TruthFinder provided the information I was looking for. I would definitely recommend Truth Finder to my friends. I only needed their services for one day. The cancellation process was so easy. I will use them again in the future if it becomes necessary.

Julianne was very helpful. I let her know that currently I do not need the service. She offered me a special should I choose to continue. I declined. She was very kind and knowledgeable. She was also patient and spoke clearly.

This "service" is a total waste of time and money. $29.95 down the toilet for exactly the same info I got off of Whitepages. Promises of "full report" including finances, assets, criminal record... and nothing but hard sell garbage about what you can have for "just a little more money". Anyone that posted a positive review about TruthFinder is probably a ficticious character posted by the hustlers that invented this "service". Congrats on a very sly scam.

It did what I needed. Just do not need it in my business or personal life. Just DON’T NEED it for further use. I do appreciate the quick and easy way to cancel the subscription and the use until January 28, 2022. I would use it again if necessary.

I spoke with David on 05JAN2022 regarding lack of access to my account. I had been locked out of my email account and could not open any accounts with my old email address. David, after identity verification, was able to help me gain access in five (5) minutes. We changed my email address to the current one and reset my passwords. It was the easiest time I have had changing settings to an account since this nightmare started. He was professional and polite.

I was on vacation in November 2021 in Norman Oklahoma and I had exhausted all my attempts to contact a relative of mine, until I used Truthfinder. The site gave me 3 possible contacts with pictures; I was able to identify my relative by her picture since she had gotten married and her last name had changed unbeknown to me. I would have given Truthfinder 5 stars but the monthly cost is too high. The value is 5 stars.

The website is slow and difficult to navigate. Your site found information, but makes it difficult to determine what exactly is in the report. I was never sure what information I was getting or if I had to pay extra for the details. OK, but not great.

The experience was wonderful. I’m always afraid of getting scammed and I hate paying for things I’m tricked into paying but they are so CLEAR and very accurate as far as what you will pay depending on the subscription. Not only did she help me with a double billing issue that was of my own doing, but she signed me up for better and less expensive service from your company. NortonLifelock reported basic information to me from Truthfinder. Truthfinder lists 4 cities where I have never lived in my life. They include possible relatives. Of about a dozen people, they list my spouse, people we purchased a home from in 1984 (no relation), and other people I have no idea who they are. Unfortunately other sites copy this report and I have problems completing security requests. For example I could be asked which of the following address have you lived, and I won't recognize any of them. Next question, which was your first vehicle, and none on the list would be correct. The result is I don't pass the security's screening. Something needs to be done to make these sites report correct information.

Truthfinder should check on their automatic phone cancellation. I called in October in the evening and received a voice confirmation that I had cancelled my subscription at that time. I did not check further and then I received a bill continuing my subscription. Ken said he would take care of it so I will have to wait and see if $30.29 was refunded from 10/15/2021 and $5.39 was refunded from 10/25/2021.

Supreme customer service when needing to call and cancel automatic membership charges. Already used the automated system so was alarmed but phone rep was very affirming and solved the problems immediately. 10/10 customer service. We found that we no longer was in need of the Truth Finder service. So When calling in and canceling our service on 10/18 we were greeted with a very pleasant gentleman, who handled our cancellation for us with no problems at all. Today when calling in asking why still being billed that was also handled with great perfection. The representative went above and beyond to explain.

Had issues with recurring membership charges. Was helped immediately and problem resolved. Was told that charges would be reversed to original payment method and membership canceled. Good report and produced in a decent timeframe. But the process kept asking for more info about ME. I do not like to be collected upon, and your customers should not have to divulge all their data to get a report on someone else. Our info is already available in public records. I only needed a single search and appreciated the discounted rate of $7.46+ for a one week trial. BUT was thoroughly disappointed when I was gouged for another $3.99+ for a "downloadable" pdf. It takes ZERO effort or data cost on your part to deliver a pdf file - it is automatically generated. Why stick your customer with a bogus charge? This "bill" also comes due at THE END of the whole process and after I have already joined: if I want the report now, I have to pay more. Not good.

The customer service rep was very understanding, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I would recommend speaking with her every time. She explained my current program and recommended a better program for my usage. I'm very pleased to be able to talk with a human being and most of all someone who speaks English and someone you can understand. This means we are putting Anericans back to work again.

I received much useful information on my reports yet I felt they were not complete or up-to-date, addresses were not current, nor were the Criminal record reports. Deceased persons were not listed as such, rather still living. I needed more information.

Agent was very skilled at customer service. Got my issue with billing fixed quickly. I REALLY appreciate a company that uses US employees and doesn't outsource their customer service. Hopefully you don't mandate vaccines for your employees because I would have to stop using you.

I thought your idea of a life timeline was a good one, but even on that matter the subject's father was not mentioned. Nothing was provided about current or past occupations/work history. And nothing was given in the TruthFinder report about any of her associations (organizations, groups, etc.). Her current property ownership and history were incomplete or inaccurate. Overall the subject was poorly researched.

Truthfinder should start by being truthful in what they actually offer once you have paid your subscription and joined the membership. Truthfinder promises you to find a whole bunch of necessary information until you get caught in their lies. Once you have joined the membership, they offer you quarter of what they have mentioned while you are filling out the form… Don’t get fooled by joining truth finder because you will get totally disappointing by the limited amount of information they offer you.

Needed to find any outstanding records for deceased family member. While researching online how we could accomplish and verify, I ran across possibly using TruthFinder as a source. I was able to find and use Truthfinder data report for what was missing.

I looked up my information. A person I posted bond for was listed as an associate. I checked a minister who had helped a Parolee, adjust to freedom, and the Parolee was listed as an associate of the minister. Each event did not qualify the person helped as an associate of an investigator or a minister. The 3 stars are for information that might be questionable.

Excellent… It was amazingly awesome to talk to a US citizen. Not a foreigner, that you can’t understand and says his name is John or David. It’s so frustrating for companies to be so cheap in outsourcing their customer service. It proves they don’t care about their customers and it’s miserable to call in to companies that do business this way!
