I’ve been sending Bouqs to family and friends for a few years now, and could not be happier! The flowers and products I’ve sent are beautiful and of the best quality, shipping is fast and accurate, and the prices are on point! My aunt has told me I always send the best flowers, and my cousin recently started sending Bouqs to her family and friends because of the flowers I’ve sent her in the past!

Flowers didn’t last as long as previous orders. A bit disappointing. My wife has even committed on them. Some flowers lasted much longer than others, the roses faded the first. All past experiences with Bouqs Co. have been excellent. This order just seemed to be off.

While the online ordering was easy and confirmation and delivery tracking was prompt and helpful. The whole point was the flowers, roses. The bouquet was sent to my daughter-in-law for her first Mother's Day. The buds were tight on arrival, but over the next few days, one one or two of the roses bloomed, the rest never opened and went limp. I had high expectations, but the flowers disappointed and of course I was embarrassed. Daughter-in-law was a good sport about it. I ended up sending another bouquet from a different company.

The bouquet that arrived contain the same flowers as the bouquet that I ordered however the flowers did not bloom as nicely as in the bouquet that was pictured on your website. In the image on your website the bouquet also appeared fuller than what arrived at my mothers home. I do not have any images myself and I don’t believe that my mother took a picture of it.

I started using The Bouqs when another flower delivery service I was using failed on multiple occasions. I have ordered twice from The Bouqs and the flowers are delivered freshly picked and they bloom beautifully. My mother has been extremely happy with the flowers!

I have been using online flowers companies for years and no one cents close to comparing to The Bouqs! The prices are not exorbitant and you do get what you pay for. They are fresh, vibrant and long lasting bouquets! They last for weeks and continue to open up in time so you can enjoy them longer. Love love love this company!

I ordered different arrangements for my mom and my mother-in-law for this Mother's Day. The website was very easy to navigate. Both arrangements arrived exactly when they were supposed to, and my mom and mother-in-law reported that they were extremely abundant and beautiful and lasted a very long time. They both loved hearing about which farms the flowers came from and also about the farmers. More recently, we all really loved The Bouqs' statement on racism and equity. I will only order flowers from The Bouqs Co. from here on out!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom may 9 for mothers day. I dont usually send flowers for mday but my dad always did and he was in the hospital for a minor illness and could not. I was notified that the flowers had shipped on may 5 and was concerned about fresh flowers 4 days in the back of a fed-ex truck traveling across the country. In my experience commercial flowers do not last long.
To my surprise the flowers I ordered arrived exactly when expected. We were on the phone when they arrived in 3 bunches (pic 1) with a vase I didn't realize I had agreed to order (sneaky guys). As you can see the vase is plastic and clearly too small for the flowers. However, my mom had a large vase so she went about following the directions included on how best to care for these flowers. Once she had them arranged (pic 2) she placed them on the table and we figured "we will see". As soon as we hung up she received the call that my dad had had an unexpected complication and had suddenly passed away. These flowers had now taken on a much more important role in our lives.
During this time, because of the stay at home orders in both of our states, we could not be together to make arrangements and grieve. Instead I got multiple, almost hourly, pics and updates on the flowers. May 12, day 3, 8am, I received (pic 3). These are the most beautiful flowers I had ever sent and she said they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever received. I was finally able to travel to NY with my husband on may 21 and the flowers were still in full bloom. The first petal fell on May 22. Mom began to remove the flowers from the vase 1 by 1 until they all perished and removed the last 2 stems on may 30th. Thank you Bouqs for your attention to quality. You made an unbearable time a little more bearable for us. (even with that sneaky little vase)

There was a great variety of bouquet options of different sizes and costs. The flowers arrived on time and as described. I sent these as a Mother’s Day gift, and my mom really enjoyed the flowers. Based on this experience, I would recommend them.

My girlfriend loved the bouquet. We are separated by several states and I try to send flowers when I can afford them. If I could get more special deals I would use Bouq's more often. Right now I also use 800 flowers because they give a few more promotions.

I ordered an arrangement for a dear friend for Mother's Day. She loved the flowers, said how fresh they were and also couldn't believe how long they lasted. She took the roses out of the bouquet once they wilted and is using them in dried arrangements she keeps. I would definitely order again.

