I found this a very helpful and enlightening application...I was able to find the necessary help and information that I needed in this application and would go ahead and recommend it to anyone that is in need of information such as I was.

Getting into the system was more challenging than expected, but the particular fields I was searching to find, contact information, was easy to find and use. Once into the system and looking at a report, other reports were expeditiously presented for review when clicked on...

Easy to use. Good info, for genealogist use of includes how fast and how up to date info is, is the info accurate and reports on others that appear to be contacts of the email owner.. Would recommend to others to use.

The info was inaccurate way too many times. I tried several people that I knew, a lot were family friends, the relatives listed were not true, so I feel I wasted my money and will not repeat this mistake again. The only positive information I found was the name of my mother's ex husband, and his mother's full name. So much of the information was outdated regarding dates, such as it listed my father was in the military, and he never was, due to a heart condition.

It worked great. Very fast and complete. If I need them again I know how it works. Was able to put in name of old friend and it was able to find him and address phone numbers so I was able to get ahold of him. Thank you.

I purchased the 1 month unlimited report. I ran myself and my husband to see what was available to others. To my surprise, neither mine or my husband's social media was located, our numbers and much more were not on there either. The items shown are ALL public record. I'm cancelling immediately. What A Waste.

A lot of information was revealed regarding criminal history and business activities. The information was accurate and complete. I appreciated having the information prior to my divorce and will use truth finder in the future. It’s a luxury to have the ability to know what kind of person you’re dealing with and if they’re dangerous or dishonest.

The young lady that helped me was great. Took her time to explain any questions I had. Before I called I thought the Guardian might have something to do with my account being blocked. She walked me through. This has nothing to do with today. But why do I have so many other people listed under be, other than related. Thank you.

It was interesting to find so much information on friend's relatives. I hope to get back on Truth Finder to find one more relative. He has not heard from them for about 20 years. Now I can give him the info that I found and let him decide what to do with it.

Great info. Just too busy right now. I love seeing these sex offenders. Scary thought. I don't like paying for pdf tho. That's ridiculous because how you gonna read and share information. And am wanting more detail on some items you claim don't exist.

I found the site to be very reliable and accurate. Moreover, it was eye opening. The amount of information it retrieved was pretty scary. I performed a search on myself and discovered information about family connections I was not aware of. Great search tool.

Great customer service but it did not include property ownership, current employer, and/or A LOT of other information available to the public. Also didn't catch the social media accounts. @TruthFinder, it may be a good idea to ask for known email addresses, it's a more accurate way to find social media accounts than only searching my name.

My fourteen year old grandson had not heard from his father in thirteen years. For legal reasons, we needed to contact the father. We had no luck online until we found Truthfinder. It gave us a bucket load of accurate information that included the name and address of my grandson's paternal grandmother, the father's address, email, etc. PLUS the father's extensive arrest record. This helped us to be able to contact the father to resolve the legal issue as well as an emotional one for my grandson. None of the information was used against anyone. It simply gave us access to the father. Since this was a one time issue and due to my own limited income, I chose not to renew for the following month. True to Truthfinder's word, cancellation was easy and completed within minutes. The bonus came when I learned Truthfinder could continue to be used for the remainder of the month at no further charge.

When I needed to cancel there was nothing but friendliness with no pressure! Great customer service! I will use Truthfinder again in the future when I need their services. If you need info on someone this is the site to use. You will find what you need.

The report that was done was really very spot on. Gave me a few relationships I didn't know about but was easy to clear up. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to see what is out there about themselves.

A little girl in our neighborhood went to the store with a friend and a man took the 6 yr. old hand and led her to a car. The other little girl ran to her home. Where they called the police and her mother. I have this site on my home computer. After the little girl talking to the police. We pull up sex offenders in our neighborhood. The little girl was able to pick one of the men. That led to getting the girl back safe and him arrested. Great ending. Thank you.

Truthfinder's service is excellent -- the information they provide is accurate and useful. And, the monthly charge is reasonable. In addition, Lisa (in the Iowa office) is very helpful and nice. I'd recommend Truthfinder to anyone. I only used the service for one month, but I'm sure to be back as a customer in the future.

I called support about a month ago and told them I got someone with a different name in Georgia, never did get my information. Today, I got billed $27.78 again, I ordered a 1-time report, GOT nothing and found out it was reoccurring. I called customer support and talked with Adrianna and got everything taken care of. I think Truth Finder is a Scam Artist, I paid for Nothing. Adrianna did an outstanding job. Simple, support the customer or close down.

Your site is easy to navigate and I found the service to be good. I enjoyed the experience. If I had something bad to say having to pay for a pdf document was not great but is understandable. I would recommend that you consider not charging for a pdf of the report.

Albert was very helpful and professional. He took care of my problems and now they have been resolved. I was receiving charges on my credit card that should have not been charged. These have now been removed and should be credited back to my card. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

Good basic information. Material like education, present work not included. It is helpful for basic location information and is generally accurate. I would recommend it with those limitations. The service assistance I found to be excellent. It is worth giving it a try.

When I spoke to Albert of California at the Truthfinder phone line he explained to me what had happened and I was satisfied because he said he would refund the charge that had been made on my bank account already. I had signed up at the end of October to have only one month ('til end of November). When I went to cancel online, it showed it was set to end Dec. 28th instead. I no longer need any information on the site and appreciate Albert's help in cancelling my subscription and hopefully sending refund. Thanks.

