent charges!

We never really noticed it coming out of my now joint account with my husband until recently.
When we did the research into the company, they said that I accepted these services by checking boxes at the end of my Vistaprint purchase. I have never checked any of those boxes by the way. I am embarrassed to reveal how Vistaprint.com bilked me over a period of 15 months. My wife pays our bills and we should communicate with one another better. In October of 2007, I bought some business cards and a t-shirt from Vistaprint online using my Discover card. In November 2007, a bill for $14.95 from Vistaprint Rewards began showing up on my Discover card bills. My wife saw the word "print" and assumed that it was a book publisher. I have bought a number of used books online from a variety of publishers and she thought that this was just another one of them. The identical monthly charge continued through October of 2008.
In November 2008, it went up to $17.95 and continued monthly up to my March 2009 bill. Finally last night, April 23, 2009, my wife asked me, "What's this bill from Vistaprint Rewards US for $17.95?" I quickly recognized the Vistaprint name as the company from which I bought the business cards. Today I called the Vistaprint Rewards number in Connecticut (1-888-243-6185) and was told by a young female, whose name I don't remember, that when I bought the business cards; that in return for a $10 discount on the purchase, I agreed to subscribe to this service through which I could get discounts on all sorts of merchandise and services. I certainly did not knowingly agree to any such thing. I have no idea how I would go about putting these so-called Vistaprint Rewards to use. She said that the $17.95 bill for March did not have to be paid, but it's tough luck for me for the rest of it.

When pulling up information under these names, I see multiple people have claimed fraud against all of these companies for unauthorized charges to bank accounts. I will be meeting with my bank this week to (hopefully) have these charges investigated as to when they began charging my account. From what I can see when I go online, they have been deducting a total monthly amount of $44.85 since at least January 2009.
So far, monies fraudulently taken from my Wells Fargo checking account are $179.40 (since January 2009). I will check with my bank to see if these charges began earlier than that. If so, I will claim to the bank that they are charges I never agreed to, withdrawals I was never aware of, and will hopefully have this money back in my account.

And at any time, you can edit your design. Even just before the order is placed, you can edit the design and go through the checkout process again to complete the transaction. If you goofed, it's your fault. Nobody made you pay too little attention to the design you created. The $10 pop-up clearly explains that if you fill out the form completely, you'll be signed up for services for which your card will be charged. Your only excuse is illiteracy, but you're unlikely to win with that one.

After receiving an email offer from this company a few weeks ago, I decided to try out their merchandise and bought an estimated $68.00 worth of products. Boy, was I wrong. All I got was garbage. Do they even know about printing? Their quality is poor and their shipping charges are astronomical. Their customer service is a joke and their refund policy is a phrase that lacks any true meaning. After hours of arguing with their reps, I'm out over $90 and trying to find a reliable business product retailer.
Where is the BBB , and the FTC? Aren't they supposed to protect us from businesses like these? Why isn't anyone doing anything to stop people like these from stealing from the general public? They walk around stealing from consumers because there is no one out there doing anything for the average Joe. They know full well that no one will ever take them to court because court expenses overshadow purchase price of the product. So either way we are in a lose-lose situation.
So if you want to save yourself the hassle and keep your money in your pocket, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! It's not worth the paper in which they print. What ever happened to the old days when retailers gave out true and professional products? I seem to grow more weary each day with money-hungry retailers that do not care about anyone but themselves. The customer service representative that answered my call assured me no further charges would be taken from my account. I will go to my bank tomorrow to assure that Vista Print can never scam me again! It is very sad as I truly liked this company and their products and have recommended them to several people. I truly do not understand why a company that had such a good thing going had to resort to fraudulent scams such as this.

I too ordered business cards and was attracted by the low price and various styles. However, as I checked my email yesterday I was told that I would be billed on the 18th of March for my Vistaprint rewards for the amount of $14.95. I know I never signed up for anything, and as luck would have it the one time I don't research the company is the time it's a scam.