My sister had to have surgery during the pandemic. I decided to try Bouqs when sending her a thinking of you bouquet. She lives in Vostin and is often the recipient of flowers from the most exclusives and expensive florist in the city. She loved the bouquet and said they were as fresh as this florist and she appreciated the greens that enhanced her roses. The bouquets lasted almost a week and they made her day. I ordered my mother a bouquet for Mother's Day since the 'rona kept me from going home. She was very happy with it and said the bouquet was so large that she split it into two bouquets, so she could have flowers in two rooms.

My niece ordered flowers as a surprise for me. During this pandemic, I was indeed home, but no doorbell ring, no loud knock, no note through the front door mail drop; just left the flowers. There is a large sign on the door saying, please leave all packages behind driveway gate (which is all of 6 feet away. It is there because I do not use the front door. Contacted Bouqs.com after I found the box of flowers 4 days later, unfortunately half dead. The chat person said they were delivered, so there is nothing more to be done. I think it is because they use FedEx that all is at the discretion of the delivery person. Learning experience - if you want flowers delivered to you, order from a company that does so itself and does not rely on middlemen for delivery.

I received a bouquet for my grandmother's passing from co-workers. While the gesture was very kind I was really disappointed in the product. I'd been curious about ordering myself from Bouqs for a while so was interested to see what the product would look like when I saw the box. Unfortunately the flowers were crushed and wilted. Such a shame. I also have a wedding business and considered recommending Bouqs to clients or sending them to clients. I can't do that given the product that I received. In addition, they came in a mason jar about 2x too big for the arrangement and it just made it look empty and cheap which I know is not the message my co-workers wanted to send to express their condolences.

I don't know which experience as I receive monthly bouquets as a gift and I also have used Bouqs to send flowers. Both experiences have been good. Flowers are always fresh and usually retail their beautiful blooms for 7-14 days, which is amazing. And for the monthly deliveries there is always a lovely variety.

Hi! I am a loyal Bouqs customer. I sent a bouquet and 2 orchids in the last few weeks. All gorgeous. One orchid didn't get delivered at first but I was credited and resent and all good. Anyway, I decided to treat myself to an orchid! I know they don't last that long but mine started drooping after 5 days and the buds don't look like they are going to ever open. Here are some photos. I’ve loved my last two deliveries have been wonderful. This last order was not good at all. The roses were wilting when they were delivered. They only lived less than a week. The other two deliveries lasted almost 2 weeks and opened all the way.

The flowers I had sent my mom for Mother’s Day showed up carefully packaged and the blooms were beautiful. They were full and fresh and the daisies in the arrangement had wrapping around the stems which helped them to stay fresh and intact for even longer. She loved them!

I was very excited to get my first of an annual subscription, from my family!! When they arrived, they were definitely a bit "parched". Although, for the most part they did perk up in water, a couple never looked "great". I did love the uniqueness of the flowers picked.

My mother and sister both loved their flowers and was throughly pleased. One of the bundles was delivered all the way from Columbia and arrived in perfect condition. After a day or 2 the flower started to stand up and point to the sun.

I received a grand size bouquet of roses and I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised by the quality and freshness. I’ve purchased from other online retailers before with mixed results but the value vs. quality with this first subscription order was amazing. I don’t even typically like roses let alone mixed color roses but these were some of the best flowers I’ve ever gotten. They lasted a solid two weeks with water changes and also impressed my husband. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Bouqs and I’m excited to get my next subscription!

I traditionally choose Bouqs because of their consistency and high quality. This recipient communicated that upon arrival the flowers were not wrapped/protected, had no Plant food, and had already bloomed so they lasted less than three days. This is far from the standard that I have grown to expect from Bouqs and am confident that this is not the level of quality to which the company holds themselves. I chose Bouqs and paid the markup to receive this flowers later than Mother’s Day because I was confident in them being special for my mother. They fell far short of expectations. The 2 dozen roses were great, except the vase was too small. I assumed it would be fine, so I put all 36 roses in the vase, but noticed it was preventing some of the roses from blooming after 4-5 days. I removed a dozen into another vase and they all started blooming within a couple days. The 2 dozen in the original vase still have some that never fully bloomed. They all lasted almost 3 weeks, but I think would have all bloomed and lasted larger had the vase been larger or if I split them up to start with.

