Even upon needing to cancel this service, the customer service given was excellent! Sometimes you are made to feel uncomfortable when canceling the service but the young lady was more than pleasant. She certainly Deserves to be complemented! I would recommend this service to others. And if I ever needed the service again I would he is it again.

The information that was provided included the following: current addresses, relatives both deceased and living, current telephone and mobile numbers, criminal records and their status. I was able to determine approximately where this individual might be incarcerated and the pending charges: DUI, Driving an unregistered vehicle, on an out-of-state suspended and revoked driver's license. This individual disappeared around Christmas time 2018 and has not been seen or heard from ever since. It is entirely possible that this individual is serving 90 days to one year for unpaid fines connected with his DUI charges.

I believe that a single use price for a single inquiry would be a better option for those of us who don't need to use this enough to justify the expense. Maybe even monthly pre payment for a set amount of time or inquiries. I think it would open a bigger demographic for a wider market.

I thought the information returned to me was accurate and helpful in making certain that no wrong data about myself was circulated. It helped me to clean out old addresses and the like from my current profile. I would definitely use the service again if needed.

This site gave me all the information I was looking for and more. I was just making sure there was no criminal background on someone. Also the customer service was amazing when I had to call! They were very friendly and accommodating.

I was happy to be able to check unlimited records. The ones I checked came back as positive reports and gave me information that I didn't want to ask the persons involved. I checked my own and found one listed as a friend that really I had no contact with other than church attendance and don't know why she was included in my report. I also thought there would be more photos.

Seems to be a scam. They collect your info, feign to collect payment (although I am certain I will need new cards/accounts when the fraudulent charges show up). NOTHING HAPPENED - no info, no nothing. I was trying to find an email address so I could contact the parents of my friend who died of cancer. What a ripoff.

I signed up as I had a friend that I have known for 40 years and we lost track of people we knew back when and wanted to get in touch again. Well....LO AND BEHOLD! We were able to find and contact most of them. Sometimes it is enjoyable to sit around with a bunch of us old fogies reliving/remembering "the good ol days".

The report gave an inaccurate assessment of my financial worth but otherwise was interesting. Other data such as address and so forth was correct. I would come back to Truthfinder if it was necessary for background checks but at this stage I have no further need of your services.

The Truth finder will give you solid basic information. They have some connections wrong -- like my ex-husband's new wife shows related to my dead father. But I'm sure some secrets will come to light using it. I could see divorces/marriages/places lived/etc.

Back a year ago, I looked your program. I was not careful so I filled out the form, but not wanting to pay the charges, I thought I cancelled the order. The program did not cancel, and I was billed monthly. I used a bank card, I are rarely use, so I did not notice that the funds were taken out, every month until now. Your Service Rep cancelled the program, and promised to refund a 5 moth portion of the fees. I thank you for your generosity.

I used it a lot over the last 3 weeks to find friends from high school who had disappeared over time. Truthfinder gave me lots of leads not only in the person's immediate family but extended families too. And it was a little bit fun using it.

Got what I was looking for. I was searching for my son. I found him. Later, I was able to talk with him. I did find out that he no longer lives on State St. He still has the same phone number though. Customer service was great!

The only good experience I had joining this site was the help from the customer service representative Caroline who was very helpful and informative. There was no person in question alias area which would have brought up more pertinent information. This site was a waste of time and money.

I observed a discrepancy on the report I was looking for. It did have a lot of correct info, but towards the end, it listed him as **! Thank You!! There was things that were incorrect and it was hard to fix the info.

Truthfinder provides a lot of information a great majority of which is redundant and irrelevant. It is impossible for Truthfinder to scrub the information available from public records. Therefore the information is of limited use. As a private individual I do not have the deed for information on many people.

Information on deceased cousin. I was able to find the value of her home and the amount that was owed against it. Established no other living relatives and that the county/state would claim ownership unless the back taxes were paid in full. This saved the trouble in deciding if and how deeply I wanted to become involved in the matter, especially for a house built in the time when asbestos was the most common building material in a city I'm not moving to.

I had thought that I applied for a one month subscription but noticed in my checking account that it had renewed. I call the number listed on my checking account. Just opened my report - 79 pages long, containing no relevant information. More than 60 pages of "possible neighbors" and sex offenders in the area where the individual last resided. I have no idea what this information has to do with the individual I was researching. Also contained multiple pages of sales information of property purportedly owned by individual (I think) and prior and subsequent owners. Totally useless information. The whole process took way too long to ultimately obtain information I already had, i.e. birth/death dates, last known address, and relatives. Feel ripped off. P.S. the constant reminder that the information might be "shocking" is ridiculous!

Excellent customer service. Representative answered my question, was respectful & understanding regarding my account status. I had some medical issues and at this time I could not keep my account open. Offered some solutions, which I really appreciated, but informed him I could not keep up with the payments at this time. The site was very easy to use unless your device was idle more than 15 minutes. In that case, you have to refresh to get reports to generate. There are a lot of options on this site, some not offered on other background check sites. The Dark Web safety check and Family Tree features were helpful and easy to navigate. However, there were several reports that contained erroneous information or mixed information mixed from different people and addresses on several reports. And some information that I knew should be available in the reports just wasn't there; even though it was public data. I'd say this site is 70-75% accurate. Overall it was a positive experience.

I wanted to see the report on myself and was pleased with the accurate information and quickly the report was finished. When I called to cancel my membership until a later date, I experienced a girl that was friendly and very helpful.

Would have liked to know a little more about the person's personal background. It seemed like all you have is teasers. One person I looked up says she's from California but everything I read here shows her from back East which I think is more right than what she told me but not enough information to prove it. I have no way of telling if this is me on the watch list. The links are not very explanatory. The other information was really good though. Looking through the information I believe that improvement can be made in areas like the watch list stuff. In my review it looked like this belonged to someone else but it is hard to tell with the information being so vague and not thorough. Plus the names have no middle initial. Etc.

Only problem I had was I know person I searched on had a felony conviction last year and this did not show on your report. All other info was accurate. Don't know why a felony over a year ago would not show on the Truthfinder report. If you could work on this then it would help other people running reports.

Although fairly accurate the data is never up to date so useless as far as trying to contact someone but they do do what they say I guess it's best they can but it would sure be nice and I would keep the service if it was up to date. That's where you could actually contact someone if you desired. It was nice to be able to look up old friends from decades ago.

I would refer others to this website for ease of researching your desired criteria for personal knowledge. In today's society, I would rather be safe than sorry. This is the ideal website to locate the unwanted. The website is well organized and queries are specific.

Most information is useless and that which is helpful is already easily available. Lists of names emails etc were not relevant. Obtained no information that was not previously known. Waste of money, social media information was limited.

We hope to reach him at the phone numbers and addresses given the site is a bit pricey, however it serves the purpose efficiently. I've used Truth Finder to pull background checks on families that I know, but don't "really know" before allowing my daughter to have a sleepover.