I received a box in the mail today from Vistaprint full of business cards with no personal information on them. I have never heard of this company or had an inkling to buy business cards.... I am a stay at home MOM! I checked my account and saw that I was charged $5.45 from this company. I called the 888 number given on the box and got a recording that the customer service center is closed. I called an 800 number found on their web-site and got an identical message. I tried to follow the online links for help, but was sent to the same 800 number. I am completely unable to contact them. This is a ridiculous way to commit fraud against someone. Though I was charged a small amount for these cards, every dollar counts in my household. I am having to cancel and replace my card, which will cause me to have to delay in paying critical bills, accruing late charges. This is going to cost me hundreds in the end.

I was signed up for a rewards program without knowing there was a thirty day trial after which $14.95 would be charged to my credit card. It was three month before I caught on and canceled. $44.85 was charged for no services or product.

I ordered a rubber address stamp online from this company in June 2008 for $8.44, incl. shipping charged to my credit card. In reviewing my credit card statements while preparing my taxes, I discovered a recurring charge from this outfit for $14.95 each month since July 2008. I immediately called the customer service number on the credit card and disputed all of these charges, which they said they would investigate. They required me to contact the company, and made the call for me. A recording asked for a membership number, which of course does not exist because I never subscribed to anything or ordered any service from this company justifying a monthly charge. It looks like I have been snookered in a very similar manner as many of the other unhappy folks who have told their stories on this site. I can't remember from where I got the flyer promoting this company's stationery products. Could it have been in with a shipment from Amazon?

Their products & pricings are great & I ordered several products. Then after viewing comment on Consumer Affairs became watchful and then received several emails that I had signed up for Vistaprint rewards & BusinessMax memberships of which of course I DID NOT! I so far have not seen any debits to my account. I will continue to be watchful $ be sure to cancel each 'membership' as they send the emails that your account will now be billed!!!!

I checked my bank account and realized that I've been charged $14.99 for a membership with Vistaprint that I've never signed for! They keep sending me emails about their services, treating me as a number on their list. They don't care about their customers. They're just interested in stealing money from you!!!! DON'T EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THAT SITE!THEY'RE ONLY TROUBLE!!!!!

I received fraudulent charges on my debit card from this company. After returning home from a trip, I received business cards that I never ordered. I have never done any business with this company. When I called them, I got the runaround from a guy, Chadri **, in Jamaica telling me they could not give me a number for a fraud department. A ridiculous story. I was in the law enforcement profession for over 25 yrs, and NO legitimate company will refuse to connect you to their fraud department. This company should be denied business in the U.S.

Vistaprint steered me to a rewards service under their name that never sent me any information about themselves, but started charging my credit card with two $14.95 charges each month. I paid month after month until I discovered who was responsible and was able to call to stop. So my print job cost me an extra $300 in worthless charges.

I ordered 1000 custom 2-pocket folders from Vistaprint.com on 2/11/09, and paid $160 to have them processed and shipped within seven days. These were for patients at my medical practice. As of 3/2/09 they have still not been received, and I have been calling Vistaprint and e-mailing with no human contact for two weeks. Finally today as I was disputing the charges with AMEX and waiting on hold with Vistaprint customer service for the last time (17 minutes holding to be exact), they claimed an international carrier rerouted the order for some reason and had to consult with a supervisor to see if I could be reimbursed for the costly expedited shipping. After much waiting and dispute, they claim I will have it in 3 days, and they will refund the shipping fee. We'll see what happens.

I cannot believe everything I've read in this blog. I also can't believe that Vistaprint has done this to other people besides me. On 2-25-09 Vistaprint charged my card for a mysterious charge of $14.95. I've tried several times to contact the company, to no avail. No one will answer the phone. Apparently they're having technical difficulties. The sad thing is that I've ordered business cards from this company for several years. After reading a few of the other complaints on here. I guess I need to report this to my bank and cancel my card. It's a shame that at one time, what seemed to be a decent company has turned into THIEVES!!!!!

I was receiving charges of $14.95 per month on my credit card from Vistaprint although I never signed up for any type of program. The charges were listed as Vistaprint Rewards. In order to stop the charges and cancel my membership, I called 1-877-234-1338 and gave my account number with Vistaprint. I was told that the cancellation was effective immediately and I would be refunded the current month's charges within 3 business days. I'm concerned that others are being charged this fee. I never was given anything in return for these charges. It's really shady in my opinion.