Not only was the purchasing process easy and seamless, even the recipient of the flowers told me that she MUST purchase from Bouqs.com in the future! She told me the packaging was amazing and each flower was individually wrapped with a water pod at the stems as well. Great service, will definitely purchased from Bouqs again.

I saw them on Instagram and all the beautiful peonies that were being posted so I decided to order. My flowers shipped on 5.27.20 and arrived today. FedEx did a number on my box but imagine my horror when I opened it up and saw brown edged leaves and spots on the stems as if deceased. I chatted immediately since I am a new customer. The first chat I uploaded all the pics and was told they were going to be reviewed. Then I was disconnected.
In the 2nd chat the rep reviewed the previous chat and then sent me multiple posts about how to cut stems and place in water. It was odd and I asked them not to do that but to review the pictures I had sent. I was told to wait a day or two. The stems have spots and dark marks on them and the leaves are brown/black on the tips. A day or two doesn’t remedy this. I should have checked reviews on here first. I canceled my subscription today and instead of a refund I got an email with a $36 gift card for more purchases from them. No thanks.

My mom ordered flowers for me for my birthday. I live 600 miles away from my mother and have not seen her in almost a year. Flowers were supposed to be delivered on Saturday, May 23 (actual birthday). I received them today May 27. Some of the buds are dead, some are brown and the leaves are moldy. The box looked like it had been opened and re-taped. I will be sending photos to her so she can provide to the customer service department for a full refund. While this is the fault of FedEx they need to recoup their money from them for the damaged delivery. But so far with what she has told me it seems their customer service is lacking.

My sweet hubby bought me a subscription. Out of the 5 bouquets I've received, only 1 of them was acceptable. In fact, another one was so bad, Bouqs gave me a refund for one shipment. When that "credited" one showed up, there were 2 artificial bulbs, two birds of paradise dead, several dead leaves and 1 nice flower. Never order from here. Dead or damaged flower in each bouquet.

I had heard amazing things from this company from a friend and so I decided that I would order the Santa Cruz'n grand flower arrangement, a colorful assorted rose bouquet of 120 spray blooms, to gift my mother for Mother's Day. I decided to go all out this Mother's Day especially because because of quarantine I haven't been able to seen her... The total was about $80.00. After seeing the picture online, I thought it was definitely worth it. When the flowers arrived the boxed had been ripped open, the flowers were a bit damaged, but what was most disappointing was that most of the flowers were white. Completely different from the colorful online picture. I write to customer service about what happened, showing them picture of what my mother had received. I was given the run around for days. Never for one moment did they try to fix the situation in any way...

My mom received 2 dozen roses I sent her for Mother’s Day. The day after she received them they started turning brown and one of the heads dropped. They said she needed to peal all the guard leaves back and they protect the roses. Which my 92 year old mother did. By the weekend all the heads were dropped over Like they were dead and I asked for a full refund and I can’t get a response. I’ve sent several emails and nothing. This is terrible customer service and I want my money back, she received old flowers. A friend bought her roses from a drug store, I should have taken a picture of them as they were beautiful. I spent over $80 for a bunch of cut flowers that died in two days. I have bought lots of flowers but never had this poor quality. Delivery was working okay at least that was on time. Customer service via chat was alright too. Flowers never again.

All interactions with the team and products I have received have been fantastic quality, and typically deliver sooner than projected (current COVID situation notwithstanding). Flowers bloom fast and last long, look great, and garner compliments all the time. Prices seem to steadily increase, so if there are not promotions running or easily-found coupon codes to be used there might not be the value you're looking for.

I ordered roses from you to send to my mother for Mother’s Day. You only offered delivery the 1 May. The flowers arrived and she trimmed the stems and placed them in water that she added the preservative to. The flowers didn’t even last four days. So disappointed! I had received lilies from my daughter and they lasted over two weeks.

My son ordered me flowers for Mother's Day. They would have been beautiful if fresh, but they arrived dry and crushed. I put them in water right away but only the sweet peas and greens revived. Within a few days my brown tinged roses drooped, the lilies were thin and brown and the white tube type flowers were tinged with brown. I understand that things like this happened so I contacted the company through chat and sent a picture. The response was that a few of the flowers were "broken" and they could refund my son $10. I asked for a full refund and they said that was all that they could do. Very disappointing.