And she was VERY friendly and extremely courteous!! I have to admit being a bit aggravated when I had to call, but she brought my aggravation down to a zero.

I needed to find some missing family members in order to settle an estate. Three of the four were found effortlessly. The fourth has been estranged for over 40 years, didn’t expect to find anything, even his siblings have no idea, so not finding him was no big shock. I pressed an ad from them, while it initially showed that the results will be ready in minutes, it took almost a half hour for them to take me from one page to another asking me many questions, until they asked me for my money in order to see their report. If this is a legit website they should ask for money before wasting my half hour....

I am mixed with my son and grandson with the name of Bryce **. There are a few family members I am not familiar with. The same with associates. The schools and education background are not listed. I am retired navy with over 23 year active service and retired from the state of Fl.

If you want to charge money, then be up front about it. Don't waste 10 mnts of my time pretending to look someone up, meanwhile asking me info about them, which is the only info you probably have on people in the first place, is what you ask people about the person while they wait, then right before you're supposedly going to show me any info, sneakily ask me my name and THEN eventually get to the point of saying you need payment info because I have to sign up and pick a plan! It's been great except for 2 things. I cant tell if I am supposed to tell guardian my real facts, or fake facts to stop others from researching me. Also, you advertise access to phone records, but there are none available on your site. That is very deceptive and confusing.

This was the best site on the internet that connected known information with unknown information regarding the persons in question. Therefore it made the information more accurate. In fact, it contained more than we needed! We used it because it didn't require a membership to Lexis/Nexus and we only needed to locate 2 people.

I subscribed to several search websites. By far, yours gave the most and most accurate information! I found police records and links to the actual documents. When I purchased Truthfinder I was looking for a particular thing. I found it almost immediately. The product is good for what it is designed for. I cancelled it within a few days of purchasing it and apparently it got missed. Tonight I was charged again for another month which I did not want. So I call the company and they were absolutely wonderful. They returned my money and cancelled the account right then. The money was back in my PayPal account almost immediately. Thank you for your prompt, and professional service.

This is a fraudulent company. THe information given is not accurate and not detailed in the slightest. Then they charge your card after you cancel your required membership. Do not give them your credit card. STAY AWAY!

I am generally satisfied with the service provided by TruthFinder. However, I keep getting emails from TruthFinder that are addressed to Andrew (and not Robert), as was the case with the email that linked to this review. What happened was that when I first signed up for the service a number of years ago, and had entered my late grandfather's name as the first person's record I wanted to search, I was subsequently prompted with a checkbox labeled "This is me". I did not think it was referencing the person I wanted to search, but rather asking me if I was who I said I was in my account information... like an "I am not a robot" feature. So I checked the box to indicate that yes, this was me. Since then, the emails I've been receiving from TruthFinder have been addressing me as Andrew (my grandfather's name).

Generally a good service. Not as in-depth as I would have liked but provided enough info to let me know I was on the right trail. Maybe each individual has more info than a another which can effect the search results. Overall it was good.

Against my common sense, tried for the "free report." Of course, after 10 minutes of watching it "gather" information with pomp and circumstance. Sliding bars, typed of info, percentages. Truthfinder asks for your payment info. Not very truthful for a free report. The info I did see was inaccurate in important ways. 2 people with same name live in different states. Yet they had the person I was looking for living in those states. One of the "other" people has a criminal record and mugshots. I am sure these were attributed to the person I was looking at, Truthfinder said I would be shocked at the criminal record. I KNOW the person of my interest has no criminal record. I am sure they provide a lot of info, but I am also sure much of the info will be incorrect. How do you tell which is which?

I had to fill out a form for Social Security and they required me to come up with birth dates, marriage dates, death dates, etc. and this information could not be found on your site. I had to go to other sites to get what I needed. Sorry it didn't work out.

Look up a person going out on a date with. I found out basic information. No high profile crimes. I was satisfied with that information. It didn't give very much in the way of college or jobs. I was disappointed in that way. Hard to read into if the person had many jobs, or successful, received positive awards or admirable information. Very basic with last house address and vehicle information. Children, siblings, didnt even show he was divorced.

They provided very little information and continued to charge my account without authorization. When I tried to cancel account after discovering the charges, I could not. Be very careful to check your account to make sure they haven't signed you up to a monthly subscription.

HOWEVER... like many other companies more interested in money than client satisfaction, you get set up as a recurring Truthfinder customer immediately. I find this abhorrent, as usually an ongoing subscription is not needed. Why not give a choice for a SINGLE MONTH? Be responsible instead of greedy. From my perspective, income a company receives as a result of ongoing subscriptions that a client does not honestly need or want, is fueled by business practices that are solely about money, not about service to the greater good. Only after you put in all the pertinent information, wait through “collecting data”, and “compiling report” messages and a sliding bar going across the screen, about 10-15 minutes later it asks for the CREDIT CARD information to pay a ridiculous amount of $27 to obtain the report! Not happy!

I find that most criminal records are inaccurate and silent. Telephone numbers are mainly incorrect. Sex offender information of previous residences are irrelevant and extensive. It is overkill....I believe a few changes would increase the appealability of this product.
