I found this service of value when considering business relationships. Would recommend to family and friends. Apparently they have a reverse phone lookup which I was not aware of, but will need to check out. Otherwise, I found the reports quite thorough.

When I called to cancel, I was connected to a wonderful woman who was professional and helpful and cancelled my membership easily. The service is easy to use. I needed one-time information which was provided quickly. I called to cancel my membership and found customer service to be a positive experience and my membership was canceled with no problems. The wait time for an agent to answer the phone was less than 5 minutes.

I haven't even read the first report and already I'm thrilled! Hi there, I just signed up for the 2 month deal & before I pushed the button I decided I'm going to do one month at a time so I go back and all of a sudden I see the only option I had when I went back was to do the $7 trial plus a higher amount monthly charge now and then I noticed there's a $399 downloadable fee 399 + 31 cents and I thought that was per report so I decided to just stop Dee and call.

The report I requested was more vague than I expected. Two police records only stated that there reports on file, but no details were documented as to what were the reasons a police ticket was issued. The third police report documented speeding ticket issued.

You can find everything they give you on Google if you dig far enough. The GOOD NEWS, is that they have amazing customer service... They rectified the situation, refunded my money and canceled my subscription instead of giving me a run around.

Erica that subscription is cancelled when it runs out in May 2021. Found that the record I was particularly looking at was incomplete as the subject of the inquiry died in 2014 and his death is not reflected in the timeline. Disappointed in the record completeness.

Found out what I wanted to know easily and accurately. The internet can be a dangerous place for bad information. Simple to use and might be helpful if you are a business owner and want to check out someone's background before entering into a contract with them. It could also be misused by people who are just nosy and just want to see what they can find out about others when they should just be minding their own business.

I cancelled my membership immediately. Very disappointed with the extra fee to download and view the report. Feels like a bait and switch situation. That’s ridiculous to charge another fee that was not clearly displayed when you sign up for the membership. Also once you get through another fee being charged, the consumer has to navigate a very confusing website. For those two reasons, I asked for a full refund. The one thing that was true was the cancellation was hassle free. TruthFinder does this part very very well. The customer service person was outstanding. No hassles and very quick to resolve.

I recently had a long distance death in the family and needed to contact both family and long lost friends. I signed up for Truthfinder service and began my search. I found many of family and friends from 50 years ago. When I no longer had a need for this service I contacted them to terminate service and auto withdrawal from my account. When the customer service rep heard what I used the service for and that I hadn't used it in over two months he was kind enough to refund the fee and terminate my service. I can only say that is was indeed nice of him and I will use them again if ever the need arises.

I signed up to see one background check and it didn't have anything of notable interest or importance in it. I felt mislead by the early prompts that got me to sign up, as they indicated there were things of interest in the report. I had a great experience with the cancellation, the woman who helped me was nice and good at her job. I appreciate the ease of cancellation and would return to the service if needed in the future.

Using Truthfinder to give me some info on prospective dates gave me some "peace of mind". I was widowed after 49 years of marriage. Putting myself "out there" was a scary prospect. I was looking for information on a deceased person's relatives. TruthFinder was right on the search. People there are courteous and friendly to deal with. I actually was able to find the information I needed without much help. Since I didn't need them anymore I was able to cancel easily without any problems too.

TruthFinder gave basic information about a person which could be obtain for free on the internet. It did not give a complete Criminal background or DMV ticket check. TruthFinder also tries to sell other services or upgrades which are also useless if you need detailed info about a person.

Truthfinder gave me loads of info for me to dig through and keep my “Inquiring Mind” busy & satisfied! I am the nosiest person that I, myself, know. It allowed me to snoop on my crazy ex boyfriend, look & see what’s floating around out there about myself and even provide me the opportunity to call my sister and laugh with her about her report. Information was too new to be posted. However it gave all kinds of other information pertaining to the individual I was looking information on that. I otherwise wouldn't have had access to, including previous addresses where he used to live in earlier years.

The report I received had missing information (that I know about specifically). Years of criminal/court activity were not included/missing. This might be because the only age of the person available to view is 100 when in fact they are 33. The information included is the info I have found myself already just through simple Google searches.

I needed a date of service of family member who died of Covid, Vietnam War years of service, I was disappointed not able to find the information I was looking for. So for me it was a waste of money. Now I know you only offer criminal records which he had none.

After receiving emails stating my profile has been requested online by 15 to 17 people I looked on site after paying and found false info regarding my name. After checking further I found another out of many Gloria J ** profiles but none listed the way I spell my middle name, **. Had info stating I had shoplifted, skipped bond and been in jail several months. Also relatives listed that weren't mine. Advised TruthFinder on phone that their info on me was false but it is still listed.

They a few things right but they were off about information about where he lived when he was living me at the same time. But I'm glad I did it. Thought it helped me solve my problem I've been wondering about for a long time. Now I can move on with my life.

I found the info that I needed. I didn’t need to continue with the search engine for Truth Finder. There was one person I couldn’t locate, so I am not sure how much to trust the service. I was able to track a person to determine if he was who he said.

I had good experiences with TruthFinder. It seemed to give accurate information, was easy to use, and was useful. Sometimes, it was difficult to choose the person I was searching for from the choices given. I didn't always know their middle initial.

I found mostly what I knew already except for 2 Vehicle VINs. Lindsay was good in explaining the 1+ year in delay of official notices and documents, which was the meat of what I needed and you did not have. Also, you did not know that my sister's husband had died reportedly in early April 2020 and that my sister was taken to a nursing home at the same time. BUT your report shows them still living at their longtime address, which, BTW, one daughter sold as acting attorney in late July 2020.

I've never tried any of these public record websites and I was really worried it was a scam...but I tried anyway. Luckily, I found what I was searching for, and they gave me a 5 day free trial for only $1 to do so! I called just yesterday (the 2nd day of the trial) just to be sure I canceled it ahead of time and didn't get charged more. I spoke with Paul and he canceled my subscription trial in two minutes and he was so kind! If I need this again, TruthFinder is going to be my "go-to." Thanks a bunch!

Only needed for a short time but was very satisfied. If I need again in the future will definitely reconsider. I think the one thing I would change is the pricing per month for full access. It seems a bit pricey at the current time.

Today I cancelled my membership, not because I was unhappy with Truthfinder - but because I was just not using it any longer. I really had fun using this site and finding friends I have not seen or knew where they were in years. That was the only reason I joined in the first place. I didn’t recognize the charge on my PayPal account. Your representative explained the charge and cancelled my account. He was courteous and efficient. I did receive the confirmation of the cancellation via email. I am very satisfied.

When I started using Truthfinder, I was amazed and shocked what I had found out about an individual....his criminal background and he was moving around a lot. This individual happens to be a domestic partner that is now associated with my ex-partner. I couldn't be happier to find this information, but the information about him concerns me because my ex-partner is now with him. My ex-partner does not realize his domestic partner is bad news.

When using the site I did find several wrong info on different people including myself. I also used 2 other sites to compare everything to. I know it is hard to be accurate all the time, however there seemed to be a 15% misinformation rate.

I called to cancel, was asked for ID and pin which I supplied and was immediately redirected to the original call whereby I went through the process 2 more times.