The vase and flowers arrived in a box. The flowers were wrapped in three bundles, and they were not yet opened buds. They've been opening over the last several days, and the different species open at different rates. I don't think the arrangement will ever look like what's on the web site, with every species at peak opening, but it's interesting to watch the process as the individual flowers blossom.

I scheduled my delivery on a day that my mom would be home to receive her flowers and they did not arrive on the scheduled date. I had ordered them 2 weeks in advance. When they arrived, they were not the bouquet I ordered. The beautiful poppy flowers and tulips I had ordered were replaced with cheap carnations. I was not made aware prior to shipment that my order had been substituted for cheap flowers and I was embarrassed.

I will not be purchasing "farm fresh" flowers from The Bouqs again. Mother's Day flowers arrived dead and partially frozen. Not a great message to send Mom. Buying from a sustainable farmer sounded great, but I will definitely be going back to shopping local.

I received notification that the flowers were delivered 5/5, but my friend received them yesterday, 5/11. They were still viable, but there was definitely a discrepancy between notification and receipt. I'm assuming this is the delivery company's error and they were behind because of Covid-19 issues. However, I would prefer to have accurate notifications of late delivery than such a wide discrepancy of one week between notification and actual delivery. I love Bouqs and use your service over any other service. The flowers were still beautiful probably because they were so fresh. I would just like this notification/delivery discrepancy addressed. Updated on 05/14/2020: After receiving dead flowers this company won't really make sure I'm satisfied. I can't really understand why I would not be credited 100% or sent out a replacement Bouq. That would have been the right thing to do on their part. But now because of all my time and effort to get this right and them not doing the right thing, just a 100% credit to my credit card would do. This has not been a pleasant experience and Bouqs has not satisfied me as a customer at all!
First I'm offered only a $10.00 credit to my card (that's an insult), then offered a 50% discount on my next order? Give me a break! That's crazy! Do the owners of this company really stand behind these practices? Incredibly sad! Needless to say, I'm done with this company and will make sure and let my opinions be known to as many people as possible. Hopefully, I can help prevent someone else from getting burned by Bouqs. I just wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered these. I was foolishly trusting of them. Please stay far away from this company. They say they want to make things right and they care, but as you can see from my dealings with them above, they will not do the right thing. The Shark Tank investors were smart not to give you a deal!
Original Review: I purchased flowers for my wife for Mother's Day. Three yellow roses were in the bunch. Two roses were bent and dying and the third rose never opened either. I was only offered a $10 credit, but I expected more as it was close to a $70 order! After questioning the $10 credit via e-mail, I have not even received a response. To give flowers to your wife and have some of the flowers automatically die the next day is very disappointing. I could have just as well gone to the local grocery store to buy their cheaper flowers. I do not plan on purchasing from Bouqs again and will dispute the charge on the credit card as a result.

My family and I have really enjoyed Bouqs subscription service. The arrangements were beautiful and always arrived fresh. For personal reasons this mother's day was very special for us. I preorder flowers a month in advance to ensure they arrived in time. I checked a few days before mother's day and the status of the order said pending so I assumed everything was on track. Mother's day weekend arrived and no flowers were delivered.
When I reached out to customer service the following Monday, I was informed me that the payment option I used was not correct. Which to me is odd because they use the same billing option every month for the subscription service. In fact they charged me for the subscription service the previous week. Instead of attempting to help remedy the situation I was told it was my fault and to switch to PayPal? If there was truly was a problem with billing a simple phone call, text, or email would have resolved the issue. I quickly canceled my subscription service and I'm now looking for a company that has taken a more personal approach to customer service. One that doesn't just use happiness guaranteed as a catchy tag line.

The flowers I ordered were supposed to arrive the day before Mother's Day. They were shipped but did not arrive and are supposedly sitting for the last 1.5 days at a Fedex location out of state. When I called Bouqs, I got a message that I should use the chat function on their website. I tried this multiple times during the company's open hours yesterday and today. No one responded! I emailed but it could take 24 hours before I get a response. So I have a serious customer problem and no one at Bouqs replied. I had to contact FedEx but have yet to get any concrete info or delivery ETA. Meanwhile it does not seem that my mother will receive healthy flowers on Mother's Day. :( I regret choosing this company for flowers and will never do business with it again!

I have used this company before with no issues. This time I place two orders of almost $200.00 for Mother's Day to be sent to our Mothers out of state. I paid online and received my order confirmations. One was to be delivered on May 5th, the other May 8th...plenty of time for Mother's Day. As time went on and our mothers did not call us...I went online to make sure they got delivered (Covid 19 and all)... WELL, it showed that it had not even gone out for delivery! Now, this is Sat before mothers day...too late to get anything else out.
I went on a chat... They told me (now keep in mind these were ordered on different days), that there was an error in their payment system. AAAANNNNDDDD what? Well, you should have used Paypal or Google Pay. ???? I have never had an issue with any payment system of theirs, etc. I received no notice from them that there was a problem at all. She acknowledged that with a; "Well I am sorry. I know this is unfortunate etc. etc. but next time you might want to use paypal." So basically, I am now an employee that should know what goes on in their pay system in their company. I hope I receive my paycheck this week. Maybe it will mend the fences with our mothers who will now think that we forgot them. I will never use this company again.

My mother received a bouquet yesterday for Mother's Day and she only received 11 roses. Those 11 roses where cut in a manner where 6 are roughly the same length, the remaining roses are shorter and of different colors. There are two red roses, one yellow rose, two white roses, one lavender, 3 pink and two pink ones where the outside of the rose is a hot pink and the inside is a lighter pink. The outside of 4 of the pink roses are brown/burnt. This is by far the UGLIEST bouquet that I EVER received. One star is being generous.

This company is HORRIBLE! Really - Just try to Unsubscribe from their flower delivery. It's impossible. There is no way to do it online. No one is available by phone. And if you email, they give you an automated response that does not address your issue. Meanwhile, they charge your credit card in advance. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!!

DO NOT BUY!!!! This place is AWFUL!!! I ordered a large, "Deluxe" bouquet for my mother for Mother's Day. The flowers arrived in awful condition and in TWO different, separate small vases. Nothing about this was professional, or "deluxe" bouquet. More so, I regret having paid $103.00 for these flowers, when they looked like something I could have picked up from the grocery store for $10. I spoke with someone to give a refund, and they offered me $15 back as "the best they could do." This company is a JOKE, they should be ashamed of themselves. I will NEVER buy again!!!

I had placed an order in April to be delivered by May 7th, received a confirmation and my credit card was charged. When it hadn't been delivered, I inquired as to why and was told my payment had not been verified. I have the credit card statements and transaction reference number showing the payment went through and was in contact with two different customer service agents. One told me I never paid (even though I provided the transaction numbers and statements) and that I needed to contact my bank. The other (who was much more helpful!) said there was an inventory issue and proceeded to cancel my order and process a refund.
Prior to my contacting customer service, I never received any communication from Bouqs about any of this and only found out my order wouldn't be delivered the day after it was supposed to be delivered by asking about it. I then had to rush order flowers for Mother's Day from another company, as I will not be using Bouqs again. Very poor service and a frustrating experience all around. The only reason I rated two stars was because of the customer service agent (Herbie) who found the issue, rectified it and processed a refund.

I ordered two bouquets for teacher appreciation week. I spent almost $140. The bouquets look absolutely nothing like what is shown online. I will be posting side-by-side pictures on other sites that allow photos. I was so embarrassed when the teacher sent me photos of the arrangements, thanking me. They probably think I found the cheapest florist around. Contacted the company to express my disappointment in the arrangements and they responded that they were sorry that I wasn’t happy with the color. I never said anything about the color. Then they offered 10% off a future order. Customer service at its worst. Stay far away from this company.

I ordered a bouquet for our home and 2 for delivery for Mother's Day, so 3 total products. All flowers were delivered in a timely fashion, intact, and they continue to flourish. Everyone is very pleased and everything looks beautiful. I do recommend changing the water and trimming the stems every other day, as the clear care instructions suggest. Flowers arrived when expected. My wife opened the box and her first words out of her mouth was, "These won't last long. The buds are brown." I ordered yellow roses for her Birthday. The roses smelt great and opened fully but with them have brown edges on the petals. They just don't look so great

The bouquet we sent to our granddaughter arrived late and the flowers were very wilted. The Fedex driver apparently did not notify my daughter they had been delivered. I understood the delay, and wanted to let Bouqs know there had been a problem with the delivery. My response was met with kindness, understanding and the offer to resend the flowers to my granddaughter!!! WAY more than I expected!!! The second delivery arrived in beautiful condition. My daughter and granddaughter were really happy. As was I!!! Thank you!!!

Husband sent 2 bouquets of flowers, just because. They were boxed nicely, however the quality of the flowers were disappointing. Wilted and damage blooms. Some recovered once they were in water but not great. Customer service gave $10 credit after sending picture. Would be using again. Very disappointed in quality and response.

Off the bat I want to say I love the eco friendly nature of this company, and the flowers really do last a long time! I have never had an issue with the product itself. I did have a problem when one of my orders never left the farm. Bouqs customer service only offered to send the order again. This was a birthday gift—so now the same flowers were arriving a week late. I didn’t get my money back, or even a partial refund. I would have been happy with a discount or credit on a future order, upgrading the resent flowers, really anything! But unfortunately they did not offer anything for their mistake, so the birthday flowers just arrived embarrassingly late (8 days later). Before this I was all in for this company, and I am more hesitant now, which is really a bummer.

The recipient sent me a photo of the bouquet I ordered for them. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. The colors were bright, as I wanted them. The bouquet looked just like the photo on the website. Delivery was on time on the day I ordered them to be delivered.

I had to place many separate orders for Admin Day. It was great having a choice to send different people a variety of bouquet choices. Due to COVID, the delivery wasn’t perfect. But overall satisfied with the product, delivery results, and customer support.

Stumbling upon the Bouqs right as lockdown began was absolutely some kind of divine intervention. I've signed up for the monthly subscription and purchased some flowers as well and every delivery has been gorgeous and fresh and beautiful. My sis in law's birthday delivery was a day late and Bouqs kept me informed and refunded my shipping! Best choice I've made in a while and can't stop raving!

I would recommend Bouqs as an easy to use company. Their website can be a bit confusing when trying to send next day bouquets as it shows arrangements but then the actual deliver availability depends on where you are sending them, which is not usually the next day. If you plan out your order ahead of time you should be fine. I wish that I didn't have to order a vase every time either, most of my customers have vases at home that they prefer.

I had a special bouquet delivered to my parents for the fiftieth wedding anniversary. They loved the arrangement, it even had some of the same flowers they used on their original wedding date. My parents live in a rather remote area and deliveries sometimes struggle to arrive on time if at all. They were ordered just as promised and my parents loved them.

I purchased a floral arrangement for my wife and the order was supposed to be double in size per their promotion. Evidently however there was a confusing order in which you enter the promo code and so I was charged full price for an arrangement half the size of what I expected. Customer service was no help. They offered a discount on a future order whereas what I wanted was for them to ship the balance of the order. They refused. For a company that claims 100% satisfaction I was rather unsatisfied. I will buy flowers elsewhere.

I ordered flowers for my grandmother who was in the hospital on Tuesday. They did not deliver a vase. After an hour trying to chat with customer care (there is no person to call) they said they would send a new vase. Instead they again sent flowers and the delivery person called me to say she worked for Whole Foods and had no idea how to get a vase. Then someone else said they would send a vase but it would not be available for a week. I think it’s best to use a florist that is local and you can call. They must outsource and if it goes well that’s fine but in my experience there was no recourse. A vase would normally not be a big deal but I did pay for it and my grandmother wasn’t able to get one at the hospital so the flowers made a mess and she had to throw away the flowers .

Placed an order for flowers as a surprise birthday gift for a long distance friend. The flowers were left outside by FEDEX, during a snow storm... NOT GOOD! I reported the problem and Bouq's completely replaced my order, no charge!! VERY IMPRESSIVE!!

I used your protocol when I received my flowers last week. I have changed the water every other day. The roses died before opening also the lilies. Not happy. This is my first delivery and signed up for a subscription I don’t know if I will continue.

I've had a monthly subscription for my mom for about a year now and it's always been fabulous. She's in a different city staying in an assisted living home and I'm not able to visit often. This has been a great way to brighten her days and let her know I'm there in spirit.
